Transcript

00:00:00.000 The Supreme Court cleared the way for Texas to redraw its congressional maps to add probable Republican seats.
00:00:05.460 The lower court had ruled that the map was unconstitutional because it discriminates on the basis of race.
00:00:10.260 The White House has been pushing national efforts to change districts in favor of Republicans
00:00:14.960 as Republicans face serious headwinds heading up to the midterms in November.
00:00:20.220 Are Democrats in big trouble because of what they're seeing come out of the Supreme Court?
00:00:24.400 In this case with Texas, when you have other states, including Indiana, who's right now looking at redistricting,
00:00:30.720 trying to push the chances for a Democrat to be put in office to the side.
00:00:36.160 Well, you know, right now the count looks like it's going to be up for Republicans.
00:00:40.960 Republicans are going to hand themselves more seats in an unprecedented kind of mid-decade realignment.
00:00:47.320 But that's not the worst. I mean, that's bad for Democrats.
00:00:50.220 What's happening is actually bad for America.
00:00:52.240 It used to be if you wanted to figure out what will the Supreme Court do,
00:00:56.680 you'd say, what does the case law say?
00:00:58.900 What is the legal precedent? What does the precedent say?
00:01:02.300 Now is what does the president say?
00:01:05.100 What does Trump say?
00:01:07.100 You're in a different country when the Supreme Court is basically just straining itself
00:01:12.140 to do whatever the president says, not what the president says.
00:01:16.320 It's bad for Democrats. It's bad for the country.
00:01:18.440 I can tell you this as well, John.
00:01:20.200 I know a lot of the people who are in the West Wing, a lot of them worked on the president's campaign.
00:01:24.800 They are political bloodhounds.
00:01:26.420 And this idea of redrawing the congressional maps in Texas,
00:01:29.740 but also across the country, is core to their strategy of trying to be successful in next year's elections.
00:01:37.040 But let's get to this case specifically,
00:01:38.900 because Texas is really core to this push that we've seen from this administration and Republicans at large.
00:01:44.920 And had Texas been blocked from using its map, it basically would have upended this entire strategy.
00:01:51.520 We're seeing the president and this administration try and deploy.
00:01:55.480 Now, the Supreme Court decision essentially blocks, at least for now, we should note,
00:01:59.120 a lower court ruling that found that the new maps were likely unconstitutional racial gerrymandering.
00:02:05.380 And this order comes just days before a December 8th deadline for Texas candidates to file.
00:02:12.160 So this is actually a very interesting timing for all of this, this decision landing when it did.
00:02:17.320 Now, in an order from the court, the majority wrote, the majority opinion here,
00:02:21.080 that the trial court had, quote,
00:02:22.420 Now, one thing when I was just going through all of this that I found interesting is that
00:02:37.140 the court's majority actually didn't sign it.
00:02:39.540 But we did see in a concurrence opinion from Justice Samuel Alito, of course,
00:02:43.300 one of the conservative justices, that two others joined him on that as well,
00:02:46.660 Neer Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas, also both justices.
00:02:50.080 But look, one thing very clear as well is that this could continue to be litigated in the lower courts.
00:02:57.280 But this decision and the timing of it essentially means that this is going to be the map in 2026.
00:03:03.260 And so keep that in mind, a huge win, though, for this White House and Republicans, John.
00:03:09.300 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:14.200 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:18.100 The president's not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:23.740 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:03:25.700 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:27.120 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:03:29.780 It's going to happen.
00:03:31.040 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:03:34.440 Mega media.
00:03:35.360 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:03:41.240 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:03:44.980 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:03:51.320 War Room.
00:03:52.200 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:03:54.280 Bannon.
00:03:54.600 It's Friday, 5 December, in the year of our Lord, 2025.
00:04:03.300 Welcome to the Friday edition of the War Room.
00:04:06.760 We're going to go immediately to the architect of this victory in Texas, the Attorney General of the State of Texas, Ken Paxton.
00:04:13.460 General Paxton, can you get us up to speed on everything pertinent to what happened over the last 24 hours in the Supreme Court?
00:04:21.040 Yeah, so it was a great Christmas gift for the state of Texas and for the country, getting the Supreme Court to stop a stay put in place by a lower court,
00:04:30.960 which was a three-judge panel that had stopped our current maps from going into place at a very odd time.
00:04:37.800 We're in the middle of filings.
00:04:38.960 Filing in Texas goes from November 8th through December 8th.
00:04:42.060 So literally, last minute throws us into chaos because when they stopped our current maps from being in place,
00:04:49.260 everybody's filed under those current maps.
00:04:51.640 It left us and just upended with no real plan for how our primaries were going forward.
00:04:57.860 That's one of the problems.
00:04:58.680 And so we asked the U.S. Supreme Court, we appealed directly to them very quickly after that ruling within a couple of days
00:05:06.280 and asked them to put a stay on the lower court's ruling so that we could continue with our primaries as we had planned.
00:05:14.360 And then we got that ruling yesterday.
00:05:17.400 So it was a big win.
00:05:19.040 If we had lost, it would have thrown our plans for redistricting out,
00:05:24.720 and we wouldn't have had a chance if the Republican sees, and it would have thrown our primaries into chaos.
00:05:32.080 This is not final, but since they've allowed the filings to go on and the primaries to go on,
00:05:36.760 does it mean in 26 this will be the map?
00:05:39.620 This is the map for 26.
00:05:41.580 There's virtually no way for that not to be true now.
00:05:44.740 The case is ongoing as it relates to the merits of the case.
00:05:48.000 This was all procedural, but it's definitely a good sign for us.
00:05:52.400 We'll have an argument probably in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, I would guess, next fall for the maps for 28 and 30,
00:05:58.620 but certainly a good sign that the court granted our injunction and allowed us to go forward with the maps in this case.
00:06:07.880 General Paxson, fantastic win.
00:06:09.700 Last question, a bunch of polls out of the last couple of days.
00:06:12.940 Two-way race in the primary for the U.S. Senate in Texas, three-way race.
00:06:16.940 You're leading both.
00:06:19.020 It looks like leading with a pretty good margin.
00:06:22.540 What say you about that?
00:06:24.660 Yeah, look, I've been out campaigning since April 8th.
00:06:27.720 I've been saying no one in Texas has ever served five terms in the U.S. Senate, not Sam Houston, not LBJ, not John Tower, not Phil Graham.
00:06:36.500 And this guy's been in office for over 40 years, as long as – I mean, I was in college when he got into office.
00:06:42.020 And what I've been asking the voters of Texas is, has he accomplished anything, anything, name it, one thing for the state of Texas in the last four decades?
00:06:51.500 And the answer is – I've never gotten an answer from anybody that notes any notable accomplishment.
00:06:58.260 All we hear is, you know, he worked with Biden to limit Second Amendment rights.
00:07:02.800 He opposed Trump on his border wall.
00:07:05.720 He voted for amnesty 15, 16 times.
00:07:09.440 And he fought Trump being reelected.
00:07:11.620 But because he's got all this money from Washington, he's advertising like he's Donald Trump's best friend, and he's being dishonest with the voters.
00:07:18.920 But we're going to win.
00:07:22.600 Attorney General Paxton, where do people go to find out more about your campaign and where they go to follow this evolving situation in the redistricting fight in Texas?
00:07:31.920 At KenPaxtonTX and then KenPaxton.com.
00:07:36.200 General Paxton, thank you for taking time away on a busy Friday to join us here in the war and kick things off.
00:07:40.680 Appreciate you.
00:07:41.620 Big win down in Texas.
00:07:45.780 Brian Harrison is going to join us later.
00:07:47.120 John Solomon up in a moment.
00:07:48.360 I've got Dave Bossy.
00:07:49.420 I think Dave Bossy from an airport before he gets on a plane.
00:07:52.560 Dave Bossy, can you hear me, sir?
00:07:54.500 I can, Steve.
00:07:55.640 Thanks for having me back this morning.
00:07:57.140 What a big win in the Supreme Court overnight.
00:08:00.920 So, Dave, a reason I want to get you on this redistricting is you and I talked yesterday in a series of meetings.
00:08:06.800 This redistricting fight is everything right now.
00:08:09.940 You're, I think, chairman of Maryland.
00:08:11.880 You've got Wes Moore is going to come and take a seat.
00:08:14.040 You've got this radical thing in Virginia, my beloved Commonwealth, to go 10 to 1.
00:08:19.480 We just had a big win in Texas, but we're in Indiana, Indianapolis today.
00:08:24.420 I think John Frederick has got the bus.
00:08:26.000 Turning Point's about to do a huge rally.
00:08:27.660 Talk to me about how important this redistricting fight is and how important it is for MAGA.
00:08:32.680 If you want to have President Trump's back, this is the fight we've got to win now, sir.
00:08:38.120 Dave, you couldn't be more right.
00:08:39.680 This is the fight of our lifetime if we do not win these cases.
00:08:43.040 So we have to fight in two different ways.
00:08:45.820 One, we have to fight like they are in Texas, like they are in Indiana, to redistrict, to get – because we all know that the election was stolen.
00:08:55.240 We know that it was a bad census.
00:08:56.780 It was a fraud in 2020.
00:08:58.760 And we're going to – we're educating the American people and we're going to win at the Supreme Court on these cases on offense to get better representation.
00:09:08.440 However, we also, Steve, have to fight in California, in New York, in Illinois, in all of these left-wing states where they are trying to steal seats.
00:09:20.080 And that includes Maryland.
00:09:21.280 Maryland only has one Republican member of Congress.
00:09:24.460 That's Andy Harris, chairman of the Freedom Caucus, and they are targeting him.
00:09:29.100 Because they want Maryland, in a fair map – that's what Wes Moore says – to go 8-0, because 7-1 isn't fair.
00:09:36.400 So they want – the left is on a mission.
00:09:41.440 They all – if they're going to be a national leader on the Democrat Party side, they have to fight Donald Trump at every turn.
00:09:48.940 They have to be seen as fighting Donald Trump at every turn, whether it is – whether it's a rational, legal argument or not.
00:09:58.760 They have to fight him.
00:09:59.760 And so this is the fight of our generation to make sure that we keep the House of Representatives and that we have to win in November.
00:10:09.240 And that includes the Senate leadership, the House leadership.
00:10:12.100 We have fights well beyond this on a legislative front that only by engaging in Donald Trump's agenda and passing it are we going to be able to keep the House and Senate in order.
00:10:24.360 So every one of these fights is important.
00:10:27.300 Yeah, you've got Pritzker in Illinois.
00:10:29.600 You've got Spanberger in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
00:10:31.680 You've got Westmore in Maryland.
00:10:33.560 You've got Newsom in California.
00:10:36.300 Everyone has presidential aspirations.
00:10:38.640 That's what they're doing to show the Democrats to win.
00:10:40.320 But you just brought up another point, and since you brought it up, leadership in the Senate, President Trump has been adamant he needs the filibuster change, at least worked around.
00:10:49.300 You had a magnificent piece the other day, I think the Washington Times examiner or Daily Caller talked about this.
00:10:56.480 John Thune – is John Thune getting to be a problem for President Trump in his legislative agenda and most importantly holding the Senate in the House in 26?
00:11:03.880 Steve, I really – I cannot see any other way to put it.
00:11:10.640 John Thune is not engaged on President Trump's agenda.
00:11:14.800 He doesn't seem to have the backbone for the fights that are necessary.
00:11:20.360 Look, in a normal world, John Thune is a perfectly fine leader, okay, in a normal time.
00:11:26.400 We are not in a normal time.
00:11:28.160 We are at the war for the future of this country.
00:11:31.660 And we have to have grit and determination and the leaders that are willing to fight.
00:11:38.640 And the filibuster is the number one thing that is stopping President Trump's agenda getting through the Senate.
00:11:45.480 We have to deal with it.
00:11:47.180 We don't have the votes, and I think a lot of conservatives recognize we don't have the votes to stop the filibuster.
00:11:55.500 We can't nuke the filibuster because we have Tillerson, Rand Paul, and McConnell, and Collins, and Murkowski.
00:12:01.120 We're not going to get the votes.
00:12:02.500 But we certainly can go use the Senate rules to our benefit and fight through the filibuster and force the Democrats to vote.
00:12:10.700 It just takes a different kind of leadership, strong leadership, that is going to fight for the America First agenda.
00:12:19.680 And I just don't see John Thune doing it.
00:12:21.300 Hold it.
00:12:22.580 You're saying in normal times Thune's fine, but we're at war.
00:12:25.940 This is political warfare.
00:12:27.560 Are you calling for the folks in the sense that you can't get to 51 to change your filibuster?
00:12:32.440 Are you saying it's time to make a change in Senate leadership?
00:12:36.840 Well, Steve, I certainly am saying that we need to consider that.
00:12:40.280 If John Thune is not willing to do what the will of the American people is, then he ought not be a leader.
00:12:47.140 And if he is willing to, let's get to the fights.
00:12:50.200 Let's get to it.
00:12:51.860 Okay?
00:12:52.080 We are losing time.
00:12:53.940 If we do not prove to the American people that we deserve to be in charge of the House and the Senate and the White House and get through it, the legislative agenda that swept Donald Trump back into office in his historic second term, what are we doing?
00:13:12.340 We're going to get flushed down the toilet in November.
00:13:15.960 We're going to lose everything.
00:13:18.820 You're very close to President Trump.
00:13:20.600 This situation with the filibuster, in a sense, is a very high priority for him.
00:13:24.620 He's said a number of times to, I think, a bunch of us that he's got a legislative agenda that's got to get through, and it's got to get through in the first six months of next year.
00:13:32.540 Am I correct in that?
00:13:34.960 Look, he is locked on to defeating and getting around this filibuster.
00:13:41.260 He knows.
00:13:42.280 He knows.
00:13:43.120 And he tells everyone who will listen, if we do not get by this filibuster, figure out a way to get our legislative agenda through the United States Senate, we're going to get swept out, and he's going to be impeached again.
00:13:56.020 First doing they do.
00:13:58.060 Dave, what's your social media?
00:13:59.300 People want to follow you.
00:14:00.100 Yeah, and by the way, Steve, they're going to get rid of this filibuster as soon as they're in charge.
00:14:05.960 Let's not kid ourselves.
00:14:06.460 Exactly, Democrats.
00:14:07.920 He knows that.
00:14:08.960 What's your social media and where they go for your daily caller op-eds?
00:14:13.220 Yeah, go to David underscore Bossy at X and Getter and Truth Social.
00:14:20.940 Please follow us.
00:14:23.180 Fight the good fight, Dave.
00:14:24.500 Talk to you later.
00:14:25.480 Great.
00:14:27.080 Bossy on the redistricting.
00:14:28.100 We're going to go to Indiana.
00:14:29.440 We've got Brian Harrison down in Texas.
00:14:31.840 But John Solomon, it was a called shot a couple of weeks ago on this very show about an arrest was imminent.
00:14:39.400 It's happened now.
00:14:40.980 What does that mean?
00:14:41.880 What does that mean?
00:14:42.800 How did they not find this guy for five years?
00:14:45.200 D. John Solomon joins us after a short commercial break.
00:14:48.560 I got American, babe.
00:14:54.000 Let me be blunt.
00:15:01.140 Gold is up around 40% this year.
00:15:03.560 That's not speculation.
00:15:04.960 That's reality.
00:15:06.240 And if a portion of your savings isn't diversified into gold, you're missing the boat.
00:15:10.740 Here's the facts.
00:15:11.960 Inflation is still too high.
00:15:13.520 The U.S. dollar is still too weak.
00:15:15.040 And the government debt is insurmountable.
00:15:17.000 This is why central banks throughout the world are flocking to gold at record rates.
00:15:23.620 They're the ones driving prices up to new record highs.

00:15:59.440 What else can I say?
00:16:01.960 What else does Birch Gold need to say?

00:16:51.380 Mark, Brian Cole Jr. is going to be in federal court this afternoon.
00:16:55.080 What are we expecting?
00:16:56.140 Well, cameras are not allowed in federal court.
00:16:58.360 But we'll have a team inside.
00:16:59.500 They're going to give us this step-by-step.
00:17:01.200 Cole Jr. will face a judge.
00:17:02.600 There's going to be a formal reading of the charges.
00:17:04.860 An attorney will be assigned to him if he needs an attorney.
00:17:08.220 He's also going to face those charges of leaving the pipe bombs outside the RNC DNC on January 5th, 2021.
00:17:14.420 It's expected, Ana, this will be a quick proceeding.
00:17:17.460 The judge will then decide, does he set bail or will he be remanded into custody?
00:17:22.880 We're going to find out in just a few hours.
00:17:24.640 You've expressed caution to us about that, that you really can't draw any conclusions at this point.
00:17:28.960 And one person familiar with the matter told us, we just don't know what the drivers are at this point.
00:17:34.840 But there is some concern about his mental health, about his mental state, about his antisocial tendencies.
00:17:41.660 That could end up looming larger than any particular ideological motive in this case, Ana.
00:17:46.360 What kind of evidence was in that affidavit that connects him directly to this crime?
00:17:51.580 So they had multiple, right?
00:17:52.800 They had the geolocation data.
00:17:54.340 That was from the suspect's phone.
00:17:55.680 They had surveillance footage.
00:17:57.520 They compared that data.
00:17:58.960 They were able to triangulate that.
00:18:00.520 They had credit card receipts, purchases made by the suspect.
00:18:03.660 So they had him sort of the planning, if you will, allegedly the planning, the sort of procedure of putting that together.
00:18:10.300 And then the placement.
00:18:11.240 They also had that LPR, that license plate reader that hits Ana on the vehicle.
00:18:16.180 They will put that together, put that in the side.
00:18:18.400 But the big question is, what took the FBI so long?
00:18:21.500 You heard Director Patel said they've been sitting on that.
00:18:23.560 The prior administration had been sitting on that for four years.
00:18:26.460 And that's a big question that law enforcement wants answers.
00:18:30.840 John Solomon, you had a called shot on this show, I think, the day before Thanksgiving.
00:18:36.200 Or you said, hey, there was going to be arrests.
00:18:38.100 You actually picked it to happen in these last couple of days.
00:18:42.260 Brother, you've been doing this, I don't know, 30, 40 years.
00:18:44.560 I don't get this one.
00:18:46.360 Dan Bongino is a former cop, former Secret Service.
00:18:49.380 He's a smart guy.
00:18:50.160 He's a great guy.
00:18:51.220 We're so glad he stuck around and didn't punch out as deputy FBI.
00:18:55.840 Cash is our guy, as you know.
00:18:57.820 And look, what they did is magnificent.
00:18:59.800 But, brother, I do not understand.
00:19:01.840 When you go through some of the basic stuff they're talking about as evidence that are going to be presented today, what happened for five years, sir?
00:19:09.480 Yeah.
00:19:09.780 Well, listen, I thought Cash Patel said it best on the top of our show last night.
00:19:14.100 There's only two explanations for why the Ray FBI didn't solve this case, either gross negligence or complete incompetence.
00:19:22.840 And he said neither one is a good standard for the FBI going forward.
00:19:27.760 It won't be tolerated going forward.
00:19:29.280 They put a new team on this, as we talked about yesterday, like six, seven weeks ago, very quickly.
00:19:35.080 They're able to sew together the license plate reader, the phone tracking, and then the purchase receipts.
00:19:42.780 They then put a surveillance team on this guy because they're not going to be the FBI that tells you, oh, he committed another crime and we had him on our radar, but we didn't catch him.
00:19:51.080 So they start surveilling him to make sure he doesn't create any more attacks.
00:19:56.700 And they keep watching him until they build the case into it.
00:19:59.540 It's just so rock solid they can roll him up.
00:20:01.860 And they have a lot of information by the time they roll him up.
00:20:04.760 His height is the height of the pipe bomber that they estimated in the videotape.
00:20:09.220 His phone matches the track exactly, including the stop that we reported a couple of weeks ago at the Congressional Black Caucus building and the way there.
00:20:17.720 He has multiple purchases of pipe bomb making materials going all the way back to 2019 and even into 2021.
00:20:28.060 And that's a very important point.
00:20:29.740 Kash Patel said last night that they are now investigating whether because he was buying material for a long period of time, was he creating pipe bombs for other attacks?
00:20:38.560 Did he have other plots?
00:20:39.560 Did he have other conspirators?
00:20:41.380 They're going to look at that.
00:20:42.280 And then the last thing that Kash Patel told us is we're going to do a behavioral analysis.
00:20:46.420 We're going to have a profiler look at this young man.
00:20:49.620 He's slight.
00:20:50.860 By all accounts, he was withdrawn and socially awkward.
00:20:54.520 He works for a father whose bail bonds business was involved in helping illegal immigrants.
00:20:59.640 He lives with his mother.
00:21:02.740 Who is this man?
00:21:04.000 What drove him?
00:21:04.800 Is it ideological?
00:21:06.080 Is it illness?
00:21:06.680 Those are all things that the FBI is going to get to pretty quickly.
00:21:09.880 But the answer that why the Ray team didn't solve this earlier with the evidence that was so obviously easy to put together, it's either gross negligence or complete incompetence.
00:21:19.920 And as Kash Patel said, that's not going to be a standard for the FBI going forward.
00:21:26.820 Yeah, but it could also be they didn't want to do it.
00:21:29.240 I mean, they consciously made a decision.
00:21:30.900 Here's the reason, if you'd had this guy identified in the first 48, 72 hours, the entire narrative on J6 would have gone a different direction.
00:21:42.600 This was the one that, and this is why Darren Beattie and Raheem Kassam, yourself, Julie Kelly, so many people for so many years have focused on this, sir.
00:21:50.580 Yeah, listen, I think when history looks back at the era of James Comey and Chris Ray, what you're going to see is he had an FBI that followed narrative leads, not evidentiary leads.
00:22:02.640 And I think that that's a really important thing.
00:22:04.460 Now, did they find Cole and say, oh, we can't look at this guy, black guy, not a MAGA guy, we're not going to look at him?
00:22:09.940 Or because they weren't even looking for that type of suspect, did they just dismiss the evidence trail that was there?
00:22:15.820 I think that that is a really significant issue, and I think that the truth of the matter is my dad was a very successful cop for 47 years.
00:22:23.700 He rose to be the chief inspector in Connecticut.
00:22:25.920 He solved hundreds of murders, and he had this role.
00:22:28.380 Never lock into a storyline.
00:22:29.980 Just follow the evidence.
00:22:30.940 Don't develop a story.
00:22:32.000 Follow the evidence.
00:22:32.620 The second you start developing narratives and you know the bosses want that narrative, you start to not look at things that might be the true evidence that leads you to the crime.
00:22:41.260 And I think the FBI of the last decade before Cash and Dan got their hands on it, they were narrative builders.
00:22:46.320 They were more interested in following the media narrative, the narrative of their bosses, the narrative of the rhino establishment in Washington, and therefore things that didn't fit got thrown out.
00:22:55.520 That's why they missed all the warning signs that they were on a false track on Russia.
00:22:59.240 It's why they missed so many of the other big arrests of the last decade, why you always find out after the fact they had someone on their radar.
00:23:06.820 I think there's something very important to be watching in the next couple days.
00:23:10.340 I think the FBI is about to provide some new evidence to Congress about what those FBI informants, those people that were on the ground on the 6th of January in the crowd, what they were tracking in the weeks before.
00:23:22.840 And I think one of the things that we should find out is whether some of those informants were warning the FBI about people with potential left ideologies also having bad intentions on January 6th.
00:23:34.640 That would be another piece of the narrative that would have been buried because it didn't fit the storyline.
00:23:38.340 Look, you're also quite like Paxson and Bassey before you.
00:23:44.520 You're very close to the president.
00:23:46.800 We're going to have the grand jury on the conspiracy, the biggest conspiracy in the history of the country, the U.S. prosecutor.
00:23:54.960 And that's going to take care of that.
00:23:56.020 But we also have an institutional problem we have to deal with.
00:23:59.440 And I don't think it's being dealt with because people are so busy kind of doing these things.
00:24:02.920 Because your advice to the president, institutionally, the FBI, DOJ, and the CIA, what we refer to as the front line of the deep state, you can't do this with a congressional investigation.
00:24:16.460 What is your recommendation?
00:24:17.860 If we want to break the deep state, what do we got to do starting with the FBI?
00:24:21.540 Listen, Cash said at the end of the show yesterday, I'm going to write a whole story about this tomorrow, that there is a criminal investigation of the FBI agents and players who were involved in Arctic Frost, all the way up to and including those who might have been trying to destroy the evidence in the four or five days before Donald Trump took evidence.
00:24:41.140 By the way, that's an easy story for Americans to do with the Richard Nixon 19-minute gap tape, right?
00:24:45.980 You walk those guys in handcuffs before the American people, every agent downstream knows they ain't going to take that risk going forward.
00:24:54.380 You need one significant slam-dunk, hard-hitting case that makes an example.
00:24:59.440 And by the way, I think there's 10 or 20 cases to be made, not just on Arctic Frost but in other issues.
00:25:04.280 You just get a half dozen, a dozen.
00:25:06.360 You've created a decade or two of deterrence.
00:25:09.080 Because the fact of the matter is the majority of FBI agents want to be doing what Cash Patel and Dan Bongino just did yesterday.
00:25:15.340 They just want to slap handcuffs on bad guys and stop crimes.
00:25:18.660 That's what they want to do.
00:25:19.940 Now, you get caught up in the hysteria of your bosses and you start doing bad things.
00:25:23.460 But a couple deterrent cases would have the most profound effect.
00:25:27.240 It would be far more effective than 100 letters from House Judiciary or 300 hearings in Congress or another special counsel report.
00:25:35.080 Put a few people with handcuffs.
00:25:36.480 Get them convicted.
00:25:37.160 Put them in prison.
00:25:38.280 People aren't going to cheat in law enforcement and intelligence anymore.
00:25:41.700 Before I let you go, your blockbuster scoop yesterday on the dark money is coming from the likes of the Reid Hoffmans.
00:25:49.500 I mean, they're real Trump haters.
00:25:51.580 And people have to understand, they're funding all this Trump hate.
00:25:54.600 They're funding all this opposition.
00:25:56.620 The redistricting, all this has got their – these guys have their hands in everything.
00:26:01.140 Any updates on that?
00:26:02.280 Because that has got to be – we've got to put an end to that.
00:26:05.600 And we've got to expose these people and we've got to start charging these people.
00:26:08.260 Yeah, institutionally, the Justice Department is starting to dry up some of this money.
00:26:13.000 You know, one of the things – a lot of money comes from universities, right?
00:26:15.280 They get research money and they put it back into the system.
00:26:17.720 Those researchers end up paying lots of big donations to the Democrats.
00:26:21.500 I think academics are like 80%, 90% likely to donate Democrat.
00:26:26.740 Half billion dollars has been taken from universities and settlements in the last few months.
00:26:31.360 That is a historic amount of money being drained out of one of the leftist institutions in America.
00:26:35.520 You've got 26 voter rolls that haven't been cleaned up in a long time that are being forcibly cleaned up because of the great work of Harmeet Dillon and Pam Bondi.
00:26:45.380 And then I think the IRS and FBI are going to roll up a whole bunch of nonprofits that are not doing nonprofit work.
00:26:52.060 They're doing political work but taking tax exemptions.
00:26:54.560 You can see a significant drying up of the one advantage Democrats have.
00:26:58.180 They don't have the advantage of policies that are aligned with the American people.
00:27:01.620 But, man, do they have cash.
00:27:03.200 They've got so much cash.
00:27:04.160 A lot of it comes from government.
00:27:06.320 I think Donald Trump, without a lot of people noticing it, his team is drawing up the left cash, particularly the nonprofit money, the university money.
00:27:14.420 It's something that could have a significant effect, particularly when paired with the redistricting and the voter rolls cleaned up.
00:27:20.860 There may be a more fair election in 26 because a lot of old issues have been cleaned up.
00:27:27.420 Pam Bondi is also talking about going after the extremist groups with the IRS, Muslim Brotherhood.
00:27:31.420 So you better take a lesson there.
00:27:34.180 Watch out.
00:27:34.960 John, where do people go to get you?
00:27:37.860 Yeah, John, Jay Solomon reports on social media, justinnews.com.
00:27:41.160 And I'm lucky enough to follow you every night, 6 o'clock on Real America's Voice.
00:27:46.000 John, great interview with Cash last night.
00:27:47.800 This interview is done.
00:27:48.760 Thank you, sir.
00:27:49.340 Great job.
00:27:49.740 You know, I didn't know this until the guys at Field of Greens, the doctors and the experts, told me about it and then gave me information.
00:27:58.220 It was fascinating.
00:27:59.300 We have two ages, our actual age and our body's internal biological age.
00:28:03.820 Additionally, what I didn't know is I've likely lowered my biological age without even knowing it.
00:28:11.640 Here's the thing.
00:28:12.780 Because Americans eat so many processed and ultra-processed foods and not enough fruits and vegetables,
00:28:19.200 many, perhaps most, are 10 years older on the inside than their actual age.
00:28:27.300 They're ticking time bombs.
00:28:29.100 A major university study suggests how to slow aging and diffuse that biological time bomb.
00:28:36.380 Participants slowed their aging by drinking Field of Greens.
00:28:39.500 That's all.
00:28:40.740 They didn't change their eating, drinking, or exercise.
00:28:43.060 Just Field of Greens.
00:28:44.260 I feel great knowing Field of Greens can slow how quickly I'm aging.
00:28:48.720 And I encourage you to join me.
00:28:51.260 Swap your untested fruit, vegetable, or green drink for Field of Greens while there's time.
00:28:56.880 Check out the university study.
00:28:59.380 I want you all to read it.
00:29:01.300 And get 20% off when you use promo code Bannon at fieldofgreens.com.
00:29:05.280 That's fieldofgreens.com, promo code Bannon.
00:29:08.020 Read the university study.
00:29:10.620 Find out how you can slow down your internal biological clock by using this amazing formula,
00:29:20.060 which you just add to your favorite drink or the water, which you do at the war room every day.
00:29:24.360 And, in addition, you will get an energy boost.
00:29:29.460 That's fieldofgreens.com, promo code Bannon.
00:29:31.620 You get 20% off.
00:29:32.880 Do it today.
00:29:33.640 War room.
00:29:34.580 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:29:36.600 Bannon.
00:29:38.520 So, Philip Patrick will be on with us at hopefully about 1130.
00:29:42.700 The president is going to be over at the Kennedy Center for the FIFA.
00:29:47.500 I think it's the drawing.
00:29:48.880 He's going to be hosting that.
00:29:50.540 We're going to go that's going to be about 1140, 1145, may run late, maybe during the Charlie Kirk show at noon.
00:29:57.760 The president will be at the Kennedy Center.
00:30:00.380 So, we will check that out.
00:30:03.180 This is unbelievable.
00:30:04.180 I just don't believe Chris Wray.
00:30:07.800 No, because the narrative would have been totally, completely different.
00:30:10.920 If you had had a BLM associated, if you had had some anarchist, some radical, some left winger as the pipe bomber, and this is why people, Raheem and Darren Beattie and Julie Kelly, years ago, for those who have been with the show over a number of years, particularly in January of 2021, you know what a big deal this was.
00:30:32.020 The whole narrative would have been changed.
00:30:34.560 You wouldn't have had the, you know, the primetime J6 committee, which was totally funny.
00:30:42.060 You wouldn't have had any of that.
00:30:44.220 So, you can't tell me, Chris Wray and these guys, as great as Bongino and Cash are, you know, putting new eyes on it seven weeks ago and come up with an arrest already when he had the entire FBI.
00:30:55.800 It just doesn't, it doesn't hold.
00:30:57.580 It shows you how corrupt that institution is.
00:31:01.460 And I appreciate John Solomon, but I just think that we've got to go in there with a meat axe and just start taking the thing apart.
00:31:09.820 You know, there ought to be some federal law enforcement, but there's a need to be in the FBI.
00:31:13.160 I want to just take the whole thing down and restructure, give the counterterrorism and counterintel piece to DHS, to Joe Kent and the people who do it there anyway, although that's foreign, just add a domestic element to it.
00:31:25.120 And then, and then just hive it off from the FBI and have, you know, a law, some law enforcement associate with U.S. attorneys.
00:31:34.540 I don't think the FBI can be reformed and I don't think you can do it.
00:31:37.820 I don't, it's not about personnel.
00:31:39.300 I just don't believe that.
00:31:40.120 I think institutionally it's too corrupt.
00:31:41.760 We've got to get to the bottom of this thing because so much of the agony of J6 and people going to prison and all the, you know, the thousand people, they destroyed their lives and hounded President Trump.
00:31:53.740 That entire thing would have never happened if he had identified this guy in the first 48 hours.
00:31:58.700 Of course, they're not going to do it because they would totally flip the narrative.
00:32:02.620 And now John Salma says in the next, I guess, early next week, we're going to hear about eight, the FBI agents that were there, that were warning about, about Antifa and other people.
00:32:14.080 There will also be a narrative changer for them.
00:32:17.760 Got to get to the bottom of it.
00:32:18.900 Also a national, the national strategy paper from the White House is out.
00:32:23.920 It's 26 pages long.
00:32:25.280 I want to make sure Grace and Mo get it to everybody.
00:32:28.780 We're going to have probably tomorrow, I'll have Captain Fennell, hopefully Dr. Thayer, Jack Posobiec.
00:32:34.380 A bunch of us will go through it.
00:32:35.680 It's quite, quite, in fact, I'm going to ask Liz Truss about it.
00:32:38.980 It talks about the fall of European civilization.
00:32:42.200 And quite frankly, the countries in Europe as they exist today may not exist in 30 years.
00:32:47.580 That's pretty important coming from an American strategy paper as they talk about NATO and our alliances, all of it.
00:32:53.460 It's pretty shocking, some of the things, some of the topics in this strategy paper put out officially by the White House.
00:33:00.720 President Trump's strategy is pretty strong.
00:33:04.660 Also gets back and talks about the American worker as a key to national security, which I think is fantastic.
00:33:11.060 Stan Woodward joins us from Dallas, Dallas County.
00:33:14.120 Stan, I want to talk about the revolutionary, what you guys have come up with.
00:33:17.980 Now, the clock's ticking.
00:33:19.240 I think you got an extension because it was such an outpouring last night from the Warren Posse and others that saw the broadcast.
00:33:25.140 What exactly are you guys trying to accomplish and what do you need to accomplish it, sir?
00:33:30.320 Yeah, thanks, Steve.
00:33:31.480 The war room showed up.
00:33:32.880 I mean, I think you gave us two minutes and it turned into, you know, four or five hours of great activity.
00:33:40.000 So, the South Texas contingent, you know, showed up.
00:33:44.220 We've got people from all over, Long Island, San Antonio, Dallas, everywhere.
00:33:49.220 So, can't think enough.
00:33:50.720 So, what do we need to do?
00:33:51.700 We've got a very short amount of time.
00:33:53.800 We did close the gap quite a bit.
00:33:55.400 We've got about $50,000 left to go.
00:33:57.960 And, really, today, like, we need to, you know, that needs to come in.
00:34:04.500 DallasGOP.org slash handcount is the URL.
00:34:08.500 There's a sign-up page on there.
00:34:10.740 And right next to it is a donation button.
00:34:13.620 Those are restricted accounts just for the handcount.
00:34:16.320 We've got a great team on this.
00:34:18.780 Again, our chair has been amazing and supporting us through this, Colonel Allen West, and the whole team.
00:34:25.920 And we're excited.
00:34:27.320 So, we're almost there.
00:34:28.860 And we've got, you know, a lot of work left to do.
00:34:31.940 But super helpful.
00:34:34.480 And thanks for having me on here.
00:34:36.620 But essentially, we're trying to stand up the largest handcount during the primary in March in the U.S., in an urban county.
00:34:44.700 A lot of smaller counties are doing this, but this would be a large urban county, around 70,000 ballots, 3,300 counters.
00:34:53.180 We'll need judges.
00:34:54.940 The fun thing about judging is you don't have to deal with the machines.
00:34:59.880 So, a lot less friction.
00:35:02.000 So, we need judges.
00:35:03.160 We need alternate judges and clerks.
00:35:05.640 And it'll be quite a deal.
00:35:08.940 And, again, the war room is showing up, and we need your support.
00:35:12.240 And quickly.
00:35:15.500 Do you believe if we have a successful handcount of paper ballots in the primary in March, that this will spread to the rest of Texas and we'll have the jewel in the crown?
00:35:25.900 We'll be doing paper ballots handcounted, sir?
00:35:29.040 Absolutely.
00:35:30.160 What it shows is how you can implement it at scale.
00:35:35.600 Smaller and medium-sized counties are already looking to do this.
00:35:39.360 There's a lot of friction, a lot of pushback.
00:35:41.460 But what I said yesterday, I'd say again, the consistency of how everybody is getting along, how we're trading best practices.
00:35:50.740 You know, we were on Steve Stearns the other day.
00:35:52.780 And, you know, for the first time ever, I'm listening to a lot of the folks talking about, you know, election integrity, and everybody's really singing off the same sheet of music.
00:36:02.640 So we're definitely going to prove that, and these smaller and mid-sized counties are already proving it.
00:36:10.220 So, yes, the answer is absolutely this will kind of pave the way for scale and putting it in other places.
00:36:16.540 Last time, where do people go to make contact with you guys?
00:36:22.680 Either donation or to volunteer to be a counter or a judge or whatever?
00:36:26.760 Yes.
00:36:27.260 A body.
00:36:28.320 Yeah, dallasgop.org slash handcount.
00:36:33.220 dallasgop.org slash handcount.
00:36:35.120 It's real simple.
00:36:35.740 And right in the middle of the page, you can sign up, and then we'll figure out where we need you to go as we get into this.
00:36:41.120 And then there's a donation button that goes to restricted accounts just for the handcount.
00:36:45.700 And so I think we've got it set up right.
00:36:48.880 It's easy.
00:36:49.440 It's right there for you.
00:36:50.560 And, again, can't thank you all enough because it's made a huge difference yesterday, and I know it will today.
00:36:57.600 Thank you, brother.
00:36:58.460 Appreciate you.
00:36:59.680 Thank you.
00:37:00.320 It's a great pile in there, particularly everybody around the country that's been for handcounted game day count paper ballots.
00:37:07.680 It's the holy grail.
00:37:08.900 Let's do it.
00:37:10.500 And support those folks.
00:37:11.680 Melissa Katz and those great folks down in Dallas County.
00:37:14.080 Brian Harrison, so much activity out of the great state of Texas.
00:37:18.260 I mean, it's just incredible, kind of a sea change of grassroots, of people engaged, et cetera.
00:37:23.400 But first, you know, none of this would happen if it was not for Glenn's story, the team at Patriot Mobile, their political, you know, their activist organization, yourself, that studio down there, just getting together.
00:37:37.320 You kind of conceived this a couple of months ago that we had to do it on a special session.
00:37:42.040 And next thing you know, not only do we get it done, at least with five votes, you've changed the total dynamic in the country.
00:37:49.460 But now to have the Supreme Court weigh in.
00:37:52.080 And, of course, our beloved paper of record, the New York Times, puts it as the lead story, left-hand column, justices allow new Texas maps that favor GOP set for 2026 election, ruling hands a victory to norm-shattering redistricting effort.
00:38:12.140 Norm-shattering after New England is 25-0, Illinois is, what, 17-3, Virginia is about to go 10-1, California is 48-4.
00:38:23.260 But you, sir, and the people at Patriot Mobile, all the grassroots activists down there, you are norm-shattering, sir.
00:38:32.040 You know, Steve, I love coming on your show, but I do often get upset with you because you usually bring me on by forcing me to listen to, you know, five minutes of MSNBC or reading from the New York Times.
00:38:41.920 But I guess in this instance, I'm not too upset about that because the New York Times, I can just feel the seething hate from the reporters as they had to write that headline.
00:38:49.480 It's exactly right.
00:38:50.300 It's a big victory for the people of Texas and the people, the Patriots across the country.
00:38:55.980 And you listed a lot of people that deserve credit and thanks in this effort, but I got to thank you and the posse.
00:39:01.780 I absolutely believe if it wasn't for the prairie fire that you and the posse lit under the RINO establishment down here in the state of Texas, we never would have got even the five seats.
00:39:13.420 Now, you and everybody watching knows we probably should have gone bigger and got more.
00:39:16.880 But we got the five.
00:39:18.540 That is a good thing.
00:39:19.660 And especially if this three-judge panel that struck down those maps had been allowed to stay and if California Prop 50 had happened, we were talking about a 10-seat flip for the Democrats.
00:39:30.600 So the stakes were absolutely huge.
00:39:32.660 This was a Herculean effort, and it looks like we're going to have some success payoff as we head into next year.
00:39:39.020 So it's a victory coming out of the Supreme Court, and there's just no way around it.
00:39:42.260 And on this norm-shattering thing, real quick, here's the dirty little secret that the Democrats and the national establishment media like the New York Times don't want you to know.
00:39:52.420 They have no problem.
00:39:54.000 I want to be really clear about this.
00:39:54.940 The Democrats and the media had no problem whatsoever with states redrawing their maps to maximize partisan political advantage.
00:40:02.160 They're just angry that Republican states are finally doing what Democrat state after leftist Democrat state has been doing for five years, 10 years, 15 years all across the country.
00:40:12.500 Texas was late to the game, but we finally got something done.
00:40:14.840 We're putting some points on the board, and, yeah, it's pissing off the Democrats and the media.
00:40:20.560 Brian, we're going to go with John Fredericks.
00:40:23.740 You have Turning Point Rally at noon in Indiana in the state capitol in Indianapolis.
00:40:29.200 What is your message?
00:40:30.300 Is what happened in Texas transferable to Kansas and Nebraska and in Indiana, Missouri, Ohio?
00:40:40.460 There's a bunch of other potential seats on the table that we could get, but it takes – in Florida, we understand things are going to happen.
00:40:50.900 But is there a lesson for the political class to take from the grassroots efforts in Texas that can go nationwide?
00:40:58.940 It's a great question.
00:41:00.060 I think the biggest lesson coming out of Texas is to my colleagues, okay, my comrades and patriots in arms in state legislative roles in Republican states across the country.
00:41:11.280 Take it from somebody who was on the front lines down here in Texas.
00:41:14.380 Ignore the noise and be bold.
00:41:17.060 Go bold, okay, the liberals, the media, they're going to run the same playbook, whether you add one seat or whether you add 5, 10, 15.
00:41:24.320 Go bold.
00:41:25.140 What is the absolute maximum number of Republican seats that you can get, and then you fight like hell for the people that you represent to deliver that?
00:41:34.080 Because never forget, you're still playing catch-up.
00:41:37.360 I mean, all the northeastern states – I can't even remember how many of the states that have like 30% of their voters are Republican, 35% of their voters are Republican.
00:41:45.600 They get zero Republican seats in those states.
00:41:48.760 California, they got 52 seats.
00:41:50.720 They're about to give – 40% of the voters in California are Republican.
00:41:54.560 Gavin Newsom wants to give California Republicans who make up 40% of the electorate two or three seats in their new map.
00:42:01.460 So keep in mind, you're not doing this in a vacuum.
00:42:04.280 We're playing catch-up, and it's long past time that elected Republicans in state legislatures across the country get in the battle, realize the stakes, and start fighting as hard for the future of these United States and our republic as the liberal, progressive, Marxist, leftist, Democrats have for the past 10 or 20 years.
00:42:24.260 Be bold.
00:42:25.140 Be fearless.
00:42:26.000 Be unapologetic.
00:42:27.420 Put points on the board.
00:42:28.560 Let's save our country for our children and for our grandchildren because, Steve, as you and the posse know, we're not just in a battle in one state or one state.
00:42:36.840 We're in a battle for the future of Western civilization, and red states, we are the line in the sand to preserve the Union.
00:42:44.960 And to every one of my colleagues in those states, be bold.
00:42:48.500 Be unafraid.
00:42:49.620 Be fearless.
00:42:52.220 Brian, if you could hang on for a second.
00:42:53.740 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:42:54.820 I want to ask you about, there's a couple other things going on in Texas that I think show a new attitude of the grassroots of, you know, I keep saying and tell people, victory begets victory.
00:43:04.220 As soon as you get a win, you can understand, hey, these things are doable when we get them done.
00:43:09.300 Home title lock.

00:43:40.120 But here's the truth.
00:43:40.860 There's only one that boldly stands in the gap for every American that believes that freedom is worth fighting for, and that's the team at Patriot Mobile.
00:43:49.760 For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has been on the front lines of fighting for our God-given rights and freedoms, while also providing exceptional nationwide cell phone service with access to all three of the main networks.

00:44:35.260 That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon or call 972-PATRIOT and make the switch today.
00:44:42.860 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:47.400 So, Brian, in Texas, you know, we met in July about a lot of the grassroots down there were very upset that, you know, it is a MAGA base.
00:44:58.680 It may be the most MAGA state in the union.
00:45:00.760 You know, and you've got the folks in Florida, you've got a ton of MAGA voters in California.
00:45:05.620 You've got Ohio.
00:45:07.020 But Texas has always had a special place.
00:45:08.940 You just came off monumental wins for President Trump, I think, by 14 points after a source put in all that money.
00:45:16.140 Ted Cruz won, I think, by 11.
00:45:18.440 You've had monumental wins, but the grassroots didn't feel like they were getting their wins.
00:45:22.180 Now you've got this situation of hand-counted, same-day ballot counting, paper ballots in Dallas County.
00:45:30.320 You've had Abbott really take a lead, even from President Trump, and designate the Muslim Brotherhood and CARE as terrorist organizations and get to the bottom of that,
00:45:37.840 particularly the fact that they won't be able to terrorize Muslim citizens in the state of Texas, right?
00:45:44.440 They're going to stop all that nonsense.
00:45:45.780 You've got – you've had win after win, the redistricting, DEI finally, you know, head of Texas A&M gone.
00:45:55.200 Now you've had statewide policy change.
00:45:57.480 Are we starting to see the political establishment understand that the grassroots – and you've got Cornyn.
00:46:04.260 Cornyn is a distant third in this primary.
00:46:07.380 I think it's shocking given the amount of money he's putting up on traditional media.
00:46:10.460 Is the grassroots, you think, is the roar of that lion starting to be heard in Austin and other places around the state with the folks that run Texas?
00:46:21.200 Yeah, much to the chagrin, okay, the wailing and gnashing of teeth of the political establishment liberal unit party that's run the Texas government for far too long.
00:46:30.200 Here's what's going on down here.
00:46:32.160 Texas has for many years enjoyed this reputation as leading in the defense of liberty and freedom and small government, low taxes and low regulations.
00:46:39.120 But the reality is that has just been a myth.
00:46:42.520 And the Texas government has basically been funding with tax dollars for many years basically everything that Charlie Kirk dedicated his life to defeating.
00:46:51.600 Texans are being taxed out of our homes.
00:46:53.140 We still have, by one study, the highest effective property tax rate in all of America.
00:46:59.380 Okay, that's outrageous.
00:47:00.720 And for that money, what are we doing with all that?
00:47:02.460 Well, we've basically been funding a far-left radical agenda.
00:47:04.580 We've been one of the biggest funders of transgender indoctrination and DEI and corporate welfare and Hollywood subsidies.
00:47:09.760 But here's why I have hope and here's why I'm excited and here's why I have optimism is that Texans across our state are having their eyes opened like never before to the rank corruption that has been being perpetrated by the hands of so-called Republicans underneath the corrupt pink dome in Austin, Texas.
00:47:30.800 And it's because of the posse, it's been because of Patriot's grassroots that, quite frankly, going and following, even just following me on social media on X, have made their voice heard.
00:47:40.800 Because when Texans learn about the betrayal and the corruption, they don't tolerate it.
00:47:45.620 They don't stand for it.
00:47:46.620 They demand action.
00:47:47.780 And that's when we have been able to deliver some of the biggest conservative results in many years.
00:47:53.200 And just in the last two months, I mean, you mentioned several.
00:47:55.340 I mean, just from the results of my Twitter feed and coming on War Room and another alternative media, so-called alternative, we have delivered more victories for conservatism than the entire Texas House, Texas Senate, Governor, Lieutenant Governor had in the three sessions we had this year.
00:48:10.120 We ended the biggest DEI program.
00:48:12.140 We forced the biggest DEI program in Texas to basically be shut down against the will of the establishment who had been running it for years.
00:48:18.620 We got rid of the DEI advocate, former Obama official who was running Texas A&M.
00:48:23.900 And then just recently, after I sounded the alarm on this and came on your show and talked about it, stopped the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles from what they had been doing,
00:48:32.760 which was facilitating illegal immigration by handing out vehicle registrations to illegal aliens at the DMV.
00:48:38.920 Oh, and by the way, the DMV is where people register to vote.
00:48:42.280 So the biggest border security thing that we have done, and I mean, Texas Monthly, a liberal rag down here, mouthpiece for the liberal establishment, just months ago, did a whole profile of me calling me the cockroach of the Texas legislature.
00:48:57.980 I loved it, by the way.
00:48:58.860 It's framed and hang prominently in my office.
00:49:00.880 But just 24 hours ago, they had to update the story and are now referring to me as a, quote, drone pilot whose kill rate is, quote, impressive because of my almost one-hand, single-handed crusade to weed out DEI, leftist indoctrination, in our public universities.
00:49:19.460 And I don't say that to pat myself on the back.
00:49:21.380 I say that because I am simply the vessel by which the patriots across Texas and America have a voice to expose the corruption and force the change from the establishment who does not want to change.
00:49:32.560 They want to continue pursuing liberalism, but they understand that the voters they work for, their eyes are being opened.
00:49:39.520 And I think we're entering a turning point in a new day, in a new period of transparency and accountability.
00:49:49.040 And I'm just humbled and honored to get to play a small part in it.
00:49:52.500 Real quickly, before we go, I understand the Republican establishment's not – they're less of a fan even than the Texas Monthly and the left.
00:50:00.260 They're going to try to stand up a competitor to you because you're not conservative enough.
00:50:04.800 They need actually a true conservative down in your district.
00:50:07.680 Can you give us any update on that?
00:50:09.520 Yeah, absolutely.
00:50:10.460 The Swamp is absolutely going to do everything they can to take me out.
00:50:13.600 Our primaries come up in February.
00:50:15.180 So, Posse, I need your help.
00:50:16.740 If you've appreciated these kind of victories that I've been able to lock arms with you to defeat, the Swamp has got at least one opponent, a radical leftist teacher union shill who hates President Trump, has advocated to tear down the border wall, advocated to stop the bills to protect girls in the school bathrooms,
00:50:35.940 has supported tax – raising property taxes and supported taxpayer-funded pornography in our public schools.
00:50:42.320 That is my current opponent.
00:50:43.800 And then there's talk of them actually finding another potential opponent, a former – a Democrat donor, if you can believe it, to also join the fray.
00:50:52.060 Anyway, so that may be happening soon.
00:50:53.420 The Swamp is the bottom line.
00:50:54.900 They're going to do everything they can to take out the boldest and most effective conservative in the Texas government.
00:51:01.000 And I can just – let me tell you, I can't tell you enough how appreciative and humbled I've been for the outpouring of support from the Posse.
00:51:07.800 But I may need some help as we go into the next couple months just to keep the Swamp from putting another liberal rhino in the Texas house.
00:51:15.580 Where do people find out about your campaign?
00:51:17.220 Where do they go?
00:51:17.860 And your Twitter feed?

00:51:44.540 Western civilization in the balance, President Trump said today in his strategy paper.
00:51:49.640 Brian, thank you.
00:51:50.240 I'll let you go back to work.
00:51:51.660 You bet.

00:51:52.420 You go from the Texas Monthly, one of the most revered progressive publications in the country.
