Bannon's War Room - Episode 5108： Live From The Streets Of Minneapolis; Victories In Texas

00:00:00.000 New York Times reports this, quote, working with hundreds of organizations in 46 states,

00:00:05.700 organizers said they are encouraging Americans to abstain from daily activities to grind the

00:00:10.880 economy to a halt. And the protests could not come at a more dire moment. Just a few days ago,

00:00:16.300 Trump said his administration would, quote, de-escalate in Minneapolis when it comes to

00:00:21.220 enforcement. But that statement does not match up with the reality on the ground there. Now,

00:00:26.920 today, Donald Trump has renewed his attacks on local leaders, and he is calling Alex

00:00:32.320 Preddy, the man who was killed, an agitator and, quote, perhaps insurrectionist.

00:00:39.460 What is being seen is a full assault, a new red line crossed, an assault on the First Amendment.

00:00:47.000 The administration today arrested two journalists, including Don Lemon, formerly of CNN. He's long

00:00:52.180 been a target of Donald Trump's wrath and ire, along with activists for protest at a church on January

00:00:59.380 18th. Don Lemon was not there as a protester. He identified himself as a journalist and made it

00:01:05.900 clear that he was there. He was inside in his capacity as a journalist and reporter. According

00:01:11.780 to a copy of the indictment obtained by our team, Lemon faces two civil rights charges, including

00:01:17.300 conspiracy against the right of religious freedom. He will appear in court later this hour. A wave of

00:01:22.920 protests rising up in the streets of American cities, especially Minneapolis, against Donald

00:01:29.320 Trump and his autocratic ambition.

00:01:33.580 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on

00:01:42.160 these people. I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people

00:01:48.580 have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything

00:01:52.520 in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:01:55.540 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish

00:02:02.520 that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:02:08.840 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:02:15.760 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:02:23.260 It's Friday 30, January, Eurovalor, 2026. Mike Davis is going to join us in a moment about

00:02:28.100 this Don Lemon situation. We've got to go to Ben Berquant briefly, and Ben's going to be with

00:02:32.360 us for the hour. Ben, we're going to the streets of Minneapolis. Today, you were outside the federal

00:02:36.900 building where there was a big demonstration. People should understand on a very cold Friday

00:02:43.340 afternoon, it looks like, I don't know, 20,000, 30,000 people in the streets of Minneapolis, Ben.

00:02:49.800 Yeah, it's massive. I mean, it's one of the biggest protests, at least here in Minneapolis,

00:02:53.260 I've ever seen. And what's crazy about this, Steve, is this entire thing has been led by,

00:02:58.900 they call them peacekeepers. Not a single police officer in sight that I've seen today. Everyone in

00:03:03.760 these yellow jackets are basically leading this whole thing. They've blocked, I don't 1.00

00:03:08.860 know, 20 streets as they were coming through. The entire line, both sides of the parks are

00:03:13.600 filled, but it goes back 10 blocks, probably, of people. It is massive.

00:03:21.880 Is that what we're seeing right there, the back of the flatbed truck? Is that the speakers?

00:03:26.420 Is that the speaker stand? Yeah. Yeah, this is where all the speakers are doing all the chants,

00:03:33.300 leading all the lemmings. That's all coming from here. So we're at the very front of the march. 1.00

00:03:39.240 Did they look like they're reaching out their hand? Are they reaching out their hand to President

00:03:42.800 Trump to work through this since President Trump has been pretty conciliatory? Tom Homan?

00:03:47.260 Okay, hang on. No, no, no. Okay. I want you to be safe. Hang on. Let me get Mike Davis. I'm

00:03:59.260 going to come back to you. Mike Davis, I think Don Lemon's going to be arraigned, I think, within

00:04:07.040 the hour of this show in Los Angeles. Talk me through. Is this serious or is this just President

00:04:12.660 Trump and his devotees chasing, making trouble for an innocent man? You've seen the indictment. What

00:04:19.020 do you got? So the videos of what Don Lemon did at that church service where he stormed the church

00:04:28.880 with other agitators, he went onto the pulpit and interrupted the church service and tried to have a

00:04:37.460 debate with the minister on the pulpit. He scared the hell out of the congregants, including women and

00:04:45.280 children. A woman broke her arm during all of this. Don Lemon faces very serious federal felony

00:04:55.000 charges under the Klan Act, Conspiracy Against Rights 18 U.S.C. Section 241, along with a misdemeanor

00:05:02.860 charge or maybe even felony, depending on how they do it, under the FACE Act, under 18 U.S.C.

00:05:10.420 Section 248. Here's the issue, Steve. He was not there as a journalist, but even if he were there

00:05:16.560 as a journalist, journalists do not have license to trespass into a house of worship. They do not

00:05:23.540 have license to terrorize church congregants. They do not have, whether it's a church, a mosque, 0.90

00:05:31.300 a synagogue, another place of worship. You can't do that. Remember, the Biden Justice Department

00:05:36.880 imprisoned elderly Christian pro-life protesters at Planned Parenthood. So Don Lemon is certainly

00:05:45.780 not above the law here. And I would say this, if Don Lemon showed any sense of remorse after this,

00:05:53.280 you know, if he said, well, I just got caught up in this. It was bad judgment. I apologize.

00:05:59.040 You know, maybe, just maybe, he would have the Justice Department saying something different

00:06:08.580 today. But this Don Lemon, he doubled down, he tripled down, he quadrupled down and tried to

00:06:15.540 say that he was there as a journalist when the videos are so clear what he was doing. His own

00:06:21.660 statements on video after he did this show, his, his mental culpability, his mental state for all

00:06:29.180 this. He, he, he admitted his criminal culpability for all this. He admitted, he targeted this church

00:06:35.500 because of their Christian faith. He admitted, he targeted this church because of, because of the

00:06:41.740 race of the congregants, right? This is, this is text, textbook-based acts, and this is textbook

00:06:48.520 plan act. So Don Lemon can go to hell. And in the meantime, Pam, Pam Bondi is going to send his ass 0.99

00:06:55.040 to prison. Yeah. Let me, you, you gave a real shout out today on social media, Pam Bondi. Walk me 1.00

00:07:01.600 through that. Well, I just think that Pam Bondi is being bold and fearless here. I did look in prior

00:07:09.800 Republican administrations. There's no chance in hell that a Republican white male attorney general

00:07:17.180 would charge Don Lemon with a plan act violation because prior Republican white male attorneys 1.00

00:07:23.980 general are pussies. And Pam Bondi is not. She has, she is bold and fearless. She, she does not 0.99

00:07:30.740 give a damn about the woke nonsense, the political correctness. It's very clear that Don Lemon 0.97

00:07:38.280 was an agitator here who terrorized a white Christian church. So Pam Bondi is going to put this

00:07:46.160 man where he belongs in jail with plan act and face act charges.

00:07:52.880 Okay. Cause tonight, you know, on CNN and MSNBC, we're just going to be bombarded with them because

00:07:58.940 they've already started on these afternoon shows. And by the way, we're going to try to get to cut to

00:08:04.060 Don Lemon when he, when he gets arraigned, uh, that these are just kind of phony made up charges.

00:08:09.100 Uh, and this is just retribution by Trump's, uh, Trump's acolytes and devotees. Can you just give

00:08:15.820 it to us succinctly one more time? Why do you, Mike Davis think this is serious? The charges and

00:08:21.560 at least the preliminary evidence they took to the grand jury?

00:08:25.020 Because Don Lemon terrorized a church service. He disrupted the church service. He went on the pulpit

00:08:33.760 and disrupted the pastor in the middle of the church service. Uh, tried to debate with him

00:08:39.460 during the middle of the church service. Look, I, I went to 13 years of Catholic school. As you know,

00:08:44.140 Steve, I'm not exactly the model Catholic, but it enrages me watching this soul go on to a pulpit

00:08:52.580 and debate a, a pastor during the middle of a church service. You have little kids cowering in terror.

00:08:58.900 You have women cowering in terror. You have someone breaking their arm. These, there, there has to be

00:09:04.800 punishment here because Don Lemon has shown zero remorse for what he's done. He's, he's quadrupled

00:09:12.180 down. And here's the bigger issue. If you do not make an example out of Don Lemon, if you do not

00:09:18.200 punish him, if you do not have a deterrent factor here, this is going to happen all across America.

00:09:25.320 You're going to have left-wing agitators disrupting church services every Sunday. And that cannot

00:09:30.940 happen in this country. That is, that is a series of very serious battle crimes, including the FACE Act

00:09:38.520 and the Klan Act. And you can't have the Biden justice departments throwing 75 year old Christians

00:09:44.300 in prison for praying at abortion clinics, but you let Don Lemon get at a, get a, get out of jail free

00:09:51.200 car just because he's a black left-wing journalist. Again, Don Lemon can go to hell. In the meantime, 1.00

00:09:57.240 he can go to jail. Um, this is right now in the streets, we're going to go back to, um,

00:10:05.220 Ben Burkwam in a second. You have, I don't know, 20, 30,000, you have a massive turnout. It looks like

00:10:09.820 with no police, right. And no ice, no customers in border. They've taken over the streets and now

00:10:15.620 they're governing themselves, but they've taken over the streets. There's no legal authority.

00:10:19.060 This case is going to depend upon those parishioners coming forward in open court and accusing, uh,

00:10:26.200 and, and backing up with evidence, eyewitness evidence, what Don Lemon did. Correct. Where,

00:10:30.340 where are we going to find, cause you know, they're going to be terrorized immediately. Where are you

00:10:34.320 going to find parishioners with that kind of steel, steely spine when you're living in a place like

00:10:39.000 Minneapolis, sir? Now that's a very good point. I think this one was in St. Paul, which is a little

00:10:44.100 bit more sane than the, the, the Somali pirates in Minneapolis, but the, uh, but I get your point.

00:10:52.000 Here's the issue. You have videos from Don Lemon of where he's admitting what he did, which is stormed

00:11:00.420 the church to make them uncomfortable. And he did it because of their race and their religion. They're

00:11:05.420 white Christians. That's why he targeted this church. You can play those videos in court of Don Lemon. 0.96

00:11:12.100 And those are hearsay videos, but they're, they are, uh, you can, they, they, you get around the

00:11:17.080 hearsay rules, the federal rules of, of evidence. You can get around the hearsay rules because it's

00:11:22.220 Don Lemon's incriminatory, uh, incriminating statements. And so play those videos in court.

00:11:27.820 And it's, it's a, it's, it seems like it's a pretty clear cut slam dunk case. Now, if a, if he ends up

00:11:35.460 getting jury nullification, which he may get because you're dealing with left-wing jurors in Minnesota, 0.99

00:11:41.480 the dumbest people in America, they let Somali pirates rip them off for, they let Somali pirates 1.00

00:11:47.680 rip them off out of billions of dollars for years and years and years. So you may have dumb Democrat 1.00

00:11:53.340 Minnesota jurors with jury notification, but you know what? Who gives a damn? Put Don Lemon through 0.99

00:12:00.500 the process. Mike Davis. Uh, thank you. I know you had to step out to do this. Uh, where do people go for

00:12:07.920 article three, where they go for your social media? You're putting up a lot of great stuff

00:12:10.920 in this, where they go. Article three project.org article number three project.org. Donate

00:12:16.320 follow us on social media. And again, action, action, action for the all-star war room posse.

00:12:22.580 And thank you, Steve. Thank you, brother. Mike Davis on, uh, and Don Lemon is supposed to be,

00:12:28.820 I guess, arraigned here shortly. We'll, we'll go to that. Uh, let's go back to bed. Do

00:12:32.780 we have bed Burquam and the head may had to move. Okay. You see right there, look at the

00:12:38.400 overview. Um, I don't know, Ben, uh, Ben. Go ahead, Steve. Hang on. I want to get you

00:12:46.120 on. By the way, Ben, go ahead, Steve. Ben, is the, is the, is, is the March tomorrow going

00:12:52.940 to be bigger than this? It's hard to say. Hey, is the March, is the March tomorrow going

00:12:58.500 to be bigger than this guys? Hang on. Is the March tomorrow going to be bigger than

00:13:02.120 this? Okay. Is the March tomorrow going to be bigger? If you bring your friends, it

00:13:08.420 will be. I don't know. It's, it's pretty big though. We're moving. Okay. We're moving.

00:13:11.860 Go. Okay. Ben Burquam, we'll come right back to you. Ben Burquam at the March. Got to be

00:13:19.600 safe. By the way, for raw story, but we didn't cut the, we did not cut the, uh, we did not

00:13:24.460 cut the interview with Ben Burquam short today. We did it all. And we sent you some

00:13:28.300 additional footage. Ben Burquam is down there. So in the streets of Minneapolis,

00:13:32.560 we're going to leave with, uh, my favorite, the boss, Bruce Springsteen, his

00:13:38.280 new song. You see right there, I think it's 20 to 30,000 people, no police, no

00:13:43.680 sheriffs, no ice, no customs and border. Uh, they're self-governing today or

00:13:49.580 self-organizing today in the streets of Minneapolis. We're gonna take a short

00:13:53.560 commercial break. We're gonna talk about the streets in Texas next. We'll call

00:13:58.280 back to Ben Burquam, uh, by the way, supposed to be even bigger demonstrations.

00:14:02.720 That's why I asked the question on Saturday, supposed to be huge. So we'll

00:14:06.220 cover it all a short commercial break gold. I think down 10% at the close

00:14:11.760 silver down like 30%. This is what happens. You announced a, uh, a chairman of the

00:14:17.460 federal reserve, uh, who is a very serious about a strong dollar. He's a hawk on

00:14:24.360 interest rates. Uh, it's kind of a surprising, uh, surprising pick today. Kevin

00:14:28.800 Warsh, but capital markets throughout the world, uh, I think greatly appreciated.

00:14:34.480 This was like the president of the United States, when they accused him of not

00:14:37.340 having an independent fed, you couldn't have someone that has kind of different

00:14:41.800 philosophy than the president. I think when it comes to, uh, monetary policy and it

00:14:46.580 comes to capital markets. Anyway, Kevin Warsh has been, uh, designated as the next

00:14:51.060 Fed chair, uh, gold and silver, uh, took a hit as, uh, as people took profit taking. And

00:14:56.780 in addition, it looks like someone coming with a stronger dollar short break. There's

00:15:00.360 a lot of politicians that should be getting coal in their stockings for Christmas, but 0.97

00:15:04.260 Birch gold thinks as a smart planner, you deserve silver. That's why for every $5,000

00:15:11.460 you purchase between now and December 22nd, Birch gold will send you an ounce of silver

00:15:17.460 free. Remember silver is up over 60% this year and over $60 an ounce. You see smart

00:15:27.400 people diversify and have a hedge. That's why I encourage you to buy gold from Birch

00:15:32.280 gold with the rate cuts from the fed in 2026, the dollar will be worth less. And what happens

00:15:37.900 if the AI bubble burst diversify, let Birch gold group help you convert an existing IRA or

00:15:45.040 401k into a tax sheltered IRA and physical gold. Let me repeat that physical gold. And

00:15:52.800 for every $5,000 you buy, you'll get an ounce of silver for your stocking or for your kids.

00:17:07.340 him, right? He's not being shouted over the whistles. We'll go to him as soon as he's set

00:17:11.700 up. We're also tracking the situation in Los Angeles where Don Lemon, I guess, is going to be

00:17:16.580 arraigned here shortly. We'll cut to that if we have audio. We want to make sure that Texas does not

00:17:24.580 become a Minneapolis. I know that's far-fetched, but if you let these things get out of control,

00:17:28.280 you never know what's going to happen. Brian Harrison, you have two great pieces of news today.

00:17:32.720 We're going to do a quick hit and try to talk you into coming back on tomorrow because these are

00:17:36.820 things that the Warren Posse has worked on with you. Let's start at Texas A&M, and then we'll go

00:17:42.060 to the hearings. Yeah, big news, and like we've been doing, Steve, with the Posse for the better part of

00:17:46.980 the last year now, just win after win. When Texans, when grassroots patriots, when the Posse becomes

00:17:53.340 aware of the Texas government and the liberal tendencies of the Austin Uniparty, when they become aware of the

00:17:59.300 corruption, they don't stand for it. They demand action, and that's how we've been getting results,

00:18:04.220 and the Posse is well aware of our work. We got rid of the president of Texas A&M. We've ended big

00:18:09.000 DEI programs. We've stopped illegals from registering vehicles, and then a huge victory today, maybe the 1.00

00:18:14.120 biggest to date, following on the heels of getting rid of the president of Texas A&M, who was pushing

00:18:18.900 DEI and transgender indoctrination. The biggest part of the Texas A&M University system that was pushing 1.00

00:18:24.420 this radical transgender indoctrination into the classroom, okay, indoctrinating the next generation 1.00

00:18:29.840 of students into this radical transgender ideology, the women's and gender studies department at Texas

00:18:36.960 A&M University. As of today, I can announce to you, Texas A&M is shutting down that program. This was

00:18:43.620 the belly of the beast for the transgender movement at the Texas A&M University system, and maybe the

00:18:49.880 biggest blow to taxpayer-funded transgender indoctrination in the Texas government that we've

00:18:54.820 had for many years. A lot of folks were shocked to learn, as was I, that not only was the Texas

00:18:59.600 government not fighting the woke progressive left transgender agenda, the Texas government for the

00:19:04.060 past 10 years or so has probably been one of the biggest funders of transgender indoctrination, and the 0.99

00:19:08.420 Posse, grassroots patriots, have struck one of, if not the biggest blow against transgender

00:19:13.280 indoctrination in the Texas government, and I'm really proud, even though I'm often fighting these battles

00:19:18.360 alone down in the Austin swamp, I know I'm standing in solidarity with grassroots,

00:19:23.000 freedom-loving patriots all across Texas, the country, and this is another W in the column

00:19:28.760 for the posse here. So, big blow against taxpayer funding.

00:19:31.720 Brian, and this ideology was dug in. I mean, they were dug in hard on this. When we first started

00:19:38.460 this, when you brought it to people's attention, they had no intention of changing it. Do we have

00:19:42.540 any idea of what tipped it over so they just said, hey, we're out, we're out of this business,

00:19:47.440 we're shutting it down? Because that's a massive humiliation for them.

00:19:51.820 I'll tell you exactly what it was. We did it. They didn't want to do it, and that's not just

00:19:55.780 you have to take my opinion for it. You can go back and look at the record. Because it was my eye

00:19:59.960 that released the undercover footage of a conservative female student, never identified

00:20:06.000 her for her safety. She got to me. I released undercover footage of a Texas A&M University classroom,

00:20:12.160 a children's literature class, okay, future teachers, where they were being forced to memorize

00:20:16.700 things like the gender unicorn. She objected to radical taxpayer-funded transgender indoctrination, 1.00

00:20:22.540 and we know that the Texas government supported this because the leadership of Texas A&M University

00:20:26.800 tried to cover it up. They engaged in a whole cover-up operation to try and sweep this under

00:20:31.460 the rug. They berated the student. They harassed the student, threatened her, tried to get her to 0.63

00:20:36.100 make a deal, to remain silent if they could keep the indoctrination going. They were never going to

00:20:41.880 stop this. But the way we got this win, there's no question about it, was because I boldly called for it

00:20:46.940 as the only member of the Texas government to call for this, and then I went on shows like The War Room

00:20:51.540 and social media, and I locked arms with millions of people across the state and country, especially

00:20:55.880 Texans, who were sick and tired of being taxed out of their homes to have their money weaponized against

00:20:59.960 them, their children, and their values. I said, we're done with this, and we have melted the phone lines in Austin,

00:21:05.380 and the pressure has gotten so insurmountable for the Austin Uniparty establishment that we are seeing

00:21:11.940 cracks in the dam, and Texas government, I believe, now is turning the course slowly. There's a lot of work

00:21:18.020 to do, but this is the biggest victory yet against taxpayer-funded transgender indoctrination, and you

00:21:22.820 mentioned how hard they were going. I'm reading here from a syllabus here. The Texas A&M was teaching

00:21:27.320 how to pursue environmental justice in these classes. They were teaching about eco-feminism. 0.99

00:21:33.740 They were teaching the gender unicorn here. They were teaching that transphobia is systematically deployed.

00:21:43.040 They were teaching how to advocate for the transgender agenda. Here's a whole course on transgender cinemas.

00:21:49.040 Okay, this is what taxpayers in Texas were being forced to fund, but the biggest program at Texas A&M

00:21:54.560 is no more, and I'm really proud to have locked arms with you, the posse, and patriots to

00:21:58.520 just yet another huge victory in a long string of victories against the liberal Austin Uniparty.

00:22:05.660 Brian, next week we're shifting the flag of the war room in war room Texas, actually physically to Texas

00:22:11.480 for the March 3rd, the run-up to the March, the 3 March primary, where Sharia law is on the ballot

00:22:17.860 to prohibit Sharia laws on the ballot in Proposition 10. You've got big news. You called for, you said, 0.58

00:22:23.820 hey Steve, we're going to do this. We need a special session. You get a special session. We have to have hearings.

00:22:28.140 I know that when that word first went out, a lot of people tried to block it. You've got an update for us?

00:22:34.020 A big update and a great update. You're right. You, me, and many, a hundred or so patriots

00:22:37.900 had a meeting in Dallas not too long ago, and I put on the table, I said, guys,

00:22:41.600 people are bringing up all these legislative solutions, because here's the one thing your viewers need to know.

00:22:46.280 Despite a lot of gaslighting from Austin officials, Texas has not banned Sharia law,

00:22:50.400 and so there's a lot of legislative solutions being thrown around. I said, guys, the legislature's not

00:22:54.420 in session until 2027, over a year away. We cannot delay any further, and at this point,

00:23:01.460 I firmly believe that delay is tantamount to acquiescence to the progressive left, and you're

00:23:07.480 right. People don't think that that kind of stuff you see out in Europe and what's happened to London

00:23:11.800 with the effects of unchecked mass migration and the violent jihadists and the explosion growth

00:23:17.140 of Sharia adherence could happen. In Texas, it absolutely could. We're going over two mosques 1.00

00:23:22.220 every month are going up in the state of Texas, two Sharia tribunals right in my backyard, one in 1.00

00:23:26.660 Irving, one in Dallas, so I called for emergency interim legislative oversight hearings, and I'm

00:23:31.040 very excited to break the news here on your show that the Texas Senate, thanks to a decision,

00:23:35.940 a correct and a bold decision by our Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, the Texas Senate has just

00:23:40.320 announced they will have interim legislative oversight hearings, among other things,

00:23:45.000 hearings, but included among them will be hearings to address the growing threat

00:23:49.780 from Sharia law and ways to prevent the growth of Sharia law here in the state of Texas, and this is

00:23:55.000 another victory, quite frankly, for the grassroots and the patriots demanding action, saying we don't

00:24:00.280 want to wait any longer to deal with this, we've got to nip this cancer in the bud, so I appreciate our

00:24:04.080 Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick putting that on the agenda for the Texas Senate. I have formally in

00:24:08.160 writing demanded the Speaker of the Texas House do the same thing. The Texas House needs to get in gear, 0.80

00:24:13.740 get it off its backside, and deal with Sharia law right now and the property taxes and a whole bunch 0.99

00:24:19.080 of other things that the voters of Texas just really can't afford to have their government sit

00:24:23.300 on the sidelines any longer for. Big news. Brian Harrison, your Twitter feed is feared,

00:24:31.300 is loved and feared, loved and loathed down in Texas. Where do people go? Yeah, if you love freedom

00:24:36.820 and liberty, you love my Twitter feed. If you're a uniparty establishment Democrat or rhino hack, 0.82

00:24:41.800 you hate it. Go at Brian E. Harrison. Please, if you appreciate these updates or my fight for

00:24:48.140 transparency and freedom here to save Texas and save the country, please go and follow me at

00:24:52.160 Brian E. Harrison on X, at Brian E. Harrison on X. And then if you can, click the link there at the

00:24:57.680 top. Because of these types of victories against the Austin establishment, forcing them to stop

00:25:02.080 funding transgenderism and other things, they're trying to take me out. We've got a primary in a

00:25:05.560 month, so please go there to help me out at Brian E. Harrison. But we're going to keep the,

00:25:08.680 well, I'm not tired of winning. We're just getting warmed up. We're going to keep the

00:25:11.680 victories coming here. Thank you, Brian. Great. These are huge. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.

00:25:17.720 Great. Appreciate you, Stephen. Lee Wams again. The primary is three March, but tomorrow,

00:25:23.640 but on Saturday, there's actually a real election, a special election. You're in a dogfight down there.

00:25:28.680 Explain where we stand and what you need in this vitally important Texas Senate race, ma'am.

00:25:33.800 Sure. Thank you, Steve. Where we stand is the left has poured millions into painting my Democrat

00:25:40.520 opponent as a moderate. He is nothing close to a moderate. He has donated to the Harris-Waltz

00:25:47.260 campaign 21 times, AOC, Jasmine Crockett. He has funded an article came out in the Texas Voice today

00:25:53.140 that proved what we already know, talking about Texas Majority PAC, which is a partner of the Texas

00:25:59.160 Democrat Party. And they've traced $7 million of direct contributions from George Soros to that PAC.

00:26:07.260 And two thirds of my Democrat opponent's funding comes from that PAC. It's a very serious situation.

00:26:13.940 The Democrats are working very hard to take Texas. And I'll tell you why. We know special elections are

00:26:19.020 very difficult. We know Republicans underperform and Democrats overperform. In the history,

00:26:24.240 last 150 years, only four times in our country's history has the party in the majority stayed the

00:26:30.760 party of the majority during the midterms. What's crucial for Texas, however, we have 31 senators or

00:26:37.640 big, big state, 31 million people. Each Senate district has about a million people in it. Out of

00:26:42.880 that, the balance of power is 20 to 11, 20 Republicans, 11 Democrats. Well, for the first time in history,

00:26:49.600 five of our Republicans have either retired or resigned. That means five open seats. And this

00:26:55.220 special election happening tomorrow, tomorrow is election day. It's the last day to vote is critical.

00:27:02.760 Beto O'Rourke's organization powered by people is an extremely left-wing organization funded with

00:27:09.980 additional millions of dollars. They are active in my Democrat opponent's campaign. And they are

00:27:15.580 literally posting that this January election is their pilot program, their words, not mine,

00:27:21.100 pilot program for turning Texas blue in November. So for the Senate District 9 seat, it's half of

00:27:26.920 Tarrant County. Tarrant County is the largest red county left in the nation. About 2.3 million people

00:27:32.420 were larger than 15 states. It's a big deal, meaning it's a big target to the left. We have to get our

00:27:39.100 voters out. There are 26,000 Republican voters in state Senate District 9 that have not voted yet.

00:27:46.800 And we have to get them out or we lose Texas. 0.61

00:27:51.540 Lee, just hang on for one second. I'm going to hold it to the break. I'm going to get some details

00:27:55.340 about people knowing where to go to vote and all that. Lee Williams got in a dogfight

00:27:59.320 as all the folks down in Texas. It's a huge target on Texas.

00:28:03.180 As Texas goes, so goes the nation. As Tarrant County, Tarrant County, how Tarrant County goes,

00:28:10.220 so Texas goes. As Texas goes, so goes the nation. We've got to win this one tomorrow.

00:28:14.620 The horrific weather, all of it. Working against people. But Lee Williams again is a tough one.

00:28:21.480 Part of the Patriot Mobile team. Short commercial break. We're going to return in the war room in just a moment.

00:29:57.700 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:02.720 Lee, where do people go, the site, where they go to vote? You got 26,000 registered Republicans

00:30:09.460 that have not voted. We need all those people to turn out. We need this audience if you're in

00:30:13.160 Tarrant County. And you've already voted to help turn people out tomorrow because the weather has

00:30:17.920 been pretty horrific down there. Where do people go to find out more at Lee Walmskine?

00:30:22.580 So if you know you're in Senate District 9, go to LeeForTexas.com and click on voter info.

00:30:28.180 You can find all the locations there. If you live in Tarrant County and you're not sure,

00:30:31.940 you can go to tarrantcounty.com slash elections. And you can check to see what Senate district you are in.

00:30:38.180 And you can click all the voting elections sites. And there is a plethora of voting elections.

00:30:44.880 And you're right. The ice storm closed down some polling places. It really did hamper our turnout.

00:30:49.900 We need everyone out tomorrow. Run. Don't walk to the polls. Do not let the weather and the left

00:30:57.200 take Texas. And make sure you take somebody with you. Lee, social media, where do people follow you?

00:31:03.440 Where do they track you? At LeeForTexas on X is the best place. At Lee, and that's L-E-I-G-H, 0.99

00:31:09.520 at LeeForTexas. Tough as boot leather. Thank you, ma'am. Weather's been against you,

00:31:15.560 but we're going to pull this out. Make sure everybody focuses. 26,000 registered Republicans

00:31:19.040 have not voted yet in Tarrant County. Let's get it done. John Lott, there's another, it's a firestorm

00:31:28.100 on Capitol Hill right now because they're trying to figure out the House and the Senate, whether we're

00:31:32.640 going to shut the government down, not shut the government down. As you know, John, I'm kind of

00:31:35.800 with you. I don't care if they shut the government down or not. But on this one, they'd look like

00:31:39.600 they're pulling out the DHS budget. And they're specifically talking about, I mean, things like

00:31:45.600 the Democrats, the Senate wants no mask on the ICE agents. They want body cams that work 24-7.

00:31:53.580 They want to be able to sue the officers, just on and on. Plus, they want to make sure that every

00:32:00.500 time you go to get an illegal alien out, you got to get a warrant from a federal judge.

00:32:04.580 The ask on this thing are so over the top. I don't even know why. I don't even know why we're

00:32:09.560 considering this. But we're kind of jammed up on this thing. And you highlight both, you know,

00:32:14.180 if the government shuts down what potentially could happen. Walk me through. You've got a

00:32:17.320 great piece in RealClearPolitics. Walk us through it.

00:32:21.400 Well, thanks. I mean, the bottom line from the Democratic proposals is to essentially stop

00:32:27.280 Trump from being able to go and deport illegal aliens. So right now, you can go and get a warrant

00:32:36.700 from an immigration judge or an administrative warrant. What they want to do is have it so that

00:32:42.960 federal district court judges and magistrates would handle these things. That makes the process much

00:32:49.220 more complicated. But plus, you're talking about 1,100 federal district court judges and magistrates

00:32:56.920 in the country. You know, if they were to deport people at the same rate that they did this last

00:33:02.240 year, and they're ramping it up, so hopefully it would have been more, you're talking about 500

00:33:08.680 warrants that each judge would have to go and handle. You know, talking about weeks of work

00:33:14.400 on their part for people, many of them already have a heavy schedule. But the problem also is about 60

00:33:21.020 percent of the district court judges in the country are Democrats. I mean, surely you know as well as

00:33:25.980 anybody how a lot of these Democratic district court judges have done whatever they can in order to try

00:33:33.060 to stop deportations by the Trump administration. And so, you know, if you have a large portion

00:33:39.260 of these judges who are refusing to sign warrants for political reasons, you know, I guess you can go

00:33:47.760 and appeal to an appeals court. But you're talking about a long, drawn-out process that's going to

00:33:53.940 encompass a lot of the court system. And it's going to make it difficult or impossible for them to go

00:34:00.820 and deport a lot of these people. You know, on top of that, you mentioned...

00:34:04.720 John, it's going to... John, hang on, hang on, but it's going to make it impossible. They know that.

00:34:09.740 Yeah, they're right.

00:34:09.960 What they're proposing makes it impossible, you know, because these judges got other things to do,

00:34:13.820 too. They're just not... They're going to... They're trying to overwhelm the... They're trying to put up

00:34:18.160 bureaucratic processes that just can't possibly be done, correct?

00:34:24.320 Exactly. Look, this system that we have right now in terms of immigration judges handling the warrants,

00:34:30.280 that was something that's happened under the Biden administration. It happened under the

00:34:34.920 Obama administration. It happened under the Clinton administration. They had no problem

00:34:39.900 with any of those things, despite millions of people being deported during some of those

00:34:45.680 administrations, with going and having immigration judges and administrative warrants handling the

00:34:52.560 process that was there. But, you know, as you say, it's just going to prevent them from

00:34:58.440 deporting lots of people right now and introduce more politics into it. You know, and some of the

00:35:04.180 other things, like making it so... Because they're upset that many of these agents are wearing masks,

00:35:09.620 but they're wearing them for a reason. I mean, you have a 1,347% increase this last year over 2024

00:35:17.680 in the number of assaults on ICE officers. You have an 8,000% increase in the number of death threats.

00:35:25.260 You have a 3,200% increase. That's 32 times, 32-fold increase in vehicle assaults on ICE officers.

00:35:35.980 And so, you know, you have people that have been doxxed that have gone and shown up at people's homes,

00:35:43.420 at ICE officers' homes, yelling and screaming. You have people confronting their family members.

00:35:49.300 You have calling up and making death threats against their wives and their children. You know,

00:35:54.700 it's been a very difficult situation. And I have to say, the media has just been really biased in

00:36:00.760 terms of how it's covered. It's true there's been a drop in the poll numbers for this stuff,

00:36:05.840 but it's because the media hasn't provided the proper perspective on these things. I'll give you a

00:36:11.340 simple example. You have something like... Yeah, but they're not going to. Yep.

00:36:15.760 I know. Go ahead. But it shows like yours that hopefully we can educate people about what the

00:36:21.200 actual numbers are. So you look at... I'm sorry. Look, they asked the questions the wrong way.

00:36:28.820 Jim, what would you tell the president? Because every ask, no mask, suing the officers,

00:36:36.860 you know, a guy get a warrant for everything. None of this works. And it's not going to come close to

00:36:41.000 working. So what's your recommendation? Because the Senate Democrats are going to hold up. You're

00:36:45.080 going to have this whole fight and firestorm actually with actually funding, you know, funding

00:36:50.900 ICE, funding Customs of Border, funding DHS. And the president on the top of his mind is that,

00:36:56.300 hey, they took a point or two off my growth rate that I've worked so hard to get the economy

00:37:00.420 back around. That's what the Democrats are trying to do. What would be your recommendation

00:37:03.560 to the president about how to handle this?

00:37:06.140 Well, somehow they're going to have to go above and around the media in terms of educating people

00:37:12.000 on these issues. There's so much misinformation. I'll just give you one example. And that is

00:37:18.080 ProPublica, this left-wing media organization, has this claim that 170 Americans were detained by ICE

00:37:27.600 this last year. Well, first of all, 130 of those were people that were arrested because they had

00:37:33.860 attacked ICE agents or interfered with ICE doing its job. They were committing felonies.

00:37:40.020 That's the reason why they were detained. It wasn't just some American accidentally picked up

00:37:44.000 off the street. Now, 40, okay, I would prefer if it was zero, obviously. Nobody wants somebody

00:37:51.260 accidentally detained. But most of those were less than a day. And most of those were detained for an

00:37:56.660 hour or a couple hours because they were picked up along with illegal immigrants that they were trying 0.99

00:38:02.420 to pick up who had criminal records. And they were quickly processed and realized that they weren't

00:38:08.040 who they thought they were. But the thing is, when you look at the overall 600,000, you're talking

00:38:15.060 about one mistake for every 15,000 illegals that are picked up. Compare that to the Obama administration.

00:38:22.500 Right. Compare it to the Obama administration, first of all. Yeah. But conservative media,

00:38:29.480 but we have to just do a better job. We got to be better. We got to be tougher. You got to be in the

00:38:33.660 streets. You know, we got Ben Burkham. It's very dangerous, but you're just going to have to,

00:38:37.660 because the left, this is their business model. This is the way they take over the country.

00:38:42.060 They're just not going to sit there. This is not a debating society. They fully, pro publica

00:38:46.200 particularly, those guys are professionals. I mean, they're professional propagandists.

00:38:50.040 Anyway, John, the article's, the article's amazing. Where do people go to get all your

00:38:54.180 content, particularly this article that's up on RealClearPolitics right now?

00:38:57.840 They can go to our website at crimeresearch.org, crimeresearch.org. And it has all sorts of data

00:39:04.820 on the rate that illegals are committing crimes in the United States, which is very high and,

00:39:10.280 and many other aspects of this question.

00:39:14.740 John Lott, great piece. Great piece to kind of lay some facts out. I want Grace and Mo and

00:39:19.360 Elizabeth, if you guys can push it and push it hard out there to the war room posse. 0.66

00:39:23.640 By the way, tomorrow was it David Schaefer. There's an amazing report out on Georgia.

00:39:28.300 Tulsi Gabbard and Pam Bonney did not address the Secretary of State. I think that was canceled.

00:39:32.840 We're going to have David Schaefer on tomorrow from Georgia. We're going to go through this

00:39:37.500 report. Also, Philip Patrick's going to join us about the new chairman of the Federal Reserve,

00:39:43.080 what he means as far as probably Fed policy goes and how that's going to impact gold and precious

00:39:49.000 metals. Like I said, gold off about 10 points today. Silver dove, I think 30, 30 percent. I think

00:39:55.000 it was 30 percent. And we're going to have those guys up tomorrow. Very honored. Sam Tannenhaus,

00:40:00.540 if we can pull it off. Sam's going to join us tomorrow. We're going to talk more about

00:40:03.760 Bill Buckley. But right now is a very special, I guess, 50th anniversary. Brian Boyle,

00:40:09.300 the General Counsel of American Promise joins us. What is the 50th anniversary of Brian? And why

00:40:16.180 is it such a big deal? And how does it entail Bill Buckley? Yeah, so today is the 50th anniversary

00:40:24.480 of a case called Buckley v. Vallejo, which was decided by the Supreme Court back in 1976.

00:40:31.580 And as your listeners might not know anything about that case, so if I could, I could just tell you,

00:40:37.220 this is the case where the Supreme Court really for the first time in American history took over

00:40:44.740 campaign finance as a policy area. For the first, honestly, 200 years of American history,

00:40:51.720 the rules about how money flows through elections could be decided by the American people. So if the

00:40:59.140 American people were concerned about the way that that was happening and how it might be interfering with

00:41:04.740 their sense of being represented by the people that they're trying to elect, they had the ability

00:41:10.320 to set some guardrails. But then in 1976, the Supreme Court basically stepped in and really took that

00:41:18.700 whole set of decisions and gave it over to the federal judiciary. And that's where it's really lived

00:41:24.340 for the past 50 years.

00:41:25.520 What was the case about? And how was Buckley even even involved?

00:41:32.780 Yeah, so the the case was about a federal law called the Federal Election Campaign Act. And this

00:41:41.940 was a law that had been passed by Congress, actually on a cross partisan basis and signed into law by

00:41:49.660 President Ford. And it was around concerns about how money. Congress did some investigations and they

00:41:57.440 felt that money was really influencing the policies that were getting on the agenda. And they were

00:42:03.800 hearing from their constituents that they were concerned about how money was really severing the

00:42:10.220 connection between the people and the folks that were supposed to be serving their interests in D.C.

00:42:15.040 And so Congress passed a set of comprehensive laws that were really meant to set some guardrails on

00:42:21.760 that. Now, if I could just take a step back and say the wisdom of those laws and whether they were

00:42:29.380 good policy or not, I think, is is a separate question from whether or not it was really the court's

00:42:35.440 job to step in and say, actually, no, we're we're we're going to sort of take over and take the power away

00:42:41.260 from the states and the American people to to decide what laws we want in this area.

00:42:47.800 Brian, can you hang on one second? I want to go to break. It seems like a very

00:42:51.840 innocent age compared to where we are today. Brian Boyle from American Prospect, the general

00:42:59.200 counsel, they'll walk through the 50th anniversary of this landmark case. Sam Tendenhouse is going to

00:43:04.500 join us tomorrow to talk more about Bill Buckley of the Buckley clan. Patriot Mobile, 972 Patriot,

00:45:08.240 Break the stranglehold of Big Pharma on you. It's not just Big Pharma. It's also McKesson,

00:45:14.080 these distribution companies. It's the pharmacies, these huge pharmacy chains. All Family Pharmacy was

00:45:19.220 started to make sure you had access and a better choice and maybe even a lower price because it cut

00:45:24.860 the overhead. AllFamilyPharmacies.com. Promo code Bannon10. You get 10% off. They have licensed

00:45:52.860 Promo code Bannon10. You get 10% off. Brian Boyle. So this was James Buckley, right? His beloved

00:46:00.840 brother. Talk to me about what was the case about and why is it such a landmark? You're saying this

00:46:05.780 is the first time the federal government decided? Because it sounds like it was kind of a very

00:46:09.420 innocent time given where we are today. Yeah. So as you mentioned, it was James Buckley who was the

00:46:16.120 brother of Bill Buckley. He had run for the U.S. Senate. And I think the reason why the case is

00:46:22.760 so important, why the anniversary is so important for your listeners to know about is that

00:46:27.300 this was the first time that the Supreme Court got involved in money in politics. And when we talk to

00:46:36.560 Americans, which we do all the time, people say that the number one policy concern they have today is

00:46:42.660 they feel like the system has gotten utterly out of control. But that system really kind of got launched

00:46:48.720 50 years ago when the Supreme Court really took this whole area over and courts and judges,

00:46:55.800 unelected judges, started to make the decisions instead of the American people themselves.

00:47:01.320 And I think what your listeners might be interested in knowing is that there's a movement right now to

00:47:07.420 try to take that power back. It's power that the American people used to have. They used to be able

00:47:12.860 to decide whether they were concerned about foreign money making its way into their elections or

00:47:18.720 tremendous amounts of out-of-state money making a way into our elections. And the American people want

00:47:25.140 that back because if you're living in a rural part of the country and you see millions of dollars from

00:47:32.560 out-of-state flooding into your elections to try to choose your elected representative, you feel like

00:47:39.160 the system isn't serving your interests. No. Lee Wamsgan's got this problem right now. And the

00:47:44.500 primary, she would have won with 50%, but it was out-of-state gambling money that came in and had 0.65

00:47:48.680 another Republican. And that's why she won, but she didn't go over 50%. Now she's running. There's

00:47:53.860 out-of-state dark money that she had to deal with. This is all over. Brian, where do they go

00:47:58.540 on American Promise? You said they can learn more. Our audience wants the receipt. So where do they go

00:48:04.460 over the weekend to learn more? And then what's your social media so they can find out more about you?

00:48:09.640 Yeah, sure. So we're at AmericanPromise.net. We're leading a nationwide movement to give this power

00:48:15.000 back to the people. And our social media, USA Promise, sorry, at USA Promise. And that's on both

00:48:22.040 X and Facebook. And there's lots of ways for people to get involved because there's a real hunger out

00:48:27.940 there right now for a solution to the crisis of how money is really interfering with representative

00:48:32.940 government. And this is something I just want to say, like, be ready for a strange bedfellows

00:48:38.740 experience because you get people across the political spectrum who, who like, you know,

00:48:45.180 Trump voters and Harris voters driving down to their state capitol together to say, listen,

00:48:49.820 we're ready for something different.

00:48:51.220 We're the posse is in the middle of the, of the AI fight. So we, we've met a couple of strange

00:48:58.540 bedfellows, as you say, new alignments and coalitions all the time. Brian Boyle, thank you.

00:49:03.940 Thank you for the work you're doing. And look, we want people to have access to it. If they're,

00:49:07.100 if they're, if they, if they like it, they'll jump in. If they don't, they'll pass, but go check it out

00:49:11.660 today. Grace and Mo, if you could push it out to everybody that's in the chats and then be a force

00:49:16.040 multiplying. Brian, thank you for joining us on a Friday and thank you for hanging around you and

00:49:19.120 lot. We had, we had presidential press conferences. We had things jump in. You guys have been ready

00:49:25.180 to go for a couple of days. So I really appreciate it on the 50th anniversary. And man, did Bill

00:49:31.120 Buckley and his brother, James, James Buckley too. What a guy, incredible Sam Tannenhouse tomorrow.

00:49:36.540 I'm trying to get Sam teed up to talk. We got more about the, the, the conservative history of the

00:49:42.360 country and the play and the place of, uh, Bill Buckley and the Buckley family in that

00:49:46.340 Mike Lindell, uh, amazing. Your run for, uh, governor so far in this Republican primary,

00:49:52.640 every night, you seem like you're having a debate. A couple of people have already dropped out.

00:49:56.180 I don't think they can take the heat cause it's, it's so intense in Minnesota right now.

00:50:00.140 Did you ever think Mike, there's 20 or 30,000 people in the streets right now. There's no cops,

00:50:05.300 there's no sheriffs, there's no ice, there's no CPB. Now it looks like it's self-organizing and

00:50:09.980 besides, besides some confrontations between media and, and, and some of the, uh, the, uh,

00:50:15.660 protesters, it looks like at least right now, relatively safe, but you've got 30,000 of one

00:50:20.980 tomorrow is supposed to be even bigger. Did you ever think that Minnesota would be the hotbed for

00:50:25.420 an insurrection in this country, sir? No, I did not. And, uh, it's actually kind of surreal,

00:50:30.900 Steven. It's where the logic is that you look at all these other cities that enforce their protest

00:50:37.220 laws where they got to get permits and they got to be in certain place and you can't stop people

00:50:42.660 from going point A to point B. Everything's working there. And it's, uh, it's like, where does this end?

00:50:49.280 Obviously the mayor did not listen to the, to our president when they had their talk and, uh,

00:50:55.020 people that are downtown, my friends that are downtown, they, they fear as much, they fear the

00:51:00.000 protesters more than anything because they can't get from point A to point B. Their whole lives have

00:51:05.140 been disrupted. Most of these protesters have been, I believe have been busted and have been brought

00:51:10.240 there. They're paid so many, it's just absolutely horrible. And I'll tell you, Steve, when I'm

00:51:16.740 governor, the first thing, uh, you, you enforce these laws, these protest laws, because you can't,

00:51:23.340 if you take that, you take them out of the mix where you can't break laws to protest. It's that simple.

00:51:30.060 It's like, you know, and, and, um, and, uh, but they, um, I just think that they, it's such an easy

00:51:36.600 solution to this problem because otherwise where are they ending? Where's their end game? They're

00:51:41.860 going to burn down Minneapolis like they did last time. You, you, you, you smoked out Amy Klobuchar

00:51:48.260 at the Senate and that in and of itself is a massive effort, sir. I had tip for you. Now, now it's,

00:51:53.540 now it's going to be mano a mano, Amy Klobuchar and Mike Lindell. Before we leave,

00:51:57.880 we've got 60 seconds, sir. Second hour of the afternoon show is coming up. You got 60 seconds.

00:52:03.340 Sell me a topper, a mattress, a bed. What do you got? And by the way, everybody, MikeLindellGov.com.

00:52:10.020 If you want to check out all we're going to be doing, uh, my pillow, I got a quick tell you,

00:52:46.820 sale today for the war room posse. 800-873-1062. I'm going to go take some calls, Steve and promo

00:53:02.780 If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be free from your credit card and other debt?

00:53:08.900 Let's see if we can help you with that. If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season,

00:53:14.500 would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt? I might have a

00:53:19.420 solution. Here's why now's the time to make a move. This time of year, credit card and loan companies

00:53:25.820 close out their books. They clean up past due accounts. They sell a right off the debt to clear

00:53:32.280 their books. That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills, lenders may be more open to

00:53:38.500 negotiating and settling your account before you're in. That means right now, and I mean right now,

00:53:45.120 you may actually have leverage. And Done With Debt knows how to use this to your advantage.

00:53:51.700 They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.

00:53:56.280 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf. Now's the time to get out from under crushing

00:54:02.780 debt and interest payments without bankruptcy or taking on new loans. Done With Debt goes to work

00:54:10.020 for you month one with one clear goal, to reduce your total debt and leave you with more money every

00:54:17.220 month. Get started now because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year. Chat with a Done With
