Bannon's War Room - Episode 4925： Federal Criminal Probe Into Swalwell; Gene Editing And Creating Your Own Future

00:00:00.000 California Congressman Eric Swalwell, now the fourth Democratic official to face mortgage fraud allegations,

00:00:07.560 according to new reporting from NBC News.

00:00:09.560 President Trump's top housing official, Bill Pulte, reportedly referred Swalwell, again according to NBC News,

00:00:15.960 to the Justice Department for a possible federal criminal probe based on allegations of mortgage fraud and tax fraud

00:00:22.200 related to a D.C. residence, according to a person familiar with the referral who again spoke with NBC News.

00:00:28.580 I mean, that's basically the argument. Remember where this is coming from.

00:00:31.440 This is coming from Bill Pulte, who runs the FHFA, Federal Housing Finance Authority,

00:00:37.340 and somebody who is close to the president and has at times clashed with other people in the White House,

00:00:45.020 but has this close relationship with the president and based on our reporting and public reporting,

00:00:51.580 does a lot of what the president wants him to do.

00:00:55.180 And listen, I don't know the particulars of Eric Swalwell's living situation.

00:01:01.040 So I and this again, this letter, which I believe we do have, although I'm not entirely sure since I've been on with you,

00:01:08.280 doesn't really lay out in rich detail what they are what they are going after him for.

00:01:15.920 But to be honest with you, if you as Lisa just said, if you look at the list of people that the administration is is targeting,

00:01:24.140 it's all people who are political adversaries of the president.

00:01:26.880 So we'll see where this goes.

00:01:29.720 Eric Swalwell has made a name for himself up here on Capitol Hill as somebody who is probably one of the most ardent critics of the president going back years.

00:01:38.540 And the Trump and Trump world has gone at him with everything they've they have over the over the last few years as well.

00:01:45.600 So, yeah, I am not surprised by this in any way, shape or form, to be frank with you.

00:01:50.360 He has his own statement.

00:01:51.980 Here's what he says as the most vocal critic of Donald Trump over the last decade.

00:01:56.280 And as the only person who still has a surviving lawsuit against him, the only thing I'm surprised about is that it took him this long to come after me.

00:02:04.980 Like James, James Comey and John Bolton, Adam Schiff and Lisa Cook, Letitia James and the dozens more to come.

00:02:11.580 I refuse to live in fear in what was once the freest country in the world.

00:02:15.960 Of course, I will not end my lawsuit against him and I will not stop speaking out against the president and speaking up for California's Californians.

00:02:23.640 As Mark Twain said, patriotism is supporting your country all the time and your government when it deserves it.

00:02:31.120 Mr. President, you better be better.

00:02:33.660 All right.

00:02:34.220 The other bit of news as we watch what happens next with Eric Swalwell.

00:02:38.420 And I am curious to see if Republican lawmakers start to get uncomfortable with this and maybe start to say so.

00:02:44.520 Jake, you let me know if that starts happening.

00:02:47.100 But I assume it hasn't happened yet.

00:02:49.000 Katie, can I make one point?

00:02:50.320 Yeah.

00:02:50.880 Can I make one point here?

00:02:52.060 Sure.

00:02:52.260 You hit a key point, which is a lot of members of Congress have homes in Washington, D.C.

00:02:59.800 Many, many, many of them.

00:03:01.700 You're working in both places.

00:03:02.740 So you're going to do something like this on the merits.

00:03:05.300 And by the way, it ain't cheap.

00:03:06.700 I'm just saying it's a complicated living situation that costs a lot of money.

00:03:10.120 I would imagine that a lot of people have a lot of, you know, people have mortgages in both places and stuff like that.

00:03:19.060 But I'm not I'm not familiar enough with the law to know whether what defines a primary residence.

00:03:24.540 He's a resident of California.

00:03:26.120 Clearly, he's elected from California.

00:03:27.700 But if you're going to start poking around at the living situations of five hundred thirty five members of Congress, which, by the way, we have done in the past and put in my career looking at living situations.

00:03:37.860 It is it is it is complicated, Lindsay Halligan and whether she is allowed legally to bring these cases.

00:03:45.980 Lisa, there was a court hearing about this today.

00:03:48.780 That's why you're standing out there outside.

00:03:50.640 You know, Judge Cameron McCurry of the District of South Carolina, Katie, came up here to Alexandria, Virginia, to the courthouse right behind me to hear arguments from lawyers for Tish James and James Comey together about why Lindsay Halligan's appointment here was unlawful and why, in light of that, the indictments against both of them cannot stand.

00:04:15.740 And Judge Curry is not a particularly demonstrative judge.

00:04:19.800 She's not a person that you can really tell her moods based on her expressions, for example, or where she's headed.

00:04:25.560 But she asked a couple of questions that indicate to people like me where this is going.

00:04:30.880 And the first question out of her mouth, and this is in Politico's very good report of today's hearing, was she asked the defense if they were in possession of what's called the declination memo that was written in the Comey case.

00:04:44.820 A declination memo is sort of what it sounds like.

00:04:47.920 It is a detailed legal memo laying out the reasoning why prosecutors believe that in the interest of justice, a case should not be brought.

00:04:56.480 Now, Jim Comey's lawyers don't have that.

00:04:59.080 But Judge Curry is asking the question because the government's position here is if anything went wrong in the appointment of Lindsay Halligan, it's nothing more than like a scrivener's error or a paper error.

00:05:09.500 And I think what Judge Curry is driving at is, no, no, no, something here was very substantial.

00:05:16.320 Something here was gained that otherwise would not have been.

00:05:19.620 You had line prosecutors authoring a declination memo.

00:05:22.980 Maybe that's not in your possession now, but we know it to exist.

00:05:26.300 And if they didn't want to bring the case, the very fact that Lindsay Halligan was appointed here and that Eric Siebert, who had been her predecessor, was forced to resign,

00:05:35.040 that is a very consequential decision and one that matters here.

00:05:42.460 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:05:47.300 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.

00:05:52.520 I got a free shot.

00:05:53.780 All these networks lying about the people.

00:05:56.780 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:05:58.760 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:06:00.120 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:06:02.800 It's going to happen.

00:06:03.860 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:06:07.480 MAGA Media.

00:06:08.380 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:06:14.320 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:06:18.020 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:06:24.360 War Room.

00:06:25.220 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:06:27.540 It's Thursday, 13 November in the year of our Lord, 2025.

00:06:34.200 You're in the War Room.

00:06:35.180 We're packed for the next two hours.

00:06:37.920 I'm going to start with Halligan.

00:06:40.840 Natalie, Halligan, even being, but who's bringing these people to court?

00:06:44.380 One of the dark forces that we highlight all the time is the back of it.

00:06:47.760 Who is it?

00:06:48.160 Well, I'm going to shock you, but it's linked to the Arabella Advisors Dark Money Network.

00:06:52.440 In this case, another euphemistic name, it's the Campaign for Accountability.

00:06:57.420 But I'll raise you.

00:06:58.160 Is this Mark Elias got the fee for, or is it Norm Eisen?

00:07:01.100 Norm Eisen.

00:07:01.620 He and Jen Rubin over at their new Substack gig, The Contrarian, were hosting a pretty

00:07:07.820 bizarre live stream where they were talking about specifically this strategy where they're

00:07:11.680 bringing these lawsuits against these interim U.S. attorneys to try to force it to the judges

00:07:15.320 to basically pick their replacements.

00:07:17.520 And they're fundraising off of that.

00:07:19.040 Of course.

00:07:19.580 Yes.

00:07:20.000 Yeah.

00:07:20.460 But it's, I mean, fake money to begin with.

00:07:22.440 Let's not get into the Act Blue stuff.

00:07:24.500 But yeah, all these lawsuits are basically cut from the same cloth in terms of the entities

00:07:28.360 that they're coming from.

00:07:29.240 The vice, where he's with us, Mike Davis, Mike, so Natalie's just told us who's doing

00:07:35.160 this.

00:07:35.540 They're fundraising off it.

00:07:36.620 I mean, they're, they're, if you watch MSNBC, they're beating themselves on the chest

00:07:40.280 to how great a strategy this is.

00:07:42.020 Are they going to get Halligan?

00:07:43.460 Are they going to get Halligan off this case, sir?

00:07:46.380 Well, even if they have some Democrat appointed judge temporarily get her off this case, it 1.00

00:07:52.300 will get appealed up through the appellate system to the Supreme Court.

00:07:56.740 And I think the Supreme Court is going to side with the Trump Justice Department on this.

00:08:02.020 She was appointed based upon a statute giving her 120 day appointment.

00:08:07.260 And then the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, also made Halligan a special attorney to the

00:08:14.300 Attorney General.

00:08:14.900 So she has full authority to do what she's doing. 0.68

00:08:18.260 And she could, they could just make her the first assistant U.S. attorney, and she can 0.54

00:08:24.440 continue doing her job as the first assistant.

00:08:27.220 Here's the bottom line.

00:08:27.980 They may try to get some Democrat judge to temporarily knock these U.S. attorneys out of their positions, 0.99

00:08:35.100 but it's not going to fix their problem.

00:08:37.600 If you look at what Halligan has done so far in response, for example, to Comey's motion to

00:08:44.440 dismiss the indictment for selective prosecution, Halligan showed overwhelming evidence in response

00:08:53.080 to that, that Comey lied to Congress and obstructed the congressional investigation.

00:09:00.620 She just put out more evidence today when Comey asked for a bill of particulars.

00:09:05.880 This evidence is very damning against James Comey, and I can see why these Democrat activists

00:09:13.840 are running to these Democrat judges to try to get rid of Halligan because she's holding 1.00

00:09:17.460 famous.

00:09:17.520 But they're also trying, I want to make sure the audience understands that these filings

00:09:20.720 are solid.

00:09:21.760 They're trying to make a case that there's really no evidence on Comey, and they didn't

00:09:25.320 file anything, and the judges are upset, and they're asking again today because they're

00:09:29.560 trying to build a narrative that, you know, the Trump Justice Department is just a group

00:09:33.080 of unprofessional savages that run into court with indictments but then don't have anything.

00:09:37.760 They're not ready to go to trial.

00:09:39.040 They haven't done anything.

00:09:40.320 What are the facts here, Mike, as you see them?

00:09:43.260 The facts are that Lindsey Halligan working with Cash Patel and Dan Bongino and Senator

00:09:48.900 Chuck Grassley's office have unearthed tremendous evidence of guilt against James Comey for lying

00:09:56.460 about the Russian collusion hoax, crossfire hurricane, lying about these ongoing investigations,

00:10:03.420 obstructing congressional investigations.

00:10:07.060 Lindsey has shown the receipts, and she's doing it the appropriate way.

00:10:11.080 It's Comey who's inviting this.

00:10:12.860 He's filing these motions, the motion to dismiss the indictment, the motion for a bill of particulars,

00:10:18.200 and in response to each one of those, Lindsey Halligan has shown her receipts, and again,

00:10:22.820 this evidence is overwhelming, and it's damning.

00:10:25.660 Now, of course, he gets to go to trial.

00:10:27.520 He can put on his own evidence.

00:10:29.800 He can confront the evidence and the witnesses against him with cross-examination.

00:10:34.160 He's presumed innocent, all of that, but if you look at this evidence with his own emails,

00:10:40.160 if we have a fair judge and a fair jury, Comey's going to prison.

00:10:43.960 Comey's going to prison.

00:10:52.820 How long on Halligan?

00:10:57.240 You broke up, Steve.

00:10:58.500 I apologize.

00:11:00.180 How long on Halligan before the judge comes to some conclusion?

00:11:03.620 Is she on the case or not on the case?

00:11:05.820 I think this judge is going to bounce Lindsey from the case because it's a Clinton-appointed 1.00

00:11:10.600 Democrat judge, and of course, they know that Lindsey's over the target, and so they're

00:11:15.300 going to do everything they can to stop her.

00:11:17.360 They're going to try to create this smoke around her. 1.00

00:11:20.880 She will eventually get put back on the case. 0.95

00:11:23.580 I don't know if it's going to be the Fourth Circuit who does it or the Supreme Court that

00:11:27.640 does it, but Lindsey will be back on this case. 1.00

00:11:29.800 But it's going to be a temporary setback by these Democrat operatives working with these

00:11:35.120 Democrat judges.

00:11:35.640 But they still chop block us, and they get some time doing the judges.

00:11:39.780 Before I go to Swalwell, I want to talk about this.

00:11:42.140 It's kind of confusing.

00:11:43.320 So we've got Ben Burquam here who's been out operationally with these folks.

00:11:46.160 What are these judges doing? 0.71

00:11:48.700 They're going to let these ICE detainees just go?

00:11:52.360 It's very confusing what they're saying, and it's quite dangerous, Mike Davis.

00:11:58.120 These Democrat activist judges are lawless.

00:12:01.360 They do not have the jurisdiction to just free these ICE detainees like they think they

00:12:07.040 do.

00:12:07.240 There's an immigration judicial system that's run through the Justice Department.

00:12:13.400 There are immigration judges, and you go through that process.

00:12:16.660 You don't just run to district judges and get hundreds of illegal aliens, dangerous illegal 0.99

00:12:22.040 aliens, freed from jail because some Democrat activist judge has a policy disagreement with

00:12:29.360 the American people and are duly elected president of the United States.

00:12:32.820 Again, President Trump campaigned on the fact he's going to secure our border.

00:12:37.700 He's going to expel these illegal aliens. 1.00

00:12:39.600 And the American people liked what they heard.

00:12:42.500 They elected Trump with 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states, the popular vote.

00:12:48.380 He kept the House.

00:12:49.620 He won a comfortable margin in the Senate.

00:12:51.660 These Democrat activist judges do not have the power to interfere like they are in the

00:12:57.180 president's core article to executive powers.

00:12:59.720 But they're going to make a decision next week.

00:13:01.260 That's another thing is probably going to have to go to an appellate court.

00:13:03.840 I mean, it's all to slow down the process, right?

00:13:06.640 If they slow it down, that's a victory for them.

00:13:09.160 It's judicial sabotage, and they know it.

00:13:11.260 Hang on for one second.

00:13:14.580 Swalwell, is he being indicted for a fang-fang?

00:13:18.120 Are we getting a real case here?

00:13:20.840 Or is it something?

00:13:21.260 I wish.

00:13:21.960 It's the limited hangout.

00:13:23.820 Limited hangout.

00:13:24.380 No fang-fang. 0.97

00:13:25.440 No fang-fang yet. 0.62

00:13:27.220 For yet?

00:13:28.140 Okay.

00:13:28.340 Well, we should, for treason, probably.

00:13:30.880 I think everyone there, it's probably as commonplace as insider trading.

00:13:34.020 I also meant to add, the same group bringing this lawsuit, they also gave Fusion GPS hundreds

00:13:38.360 of thousands of dollars for their investigations against Devin Nunes.

00:13:42.620 That's right.

00:13:43.840 These guys.

00:13:44.200 No conspiracies, no coincidences.

00:13:45.900 All the money goes back to these dark money sources.

00:13:49.580 Do they not, ma'am?

00:13:50.360 I would love to find one actually organically grassroots-funded left-wing group.

00:13:55.300 I've yet to do so.

00:13:56.640 Okay.

00:13:57.380 We're going to, the viceroy, can you stick around just for a couple minutes on the other

00:14:00.100 side?

00:14:00.380 The viceroy, Mike Davis, is with us.

00:14:03.480 We also have Ben Burkwam.

00:14:04.460 Ben Burkwam's been out.

00:14:05.960 In Chicago, and other places on those raids, you saw these bad hombres rolled up, right?

00:14:13.640 Illegal alien invasion being reversed by, wait for it, a federal judge that Mike Davis

00:14:20.300 saying, hey, doesn't even have the jurisdiction.

00:14:21.820 Anyway, we'll get to that.

00:14:23.620 Swalwell referred over for a criminal indictment on another real estate transaction.

00:14:30.020 Turns out, I guess he lives in, got a house in the district, not a house back home in his

00:14:33.420 congressional district.

00:14:34.420 Mike Davis is with us, Ben Burkwam.

00:14:37.080 We've got a lot of artificial intelligence, financing, capital markets, all of it.

00:16:49.080 You've seen this going around.

00:16:50.460 Your thoughts about this?

00:16:51.560 Is this President Trump?

00:16:52.640 They're accusing President Trump of being vindictive against, as Swalwell calls,

00:16:57.120 his number one enemy.

00:16:59.340 I don't know about that.

00:17:00.580 But is this being vindictive or is this just going through and playing by the rules?

00:17:05.540 Well, I mean, I think people like Eric Swalwell told us that nobody's above the law.

00:17:10.120 So if he violated federal law with mortgage fraud, then he should be held accountable for

00:17:15.080 it.

00:17:15.300 But, you know, we'll see.

00:17:16.880 It smells pretty bad right now for Eric Swalwell.

00:17:20.400 And we'll see what the evidence shows in this particular case.

00:17:24.880 But, you know, I mean, you can't lie in your mortgage applications to get a more favorable

00:17:29.400 interest rate if it's not your primary residence.

00:17:33.320 This is where they got President Trump on the bizarre theory of, like, different interest

00:17:37.460 rates for banks.

00:17:39.000 Fang Fang was 2015.

00:17:42.020 Is that still beyond the statute of limitations on his treasonous activity with the Chinese 1.00

00:17:46.620 honeypot, sir?

00:17:48.720 Well, it depends on the crime.

00:17:50.220 I mean, if the general statute of limitations is five years, if you've committed a federal

00:17:55.140 felony, it could be more if you're dealing with espionage.

00:17:58.620 But if there's an ongoing conspiracy, if you're covering up your conspiracy, that continues

00:18:06.600 the conspiracy.

00:18:07.820 So, you know, again, Eric Swalwell was pretty adamant that nobody was above the law during

00:18:14.180 four years of Biden's law firm against Trump, his top aides, his allies, and his supporters.

00:18:19.740 So it sounds like the same would be true of Swalwell.

00:18:24.480 Speaking of conspiracy, and you should know, MSNBC every day, they're keeping a chart.

00:18:28.220 So when you get into another Swalwell, they go, oh, this is like the fifth of President

00:18:31.420 Trump's, you know, enemies that he's going after.

00:18:34.480 Speaking of conspiracies, South Florida, I know that you can't, and we should not, and

00:18:39.720 we don't want the details, but do you have a sense directionally, like, where we're headed,

00:18:44.380 sir?

00:18:45.820 Jason Redding Quinones is a very good friend of mine.

00:18:49.960 He is a Cuban refugee kid.

00:18:53.180 His family escapes Cuba.

00:18:55.680 His family escapes politicized and weaponized intelligences and law enforcement.

00:19:01.320 He grew up very, very modestly in Little Havana in Miami with extended family in a three-bedroom,

00:19:09.120 one-bathroom apartment after they escaped Cuba.

00:19:12.680 I imagine that Jason will not have very much tolerance for anyone who politicizes and weaponizes

00:19:20.460 intel agencies and law enforcement to go after their political enemies for non-crimes.

00:19:24.640 His family escaped that.

00:19:26.240 And so he's the perfect person to investigate this criminal conspiracy.

00:19:32.640 I know that he has got the court to open a special grand jury or another grand jury in Fort

00:19:39.480 Pierce starting in January, so we'll see what happens.

00:19:44.780 Mike Davis, Article 3, where do people go?

00:19:47.200 War Room Posse, they're getting itchy for some action.

00:19:50.480 Where do they go, sir?

00:19:51.860 Yeah, to the Lawfare Democrats, lawyer up.

00:19:54.840 Justice is coming.

00:19:56.700 Nobody's above the law.

00:19:58.020 And you can go to article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:20:03.160 Donate, only what you can afford.

00:20:04.740 Follow us on social media.

00:20:05.940 And as we know, the War Room Posse superpower, action, action, action.

00:20:11.260 Thank you, sir.

00:20:12.020 Appreciate you.

00:20:13.020 Thank you.

00:20:14.080 Ben Berquam, you've been in the streets with the ICE agents on the raids, kicking down the

00:20:18.700 doors.

00:20:18.980 You've covered it all.

00:20:20.100 Your thoughts today as you see a federal judge basically saying, we're going to let 300

00:20:23.620 of these bad hombres that are here illegally go back and walk the streets of Chicago. 0.80

00:20:29.960 Your thoughts, sir?

00:20:30.660 Well, I just want to start off by saying where this all originated from.

00:20:36.760 This is a settlement agreement, a consent agreement between the previous regime under Secretary

00:20:42.060 Marocas and leftist activist organizations out of Chicago that attacked President Trump

00:20:47.220 in his first term.

00:20:48.860 This was decided, this consent agreement was decided in 2022.

00:20:52.480 If my math is right, it actually should have already timed out.

00:20:55.120 But basically what you have is judicial activist judges working with activist regimes like

00:21:00.340 we had under Joe Biden.

00:21:01.900 They knew they were letting in millions of illegals into our country.

00:21:04.640 And then they would pass these things.

00:21:06.440 They would grant these activist organizations like the Illinois Coalition for Immigrants and

00:21:12.020 Refugee Rights and the Organized Communities Against Deportation.

00:21:15.120 They would basically bend over and give in to their demands to say that we won't arrest illegal

00:21:21.100 aliens unless we have a warrant on additional criminal charges.

00:21:25.560 That's what it all comes down to.

00:21:26.780 The bottom line is ICE is going after everyone and they should go after everyone.

00:21:30.860 And part of the reason why they're going into the communities and having to do this

00:21:34.100 is because of the very sanctuary policies that Chicago implemented.

00:21:38.660 So instead of going into the jails and picking these guys up that have committed crimes, that

00:21:43.960 have committed additional crimes on top of being illegal, they have to go out into the

00:21:47.720 community and arrest these guys.

00:21:49.260 And when they're out in the community arresting these guys, they're also picking up additional

00:21:53.460 illegals.

00:21:54.460 That's what we're up against.

00:21:55.500 And sadly, you still have all of these.

00:21:57.440 You have organizations like these, Indivisible.

00:22:00.540 I'm right here across from one of the detention centers here in Little Rock, Arkansas.

00:22:05.060 And every day you've got these leftist activists coming out, the same organizations that are

00:22:09.860 trying to obstruct ICE in the streets are out here attacking ICE for doing their job.

00:22:15.480 Yeah, be careful, Ben.

00:22:16.940 It looks like it's getting rowdy down there.

00:22:18.820 So just we've got to bounce, but I want the audience to know you've been on many of these

00:22:22.540 raids with the ICE agents.

00:22:23.840 It's dangerous.

00:22:24.480 This is why they have to cover up because of the leftist organizations trying to dox them

00:22:29.120 and get to their families.

00:22:30.680 What's the morale like when you've got the ICE guys are doing these very dangerous raids.

00:22:34.940 And now you've got these federal judges about to let people go, bad hombres go.

00:22:39.360 What's the morale like inside of ICE?

00:22:42.900 I'll tell you, it's real simple.

00:22:44.280 They love this administration and they hate these judges.

00:22:46.840 That's the bottom line.

00:22:47.820 These guys want to be able to do their job, go after the bad guys, and they watch what

00:22:51.040 these judges and these activist organizations are doing, and it makes them sick.

00:22:54.700 But I've had multiple officers come up to me and say, we're finally able to do our job

00:22:59.680 again.

00:23:00.020 They love President Trump.

00:23:01.240 And that's why we have more applications for ICE than we've ever had, over 200,000 applications

00:23:06.400 for people trying to join ICE right now.

00:23:09.360 Unbelievable.

00:23:09.720 200,000 is extraordinary.

00:23:11.240 Unbelievable.

00:23:11.680 The patriotism of these folks and the job they're doing.

00:23:13.940 Ben, social media, your show on Saturday night, and where do we get you in the interim?

00:23:19.500 Your coordinates.

00:23:19.980 At Ben Berkwam is my personal, at Real AM Voice, new episodes of Law & Border, americasvoice.news.

00:23:29.300 My sub stack is Frontline America and my website, frontlineamerica.com.

00:23:33.100 We're going to continue to bring it to you, the truth that the mainstream media—and the

00:23:36.440 biggest thing is the conspiracy charges against all of these organizations that have been working

00:23:43.100 together to undermine President Trump.

00:23:44.720 Article III project, Davis, does an amazing job with that, but it all ties back together.

00:23:49.600 All of these guys need to be prosecuted.

00:23:52.840 Ben Berkwam, thank you, brother.

00:23:55.840 Yes, sir.

00:23:56.360 Thank you.

00:23:56.880 Dangerous.

00:23:57.280 That's dangerous out there.

00:23:58.200 See the guy yelling in the background?

00:23:59.760 I want to go—I know we've got A, we've got so much to go through, but I want to talk

00:24:02.940 about first your Norm Eisen, Mark Elias.

00:24:07.900 These guys are a problem.

00:24:09.520 It's a much bigger problem when we were in the years in the wilderness.

00:24:13.940 The right has nothing like this apparatus that the left has.

00:24:17.500 There's this very, very constant money machine, a cash machine from sources we don't know.

00:24:24.560 And let's—they're funding people who are effective.

00:24:27.140 We don't like Norm Eisen.

00:24:29.160 We don't like Mark Elias, but they're coming up with good suits.

00:24:32.300 They're slowing us down because they understand to slow us down is to win because we are burning

00:24:36.820 daylight and we only have so much time to do it.

00:24:39.880 What do we have to do and what should we be doing?

00:24:43.680 Because I thought that we were going to try to do this because Antifa was designated a foreign

00:24:47.640 terrorist organization today, which gives us a lot more flexibility on the financial tools.

00:24:52.160 To go to—get to Arabella, to get to Soros, to get to these funding of—I know they're

00:24:58.120 doing—potentially doing some terrorist financing.

00:25:00.600 We'll get there.

00:25:01.080 But for the Arabellas and these guys that continue to come up and provide cash for the Norm 1.00

00:25:05.580 Eisen's and the Mark Elias's, ma'am.

00:25:07.900 Well, let's link it to what Ben was just talking about.

00:25:10.520 And I think if you juxtapose the tactics that they used to oppose President Trump's first

00:25:14.460 term immigration agenda with what they're doing now, you can see how much they've evolved.

00:25:18.480 What do I mean by that?

00:25:19.460 Remember, it was mainly the congressional hearings where they were hammering these company CEOs

00:25:23.700 to essentially divest from companies that were working with ICE.

00:25:27.060 What did Ben just say?

00:25:28.040 That you have protesters from Indivisible.

00:25:29.840 That's, of course, the same group that organized the anti-Doge, anti-Tesla, anti-Trump, all

00:25:34.860 these protests.

00:25:35.260 The no kings.

00:25:36.100 The no kings.

00:25:36.880 The no kings.

00:25:36.900 The no kings.

00:25:37.420 And they're on MSMEC every night.

00:25:40.340 I think they're—I don't know if they're a couple, but it's a man and a woman and they're

00:25:43.060 20s.

00:25:43.080 Ezra 11.

00:25:43.860 Yeah.

00:25:44.060 Yes.

00:25:44.740 But it's kinetic, right?

00:25:46.020 Yes.

00:25:46.140 That's the point.

00:25:47.400 That's the shift in tactics.

00:25:49.140 And if you trace the money on who's funding that stuff, we obviously exposed that they

00:25:52.980 were reimbursing a lot of these protesters in these groups.

00:25:55.840 It all traces back to the same people.

00:25:58.500 I think the Trump administration needs to put their best people on actually investigating—

00:26:03.140 Some task force that goes after this.

00:26:04.740 In the same way, I'd put it to the Eric Swalwell thing.

00:26:07.080 Now, we're not saying that he should just be locked up because he had an affair with the

00:26:09.840 Chinese.

00:26:10.140 No, I actually want a really meaningful and thorough investigation because I would love

00:26:14.100 to see why the MSS targeted him, how they targeted him, what they extracted out of him.

00:26:19.160 Because you can reverse engineer.

00:26:20.500 How do you get to a sitting congressman?

00:26:22.080 Why was he targeted the whole thing?

00:26:23.620 We want something that's public.

00:26:24.820 They started at the local level, like we've exposed in the story yesterday about the mayors

00:26:28.660 going over to China the day before President Trump meets with Xi in Busan.

00:26:32.080 So there's a lot of layers to it where I think that it's mischaracterized what we

00:26:36.400 want, right?

00:26:37.000 It's just haphazardly throwing these people in prison.

00:26:39.540 We love the rule of law.

00:26:40.520 We love transparency.

00:26:41.600 Let's investigate it.

00:26:42.580 You love the rule of law so much.

00:26:43.880 By the way, can I just add?

00:26:44.900 Sure.

00:26:45.640 On MSNBC, I usually like it when our enemies are a little bit more intelligent.

00:26:49.160 For them to say that it is pure weaponization based off of the fact that they're going after

00:26:53.920 President Trump's political enemies.

00:26:56.040 I'm sorry.

00:26:56.480 I think you, the fact that they, what, Joe Biden literally went after President Trump,

00:27:02.020 Rudy Giuliani.

00:27:02.800 I know.

00:27:02.860 300 years of Trump had a president.

00:27:04.520 I'm so glad we can agree weaponization is happening based off the people you're going

00:27:08.120 after.

00:27:08.680 Do you think enough time and effort, we get about a minute, enough time and effort are

00:27:13.580 focused on the railhead of money, particularly the way the money flows through here?

00:27:19.040 Because they have so many groups.

00:27:20.500 Whatever happened to the ActBlue investigation?

00:27:21.940 Well, this is what I'm asking.

00:27:23.800 I mean, it's, it's, I think DOJ and Treasury.

00:27:26.320 We want edgy results, not edgy memes or edgy press releases.

00:27:29.640 So Treasury said they've set up at IRS a group and it's got a, it's got a, hey, I realize

00:27:36.600 you've got many choices when it comes to who you choose for your cell phone service and

00:27:40.400 there are new ones popping up all the time.

00:27:42.500 But here's the truth.

00:27:43.660 There's only one that boldly stands in the gap for every American that believes that

00:27:47.660 freedom is worth fighting for.

00:27:49.380 And that's the team at Patriot Mobile.

00:27:51.760 For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has been on the front lines of fighting for our

00:27:55.780 God-given rights and freedoms while also providing exceptional nationwide cell phone service with

00:28:01.560 access to all three of the main networks.

00:28:04.760 Don't just take my word for it.

00:28:06.080 Ask the hundreds of thousands of Americans who've made the switch and are now supporting

00:28:10.600 causes they believe in simply by joining Patriot Mobile.

00:28:14.340 Switching is easier than ever.

00:28:16.340 Activate in minutes from the comfort of your own home.

00:28:18.540 Keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade.

00:28:21.700 Patriot Mobile's all U.S.-based support team is standing by to take care of you.

00:28:25.620 Call 978-PATRIOT today or go to PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon.

00:28:31.020 That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon.

00:28:33.960 Use the promo code Bannon for a free month of service.

00:28:37.620 That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon or call 972-PATRIOT and make the switch today.

00:28:44.020 Quick recap of what is that timeline.

00:28:47.260 So for the U.S. Agency for International Development, just to put it into scope and scale, it has

00:28:52.780 been around for more than 60 years.

00:28:55.780 It has had bipartisan support, strong bipartisan support.

00:29:01.900 It has had earmarks in every budget.

00:29:04.580 So this was a well-established agency of some 10,000 to 14,000 staff, $40 billion in procurement

00:29:13.160 every year.

00:29:14.980 We had all read Project 2025.

00:29:17.520 We were somewhat prepared for this administration and in other ways not prepared at all.

00:29:23.600 So ahead of the inauguration, some groups, such as our Office of Transition Initiatives, which

00:29:32.860 works specifically in countries and places that are transitioning from perhaps authoritarian

00:29:44.220 governments or wartime into more peaceful and structured, hopefully, democratic governments,

00:29:52.600 countries.

00:29:53.600 OTI has been a major player, so they pre-organized because, as Danielle said, they had organized

00:30:00.540 during the previous Trump administration to respond to the threats to our U.S. democracy.

00:30:09.540 Also terribly organized that I'm proud about is our Gender and Sexual Minorities Employee Resource

00:30:15.560 Group.

00:30:15.900 We are a cautious community and well-prepared for, we saw the writing on the wall and the

00:30:25.500 attacks that were already happening during the election cycle.

00:30:30.380 And so we had already moved our group away from the USAID main systems into signal chats

00:30:37.180 to protect our community there.

00:30:40.300 January 20th happens, inauguration, international side, certainly our USAID community has very

00:30:50.300 close relationships with locals across the entire world and have worked globally on global

00:30:57.020 trends, global authoritarianism.

00:30:59.400 This movement right now, we're very much framing it as an anti-authoritarian movement in the U.S.,

00:31:05.300 but dependent, you know, the authoritarians are networked globally, and this has our movement,

00:31:10.340 our very movement we're talking about right now, has the potential to ultimately be a global

00:31:16.020 anti-authoritarian movement given our networks.

00:31:18.980 The foment of the current constitutional crisis is our opportunity to catalyze and synergize

00:31:26.720 a dynamic change-making, a dynamic change-making fractal ecosystems capable of co-generating

00:31:34.160 the emergence of the new thriving together-based sociopolitical economic governance systems.

00:31:40.800 That is a long sentence.

00:31:43.680 I can listen to that all day.

00:31:45.900 I can take that.

00:31:46.600 Where did you get that?

00:31:47.520 That's like one of the best clips we've had in a while.

00:31:49.460 Well, I think we have to clarify.

00:31:50.580 Here in the war room, we are very, very, very against the sociopolitical economic governance

00:31:55.600 systems that they are plotting on these secret phone call, email, Zoom sessions that they've

00:32:01.180 been hosting.

00:32:02.180 We actually discussed this.

00:32:03.380 It's like a witch's coven. 0.56

00:32:05.200 That's being charitable.

00:32:06.720 It's much worse.

00:32:08.380 If you remember back in Tampa, actually, at one of the Turning Point events there, that

00:32:12.340 was when the Notice story broke, which talked about how a lot of these USAID officials were

00:32:17.620 gathering to sort of plot and plan their opposition, basically.

00:32:23.140 So this is the one we talked about, Notice did back in July.

00:32:25.840 Where they were trying to co-opt people who were still working there to get them on their

00:32:30.380 team.

00:32:30.880 They were passing around a CIA pamphlet called Simple Sabotage.

00:32:34.360 And one of the quotes that they gave to Notice, I remember I sent it to you and you were like,

00:32:37.280 this has to be fake.

00:32:38.320 They were literally saying, you only, like, it was very cryptic.

00:32:42.360 They're like, you only just fired a bunch of people who are experts in launching color

00:32:45.640 revolutions.

00:32:46.120 Now what are we going to do to the United States?

00:32:47.700 I'm like, hold up.

00:32:48.600 I thought USAID was about, you know, charity and soft power.

00:32:50.900 Thanks for, yet again, admitting that the war room was right. 1.00

00:32:54.100 But that is the video portion of basically what we were talking about a while ago.

00:32:59.120 And you can hear them talking about how they were setting up these, you know, encrypted

00:33:02.260 group chats, talking about it.

00:33:03.400 But the real crux of it, as I think-

00:33:05.480 I want people to know, this is on U.S. taxpayer money.

00:33:08.280 These are people who your tax dollars used to pay the salaries of.

00:33:10.940 Unbelievable.

00:33:11.340 Openly admitting to using that time to sabotage, and then once they get fired or axed from

00:33:17.340 the job, actively sabotaging the president and trying to coerce employees who are still

00:33:22.340 there to join them.

00:33:23.420 We were not ready for this administration.

00:33:25.320 That's their word, because President Trump blew them out so quickly, right?

00:33:29.360 Exactly.

00:33:29.920 But I think the other important thing, and it goes back to what you were talking about,

00:33:32.700 the FTO designation of Antifa, is that they're talking about how they're working with their

00:33:36.840 international colleagues, right?

00:33:38.580 They're talking how they're working on this global anti-authoritarianism movement.

00:33:42.300 And what have we always honed in on here in the war room?

00:33:44.620 It's language.

00:33:45.340 And what have we always said?

00:33:46.440 It's authoritarian and autocrat.

00:33:48.280 And why do they use that?

00:33:49.260 It's the gateway drug into opening the Pandora's box of the color revolution tactics that the 0.92

00:33:53.720 normizans of the world have been drafting.

00:33:55.600 And you see that to the point where Brookings Institution's democracy playbook, it was originally

00:33:59.800 drafted for a use abroad, and then they do the 2025 edition, just days before President

00:34:04.000 Trump has sworn in, talking about how they're going to use these tactics here.

00:34:07.380 And now who is it that's using lawfare?

00:34:09.280 I guess they can't impeach him because they don't have the House.

00:34:11.280 Just wait.

00:34:11.780 They're going to do that.

00:34:12.800 But they're doing everything that they can using these outside-of-the-system kind of tactics,

00:34:16.520 and that's exactly what they're talking about.

00:34:18.160 Explain to the audience how you can have Republicans, because the funding of USAID is still a thing.

00:34:24.140 I mean, it's still a thing.

00:34:25.900 You still have certain members of the Republican Party, including—and I'm not blaming Marco,

00:34:31.660 but they're all saying we want to shift it over to the State Department, right?

00:34:34.740 This is what they're trying to do, to have the State Department oversee it, because it's

00:34:37.960 so many good things it does in foreign countries.

00:34:40.300 This is a joke, right?

00:34:41.580 Well, because they're not—well, I guess they're neocons.

00:34:43.460 You can debate over what really a Republican is.

00:34:45.620 But look, I always approach this idea that USAID has some inherent value to it.

00:34:50.540 Seed the ground that it does.

00:34:51.780 Say soft power is important.

00:34:53.500 You cannot tell me that if you actually have an analysis of what USAID has done over the years

00:34:58.040 to advance American soft power abroad, that it does anything remotely close to what the

00:35:02.840 Chinese Communist Party has done with regards to Belt and Road, right?

00:35:05.740 Instead of giving infrastructure and ports and data centers and all that, we've been

00:35:09.440 giving really weird, woke, cultural programming.

00:35:12.100 And by the way—

00:35:13.040 They have elite capture.

00:35:14.480 They have predatory capitalism.

00:35:16.280 Eric Swalwell.

00:35:17.460 What do we have?

00:35:18.460 We got nothing.

00:35:19.100 But I also think the point, too, is that in the midst of the entire news cycle, right,

00:35:24.640 of USAID being attacked and collapsed, all the ways they framed it, they could have had

00:35:29.860 so many people go on cable news.

00:35:31.620 They could have had so many case studies of how effective the work that they were doing

00:35:35.520 was.

00:35:35.840 And OK, sure, did they find a couple Trump haters to go on there, go on 60 Minutes?

00:35:39.080 I think we uncovered one of them as being a Democrat donor or something like that.

00:35:42.740 But I never really saw any wonderful stories.

00:35:45.240 Like, oh, the poor children.

00:35:46.360 It's like, well—

00:35:46.880 There's nothing.

00:35:47.220 Exactly.

00:35:47.520 That's what I mean.

00:35:48.340 Like, make the case.

00:35:50.060 They can't.

00:35:50.820 Weak.

00:35:51.740 This color revolution continues to be a big problem. 1.00

00:35:54.660 It's not being vetted.

00:35:55.580 It's just like Arabella. 0.99

00:35:56.540 It's not taken seriously.

00:35:58.200 It's not taken seriously enough to actually shut it down, because you see it rear its head.

00:36:01.780 And this is why I keep saying, and at that July turning point, that's when I made the

00:36:06.200 three-part—you know, the tamper resolves, you have to go after the deep state.

00:36:10.120 And this is part of it.

00:36:10.880 This is one of their funding mechanisms.

00:36:12.560 Your sub-stack's gotten to be amazing because of the investigative reporting.

00:36:15.660 You've got something on the sub-stack with our favorite topic, the Chinese Communist Party

00:36:19.620 and technology, and maybe some greedy Americans in the background.

00:36:24.380 What do you got?

00:36:25.140 Well, let's call it maybe rendition number two of the piece we were talking about just

00:36:29.880 a few days ago, having to do with U.S. tax dollars flowing to China's kind of premier

00:36:35.560 rare earth laboratories.

00:36:36.780 That thing has still got me upset.

00:36:38.120 I've actually made some calls—

00:36:38.600 Well, turn to warning.

00:36:39.660 No, no, no.

00:36:40.780 I made some calls because I said, how can we possibly be doing this?

00:36:44.040 They're using the rare earths against us, and we're actually funding the rare earth

00:36:47.720 institute studies.

00:36:49.440 But that fits perfectly in Chinese military code, right?

00:36:52.740 Strangling you with your own systems, subduing the enemy with what we have going on here,

00:36:57.380 winning the war without firing a shot, right?

00:36:59.380 That's what they did, and it always goes back to the four-year interregnum between both

00:37:02.920 Trump terms, where they shored up all the shortages that they viewed that they had from

00:37:07.000 phase one of negotiations.

00:37:08.780 So I guess we've got to really square up the rare stuff.

00:37:11.080 Well, it's the Lighthizer when they realized they were about to sign up for a deal that would 0.93

00:37:14.820 put them in, and so they tore it up in our faces and said nothing.

00:37:17.580 Then we got the skinny deal, and they launched the pandemic, and they never effectuated anything 0.57

00:37:24.300 in the skinny deal.

00:37:25.020 But they learned that lesson.

00:37:26.520 In those four years under Biden, they were going to make it Trump-proof when it came

00:37:29.920 back.

00:37:30.140 They were going to make it China-hawk-proof. 0.99

00:37:31.320 You can see they consolidated basically all their state-owned rare earth and magnet companies

00:37:35.500 into one, the China Rare Earth Group, in 2021, and they rolled hard.

00:37:39.380 And it wasn't just within the borders of China.

00:37:41.400 It was everywhere.

00:37:42.920 And they were very successful.

00:37:44.240 So that's the USAID.

00:37:45.780 What is USAID doing for rare earth? 0.97

00:37:47.420 It's an absolute clown show. 0.85

00:37:49.220 But the latest example, it's actually even worse in terms of who's involved and how far 0.97

00:37:54.600 reaching it is.

00:37:55.700 We have actually been funding the state key laboratory for semiconductors, too, with funds

00:38:00.960 coming not just from the Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation, also the

00:38:05.440 Navy, the Army, DARPA, and the National Institutes of Health.

00:38:09.140 So we're in what is called a chip war, right?

00:38:12.020 How can we—we're talking about the defense of Taiwan.

00:38:14.420 Do we defend it to the South China Sea?

00:38:16.080 We're trying to move the plants over here to Arizona as quickly as possible.

00:38:21.000 We realize it's going to be 10 years or 15 years or 20 years.

00:38:23.880 How, at the same time, can there be a think tank or research area that they basically control

00:38:29.800 to essentially help them and that we have various institutions of the United States government,

00:38:35.060 particularly ones in national security, that are funding?

00:38:38.100 I mean, like, full stop, the Army is funding the tip of the spear of China Semiconductor War.

00:38:44.260 Is it subversion or is it just the system is so globalist?

00:38:48.900 They're such globalists and they see them as a pure competitor and not as an existential threat.

00:38:53.700 Is that the reason both in the rare earths and here in the semiconductor that the rational argument you can make is that people in here,

00:39:00.020 they're like Fauci in the Wuhan lab, the research that NIH was doing?

00:39:04.280 Or is it something, is it something darker?

00:39:07.280 Well, I think China views it accurately like a Thucydides trap, a sort of Athens-Sparta-esque replacement power vibe and dynamic. 0.80

00:39:14.040 And they see that and they view us as the power that they will replace.

00:39:17.140 I think the scientists here don't view it like that.

00:39:20.100 That's what I'm saying.

00:39:20.540 And the decline, you know, Fauci would nevertheless near Wuhan because science was such a high temple.

00:39:25.820 It was bigger than China than the United States.

00:39:27.700 Is that the problem here with the rare earths and it's just why are these people continuing to do it?

00:39:33.080 And, hey, no offense, Pete Hegseth and Russ Vogt love you guys, but why is this not broomed?

00:39:37.880 Why would you just do an NDAA at $1.2 trillion and this is not the first thing you rip out of it?

00:39:43.880 Well, I think it goes back to all the reporting that I've done that we focused on this show.

00:39:47.880 It is elite merger, right?

00:39:50.080 It's the idea of managed decline.

00:39:52.160 But, I mean, if they're going after these low-level mayors, they're going all the way up to the top.

00:39:55.820 We obviously saw that with Joe Biden.

00:39:58.080 But I think that the difference, and I think you even sort of see it reflected in the MAGA ethos right now,

00:40:03.320 the Chinese Communist Party understands the inflection point of history and the time we're at.

00:40:07.380 I don't think our leaders have ever really understood that.

00:40:10.060 Hang on, give me that again. 0.80

00:40:12.080 The Chinese Communist Party, it's not just the typical critique of that they think in decades we think in, you know, four-year terms or whatever.

00:40:18.400 They view the arc of history, right?

00:40:20.660 They understand that rare earths, this sort of unrestricted warfare approach empirically is how they will overtake the United States.

00:40:28.400 They learned from us what happened in the graveyard of empires, Afghanistan, right? 0.92

00:40:32.040 They don't want to have to fire a shark.

00:40:33.820 No, no, if they have to fight foreign devils, kinetic warfare, they think that's a loss just to begin with, right?

00:40:38.760 They are going to do this, either psychological warfare, economic warfare, political warfare, the whole—

00:40:45.200 And they're doing it.

00:40:46.180 Technology warfare, communications warfare.

00:40:49.240 And so you're saying that that is their strategy, and they just view the West as too weak, right, to step up to it.

00:40:56.400 And you've got to admit, when you see these types of things we're funding, whether it's Wuhan Lab,

00:41:00.500 whether it's the Rare Earths Research Institute, or here on semiconductors, all three of those are primary major—they look at it as weapons of war, right?

00:41:10.940 We look at it as a way to have a group share with these guys.

00:41:14.060 It's just a total difference in mentality.

00:41:15.820 They are, and even as the EMP stuff, right, the undersea cable cutters, what happens when Indopaycom is removed, doesn't have access to the mainland, right?

00:41:23.920 There's Guam.

00:41:24.700 Think about everything that they're doing over there, right?

00:41:27.200 It's all together, and I think the MAGA connection point I was trying to make,

00:41:30.980 in the same way that our audience is sitting here frustrated that maybe they're not taking on the deep state as forcibly as they should be,

00:41:36.560 there's also just a lack of understanding that the Chinese Communist Party is our most existential threat, that they should be engaged with as such. 0.99

00:41:42.840 And, you know, in Trump 1, we saw a lot of movement against these sort of united front, almost like the human stuff, right?

00:41:50.660 Like the actual targeting people with people like Fang Fang.

00:41:53.880 A lot of these groups are actually sanctioned.

00:41:56.160 They were said, no more.

00:41:57.400 You're not—if you go there, like, you're cut off.

00:41:59.660 And these groups have been kind of welcomed with open arms.

00:42:02.720 Is that the tech bros?

00:42:04.540 Is that the brolegarchs and the corporatists that just have much more say-so in the second term?

00:42:09.380 They want market access, but it's that they have no principles.

00:42:13.780 They don't care.

00:42:14.840 They're not actually MAGA.

00:42:16.300 We're going to talk in a moment about our favorite topic, artificial intelligence, and that's going to lead in.

00:42:22.080 Joe Allen's going to be here at 6.

00:42:23.820 Talk about genetic engineering, one of our favorite topics here about the singularity.

00:42:28.520 Short commercial break.

00:42:29.920 Birchgold.com.

00:42:31.120 End of the dollar empire.

00:42:32.220 Find out why the Chinese Communist Party's central bank's buying gold at record rates and why they are trying to organize the BRICS nations to destroy the U.S. dollar. 0.63

00:42:41.440 Check it all out.

00:42:42.620 Back in a moment.

00:42:44.220 You know, I didn't know this until the guys at Field of Greens, the doctors and the experts, told me about it and then gave me information.

00:42:52.540 It was fascinating.

00:42:53.840 We have two ages, our actual age and our body's internal biological age.

00:42:58.140 Additionally, what I didn't know is I've likely lowered my biological age without even knowing it.

00:43:05.980 Here's the thing.

00:43:07.200 Because Americans eat so many processed and ultra-processed foods and not enough fruits and vegetables, many, perhaps most, are 10 years older on the inside than their actual age.

00:43:21.620 They're ticking time bombs.

00:43:23.440 A major university study suggests how to slow aging and diffuse that biological time bomb.

00:43:30.700 Participants slowed their aging by drinking Field of Greens.

00:43:33.820 That's all.

00:43:35.080 They didn't change their eating, drinking, or exercise.

00:43:37.380 Just Field of Greens.

00:43:38.580 I feel great knowing Field of Greens can slow how quickly I'm aging.

00:43:43.060 And I encourage you to join me.

00:43:45.580 Swap your untested fruit, vegetable, or green drink for Field of Greens while there's time.

00:43:51.220 Check out the university study.

00:43:53.700 I want you all to read it.

00:46:08.760 The most powerful promo code in the business.

00:46:11.060 Mypillow.com, promo code warroom.

00:46:12.600 Mike Lindell, thank you, brother.

00:46:13.760 We'll see you tomorrow morning during the 10 o'clock or 11 o'clock hour.

00:46:17.060 How about that?

00:46:18.680 So, on Zero Hedge, they had, first off, this story that Zero Hedge finally put pen to paper.

00:46:23.340 Remember, $5 trillion, AI, has to be financed for the data centers and the energy, whether it's nuclear power plants or whatever.

00:46:32.740 And they don't care, right?

00:46:34.260 Now, here's the catch.

00:46:36.000 Of the $5 trillion, right now in the back of an envelope, Natalie, a trillion dollars is going to have to come from U.S. taxpayers.

00:46:43.620 That's why the OpenAI CFO said the other day, well, you know, we're going to have a kind of a, you know, ecosystem, and U.S. taxpayers are going to be in the middle of that.

00:46:52.000 But is this the biggest populist nationalist versus the tech bros fight that's coming right on the horizon?

00:46:58.900 Is they keep all the upside in AI, and the Grundoons are going to have, they're going to socialize the risk, and the Grundoons are going to pay for it?

00:47:07.060 Well, and $650 billion annual revenue, I think that's what they have to have in order to make it all work.

00:47:12.920 Of course, I think this is really the real reason why so many of these people have pretended to be MAGA, right?

00:47:17.400 They want us to continue to underwrite. 0.90

00:47:19.260 You think it's a sucker's play?

00:47:20.260 Is it ever not? 1.00

00:47:23.620 God, you're so cynical.

00:47:25.240 I know.

00:47:25.860 I'm more jaded.

00:47:26.900 You weren't like this when you went to Chicago.

00:47:28.740 Well, someone went to prison, and I grew up.

00:47:31.540 Next man up.

00:47:32.580 I guess doing this show for four months will make you cynical.

00:47:35.560 When is this going to pop as like a major, because it's going to be a huge fight on our side.

00:47:42.000 When do you think that happens?

00:47:43.720 I mean, I think you're already seeing it happen right now.

00:47:45.920 That's why all these people are cozying up to him, right?

00:47:48.260 That's why you're seeing the dinners.

00:47:49.440 It's why people are shelling out for the ballroom. 0.98

00:47:51.540 It's why, you know, this crypto weird thing is happening.

00:47:55.260 It's not altruism.

00:47:56.440 It's not even effective altruism, though.

00:47:58.120 It's probably some weird combination.

00:47:59.260 It's not abundance.

00:48:00.760 They try to, what is it, Klein?

00:48:02.920 It was Klein trying to sell that to the left.

00:48:04.520 It's not the age of abundance.

00:48:06.240 Remember, they're never forthright with it until they're caught.

00:48:09.040 That preventative story, right?

00:48:10.440 They only put the website up after they're reached out to for comment.

00:48:13.060 They're only now trying to euphemize the spin of bringing public dollars in because they know that they're already there.

00:48:18.180 This is huge.

00:48:18.800 Can we play the clip, and I'll jump in.

00:48:20.240 Let's go ahead and play the clip.

00:48:21.100 This is from Stephanie Rule, The Wall Street Journal.

00:48:23.380 Two huge stories out of the journal last week.

00:48:25.180 Number one was how artificial intelligence, oh, by the way, two of the frontier companies may have reached human knowledge capacity, which is kind of a small thing, right?

00:48:33.980 And also, one of the most disturbing stories behind the scenes, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman was at Armstrong over at Coinbase, creating a genetically engineered human, a baby, to kind of drop onto the world.

00:48:49.300 This was, Stephanie Rule did a great job the other night. 1.00

00:48:51.520 Let's play it before we roll into Joe Allen.

00:48:53.400 Sam Altman's family office and Coinbase co-founder Brian Armstrong are backing this company, Preventive, which, as you mentioned, is conducting preclinical research to attempt to create a baby from a genetically engineered embryo to prevent a hereditary disease.

00:49:10.280 Behind the scenes, the company has told people that a couple had already been identified who was interested in participating in the research.

00:49:19.600 Okay, you also report on a plan that is meant to, quote, shock the world into acceptance on this.

00:49:27.360 What can you tell us?

00:49:29.040 Brian Armstrong, the Coinbase co-founder, floated a plan to produce this baby in secret.

00:49:37.140 A spokesperson for Armstrong.

00:49:38.220 That's like a horror movie.

00:49:39.700 I will say a spokesperson for Armstrong told us that he floated that plan only in order to point out what a bad idea it was, and he would never suggest that Preventive operate in that way.

00:49:49.360 Okay, this is offensive.

00:49:51.720 I mean, the guy they set up to do, in secret, a genetically engineered, from a test tube, a complete baby, a human being, and just drop it on the world.

00:50:04.560 To shock the world into acceptance.

00:50:06.360 This is how these guys think.

00:50:07.400 This is why they're dangerous.

00:50:08.700 This is why we have to have regulation.

00:50:10.720 You're going to have to have it, or we're going to go down a very dark path on AI and genetic engineering.

00:50:16.000 And I might add, Claire's going to be here tomorrow with her report.

00:50:20.640 You're going to see it, Maha, yesterday.

00:50:22.900 The whole day was genetic.

00:50:24.820 It was CRISPR.

00:50:26.200 It was genome sequencing.

00:50:28.500 They already are trying to co-opt the Make America Healthy Again movement.

00:50:33.140 Well, and to that point, I'm just curious who has a seat at the table at the White House right now in terms of the discussions about what the path forward ahead looks like on this.

00:50:40.220 Because from the people that I've seen appointed, the David Sachs of the world, I don't know if Warren Posse got a seat at that table.

00:50:46.960 No.

00:50:47.580 And listen, I will tell you this about those guys.

00:50:50.560 Not in the room, not in the deal.

00:50:52.500 Okay?

00:50:52.880 Even if you're in the room, you're not in the deal.

00:50:54.420 Warren Posse should be at the head.

00:50:56.040 Natalie, your coordinates.

00:50:57.280 Where do people go?

00:50:58.080 Natalie G. Winters on all platforms and nataliegwinters.stubsubstack.com.

00:51:02.380 Always an honor to sit in with you, Steve.

00:51:04.120 The investigations are unbelievable, and I will tell you, when a young woman like yourself knows more than the people that are supposed to be on top of these programs because they give them the research, they go, oh, my God.

00:51:14.060 That tells you all you need to know.

00:51:15.340 Okay, Joe Allen's next.

00:51:17.440 The Heritage Foundation.

00:51:19.180 We've got the Heritage Organization here with the people that focus on genetic engineering.

00:51:23.620 You do not want to miss this.

00:51:25.100 In the war room.

00:51:26.280 And I will be back here at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time tomorrow morning.

00:51:30.840 See you then.

00:51:34.120 See you then.

00:52:04.120 What if you had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?

00:52:34.380 Steve Bannon here.

00:52:35.520 War room listeners know Jim Rickards.

00:52:37.200 I love this guy.

00:52:38.660 He's our wise man, a former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.

00:52:46.260 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.

00:52:54.940 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.

00:53:02.720 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.

00:53:14.900 Right now, war room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.

00:53:21.060 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, strategic intelligence.

00:53:26.400 I read it.

00:53:27.360 You should read it.

00:53:28.500 Time is running out.

00:53:29.340 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
