00:00:04.860 Former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters was sentenced to nine years behind bars yesterday for a data
00:00:10.180 breach scheme inspired by Trump's false claims of voter fraud. It hurts. Let go of me. Give me my
00:00:17.680 You are no hero. You abused your position and you're a charlatan. The idea that you won't
00:00:24.520 respect elections if you lose is antithetical to a democratic republic.
00:00:30.000 Earlier this week, a federal judge ruled, listen to this, that Tina Peters, a 72-year-old
00:00:37.520 gold star mother, must stay in prison while she appeals her case. And since that ruling
00:00:43.820 inside that prison, Tina Peters has been attacked. And I don't mean attacked just in one way,
00:00:49.900 but in multiple ways, multiple times.
00:00:53.900 Has Tina Peters been assaulted in prison? And was she charged with a felony for getting
00:00:59.900 assaulted, sir?
00:01:00.860 A 20-year-old inmate came in behind her and started to attack her from behind.
00:01:07.420 The part where she was defending herself was seen. So they're basically charging her. They put her in
00:01:14.620 the hole for an undetermined amount of time. It's sickening what they're doing to her. This is
00:01:19.640 effectively a death penalty for Tina Peters because she dared to question election results.
00:01:27.160 Tina Peters is a witness to the 2020 theft of an election.
00:01:35.580 Tina was performing a federal duty when she preserved election records before the Secretary
00:01:42.000 of State destroyed them.
00:01:43.480 A hundred percent she's a political prisoner. They're holding her hostage.
00:01:46.380 What in the hell are we doing to get the girl out?
00:01:49.480 They should let her go. Let her out.
00:01:59.940 It is Saturday, the 14th of February in the year of our Lord, 2026. It's St. Valentine's Day.
00:02:05.860 And it is the 499th day of the incarceration of a Gold Star mother, a 72-year-old Gold Star mother.
00:02:14.180 And tomorrow is the 500th day. I know that's unbelievable to hear, but that's the reality.
00:02:21.160 She is a political prisoner. I think she's the most distinct political prisoner we've ever had
00:02:27.680 here in the history of this country. She's also pardoned by the President of the United States,
00:02:32.040 and yet she continues to sit and rot in what is the highest security prison they have for women
00:02:39.160 in the state of Colorado. We're going to have a number of folks on here today to walk through
00:02:43.560 exactly what's going on and what we have to resolve to get this done. President Trump has
00:02:50.440 pardoned her. I know he is incredibly frustrated, and we may have to take a different path,
00:02:55.240 and we've got to think that through today. It is just unacceptable in the United States of America,
00:02:59.340 particularly here's why it's so unacceptable now. And it's ironic it's happening on the 499th day
00:03:05.780 and the 500th day of Tina Peters' incarceration. Because the FBI and DNI, Director of National
00:03:13.680 Intelligence, seized the ballots and all the tapes from the machines and the tabulators in Georgia,
00:03:21.140 and we're going to court with the two heaviest, besides Mark Elias, the other two heaviest lawyers
00:03:26.160 they can bring in, Abby Lowell and Norm Eisen, to take that evidence back. In Georgia, we got them,
00:03:34.800 and they know we got them. And in Arizona, we had the Department of Homeland Security. You heard
00:03:40.640 John Solomon at the start of the first hour. What did John Solomon say? You're going to have
00:03:45.400 revelations of foreign interference in these elections. And Christy Noem said so much of it
00:03:51.400 yesterday in Maricopa County. Something is going to happen in Maricopa County. Just stand by.
00:03:56.960 And this is what Tina Peters, this was her cause, just to have a free and fair election. And what
00:04:02.160 did she get from that? The most honored people in our country, gold star mothers, whose children have
00:04:09.520 died in defense of our country, our republic. She rots in a state prison. Let me bring on first,
00:04:16.840 I want to go through, I think it's, uh, Solzhenitsyn wrote a book, uh, with the one day in the life of
00:04:24.140 Ivan. I think I'm a batch the name, but it was a very powerful book about one day and a guy's life
00:04:30.320 in the gulag and how unfairly been put there. That book changed the way people perceived the
00:04:36.040 Soviet union at the time and the communist in Russia because how brutal it was. Apollo, you've,
00:04:42.540 you've stepped in and been the co-host for the Tina Peters show. I think she was incarcerated.
00:04:48.740 You and your team know, know Tina better than anybody. I want this audience to understand
00:04:54.680 the daily brutality of being in a high security woman's prison in the state of Colorado. Can you
00:05:02.520 walk us through, uh, your knowledge of, uh, of Tina's day, sir? Sure. Well, I mean, it's a regular
00:05:10.360 occurrence and I'll just remind everyone it's been 500 days that she's been in prison, uh, which is
00:05:15.320 obscene, denied bond on appeal, but she has also been dealing with this for several more years before
00:05:21.160 she was ever locked up regarding the law fair and the weaponization of government. And she was a target
00:05:25.700 the moment she was elected clerk in 2018, but Tina Peters doesn't quit. So neither should any of you,
00:05:30.980 uh, Tina Peters, while she has been locked up now for well over a year, uh, she is in unlike men's
00:05:38.680 prisons where they have clear delineations of the violent offenders and, uh, some of the lighter
00:05:43.600 types of sentences. Tina Peters is in there with people who are, uh, convicted and have been in prison
00:05:48.760 for many violent offenses. They're repeat offenders. Uh, most recently the incident that she was
00:05:54.280 assaulted in several weeks ago, uh, she was assaulted by a 29 year old who has been in prison
00:06:00.600 for stabbing her significant other and trying to kill him. Her plea deal was in fact six years,
00:06:06.840 three and a half years less than Tina's sentence. So that is the kind of, uh, people that she's in
00:06:13.160 there with. These people have anger issues. Many of them have drug problems. Tina's heart actually
00:06:17.800 goes out to many of them, uh, but she's surrounded by people she does not belong with. The state of
00:06:23.240 Colorado denied a transfer request that would have cost them nothing to put her in a safe location.
00:06:28.520 And, uh, it's been now over a year and 15, it's been 15 months now that Judge Barrett's, uh,
00:06:35.320 statements sentencing Tina to all these sentences consecutively, uh, based on her first amendment
00:06:41.800 speech and in his own words saying that she's more dangerous to the public than violent offenders
00:06:47.080 that has stood this long and she has not been able to bond out on appeal this entire time.
00:06:53.240 And he has been, uh, you know, he has been vindicated in his own statements because Tina has
00:06:58.520 been kept in prison with these violent offenders for this entire time. She's been assaulted repeatedly.
00:07:03.720 She has been marked specifically within the CDOC system as a minimum security,
00:07:10.200 high profile inmate. Uh, she has applied to the honor pod several times and been denied,
00:07:15.320 uh, citing write-ups that she has received. However, LaVista and CDOC's own, uh, records,
00:07:23.320 uh, his name is, uh, Mr. Ayers. He actually responded to a request for any of those write-ups. He said,
00:07:29.480 none exist. There are no write-ups under Tina Peters' case file. So they are, uh, purposely
00:07:36.920 keeping Tina Peters in a dangerous environment. They are denying her access to a housing situation
00:07:42.600 that would keep her safe. And, uh, the, the place is an absolute nightmare. The best that
00:07:47.880 they've been able to do is throw her in solitary for weeks at a time where she's kept awake 24-7 under
00:07:54.520 fluorescent lighting. She has been sleeping on an inch, uh, thick mattress. And it wasn't until
00:08:01.480 just a few months ago after the media really decided to put pressure on officials in Colorado
00:08:07.160 and what was going on inside of the Colorado Department of Corrections, including with the
00:08:12.360 Civil Rights Division looking at some of the facilities and what was going on, that they decided
00:08:17.720 they could find a two-inch mattress for Tina to sleep on. Despite ignoring her medical requests,
00:08:24.440 despite never allowing her to see a doctor, blowing off everything, in this most recent, uh, assault on
00:08:31.400 her, Steve, there were officials in LaVista that refused to even acknowledge that she was injured.
00:08:37.400 She was showing them her bruises from the event because it was being spun against her as if she were
00:08:42.680 the aggressor. And they did nothing. They didn't refer her to medical for an evaluation. They refused
00:08:48.440 to document it. They walked away and looked the other way. Uh, so, I mean, this is the, the everyday
00:08:54.040 situation that Tina Peters has been facing. There are other inmates in there who get written up and have
00:08:59.640 their iPads or their tablets taken away simply because they yell, free Tina Peters across the yard,
00:09:06.200 or they show some sign of solidarity, recognizing the ordeal that she has been going through. Uh,
00:09:12.840 it's obscene what she's, what she's dealing with on a daily basis. Tina Peters does not belong there.
00:09:18.200 And the travesty of justice that has allowed her to stay there despite meeting all state criteria for
00:09:25.080 bond on appeal, despite being a first time nonviolent offender who has an excellent chance of her
00:09:30.840 charges being reversed and her sentence being overturned on appeal, uh, including this most recent
00:09:36.120 hearing that raised a plethora of extremely concerning issues that should together constitute
00:09:42.760 nothing but a mistrial. Uh, Tina Peters needs to go free. She's living in absolute hell. She is a
00:09:49.160 political prisoner and she doesn't belong with these people. She is in danger every single day that she
00:09:54.520 is in there. She continues to get threats in the mail. She complains about it to the prison threats that
00:10:01.000 I've seen many of them. They threaten her with murder, with violence, with rape. They wish death upon
00:10:05.960 her. And, uh, these recent incidents have led, uh, to kind of a precedent to be set within the
00:10:12.680 facility where you can, uh, you know, you can go after Tina Peters and nothing will really happen to
00:10:17.880 you. How is it possible that this woman just got granted parole after this incident with Tina? If
00:10:24.680 this were anyone else, she would have been kicked back at you.
00:10:28.600 I want to, I want to go to this, this, this fight that broke out that she started. Talk to me about
00:10:33.800 what happened to the purpose. The person that initiated this has been paroled since then,
00:10:38.600 correct? Normally you would have some delay on that for doing it. Talk about that, that she actually,
00:10:43.000 Tina Peters got put in the hole, the special housing unit, which is solitary confinement. And that's there to
00:10:47.960 break you psychologically. Um, but the other woman got paroled, correct?
00:10:52.760 Correct. Yes. After this incident, um, this is the 29 year old who was in there for stabbing someone
00:11:00.600 and she was given a six year sentence. After this incident, uh, no follow up was done. No real
00:11:07.080 investigation was, uh, conducted. The media was given the footage within 12 hours of, uh, us learning
00:11:14.680 about this, despite apparently the, uh, CDOC having to go through the entire process of getting the footage,
00:11:20.600 scrubbing it and getting consent from the inmates who were, uh, on camera to release it to the media.
00:11:25.800 Her attorneys didn't get it for weeks afterwards. This inmate, uh, was now granted parole. Just, uh,
00:11:32.760 just, uh, I believe in the last week.
00:11:35.960 Three things. I got a couple of minutes, obviously you're going to be with me for the hour, but you have
00:11:40.200 the, the threat of violence, right? Constantly. You have the health issues because this place is,
00:11:46.920 uh, is, is, is, uh, is a hell hole. And then you have the psychological torment to try to break her.
00:11:52.840 A 72 year old woman, gold star mother, try to break her psychologically. Take all three of those. We
00:11:57.880 won't get to all of them in this thing, but I'm gonna hold you over. And of course, uh, Ken DeGroff
00:12:02.760 is going to join us from the Colorado state legislature to talk, but talk to me about those.
00:12:06.920 Those are the three things that trying to torment her with every day, physical violence, bad conditions,
00:12:12.840 and bad health, not taking care of her health and psychologically, Apollo. Uh, well, physical violence.
00:12:19.320 She has had hands put on her several times. This is, I believe the fifth time, uh, that at least
00:12:24.280 I'm aware of. Uh, so this most recent, uh, incident was, uh, was used to spin it against Tina, but the
00:12:31.080 woman struck Tina for no reason that she can really ascertain. She has an anger issue and was probably
00:12:38.280 turned against her because of some of the people in the facility. Uh, she has had another incident
00:12:43.960 where a teacher, someone who was teaching in the facility on the prison staff was talking about
00:12:49.560 Tina Peters case and how ridiculous it was and how she should tell the media not to talk about what's
00:12:55.480 going on within La Vista that caused an altercation. And, uh, another woman who was in that same incident
00:13:02.600 in the hallway with that teacher who were both barking at Tina, uh, after she asked them not to speak
00:13:07.560 about her case, she's now going and bragging that she was able to get away with hitting Tina
00:13:12.360 Peters when she was in pod three. And so they're emboldening other inmates and sending a message
00:13:17.240 that you can do whatever you want. And if it's Tina Peters, they'll take away your privileges. If you
00:13:21.640 say free her, if you show support and, uh, apparently you'll get granted parole, uh, just a few weeks
00:13:28.280 after you assault her, despite being a violent offender. Uh, so you have that the environmental
00:13:33.160 conditions are absolutely awful. Civil rights division of DOJ has actually been sent
00:13:37.320 a number, uh, large batch of information that details, uh, reports from other inmates as well
00:13:43.880 as Tina. Uh, they have problems with the heating. She's kept in exceptionally hot, uh, temperatures
00:13:50.760 reaching sometimes 90 degrees. Uh, other times the HVAC is just an absolute mess. And so they're freezing.
00:13:57.000 Tina has been, uh, you know, given crons and reprimanded for trying to keep warm as an elderly woman,
00:14:05.160 uh, with health issues. She was reprimanded for trying to wear a scarf because it was too cold.
00:14:10.680 And she was afraid of getting sick. She has, uh, lung issues as a lung cancer survivor. She's been
00:14:16.280 denied the ability to get scans until the media kicked in. So the first time she was allowed to get,
00:14:21.960 I believe any proper medical evaluation was just within the last month. And it was only because of
00:14:26.600 the amount of pressure on the facility. I don't even think we have results on that yet. Um, and she
00:14:31.640 still needs more follow-up and, uh, yes. Hang on. Just hang on for one second. We're
00:14:37.640 gonna take a commercial break here. Birch Gold, uh, our sponsor for today. We've got a couple of

00:17:25.320 A very special guy on the Tina Peters situation. Let's play it and then I'll bring him in.
00:17:28.520 All of the duplicity, well, and the duplicity that's in it. All of the fraud.
00:17:36.840 Whether it's intentional or unintentional. We've lost hundreds of millions of dollars for
00:17:42.920 things like the wheelchair scheme scam. We have not disassembled that program to make sure that we
00:17:51.720 are spending the citizens' money wisely. And when we're talking about spending money wisely,
00:17:55.800 I have a hard time thinking that the Department of Corrections needs more money when the Governor
00:18:02.760 can keep a political prisoner 70 years old, not in for any sort of violent crime, recently assaulted.
00:18:11.720 And rumor has it that this person who recently assaulted decades younger has been offered parole
00:18:17.240 for being the goon squad of the Governor, the Secretary, and the AG. And so I have a hard time
00:18:29.320 saying that this department needs money. Ken DeGraff, you heard him right there. He joins us now, sir.
00:18:36.200 Is Tina Peters a political prisoner of the political apparatus of the great state of Colorado, sir?
00:18:45.240 The former great state of Colorado, yes. I think it's pretty clear that Tina Peters is a political
00:18:51.640 prisoner. 70 years old, nonviolent crime, first time alleged offender for essentially circumventing the
00:18:58.760 rules that the rules that Jenna has imposed in order to stop anybody from creating any backup copies.
00:19:08.840 And, of course, anything that Tina did pales in comparison to what Jenna did with publishing hundreds
00:19:17.960 of active BIOS passwords, which the AG's team considered and called the keys to the kingdom,
00:19:25.720 the keys that would give the machines away, essentially, to nefarious actors. So I think
00:19:32.920 it's pretty clear that Tina Peters is a political prisoner. Again, nonviolent, first time. It's a ledge
00:19:39.960 offense. It is hopefully going to be turned into a mistrial. It's a phenomenal travesty of justice. But
00:19:53.960 overall, yes, she's definitely a political prisoner. She could be at home at a lot less expense to the
00:20:00.200 state. The state is more afraid of Tina Peters than they are most active criminals, most violent
00:20:14.040 criminals. Violent criminals go right back on the streets. The Colorado legislature just
00:20:19.880 vetoed or killed a bill to put harsher penalties on child rapists. But they are adamant
00:20:30.120 that they want to keep Tina Peters in jail because they obviously fear what she has to say more than
00:20:36.840 what the violent offenders will do to Coloradans or to the children. Let's talk about that. You know,
00:20:42.040 Trendy Oragora, you didn't see the push with the Colorado authorities until President Trump got serious
00:20:47.640 about it. They are, and even the governor who is thinking of running for president and wanted to use
00:20:52.920 this as a badge of honor, even when he's getting wobbly because he sees the conditions she's in,
00:20:58.440 she sees, he sees the violence, the, the health issues, uh, the, the psychological issues pressing
00:21:05.160 down on her. But Jenna Griswold and the rest and the judge, they have bonded together to say,
00:21:10.920 absolutely not. She, to them, she's a capital, this is a capital crime and she's a capital
00:21:17.160 criminal. Why is that, Ken? Well, I think it's a, for them, it is a capital
00:21:23.160 offense because, uh, it would cut off the head of the snake if the, uh, if the information that Tina
00:21:29.480 has is, um, and understands and the information is out there. It's not like she's keeping any secrets,
00:21:35.960 but the, uh, the, that information is allowed to, uh, get out, be published to, you know, put on trial.
00:21:43.800 Uh, that's, you know, that's how you cut off the, uh, the head of the snake as to the, uh,
00:21:48.760 the conditions of Jenna Griswold. I had a, uh, a friend who was a POW for five years in Vietnam.
00:21:54.760 He considered the conditions comparable to, if not worse to, uh, to Vietnam. And when you see the,
00:22:01.960 uh, the grit of Tina Peters, you understand why her son was a seal.
00:22:05.800 You had a PO, you had a POW buddy that thought that Tina Peters situation
00:22:09.880 was equivalent to the, uh, prisoners of war during Vietnam.
00:22:14.280 No, uh, well, he did not know Tina Peters. He, he equated his time in the corrections, uh, facility
00:22:21.560 to having been worse, uh, that he, he actually said worse than, uh, worse than Vietnam. So, um,
00:22:28.280 you know, sleeping on a concrete, uh, floor, um, just horrific conditions. Uh, you know,
00:22:35.960 Stockdale, uh, talked about them in his book as well, but, um, yeah, he, he said they were,
00:22:41.240 they were comparable. So, um, when you look at 500 days in prison and you understand the grit
00:22:47.640 of Tina Peters, you can understand where her son got it, that he became a Navy SEAL.
00:22:53.320 Um, let me ask you, are you getting any, uh, in the, on the war room and the posse,
00:22:59.240 that's where people were so grateful that, uh, Tina's team put this together,
00:23:03.160 the, the 500 days of Tina Peters, um, in the Colorado assembly, are you getting support?
00:23:09.000 I mean, we, we would have thought this would create a firestorm. You're kind of like Cato,
00:23:13.400 the elder, he would finish every speech in Rome, no matter what it was about. And he said,
00:23:17.800 of course, Carthage must be destroyed. Uh, it seems like you're the one always bringing up
00:23:23.080 in your speeches about the Colorado Bureau of prisons and how they're treating Tina Peters.
00:23:27.560 Is that widely spread within the Republican party there?
00:23:31.800 Uh, I'm not, I'm not sure. I know, uh, I know many people feel the same,
00:23:36.920 the same way that I do. Um, there are some on the, uh, the Republicans on the GOP side,
00:23:42.920 I should say, not on the Republican side, but on the GOP side that consider, uh,
00:23:47.560 uh, that consider it to be a just trial. And I don't, I don't think that's, uh,
00:23:52.360 the case at all. Not when the primary evidence for what she did was, was blocked, what was con,
00:23:59.480 which was deemed inadmissible. So the entire, the entire aspect of her being a whistleblower
00:24:04.920 and backing up those files, because a whistleblower doesn't have to be correct in order to be
00:24:09.400 protected as a whistleblower. And what we're talking about is the, uh, is the,
00:24:13.800 is the election integrity, which actually does fall under the civil rights rule. So
00:24:19.480 it's, uh, I did point out during, uh, the, uh, Martin Luther King and, uh, that day that we,
00:24:26.520 that she was actively participating. What is a civil rights led, uh, rule, the civil rights act and the,
00:24:35.560 the hypocrisy of the Democrats for unanimously wanting to keep a, keep a 70 year old nonviolent
00:24:43.960 alleged offender. I won't say offender. She's alleged that they want to keep her in
00:24:49.160 horrific conditions. So for protecting the civil rights act and being a whistleblower to its
00:24:54.600 violation. So I think that's incredibly hypocritical. And anytime that I have the opportunity to point
00:24:59.960 out the hypocrisy, then, uh, then I'm going to take it. Ken, uh, we got a couple of minutes.
00:25:05.000 What is your recommendation to the president? We're gonna make sure he sees this, sees the clips.
00:25:09.480 He's been adamant. In fact, every time we come back now, you'll hear his voice. It's how we ended the
00:25:13.800 cold open the president's partner. He's adamant that she should be let free. What is your recommendation
00:25:19.400 in the Colorado assembly, uh, to the, what should happen here? What is your recommendation to the
00:25:23.800 president to free Tina Peters? Well, I think, uh, I think, you know, whatever it takes to get her out
00:25:31.000 of the gulag in, in which Jared Polis is keeping her. He is Jared Polis is keeping her at risk of her
00:25:36.520 life intentionally. He has the ability, uh, for whatever excuses he's using, he has the ability to, uh,
00:25:43.160 to, to release her right now. She's a whistleblower and, uh, in, in a system that is used for federal
00:25:49.480 elections. And I think they should use the, whatever leverage they have on the, uh, on the federal
00:25:54.760 election system to, uh, to pull her out as not only a key witness, but, you know, put her in
00:26:00.200 whistleblower and have her as a protected witness under the whistleblower status. So the, uh, the
00:26:06.120 Colorado, uh, the attorney general was very, they were very crafty in their, um, shaping of the case
00:26:12.920 to make sure that they did not touch on the actual evidence. So again, her, her, the, the crimes and
00:26:19.080 they're all stacked back to back instead of being subsequent. And as you can see by the release of,
00:26:24.680 uh, or the alleged release of prisoner one, nine, three, six, seven, two, that she is, um,
00:26:32.440 that she is feared by the, by the administration, by the Colorado administration, much more than a
00:26:37.800 violent, any violent offender. Ken, where do people go to get,
00:26:42.760 your speeches, where they go? You're putting up stuff all the time in defense of Tina.
00:26:46.600 Where do people go to get your content? Well, they can find me on X mostly at, at
00:26:53.000 Colorado rep K DeGraff. And that's, uh, um, yep, that's me. Uh, so that's my, uh, that's my X page.
00:27:00.920 And that's where they can find the, uh, most of my updates. So we'll post them there. And that will
00:27:06.760 also take you to the, uh, that'll also get you to the YouTube channel where I, uh, where I store
00:27:12.600 the, uh, the videos so that, uh, you can watch and then you can, so that citizens of Colorado can
00:27:17.800 learn how government is being done to them and not for them, because, uh, we're going to,
00:27:23.160 we've just started, uh, passing probably what's going to be over 600 new, uh, pieces of legislation
00:27:29.400 that are going to cost the citizens of Colorado hundreds of millions of dollars when we're starting
00:27:34.440 from a deficit. Ken, uh, fight the good fight. You're a warrior. I know everybody associated
00:27:40.680 with Tina Peters appreciates what you're doing, sir. So keep fighting.
00:27:44.840 Appreciate Tina and appreciate what you're doing to help her, Steve. Thank you.
00:27:48.360 Thank you. You heard Ken right there about Colorado and 600 pieces of legislation.
00:27:53.000 This is what we're warning people in Texas. They want to turn Texas into the next Colorado.
00:27:59.480 Colorado used to be one of the greatest states in this union,
00:28:01.880 one of the most beautiful with great people, just incredible. And look at what's happened.
00:28:07.240 Tina Peters, 500 days, we're on the eve of her 500th day in a high security woman's prison,
00:28:14.680 a hellhole. Short commercial break. Continue on just a moment.

00:29:40.680 You should let her go. Let her out.
00:29:50.840 Welcome back to the 500th day of Tina Peters. I know many of our audience sounds like Kafka-esque.
00:29:57.160 This is like a nightmare that makes no sense. Apollo, I'm going to ring the lawyers on John
00:30:02.680 Case and Peter Tickton right now. But I want you to finish the third element. It's the violence.
00:30:08.360 Folks, understand something. You're a 70, 72-year-old woman and every day you're terrorized
00:30:14.040 with violence. How would you think your life would be? And you're in a very unhealthy place
00:30:17.960 and you've already had lung cancer. Incredibly unhealthy place with no real access to your
00:30:22.680 medicines. In a place that's a harsh environment that even says like a POW environment. But psychologically,
00:30:29.480 Apollo, they're trying to break Tina Peters. They're trying to break her psychologically.
00:30:33.880 Are they not, sir?
00:30:36.120 Yeah, absolutely, Steve. I mean, again, going back to day one, she has horrible accommodations,
00:30:43.800 mattress. Despite her medical conditions, they ignored her for over a year, even to give her
00:30:49.240 a proper place to sleep. The facility is completely infested with mold. It was only after DOJ decided to
00:30:56.360 announce they were coming in that they started cleaning things up. It's still an absolute mess.
00:31:01.080 She's had a cough and still has, even when we talk to her now, every single day that has not gone away
00:31:07.080 for at least nine months now. She's lost a considerable amount of weight and she didn't have much to lose.
00:31:13.880 There's the constant fear of violence and people threatening her. She continues to receive threatening
00:31:20.520 mail letters that still get through the prison facilities filtering. So she regularly still
00:31:27.400 gets mail threatening her life and wishing all kinds of horrible things upon her. Throwing her in
00:31:34.520 solitary that they refuse to call solitary or IDO or special housing for many things that are not her
00:31:40.920 fault and then kept 24-7 under fluorescent lights, not allowed to go outside. One to two hours a day,
00:31:47.240 she's allowed outside of her cell, cut off from all phones and contact with the outside in between
00:31:53.320 those. They have solitary confinement. The shoe, the special housing unit is a place to break you.
00:32:00.520 The hardest cases they have, they feel they can't, that don't get along with the rules or
00:32:06.040 want to be a tough guy or a tough one. They put them in there to break them. It's psychologically and
00:32:11.000 physically demanding. 24 hours a day, you got the lights on, you never get outside. It's very small,
00:32:16.840 no reading material. It's to psychologically break you. And they put Tina Peters in there all the time
00:32:22.840 to try to break her. Apollo, hang on for one second. Go ahead, sir.
00:32:28.920 And they gaslight her about her being in there for whatever reason and her being the problem.
00:32:33.320 It's just, it's disgraceful.
00:32:34.600 Disgraceful. I want to bring in, I'm going to start with John Case. We have two of her brilliant lawyers,
00:32:40.680 Peter Tickton, that got the pardon from the president at the federal level and John Case.
00:32:45.480 John, I think one of the things people are finding hard, the whole thing of getting there,
00:32:49.560 but they gave her consecutive sentence, instead of running concurrently or letting her out on appeal,
00:32:54.760 which would be quite natural in a case like this, they really tripled the penalty and made sure they
00:33:00.200 got her. How can, how can this happen in Colorado? How can it happen in the, in the judiciary system,
00:33:05.480 sir?
00:33:07.880 Great question, Steve. Can I talk for a minute about why the judge sentenced her, what he said to her?
00:33:17.000 Yes.
00:33:18.200 Here's what he said. This is what makes Mrs. Peters such a danger to our community. It's the position
00:33:25.240 she held that has provided her the pulpit from which she can preach these lies. The undermining of
00:33:31.720 our democratic process, the undermining of the belief and confidence in our election systems. And prison
00:33:38.760 is for those folks where we send people who are a danger to all of us, whether it be by the pen or the
00:33:44.920 sword or the word of the mouth. So in other words, the judge sentenced her to eight years,
00:33:52.840 nine months, not quite nine years, eight years, nine months in prison because of words that she used to
00:34:00.680 criticize the computer voting system. And the trial was really, the trial and sentencing were the
00:34:07.560 culmination of a process that began with a federal investigation of Tina, then pressure from the
00:34:15.880 secretary of state. They actually sent her a written stipulation in January of 2022, demanding that she
00:34:27.080 retract her statements in writing about the voting system. Tina refused to do it. They said,
00:34:33.480 if you don't sign this retraction, we're going to remove you from your duties as clerk and recorder.
00:34:41.160 And she said, I'm not signing that. And they did remove her from her duties as clerk and recorder by
00:34:47.800 getting a local judge to do that. After that, they started prosecuting her. They got a grand jury
00:34:54.680 indictment. Then we went to trial. She was acquitted of three felony charges, but convicted of four.
00:35:01.960 Those are on appeal along with the three misdemeanor charges. And we're confident we're going to get
00:35:09.080 some relief, at least from the Colorado Court of Appeals. We had a very good experience at oral
00:35:14.520 argument. We had a great panel of three judges. They asked terrific questions of me and of the
00:35:22.440 assistant attorney general who has prosecuted Tina from day one. This wasn't really a county case.
00:35:31.800 In Mesa County, it was a centralized prosecution by the attorney general of the state of Colorado.
00:35:38.760 Two deputy AGs were in the courtroom at all times. They examined every witness. And the DA finally
00:35:51.400 took a role at sentencing where he demanded that the judge put Tina away for the maximum time.
00:35:57.720 So the whole thing is just horrible.
00:36:01.560 Horrible. Hang on for a second. I want to get Peter in here, but let me ask you. In the Colorado
00:36:06.680 women's prison system that we have, giving her eight years and nine months when you're 70, I guess,
00:36:14.040 one year old or 70 years old, and given the conditions and what's happened to her, they essentially
00:36:20.920 tried to give her a death sentence. Did they not, sir?
00:36:25.320 Yes. I mean, if she serves the entire, it's not likely she'll survive if she serves the full
00:36:33.320 nine years. She is 70 years old, and she's not in great health. However, I need to tell your viewers,
00:36:41.800 the harder they lean on Tina in prison, the stronger her spirit becomes. She's determined to be released
00:36:51.080 from prison and restore transparency in our elections. And nothing's going to stop her.
00:36:59.160 She is like the POWs in Vietnam. The harder they press on them, the stronger their spirit becomes. Even
00:37:07.800 though the body's weak, the spirit grows in strength. Amazing. Hang on for a second, John.
00:37:15.400 It couldn't say it better. Just perfect. Peter Tickton, you actually worked your ass off. You got
00:37:22.440 a pardon from the President of the United States. Why are we having that 500 days of Tina Peters,
00:37:28.920 the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, the Chief Magistrate and Chief Senior Enforcement Officer
00:37:35.240 of the United States Government and the President of the United States, all in one office, the office
00:37:39.080 of the President, as pardon Tina Peters, sir? Why are we here having the show today?
00:37:45.480 Well, the Court of Appeals has to basically rule on that. That's the first thing they have to decide
00:37:51.880 even before their decision comes out. So that's what we're waiting for. We don't know which way they're
00:37:59.640 going to go, but we expect that they're probably going to go along with the flow of saying that
00:38:04.760 it doesn't apply to state charges. And from there, we go to the Supreme Court of the United States,
00:38:10.520 and that's where the decision will be made. So that's where we do go up there. But I just wanted
00:38:18.360 to just pivot. I've been watching, and I love your other guests. They're right on track. Apollo's been
00:38:27.000 just an amazing person, never giving up. But there are three reasons that Tina Peters is in prison,
00:38:34.440 because you ask, how could this be, and why is it? And the first reason is to shut her up.
00:38:40.920 Okay? She doesn't have the ability to criticize Dominion Machines. She doesn't have the ability
00:38:48.760 to raise the hue and cry and say, there's something wrong with our election system. You earlier said
00:38:57.400 that it's going to come out that there's foreign involvement in this, and there is. And she is the
00:39:04.280 one that would be on the forefront of being able to say, we have an election emergency. We cannot be
00:39:11.880 using the machines going forward. But of course, she's quieted. Secondly, she's a scapegoat. Jenna
00:39:20.920 Griswold is the real criminal here. And when I say that, I'm not just speaking, you know, figuratively.
00:39:28.840 I'm talking specifically, and actually, she is. Because in 62 different counties, she literally
00:39:37.960 caused the hard drives of the Dominion machines to be wiped clean and then overwritten. She destroyed
00:39:44.520 the evidence. And there is a very specific federal statute that requires it be kept for 22 months.
00:39:53.640 So she violated that. That's good for a year in prison for each one. 62 years in prison is what she could
00:40:01.320 be subject to. And the third reason, other than the scapegoat, is because they need to basically have
00:40:15.080 somebody there as an example to all of the other clerks in the United States, not just Colorado.
00:40:26.440 So she is there to warn all the other clerks, don't you dare make a copy. Don't you dare image the hard
00:40:35.160 drive of a Dominion machine or a Liberty machine or any machine. Because if you do, you're going to get
00:40:41.320 what Tina Peters is getting. And believe me, it's working. It's scaring the other clerks and the
00:40:48.520 supervisors of elections throughout the United States. So those are the three reasons that Tina
00:40:54.200 Peters is in prison.
00:40:55.960 That's fantastic. The second point you brought up though, is the US attorney, because President
00:41:02.600 Trump won, and I understand with blue slips, we've only gotten 14 US attorneys in for the 94.
00:41:09.160 But on your second point, the federal violations of Jenna Griswold, the Secretary of State,
00:41:15.560 and she's maniacally focused audience on keeping Tina Peters in prison.
00:41:21.720 Do you, is there any understanding that either at Maine justice or somewhere in the weaponization
00:41:27.880 program over there or the US attorney in Colorado, have they begun an investigation of Griswold and
00:41:34.440 are they going to bring charges? As far as I know, there's a zero on that. In fact,
00:41:41.480 the entire weaponization department is now being disbanded by Todd Blanche. So, you know,
00:41:48.200 these things aren't happening. And the people that I talked to in the base are really disappointed
00:41:55.320 with the lack of convictions that are occurring under the present Department of Justice. And,
00:42:02.040 you know, they're thrilled about so many things that Donald Trump is doing. And yet this is one place
00:42:08.040 where we're seeing failure. And, you know, Donald Trump doesn't fail.
00:42:12.520 He doesn't. Unfortunately, he's trusted somebody that does.
00:42:17.240 We've got a minute here and I'm going to hold all three of you guys to the break.
00:42:21.160 The president is clearly frustrated. You work to get the pardon. Just,
00:42:24.120 can you just share with the audience, the president's frustration at this current situation, sir?
00:42:28.840 Well, of course, when he, you know, the world leaders don't say no to Donald Trump. And yet,
00:42:39.480 the officials in Colorado do. And it's not going to last. They're not going to prevail over this.
00:42:45.560 It's a matter of time. But this is an issue that's only going to get resolved in the Supreme
00:42:50.040 Court of the United States as to whether or not the federal pardon by the president of the United
00:42:55.640 States will actually apply to state crimes. And, you know, our position is that it does,
00:43:03.400 and especially state crimes that are in an area of national control, such as national elections.
00:43:11.720 So we're optimistic in terms of the pardon issue. And we're moving forward with that.
00:43:18.920 We need to first see what the Court of Appeals of Colorado is going to do with it because that
00:43:24.520 they actually have to rule on that. They have to determine do we have jurisdiction
00:43:28.920 or is jurisdiction already gone because all these crimes are now wiped off the books.
00:43:33.640 Peter, hang on for one second. We're gonna take a short commercial break. We're in return

00:44:45.640 Okay, we're going to make this even more integrated part of our content going forward because we're
00:45:01.640 going to have to. Tina's not going to get out unless there's a massive folks putting shoulder
00:45:06.600 to the wheel and using agencies. Tina Peters did it. And I think what John Kaye said is that
00:45:11.160 they're not going to break her. She's like one of these POWs. She is because she is a political
00:45:16.120 prisoner. She's a POW. But her spirit gets stronger as her body gets weaker. John Kaye,
00:45:22.520 I understand you filed a big briefing last night. Tell us about that, sir.
00:45:28.280 Well, we filed a reply in our effort to have Tina released on bond while the court is deciding her
00:45:35.320 appeal. This is the fourth application we have made for bond pending appeal.
00:45:41.160 And we've never had a ruling. No court has ever decided whether her First Amendment rights were
00:45:48.240 violated when the judge sentenced her to prison because of the words that she used to criticize
00:45:55.280 the computer voting system. Tina exposed the threat to our liberty from computer voting systems.
00:46:02.200 And the same software that was used to rig elections in Venezuela, a variation of that software is now
00:46:09.600 used in Colorado and throughout the United States. If we don't get rid of these computer voting systems,
00:46:16.560 we're all going to lose our freedoms. They're a menace to our liberty.
00:46:21.520 So, John, if people want to help the legal effort and help Tina, they can go to tinapeters.us.
00:46:28.880 And Steve, we so much appreciate your allowing us to speak for Tina. Tinapeters.us.
00:46:35.840 One more time. Give that. I want, because I know people are going to want to support you guys. So where do they go?
00:46:41.520 Tinapeters.us. Tinapeters.us.
00:46:44.800 You're not going to break her spirit. They're trying to break her physically. They're trying
00:46:49.760 to break her mentally too, but it's not because she's tough as boot leather. Peter Tickton,
00:46:54.240 we've got about two minutes. Are your thoughts at the federal level, any closing thoughts today,
00:46:57.680 and where do people go to support your efforts? Okay. Well, first of all, you know, I've got to
00:47:04.640 say that we've got one of the most amazing presidents that we've ever had in the history of
00:47:09.760 the country. Donald Trump. Thank you, Donald Trump, for giving that pardon to Tina Peters.
00:47:18.160 We're going to do everything we can possibly do to make sure that that
00:47:23.680 pardon is meaningful and that it carries the weight and enhances the office of the president.
00:47:29.760 So I thank you, sir. Secondly, as far as Tina Peters is concerned, we need to get her out of prison.
00:47:39.760 And there are different ways, things underway. And I'm hoping that that motion that John
00:47:45.520 and I basically, and our team basically filed, is going to do the trick. It gives the Court of
00:47:52.240 Appeal an opportunity because when you look at it, even assuming that they're going to just have
00:47:57.440 resentencing, even assuming that they're not going to get rid of any of the convictions. And I'm sure
00:48:01.920 that's not the case. It's going to be more than that. But let's just say it's only the sentencing.
00:48:06.080 And that means that the time that she's in prison could be now more than the time that the
00:48:11.760 resentencing would be. It could have been time for the amount of time served if she had been
00:48:18.400 released pending appeal. And so every single day is an additional day. And the Court of Appeals has the
00:48:25.040 strength and the power to be able to release her now. And the state is taking the position they don't
00:48:31.440 have that ability or that strength. And we're going to see if the Court of Appeals ties its own hands
00:48:36.560 for now and for the future, or if it exercises its inherent authority to release her.
00:48:42.720 So I beg them to do so.
00:48:46.000 And where do people go to support you? You're 100% correct on President Trump.
00:48:48.960 Where do people go to support your efforts?
00:48:51.360 Well, you know, now we're talking about Tina Peters. So let's just stick with her.
00:48:55.200 Tina Peters, T-I-N-A-P-E-T-E-R-S dot U-S. That's the place to go. That's where you'll be updated on
00:49:04.640 Tina Peters. And you'll be able to donate to her commissary or to her attorneys or to whatever you
00:49:12.480 think is where you want to apply the funds. Please go to tinapeters.us.
00:49:18.320 Peter, thank you for fighting. You're 100% correct about President Trump. I understand this is a priority
00:49:22.720 for me. He's incredibly frustrated. Thank you for your work, sir. A fighter. Case Tickton. Two fighters.
00:49:30.240 Apollo, you've stepped in like Natalie and Grace and Mo and Dave Bratt and so many others stepped
00:49:36.640 in when I was in prison. I was in prison for 120 days. Tina Peters, 499 today, 500 tomorrow. Your
00:49:43.120 closing thoughts, sir? Well, first, just thank you to everyone who's listening. I do hope you
00:49:50.320 hold Tina in your prayers. But if they can do this to Tina Peters, they can do this to every single one
00:49:55.120 of you. The precedent that has stood from the moment Judge Matthew Barrett sentenced her
00:49:59.920 through all this appeal process and her habeas is that you can be imprisoned and denied bail for
00:50:05.520 first-time offenses for your political speech and treated like an absolute prisoner of war. She is
00:50:12.160 a prisoner of war. And everyone needs to remember this came down from DOJ. This was a RICO operation,
00:50:18.400 in my words, with the Secretary of State of Colorado and Dominion. That's why she became such a target
00:50:25.920 starting in 2018. But the corrupt DOJ under Merrick Garland was involved in this prosecution
00:50:33.520 and this travesty going back to 2021, at least, that we have on record. And Tina Peters, even now,
00:50:39.920 her cry, her war cry from prison is, please, President Trump, we need to get rid of these machines
00:50:47.440 because it's shown in the Mesa reports. This is why Jenna Griswold doesn't want her let out
00:50:51.920 and has urged no one to offer her any solace, any ability to be released, as she should be,
00:50:58.400 is because they're afraid. She knows that Tina preserved evidence. And Tina's message to President
00:51:03.760 Trump is, thank you. Thank you for fighting. Please, we need to get rid of these machines
00:51:08.000 because we have very little time before the midterms. And I'll just ask you all to remember,
00:51:13.760 this is a Gold Star mother, a 70-year-old, who has been tortured psychologically and been denied
00:51:18.880 justice in a show trial, a mistrial. And you are next. If this continues to stand,
00:51:26.000 if we do not actually have real elections, Tina Peters' legacy will be the canary in the coal mine
00:51:32.000 that was snuffed out instead of the symbol that she has already been made of what it means to stand up
00:51:37.920 and to fight, no matter the consequence, for the Republic and for all of you. So just please go to
00:51:43.600 tinapeters.us for her show, for her legal defense fund. Make sure you follow her on social media.
00:51:50.240 But Tina Peters is the symbol that they made her out to be. It wasn't the 2020 election,
00:51:57.120 it was the municipal election because her own constituents told her, pay attention to this,
00:52:01.600 please, Tina. And then she preserved records. So if you can do your job and be thrown in prison
00:52:06.800 and turned into a villain, your children can be as well. And that's what Tina is most concerned about.
00:52:11.840 We need elections and we need the truth. This special is going to play all weekend.
00:52:15.840 Take this special, push it out, be a force multiplier. One more time, we've got 15 seconds.
00:52:19.760 Where did they go to get the show? TinaPeters.us. You can find the links. It's
00:52:25.440 The Truth Matters, Real Tina Peters on Rumble. All those links are on TinaPeters.us for the show,
00:52:31.680 for socials and for her legal defense funds. So go there and you'll find everything that you need for
00:52:36.320 her case. Thank you, Apollo. Appreciate you. We'll be up on social media. The 500 days of Tina
00:52:41.440 Peters will play throughout the weekend on Real America's Voice.

00:53:03.920 Here's why now's the time to make a move. This time of year, credit card and loan companies close
00:53:09.360 out their books. They clean up past due accounts. They sell a right off the debt to clear their books.
00:53:16.800 That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills, lenders may be more open to negotiating and
00:53:22.480 settling your account before you're in. That means right now, and I mean right now,
00:53:27.600 you may actually have leverage. And Done With Debt knows how to use this to your advantage.
