00:04:28.480 Protests began on Sunday after shopkeepers in Tehran's Grand Bazaar staged a strike when the Iranian Rial hit a record low against the United States dollar on the open market.

00:04:42.480 Persian have shown demonstration in the city of Karaj, Hamadan, Qasham, Mallard, Ishanavan, Kirmashah, Yazid, basically across the country.

00:04:59.480 Now, there was rumors out there that they used live fire on the protesters.

00:05:07.480 The Iranian government said it recognizes the protests and will listen with patience even if it's confronted with harsh voices.

00:05:17.480 Remember, I think what we said back in July when we had the 12-day war, this just came up with Bibi the other day, this obsession now with the ballistic missile campaign.

00:11:00.480 FBI director Cash Patel said the suspect also sent cryptocurrency, believing it would fund terrorist activity.

00:11:08.480 As per the authorities, Garza shared ISIS propaganda online and openly expressed support for the group's ideology.

00:11:16.480 The FBI says the investigation began after an undercover New York City Police Department employee spotted Garza's social media account.

00:11:26.480 That account allegedly followed several pro-ISIS pages and commented on extremist content.

00:11:33.480 The Justice Department has charged Garza with providing material support to a terrorist organization.

00:11:38.480 If convicted, Garza could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

00:11:43.480 According to court documents, Garza identified himself as a 21 year old Mexican American living in Texas.

00:11:50.480 In conversation spanning October through December, Garza allegedly shared official ISIS media releases.

00:11:58.480 Prosecutors reportedly say that he sent small cryptocurrency payments, believing the funds would support ISIS operations.

00:12:07.480 The investigation culminated in a December 22 meeting arranged by undercover law enforcement.

00:12:14.480 During that meeting, Garza allegedly handed over bomb making materials to an undercover FBI agent.

00:12:20.480 Investigators reportedly said that Garza explained how to mix the materials and offered a bomb making video.

00:12:27.480 Law enforcement arrested Garza shortly after he left the meeting, as per the officials.

00:12:32.480 FBI director Cash Patel said the arrest shows law enforcement's commitment to stopping terrorism early.

00:12:39.480 Patel warned that those who plot attacks on behalf of terrorist groups will be brought to justice.

00:32:07.680 All of this surge of law enforcement resources coming after this viral video created by MAGA YouTuber Nick Shirley, shared widely by Trump administration officials.

00:32:19.560 In the video, Shirley visits businesses connected to Minneapolis' Somali immigrant community, businesses that he alleges are abusing or stealing taxpayer dollars.

00:32:30.220 The video, however, contains little evidence to back up those claims, and Shirley has previously created and shared anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim videos.

00:32:42.580 What are the facts of the story?

00:32:44.540 Well, the facts are this.

00:32:48.540 There have been cases of fraud that have plagued Minnesota for many years.

00:32:56.740 That YouTuber, Nick Shirley, is back here at the daycare center.

00:33:06.460 That is the YouTuber who has kicked off this enormous firestorm.

00:33:10.260 It is Nick Shirley's video that has caught the attention of Elon Musk, of J.D. Vance, of Attorney General Pam Bondi, Kash Patel responding, as you said, the Department of Homeland Security, now saying that they're launching investigations.

00:33:22.660 A source telling CNN's Holmes Lye brand that it was Shirley's video that prompted that.

00:33:27.680 Basically, what Shirley's video does is he's going door to door at these different daycares and, you know, attempting to open the door, attempting to talk to people.

00:33:35.300 And his accusation is that he was, you know, showing cases of fraud.

00:33:40.640 Again, as we said, the facts here are that fraud cases have plagued Minnesota for many years.

00:33:45.620 As far back as 2015, there have been cases of fraud involving daycares.

00:33:50.620 Within the last several years, there have been at least 80 indictments involving different types of fraud.

00:33:57.240 Many people who are defendants in those cases are concentrated in the Somali-American community here in Minneapolis.

00:34:02.780 It is a problem that has plagued Governor Walz for years.

00:34:33.340 But again, she says that she's been trying to take measures in the state legislature to stop this flow of fraud for years.

00:34:49.620 So we have had a lot of assistance from the U.S. attorney's office where they have been noting almost nine billion dollars of fraud across multiple programs, not just child care, but non-emergency medical transport, autism services, adult daycare, that we have been getting that attention a little bit more from the feds now.

00:35:11.360 And it is needed. The question begs, though, is why have the Democrats in Minnesota, because they've been the ones in charge, they've been in control of state government.

00:35:22.660 Jim, just again, for context, for what you're seeing right now, again, Mr. Shirley and a man named David, who also appears in his video, are back here at one of the daycares he featured.
