00:00:00.000 to CNN. Sources tell CNN that top border patrol official Gregory Bovino and some of his agents
00:00:06.620 are expected to leave Minneapolis tomorrow. CNN's Priscilla Alvarez is in Washington with more of
00:00:12.820 this. So Priscilla, what are we learning? Because this is obviously a major development
00:00:16.820 here on the ground. Yeah, absolutely, Anderson. This really is a major shift in strategy here
00:00:23.220 by the Trump administration. Recall Gregory Bovino has been a key player in the Trump
00:00:28.160 administration's immigration crackdown and became in many ways the public face of that
00:00:33.040 crackdown across cities in the country, most recently, of course, in Minneapolis. And we
00:00:39.120 are now being told by sources that he is going to be departing Minneapolis with some of his
00:00:45.440 border patrol agents tomorrow and going back to their respective sectors. What I mean by that is
00:00:50.600 they will go back to their original offices as they had been deployed as part of this crackdown
00:00:56.260 to his team. Now, we're also told that part of this has been influenced by the frustrations within
00:01:03.360 the administration over the handling and the public response of Saturday's shooting. So now
00:01:09.240 the decision has been made to have Bovino leave Minneapolis. Of course, he has been a controversial
00:01:15.640 figure in all of this. This doesn't mean, though, that all border patrol agents are leaving. Some
00:01:20.260 will stay to continue supporting immigration and customs enforcement. But the face, the key player
00:01:24.600 of this is going to be leaving the city tomorrow, according to sources, Anderson.
00:01:31.240 And very briefly, Priscilla, do you have any idea how many of his agents will be leaving with him?
00:01:37.440 Because he kind of rolls deep with the coterie of folks around him. Is it just those people or is
00:01:42.300 it a larger number? We're still trying to get a better sense of numbers, but numbers are always
00:01:46.020 hard to come across because, of course, these are immigration enforcement operations and they
00:01:50.400 typically keep those close to the vest. But all the same, his agents still make up a good share of
00:01:55.020 the border patrol agents on the ground. So them leaving would certainly make a difference in the
00:01:59.580 city of Minneapolis, or at least that is the intent here appearing to be the intent here over whether
00:02:04.900 to pause ICE operations in the state potentially permanently indefinitely and to block ICE's activity
00:02:11.120 or allow DHS agents to continue its work, which has brought terror to the people in Minneapolis
00:02:16.960 in that community and left two of their residents dead in 17 days. That hearing comes on the heels
00:02:22.660 of a call that Donald Trump and Governor Tim Walz had today. Walz's office said that Trump agreed to
00:02:28.620 speak to the Department of Homeland Security to ensure that, quote, state investigators were able to
00:02:33.760 conduct independent investigations into the federal officers' shootings of Alex Preddy and Renee Nicole Good.
00:02:40.960 Yet Democrat leaders in Minnesota with sanctuary city policies have actively defied federal
00:02:46.460 immigration law and the will of the people. And as a result of that defiance, two Minnesotans have now
00:02:53.840 tragically lost their lives on the streets of Tim Walz's state. Secretary Noam said Alex Preddy committed
00:03:00.340 an act of domestic terrorism. Stephen Miller labeled Preddy a domestic terrorist. Does the president agree
00:03:05.680 with them? Look, as I've said, I have not heard the president characterize Mr. Preddy in that way.
00:03:10.580 However, I have heard the president say he wants to let the facts and the investigation lead itself.
00:03:15.120 Was he alarmed to hear his top officials referring to him in that way, rushing to that judgment?
00:03:19.000 Danny, go ahead. Thanks, Caroline.
00:03:20.340 Okay. So this weekend, the president posted that this is a cover-up of the fraud in the state of
00:03:25.640 Minnesota. He also posted Minnesota is a cover-up. These both happened after the shooting.
00:03:30.740 So given that these came after the shooting, what is the this here? What is the cover-up he's
00:03:34.900 alleging? Yes, it's a good question. I spoke with the president about this at length.
00:03:38.500 What the president is referring to is the fact that you have Governor Walz and, again,
00:03:42.760 the mayor, who have been encouraging these left-wing agitators to come out and to harass
00:03:48.640 and to dox and to threaten ICE and to make this conversation about and smear lies about
00:03:54.920 federal law enforcement who, again, are just trying to do their jobs in an attempt to distract
00:03:59.300 from the widespread, massive fraud that has taken place in their state. Billions and billions
00:04:05.120 of dollars has been stolen from law-abiding taxpayers in Minnesota. And the administration
00:04:10.780 continues to be very focused on getting to the bottom of it, especially, and the president
00:04:15.760 raised a good question over the weekend, with respect to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who now
00:04:19.760 has a net worth within the millions. And one must ask themselves, why and how is that possible?
00:04:25.640 Is she connected to the fraud rings that we have seen taking place within her state and her own
00:04:30.660 district? It's a question the American people are raising, and the president believes it's one
00:04:34.860 worth answering. In that lawsuit, the plaintiffs were arguing that these federal immigration
00:04:41.240 enforcement tactics by the Trump administration have been violating the constitutional rights
00:04:45.020 of Minnesotans. The argument is that these are indiscriminate and unconstitutional stops and
00:04:50.680 arrests. Of course, the use of force that we've seen, they argue, also violates constitutional rights,
00:04:56.740 including the killings of Renee Good and Alex Preddy. They were arguing, furthermore, that the
00:05:02.040 judge should rule essentially immediately. And they were asking for an immediate pause as the
00:05:07.180 litigation proceeds on Operation Metro Surge. But in the hearing today, it didn't seem clear that the
00:05:12.940 judge was actually willing to act as quickly as the plaintiffs want her to. And she also expressed
00:05:18.980 some wariness that this was her decision to make. She expressed some trepidation over wading into what
00:05:25.880 she described as a policy dispute over immigration enforcement between a state and the federal
00:05:32.000 government. Of course, we're also dealing with a pretty rapidly shifting political situation right
00:05:37.340 now, in the sense that we've been hearing a pretty markedly different tune from Donald Trump himself
00:05:41.440 than we heard over the weekend from key figures in his administration. In the aftermath of the Alex
00:05:45.940 Preddy killing, Trump is sending Tom Homan, the borders are here to Minnesota, apparently to replace
00:05:51.980 Border Patrol Chief Greg Bovino. You know, just context for our viewers, the types of tactics that
00:05:56.840 we've been seeing, these types of tactics that critics describe as reckless and dangerous, and which
00:06:02.200 my reporting and many other people's reporting shows have, you know, resulted in. And, you know,
00:06:08.000 I should say, for example, former DHS, high-level DHS officials who are career people, not political
00:06:13.500 appointees, have told me that these operations in urban environments in American cities put not only
00:06:19.640 the people of these cities in dangerous positions, but also the DHS agents involved, those tactics
00:06:26.960 could be changing in the coming days here in Minnesota, if, in fact, the Trump administration,
00:06:32.320 who, you know, Trump also having had this call with Governor Walz, is signaling the possibility of
00:06:37.880 a de-escalation or even potentially a withdrawal of federal agents from the city. I've spoken to some
00:06:43.640 local and state officials here to get their reactions to what appears to be this change in the
00:06:48.560 political winds. They say that, you know, these are empty promises until they're fulfilled. And
00:06:52.380 until they see ICE and CBP leave their city, they're not going to be satisfied, Nicole.
00:07:01.240 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on
00:07:09.680 these people. I got a free shot, all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly
00:07:16.760 full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world
00:07:20.320 to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that
00:07:24.000 go to share the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a
00:07:32.040 conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:07:39.820 this country will be saved.
00:07:43.260 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:07:51.800 Monday, 26 January, Eurovalor, 2026. I don't think you can call this anything but
00:07:57.380 the White House blinking, right? That walls had this, you know, walls called up and
00:08:02.300 glazed President Trump, slobbered all over him. But for what we're hearing now, that Bonvino,
00:08:07.960 who I think Bonvino has done an amazing job in a tough situation, just put it in perspective.
00:08:13.580 The Republican congressman sat there and allowed this to happen after year, after year, after year.
00:08:21.760 What'd they do? They called Mayorkas up a couple of times and sent some strongly worded letters.
00:08:26.700 They did nothing. They did nothing. 12 to 15 to 20 million illegal alien invaders didn't get here
00:08:34.640 unless the Democratic Party drove it and the elites in our country drove it because it benefited them
00:08:40.580 economically. And also the Marxists wanted to shred American society. But the Republican Party
00:08:48.160 went along with it. Remember Greg Abbott, who's criticizing Border Patrol right now, criticizing
00:08:54.200 Bavino. He never did anything. He never put the barbed wire down there and it wouldn't even tie it
00:08:59.240 together. As the governor of the state, he didn't stop an invasion at all. That's where they're
00:09:03.740 arguing in this primary right now. The Attorney General's race is they're really going to do
00:09:08.400 something this time. It's not going to be like last time. What was done? The House did nothing.
00:09:14.900 They did nothing. So naturally, they want to get, they want to get these people out there.
00:09:19.480 They don't want to deport anybody. Maybe they want to do the worst of the worst, which is a code word
00:09:26.620 means they're going to get the rapist, the murderers, and that's it. Then they're going to leave
00:09:30.520 with millions and millions and millions. The president last night, not me, the president of
00:09:35.560 the United States said we have tens of millions of criminal alien, criminal aliens in the country.
00:09:44.180 I agree with that because all of them that came here are criminals by doing it. And they all have to
00:09:49.460 go. Tom Homan going and being deployed is great. Taking Bovino and now not just the folks around
00:09:58.940 here, but it looks like some of the customs and border is a withdrawal, a partial withdrawal.
00:10:03.960 What do we get for that? Did Walls say that the city police are now going to work with them? Did we
00:10:08.980 get the National Guard turned over to the president so we can use the National Guard and they're not in
00:10:13.840 yellow vest, being humiliated, handing out coffee and donuts? What did we get? What do we get from
00:10:19.500 Walls? I'd like to know what the facts are here. Homan going is fantastic if he presses the bet.
00:10:26.880 And now Kristi Noem's got to go before the Judiciary Committee. And in addition, I bring in
00:10:31.460 Jack Posobing. And Jack, thanks for sticking around to do this. They've turned over the investigation.
00:10:36.540 I'm not so sure the president understands what he agreed to, if he agreed to this at all. But
00:10:40.240 Walls is telling people that the state investigators, and Jack, can you please inform people of the
00:10:48.040 state investigation group? What a group. These guys are the worst in the world. We've already seen
00:10:53.400 their track record. Because supposedly he's turned an investigation of these federal officials
00:10:57.340 stopping people, domestic terrorists, trying to, because that's what it is. These aren't just
00:11:03.200 citizens of Minnesota. These are domestic terrorists. Jack Posobing. Well, Steve, people have to remember,
00:11:10.940 of course, that these investigators in the state investigations offices, BCA in Minnesota,
00:11:18.100 this is all controlled by Keith Ellison. So Keith Ellison is, he is a, of course, as we know,
00:11:24.960 a committed jihadist, committed subversive, but also someone who has promoted and endorsed Antifa tactics,
00:11:32.420 and specifically by name, held up the Antifa book. These are the same investigators who repeatedly
00:11:38.000 lied about Derek Chauvin. They lied about COVID. They lied about so many things that were happening
00:11:43.360 under walls. These are the people who couldn't find any Somali fraud. Remember, they, for all these
00:11:47.700 years that Somali fraud was going on, these are the supposed investigators who couldn't find a single
00:11:52.800 thing wrong with any of Minnesota's programs. And then suddenly Trump comes in and he brings in
00:11:57.940 Bessett and he brings in Bobby Kennedy and brings in everyone else and they're auditing things and they pull
00:12:02.020 the books. He got Nick Shirley running around 23 years old and he's able to figure it all out.
00:12:06.060 So these investigators, they are committed Marxist. They're run by a committed Marxist. All right.
00:12:12.280 This is Tim Walls, a guy who went to China 30 times and learned how to run a Marxist insurgency from the
00:12:18.900 Chinese Communist Party themselves. That's why it seems like a Maoist cultural revolution, because that's
00:12:25.520 where he got the idea from. They did it in 2020. They're doing it again in 2026. It's the only
00:12:31.420 fallback. What do the Marxists do? What do the communists do? You find a martyr. You, you put up
00:12:36.360 your useful idiot as a martyr, and then you turn around and say, you create the crisis to take the
00:12:41.900 power. You create the prices to take the power and they will do it again and again and again if we let
00:12:48.440 them. By the way, he sat there for years. He's part of the money laundering and embezzlement. He knew
00:12:56.400 what was going on and what did he do? He focuses attention on what? The radical Muslim, the radical
00:13:01.400 Muslim focuses attention, Antifa supporter focuses attention on Mike Lindell's, uh, the little
00:13:07.620 Christian network he's got to help people in recovery that knits things together. He went
00:13:12.180 after that. He put, he's put Mike Lindell through the changes in doing that because this is how these
00:13:18.460 guys work. Jack, I just want you to stay through the break, but real quickly, if any custom and borders
00:13:24.560 agents leave with Bovino, is that a deescalation? Is that a withdrawal? It is a, it is a, uh, it is
00:13:33.240 a deescalation. It's a changing out. You know, I'd like to know if, uh, if does this mean there's
00:13:37.620 going to be state police and local police helping with ICE? Uh, I'm a, I'm a supporter of Commander
00:13:43.480 Bovino. I think his tactics have been absolutely appropriate given the situation that he's in and
00:13:48.760 the lack of support that they have had from local officials. Bovino has done a magnificent job.
00:13:58.060 The cops were against him. The National Guard was against him. The political apparatus,
00:14:02.780 it's infiltrated. Look at, look at the signal chats. They have people in the department. They
00:14:08.580 have people in a DMV. They're giving their licenses. Bovino was there by himself fighting
00:14:13.720 all that. He did a magnificent job, not a good job. He did a magnificent job when the world was
00:14:19.560 against him. And look at both of these situations where these domestic terrorists, because that's
00:14:25.540 what they are, are trying to intrude in basic police operations. Bovino did a great job, not an okay job,
00:14:35.740 not a good job, not a bravo Zulu. He did a great job. Everything was stacked against him. And what are
00:14:43.120 we getting for that? Has Walls come out and said, I was wrong and that we're going to support? No,
00:14:48.040 they're taking a victory lap right now. They should take a victory lap right now. This is, you're
00:14:53.300 blinking. You're blinking. And it's only going to get worse. There's a lot of politicians that should

00:16:30.520 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:16:35.820 Jack Posobiec. Posobiec, you're an expert because you've been in the field fighting these people
00:16:40.320 right for years. You've written books about it. You know the theory of it. I mean, the purpose of the
00:16:47.680 revolution is the revolution. There's no issue you can settle with them. That's not how they roll.
00:16:54.320 And they have a history of success in doing this that they're using this playbook. They're using
00:16:59.920 Lenin's playbook, the Bolshevik playbook, kind of an updated version of the French revolution
00:17:04.960 playbook. They know it works. What did Cho and Lai say to Kissinger when Kissinger said,
00:17:12.160 hey, when they're sitting there, kind of a quiet period when they, Mao Zedong and Nixon left and he
00:17:16.920 says, what are your thoughts about the French revolution? And this is 1972. Somebody says,
00:17:22.840 too early to tell that's because he knew there would be Minnesotas in the future, right? This is
00:17:29.880 whoever's advising the president is not giving the full, the straight skinny on exactly what this is.
00:17:36.380 And in addition, if you're going to do something like this, which is horrible to let Bovino go,
00:17:42.980 who's been heroic in what he's done with the world against him, what'd you get for it?
00:17:48.220 I don't see them talking about walls coming to the microphone with Fry and saying, Fry saying,
00:17:53.300 I was wrong. They're criminals. They're criminals. They should be arrested. Instead of Bovino leaving
00:17:59.320 Minnesota, they should be leaving Minnesota and going to some sort of holding tank until we can
00:18:05.920 put them on trial. The deaths of the two people are as much their responsibility as anyone else.
00:18:12.140 And maybe I'll throw the mainstream media in there for instigating this and instigating it. Jack
00:18:17.340 Posovic. Well, Steve, what we're seeing here, of course, is a form of what Lenin referred to as
00:18:23.980 revolutionary defeatism. And by revolutionary defeatism, people will look and say, why,
00:18:29.380 what is going on with Minneapolis? Why is Minneapolis a city that's, you know, 17 of the Fortune 500
00:18:34.880 companies are headquartered there. It's a great city, the Twin Cities area, phenomenal place. Why has it
00:18:41.020 been targeted for so much destruction? Why has it been targeted for so much destabilization?
00:18:45.760 This is the revolutionary tactic. The point of the pro, the vanguard, the proletariat is this,
00:18:52.120 they want their cities to fall. They want their governments to fall. So if you are a committed
00:18:57.600 Marxist, if you are a committed Bolshevik, you want your city to fall, and then you will agitate,
00:19:03.500 agitate, agitate, agitate until power is given to you from those who are seeking to impose
00:19:09.680 law and order. And so they've used revolutionary defeatism. This is why they pulled out of World
00:19:15.740 War I when they were just a couple of weeks away from Constantinople from liberating that.
00:19:20.360 This is why they got all of Russia to back down. And eventually, what do they do? They call it the
00:19:25.820 weakest link theory. Then they start looking for the weak links. Where are the weak links in the chain?
00:19:31.580 Where are the weak links where we can apply pressure next? And where do they do? They move,
00:19:35.400 just like water. They move pressure to the weak links in the chain, and they push and push and push
00:19:41.200 until the entire status quo, the entire government, the entire civilization is destroyed. This is
00:19:48.460 civilization versus barbarism. You cannot make deals with these people.
00:19:54.820 Lenin loved it. Trotsky loved it. When they announced, the imperial Russians announced that
00:20:00.180 they were going to fight the Austrian and the Hungary empire and go to war, they loved it.
00:20:04.180 They realized that war would preoccupy. It's an opportunity cost. They would preoccupy. The same
00:20:09.940 thing with the Chinese Communist Party in World War II. They didn't fight the Japanese. They sat there
00:20:14.560 and fought the nationalists. They fought the nationalists and killed any people that were working
00:20:19.520 with the nationalists. They killed more Chinese than Japanese. They used wars or used conflicts as
00:20:24.700 time to... This is why the problem with our country, the issue in our country, is not in the streets of
00:20:30.760 Tehran. That's all phony. Of course, they're bad guys. They're terrible people. And the people in
00:20:37.880 Persia should take them down and do what you want with them. It's your deal. But pulling a carrier
00:20:43.980 battle group and having all this focus and going into the national security meetings and not spending
00:20:49.000 the time on Minnesota because that is the festering sword, that's where you got a lance to boil,
00:20:54.640 not in Tehran, not in Tehran. And now there's all this thing. They got all this muscle and they're
00:20:59.960 coming in. That is a waste of focus. The focus has got to be in Minnesota. And you don't focus
00:21:06.920 by pulling Bavino, who's had the guts and been personally attacked to go out there and nobody
00:21:12.560 helped him. Did we cut off funding for the police? Did we cut off for the national guard? Did we order
00:21:17.660 the national guard not to report to Walls? Walls, Jews, they step back and let these agents at the
00:21:25.180 hands of a mob, just look at the videos. Don't take it from me. Don't take it from Posobiec.
00:21:29.900 See what you see, see what they've done. And there's no negotiation with them.
00:21:35.920 They don't want any illegal aliens, even the rapists and murderers. They don't want anybody to go.
00:21:41.600 They don't want anybody to go. You know why? Their entire business model is set upon
00:21:45.840 having 15 or 20 million illegal aliens in this country. They can't win. What did Jesse Kelly
00:21:53.020 say? They probably got 20% of the populace to vote for them. The rest has got to be stolen
00:21:57.140 in elections. Our illegal alien evaders, Jack, this is so basic in the present. What's happened?
00:22:03.740 You got these classic gutless, feckless Republicans who got us this. If they had a better idea, I'm the
00:22:09.640 first person to say, okay, I got it. What's the better idea? Let's do that. Give me the better idea.
00:22:14.480 Their idea has been surrender. They are controlled. And Lenin told you what these people are going to be
00:22:20.100 like. You will have controlled opposition that'll put up a phony, a cosplay on a cosplay basis.
00:22:26.700 Don't go out to the hustings and say, yes, I'm so anti-illegal immigration and seal the border and do
00:22:31.620 this and do that. And then not just do nothing, do the exact opposite. They will fund the $6 billion,
00:22:36.900 the refugee program that's financing the Somalians, Jack. You can't take advice from Lindsey Graham.
00:22:43.940 You can't take advice from these people. They're the ones that went along and caused the problem.
00:22:49.320 You can't take it. Of course, they all want to just go away and say, oh, well, there are 20 million
00:22:53.240 here in the Democrats. And, you know, that's not great. But they do add a point to GDP and they do
00:22:58.520 drive down wages. So that's good. Right. Companies, the 17 companies headquartered in Minneapolis
00:23:04.120 are going to make more money, have higher stock. We're all going to be wealthy. We'll all get a
00:23:08.080 couple of second homes up in Lake Country in northern Minnesota. And Bob's your uncle. It's
00:23:13.640 all great. But it's not great because you're tearing the country apart. It's not what ICE and
00:23:19.340 Border Patrol are doing. They're not tearing the country apart. The revolution is tearing country
00:23:24.120 apart because they want to tear the country apart. That's their plan. Posobiec. Steve, I'll give you
00:23:32.680 example, right? Just a great example of this. You know, you go back and look, Mall of America.
00:23:38.520 President Trump just put out this video, a video clip of New York City from about 100 years ago.
00:23:44.520 And you see the you see the clothing that people are wearing. You see the safety as they walk down
00:23:48.660 the streets. You see it there. You go and pull up the videos. And I post this every once in a while,
00:23:53.080 the Mall of America, how it looked when it first opened 1991, 1992. Everyone's happy. It's it's it's
00:23:58.740 classic Minnesota. It's Mike Lindell, Minnesota. Exactly what you'd expect to see now. What did my
00:24:04.920 brother do this weekend? He went in there in Minneapolis and they went into a Walmart and he
00:24:09.100 went up to the and they they recorded the whole thing. And they went up to one of the workers there
00:24:13.580 and she's got the hijab on and say, hey, I want to buy some hand warmers. It's cold up. And she goes,
00:24:18.340 hand warmers, hand warmers. I don't know. What is that? Chicken, chicken. And you walk around
00:24:24.300 and you realize that you're surrounded by people. And then when you walk up to them,
00:24:28.240 they're not speaking English. They're not speaking your language. You are completely invaded. You've
00:24:33.020 been completely occupied. That's why they call it Little Mogadishu. Now, this is a complete ethno
00:24:39.820 micro state that has imposed itself inside of the twin cities. So it's now it's the tri cities because
00:24:47.620 you've got Little Mogadishu that's there. And Steve, to your point, this is what the Fortune 500
00:24:52.960 companies want. This has been the biggest fight of all. If remigration is ever going to work,
00:24:58.540 if remigration is ever going to happen, if Western civilization is ever going to survive. And I saw
00:25:05.500 President Trump there at Davos and he talked about this. He said, Paris doesn't look like Paris
00:25:09.460 anymore. London doesn't look like London anymore. Well, this is the fight. It runs through Minneapolis.
00:25:16.000 The fight for all of Western civilization runs through Minneapolis. If we can't get it done there,
00:25:20.320 we're not going to be able to get it done anywhere. It's as simple as that.
00:25:24.340 It's not going to wave a magic wand and go back to some golden age of America. It's not like that.
00:25:29.600 How about this? If you want to sort out New York City, just take the one February date and let's
00:25:37.380 move it up to this afternoon. Let's cut off all the federal funding. They still have sanctuary cities.
00:25:42.560 President Trump said, you got to get ready. He gave four things they had to do. They haven't done
00:25:45.800 any of them. And they're not going to do any of them. The reason they're not going to do any of
00:25:49.020 them, they think they're winning now. Because Bovino, this little hero who stood in the breach
00:25:55.040 and put his own life on the line, you're sending him home.
00:25:58.680 Well, there's a cartel bounty. A cartel bounty on Bovino's head.
00:26:02.660 There's cartel bounty and you're sending his people home.
00:26:06.500 And I don't see where liver lip walls or that little pimp fry are coming to the microphone
00:26:13.300 and saying, yeah, we've reverted all the sanctuary city laws and we sent all the criminals to
00:26:19.520 President Trump. And we're going to get rid of, we're going to tell the police they got
00:26:23.720 to support. I haven't heard, it's crickets. It's crickets because they're spiking the football
00:26:28.600 over there. The only thing that works is applied leverage, whether that leverage happens to be
00:26:39.200 law enforcement or financial or political, but you got to bring leverage. And you can't give
00:26:46.080 your leverage away. The people they're advising, Stephen Miller, my recommendation is Stephen Miller
00:26:50.960 ought to fly it there with Homan. And Homan's a good man. I think a team of Homan and Bovino
00:26:56.860 would be amazing. And that's who I'd like to see on the scene. But Stephen's got to get out there
00:27:01.300 and, you know, he's got to lay, here's the plan. And the plan is we're still in the business of mass
00:27:08.720 deportations. They're all worried about the polling and independence and got guys walking
00:27:13.800 over the independence. Are you down 20 points? Hey, I got news for you. Look at the poll of
00:27:18.940 Whatley in North Carolina. He's a 24%. And the reason he's at 24%, you have the people that vote for
00:27:25.900 Republicans all the time. Yeah, we'll vote for Wiley's a Republican. We'll vote for him. You don't
00:27:29.440 have MAGA going to vote for him. Your problem now is you got to get MAGA to turn out. 10% of MAGA
00:27:36.260 doesn't come. We're turning the economy around. We can hold this and pick up some seats, but not if
00:27:43.960 you surrender in Minneapolis. Jack, this is like Fallujah and Najaf round one. Jack, where do people
00:27:51.780 go? Thank you for sticking around, staying away from the family. Social media, where they go on
00:27:56.120 Twitter to get you, sir? Of course, we're at Jack Posobiec. And Steve, by the way, I'd love if it were
00:28:02.200 happening that Commander Bovino, if you're going to redeploy him, fine. Redeploy him to Maine.
00:28:07.560 Redeploy him to Los Angeles. Redeploy him to Lewiston. Redeploy him to New York City. Have him go give
00:28:16.180 Mondami once four. Look, Commander Bovino is one of the best of the best. And I suspect we haven't
00:28:22.400 seen the last of him. Redeploy that. Short break.

00:30:29.340 Okay. Historic weekend in that gold went over 5,000, silver over 100, and it's still there.
00:30:35.100 Philip Patrick from Birch Gold, which, Philip, I've been telling everybody to get, you know, go to our
00:30:40.720 different alternatives onto Birch Gold and to get out, reach out to you and your team personally.
00:30:47.300 First off, what got us to this moment? This is, I mean, if you and I, we first started doing this
00:30:52.900 five years ago, if, you know, as much as we're sitting there going, hey, the dollar is under
00:30:57.560 assault, you can see it'll take one guy, you know, we didn't know Biden was going to come,
00:31:01.540 but one guy like Biden and, uh, and this, this thing could collapse. Um, but we never thought
00:31:08.160 it'd be at 5,000 bucks an ounce. Uh, what has got us here, sir?
00:31:13.160 Yeah, look, I, it's, it's so many factors have been contributing. You mentioned probably the
00:31:19.060 biggest one, which was, uh, uh, you know, Biden's weaponization of the dollar back in 2022. And I
00:31:24.580 think what we're seeing now is not even really a precious metal story. This is more of a credibility
00:31:31.120 story. What I tell people all the time, gold didn't suddenly become valuable overnight. What
00:31:37.140 changed, I think, over the last few years is the confidence in everything else priced around it.
00:31:42.900 We're talking currencies, government debt, growth, growth forecast, all of it. And markets, when they
00:31:50.180 see things like this, they don't panic. What they do is just reprice. And I think that's ultimately
00:31:55.880 what we're watching playing out in, in front of us, a slow structural repricing of, of credibility.
00:32:02.300 And I think people focus a lot on, on prices, but I don't think the real story sits in prices. And I'm
00:32:09.380 taking your line, essentially, I think what prices are, are a thermometer. And they're telling us that
00:32:15.280 the system, and I'm not just talking domestically in the United States, but the global financial
00:32:20.720 system is sick and essentially has a fever. Now look at the mainstream media. We've been talking
00:32:27.780 about precious metals, you and I, for the last four years, Bloomberg, CNBC, they're catching on today and
00:32:34.840 they can't decide in the current climate whether to call this trend a panic or a mania. But I think they
00:32:41.620 would be wrong on both fronts, right? A panic is emotional. And what we're seeing today is very
00:32:47.340 different. It's institutional. The biggest buyers today, they're not hedge funds. It's not the Reddit day
00:32:53.440 traders sort of hyping up a market. This is central banks who are buying quietly, frequently, and often
00:33:00.060 undisclosed. Poland, for example, just bought 150 tons of gold bullion. And they came out publicly and
00:33:08.180 said, listen, pricing doesn't matter to us. This is about stability, right? China have been stockpiling
00:33:15.120 gold reserves for many years now. They don't even report half of their purchases. So China's official
00:33:21.700 numbers will be much lower than actual. And ultimately, when the institutions that issue money
00:33:28.900 decide that they need an asset without counterparty risk, without political risk, with no printing
00:33:35.140 presses behind it, I think it shows us that the system has changed. Silver is a little bit different. It's
00:33:42.320 both monetary and a strategic mineral. It has been undervalued as well, I think, for a long time. Global
00:33:48.980 supply has fallen short of consumption for the last six years. We're seeing an explosion now on the back of huge
00:33:55.960 investment in AI data centers. A typical node for a data center uses about two ounces of silver. AI nodes
00:34:05.840 require six ounces. So we're seeing huge demand. And of course, silver is a necessary component in
00:34:12.120 everything from electronics to complex weaponry. So we're seeing a realization around the world and a
00:34:18.100 scramble now to secure silver. On the back of that, China have added more export restrictions on silver.
00:34:26.440 They're the number two miners of silver in the world. So we're seeing tight supply on the back of an
00:34:32.120 increase in demand. So all in all, it's the perfect storm for precious metals. And I think what's driving
00:34:37.980 them isn't fear or panic or mania. It is very simple math at this point.
00:34:43.180 Those people that might not have gotten the end of the dollar empire a couple of years ago
00:34:52.200 or gotten your free with no obligation, if he takes Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N at 9-8-9-8-9-8,
00:34:59.240 you can get the free guide, no obligation to investing in gold and precious metals. If people
00:35:03.860 haven't done that or haven't gotten the, haven't gone to Birch Gold with promo code Bannon and gotten
00:35:09.000 the end of the dollar empire and read any of the installments, I think we got seven now in a hard
00:35:13.640 edition that I'll sign personally, if you, uh, with the appropriate investment, uh, if they haven't
00:35:20.620 done that and they're saying, they're going, Hey, I should have done this years ago, but I didn't
00:35:25.200 right. I didn't listen to Philip. I didn't listen to Steve. I should have done it, but I didn't.
00:35:29.680 And this thing is just so crazy about what the price is. Uh, you know, did I miss out? What would
00:35:37.320 you do? What do you tell those customers that are coming to you for the first time?
00:35:41.360 Look, I, I would say this and I wouldn't say it in any way dismissively because I understand the
00:35:46.840 question entirely, but I think in many ways it's, it's the wrong question to ask. Look, this isn't
00:35:52.220 about catching a trade central banks. They didn't wake up one day and say, listen, gold's on a rally.
00:35:57.760 Let's buy it. Gold is up because they're buying it. Right. And for people like you and I, I think
00:36:05.220 it's a case of swapping risks for certainty. And the real risk in my mind, isn't the prices pull
00:36:11.060 back five or 10%, although I don't think that's going to happen in this climate. I think the real
00:36:16.240 risk is that the purchasing power of our savings keep eroding and look at what's happening now.
00:36:22.280 Central banks forecasters are scrambling aggressively to adjust their targets. And they've been doing
00:36:28.400 that for the last couple of years, just constantly increasing. But in my mind, the biggest risk right
00:36:34.160 now is, is not owning some precious metals as part of our retirement. One thing's clear,
00:36:39.820 the global financial system is changing. We're moving from sort of a post-World War II order of trust
00:36:48.420 and compatibility, a world policed by the United States into a more fractured world where trust
00:36:53.960 is breaking down. And precious metals and a move away from government debt will be the reality of
00:37:00.080 those climate or the new world, I believe. So forecasts now are increasing significantly.
00:37:07.140 I think we will see $10,000 an ounce gold. Rickards, as I've said a few times, has been calling that
00:37:13.340 for probably 20 years. But I think he is going to be right very, very soon. So for those that are
00:37:18.880 on the sidelines, there is a ton of opportunity. And I will steal your line again. Don't focus too
00:37:26.060 much on price. Look at what's driving the price. Because if they do, I think they'll realize we'll
00:37:31.880 continue to see upside here.
00:37:35.940 One thing, you came on the show, you guys did the rear reset. And one of the reasons I love Birch is
00:37:41.000 they'll go. They went down for the huge meeting, the BRICS meeting. And you guys did amazing
00:37:46.080 reporting there, as you said, in all the sidebar conversations. Then you came back and it was about
00:37:50.900 a month later. You said, something's fundamentally changed here. And because you and I coming out of
00:37:56.080 investment banking, gold was just, it was a non-entity back in the 90s, right? With the internet
00:38:02.440 coming on, there were so many other things that I wanted to focus on. But you said, hey, gold has been
00:38:08.440 traditionally a hedge in times of uncertainty, or the repricing of risk, or is a safe harbor.
00:38:16.280 But you can tell now with the massive purchases, because we're in the third year, starting the
00:38:20.620 fourth year of record year every year by the central banks. And central banks that kind of have the
00:38:25.900 opinion that Poland has, but don't say it. They're really not concerned about the price,
00:38:30.480 because this is a long-term hold. That gold is actually becoming now an additional, a new kind
00:38:37.760 of financial asset, where it used to just be equities or government bonds or corporate bonds.
00:38:44.600 This has actually taken its place now as a real asset people look at. That's fundamentally in those
00:38:50.760 three months or four months since you said it, you can see, remember, I think gold has increased in
00:38:56.380 value. Is it 80% in a year or 75% in a year? You can see that something fundamentally is shifting
00:39:03.220 about this, sir. It's absolutely correct. Listen, I bought silver three and a half weeks ago for
00:39:10.080 myself. It is up 50%, okay? These are not performing as they have historically. Gold last year, 70%,
00:39:19.060 silver, 150. So not only are they safe haven assets and wealth preservers, but they're outstripping
00:39:25.660 almost every other asset class from a growth standpoint. Now, I still, when I talk to clients,
00:39:31.540 you know, for me, the argument is not, hey, this is get rich quick. It's not that. But I think what
00:39:37.240 we are seeing, as we said earlier, is a repricing. And I think at the end of the day, gold and silver
00:39:41.760 were undervalued for a long time. And it was because people like you and I forgot their value,
00:39:49.040 right? We didn't see it. And today, the world has been reminded of why precious metals have endured
00:39:54.400 for centuries. And I think the experiment that really started dramatically in the 80s to shift
00:40:00.800 away from sound money towards government debt, that has failed. Debt to GDP in the United States
00:40:06.980 is over 120%. It averages over 110% for the entire Western world. And I think the world has realized
00:40:14.600 the problem in many respects is unsolvable. It's a case of, you know, slowing the pace of decline.
00:40:20.520 And we're seeing a reversion back to sound money. And I don't think that will stop. I think the pace
00:40:26.300 will escalate.
00:40:29.720 In a world where we have roughly, I think, $390 trillion of debt, and I keep saying we're going
00:40:36.440 to have the world's biggest margin call. In a world where we have $39 or $40 trillion of U.S. debt or
00:40:42.120 government debt, and we're running over $2 trillion of deficits every year. Really,
00:40:48.160 we're all Keynesians now. You just got to, we're all Keynesians now. It's ironic that Keynes would
00:40:55.260 refer to gold as a, what is a barbaric relic, a relic of our barbaric previous age. He could,
00:41:04.080 he could, he, he, we're all Keynesians, but he's dead wrong on what gold turned out to be, correct?
00:41:09.940 Oh, correct. And listen, I shared his view. I was a banker. I, I had, I laughed at clients at the turn
00:41:18.300 of the century for looking at gold. There was so many better options. And today I kick myself and
00:41:24.340 listen, I tell people, you know, what we've seen from 1945 up until today, peace, prosperity,
00:41:30.860 strength of currency, that is the historical aberration. Any student of currency understands
00:41:36.620 the history of currency is a history of devaluation and destruction. And that's why you go to countries
00:41:43.040 like China, they buy gold, the people buy gold hand over fist, because they understand in a way
00:41:49.000 that we haven't up until now, the fragility of currency. But I think what we're seeing that now
00:41:55.120 is a reversion back to the historical norm. And I think, you know, the historical norm in terms of
00:42:01.680 central bank reserves, we will see a reversion back there as well. And we're seeing it.
00:42:06.620 Uh, where do people, how do people get to you, sir? I want as many people as possible to come
00:42:12.140 and make contact. This has been amazing for me, Steve, the amount of clients that have called me
00:42:18.360 over the last few months and saying how we changed their lives, just listening to them. It has been

00:42:50.440 putting end of the day, we thought about, well, how are we going to do this? How are we going to
00:42:54.160 actually explain this to people? And we focused on Bretton Woods and we focused on the dollars of
00:42:59.860 fiat currency, right? And we, then we started writing the different installments, the people
00:43:04.440 that got in there and learned, it changed their lives. It changed, and some, it changed their lives
00:43:09.680 fundamentally. They're in a very different financial place today. Anyway, Philip Patrick,

00:45:49.540 New York City Council member Chiyose and I represent Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights in the City Council.
00:45:58.680 And while we're calling to abolish ICE, that most certainly is not enough. We need Nuremberg
00:46:06.540 trials for the people of ICE, for the people who are committing crimes against humanity here
00:46:13.760 in our country. I refuse. I refuse to call them law enforcement. They are agents of chaos.
00:46:24.900 They are destroying the fabric of our country. We move further than calling to abolish ICE,
00:46:33.180 something that many of our leaders in the Democratic Party are still afraid to do.
00:46:37.900 I don't want to hear about reforming ICE. I don't want to hear about training these ICE agents.
00:46:46.880 We need to abolish ICE.
00:46:49.860 What do we want? And why do we want it?
00:46:56.300 We're heading to our government shutdown because that's the funding of ICE. Let's go to Mike Lindell,
00:47:00.580 who's running for governor. Mike, that's a city councilman. That's what you're dealing with,
00:47:04.880 brother. Your thoughts? It's pure evil, Steve. I mean, it's pure evil. You talk about brainwashing
00:47:11.160 and, you know, that's our Minnesota media, too. They're like a step above covering up and brainwashing
00:47:17.800 the people of Minneapolis and Minnesota in general. And it's around, I'll tell you, Steve, running for
00:47:26.000 government. You know, when I announced all this came out about three days later, it just exploded.
00:47:29.860 And, but you know me, I still look at it all as a blessing. I believe it's got to get bad so people
00:47:36.420 see all the problems we have. And, and one of the things when I'm governor, the first day I said it
00:47:43.440 earlier today, I'm going to ban Sharia law. I'm going to enforce the protesting rules that have to
00:47:48.920 be enforced. I mean, it's such a common sense thing. Our president puts out, you have success stories
00:47:54.860 like Memphis and Washington DC and all these other cities where the Democrats mayors are in
00:48:01.560 cooperation and they enforce their laws, their, their protesting laws, and they don't get to,
00:48:07.520 you don't get to impede with any law enforcement at all. I mean, this is, you know, back in the day
00:48:13.600 when I get to, I can't even imagine, you know, growing up and going, Hey, you can follow police
00:48:19.740 office around, or you can just tell them, Hey, we're going to block your police car. We're going
00:48:23.880 to block you. This is just, it's beyond, it's not, it's beyond anything I've ever seen.
00:48:32.260 Last night, they destroyed a hotel, broke everybody's windows. I was just, that's right.
00:48:38.300 I was down there last week on, on TV. And you guys, it's a Minnesota needs, they need
00:48:44.480 new leadership and from the, from the top all the way down. And that's another thing, Steve,
00:48:50.160 when I get in, I'm going to surround myself with the best team of people. And, um, you know,
00:48:55.320 just like the president, everybody, they're going, why are you campaigning so early? Well, you know
00:48:59.560 what, right now I'm learning all these different things that we're going to be able to do. This
00:49:03.820 gives plenty of time. And, and, uh, I think you asked me before about, or somebody did on the other
00:49:08.780 show I was on about beating Amy Klobuchar. I remember this all happened under her watch too.
00:49:13.760 This happened under her watch and there's, and, uh, it's just disgusting.
00:49:18.580 Oh no, she's terrible. Hang on, hang on for one second before it was a great pitch. Before
00:49:23.180 we get to the pillows, I want to, we've got a big special announcement here. Joel Pollack
00:49:26.860 joins us. Joel, you're, they've launched, you're launching the California post today,
00:49:31.720 which I take it's the California version of the New York post. You're the editor.
00:49:37.800 I'm the opinion editor and I'm here in the newsroom, which you can see behind me, the sports
00:49:40.780 guys have the office space behind me, which is why they have the sports on the monitor
00:49:45.660 where the opinion desk and over there is the news desk. And it it's, it's super, super exciting
00:49:53.920 here. Just people running around doing stories. It's, it's, it's a fantastic environment.
00:50:00.060 Okay. The New York post is the best tabloid in the country and one of the two or three best in
00:50:04.760 the world, they dominate New York and they've got a huge cultural reach throughout the country.
00:50:09.320 Why would they say, let's launch in California? It seems like California is not a tabloid place.
00:50:18.620 California is the subject of so much of the tabloid journalism. Think about what goes into a
00:50:23.640 page six at the New York post. People are reading about celebrity news. You think about the New York
00:50:27.100 post sports section, which is probably the best section in the newspaper business. And so much
00:50:32.120 of it is covering California sports. Yes. You have your tri-state area sports. You have your SEC,
00:50:39.320 your big 10 and so forth, but there's so much material out here. And plus there's such an
00:50:44.200 underserved market. There are so many people in California who are desperate for an alternative
00:50:49.080 to the traditional mainstream media with the left liberal slant that you get from most publications
00:50:53.720 in California. It's simply having refreshing news first publication that doesn't talk down to the
00:51:00.460 readers, but speaks for the readers with the readers. It's an amazing opportunity. And they've
00:51:05.120 moved in here with a serious investment and they are putting a huge amount of effort into making this
00:51:10.820 successful. And this is launch day. You're seeing it live from the newsroom. So Joel, where did we go?
00:51:16.600 Where do people go? Are you going to do a printed copy? Is this going to be online? Where do people go
00:51:21.540 to find the California version of the post? In fact, we have a print edition and we have these
00:51:33.820 print editions. You think they're going out of style, but they're a lot of fun. And you can find
00:51:38.580 them at newsstands. You can subscribe to them. They'll deliver it to your home, but also at
00:51:43.300 californiapost.com. And you'll find us online there. You can also switch to the California site when you're
00:51:49.360 on the New York site. So it really has become a bi-coastal publication with the New York Post and
00:51:54.740 the California Post. And yes, we do have old-fashioned newsprint. If you want to get your fingers dirty
00:52:00.040 and thumb through the sports section, you know, I got a 10-year-old boy. He's got no interest in news.
00:52:04.700 When you flip the paper over and show him the sports section, he's interested in reading it. So that's
00:52:09.360 how we got him hooked. Well, it's the president's, let's say this, if it's not the president's
00:52:16.360 favorite paper, it's maybe his second favorite paper, but it's one of the first ones he gets
00:52:20.960 to every day, Donald Trump. Joe, where do people, online, where do people get you on social media?
00:52:27.040 californiapost.com. And speaking of the president, we have several exclusives that are out today,
00:52:31.140 right now, with our sit-down interview in the Oval Office. I was there with the president last week,
00:52:36.100 and we've got a massive story coming tomorrow. That is Tuesday, January 27th. So watch
00:52:41.220 californiapost.com. Perfect. We'll get it up in the morning. Joel, thank you very much. Great job.
00:52:47.800 Thank you. Godspeed.
00:52:51.100 Mike Lindell, I need you to hang around for a second. I'm going to take you through the break,
00:52:55.860 and we'll kick off the next hour, War Room Texas, with you telling us what a great deal we're going
00:53:02.760 to get. People are hungry for this deal, so we'll stick around. War Room Texas, we are packed
00:53:09.700 in the second hour. You just heard Mike Lindell right there. He said the first thing he's going
00:53:14.660 to do is ban Sharia law in the state of Minnesota as governor. Well, this is the thing we're fighting
00:53:21.620 for down in Texas. On March 3rd, it's going to be a ballot initiative, Prop 10 in the primary,
00:53:28.160 to put it on the main ballot of banning Sharia. Don't Sharia my Texas. All next in the War Room.
00:53:39.700 If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be free from your credit card and other debt?
00:53:57.160 Let's see if we can help you with that. If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season,
00:54:03.280 would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt?
00:54:06.220 I might have a solution. Here's why now is the time to make a move. This time of year,
00:54:12.720 credit card and loan companies close out their books. They clean up past due accounts. They sell
00:54:19.180 a write-off to debt to clear their books. That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills,
00:54:25.180 lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account before you're in. That means
00:54:31.000 right now, and I mean right now, you may actually have leverage. And Done With Debt knows how to use
00:54:38.380 this to your advantage. They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.
00:54:44.500 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf. Now's the time to get out from under crushing
00:54:51.000 debt and interest payments without bankruptcy or taking on new loans. Done With Debt goes to work for you
00:54:58.780 month one with one clear goal, to reduce your total debt and leave you with more money every month.
00:55:06.280 Get started now because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year. Chat with a Done With Debt
