00:00:47.540 pretty thin at this moment, but we do understand that grand jury subpoenas are being prepared if

00:00:52.980 they haven't been issued already, although it's not clear that anyone has been served with those

00:00:57.300 subpoenas. We understand that this is an investigation being run out of the U.S. Attorney's

00:01:01.520 Office in Minneapolis and that one of the statutes they're looking at is USC 372, which makes it a

00:01:07.480 crime to impede or assault an officer. And it's connected to, it appears to be connected to statements

00:01:15.000 that the governor and the mayor have made encouraging people to exercise their rights, essentially, when it

00:01:20.340 comes to immigration enforcement and the activities of ICE in the state. And a lot of people, as you just

00:01:26.520 said, are going to see this as a weaponization of the Justice Department against political

00:01:30.480 opponents. These are both Democrats, obviously, the mayor and the governor. But nonetheless, this

00:01:35.400 investigation is proceeding and we'll just have to see where it goes from here.

00:01:39.540 Racial profiling so prevalent that a mayor of a major U.S. city is herself concerned that she could be a

00:01:48.420 target of that racial profiling. And perhaps we would be surprised, Congressman, if not for the fact

00:02:05.200 State Capitol building in St. Paul this morning, I noticed the street signs in the ring road around

00:02:11.640 the Capitol is Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard. And I thought to myself, what would Dr. King think right

00:02:18.720 now? What would he say right now? What would he call us to do in this moment? And Mayor Hur, who we heard

00:02:24.960 from today, is the embodiment of Dr. King's dream. And we see the Trump administration explicitly

00:02:34.520 targeting people across this country based on their race. The Supreme Court of the United States

00:02:39.680 sanctioning it. It is disgusting and it is un-American and it has to stop.

00:02:45.100 It's an imperfect precedent, which is what happened in 2020, which I think is very instructive and I

00:02:51.420 think probably unrecognized. You know, in 2020, we've had George Floyd killed by law enforcement

00:02:55.960 in the city of Minneapolis. We saw protests emerge there and elsewhere. And what we also saw was we

00:03:01.280 saw Donald Trump step up and for really the first time as president, try and enforce his will, try and

00:03:09.040 be the iron fist that he's always wanted to be in that city, in particular and elsewhere. He eventually

00:03:14.120 went on and said that Tim Walz did a good job in 2020. People, I think, may forget. And it's

00:03:18.500 important to remember. But yeah, I mean, what we're seeing here really is, can be distilled to four

00:03:22.740 words, which is how dare you object? All of this is downstream from Donald Trump and his cronies and

00:03:28.860 his allies, feeling as though it is improper for anyone to say you shouldn't do these things.

00:03:34.780 Ice sweeping into Minneapolis, if you are protesting, how dare you do that? If you are saying,

00:03:40.060 Donald Trump, you can't you can't invoke the Instruction Act, how dare you? I get to do what

00:03:43.480 I want as president. All of that, I think, has its birth in 2020, probably before that in his

00:03:48.680 presidency. But really, we're seeing resonate now. So there's an element of him coming back here to

00:03:52.820 finish the job. 100 percent. I mean, you I mean, we heard all these reports in 2020, how he wanted

00:03:57.100 to have the protesters be confronted by soldiers, how he got rid of Mark Esper because Mark Esper

00:04:01.340 wouldn't invoke the Instruction Act. All of that is leading to this moment where he's very eager to move

00:04:06.980 forward. This was foreseeable. But it doesn't mean that we're helpless at this point. I mean,

00:04:12.760 there are ways to discourage or keep the president from invoking the Insurrection Act, which I think

00:04:18.760 he will do. And I'll tell you quickly why I think he will do it. I had a conversation with Stephen

00:04:22.880 Miller about this at the end of my time in the first term on the second floor of the West Wing

00:04:27.000 of the White House, where he basically intimated that they would try to do things like this as fast

00:04:32.460 as humanly possible to run them up to the Supreme Court so they would know what the boundaries of

00:04:38.200 the Supreme Court's tolerance for executive power would be. And so if Donald Trump is going to do

00:04:43.300 it, if he's going to invoke the Insurrection Act, that's this year. It's going to happen in 2026 if

00:04:47.600 it's going to happen at all. And that's why I think they're trending towards it. And you saw Stephen

00:04:51.620 Miller in the past couple of days frequently referencing the term insurrectionist. Insurrectionist.

00:04:56.320 Yeah. It's not an accident. It's not an accident. They're laying the legal pretext. So I think it will

00:04:59.820 happen. But the reason I'm not surprised, he's been forecasting it. And I think President Trump's

00:05:21.520 exit from office. So I think we're getting closer to one of those. If this is not that moment, we're moving

00:08:20.580 investigation into Mayor Frye in Minneapolis and Governor Walz of Minnesota, sir? No, I think that's

00:08:27.540 exactly the right. It's long overdue. It's exactly the right course. But I believe President Trump

00:08:32.180 must channel his inner Lincoln and use the Insurrection Act now to defeat the deep state

00:08:39.860 and defeat the ongoing coup that's been going on since 2016. We saw it in 2020. In fact, in 2020,

00:08:45.700 I wrote open letters to President Trump in November, December, and January of 2020, urging him to invoke

00:08:51.360 the Insurrection Act and to take down this Marxist coup that's across our country. And so he needs to do

00:08:57.300 this. And he needs to do it because this is what it takes. This is why the Insurrection Act exists.

00:09:01.940 Lincoln did it in the Civil War. Jefferson signed it into law and used it himself. Grant used it to put

00:09:08.800 down the KKK. JFK used it to desegregate schools. Eisenhower used it in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 0.63

00:09:15.520 fact, that's the most direct parallel is what President Eisenhower did when the governor of

00:09:21.120 Arkansas called up his National Guard and deployed them to block the black students from coming in

00:09:27.140 to go to school. Eisenhower nationalized the National Guard of Arkansas, and then he deployed the

00:09:33.420 101st Airborne to put a stamp on it, a thousand paratroopers in the streets to escort the kids.

00:09:38.880 And it was actually safer for everyone because after that, no one wants to dance with the 101st

00:09:44.440 Airborne and the National Guardsmen. We're not going to go against direct orders of the President of

00:09:48.680 the United States as their commander in chief. I think President Trump should follow Eisenhower's

00:09:52.700 example exactly and do exactly the same thing. Stuart, let's go back to 2020. Your argument was

00:10:00.640 the Summer of Love. I take it that was also in Minneapolis, the Black Lives Matter, the George

00:10:06.500 Floyd situation. Is that what you, at that time, walk me through your logic then. Absolutely. Same

00:10:11.840 thing. You have an open insurrection across the country. I mean, look at, they're burning down

00:10:15.800 police precincts in Portland, Oregon. They tried to burn down the federal courthouse with U.S.

00:10:20.520 marshals inside. Across the country, in Las Vegas, you had insurrectionists shooting at,

00:10:26.260 or trying to shoot at, court security at federal courthouses, and they were killed. You had another

00:10:31.300 attack on a federal courthouse where an officer was killed in California. So across the country,

00:10:36.380 you had direct violation of federal law, direct armed insurrection against federal law being

00:10:42.020 enforced, and also terrorism against the American people. So the Insurrection Act is very clear that

00:10:48.520 whenever the President himself determines that, like I'll read it to you right here, section

00:10:53.000 332 of the Insurrection Act. This is 10 U.S. Code, section 331-332. Whenever the President

00:11:00.860 considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority

00:11:06.820 of the United States make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any state

00:11:12.400 by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, that's what we have, he may call into federal

00:11:17.700 service such of the militia of any state and use such of the armed forces as he considers

00:11:22.960 necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion. And section 333 continues,

00:11:30.660 interference with state and federal law. The President, by using the militia or the armed

00:11:35.400 forces or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress

00:11:42.920 in a state any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if, at one,

00:11:50.440 so hinders the execution of laws of that state and of the United States within the state that any part

00:11:57.140 or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the

00:12:03.140 Constitution and secured by law, and constituted authorities of that state are unable, fail, or refuse

00:12:10.740 to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection. We had that in 2020.

00:12:16.600 You had stand-down orders being given to police officers across the country. My organization,

00:12:22.320 Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, were out there in the streets doing the best they could to protect

00:12:26.240 people because police chiefs were given orders to stand down right after Trump came into office

00:12:31.760 and allowed Antifa to rage across the country and beat Trump supporters from 2017 on. So thousands of

00:12:38.120 times across the country, we had to step up and protect Trump supporters because there was a vacuum

00:12:42.840 when the police were standing down obeying illegal and unconstitutional orders. So President Trump

00:12:47.900 should have invoked the Insurrection Act in 2020 for all of those reasons to protect the rights of the

00:12:52.280 American people, and he should do it now. The American people have the right not to be raped and murdered

00:16:25.440 talked out of it. Esper Millie, that entire crowd fought him tooth and nail. Now you're seeing that

00:16:31.760 they're trying to block any type of, forget mass deportations, any type of deportations of the bad

00:16:38.300 own grace, the criminal element. Is it weak in President Trump's case that he did not invoke it

00:16:45.560 in 2020 in the process of invoking it today? No, not at all. What he can say is now he's learned

00:16:53.120 that he was being given bad advice. He had, you know, Bill Barr, an inside poison pill inside of

00:16:59.540 his administration advising him not to do what he had the authority to do and the duty to do.

00:17:27.520 forth his National Guard to block federal law enforcement. And so I think President Trump should

00:17:31.920 just preempt it, just nationalize the Minnesota National Guard, remove that piece from the

00:17:37.020 chessboard, put them under his command. And I believe he should do what Eisenhower did. He should

00:17:41.080 call forth the 104th Airborne. They're still there. They still exist. Bring them in. It makes it much

00:17:46.460 tougher to argue against that. He's doing exactly the same thing Eisenhower did to enforce federal

00:17:50.560 law. And Eisenhower said, I'm doing this to enforce the supremacy clause, that laws passed by the United

00:17:56.420 States and the rulings of the Supreme Court, Brown versus Board of Education, to desegregate the 0.67

00:18:03.040 schools. That has primacy over states. States can't block federal law. That's what we're seeing now is a

00:18:08.980 repeat of what was done in the South trying to carry on discrimination. It's the same thing now. You

00:18:14.260 have states trying to use their powers to block federal law enforcement of obviously constitutional

00:18:20.020 immigration laws. And we all know why. It's because they're trying to destroy our country with 1.00

00:18:23.800 massive import importation of foreigners, just like what's done in Europe. It's meant to replace 0.99

00:18:28.640 the American people with someone they think is more pliable, who will vote Democrat and give them

00:18:33.140 a permanent lock on power. By the way, we ought to start with recalling the brigade. I think we've

00:18:40.100 gotten Romania on the Ukrainian border of the 101st Airborne. We ought to recall those. And those are

00:18:44.260 the troops we're going to send to Minnesota. Last question. You've mentioned Barr, Esper, and Millie.

00:18:51.400 There are criminal investigations right now of Fry and Walls on this activity in Minnesota. Do you

00:18:59.100 believe, we're still within the statute of limitations, do you believe that he should open

00:19:04.260 criminal investigations of those three for their actions around the summer of love in 2020, sir?

00:19:11.260 Yeah, absolutely. We should go way beyond that. That's why in combination with evoking the

00:19:15.400 insurrection act, I've always said he should also do a mass declassification. He should take Tulsi Gabbard

00:19:21.240 and Pete Hegseth and have them go take over with the military, military intelligence, taking over the

00:19:26.500 CIA, FBI, NSA buildings, and declassify anything that's not legitimate national security and expose

00:19:33.120 the dirt that the intelligence agencies use to control politicians and judges. And he should start

00:19:39.000 with the corrupt judges. Because if he does not clean out the corrupt judges, they're going to start

00:19:42.680 issuing injunctions against him and trying to block him. And if they do that, he should be like Jackson 0.98

00:19:47.180 and say, well, they made the ruling. Let's see them enforce it. But I believe he should use

00:19:50.820 disclosure, declassification and disclosure and exposure is what they fear the most. So they fear

00:23:57.320 so what he did is headlined this rally to question whether or not the processes that we have in place

00:24:03.080 to oblige by the law and enforce the lawful orders of working with all law enforcement agencies to

00:24:08.780 fearmonger and create questions. As such, as a responsibility, I think it's important that we send a very
