The War Room Posse has delivered once again, sealing up a deal with the Article 3 Project. The AI oligarchs look like they are in retreat on the AI Ammendment and the NDAA. This is a huge win for the American people and a huge victory for the war room posse.
00:07:54.060It appears to be on life support right now.
00:07:57.240They're going to find any opportunity they can to sneak this through instead of having debate.
00:08:02.860And so it's crucially important that people light up both of their home state senators and their U.S. House rep
00:08:09.780and make them understand we're not doing AI amnesty.
00:08:12.900We're not going to repeat the mistakes we made almost 20 years ago with Section 230 amnesty and antitrust amnesty that created Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple,
00:08:25.940these trillion-dollar big tech oligarchs that crush competition, cancel conservatives, and shutter small businesses.
00:09:29.280The head of the House Armed Services Committee, Mike Rogers, I think it was Mike Rogers, said today, was not, had lost momentum, wasn't going to be in the bill.
00:09:41.320He's going to put language out on Thursday on the NDAA.
00:09:44.080It's not going to include the AI amnesty.
00:10:11.420We've got to run through the tape there.
00:10:12.640You've still got a couple more hours in Tennessee.
00:10:15.100But the reason that people are angry is the people in the House and the Senate fully understood what they were doing here.
00:10:26.000They were trying to slide something in, like they changed the Electoral Count Act of 1887, unconstitutionally, I might add, to try to fool people.
00:10:41.140We're going to get down and get the receipts, and we're going to find out, understand, and we've now beaten you twice, or we're close to beating you twice.
00:10:47.340I don't want to get too cocky on this one, because they're so duplicitous, they tried it again, a couple of pages, to give them, to take away all your rights, all your controls, all the safety of your children, all of it.
00:11:01.380And we don't even know what's going on in these frontier labs, all of it, for them, to give it to the oligarchs.
00:11:21.300They all knew it when it was getting slid in there.
00:11:23.260If it hadn't have been, once again, for Mike Davis in Article 3, the Joe Allens of the world, getting people worked up, and getting them worked up by looking at the facts where they came and said, no, this is not acceptable.
00:11:40.660And dig in and make enough phone calls and things that folks understood, well, hey, if I vote for this and my constituents know this, I may not be around here.
00:11:52.140This is not the way it's supposed to work.
00:11:55.800You're not supposed to hide the football.
00:11:57.600You got defeated back in July trying to do the same crap.
00:12:03.260And even Ted Cruz was too embarrassed when he put the spotlight on him, that rat.
00:12:07.620He didn't even vote for his own recommendation.
00:12:12.240And we're going to go to Tennessee in a second.
00:12:14.800And Marsha Blackburn led the fight on that.
00:13:02.800Until somebody can show me, and maybe it's got to be the intelligence guys in a declassified setting, that the Chinese Communist Party, if we cut them off from chips, we cut them off from knowledge, we cut them off from technique, we cut them off from education, we cut them off from all capital markets, access to everything.
00:13:21.920That they can do this, that they're competitive in the Sputnik moment, and they're going to try to make that case.
00:13:31.060The arms dealer, Jensen Wong, the arms dealer, he makes that case.
00:13:39.480He makes the case that, hey, if China wins, not a problem, if Chinese companies win, not a problem, we're all going to have a group hug.
00:17:13.080DeGrasse is going to join us tomorrow.
00:17:14.080It's a free, it's a total fracas right now in the House.
00:17:18.000I think Elise Stefanik has gone to the floor of the discharge petition about House members trading stocks on inside information.
00:17:24.940This has been something, and Leahy knows this from the old Breitbart days, Peter Schweitzer and myself, the people at Peter Schweitzer's, at the organization we had at the time, on the insider trading.
00:17:35.820Because it actually is technically true that House members, it was true before we stopped and I think it's back.
00:17:43.920They can trade on non-material, on non-material information, excuse me, material non-public information, which you would go to jail if you were at some company and heard some tip coming from the boardroom or if you saw some sales document and sales were down and you went and shorted the stock or dumped the stock, you would go to prison.
00:18:03.060But the House members, members of the House and Senate can actually vote on that.
00:18:07.980Elise Stefanik, I think, is out there.
00:18:09.420And the reason is she and Johnson, Speaker Johnson, are in a range war right now about the NDAA, but a different topic about Jamie Raskin and some things that our intelligence is being rolled in, Arctic Frost.
00:18:22.860It is, we're going to get into tomorrow, but it's a big, big, big, big fight.
00:18:28.060Michael Patrick Leahy, first things first, Tennessee, this is a must-win.
00:18:33.080President Trump won it by 22 for a whole host of reasons.
00:18:36.860The polling got very tight here, and then everybody kind of pulled together.
00:18:42.320You've got some breaking news for us, brother.
00:18:44.760What do you got, Michael Patrick Leahy?
00:18:47.320Very strong Election Day turnout today in all 14 counties that comprise the 7th District here in Tennessee.
00:18:56.960And I've talked to some key sources that are familiar with turnout numbers, and it looks like the projections are Election Day turnout may equal or surpass early voting.
00:19:33.880As a result, I told you privately that I expected, anticipated that Matt Van Epps would win by five to six points with this higher Election Day turnout.
00:19:45.500So far, I think right now we're on track for a 10-point victory by Matt Van Epps tonight.
00:19:52.720But, Steve, if you are listening in Tennessee right now, two hours and 40 minutes, run through the tape.
00:20:00.640If you haven't voted, go and vote for Matt Van Epps.
00:20:23.680And we should give hat tips to Speaker Johnson and others that have piled into here.
00:20:28.980All the conservative media, War Room Posse, people have piled into this over the Thanksgiving holiday.
00:20:34.960And since early voting stopped, I think on Wednesday afternoon about 4 o'clock local time, people have pounded about getting folks ready, assisting people if they needed to get rides out to vote.
00:20:47.640It was supposed to be inclement weather today.
00:20:49.140I understand it was quite cold, but it was clear.
00:20:50.860Michael Patrick, everybody did kind of come together, but we still have to run through the tape.
00:20:56.580You know, after work voting is always very strong, particularly among working class people that can't do it before work.
00:21:27.900It may start to rain or sleet or snow between now and the closing of the polls.
00:21:33.180So it's very important if you live in the 14 counties that comprise the 7th Congressional District and you have not voted, turn your car around right now.
00:21:44.680Go to the polling place and vote for the GOP nominee, Matt Van Epps.
00:21:56.360Michael Patrick Leahy, they did have, before I let you go, because you've been following, and I want to announce tomorrow at 11 o'clock, we'll have part two of the Sam Tannehouse, my interview about the book Buckley, The Life and Revolution That Changed America.
00:22:26.060The Warren Posse really represented here, and I got tremendous feedback of people who said they really enjoyed it.
00:22:30.880So part two, which is even better than part one, is going to be tomorrow.
00:22:34.580We're going to play it in the morning show, 11 a.m.
00:22:37.360I'm thinking, you triggered this on me to bring it up, Michael Patrick Leahy, because Jeff Shepard, there was a huge piece over the weekend.
00:22:46.100And it was linked by a bunch of sites that's saying what the refurbishment of Nixon, bringing Nixon's back, buffing up Nixon's image.
00:22:55.420And it really got down to you and Jeff Shepard, your documentary, really the use of lawfare, which we said kind of – it was kind of the predicate laid down of what they used against President Trump.
00:23:08.300I want to give a hat tip for you for making the documentary, for Jeff Shepard, for doing all the research and writing the books all those years.
00:23:15.180Richard Nixon got railroaded, and not by the way you think, not by Woodward and Bernstein, not by any of the Hollywood thing you believe.
00:23:26.600It was the House committees with those left-wing lawyers talking to each other, getting up on whiteboards and plotting out things they had never done.
00:23:34.760They had meetings with the staff over at the judge's staff, things that were unheard of to railroad Richard Nixon at his presidency.
00:23:44.420And I really want to give you a hat tip, Michael Patrick Leahy, for going to law school at night.
00:23:49.960The brother has a degree from Harvard College in Stanford Business School.
00:23:54.020He's still going to – he's going to law school at night and now entranced by – enthralled by Jeff Shepard's theory of the case of lawfare against Richard Nixon, sir.
00:24:05.320How the Deep State Took Down Richard Nixon, that film is distributed by War Room Film.
00:24:16.740We make the case that it was, in fact, more than a dozen violations of the due process rights of Richard Nixon and the Watergate defendants that brought them down.
00:24:27.400And it's very clear a crooked judge, a crooked special prosecutor, and a loaded with Department of Justice under Kennedy and Johnson attorneys working for Archibald Cox and then Leon Jaworski that went in to take down Richard Nixon.
00:24:45.380Michael Patrick Leahy, good news out of Tennessee.
00:25:13.060The only thing that matters is that there's no substitute for victory, and we have to win this one.
00:25:18.320Leahy, how do people get to your show, how they get to your content, how they get to your social media?
00:25:23.440Go to tennesseestar.com, tennesseestar.com.
00:25:26.780My show, the Michael Patrick Leahy Show, heard 9 a.m. Central to noon Central every weekday on the John Fredericks Radio Network here in Nashville,
00:25:36.400760 a.m. WENO, and in 19 other radio stations owned by John Fredericks around the country.
00:27:14.100And you'll understand now why the biggest financial institutions in the world are looking at it as an asset like back in the 19th century, a financial asset and a hedge.
00:29:52.500Perhaps he can use the next 10 months to convince voters that his policies and behavior deserve a congressional majority.
00:30:01.020He was talking about the president, by the way, using the R word, about Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota.
00:30:07.520But that last line, perhaps he can use the next 10 months to convince voters that his policies and behavior deserve a congressional majority.
00:30:16.320That says a lot about at least one Republican who's looking at the landscape, Jake,
00:30:21.900and seeing the poll numbers and seeing the dissatisfaction.
00:30:24.780Again, the approval rating is in the gutter and saying this is not on me to make it easier for you.
00:30:31.460You should take a hard look at yourself.
00:30:35.360You know, I was talking to somebody yesterday up here who made a really good point to me.
00:30:39.720A lot of people are seeing the are becoming aware, let's say, that Donald Trump's tenure will come to an end.
00:31:14.800He has done everything he can to push Indiana to redraw this map.
00:31:20.860And the state Senate is just not interested, whether it's this state senator who didn't like Trump's and rightfully so thought calling, thought the name calling of Tim Walz was was inappropriate.
00:31:33.120Or it's just people who are like, yeah, I don't think we should be redrawing the map to rig the election for Republicans like that is what this is.
00:31:42.240And that's not like it's not they have the power to do this, but they are doing this to get more Republican seats like they are getting rid of a Democratic seat in Indianapolis, a big city that has had Democratic representation for a long time.
00:31:56.180The other seat, Frank Mervan in the Gary area in the states in Chicago excerpts.
00:32:02.200I mean, these are seats that are they are Democratic and they are redrawing the map to give themselves an advantage in 2026.
00:32:11.640I love Jake Sherman and the Katie Tur and whether they now they're not MSNBC, it's MSW ShamWow over at ShamWow of the new network, Katie Tur.
00:32:22.600They don't talk about 45 percent of folks in a 40 million, 40 million person state in California.
00:32:35.700Paul Lagerman joins me from Heritage Action.
00:32:38.280Paul, this is kind of your beat over at Heritage Action.
00:32:42.160Tiffany Justice and the team over there tell me you're the absolute killer on this.
00:32:45.500We just, despite MSNBC, we just had very good news come out of Indiana, and that is the committee, I think, voted eight to five to put forward a map that is 9-0.
00:32:59.720Can you walk us through the process, sir?
00:33:07.680The fact that we talk about this happening overnight in Indiana is absolutely incorrect.
00:33:13.480This conversation has been ongoing for months, talking about redistricting, talking about these maps, talking about the inequity that we have in Indiana, where we have, you know, the 7-2 majority within our congressional delegation in a state that's deep red.
00:33:33.000Every statewide elected official in the state is a Republican and has been for the last few cycles.
00:33:41.860And we haven't had a Democrat here in quite some time.
00:34:08.520The bill was introduced yesterday on the floor of the House.
00:34:12.300Committee hearing lasted all day today.
00:34:15.280I can say that Heritage Action, we were about the only folks that testified in favor of this bill.
00:34:22.920And it was just it was person after person of from from from about 930 in the morning till about three o'clock in the afternoon that didn't like to see that didn't want redistricting.
00:34:36.360And as you said, the vote came out favorably in the committee.
00:34:53.800And you're going to see tomorrow just everything and the kitchen sink come at this bill in the in in the form of amendments, trying to tear it apart, adding poison pills.
00:35:06.080Those are all going to be defeated tomorrow because we know going into this that the House numbers are there.
00:35:12.580The votes are there in the Republican caucus.
00:35:14.960Remember, in Indiana, it's a it's a 7030 House.
00:35:26.120The the House can conduct business without the Democrats showing up.
00:35:30.600You know, they don't have to worry about quorum or that sort of thing.
00:35:32.900So so tomorrow is the big day for all the amendments.
00:35:39.700And then third reading on Friday at the same time as turning point, we'll be hosting a very large rally in the statehouse right next door to the House of Representatives on one floor down.
00:35:53.800So it's a it's a big, beautiful granite building.
00:35:57.200So you're going to hear, you know, this pro redistricting echoing through the halls.
00:36:10.760I mean, this is a very look, it's just it turns out that the Hoosier state is very red.
00:36:16.660It's been conservative a long time. It's quite it's MAGA.
00:36:19.060There have been some of the Pence conservatives teaming up with the Democrats to do this.
00:36:23.900But when you said you had witnesses all day, the the Democrats, because they're very smart, they understand the fights just simply not here in Indian in Indiana.
00:36:34.100They need to send a message to their other troops because they're trying to force one in Virginia.
00:36:38.360They're trying to force something in Maryland. They think they got another bite at the apple in in Illinois.
00:36:44.560They're going to go full on to even gerrymander worse than they gerrymandered states like California and Illinois right now.
00:36:50.780So it is imperative. That's where this fight. This fight's not simply about an 8-1 map versus a 9-0 map.
00:36:59.140It is about this is a war. This redistricting sets the predicate for the 2026 election.
00:37:05.540If Alistair Gross had not come to War Room in 2021 and we got revved up with him and others, we would have never picked up those eight seats in 2021 that are really the balance of what's in the House today.
00:37:17.020Do people that do the grassroots and the Republicans in Indiana understand the national importance and the national scale of this fight?
00:37:25.500I think that is the real struggle that we're running into, and it's not in the House. It's in the Senate.
00:37:33.400And in the Senate today, that's where we're seeing the pushback. That's where the vote count is in difficult territory.
00:37:41.760We have to move five more votes over to make sure that we can be successful in the Indiana Senate.
00:37:51.940So in the Senate, the body's 50. It's 40-10 Democrats.
00:37:57.260But you've got to remember, you've got Republicans teaming up with Democrats to kill redistricting in the Indiana Senate.
00:38:07.680Now, a couple of weeks ago in what we call Organization Day, this is the day when the committees are assigned, when the rules are adopted, all the things for the upcoming session are happening.
00:38:21.880An unscheduled vote occurred in the Senate, and that was to not do a special session and not deal with redistricting, and it passed.
00:38:31.660So now, that was Democrats and Republicans, Republicans-lite, maybe I guess we should say, teaming up to say we don't want to deal with the process.
00:38:45.560Well, the House countered that, and when Speaker Houston opened up this session early, he forced the issue.
00:38:52.780And up until just a few days ago, the Senate was not ready to come back in.
00:38:58.740The Senate has announced that they will be back in on the 8th.
00:39:01.320So as this process concludes this week, the Senate will return, and the Senate will have to deal with this issue, I think, in a meaningful way.
00:39:09.660Now, what we've seen is an amazing amount of pressure from the grassroots, from the base of the conservative base, is I guess the best way to say this, across the state.
00:39:21.980And so folks from every district are calling their legislator, the folks that they, you know, and in Indiana, it's part-time legislature.
00:39:50.520So they have been bombarded with calls and text messages, you know, and people stopping by their house, and all their friends are really kind of hitting them up.
00:40:03.340We feel the momentum building for the vote.
00:40:05.220We feel like, you know, we're in a good place.
00:40:08.120We've seen a couple of folks break from a no to a yes.
00:40:15.320And, you know, like I said, we still have five votes to go right now in the Senate.
00:40:20.060And so I think this House pressure is really making a difference in a very positive way.
00:40:25.520Paul, where do people go to get information on this at Heritage Action?
00:40:31.580And what is your personal coordinates as far as your social media?
00:40:35.720As you know, the Warren Posse wants to keep up to speed on this 24 hours a day.
00:40:39.060Yeah, if you were right on top of this at Heritage Action, and that's where you're really all going to find kind of the war room moment-to-moment activity, keep an eye on our Heritage Action website.
00:40:54.400Keep an eye on our Heritage Action socials.
00:44:21.200There are no extensions and no second chances on this inventory.
00:44:25.140Do not wait for permission and do not rely on a system that has failed so many times.
00:44:29.940Visit allfamilypharmacy.com slash ban and that's one word, allfamilypharmacy.com slash ban and before December 2nd and lock in your Black Friday, buy one, get one free deal.
00:44:43.080Take control of your health, stay independent, stay free.
00:46:49.700Literally, it's taken us 20 minutes to get Mike Lindell right, correct.
00:46:53.520And as soon as he's ready, I'm going, I'm giving his, I'm teeing him up and the president of the United States walks into the cabinet room and we cut to the cabinet.
00:47:01.360So, sir, we got a little runway for you today.
00:47:13.580We'll call it a truth out this morning.
00:47:15.820If you check out his truth, feed there on truth, he's got, he shouted out to Dallas County for going to, for voting into going to paper ballots, hand counted, and all these other counties in Texas that are following suit.
00:47:30.840And he called out the governors to go to paper ballots, hand counted.
00:51:25.220I'm glad everybody in the country can see what we've had to live there, how they've been destroying Minnesota.
00:51:30.100And I'm going to tell you, you go downtown Minneapolis, and it's just like when I went downtown Chicago, all the minorities, you know, the blacks and Hispanics, they are so upset, the ones that are here legally, that all their resources are being taken by people that are here illegally.
00:51:48.320And then you have what's happening in Minnesota, all the billions of dollars stole right from our taxpayers, Steve.
