00:02:32.000 I mean, the problem here is that we, between the missing digital signatures and another piece where the early voting tabulator tapes are not retained,

00:02:44.000 you don't have any provenance that's required by state law on these ballots.

00:02:50.000 There's over 300,000 ballots that were counted.

00:02:54.000 And there's two aspects of this.

00:02:56.000 The first is that they were counted even though they had tainted provenance.

00:03:03.000 If this was an election, not an election, but a criminal evidence locker, for instance, this data would not be admissible in court.

00:03:13.000 I mean, the whole provenance behind it has been destroyed.

00:03:17.000 The second piece, though, that's staggering is that they know this at the time that they are submitting these counts for accumulation in the statewide voting system.

00:03:29.000 At that moment in time, they make a choice.

00:03:32.000 It's a conscious choice to put illegal ballots.

00:03:35.000 That's what they're called.

00:03:36.000 They don't have the proper legal authorization to be counted.

00:03:40.000 They make the choice to count them.

00:03:42.000 Over 315,000 ballots in Georgia should never have been counted.

00:03:48.000 And why do we know it's a choice?

00:03:50.000 Because it was still reversible.

00:03:52.000 They could have recounted all 315,000 and corrected whatever problem.

00:03:58.000 Let's say it's not malice, even though it looks like malice, frankly, from an expert perspective.

00:04:04.000 But the fact of the matter is, let's say it was just an accident.

00:04:07.000 They decide to throw these 315,000 broken ballots into the system and count them anyway.

00:04:14.000 This is a conscious choice.

00:04:17.000 This is not an act.

00:04:19.000 And make sure you pull this clip, Grace and Mo, and push it because every time they say, they go, well, there was this 300,000 thing we just found out about, but that was just a clerical error and didn't mean anything.

00:09:21.000 And Trump used that information to talk to Raffensperger.

00:09:24.000 And then Raffensperger leaked the call to the media, and they claimed that Trump was trying to steal the election by saying, hey, we've got all this.

00:09:32.000 There's only, you know, you don't have 11,000 votes here that, you know, what's going on?

00:09:37.000 Trump's asking these guys what's going on.

00:09:39.000 Joe Rossi, a professor, I believe, and an engineer, has done great work since the election.

00:09:47.000 He looked at both the certified machine recount and the hand counts, and he says they violated Georgia law.

00:09:56.000 And here's the kicker.

00:09:58.000 The CISA, the CISA, said that basically the machines used in Georgia, this is two years after the election, comes out with a report and says the machines are not secure.

00:10:09.000 A bad actor can hack in and a bad actor can flip an election, and they use these machines again going forward.

00:10:16.000 This is outrageous stuff.

00:10:18.000 I've told you I've shared before that I've done audits around the world.

00:10:22.000 I've done audits in communist China, fraud, multi-million dollar fraud audits in Japan and around the world.

00:11:18.000 When you've had these people that have been patient and you have the Fulton County people saying, hey, we've asked the secretary of state.

00:11:24.000 We won't get the information from them.

00:11:26.000 This is Fulton County, that the Georgia election board has got a subpoena.

00:11:30.000 And don't think he's going to answer up that subpoena.

00:11:36.000 He does not want to come back and sit there and have it streamed on Real America's Voice in the war room as he's got to answer questions that there are no answers to.

00:39:54.000 That was a long term view that might take in 20 or 30 years to begin with.

00:39:58.000 Folks, that is done as of today.

00:40:01.000 The Supreme Court of the United States is basically taking this tariff situation out of the president's hand.

00:40:05.000 And that's going to be a massive fight.

00:40:07.000 But anybody's sitting there and think it's some fantasy that I don't have to pay my taxes because President Trump is president and I'm MAGA.

00:40:13.000 The world doesn't work like that.

00:40:16.000 And that's why if you owe money, if you got a letter, that letter, they're still going to accumulate fees, interest, all of it.
