On this vote, the yeas are 222. The nays are 209. The bill is passed. The motion is adopted.
00:00:10.700
For the past 43 days, Democrats in Congress shut down the government of the United States
00:00:16.060
in an attempt to extort American taxpayers for hundreds of billions of dollars for illegal
00:00:21.820
aliens and people that came into our country illegally from gangs, from prisons, from mental
00:00:28.660
institutions. They wanted to pay them $1.5 trillion, which would have really hurt our healthcare
00:00:35.220
businesses and our recipients at levels never seen before. Today, we're sending a clear message
00:00:42.860
that we will never give in to extortion, because that's what it was. They tried to extort. The
00:00:48.340
Democrats tried to extort our country. In just a moment, I'll sign a bill exactly like we asked
00:00:54.380
Democrats to send us all along, many days ago. This cost the country $1.5 trillion, this
00:01:02.440
little excursion that they took us on. Republicans never wanted a shutdown and voted 15 times for
00:01:09.540
a clean continuation of funding. There's never been a time when one or the other party ever
00:01:16.940
didn't sign a continuation. It's just a continuation, not a big deal. It's a continuation, and we'll
00:01:22.940
talk later. Yet the extremists and the other party insisted on creating the longest government
00:01:30.200
shutdown in American history, and they did it purely for political reasons. So with all
00:01:35.220
of that, I just want to tell you the country has never been in better shape. We went through
00:01:40.120
this short-term disaster with the Democrats because they thought it would be good politically,
00:01:46.420
and it's an honor now to sign this incredible bill and get our country working again. Thank
00:02:16.420
I'm going to go down. It went the exact opposite with the biggest increase of any of health
00:02:27.600
care in any country. It's a disaster. And I'm calling today for insurance companies
00:02:34.320
not to be paid, but for the money, this massive amount of money to be paid directly to the
00:02:39.700
people of our country so that they can buy their own health care, which will be far better
00:02:44.460
and far less expensive than the disaster known as Obamacare. And I've had, I think, great support.
00:02:51.960
I've even had Democrat support. So we want the money that would be going to the insurance company,
00:02:57.220
which is hundreds of billions of dollars. You know, their stock prices have gone up by a thousand
00:03:02.880
percent in many cases, a thousand percent over a short period of time because our country stupidly
00:03:09.940
pays them so much money with this Obamacare scandal. So I want the money to go directly to you,
00:03:15.960
the people. And you go out and you'll buy your own health insurance and you'll negotiate different
00:03:21.600
plans and you'll get much better insurance and you will be an entrepreneur for yourself.
00:03:26.240
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:03:37.280
these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a
00:03:44.140
belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the
00:03:47.820
world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like
00:03:51.420
that go to share the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people
00:03:59.060
had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my
00:04:06.980
country, this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:04:14.200
It's Thursday, 13 November, Year of the Alert 2025. We are packed this morning. Mark Mitchell,
00:04:23.980
Richard Barris, Andrew Colvette is nice enough to join us from the Charlie Kirk Show. We're going
00:04:28.960
to talk about Charlie's plan. Rosemary Jenks, H-1B visas. We're also going to get Claire Dooley
00:04:35.800
talk, get us up to speed on what happened yesterday at the MAHA conference. I want to start with
00:04:40.880
Brett, my wingman. Brett, what was this all about? I mean, I really am lost. The Democrats
00:04:49.380
are so strong at the beginning of it, then cratered. We have lost, what, six or eight weeks
00:04:54.020
from the economy. President Trump said it's a $1.5 trillion hit to the economy. It was all
00:05:00.280
about the hill they would die on was the illegal alien healthcare, which they didn't get. We've
00:05:06.680
kicked the CR now through the holidays to essentially, you know, around, you know,
00:05:12.920
theoretically the inauguration we have every four years, I think around the 20th of January
00:05:17.160
of next year. But, you know, I don't see this crowd hammering out appropriations bills that can get
00:05:24.880
passed in the House and the Senate. So we may back just to an annual CR off of the CR we've been
00:05:31.240
dealing with for the last couple of years. You were here, and one of the big issues was the
00:05:38.640
Obamacare subsidies that kind of got bailed out during the pandemic when people really weren't
00:05:44.100
paying attention, and in particular when Biden came in. And now you've got this big issue with
00:05:50.580
all those that come out. You just heard President Trump right there with another idea. I think an
00:05:55.100
idea that might, a lot of people might say, that sounds pretty good. You were here when we had to deal
00:06:00.220
with this the last time. So first off, walk me through the shutdown. What do you think the
00:06:04.900
Democrats clearly kind of collapsed here at the end? And what does it mean? Because we still have
00:06:11.320
this big healthcare issue. And, you know, Russ Vogt is kind of jammed up now, at least for a while,
00:06:17.060
on the rifts that he can do. He's got to wait till I guess the next CR, or if they can make it an
00:06:22.100
annual CR. So where are we in this? You've been through a couple of these.
00:06:26.100
Yeah, well, I think it's politics and control over the narrative at the top level. That's what's
00:06:34.660
going on. And then there's been a few, you know, people got their fingers up in the air,
00:06:38.320
seeing which way the wind's blowing. At first, I think it started off kind of in the Republicans'
00:06:42.040
favor. The evidence, you know, shutting down the economy for illegal immigrants, etc. That narrative
00:06:49.460
was winning. Then you had the Virginia, New Jersey, California elections, and the Democrat
00:06:55.060
pulse went up a little bit. They got excited and they, oh, we got something going here.
00:07:00.620
And then lately, I think the Democrats see Thanksgiving break coming at them.
00:07:05.860
And that would be a doozy. Bad, very bad for them. And so I think they were testing out the
00:07:11.960
healthcare trial balloon. The Republicans have no answer on that. They got to get one, right? The
00:07:17.440
Democrats, back when I was in, it was pre-existing conditions. They just push it and push it and
00:07:22.980
push it. No end to spending, right? So it's like debating or fighting against Santa Claus. It's an
00:07:28.420
impossible fight to win when the country's already bankrupt. And so what we need, and I think President
00:07:34.460
Trump has expressed some of this, but the healthcare system, it's 20% of the economy, right? And,
00:07:39.740
you know, it's kind of the ultimate conceit of the free market logic. To think that some genius can
00:07:47.880
control in their head 20% of the economy is just absurd. But the hospital systems probably are the
00:07:54.940
key link as far as the politics go. And they'll tell you, their CEOs told me, Dave, we love you. We
00:08:00.640
love your ideas. But we got problems here because we need the formularies and the drugs and the
00:08:07.680
Medicare and the social security numbers to make up for our hospital losses. And so the Republicans,
00:08:14.860
we need to come up with, you know, in economics, we call it a Pareto efficient outcome. We need to make
00:08:19.500
every, we need to come up with some set of policies, which makes everybody better off,
00:08:24.520
somewhat better off without hurting anyone. If you hurt anyone, you lose.
00:08:28.200
I got that. It's great. I got that. But, you know, we were told, and this had to be the priority
00:08:34.980
of the Republicans after we won, you know, particularly in the House, we had to sort out
00:08:40.160
Obamacare. You guys had passed, I think, 40 bills or something to tear it down. But you knew
00:08:45.040
they'd never be implemented. When President Trump came in, the speed bump we hit in the first seven
00:08:51.020
months was exactly this. Do you see, I don't need to go back over that history, but do you see the
00:08:56.000
Republicans coming together and coming up with a solution? I mean, President Trump threw out an
00:09:00.400
alternative last night. Do you see the Republicans between now and Christmas break coming up with a
00:09:05.940
solution? No, on the show for the past four years, for the past 10 years with you, I've said they don't
00:09:14.560
come together with any solutions. That's the problem. They let each 250 members go out and run their
00:09:20.660
own campaign. There's not a contract with America at the top. There needs to be, right? We said we were
00:09:26.620
going to repeal Obamacare, and then we had a Paul Ryan with three bucket thing, and President Trump was
00:09:32.540
doing his best to navigate all that thing, but it was an unmitigated disaster. And so they need to come
00:09:38.680
forward. Yes, they need to put something in place that's very understandable that you can explain in one
00:09:45.460
sentence. Simultaneously, Dave, I just wanted people to walk down the path here, because this
00:09:51.800
is going to drive us into the 26 midterms, or the kickoff of the 26 midterms. I guess we've already
00:09:56.120
kicked off, but this will be the big launch. We've got, what, 90 days until January 20th to basically
00:10:04.160
come to a resolution on the $7 trillion budget and the $5 trillion of revenue. And I know Russ Vogt and
00:10:10.400
people have these amazing plans that President Trump signed off on to cut spending and to do it
00:10:15.740
in a smart way. But you just saw the Democrats, what they wanted to do there was add over a trillion
00:10:20.180
dollars for illegal alien health care. In addition, the one thing they won was to stop the rifts,
00:10:27.160
to absolutely just hard stop the rifts. So folks, in the next, you know, between now and the first of
00:10:33.560
the year, and that goes through Thanksgiving, the holidays, Christmas, the new year, you're going to have
00:10:38.760
two pitch battles here in Capitol Hill. I just don't see, I just don't see either one of these
00:10:43.880
sides coming to any resolution. My point, I think we're going to kick off 20, you're going to have a
00:10:48.080
lot of hate and discontent in this. The Democrats are going to get more wildly violent, crazier,
00:10:54.320
and, you know, we're going to be in a fix come January with maybe a year CR. Hang on for a second.
00:11:00.240
We've got, I want to play Mark Mitchell and Alex Jones is going to take us to break Mark Mitchell
00:11:05.160
and Rosemary Jenks on the other side. Let's go ahead and hit it. And so when he comes out and
00:11:10.180
talks about bringing the price of Turkey down, well, these people can't afford houses to put
00:11:14.740
the Turkey in and they're making jokes about you about, well, Trump's plan for affordability on
00:11:20.380
Turkey is to like have a three-year Turkey loan where you can put no money down. And you know what
00:11:25.220
I mean? It's like that bad. Again, where's the understanding that this needs to be economic
00:11:30.220
populism? He ran as a populist and he's surrounded by billionaires. And like Bill Palti,
00:11:35.040
he might be the nicest guy on earth, but when your solution to like the housing crisis is to
00:11:40.120
make prices higher, which is what happens when you juice demand without affecting supply,
00:11:44.600
that's what that 50 year mortgage will do. It will make the baby boomer generation more wealthy
00:11:50.160
because their houses prices will go up. It will make home builders more wealthy because they can
00:11:54.860
sell higher price houses and it will make bankers more wealthy because they can siphon off more interest
00:11:59.740
out of young people. And what's really sick is that we have a bubble right now. And so for Trump,
00:12:05.040
to expand borrowing by expanding credit, relaxing the credit requirements, what they're essentially
00:12:10.760
doing is helping struggling people get into the market so that boomers who have made a lot of money
00:12:16.000
can get out of the market at the top. That's even more perverse. And so that's what their solution was
00:12:21.460
when the real solution should be to crash the market. And yes, that would be bad for the economy,
00:12:26.380
but everybody was talking about a controlled detonation of the economy. Remember back in January,
00:12:31.180
I think it was, we're like, okay, we're in, how are we bringing this thing down? And you know what?
00:12:36.140
That would have been the best thing for people under 50. They could have gotten rid of all the H1Bs
00:12:40.920
and all the visas and then crash the housing market. That would have given every zoomer a job,
00:12:46.400
a good job, like an Apple development job. Oh yeah. Like a fever would also push all the
00:12:52.900
foreigners out, all the illegals. And unfortunately it would be a generational wealth transfer,
00:12:56.920
but we still have generational wealth transfers happening right now. You have young workers who
00:13:01.940
are underemployed, basically paying for all the social security and Medicare that the boomer
00:13:06.220
generation is demanding to be there. And what I'm saying that we're seeing is the fourth turning.
00:13:12.040
And I think we're seeing it right now. And I think the Israel issue, and I'm not picking on Israel.
00:13:16.880
It could have been any issue. No, absolutely. But exactly. That's been now the catalyst.
00:13:22.020
First, that's what captured the public's attention. So break that down.
00:13:26.120
If you look 20 years ago and ask America about like, well, what'd you think about Israel? It's
00:13:30.200
like, it wouldn't have been that big of a political football and the numbers probably would have been
00:13:33.680
flat across age, but then there would have been a huge age spectrum between the youngs and the olds
00:13:38.460
on what like candidate to support. Right. Uh, now it's the complete opposite. People aren't that far
00:13:44.340
apart on Trump between like 18 and 65, but on Israel, they're completely far apart. The 18 to 29s,
00:13:50.720
only 21% say Israel, the 65 and older it's 59%. So they're completely at odds. Very clearly the
00:13:57.560
fourth turning stuff. And what the fourth turning tells us is that there's a generation, the boomer
00:14:02.820
generation is the one that, you know, takes over government, grew up where there were strong
00:14:08.800
institutions with strong values, takes advantage of that, becomes more individualistic and selfish.
00:14:13.800
And then at the cusp of the fourth turning crisis, there's a change of leadership into the hero
00:14:20.160
generation, which is younger people, but specifically the millennials, people who have come up under them
00:14:25.180
were raised by them, but have a very different value set. And so there's a crisis. And after that
00:14:30.160
crisis, I think values are pull, not push can't push Christianity on people, conservatism on people
00:14:36.240
from a political perspective, there's a crisis and people reorder society around a new value set.
00:14:42.120
So I think Israel is a very deeply ingrained boomer value. They saw the nation be formed. They
00:14:50.080
supported it all through the years and it's become a religious sacrament. And so the young people see
00:14:57.300
Let me be blunt. Gold is up around 40% this year. That's not speculation. That's reality. And if a
00:15:05.780
portion of your savings isn't diversified in the gold, you're missing the boat. Now, here's the
00:15:10.560
facts. Inflation is still too high. The U.S. dollar is still too weak and the government debt is
00:15:16.180
insurmountable. That is why central banks are flocking to gold. They're the ones driving up the prices
00:15:22.140
now to record highs. But it's not too late to buy gold from Birch Gold Group and get in the door

Sign up for free and be part of the movement. Okay, welcome back. By the way, I'm here to defend
00:16:40.120
boomers. Let the chat know that I have arrived. Man, oh man. Talk about the fourth turning. I did that
00:16:45.780
film. Did that film 15 years ago? I guess it was right over the last 600 meters. Did the
00:16:51.340
generation zero. I didn't realize how prescient I would be. Dave Bratt, we got Mark Mitchell here,
00:16:57.920
but I want you to take, we don't need to get to the Israel issue right now. Let's take the first part
00:17:02.360
of it, which is institutions and structures. Anytime you have these turn, you know, the kind of arc of
00:17:07.320
American history, you have these turnings. The institutions that worked for so many, you know,
00:17:14.640
decades turn out that they may have either used up their usefulness or need to be regenerated.
00:17:26.540
And don't dump on my boomers. I'll get Mitchell to do that.
00:17:30.700
No, no, I won't dump on them. I'll just put it longer on historical context, right? The
00:17:36.020
Christian tradition, the Catholics gave us human rights language in 1300. Human reason was thriving.
00:17:43.980
The enlightenment came upon us with human reason and thinned out our values, right? It kind of
00:17:53.040
secularized religion and without meaning in our lives, without that deeper source of connective
00:17:59.920
tissue that links us all together, things start falling apart. That's been going on for a hundred
00:18:04.980
years. And in Harvard, Yale, and Princeton, all their mottos used to be truth for Christ in church.
00:18:10.160
Not anymore. They're not even pursuing truth anymore with a capital T. And so when they're
00:18:15.980
talking about this newer generation, they're growing up without the deeper meaning in their
00:18:22.160
life. And I think the kids have a hunger for that. And they're going, they're going, the Orthodox,
00:18:26.940
the Eastern Orthodox religion is growing, I think, faster than any of the others because of the
00:18:31.220
structure and the discipline and the masculine elements. And people are starting to take a new
00:18:37.380
look at religion. And so that ties into the Israel piece and the, and the, uh, the values
00:18:43.160
piece and the culture piece. And, uh, it's good news, uh, but we're nowhere near culmination,
00:18:47.860
right? It's the beginning. It's the, the fourth turning is this AI chaos. And, uh, we're about
00:18:54.000
ready to start seeing glimmers of hope by in the young people. I, I, I think, um, in fact,
00:19:01.160
on AI, uh, I'll get it to you. My trusty producer here, Grace has got it. Grace, you might want
00:19:06.080
to go ahead when you're ready and put it up into the chat, uh, about $5 trillion. It's $5 trillion
00:19:11.360
that looks like the total buildout of the data centers, the energy, all of it, uh, of which the
00:19:17.060
U S taxpayer is going to be kind of footing the bill for a big part of it. So Mark Mitchell,
00:19:21.320
you've been kind of on a roll. You you've been at Rasmussen for years, one of with Richard Barris,
00:19:27.480
one of the guys that focuses on MAGA, the president, everything. You're, you're quite concerned
00:19:32.700
about some of the direction here, but the deeper issues you've got to at the beginning of your,
00:19:37.560
and if people have not seen it, I put it up on getter one hour that Mark spent with Alex Jones
00:19:43.900
is a kind of must watch TV and take your number two pencil out when you're watching it because
00:19:48.880
he's got some great insights. Your thoughts this morning, sir. Yeah. My thoughts are the
00:19:54.580
Republicans are going to lose because they don't understand politics. They're still playing
00:19:58.380
yesterday's political game, which is a game about basically two warring sides, two warring
00:20:04.160
ideological sides locked in a complete stalemate. And it's not like that anymore. People under 50
00:20:09.920
don't really care about conservatism. The problem is, is that all of these values have basically
00:20:14.140
failed America and everybody above 50 is generally doing pretty well. Everybody under 50 can't afford
00:20:19.360
a house, doesn't want to get married. The society doesn't work. The churches don't mean as much as
00:20:24.240
they used to the school suck. Like everything's falling apart. And then that's what happens on a
00:20:28.740
fourth turning. And it's like, okay, you got this wave of boomers. They did really well. And what's
00:20:33.240
wild is just look at like median home buyer age, which has gone up from 39 to 59 in the last 20
00:20:38.480
years. So there's an entire slice of the generation that's literally just been priced out of the
00:20:42.300
American dream. And the polling tells us this, like everybody thinks that today's children will be
00:20:46.160
worse off than their parents. The numbers are just absolutely abysmal. So something like the music
00:20:50.200
finally stopped is basically where we're at. And you have the Republican party that's just like,
00:20:54.040
well, you know, they'll be fine just voting for us because nobody likes socialism. Well,
00:20:57.520
we're getting to the point where people are considering socialism. And I think that this
00:21:01.080
was like the last chance of the right to actually put up or shut up. And everybody's seeing that,
00:21:06.000
oh, they're just going to shut up. That's exactly what happened. Donald Trump had the perfect platform.
00:21:10.620
He was given the biggest mandate the Republican party's ever going to have. All he had to do was come
00:21:15.260
in and literally just reform government and smash the oligarchy. And he's not going to. And so all the
00:21:21.760
young people, all of these people, like the Trump voters under 40, they are not conservative at all.
00:21:27.360
And they gave Donald Trump a 60% approval rating in the fall or in the spring when Elon Musk and
00:21:32.760
Doge were just completely shock and awe, like tearing the government apart. Everybody was validated that,
00:21:38.580
yes, I distrusted the federal government and I was right. It sucks. And all of a sudden we just like
00:21:44.220
bottled that back up. And now it's like, oh, it's the Republicans and Democrats. Who's going to blame
00:21:48.440
more? It doesn't matter. They're just going to vote for Mom Donnie because he's going to give
00:21:52.380
them a $10 trillion housing crisis bill. And, you know, it'll destroy the republic.
00:21:57.660
Is this the reason? Hang on. Is this the is this the reason that in political media, you could tell
00:22:04.040
that this shutdown did not generate the interest, did not generate the passion, did not generate
00:22:10.000
the concern of the one that President Trump did in 18 for building the wall and the one that
00:22:15.300
that was in 13 with Mike Lee and Ted Cruz about Obamacare, that that conventional politics
00:22:22.360
and kind of the Republicans, the Democrats going out of it, going at it at a superficial level
00:22:31.400
We don't have daily tracking on party. We have daily tracking on Trump. And this one was very
00:22:35.780
different, entirely different landscape. I've been saying that people want to shut down,
00:22:39.300
but the whole point was to actually reform the system with it. And so what happened is Donald Trump's
00:22:44.100
numbers didn't take a nosedive at all for the first three weeks of the shutdown. It was incredible.
00:22:48.400
I didn't know what to expect. And people were like, OK, whatever. Sure, we're going to shut this down.
00:22:52.360
And on the Internet, which I admit is not real world, everybody was like, oh, look, we got to get
00:22:58.180
Russ Vogt, the Grim Reaper. So what happened is about three weeks into this, when Donald Trump's
00:23:03.240
flying around the world talking to dignitaries and we're building the East Wing of the White House
00:23:07.500
and now food stamps are going to get defunded and we're walking into an election. All of a sudden,
00:23:13.040
his numbers started tanking. And it was very clear that, in my opinion, the Republicans had
00:23:17.540
no plan and everybody went on the Internet and everyone was ripping their faces off on the right
00:23:21.600
about Israel. And so I think that's what happened. And then you look at the elections and it's like,
00:23:26.840
oh, yep, independents and crossover Democrats didn't turn out in New Jersey. And some of them might
00:23:32.080
have been affected by what was going on. But clearly, some of them, I think, just expected more out of a
00:23:36.360
Republican Party and are not excited to go to the polls. Democrats are excited to go vote because
00:23:41.240
they hate Trump and that motivates them. On the right, unfortunately, what motivates them is
00:23:45.440
smashing the oligarchy and burning the government down. And the right is not doing that. And so
00:23:49.620
the left's going to get a chance. The pendulum is going to swing back and this might be the last
00:23:53.620
chance. I don't know. We got 355 days to an election and the Republicans are going to lose this
00:23:58.040
one. They are just going to lose it. It looked like their plan was a gerrymandering war of attrition
00:24:02.900
that they're now appearing to lose. And the generic ballot is, I think, Democrat plus five
00:24:07.680
on the real clear politics aggregate. Rich says his numbers are way worse than that. I don't steal
00:24:12.060
his thunder. And we're going to go back in the field soon, too. And history tells us they're going
00:24:16.660
to lose it anyways. And so at this point, you know, you have a clip about it, but there needs to be
00:24:21.140
drastic action for the Republican Party if they actually want to fix America. But I think what's being
00:24:25.760
revealed is that they just don't. And J.D. Vance polls really well. But, you know, 2028, this time
00:24:32.620
we mean it is not a good campaign slogan. What we're going to have Andrew Colvett's going to be
00:24:39.260
on here. Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk actually on August 19th put up an action plan. In fact, you'll
00:24:45.240
see it. I put it up on Getter yesterday. You'll see it when we have a clip of Chip Roy and Benny
00:24:51.260
Johnson talking about H-1B visas. We're going to bring in. We're going to bring in Rosemary
00:24:56.380
Jenks here in a moment. When you say they're going to lose it, obviously nothing in history
00:25:00.360
is actually set in place. But you're recommending Barris is going to come on, too. You're recommending
00:25:04.660
from what you're seeing a pretty dramatic action plan to get back to the basics and particularly
00:25:09.980
to get back to the motive power we had in the first 100 days, 200 days of the Trump of the
00:25:16.220
Trump's second term. Yeah, they need to do something different. People voted for massive
00:25:22.180
change in Washington, D.C., not business as usual. And fighting over health care subsidies
00:25:26.340
is business as usual. It just is. And the Republicans in Congress and the Senate, I understand you
00:25:31.360
have a shiny object in front of you, but you're playing the wrong game. The right game is let's
00:25:35.820
arrest some pharma company CEOs. The right game is like sue every insurance company for antitrust.
00:25:41.680
The right game is like actually audit Medicare spending, like find $100 billion worth of
00:25:47.920
useless like sleep apnea payments or all the double payments that Doge was going after
00:25:53.580
or all of these over diagnosis tests or like actually break the industry capture of the
00:26:01.020
medical regulatory system. We have the right people, do we not? Like this is the best they're
00:26:05.040
ever going to get in Washington, D.C. And unfortunately, I think what's going to happen is none of that
00:26:09.240
will work because these people care about business influence. It's like literally Trump is surrounded
00:26:14.480
apparently by billionaires right now and he has to smash the oligarchy, not be the oligarchy
00:26:19.600
or the Democrat Party is just going to take over the oligarchy. And that's what they're doing.
00:26:24.040
They're just passing this political football back and forth. And, you know, the music is going to
00:26:28.360
stop. Like the right is turning into a hard right movement. The left is turning into a socialist
00:26:34.000
movement. And, you know, our dollar is just going to get destroyed and we're giving all the jobs away,
00:26:40.060
the cream of our economy. This is a health care thing, too. I mean, it's really perverse,
00:26:44.220
the health care industry. Sixty percent of the health medical insurance is actually like employer
00:26:49.460
insurance. And the way they price those things is the whole company's age average is taken into
00:26:54.960
account. So there's a really perverse incentive to just like push older people out of the workplace.
00:26:59.520
And in my opinion, that's probably one of the primary drivers of H-1B that everybody's raging
00:27:03.860
against is that, well, we have too many old people. Well, we have a bottomless well of third
00:27:09.380
world young people that we can import with the H-1B program. And I don't care what that does to the
00:27:13.620
American society or culture. I'm just increasing profits. And so Charlie Kirk's plan. And my
00:27:20.080
understanding is Charlie Kirk was one of the few people that could get to Donald Trump that actually
00:27:23.280
understood this. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Don't get ahead of yourself. We're going to get to all
00:27:27.800
that. We've got Rosemary Jenks on H-1B visas. We've got Andrew Colvette, Richard Barris talking
00:27:32.900
about Charlie's plan. Mitchell's going to stick around with us. Okay. Let's be honest. You never
00:27:37.180

00:29:04.400
All family pharmacy. Michael's here, CEO. Sir, had a great launch. I know we got a lot of
00:29:11.700
doctors. A lot of people that have pharmacies that contacted you. Just people are so glad that
00:29:16.580
you're with the war room. Take a second. What actually is it? Why is your watchword medical
00:29:23.640
freedom? And how does this help people? We just had the great Maha conference here yesterday.
00:29:28.620
Claire Dooley is going to be on later to talk about it. Why is all family pharmacy help and assist when
00:29:34.840
people are concerned about their medical freedom? So all family pharmacy was born on medical freedom.
00:29:40.560
We're giving patients, all Americans, access to everyday medications that doctors simply don't
00:29:47.840
want to prescribe. Pharmacists simply just don't want to dispense. We've been doing this since the
00:29:53.500
early pandemic days where so many medications, specifically ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine,
00:30:00.040
were restricted from Americans being able to order. And it was an unfortunate time that we all had to go
00:30:07.360
through. Meanwhile, there's other parts of the world where people had free access to these types
00:30:11.680
of medications. So we've we've kind of built ourselves off of that medical freedom. We give
00:30:18.040
you a doctor. You request the medications. The doctor's job is to make sure they're safe and
00:30:22.580
effective and that they'll be used safely and effectively by you as a patient. By doing that,
00:30:28.680
we've cut so much red tape. We've gotten rid of so much wasteful spending. It's just a doctor fee
00:30:33.880
and a medication fee and a shipping fee. That's all it is. It's as simple as can be. There's no
00:30:38.640
insurance. There's nobody getting in the way of you and the medications that you deserve,
00:30:44.960
How do people get there? What the war room does is allow the posse to actually go to these sites,
00:30:52.860
meet the people, get relationships. Where do they go right now to go to your site? Who do they talk to?
00:30:57.620
You're extending, I think, the Bannon 25. You're extending the sale you had the other day for Veterans
00:31:03.240
Day a little bit. But we want to basically introduce you to the war room posse. So where do people go?
00:31:09.880
So you go to allfamilypharmacy.com backslash Bannon. The coupon code is Bannon25. We created
00:31:17.400
this for Veterans Day. We've decided to extend it because it was so popular. So many people missed
00:31:22.880
out on the opportunity because Veterans Day fell on a Tuesday this year. So we're giving that ability
00:31:28.140
until, I believe, Friday for them to place that order. We're allowing you to take your time,
00:31:33.060
take a look at the website, see what is needed specifically for you for flu season. It's time
00:31:38.680
to stockpile on certain medications that could help you during flu season. We do also have our
00:31:44.620
vitamin company. It's called Operation Wellness. A portion of those proceeds go to Children of the
00:31:49.400
Fallen Patriots. It's an organization that we fell in love with. 99% of the proceeds are actually
00:31:55.160
donated. This isn't one of those organizations where they don't donate everything, anything.
00:31:59.560
And it goes to children, those who have lost a parent to war, to an active duty. It's an important,
00:32:06.920
important organization for us. And we love it. And we do donate those proceeds to them
00:32:12.860
through our vitamin and supplement company. So it's a great time to order as well.
00:32:18.340
Perfect. Michael, thank you so much. Look forward to having me back here in the next couple of days.
00:32:24.260
Go there today. Meet Michael and his team. Thank you, brother. Let's go and play Benny Johnson,
00:32:32.660
Chip Roy. We've got Rosemary Jenks, Mark Mitchell, Dave Bratt. Let's go and play the clip.
00:32:38.200
The dream of homeownership and a functional society has collapsed in one generation since
00:32:44.700
the greatest generation in World War II. And it's something that we got to fix. Charlie's solution,
00:32:48.840
obviously, is mass deportations and ending H-1B scams, among other things. What's your take on
00:32:54.520
this, Congressman? Well, first of all, I did listen to virtually all of Byron's interview. And
00:32:59.760
there's a reason that I've endorsed him for governor. We agree. We're great friends. We
00:33:03.180
work together in the House Freedom Caucus. We are aligned philosophically on a lot of these issues.
00:33:07.560
So I agree with much of what he said. But what I would just add is, in Texas, we've been dealing
00:33:13.420
with the brunt of the illegal immigration influence. But now we're seeing, I think,
00:33:18.700
the ramifications of the H-1B system and how it has been abused, in addition to chain migration and
00:33:25.240
diversity visas, which we've been trying to fix for a long time. And we've been unable to do so.
00:33:30.280
You'll remember back in 2018, with the various bills that were being debated in President Trump's
00:33:36.540
first term. And we were unable to get that resolved as Republicans. And it left it both broken with
00:33:42.160
respect to the illegal immigration system. We didn't get the wall fully built. We didn't get
00:33:46.780
fixes to all of the asylum problems and the abuse of parole and the catch and release.
00:33:51.580
But we also didn't address ending the chain migration and diversity visas. We had language to do it.
00:33:57.020
We just couldn't get the votes. So now, what are we dealing with in Texas? We're dealing with a
00:34:02.120
massive Islamism problem. We're dealing with a massive problem of the advancement of Sharia law.
00:34:08.780
We're dealing with a mass community that is growing up, that have no desire to assimilate
00:34:14.880
and come here to become American and embrace Western civilization, embrace our constitution,
00:34:21.240
embrace our values. We've allowed the corporatists to define our entire national policy.
00:34:27.500
And if I were going to go talk about what Charlie's tweet there was about that summary,
00:34:32.040
which is exceptionally on point. And as he always was when he was starting from faith,
00:34:38.840
family, the foundational principles, and that encapsulates it very well. You should be able
00:34:44.140
to own a home. You should be able to have Americans getting jobs. And the mass deportation is correct.
00:34:49.560
The ending H-1BB says it's correct, et cetera. What I would point out here is that we're dealing with
00:34:55.580
a cultural problem about who we are as Americans. Going back a couple of years ago, I was noting 51
00:35:01.940
million people in this country are foreign born, but that's something like 16 or 17 percent of the
00:35:08.580
population. Now, that is higher than it's ever been. That is higher than it was in the early 20th
00:35:15.380
Hang on for one second. Just hold that. I want to get the rosemary drinks. Chip is going to join us
00:35:21.040
tomorrow to talk about this. So what Chip is saying, he's actually working on, they're working
00:35:27.520
on some legislation now at Rosemary Jenks to resolve these problems, H-1B visas and others.
00:35:34.240
Can you just give us, not an idea what's in it, because I know they're going to launch this and
00:35:37.600
announce it and you've been working on it, but the mood change up on Capitol Hill that these things
00:35:43.380
have to be addressed now. You heard Chip give a great summary of kind of the Charlie Kirk perspective
00:35:47.960
of how bad this has gotten, ma'am. Well, I'm not sure that, unfortunately, there has been
00:35:54.320
an overall mood change in Congress. I think there are members of Congress who are figuring this out
00:36:01.800
and who are listening to the American people, and obviously Congressman Roy is one of them. There are
00:36:06.520
others. But what we need right now is a turning point. Speaking of Charlie Kirk, we need to have a
00:36:17.640
national conversation about what our immigration policy should be. I'll tell you a dirty little
00:36:25.940
secret. Our immigration system is working exactly as Congress intended it to work right now. This is
00:36:34.900
what they designed it for. It is not working for the American people, but it is doing exactly what
00:36:41.020
they intended. So we need to step back and have a national conversation about what an immigration
00:36:47.860
policy that serves Americans' interests looks like. And the best way to do that is to have a
00:36:54.400
moratorium bill that stops it all right now so that we can have that conversation. And that is what
00:36:59.300
Congressman Roy is talking about. So an H-1B bill that we've been talking about, because we think the
00:37:06.520
whole thing's a scam, to shut it down, what's going to be the pushback on that from industry? Because right
00:37:11.480
now, as you know, Rosemary, they have not shown us one billet that an American can't fill either through
00:37:16.420
an education level or job experience. This is all about driving down wages. So if Roy and others put
00:37:25.240
forward a bill to basically put the whole system, the H-1B system, on a hiatus, what is industry and what are the
00:37:33.780
tech bros going to say? Well, first of all, what Congressman Roy is talking about is not just
00:37:40.060
putting H-1B on hiatus. He's talking about the entire immigration system. So legal immigration,
00:37:46.340
non-immigrant workers, all of it. But there is going to be absolute caterwauling from the tech
00:37:54.600
industry. They're going to claim that, you know, they're going to go out of business and a lot of the
00:38:00.920
Chamber of Commerce types will claim the same thing. The fact is, there will be short-term
00:38:07.480
dislocations, short-term pain if this is enacted. But there's going to be plenty of warning for these
00:38:15.720
companies that are dependent on, or, you know, say they're dependent on cheaper foreign labor,
00:38:21.140
because this is going to take some time. It's not going to be enacted by Congress overnight. We have a
00:38:26.320
lot of work to do to build support for this kind of legislation. But the fact is, American companies
00:38:34.860
need to start now weaning themselves off this cheap foreign labor and hiring Americans. It's good for
00:38:42.600
America. It's good for American workers. It's good for our economy. So start now. And the dislocation,
00:38:49.780
the disruption will be significantly less when we get to a point that finally Americans' voices are
00:38:59.060
We have, is it correct? I think we have 12 million STEM workers, people that are trained either through
00:39:05.180
education and or training in industry that are not in the workforce or out of work now in a STEM
00:39:11.640
profession, correct? So there's a pretty deep pool of candidates out there.
00:39:15.620
Absolutely. And we know that there has been massive discrimination against American workers over
00:39:21.640
the age of 40, who, you know, are becoming too expensive and, and the employers can fire them
00:39:28.740
and bring in a younger, cheaper entry level foreign worker at a much lower salary. We also know,
00:39:35.700
of course, that young Americans are being just completely ignored in tech fields because the foreign
00:39:44.080
student to OPT to H1B pipeline is so robust. And so it's time to break those. It's time to break the
00:39:52.360
pipelines. It's time to break the dependence on foreign workers. Americans absolutely need this to
00:40:00.160
happen. And we need it to happen now. It's not going to happen, you know, instantly, but we need it to
00:40:07.740
happen. And we need to have this conversation. And I think that is the big thing that Congressman
00:40:13.020
Roy's legislation will generate is this national conversation on what is the immigration policy
00:40:21.100
we need. Do we need any immigration at all? You know, maybe we want to limit two spouses and minor
00:40:26.160
children. Maybe we want to have no immigration for some significant period of time. We've got to have
00:40:32.380
that conversation. The American people have never been asked, what immigration policy do you want?
00:40:39.000
It's time. The dislocations, though, for the tech, for the tech bros, because they're going to
00:40:47.400
catwall her in with their lobbyists and all that. If you plan ahead and we can plan ahead starting now,
00:40:53.420
it won't be that bad because you've got a tremendous pool plus American citizens, not foreign students,
00:40:59.120
but American citizens coming out of university every year. If you got serious and plan this out,
00:41:05.640
the disruptions and displacements would be pretty small, correct? Yeah, that's absolutely true. We
00:41:11.360
have plenty of workers in this country. And even if you have to take a worker out of college and train
00:41:17.660
them to do whatever it is you do, whether it's building ships or building missiles or whatever,
00:41:23.720
that there will be time to do that if you start now. So if employers want to avoid the economic
00:41:30.860
disruptions, they need to start now and start focusing on American workers.
00:41:39.720
Rosemary, you're going to be a main part of actually getting the narrative set and the
00:41:43.420
messaging, all that. Where do people go? I know Dave Bratt is on your board, a board member in good
00:41:49.460
standing. He did this because he wanted to see action also. Where do folks go to get more information?
00:41:53.760
Dave is the chairman of our board and we are, the website is iapaction.com, iapaction.com or
00:42:03.200
iaproject.org. But iapaction.com is the most exciting website and all of our social media is linked at
00:42:11.600
the top of the website. So you can find all of that and we're very active. So, and we need the
00:42:17.400
support of the War Room Posse. So please help us out and go visit our website.
00:42:23.040
This is going to be a big fight, ma'am. Thank you so much. Appreciate you.

00:44:10.820
Okay, Mark Mitchell. Rosemary Jenks has been working on this. They're all set to go. Dave Bratz,
00:44:16.680
the chairman. Your thoughts about this, about this may be a messaging bill. What are you warning,
00:44:22.720
not just the Republican Party and the MAGA movement, but the country at large, sir?
00:44:26.780
355 days until the pendulum swings back to the left and this time they're going for it.
00:44:34.160
And so the time for talking is over. And I will respectfully say that, yes, somebody has asked
00:44:39.680
America what they think about the H-1B situation and immigration. Well, if you ask them about H-1B,
00:44:45.180
they say, yeah, they like it because we like the idea of being able to take talented people. But then
00:44:49.360
they say, oh, but the corporations are abusing it. I hate major corporations. The economy is fair.
00:44:54.220
I can't buy a house. And I'm ready to turn to socialism because capitalism has failed me.
00:44:59.020
And they've told us this over and over again. And it's been forever. And I've only ever had two
00:45:03.500
Republicans ever reach out to me for polling. And so they don't care because their interests don't
00:45:08.960
want this. And the idea that somehow we're just going to discover performatively in some national
00:45:13.260
conversation that Americans hate H-1Bs is ridiculous. Donald Trump's still out there defending it
00:45:18.480
with billionaire propaganda on TV, giving his movement a smack in the face. When his movement,
00:45:24.200
like, I don't know if everybody remembers, but there was a pretty major event,
00:45:27.780
the Christmas massacre of Ramaswamy back in December of 2024. The youth yeeted him out of the
00:45:33.640
conservative movement because of his defense of the Indian work culture. No Americans aren't stupid.
00:45:39.400
No Americans aren't lazy. And the idea that we don't have these people is retarded.
00:45:42.880
I apply for some major jobs in the tech industry. And every time I go for a job I want, I've had to
00:45:48.740
go against 500 people just like me and 500 Indians. And they hire the Indians. And everybody knows that
00:45:54.920
every one of these tech companies is chock full of them because we've given the best parts of our
00:45:59.120
economy away to the rest of the world. It was sold out. Sold out. And the Americans know it. They know
00:46:04.560
this already. And so I've done a lot of stick. Let's do some carrot. If the Republican Party can do this,
00:46:10.760
not talk about it, do this, within a year, they will rule for 50 years. They will capture the
00:46:16.860
youth. They have to do a two-point plan. One is everything that Andrew's about to talk about,
00:46:22.000
the Charlie Kirk plan of economic populism. And yes, there will be some economic disruption.
00:46:27.260
The youth want to drink billionaire tears. That's part of the process. And then two is visibly
00:46:33.920
reform government. The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago like the Gestapo, just putting somebody else in charge of
00:46:40.660
it, doesn't restore institutional trust. There needs to be a visible reform process. People have
00:46:46.800
to see into the investigations, see the firings, see the root cause and corrective action about all
00:46:54.180
of our agencies, the FBI, the CIA, the IRS. What about the regulatory capture of the healthcare
00:47:00.780
industry? Healthcare is going to destroy our republic. And the youth know it because their healthcare,
00:47:06.480
their individual plans cost almost as much as rent. Talking about a 10% reduction because of
00:47:11.800
price negotiation with insurance companies is not adequate. It's old politics. You will fail.
00:47:18.920
The oligarchy needs to be smashed. The only question is, is it with a right hook or a left hook?
00:47:25.140
Mark Mitchell, you're on fire. Where do people go to get on your social media and particularly your
00:47:31.300
YouTube channel? Rasmussen underscore poll on Twitter. And I'm blowing up. I apparently just
00:47:38.140
passed Mark Levin on Twitter at honest pollster and Rasmussen underscore poll on YouTube. They can
00:47:44.880
go get that one hour Alex Jones interview there. Hang on. You passed on engagement. The numbers are
00:47:51.020
blowing up, but you're doing it off a relatively small base. He's got a couple of million. You have
00:47:55.200
what, 150,000? Oh yeah. He's got a follower base 50X higher than me, but I could probably ratio him
00:48:01.200
right now if I wanted to. Wow. Mark Mitchell. Thank you, brother. Thank you for coming on here and
00:48:07.140
being, uh, giving it to us with the bark on. Great. Great to be here. Thanks. Dave Bratt, you heard it.
00:48:14.520
Got to take action. If you do this, you'll, if you get this done next year, kind of, you know,
00:48:21.020
let's stop all immigration for a while and let's get rid of the H-1B program. You'll, you will, uh,
00:48:27.980
reign for 50 years. Your thoughts and we have a Republican party. Do we have enough leaders up
00:48:32.820
there that can help get this done? No, absolutely not. I agree with everything Mark Mitchell said
00:48:40.200
and the way he said it. It's brilliant. It's spot on. Uh, but he mentioned two key words. One is
00:48:46.540
there's going to be dislocation and chaos, and we're going to smash the oligarchs. If you smash
00:48:52.700
the oligarchs, you're going to smash what I call the giant Excel spreadsheet in the sky. That's only
00:48:57.300
in the speaker's office. It's the Excel spreadsheet with all the donors and the funders. If you're,
00:49:02.740
if you, you may pick up the young vote, but you'll lose the money vote. And so, uh, the only person
00:49:09.140
capable of solving this again, unfortunately is president Trump. If he chooses to message on this and tell
00:49:15.520
the speaker and Thune what to do, they will do it. I think they better do it. I think you just put
00:49:21.040
your finger on it. I got a chart later on inflation under Biden at 20%. If you explain the inflation
00:49:27.620
piece and this immigration piece, I think Mark Mitchell is exactly right. You will win and you
00:49:32.660
will be in power for 50 years because you will get grain, gain your credibility again. And we've lost
00:49:38.100
it. We've lost the credibility and the momentum. We got to get it back now. Hang on. When you say
00:49:43.300
explain inflation and immigration, what do you talk about? How he inherited a mess that was,
00:49:48.100
had 20% inflation of the dollar getting crushed. Explain that. How do you kind of, you've already
00:49:53.660
said, you've already said that we're in charge and it's a golden age. How do you, how do you go
00:49:58.100
back and tell people, Hey, this hole is so much deeper than anybody let on, sir? You know, I think
00:50:05.520
it's essential. I mean, we were saying that on the war room, not, not so fast on the cheerleading,
00:50:10.100
the capital investment up in the $15 trillion range is coming. It's heroic. If Denver wants to
00:50:17.420
put up a chart just for 10 seconds, here's the inflation story, right? In 10 seconds, there's
00:50:22.540
Trump on the far left at 0.1 and 1.4. Then under Biden, you get, you got to add all those numbers
00:50:29.040
together. The nine, one is the peak. And then you add five and four and three, and you get 21% inflation
00:50:35.080
under Biden. And what no one has explained to the American people and president Trump ought to put
00:50:40.200
that chart up on TV and say, guess what? That 20% price increase, the destruction of the dollar,
00:50:48.120
that's what you're feeling. That does not go away, right? When you see that three, five at the end,
00:50:52.780
that doesn't mean the 20% went away. The 20% is locked in permanently and you've lost 20% of your
00:51:00.120
retirement account. They've destroyed 20% of the purchasing power of your retirement account.
00:51:06.420
And Trump needs to explain that because that's what he's getting judged on.
00:51:09.840
This is why the BRICS nations made a move on the dollar, the de-dollarization.
00:51:14.920
One, it's to take the United States down, but two, they were getting stiffed. What does this mean? I
00:51:20.620
think it means the IRS, because the CR is far from over as far as we were actually getting an
00:51:27.560
appropriations bill that President Trump wants that cuts costs, cuts spending. As long as you're
00:51:32.840
running $2 trillion deficits, the IRS needs your money from somewhere, even if Scott Besson
00:51:37.460
is overseeing it. 800-958-1000, Tax Network USA. Call them up, tell them your tale of woe. They've
00:51:44.740
heard it all before. They've solved a billion dollars worth of tax issues. So there's nothing
00:51:49.660
they haven't heard before. But what you can't do is just let the letter go unanswered or put it in
00:51:54.480
the drawer. Tax Network USA, TNUSA.com, or 1-800-958-1000. Do it today. Short break. Andrew Colvett, next.
00:52:06.260
What if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?
00:52:12.400
Steve Bannon here. War room listeners know Jim Rickards. I love this guy. He's our wise man, a former CIA,
00:52:18.480
Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets. Jim
00:52:24.420
predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.
00:52:33.620
Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency
00:52:39.060
in your financial future. His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for
00:52:45.920
financial chaos. Bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to
00:52:51.980
national security. Right now, war room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for
