The day after the search of the Fulton County Elections Facility, Tulsi Gabbard facilitated
00:00:05.140
a call between the president and the FBI team working on the investigation. That's according
00:00:10.120
to three people with knowledge of that meeting. The Times writes this, the president addressed
00:00:14.940
the agents on speakerphone, asking them questions as well as praising and thanking them for their
00:00:19.800
work on the inquiry. In a letter to lawmakers who were pressing for more details, Gabbard denied
00:00:25.280
that Trump asked questions or issued directives during the call. The paper also pointed to
00:00:30.620
the unprecedented nature of the meeting. Rather than going to senior department or FBI officials,
00:00:36.240
Trump spoke directly to the frontline agents doing the granular work of a politically sensitive
00:00:41.500
investigation in which he has a large personal stake. A White House spokesperson defended the
00:00:47.340
president's Georgia investigation on the whole, saying he has pledged to secure America's
00:00:52.880
elections. Those 2020 elections were secure, of course, but the Justice Department, the FBI
00:00:57.640
have declined to comment. Well, and it's worth remembering that at least in a couple of these
00:01:02.740
battleground states, the votes were run by Republicans. Georgia was a Republican-run state.
00:01:08.300
Arizona was a Republican-run state. And the Republican governors and secretaries of state of those
00:01:13.520
states said, yeah, you lost. And it didn't seem to stop him then. So the idea that if Republicans run
00:01:19.960
the elections somehow there won't be, you know, fraud in his mind is belied by the fact that
00:01:27.700
Republicans didn't have fraud and did run the elections, and he lost. And look, it's really,
00:01:32.020
it's an important thing what he said yesterday, because he told my colleagues in the New York
00:01:35.900
Times in a recent interview that he regretted not ordering the National Guard to seize voting machines
00:01:40.600
in 2020 in states that he lost. This is a proposal brought to him in the Oval Office by Mike Flynn,
00:01:46.540
his former national security advisor, and some others, saying he should effectively declare
00:01:51.160
martial law in some of these states that he lost, seize the voting machines, and rerun the elections
00:01:56.900
until he won, basically. And that's, you know, the fact that he says he now regrets that indicates
00:02:02.060
where his head is at heading into these midterms.
00:02:04.740
I'm actually less concerned with the FBI's role in that than I am with ICE. We've seen what the FBI
00:02:11.080
can do right now. They can, after the fact, open an investigation. I have no idea what their
00:02:20.060
predication is for doing this, but they can muck things up after the fact. They're an investigative
00:02:25.380
agency. They don't really respond. ICE is now the largest funded law enforcement agency in the history
00:02:32.620
of the world. There is a game plan that draws upon a very horrible period of our nation's history. I'm thinking
00:02:43.520
of the Jim Crow era, in which law enforcement was used to discourage people from going to the polls. Can anyone
00:02:51.100
look at what's happening in Minnesota and tell me that that is not a very real possibility for November?
00:02:57.480
Before January 6th, there was a massive failure of imagination, I think, singling out a couple of
00:03:04.700
pieces. I didn't see people predicting storming the Capitol. So there was a lot of failure of
00:03:09.860
imagination that was widespread across the political class before January 6th. That is something that
00:03:15.640
had not happened before. Now it's happened. It has happened. And so when that phrase, Trump being Trump,
00:03:22.380
which used to mean, oh, all bluster, no action, I think it means something else now. If someone's
00:03:27.460
says, oh, that's just being Trump being Trump, I say, yeah, absolutely. It is Trump being Trump
00:03:34.740
and Trump being Trump as he tries to steal elections. And he talks about it right in front
00:03:39.880
of our faces. It's there's nothing hidden about it. And so, yeah, that phrase Trump being Trump
00:03:45.500
doesn't mean what it used to mean. This is not a drill in it. You write in part, quote, a president
00:03:52.100
who doesn't care about the law, who commands an obedient Congress and is supported by a radicalized
00:03:58.940
base of tens of millions of people who believe his lies represents a threat to the next election.
00:04:06.960
I fear that millions of citizens are still too complacent. They aren't aware of the peril we face.
00:04:14.800
So consider this to be something like a fire drill. It's an alarm, one of thousands that should be
00:04:22.560
ringing across the country. MAGA's acts of aggression are already intimidating. Trump isn't just trying to
00:04:30.220
stop the steal again. Another kind of theft might be already underway. Stupid lie that the 2020 elections
00:04:39.420
were stolen. Sixty three federal judges threw out. Sixty three of Donald Trump's stupid claims that the
00:04:50.140
2020 election was stolen, including the Supreme Court, including Thomas and Alito. All of them threw it
00:04:59.580
out, said it was stupid. You had Donald Trump's own administration and the person in charge of
00:05:07.400
elections saying it was the safest. It was the the fairest, cleanest election in the history of our
00:05:15.820
constitutional republic. So these aren't even good lies. These aren't even like like doesn't even make
00:05:22.200
us do any work. It's right in front of our faces. And now he's basically saying you got Pam Bondy in
00:05:29.940
Minnesota saying, yeah, we'll stop terrorizing your state if you turn over all your voting files.
00:05:33.900
That's in Minnesota. And now in Georgia, Tulsi Gabbard, Tulsi Gabbard is now in charge of seizing
00:05:42.760
voters files in Georgia. That is so unconstitutional. States run elections, not presidents who are scared
00:05:54.180
their party's going to lose. And it's not an overstatement at all to say that this looks like
00:06:00.620
what autocratic regimes do. This looks like what Orban does. This looks like what Putin does. This looks like
00:06:07.840
what all the worst of the worst across the world do. And right now it's happening again in Georgia.
00:06:17.480
Yeah, Joe, one of the things about this that's so frustrating is even after January 6th, even after everything
00:06:24.740
we went through at the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, I think there are still people
00:06:29.800
who say, no, this is all bluster. This is all talk. This is what he does. Yeah, he what he does is he
00:06:37.280
directly describes what he's going to do about elections. What he does is he directly says what's
00:06:43.320
on his mind about elections. And I don't know why people aren't believing him. I don't know why there
00:06:49.180
isn't more of an outcry here because it's being forecast. It's being broadcast to us all of the
00:06:56.460
intentions right in front of our faces. And so, you know, one of the things that we have to do in
00:07:02.560
response is not just do what we're doing now, amplify and talk about what the real alarm is, but
00:07:08.000
also start to think of concrete things, concrete policies that can be enacted or at least proposed
00:07:14.660
to bring awareness to this and hopefully roll back some of these efforts. But make no mistake,
00:07:20.160
the intentions are very clear and right in front of our faces.
00:07:26.820
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:07:35.220
these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly
00:07:42.300
full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world
00:07:45.860
to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that
00:07:49.540
go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a
00:07:57.580
conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:08:17.260
It's Tuesday, 3 February, Year of Our Lord, 2026. Thank you for joining into the War Room. I want to
00:08:24.140
thank the team in Denver, the Real America's Voice team, and of course, our own team here at the War Room.
00:08:29.400
That was that magnificent cold open. It kind of lays the framework for what we're going to talk today.
00:08:33.100
Caroline Wren is riding shotgun. Dave Bratt is riding shotgun. Ben Harnwell is going to join us.
00:08:38.080
Chip Rory, as soon as we get Chip up. Let me add, Caroline, I'm going to toss out to you and Dave.
00:08:43.840
Obviously, they're totally panicked that now we're getting to the receipts of how the 2020
00:08:49.840
election was stolen. Tulsi Gabbard, I might say the heroic Tulsi Gabbard. Tulsi Gabbard has been right
00:08:56.600
100% of the time on all the intel. She's given President Trump amazing intel of all these different
00:09:02.940
conflicts he's trying to resolve, and that's why they've tried to, Caroline, as you know
00:09:08.540
very well, they've tried to turf her out of her job. It's been brutal on that. President Trump,
00:09:14.100
trust her enough that she is overseeing this kind of look into the 2020 election because there are
00:09:19.600
national security, obviously, and intelligence issues with this. This is the greatest crime in
00:09:26.860
the history of the country. They stole the 2020 election, as we have said here from the afternoon,
00:09:33.520
I think it was four or five days after the 2020 election, when the Associated Press called it for
00:09:37.640
Joe Biden. We said Joe Biden's illegitimate, it's an illegitimate regime, all of it, and we stand by
00:09:43.880
that, and now we're going to get to the receipts, and so they are absolutely freaking out. There are a
00:09:48.940
couple of bills up. Save Act is one, the Make America, Make Elections Great Again. They call for a
00:09:54.200
couple of basic things, and Brad, I want you to jump in here, too. Here's what they call for.
00:09:58.940
You have to have a vote. You have to show an ID to vote, right, a legitimate, you know, driver's
00:10:03.880
license or passport. You have to show a legitimate ID to vote. We have to purge all the voter rolls for
00:10:09.280
people who are not eligible to vote in those districts or counties or states, right, and then
00:10:15.120
we have to take, we have to do a real job on mail-in ballots like voter, like signature verification
00:10:22.360
where we're supposed to be on the books, but of course they took them off the books and looked
00:10:25.860
the other way in Pennsylvania. That's how they stole that. These are a couple of basic things,
00:10:31.140
and the Democrats are saying this is the greatest voter suppression movement in history. Here's the
00:10:36.600
reason. Minnesota shows you this. New York City shows you this. If they don't have illegal aliens
00:10:41.600
voting, if they don't have these phony migrants that are here on these phony programs that are at the
00:10:48.500
polls, and you're damn right, we're going to have ICE surround the polls come November. We're not
00:10:54.140
going to sit here and allow you to steal the country again, and you can whine and cry and throw
00:10:59.280
your toys out of the pram all you want, but we will never again allow an election to be stolen,
00:11:06.040
and that's why I'm so proud of what President Trump is doing and people are doing. Caroline Wren,
00:11:11.020
I think what you said about ICE is very much related to this because, in fact, Senator Mark
00:11:15.760
Warren said in an interview, he said, we don't want ICE agents showing up at the polling stations.
00:11:20.740
That's what this is all about. That's why they're trying to defund ICE. That's why they're trying to
00:11:24.440
go after and target ICE and shut it down. Why would you care if ICE shows up to polling stations?
00:11:29.440
Because illegal aliens are not allowed to vote in this country, except for the problem is they do,
00:11:34.220
and they do in these, they're not blue states. I was going to say blue states. Minnesota is a deeply
00:11:38.720
red state that is held hostage by illegals voting, and it is the minorities have taken over there,
00:11:46.720
and by minorities, I mean the minority party, the Democratic party there, and that is due to
00:11:51.220
allowing illegals to vote, and so that is what this outrage by the left is against ICE. They're
00:11:56.420
desperately trying to shut down the DHS funding bill. They don't want ICE funded because they don't
00:12:00.580
want ICE at the polling stations to stop illegals from voting. The ask here on the Save Act and Make
00:12:06.520
America Make Elections Great Again Act are pretty basic. A legitimate ID to show who you are to vote.
00:12:12.660
It is to clean up the voter rolls. We've had Tom Fenton on here. There are millions. There are tens of
00:12:17.040
millions, particularly in places like Georgia, but all over the nation. There are tens of millions of
00:12:22.920
people on voter rolls that should not be. They have to be cleaned up, and the blue states are the ones
00:12:27.140
that are fighting the Justice Department. And then the last is you've got to go back to the basic law.
00:12:31.920
If you're going to have mail-in ballots, you have to have signature verification. You have to have
00:12:35.460
the double envelope. You have to have everything so we can't have a 2020. And the Democrats don't
00:12:40.280
want to play at that because they know how to steal elections. Let's just, let's put you on notice
00:12:43.960
again. ICE is going to be around the polls in the 2026 midterm elections because we are never again
00:12:52.900
going to allow your business model, because I only think, I think Jesse Kelly's right. 20% of the country
00:12:58.860
probably votes for Democrats. No, the credential class. And of course, the abject poor that they
00:13:05.040
keep on these social welfare programs and never let them off. And that's the Democratic Party base
00:13:10.180
with a handful of oligarchs, the super wealthy. That's who controls the Democratic Party. The way
00:13:16.300
that they continue to win elections is they cheat. If they don't cheat, they can't win. And now they're
00:13:21.720
sitting there saying President Trump is a fascist. These are very basic things. And they're not,
00:13:27.000
we're going to find out today, Chip Roy's going to come on as, as hard as Anna Polina Luna people
00:13:32.320
have been working. I'm not so sure the SAVE Act even comes to a vote. I'm not very hopeful that
00:13:38.040
it will, which is why I think some of this doesn't have to be done through executive action. You were
00:13:41.300
the president talking about nationalizing some of the elections. Well, look, I mean, states do run
00:13:45.220
elections, but you were running them contrary to federal law, which says that you cannot vote if you
00:13:50.200
are an illegal alien in this country. And so they are allowing illegal aliens to vote. And so Donald Trump
00:13:56.080
is not going to let that happen. He's going to step in. The federal government's going to have to step
00:13:59.440
in and stop that from happening. And so I hope that, you know, what's important about Anna Polina Luna's
00:14:04.320
bill and the SAVE Act is I do, I want that to come to a vote, especially in the Senate, because
00:14:08.640
we need to see the people that are willing to put on paper, vote no, basically saying that I support
00:14:13.920
illegal aliens voting in the United States. If we're not going to get rid of the filibuster,
00:14:18.060
and obviously students are not going to do that, we need the standing filibuster. They want to
00:14:21.240
filibuster this. They got to stand up there for 30, 40, 50, 60 hours, and let's see it go. Okay,
00:14:26.280
we're going to take a short commercial break. Chip Roy is going to join us. We're going to,
00:14:29.800
there's Sharia Caucus in the House and the Senate. A combination meets today. Tommy Tuberville,
00:14:36.680
Keith Self, Chip Roy, and others. Chip's going to be on here. I think it's two o'clock. We're going to
00:14:41.480
cover it live on War Room and Real America's Voice. The caucus will be today. Short commercial break.
00:14:48.040
Dave Brack, Caroline Wren, Ben Harnwell is going to join us back in a moment.
00:15:01.080
Ready to hit it? A new year means new financial goals, like making sure your savings are secure
00:15:08.240
and diversified. Will this be the year you finally listen to me and talk to someone from Birch Gold
00:15:14.920
Group? Honestly, they're great people. I appreciate their educational approach and their understanding
00:15:20.120
of macroeconomics. There are forces pushing the dollar lower and gold higher, which is why they
00:15:26.500
believe every American should own physical gold. So until February, if you are a first-time gold buyer,
00:15:35.060
Birch Gold is offering a rebate of up to $10,000 on qualifying purchases. To claim eligibility and start
00:15:43.000
the process, just text Bannon at 989898. Birch Gold can help you roll an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA
00:15:53.520
in gold and you're still eligible for a rebate of up to $10,000. Make right now your first time to buy
00:16:01.860
gold and take advantage of a rebate of up to $10,000 when you buy by February 27th. Text my name,
00:16:10.200
Bannon at 989898 and claim your eligibility today. Remember, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N to 989898. You've got
00:16:18.880
to the end of February, 27 February, to qualify up to a $10,000 rebate. Okay, is that good? You can make
00:16:29.860
that work? War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. Okay, welcome back. Let's go right to Chip Roy.
00:16:37.780
Chip, tell us about the Save Act. You know, we had a cold open. I don't know if you caught all of it,
00:16:41.980
but it's the mainstream media and the left melting down because President Trump's got Tulsi Gabbard
00:16:47.320
looking at the results of the stolen election in Georgia in 2020. We're going to get to the bottom
00:16:52.160
of all that. Plus, he said yesterday, I think it was on Dan Bongino's show, he said, he answered the
00:16:57.980
question, said, hey, we're going to, I may have to nationalize these elections. Now, he wasn't using the
00:17:02.900
common vernacular we use politically to say, hey, we're going to get a small set of issues
00:17:06.860
and run a national campaign for the House, which we may end up doing. I think that'll probably be it.
00:17:11.820
But he met in the fact that if these blue, if these red states with blue cities like Minnesota
00:17:17.560
and other places with these sanctuary cities continue to thwart ICE and the federal government
00:17:23.460
from getting in and removing these criminal illegal aliens and doing mass deportations,
00:17:28.080
we're not prepared to allow another election to be stolen by the Democrats, particularly when
00:17:34.660
they're thwarting the SAVE Act. And what you guys are trying to lay out is, we told the audience,
00:17:38.860
pretty basic. Voter ID, right? Number one, a voter ID, purge the roles of anybody that's not eligible
00:17:45.760
to vote, and then get some rules in there on mail-in ballots, like signature verifications,
00:17:50.920
double office, the basics on mail-in ballots so they can't steal it like they did again in 22 or in
00:17:56.120
2020. Can you walk us through where you guys actually stand with the SAVE Act? Are we going
00:18:00.600
to get a vote in the Senate on this? Are we actually going to make this law?
00:18:05.780
Thanks, Steve. All right. Well, first of all, remember, let's rewind the clock for a minute,
00:18:08.660
just so everybody can understand the score. Number one, we drafted the SAVE Act in the spring of 2024
00:18:15.260
because we were concerned about the election of 2024, right, and that it would impede the election
00:18:20.620
of President Trump. I worked with Cleta Mitchell, like you mentioned Georgia, right? Cleta's been in the
00:18:24.880
center of this fight in Georgia from literally the day after the election in 2020. I flew to Georgia,
00:18:30.360
met with Cleta there. Cleta and I worked to draft this bill along with Stephen Miller when he was,
00:18:35.800
of course, on the outside before the administration, and we got that drafted, we got it introduced,
00:18:40.460
we got it passed, and then the Senate did, in fact, call it up, but they blocked it, right? The
00:18:45.440
Democrats blocked it. Schumer did. Now, fast forward. That bill, the SAVE Act, was centered on
00:18:51.560
citizenship, right? It was centered on purging the roles, as you point out, of non-citizens,
00:18:56.180
ensuring that you have to demonstrate your citizenship to register to vote. Straightforward
00:19:00.260
bill. We purposely left voter IDs separately because we were trying to have very discreet
00:19:05.440
bullet issues. We decided now, we had the SAVE Act this Congress, Mike Lee has in the Senate,
00:19:11.220
I have it in the House. We added, because President Trump agreed with us, we thought it was a good
00:19:15.940
thing. He wanted to do it, branded as the SAVE America Act. We added voter ID into that. So we
00:19:21.720
have the SAVE Act already passed. It's over in the Senate. We now have the SAVE America Act
00:19:26.340
introduced in both the House and the Senate, that is SAVE, that is citizenship, and voter ID,
00:19:31.720
a federal voter ID requirement. So we have that introduced in both chambers. We'd like to see that
00:19:37.200
move in the Senate. Pause for a second. There is another bill, as you point out, the Make Elections
00:19:41.920
Great Again bill that has other features that we've also been working on. That was introduced
00:19:47.060
by the Administrative Committee Chairman Brian Stile, or he might have ran it through the
00:19:51.740
committee. It might have been Mary Miller's bill, but it's a good bill. That bill has other things
00:19:56.000
in it, like you point out, about mail-in ballots and all the things we've got to address beyond just
00:20:00.400
citizenship and voter ID. Where does it stand? I would have liked to have demanded as a part of the
00:20:06.020
appropriations bills moving this week, that we at least move the SAVE America Act and send it over
00:20:14.260
to the Senate and put it on their desk and say, we've already passed it out of the House. We have
00:20:18.420
not negotiated that to this point. Obviously, the president wants to avoid a shutdown. We're working
00:20:22.720
with the White House. But I want to see those move. Ana was obviously down at the White House
00:20:27.180
yesterday. We've gotten general commitments out of the White House, the Senate. They want to move
00:20:31.160
this. But here's the sticking point. Leader Thune, he's got to have 51 Republicans sitting
00:20:38.880
on the floor of the Senate to carry out what you described, what I would describe as a talking
00:20:43.960
filibuster. That is, you can't just force it to be 60 votes. If you have 51 senators on the floor of
00:20:50.060
the Senate, you can call the question. Democrats, so long as they speak, can stop calling the question,
00:20:55.660
but they have to be speaking. We need the leader Thune to force that. We believe we should have
00:21:01.920
an upfront, central debate. We ought to be all cameras on. Remember the Speaker's fight? Everybody
00:21:07.280
in America was watching what was happening when we were on the floor of the House. We need that now
00:21:11.300
for the Senate. We stand for citizenship. We stand for voter ID. Democrats are standing to block it.
00:21:17.380
We think we should force that question, and that's what we're trying to negotiate this week.
00:21:21.240
How are you going to be able to negotiate that? Get the audience up to speed when you've got,
00:21:26.240
the president's pretty adamant he doesn't want a government shutdown. And his rationale is that,
00:21:30.600
hey, it took a point or two away from growth last year. The Democrats are going to use it against us
00:21:35.540
as a weapon to try to shatter his economic plan, which President Trump is a strong believer. He
00:21:40.680
could get to four, four and a half, five percent growth. And so Schumer right here, Schumer actually
00:21:46.240
looks like he's got some leverage in this. This is what's going to happen with ICE. Yesterday,
00:21:50.040
we did blink on body cameras and took it off the table and said, in Minnesota, people are going to
00:21:54.340
have body cameras. So how are you going to get these all important, you know, cleaning up the
00:21:59.440
elections and make sure they can't steal them anymore or codifying that, right, off all these
00:22:04.000
executive orders? At the same time, we're kind of in hang fire on this whole government shutdown.
00:22:09.000
As you know, Wren, Bannon, Bratt, the Warren Posse, everybody, shut the government down,
00:22:14.500
right? We could care less, sir. Well, you know where I would be on my own decision making. I would
00:22:22.440
be in the camp of where you guys are. I am working with the White House and working with the team to
00:22:27.680
figure out what's best. The president wants to keep everything rolling and I want to support the
00:22:31.500
president. But at the end of the day, we've been pushing hard over the last 48 hours to demonstrate
00:22:37.400
to Speaker Johnson and the leader Thune that we're serious about this and we must get this vote.
00:22:42.540
The Save Act's over there. We want the Save America Act over there. We want to force the
00:22:46.840
question. I think the question here isn't about leverage, though. The question here is how to
00:22:51.900
muster 51 votes in the Senate. That's the ultimate question. It actually isn't 60, Steve. And I think
00:22:57.980
this is something everybody needs to understand. The filibuster is a problem and we need to force that
00:23:03.280
because it would put pressure on senators. We need to force the talking filibuster. But we need 51
00:23:09.200
Republicans to stand behind something. So this is where Scott's great work in going around and
00:23:15.300
pushing hard to try to get every senator to co-sponsor the Save Act. We're now at a number
00:23:20.300
where we're at 50. We need to get that up. McConnell's opposing it, of course. But we need to get that so we
00:23:25.680
have 51 that are on record saying they support something because then there's no excuse not to force
00:23:31.760
the talking filibuster. It's the only way to break 60. Or you have to move it on a must-pass piece of
00:23:37.300
legislation. And the only thing we have left is going to be the DHS funding bill after this week's
00:23:42.060
bill, the FISA reauthorization, which you and I have problems with. We think you need to add a warrant
00:23:47.060
requirement to FISA. And then one or two other things and spending bill by September and by then
00:23:51.300
it's too late. So we've got to try to force the question right now.
00:23:54.040
Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Let me add another number for the war room posse to chew on.
00:23:59.260
You got 60, which they have this kind of phony filibuster. You got 51 that could force them to do
00:24:04.700
a talking filibuster. But then you have 27. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thune can't get 51 to do this.
00:24:11.980
Don't we go to the president and say, hey, look, let's call a vote on his leadership. Don't we have
00:24:16.340
27 senators that would vote Thune out and get somebody into, I don't know if it's Eric Schmidt,
00:24:21.620
Holly, you pick it. Somebody that'd be the new leader of the Senate, that would get you the 51.
00:24:27.400
I mean, they keep saying we can't get the votes. That's what a leader's supposed to do. If Thune
00:24:31.340
cannot deliver this week on these basics about not allowing them to steal elections,
00:24:37.880
why is he not removed as a leader of the Senate, sir?
00:24:42.440
Well, I think that's a great question for Mike Lee and Rick Scott. My observation,
00:24:46.700
you know, and I was obviously a chief of staff to Ted Cruz in the Senate. I know the Senate pretty well.
00:24:50.460
The question is going to be is who can deliver 51? And I think right now, I will say this,
00:24:56.480
the president, without divulging private conversations, the president is very animated
00:25:00.660
and very concerned about getting the Senate to move on this. I think Leader Thune is feeling that.
00:25:07.400
I think we're at a critical juncture right now where if the posse is engaged, if the American people
00:25:11.980
are engaged and we put pressure on the Senate, that we will force this question. Now, my concern is
00:25:17.880
when I hear Thune say, we're going to have a vote on this soon, is it'll have a vote. He won't force
00:25:23.280
the question at 51. We will lose the vote and he'll say, well, I tried, right? And that's not good
00:25:28.880
enough. You've got to go down there with the full force of 51 senators and get it done. I think if that
00:25:34.580
does not happen, then I think that Leader Thune is going to have some questions to have to answer.
00:25:40.100
And I think there'll be some questions about the overall leadership. I think that Majority Leader
00:25:44.080
Thune wants to try to figure out how to get this done. At least Mike Lee thinks he believes that
00:25:48.340
after his conversations with him. So Mike's going to be in a better position to explain that. But
00:25:52.640
look, for everybody out there, we're as close as we've ever been, but we're going to run out of
00:25:56.660
time. If we don't pass these reforms in the next weeks, right, we're going to run out of time to
00:26:02.000
implement them and to ensure or at least, you know, improve the likelihood that we will not have
00:26:08.120
fraud by November. I mean, obviously I'd like to get all the reforms and get voter ID, save act,
00:26:13.700
citizenship, the mail-in ballot changes, limits to how long you can have early voting and the,
00:26:19.060
you know, online voting and make it towards paper ballots. These are all things everybody watching
00:26:23.600
this wants, everything I want. We're trying to get there. Again, we've got more momentum behind
00:26:28.720
save and save America, the citizenship of voter ID than we've ever had. So we've just got to keep the
00:26:32.880
pressure up. Chip, do we have the ability to hold you through the break for a couple of minutes? If
00:26:38.080
not, the anti-Sharia caucus is going to meet, I think today at two. It's a press conference. We're
00:26:43.420
going to cover it live on Real America's Voice. Can you tell us about that? Yeah, I can do that. I'll
00:26:47.500
hang by. Okay, fine. Just tee it up. What happens at two o'clock? I want to make sure our audience
00:26:52.920
is prepped for this. At two o'clock, you and Keith Self and Tuberville, what is it? Yeah, Keith Self and I
00:26:58.960
co-founded the Sharia Free America caucus in the House. Senator Tuberville is going to join us.
00:27:04.540
We're going to have a bunch of the Freedom Caucus, Scott Perry, Andy Biggs, Eli Crane, all of the
00:27:08.540
great Americans here. We're going to be standing up and talking about how we need to fight the
00:27:12.520
advance of the Islamification of this country. We're seeing it unfold in real time, not just
00:27:16.600
across America, but very much in Texas. You know this because you've been down there with war room
00:27:22.800
in Texas. Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is ground zero. Houston as well. The Muslim Brotherhood wants to see
00:27:28.460
Texas flip. So Keith Self, obviously a Texan. He represents Collin County. He's dealing with that
00:27:33.400
epic city nonsense. We've got to expose this. I'm having a hearing next week, Steve. This is
00:27:39.360
important. I'm the chairman of the subcommittee of the Constitution and Judiciary. I'm holding a
00:27:43.260
hearing on Sharia law next week. I believe it's next week. It's next week or the following. I'll let
00:27:47.580
you all know. But I think it's next week on this topic. And we're going to keep our foot on the gas.
00:27:52.260
And so we'll have this press conference today, too, talking about what we're trying to do.
00:27:55.480
Can you hang on for one second? I just want to hold you through the break. Got a couple more
00:27:58.640
questions. And I want to make sure everybody's got your coordinates on this. Chip Roy. So we got to
00:28:04.120
force a vote here. Senator Thune, it's in your hands. I got to say, it's easier to get to 27 than
00:28:12.300
to 51. But you got to step up and show some leadership. Now it's make or break time. We got to get these
00:28:18.380
bills. We have to codify this to stop the Democrats with the illegal aliens stealing
00:28:24.280
the 2026 midterm. Short break. Back in a moment.
00:28:29.220
The world is getting more unstable and chaotic every day. It seems like everyone,
00:28:34.880
everywhere you look, there's another crisis, another controversy, another conflict,
00:28:39.100
or just outright catastrophe. You can't control what happens out there, but you can control
00:28:45.540
how you prepare for it. You can make sure that no matter what happens, you have the basics covered
00:28:51.980
in case one of these disasters reaches your doorstep. You know, things like having enough
00:28:58.380
food to eat when the shelves are empty. And when it comes to my family's food security, I trust
00:29:03.800

00:30:03.660
Chip Roy is with us. Chip, your number is 50 or 49. I think we're counting 48. We're a couple
00:30:09.600
short. Of course, McConnell, and I think Taylor's going to thwart everything the president's going
00:30:15.320
to try to do. So what is the real count, as close as you know? We have 48 online. Mike told me that he
00:30:20.820
thought we had 49 or 50, but I'm trying to run that to ground. I'll text you so you can update the
00:30:25.360
posse as soon as I get the updated number from Mike. But hold on. Here's what's going to blow
00:30:29.980
people's heads up. How can you be a Republican senator, and how can you have taken money from
00:30:35.260
this audience and have people knock on doors and canvas for you and all the hard work to make sure
00:30:39.860
they don't get a Democrat? And then on the most fundamental basic things, we've got to be
00:30:43.860
supplicants. We should have three or four Democrats in this. We should have 55 or 56 and be close to the
00:30:51.860
60. We're not. We're short of the 51. Well, how pathetic? How does that happen?
00:30:58.060
How does that happen? Well, in at least one case, right? So Mitch McConnell put out a letter last
00:31:03.180
week, this will surprise nobody in the posse, that basically laid out his concerns about basically
00:31:10.160
federalism, right? Well, the federal government shouldn't be stepped into what this is, the state
00:31:13.880
purview. This is old school thinking, right? Where we have this reflexive constitutional debate about
00:31:19.580
what we should be doing. There's very clear, very clear constitutional authority and frankly,
00:31:26.680
duty to ensure that our elections are being handled the right way, right? It's plain as day,
00:31:32.700
right there in the Constitution. And so we can manage our own elections. So we certainly can put
00:31:37.620
requirements. And by the way, we've drafted these to be focused on federal elections. So it's federal
00:31:41.880
voter ID. It's dealing with citizenship, which of course, in addition to our election authority,
00:31:47.260
we have citizenship authority. So you've got both forces under the Constitution where we're given
00:31:52.820
that authority. So I think there's two or three or four members that are trying to hide behind that.
00:31:56.520
The pressure is coming up. I think we're at 49. I'll double check. But we're going to have to keep
00:32:01.020
the pressure up to ensure where we are. Last, your Sharia-Free America Caucus is spread beyond Texas.
00:32:09.740
On Texas, this issue is on fire. And of course, on the 3 March primary, there's going to be
00:32:16.040
Proposition 10, which prohibits Sharia law in the state of Texas. You're also on the ballot. You're
00:32:21.620
leaving the House and running for AG. What would you tell folks in Texas? You know, we've shifted
00:32:26.060
the flag down here. We do War Room Texas from here. And I've never seen, I said, of all the things
00:32:31.300
we've launched, pandemic, impeachment, all of it, we've never had an explosive growth like we had in
00:32:37.540
War Room Texas because people down here are clearly now have permission structure to talk about
00:32:43.340
something they've wanted to talk about and take action on. What is your caucus? What is your
00:32:47.920
caucus going to do? Number one, is it spreading for more members than just Texas? And what can the
00:32:52.600
caucus do at the federal level to help the Texans? All right. Well, so first of all, in no particular
00:32:58.520
order, number one, we've got to be a voice. And that's what we've been doing. Going back two years
00:33:02.500
ago, I gave a speech on the House floor, which ignited some of this. Charlie Kirk and I, our last
00:33:07.160
conversation we had that was substantive was on this topic. This was last summer. We started laying out
00:33:12.820
some framework of things we should do. I introduced legislation, obviously, to take the tax benefits
00:33:17.900
away from care, to go after and prevent anybody that is adherent to Sharia law from being admitted
00:33:23.700
to the United States and frankly get removed if you're adherent to Sharia law. We've got the PAWS Act,
00:33:28.660
which pauses all immigration until we've sorted out the entirety of the numbers, including the Sharia
00:33:33.540
issue. What we're going to do is continue to expose and hold hearings and try to grow the numbers.
00:33:38.080
We've had an immediate good group that's formed around it. We don't want to have people join it to get
00:33:42.420
cover, but we do want to grow the numbers, right? So we're going to, as chairman of the subcommittee
00:33:46.940
on the Constitution, we'll hold that hearing next week. At the press conference today, we'll be talking
00:33:51.060
about a lot of these issues to expose them. We want to basically, our first step is make sure the American
00:33:56.260
people, and Texans in particular, aren't afraid to talk about this. We've been trained and beat over our head
00:34:02.060
to think that the First Amendment means that we have to turn over our sovereignty of our nation and walk away
00:34:07.600
from our Judeo-Christian values in the name of the First Amendment. That's not true. You've got people
00:34:12.680
here who want to Islamify our country. They're at war with our way of life. They want to undermine
00:34:17.020
Western civilization. They want Sharia law to apply, and all of those things will destroy our great
00:34:22.420
country and what we've done as Western civilization for the world. So we want that message to be loud
00:34:27.280
and clear, and we want to expose the 300 mosques growing in Texas, the Epic City, the Islamic Center in
00:34:33.200
Houston, the Islamic Center in Austin, the Islamic Center that's sitting there on West Campus of the
00:34:37.780
University of Texas, all of the things going on, like yesterday in Wiley, Texas, where they were handing out
00:34:42.840
hijabs before school, all in an effort to carry out their agenda. Those things need to be exposed, and then we lay
00:34:51.680
Chip, where do people get you on social media to find out everything you do in the house and also to your campaign site?
00:35:06.620
to the Judiciary Committee here in a second to work
00:35:09.860
Chairman Jordan, and I appreciate you having me on.
00:35:16.760
to you in a second. Caroline, I think this is the frustration
00:36:20.500
people at the White House, you know, saying, hey,
00:36:32.480
And in Minnesota, they're laughing in our face.
00:37:17.640
and people like him, they want small majorities.
00:37:45.620
and Susan Collins are not going to vote for this.
00:38:11.020
And they're doing it because they're pissed off
00:38:39.800
Part of that is MAGA's not convinced he's MAGA,
00:38:45.380
why should I do this if Tillis is sitting there?
00:39:27.880
I work with the Immigration Accountability Project.
00:39:56.940
Paul Gijo is no friend of Trump or MAGA, right?
00:40:04.280
When Bovard says 85% of the people support this,
00:40:15.760
for allowing it to be in the Wall Street Journal
00:40:21.400
As you know, Rachel Brovard is a fire breather.
00:41:06.940
a probable Supreme Court justice in the future,
00:41:11.000
is about the safest pair of hands you've ever seen.
00:41:33.700
that holds the congressmen and women accountable
00:41:42.880
This will be a key vote on just a common sense,
00:41:47.640
And of course, 85% of the money is opposed to this.
00:41:56.660
we got about a minute here before we go to break,
00:41:59.260
is that the Trump agenda has not been codified.
00:42:06.220
but it's just like at the end of President Lincoln
00:42:34.240
that MAGA has with the Republican Party, ma'am.
00:43:09.620
the Republicans will still win the White House.
00:46:06.680
it's not simply that they are essentially Democrats
00:46:17.700
So this is actually a staffer behind Mitch McConnell
00:46:46.040
And so they don't want 56, 57, 58 Republican senators.
00:46:52.880
I always give her a little bit longer of a leash
