beautiful bill, there's a few pieces to it, very important. On the CapEx expenditure side,

computers, other sorts of technologies. That matters because it lifts productivity. With higher

productivity, you get faster wages. That increases affordability. The next piece, Steve, is the 100%

expensing for structures. That will start from the beginning of this year and go to 2028. What that

will encourage is a factory sector boom that will help us re-industrialize by creating the infrastructure,

necessary to produce the goods that people want. Those are going to entail high-paying jobs,

both the construction jobs and the people that will work in those factories. That's another way
