00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.500 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.740 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.940 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.360 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.100 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.040 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.300 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.700 MAGA media.
00:00:28.600 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.500 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.240 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.580 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:53.160 Tuesday, 2 December, Year of the Lord, 2025.
00:00:55.660 Thank you for tuning in to the late afternoon, early evening edition of the War Room.
00:01:00.680 We've got breaking news.
00:01:01.980 We're going to go right to the viceroy, Mike Davis, who joins us by phone.
00:01:05.960 Mike, update on the NDAA and the AI amnesty, sir.
00:01:11.180 Well, it looks like the War Room Posse has delivered once again,
00:01:16.140 sealing up with the Article 3 project because the AI oligarchs look like they are in retreat
00:01:22.560 on AI amnesty and the must-pass Defense Authorization Act, the NDAA.
00:01:29.460 And this is the credit goes to the War Room Posse for lighting up both of their home state senators
00:01:36.840 and their U.S. House Rep at Article 3 Project's action page.
00:01:41.280 This was on a glide path to pass again, like it was four months ago when Ted Cruz tried to put this in must-pass legislation.
00:01:52.820 And in about five hours, the War Room Posse changed the politics, and it went down 99 to 1 four months ago,
00:01:59.580 including Ted Cruz, voting against his own legislation.
00:02:03.500 They thought they were going to run the same play again this time,
00:02:07.440 and the NDAA must-pass National Defense Authorization Bill.
00:02:13.380 And the War Room Posse got the House proponents basically waving the white flag of surrender.
00:02:22.400 You're starting to see those news reports coming out today.
00:02:26.360 This is important, Steve.
00:02:27.280 We've gone on your show.
00:02:28.380 We finally have their attention.
00:02:31.220 We've had crucial meetings with the administration on this,
00:02:35.520 where they understand if we're going to pass this federal preemption for AI,
00:02:40.420 if we're going to let the federal government block the states and local communities from regulating AI
00:02:47.160 so they can compete against China, as they claim, we're going to do it the American way.
00:02:52.240 We're going to protect the four Cs.
00:02:54.520 We're going to protect children from predators.
00:02:58.080 We're going to protect communities from AI data centers going in residential neighborhoods, for example,
00:03:05.420 or water and electric rates getting jacked up to subsidize these AI platforms.
00:03:11.860 We're going to protect conservatives from online censorship from being canceled by these AI oligarchs like Google and Meta.
00:03:21.420 And we're going to protect creators.
00:03:23.660 We're going to make sure that our content creators, our conservative media outlets like Steve Bannon's War Room,
00:03:29.720 don't get ripped off to feed these AI machines.
00:03:32.560 We're going to do this the America way, not the Chinese way.
00:03:36.340 We can beat China the old-fashioned way, and we've done it for decades, and we're going to continue to do it.
00:03:41.340 This is a huge win for the War Room posse, and it's a huge win for the American people.
00:03:46.080 Mike, are they finally—is it too cumbersome to go through regular order to actually have committee meetings and have testimony
00:03:54.020 and to kind of do things when you have massive—when you have a bill or when you have—excuse me,
00:03:59.400 something like this would have an impact across American society.
00:04:03.580 Normally, you have hearings.
00:04:05.760 You've got people pro and con.
00:04:07.220 You've got witnesses for and against.
00:04:09.180 It goes through.
00:04:10.160 You have committee markups.
00:04:11.320 I mean, it's a cumbersome process, but it's a process of how we've kind of governed this country with a balance of power.
00:04:19.720 They've tried twice to slip a couple of pages in, and it just shows you they don't understand the American people.
00:04:27.760 They have no understanding of the process we have here in this country,
00:04:30.460 but it's also an arrogance that they can just get their lobbyists and just power through here.
00:04:34.960 Do you think now they understand, after trying this twice, on the only two bills that had to be, you know,
00:04:41.420 the big, beautiful bill and the NDA, the authorization for the entire Defense Department,
00:04:46.620 trying the same trick twice, that now, particularly Scalise and, you know,
00:04:51.920 people that are not normally on our side are coming on and saying, you know, this is not the right vehicle to do it.
00:04:56.780 Do you think we've finally gotten people's attention that if you're going to do something this profound,
00:05:01.360 it's got to be inclusive, at least in the debate, of people pro this, against it, and in the middle?
00:05:09.840 Yeah, I mean, absolutely.
00:05:11.240 And I have been working at the Article III project with a coalition,
00:05:17.380 and we have drafted a 100-page-plus piece of legislation that provides the federal preemption
00:05:24.040 that these AI companies think they need so they don't get beat up by California and other blue states,
00:05:31.220 but it does it in a way where it protects the four seats, children, conservatives, communities, content creators, right?
00:05:39.780 We want to make sure we're doing this the American way.
00:05:42.800 We're going to get this to the Trump White House this evening, and you're exactly right, Steve.
00:05:48.240 This is a big piece of legislation.
00:05:50.980 This needs to go through the regular order.
00:05:53.220 It needs to go through the committee process.
00:05:55.860 It needs to go through amendments.
00:05:58.180 We need to have debate.
00:05:59.140 We need to get 60 votes in the Senate.
00:06:00.900 Look, if everyone agrees that the legislation and proposed legislation,
00:06:05.680 the Article III project, is drafting is good,
00:06:08.400 and you can get 60 votes in the Senate and a majority in the House and the president sign off on it, great.
00:06:13.660 But it's probably not going to work that way.
00:06:16.000 It's going to require debates.
00:06:17.900 It's going to require amendments.
00:06:19.340 It's going to require votes.
00:06:21.480 And, you know, that's the American way,
00:06:23.160 and that's how you're going to get the best legislation possible.
00:06:26.380 And no one's going to be ecstatic when the legislative process is over.
00:06:31.480 People are going to have some wins.
00:06:32.840 People are going to have some losses.
00:06:34.040 But that's how our process works.
00:06:35.580 That's how our legislative process works under Article I of the Constitution.
00:06:40.080 Now, I just want to make sure people are not resting on their shovels here and their axes.
00:06:47.080 Should they still go to Article III and still lay a call in or a text message or an email to their senator and their congressman
00:06:53.300 just to reinforce that, hey, here's what I'm hearing, but I want to make sure that you're 100 percent against
00:06:59.300 and that we kind of restart this process?
00:07:01.280 What do you recommend right now?
00:07:02.280 Because I don't trust these tech broligarchs at all.
00:07:05.960 No question, Stephen.
00:07:08.100 That's exactly right.
00:07:09.620 We should run through the tape on this one.
00:07:12.460 So people should go to ArticleIIIproject.org, ArticleIIIproject.org, take action,
00:07:18.100 and it's to go after the AI amnesty and the NDA.
00:07:22.160 It can't go in there.
00:07:23.480 We cannot have AI amnesty.
00:07:25.860 If they want federal preemption, if they don't want the states and local communities to be able to regulate AI companies,
00:07:33.120 then we need to have federal rules of the road.
00:07:35.500 And that includes the four Cs that the Article III project is proposing in our 100-plus page legislation.
00:07:42.760 It is crucially important.
00:07:43.580 Look, they tried to sneak it in.
00:07:45.080 As you said, Stephen, the big, beautiful bill, they tried to sneak it in.
00:07:49.020 The NDAA, but we've been on their game for months on that.
00:07:52.360 That's why this is dead on.
00:07:54.060 It appears to be on life support right now.
00:07:57.240 They're going to find any opportunity they can to sneak this through instead of having debate.
00:08:02.860 And so it's crucially important that people light up both of their home state senators and their U.S. House rep
00:08:09.780 and make them understand we're not doing AI amnesty.
00:08:12.900 We're not going to repeat the mistakes we made almost 20 years ago with Section 230 amnesty and antitrust amnesty that created Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple,
00:08:25.940 these trillion-dollar big tech oligarchs that crush competition, cancel conservatives, and shutter small businesses.
00:08:33.820 We can't do that again.
00:08:34.920 This AI amnesty would be Section 230 on steroids, and we're not going to make the mistakes from Section 230.
00:08:41.580 Mike Davis, one more time, Article 3, where do they go, where do they look for in your social media, sir?
00:08:51.700 Article3project.org, article3project.org.
00:08:55.340 Follow us on social.
00:08:57.160 Donate, but only what you can afford.
00:08:59.180 And again, we say this over and over, the war room posse superpower, as we just proved once again, is action, action, action.
00:09:06.780 So the posse, light them up one more time, and then we'll take a bow.
00:09:11.620 Yeah.
00:09:13.240 Yes, let's run through the tape here.
00:09:14.640 Mike Davis, thank you so much for joining us by phone.
00:09:16.620 The Viceroy leads us to victory one more time.
00:09:19.660 Thank you, sir.
00:09:21.340 Thank you.
00:09:22.780 Make sure you go to Article 3.
00:09:24.500 Also go to Bill Blaster.
00:09:25.900 Talk to Grace.
00:09:28.080 Let's stay on him.
00:09:29.280 The head of the House Armed Services Committee, Mike Rogers, I think it was Mike Rogers, said today, was not, had lost momentum, wasn't going to be in the bill.
00:09:41.320 He's going to put language out on Thursday on the NDAA.
00:09:44.080 It's not going to include the AI amnesty.
00:09:48.140 Scalise just reconfirmed that.
00:09:49.620 And Scalise, you know, in a moment of, you know, enlightenment says, hey, maybe this wasn't the best venue to put it through.
00:09:57.440 You're damn right it would, and no offense.
00:10:01.740 This is, I think, why it's, you know, and we're going to go to Tennessee.
00:10:05.200 We're going to go to Michael Patrick Leahy in a moment, and I think, and what Leahy's saying is we're hearing that.
00:10:10.520 I think turnout's great.
00:10:11.420 We've got to run through the tape there.
00:10:12.640 You've still got a couple more hours in Tennessee.
00:10:15.100 But the reason that people are angry is the people in the House and the Senate fully understood what they were doing here.
00:10:26.000 They were trying to slide something in, like they changed the Electoral Count Act of 1887, unconstitutionally, I might add, to try to fool people.
00:10:37.040 You cannot fool MAGA.
00:10:41.140 We're going to get down and get the receipts, and we're going to find out, understand, and we've now beaten you twice, or we're close to beating you twice.
00:10:47.340 I don't want to get too cocky on this one, because they're so duplicitous, they tried it again, a couple of pages, to give them, to take away all your rights, all your controls, all the safety of your children, all of it.
00:11:01.380 And we don't even know what's going on in these frontier labs, all of it, for them, to give it to the oligarchs.
00:11:08.740 Scalise knew this.
00:11:10.320 Mike Rogers knew this.
00:11:12.780 Everybody in the House knew this.
00:11:14.180 The Speaker knew this.
00:11:16.300 Guys in the Senate knew this.
00:11:17.680 Ted Cruz.
00:11:19.260 Ted Cruz knew this.
00:11:21.300 They all knew it when it was getting slid in there.
00:11:23.260 If it hadn't have been, once again, for Mike Davis in Article 3, the Joe Allens of the world, getting people worked up, and getting them worked up by looking at the facts where they came and said, no, this is not acceptable.
00:11:37.380 This is not right.
00:11:38.400 We're not going to have this.
00:11:40.660 And dig in and make enough phone calls and things that folks understood, well, hey, if I vote for this and my constituents know this, I may not be around here.
00:11:52.140 This is not the way it's supposed to work.
00:11:55.800 You're not supposed to hide the football.
00:11:57.600 You got defeated back in July trying to do the same crap.
00:12:03.260 And even Ted Cruz was too embarrassed when he put the spotlight on him, that rat.
00:12:07.620 He didn't even vote for his own recommendation.
00:12:12.240 And we're going to go to Tennessee in a second.
00:12:14.800 And Marsha Blackburn led the fight on that.
00:12:17.920 Remember that?
00:12:18.680 President Trump kind of told him, said, hey, I don't think you guys, I don't think this is going to work.
00:12:22.140 It was like 2 o'clock in the morning.
00:12:24.400 I think the vote was at 3.
00:12:26.060 99 to 1.
00:12:28.440 99 to 1.
00:12:31.400 They had to gall because they think you're dumb.
00:12:36.240 Let's be honest.
00:12:37.760 They think you're idiots.
00:12:39.640 They do.
00:12:40.700 They have no respect.
00:12:42.660 You cannot say, oh, no, we respect you.
00:12:44.460 You do not respect the working man and woman in this country.
00:12:48.140 You do not respect the middle class.
00:12:49.540 You do not respect your base.
00:12:51.200 It's one of the reasons the base hates the ruling class and hates the political class.
00:12:58.360 Because you don't come to them and say, hey, look, we got thwarted before, but we got to do this.
00:13:01.760 China's catching up to us.
00:13:02.800 Until somebody can show me, and maybe it's got to be the intelligence guys in a declassified setting, that the Chinese Communist Party, if we cut them off from chips, we cut them off from knowledge, we cut them off from technique, we cut them off from education, we cut them off from all capital markets, access to everything.
00:13:21.920 That they can do this, that they're competitive in the Sputnik moment, and they're going to try to make that case.
00:13:31.060 The arms dealer, Jensen Wong, the arms dealer, he makes that case.
00:13:39.480 He makes the case that, hey, if China wins, not a problem, if Chinese companies win, not a problem, we're all going to have a group hug.
00:13:44.800 Yo, dude, not going to happen.
00:13:47.300 He's pitching all the time to sell everything to them because he's an arms dealer.
00:13:51.380 He's Khashoggi.
00:13:52.180 So this looks like a huge victory.
00:13:56.920 Once again, the pitchforks showed up, and the lords of the manor said, hey, maybe we should rethink this.
00:14:04.680 These people look angry.
00:14:06.500 You damn right they're angry.
00:14:10.240 It just goes on and on and on and on.
00:14:15.580 No respect.
00:14:16.640 And beating them once again, they're going to try, hey, they're going to try to hold, their lobbyists are going to be working,
00:14:21.580 and they're going to be trying to hide the football in a million different ways.
00:14:27.520 And they're partnered now with the Tech Bros, a lovely group.
00:14:33.620 You've got the ruling elite, the Republican establishment, the Tech Bros.
00:14:40.440 That's a witch's brew.
00:14:43.760 Incredible.
00:14:44.560 Okay.
00:14:45.220 We have work to do.
00:14:47.120 Been working hard.
00:14:48.220 I know it, man.
00:14:48.720 Bringing victory after victory.
00:14:50.140 Because remember, victory begets victory.
00:14:52.840 What's going on in Tennessee 7?
00:14:55.320 The Michael Patrick Leahy is here to inform us next.
00:15:00.000 Let me be blunt.
00:15:01.120 Gold is up around 40% this year.
00:15:03.560 That's not speculation.
00:15:04.980 That's reality.
00:15:06.200 And if a portion of your savings isn't diversified into gold, you're missing the boat.
00:15:10.740 Here's the facts.
00:15:11.540 Inflation is still too high.
00:15:13.460 The U.S. dollar is still too weak.
00:15:15.220 And the government debt is insurmountable.
00:15:17.500 This is why central banks throughout the world are flocking to gold at record rates.
00:15:23.400 They're the ones driving prices up to new record highs.
00:15:27.240 But it's not too late to buy gold from Birch Gold Group and get in the door now.
00:15:31.680 Birch Gold will help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in gold.
00:15:38.960 You don't pay a dime out of pocket.

00:15:49.980 It's just useful information.
00:15:52.080 The best indicator of the future is the past.
00:15:55.300 And gold has historically been a safe haven for a millennia.
00:15:59.440 What else can I say?
00:16:01.760 What else does Birch Gold need to say?
00:16:03.540 The hedge against times of financial turbulence has always been gold.
00:16:08.560 So text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 right now to claim your free information kit on gold.
00:16:15.300 That's Bannon to 989898.

00:16:54.320 So how to describe this?
00:16:55.720 DeGrasse is going to be with us in the morning.
00:16:57.460 Another victory I'm going to have, we are going to have Paul Lagerman from Heritage Action is going to join us at the bottom of the hour.
00:17:05.140 I believe that the House in Indiana has just voted out a committee, a 9-0 map.
00:17:11.560 And we're going to talk about that.
00:17:13.080 DeGrasse is going to join us tomorrow.
00:17:14.080 It's a free, it's a total fracas right now in the House.
00:17:18.000 I think Elise Stefanik has gone to the floor of the discharge petition about House members trading stocks on inside information.
00:17:24.940 This has been something, and Leahy knows this from the old Breitbart days, Peter Schweitzer and myself, the people at Peter Schweitzer's, at the organization we had at the time, on the insider trading.
00:17:35.820 Because it actually is technically true that House members, it was true before we stopped and I think it's back.
00:17:43.920 They can trade on non-material, on non-material information, excuse me, material non-public information, which you would go to jail if you were at some company and heard some tip coming from the boardroom or if you saw some sales document and sales were down and you went and shorted the stock or dumped the stock, you would go to prison.
00:18:03.060 But the House members, members of the House and Senate can actually vote on that.
00:18:07.980 Elise Stefanik, I think, is out there.
00:18:09.420 And the reason is she and Johnson, Speaker Johnson, are in a range war right now about the NDAA, but a different topic about Jamie Raskin and some things that our intelligence is being rolled in, Arctic Frost.
00:18:22.860 It is, we're going to get into tomorrow, but it's a big, big, big, big fight.
00:18:28.060 Michael Patrick Leahy, first things first, Tennessee, this is a must-win.
00:18:33.080 President Trump won it by 22 for a whole host of reasons.
00:18:36.860 The polling got very tight here, and then everybody kind of pulled together.
00:18:42.320 You've got some breaking news for us, brother.
00:18:44.760 What do you got, Michael Patrick Leahy?
00:18:47.320 Very strong Election Day turnout today in all 14 counties that comprise the 7th District here in Tennessee.
00:18:56.960 And I've talked to some key sources that are familiar with turnout numbers, and it looks like the projections are Election Day turnout may equal or surpass early voting.
00:19:09.800 Early voting, remember, 84,000 votes.
00:19:12.260 We thought that was pretty much a wash between Afton Bain and Matt Van Epps looking at the counties involved.
00:19:18.880 But Election Day, you're going to have more Republicans turn out.
00:19:22.460 And so my projection had been we'd have a lower than early voting turnout.
00:19:28.400 I thought we'd have 68,000 turnout on Election Day.
00:19:32.120 It looks like we'll have 84,000.
00:19:33.880 As a result, I told you privately that I expected, anticipated that Matt Van Epps would win by five to six points with this higher Election Day turnout.
00:19:45.500 So far, I think right now we're on track for a 10-point victory by Matt Van Epps tonight.
00:19:52.720 But, Steve, if you are listening in Tennessee right now, two hours and 40 minutes, run through the tape.
00:20:00.640 If you haven't voted, go and vote for Matt Van Epps.
00:20:03.480 This is very important.
00:20:04.780 There's two hours and 40 minutes left for the polls to be open in Tennessee.
00:20:10.360 This is an absolutely critical seat.
00:20:12.120 Let's leave aside how we got here.
00:20:14.960 We got here and we're here.
00:20:17.340 The only thing that matters now is victory.
00:20:19.100 There's no substitute for victory.
00:20:20.820 We've got to win this one.
00:20:22.240 People have come together.
00:20:23.680 And we should give hat tips to Speaker Johnson and others that have piled into here.
00:20:28.980 All the conservative media, War Room Posse, people have piled into this over the Thanksgiving holiday.
00:20:34.960 And since early voting stopped, I think on Wednesday afternoon about 4 o'clock local time, people have pounded about getting folks ready, assisting people if they needed to get rides out to vote.
00:20:47.640 It was supposed to be inclement weather today.
00:20:49.140 I understand it was quite cold, but it was clear.
00:20:50.860 Michael Patrick, everybody did kind of come together, but we still have to run through the tape.
00:20:56.580 You know, after work voting is always very strong, particularly among working class people that can't do it before work.
00:21:02.920 So we need everybody.
00:21:04.080 We've got two hours, over two hours and a half.
00:21:06.540 This thing could hang in the balance right now.
00:21:08.580 But I think people did respond, it looked like, to they needed to get out and vote today, sir.
00:21:14.200 It's clear and cold here in Middle Tennessee in the 7th Congressional District, temperature hovering around 32, 33 degrees.
00:21:24.260 There has not been precipitation yet.
00:21:26.860 It may get colder.
00:21:27.900 It may start to rain or sleet or snow between now and the closing of the polls.
00:21:33.180 So it's very important if you live in the 14 counties that comprise the 7th Congressional District and you have not voted, turn your car around right now.
00:21:44.680 Go to the polling place and vote for the GOP nominee, Matt Van Epps.
00:21:50.180 A combat veteran.
00:21:52.200 I think nine tours, ten years in combat in the military.
00:21:55.060 Just incredible, incredible guy.
00:21:56.360 Michael Patrick Leahy, they did have, before I let you go, because you've been following, and I want to announce tomorrow at 11 o'clock, we'll have part two of the Sam Tannehouse, my interview about the book Buckley, The Life and Revolution That Changed America.
00:22:15.100 So Sam Tannehouse will be here.
00:22:17.920 I can tell you off the first hour of the interview, book sales exploded.
00:22:23.720 The publisher is, like, blown away.
00:22:26.060 The Warren Posse really represented here, and I got tremendous feedback of people who said they really enjoyed it.
00:22:30.880 So part two, which is even better than part one, is going to be tomorrow.
00:22:34.580 We're going to play it in the morning show, 11 a.m.
00:22:37.360 I'm thinking, you triggered this on me to bring it up, Michael Patrick Leahy, because Jeff Shepard, there was a huge piece over the weekend.
00:22:46.100 And it was linked by a bunch of sites that's saying what the refurbishment of Nixon, bringing Nixon's back, buffing up Nixon's image.
00:22:55.420 And it really got down to you and Jeff Shepard, your documentary, really the use of lawfare, which we said kind of – it was kind of the predicate laid down of what they used against President Trump.
00:23:06.980 It's absolutely extraordinary.
00:23:08.300 I want to give a hat tip for you for making the documentary, for Jeff Shepard, for doing all the research and writing the books all those years.
00:23:15.180 Richard Nixon got railroaded, and not by the way you think, not by Woodward and Bernstein, not by any of the Hollywood thing you believe.
00:23:21.900 This was Judge Sirica.
00:23:24.320 It was the Justice Department.
00:23:25.720 It was main justice.
00:23:26.600 It was the House committees with those left-wing lawyers talking to each other, getting up on whiteboards and plotting out things they had never done.
00:23:34.760 They had meetings with the staff over at the judge's staff, things that were unheard of to railroad Richard Nixon at his presidency.
00:23:44.420 And I really want to give you a hat tip, Michael Patrick Leahy, for going to law school at night.
00:23:49.960 The brother has a degree from Harvard College in Stanford Business School.
00:23:54.020 He's still going to – he's going to law school at night and now entranced by – enthralled by Jeff Shepard's theory of the case of lawfare against Richard Nixon, sir.
00:24:05.320 How the Deep State Took Down Richard Nixon, that film is distributed by War Room Film.
00:24:10.540 So go to warroom.film.
00:24:12.060 You can still see it there.
00:24:13.620 It's still for free.
00:24:14.700 And it's really, really good.
00:24:16.080 Ninety minutes.
00:24:16.740 We make the case that it was, in fact, more than a dozen violations of the due process rights of Richard Nixon and the Watergate defendants that brought them down.
00:24:27.400 And it's very clear a crooked judge, a crooked special prosecutor, and a loaded with Department of Justice under Kennedy and Johnson attorneys working for Archibald Cox and then Leon Jaworski that went in to take down Richard Nixon.
00:24:45.380 Michael Patrick Leahy, good news out of Tennessee.
00:24:49.780 We have to run through the tape.
00:24:51.440 Everybody can hear my voice or see the image.
00:24:54.480 We've got two and a half hours to go.
00:24:56.240 The polls are still open.
00:24:57.680 There's a lot of votes out there.
00:24:59.020 The Democrats are not going to lay down on this one.
00:25:01.320 But people are turning out.
00:25:02.720 I think people are hearing the clarion call that we need to win this seat.
00:25:06.060 Let's put in back of us how exactly we got here from a 22-point victory with President Trump to where we are now.
00:25:12.360 It doesn't matter.
00:25:13.060 The only thing that matters is that there's no substitute for victory, and we have to win this one.
00:25:18.320 Leahy, how do people get to your show, how they get to your content, how they get to your social media?
00:25:23.440 Go to tennesseestar.com, tennesseestar.com.
00:25:26.780 My show, the Michael Patrick Leahy Show, heard 9 a.m. Central to noon Central every weekday on the John Fredericks Radio Network here in Nashville,
00:25:36.400 760 a.m. WENO, and in 19 other radio stations owned by John Fredericks around the country.
00:25:43.400 Fantastic.
00:25:45.980 Great job, sir.
00:25:47.080 Michael Patrick Leahy, very proud of you and the folks down in Tennessee.
00:25:50.160 Run through the tape.
00:25:53.220 Run through the tape, Steve.
00:25:54.760 Run through the tape.
00:25:55.460 Run through the tape.
00:25:57.040 We can get Matt Van Epps up tonight.
00:25:58.640 We will, too.
00:25:59.100 But he's busy running around at his campaign headquarters and going out trying to drive the vote two and a half hours ago.
00:26:05.700 I want to thank our sponsor, Birch Gold.
00:26:09.220 You might have seen certain financial assets bouncing around here in the last couple weeks.
00:26:13.480 Gold has been on a rise.
00:26:15.120 It's not the price of gold.
00:26:16.540 It's the process of what's driving that rise, what's driving central banks to buy gold at record rates.
00:26:22.740 Why are the BRICS nations forming together to do bilateral trade deals to start this process called de-dollarization?
00:26:30.800 Why is the dollar the prime reserve currency?
00:26:33.080 Why does it have such a big impact in your life?
00:26:36.520 Ask those questions.
00:26:37.720 The answers all are in the end of the dollar empire.
00:26:40.940 We've worked through this over the last four years.
00:26:43.180 It's all free.
00:26:44.520 Seven free installments.
00:26:45.880 We are currently working on our eighth.
00:26:48.020 We're also working on a version of this, a material version of this, so you can get it, make notes.
00:26:55.840 Maybe even I'll sign it if you see me at some of these conventions or conferences sometimes.
00:26:59.940 End of the dollar empire.
00:27:01.660 Promo code.
00:27:02.440 It's Birch Gold.
00:27:03.060 Promo code Bannon.
00:27:04.280 End of the dollar empire.
00:27:06.140 Read it.
00:27:06.920 Study it.
00:27:07.800 You'll understand why gold has been a hedge for, I don't know, 5,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:27:12.920 You'll start to understand it.
00:27:14.100 And you'll understand now why the biggest financial institutions in the world are looking at it as an asset like back in the 19th century, a financial asset and a hedge.
00:27:28.560 Check it all out.
00:27:29.380 Also, Tax Network USA.
00:27:32.560 Scott Bessett, you saw the cabinet meeting today.
00:27:34.940 We have a $2 trillion deficit.
00:27:36.580 We're going to have a $2 trillion deficit, even with the growth in the economy for the next couple of years.
00:27:42.160 The IRS, they think you owe this, you think you owe that.
00:27:46.280 That's called the bid and the asked.
00:27:48.820 There's a gap.
00:27:49.760 If you're a homeowner, you need to listen to this.
00:27:52.100 In today's A.I.
00:27:54.380 and Cyber World, scammers are stealing home titles with more ease than ever, and your equity is the target.
00:28:01.640 Here's how it works.
00:28:02.800 Criminals forge your signature on one document.
00:28:05.360 Use a fake notary stamp.
00:28:06.820 Pay a small fee with your county, and boom, your home title has been transferred out of your name.
00:28:13.820 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.
00:28:18.020 You won't even know it's happened until you get a collection or foreclosure notice.
00:28:24.980 So let me ask you, when was the last time you personally checked your home title?
00:28:30.860 If you're like me, the answer is never, and that's exactly what scammers are counting on.
00:28:36.300 That's why I trust Home Title Lock.

00:29:10.480 Do it today.
00:29:11.880 Indiana State Senator Michael Boachek is opposing redistricting, and Indiana's been an interesting place
00:29:17.720 because the lawmakers there have not wanted to do this despite the president's push and despite the governor's push.
00:29:24.160 Here's what the state senator said about it.
00:29:26.860 This is a Facebook post.
00:29:28.980 Many of you have asked my position on redistricting.
00:29:31.820 I've been an unapologetic advocate for people with mental disabilities since the birth of my second daughter.
00:29:37.540 Those of you that don't know me or my family might not know that my daughter has Down syndrome.
00:29:41.440 This is not the first time our president has used these insulting and derogatory references,
00:29:46.460 and his choices of words have consequences.
00:29:49.660 I will be voting no on redistricting.
00:29:52.500 Perhaps he can use the next 10 months to convince voters that his policies and behavior deserve a congressional majority.
00:30:01.020 He was talking about the president, by the way, using the R word, about Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota.
00:30:07.520 But that last line, perhaps he can use the next 10 months to convince voters that his policies and behavior deserve a congressional majority.
00:30:16.320 That says a lot about at least one Republican who's looking at the landscape, Jake,
00:30:21.900 and seeing the poll numbers and seeing the dissatisfaction.
00:30:24.780 Again, the approval rating is in the gutter and saying this is not on me to make it easier for you.
00:30:31.460 You should take a hard look at yourself.
00:30:35.360 You know, I was talking to somebody yesterday up here who made a really good point to me.
00:30:39.720 A lot of people are seeing the are becoming aware, let's say, that Donald Trump's tenure will come to an end.
00:30:48.800 It's not going to be in 26 or 27.
00:30:50.640 It's going to be like 2028 is not very far away.
00:30:54.780 And the fact that Indiana State, that Trump reminds people, he won many times.
00:31:00.880 He has sent J.D. Vance there twice to lobby people on these congressional maps.
00:31:07.020 He has called in to Republican caucus meetings in the state.
00:31:11.140 He has done everything he can.
00:31:12.840 He had Mike Johnson talk to them.
00:31:14.800 He has done everything he can to push Indiana to redraw this map.
00:31:20.860 And the state Senate is just not interested, whether it's this state senator who didn't like Trump's and rightfully so thought calling, thought the name calling of Tim Walz was was inappropriate.
00:31:33.120 Or it's just people who are like, yeah, I don't think we should be redrawing the map to rig the election for Republicans like that is what this is.
00:31:42.240 And that's not like it's not they have the power to do this, but they are doing this to get more Republican seats like they are getting rid of a Democratic seat in Indianapolis, a big city that has had Democratic representation for a long time.
00:31:56.180 The other seat, Frank Mervan in the Gary area in the states in Chicago excerpts.
00:32:02.200 I mean, these are seats that are they are Democratic and they are redrawing the map to give themselves an advantage in 2026.
00:32:11.640 I love Jake Sherman and the Katie Tur and whether they now they're not MSNBC, it's MSW ShamWow over at ShamWow of the new network, Katie Tur.
00:32:22.600 They don't talk about 45 percent of folks in a 40 million, 40 million person state in California.
00:32:29.840 You're going to have four seats.
00:32:32.280 They want to have none.
00:32:33.740 Fifty two to zero.
00:32:35.700 Paul Lagerman joins me from Heritage Action.
00:32:38.280 Paul, this is kind of your beat over at Heritage Action.
00:32:42.160 Tiffany Justice and the team over there tell me you're the absolute killer on this.
00:32:45.500 We just, despite MSNBC, we just had very good news come out of Indiana, and that is the committee, I think, voted eight to five to put forward a map that is 9-0.
00:32:59.720 Can you walk us through the process, sir?
00:33:02.820 Absolutely.
00:33:03.680 So this began, you know, months ago.
00:33:07.680 The fact that we talk about this happening overnight in Indiana is absolutely incorrect.
00:33:13.480 This conversation has been ongoing for months, talking about redistricting, talking about these maps, talking about the inequity that we have in Indiana, where we have, you know, the 7-2 majority within our congressional delegation in a state that's deep red.
00:33:33.000 Every statewide elected official in the state is a Republican and has been for the last few cycles.
00:33:41.860 And we haven't had a Democrat here in quite some time.
00:33:45.980 The numbers just bear this out.
00:33:48.560 So today what happened, the exciting part of today is this was the first actual legislative step.
00:33:55.640 The House came in early.
00:33:57.840 This is special session light in that it isn't the exact special session.
00:34:04.380 This is an early start to the actual session.
00:34:06.300 So the House came in.
00:34:08.520 The bill was introduced yesterday on the floor of the House.
00:34:12.300 Committee hearing lasted all day today.
00:34:15.280 I can say that Heritage Action, we were about the only folks that testified in favor of this bill.
00:34:22.920 And it was just it was person after person of from from from about 930 in the morning till about three o'clock in the afternoon that didn't like to see that didn't want redistricting.
00:34:36.360 And as you said, the vote came out favorably in the committee.
00:34:41.200 Now it moves on to second reading.
00:34:43.080 Second reading will happen tomorrow.
00:34:44.400 On second reading in Indiana, there's the opportunity to to amend the bill, to discuss the bill, to debate the bill.
00:34:51.880 This is sort of the big hit.
00:34:53.580 Right.
00:34:53.800 And you're going to see tomorrow just everything and the kitchen sink come at this bill in the in in the form of amendments, trying to tear it apart, adding poison pills.
00:35:06.080 Those are all going to be defeated tomorrow because we know going into this that the House numbers are there.
00:35:12.580 The votes are there in the Republican caucus.
00:35:14.960 Remember, in Indiana, it's a it's a 7030 House.
00:35:19.180 Right.
00:35:20.600 Quite literally, there's 100 members, 70 Republicans, 30 Democrats.
00:35:26.120 The the House can conduct business without the Democrats showing up.
00:35:30.600 You know, they don't have to worry about quorum or that sort of thing.
00:35:32.900 So so tomorrow is the big day for all the amendments.
00:35:39.700 And then third reading on Friday at the same time as turning point, we'll be hosting a very large rally in the statehouse right next door to the House of Representatives on one floor down.
00:35:53.800 So it's a it's a big, beautiful granite building.
00:35:57.200 So you're going to hear, you know, this pro redistricting echoing through the halls.
00:36:02.960 So it's going to be pretty exciting.
00:36:05.220 Paul, you're you're Hoosier, correct?
00:36:07.300 Yes, sir. Born and raised.
00:36:10.760 I mean, this is a very look, it's just it turns out that the Hoosier state is very red.
00:36:16.660 It's been conservative a long time. It's quite it's MAGA.
00:36:19.060 There have been some of the Pence conservatives teaming up with the Democrats to do this.
00:36:23.900 But when you said you had witnesses all day, the the Democrats, because they're very smart, they understand the fights just simply not here in Indian in Indiana.
00:36:34.100 They need to send a message to their other troops because they're trying to force one in Virginia.
00:36:38.360 They're trying to force something in Maryland. They think they got another bite at the apple in in Illinois.
00:36:44.560 They're going to go full on to even gerrymander worse than they gerrymandered states like California and Illinois right now.
00:36:50.780 So it is imperative. That's where this fight. This fight's not simply about an 8-1 map versus a 9-0 map.
00:36:59.140 It is about this is a war. This redistricting sets the predicate for the 2026 election.
00:37:05.540 If Alistair Gross had not come to War Room in 2021 and we got revved up with him and others, we would have never picked up those eight seats in 2021 that are really the balance of what's in the House today.
00:37:17.020 Do people that do the grassroots and the Republicans in Indiana understand the national importance and the national scale of this fight?
00:37:25.500 I think that is the real struggle that we're running into, and it's not in the House. It's in the Senate.
00:37:33.400 And in the Senate today, that's where we're seeing the pushback. That's where the vote count is in difficult territory.
00:37:41.760 We have to move five more votes over to make sure that we can be successful in the Indiana Senate.
00:37:51.940 So in the Senate, the body's 50. It's 40-10 Democrats.
00:37:57.260 But you've got to remember, you've got Republicans teaming up with Democrats to kill redistricting in the Indiana Senate.
00:38:05.440 So this is the real difficulty.
00:38:07.680 Now, a couple of weeks ago in what we call Organization Day, this is the day when the committees are assigned, when the rules are adopted, all the things for the upcoming session are happening.
00:38:21.880 An unscheduled vote occurred in the Senate, and that was to not do a special session and not deal with redistricting, and it passed.
00:38:31.660 So now, that was Democrats and Republicans, Republicans-lite, maybe I guess we should say, teaming up to say we don't want to deal with the process.
00:38:45.560 Well, the House countered that, and when Speaker Houston opened up this session early, he forced the issue.
00:38:52.780 And up until just a few days ago, the Senate was not ready to come back in.
00:38:58.740 The Senate has announced that they will be back in on the 8th.
00:39:01.320 So as this process concludes this week, the Senate will return, and the Senate will have to deal with this issue, I think, in a meaningful way.
00:39:09.660 Now, what we've seen is an amazing amount of pressure from the grassroots, from the base of the conservative base, is I guess the best way to say this, across the state.
00:39:21.980 And so folks from every district are calling their legislator, the folks that they, you know, and in Indiana, it's part-time legislature.
00:39:29.880 So they're not there all the time.
00:39:31.840 They have a real job at home for the most, you know, in most cases, unless they're retired, you know, or they're a teacher.
00:39:39.840 And so those folks come home, they see their constituents in the grocery store.
00:39:46.960 It's not like Congress.
00:39:47.940 There's not a barrier of staff.
00:39:49.340 There's not a lot of those people.
00:39:50.520 So they have been bombarded with calls and text messages, you know, and people stopping by their house, and all their friends are really kind of hitting them up.
00:40:00.920 So we feel this momentum building.
00:40:03.340 We feel the momentum building for the vote.
00:40:05.220 We feel like, you know, we're in a good place.
00:40:08.120 We've seen a couple of folks break from a no to a yes.
00:40:15.320 And, you know, like I said, we still have five votes to go right now in the Senate.
00:40:20.060 And so I think this House pressure is really making a difference in a very positive way.
00:40:25.520 Paul, where do people go to get information on this at Heritage Action?
00:40:31.580 And what is your personal coordinates as far as your social media?
00:40:35.720 As you know, the Warren Posse wants to keep up to speed on this 24 hours a day.
00:40:39.060 Yeah, if you were right on top of this at Heritage Action, and that's where you're really all going to find kind of the war room moment-to-moment activity, keep an eye on our Heritage Action website.
00:40:54.400 Keep an eye on our Heritage Action socials.
00:40:57.980 That's where we're going to hit it.
00:40:59.180 It's going to be coming out pretty much on a daily basis.
00:41:01.440 Because you're going to see a lot more flying today, and I happen to also be a locally elected official.
00:41:08.400 So, yeah, so you'll see me here, you know, and you'll see me on Friday, too.
00:41:14.040 We'll be speaking at the Turning Point event on behalf of Heritage, and we're super excited about that.
00:41:20.560 So it is, I think it's going to be terrific.
00:41:26.040 And you're going to see, you know, members from the congressional delegation represented there.
00:41:31.780 You know, I know at least our Senator Jim Banks, who has been just a stalwart conservative in the state.
00:41:39.540 I know he's going to have some folks on site there.
00:41:42.320 He's dealing with the defense budget.
00:41:46.400 So I don't know that he'll be able to be there in person, but it's going to be, I think, a really terrific thing.
00:41:53.560 Now, the one thing I do have to mention is the onslaught of folks today and the hits that we took,
00:41:59.860 the questions that came from the Democrat side of the aisle were pretty intense.
00:42:05.900 And it was great.
00:42:07.340 Representative Ben Smaltz of Auburn, Indiana, handled it with grace and charisma.
00:42:16.260 He did a fantastic job of getting, you know, 70 or 80 of the same question repeatedly hit at him.
00:42:23.700 He didn't lose his temper.
00:42:24.900 He handled it very well.
00:42:26.420 And, you know, and just kept saying, like, look, this is a response to a political reality.
00:42:32.220 You know, and the Democrats kept saying, but Texas, but Texas.
00:42:36.680 And, you know, the reality is in Indiana that California made the move.
00:42:41.860 And if we don't respond, then, you know, we lose the House.
00:42:47.900 Up the escalatory ladder, Paul Lagerman, a Hoosier.
00:42:52.460 Look forward to coming back to you, sir.
00:42:53.780 Thank you.
00:42:55.160 Thank you so much.
00:42:56.380 Real pleasure to be here.
00:42:57.400 Thank you.
00:42:58.060 Thank you, brother.

00:47:35.400 I was so, I was so excited, Steve.

00:50:53.480 Royce White forever.
00:50:55.460 I think people are shocked now about what they're finding out about Minnesota.
00:50:59.800 The corruption of this Democratic machine.
00:51:02.280 And with the Somalians, the theft, the money laundering, the fraud.
00:51:08.380 I mean, this thing is going to get bad.
00:51:10.680 I see Waltz and Ellison and this entire crowd.
00:51:14.760 Omar, I'm telling you, President Trump's got to send a task force out there from the Justice Department right now.

00:51:21.540 Absolutely, Steve.
00:51:22.620 Absolutely.
00:51:23.320 It's horrific.
00:51:24.160 We've lived it.
00:51:25.220 I'm glad everybody in the country can see what we've had to live there, how they've been destroying Minnesota.
00:51:30.100 And I'm going to tell you, you go downtown Minneapolis, and it's just like when I went downtown Chicago, all the minorities, you know, the blacks and Hispanics, they are so upset, the ones that are here legally, that all their resources are being taken by people that are here illegally.
00:51:48.320 And then you have what's happening in Minnesota, all the billions of dollars stole right from our taxpayers, Steve.
00:51:55.680 It's horrific.
00:51:56.260 I think Waltz is probably, I'd put him now, he's probably the worst governor in history.
00:52:00.900 I don't think there's a worst one.
00:52:02.640 And Keith Ellison, worst attorney general in history.
00:52:06.080 He is attacking, by the way, Keith Ellison, the Lindell Recovery Network.
00:52:10.500 Obviously, they don't like, believe me, they all have one thing in common.
00:52:13.560 They don't like Christians, Christian churches.
00:52:16.160 They like the ringing, the call to, they call to prayer downtown, with their moths downtown Minneapolis.
00:52:22.880 Terrible, Steve.
00:52:23.580 Mike Lindell, you're a patron and a hero.
00:52:26.420 We're going to spend more time.
