00:01:01.500 woo's wife can't forget her the oprah winfrey of china the ccp and you don't get in those positions
00:01:10.940 unless you are signed either a member of or signed off by the chinese communist party and the
00:01:17.560 chinese communist party as we say over and over again is the existential threat don't take it from
00:01:22.360 me just read schweitzer's book has been number one new york times for three weeks in a row peter
00:01:26.820 schweitzer we've worked together for years he's had a lot of huge i think he's had i don't know
00:01:31.800 eight or nine new york times bestseller he's actually been on the new york times number one
00:01:36.160 bestseller list i think this is the fourth or fifth book in a row he's never had one ever that
00:01:39.960 had been three weeks in a row and the way they suppress conservative books that shows you and peter
00:01:44.580 schweitzer makes the case in here that elites coupled with the chinese communist party in the
00:01:50.000 mexican government are using mass migration as a weapon forest new federal state where do we get
00:01:56.180 your newscast every day up on getter social media and then we'll have you back next week we're going

00:02:18.220 at x and then one last thing uh steve you just asked about the right question why shanghai because
00:02:24.740 ccp is behind everything ccp is the enemy i think we have to acknowledge that we have to you know take
00:02:32.280 them as the enemy and take action and uh we need to take down ccp otherwise they are not co exist with
00:02:40.700 freedom in this country they're not going to ccp reform the the the the the shanghai was their
00:02:49.180 power base beijing they took beijing they seized beijing but their power base has always been shanghai
00:02:54.820 uh now that that has a kind of a phony form of state capitalism there why all the western banks
00:03:00.260 everybody flooded there but it is shanghai where that is where i think the deep evil really comes
00:03:06.340 and particularly you got to ask a question how are two guys that hate the united states and are
00:03:11.440 working against the united states how do these guys have american citizenship just ask yourself that
00:03:15.400 how does that happen forrest thank you so much look forward to having you back next week we'll
00:03:19.240 work over the weekend sir appreciate you okay thank you so much have a nice weekend programming note
00:03:24.700 tomorrow in the morning show at 11 o'clock we're doing a special i'm gonna have a graphic up here
00:03:29.860 shortly i don't have it quite yet oh i do have it the 500 days of tina peters sunday tina peters will
00:03:38.200 have been in this uh what maximum security medium security the highest security they got women's
00:03:43.160 prison in colorado for 500 days 500 days 499 tomorrow and 500 on sunday we're doing a special it's going to

00:04:06.280 this we're putting it together uh now and uh couldn't be uh couldn't be happier that we're there
00:04:12.340 to assist a gold star mother that i think 70 72 years old that's in a high security very dangerous prison
00:04:19.340 uh and um is a political prisoner let's be blunt the 500 days of tina peters tomorrow okay we've got
00:04:28.940 a very special guest i think something's cooking up in maricopa county something already happened in
00:04:34.160 the great state of georgia why are why is the democrats incomplete in the media and complete
00:04:39.460 meltdown about what went on in georgia well there's a lot more to do and we still got a lot of wood to
00:04:45.040 shop in georgia on this topic let's go ahead and play the cold open and we'll bring in harry
00:04:48.720 mcdougall one of the lawyers that has been there from the beginning there's a new election rule that
00:04:53.520 would make it a lot harder for millions of americans to vote and it is working its way through congress
00:04:58.320 yesterday house republicans rushed to pass the save act which requires very strict proof of citizenship
00:05:04.920 to vote and while it's highly unlikely to make it through the senate it is raising serious red flags
00:05:09.660 it all comes as the president remains fixated on rewriting the 2020 election a newly unsealed
00:05:16.220 affidavit shows that much of the evidence used to justify the fbi seizure of fulton county's ballots
00:05:21.960 relied on debunked theories and that search it was spurred by a referral from kurt olson you might not
00:05:28.440 know this name he was a staunch 2020 election denier also known as trump's new director of election
00:05:35.180 security i want to talk about georgia you look through that 19 page affidavit it was unsealed
00:05:40.800 on tuesday what was your main takeaway the main takeaway is wondering where the probable cause is
00:05:48.120 in the affidavit at at least two critical junctures where you're expecting the agent right this is an
00:05:54.180 affidavit this is very routine an fbi agent writes an affidavit explaining to the judge what the evidence
00:06:01.120 the government has is that supports the search warrant that has to be probable cause to believe
00:06:07.680 that there was a crime that was committed and evidence of it will be found in the location to
00:06:12.240 search and in this affidavit at two places the agent says if so and so happened then there would
00:06:21.440 be probable cause and that's just not how this works the affidavit is deficient no clue how this got
00:06:28.400 out of the u.s attorney's office the fbi office in georgia put a pin in this we're going to come
00:06:34.880 back to play this harry you've been involved in this working with caroline jefferson others harry
00:06:40.120 mcdougall joins us now you've been at the beginning of this that is a we're going to get to that in a
00:06:45.580 second because something's happening in two weeks uh where they've got norm eisen and abby lowell and
00:06:51.260 when you got norm eisen and abby lowell they're bringing the heaviest guns they have well let's start
00:06:56.740 there why is this why is all sudden msmec very specific got their top legal people focused on
00:07:03.140 this issue about the ballots about the affidavits about the search warrant all of that and abby lowell
00:07:10.020 and uh and and norm eisen pop up as the lawyers in this sir looking at a five alarm fire on the
00:07:20.320 narrative that they have constructed around the 2020 election over the last five years and the uh
00:07:27.120 the walls of jericho are coming down and now they have gone to uh defcon 5 to try to uh shore this up
00:07:36.140 it's a total information war and one of their bombs is to use the word debunked over and over and over
00:07:43.600 and so when they have this hearing in federal court they'll be seeking return of the evidence
00:07:50.820 and they've got to show that this affidavit is unlawful and to do that they have to show that
00:07:58.320 it's based on knowingly false or recklessly false statements and prior determinations made by state
00:08:05.800 agencies are do not control the federal determination of probable cause as to the commission of a federal
00:08:14.420 crime so we have different sovereigns the state determinations do not control but it they're
00:08:20.460 sending abby lowell and norm eisen and their whole gang down here uh to represent fulton county and the
00:08:27.860 election board uh to see if they can put humpty dumpty back together again hang on i just want to make sure
00:08:33.780 hang on i i just want to make sure the audience understands this what they're trying to do is get
00:08:38.300 back the ballots and and the tapes and everything back into their purview so we can't see them you
00:08:43.800 guys fought caroline jefferson these heroes and patriots and folks and guys people like harry this
00:08:49.160 has been a five-year fight of essentially citizens saying because the state of georgia didn't help you
00:08:55.740 know in fact they worked against you to say no we have to do this they understand how how this gets to
00:09:03.140 the heart of the stealing of the 2020 election you ain't sending norm eisen and abby lowell and that
00:09:08.160 entire team down there unless you know you've got a five five alarm fire correct and what they're
00:09:12.700 trying to do is get it all back from the fbi and from dni correct sir yes give us back these ballots so
00:09:20.320 that we can continue to obstruct access to them uh in response to state election board subpoenas in
00:09:27.440 response to the discovery in caroline jefferson's case which was filed you know at the end of 2020
00:09:33.820 and uh the prior judge said that the plaintiffs could get the documents well we can't get them
00:09:40.320 now because the fbi has them but if you know when the county gets them back they're not going to be
00:09:45.480 uh you know bending over to give them give them to us right they they have blocked access
00:09:51.260 to these uh materials for five years in the jefferson's case they have blocked access to
00:09:57.980 the seb even in response to subpoenas they went out and spent about 350 000 to try to quash that
00:10:04.900 subpoena with outside counsel then uh harmeet dylan attorney assistant attorney general for the civil
00:10:10.700 rights division wrote a letter and asked for them uh county said oh you know sorry we can't help you
00:10:16.260 uh then the uh she filed lawsuit in federal court uh they're resisting that and uh playing a shell
00:10:23.840 game about who had custody of the documents who needed to be a defendant in that case and the
00:10:28.620 federal government i guess just got fed up with it and said well okay here's a subpoena uh you know
00:10:34.040 here's a search warrant and we're taking them and so that's what happened and now they're acting like
00:10:38.480 the sky is falling uh and that they've got to get their precious ballots back uh but it's their
00:10:46.000 story is contradictory over time so i don't know what's going to happen when they have this hearing
00:10:52.000 uh but i believe they're going to have a hard time showing the affidavit is unlawful let's go back i
00:10:59.360 want to go back in time just walk us through the major events of why this is so important that we have
00:11:05.400 to go through the ballots go through the machines go through the tapes just take it and i'll hold you
00:11:09.540 through the break just walk us through the kind of chain of custody of events or the critical path of
00:11:14.800 events that got us here sure okay so there's uh to put this stuff in context to frame it up so that
00:11:21.000 people can understand it there were three counts uh here in georgia there was machine count number one
00:11:27.100 that was election night there was a hand count also called a risk limiting audit and then there was a
00:11:34.000 second machine count which was an official recount and it is often said about secretary of state and
00:11:40.420 others that all these three counts that all these three counts were the same and therefore there could
00:11:44.600 not have been anything wrong that is emphatically not true in the hand count it was demonstrated that
00:11:54.440 within fulton county just within the subset of absentee ballots that the numbers submitted as the
00:12:05.380 result of the hand count were inflated by more than 6 000 votes in other words there were not enough
00:12:15.240 ballots to match the number of votes and they instead of saying hey we've got a problem we have more votes
00:12:25.460 than ballots they faked up the number of ballots to make it match the original count okay that happened that's
00:12:34.520 been proven it's been confirmed by an independent investigation in the governor's office and
00:12:41.360 essentially admitted by fulton county so when they say it's debunked that is proven well hang on correct
00:12:50.060 me if i'm wrong and on that one that was that initial recount because you had the first official vote
00:12:56.400 that the governor's office itself correct me if i'm wrong sent a letter to raffensperger and saying yo
00:13:04.100 there's looks like they admit it's a 6 000 ballot differential you guys you guys i'm tossing it
00:13:11.440 back to you to investigate and sort this thing out correct that is exactly correct the original
00:13:16.780 complaint was brought by a great american named joe rossi who took the time to inspect every single
00:13:24.440 batch of absentee ballots in the hand count and compare them to the tally sheets that purported
00:13:31.960 to say what was in those batches and he discovered discrepancies totaling over 6 000 votes
00:13:38.300 now why why so what happened they came up short when they did the hand count and so they padded the
00:13:45.980 numbers to make it look like they did not come up short so when we get to the second machine count
00:13:53.340 they came up short again in the second machine count they have a shortage of ballot images so they have
00:14:05.400 a number of votes and they have a number of ballots and they are not the same ballot images and they are
00:14:12.000 not the same the difference is 17 852 more votes than ballot images hang on yeah that should be
00:14:22.500 impossible hang on a second yes sir the fulton county folks are both uh malicious malevolent and
00:14:31.360 incompetent they stuffed the ballot box and then couldn't back it up and when they had to go back
00:14:36.640 to a second time to back it up it only got worse why do you think they're sending abby lowell and norm
00:14:43.440 eisen down to georgia why do you think they're representing fulton county they understand this is
00:14:49.400 the smoking gun short commercial break we're gonna leave you with bruce springsteen we know you love
00:14:54.180 that short commercial break harry back on the other side

00:16:45.140 talking about maricopa county i believe it's either today or be very shortly you're gonna have some
00:16:50.820 activity in maricopa county why do i play bruce springsteen in the streets of minneapolis why did
00:16:55.380 he make that song why we put different images up than than than his music why did ice just have a
00:17:01.780 stand down and they're pulling back there because of this issue of mass deportations and criminals in
00:17:07.380 the country oh how did that happen oh that happened because the biden regime the illegitimate biden
00:17:13.820 regime you heard that phrase before didn't we start using that phrase at high noon on the 20th of
00:17:19.300 january 2021 yes we did why because the as we sat here for hours and hours and hours from uh the
00:17:28.980 election night all the way through the uh high noon on the 20th when president trump left to mar-a-lago to
00:17:35.140 go to basically exile they thought they exiled him forever in the illegitimate biden regime of which
00:17:40.740 that whole year 2021 you remember this the count in arizona the fights and and this is why these patriots
00:17:46.780 in uh in georgia and dr uh jan johnson i mean what she she's four foot eleven five foot tall she's
00:17:54.940 she's bantam but man she's tough as boot leather right with with all these patriots down there they
00:18:00.940 would not give up guy like rossi a chemical engineer that's just so detailed that all came the the invasion
00:18:08.620 of the country all came from the stolen election and what did it show that if they can steal a presidential
00:18:15.180 election they can do anything how do you think you got 15 to 20 to 25 million illegal alien invaders
00:18:22.780 in the country in a couple of years of which they told you every day oh the border's not open the
00:18:27.900 border's not open yeah we have 15 to 20 million people here president trump sealed the border how
00:18:33.020 long did it take him to seal it 30 days remember that there was nothing here this is all inextricably
00:18:38.700 linked and this is why we have and they keep saying oh this is not about 2020 this is about 2026 hey this
00:18:45.660 is about 2020 because 2020 is going to show to the nation why you guys have to be turfed down and kept
00:18:50.620 out of power in in 2026 this is the biggest crime in american history and if it was not for a handful
00:19:00.940 of folks in places like georgia and places like arizona and places like pennsylvania we would be
00:19:07.260 nowhere on this and you're damn right we're going to get back to the railhead of the entire thing
00:19:12.140 the 2020 election so harry why are they because they're in panic mode now the only change i want
00:19:18.780 to make you think defcon goes in opposite direction so they're a defcon they're defcon two about to go
00:19:23.980 to defcon one but it's a house of fire they're sending the two heaviest guys they can send norm
00:19:30.540 eisen and abbey lowell i'm sure mark elias is in the background somewhere right so tell us
00:19:36.940 the reason they need to get those ballots and those tapes they need to get it all back
00:19:41.260 right it ain't to share it with the caroline jeffers and the rossi's and the garland favoritos
00:19:46.700 it's everything opposite and so you can't get to the 6 000 the 17 000 and not just that in that process
00:19:53.660 ask roffensberger and kemp what in the hell went on here where were you guys i think this is one of the
00:19:59.260 reasons that people are sitting there going you want us to believe in these institutions
00:20:06.060 but when the crisis comes in the defining moment comes for your institution you you crater you fail
00:20:13.740 you break to the mainstream media harry mcdougall your thoughts well uh you know that's a subject for
00:20:20.540 history books but maybe it's a little bit of trump derangement maybe it's a little bit of uh not being
00:20:26.140 willing to admit that a mistake was made uh but in terms of the failure of the institutions of state
00:20:33.660 government to get to the bottom of this uh it's abject and complete every branch of government
00:20:40.140 uh basically has failed uh and that's the perfect situation for the federal government to step in
00:20:46.620 uh to protect the civil rights of the people of georgia uh the voters from a violation of their
00:20:52.860 rights under the equal protection clause and the voting rights laws and so forth but getting back to the
00:20:57.260 the role of the governor you know now it can be told uh the then director of the georgia bureau of
00:21:05.500 investigation gbi called david purdue on the phone and told him uh that the governor had told him to
00:21:14.620 shut down his investigation of the ballot mules question uh that was raised by the movie 2000 mules they
00:21:22.940 had previously delivered uh the data that they had collected videos and an informant uh to the gbi
00:21:30.860 vick reynolds had said he would investigate that uh six seven months later he calls up david purdue
00:21:37.500 and says well the governor asked me to close this down i'm a team player and so i just want to let
00:21:43.580 you know well that's a big that's a big deal okay uh that is harry but harry that's just something
00:21:53.260 you heard that's actually in a deposition or in testimony where where do you pull that that nugget
00:21:59.580 now that is special purpose grand jury testimony from former senator david purdue current u.s ambassador to
00:22:06.460 china a very pretty damning a pretty damning testimony is it pretty damning testimony is it not
00:22:15.020 yes and that certainly would have come out if state v trump had been tried
00:22:22.940 why was it not tried because it was dismissed following the disqualification of fanny willis and her office
00:22:30.620 yes so what is your recommendation here this people so in a couple weeks this hearing is just not
00:22:39.020 perfunctory they're sending heavies down there because fulton county and the democratic party
00:22:44.460 have got to get their hands on the evidence and take it back away from the fbi dni and anybody else
00:22:49.900 that can review it if not we're gonna get they're they're not down there because they're not afraid if
00:22:55.980 they weren't afraid they would say fine look at it we finally want to rub your nose we're tired
00:23:00.380 of the war room and we're tired of garland favorito and we're tired of caroline jeffers uh we're tired
00:23:06.140 of all these folks down in georgia whining about this we're tired of trump trump's big mouth he's
00:23:11.020 whining about this all the time we're going to rub your nose in how you lost it's the exact opposite sir
00:23:18.460 yeah so what needs to happen is doj needs to do their job they need to analyze the information that they
00:23:25.260 require determine determine if there are any prosecutable crimes shown by the evidence uh
00:23:31.740 conduct interviews and do what they do in law enforcement investigations and then make a decision
00:23:38.380 about whether they they choose to prosecute that's none of that's been decided yet uh they've got to
00:23:45.820 get on top of it they've got to understand it and they've got to follow the evidence where it leads
00:23:50.300 and then apply the law in a neutral manner so that justice is done and all the whaling and
00:23:56.780 screaming from normizing and abby lowell should not be able to stop that harry we know we're under new
00:24:03.820 management at main justice you've got some really solid folks there you get u.s attorneys but the
00:24:10.140 track record i mean bill barr was specifically asked i think by the president i actually think it's in his
00:24:15.420 book where he told the president that they checked with every field office of u.s attorneys in uh and
00:24:22.460 we know they lied about philadelphia because later the u.s attorneys sat there and said he he definitely
00:24:27.180 lied because he sent him a memo the exact opposite but bill barr i believe looked the president united
00:24:32.140 states in the eye in the oval office and said there's nothing to do with any of this stuff it's all
00:24:36.140 it's all nonsense and there's nothing to do there am i correct so so justice has not until now under new
00:24:43.100 management has really not been on top of this correct i mean there was uh zero interest in
00:24:48.220 aggressively pursuing any of this uh at the end of the trump administration in fact uh you know my
00:24:54.140 client jeffrey clark was uh criminally prosecuted by fanny willis and the dc bar seeks his disbarment
00:25:02.700 because he internally and confidentially recommended further investigation
00:25:09.180 and the president ultimately decided not to send the letter that was the end of it but yet here we
00:25:17.260 are five years later jeff is facing disbarment uh his case is in front of the dc court of appeals
00:25:23.100 and as we speak doj is carrying out an investigation quite like what he recommended
00:25:31.580 so it's actually he's being disbarred for recommending something that's actually being done right now
00:25:36.540 he's a hero in fact uh the cra guy is going to be on in a little while and that is
00:25:42.300 he's an incredibly courageous guy and he is a brilliant lawyer he's one of the smartest lawyers
00:25:47.020 i've ever met i agree with you jeff clark's a very special guy just give it can we just take a
00:25:52.140 second of you know rossi and caroline jeffers and dr jan and uh and all the folks uh the new elections
00:25:59.100 board folks it could just give us i just want to people understand if it was not for
00:26:04.940 these citizen patriots who were who were mocked and ridiculed by the official republican party not
00:26:11.100 the democrats were terrible fanny willis you saw her in all her glory i'm talking about establishment
00:26:17.020 country club republicans mocked and ridiculed these guys this is one of the greatest examples since the
00:26:22.700 revolution in this country of people standing up and saying i'm not backing down i know what's right
00:26:28.300 here and i'm gonna i'm gonna stick on this thing until we get it right sir yeah you've got uh ordinary
00:26:35.660 extraordinary people who looked at this and thought something was wrong and they weren't willing to take
00:26:43.820 a bs answer from the government and they dug in and through their unbelievable efforts and persistence
00:26:52.940 uh they have gotten this thing to where it is now where we know about the padded the fraudulently padded
00:27:02.300 hand count numbers we know about the missing ballot images in the second machine count we know that
00:27:10.380 3930 ballots in the second count were scanned twice and counted twice so if you want probable cause
00:27:19.260 got 3930 examples of it right there and these people have stood up against intimidation and threats and
00:27:29.020 lawfare and mocked and scorned and ridiculed in the mainstream media uh called conspiracy nuts and deniers
00:27:38.540 and they have persisted through all of it and and and and potential and potential like concord bridge
00:27:46.460 and potential bankruptcy and federal prison in prison some of them face prison some i mean jeff clark
00:27:52.460 faced prison uh in georgia for a letter inside doj that never left the office harry hang on for one
00:28:00.860 second i'm gonna hold you back through here we're gonna juggle a little bit of this schedule this is
00:28:04.300 important what did harry just say it was concord bridge you damn right marisa play the concord bridge
00:28:09.980 hymn when they're doing the count in arizona and hey maricopa county your day is coming this is
00:28:16.940 spreading we got to get to look you got to get to the railhead of this thing you got if i said it
00:28:22.860 from the beginning you got to get to the 2020 election all you gotta you gotta you gotta lance that
00:28:28.860 bowl and let all the puss run out for everybody to see short commercial break back in the warm in a
00:28:34.620 moment the world is getting more unstable and chaotic every day it seems like everyone everywhere

00:30:13.420 you look at this uh color revolution we've got you look at the the the trump white house now surrounded
00:30:19.340 by these institutions from the senate to the to the law fair to all of it trying to squeeze it uh it all
00:30:27.260 gets back this is why georgia and arizona are so vitally important to get to just get to the facts
00:30:32.780 biggest crime in the history of this country harry i'm gonna have you back on the this is it's just not
00:30:38.860 a preliminary hearing this kind of goes to trial i mean they're going to be arguing this thing in a
00:30:42.780 couple of weeks about the evidence here well it's really an ancillary proceeding there's no
00:30:48.460 indictment yet there's no criminal case yet uh this is a motion for return of seized property
00:30:55.020 filed by fulton county at the election board uh which are not actually the legal custodians of the
00:31:01.340 documents the it's very curious that the actual legal custodian which is the clerk of superior court
00:31:08.140 is not a party to this motion last i checked i imagine tremendous pressure is being put
00:31:14.460 on her uh to join this but she's not so they may have a little problem
00:31:22.140 harry hang on hang on did they even have standing if she's not party to this she's supposed to do they
00:31:28.540 even have standing to bring this arguably no i mean the county has been playing a shell game
00:31:34.860 with these entities the county the election board or the clerk uh in their dealings with us
00:31:41.500 in the jeffords case and their dealings with the state election board and their dealings with the
00:31:46.460 department of justice civil rights division okay so they've been playing the shell game
00:31:51.180 all three of those uh avid efforts to get the documents oh well so you got the wrong defendant
00:31:57.420 okay uh so the warrant was issued to the clerk because the clerk had custody
00:32:03.340 well the law this motion is filed by the county and the election board but not the clerk
00:32:13.180 sir what's your social media this has been very enlightening we're going to do this in even more
00:32:16.780 detail um because like i said they ain't they ain't got abby phil they ain't got uh uh abby lowell
00:32:23.980 and normeisen down there uh because they like paying massive legal fees uh where do they go to get more
00:32:29.340 about you sir oh i'm on x uh harry mcdougald it's at harry mcd m-a-c-d that's it that comes in a little
00:32:38.780 hot sometimes everybody ought to get that load up on it and make sure you stay on top of this harry
00:32:43.660 look forward to having you back on fantastic job today i know the audience really appreciates it
00:32:51.100 philip patrick we're gonna have a little truncated because we've got uh wade smith i've got to get on
00:32:55.900 here the reason we couldn't get you up in your slot and this happened last night when i was dealing
00:33:00.380 with some people in los angeles the power just goes out i mean i've never i said are we in uh in in
00:33:08.220 in uh another continent the power the power you're in la the power's going out all the time what the
00:33:13.660 hell's the problem in california how's news i'm gonna run for for governor when he's turning into a
00:33:19.020 third world hellhole seriously you're having meetings or zoom and the power just goes out and i say what's
00:33:24.060 up and they go oh the power's out it happens all the time what is going on in los angeles sir
00:33:29.340 it's an absolute disaster and newsome for president as a california resident that is a
00:33:35.420 frightening prospect uh yeah my power goes out all the time last yeah last night it was a little bit
00:33:41.980 windy steve and apparently we just can't handle that here in california so it is what it is the
00:33:48.940 seventh biggest economy in the world where we're actually in texas where it's the eighth biggest economy
00:33:53.660 in the world uh and they're always focused on their grid but california i mean you'll be in the
00:33:57.580 middle of a meeting it's gone uh i had a bunch of stuff we got a cold open but i don't want to get to
00:34:01.900 that next week to talk to you about immigration the economy and where the economy's going and how gold
00:34:07.900 plays into that but today i just want to ask you you know people are saying hey did i miss out it's
00:34:12.700 already at five thousand you guys start at the end of the dollar empire was a thousand bucks
00:34:16.860 we've got the patriots edition if you go to birchgold.com promo code bannon right now
00:34:21.100 with a qualifying investment purchase you can get a free edition of the patriots edition of the end of
00:34:26.780 the dollar empire kind of a classic now the first seven uh is the first seven installments and of
00:34:32.060 course as you know uh as soon as we get total sign off on the graphics we're coming out with the
00:34:36.220 digital version of the eighth uh probably next week uh people they they often considered crypto what they
00:34:43.580 called the digital gold and that was an alternative what we've seen here with kind of the the drop in
00:34:49.100 the value of the dollar the purchasing power of the dollar to be accurate the 25 percent drop during
00:34:54.140 biden's regime with all that massive federal spending is that um they anticipated that crypto
00:35:00.700 was going to track with gold and be an alternative as a hedge it's turned out and correct me if i'm wrong
00:35:06.540 gold has not only been a hedge they're now looking at as you keep saying and brantley told us from
00:35:11.500 right after you got back from rio that he said hey i think we're seeing it as a new financial
00:35:16.460 class from the central banks and particularly as the euro and and maybe people are concerned about
00:35:21.900 government bonds it's going to be a new financial class like it was back in the 19th century at the
00:35:26.940 same time crypto has imploded i think it's wiped out over two trillion dollars of of value in the last
00:35:33.100 couple of weeks what is is is crypto digital gold and and what does this tell you about gold as a hedge
00:35:39.820 and what does it tell you about crypto is a hedge it's a great question i i think that the digital
00:35:44.540 gold story just isn't holding up anymore and honestly it hasn't for a while uh gold performs
00:35:51.020 best during times of stagflation right things like higher inflation weaker growth monetary instability
00:35:57.100 it's defensive it's boring it's insurance bitcoin doesn't behave that way at all right when liquidity
00:36:04.140 is abundant and rates are low and speculative appetite is high bitcoin soars and it outperformed
00:36:10.700 almost every other asset class but what we've seen is that when liquidity tightens when real rates rise
00:36:17.020 and sentiment starts to turn from risk on to risk off it plunges right 50 70 even 90 drawbacks
00:36:24.860 right now bitcoin's down about 50 from its peak and analysts are warning warning that it's got
00:36:30.780 more to go if historical precedent is anything to go by we should see bitcoin hit around 38 000 this
00:36:38.300 obviously is not how a store of value behaves for 15 years the narrative was dollar down bitcoin up
00:36:47.580 this time the dollar's weakened and bitcoin has fallen alongside with it it tells you it's not anti-dollar
00:36:53.660 insurance it's liquidity sensitive speculation and that matters right a true safe haven asset it has
00:37:01.340 to be counter cyclical it has to gain credibility when the system looks shaky and that's why central
00:37:08.780 banks are buying gold at record levels today and not bitcoin bitcoin certainly has a role but i think
00:37:16.060 that role is as a speculative asset as technology exposure and as a volatility trade but calling it
00:37:23.180 digital gold i think confuses speculating with with saving a store of value is not something you cross
00:37:29.580 your fingers and hope it doubles right it's something that you hope doesn't plunge even when liquidity
00:37:36.060 dries up and i don't think the distinction between the two has ever been clearer than it is to me the tell
00:37:42.140 was when president trump won the second time and you had the tech bros and all of a sudden they're
00:37:46.620 talking about a bitcoin reserve they want to buy i don't know five billion dollars of bitcoin or five
00:37:52.300 million bitcoins or whatever it was the one that the federal reserve have it and i said hang over
00:37:56.060 a second they said oh it'd be used in liquidity events i said you got 12 guys that own all the crypto
00:38:00.940 they basically want the taxpayers to set up and have a for an events like this when it's plunging hey
00:38:06.540 maybe we buy some bitcoin for the for the fed it felt like a scam at the time it felt like i said some
00:38:12.700 very serious people are quite concerned this is before i had the run over quite concerned about the liquidity
00:38:18.540 is there anybody on the other side of the trade and right now you'll find out there's a lot of
00:38:22.620 people on the other side of the trade of gold because central banks are buying it in in record
00:38:26.540 rates real quickly uh we've got qualifying uh purchase you go to birchgold.com promo code bannon
00:38:32.460 you do a qualifying purchase you get uh talk to phil patrick the team you get the
00:38:36.460 patriots edition of the end of the dollar empire we're quite proud of it um just for people
00:38:42.220 that see this thing at 5 000 and grace did some charts for me the other day i mean it's been a rocket
00:38:46.860 shot i think it was at a thousand and 21 when we started 1100 uh a lot of people say well hold it
00:38:53.900 i missed the move here uh what are you guys telling me sir yeah not at all uh i think what we're seeing
00:39:01.500 and i've said this many times i think gold has been heavily gold and silver heavily undervalued for a
00:39:07.900 long time i think the world forgot their value for a short space of time and i think we've been
00:39:13.180 realized realizing today what that is so i think what we're seeing ultimately is a repricing to the
00:39:19.740 reality of the current economic situation i think we've got a lot of scope for movement goldman sachs
00:39:25.740 are saying 6 500 by the end of the year jp morgan predict ten thousand dollars within the next few
00:39:32.140 years i think they're absolutely on track and what we saw with gold and silver prices coming up
00:39:38.620 tracing down a little bit i think it's reset the floor it's created new resistance levels and i think
00:39:44.780 we got a lot of scope for movement so for those out there look at the fundamentals for precious metals
00:39:50.540 they are strengthening every day they will drive prices longer term and continue to do so so i'll get
00:39:57.580 philp on a couple other people next week maybe navarro because the business model of the country and the
00:40:03.660 companies in the country i don't think you can avoid talking about it anymore it's a highly leveraged bet
00:40:09.340 on artificial intelligence and technologies like that a highly leveraged bet kind of to work your
00:40:15.340 way out this cul-de-sac i think and i'll be able to walk through that but quite uh i think it's a lot
00:40:21.660 of concern that people ought to be quite focused on both in companies both in the capital markets this
00:40:27.500 when i say highly leveraged bet not just the country at 39 trillion but adding as hard as president
00:40:32.140 trump and scott work on this maybe it's a trillion dollars this year but the cbo says it's going to
00:40:37.100 be something different but the companies 800 billion dollars at 900 billion dollars right now
00:40:41.740 forecasting capex a lot of that's going to be borrowed money so you're you're having a highly
00:40:46.380 leveraged bet on artificial intelligence i'll talk more about that either tomorrow maybe next week
00:40:53.100 philip where they go if they want to talk to you and your team at birch gold very simple birch
00:40:57.980 gold.com forward slash bannon again birch gold.com forward slash bannon that'll get them

00:41:10.620 98 98 98 text get the information and we'll be here to help and talk to philip the team is fantastic
00:41:18.540 uh sir thank you so much appreciate you doing this for the war in posse i know you got a lot of people
00:41:23.340 that are quite happy thank you so much steve we told you we're not going to sell you gold we're
00:41:29.980 going to give you information and let you make your own decision but understand it you got to understand
00:41:35.340 understand the the process understand the pattern recognition take you a long way wade miller
00:41:40.220 from cra wait sorry calling you wade smith you heard you definitely wade miller wade is the 260
00:41:46.380 000 employees of department homeland security or do they have jobs as of i think midnight tomorrow
00:41:53.020 night or they're getting paid i don't feel because we got terrorism support we got tsa we got fema we
00:41:59.980 got ice we got customs and border what in the hell is happening sir well i think that the the left is
00:42:05.980 feeling a lot of pressure on all sides of this and i think that they're getting ready to go down a very
00:42:10.380 risky political path for themselves i think that they think that right now they have the upper hand
00:42:16.380 but again uh you know the fema fund is the emergency fund is about seven billion it's being spent down
00:42:21.820 very quickly there's uh you know snowstorms floods uh previous fires that they're still spending down
00:42:27.900 on that fund for they're one major uh uh emergency event away from a political disaster for themselves
00:42:35.900 uh same thing with tsa same thing with coast guard same thing there's all sorts of uh political peril
00:42:41.980 for the left i think that the the calculus here if you're the trump administration is look we've got
00:42:47.100 we've got them to agree to fund the entire government at lower levels when was the last time that happened
00:42:52.140 and now they think that they're going to have the upper hand on the issue of deportations but this
00:42:56.300 isn't going to be about deportations because deportations are still going to continue uh ice and cbp are
00:43:01.260 still going to operate uh they're you know the the the processes that need to be deemed essential will
00:43:06.620 be and so this is going to come down to the american people on the ground level are going to start
00:43:11.820 seeing the impacts of this in other ways and they're not going to like it and i think that the trump
00:43:16.460 administration's calculus is that that's going to be a really difficult position for the left to argue
00:43:22.060 and it could be uh suicidal if something really bad happens in that time frame and democrats aren't
00:43:28.460 there to fund uh dhs and and that could bleed into the midterm so i i think that that's the posture
00:43:34.300 and i think that's the strategy that the trump administration is looking for now i do think that
00:43:38.860 it's incumbent on uh those on the other side of the aisle to articulate this correctly hang hang on
00:43:44.620 because i want to go back through this one more time i want you to set the chess board up for us
00:43:47.980 because this is high stakes this is about the security of the country and quite frankly radical democrats
00:43:55.020 are playing around with that bruce springsteen we know it's your favorite song takes you out the
00:43:59.580 streets of minneapolis back with wade miller cra next
00:44:08.380 imagine having the world's most connected financial insider feeding you vital information
00:44:13.980 the kind of information only a handful of people have access to and that could create a fortune for
00:44:20.460 those who know what to do with it that's exactly what you get when you join our frequent guest and
00:44:27.180 contributor jim records in his elite research service strategic intelligence inside strategic
00:44:35.100 intelligence you'll hear directly from jim and receive critical updates on major financial and
00:44:40.380 political events before they hit the mainstream news he'll put you in front of the story and tell you
00:44:46.780 exactly what moves to make for your best chance to profit as a proud american you do not want to be
00:44:53.500 caught off guard sign up for strategic intelligence right now at your our exclusive website that's
00:44:59.660 rickardswarroom.com rickardswarroom.com you go there you get strategic intelligence based upon
00:45:07.900 predictive analytics do it today right now rickardswarroom.com here's your host stephen k van
00:45:20.300 wait do it because this is going to actually be one of the things that uh the focus politically
00:45:25.580 about this i know president trump is very focused on uh he doesn't want a government shutdown he thinks
00:45:31.100 the economy will get off kilter he's driving all those this is just a partial shutdown about national
00:45:35.100 security so just walk me through take a minute and just walk me back through your calculus because
00:45:40.380 the left they think they got trump cornered right now they think they got him boxed in on this you
00:45:45.500 beg to different walk me through your idea again yeah my guess is that for the first four or five days
00:45:52.380 potentially two weeks the left on from in terms of talking points will have the upper hand i think
00:45:56.540 that that starts to get really weak very quickly uh as we saw with lions's testimony in congress
00:46:02.700 about how cartels are targeting our uh federal agents uh all it takes is one uh uh credible threat
00:46:09.980 against them and and and to say now why do you want them to take their masks off and that's why
00:46:13.900 you're shutting down the government to make our our troops uh our federal agents uh put them in danger
00:46:19.100 and uh you know if any catastrophe happens fema's in a bind we're not going to have the funds to be
00:46:24.940 able to operate and to go in and and do life-saving activities at scale uh so i i i think that their
00:46:31.660 position becomes very quick uh very weak very quickly and i think that the trump administration
00:46:37.020 knows that and and what they're basically going to say is uh we just want to fund dhs at the levels
00:46:42.940 that the democrats have already approved previously why is this controversial you want body cams fine
00:46:48.220 like we don't oppose body cams but all of the rest of your arguments it's political posturing you're
00:46:53.020 actually just trying to endanger our country you're trying to endanger our federal agents you're putting
00:46:57.980 our national disaster preparedness at stake uh you're putting our tsa security at risk the coast
00:47:04.300 guard there's all sorts of operations that they are putting at risk and and why again because you
00:47:08.780 don't want the the law enforced and all of these negative externalities are now occurring because of
00:47:13.340 it you know stop stop your your uh baby-like whining and let's be responsible and fund the government
00:47:20.140 and i think that after five six seven days two weeks that becomes a very strong narrative and the
00:47:25.580 left starts to look very uh uh you know uh juvenile and and and or worse and if again if any of those
00:47:34.140 bad uh externalities occur in this time frame it's going to be a disaster for the left coming into the
00:47:40.860 next uh you know general election season going into the fall and and and that's a huge risk to them
00:47:45.580 because right now they think that they have the upper hand and and so there's a lot of volatility
00:47:49.820 to their strategy and i just don't see the the wisdom of it beyond a few days beyond a few days
00:47:55.740 they're they're risking a lot politically for no real reason they should just come to the table now
00:48:01.740 avoid all that uh vote for a clean cr on dhs uh and get it over with you you agree that we shouldn't
00:48:09.020 fold we already talked about body cameras but the other list of 10 things they had they're non-starters
00:48:14.220 judicial warrants uh uh all of this the unmasking of the of the officers so they can be docked do you
00:48:20.540 agree we take a hard stand on this absolutely the i mean look if if if we want to uh look at one or
00:48:27.020 two more and a softer version but the law is clear due process is already being followed we don't need
00:48:33.260 additional hurdles on the ability of our federal agents to enforce the law uh there's no due process
00:48:39.260 that's being violated with current processes and procedures we should continue forward what the
00:48:43.740 left really doesn't want is they just don't want the law enforcement you know their entire theory of
00:48:48.060 great replacement of the american people with uh foreigners who are uh you know friendly to their
00:48:53.340 socialistic uh world view is imperiled and they know that and so they're just they're grasping at
00:48:58.460 straws here uh you know enough is enough this is about the security of the country this is about the
00:49:03.260 safety of our federal officers stop playing games uh fun dhs this is literally about the security of
00:49:10.140 the nation and they're playing around with it like children uh wade where do people go to cra because
00:49:15.980 you've got tons we're down here in texas to the third of march on this run-up to the uh the no don't
00:49:22.060 sharia my texas uh it's on the ballot prop 10 uh of sharia law to make sure it's banned in texas you
00:49:28.540 guys have a wealth of reports studies articles you've done where do people go to get it yeah
00:49:34.460 you can go to americarenewing.com that's americarenewing.com we've got like you said a
00:49:39.100 lot of good studies on the legal arguments against sharia law on the radicalism of of uh muslim
00:49:45.660 populations that are coming from certain parts of the world and the high propensity of of uh very
00:49:51.340 radicalized uh and violent uh positions that they hold that uh i don't think that they're being vetted
00:49:57.980 when they come here originally they're not being asked you know do you believe that apostates should
00:50:02.140 be killed if they leave the religion of islam i think anyone who says yes to that question should
00:50:06.380 be automatically barred but they're not even asked that question they come into the united states they
00:50:10.300 have that opinion and i think that texas is uh you know getting ready to lead the nation and and
00:50:16.220 standing up against this radicalized ideology and its entire uh its entire position is to destroy
00:50:23.260 the american culture and government as it exists and supplant it with an islamic theocracy and look
00:50:29.260 there are they doing that tomorrow no but they're starting to put the seeds and we already see what's
00:50:33.500 happening in europe they're decades ahead of us on this it is going really badly for them and we have
00:50:38.860 an opportunity now and texas uh needs to have some tough conversations and start leading the way on this
