Transcript

00:00:00.000 On the one hand, it is a great relief, and the people that deserve the credit are the residents of Minneapolis.
00:00:08.540 It's the 435,000 people. It's the tens of thousands of people that have been protesting peacefully in the streets,
00:00:14.500 that have been standing up for their neighbors, getting groceries to people that are terrified to go outside.
00:00:19.920 And I'm sure there is going to be relief because, undoubtedly, this has caused great destruction and catastrophe in our city.
00:00:28.520 Two people tragically got killed. And in addition to that, we've had small local businesses that have shut down.
00:00:35.760 They're losing between $10 and $20 million collectively every single week.
00:00:41.360 And while this will be a road back, what I can tell you is that our city is going to show the same kind of resilience and grit
00:00:48.440 that you've seen these last couple of months during this Operation Metro surge.
00:00:52.060 I want to state this up front and on the record.
00:00:54.080 What we heard today and what we've seen over the last few days for me proves that this incursion into your state was an unmitigated failure.
00:01:03.760 It was an abject dereliction of responsibility and duty by this administration.
00:01:12.180 And the fact that representatives like yourself, the mayor and the governor, stood the ground is very, very important for the people to understand.
00:01:22.340 As they also took to the streets to make it very clear, they did not want ICE or Tom Holman or anybody else there.
00:01:29.360 So I understand that there's this cautious optimism out there.
00:01:32.720 But then you have the administration, Mr. Holman, saying, oh, don't worry.
00:01:37.660 Like cockroaches, we're going somewhere else.
00:01:40.040 You think you may have run us out of here.
00:01:41.600 Now we're going to go someplace else.
00:01:44.360 What can you warn people about a potential infestation of ICE and Tom Holman and others coming into their jurisdictions
00:01:51.320 and how they should prepare themselves and gird themselves for what will be a fight ahead?
00:01:57.840 Yeah, thank you so much for having me.
00:02:01.960 And I think that that you kind of present the, you know, the mixed emotions, the conflict of today for us,
00:02:11.760 because we are celebrating today in Minneapolis.
00:02:13.940 We are celebrating the fact that, you know, this authoritarian invasion of mass secret police,
00:02:21.720 of basically a paramilitary force, couldn't stand up to the resilience and resistance and unity of our community.
00:02:32.800 And so we are savoring the sweetness of that today.
00:02:36.480 And we are hoping that, you know, the thousands of families whose kids aren't going to school,
00:02:42.160 the people who are skipping medical appointments, you know,
00:02:46.460 moms who are talking about having birthing at home without attendance are able to fully move back into their lives today.
00:02:56.940 And we want them to feel that relief and that sweetness of the withdrawal.
00:03:02.820 I think what you saw is you saw a federal government and an administration that thought that they were going to break the people of Minneapolis down.
00:03:11.340 They thought that we were going to back down and sort of kowtow to whatever it is that they were looking to get done,
00:03:17.760 not just locally in Minneapolis, but nationwide.
00:03:20.660 They were looking to implement a national agenda based on coercing us to change local policy.
00:03:26.080 And here's the thing. We didn't.
00:03:28.040 The people of Minneapolis stood up. They stood up for their neighbors.
00:03:31.200 They loved on each other. And I think that's the kind of patriotism that is ultimately going to get us through this.
00:03:35.960 We are always fighting on our back foot because no one will ever pick up the good stories that we do.
00:03:41.340 You know, we joke all the time that one of the, you know, major criminal organizations we fight,
00:03:48.400 they have better playbooks than we do when it comes to making ICE look bad.
00:03:54.180 Sometimes the media is our biggest enemy.
00:03:58.460 Eugene?
00:04:01.020 Jokes are supposed to be funny, so that's one.
00:04:03.080 Two, talking about journalists as a criminal enterprise, right, the enemy, that is language that is coded.
00:04:12.920 It tells and signals to people who don't like the reporters already who's allowed to be beat up,
00:04:18.180 who's allowed to be attacked and yelled at.
00:04:20.980 But also it tells you how this administration thinks about accountability, right?
00:04:25.380 To be very clear, the people who recorded both the shooting of Alex, of Preddy and of Renee Good,
00:04:32.740 those were people who were just there.
00:04:34.320 They weren't reporters.
00:04:35.420 The video that came from that were not reporters.
00:04:37.940 And what the representative has just been talking about, what we've seen in Minnesota,
00:04:41.340 is normal people doing most of the covering of what's happening.
00:04:45.380 So he's not just upset at the media, right, and upset at reporters like me and others who hope for accountability in this country.
00:04:54.220 He's also mad at the American people who do the same thing, who pull out their phones
00:04:58.420 and record the things that they feel like this administration is doing to them, to their communities.
00:05:03.860 And I think it tells you everything you need to know about powerful people
00:05:08.780 when their biggest concern is being held accountable by the people that pay their bills.
00:05:13.240 Your office, among other offices, were subpoenaed by the federal, by the Justice Department
00:05:18.720 in the course of what they say is a criminal investigation.
00:05:21.940 Many people saw that as obviously pretextual, as a form of intimidation.
00:05:26.360 Would you have any updates on the status of said investigation?
00:05:29.480 I don't.
00:05:30.900 What I will say is never in a million years would I think that a great American city,
00:05:37.260 the city that I love in Minneapolis, would be invaded by our own federal government.
00:05:42.360 Never in a million years would I thought I would see constitutional rights stripped away.
00:05:46.580 And I certainly never thought that I was going to get investigated by the Department of Justice,
00:05:51.640 a department that, at least historically, I have had great respect for
00:05:56.100 under both Republican and Democratic administrations.
00:06:00.200 But here's the thing.
00:06:01.260 It's not about having committed a crime or something.
00:06:04.880 It is about intimidation.
00:06:06.720 It is about bullying people and communities to get them to back down.
00:06:12.700 Here's the thing.
00:06:13.580 In Minneapolis, we're not going to be intimidated.
00:06:15.780 I'm not going to be intimidated.
00:06:17.300 We're going to stand up for our neighbors.
00:06:19.140 And thankfully, not because of me, but because of the tens of thousands of people
00:06:24.480 that have been standing up for our collective family.
00:06:28.080 I think they're the big reason, ultimately, that they decided to shift bases here and end Operation Metro Surge.
00:06:38.560 The federal judge has blocked the Pentagon from punishing Democratic Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona
00:06:45.160 for participating in a video reminding service members of their duty to refuse illegal orders.
00:06:51.760 Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has been pursuing steps to reduce the senator and retired Navy captain's rank
00:06:59.460 and pay over that video.
00:07:02.680 But the judge, a nominee of President George W. Bush, said those actions violate Kelly's First Amendment rights.
00:07:10.080 Quote, this court has all it needs to conclude that defendants have trampled on Senator Kelly's First Amendment freedoms
00:07:17.660 and threatened the constitutional liberties of millions of military retirees.
00:07:24.180 It's obvious, but important that it was written.
00:07:26.840 A lot of these things are obvious.
00:07:27.680 It's so obvious.
00:07:28.740 The judge goes on to write, quote, after all, as Bob Dylan famously said,
00:07:33.940 you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.
00:07:36.700 To say the least, our retired veterans deserve more respect from their government
00:07:43.080 and our Constitution demands they receive it.
00:07:48.060 Secretary Hegseth is vowing to appeal, writing on X, quote,
00:07:52.640 Sedition is sedition, Captain.
00:07:54.560 Sedition is sedition, Captain.
00:07:56.500 What a child.
00:07:57.780 Serious.
00:07:58.280 What a child.
00:07:59.860 Captain.
00:08:00.760 And yet.
00:08:01.260 What a child.
00:08:02.260 But.
00:08:02.960 Absolute child.
00:08:04.160 We have some breaking news out of Congress.
00:08:06.000 The Department of Homeland Security is all but guaranteed to partially shut down tomorrow night at midnight.
00:08:12.160 This is after the Senate failed to agree on a deal to rein in ICE's violent immigration enforcement tactics.
00:08:18.660 Here's Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer today when asked why the negotiation process stalled.
00:08:25.020 Just ask the Republicans.
00:08:26.740 They're the ones holding this up.
00:08:28.460 We're on the side of the American people.
00:08:30.620 We showed today overwhelmingly.
00:08:32.460 The reason that grand jury so rarely return findings of no true bill is not that grand juries are suddenly rising up and having their moment.
00:08:42.660 The reason is, as Kim says, that the prosecutors pre-screen and filter out the cases that they're taking to the grand jury.
00:08:50.000 That's why we're seeing grand juries have these moments right now.
00:08:54.120 That's why this is occurring.
00:08:55.640 I mean, the case involving the lawmakers, we're talking about bringing a criminal case that is for, number one, pure political speech.
00:09:06.160 And number two, where the content of that speech is followed the law.
00:09:10.460 Right.
00:09:10.860 It says a lot that the grand jurors in that room, that average citizens have more common sense than Department of Justice lawyers.
00:09:18.700 So how do you think lawyers walked into a grand jury with this case?
00:09:23.420 I think the lawyers who walked into the grand jury with that case are doing the bidding of superiors.
00:09:29.740 They are doing the work of political appointees for political purposes.
00:09:34.760 Maybe that's performative.
00:09:36.340 Maybe it's prosecutorial.
00:09:37.940 Maybe it's some of both.
00:09:39.380 But it is all about what they are being told to do and not at all about the law, not at all about democracy, not at all about our system of government.
00:09:49.400 And we begin with breaking political news involving the race for Arizona governor.
00:09:53.460 Republican Karen Taylor Robeson is out.
00:09:57.400 She previously ran for governor in 2022 but lost the Republican primary to Carrie Lake.
00:10:02.940 Robeson was seen as a formidable candidate because of her ability to fund her own campaign.
00:10:07.320 This July, she was set to face Republican Congressman Andy Biggs and David Schweikert in the Republican primary.
00:10:14.900 In a statement, Robeson said, quote,
00:10:16.600 We cannot afford a divisive Republican primary that drains resources and turns into months of intraparty attacks.
00:10:25.040 It only weakens our conservative cause and gives the left exactly what they want, a fractured Republican party heading into November.
00:10:32.300 With so much on the line in 2026, I am not willing to contribute to that outcome.
00:10:38.120 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:10:45.700 Pray for our enemies.
00:10:47.680 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:10:50.820 I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
00:10:55.080 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:10:57.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:10:58.420 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:11:01.100 It's going to happen.
00:11:02.140 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:11:05.680 MAGA Media.
00:11:07.120 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:11:12.560 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:11:16.320 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:11:22.640 War Room.
00:11:23.520 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:11:25.860 It's Friday, 13 February in the year of World War 2026.
00:11:34.260 Remember, after the beginning of the second term, we had all the backup of the four years in the wilderness with CRA and Stephen Miller's America First Law and Brooks Rollins' America First Policy Institute.
00:11:49.100 And, of course, Mark Meadows and the team over at CPI in Heritage Project 2025, we had all the CRs, had all the, excuse me, executive orders.
00:11:59.280 He had Russ Vogt coming in, even had, you know, although I was not a big fan of the effort because I thought I was misplaced, he had a doge, all of it.
00:12:08.540 And then the second phase of that was to seize the institutions and do it with urgency.
00:12:13.220 Right now, you're seeing the institutions, whether they're institutions of the Senate, whether this is radical judiciary, the defense contractors, they're trying to encircle the White House and President Trump.
00:12:24.040 We're going to get into all this this morning.
00:12:25.620 But the breaking news out of Arizona, we have the great Andy Biggs by phone, Congressman Biggs.
00:12:30.460 Congressman Biggs, kind of a shocking development in the Arizona Republican primary, which is we're in Texas.
00:12:36.620 The Texas Senate primary in the Arizona governor's race are the two top races of this cycle.
00:12:43.000 Karen Robeson stepped down or at least put it on hiatus yesterday.
00:12:47.300 Sounds like she's out of the race.
00:12:48.660 Your thoughts, sir?
00:12:51.100 Yes, Steve.
00:12:52.200 I was very pleasantly surprised that I didn't know that was going to happen.
00:12:57.080 But it just leaves me as the only, you know, Donald Trump, President Trump, and Charlie Kirk and the first candidate in the race.
00:13:08.800 And I have a substantial lead.
00:13:11.940 And she said something really classy in there.
00:13:16.400 She said it's time basically to clear the field and let's win this against Katie Hopps.
00:13:24.760 And I think she's right.
00:13:26.740 And I was grateful for that comment.
00:13:29.480 And that's who I'm focusing on, Steve, is beating Katie Hopps.
00:13:35.160 Well, we think there's going to be some developments.
00:13:39.880 Congressman, can you just hang on?
00:13:41.100 We've got to take a short commercial break because we've had a long cold open.
00:13:44.180 I want to talk to you about beating Katie Hopps.
00:13:46.800 I think there's going to be some developments today in Maricopa County that we're following very closely.
00:13:50.580 Also, we've got to ask Congressman Biggs, one of the great fighters we've got on Capitol Hill, about the situation with DHS shutting down, looks like, because the senators all went to the Munich Security Conference.
00:14:04.940 Wade Miller is going to join us about that.
00:14:06.460 We're also going to have the former secretary of the state of Wyoming.
00:14:08.660 We've had on the show a lot with the top voter integrity folks in the country.
00:14:13.740 He is now running for Congress.
00:14:15.720 Chuck Gray is going to join us here momentarily.
00:14:18.260 Andy Biggs, we've got a packed show, also going to go to Fort Bragg.
00:14:22.060 The president's going down today to thank the troops that were part of that special forces operation in Venezuela.
00:14:29.040 So we're packed wall to wall today.
00:14:30.820 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:14:32.740 Make sure to take out your phone.
00:14:34.640 Find out why gold is a hedge.
00:14:36.900 Maybe crypto hasn't been, but gold has.
00:14:38.860 Take your phone out and text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898.
00:14:43.200 Get the ultimate guide.
00:14:44.360 It's no obligation.
00:14:45.300 It's totally free.
00:14:45.960 And you get access to Philip Patrick, who is also going to be in the show this morning in the second hour to talk about gold and the price of gold and where gold may be heading.
00:14:55.740 Short break.
00:14:56.280 Congressman Andy Biggs on the other side.
00:14:59.740 A new year means new financial goals, like making sure your savings are secure and diversified.
00:15:05.740 Will this be the year you finally listen to me and talk to someone from Birch Gold Group?
00:15:11.080 Honestly, they're great people.
00:15:13.020 I appreciate their educational approach and their understanding of macroeconomics.
00:15:18.120 There are forces pushing the dollar lower and gold higher, which is why they believe every American should own physical gold.
00:15:25.620 So until February, if you are a first-time gold buyer, Birch Gold is offering a rebate of up to $10,000 on qualifying purchases.
00:15:36.280 To claim eligibility and start the process, just text Bannon at 989898.
00:15:44.220 Birch Gold can help you roll an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold, and you're still eligible for a rebate of up to $10,000.
00:15:53.940 Make right now your first time to buy gold and take advantage of a rebate of up to $10,000 when you buy by February 27th.
00:16:05.200 Text my name, Bannon, 989898, and claim your eligibility today.
00:16:09.660 Remember, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:14.240 You've got to the end of February, 27 February, to qualify.
00:16:18.660 Up to a $10,000 rebate.
00:16:21.120 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:26.280 Okay.
00:16:27.620 Welcome back.
00:16:28.600 I know, the audience, we do those cold opens because we curate all this other news that you would never see.
00:16:33.460 We understand it's torture, and then we always go out in the A Block now, at least for a while, with Bruce Springsteen.
00:16:38.620 Streets of Minneapolis.
00:16:40.320 We do follow up with Natasha Owens, the boss, but we've got to torture.
00:16:43.100 You've got to make sure you're hard and tough coming out of the A Block.
00:16:46.420 Andy Biggs, as you know, when you announced you're going to run for governor, I spent a long time saying, Andy, Congressman Biggs, you're one of the few good guys we've got to keep you.
00:16:57.220 And you told me at the time, you said, Steve, I think where we're going to go is that this republic is going to have to be saved, really, at the state level to buck up what's happening at the federal government.
00:17:09.100 Walk me through that because I think given what happened to the Save America Act, the senators just having a cursory vote and then leaving from Munich to the security conference to pal around with the globalists, people are sitting there going, what are we doing?
00:17:23.520 And it may be you were quite prescient, sir.
00:17:27.480 Yeah, here's the way I saw it at the time.
00:17:30.600 I've come to the conclusion that Congress is irredeemable short of an act of God.
00:17:36.920 And so if you're going to say that the states, if you had enough governors that were going to honor and respect the 10th Amendment and push back on the feds, on everything from mandates to policy to these funding, these massive takings of property within states.
00:18:03.480 If the states were actually to push back and make the assertion of their sovereign integrity, it seems to me that's the way that we're going to save it because the spending is, you know, you got spending hawks like myself and there's probably 15.
00:18:21.440 And there's a lot of people who talk a good game, but there's really very few people who are willing to go in there and say, we've got to control spending, for instance, that we have to shrink the federal bureaucracy, for instance.
00:18:36.160 They talk about it, but think about this.
00:18:38.540 You start talking about, let's say, defense.
00:18:41.340 They've never passed an audit.
00:18:43.680 And you know what they tell me?
00:18:45.780 Oh, we need to give them more money.
00:18:47.220 Wait a second.
00:18:48.240 They've never even passed the audit.
00:18:49.540 Why are we giving them more money?
00:18:51.980 And it just rolls that way, and it's out of control at the federal level.
00:18:56.440 So that's why I think the states, if this country is going to be saved and be a long-lasting empire of freedom, a nation that is liberty-minded, that people can actually fulfill the measure of their creation from God, then it's going to be the states.
00:19:13.000 So talk to me about then the Andy Biggs-Katy Hobbs race.
00:19:20.060 I'm not trying to jump ahead of things, but you're clearly not just running a primary.
00:19:24.060 You're already setting up to position Katie Hobbs in the general.
00:19:27.940 Talk to me about Andy Biggs versus Katie Hobbs.
00:19:30.140 Well, the way it works is, policy-wise, Katie's been disastrous for the state.
00:19:38.460 We've gone from 4th to 47th in job creation.
00:19:42.440 She's mismanaged our water.
00:19:44.100 And you know, Steve, you know Arizona really well.
00:19:47.940 And you've got to have water.
00:19:49.960 You've got to have water to live.
00:19:51.180 You've got to have water to grow.
00:19:52.160 And they've mismanaged that.
00:19:55.500 They've killed the American dream in Arizona.
00:19:58.640 The only place that has homes more expensive than us is the sanctuary city bubbles and California altogether.
00:20:09.920 And we've got to – and that's because of the policy she's put in place in a very, very short time.
00:20:16.340 And so I want to restore the American dream, and the way you restore the American dream is you make housing more affordable.
00:20:24.920 You make everything more affordable, and you get the government out of the way so that creative entrepreneurial spirit, independent spirit of Arizona will go forward.
00:20:35.180 And Arizona will become – we're on our way to becoming, if we had a governor that would foster this,
00:20:41.160 we would become the technological innovator of the world, the entire world.
00:20:49.340 And that's where we're going to go.
00:20:51.740 And we're going to get government out of people's lives.
00:20:54.860 Well, all the advanced chip design is going to go there from Taiwan and other places.
00:20:58.700 So it's going to be a tech railhead, a tech hub.
00:21:03.240 Congressman Biggs, where do people find it now that Robeson's dropped out and called for unity?
00:21:07.120 Where do people go to find out more about your governor's race, and what is your social media, sir?
00:21:13.440 Yeah, if you go to bigsforarizona.com, bigsforarizona.com, you spell out for, F-O-R, bigsforarizona.com,
00:21:22.540 you can actually get there, and you'll have access to all of everything that we have.
00:21:32.660 Congressman Biggs, do you have social media?
00:21:34.720 Do you remember your Twitter or getter handle?
00:21:37.440 Do you have that?
00:21:38.620 Oh, gosh.
00:21:40.780 Stumpting.
00:21:41.180 I don't, man.
00:21:43.020 We'll get it up.
00:21:43.960 We'll get it up.
00:21:44.600 We'll get it up.
00:21:46.000 Congressman Andy Biggs.
00:21:47.380 I'll send it to you.
00:21:49.300 We've got it.
00:21:49.940 We'll put it up on the screen.
00:21:51.000 Congressman Biggs, I know you get a big engagement this morning, a big event.
00:21:54.700 Get to it, and we'll chat later.
00:21:59.060 Congressman Andy Biggs looks like at the forefront of this all-important,
00:22:03.860 I think the Texas Senate primary in the Republican Party and the Arizona governors were the two of the biggest ones.
00:22:10.980 Let's go to Fort Bragg, home of the 82nd Airborne.
00:22:15.280 Our own David Zier is there.
00:22:17.160 David, the commander-in-chief, is coming down today to address the troops that serve so valiantly all over the world.
00:22:25.960 In this case, I think it was Venezuela.
00:22:27.660 Talk to us.
00:22:28.040 What's going to happen today?
00:22:30.940 So Trump will be here with FLOTUS as well at about 1.30.
00:22:34.920 It'll be a relatively quick ceremony here.
00:22:37.260 He's going to greet and meet with special operators who participated in Operation Absolute Resolve.
00:22:44.620 You know, JSOC, Delta Force, SEAL teams participated.
00:22:47.660 The 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, the Night Stalkers.
00:22:52.760 You know, penetrated Venezuelan airspace undetected, jamming their stuff in a mission that was just a little over two hours.
00:23:00.860 An extraordinary operation.
00:23:02.060 Heggs has said it was the most sophisticated military operation in history here.
00:23:07.240 And the troops on the ground here say Fort Bragg is a place where the 82nd Airborne could be anywhere in 18 hours.
00:23:13.980 And when the president dials 911, the 82nd Airborne answers.
00:23:18.900 And we're just outside the paratrooper training facility here with the mock door set up and the fake static lines.
00:23:25.820 And on the other side of the building where Trump's going to speak is the flight line where they load up to jump out of our C-17s and our C-130s here.
00:23:33.120 But it's a pretty incredible Delta Force established almost 50 years ago, has been shrouded in secrecy, participated in this Venezuelan capture of Nicolas Maduro and his wife.
00:23:48.540 Just an incredible operation here.
00:23:51.440 In Fort Bragg, 250 square miles, 50,000 troops, 200,000 people depend on the operations that go on on this base.
00:23:59.500 And it's adjoining Pope Air Force Base, now known as Pope Field, in pretty much a joint military operation that can get and globally military airlift our paratroopers anywhere in the world in less than a day.
00:24:14.880 Important day here.
00:24:16.060 We're also home to the 18th Airborne here, the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
00:24:21.040 And, you know, JSOC and SOCOM, which was SOCOM, I'm sorry, which was formed, you know, after Desert One and Operation Eagle Claw that was aborted.
00:24:31.080 We had the crash in the desert in Iran and we lost those SEALs in Grenada.
00:24:35.320 So now we can dip into any of the services, put the teams together necessary to take on these incredible missions.
00:24:40.980 Well, the great Delta Force, you know, after Eagle Claw, like I said, I was a junior naval officer on a combatant in the carrier strike group.
00:24:48.980 We call them carrier battle groups in the North Arabian Sea.
00:24:52.180 And I think it was Operation, I think it was Blue Light.
00:24:54.560 It didn't really have a formal, they just kind of pieced it together.
00:24:57.700 And after that, the lessons learned were we got to get organized here.
00:25:02.980 We had, that was the beginning of Delta Force.
00:25:04.680 And then, of course, you had the Joint Command, Special Forces Command.
00:25:08.180 And it's so sophisticated, you see in Venezuela, the expeditionary capability of the United States military is not just second to none.
00:25:15.320 It's almost breathtaking in its organization, valor, and the ability to hit.
00:25:20.520 Real quickly, David, I know you're all over this, too.
00:25:23.020 Any updates?
00:25:23.780 You know, it's pretty amazing three-hour meeting with Bibi Netanyahu and the president and really nothing come out about it.
00:25:30.780 And, of course, the Turks met with the, I think, the Persians and the Iranians met in Doha with various people.
00:25:38.880 No real, nothing leaked out of that.
00:25:41.120 Any assessment of Iran?
00:25:42.420 Give me a minute on what you're hearing.
00:25:43.720 I don't have any further updates for you other than, you know, that second strike group joining them over there.
00:25:52.540 And we have to wait and see, you know, what the approach is going to be here.
00:25:57.440 And, you know, it looks like, you know, there's more military presence over there.
00:26:02.840 So it may not just be a simple strike if there is one taking out, you know, targets from, you know, our B-2 bombers.
00:26:11.580 But if I have anything relevant, I will pass it on to you immediately.
00:26:15.600 We are covering – the president is going to say a few remarks today, right?
00:26:19.020 I think there is going to be a public address.
00:26:20.940 I know he's meeting with the families.
00:26:22.620 But we're covering it on Real America's Voice.
00:26:24.520 What time is that going to take place?
00:26:27.440 1.30 p.m. Eastern time.
00:26:29.540 And Melania Trump is going to speak as well.
00:26:32.540 Supposedly she has an announcement to make.
00:26:34.580 I'm not sure of the content of that.
00:26:37.000 But they're off to Mar-a-Lago right after this.
00:26:39.740 But an important stop to honor these guys because nobody could carry out these operations across the globe like they can here out of Fort Bragg and Fort Campbell in Kentucky.
00:26:49.260 It's pretty amazing.
00:26:51.020 Fort Campbell.
00:26:52.340 Mo Bannon was stationed there for a while.
00:26:53.720 101st Airborne.
00:26:55.240 82nd down at Fort Bragg in North Carolina.
00:26:58.380 Montana near Southern Pines in Fayetteville.
00:27:01.160 And, of course, up at Fort Campbell in Kentucky, Tennessee.
00:27:06.800 David Zier, social media.
00:27:08.100 Where do people get you, sir?
00:27:09.040 Big day for the president.
00:27:10.140 Big day for the troops down there.
00:27:11.840 Yeah.
00:27:13.240 At Dave Zier on X and David Zier on everything else.
00:27:17.380 And thank you so much, Steve.
00:27:18.620 And I'll give you some updates as I get them.
00:27:20.980 Thank you, brother.
00:27:21.560 Okay, we're going to be covering that talk live about 1.30, cover the entire president's visit, everything that's visible.
00:27:28.180 Like I said, he'll probably punch out early after that and be down at Mar-a-Lago for the weekend.

00:29:36.080 BrickhouseSale.com.
00:29:37.720 It's an election rule that would make it a lot harder for millions of Americans to vote, and it is working its way through Congress.
00:29:44.020 Yesterday, House Republicans rushed to pass the SAVE Act, which requires very strict proof of citizenship to vote.
00:29:51.380 And while it's highly unlikely to make it through the Senate, it is raising serious red flags.
00:29:55.680 It all comes as the president remains fixated on rewriting the 2020 election.
00:30:00.580 A newly unsealed affidavit shows that much of the evidence used to justify the FBI's seizure of Fulton County's ballots relied on debunked theories.
00:30:09.460 And that search, it was spurred by a referral from Kurt Olson.
00:30:13.560 You might not know this name.
00:30:14.900 He was a staunch 2020 election denier, also known as Trump's new director of election security.
00:30:21.920 That's about a 99% one with Republicans, about 86% with Democrats, except Democrat politicians.
00:30:30.580 Because they cheat on elections.
00:30:32.540 And then you have no mail-in ballots.
00:30:35.660 And it would be no mail-in ballots.
00:30:37.780 Very important.
00:30:38.560 You know, we're the only country in the world that does a system like we do.
00:30:41.760 We're the only country in the world that has mail-in ballots.
00:30:45.780 The way we do this is unbelievable.
00:30:48.160 It guarantees cheating.
00:30:49.620 So it's no mail-in ballots, with the exception of disability, illness, military.
00:30:55.480 Or, if you're traveling, you can get an exemption.
00:30:57.840 You know, if you happen to be out of the country for a good reason, you can have an exemption.
00:31:04.240 This is all about massive voter suppression.
00:31:07.920 Voter suppression at a national level.
00:31:10.680 You know, as a U.S. attorney, I was used to looking at efforts to suppress the vote locally, by county, in smaller numbers.
00:31:18.780 When statewide ID acts became popular following the Supreme Court's decision in Shelby County v. Holder, which gutted Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, we saw efforts to make it more difficult for people to vote in certain states like Alabama and Arizona.
00:31:36.000 Now we're watching Donald Trump try to do it on a national level.
00:31:40.640 He can read the polls just like we can.
00:31:42.880 He knows that his party is underwater for the midterm elections and perhaps beyond.
00:31:48.280 So this is nothing more than an effort to let politicians choose their voters rather than to let voters elect their representatives.
00:31:57.420 Okay, Chuck Gray, we're going to have a lot about this this morning because I believe there could be activity in Maricopa County.
00:32:07.940 Today, there's been activity in Georgia.
00:32:10.040 We're going to have one of the lawyers that knows Georgia cold about this very topic join us at the top of the hour at 11 o'clock.
00:32:16.840 I want to go to Chuck Gray.
00:32:17.940 Chuck, we had you on the show as the Secretary of State of Wyoming.
00:32:22.600 You've been at the tip of the spear of this fight.
00:32:24.440 I think you actually testified on the SAVE Act.
00:32:27.280 You're now running for Congress.
00:32:29.180 The House passed this and the Senate took a perfunctory vote and then went to Munich.
00:32:35.000 Your thoughts about this entire situation of voter integrity, election security, all of it, sir.
00:32:44.060 Well, the SAVE America Act is so important.
00:32:47.140 Proof of citizenship for registering to vote and voter ID two years in a row.
00:32:51.760 Well, this passed the U.S. House and the Senate has refused to take a vote on it.
00:32:57.580 Just a lot of momentum over the last few weeks.
00:33:01.400 Voter ID got added to the SAVE America Act and the U.S. House repassed the bill with voter ID in there in addition to proof of citizenship for registering to vote.
00:33:11.300 These are important issues that over 90 percent of Americans support.
00:33:17.060 Wyoming has been at the forefront of implementing both of these reforms.
00:33:20.940 We were the first state in the nation to have an ironclad proof of citizenship for registering to vote requirement.
00:33:27.380 And, yes, testified this week at the U.S. Congress about how important it is how these bills are implementable
00:33:33.120 and how out of control the radical left is in their wrong narrative about these bills.
00:33:40.220 We have to continue to stand for the truth on the fact that these are implementable.
00:33:45.060 People want them.
00:33:46.140 And they're consistent with advancing common sense election integrity across our country.
00:33:50.360 You know, this is why we had you on, you know, we were fighting the fight because the folks in Wyoming were inspirational to others.
00:33:56.920 Remember, the Georgia folks dug in.
00:33:58.340 You're going to hear from Harry McDougald, the lawyer.
00:34:01.620 They hung in there for five and six years on this, getting sued, threatened with prison, all of it.
00:34:06.360 And you guys in Wyoming said, no, here's what we have to do to make sure we're going to do it in Wyoming as inspiration for the country.
00:34:12.680 Talk to me about what you guys actually implemented, kind of these common sense rules, which it seems to me 85 percent, when you look at the polling, 85 percent of the nation backs it.
00:34:22.140 What did you guys do in Wyoming?
00:34:24.600 Proof of citizenship for registering to vote, banning rain choice voting, banning third party interference in our elections, commonly called Zuck Bucks.
00:34:34.920 All of those reforms we got done.
00:34:37.000 And that's also there's another companion bill called the Mega Act that Chairman Brian Stile of the House Admin Committee is putting forward in the House.
00:34:46.320 So we're getting a lot of movement in the U.S. Congress on these baseline measures that are consistent with what the federal government has done with NBRA and HAVA that passed in the 90s and early 2000s.
00:35:00.360 So we need to advance these baseline election integrity measures.
00:35:04.500 And that's why I'm running for Congress.
00:35:06.420 One of the many reasons is that I think we need to get this across the finish line nationwide.
00:35:12.140 And the reality is getting these measures through the Congress is the only way we're going to get these things done in many of the blue states where there is just the radical left is taking control of their state legislatures.
00:35:25.220 So, Chuck, we had we start with Andy Biggs, a friend of the show and somebody we've had on for years all the time.
00:35:31.480 Something may happen in Maricopa County today.
00:35:33.900 I'm being I'm not being told, but I think it's out in the ether.
00:35:38.560 He's actually going.
00:35:40.000 He's one of our great worries in the House.
00:35:41.560 He's going back to Arizona, run for governor because he said, hey, I think we're at the same state level.
00:35:47.360 You've had such an impact in Wyoming and Wyoming has been such an inspiration to the rest of the country.
00:35:52.620 Why now are you saying, hey, I think I've got to go to D.C. to clean up this mess?
00:35:56.320 We need great MAGA representatives in in both settings, both the state and the federal.
00:36:06.060 And we need members of Congress that are going to advance President Trump's agenda and and really, really be vigorous in that.
00:36:16.040 And I I've been in 10 years in Wyoming state government as a state legislator and as Wyoming secretary of state.
00:36:21.880 But I really think there is a role at the federal level in the Congress.
00:36:26.840 And so I think you need great people in both.
00:36:30.820 I really believe that and want to want to get involved in the federal issues.
00:36:37.300 And this is a way to do that.
00:36:40.580 Where do people go to find out about your campaign, where they find out about on your social media?
00:36:45.180 As you know, you're beloved by this audience.
00:36:46.960 So people want to find out more.
00:36:48.260 I think a lot of people didn't realize you're running for Congress.
00:36:50.580 Where do they go, sir?
00:36:51.880 Chuck for Wyoming dot com.
00:36:55.560 You also spell out F.O.R. for that, just like Andy's Web site.
00:37:00.080 Again, Chuck for Wyoming dot com and on X as well with Chuck for Wyoming.
00:37:05.620 F.O.R. spelled out as the handle.
00:37:08.340 Chuck, make sure you send our regards to all the folks in Wyoming.
00:37:11.660 Been a great inspiration of getting this mess sorted on on on election integrity.
00:37:16.840 Real leadership.
00:37:17.540 Thank you, sir.
00:37:18.000 Appreciate you.
00:37:19.320 Thanks, Steve.
00:37:20.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:37:22.200 Biggs is going back to Arizona and Chuck Gray is going to go to D.C.
00:37:27.740 Michael Kunzler.
00:37:28.560 I got Michael Kunzler.
00:37:29.720 So, Michael, I have not seen a response on a offer like my phone blew up yesterday.
00:37:36.200 And I want to take a few minutes and just walk through.
00:37:38.560 People go, well, hang on.
00:37:39.400 What is this?
00:37:39.840 This is an online pharmacy.
00:37:41.780 I don't have to get shaken down by these big pharmaceutical conglomerates or the McKessons
00:37:47.020 of the world.
00:37:47.740 So just walk through.
00:37:48.860 How did you get the idea?
00:37:50.680 What exactly are your online pharmacy?
00:37:52.720 But you got doctors.
00:37:53.620 They're very certified.
00:37:54.440 You can get all the medication that you need certified.
00:37:58.600 Just walk through.
00:37:59.280 How did you have the idea?
00:38:00.380 And what exactly is All Family Pharmacy?
00:38:04.120 All Family Pharmacy is a small business, family owned.
00:38:07.060 The name just so happens to match, obviously, what we are as a family.
00:38:12.880 But All Family Pharmacy works with licensed physicians.
00:38:16.120 They're licensed in every state.
00:38:17.900 We're licensed in about 45 states.
00:38:20.300 We have a few pending.
00:38:21.720 Obviously, we all know which one is probably the main one that's pending.
00:38:24.800 California, the most difficult state to always work with.
00:38:28.060 But we came up with 47 just because we love the direction that America is going in right
00:38:34.440 now.
00:38:35.220 Things are getting better for people.
00:38:37.540 Businesses picking up.
00:38:38.920 Ivermectin sales are picking up consistently.
00:38:42.180 People are becoming more comfortable purchasing the medication without the repercussions of their
00:38:47.520 doctor or the regulators within their state.
00:38:50.800 So we feel like this holiday weekend is a great time for people to take advantage of 47%
00:38:57.500 off medications like Ivermectin, Mabendazole, Hydroxychloroquine.
00:39:02.860 And we also decided to throw in a couple of the biohacking drugs, NAD+, which is the battery
00:39:08.180 that runs your cells.
00:39:10.020 It's a wonderful, wonderful supplement to try.
00:39:13.300 If you have not tried it and you do not have cancer or not have had cancer in the past,
00:39:18.160 it is something I highly suggest for everyone, even in flu season.
00:39:22.280 This will beat the COVID fatigue that you get from long COVID.
00:39:25.860 It will beat the flu fatigue after five days of laying in bed wondering should I have gotten
00:39:31.220 vaccinated, should I have not gotten vaccinated.
00:39:33.500 We have medications and supplements that are going to make you forget about all these vaccines
00:39:37.420 that don't work anymore.
00:39:39.240 And I think that's the main purpose of this sale is to promote medications that we feel
00:39:44.680 work, get people comfortable with them, let them try them in a safe and effective manner.
00:39:49.200 And then, you know, hopefully they'll continue purchasing them down the line.
00:39:53.560 You know, medical freedom and informed consent, it's just not about big pharma.
00:39:59.260 It's also about the distribution system.
00:40:00.900 I mean, the distribution system really has an iron grip on this.
00:40:03.460 This is what you guys, why we found it so fascinating of what you as an entrepreneur were trying to break.
00:40:08.700 Just want, I want to make sure people, let's go through the steps because this is going to be,
00:40:12.780 you know, particularly for guys like me and the boomer generation, right?

00:40:19.600 It's probably easy.

00:40:42.520 We're not here to try and, you know, get people to come to our site and just purchase it at full price.
00:40:46.640 You get the discount regardless of who you are as an American.
00:40:50.300 So you go to the website, you choose the medications that you're interested in looking at.
00:40:54.640 We get you, you got to fill out the medical form, the shipping information and the prescription information.
00:41:00.260 That's typical legal language here for a pharmacy.
00:41:02.960 We're going to send that form to a physician.
00:41:05.680 A physician is going to review it.
00:41:07.460 They'll contact you as necessary.
00:41:09.780 And then they'll send us the prescription approved or denied.
00:41:12.920 If it's denied, we give you a call or they give you a call letting you know why they feel it's not safe for you.
00:41:18.240 If it's approved, we get the prescription.
00:41:20.280 We ship the medications out with FedEx today or overnight.

00:41:30.300 It's pretty easy, pretty simple.
00:41:32.000 It's safe.
00:41:34.320 You know, you don't, it's secretive.
00:41:35.820 We're not going to sit there and, you know, email your doctor telling them what medications you're ordering.
00:41:39.640 That's not our duty.
00:41:40.600 It's your due diligence to talk to your doctor if you feel like sharing that information.
00:41:44.520 We feel it's necessary.
00:41:46.080 We understand how doctors, you know, think.
00:41:49.280 And it's unfortunate that some of them want to shoot down a lot of these drugs.
00:41:52.600 But, you know, we want them to have an open mind like we do.
00:41:54.980 And you've got certified physicians that will walk through with the customers, the patients, all of that.
00:42:01.480 One more time.
00:42:02.520 Phone number.
00:42:03.400 Where do you call right now?
00:42:04.660 And if you go online, where you go online and what you got to tap in?

00:42:34.460 Thank you for starting this.
00:42:35.560 Thank you for driving.
00:42:36.380 We know everything's tough as a small entrepreneur.
00:42:38.720 But thank you for making this amazing deal available to the Warren Posse.
00:42:42.120 We appreciate it.
00:42:43.520 Thanks, Steve.
00:42:44.160 Have a great weekend.
00:42:44.940 Okay.
00:42:45.840 Thank you, sir.
00:42:47.700 Okay.
00:42:48.180 This is the creation of a small institution.
00:42:52.940 Hopefully it becomes a big institution as you see them springing up all over the place to counter the established order.
00:42:59.480 That established order is trying to choke out the Trump White House and the Trump administration.
00:43:04.880 You can see it clearly every day.
00:43:06.680 There's some very nefarious characters and money in back of this.
00:43:10.640 Peter Schweitzer's book, three times.
00:43:12.680 Peter's had a lot of bestsellers.
00:43:13.740 Three weeks in a row, Invisible Coup has been the number one book on the New York Times bestseller list.
00:43:20.560 The number one book on the New York Times bestseller list.
00:43:23.960 Now, why is that?
00:43:25.600 I think people are finally waking up to the fact that we have enemies both foreign and domestic.
00:43:30.360 All next in the War Room.

00:45:13.220 This court has all it needs to conclude that defendants have trampled on Senator Kelly's First Amendment freedoms and threatened the constitutional liberties of millions of military retirees.
00:45:26.180 It's obvious, but important that it was written.
00:45:28.920 These things are obvious.
00:45:29.740 It's so obvious.
00:45:30.880 The judge goes on to write, quote, after all, as Bob Dylan famously said, you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.
00:45:39.620 To say the least, our retired veterans deserve more respect from their government and our Constitution demands they receive it.
00:45:49.240 Did Mika just say the Dylan song, you don't need – because we're playing the Bruce Springsteen song to drive you nuts today.
00:45:57.340 Of course, we counter that with Natasha Owens' hit that was the number one hit of The Boss, which was her counter to the streets of Minneapolis.
00:46:05.380 Did Morning Mika just say you don't need a weatherman to tell you which way the wind blows?
00:46:11.420 I don't want to bring up for those of us of a certain age that that was the organizing principle behind the weathermen, which were a radical revolutionary group that deployed violence.
00:46:23.860 I find it quite odd that Morning Joe is sending – you could not signal, not noise more than that, these radicals in the streets.
00:46:33.120 And this is what we're talking about.
00:46:35.620 This is an institutional blowback.
00:46:38.920 I want to bring in Forrest from the new federal state.
00:46:40.940 Peter Schweitzer's book, The Invisible Coup, is three weeks in a row, folks, as great as Peter Schweitzer is, he's never had a book like this.
00:46:49.420 Three weeks in a row, New York Times' number one bestseller.
00:46:52.440 Remember, they always suppress the count of the conservative books.
00:46:56.040 The Invisible Coup, how American elites and foreign powers use immigration as a weapon.
00:47:02.040 The lead villain here, as bad as Mexico is, and it's bad, the lead villain is the Chinese Communist Party.
00:47:07.860 Peter Schweitzer says straight out, the Chinese Communist Party is trying to use mass immigration as a weapon in unrestricted warfare to destroy the United States from within.
00:47:19.940 Forrest, there's a certain individual I don't think we've highlighted enough, and I've asked you guys to go do some research and talk about it.
00:47:27.580 This individual, supposedly an American citizen, although lives in Shanghai, is bigger than Soros, bigger than the guy from Switzerland in funding these groups that have taken to the streets of places like Minneapolis and Los Angeles and Chicago.
00:47:43.800 So these are not just interested, these are not good government civilians.
00:47:48.600 These are not citizens in these states that are just, oh, well, I think I've got a better idea than President Trump has.
00:47:54.780 This is an organized color revolution in the streets of America.
00:47:59.000 And let's be brutally frank, right now, they may be winning.
00:48:02.960 I think we withdrew the ice, we're withdrawing ice from Minneapolis.
00:48:06.900 So Forrest, tell us, why is a guy living in Shanghai that has very close purported ties to the Shanghai Military Intelligence Group and Bruno Wu and that whole crowd?
00:48:18.720 Why is he writing checks for a revolution in the streets of the United States of America, sir?
00:48:24.200 Okay, thank you so much, Steve, for coming back.
00:48:29.680 This guy's name, his name is Neville Roy Singham.
00:48:34.680 Neville Roy Singham.
00:48:36.720 He's living in Shanghai.
00:48:37.820 You asked the very key question, why Shanghai?
00:48:40.880 Why not Moscow?
00:48:42.000 Why not Tyrone?
00:48:42.960 Why not Pyongyang?
00:48:44.760 Because you know what?
00:48:45.580 That's where Bruno Wu is.
00:48:47.280 That's where CCP is, because that's a CCP-controlled state power who can provide him everything he wants, the cover and the financial channels to funnel the money into this country.
00:49:01.240 And he's working with the CCP, trying to destroy this country from within.
00:49:07.020 That's why he's living in Shanghai.
00:49:08.940 That's why he's working with Chinese Communist Party.
00:49:11.300 And the State Department knows this, DOJ knows this, FBI knows this, and the CIA knows this.
00:49:19.580 And he definitely is not the only one.
00:49:22.400 And I don't believe he's the biggest one, and he's not new.
00:49:27.000 And everybody knows this.
00:49:28.060 But hang on a second.
00:49:29.660 Hang on a second.
00:49:32.400 Hang on a second.
00:49:33.860 Bruno Wu, correct me if I'm wrong, either has a green card.
00:49:37.380 I think Bruno Wu's a citizen of the United States.
00:49:39.320 This guy's a citizen of the United States.
00:49:41.480 Peter Schweitzer's whole book is about how these guys get citizenship, and then they're basically agents of foreign powers inside the United States.
00:49:49.600 He's talking about people having babies here.
00:49:52.640 There's one billionaire that wants his son that was born here.
00:49:58.160 He's back in mainland China now to be president of the United States.
00:50:01.280 In the book, it's called The Manchurian President.
00:50:03.680 Why do we have guys like Bruno Wu and this guy, Singham, that are clearly anti-American, clearly up to no good, clearly working with the CCP?
00:50:14.900 How did they get American citizenship, sir?
00:50:17.280 And is that holding back CIA, FBI, the DOJ, people that should know this from rolling these guys up?
00:50:25.040 Yes, that's what we discussed last time.
00:50:28.660 I believe those guys, because CCP founded them, CCP have a million ways to put them into U.S.
00:50:34.220 This is a difference between the massive immigrant Peter was talking about.
00:50:41.220 CCP used those elite, again, it's not regular people or common law-baixing immigrants into this country.
00:50:48.440 CCP utilized those elites in the U.S. as well as like Bruno Wu to compromise, come into this country, using their financial channels, their international connections to corrupt individuals in this country, to infiltrate the institutes in this country.
00:51:08.240 Bruno Wu's wife, Yang Lan, she's graduated from Colombia, where I graduated.
00:51:13.820 She graduated from SIPA, where she's working, with all the media.
00:51:19.480 She almost interviewed every famous guy in the whole world.
00:51:25.920 Think about it.
00:51:26.680 How many people was compromised, you know, corrupted by those two couple?
00:51:33.280 So that's why these people are very dangerous.
00:51:36.680 All the elites, whether it's Chinese elites used by CCP, all the elites in the U.S.
00:51:42.960 And everybody knows about this.
00:51:45.460 We do need actions against those people.
00:51:49.120 Miles used to say, follow the money, follow the PP.
00:51:52.080 PP means, here, reference to the sexual activities.
00:51:55.880 And I would like to add, follow through with the actions.
00:51:59.620 Because, look at it, we don't have actions against those peoples who sell out the U.S.
00:52:06.880 Yes, every day.
00:52:08.000 And who sell out this country.
00:52:10.620 Miles was trying to help in this country.
00:52:12.400 Hang on one second.
00:52:15.180 I'm going to hold you through into the 11 o'clock hour.
00:52:17.820 Forrest in the new federal state.
00:52:19.160 Bruno Wu's wife is the Oprah Winfrey of China, a huge talk show host.
00:52:25.700 That's not by accident, right?
00:52:28.160 There are no coincidences.
00:52:30.680 Let's take a short commercial break.
00:52:32.620 We'll return the second hour of the War Room.
00:52:34.380 I commit to you, we'll be more on fire than even our first.
00:52:37.960 Stick around.
00:52:42.940 If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be free from your credit card and other debt?
00:52:47.940 Let's see if we can help you with that.
00:52:51.600 If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season, would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt?
00:52:58.560 I might have a solution.
00:53:00.880 Here's why now is the time to make a move.
00:53:03.160 This time of year, credit card and loan companies close out their books.
00:53:07.480 They clean up past due accounts.
00:53:10.420 They sell or write off the debt to clear their books.
00:53:13.760 That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills, lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account before you're in.
00:53:21.860 That means right now, and I mean right now, you may actually have leverage.
00:53:28.200 And Done With Debt knows how to use this to your advantage.
00:53:31.860 They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.
00:53:36.420 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf.
