00:01:25.360 not that's not a in dispute, but it's civil. Immigration is not a civilizational threat to

00:01:30.120 Europeans, to Canadians or Americans. Well, speaking as a Canadian, I know that immigration

00:03:28.360 that's fair. That's not what I'm going for. But I just think that the idea your depiction of not

00:03:33.480 only Minneapolis, but parts of the United States is nearing a third world country. It feels like the

00:03:38.680 natural conclusion of that is an immigration policy that restricts people from certain countries that are

00:03:44.200 going to turn our country into a quote unquote third world country. I think you are arguing for

00:03:48.220 a restrictionist position, at least at least for I mean, that's not a surprise, right? At least for

00:03:52.660 an intermediate period, because you think for too long, we have had too many people come in and

00:03:56.400 there hasn't been assimilation, which is fair characterization. I think it's it's the the choice

00:09:42.920 the details. This is about Colorado. It's really about Tina Peters. We did the special over the

00:09:48.940 weekend. We went on fire about Tina Peters, 500 days in prison. This is the 501st day. So Joe,

00:09:56.480 walk me through what Hari is with United for Freedom. He's been one of these data guys who's

00:10:01.720 been all over this. Walk me through what this article says about Colorado, about where we stand

00:10:07.260 on actually getting to the bottom of voter fraud. Yeah, thanks, Steve. Thanks for having me. And really,

00:10:13.640 thanks to Harry for sharing this with me. We put it up over the weekend at both JoeHawft.com and

00:10:19.140 Gateway Pundit. And it received some attention. I appreciate you bringing us here today to talk

00:10:24.980 more about it. The issue that Harry raises is that not only have we had all this other

00:10:31.240 isles, mountains of evidence that shows of election fraud in the 2020 election and really moving forward,

00:10:38.800 he and his team put together some analysis where they've looked at the numbers from those elections

00:10:45.100 going back to 2020. And he's seen that the records are changing after the fact, after the elections are

00:10:52.980 certified, then they're changing records after that. And I'll let Harry talk more about that. But you

00:10:58.360 know, my background's in audit and finance, and I oversaw billion dollar, multi-billion dollar entities

00:11:03.580 overseas, in both those functions. And I've never seen anything like our election process. This is

00:11:10.240 the key to me. And Harry now just adds more weight to this entire position, which is our elections are

00:11:17.800 not certifiable. We wouldn't accept this in the real world, which I call the corporate world.

00:11:22.640 Nothing in these processes seems to be controlled. I've written three books about it. As you know,

00:11:28.160 you've had me on each time I broke one of these books. But as I'm looking at the 2020 election,

00:11:32.700 every area that I looked in was not certifiable from a corporate perspective with real auditors

00:11:40.100 and people that are independent, objective and professional. What we have going on right now is

00:11:45.660 a facade. It's a joke. We learned it in 2020, like never before. And it's still in place. And we're

00:11:52.200 seeing now not only are they manipulating data before the elections and during the elections, but now

00:11:58.680 after the elections. And I got to tell you, in the corporate world, you don't mess with prior period

00:12:04.100 numbers. They are locked down. You can't do anything to them. If you're going to make any

00:12:08.200 adjustments related to prior periods, they're going to hit this year's books with some sort of adjusting

00:12:13.200 entry, ultimately probably hitting retained earnings or some account like that. This is outrageous

00:12:19.540 what's going on. It's just another layer of the massive corruption that's taken place in this

00:12:25.460 country. And then as Harry points out too, and I'm sure he will hear in a minute, it's about Colorado.

00:12:30.320 This piece, he starts with the state of Colorado because he wants to help Tina Peters like we all do.

00:12:35.460 Those elections there are corrupt. There were people telling Tina to do things that were wrong.

00:12:41.180 And Tina found that the numbers were changing back then. This entire piece by Harry supports

00:12:47.620 exactly what Tina found and supports again, her innocence. The wrong people are in prison in Colorado.

00:12:55.460 It never should have been Tina Peters. She's an innocent woman who did her job at both the federal

00:13:01.760 and state level. And Harry's evidence now even supports that further. It's shocking what we found.

00:13:17.580 what's your definition of certifiable? Because I think this is something that gets lost in the

00:13:21.100 conversation. Well, in the corporate world, we make sure that all the controls are in place.

00:13:31.400 have this thing called Sarbanes-Oxley, which came in in the early 2000s that mandates every corporation

00:13:37.120 have not just their numbers perfect, they have to be perfect, but the processes supporting those

00:13:42.820 numbers must be perfect too. So every activity that leads to a financial result has to be reviewed

00:13:48.760 to make sure there's no way of inserting information or taking information out or

00:13:53.680 manipulating information. This is all tested. Systems are a big part of it. We're not going to

00:13:59.240 allow systems that are not secure, like we found in Georgia in 2020. That's all you got to say is the

00:14:04.800 systems aren't secure. And they're done. They're removed. You don't touch them anymore until they're

00:14:10.160 fixed. This is the real world, the corporate world. We don't adhere to these same practices in our

00:14:14.860 elections, as you know. It's night and day. We have to jump real quickly. We got about 15 seconds.

00:14:21.160 Are those processes in Colorado? Have they been in Colorado? No, not at all. No, no. I would say

00:16:38.480 walk through the data and what it shows us. Because a lot of people on the left is going to come in and

00:16:43.800 say, hey, this is more of the same wing nuts that were arguing this back in 2020. Nothing happened

00:16:49.860 there. They got thrown out of court. This never got any traction. And they're coming back again

00:16:54.140 because they're worried about the midterm elections. And now that they've got, you know, Tulsi Gabbard,

00:16:59.060 DNI, and other people in the intelligence community that are interested in this and looking at this,

00:17:04.520 besides the FBI, this is the only reason they're resurfacing this. And they're doing it. They're

00:17:09.740 starting with the Tina Peters of it all because they want to make a case that that should be

00:17:14.540 federalized. She should be out. The DOJ and Bureau of Prisons should go out and really take her to a

00:17:21.260 federal prison and let her go. And you're trying to make the case for that. So tell me what is actually

00:17:25.820 going on. What's actually going on is our election system is broken beyond any kind of systematic

00:17:33.480 recognition at all. Getting back to Joe's earlier comment, if you found these out of period adjustments

00:17:40.580 that were hidden in a regular corporate audit, the next persons that you would call would be police

00:17:46.520 officials or the IRS to complain about the bar on the corner that's doing money laundering. In this case,

00:17:52.960 it's vote laundering. When we do this analysis, we use the data from the states. We don't start with

00:18:01.200 our own data. We do simple queries, actually sometimes very complex queries, but we look at

00:18:07.700 whether they comply with the voter registration rules, whether they comply with disallowing people

00:18:14.040 that violate the voter registration rules from voting, whether or not they have real counts that

00:18:19.500 agree with their count of voters. And then now what we've done is a horizontal analysis is the best way

00:18:25.780 to describe it. We've made period to period comparison of the people that are shown as having voted in

00:18:34.340 particular elections. In 2020, in Colorado, there's over 328,000 changes to the record of who voted

00:18:45.560 from the period of December 1st of 2022 to December 22nd of 2025. These are called out of period

00:18:56.280 adjustments, if you were looking at it from a financial perspective, but they're completely

00:19:02.520 disallowed. This is tampering with a federal record. What is the reason that they're washing these old

00:19:09.860 votes out? It's specifically either to hide tremendous malfeasance or some sort of nefarious,

00:19:16.820 difficult to explain error in the systems, or more likely in all frankness, because of the fact that

00:19:23.020 they're hiding it, is that there's actual malice involved, that this is election fraud. And getting

00:19:29.340 back to your comment about certification, the federal definition of certification is that something is

00:19:35.600 accurate or compliant. The Supreme Court decides in 1888 under Coy in 1888 that the duty of the election

00:19:45.040 officials is to be obedient to the law. It doesn't matter if you're guilty of malice, if you're just

00:19:50.420 ignorant or stupidly and sickeningly apathetic about running a fair election. Our data is the state's

00:19:59.820 data. It's not our data. It is our analysis. We've gone through it. We've figured it out. We've bought

00:20:07.000 the computers. We've bought time on data centers to be able to hold this data and to analyze it in

00:20:14.220 depth. I'm an actual SME under the federal government definition of SME, but I'm also a certified SME with

00:20:22.960 regard to election law. I helped write Hava. Actually, I shouldn't say, I don't want to overblow

00:20:29.740 that. I mean, I was an advisor to John Ashcroft and some other people that were former election

00:20:36.220 officials in St. Louis, but I know election law. I know cyber forensic auditing. I'm not a financial

00:20:42.860 auditor like Joe is. Hang on for a second. SME audience is subject matter expert. So that means

00:20:50.100 you're certified. In this area, you're a certified guy and you come at this with certification and

00:20:57.240 so you know what you're doing, correct? That is correct. And so do the 100 data analysts that I

00:21:03.040 have working with me. You have 100 data analysts on this right now? Yes, we do. We have 35 states that

00:21:10.900 we've done this analysis for. And what is the conclusion of you and the 100 data analysts?

00:21:16.720 The conclusion is we don't know who's voting. We don't know whether the votes that they submitted

00:21:25.740 were even counted in all truthfulness. And the problem is much worse where you have open voting

00:21:32.820 with mail-in ballots. And we don't have any indication at all that the vote counts are actually

00:21:38.800 accurate. They do everything they can. And you'll be talking to Garland, who is a close friend of mine.

00:21:44.440 And I've helped them on a lot of things. The fact of the matter is that they can't certify,

00:21:50.980 you know, legally they can't certify because they don't know if the system is accurate. And as a

00:21:57.700 matter of fact, we have proof that the system is grossly inaccurate. And now we have proof that they

00:22:02.760 seem to be trying to make things disappear two years after the election was counted. So we see

00:22:09.100 in 2020, Colorado has 328,000 plus changes to the voter history. In 2022, it's 155,000, almost 156,000.

00:22:22.160 This is enough to swing elections easily. And the affirmative duty is on the place of the

00:22:28.640 election officials. We call it MIA. The election officials are MIA. It doesn't matter whether it's

00:22:36.120 malice, ignorance, or apathy. The fact of the matter is, under the definition of law in 1888,

00:22:42.620 it's election fraud. There's a complete bastardization of the word fraud because we

00:22:48.280 talk about bank fraud and contract fraud. Election fraud is something completely different.

00:22:54.900 It was designed from the 1800s to prove obedience to the law. And we can't prove it. Joe would say,

00:23:02.460 clearly, if this was a financial audit under Sorbanes-Oxley, or Sox, as it's called,

00:23:08.520 you would just fold up the books and say, we can't render an opinion about whether this was accurate

00:23:14.380 because there's so many errors and so many problems with this data. It just needs to be thrown out.

00:23:20.160 They should have thrown out the election in 2020. They should have thrown out the election in 2022.

00:23:25.220 And the fact of the matter is, 2024 is a problem. Now, that doesn't mean that President Trump wasn't

00:23:32.640 elected. It doesn't mean anything other than our election officials are unlawfully and in an

00:23:40.940 untrustworthy manner running our elections. And this has to stop. I mean, the American public has a right

00:23:47.160 to trustworthy elections. It's the law. It's not labeled as some sort of decision that Jenna Griswold

00:23:56.440 gets to make in Colorado as to whether or not we're going to do the law today, or are we going

00:24:01.720 to do it the way she wants to do it? Hang on a second. This data comes from where? Because you're

00:24:08.120 going to be criticized. I can just tell you right now, people are going to be jumping all over you on

00:24:11.260 this. We're going to go back to where we're wearing tinfoil hats. Where did this data come from that you

00:24:16.620 and your 100 data analyst as you as a certified subject matter expert went through? Where did

00:24:22.200 you actually get it from in Colorado? We got it from the state of Colorado. These are the official

00:24:26.740 records of the state of Colorado that we analyzed over time. They just simply don't know that they

00:24:32.180 have this problem. Actually, it's not true. They seem to know that they have the problem in 2024

00:24:36.640 because this particular data would show that these types of changes are not occurring at scale

00:24:42.740 any longer. But remember, it's 2020 and 2022 that puts Tina in. When you say you've gotten this,

00:24:50.340 this is all on public record. Absolutely. People criticize us. We have many articles written about

00:24:58.880 Unite for Freedom that suggest that we aren't transparent. We've given this data to the DOJ

00:25:04.800 under the Biden administration. It went to Merrick Garland directly. It's proof of criminal activity

00:25:12.100 within the election systems. It's not something that is privileged as to whether or not they get to

00:25:19.940 obey the law. Obedience to the law is required for elections so that we can trust them. The fact of

00:25:26.700 the matter is, in the noise that they've created and the chaos of the elections, who knows what's going

00:25:31.640 on. A good example as a military officer in your past is chaff. You've introduced noise so you can't

00:25:40.860 see the signal. They're trying to disguise the signal with noise. Are all of these hundreds of

00:25:47.760 thousands of changes intentful cheating? It doesn't have to be. It only has to be a small piece of the

00:25:56.160 signal. If you're getting, if you're getting, if you're getting, if you're getting, if you're getting

00:26:01.480 this from public data, it's not just the Secretary of State who's obviously a hard, Griswold wants to

00:26:07.620 keep Tina Peters in prison for the simple reason she can't come, this is her 500 first day, she can't

00:30:27.620 trial. And I think hopefully everybody at DOJ and the FBI understand this. Walk me through,

00:30:34.840 and you can see they're targeting Tulsi Gabbard right now to try to get back, to back her off this

00:30:40.160 case and DNI for this case. Where do we stand with this? Well, Tulsi Gabbard, as the director of

00:30:46.640 national intelligence, has a responsibility to identify whether there are foreign adversaries

00:30:51.860 interfering in the United States and our processes and our government, et cetera. And that's what she's

00:30:57.840 been doing. And she was present at the president's request, as I understand it, in Fulton County during

00:31:03.700 the FBI's raid to seize all of the election materials that Fulton County has been hiding

00:39:03.820 asked me that question because that Hill article, Tulsi and Kurt, that's a diversion. The only real

00:39:11.040 question here is what was the probable cause that the FBI had to conduct the search warrant? And

00:39:19.260 there were five elements of probable cause. The first one was the vote count discrepancies. And

00:39:26.600 I think as Harry McDougall explained last week on your show, that the vote count discrepancies

00:39:33.000 that were found were confirmed by Governor Kemp's own study. And you mentioned this, and he actually

00:39:40.180 sent a letter that you mentioned on your show last week over to the Secretary of State Election

00:39:46.300 Board, excuse me, to investigate the vote count discrepancies that we had originally found in

00:39:52.720 the audit and Joe Rossi had taken all the way forward through to the governor's office. Specifically,

00:40:00.780 what Joe and the team found was 6,691 double reported ballots in the audit, in addition to another

00:40:12.840 3,466 vote difference between the audit and the original count. And then you top all that off with

00:40:21.620 4,880 vote difference between the machinery count and the original count. They kept telling us that all

00:40:31.620 of the counts added up. There's no way not one count matched another count. It was all a facade. Now,

00:40:39.560 that's the governor's own report. So that's not a debunked conspiracy theory. That's just the first one,

00:40:47.500 Steve. The second one, that was the double scan ballots. 3,930 ballots were not just double scanned,

00:40:59.220 they were double counted. We know that because all the cast vote records, with the possible exception of

00:41:06.780 128, were certified votes. So that was proven in a state election board hearing with expert witnesses,

00:41:17.480 testimony from Philip Davis, a 30-year career image analyst. So, and also thanks to David Cross and

00:41:27.360 Philip, had done a lot of work on that. The third element of the probable cause was the counterfeit

00:41:34.240 ballots. Caroline Jeffords and I were there the day on November 14th of 2020, when Susie Bowles

00:41:43.080 found the counterfeit ballots and her team, they actually ended up with six sworn affidavits, four senior poll

00:41:51.960 managers and two audit monitors, all signing sworn affidavits that they saw counterfeit ballots in the hand

00:41:59.840 count audit, in addition to the discrepancies. So we knew that these were counterfeit, and I was there as well,

00:42:06.820 that we knew that they were counterfeit because they were mail-in ballots, they were not folded.

00:42:12.400 Hang on, hang on. We got all this information, and they got it, the ballots. Why are they saying Kurt Olsen's

00:42:21.120 draft of the affidavit that led to the, to actually go seizing it to the warrant application? We got about 60 seconds.

00:50:17.600 this for five years, are realizing this is not your run-of-the-mill probable cause hearing that
