00:00:00.000 Separated by a giant ocean, it's a war that should have never started, and it wouldn't have started if the 2020 U.S. presidential election weren't rigged.
00:00:11.440 It was a rigged election. Everybody now knows that. They found out. People will soon be prosecuted for what they did.
00:00:18.560 Trump says you're a criminal and you belong in prison. He says you belong in prison, not because you did anything wrong, mind you, but because you did everything right.
00:00:30.360 You pursued the facts. You followed the law. You stuck with extreme caution to every rule of professional responsibility. You had the audacity to do your job.
00:00:47.340 Everybody here knows what you did wrong in Donald Trump's eyes and why he says you belong in prison.
00:00:54.300 You found, and I quote from your sworn testimony before the committee, you found proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results of the 2020 election and to prevent the lawful transfer of power.
00:01:12.060 When asked whether you believe the evidence was enough to obtain a criminal conviction against Donald Trump at trial, you had a one word answer. Yes.
00:01:22.740 When asked if Donald Trump was responsible for the violence that took place at the Capitol on January 6th, you said our view of the evidence was that he caused it and that he exploited it and that it was foreseeable to him.
00:01:37.020 You found that Trump knew he had lost the election.
00:01:41.700 How? Well, his own attorney general, William Barr, repeatedly told him so and described all of Trump's theories as BS.
00:01:49.120 Trump's, Trump's top campaign advisors, told him he lost the election.
00:01:54.360 Vice President Pence told him he lost the election.
00:01:58.020 More than 60 federal, state, and court decisions, including eight rendered by judges, he appointed to the bench, rejected every outlandish election fraud and corruption claim that he made.
00:02:11.000 Trump himself even privately acknowledged it, gesturing to Joe Biden on TV and saying, quote,
00:02:17.240 Can you believe I lost to that effing guy?
00:02:21.000 He knew he lost, but he threw everything into his big lie, which some people, even in this room to this day, will stand by.
00:02:30.560 Probably 10 people on this committee who have more conversations with 10, 15 people on this committee who have more conversations with Donald Trump than myself.
00:02:38.000 But anybody who says that Donald Trump thought he won that election, that is just plain not true.
00:02:45.800 No way, unless he's the best actor in the history of this building.
00:02:53.200 We agree.
00:02:54.280 Did Donald Trump believe?
00:02:57.100 Order.
00:02:57.860 Order.
00:02:58.500 Donald Trump did not believe he lost that election.
00:03:03.980 He just did.
00:03:04.920 No way.
00:03:05.540 And I think on January 6th, I think, I can't believe there were any congressmen here who didn't think Joe Biden was going to be sworn in as president.
00:03:16.740 So this was, it was a riot, but it wasn't a threat to the future of the republic.
00:03:22.640 ...souls made you aware that President Trump is live tweeting, live, I guess you call it truth, socially, as we speak.
00:03:29.480 Are you aware of this, about this hearing?
00:03:31.860 No.
00:03:32.260 Well, let me read to you what he posted an hour and a half ago.
00:03:38.660 Deranged Jack Smith is being decimated before Congress.
00:03:42.000 It was over when they discussed his past failures and unfair prosecutions.
00:03:44.860 He destroyed many lives under the guise of legitimacy.
00:03:47.380 Jack Smith is a deranged animal who shouldn't be allowed to practice law.
00:03:51.140 If you're a Republican, his license would be taken away from him, and far worse.
00:03:54.340 Hopefully the attorney general is looking at what he's done.
00:03:57.840 We have a word for this.
00:04:02.200 It's called weaponization.
00:04:04.200 It's called corruption.
00:04:06.760 Mr. Smith, if you care to respond, I'll give you an opportunity.
00:04:11.020 But I will simply say, we are grateful for your service to this country.
00:04:15.460 We appreciate your fidelity to the rule of law.
00:04:19.920 And I would echo the comments that have been made by my Democratic colleagues to ignore the noise that you hear from so many of my colleagues who would debase themselves in this way.
00:04:30.720 It is, in my view, subversive of the oaths that we took to defend the Constitution.
00:04:41.880 I'm happy to give you an opportunity, Mr. Smith, if you'd like to respond.
00:04:45.140 I don't have anything to add.
00:04:46.920 Thank you for your service.
00:04:48.120 I yield back.
00:04:49.000 Mr. Smith, I want you to have the utmost confidence in what you did.
00:04:53.620 You did everything right.
00:04:55.600 Harry Dunn, Danny Hodges, Sergeant Cannell, Mike Fanone, they did everything right.
00:05:01.800 These guys, my Republican colleagues, are a joke.
00:05:05.600 They're wrong.
00:05:07.020 History will harshly judge them.
00:05:09.020 So I want you to lean in today.
00:05:10.780 You have nothing to be ashamed of.
00:05:12.700 You did everything right, sir.
00:05:15.240 And I am so, these guys are so lucky they're not under oath.
00:05:18.900 Because they would have to tell you what they really think of Trump.
00:05:23.360 They call him crooked.
00:05:24.720 They call him cruel.
00:05:26.380 They call him a scumbag.
00:05:28.420 I've heard you all say it.
00:05:30.260 You're lucky you're not under Trump.
00:05:31.560 But when the lights go on and the cameras are on, you're tiny.
00:05:34.500 You're small.
00:05:35.580 You shrink.
00:05:38.160 Everyone remembers Matt Gaetz coming over here after a committee hearing.
00:05:41.120 He would laugh at how stupid he thought Trump was.
00:05:44.180 This is all a show.
00:05:45.780 And, Mr. Smith, you're just the latest act that they've brought in.
00:05:49.240 But they can't erase what happened on January 6th.
00:05:51.720 Because we saw it with our own eyes.
00:05:56.240 This is theater.
00:05:59.780 Republicans are trying to rewrite history.
00:06:02.900 That's what this is.
00:06:05.240 Many of them were with us in the House chamber on January 6th.
00:06:10.960 I remember it well.
00:06:12.440 The chairman was there.
00:06:14.000 As was I.
00:06:15.780 There's been a lot of discussion about witnesses today.
00:06:19.240 Perhaps the chairman could muster the courage to call the four witnesses who I see,
00:06:24.380 the American public may not see, I see, standing behind you, Mr. Smith,
00:06:28.080 the four police officers who risked everything, life and limb, to do what?
00:06:35.860 To protect the Republican members on the dais.
00:06:40.840 It's an outrage that they now sit here and have the audacity to try to rewrite history
00:06:47.660 in front of the very officers who sacrificed everything to protect them.
00:06:54.380 Heard by Democratic judges, Republican judges.
00:06:56.960 One of the cases he filed was in the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:06:59.560 Like, of course he knew he lost.
00:07:01.440 Because he lost and it wasn't particularly close.
00:07:04.360 But that's why he has to continue spreading the big lie today.
00:07:08.660 It's the reason why, you know, just think about it this way, Nicole.
00:07:11.220 In the last three weeks, he has said, number one, he wished he had seized the ballot boxes in 2020.
00:07:16.720 Well, that's a hell of a piece of evidence that Jack Smith didn't have.
00:07:20.340 But it comes out of the words of Donald Trump's own mouth now to The New York Times.
00:07:25.000 He has said that he wished we don't have elections in the midterms at all.
00:07:31.080 Well, that's like a hell of a piece of evidence, right?
00:07:33.400 And he says that because incumbent presidents tend to lose the midterm elections.
00:07:38.340 So let's everyone bookmark that for this November when Donald Trump says that they actually won the midterm elections.
00:07:44.300 And that's why he needs to seize ballot boxes and the like.
00:07:47.660 And then third, and this is the one that's most chilling given the testimony today, is on the stage yesterday in Davos, Donald Trump said, I'm breaking news.
00:07:57.360 And the breaking news he had was that there are going to be criminal prosecutions of people involved in the 2020 election.
00:08:03.080 Now, that could be Jack Smith. It could be people on his staff. It could be people like me who are lawyers.
00:08:08.380 It could be people on the Biden campaign. Who the hell knows what Donald Trump's adult brain is thinking?
00:08:13.640 But, you know, when you add all those things up, it's clear where we stand, which is that Donald Trump lost the election.
00:08:20.040 He has spread. He has built a movement on a big lie.
00:08:22.760 Of course, Jack Smith could have proven that.
00:08:25.520 And Donald Trump is now going to abuse the Department of Justice to go after everybody who tells the truth.
00:08:29.440 We're separated by a giant ocean.
00:08:33.780 It's a war that should have never started, and it wouldn't have started if the 2020 U.S. presidential election weren't rigged.
00:08:41.300 It was a rigged election. Everybody now knows that. They found out.
00:08:45.520 People will soon be prosecuted for what they did.
00:08:51.180 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:08:55.060 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:09:01.480 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:09:05.740 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:09:07.640 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:09:09.080 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:09:11.760 It's going to happen.
00:09:13.020 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:09:16.440 Mega media.
00:09:17.340 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:09:23.220 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:09:26.960 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:09:33.360 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:09:36.580 Thursday, 22 January, year of alert, 2026.
00:09:45.860 What a way to start off the first day of the second, or I guess the second day of the second year of President Trump's third win for the presidency.
00:09:55.240 Julie Kelly joins us.
00:09:56.960 Julie, because Rachel Maddow is going to have a special night, we're going to get called to that, do more of this tomorrow.
00:10:02.140 Just my observation, because I don't know the details to the level you know the details to.
00:10:07.680 I know the details of 2020 and how President Trump won in January 6th, but the rest of it is your area of expertise.
00:10:15.660 One thing I will say that I know MSMAC and CNN very well of watching us so much and curating years, all the way back from the Breitbart days.
00:10:26.120 There's a lot of long faces over.
00:10:27.800 There's a lot of knitted brows.
00:10:28.960 Nicole Wallace had, you know, they had Mark up there and they had Weissman up there and they had Wagner up there.
00:10:39.240 They're long faces.
00:10:40.540 They're not celebratory.
00:10:42.460 So today, just as an observation from how they drive narratives, Nicole Wallace looked very upset.
00:10:50.820 Katie Turr before that looked upset.
00:10:53.740 Give us your assessment.
00:10:55.140 Why is MSMAC and CNN not spiking the football?
00:10:58.440 This is supposed to be their day.
00:10:59.980 This is the day they're going to humiliate Trump.
00:11:02.440 They're going to humiliate MAGA.
00:11:03.940 They've been waiting for this a long time, ma'am.
00:11:07.800 Right.
00:11:08.400 I have noticed that.
00:11:09.680 And I've noticed the other side of us typically crowing and swooning over Jack Smith on social media.
00:11:17.680 They're awfully quiet as well, because I think this was a disaster for Jack Smith.
00:11:24.380 And I want to give kudos to several of the House Judiciary Committee members, including Chairman Jordan.
00:11:30.960 They really, for the most part, had their act together.
00:11:33.640 I think they were focused.
00:11:35.240 I think they had collaborated on the areas that they were really going to zone in on Jack Smith.
00:11:41.320 I think they took enough time talking about his collection, his unconstitutional, unlawful collection of subpoenas for the phone records of U.S. senators and House members.
00:11:54.440 I didn't want them to spend too much time on that.
00:11:57.460 I don't think that they did.
00:11:58.900 And they did tie it into the larger unconstitutional behavior of Jack Smith.
00:12:04.120 And I think there were some interesting nuggets that were disclosed today that the committee and Republican leaders in both the House and Senate and perhaps the Department of Justice should follow up on.
00:12:15.100 And I think that Smith's testimony opened the door, just like last December, for at least some false statement charges against him and certainly other charges related to his misconduct as special counsel.
00:12:32.560 False statements.
00:12:33.820 Are you implying that Jack Smith perjured himself today?
00:12:37.240 Well, I think he perjured himself on a couple of instances, and I brought this up in my piece, my substack piece.
00:12:46.100 Number one, he claimed under oath last month and today that Donald Trump obstructed the investigation into classified documents.
00:12:59.040 That is a provable lie.
00:13:01.020 Jack Smith also claiming last month and today that classified documents, highly sensitive documents, classified documents were found in boxes in a ballroom and bathroom at Mar-a-Lago.
00:13:16.400 That is not true.
00:13:17.920 There is no way that Jack Smith could prove that.
00:13:20.580 In fact, at the end of the documents case, before Judge Cannon tossed that indictment in July of 2024, one of his lead prosecutors had to disclose that they didn't even know if these alleged classified papers were in the boxes that had been moved around Mar-a-Lago that represented the basis of the obstruction charge.
00:13:43.260 I know I'm getting in the details here, but he's making claims under oath about these cases that he cannot prove.
00:13:51.720 And I hope that the DOJ and Congress follows up on that.
00:13:55.020 Yeah.
00:13:56.120 These are not small things.
00:13:59.020 The obstruction, accusing President Trump of obstruction and also the boxes, these are not marginal issues.
00:14:05.940 Anyway, we're going to take a short break.
00:14:07.640 We're going to come back.
00:14:08.320 I want to do another drill down.
00:14:09.260 Particularly, I agree with you, the shout out to Jim Jordan and the very organized, because, you know, I was the first to say, hey, I don't know, Gates is not around.
00:14:16.960 I don't know if I'm feeling or not.
00:14:18.180 Very, very organized.
00:14:20.240 It was Jamie Raskin and his team.
00:14:22.160 It was theatrics.
00:14:24.100 And, of course, the cops, particularly Fanone, outrageous behavior by a psycho.
00:14:32.800 We'll get into all that.
00:14:33.940 Colonel Ivan Reiklund is going to join us.
00:14:36.140 There was a confrontation, a confrontation, and Fanone had to be removed.
00:14:40.740 We will get into all that.
00:14:41.840 Birch Gold, take your phone out.
00:14:43.000 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N at 989898.

00:15:30.100 That's why I encourage you to buy gold from Birch Gold.
00:15:32.900 With the rate cuts from the Fed in 2026, the dollar will be worth less.
00:15:37.080 And what happens if the AI bubble bursts?
00:15:39.340 First, diversify.
00:15:41.220 Let Birch Gold Group help you convert an existing IRA or 401K into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.
00:15:49.780 Let me repeat that.

00:15:52.700 And for every $5,000 you buy, you'll get an ounce of silver for your stocking or for your kids.
00:15:59.180 What a great way to teach them about saving smartly.

00:16:24.780 Make sure you text Bannon to 989898.
00:16:28.660 Do it today.
00:16:29.600 War Room.
00:16:30.740 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:36.340 Okay, we're going to get to Julie Kelly momentarily.
00:16:39.160 Because this is so important.
00:16:40.300 I want to go to Ben Burkwam.
00:16:41.460 By the way, blockbuster news in Minnesota.
00:16:44.300 This is how good.
00:16:44.980 I've been telling you Lindell's on a roll.
00:16:46.980 Amy Klobuchar announcing she's filing paperwork to potentially run for governor.
00:16:52.020 That's how well Lindell's doing.
00:16:55.000 They're taking her out of the Senate to bring in a heavy gun against Mike Lindell.
00:17:00.120 More about that later.
00:17:01.200 So much going into Minnesota today.
00:17:02.800 I'm going to have to get to that.
00:17:03.600 But Burkwam, you're in Baltimore at an anti-ice town hall.
00:17:09.940 This insurrection spreading city to city.
00:17:12.880 What do you got for us?
00:17:14.060 Yeah, Steve.
00:17:16.580 This is so they're calling themselves.
00:17:18.700 It's the People's Power Assembly.
00:17:21.600 It's basically another version of Democratic Socialists of America.
00:17:25.280 The Act Blue, the Revolutionary Communists, all these same groups.
00:17:30.160 So they're coming out having a town hall today.
00:17:32.120 No ice, no war, no racism.
00:17:34.160 Declare Baltimore a zone of peace.
00:17:37.400 So I'm coming out.
00:17:38.640 I love peace, man.
00:17:39.920 I'm just going to ask the question.
00:17:41.160 Can we get peace for ICE?
00:17:42.340 Can we get peace for their families?
00:17:43.940 Can we get peace for America so we stop burning it down?
00:17:47.140 We're going to see.
00:17:47.920 So we're going to head in there about 6 o'clock.
00:17:49.400 But hang on.
00:17:50.020 But hang on.
00:17:50.520 Hang on.
00:17:51.680 Hang on.
00:17:52.380 You and Poso always revert back to your troll tendencies when I met you and fleeted you up to actual major reporters.
00:18:02.720 So be careful.
00:18:03.980 These people are dangerous.
00:18:05.500 Yeah, I know.
00:18:06.000 But these people are dangerous.
00:18:07.700 Don't.
00:18:08.200 I'm just saying.
00:18:09.040 You can do that, but just be careful.
00:18:12.200 Yeah, legitimate questions scare the left.
00:18:14.440 And so they automatically turn typically to violence, name-calling and violence.
00:18:19.080 I'm hoping that doesn't happen.
00:18:20.580 I'm really hoping that doesn't happen.
00:18:22.080 But, you know, we'll see.
00:18:24.040 Yeah.
00:18:24.320 Well, hope is not a strategy.
00:18:26.460 You just got to be careful.
00:18:27.300 You're too valuable what you're doing.
00:18:28.900 My point is these people are very dangerous.
00:18:31.980 I try to make you and Poso and Liddell understand that.
00:18:35.780 But you're on to a theme.
00:18:39.180 Across the country, they're now saying these are peace zones.
00:18:41.760 They're not sanctuary cities.
00:18:42.700 They want peace zones.
00:18:43.680 And to have peace, you've got to remove ice.
00:18:46.080 How is that going to sit with Tom Holman and Bovino and these guys that you know very well?
00:18:50.540 They're actually executing on the president's plan.
00:18:54.960 Well, it's kind of like the religion of peace.
00:18:58.180 It only exists.
00:18:59.480 It's only peaceful if you capitulate and you accept the subjugation.
00:19:03.880 It's the same thing with the left.
00:19:04.980 They want peace as long as you do exactly what they say.
00:19:07.540 They want freedom of thought as long as you think exactly like they think.
00:19:10.500 They want individualism as long as everyone's the exact same in their communist socialist mindsets.
00:19:16.540 So that's really the only thing.
00:19:18.340 It's not going to change Bovino.
00:19:19.840 It's not going to change Tom Holman.
00:19:21.060 It's not going to change any of the ICE officers who are doing their job to protect these cities.
00:19:24.640 And what's ironic about it is you want to actually get peace in your city.
00:19:28.260 You invite ICE in to get the bad guys out.
00:19:30.740 The exact opposite.
00:19:32.140 But it's like everything.
00:19:33.000 It's all projection.
00:19:33.660 We don't have time for this debate now, but it's not the bad guys.
00:19:38.420 It's all of them.
00:19:39.260 But that's okay.
00:19:39.740 We're going to get some company raids and perp walks and CEOs.
00:19:42.740 Where do people go?
00:19:43.840 Give me your social media.
00:19:46.240 Give me your social media and stay safe.
00:19:51.240 At Real AM Voice on all platforms, Real America's Voice, at Ben Berflam.
00:19:56.500 And by the way, if you want to support ICE, you don't want to say, you don't want to do what the left does.
00:20:00.660 You want to say, God bless ICE.
00:20:01.600 We have our nonprofit, FrontlineAmericaFoundation.org.
00:20:05.120 We've got several things coming up that you guys can be supportive of.
00:20:09.920 FrontlineAmericaFoundation.org or my website, FrontlineAmericaFoundation.com.
00:20:13.460 Too many words.
00:20:14.940 God bless you, Steve.
00:20:15.660 Stay tuned.
00:20:16.240 Thank you, sir.
00:20:16.740 The reason I'm warning him is because Fanon, there was violence today in the hearing room.
00:20:25.460 And Fanon should have been tossed immediately, but he wasn't.
00:20:27.880 The colonel will be here in a second.
00:20:28.820 And Julie Kelly, the reason I asked you this is that it started off, Jordan was very methodical at the beginning.
00:20:37.160 Jamie Raskin came out very theatrical, and I go, oh, my God, here we go.
00:20:41.240 They're going to win this.
00:20:42.540 And it turned out, correct me if I'm wrong, and I can tell this from the long faces on MSNBC on the panel,
00:20:49.220 because they had nothing but starters on their side.
00:20:52.500 They did not stick the landing, did they?
00:20:56.960 No, I don't think so.
00:20:58.580 They really were struggling.
00:21:00.080 At one point, they were interrupting.
00:21:01.940 Even Jack Smith, when he was trying to answer the Democrats were, they were so riled up about the directness of the lines of questioning from Republicans.
00:21:13.000 So you could see at the end, then Jamie Raskin at the end said, well, if this report on the documents case is allowed to be released by the court,
00:21:20.860 we're going to have Jack Smith back here so he can answer questions about the documents case.
00:21:25.800 So I think that's a telling sign.
00:21:27.960 If they thought that this was a home run, Jamie Raskin, you know, shrewd as he is, he would say, all right, that's all we need to hear from Jack Smith.
00:21:38.180 But he was hinting that he might want to have him come back a third time.
00:21:42.480 So, no, it definitely was a disaster for Jack Smith.
00:21:47.400 I think that there are still a lot of things that we need to learn and expose as to what he did in both of those cases.
00:21:54.180 And hopefully there will be another opportunity.
00:21:57.220 I think the Senate wants to call him in as well.
00:22:00.120 So let's hope that that's the case.
00:22:01.720 And, of course, the Senate will be interested primarily because they're mad that Jack Smith got their toll records, understandably so.
00:22:09.080 But there's a lot more that Senate Republicans can do to further expose the corruption, the deception, the unconstitutionality, the criminality of Jack Smith and his entire team.
00:22:23.500 So I hope that Senate Republicans will proceed accordingly.
00:22:27.780 You've been by far, I think, the harshest critic of Smith because you followed it and been in court day by day of this.
00:22:35.620 You actually laid out a 10-prong approach to this.
00:22:41.140 So you followed it intimately.
00:22:44.920 You've been very critical in the moment of Smith, I mean, calling him things that even other people haven't called him.
00:22:50.760 You laid out a game plan of what you had to do.
00:22:53.600 Now we've had it.
00:22:55.400 Are you satisfied that this was carried out the best way he possibly can by the House Judiciary on the Republican side?
00:23:02.900 I mean, I think they did a very commendable job, obviously, as we just said.
00:23:08.440 However, most of the malfeasance by Jack Smith and his team happened in the documents case.
00:23:15.800 And Jack Smith is claiming because that report is under seal and Judge Cannon will not allow the release of it because the indictment was dismissed, that he wouldn't be able to answer questions on it.
00:23:29.360 Fine. I still think there's enough on the table, a missed opportunity today to confront him about the FBI's use, bringing those colored classified cover sheets to the Mar-a-Lago raid, attaching them to files and taking photographs, adding that to a court document, getting that out to the media to make it look like that's how the documents were found.
00:23:53.660 I think misrepresentations to the court and mishandling evidence, which we know that came out in the documents case as well.
00:24:04.660 Jay Brath, his lead henchman, who was threatening defense counsel Stanley Woodward, who's now in the White House, representing Walt Nada, threatening Stanley Woodward that if he got Nada to flip on the president and become a cooperating witness,
00:24:20.080 then they wouldn't put a brick on his judicial nomination, which was pending at the time in Washington, D.C., the piercing of attorney-client privilege in that case, thanks to Beryl Hull.
00:24:32.580 What appellate court judges slammed, the pursuit, the subpoena of the president's private Twitter data, along with the nondisclosure order that also claimed he would be a flight risk if he found out about the Twitter.
00:24:48.780 So there's so much more attached to the documents case.
00:24:53.020 I think that demonstrates his malfeasance, his misconduct, his team's misconduct, because the January 6th case was basically put on ice for almost seven, eight months pending the Supreme Court's immunity decision.
00:25:06.660 There just wasn't a lot happening there.
00:25:08.640 But all the action was really in Florida.
00:25:10.760 So if this does go to the Senate, or Jack Smith comes back again, or the DOJ is looking at areas to investigate and potentially bring charges, the documents case to me, and yes, you're right, I covered, I think, every single hearing in Florida, and of course all the proceedings dating back to the special master case after the raid, there's just a lot more there.
00:25:32.760 More there.
00:25:33.520 So hopefully they'll be able to dig into that before it's too late.
00:25:38.880 They spent an inordinate amount of time.
00:25:40.620 I mean, Jordan, when he started off, did go back to some of the Russiagate thing.
00:25:45.200 I thought we were going to get kind of bogged down in that for a while, but that kind of got dropped.
00:25:49.560 But they reiterated Trump lost 2020.
00:25:52.760 I mean, they were making this over and over again.
00:25:54.940 Trump lost 2020.
00:25:56.220 President Trump actually in Davos said, hey, now he won 2020, indictments are coming in this.
00:26:02.840 Do you have any sense what President Trump's talking about, and why did the Democrats go back time and time again like almost every speaker?
00:26:10.660 Trump lost 2020.
00:26:12.160 He knows he lost 2020.
00:26:13.500 He finally had the congressman go, hey, look, I don't know about you.
00:26:15.980 Fifteen guys speak to him more than I do.
00:26:17.600 I spoke to Donald Trump, and I will say this.
00:26:20.920 Donald Trump, one million percent, believes he won 2020.
00:26:24.740 Why did they keep going back to 2020, and why did Trump pick yesterday to talk about indicting people?
00:26:32.080 Well, I do think that we are going to be learning a lot more about the 2020 election.
00:26:37.600 I think there are very serious investigations going on about what happened there, not just here but in other places around the world.
00:26:45.240 So we'll see what they come up with.
00:26:49.020 But, of course, as people were pointing out today, we are just learning.
00:26:52.460 We have just learned about proven election fraud in Georgia.
00:26:56.580 So when confronting Jack Smith, who's saying it was a fraud for the president to talk about a crime of fraud, to talk about election fraud when he knew it was wrong.
00:27:10.260 Well, no, he didn't know it was wrong.
00:27:11.700 To this day, he's still saying that there was fraud in the election.
00:27:14.480 So that wipes away the entire basis of Jack Smith's J6 indictment against the president.
00:27:20.060 But, of course, we've learned a lot more since even this indictment was handed down in 2023 about voting and election fraud in all of those states.
00:27:29.640 So I think he also felt cornered on the basis of that indictment, the weakness of the evidence, the weakness of the charges that he brought.
00:27:39.460 So, you know, maybe this will just be one of those weird karmic periods where everything kind of comes together.
00:27:46.100 Jack Smith having to defend this criminal indictment based on the president's belief that the 2020 election was stolen and also new evidence that that actually is the case.
00:28:00.360 Julie, hang on for one second.
00:28:01.780 There was a confrontation today.
00:28:03.240 In fact, the psycho Fanon conducted himself in a manner he should have been removed immediately.

00:29:59.560 I don't want to give too much away, but let's say even Homan's appearance today, there might have been some issues regarding that about potential violence.
00:30:15.620 You saw the church in Minneapolis, the violence.
00:30:19.360 These people are getting, they're dangerous, and the more desperate they get, particularly when they know they're not going to win and not going to get control back, they're going to get more and more dangerous.
00:30:29.620 I want everybody on the side.
00:30:30.320 This is where I've been.
00:30:31.640 I got a lecture of Bannon and Post all the time.

00:30:33.940 These are not normal times.
00:30:35.280 You have to be very careful.
00:30:37.020 Julie Kelly's going to stick with me.
00:30:38.200 She's got to bounce, but she wants to be part of this as I know she does.
00:30:42.640 This guy Fanon, I think, is a psycho and been a dangerous guy for a while.
00:30:46.520 He's not a stable individual.
00:30:47.700 There was an incident today in this hearing.
00:30:50.900 I don't think it was handled appropriately.
00:30:52.560 I think he should have been removed immediately.
00:30:55.160 But let's go ahead and play.
00:30:56.080 We've got Colonel Ivan Reiklunds with us.
00:30:58.500 Let's go ahead and play the video, and I'll bring the colonel in, and then Julie's got some comments.
00:31:11.860 Hey, Michael.
00:31:13.880 Hey, what's up, buddy?
00:31:14.920 Ivan Reiklund.
00:31:15.600 Why do you have to swear at me?
00:31:18.660 What's that?
00:31:19.220 Why do you have to swear at me?
00:31:20.320 Oh, dude, don't pretend like we're not mortal enemies.
00:31:22.620 You're not losing my cool.
00:31:23.420 Well, why do you have to lose your cool like that?
00:31:25.300 I'm not losing my cool.
00:31:25.600 I've been always professional with you.
00:31:27.360 I'm not losing my cool.
00:31:28.080 Every single time I communicate with you, I am always professional with you.
00:31:33.100 Well, I'm not.
00:31:33.880 And it requires other people to contain your Tourette's syndrome.
00:31:38.080 Okay?
00:31:38.600 I'm not going to get in front of you.
00:31:39.600 You've threatened my family, and you've threatened my life.
00:31:42.020 Oh, have I?
00:31:42.280 You're a traitor to this f***ing country.
00:31:43.740 Why are you so spasmodic?
00:31:45.820 Am I spasmodic?
00:31:46.880 Absolutely.
00:31:47.520 F***ing behind you.
00:31:48.980 Do something.
00:31:49.940 Why should I?
00:31:50.700 I'm communicating with you.
00:31:51.980 I'm trying to calm you down.
00:31:53.700 Right?
00:31:54.480 Look at your face.
00:31:55.300 You can't even control yourself.
00:31:58.580 You can't even be a man.
00:31:59.640 Trust me.
00:32:00.060 I'm using a lot of pressure right now.
00:32:00.840 You see how many people are constraining you?
00:32:03.500 Come get me.
00:32:04.040 Look at me.
00:32:05.360 Total control over my mind and body.
00:32:09.360 Total control over my mind and body, and I'm totally dominating you right now.
00:32:13.800 Sir.
00:32:14.800 Sir.
00:32:15.220 Totally dominating you right now.
00:32:17.240 Sir.
00:32:17.680 Let's step aside.
00:32:18.560 I'm not.
00:32:19.080 This guy is threatening me.
00:32:20.380 My family threatened my children.
00:32:22.660 Threatened my, threatened to rape my children.
00:32:27.100 Oh, really?
00:32:27.660 Rape my children, you sick f***ing.
00:32:30.740 Rape my children.
00:32:31.780 More people need to contain him because I'm completely different, sir.
00:32:35.200 Always calm.
00:32:36.180 Listen.
00:32:38.500 Listen.
00:32:39.640 Yeah, but where's the thing where he's, did we play the thing where he calls on his hands?
00:32:44.780 At first?
00:32:46.340 Yeah.
00:32:46.660 Can we call for that right now?
00:32:48.040 That's very important.
00:32:48.700 I want to see that.
00:32:49.240 Let's get this up right away.
00:32:50.460 This will happen, I think, earlier, and he should have been removed and not allowed back
00:32:55.120 in.
00:32:55.320 Can we go ahead and play it?
00:32:56.500 Okay.
00:32:57.540 Sir, that is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the crap you were shoveling did not pass
00:33:03.380 the smell test with the American people.
00:33:06.420 To put it bluntly, Mr. Smith, the stink remains on you.
00:33:11.020 And lastly, I would like to quickly address the police officers of January 6th.
00:33:17.060 Mr. Dunn, Mr. Fanone, Mr. Gronow, Mr. Hodges.
00:33:22.020 I'm a member of the new select committee to actually examine, actually examine what happened
00:33:27.660 that day.
00:33:28.120 And I can tell you, gentlemen, that the fault does not lie with Donald Trump.
00:33:34.340 It lies with Yogananda Pittman and the U.S. Capitol leadership team.
00:33:39.920 We know, we know they had the intelligence and there was going to be a high propensity
00:33:47.300 for violence that day.
00:33:49.120 Claim my time, yeah.
00:33:50.460 He will be in order.
00:33:51.240 The time belongs to the gentleman from Texas.
00:33:54.000 We've had some disruptions already.
00:33:55.980 We don't need that.
00:33:57.140 Let the gentleman, the gentleman may continue.
00:34:00.660 Fanone just told a congressman to F off.
00:34:03.280 He should have been removed right then and not allowed back in.
00:34:05.500 This is a dangerous psycho.
00:34:07.940 Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie.
00:34:10.140 In MSN, he puts him up all the time.
00:34:12.020 I noticed he wasn't on this afternoon.
00:34:14.240 Colonel Reichland, talk to us about this confrontation.
00:34:16.480 What happened?
00:34:18.400 I was just there attending to basically analyze what Jack Smith was going to do and speak about
00:34:25.900 and see how the Republicans were going to treat him as a witness.
00:34:28.700 And then I saw immediately that the four key witnesses on what I call the January 6th Fed
00:34:34.320 Surrection cover-up committee that Pelosi utilized, Fanone, Dunn, as referenced by Troy Nels,
00:34:40.400 were sitting present.
00:34:41.580 So during the break, I ended up sitting in the middle where I normally sit, right behind the witness,
00:34:45.900 in order to gain more attention on the actual hearing.
00:34:48.880 Because most people don't have the stamina, wherewithal to watch a hearing.
00:34:52.320 But sometimes when I'm there, it increases viewership, hopefully.
00:34:55.680 And I saw Mr. Fanone, and I put my hand out.
00:34:58.500 You saw the entire exchange.
00:35:00.200 I put my hand out, and it said, Michael, Ivan Reichland.
00:35:03.620 And he immediately went into meltdown mode.
00:35:06.080 I don't know.
00:35:06.440 Maybe there needs to be a new verb known as Fanoning out, because he clearly has no dominion
00:35:13.400 over his emotional state.
00:35:16.040 He's a danger to society.
00:35:17.680 He's already—I mean, he was a danger on January 6th.
00:35:21.120 Imagine this.
00:35:22.080 If he acts in this manner in a professional hearing in the halls of Congress with total
00:35:28.600 disregard, not only of the hearing, but he also effectively assaulted the female U.S.
00:35:34.300 Capitol Police officer that was trying to restrain him, along with his three colleagues, if
00:35:39.760 you will, or cohorts in the Fed's direction.
00:35:42.160 This—I mean, they're—I agree with Julie Kelly, and I think—thank you for posting
00:35:46.220 this, Julie.
00:35:47.240 I know we've had our differences, but my goal is to get to the truth and expose it.
00:35:52.360 And I may do it in a manner that most people are not comfortable with, but it's to move
00:35:56.380 the Overton window.
00:35:58.060 And when I'm in person, I'm always going to maintain my calm, cool, and professional demeanor.
00:36:02.680 And it was—I'm happy that I had the opportunity to juxtapose the way I comported myself with
00:36:09.860 a completely unhinged animal, if you will, that was a Metropolitan Police Department officer
00:36:16.580 that has a history of committing violence.
00:36:22.000 So hang on.
00:36:23.060 So, Colonel, explain to me—just get the timeline.
00:36:25.600 When Nels was—and Nels has done a deep-dive investigation of this.
00:36:30.740 Nels, I think, is like a former sheriff or police officer.
00:36:33.760 He's a very serious guy.
00:36:35.240 I think he's not going to run this time.
00:36:36.820 His twin brother, I think, is going to run for his seat.
00:36:39.020 But he's a very serious guy, particularly on police activity.
00:36:42.220 And he's done a deep investigation of this.
00:36:44.320 When he specifically called him out and said, hey, it's the Capitol Hill Police got a lot
00:36:49.380 to answer for here, and Fanon basically said, F off, and didn't hide it that much, why was
00:36:56.320 Fanon not—why was he not removed immediately from the room?
00:36:59.320 You can't do that in a congressional hearing.
00:37:00.900 I've never seen that happen before.
00:37:02.800 I expected for him to be removed and not to return after he had that interaction with
00:37:07.340 myself because it took many to restrain him.
00:37:09.900 U.S. Capitol Police officers came up to me and said, hey, sir, I said, I'm fine.
00:37:13.800 I'm just standing here.
00:37:14.560 I tried to be professional with him, and then I sat down, and he continued to escalate.
00:37:19.280 And then when he went after and—and that's a clear disruption.
00:37:22.200 Had I done that, that would have been an instant removal of me out of the room and an immediate
00:37:27.280 arrest.
00:37:28.500 And so—and then he starts laying down this defamation, claiming that I went after him
00:37:32.840 and his children.
00:37:33.300 I've never—I've never threatened a single person.
00:37:36.380 I shine light, and I expose people, but that's not illegal.
00:37:40.440 That's just me exercising my First Amendment to the maximum.
00:37:42.860 One thing about Troy Nellis I want to mention here is that I like calling balls and strikes.
00:37:47.460 I get it.
00:37:48.320 Troy Nellis, over the years, I've been talking to him, and we've been trying to expose the
00:37:51.740 U.S. Capitol Police's role in the Fed's direction, which more and more people are
00:37:55.260 starting to see how that's played out.
00:37:57.060 But what he did at the last hearing, the first January 6th Select Subcommittee, when he essentially
00:38:03.060 said that the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys were the ones that caused what happened on
00:38:07.300 January 6th, he may not know that the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are co-defendants
00:38:11.560 and two civil lawsuits against the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
00:38:16.260 So when Troy Nellis says that the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are doing that and are essentially
00:38:21.400 guilty, he's doing 90 percent of the Liz Cheney talking points along with Jamie Raskin
00:38:25.920 and Mr. Moskowitz.
00:38:27.560 So I think he needs to correct himself and immediately recant that because that is going
00:38:32.960 to be used if the Democrats take over in November, in the next Congress, they're going to use
00:38:38.260 the commuted Oath Keepers and Proud Boys to get Donald Trump for insurrection.
00:38:43.160 Right now, they're in pause mode.
00:38:44.860 I think the cleanest way for President Trump to make that moot would be to pardon both the
00:38:49.960 Oath Keepers and Proud Boys.
00:38:51.020 Mind you, none of them were violent or accused of violence that day, except for maybe one
00:38:56.560 Proud Boy, which actually committed and was charged with less violent than the 200 plus
00:39:01.360 that were pardoned for alleged violence.
00:39:06.460 Ivan, Colonel, hang on for a second.
00:39:08.500 I want to make sure we get up here in the testimony.
00:39:11.080 Correct me if I'm wrong, but your point about them taking over in November and we get back
00:39:16.100 into the cycle is not just Ivan, you know, trying to get traction or trying to get traffic
00:39:21.360 or viewers.
00:39:22.800 The Democrats teed it up today and Jack Smith said, hey, yeah, this thing is not over yet.
00:39:29.520 I mean, they fully intend, obviously they fully intend to come after President Trump if they
00:39:35.280 take the House of Representatives in November.
00:39:37.140 Is there any doubt in your mind about that?
00:39:39.500 I think it already started on Saturday in Virginia.
00:39:42.700 The lawfare that Jack Smith, I mean, I think Jack Smith's testimony here fuels the Abby
00:39:47.740 Spanberger, the John Brennan lackey Abby Spanberger and her violent rhetorical attorney general
00:39:53.620 Jay Jones to go ahead and conduct lawfare against this administration that lives or works in
00:39:57.980 Virginia in order to protect John Brennan.
00:40:01.060 I mean, I think they may also have had a probably a role in the removal of Lindsay Halligan.
00:40:05.700 All of this interplays, in my opinion, I don't have any direct evidence of it, but this is
00:40:09.780 just my analytic understanding of all the key individuals as I put it all together.
00:40:13.680 I think that lawfare escalates now in Virginia and then further continues beyond all measure
00:40:19.660 if the Democrats win the House specifically come November.
00:40:24.700 And they've already done several assassination attempts.
00:40:27.980 I don't expect them to go less than what they've done before.
00:40:31.140 They've only shown a propensity over the last 11, 12 years to escalate into further political
00:40:36.700 violence. And if this, if Mr. Fanon is not arrested, I expect him to continue his, his rhetoric and
00:40:44.720 probably it will turn into violence.
00:40:47.160 No, his behavior today was totally and completely unacceptable. He should have been removed.
00:40:51.800 And I agree, arrested right away. Real quickly, we only got a couple of minutes left and I want
00:40:56.240 to remind people that the Colonel, every time I was in federal court in DC, the Colonel was there
00:41:01.320 to back off the bad guys and to make sure he sat through these hearings. Give me your assessment.
00:41:07.780 Take two minutes. Give me your assessment today of Jack Smith, because we're saying the MSNBC,
00:41:13.520 CNN, the Democrats got pretty long faces. They're not spiking the football now. By the time Rachel
00:41:17.780 Maddow comes on tonight for a special, they may have regrouped. But coming out of there,
00:41:22.140 they were not high fiving. Why was that?
00:41:24.560 No, I think they cannot defend the actions in the rhetoric of Mr. Fanon. And then also you have
00:41:32.520 now, you have Lindell TV, you have Real America's Voice, like Ben Berkman, you have the free speech,
00:41:38.240 independent, not tethered to the machine, conservative media that calls balls and strikes
00:41:43.480 that they did not, they didn't have to contend with that over the last five years of weaponization.
00:41:49.060 We're now dominating, like I said to Mr. Fanon, in the information narrative. And so they don't
00:41:55.440 know what to do. And so they're squirming because there's more of us that are exposing them one by
00:41:59.780 one by one.
00:42:03.740 Ivan, give your, what are your cross tabs? Where do people go to pick up you on social media?
00:42:09.660 Because you're putting stuff out on this all the time. And quite frankly, you've been brilliant
00:42:13.080 about connecting what's happening in Virginia. Remember, Spanberger wants to be Newsom's vice
00:42:18.860 president. That's why she's dropping the hammer day one. She is a radical. She's going 10 to one on
00:42:23.900 this house situation in Virginia. And that will almost ensure President Trump's impeachment.
00:42:29.080 That's why it's so dangerous. You're connecting the dots are particularly this radical they've
00:42:33.460 got as attorney general going to start coming after people in the Commonwealth of Virginia,
00:42:37.260 folks that live there. Where do people go on your social media to keep track of all your
00:42:41.540 investigative reports?
00:42:43.320 Yeah, absolutely. Thanks, Steve. It's Ivan Raikland on X. I'm also on Getter, Ivan Raikland,
00:42:47.300 Substack, Rumble. One last point on Virginia is that if they move to redistrict and flip three
00:42:54.820 house seats, we're at a tie in the house. So I don't know how that's going to look. You might
00:42:58.680 see impeachments well before the November election if other states follow suit that are Democrat
00:43:03.120 controlled because the Republicans are going to continue to be cowards and allow that to happen.
00:43:07.840 So we, the war room posse has to make sure we push back and not allow that to happen.
00:43:12.340 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
00:43:16.860 Yes, sir.
00:43:19.120 John Fredericks told me today at the RNC meeting out on the West Coast, they have basically said
00:43:24.660 today they, they are not going to contest this proposition on the ballot. I think April 1st
00:43:30.080 in Virginia, they're going to rely, they're going to rely upon a heavily Democratic court.
00:43:33.860 How did that work out for, how did it work out for people, right? How did that work out
00:43:39.640 for Youngkin and the team that's destroyed the Republican party and the Commonwealth for
00:43:42.820 a generation? How's this, everybody said, oh, she's not going to go 10-1. She's got,
00:43:48.420 she's all pedal and no break right now. All gas and no break in the Commonwealth. That's
00:43:54.120 going to get to be a bigger and bigger issue as we get throughout the year. Short break.

00:45:06.400 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:11.900 The great John Case joins me. Tina Peters, one of Tina Peters' lead lawyers. John,
00:45:16.860 the situation, Polis was on Jake Tapper, wouldn't really address the Tina Peters situation.
00:45:21.200 I know you and Tickton and others have been working like crazy to get her out. Now they've
00:45:27.500 got this tape or this confrontation. I think there was another guy sued today in court. Get us up to
00:45:33.320 speed on everything. Yes. Thank you, Steve. So this incident occurred with a 29-year-old inmate
00:45:42.400 who is serving a six-year sentence for stabbing her own fiance three times in his back with a knife.
00:45:51.700 She also stabbed her own brother in his hand with a knife. Here's Tina in the video pulling a swamp
00:46:00.580 cooler toward a closet. They need a swamp cooler in Tina's unit because it's so hot in there they can't
00:46:09.980 sleep. It gets above 90 degrees in the winter because the HVAC controls don't work. The young
00:46:17.160 woman who just walked past is the assailant. She's the one who initiates contact. You'll see her coming
00:46:24.220 out of the bathroom and she's now screaming at Tina. And then she reaches in and throws a punch.
00:46:30.360 And then Tina blocks the punch with her left arm and grabs hold of the assailant's right wrist
00:46:38.540 and then pushes her away and then disengages. So the assailant initiated the incident and Tina
00:46:48.040 disengaged from it. So that's the story.
00:46:54.000 Uh, what is the, yeah. So that's a story. So what are you guys going to do about it? Cause they want
00:46:58.300 to keep her in prison for another 10 years with this assault. Cause they take, they take prison
00:47:03.740 fights very seriously having been in prison.
00:47:07.000 This is a photograph of the bruise on Tina's left arm. That's where she blocked the punch and you can't
00:47:14.980 see the punch because it was behind the door, but she hit the assailant's right fist hit Tina's left
00:47:22.860 arm above the elbow and the bruise extends down below the elbow. And before this happened, the
00:47:30.460 assailant was screaming, you disrespected me. And Tina said, calm down. We can work this out.
00:47:36.420 I'll move the cooler. If you want to get into the closet. And then the gal throws a punch at her
00:47:41.700 and it would have hit Tina in the face if she hadn't blocked it with her left arm. So, um,
00:47:48.240 you can see if, if people look at that video again, they can see that when they come out,
00:47:54.700 Tina's left hand has gripped the right wrist of her assailant to keep her from punching again.
00:48:02.960 And then Tina's right hand is pushing the gal backwards. And when they get to the end,
00:48:08.800 when Tina disengages, the gal says to her, you know, we're on camera. So it's obvious somebody put
00:48:16.160 her up to this. So Tina has filed an assault complaint with the, with the Bureau of prisons,
00:48:24.840 the color of Bureau of prisons. Tina has filed an assault complaint against her assailant with
00:48:31.580 the Colorado Bureau of Department of Corrections. And if people want to help Tina or find out more,
00:48:37.820 go to tinapeters.us that's tinapeters.us. Thank you, Steve.
00:48:44.780 John, thank you. You're fighting the good fight and they're trying to entrap her all the time.
00:48:48.360 This is huge. We got to get her past this because they're going to try to keep her in. They're going
00:48:52.280 to try to use this to keep her in. You watch these people. There's nothing they won't do to keep Tina
00:48:58.040 Peters in prison. They don't want Tina Peters out talking to people. John Case, thank you very much.
00:49:03.280 Grace and Mo and Elizabeth, can we push that out to the war on posse? Let's become force multipliers.
00:49:09.280 Huge news. And so big news in Colorado, big, big, big news in Minnesota. Amy Klobuchar has filed,
00:49:15.900 this is blockbuster. Amy Klobuchar is sending the signal. She's prepared to leave the United States
00:49:21.460 Senate because Mike Lindell is on fire in the governor's race in Minnesota. And remember, this
00:49:28.280 signals that they're prepared not to really have an attempt to hold the Senate because they put
00:49:33.700 another whole seat in jeopardy in Minnesota to keep Lindell away from the books and records he would
00:49:39.100 get as governor. How dirty do you think it is in Minnesota when they're pulling a sitting U.S.
00:49:45.560 Senator, which never happens, in a year that they're fighting to take it over, they're pulling,
00:49:49.940 there'll be two Senate races in Minnesota. They're pulling Klobuchar, which when people first
00:49:55.500 mentioned says it's impossible, it'll never happen. Well, guess what? It's in motion. And it's in
00:50:00.560 motion because they fear the guy they used to mock at my pillow. They ain't mocking him anymore.
00:50:07.080 They're pulling a city senator out because they understand he's on a tear. Mike Lindell,
00:50:12.060 we're just here to sell some beds and toppers, but I got to tell you, I've been dead right on this
00:50:17.880 thing from the beginning. You're striking the fear of God into the progressive establishment
00:50:22.860 in Minnesota and as a businessman and the way you run your business mathematically, right? With
00:50:29.040 quantitative analysis, they don't want you anywhere near the books and records that you
00:50:34.100 would have as governor. Now, right now, I want you to sell me a topper and a mattress. Okay. Get back

00:52:49.700 Lindell, love you, brother. Stick around war room, Texas. The folks in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma showed you
