Bannon's War Room - Episode 4904： The Great Unmasking; Socialism Takes On Capitalist Capitol

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:00:47.000 If anyone can show a nation betrayed by Donald Trump how to defeat him,

00:00:58.000 it is the city that gave rise to him.

00:01:00.000 And if there is any way to terrify a despot, it is by dismantling the very conditions that allowed him to accumulate power.

00:01:17.000 This is not only how we stop Trump, it's how we stop the next one.

00:01:22.000 So, Donald Trump, since I know you're watching, I have four words for you.

00:01:35.000 Turn the volume up!

00:01:36.000 Turn the volume up!

00:01:38.000 Turn the volume up!

00:01:42.000 I think he missed an opportunity.

00:01:57.700 I think the Mamdani that we saw on the campaign trail, who was a lot more calm, who was a lot warmer, who was a lot more embracing, was not present in that speech.

00:02:09.920 And I think that Mamdani is the one you need to hear from tonight.

00:02:13.720 There are a lot of people trying to figure out, can I get on this train with him or not?

00:02:18.160 Is he going to include me? Is he going to be more of a class warrior even in office?

00:02:24.620 I think he missed a chance tonight to open up and bring more people into the tent.

00:02:30.520 I think his tone was sharp.

00:02:33.720 I think he was using the microphone in a way that he was almost yelling.

00:02:38.480 And that's not the Mamdani that we've seen on TikTok and the great interviews and stuff like that. 0.98

00:02:41.840 So I felt like there's a little bit of a character switch here where the warm, open, embracing guy that's close to working people was not on stage tonight.

00:02:51.620 And there was some other voice on stage.

00:02:53.780 That said, he's very young and he just pulled off something that's very, very difficult.

00:02:58.680 And I wouldn't write him off, but I think he missed an opportunity to open himself up tonight.

00:03:03.960 And I think that that will probably cost him going.

00:03:07.040 The great unmasking.

00:03:09.080 All those TikTok videos and all those times he's going to be smiling.

00:03:12.460 He's a nice guy.

00:03:13.440 He's so friendly.

00:03:14.680 You know, he's going to fight anti-Semitism.

00:03:16.700 He's going to do this.

00:03:17.560 He's going to do that.

00:03:19.020 You saw the real thing last night.

00:03:20.940 Uh, I don't know.

00:03:25.000 You ever read the history of Vienna or Constantinople or any of it?

00:03:29.340 Once they get inside the gate, the crusader state of Jerusalem, right? 1.00

00:03:35.640 Once they get inside the gate, man, they ain't so happy.

00:03:38.320 They're telling you what to do.

00:03:40.160 They're going to tell you what they're going to do.

00:03:42.720 That's the real Mandami you saw last night. 0.99

00:03:44.960 He used the microphone as a weapon and good on him.

00:03:49.520 Just let's, let's, let's unmask right now and challenge right there.

00:03:53.160 Challenge the president of these United States and any populist, nationalist, MAGA folks that

00:03:59.720 follow him, Josh Hawley.

00:04:01.360 I would count you as one of those folks.

00:04:03.420 What do you have to say to Mandami?

00:04:05.000 He challenged you last night, threw down right there on world television, sir.

00:04:08.620 Well, I would just say this.

00:04:10.980 We see now what the Democrats' response is to the crisis of the working class in our

00:04:15.120 country, Steve, and their response is communism.

00:04:17.980 Their response is state control, rule by the elite, rule by the rich, because make no mistake,

00:04:23.340 that's who Mandami actually represents.

00:04:26.000 That's what he actually believes in.

00:04:27.580 And it's also the destruction of Western civilization.

00:04:30.960 This is a guy who does not believe in American history, American culture, American values.

00:04:35.780 This is a guy who wants to tear it all down.

00:04:38.280 Hold on, Senator, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:04:40.560 That speech last night, he was quoting, he was quoting from the Enlightenment.

00:04:44.320 He was quoting Thomas Jefferson.

00:04:46.020 He was quoting the greatest philosophers and thinkers, Emerson.

00:04:50.040 Wasn't that, did you miss that part of the speech, sir?

00:04:52.940 Yeah, this is his attempt to wrap himself in, I guess, in the flag.

00:04:58.220 I mean, I don't know that Emerson's really the flag, but I think we see through that, Steve.

00:05:02.060 Well, no, he didn't.

00:05:02.580 Hang on, hang on.

00:05:03.280 First off, he went to every third world country.

00:05:06.520 I don't think he mentioned anything about the United States or America.

00:05:09.840 This was this guy unmasked.

00:05:11.820 What you're seeing right there, and Bill Ackman sent out a tweet, the billionaire, to grovel in front of him.

00:05:17.340 Hey, I'm so glad you won, and is there anything I can do to help you, you know, DM me here?

00:05:23.280 This was as brutal a throwdown as you could ever have, and I appreciate the guy for not hiding it.

00:05:30.160 He hid it so long with the TikTok videos, but this is a direct challenge, not just to the president, but to the entire MAGA movement, sir.

00:05:38.280 Yeah, I agree with that, and I think the answer, or the question rather is, what are we going to do about it?

00:05:42.940 What are populists who actually believe in this country, who believe in the history of this country, who believe in our culture and our civilization?

00:05:48.360 Are we going to have an answer, or are we just going to capitulate?

00:05:51.580 Because we see what their answer is.

00:05:53.040 Their answer is, tear it all down and rebuild it on the foundation of secular, atheistic communism.

00:05:58.660 That's what he runs on.

00:06:00.020 That's what he represents.

00:06:01.680 And are we instead going to say, no, actually, we're going to get back to what we truly believe in in this country.

00:06:06.380 This is a working class Christian country.

00:06:09.100 Are we going to build on that foundation?

00:06:11.200 That's the challenge, Stephen.

00:06:12.260 We cannot be timid right now in this moment.

00:06:15.040 We have to come forward and say, there is one way forward.

00:06:18.300 It is to return to the principles of the United States of America. 0.75

00:06:21.840 No more half measures.

00:06:22.960 But that is the challenge in front of us, I think, big time.

00:06:26.640 Senator, this morning at the breakfast with the Senate, what's going on?

00:06:30.800 Because, as you know, particularly about this funding illegal alien health care has been the central point of the Schumer shutdown.

00:06:38.960 But I notice a lot of folks are getting wobbly right now as the heat's getting turned up.

00:06:44.300 Your thoughts?

00:06:46.020 Well, I think here's the big message that the president sent, which is that the Senate better be prepared to do something here and reopen the government and do it on our terms that protects working people, that doesn't give health care to illegals, as you said, that doesn't turn over control of this government to illegals and the radical left. 0.63

00:07:01.660 And if that means eliminating or changing the filibuster, then the Senate should be prepared to do that.

00:07:06.000 And, Steve, I have to tell you, I think he's right about that.

00:07:08.960 I mean, I've been saying to these Democrats, if you think that you can just shut down the government, deny Donald Trump any ability to govern, he's the duly elected president of the United States.

00:07:18.640 If you think you can take away food from 40 million Americans, take away the pay of our great military, take away the pay of our border patrol.

00:07:25.880 If you think you can do that and then you come to me, Democrats, and say, well, you just have to live with it.

00:07:29.980 No, I don't.

00:07:30.880 And if you think I'm going to side with some arcane Senate rule rather than siding with the people, you got it wrong.

00:07:35.720 So I think we're on a collision course here.

00:07:37.820 And unless the Democrats change course, if they put me to the choice of people or the Senate rules, I'm choosing the people.

00:07:45.420 And I want that to be loud and clear.

00:07:47.520 I want people to understand that, including my Republican colleagues.

00:07:50.880 They need to hear it.

00:07:51.660 And I think that's the point the president made today.

00:07:54.540 Can you do can you actually change the filibuster just for one vote and go back to it?

00:07:59.680 Because it has protected, particularly in those years that we were in the wilderness, it does protect you.

00:08:04.680 It does give you at least a shield to be able to fight back.

00:08:08.080 Is that pretty catastrophic for this situation?

00:08:11.260 I mean, have you all you guys waited and measured this?

00:08:14.320 Yeah, you can do you can you can change the filibuster in a lot of ways, Steve.

00:08:17.820 And I would just say to the Democrats out there who now, after voting to do this multiple times, are now hyperventilating about it.

00:08:23.660 Listen, if if you want to prevent this, then reopen the government without health care to illegals. 1.00

00:08:29.900 Stop the hostage taking.

00:08:31.380 You know, in my state, they are holding hostage thousands of military men and women, thousands of agents, law enforcement agents and thousands of people, needy people, needing working, needy working people who cannot eat.

00:08:44.280 Stop the hostage taking.

00:08:45.500 I mean, this is really the Democrats have a choice to make here.

00:08:48.360 But I think Republicans have got to be clear that we're just not going to capitulate and allow this to go on forever.

00:08:53.880 And so to your question, yeah, there's different ways to change or reform the filibuster.

00:08:57.860 You could you could do any number of things.

00:08:59.520 You can make people actually hold the floor like they used to in the old days.

00:09:02.480 You could change the vote threshold.

00:09:03.720 You could say we're going to carve it out for certain things and not for others.

00:09:07.400 But I think the Democrats need to know that are we going to be the party of the people?

00:09:11.280 Are we going to be the party of the Senate?

00:09:12.680 And my view is we need to be the party of the people.

00:09:16.000 From the Democrats perspective, they because the illegal alien is under the illegal alien issue is is under everything.

00:09:25.280 It's under about the census, the redistricting.

00:09:27.320 It's about sending ice into Portland.

00:09:29.920 It's about the fight in Chicago.

00:09:31.420 Everything is goes back to how they really have how they really have a party.

00:09:37.440 And if they look at the math last night from New York City to New Jersey, the big urban areas of New Jersey to the Commonwealth of Virginia, particularly the northern Virginia and the California on the redistricting.

00:09:49.000 They're going to sit there and go, we can't give up the illegal aliens. 1.00

00:09:52.120 That's the bedrock of our party.

00:09:53.700 That in the visa scam.

00:09:54.820 So what why would they do that?

00:09:57.940 Why would they do that to open up the government?

00:09:59.960 They have no incentive to do that unless we really take this messaging and go up about nine levels.

00:10:05.540 I just I think from their perspective, they're going to say, hey, we just won.

00:10:08.980 We won on illegal aliens and we won on in particularly in these in these eastern states and in New York City with all these visa scams that have been around forever.

00:10:18.820 Hell, man, Dami is here illegitimately.

00:10:21.260 He's only been here six years, a citizen of Uganda.

00:10:24.080 Why would they why would they why would they work with you guys at all? 0.98

00:10:27.620 They're just going to say screw you.

00:10:28.700 That's exactly what the president said this morning, Steve. 0.98

00:10:32.160 He made exactly that point.

00:10:33.600 And he said, I think unless we get serious and show that we are serious about reopening this government and not just that, but passing legislation like voter I.D., like voter integrity laws nationwide.

00:10:47.340 You know, we ought to ban ballot harvesting nationwide.

00:10:49.980 I've had a bill to do that for years.

00:10:51.180 We ought to do that.

00:10:51.840 President talked about that today.

00:10:53.240 We ought to require national voter I.D.

00:10:55.820 We have it in Missouri.

00:10:56.840 We ought to have it in every state of the union.

00:10:58.480 He talked about that today.

00:10:59.900 Unless we get serious about passing some of this legislation, Steve, I think you're absolutely right.

00:11:04.820 Democrats have made a bet and they made it decades ago that they could flood the country with illegal immigrants and they could over time sort of wash those people through and get them registered as voters. 0.94

00:11:14.900 And now, as you know, in many states, liberal states, you can't even ask for an I.D.

00:11:18.700 You can't check citizenship status, including in federal elections.

00:11:21.860 That ought to be illegal because this is the Democrats' long-term strategy to never, ever surrender power.

00:11:28.600 As one of the president's biggest supporters and you're the fire-breathing populace in the Senate, the pressure, you know, is going to come starting this afternoon by the donors and the moderates and the moderate, you know, conservative media that MAGA's too hard, that MAGA's too tough, that MAGA's too unfeeling, that you've got to ease up.

00:11:50.860 You've got to change your policies.

00:11:52.760 You've got to accommodate.

00:11:54.340 How are you going to – someone talks to the president a lot – how are you going to advise the president about the path forward?

00:12:02.060 I think the answer to all that is is that what we've got to do is deliver for the working people of this country who put the president in the White House, who put me in the Senate, who gave control of the Senate and the House to Republicans.

00:12:13.160 If we don't deliver for these people – and this is what the president was saying this morning – if we don't deliver for these people, we're going to see more mandamis.

00:12:21.700 We're going to see more socialists and communists out there taking control because working people in this country need champions, and they need help right now.

00:12:30.360 It's why Donald Trump got elected.

00:12:31.960 It's why he's pursuing the policies he's pursuing.

00:12:34.060 But I just think the message to Republicans is start delivering.

00:12:38.520 Start delivering on the agenda that we ran on.

00:12:41.400 We've got to help working people.

00:12:43.200 We've got to get them their jobs back.

00:12:44.700 We've got to get them their wages up. 1.00

00:12:46.740 We've got to make sure they can afford health care.

00:12:49.580 And we've got to get moving on it.

00:12:50.980 That's my takeaway, and that's my message.

00:12:52.880 And that's what the president said this morning, and I think he's right.

00:12:57.220 We – bringing you in, we'd cut off – we were listening to the arguments over the Supreme Court.

00:13:02.800 John Sauer, the Solicitor General, arguing just brilliantly, highly complicated – about trade and tariffs and all of it.

00:13:10.480 Your thoughts on that, sir?

00:13:12.480 Well, I think it's a hugely important case.

00:13:14.220 I think that the president does absolutely have the authority under the law, statutory authority, to impose these tariffs.

00:13:20.100 I actually think, Steve, he's got it in multiple different statutes, including the famous Smoot-Hawley tariff from back in the 1930s,

00:13:26.380 which explicitly gives the president the ability to set tariffs up to the levels this president has.

00:13:32.380 I'll just say this.

00:13:33.460 I mean, setting the legal niceties of it aside, if the president can't do this, if the court strikes this down, we're looking at a complete economic 180.

00:13:41.740 I mean, he has raised and is on pace to raise like a trillion dollars in new funds for this government that can help us with our deficit, help us with working people.

00:13:51.520 He's reshoring jobs.

00:13:53.240 You know, if the court takes that out of his hands, it's going to be a huge, huge problem.

00:13:57.020 I don't think people appreciate how big of an impact these tariffs are making.

00:14:01.240 That's what we played it live.

00:14:02.440 Senator, your social media and website, how do you get to your writings and all your current thinking on social media?

00:14:07.600 JoshHawley.com and then at Hawley Moe on all the social media platforms.

00:14:13.700 Thank you, Senator, for taking time to come and visit with us today.

00:14:16.560 Appreciate it.

00:14:17.660 Thank you.

00:14:18.400 Right there, Josh Hawley, one of the, if not the leading populist in the United States Senate.

00:14:24.800 Mondami was coming from MAGA last night.

00:14:27.680 So what are we going to do about it?

00:14:29.420 We're going to curl up.

00:14:30.220 You're going to do what Bill Ackman did.

00:14:31.380 You're going to send out a tweet.

00:14:32.180 Have her in the audience. 0.96

00:14:32.940 Send out a social media right now to Mondami. 0.93

00:14:36.100 Oh, it's so great.

00:14:37.080 You won and we were wrong.

00:14:39.320 And if you need any help, I'm here.

00:14:40.780 DM me.

00:14:41.540 Slide into Bill Ackman's DMs.

00:14:43.800 How about that, Mondami?

00:14:46.180 The billionaires are all going to collapse because they're all gutless and none of them are MAGA.

00:14:50.800 Not one of them.

00:14:52.220 Short break.

00:14:52.840 John Solomon on the other side.

00:14:58.080 Let me be blunt.

00:15:00.780 Gold is up around 40% this year.

00:15:02.760 That's not speculation.

00:15:04.400 That's reality.

00:15:05.320 And if a portion of your savings isn't diversified in the gold, you're missing the boat.

00:15:10.100 Now, here's the facts.

00:15:11.560 Inflation is still too high.

00:15:13.180 The U.S. dollar is still too weak.

00:15:15.040 And the government debt is insurmountable.

00:15:17.220 That is why central banks are flocking to gold.

00:15:20.160 They're the ones driving up the prices now to record highs.

00:15:23.860 But it's not too late to buy gold from Birch Gold Group and get in the door now.

00:16:54.260 Okay, welcome back.

00:16:56.140 Take your phone out.

00:16:57.140 Text Birch Gold.

00:16:58.500 Here's how you do it.

00:16:59.320 Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N-9-8-9-8-9-8.

00:17:02.680 You get the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.

00:17:08.860 I don't care what Mondami says.

00:17:10.900 What'd he say?

00:17:12.100 It's an end of an age and beginning of another.

00:17:14.340 Lord have mercy.

00:17:16.800 Does that brother think a lot of himself?

00:17:21.280 Anyway, go to Birch Gold today.

00:17:22.580 Talk to Philip Hecht and the team.

00:17:24.020 And particularly about tax deferred.

00:17:25.600 You can roll your IRA, 401k, all of it.

00:17:29.280 Talk to Philip and the team about gold being a hedge against times of financial turbulence.

00:17:33.280 I think we might go through a little turbulence.

00:17:35.080 Just guessing.

00:17:37.000 And ask him if it's the end of the Trump age.

00:17:39.300 Don't think so, Mondami. 1.00

00:17:41.100 Sorry.

00:17:42.040 Not sorry.

00:17:43.260 John Solomon, you wrote Shotgun.

00:17:44.680 I want to thank you for writing Shotgun with us last night.

00:17:48.100 You know these groups.

00:17:50.480 You've investigated these people for decades.

00:17:53.060 Tell me your thoughts as you had a chance to sleep on it of Mondami, particularly the speech you gave last night,

00:17:58.380 which was, I would say, up in the grill of the President of the United States, MAGA, and American citizens, sir.

00:18:04.520 Yeah, listen, it was an anti-American speech.

00:18:08.200 It was, we are globalists, and the intifada is more important than the American Revolution.

00:18:13.680 And you see in very subtle ways the extremist that he really is, that he tried to paint down a little bit in the last few weeks of the election.

00:18:23.220 But I think the most important story for everybody to read today is up on justinnews.com.

00:18:28.240 It was written by my extraordinary colleague, Jerry Dunleavy, a great investigative reporter.

00:18:32.840 He got inside the DSA New York group, which is the group that Mondami belonged to before he started to distance himself.

00:18:41.020 And they had a meeting this weekend that they allowed Jerry to attend.

00:18:44.440 And you can see what they talked about.

00:18:46.740 They are going to force the city of New York to divest from anything that is Jewish. 1.00

00:18:52.240 They're going to stop the New York Police Department from training and getting certain capabilities that they don't like.

00:18:57.940 They're going to regulate land sales.

00:19:00.280 You may not be able to sell your piece of land in the future to who you want if the mayor doesn't like that.

00:19:06.680 And then there is a lot of other agendas that are all in there.

00:19:09.680 The purpose of this meeting was to make sure that the group that helped elect Mondami in the primary and last night will have a seat at the table and will pressure Mondami until he delivers what he told them privately he would deliver.

00:19:23.920 The wish list looks like something from a Soviet republic, not something from an American capitalist city like New York City.

00:19:30.220 That is the Mondami you're going to see from this point forward, not that jovial, cool-looking kid from New York that talked a good game.

00:19:39.980 This is a guy that is beholden to the socialists who got him in office, and their values are very different from those that built the Big Apple.

00:19:50.220 Your thoughts – I know you're not – you don't deal in the politics of it.

00:19:54.420 You're more of an investigative reporter to reporter.

00:19:56.000 But the path forward, if you were to advise the president, he's going to give a big economic speech at 1 o'clock, or he met with the Senate about the shutdown.

00:20:04.400 What is the path forward, sir?

00:20:07.240 We needed that economic speech three weeks ago.

00:20:10.580 We spent the last three weeks heading into the election not addressing what the Democrats' real motive was in the shutdown.

00:20:17.280 We did here at Just the News, but the political establishment in Washington failed to tell people what this is.

00:20:22.740 The Democrats handed the Republicans the ultimate populist storyline.

00:20:28.420 They shut down the government so that their big insurance donors could get $400 billion more in subsidies.

00:20:35.440 By the way, you, the American people, don't get those subsidies.

00:20:38.880 They go straight to the insurers.

00:20:40.820 And if you don't use your insurance, Obamacare insurance, they still get the keep of it.

00:20:46.480 And here's the story that the president and his team and all of the Republicans should have told the last three weeks.

00:20:51.600 Since Obamacare went up, profits for health insurance companies have soared.

00:20:57.400 The American people in their back pocket haven't soared like the insurers.

00:21:01.200 And as insurers became more and more ingrained in Obamacare and enriching themselves on it, they became more and more Democratic donors.

00:21:09.820 Do you know who one of the largest donors to California's Prop 50 was?

00:21:14.320 It was the insurance industry.

00:21:15.820 Why?

00:21:16.440 They need those extra house seats to make sure that those incredible subsidies that we're sending to enrich fat cats and insurance companies will continue, that the gravy chain continue. 1.00

00:21:25.940 Now, that was a gift to the Republican Party.

00:21:29.380 We wrote about it daily here at Just the News.

00:21:32.080 I just heard Josh Hawley.

00:21:33.320 I didn't hear him talk about that.

00:21:34.520 That's how you connect with people who are trying to figure out what's on your dinner table, whether you can afford the next meal, the next mortgage, or the next thing.

00:21:41.840 The Republicans abandoned their economic populist connection to the American people the second they got in power.

00:21:47.740 They went back to their PowerPoints and they went back to their foreign policy.

00:21:51.500 This country is still not convinced the economy is working for them.

00:21:54.880 Donald Trump said he would.

00:21:56.000 Now, there's a story to tell.

00:21:57.240 Egg prices were way down.

00:21:59.160 Gasoline prices are way down.

00:22:01.020 Interest rates are coming down.

00:22:02.120 I didn't hear any of the leading candidates lean into that Trump success.

00:22:06.760 They ran from Trump.

00:22:07.840 They ran from economic populism.

00:22:09.920 It was the worst executed strategy you could possibly have in this midterm election.

00:22:14.560 The Republicans were given gifts.

00:22:16.380 They were given a socialist, a murderous attorney general candidate, and they couldn't defeat them because they got away from the playbook that just got them elected a year ago.

00:22:25.620 The other thing is Donald Trump forgot that he got 4 million people out to the polls in early voting that never voted before.

00:22:33.040 That was the Lee Zeldin AFW operation.

00:22:35.760 Those were people that were on the sidelines.

00:22:38.300 Last night, Momdami got people in Brooklyn who've never voted out because the socialist streetwalkers got them going.

00:22:44.460 Republicans didn't run and get out the vote operation, particularly an early vote operation.

00:22:49.260 Momdami won three weeks ago.

00:22:50.920 We didn't need Election Day.

00:22:51.940 He had won three weeks ago.

00:22:53.060 Republicans had no response in Jersey to that, no response in Virginia.

00:22:57.740 I live in an upper-middle-class neighborhood that settles elections in Virginia, Prince William County.

00:23:03.380 I didn't get a single Republican canvasser to my door in the last month.

00:23:07.880 I got 13 from the left.

00:23:09.880 That tells you the failure.

00:23:11.540 These are basic things of elections.

00:23:13.840 And what won Donald Trump the election in 2024, his political team failed to implement in the April election that gave up the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

00:23:21.940 And in these elections on November.

00:23:24.360 It's about ground game and economic messaging.

00:23:27.240 And they whiffed on both.

00:23:30.360 John, you've got a bunch of updates.

00:23:32.320 In fact, you're breaking some news on the investigation.

00:23:34.740 Because I can tell you, one of the frustrations of the MAGA movement is like, where are the perp walks, right?

00:23:39.280 We're nine months into this thing.

00:23:40.960 A year from the day we won.

00:23:42.620 It's the anniversary.

00:23:43.460 What do you got for us?

00:23:44.180 Well, I think a very important story this morning.

00:23:47.420 Back in April.

00:23:48.860 That's now, what, six months from now, if I'm doing my math correctly.

00:23:52.540 Cash Patel opened up a criminal investigation because he found these Comey documents and other documents like them in burn bags about to be destroyed.

00:24:00.700 Some of them were not in the digital system.

00:24:03.180 So if they had been burned, they would have been lost forever.

00:24:06.200 One of those things are the Comey notes that we just saw in the court filing.

00:24:09.780 And six months later, even though we know who went in and out of the SCIF, we know who probably put the burn bags in because SCIFs, these storage areas, have cameras, they have access codes so you know who's in.

00:24:20.400 Has the Justice Department indicted any of those people for obstruction?

00:24:23.560 No.

00:24:24.120 The criminal case was open.

00:24:25.840 We didn't even get the documents.

00:24:27.360 Cash Patel gets the documents to the DOJ right after April.

00:24:31.280 It took us until November to get the documents.

00:24:33.980 And it was only because Lindsey Halligan had the courage to stick them into a court filing. 0.98

00:24:38.680 The DOJ, as I keep saying on your show, is grossly trailing behind the FBI.

00:24:45.400 It is not resourced for the mission that Donald Trump gave them, the budget cuts they agreed to.

00:24:50.720 They didn't reprioritize weaponization in a way that got them the staff.

00:24:55.660 There are tens of thousands of pages of documents sitting waiting to be produced to Congress.

00:25:00.100 And yesterday, to give you a sense of where our Attorney General is, she did an Epstein documents to Puyo on all of us.

00:25:07.080 She did it.

00:25:07.640 She put out this tweet.

00:25:08.940 Got a lot of traffic.

00:25:10.320 Great Fox News story.

00:25:11.940 Oh, my God.

00:25:12.840 Guess what I discovered?

00:25:13.760 I discovered that Joe Biden gave up Donald Trump's phone and Mike Pence's phone to Jack Smith.

00:25:19.480 That's great, Madam Attorney General, except that story came out in April.

00:25:23.760 She wasn't even aware that that wasn't a new development, but an old development that had been discussed by Senators Grassley and Johnson for months.

00:25:31.600 If you want to fix the perp walk problem, if you want to fix the opportunity to bring accountability,

00:25:38.600 Kash Patel has the evidence.

00:25:39.920 The prosecutors, with the exception of Halligan, are lagging far behind the evidence.

00:25:45.920 And that sand clock is ticking down not only on statute of limitations, but on the time that occurs in between elections.

00:25:53.820 Twenty-six elections already underway.

00:25:55.840 We're missing really valuable time to educate the public.

00:25:58.780 The American people are missing valuable time.

00:26:01.280 I don't think DOJ is getting there.

00:26:02.980 When you see that there was a six-month delay in this document,

00:26:05.380 when you see the Attorney General presenting something new that is old,

00:26:09.440 she's so far behind the facts,

00:26:11.500 I'm really worried that Donald Trump doesn't have the team that can bring accountability to the Justice Department.

00:26:16.520 That's just my reporting.

00:26:17.640 And by the way, that's what many Justice Department members of Congress have been saying to me privately over the last three weeks, four weeks.

00:26:26.480 John, to get all these, including that amazing report you've got on the DSA,

00:26:31.240 the Working Family Party in the DSA is not to be dismissed.

00:26:34.300 It's a—

00:26:35.360 That's right.

00:26:35.720 They've got a ground game that's a machine.

00:26:38.440 They're a machine.

00:26:39.160 And people got—hey, they got 10,000 people not canvassing in the hot summer in August in Brooklyn.

00:26:45.160 That's how you win a big election.

00:26:47.920 John, where do people go for Justice News?

00:26:49.640 You know, the sad part, we don't talk about it.

00:26:51.260 We don't talk about it.

00:26:52.080 But Lee Zeldin built a machine like that with Suzy Wiles and James Blair last year, and we shut it off.

00:26:58.000 What the heck?

00:26:59.160 Get that machine back.

00:27:00.160 We had—Republicans had massive canvassing going on in the Senate.

00:27:03.540 The spreadsheet I saw, because I chronicled this as a journalist, 3.4 million people that got out who hadn't voted.

00:27:09.580 Where was that machine?

00:27:11.200 It has to be revved up.

00:27:12.800 Just the News.com and Jay Solomon reports on all social media.

00:27:16.960 John, thank you.

00:27:17.880 Thank you for sticking around with us more.

00:27:19.300 Appreciate you.

00:27:20.220 Yeah, we had a lot of fun last night.

00:27:21.520 Thanks for having me on.

00:27:22.700 We did.

00:27:23.540 We did.

00:27:24.000 It's not—you can't take this passively.

00:27:29.320 The excuse to say, well, these are blue states, no, that's not going to hack it.

00:27:33.840 Of course, New Jersey was—it is a blue state, but it was trending our way.

00:27:39.120 And we got smoked.

00:27:40.240 And, yes, the Scott Pistler effort is very important.

00:27:44.820 It's got to continue on, but that's not going to get you these victories.

00:27:47.400 It's getting them out on game day.

00:27:49.180 You can register them.

00:27:50.040 You've got to get them out.

00:27:50.820 You've got to get them out.

00:27:51.480 Ever since COVID, millions of Americans have started buying preparedness supplies, especially emergency food.

00:27:58.720 And, hey, that's a good thing.

00:28:00.780 But there's a big mistake most people make with their emergency food supply.

00:28:04.260 They don't have any way to cook it in a real emergency when the power's out or the grid is down.

00:28:11.020 That's why our friends over at MyPatriotSupply create their Black Friday Survival Special.

00:28:16.860 It comes with a four-week food supply plus $150 worth of free gifts, including everything you need to prepare your emergency meals,

00:28:26.100 like a cook stove, fuel, fire starters, plus a water purifier, bug-out bag, and more.

00:28:32.160 It's the complete survival kit your family needs to ride out natural disasters, civil unrest, or anything worse.

00:28:40.660 It also makes a great Christmas gift, but it's only available through Black Friday, through Black Friday.

00:28:46.760 So head right now to MyPatriotSupply.com slash Bannon to check out everything that's included.

00:28:57.120 So go to MyPatriotSupply.com slash Bannon and get prepared, and get prepared today.

00:29:03.080 That's MyPatriotSupply.com slash Bannon.

00:29:07.520 ... surplus 39 percent.

00:29:10.140 That is just not something that any president has ever had the power to do in our history.

00:29:15.580 And the idea that Congress, by implication, did this in 1977 and handed him all this power, I think is really difficult.

00:29:24.020 Just to ask the other...

00:29:25.360 Go ahead.

00:29:27.760 Justice.

00:29:28.520 Let's start with just the bare statutory language.

00:29:32.360 You have arguments about structure.

00:29:34.780 You have arguments about history.

00:29:37.800 There are strong arguments, but let's just start with the bare statutory language.

00:29:44.760 Regulate importation.

00:29:46.400 If we disregard all of the rest, would you dispute that that would include the imposition of a fee?

00:29:54.200 So if it's a revenue rate, yeah, we do dispute that, absolutely.

00:29:57.780 What if there were a statute that said, I mean, suppose that there's a particular national park that's very crowded,

00:30:03.300 and Congress passes a statute that says the National Park Service may regulate admission to the park.

00:30:09.220 Would you say, well, that does not allow them to impose a fee?

00:30:12.380 So, you know, Your Honor, sometimes we think of fees as not revenue raising,

00:30:16.800 but rather capturing the cost of government services, in your example, going to the park.

00:30:22.940 That may, you know, those kinds of cases, which I think...

00:30:25.360 Suppose it goes beyond the cost of running the park.

00:30:31.480 Congress just wants to control admission to the park.

00:30:34.180 Regulate admission.

00:30:35.620 Wouldn't that include the imposition of a fee?

00:30:37.560 So if it doesn't raise revenue, and it's not about that, then I think that's fine.

00:30:44.240 If it does...

00:30:44.560 It raises revenue.

00:30:46.200 Then I think it's a tougher...

00:30:47.180 That's the hypothetical.

00:30:48.200 That wouldn't apply?

00:30:49.640 So I think in that circumstance that it wouldn't be a regulation in context, it wouldn't be permitted.

00:30:56.240 That is, at least in the context of tariffs and trade, we know Justice Alito from the founding of...

00:31:00.500 Well, that gets into your other arguments.

00:31:02.820 We start out with the bare statutory language, and that was what my question was about.

00:31:10.520 Do you think all tariffs are revenue raising?

00:31:13.700 Suppose that, instead of imposing these across-the-board tariffs,

00:31:21.200 suppose that an executive order imposed a tariff on one particular country and provided that

00:31:33.020 this would take effect in 90 days, and suppose that within those 90 days, an agreement is reached

00:31:41.840 with that country so that no tariff is ever collected.

00:31:46.440 Would that be a revenue raising tariff?

00:31:48.140 I take it the initial point, and on its face, it is revenue raising, that that's what it's for,

00:31:54.520 and so I think that would.

00:31:56.400 And look, I don't doubt that there are edge cases.

00:31:58.420 That is what this court's confronted just recently in FCC versus Consumer Research, and you said,

00:32:03.400 look, what is a tax is sometimes very hard.

00:32:05.640 What is revenue raising?

00:32:06.900 This is obviously revenue raising.

00:32:08.920 Their own brief to the court says it's going to raise $4 trillion.

00:32:12.620 And Justice Alito, you and your consumer's research dissent, or Justice Gorsuch's dissent that you

00:32:18.780 joined, said taxation is special and different, and it is the most powerful thing the government

00:32:25.240 does.

00:32:25.880 And the idea that Congress, when they know exactly how to write tariff and tax statutes,

00:32:31.580 gave this power by implication through the word regulate, I think is very, very hard.

00:32:36.800 Well, you cite many different statutory provisions that impose tariffs, and you have a point,

00:32:44.840 if that's the relevant universe.

00:32:46.400 What if the relevant universe is tariffs that are imposed in emergency situations?

00:32:54.580 Yes.

00:32:54.960 So I think it cuts the other way.

00:32:56.320 So, you know, as Justice Jackson said, when you're in an emergency situation, the statutes

00:33:01.340 actually have to speak with more precision.

00:33:03.800 The public needs to know, because emergencies beget emergencies.

00:33:08.600 And I would say the best way of understanding what Congress does in emergencies is to look

00:33:13.440 at the emergency statutes.

00:33:14.020 That's Neil Cattell.

00:33:14.960 You see him on, we have many clips of him.

00:33:19.000 He's actually arguing for the companies.

00:33:21.280 We have many clips from him.

00:33:22.220 Former, I think, interim Solicitor General.

00:33:24.620 I don't think he ever got Senate confirmed.

00:33:27.080 Also buried lead, Boris Epstein's professor at Georgetown Law.

00:33:31.900 I'm just saying.

00:33:33.800 Very crafty guy, but very smart guy.

00:33:37.360 These arguments today are pretty intense.

00:33:40.400 We will have a summary of all this with experts on it in the 5 p.m. hour, plus an analysis and

00:33:46.200 maybe some clips from President Trump's going to give a major economic speech at 1 p.m.

00:33:51.140 And I can tell you behind the scenes, there's a lot going on, a lot of pressure on President Trump now.

00:33:56.920 And he's trying to put pressure to figure out how to end the government shutdown.

00:33:59.800 What we can't do is ever concede with the Democrats.

00:34:04.540 Their entire strategy is built around illegal aliens and foreign-born folks. 0.93

00:34:13.100 That is the lesson last night of New York City.

00:34:16.160 You're paying for 40 or 50 years, 40 or 50 years of bad immigration policy and the billionaires and the corporatists in Silicon Valley gaming the system to take away your jobs and to give them to foreigners.

00:34:31.220 That's what last night sounded like.

00:34:34.220 By the way, when it was first cut on, it sounded like you were in Bollywood.

00:34:38.180 Now, I have no problem with Bollywood.

00:34:39.800 I think that stuff, I think a lot of that content is absolutely amazing.

00:34:43.060 But the mayor of New York City, and he's up in your grill.

00:34:48.380 We'll play that again and again.

00:34:50.640 You've got to watch that speech.

00:34:53.080 He's not so happy-clappy now, is he?

00:34:54.800 Remember how happy-clappy, he's nice, he's a nice Obama, he's a more articulate young Obama.

00:35:00.280 Remember that?

00:35:01.240 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:35:03.740 In that speech, he's telling you what he's going to do and what you're going to have to just live with it.

00:35:09.240 Because that's the way it rolls, folks.

00:35:11.040 And you either stop it now, oh, Bannon, you MAGA guys, you're too hard, you're too tough.

00:35:16.220 Either stop it now, or it's just going to metastasize.

00:35:20.240 Look what's happened down in Texas.

00:35:21.940 We've got a fighter on our hands down in Texas, folks.

00:35:24.340 We've got a big old fighter on our hands.

00:35:27.360 We've got some clip today, some guy, I don't know, London, Paris, saying, hey, Texas, the new MAGA.

00:35:34.580 So saddle up, folks.

00:35:37.260 You're either going to give this country away in this generation right here, or you're going to fight and keep it and return it to its former glory and greatness.

00:35:46.380 That's what all this comes down to, one or the other.

00:35:50.000 It's a binary choice.

00:35:52.140 It's a binary choice.

00:35:54.160 You saw last night, you saw this redistricting.

00:35:56.980 By the way, 63, I think they won by 30 points.

00:35:59.660 It was close, 30 points.

00:36:01.120 All these people coming from California, I just go, folks, unless you get Trump engaged out there and get the MAGA vote, it's got millions and millions of voters.

00:36:10.020 If you do that, you maybe have a shot.

00:36:12.420 You don't do that, you've got no shot.

00:36:14.120 And I was thinking 20, maybe 25, over 30, I think it's over 30, close to 30 points blowout.

00:36:21.320 And it launches Newsom.

00:36:23.560 And Newsom is going to take it to its full advantage.

00:36:26.080 And now we've got game on, you know, the great redistricting strategy we did in 21 and early 22 and then on a roll at Texas.

00:36:34.420 But still, we were stopped by the Republican establishment, just like you got Judas Pence.

00:36:40.580 You know, Judas Pence is putting the knife in Dr. Roberts and all the Project 2025 guys.

00:36:45.280 He's trying to take over Heritage.

00:36:46.940 They all want to come back.

00:36:49.280 I tell you, they all see Trump as a passing summer storm, and they just see you as a bunch of grundoons that once Trump's gone,

00:36:57.380 they're just going to get you all back inside the controlled opposition of the Republican establishment so they can get tapped along.

00:37:05.000 Right?

00:37:05.460 Do you think New York City had just, that just happened?

00:37:09.860 And you can't blame it solely on progressive Democrats, although that's who drove it.

00:37:13.980 Every policy, every open borders policy came from them.

00:37:18.760 Where was National Review and Rich Lowry and Williamson?

00:37:21.400 Where are you guys, when this was happening in New York City, where were you?

00:37:25.100 Oh, that's right.

00:37:25.880 You're having debating societies up in your Ceylons, up in the Upper East Side.

00:37:30.460 You know, with the bow ties and the, you know, awfully, awfully, I'm in this club, I'm in that club, I'm a whiffing poof from Yale, right? 1.00

00:37:40.540 Doesn't hack it.

00:37:42.140 Doesn't hack it.

00:37:43.060 There's not a debating society.

00:37:45.640 What did Mao Zedong say?

00:37:47.760 It ain't a garden party.

00:37:49.700 You know who knows that?

00:37:51.660 The Working Families Party, the DSA, and Mom, Donnie.

00:37:55.560 They understand that.

00:37:57.040 You see Bill Ackman, that's all the corporate class behind the scenes.

00:37:59.880 He grovels to this guy in front of him on Twitter.

00:38:03.920 Grovels.

00:38:06.380 Ackman. 0.94

00:38:07.580 That's a beauty.

00:38:09.120 That's what, you think your billionaire class is going to stand up there,

00:38:10.980 and you think all those billionaires that came over a year ago tonight,

00:38:13.940 you think any of those guys are going to be with you to get down and dirty on this fight for the midterms?

00:38:20.020 You just watch them.

00:38:21.340 Yesterday, a big piece in the Washington Post,

00:38:23.120 oh, people on the right, Peter Thiel and all these guys,

00:38:26.620 we need an aristocracy. 1.00

00:38:28.500 The MAGA people are too dumb. 1.00

00:38:31.200 Yeah, that would be you. 1.00

00:38:32.300 You're too dumb. 1.00

00:38:33.500 You're too lazy. 1.00

00:38:35.380 Immigrants are going to start other businesses, 0.99

00:38:37.080 but you need a new aristocracy, you know, led by Palantir and led by Peter Thiel, right?

00:38:43.200 You need an aristocracy because you can't govern yourself.

00:38:47.600 You can't drive to a conclusion the project to save our country.

00:38:51.960 Yeah, that would be you.

00:38:52.780 The ones that have been in the trenches longest have fought so many battles and won so many battles.

00:38:56.460 Yeah, what you need, you need to get layered by a new aristocracy. 0.92

00:39:00.500 That's exactly what we need.

00:39:02.500 Yeah, that's worked out well.

00:39:03.720 But this is okay because, you know, they believe in tax cuts and, you know,

00:39:08.900 they believe in, you know, you know, Israel first, all that.

00:39:13.320 They got all that.

00:39:14.080 So they're guys that you fall in the line and back up because you need a new aristocracy.

00:39:18.360 I'll go through that Washington Post article in detail.

00:39:21.860 Because not only are we not going to need an aristocracy, we're not going to have an aristocracy, okay?

00:39:29.880 Not in this country.

00:39:31.040 Not in this time.

00:39:32.700 You're playing right into the hands of Mondami in this crowd. 1.00

00:39:35.100 You're playing right into the hands of them because you're too freaking stupid to understand what's actually going on. 1.00

00:39:40.320 And you're too much greed and avarice. 1.00

00:39:43.340 Don't need it.

00:39:45.240 You want that?

00:39:45.920 You go, Mondami's going to come and strip it all away anyway. 0.99

00:39:48.940 Anyway, the DSA and the Working Family Party, they think they've got momentum.

00:39:54.520 I want to thank Patriot Mobile for sponsoring last night.

00:39:57.380 And by the way, the Tarrant County and Lee Wamskan was the one bright light.

00:40:01.940 They saved Steve.

00:40:02.800 That was just a Texas Senate seat.

00:40:04.140 Hey, there was a lot on the line there because you had $3.5, $4 million of Republican money supporting a guy that's kind of a Democrat.

00:40:13.700 Oh, yeah, that's right.

00:40:15.920 That's right. 0.98

00:40:16.480 Dirty Chinese money coming from Macau, the center of, I don't know, sex traffic, money laundering, you name it. 1.00

00:40:24.240 A cesspool. 1.00

00:40:25.920 A cesspool.

00:40:27.580 A total and complete cesspool.

00:40:30.340 Money put on Lee Wamskan, who's tough as boot leather and had to go against the Democrats on the left and the phony Republicans on the right.

00:40:41.260 That's a warrior and did it with grace and charm and just good old American stick-to-itiveness.

00:40:49.600 And if you saw her last night, she looked like she's been through a tough time because they came for her hard.

00:40:56.620 But upon that, those are the types of things like in Texas you can build upon.

00:41:00.920 You can build upon.

00:41:02.200 And Texas is in play.

00:41:03.300 It's a very dangerous specter over Texas.

00:41:08.580 Very dangerous.

00:41:09.840 Very, very dangerous.

00:41:11.740 They're coming for Texas.

00:41:13.560 Also, the way we solve Manhattan is through Texas.

00:41:19.220 It's going to be quite interesting.

00:41:22.360 I want to thank a Patriot Mobile.

00:41:24.000 972 Patriots.

00:41:24.860 Stop giving your money to people that hate you.

00:41:27.520 You want to see who hates you?

00:41:28.860 Go back and look at Mondani's victory speech last night.

00:41:33.760 When you should be the most magnanimous.

00:41:35.780 He dealt with the Cuomos.

00:41:37.860 I've watched a lot of victory speeches in politics.

00:41:41.220 I have never in my entire life ever seen the cruelty of which Mondani dealt with Cuomo and the response from the crowd.

00:41:52.640 That's what you got coming.

00:41:53.920 Remember, Cuomo is the crown prince of the progressive side of the Democratic Party.

00:42:01.980 That's what they think of you.

00:42:03.720 Just think about that.

00:42:05.420 Trevor Comstock, we've got a minute.

00:42:06.740 I'm going to hold you through.

00:42:07.800 What do you got for us today, brother?

00:42:09.320 We need to feel healthy.

00:42:10.600 We've got a long march ahead of us.

00:42:11.880 Where do we go?

00:42:12.960 What do we do?

00:42:14.720 Yeah.

00:42:15.400 Thanks for having me, Steve.

00:42:16.720 Definitely today, I just wanted to touch on our flagship product, which is our grass-fed beef liver.

00:42:21.520 And it's still our number one product.

00:42:23.980 And I haven't talked about it in a while.

00:42:25.560 But for anyone who doesn't know, what's amazing about beef liver is it's arguably one of the best sources of highly bioavailable nutrients, including things like vitamins, coenzymes, amino acids, as well as peptides.

00:42:36.780 So aside from that, you get a wide array of vitamins and nutrients like iron, zinc, vitamin A, B12, CoQ10, folate, which all do things like help promote healthy skin, hair, heart, immune system, as well as brain function.

00:42:49.180 And then aside from that, it also contains many other critical vitamins and nutrients that most people are deficient in.

00:42:55.280 So things like choline, K2, selenium, and copper.

00:42:58.040 Hey, hang on.

00:42:58.660 Just hang on for one second, Trevor.

00:43:00.260 I want to make sure everybody understands this.

00:43:02.020 Because it's a fantastic product.

00:43:04.400 Short break.

00:43:04.760 What if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?

00:43:13.460 Steve Bannon here.

00:43:14.500 War Room listeners know Jim Rickards.

00:43:16.180 I love this guy.

00:43:17.640 He's our wise man.

00:43:18.620 A former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.

00:43:24.740 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.

00:43:34.520 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.

00:43:42.120 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.

00:43:53.700 Right now, War Room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.

00:44:00.460 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.

00:44:05.280 I read it.

00:44:06.380 You should read it.

00:44:07.440 Time is running out.

00:44:08.300 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:10.140 That's all one word, Rickards War Room.

00:44:12.040 Rickards with an S.

00:44:13.520 Go now and claim your free book.

00:44:15.940 That's RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:18.420 Do it today.

00:44:19.080 War Room.

00:44:20.980 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:44:24.700 Hey, Trevor, I want to have you on the evening show, so we've got to bounce, but where do people go?

00:44:31.180 Grass-fed beef liver is our flagship product, but there's so many others that are so great.

00:44:36.420 I want people to go.

00:44:37.380 I want to read the reviews.

00:44:38.540 Where do they go today?

00:44:40.400 Yes, you can go to SacredHumanHealth.com, or you can always just type in Sacred Human at Google.

00:44:45.040 It will be the first page that pops up.

00:44:46.460 And then, of course, you can always use code WARRoom for 10% off any one-time order.

00:44:50.800 If you do subscribe, you're locked into that 10% discount for life until you cancel.

00:44:55.060 So let us know if you have any questions, but yeah, check out SacredHumanHealth.com.

00:44:58.900 And how do people get access to you?

00:45:02.200 Yeah, yeah.

00:45:02.740 We've got a Contact Us button right at the top of the homepage.

00:45:05.780 So if you click on that, you can shoot us an email.

00:45:08.420 If you want to request a call, just send us your number, and we can give you a call that

00:45:12.560 way as well.

00:45:13.500 But always happy to answer any questions.

00:45:16.220 Trevor started this.

00:45:17.820 He's worked around this industry for a long time, knows it cold, wanted to start a company.

00:45:22.120 He's fantastic.

00:45:22.860 These entrepreneurs, these founders, want to build it one customer at a time, so make

00:45:27.240 contact directly with him.

00:45:29.160 Trevor, I'll see you this afternoon.

00:45:31.600 We'll get you in with President Trump and this economic program.

00:45:34.800 Trevor Comstock, Sacred Human Health.

00:45:36.620 Go check it out.

00:45:37.420 The Make America Healthy Again movement, our coalition.

00:45:43.100 Cameron Kinsey, you know, bad news on the deficits.

00:45:47.600 They're big, and they're growing, to be quite honest.

00:45:49.860 We are trying to cut them with tariffs, although they're arguing in front of the Supreme Court

00:45:52.480 today.

00:45:52.840 That might go away if we lose that case.

00:45:55.680 Now, if you've got a problem with the IRS, the IRS, what the IRS thinks you owe may be

00:46:00.060 different than what you think you owe, and there is the rub, okay?

00:46:03.020 They're coming for the money they think that you owe.

00:46:06.120 You've got to make a case with somebody about what reality is.

00:46:09.660 How do people do that, Cameron Kinsey?

00:46:12.400 That's a great question, Steve.

00:46:13.620 Thank you so much for having me on.

00:46:15.060 I mean, Americans are still getting hit with these audits, this back taxes, wage garnishments.

00:46:19.820 We obviously saw the elimination of Biden holdovers at the IRS.

00:46:23.620 President Trump, you know, got rid of 25% of the workforce, which is a great start to

00:46:28.680 ending this government overreach.

00:46:30.360 But, you know, when the IRS furloughs workers during a government shutdown, which honestly

00:46:35.200 is just so typical for the government to take money without working.

00:46:38.420 But it does create major delays.

00:46:40.160 You know, the refund stall, the phone lines will close, Steve.

00:46:42.840 Cases under review will just sit.

00:46:45.380 And so for taxpayers already facing audits or collections during this time, that uncertainty

00:46:50.040 can become very stressful for them.

00:46:52.920 And so at Tax Network USA, we step in as the middleman, Steve.

00:46:56.560 We handle all communication.

00:46:58.580 We protect our clients from growing penalties, keeping their cases moving as much as possible.

00:47:04.060 And so even when the IRS slows down, we make sure that our clients aren't getting left behind.

00:47:08.560 But here's what I will say.

00:47:09.560 We are one of the nation's leading tax relief firms.

00:47:12.780 We've helped everyday Americans.

00:47:14.600 We've helped business owners as well fight back against this aggressive IRS enforcement

00:47:19.300 that we've seen.

00:47:20.360 So if you're dealing with years of unfiled returns, you're dealing with mounting penalties,

00:47:25.260 collections already underway, we have a team of CPAs, tax attorneys, even former IRS agents

00:47:31.380 who know the tax code inside and out.

00:47:33.500 They know exactly how to help you.

00:47:35.060 And you need a professional team when going up against the IRS.

00:47:38.780 We are not a cookie-cutter tax company who's going to take your money and vanish when

00:47:43.120 things get tough.

00:47:43.900 We really do go to war for our clients, Steve, because we believe your hard-earned money should

00:47:48.460 stay in your own pocket.

00:47:49.740 We have saved people over a billion dollars in back taxes, and we don't say that lightly

00:47:54.160 at Tax Network USA.

00:47:55.560 We've worked with salary employees, retirees, small business owners, gig workers, you name

00:48:00.320 it.

00:48:00.500 Nothing is too big or small for us.

00:48:02.320 And chances are we've already seen it, and we know exactly how to handle it.

00:48:05.680 So we're not just another service provider.

00:48:07.940 We share the same values of our listeners watching today.

00:48:12.260 Less bureaucratic nonsense, limited government, protecting people from these weaponized institutions,

00:48:17.980 Steve.

00:48:18.220 That is the lens we approach every single case with.

00:48:21.200 We're on your side, not theirs. 0.98

00:48:23.340 One more time.

00:48:24.260 Where do people go right now?

00:48:25.560 Because people I know are worried about this.

00:48:26.920 Where do they go?

00:48:28.240 Yes, they go to TNUSA.com slash Bannon.

00:48:31.140 We take care of our war room posse.

00:48:33.280 Or you can go to 1-800-958-1000.

00:48:36.900 Again, that's 1-800-958-1000.

00:48:40.000 You can even fill out a quick form online or call our number.

00:48:43.840 It's a free consultation, Steve.

00:48:45.880 Free consultation.

00:48:46.820 Totally free, folks.

00:48:47.680 Get rid of the angst.

00:48:48.940 Cameron Kinsey, I know you've got a new company.

00:48:50.720 You're starting things.

00:48:51.660 You're one of the rising stars in this movement.

00:48:54.020 But man, we need you in the White House.

00:48:55.460 What do I got to do to talk to you about going back?

00:48:56.920 And you're doing a great job at Tax Network.

00:48:58.440 I know those guys love you.

00:48:59.620 We need you in the White House.

00:49:00.860 How do we do that, girl?

00:49:02.320 I know.

00:49:02.920 You got to go put in a good word for me.

00:49:05.020 I wouldn't mind going back to serve the greatest president.

00:49:08.240 I was so pleased to do so on the first admin.

00:49:11.400 Done.

00:49:11.700 You're amazing.

00:49:12.400 Thank you.
