Bannon's War Room - Episode 5017： The Take Down Of John Brennan; Freeing Tina Peters

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.840 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.420 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to

00:00:20.500 do everything the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:00:23.940 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:00:31.760 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.880 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.340 it's tuesday 23 december year of our lord 2025 we're so packed today we came to a cold open

00:00:58.840 may get to part of that later i want to start uh we got legal um in the deep state to start off with

00:01:06.100 let's go to john solomon um the six o'clock hour just the news on real america's voice so john

00:01:12.580 you're now able to report that brennan is actually under criminal investigation sir by grand jury

00:01:18.840 yeah not only that his lawyers have told the chief judge in miami that they believe their client has

00:01:25.340 has been named a target a target is defined as someone in the u.s attorney's manual who is likely

00:01:30.800 to be indicted you're supposed to get a target notification shortly before a grand jury is asked

00:01:36.000 to indict you and so the fact that the judge has confirmed this to the chief judge and then also went to

00:01:40.800 the chief judge in miami and said hey we want you to put the kibosh on this we think they're judge

00:01:46.140 shopping they're forum shopping they're doing all these terrible things in florida chief judge please

00:01:50.840 intervene and protect our client from being indicted what does this letter reveal to us it reveals that

00:01:56.660 the weaponization investigation has moved from other grand juries including pennsylvania washington dc

00:02:02.460 and new york to miami now and most likely will be uh housed in fort pierce florida this is the grand

00:02:09.540 conspiracy concept that cash patel wrote in that memo last year earlier this year that you and i

00:02:14.640 talked about for the first time we have written evidence from one of the targets of that investigation

00:02:20.520 the former cia director john brennan that these cases have been consolidated that they've been sent

00:02:25.640 to miami now they argue this is forum shopping that they really want judge eileen cannon the woman who 0.96

00:02:31.040 dismissed one of jack smith's cases against president trump but the truth of the matter is

00:02:35.280 the reason the justice department has put this investigation in fort pierce is that one of the

00:02:40.780 last acts of what what cash patel and pam bondy view as a conspiracy actually occurred in florida that

00:02:46.860 was the raid on president trump's home and then the subsequent prosecution that was brought there for

00:02:51.380 classified documents so the venue isn't arbitrarily picked it's actually been chosen because that is

00:02:57.340 where one of the more contemporaneous alleged crimes the crimes and uh that are still under the statute of

00:03:03.000 limitations occurred and therefore you roll up all the rest of that conspiracy there and i just want

00:03:07.580 to remind people what we talked about last week uh on that very case that raid of president trump's

00:03:13.700 home in mar-a-lago in august 2022 we now know that the fbi had warned the obama excuse me the biden

00:03:19.260 justice department that they did not have probable cause to go and do that search to do that raid

00:03:24.320 and the justice department proceeded anyways that is a potential civil liberties uh violation that is the

00:03:31.240 sort of thing that harmee dylan yes last week on our show just right after your show came on and said

00:03:36.560 i think i see a conspiracy to violate president trump's and other conservative civil liberties and i'm

00:03:41.980 pursuing it that way um that's the sort of thing that i think is now consolidating in the state of florida

00:03:48.220 uh talk to us about um in in what position do they have to be in when they go to a judge like that and

00:03:57.900 say hey we're they're targeting us unfairly that doesn't happen all the time tell me why would why

00:04:04.160 would brennan have his lawyer very rare i've very seldom seen a letter like this at any time in my

00:04:10.080 40 years covering the justice department and the fbi so there is some panic there's some belief that

00:04:15.000 they must have an indictment forthcoming now let's think about that we're at the end of a calendar year

00:04:19.740 typically grand juries expire at the end of december and the new ones begin in january now that's not

00:04:26.160 always the case sometimes a grand jury can be extended three or six months if they're working

00:04:29.580 on something but one possibility here is that the lawyers fear that this is coming before december

00:04:34.820 31st before the traditional expiration of grand juries in in a district and so there seems to be

00:04:41.100 an urgency to this letter uh what's interesting is there isn't a real factual dispute or defense

00:04:48.320 offered of john brennan it's all process which is we don't believe this should be in miami we think

00:04:52.720 this is unfair this is forum shop and judge shopping we don't like judge eileen cannon okay but what

00:04:57.960 about the underlying question we know that the director of national intelligence tulsi gabbard and

00:05:04.160 the current cia director john ratcliffe said that they had significant evidence which they referred to

00:05:09.700 the justice department showing that john brennan lied in 2023 when he told congress he wasn't trying to

00:05:15.520 get the dirty discredited steel dossier into the intelligence community assessment that the obama

00:05:22.120 administration released just before donald trump became president that intelligence assessment

00:05:26.780 which was in fact based on the steel dossier much more heavily than was admitted to at the time

00:05:32.220 uh claimed that vladimir putin had tried to help president trump win the election in fact

00:05:37.060 the career people in the cia and the other intelligence agencies didn't believe that they actually

00:05:41.760 believed that uh vladimir putin had stopped his active measures in october 2023 and didn't choose a

00:05:48.560 candidate that he wanted to win but the obama administration wanted that outcome and so john

00:05:53.540 brennan testified i didn't i didn't push to have that in then uh have that steel dossier put in to

00:05:59.260 get that conclusion in fact uh john brennan's own emails and emails of his staff suggest he did in fact and

00:06:06.260 so that's the evidence that's not really addressed in the uh the letter by these lawyers they are trying

00:06:11.960 to fight the process not the actual merits of the allegation i just want to make sure i understand

00:06:18.740 this you've been telling us and mike davis too be patient this is coming but this grand jury is going

00:06:23.900 to be impaneled really starting in january as your thing get past the the um the end of year um are they

00:06:31.220 doing this because they have a statute of limitation problems is there something else going on in process

00:06:36.040 that we don't understand that this has moved uh a little quicker than even you and mike davis told

00:06:41.540 us to hey be patient this will probably be the first quarter of 26 yeah so i think at the end of

00:06:47.720 the day this case may be just a very simple case which is he testified x the documents show why

00:06:52.600 we don't need to waste time let's bring the first charge here see if maybe we can get a deal with john

00:06:57.620 brennan have him roll on other people that might be of interest to us or begin this prosecution

00:07:02.460 and put others on notice that they might want to make a deal before they go to john brennan

00:07:06.740 train express so prosecutors often have multiple strategies it isn't just uh one person that they're

00:07:12.820 looking at they may be looking at other people we know about 30 or 40 grand jury subpoenas came out

00:07:18.460 of this miami district recently uh and so uh if they had a simple case and they didn't need to carry

00:07:23.780 it over to next year you start there and then you go get the more complicated stuff starting at the

00:07:28.140 beginning of a new grand jury uh but it probably also is a warning sign to other people saying hey

00:07:32.940 you want to go to john brennan route or you want to make a deal now and roll up that is a classic

00:07:37.140 conspiracy racketeering strategy that prosecutors use uh jason canone is a very well respected and very

00:07:44.480 skilled lawyer uh and he has a team of career prosecutors who are really really strong conspiracy

00:07:52.740 and uh racketeering type prosecutors they've done the really big tough trials like the drug cartels

00:07:58.660 and others and so he's got an all-star team down in miami and it may be why pam bondi chose to put it

00:08:03.760 there and this just may be the opening salvo what to see and we got to wait and see if a grand jury

00:08:08.100 will indict we don't know if they will uh but certainly there's been a notification according to

00:08:13.440 john brennan's lawyers that they think he's going to be indicted

00:08:16.500 the game here from brennan's point of view and the rest of these guys is that they if they are

00:08:24.200 going to go through this process by hook or crook they somehow have to get it to dc or northern

00:08:29.900 virginia correct because they're going to have uh more uh amenable grand jury pools judges even

00:08:37.400 prosecutors but particularly a jury is that their game now and people be focused on that is try to

00:08:42.960 move heaven and earth to get this into dc it certainly seems like that is going to be the

00:08:49.360 question here a venue change they want to do this you obviously john brennan's testimony occurred in

00:08:53.800 washington dc they'd love to be in a washington dc jury poll of 93 94 democrats who don't like donald trump

00:09:01.200 um but uh we'll have to wait and see i get the the prosecution will respond and make a case why and

00:09:07.580 if they view that john brennan's lie is part of a long-term cover-up uh that includes being able to go

00:09:12.700 after jack smith to go after uh president trump with jack smith later in florida they'll probably

00:09:17.640 be given some latitude by the courts to make that case obviously the connectivity between those cases

00:09:23.220 will have to be shown at some point uh but you're exactly right the most likely scenario here is they

00:09:27.860 want to get this to a blue a blue blue city and not a red jury poll like fort pierce would ultimately

00:09:33.320 provide uh the prosecutors

00:09:35.860 john uh i assume you believe like i believe that it's not just going to be quiet at mar-a-lago over

00:09:44.560 the next couple of weeks the holiday period do you expect some fireworks on on a whole host of

00:09:48.860 a whole host since being a naval officer yesterday was the greatest the greatest press conference ever

00:09:53.980 but you expect some fireworks coming out of mar-a-lago yeah amazing yeah amazing uh listen

00:10:00.020 when donald trump's on vacation he's still working two full-time jobs yeah i think i think listen when

00:10:04.380 he's on vacation he's working two five he just manages to get a golf game in every so often in

00:10:08.420 mar-a-lago that's it uh yeah it will be a busy holiday season um you know i think there is going

00:10:14.720 to be a fed chairman announcement soon right you got that coming down he's working on creating i think

00:10:20.600 what'll be the largest housing reform bill since the gi bill in the 1950s which gave us that great boom in

00:10:26.160 america during the eisenhower years so i think that um there are a lot of big things up his sleeve

00:10:31.340 uh that will be coming out uh and i think also his cabinet is working full-time i'm trying to get an

00:10:36.920 interview with pam bondy and some others to get some of these questions answered i don't think

00:10:41.020 anybody's resting over the holidays there may be a golf game here and there but it's going to be a

00:10:44.780 busy time in mar-a-lago john solomon uh we're going to be working every day we're having shows up i know

00:10:51.760 you are too where do people go for all your content sir yeah justinnews.com is the website

00:10:56.920 jay solomon reports is the handle on all social media and as i say all the time i'm very lucky

00:11:00.900 to follow you every night at six o'clock here on real america's voice after your great show

00:11:04.660 we're lucky to have you on here because you lay out months in advance what's going to happen and

00:11:10.320 this has happened now so thank you so much sir great way to start the christmas holidays

00:11:14.560 yeah merry christmas sir we're actually going to be on our christmas eve show tomorrow we're going

00:11:22.500 to be in both bethlehem uh with jason jones and we're going to be in at the vatican uh in rome

00:11:29.180 with ben harnwell so more on that later also the president tonight i think it's eight o'clock on cbs

00:11:34.180 but at the kennedy center want to make sure we pile on that get some great ratings it's going to be fun

00:11:39.300 president president trump as the master of ceremonies and uh it's pretty open this morning on

00:11:44.080 true social he wants us to judge how he does so let's do that uh we go from uh the grand conspiracy

00:11:51.000 against president trump and the maga movement now proceeding in through a criminal grand jury in

00:11:56.200 south florida to the number one political prisoner in the world now be tina peters in a maximum security 1.00

00:12:02.660 woman's prison in colorado her lawyer john case joins us john my understanding is that you've got

00:12:08.920 some big legal uh maneuvers that are coming today or tomorrow sir uh steve that's correct we are going

00:12:16.780 to file a motion in a court in colorado that will prove that president trump has the power under the u.s

00:12:26.580 constitution to pardon tina peters and also that she is immune from prosecution because she was

00:12:33.740 performing a federal duty to preserve election records and that's why they charged her is because 0.95

00:12:40.960 she preserved the records they don't want anyone to see

00:12:44.280 why is this i i people are very confused why is this so controversial why is the governor of of uh

00:12:55.140 colorado and the secretary of state and the attorney general why are they not working

00:12:59.580 with federal officials here the federal official bureau prisons department of justice others have

00:13:05.580 have offered to try to figure this out work it out why are they stonewalling this sir

00:13:09.760 well i never uh can explain what uh other people do but uh typically when people have made a mistake

00:13:21.220 and they've bet a lot on it they don't want to publicly announce they made a mistake

00:13:27.800 and in this case uh the governor the secretary of state and the colorado attorney general

00:13:34.360 have bet the farm that they can keep tina peters locked up for nine years despite the fact that she 1.00

00:13:41.800 didn't commit a crime and the judge who sentenced her told her that he was putting her in prison for

00:13:49.100 nine years because of the things that he personally disagreed with the things she was saying

00:13:56.300 criticizing the voting system in colorado that's why she's in prison because of her speech she

00:14:04.220 criticized the voting system and the judge said you get nine years

00:14:07.520 john can you hang on for one second i want to drill down a little more in this i want to talk

00:14:13.720 about the conditions of tina peters who's a uh a national hero a patriot over 70 years old

00:14:20.480 uh has had cancer is a gold star mother and i realize uh i say she's being tortured you you have

00:14:27.100 calmer language but she's being i believe mistreated in this maximum security colorado prison so short 0.99

00:14:34.260 commercial break john case tina peters lawyer on the other side peter navarro we've got joe la

00:14:39.920 varnier from treasury peter navarro from the white house talking about the economy uh joe allen's

00:14:45.780 going to join us mike davis we're very very very packed today in the world short commercial break

00:14:52.120 johnny khan of breitbart will take us out with the tea party anthem

00:14:55.540 if you could make one holiday wish would you wish to be free from your credit card and other debt

00:15:04.860 let's see if we can help you with that if we could give yourself one gift this holiday season

00:15:11.520 would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt i might have a solution

00:15:16.820 here's why now is the time to make a move this time of year credit card and loan companies close

00:15:23.240 out their books they clean up past due accounts they sell a write off the debt to clear their books

00:15:29.900 that means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills lenders may be more open to negotiating and

00:15:36.360 settling your account before you're in that means right now and i mean right now you may actually

00:15:43.240 have leverage and done with debt knows how to use this to your advantage they monitor lender trends

00:15:50.200 and understand the year-end pressure on creditors they use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf

00:15:56.700 now's the time to get out from under crushing debt and interest payments without bankruptcy

00:16:02.340 or taking on new loans done with that goes to work for you month one with one clear goal to reduce

00:16:10.980 your total debt and leave you with more money every month get started now because your leverage may

00:16:18.480 disappear at the end of the year chat with a done with that specialist at done with that.com

00:16:25.140 that's done with that.com done with that.com do it today here's your host stephen k man

00:16:34.360 okay john just to reset you are going to file today or tomorrow in i guess federal court and you're

00:16:45.100 going to this is challenging uh colorado let's be blunt just blowing off uh the president the bureau

00:16:52.060 prisons department of justice and this presidential pardon uh can you give us an update because i think

00:16:57.640 one of the reasons people are so concerned here and they wanted something around christmas

00:17:01.160 was the condition of tina peters and maybe the deteriorating condition of tina peters and her 0.88

00:17:06.780 and the condition she's held in sir uh yes tina's health is not good she has a cough that she's had

00:17:15.800 since august and at times she's extremely fatigued and uh she it's not just her steve it's the it's

00:17:26.840 every inmate at that facility the the regulation for temperature for example is that indoor air

00:17:34.060 temperatures must be at least 61 degrees during the coldest months and less than 86 degrees in the

00:17:42.560 warmest months and that's mandatory the temperature in tina's unit yesterday morning was 96.3 degrees

00:17:51.940 that is sweltering and she told me yesterday in the afternoon that it was even hotter they wouldn't

00:17:58.860 they wouldn't tell the women what the temperature was they had one fan for several cells so that the

00:18:07.420 women would have to take turns using the fan one of the guards told uh one of the inmates that if she 1.00

00:18:15.340 and her roommate complained about it anymore they could be charged with inciting a riot um la vista is

00:18:23.100 the only facility that doesn't in colorado the only colorado prison that won't allow uh video visits

00:18:30.620 with family it is the ability la vista is not designed for minimum security prisoners like 0.89

00:18:39.880 tina she's a level one that's minimum security for people who have no prior uh offenses and are not 0.99

00:18:50.980 violent so she belongs in a level one facility but colorado doesn't have any level one facilities for 0.99

00:18:57.820 women that is uh seems like discrimination based solely on gender uh this facility is not maintained

00:19:06.960 the um when the doj came in to inspect it last week before the inspection the inmates were forced to work

00:19:16.000 16 hours a day scrubbing walls painting over the mold uh replacing tiles that had fallen off

00:19:24.540 and um the doj apparently took note of a lot of those violations of state regulations

00:19:33.080 um i just wanted to mention steve in closing that governor polis can solve this problem the department of

00:19:44.500 the federal bureau of prisons made an offer to governor polis to take tina peters 1.00

00:19:52.400 out of state custody and put her in a minimum security facility where she belongs he refused 0.56

00:19:59.100 um on december 16th governor polis said in a public statement quote tina peters should get the same 1.00

00:20:11.100 treatment as other inmates well i'd like to mention one other inmate and the treatment that he got

00:20:18.100 in 2021 uh governor polis commuted the sentence of a man who killed four people by driving recklessly

00:20:29.240 governor polis commuted the sentence of that man 90 percent 90 percent of his sentence was commuted by

00:20:38.600 the governor so if he would do that for tina peters she'd be out today and that would be equal treatment 1.00

00:20:46.480 yeah the gentleman who sentenced yeah he commuted yeah he's he's he's not going to do that you're

00:20:52.520 going to have to win this in court or we're going to send federal marshals in there you got two

00:20:56.340 choices either case you win and your illegal team ticked in the new guys uh with the law or you have to

00:21:03.080 use the law and you know you're going to have to deputize u.s marshals and go down there and

00:21:07.000 and and get her because there's the polis is dug in this is what he's running his campaign for

00:21:13.160 those radical democrats on his political prisoner that he's got uh captured that's unfortunately

00:21:18.880 where we are in america john where do people go to support tina peters sir uh to support tina peters

00:21:26.600 and the effort to get rid of these uh voting machines which are a menace to our civil rights 1.00

00:21:33.500 go to tina peters dot us john thank you so much appreciate you sir look forward to talking to you

00:21:43.440 over the holidays good luck today or tomorrow in your filing appreciate you thank you steve

00:21:47.800 brennan as a future convict uh tina peters as a political prisoner and i'll bring in my 1.00

00:21:56.520 convict brother uh p dr peter navarro dr navarro um we'll talk about

00:22:03.300 maybe the prison some other time it's a sweet transition because i think your book gives

00:22:06.640 such a sweet transition yeah so so um and i had you on today merry christmas working with the

00:22:15.900 president yeah merry christmas you've been working with the president on the shipbuilding effort you've

00:22:21.440 been the one you kept philadelphia naval yard under president trump's guidance uh open you've done

00:22:27.200 more for the shipbuilding yesterday was just magnificent uh but we do have uh we do have issues

00:22:32.400 we got to deal with today in explosive economy we got a cold open for you i know you're jammed for

00:22:36.560 time let's play it and then we'll bring back in dr peter navarro the u.s consumers this year did you

00:22:42.060 hear about this i did they drove up retail spending more than four percent from last season in-store

00:22:48.340 shopping i was really shocked to find this out accounts for 73 percent of the purchases well the

00:22:53.000 rest were made online but e-commerce appears to be where most of the growth is happening but

00:22:57.780 certainly how it's happening in my house but let's just say with all of us kind of trying to sort

00:23:03.040 through how the economy is doing this is good news four percent better than last year that's something

00:23:10.660 we can look at and go it's pretty good yes it's great news and in fact we got we got two actually

00:23:17.940 stats this morning the the visa news on one end which is very helpful and then we got q3 numbers

00:23:25.440 uh for the economy on the other that actually just came out at 8 30 this morning and overshot by a

00:23:32.420 large expectation we were supposed to get uh that number by the way back in october but because of

00:23:37.360 what was happening with the government shutdown and the other uh issues we didn't uh but nonetheless

00:23:42.900 that number is huge 4.3 percent uh on gdp so you have i think what looks increasingly like

00:23:49.720 um a surprisingly healthy economy uh actually perhaps more healthy uh than we've given it credit

00:23:56.400 well we andrew if you we do need a caveat here uh and i'm sure we'll figure this out later but i know

00:24:03.560 a lot of spending has been driven by the richest of the rich and that's artificially pushed that number

00:24:09.260 up so we'll have to sort through this but if that four percent is broad-based that's really good news

00:24:15.840 zoom zoom zoom 4.3 percent 4.3 percent that is a nice jump and i know many may question day the

00:24:25.040 gathering but on the surface this would be the strongest quarter going back to the third quarter

00:24:30.540 of 2023 when it was 4.7 this is strong 3.5 on consumption blows away the 2.7 we were expecting

00:24:40.400 that would be the best since the last quarter of 24 on the price index

00:24:44.980 dr peter navarro tell us uh you saw you saw morning joe they had to jump on poor aaron sorkin or

00:24:53.620 uh andrew ross sorkin and say no no no no no it's all done by the rich it's all driven by the rich

00:24:59.880 uh walk us through what happened this morning steve i have a kind of like a deja vu moment i can't

00:25:07.900 tell whether this is 2017 or 2025 because back in 2017 it was the same rhetoric on tv they continually

00:25:18.640 underestimated the ability of the trump economy to grow and they continually overestimated

00:25:28.300 the effects tariffs and trade policy might have on the inflation rate and it's like you would think

00:25:37.080 they would learn from the last time to be a little bit more circumspect when they jump but yeah with

00:25:45.420 morning joe and andrew ross sorkin basically applauding the economy for donald trump that's

00:25:51.840 that's whiplash that's your christmas present brother but look it's the same drill we're doing

00:25:58.720 the same drill uh but it's on steroids right we've got the tax cut

00:26:03.520 big beautiful bill coming now what does that mean you got a hundred percent expensive that's huge so

00:26:12.220 you got a lot of investment taking place driving growth you've got what is going to be the biggest

00:26:19.600 refund for the middle class and blue collar workers at tax time that we've ever seen

00:26:27.720 in history and i i'm not going hyperbole here i'm just pointing out what they're doing

00:26:33.380 is they're collecting the money uh from people by the old rules like as if the tax bill hadn't

00:26:41.820 been and so we're going to unleash that in the refund when the time came so that's working steve the

00:26:49.140 price of oil is down from 75 bucks a barrel back down to below 60 that pushes on not just through

00:26:59.700 transportation and gas prices which are a little below two bucks now in some places but it's food as

00:27:06.280 well because fertilizer is made from petroleum and you know fertilizer is probably the highest cost

00:27:12.700 input so that's working we got trade policy bringing in a bunch of investments from abroad

00:27:21.240 literally trillions of dollars that's going to push up the growth rate uh and yep it's it's here we go

00:27:31.460 again it's a virtuous it's a virtuous circle because obviously hang hang on once i know you got to

00:27:40.380 bounce but i just gotta keep you for two minutes on the other side because i want to put this in

00:27:43.360 perspective because we talked about that and in fact that i at an fest i said i gotta go

00:27:49.840 i gotta go solve your beef cartel problem i'll go until fine go go

00:27:55.740 until tomorrow maybe tonight to the war room merry christmas steve bannon is the gift to this

00:28:03.500 country because he's the only guy who tells you what it's like and what's going on and who sees

00:28:09.820 down range so bless you mr bannon wow if you'd gone to a tougher prison you'd be as tough as i am but

00:28:17.400 we'll talk about that later go go to work get the beef right yeah yeah very christmas brother

00:28:25.080 dr peter navar back in a moment

00:28:27.480 um okay uh dr navar had to bounce they're working on this brazilian beef thing um and i do want to

00:28:46.480 thank peter and the team with president that gave in the navy feeling all of them that announcement

00:28:52.260 yesterday was just magnificent we had uh if you haven't seen it our coverage last night with

00:28:56.040 jim finnell and uh armo masso was spectacular go through the complexities of the shipbuilding

00:29:02.340 program what how monumental this is another uh driving effort of president trump

00:29:08.320 at uh at amfest what i said was we're going to have the hardest year possible coming in front of us

00:29:17.560 political warfare and the reason for that is the economy is going to turn you can already see it

00:29:22.440 this is why we've been so it's the war room sitting there going hey it's the it's the capital

00:29:27.380 expenditures and the depreciation and the write-offs of the big beautiful bill we made a bet folks

00:29:32.840 and and navarro and uh and um greers and and uh besant working on these tariffs to drive as a

00:29:41.680 forcing function drive capital expenditure back here that's going to happen in the first

00:29:45.660 quarter two next year and now axios and others picked up hey hey omaga is like looking through

00:29:51.580 rose-tinted glasses for um for 26 but you can see it already and navarro nailed it this is like a

00:30:00.760 replay of the first term we had the 27 and 28 and you had this kind of these uh green sprouts you see

00:30:07.580 what president trump was doing with his economic program there that led to the blowout year of 2019

00:30:12.260 particularly the second half of 2019 when everything was at low interest rates no inflation

00:30:16.620 um you know blue collar jobs i had a wages increase i had a white collar non-college graduates over

00:30:22.700 college grades everything until the chinese communist party dropped a bioweapon on us 1.00

00:30:27.700 but i i i will talk about that in another time you're seeing it here now and part of what you're

00:30:35.100 seeing already is the animal spirits because the big beautiful bill had not kicked in the third

00:30:40.100 quarter but you could see the entrepreneurs you could see even the tech bros you could see

00:30:44.120 corporate america and people getting ready to get ready to pull the trigger on those plants right away

00:30:48.680 and start building in the animal spirits of entrepreneurs and this was a blowout number

00:30:53.140 today i mean look at morning joe just sitting there with andrew ross sorkin go hang on a second

00:30:56.640 hang on a second hang on it's all it's all the wealthy just doing this which is a lie my point as the

00:31:02.560 economy gets better you take out the number one tool they think they're gonna club us with

00:31:06.180 they're going to be like a wounded animal this is going to be so dangerous you watch they're

00:31:11.840 they're dangerous people uh they have a dangerous ideology they think political violence works

00:31:17.960 you have to ask yourself the question does it right are you holding back are you not going to

00:31:23.680 things or are people not going out to these events because they worry about it that means it's

00:31:28.460 working the democrats are going to get more and more dangerous as the economy approves and the

00:31:32.700 economy is improving and you're seeing now the animal spirits mike davis the viceroy joins us

00:31:38.380 so viceroy in order i've teed you all up for this okay i started when i started with solomon in the

00:31:43.680 breaking news on brennan which you've been telling us from day one there's a grand jury it's going to

00:31:48.840 be in fort pierce it's it's run by a guy i know very well that's a pros pro and he's got a pros team

00:31:54.140 around him be patient this is happening it's it's professional and so but it's it's going to really

00:31:59.800 start happening in the first you know january february of next year now we got some news that

00:32:04.480 there may be you know his lawyers brennan's lawyers are worried enough that they're already starting to

00:32:09.380 screen process and change a venue and all that can you get us up to speed on your thoughts of the grand

00:32:14.480 conspiracy case that looks like it's going on right now sir yeah so ken weinstein was the george w bush

00:32:22.980 head of the national security division i know him and he is representing brennan in this case and he

00:32:30.360 fired off a letter name checking me saying that uh that i'm leaking grand jury information i would say

00:32:38.320 to ken weinstein that that is categorically false it's defamatory and it's desperate and i actually

00:32:46.360 thought that ken was a better lawyer than this but apparently not and he's obviously picked sides

00:32:52.760 here he's uh going to represent the lawfare democrats when they politicized and weaponized our intel

00:33:00.000 agencies and law enforcement to go after trump his top aides his allies i'm surprised that mayor brown

00:33:07.240 the law firm uh wants to be involved in this mess uh so maybe someone like boris epstein can take a

00:33:15.560 look at mayor brown on this um and in good news that looks like things are moving and and there

00:33:24.000 as i asked john i said you very rarely sometimes you have meetings and maybe prosecutors go and see

00:33:29.960 what's going on you very rarely drop a letter like this it's pretty extraordinary so that shows you that

00:33:35.020 brennan who's one of the heads of the conspiracy is uh is not in a good place the second thing we had

00:33:40.920 was tina peters they're going to go file a day of motion in court about the pardon etc but it's

00:33:45.540 about the machines you've got talk to me about this cifias dominion what are you working on what

00:33:51.260 do you got for this yeah the committee on foreign investment in the united states or cifias is an

00:33:58.700 interagency uh government body chaired by the treasury secretary that looks at uh transactions whether

00:34:06.460 they're financial transactions uh or real estate transactions to look at them from a national

00:34:12.000 security perspective and we had back in 2005 smartmatic announced a combination or acquisition of sequoia

00:34:21.120 and then back in 2006 and 2007 congress on a bipartisan basis basis raised national security concerns and so

00:34:32.220 cifias reviewed the deal the parties uh withdrew from review and uh smartmatic divested sequoia what we want

00:34:41.640 right now is for the trump administration to declassify and make public this cifias review

00:34:50.360 of smartmatic and sequoia back in 2005 2006 2007 time has long passed so they can't claim sources and

00:35:02.340 methods but we want to know what was congress concerned about with these voting machines from a national

00:35:09.040 national security perspective that they that congress on a bipartisan basis uh asked for a cifias review so

00:35:17.200 if there were national security concerns about our election machines critical infrastructure i think the

00:35:24.540 public has a right to know does do we have foreign governments like venezuela for example tampering

00:35:32.200 with these voting machines and that's something that we need to find out

00:35:36.180 is is that when you say we're gonna you know do it the war and posse will be up and go over article

00:35:43.380 three do we need to direct that to secretary besant or is that something more that's christy noem's

00:35:49.900 area or it'd be a secretary noem or it'd be over to tulsi gabbard i mean where should we direct our fire

00:35:55.140 i would i need to get back to you on that steve i would think that secretary besant has declassification 0.83

00:36:01.080 authority i would on this as the treasury secretary if not then uh then it's it maybe it's something

00:36:07.600 that could come from an executive order from the president we we will hold off until you get back to

00:36:13.920 us and then we'll get everybody go to article three etc uh last but not least um and i'm gonna have

00:36:19.300 joe allen on a little later because i know you've been working on this non-stop uh mediite has an article

00:36:24.560 and i think if i haven't put it up i'm gonna put it up in a while that that talks about fabrizio

00:36:30.260 the president's pollster doing polling looking to 2026 and he comes up with this idea that the

00:36:37.860 single biggest issue could be next to the economy the next biggest issue and kind of overwhelms even

00:36:43.140 the economy about how it's lopsided is wait for it artificial intelligence and particularly

00:36:48.380 american citizens maga republicans conservatives independents democrats moderate democrats kind

00:36:57.200 of what we call the american people are sitting there going hey i don't really understand this

00:37:02.160 thing but i don't see where we have controls over like for our children and a whole host of things

00:37:07.040 and the spread's like huge it's like eight points or ten points but he's he's putting it in a way that

00:37:14.560 like we're fighting for all these states to get in and woke and and and the tech bros are the

00:37:19.860 going to be the heroes because they're looking for federal regulations nothing will be farther from

00:37:23.720 the truth the tech bros wanted no regulations at all they they twice tried to slide in amnesty and got

00:37:30.900 crushed and they face planted now they're begrudgingly going to work with people put it in i just want you

00:37:37.340 to put it in perspective we now know from pollsters and i'm hearing other pollsters coming in and saying

00:37:41.400 this is a massive issue with the american people and they don't want over regulation but they're not

00:37:46.800 prepared to let the tech bros just run wild can you talk to us talk to me briefly about where we stand

00:37:52.280 in all this process and trying to work and make sure we get at least some regulatory apparatus at least

00:37:57.800 around the four c's and i would love to see more but around the four c's sir yeah i think president

00:38:03.260 trump should thank us they should he should thank the article three projects and the war room posse

00:38:08.220 from saving him uh for saving him from making a very bad decision by following the tech bros

00:38:14.160 advice and doing ai amnesty and the big beautiful bill that uh you know we we crushed it 99 to 1

00:38:22.580 including the lead sponsor ted cruz voting against his own bill at four o'clock in the morning and then

00:38:28.140 they tried to do it again this ai amnesty and the national defense authorization act or the ndaa

00:38:33.300 and we stopped that we got the tech bro we forced the tech bros to the table and forced them to

00:38:40.320 embrace the four c's uh if you're going to get federal preemption you're not going to have amnesty

00:38:46.380 so you're going to make sure we protect uh children conservatives creators and communities and that has

00:38:53.920 uh president trump included the four c's in his executive order and again he should be thankful because 1.00

00:39:00.300 if they would have jammed through this ai amnesty and the in the big beautiful bill or the ndaa and we

00:39:06.480 would have seen for example states can't regulate teddy bears that uh speak sexually explicitly to

00:39:15.560 children through ai pedo bears if states can't regulate that if states can't regulate uh water bills

00:39:23.240 and energy bills going through the roof on everyday americans real americans and real america to

00:39:29.240 subsidize these ai uh you know energy facilities there would be there would be big problems for

00:39:36.640 president trump and republicans in this next election well first off the sand of these guys were going

00:39:43.340 to do it anyway and they put up some pretty sensible things so you had some people that are thinking this

00:39:47.440 through unlike ted cruz thinking about this but the president would have been jammed this is what we kept

00:39:51.540 saying this is so one-sided where the american people are and the american people don't know all the

00:39:56.420 details but they don't like what they see so far so he would have been jammed up by the tech bros

00:40:00.260 particularly people that gave him such bad guys president trump doesn't lose on capitol hill

00:40:05.340 when he puts his muscle onto something that happens the tech bros twice once in the big beautiful bill

00:40:11.600 which was must pass for the trump administration and then on the ndaa which is must pass for capitol hill

00:40:17.180 twice the same exact thing that was the arrogance of it total flashback in fact they didn't even get

00:40:21.900 it to a vote the second time uh the the armed services committee in the house and the senate go

00:40:27.040 no we're pulling it out of here we try to hide it we're pulling that that it's lost momentum i think

00:40:31.660 their term was if that had gone through the president would have been jammed up and fabrizio tells you

00:40:36.760 now he's trying to change the narrative but it would have been jammed up this thing could be worked

00:40:40.980 out and and so mike to go to article three two big things you've got everything that's going on now

00:40:46.560 with brendan in the in the conspiracy to of of weaponization against president trump plus you

00:40:51.840 got this huge thing on tech where do people go to get you where do they go to article three what

00:40:56.720 should they look for yeah article three projects dot org article number three project dot org you can

00:41:03.180 donate but only what you can afford uh follow us on social media and take action that's the war room

00:41:09.260 posse's superpower action action action and merry christmas and happy holidays to the war room posse

00:41:26.960 besant gnome or uh or tulsi gabbard or anybody and we will then man the rampart sir send him back

00:41:33.560 over to article three so thank you thank you mike davis the viceroy merry christmas uh markets on

00:41:41.540 turbulent on fire today um in markets like this when stocks and everything all on fire bonds on fire

00:41:49.500 why is gold now reaching all-time high at 4500 bucks around there why is silver reaching all-time

00:41:55.580 highs like 69 70 bucks don't ask me you want to go to birch gold ask the aspergs now we've got tons

00:42:02.740 of free material over birch gold the end of the dollar empire and there's huge stories out there today

00:42:08.920 about the decline and and the dollar being under pressure i'll put some of those up this afternoon

00:42:13.640 to talk about it tonight but the end of the dollar empire go to birchgold.com promo code bannon

00:42:17.960 uh you get all the access to information there about what's going on and get access to philip patrick

00:42:23.880 you know we've been getting amazing uh feedback uh for the all-family pharmacy and the reason is people want

00:42:40.740 different aspects of how they get medical freedom you know you got big pharma out there but you also

00:42:45.940 got this distribution system and that kind of locks you in all-family pharmacy's got a way to break that

00:42:51.560 and do it with people that can give you uh prescriptions uh doctors physicians and licensed

00:42:56.900 personnel michael kunstler the ceo founder joins us just walk through take a couple minutes of why

00:43:02.980 you came up with this idea because i can tell you the war and posse that have gone over and and tried

00:43:07.980 it over at allfamilypharmacy.com promo code bannon um people seem to love it so tell us how you came up

00:43:15.660 with it and what why do you say it's the centerpiece for your medical freedom yeah so uh back in 2020 2021

00:43:22.900 when that's when really big pharma and a lot of the medical industry started limiting options for

00:43:29.080 patients pushing them other routes uh we came up with this idea just by listening to the american people

00:43:35.080 those who were calling our pharmacy for help and it was all around the united states it wasn't just

00:43:39.980 you know certain states it was everywhere uh so we actually came up with this idea due to the demand

00:43:46.220 that was coming in from our patients requesting an antibiotic requesting tamiflu requesting ivermectin

00:43:52.400 hydroxychloroquine having the ability to try something off label or repurpose drug that's cheap that could

00:43:59.940 possibly help them uh during flu season during covid the delta error you know omicron all of those

00:44:07.420 different strands that they told us about uh so we came up with this idea then and we've been running

00:44:12.540 with it since and we think medical freedom is very important in nowadays uh industry because you know

00:44:19.380 people can't just go to their doctor and say hey can i get an antibiotic or can i get tamiflu or something

00:44:24.480 for flu season coming up the doctor's gonna say no go to the pharmacy and get a vaccine it's exactly

00:44:29.200 what they say to all of their patients and it's kind of unfortunate that that happens that way

00:44:33.260 um talk to me about how do people get access and just get in and learn how to use it one of the

00:44:41.040 things we do is make access to people like yourself the head of these organizations make sure they have

00:44:45.780 websites to explain it the world posse they're incredibly loyal but they want to see the receipt

00:44:51.040 so tell me walk me through the process from you're hearing this right now to how do you go and actually

00:44:56.000 get into the system talk to one of these licensed professionals and kind of get on with it

00:45:01.700 yeah so first off we go to allfamilypharmacy.com backslash bannon uh we do have a promo code which

00:45:09.240 we just talked about we're going to run 20 off until the end of the year so it'll be bannon 20

00:45:13.580 20 off your entire order um yeah you scroll down choose the medications you want to request from a

00:45:20.560 medical uh provider one of our licensed physicians who's licensed in the state that you reside in

00:45:26.080 uh we'll review that profile they'll contact you as needed if you'd like to schedule an appointment we

00:45:31.180 could always take that by email or phone call um you could always get on the phone and call us if

00:45:36.440 you need assistance a lot of people they don't know what they need some of them need a little bit of

00:45:41.420 education they might need a little bit of help and picking out a few items that may be best for

00:45:46.340 themselves as well as their family uh come flu season because now we're in the thick of it it's

00:45:51.540 december it's really cold uh the germs are everywhere the viruses are everywhere uh it's

00:45:57.840 time to stock up and be prepared shipments will get delayed as as christmas rolls around we're just

00:46:03.200 finishing up hanukkah and then we're going to go into the cold months of january and february where

00:46:07.520 the snowstorms just absolutely destroy fedex and ups and all the centers in memphis tennessee and

00:46:14.220 and throughout the midwest so um it's a great time now to bulk up get prepared for the cold and flu

00:46:19.860 season uh if you go to the website place an order online or call us over the phone we'll help you

00:46:25.400 place it over the phone and direct you in the the best way possible so that you're not spending too

00:46:29.960 much money but that you have the right essential medications uh for the flu season

00:46:34.060 and whether you've also cut out all the big overhead etc so you can pass that on to the consumer i just

00:46:40.700 want one more time if people don't actually are not certain what they need maybe they don't know

00:46:45.920 about ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine or or anything else you have people that will walk them

00:46:51.360 through it correct yes we'll teach you what the dosages are we'll teach you how to take it

00:46:56.500 we have pharmacists will help you and guide you in the right direction we have physicians who will

00:47:01.180 prescribe appropriately um based on medical necessity based on what your need is again some a lot of people
