Bannon's War Room - Episode 5102： FBI Descend On Fulton County To Get To The Bottom Of 2020 Election

00:00:00.000 The breaking news from Georgia, the FBI just executed a search warrant at the Fulton County

00:00:04.400 Elections Office near Atlanta, according to a spokesperson who spoke with the Associated Press.

00:00:08.980 Staring at this boxy building in South Fulton County, which is the county that's the epicenter

00:00:12.900 of the 2020 election dispute that Donald Trump claims that he won. And I've watched several

00:00:19.540 FBI agents walk in, walk out. I just saw Fulton County Clerk Shea Alexander and Fulton County

00:00:24.900 Commission Chair Rob Pitts walk in. They wouldn't comment to a group of reporters as they walked

00:00:30.780 in. But Shea Alexander has called, has talked to one of my colleagues. And again, she's the clerk

00:00:36.080 of the Fulton County court system who says that the FBI was, I'm quoting here, FBI agents are here to

00:00:42.560 get the 2020 ballots. So she says on the record that they are here to look at 2020 ballots.

00:00:49.540 Do they store 2020 ballots four years later? Would they still have those, Greg?

00:00:57.220 That is the, that is the key question. And it's in somewhat in dispute where they're stored,

00:01:02.940 if they're stored at all, if they're stored here at this giant kind of warehouse building

00:01:08.360 in South Fulton, or if they're stored at one of the other Fulton County sites, either in downtown

00:01:12.760 Atlanta or elsewhere in this giant county. It's, it's, it's a very populous county of more than a

00:01:17.400 million people, the largest, the most populous county in Georgia, a democratic stronghold.

00:01:23.460 So that, that there's a question of whether or not the FBI can even get what they they're seeking

00:01:27.860 here. And which is again, what the clerk says, there's 2020 ballots, if they're even here inside

00:01:32.640 this building. The justice department has sued 24 states for their voter date, voter data, Dave,

00:01:39.180 and Georgia's secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger has refused to turn over that information.

00:01:44.960 What's the DOJ's rationale for wanting the data? Have they been successful in any of the suits?

00:01:52.200 They've only reached settlements with red states, but the data they want is from the blue states.

00:01:58.300 It's from states that Trump lost. They want to be able to go into court after the next election

00:02:02.200 and say, here, we have the real voter file. We have evidence of fraud. It's one thing when

00:02:07.760 Cash Patel as a private citizen says it, or Dinesh D'Souza as a private citizen says it. It's another

00:02:14.120 thing when the department of justice goes into a federal court and says it and has the voter file.

00:02:20.300 And that's why the states are pushing back to say, we see where this is going. It's not going to a

00:02:24.620 very good place. And in the end, I don't think they're going to get the voter files. You saw what

00:02:28.780 happened in Minnesota, where there was an attempt to mediate the ICE dispute to say, we'll pull back

00:02:33.300 the ICE officers. If you give us your voter file, what does it have to do with ICE? But it shows you

00:02:38.680 how important this issue is to the Trump administration.

00:02:42.600 Not just looking backward, but also potentially looking forward as well as we think about

00:02:47.360 the midterms in 2026 and the presidential election of 2028, no?

00:02:53.400 Correct. Well, that's what this is about. It's about going to court to challenge votes in future

00:02:58.620 elections. It's one thing to say this proves fraud in past elections. They're really concerned about

00:03:03.020 future elections. And so that's why it's so important. And Mark Elias is in an amazing job fighting

00:03:08.420 back against it. But we should all be warned about this because this is the next step, the next front

00:03:14.160 in election fraud. Trying to steal an election is by trying to go to court to try to say that this vote

00:03:20.680 was improper, this vote's improper, and we have the voter database to prove it, when really there has

00:03:25.340 been no evidence of widespread voter fraud in any of these elections. And so we got to be vigilant about

00:03:32.120 this. Lisa, what are they looking for? It's not clear what they're looking for. They could be

00:03:37.000 looking for some of the information that they're seeking through some of the cases that the Department

00:03:42.360 of Justice has filed against various states. And that includes voter roll information that we might

00:03:46.900 think of as traditionally being housed in the state secretary of state's office. At least that's what

00:03:52.100 they've been looking for through all of this litigation they've filed and largely have failed

00:03:56.560 to win. They had a lawsuit against the state of Oregon that was just dismissed the other day.

00:04:00.640 They had a lawsuit against the state of Georgia that was dismissed largely on technical grounds that

00:04:05.040 they filed it in the wrong place. But if they are looking for data about the 2020 election

00:04:09.940 specifically from Fulton County, it would appear, Katie, that they are looking for data that would

00:04:14.740 prove Donald Trump's central thesis, that there were votes for him that were not counted and or

00:04:21.760 false votes for the other candidate that were. Remind me what was actually investigated in 2020 and what

00:04:28.420 happened when the administration, Rudy Giuliani, et cetera, went to court on this.

00:04:35.260 Well, look, they tried to prove that there was voter fraud specifically at the State Farm Arena,

00:04:42.420 which was sort of a repository of counting of Fulton County ballots.

00:04:46.520 There were allegations that there were suitcases full of ballots that were being exchanged.

00:04:50.880 There were allegations that because of a burst pipe that allowed people to commit widespread voter fraud.

00:04:56.040 None of those allegations proved to be true. And you'll, of course, remember that one of the

00:05:00.340 central allegations was that votes were somehow exchanged on a thumb drive involving Fulton County

00:05:05.680 election workers, Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shea Moss. They then won a defamation case against 0.87

00:05:11.640 Rudy Giuliani for advancing the notion that they were involved in some sort of widespread voter fraud

00:05:17.460 that never was found or verified by multiple investigations, be they congressional or from the state,

00:05:24.740 from the secretary of state's office, even the attorney general of the state, Chris Carr, who was fairly

00:05:29.980 resolute Republican, said, look, I wanted to win as much as anyone, but we just didn't have any evidence

00:05:35.480 that that happened. States run their own elections. By the way, we're seeing agents walk out of the

00:05:41.600 building right now. States run their own elections. That is the purview of the states under our

00:05:46.280 constitution. Is it legal for the FBI to enter these offices and to seize ballots?

00:05:50.940 You know, what I would say is we don't know why the FBI is there. And I would urge some caution

00:05:54.940 until we have more information about what the search warrant is about and specifically what crimes

00:06:00.080 it alleges the FBI and DOJ have reasonable cause to believe were committed until and unless we know

00:06:06.080 that I can't answer that question as definitively as you or I would like. But on the basis of that

00:06:11.280 information that is public so far, I am hard pressed to understand why a federal judge would sign a

00:06:17.680 search warrant, let alone why a normally functioning Department of Justice would seek one, Katie. 1.00

00:06:24.680 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:06:29.960 Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people.

00:06:35.140 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.

00:06:41.380 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:06:44.540 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share

00:06:48.760 the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:06:56.920 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,

00:07:03.540 this country will be saved.

00:07:06.900 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:07:15.920 Okay. Wednesday, 28th, January, year of our Lord, 2026. Oh, happy day. We've waited for this

00:07:21.160 date for a long time. Sally Grubbs and Janice Johnson are on deck. I'm going to talk to them

00:07:25.660 in a minute. Two of the most important people in Georgia elections. Let's go to Garland Favarita and

00:07:30.720 his wife, Tamara. Right there, MSNBC is in full and total meltdown, Garland, because they have no

00:07:37.540 earthy idea what this is all about. They have no earthy idea where the FBI would be down there.

00:07:42.540 They have no earthy idea where our federal judge would sign a search warrant. They have no earthy

00:07:47.200 idea what the MAGA war room posse has got the building surrounded right now. Tell our audience

00:07:54.320 what's going on, sir. All right. So we're down here at the Fulton County Election Hub and Warehouse,

00:08:00.940 and this is where the FBI executed their search warrant today for the 2020 ballots. And as you know,

00:08:11.800 Steve, the elections records never added up in Fulton County in 2020. Fulton County elections have

00:08:20.520 prevented us from having the ballots. We had the original lawsuit in December 23 of 2020,

00:08:27.040 along with Caroline Jeffords. And they've never given us the ballots. The Fulton County judicial

00:08:33.380 system has kept us from having the ballots, despite the fact that we won a case in the Georgia Supreme

00:08:40.260 Court for standing. They have played a show game with us for years. And finally, the FBI has stepped in.

00:08:47.460 So hopefully we will soon get to see what the ballots really said.

00:08:55.480 So Tamara and Garland, let me just ask you, they arrived a while ago. My understanding is they

00:09:01.920 wouldn't even let the trucks move up the ramp. Is the FBI in the building? And do we know they

00:09:07.200 actually have the hands? On what I was told, is it five or six hundred thousand ballots?

00:09:11.880 Yes, there's five hundred and twenty eight thousand ballots for the election in Fulton County.

00:09:22.900 Dr. Jane can probably give you a little bit more information. She's I think she and Sally are

00:09:27.100 probably inside because they sit on the election board. We are outside with the news media and

00:09:33.780 a lot of the Fulton County Dems that are just having a meltdown over this. It's like it's the end of the

00:09:41.060 world. Just for us to see the ballots. Because because because it is the end of the world. Just

00:09:47.140 hang on for a second, Garland. No, you guys and Cleta. Cleta is going to join us. Worked in this

00:09:51.580 long time. Let's go to Sally Grubbs, first vice chair of Georgia Republican Party, Janice Johnson,

00:09:57.400 vice chair of Georgia State Election Board. Janice, let me start with you, Sally. We've had on the show

00:10:01.940 many times over the years. What the hell is going on? And does the FBI right now, are they in

00:10:07.420 possession of these Fulton County ballots, ma'am? Steve, the FBI is inside the building and the

00:10:15.360 there are two trucks that have backed up to a loading dock. And I do not see them loading

00:10:24.180 boxes yet, boxes of election materials. But hopefully that will begin soon. Sally and I tried to

00:10:33.760 gain admission to the building, but we were turned away by the Fulton County employees.

00:10:40.500 So although they they did let all of the Fulton County Democrats into the building and the county

00:10:48.720 commissioners, they would not allow Sally or myself to get into the building.

00:10:55.580 Janice, hang on for a second. You're vice chair. You're the vice chair of the Georgia State Election

00:11:01.580 Board. You have standing. I would assume you would have standing to go in if the FBI was doing a raid

00:11:07.280 on something to do with election. Wouldn't you have standing at least to poke your head in and just

00:11:11.920 check things out, ma'am? Well, I would I would think so. And I would certainly want to be an impartial

00:11:19.400 observer with the handling of the materials and the ballots. However, that was not allowed by Miss

00:11:27.120 Alexander, the clerk of the court. And actually, the reason probably part or maybe a significant part

00:11:35.880 of the reason the FBI is here is because we subpoenaed the ballots and the ballot envelopes and

00:11:42.300 the election documents over a year ago. And we have been battling it out in court to try to get to

00:11:50.320 these documents for well over a year. And so it is it is a relief to see the FBI agents here. And I hope

00:12:01.520 they take all 700 boxes of election documents and ballots and envelopes and take them to a secure

00:12:10.460 location for review and investigation.

00:12:13.480 Sally Grubbs, we've had you on many times going back now with six years, six years, this journey,

00:12:24.180 six years. But who's counting? Why does it take six years to get to where we are today?

00:12:29.820 And for the audience that maybe has not kept up with this, why is Fulton County? Why are these ballots

00:12:34.980 kind of the holy grail about the 2020 election, ma'am?

00:12:39.320 Well, you know, Steve, it's like I keep saying is if you have nothing to hide, you hide nothing.

00:12:45.760 And yet we're not even allowed in the building. And it has been a very long journey for both Dr.

00:12:51.060 Johnston and myself. And and I don't know whether you know it or not, but I'm now also on the state

00:12:55.840 election board, as well as being first vice chair of the Georgia GOP. So as you know, I've worked really

00:13:03.300 hard to see this day coming. And it's surreal. It's very surreal.

00:13:09.320 And it's wonderful. I just want to make sure we're going to go to break. I want you two guys to stick

00:13:13.640 around because you work so hard. Also, Garland Favarito, his wife, Tamara, who is the wingman,

00:13:20.020 Cleta Mitchell. Just I just want to make sure the audience understands this. We have two members of

00:13:25.660 the Georgia state election board that they will not local Democrats will not allow you guys into the

00:13:31.740 building. That's correct. And when Miss Alexander, the clerk of the court came through, she was very nice

00:13:37.700 and everything. And I had actually, as a state election board member, I had emailed her yesterday

00:13:43.180 and said, I'd like to come down and take a look at the area where you have the ballots. I'd like to see

00:13:48.160 the 700 boxes. And of course, she did not respond. And today when she walked through, she said, I did get

00:13:55.880 your email, but I didn't respond. Now, Steve, let me stop real quick and tell you that they have two of

00:14:01.960 trucks backed up to the, um, two of the dock doors, door 15 and door 16. And I am seeing a movement from

00:14:10.800 a forklift going in and out of one of the trucks. The door is open and I'm seeing, uh, the headlamp

00:14:18.760 of the forklift moving. So, um, you know, they've got crime scene tape up and, you know, um, so we can't

00:14:28.220 cross the tape, but I can tell you that I see, I see movement and activity with the forklift. So

00:14:33.800 let's cross America right now. Can we just pray, uh, for the, okay, here. Oh, good. All right. We've

00:14:41.020 got some more activity coming. Hang on. We're going to jump for a quick commercial break and come back.

00:14:47.360 Uh, Dr. Janice Johnson, we've got Sally Grubbs, both, uh, Georgia election board, Garland 0.92

00:14:53.200 Favarita, Tamara Favarita. Uh, Mike Davis is going to join us. Of course, the great Cleta Mitchell

00:14:58.940 next. There's a lot of politicians that should be getting coal in their stockings for Christmas, 1.00

00:19:12.120 For the audiences, join us over the last couple of years. You may not appreciate what a historic day

00:19:17.080 this is, but this has been patriots and heroes that are relentless and will not give up. When you

00:19:22.180 think, when I say, hey, if we don't quit, we'll win. In Georgia today, you're seeing that.

00:19:27.160 All right. Dr. Janice Johnson, let me go to you first. Dr. Johnson and Sally Groves are both on

00:19:33.780 the Georgia State Election Board. Why is this so historic? Caroline Jeffers has sent me some of

00:19:39.680 the search warrant. Cleta's going to read it to us in a second. But why is this such a historic day?

00:19:44.520 Why is this a day that thousands of people, hundreds of people in Georgia have worked on

00:19:49.680 this for six years to make sure that we actually got to the evidence? Why is this such a historic day?

00:19:57.000 Well, see, we've been looking for this evidence for five years and have been stalled and delayed

00:20:04.640 and pushed back. And we simply want to get the documents to ensure that the vote was correct or not

00:20:14.540 correct. But we have not been able to get the documents to prove whether that the count was accurate

00:20:21.220 in the first place. And so this is a great day to be here and to see that finally we'll be able to get the

00:20:32.700 documents that we've wanted and we've requested and we've subpoenaed. And now it's here.

00:20:41.460 Steve, I'm going to flip my camera around so you can see while we're talking.

00:20:46.820 I'll ask you, Sally. Yeah. Perfect. What are we looking at, Sally? Can you give us a, describe that?

00:20:54.920 Yeah. So they backed up two of the trucks. I know it might be a little bit fuzzy, but they backed up two

00:20:59.600 of the trucks. They've had a forklift going in and out. And then since we were on just a few moments

00:21:05.340 ago with you, they brought in what appears to be a mobile command center for the FBI.

00:21:12.120 Because this is a crime scene. I want to remind people that this is a search warrant for crime

00:21:16.820 and the search one's pretty detailed. Sally, the question, why is MSNBC playing dumb? Katie Tur and 0.96

00:21:23.360 these people, why are they playing dumb? And why are the local democratic officials so freaked out? 0.99

00:21:27.640 Why are they running around there and they won't, and they won't let you tell me, can you answer the

00:21:32.040 audience? Why, why MSNBC saying, we don't even know why they're there and why the local democratic

00:21:37.080 officials are being so, uh, being obstructionist, ma'am? You know, you can't, there are some things you

00:21:44.300 just can't explain in this world, Steve. And that's one of them. Um, uh, you know, when we're,

00:21:49.040 Dr. Jan and I are here and we are, um, you know, sitting calmly in the hallway cause we couldn't

00:21:54.220 get past any of the doorways and they're rushing in like someone just died. I'm not kidding you.

00:21:59.880 It is a very, uh, much of a funeral type atmosphere of, uh, you know, oh my God, oh my God,

00:22:06.500 you know, somebody must be dead. And it's like, we're Dr. Jan and I are sitting there going,

00:22:10.600 oh, happy day. Finally, maybe we'll see some justice in America with this. And they're totally,

00:22:16.620 I've never seen such a cavalcade of the, um, the Democrat lawmakers and stuff. And, and all we

00:22:24.260 want is fair elections. That's all we're asking for. Describe that again to the audience. What

00:22:30.340 happened when you, when you guys approach, when you and Dr. Janice Johnson approached

00:22:34.520 to try to go in, cause you are Georgia state election officials, by the way, we're going to

00:22:38.220 go to Garland as soon as we get him back up. Uh, describe running around. He said there was acting

00:22:43.440 like it was a medical emergency. Yeah. Like it's a funeral or something. You know, it was kind of

00:22:50.640 comical and I went to, you know, and I shake hands with everybody. I mean, believe it or not, Steve,

00:22:56.360 this is a nonpartisan issue. This is an issue about free and fair elections in the United States of

00:23:02.220 America. And we are just, you know, we're here as election board officials and, you know, um, to make

00:23:09.560 sure to observe and that's it. And these people are acting like it is a crime of the century just

00:23:16.160 to verify an election. So Steve, I need to describe the area for you a little bit. This is a 600,000

00:23:24.080 square foot warehouse, 600,000 square feet. It's huge. And none of the outside doors are labeled or

00:23:32.860 marked or signed. So there's no way to know if we're anywhere near the clerk of the court's, um,

00:23:41.600 area of the warehouse or the sheriff's area of the warehouse or the Supreme Court record area of the

00:23:48.480 warehouse. And when I first arrived, all the doors were shut and no one would answer the doors.

00:23:56.160 And no doors are labeled either. They have numbers, but there's no markers identifying what door is what

00:24:01.640 department. Finally, some kind person in the sheriff's department opened the door for the FBI

00:24:08.220 and we followed them in. And, uh, but that was as far as we got. And then the FBI moved on into the

00:24:15.500 inner part of the warehouse, um, toward the, um, the record keeping area for the clerk of the court.

00:24:21.940 And we were not allowed past the small little foyer, um, that we entered first. Um, it's been,

00:24:29.240 but of course they let, um, the county, uh, the county commissioners through and the chair of the

00:24:38.060 Fulton County Board of Elections through, um, and some other assistance with them. And every time

00:24:45.220 someone would come to the door, I would introduce myself and say, I'm on the state election board. May I

00:24:50.900 come in? May I observe? And every time I was met with the answer, no, of course. And this is after

00:24:57.760 three, uh, requests by the state election board to simply make a site visit to this area, just to

00:25:05.140 see what we were dealing with, because we were soon to face, um, obtaining these documents ourself

00:25:11.920 if we could get past, um, the Superior Court of Fulton County. Um, so it, it's been, uh, you know,

00:25:19.520 it's interesting and it's, I can't tell you how relieved I am to see these documents being packed up.

00:25:27.760 Uh, Dr. Janice, uh, here's the reason I think there may be some consternation.

00:25:33.140 This is a crime scene. They're going to put crime scene tape that, uh, clear that's going to read

00:25:37.440 us, uh, the search warrant. This is a crime scene. It's right there. Well, it's people of some,

00:25:41.280 there's, there's some people around there that may be moving out of those rooms today. It's one of the

00:25:45.920 reasons we want the FBI good. And it is, we kept screaming in the show, just go down and grab the

00:25:50.080 ballots for the historian. This, the FBI doesn't do civil. They don't go into civil situations

00:25:55.780 and, and, and grab documents. This is a crime scene. Look at the crime scene tape right there.

00:26:01.240 This is a crime scene. And these are horrendous crimes. This may be one of the greatest crimes

00:26:05.100 in the history of this Republic, the stealing of the 2020 presidential election, which you guys

00:26:09.880 have worked day and night. And if you had not persevered, we were never gotten to this day.

00:26:15.340 Folks, this is one of the greatest examples about human agency. If any of these people had quit,

00:26:21.020 I just said it's too hard because they had every single roadblock, even when they have official

00:26:24.820 positions, like being on the Georgia state election board, you saw today, they, they, they,

00:26:29.340 they shut it down. Let me go. Cleta Mitchell. And can we just keep the shot right there on the crime

00:26:34.200 scene? I don't want to lose that shot. Uh, Cleta Mitchell, can you read us? Do you have the search

00:26:38.680 warrant? Can you actually read it to us, ma'am? I do. Um, I'm going to tell you what the,

00:26:43.080 what the search warrant covers. Uh, these are the records that are particular things to be

00:26:49.260 seized. I love that word. All records relating to violations of title 52 United States code,

00:26:56.200 uh, section 20701, which is the federal election records act. And, um, so all physical ballots from

00:27:04.200 the 2020 general election, including, but not limited to absentee ballots, every type of ballot,

00:27:08.900 whether cast spoiled provisional, et cetera, all, all tabulator tapes for every voting machine used

00:27:16.420 in Fulton County, including, but not limited to the zero tapes. Those are the tapes that are supposed

00:27:20.980 to say, um, we, we ran this test and there were zero ballots, uh, tabulated at the opening of the

00:27:27.520 polls, closing tapes. Okay. Now mind you, these are all fraudulent. We think that the ones that they

00:27:33.660 presented are fraudulent. That's, that's one of the things you need to know, but all the opening

00:27:37.700 tapes, closing tapes, and any other tabulator tape, but from any voting machine that was utilized in

00:27:42.600 the general election in Fulton County in 2020, um, all the, uh, ballot images, because we know that

00:27:49.700 there were ballot images that were destroyed for hundreds of thousands of ballots, uh, in Fulton

00:27:54.940 County that came in absentee ballots that mysteriously appeared after, uh, November 4th of 2020,

00:28:02.380 the day after the general election. So all ballot images during the original ballot count and the

00:28:07.940 recounts, because none of those match, by the way, um, all vote voter rolls. What they're really asking

00:28:14.220 for here is not the voter rolls. It's not like the other lawsuit. They're asking for the voter lists

00:28:19.980 that show who read, who came in and voted the names of any voter that indicates the voter to whom an

00:28:27.880 absentee ballot was issued, from whom an absentee ballot was received, or who participated in, in,

00:28:34.040 at an advanced voting or election day voting. That means the list of voters who presented themselves

00:28:41.300 and who, who've actually voted in the election. There is supposed to be a record of everyone who

00:28:47.340 voted, uh, whether by absentee, any method, absentee, early voting, election day, they're seeking

00:28:53.260 those records. Uh, the warrant, uh, let's see here, um, author rolls a review of electronic storage

00:29:00.440 media and electronically stored information. So not only the hard copies, the paper, also all of the

00:29:07.580 storage, uh, by, uh, electronic data. And that is what they are supposed to be seizing and taking out

00:29:15.080 of here. Let me mention one other thing, Steve. On December the 4th, uh, Dr. Jan and Sally have been

00:29:20.720 doing yeoman work on this, uh, dear friends. We've been worried in this war along with Arlen and

00:29:26.480 Tamara. I love these many years, but the, the Fulton County district judge McBurney ordered on

00:29:33.780 December, just before Christmas of 2025, uh, he, he dismissed and denied the Fulton County election

00:29:41.620 board's motion to quash the subpoena that the state election board had issued for all of this,

00:29:48.120 all of these documents. It said that the state election board is entitled to those. Now the

00:29:53.200 state, uh, the Fulton County board said, Oh, it'll cost $430,000 for us to scan everything. Well, no,

00:29:59.300 no, no, no. We don't want them touching anything. We don't want them scanning anything. We want them

00:30:05.840 turned over. Our side will do the scanning. We've had quite enough of Fulton County officials and,

00:30:13.360 and Brad Raffensperger secretary of state and Chris Carr attorney general, and all of them,

00:30:18.600 we've had quite enough of their handling anything. So we are all delighted and hoping that from this

00:30:25.780 point forward, that all of these materials will be made available so that it can be reconstructed

00:30:31.540 to demonstrate that there were hundreds of thousands of ballots that were in interjected

00:30:39.520 into the system in Fulton County, over 300,000, maybe 400,000 that were added into the system

00:30:47.380 after the election, for which there are no chain of custody documents. The tabulator tapes are,

00:30:53.160 seem to have been created out of whole cloth. And it's apparent when you look at them,

00:30:58.240 the copies that we have, we want everything because we believe that there was a massive plan

00:31:03.380 to, in Fulton County to steal the 2020 election. And this is the way we get to it. By looking at the

00:31:11.560 original documents, such as they are, we know many have been destroyed.

00:31:18.860 Well, that's what I want to get to. So hang on one second. I just want to do a reset here

00:31:22.060 in the parking lot of the crime scene. And the crime scene is the warehouse. That's where they've

00:31:26.720 got these documents. You see the FBI out there, this trailer that'll take the evidence away.

00:31:35.040 Dr. Janice Johnson and Sally Grubbs, two members of the Georgia State Election Board are there.

00:31:41.140 That's their camera. They have worked on this for years with Cleta Mitchell. Now, Cleta, you just went

00:31:45.840 through a huge litany of what this, and the search warrant for this criminal investigation. Let me

00:31:55.520 reinforce this. This is a criminal investigation. The FBI has gone down. Number one, how do we know

00:32:01.680 that that can even be seized? Is this a court fight? You guys have requested this information

00:32:06.100 over years, and the reason it's supposed to even be there, because courts have ruled maybe not to

00:32:12.180 turn it over to you today, but that they're not supposed to destroy it? They're not supposed to

00:32:18.100 destroy it. That doesn't mean they didn't destroy things. We know, for instance, that they destroyed

00:32:22.200 all of the ballot images for Election Day voting. Among other things, there are 300,000 ballots cast

00:32:32.060 for which there are no signed tabulator tapes. There is supposed to be the poll manager at every

00:32:39.440 election, at every polling place. There's supposed to be a chain of custody. I mean, we all watch CSI.

00:32:48.240 We all know that you're supposed to have zero votes at the beginning on the tabulator, and then at the

00:32:53.060 end of the time, at the end of voting, you're supposed to see what the tabulator closing tape

00:32:57.900 shows as to how many ballots have been cast, and then the number of ballots should match the ballots

00:33:04.700 issued. Well, none of it matches, and the reason we know it doesn't match, not only that it doesn't

00:33:10.980 match, we think they were fabricated, and we also know that the poll manager is supposed to sign with

00:33:17.500 two witnesses every tabulator tape, and we have over 300,000 votes represented by tabulator tapes

00:33:25.880 that are not signed by anyone, not signed at all. And Brad Raffensperger, the Secretary of State of

00:33:33.940 Georgia, said it was a clerical error? Republican. 300,000 ballots? I mean, seriously?

00:33:41.440 So hang on one second. Our cameraman, the great Sally Grubbs on the electoral board, it's bitter cold down

00:33:47.480 there. She's going to tuck inside our cars in a second. I want to go to Garland Fabrit, and I think

00:33:51.240 Tamara's with him. Garland, they just read this lengthy search warrant. Tell people how tough it's been

00:33:58.420 for you guys at Vote Georgia and your other colleagues to make sure that we got to this day

00:34:04.780 that the evidence is not supposed to be destroyed. It's all supposed to be in that warehouse, sir.

00:34:10.120 Exactly what I was going to say. You know, we got the original protective order on these ballots.

00:34:16.240 Guess what day it was? January 6th of 2021 was when we got the original protective order, I believe,

00:34:24.000 on these ballots. Isn't that ironic? We were literally in a remote court scene on January 6th,

00:34:32.860 and Fulton County is packed up in the middle and went home, and I had to reconvene from their homes

00:34:38.200 that day. So ever since then, when we won the Georgia Supreme Court case, then that reinstated

00:34:47.460 the protective order on those ballots. So I think that was the key to preserving them.

00:34:53.080 And then so many others have asked for the same thing, the Harrison Floyd case and so on. But

00:34:58.960 that's why they're still there. It's just perseverance from getting them protected from

00:35:05.620 the very beginning. Garland, there's police tape around the parking lot. There's an FBI van,

00:35:12.160 and they're loading now, I guess, with a forklift. The Democrats, local Democrats outside with you,

00:35:16.660 they're freaked out inside the building. They didn't let the two representatives of the Georgia

00:35:20.180 state election board in. Just tell me, an MSNBC says, I don't know what these guys, we have no

00:35:25.820 earthy idea what they're looking for. Why are the Democrats shocked that this day has finally

00:35:30.640 arrived? Well, I think they're going to, they know that they cheated in the 2020 election,

00:35:36.440 and it's all going to come out now. And that it's a whole cover operation that's going on out here

00:35:42.460 with the cameras and all the rhetoric going on. Yeah, I think they just can't believe that they're

00:35:49.340 finally getting caught. Because they have worked so hard to continue this cover up.

00:35:54.680 You're saying that they never thought they'd be caught. The arrogance of these guys never thought

00:36:04.980 we'd get to having the FBI with police tape, with a criminal search warrant in there and loading up

00:36:10.500 a big, almost like a Mack truck? Exactly, Steve. And you know why? They knew that Brad Raffensperger

00:36:17.460 would protect them. And they knew that the corrupt Fulton County judicial system would protect them.

00:36:23.220 And they thought that that was enough until they didn't count on Trump winning the 2024 election

00:36:30.240 and him being in control of the DOJ and the FBI civil and criminal divisions.

00:36:36.720 And this is not just a Democrat thing. You know, Raffensperger has been trying to cover this.

00:36:43.700 Yes. Yes. Raffensperger, Chris Carr, even Kemp. Kemp didn't lift a finger on this. He fought you

00:36:51.600 guys the entire way. Exactly. That's right. Yeah.

00:36:57.020 Hang on for one second, guys. Stay right there. I know this is an incredible day, historic day. And

00:37:01.400 what they didn't plan on was Trump winning, but they also didn't plan on any being patriots

00:37:06.760 like Tamara and my man, Garland Favarito, that would fight for six years

00:37:13.140 having got a protective order on January 6th of 2021. Remember that day? Remember that day?

00:37:19.780 Well, you didn't didn't know that a protective order was given. This is the payoff of that. This

00:37:23.580 is a criminal. This is a federal crime scene. The FBI is there and they're loading up these

00:37:29.320 documents right now. And MSNBC is playing dumb. Well, what are they even looking for? I don't 0.97

00:37:32.920 know this. That was a long time ago. Maybe it's for the future. No, it's not for the future.

00:37:37.180 It's for 2020, which is going to inform what we're going to do in the future to show that the 2020

00:37:43.820 election was stolen. And part of the steel was right there in Georgia. And you had heroes like

00:37:48.780 Sally Grubbs, Dr. Johnson. You had Garland Favarito and his wife, Tamara, that fought on Mike Davis. 0.97

00:37:55.820 I want to do the flip side because this is why big Fannie Willis, when she got the indictment on 1.00

00:38:02.440 Trump and Rudy and everybody else and Cleta, right, they wanted she wanted to put a Trump in 0.99

00:38:08.800 jail for 100 years for this. Right. As protection, she wanted to get a fire break between where the 0.72

00:38:15.200 real crime scene is. And that crime scene, the evidence of the crime right now, it's a crime scene

00:38:20.700 is inside that massive 600 square foot, 600,000 square foot warehouse, sir.

00:38:28.760 Yeah. When Democrats get caught with their hands in the cookie jar with their blatant crimes,

00:38:35.680 I would say, watch out for the riots. We may have Democrat instituted riots later, 0.99

00:38:42.160 like they did in Minnesota, Minneapolis, when the Somali pirates got caught stealing billions 1.00

00:38:50.440 of dollars in American taxpayer money working with these Minnesota Democrat politicians. They tried

00:38:56.640 to distract with riots. So who knows what they what they're going to do here. But I would just say

00:39:01.280 this with Fulton County, whether they have 500,000 ballots from the 2020 election that they didn't want

00:39:10.080 to turn over to the Justice Department as part of a lawsuit by the Justice Department. And then you had

00:39:17.400 the FBI go raid and get these documents. It was authorized by a United States magistrate judge to

00:39:25.260 get these these voting records from 2020. What did they have to hide? It's amazing that 2020 was an

00:39:33.900 anomaly. And Democrats squeaked by Joe Biden, who couldn't get out of his his home and couldn't fill

00:39:41.280 his COVID circles in 2020. Somehow squeaked by in Georgia. And, you know, they now they don't want to turn

00:39:50.320 over the evidence and they say, you know, it's voter intimidation. How the hell is it voter intimidation to

00:39:56.280 turn over ballots from 2020 that aren't tied to the voters? They are decoupled from the voter registration. So you

00:40:06.760 wouldn't know how these people voted anyway. They just want to look at the ballots. It's obvious

00:40:12.120 that the Democrats are hiding this because because they have something to hide. They they know that

00:40:17.380 the 2020 election was rigged and stolen and they're going to get caught.

00:40:25.560 As Tamara Garland's wife and his wingman and all that she's worked with him side by side,

00:40:32.080 she just said, hey, it is it is Fannie Wells. It's Fulton County. It's the election board there. 0.93

00:40:37.700 It's the Democrats of the Democrat County. But she said the there was establishment Republicans,

00:40:44.000 Roffensburg in this crowd car. They have not been particularly helpful in this. Mike Davis, why is that?

00:40:52.240 Well, I have a theory that Republican white Southern men tend to be the biggest cowards 0.99

00:41:00.460 on the planet, particularly politicians. They're so scared of being called racist. They're so 0.99

00:41:08.000 there's they are so concerned about being accepted by the elite. And it's just something in their DNA

00:41:17.220 with the Southern white Republican politicians that just make them total cowards. We saw this 0.99

00:41:23.880 recently with James Comer, who, you know, essentially said that President Trump

00:41:30.380 should should wave the white flag and pull out of Minneapolis. I mean, it's just it's unbelievable

00:41:35.540 to me how these white male Republican politicians in the South can be utter cowards. 0.99

00:41:43.360 Yeah, it's not helpful. Right there. We're seeing this is FBI. You got an FBI truck. The FBI 0.99

00:41:48.500 commenced a raid. Let me do I have Sally Grubbs. What time did this raid start? What time were you guys

00:41:55.120 notified that something was coming down at this warehouse where the Fulton County voting records

00:42:00.900 are kept? What time are you notified? Steve, I was notified actually by some people that saw a news

00:42:09.420 break item and texted it to me and they were asking me about it. And I'm like, no, nobody called me. I have

00:42:17.160 I when I first heard about it, I called Dr. Johnston about 123. And she was she was on the road back from

00:42:27.320 out of town. And, you know, there was there was no consultation or counseling, you know, on my part

00:42:34.160 or her part. So I was like, well, you know, my office is only about 20 minutes away. So should I head down

00:42:41.320 there? And she's like, yeah, I'll meet you there. So we've been here. I got here just before two o'clock.

00:42:47.140 Um, did not receive a, um, a warm welcome at the front office of the, um, of the election board

00:42:57.640 office. And, um, you know, like Dr. Johnston was saying, this building is huge and there are numerous

00:43:03.900 different offices contained with it. I mean, it's just like a big manufacturing warehouse and there

00:43:09.520 are numerous different divisions of offices in there. And, uh, they said, well, you have to go back

00:43:14.320 to the clerk of court, you know, office and we go back here and, um, Dr. Johnston and another friend

00:43:20.440 arrived and, uh, also another member of the state election board, uh, Sarah Gazal, uh, arrived and

00:43:27.620 there's no signage. There's nothing to tell you where to go. So it was just kind of, um, you know,

00:43:33.040 persistence and Dr. Johnston knocking on the door and us getting entry. And then, like I said, the,

00:43:38.520 the Democrat legislators started showing up and, you know, it was, it was like a funeral

00:43:44.300 or something. It was really kind of odd, but, um, we're very thankful to see the FBI here.

00:43:50.460 We now have a better visual as you're showing on your monitors of the, uh, the FBI guys and, um,

00:43:58.160 you know, the command center. And I'm just like, you know, I'm glad that none of these trucks are

00:44:03.900 shredding trucks. That's all I can tell you, Steve. Well, let's talk about the doctor, uh,

00:44:10.180 Dr. Johnston. Um, do you think, I mean, the way people reacted, do you think all the

00:44:15.400 Cleta just went through a huge manifest of, uh, of information that's supposed to be there

00:44:22.340 and it seems pretty voluminous. Do you anticipate that any of it's been destroyed? I mean, in your

00:44:27.980 knowledge as a member of the Georgia state election board, uh, because you guys have been fighting

00:44:32.980 this in courts forever. You, you, I take it, you assume that all of this information is going to

00:44:37.740 be readily available. And if it's not, that's going to be an issue. Steve, the, the best I know

00:44:44.200 is that the documents are contained in about 700 boxes, um, that have been held in the clerk of the

00:44:53.720 courts, um, area in this white, in this warehouse. And, um, the, there, my understanding is,

00:45:02.540 they're completely unorganized and, and not inventoried well. We don't know where the documents

00:45:10.180 are in those 700 boxes. And I have advised people over the last, um, several months that the,

00:45:19.220 that we have no other choice, but to recommend that all 700 boxes be removed, um, and, um, taken out of

00:45:28.340 the hands of the hands of Fulton County so that we can look for the documents that we've been looking

00:45:32.220 for, for years, for years and have been unable to get Fulton County to provide or produce, um, or even

00:45:40.040 try to find. So we're, we're looking for those tabulator tapes. We're looking for numbered voter

00:45:47.860 lists. Um, we would like to know who was eligible to vote for the 2020 election. We're, we're looking for,

00:45:55.460 for documents to prove that actual, the ballot boxes that they claimed produced thousands of votes

00:46:02.280 were actually real ballot boxes. And, um, and the, the whole purpose of this is to, to look for areas

00:46:11.420 of inconsistency and irregularities. So to understand what happened, if it did happen, so it will not

00:46:19.540 happen in future elections. That's the point of our, of the state election board's investigation

00:46:25.400 and participation in this.

00:46:30.080 Do the state election, I'm gonna go to Garland Favri here in a second, but this is state,

00:46:33.900 just the structures, the state election board oversee Raffensburg and is in the, in the job he

00:46:39.580 had as the secretary of state. Are you an advisory committee to him? Are you totally independent,

00:46:44.240 uh, and supervise him? What is, what is the structure between you and cause everybody in

00:46:48.840 the audience, when you mentioned in the war room posse, when he mentioned, uh, Brad Raffensburg,

00:46:54.160 his name, they spit right on the floor. So what is the association with Raffensburg and the Georgia

00:46:59.880 state elections board, which people work so hard to say, we got to get these really smart and tough

00:47:05.120 people like you and Sally on there. Right. Well, in a number of years past, the state election board

00:47:12.820 did provide oversight of the secretary of state in their election office. Um, but it's been a more

00:47:19.340 complicated recent history because, uh, secretary Raffensburg was removed from the state election

00:47:25.760 board as the chair. And then the state election board, um, was legislated to become completely

00:47:32.080 independent of the secretary of state's office. Um, but that is, has been complicated and been an

00:47:39.380 unhappy, uh, relationship because of, of the last, uh, several years, the last five years. Um, so,

00:47:48.000 so we are, um, technically an independent agency now, but we are, we are, we still have challenges in,

00:47:55.020 um, obtaining cooperation, um, from the secretary of state's office.

00:48:00.620 By the way, I think that, I think that relationship is about to get a lot more complicated. Um, you can

00:48:07.460 see right there on the camera. That's that, that's a, I'm just saying, I'm just throwing that out

00:48:12.400 there for, for, for now you see right there, we have the panel truck that the FBI has backed up and

00:48:17.960 you'll see a forklift go in and out every so often. And we assume right now, because of the activity

00:48:23.260 of the FBI outside that that is actually the evidence that Cleta just, uh, uh, read, read to us about

00:48:29.680 Garland favoritos. I have a Garland up Garland, uh, you and Tamara, the same question. Uh, we

00:48:35.300 understand why Fulton County, the Democrats would be, uh, at, you know, you had to fight them tooth

00:48:40.280 and nail and go to court and make sure they didn't destroy, at least have court orders that they

00:48:44.000 couldn't destroy stuff. But why is Raffensperger and these establishment Republicans you think would

00:48:49.680 be open to the fact of potential cheating that went on? Would you not?

00:48:53.980 Well, you've said it all along, uh, Steve, it's a uniparty. The Republican establishment and the

00:49:03.340 Democratic establishment work together. Um, uh, you know, Kemp was the secretary of state before

00:49:10.660 Raffensperger and, um, he won on these machines when his first office was in 2002 when he won a state

00:49:20.300 Senate seat in a big upset. The first year they, they put in the original unverifiable voting system,

00:49:27.400 the papal system debaubed all the way back in 2002. Ever since that time, when he won that state

00:49:33.860 Senate seat, he's wanting to become secretary of state for some reason. Now we kind of know why,

00:49:38.400 uh, uh, Brad Raffensperger came in and he continued the same thing. Uh, the, he has sold out, um, it would

00:49:47.640 take a half of a show to talk about how he has sold out the secretary of state's office to the most

00:49:54.120 rabid anti-Trump, uh, uh, Democrats, uh, and given them contracts for all sorts of different, uh, different

00:50:02.120 things from, from, uh, Dominion to voting works to, um, uh, David Becker and Eric. And, uh, the list

00:50:09.860 just goes on. Uh, he's picked the worst possible people. Uh, he has been worse than any Democrat 0.70

00:50:16.800 could have been. Um, and, uh, that's, uh, I just think they're all in it together. Uh, I don't think

00:50:24.280 it's anything about the South and the North. I think that you see the same thing up, up in the,

00:50:29.500 uh, up in the North. Uh, it's just the uniparty that we've been fighting all along. Yeah. You 1.00

00:50:34.940 know, you and Michael we'll let, we'll let, we'll let, we'll let, we'll let Davis go on that. We'll

00:50:40.120 let Davis go on that one. He's a guy from where we understand. A lot of what he said was true

00:50:43.640 there. Uh, social media, we got to bounce. We're gonna have you on tomorrow morning show. Uh,

00:50:47.760 Garland, you and Tamra, where do we go to get you guys? Uh, voter ga.org voter ga.org.

00:50:56.440 Uh, we're all volunteers. Thank you guys. We got a three to one donation match on right

00:51:02.100 now through the end of the month. We're here because of your efforts, because you're a fight.

00:51:08.120 It's amazing. Sally Grubbs, Dr. Jan, can you give us your, uh, social media and Twitter? We're

00:51:13.380 going to follow this as you guys are going to be out there. We're having the show tomorrow

00:51:15.880 morning. Where do people go? Uh, Steve, this is Sally and mine is, uh, at first, uh, the number

00:51:24.700 one S T V C G A G O P at, or that, you know what? They can just search me by my name, Sally

00:51:31.520 Grubbs on, uh, on Twitter or X. I'm sorry. I apologize, Elon. Thank you, ma'am. And Steve,

00:51:38.500 um, Dr. Jan, where did we get you? Yes, ma'am. On, on Twitter, Dr. Jan election advocate

00:51:44.460 or elect at election. You guys are heroes. You guys are heroes for six years fighting this

00:51:52.860 just absolutely unbelievable. I guess five years total, if I count right. Thank you guys. Uh,

00:51:57.920 I'll catch up with you tonight and see you on the show tomorrow morning. Uh, Cleta Mitchell,

00:52:02.500 we got two minutes. How did this come about? You've been fighting this in Washington, DC,

00:52:06.060 leading the effort in the Imperial Capitol. How did all of a sudden the FBI appear to nowhere

00:52:09.980 today to shock the democratic apparatus and the Republic democratic apparatus in Fulton County

00:52:15.540 in the state Republican apparatus? How did you make it happen?

00:52:21.180 Well, I think the fact that, I mean, you said it, Steve, the fact that Donald Trump got reelected

00:52:25.900 and they never dreamed that that would happen. Um, the reason we have a criminal investigation going

00:52:31.440 on today and, and not before because the Georgia bureau investigation should have started this

00:52:36.980 investigation five years ago, but they didn't because only the governor has the authority to ask

00:52:42.060 them to do that. And governor Kemp would never do it. And I think it's really important to realize

00:52:46.900 that this, don't ever forget, we filed an election contest on behalf of president Trump in December of

00:52:53.920 2020. And we outlined all the irregularities, far more illegal votes counted in the, in the vote

00:53:02.220 totals than the margin between president Trump and Joe Biden. And we never got a judge appointed to hear

00:53:07.680 the case. I've never heard of that. I've never heard of that. And so the clock just ran out and we never

00:53:14.980 got to put our evidence on in, in a court of law. And so that, that's how it happened. That's how it

00:53:21.380 happened. They were, they were intent. Oh no, no, no. They, they never thought this, this, they would

00:53:29.160 come your social media, ma'am, because they would finally wills trying to put you in prison. They wanted, 1.00

00:53:34.400 they wanted, you were Tina Peters then they wanted you and they wanted, you're just, you're just the

00:53:38.720 Georgia, you're a Georgia peach, Tina Peters. What's your social media? At Cleta Mitchell on X and on

00:53:45.640 true social Cleta Mitchell. Cleta, you're a fighter, a North Carolinian, but you're a fighter,

00:53:53.400 a Tar Heel fighting down in Georgia. Fabulous. Great day. Great day. Cleta. Fantastic work. Mike Davis.

00:53:59.680 We got to get over to Mike Lindell, but we wouldn't be here without article three. Also you fought

00:54:05.680 Fannie Willis. You fought it all. This is why they wanted to put Trump in prison. This is why they

00:54:09.240 want to put Cleta Mitchell in prison. This is why they want to put Rudy in prison because of this day

00:54:14.040 and a hat tip to cash Patel and the folks over the FBI hat tip to DOJ and the main justice. This was a

00:54:20.780 tractor pull folks behind the scenes, Mike Davis, give me a minute, closing observations. And then I want

00:54:25.860 people to go to article three today. Yeah. I want to say cheers to attorney general Pam Bondi

00:54:32.180 and assistant attorney general for civil rights, Harmeet Dillon. They're the ones who brought the

00:54:38.000 civil lawsuits against these Fulton County operatives to get their voting records from 2020. And they use

00:54:46.020 the civil rights act of 1960 to do it. The attorney general has vast and broad power to get voting

00:54:53.000 records under the civil rights act of 1960. These Fulton County officials, uh, tried to obstruct the

00:55:00.820 investigation and they learned the hard way that you're not going to mess with Pam Bondi and Harmeet

00:55:06.760 Dillon and cash Patel. This is not the Trump one justice department. These are bold and fearless warriors.

00:55:12.740 Listen, all, all those guys and the dagger, the Todd, uh, they've all taken incoming today is victory,

00:55:22.440 but gets victory folks. Mike, I got track you down about Minnesota. I don't have time to do it now.

00:55:26.500 Victory, but gets victory. Mike Davis said it. We ain't backing down in Minnesota. We're not going

00:55:30.340 back down to Minneapolis. We're doubling down. We're not backing down Davis. Where'd it go to article

00:55:35.180 three? I need people go there right now. Yeah. Thank you to the war room posse. You guys are warriors

00:55:40.560 and you've got a big victory today. It's article three project.org article number three project.org

00:55:46.040 follow us on social media, donates, but only what you can afford an action, action, action.

00:55:53.240 Mike Davis, there's crime scene tape around the ballots in Fulton County. Thank you, sir. Thank

00:56:00.220 you for your efforts over the many years since, uh, since this went down, since they stole the 20,

00:56:04.820 let's be blunt. Katie Torres suck on this. They stole the 2020 election. That's what this is about. 1.00

00:56:09.580 Don't play dumb. Don't play dumb. You know exactly what's going on. Mike Lindell. You're not going 1.00

00:56:16.360 to sell me a pillow today. We got two and a half minutes. I want to take you the full time

00:56:20.200 because brother, you've worked as hard as any person in this country for this day to happen.

00:56:25.500 Folks, there were a thousand times that Favarito and Johnston and Sally Grubbs and Cleta Mitchell and 0.83

00:56:33.020 Mike Davis and hundreds of more that work with him and volunteer and, and, and Lindell could have all

00:56:38.500 quit. They could have all quit. They did not quit. They use their agency. And that's why we got the

00:56:43.180 FBI loading up the evidence of the stolen 2020 election. Mike Lindell. Yeah, it's a great day,

00:56:50.380 Steve. And I'll tell you, they, uh, you get crooked Brad Rasenberger down in Georgia and camp and all of

00:56:57.680 them. This is, uh, this is what I've been waiting for you. All this stuff to come out that we already

00:57:02.060 had five years ago. We already had all this stuff five years ago, but we were called conspiracy

00:57:07.640 theorists and, and we were attacked. And that's why my pillow most attack company in history that

00:57:13.180 they want me to shut up, shut up, shut up about the machine, shut up about the elections, just be 0.96

00:57:18.320 quiet. We'll let it all go away. Mike, well, it ain't happening. And, uh, and Steve, I'll tell you the, 0.99

00:57:24.700 it's going to be one state after another for this 2020 election. You see Georgia, you see stuff coming

00:57:30.260 out of Pennsylvania. You're going to see them all come out over the next month or so. I think

00:57:34.800 you're going to just, it's going to be pouring out. Um, all the, everything we said was true back

00:57:39.860 then. There's only one truth. And, uh, remember, remember Steve, back in the day, I think we were

00:57:45.340 on the war room when we went, we, uh, my whole teams, we walked into Kemp's office in Georgia and

00:57:52.220 served all those papers to them. Obviously, you know, they never, I'll never forget that.

00:57:58.440 And we did that live. Hold it. You did that live on, you did that live on war room.

00:58:03.060 They chase you out of thing. My pillow.com promo, promo code bad. And I'm gonna have you on the

00:58:07.760 back tomorrow morning. We did that live and Kemp's people called security and said, get

00:58:12.180 this crazy man out of the lobby, man. What is this guy doing? He's been free. My pillow.com

00:58:30.140 Did I tell you there were some cloudy days and there's also going to be some days that

00:58:36.200 you can see the sunlit uplands. This is all about the agency of these great heroes in the

00:58:42.620 state of Georgia. Plus the Cleta Mitchells, Kurt Olson's involved in this, Mike Lindell,

00:58:48.240 hundreds of people to make this happen. There's crime scene tape around the Fulton County

00:58:55.320 warehouse where the evidence for the stolen 2020 presidential election resides. Stick around.
