00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:09.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 Mega Media.
00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.000 War Room.
00:00:45.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:00:53.000 Okay, bombshell ruling a moment ago.
00:00:55.000 It is Friday, the 21st of February, the year of our Lord, 2026.
00:01:02.000 Bombshell ruling moments ago, 6-3.
00:01:06.000 Overruling or saying unconstitutional.
00:01:08.000 President Trump's emergency tariffs that he used IEPA to say it's a national security issue.
00:01:14.000 It is a national security issue.
00:01:16.000 This is going to have massive, massive implications.
00:01:19.000 We talk about economic warfare and we talk about the ability to kind of manage what's happening in Iran right now. 0.84
00:01:25.000 If you just leave the United States with military force, I don't know.
00:01:31.000 This is going to have massive consequences.
00:01:33.000 And now I understand that about getting the money back or what's going to happen, they're going to push that down to federal courts.
00:01:40.000 So now we're going to be tied up on that for years.
00:01:43.000 Anyway, President, waiting for the White House to give some guidance here.
00:01:46.000 Peter Navarro is going to join us today about the missing GDP because of the Democrats' shutdown.
00:01:52.000 Democrats realize they have leverage here and they're going to use that leverage.
00:01:55.000 Do they have leverage in Georgia to make sure they get past the stealing of the 2020 election and sorting this mess out so 2026 cannot be stolen?
00:02:06.000 Harry, just give me a minute.
00:02:08.000 You've made the statement that this is criminal.
00:02:11.000 You believe this is criminal, not just some sort of incompetence, not people that should have known better but didn't,
00:02:17.000 not people that were working hard and the data just didn't set up.
00:02:21.000 You're saying, number one, 2020 was not certifiable.
00:02:25.000 And you believe it was not certifiable because of actual criminal activity.
00:02:29.000 Did I read that correctly?
00:02:31.000 Correct.
00:02:32.000 I mean, the problem here is that we, between the missing digital signatures and another piece where the early voting tabulator tapes are not retained,
00:02:44.000 you don't have any provenance that's required by state law on these ballots.
00:02:50.000 There's over 300,000 ballots that were counted.
00:02:54.000 And there's two aspects of this.
00:02:56.000 The first is that they were counted even though they had tainted provenance.
00:03:03.000 If this was an election, not an election, but a criminal evidence locker, for instance, this data would not be admissible in court.
00:03:13.000 I mean, the whole provenance behind it has been destroyed.
00:03:17.000 The second piece, though, that's staggering is that they know this at the time that they are submitting these counts for accumulation in the statewide voting system.
00:03:29.000 At that moment in time, they make a choice.
00:03:32.000 It's a conscious choice to put illegal ballots.
00:03:35.000 That's what they're called.
00:03:36.000 They don't have the proper legal authorization to be counted.
00:03:40.000 They make the choice to count them.
00:03:42.000 Over 315,000 ballots in Georgia should never have been counted.
00:03:48.000 And why do we know it's a choice?
00:03:50.000 Because it was still reversible.
00:03:52.000 They could have recounted all 315,000 and corrected whatever problem.
00:03:58.000 Let's say it's not malice, even though it looks like malice, frankly, from an expert perspective.
00:04:04.000 But the fact of the matter is, let's say it was just an accident.
00:04:07.000 They decide to throw these 315,000 broken ballots into the system and count them anyway.
00:04:14.000 This is a conscious choice.
00:04:16.000 Okay.
00:04:17.000 This is not an act.
00:04:18.000 Okay.
00:04:19.000 And make sure you pull this clip, Grace and Mo, and push it because every time they say, they go, well, there was this 300,000 thing we just found out about, but that was just a clerical error and didn't mean anything.
00:04:29.000 This is what they're trying to do.
00:04:30.000 Harry, I want everybody to go over to your site.
00:04:33.000 What you're exposing now in Georgia and Pennsylvania is nothing short of jaw dropping.
00:04:40.000 And as I told you in your press release, I think you've buried the lead.
00:04:43.000 I would have put it in the headlines.
00:04:44.000 You believe you've seen criminal intent on this.
00:04:47.000 This just couldn't be incompetence or it couldn't be laziness.
00:04:51.000 It's got to be something else.
00:04:53.000 They made a decision to keep those in the system.
00:04:55.000 They made a decision.
00:04:57.000 Yes.
00:04:58.000 A conscious, conscious decision.
00:05:00.000 Right.
00:05:01.000 Harry, where do people go?
00:05:02.000 I want everybody to go over your site.
00:05:04.000 I'm sorry.
00:05:05.000 Unite the number for freedom.com.
00:05:09.000 Donations and volunteers are needed.
00:05:12.000 By the way, we completely endorse Jason's findings.
00:05:16.000 We've done the same type of work as he probably knows fully.
00:05:20.000 But the fact of the matter is we find the same problems with voter registration roles.
00:05:25.000 But everybody gets into this noisy cloud, bad signal to noise ratio.
00:05:30.000 But these types of things with regard to clearly broken and fractured ballots are completely illegal.
00:05:37.000 You can't you can't count things that don't comply with the law with regard to profit.
00:05:43.000 So anyway, you know, I thank you, sir.
00:05:47.000 Tom, we need your help.
00:05:48.000 Thank you.
00:05:49.000 Need volunteers, need donations.
00:05:51.000 Go check it out.
00:05:52.000 Talk to Harry directly.
00:05:53.000 Thank you, sir.
00:05:54.000 Jason Frazier, they are so afraid of you.
00:05:59.000 They would they would risk $10,000 fine a day so as not to have you on your rightful position of Fulton County.
00:06:06.000 Are you going to back off?
00:06:07.000 And do you recommend that Sally Grubbs and the rest of the team of the Georgia Election Board back off to get to the bottom of this?
00:06:13.000 I will not back off, Steve, and I don't believe the State Board of Elections will back off either.
00:06:18.000 I mean, we need to find out what happened in 2020.
00:06:21.000 We need to find out what happened in every election before and after that.
00:06:25.000 So that way we can one day have clean elections that everyone on both sides of the aisle can trust.
00:06:30.000 I mean, if I if you look back, Stacey Abrams, she wasn't happy about how her election was run. 0.91
00:06:35.000 And so this is a bipartisan issue.
00:06:38.000 Fulton County and in several other counties in the state do not run clean elections, period.
00:06:43.000 So that's all the the state board wants.
00:06:46.000 That's all I want.
00:06:47.000 We want clean voter rolls.
00:06:49.000 I think I mentioned to you before that whenever I first started, I found a guy named Missing Missing.
00:06:54.000 That was his first and last name in the voter rolls, and he voted in the 2020 runoff.
00:06:58.000 So how do you how do you have that and claim we have the cleanest voter rolls in the country?
00:07:03.000 It just boggles the mind.
00:07:05.000 And that's why people are frustrated because you find people at parking lots all over the place that are illegal.
00:07:11.000 Are you prepared?
00:07:13.000 Do you understand Sally and yourself?
00:07:16.000 They're going to bring down the weight of the entire apparatus on you.
00:07:19.000 You're what stands between them stealing the 2020 election and everything that happened since then.
00:07:25.000 And the accountability has to go and just let's move on.
00:07:29.000 And, you know, I'm a windshield guy, not a rearview mirror guy.
00:07:32.000 Right. Do you understand how the apparatus is going to come down on you?
00:07:36.000 Yeah, that's that is not something I expected whenever I first got into this.
00:07:42.000 I had no idea how corrupt Fulton County was.
00:07:44.000 But at this point, the way I see it is I'm doing this for my kids.
00:07:48.000 I'm doing this for America.
00:07:50.000 If I don't do it, who will?
00:07:52.000 And there's not that many people that understand elections the way I do.
00:07:55.000 It is my duty as an American citizen to make this happen.
00:07:59.000 So I'm willing to do whatever it takes.
00:08:01.000 We just need clean elections. 1.00
00:08:03.000 Jason, social media website.
00:08:05.000 Where do people go to track you, follow you?
00:08:07.000 Yeah, they can find me at Jason Frazier USA on X.
00:08:11.000 And that's that's my only social media.
00:08:13.000 So I just try to bring the truth and let people know what's what's really happening in Fulton County.
00:08:18.000 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you in your fight.
00:08:21.000 Thank you.
00:08:22.000 Joe Hoft.
00:08:23.000 They've tried to bankrupt your brother.
00:08:26.000 They've tried to bankrupt Gateway Pundit.
00:08:29.000 They've tried to run you down.
00:08:31.000 They've tried to destroy JoeHoff.com.
00:08:33.000 Your closing thoughts on this and observations.
00:08:36.000 Yeah, thanks, Steve.
00:08:38.000 And that's right.
00:08:39.000 And that's a fair warning to these other guys, too.
00:08:42.000 You stand up against this behemoth, this monster.
00:08:45.000 God knows who's behind it all, whether it's international or what.
00:08:49.000 And you are going to face some challenges, believe me.
00:08:52.000 But as I look at all this, Harry's information is outstanding.
00:08:56.000 Jason's doing great work, too.
00:08:58.000 But it brings me back to just days after the 2020 election.
00:09:02.000 We had a senator and a former judge release a report where he basically said that any of the anything, any results from this election should be considered untrustworthy.
00:09:13.000 We had President Trump have his own auditor provide him an analysis of what went on.
00:09:19.000 He had tens of thousands of issues.
00:09:21.000 And Trump used that information to talk to Raffensperger.
00:09:24.000 And then Raffensperger leaked the call to the media, and they claimed that Trump was trying to steal the election by saying, hey, we've got all this.
00:09:32.000 There's only, you know, you don't have 11,000 votes here that, you know, what's going on?
00:09:37.000 Trump's asking these guys what's going on.
00:09:39.000 Joe Rossi, a professor, I believe, and an engineer, has done great work since the election.
00:09:47.000 He looked at both the certified machine recount and the hand counts, and he says they violated Georgia law.
00:09:56.000 And here's the kicker.
00:09:58.000 The CISA, the CISA, said that basically the machines used in Georgia, this is two years after the election, comes out with a report and says the machines are not secure.
00:10:09.000 A bad actor can hack in and a bad actor can flip an election, and they use these machines again going forward.
00:10:16.000 This is outrageous stuff.
00:10:18.000 I've told you I've shared before that I've done audits around the world.
00:10:22.000 I've done audits in communist China, fraud, multi-million dollar fraud audits in Japan and around the world.
00:10:28.000 I've never seen anything so broken.
00:10:31.000 MSNBC or MSNOW or whatever they call themselves now, they'll never have me on because they don't want me as a professional, objective, independent auditor to say this is a mess.
00:10:43.000 This is what we saw across the country, and we're still gathering more and more and more information.
00:10:49.000 And yet, even the government, the CISA, said this was a mess.
00:10:52.000 This is the kind of guy Raffensperger is.
00:10:54.000 The president has this conversation with meadows that they include other people, and of course, he leaks it to the media.
00:10:59.000 And President Trump is saying, hey, look, it's 10,000, 11,000 votes.
00:11:02.000 What's going on?
00:11:03.000 We now know there's hundreds of thousands, hundreds of thousands.
00:11:09.000 Why do you think if Raffensperger had answers, why does it take the Georgia election board in February of 2026?
00:11:16.000 Just ask yourself this.
00:11:18.000 When you've had these people that have been patient and you have the Fulton County people saying, hey, we've asked the secretary of state.
00:11:23.000 They won't help us.
00:11:24.000 We won't get the information from them.
00:11:26.000 This is Fulton County, that the Georgia election board has got a subpoena.
00:11:30.000 And don't think he's going to answer up that subpoena.
00:11:34.000 That whole thing is going to go to court.
00:11:35.000 You know why?
00:11:36.000 He does not want to come back and sit there and have it streamed on Real America's Voice in the war room as he's got to answer questions that there are no answers to.
00:11:47.000 And that there were hundreds of thousands.
00:11:49.000 You've got Harry Harry saying, well, hey, bro, these were acts of commission.
00:11:54.000 There's criminal intent here.
00:11:56.000 Rosenberg doesn't want to do that.
00:11:57.000 He's going to fight it tooth and nail.
00:11:59.000 I don't think he's going to just show up.
00:12:01.000 If he had the answers and they had a plausible even just incompetence, he would be there.
00:12:07.000 And yet they they want to put Trump in prison on that very phone call.
00:12:13.000 Fonnie Willis, you saw the whole circus.
00:12:15.000 They roll up.
00:12:16.000 They try to bankrupt Rudy.
00:12:18.000 They try to bring bankrupt Jim Hoft, get shut down Gateway Pundit.
00:12:24.000 They're going to put other people in prison, but they wanted Trump in prison until he died in this whole thing.
00:12:31.000 And they don't have the common decency to step forward.
00:12:34.000 This is why, folks, this is one of the greatest examples of American patriotism.
00:12:40.000 These heroes in Georgia that had every opportunity from Caroline Jeffers to all of them.
00:12:46.000 Garland Favreau just to throw in the touts too hard.
00:12:48.000 It's costing too much money.
00:12:49.000 They're trying to bankrupt me.
00:12:51.000 You know, they're going to try to send me to prison.
00:12:54.000 They stood in the breach and we are where we are.
00:12:57.000 And, hey, standing in the breach, I got news for you.
00:13:00.000 The hard part's just about to start because they ain't sending Abby Lowell and Norm Eisen down there unless they know they have a massive problem.
00:13:09.000 And the massive problem is all of these issues we're dealing with the country today, including the invasion of 20 to 25 million illegal alien invaders. 0.79
00:13:18.000 You got the Bruce Springsteen song, the streets of Minneapolis, all of it in the mass deportations and the fight and the deficits and the $7 trillion Biden spent everything to destroy this country.
00:13:29.000 The railhead of it is 2020 and the inner mechanics of it is in Fulton County, in Maricopa County and in Philadelphia and in Detroit and in Milwaukee.
00:13:41.000 And we know it and they know it and they know we know it.
00:13:45.000 So now it's a test of political wills.
00:13:47.000 There's no way to negotiate this.
00:13:49.000 There's no middle ground.
00:13:50.000 We either take this all the way to its logical conclusion or we've given up the country.
00:13:56.000 Joe Hoff, where do people go, sir?
00:13:58.000 Go to joehoff.com, The Gateway Pundit, real Joe Hoff on Twitter.
00:14:03.000 And, you know, here's the here's a final note.
00:14:05.000 Raffensperger siding with Norm Eisen now.
00:14:07.000 That should tell that should say it all.
00:14:09.000 That's it. Of course, he's siding with Norm.
00:14:11.000 Norm Eisen's his lawyer, Abby Lowell.
00:14:13.000 Thank you, Joe.
00:14:14.000 Say hi to your brother.
00:14:16.000 Fantastic work.
00:14:17.000 The Hoffs.
00:14:18.000 They had to get they had to get rid of Gateway Pundit.
00:14:21.000 They got to shut that down.
00:14:22.000 That's for bankruptcy.
00:14:23.000 How many years in prison did Fannie Willis want to Trump? 1.00
00:14:26.000 On all lies, all lies, all lies.
00:14:31.000 Remember that all lies, not some lies, all lies to protect themselves.
00:14:37.000 Take it out with Bruce Springsteen.
00:14:39.000 Look at that.
00:14:40.000 That's a revolution because they want to keep 25 million illegal alien invaders in this country. 1.00
00:14:47.000 Short break.
00:14:49.000 Tony Lyons, make America healthy again.
00:14:52.000 The coalition.

00:15:04.000 Now is the time to resolve your tax matters.
00:15:07.000 With the national conversation around abolishing the income tax, the IRS is fighting back and proving it's here to stay by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:15:18.000 They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens and collecting billions more in recent years.
00:15:25.000 If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts, seize your retirement and even your home.
00:15:35.000 If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question of if the IRS will act.
00:15:40.000 It's a question of when it will act.

00:17:27.000 Something we started five years ago.
00:17:29.000 Why?
00:17:30.000 Because we said the 2020 election is stolen and Biden's a radical and they're going to spend so much money.
00:17:35.000 But plus, we didn't even know the scale of it.
00:17:37.000 They're going to let, I don't know, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20 million, 25 million.
00:17:42.000 The numbers, the scale of it is stunning.
00:17:44.000 And of course, Ben Burquam and Oscar Blue Ramirez, we covered it better than anybody.
00:17:49.000 Todd Bensman at the time, who's in the government now over at, he's over at DHS.
00:17:54.000 He was one of our top guys, right?
00:17:56.000 We covered it from the Darien Gap all the way to the southern border and then into the country.
00:18:01.000 And we said, hey, every town's a border town and every state's a border state.
00:18:05.000 And you saw it.
00:18:07.000 Birchgold.com.
00:18:08.000 Because we saw the dollars going to get destroyed and it dropped 25% in purchasing power during Biden.
00:18:13.000 Go learn all about this.
00:18:15.000 Learn the American system.
00:18:17.000 Because the day was a body blow.
00:18:19.000 Got to be honest.
00:18:20.000 I think over at the White House, they're regrouping.
00:18:22.000 The emergency terrorists of President Trump says, I need this because of their national security interests,
00:18:27.000 because national security issue, because we've gutted our country of its manufacturing base.
00:18:32.000 It used to be a manufacturing superpower.
00:18:35.000 Birchgold.com.
00:18:36.000 And for a qualifying purchase, when you talk to Philip Patrick, and please talk to Philip Patrick and the team,
00:18:42.000 you get a free edition, the Patriots edition.
00:18:45.000 It's a hard bound of what we've been trying to teach or make available to you over the last five years,
00:18:51.000 the gold was, I don't know, $1,100 an ounce.
00:18:53.000 And now it's around $5,000.
00:18:54.000 But you understand, it's not the price of gold.
00:18:56.000 It's the process.
00:18:57.000 So go check it out today.
00:18:58.000 Tony Lyons.
00:18:59.000 We've been talking.
00:19:00.000 I've tried to get you on a couple of times.
00:19:01.000 We've been jammed.
00:19:02.000 You know, you've been traveling.
00:19:03.000 You're down there with Bobby a lot.
00:19:05.000 And to really get an update as we start the beginning of the second year of President Trump's second term,
00:19:12.000 we talk about the coalition, which you were so important in working with Bobby,
00:19:15.000 putting together the Make America Healthy Coalition.
00:19:17.000 And then lo and behold, we kind of have a bombshell yesterday.
00:19:20.000 This is executive order.
00:19:22.000 Before I talk about this, about Roundup, what state, given what Bobby's trying to get done over at HHS,
00:19:29.000 what is the state prior to the Roundup issue yesterday?
00:19:32.000 Because I understand people have, some people are very upset about this.
00:19:36.000 Up until that time, the progress we're making and how are we doing on Make America Healthy against her?
00:19:43.000 I think there's just been incredible progress.
00:19:46.000 And there are going to be all kinds of people who are going to try to tear that down.
00:19:49.000 And that's, you know, big pharma, big ag.
00:19:52.000 You know, all of these companies want to make it look like this is failing,
00:19:58.000 want to make it look like Maha is destroying itself, is disagreeing with itself.
00:20:04.000 You know, but the truth is, I mean, the real truth is that the progress has been just existential,
00:20:10.000 that, you know, changing the dietary guidelines, turning them upside down so that children start to eat protein in school.
00:20:17.000 That's just a game changer.
00:20:19.000 It's a body blow to pharmaceutical companies who have been treating these kids who are eating chemicals in school,
00:20:26.000 who are eating sugar in school, eating donuts in school.
00:20:29.000 I mean, this is such a big change.
00:20:33.000 And then there are the, you know, the major food brands taking artificial dyes out.
00:20:38.000 The SNAP program getting rid of the right for people who are, who get money from taxpayers to spend 25% of it on candy and soda. 0.79
00:20:49.000 That's just, that's millions of people eating healthier food.
00:20:52.000 School lunches, you know, millions and millions of children heading towards eating healthier food,
00:20:57.000 drinking whole milk in schools rather than, you know, drinking sodas.
00:21:02.000 You know, the vaccine schedule changing, going from 17 down to 10.
00:21:06.000 You know, that is a major change.
00:21:08.000 That's the first time in a generation where that's gone down.
00:21:11.000 That is millions and millions of children getting fewer toxins in their body, fewer drugs, fewer chemicals that they don't need.
00:21:19.000 Then getting mercury out of the flu vaccine, getting rid of the, you know, Hep B vaccine at birth,
00:21:25.000 getting rid of COVID vaccines for healthy children, for, you know, pregnant women. 0.57
00:21:30.000 And then the incredible Super Bowl ad that we just ran that was viewed 150 million times telling people that, you know,
00:21:38.000 hundreds of thousands of people are dying in this country because they're eating ultra processed food and not real food.
00:21:45.000 And Mike Tyson saying that, and that getting through so much that 60 minutes had to rush out and get people on there to try to co-op that.
00:21:55.000 I want to go back for something.
00:21:57.000 If you look at your verticals.
00:21:59.000 Sure.
00:22:00.000 Nobody, maybe only the defense industry, but there it's a different relationship.
00:22:05.000 Bobby Kennedy and what Bobby Kennedy said, cause I am all struck by what Bobby Kennedy has done in his first year as HHS.
00:22:14.000 All it's just, it's unbelievable.
00:22:16.000 And here's why.
00:22:17.000 And president Trump has had his back every step of the way.
00:22:20.000 But if you look at big pharma and the big pharma and the big, the big distribution companies,
00:22:26.000 McKesson and in the drugstores, if you look at the food processors, what they're doing with food processing.
00:22:32.000 Right.
00:22:33.000 Right.
00:22:34.000 And if you look at what he's doing with, with like the agricultural component of this.
00:22:39.000 So you've got the food processors, you've got big pharma, big ag and the big food processors.
00:22:44.000 Folks, there ain't more money in DC. 0.74
00:22:47.000 The big tech bros, I think maybe, but you got this.
00:22:51.000 These are immovable objects.
00:22:53.000 Why are they immovable objects?
00:22:55.000 Cause they're embedded in deep into the swamp in, in DC.
00:23:00.000 They have lobbyists, lawyers, spots.
00:23:03.000 They spread money into every congressional district.
00:23:06.000 You're just not walking in there.
00:23:07.000 So every dragon he's slain is a massive dragon with a huge tail and 50 other dragons to back them up.
00:23:16.000 That's why I'm awestruck of the, of the momentum we've made.
00:23:20.000 And every, of these three big verticals and Ken, Bobby Kenny, ain't afraid of any of them.
00:23:24.000 Like I said, the other day, having taken on big ag and taken on big pharma,
00:23:30.000 he then goes after the big food companies with the ultra processed food, which is they ultra process it.
00:23:36.000 Cause the margins of the margins are so high on candy and sodas.
00:23:41.000 They're not high on.
00:23:42.000 If you get great farm to table and you get the real food, the margins are relatively thin.
00:23:48.000 The margins are huge when they process and he's going right for it.
00:23:51.000 So what stunned me, Tony, is he ain't backing off.
00:23:54.000 He's going after the biggest of the big, the toughest, the most entrenched, and he's not backing off an inch.
00:23:59.000 And president Trump's got his back.
00:24:01.000 In fact, on vaccines, I think president Trump's actually out ahead of you guys.
00:24:06.000 A hundred percent.
00:24:07.000 I mean, president Trump is the most in line president with Maha principles of, of, of any president in the last generation.
00:24:15.000 There's, there's no question about that.
00:24:17.000 And, and the, you know, you know, the things that, that activists disagree with.
00:24:21.000 And let me just say, you know, I am a hundred percent behind Maha moms. 1.00
00:24:27.000 I want people to come out and yell and, and post on every social media platform.
00:24:33.000 That's something that we couldn't do under president Biden.
00:24:36.000 That was stifled.
00:24:37.000 There was no dissent in this country, but now you can say whatever you want.
00:24:41.000 And we need that disagreement.
00:24:43.000 We need that dialogue.
00:24:44.000 We need people to go out and tell the American public.
00:24:47.000 And part of the success of the Maha green, you know, the Maha movement is all the disagreement that we have is that everybody in America knows what ultra processed foods are.
00:24:58.000 Everybody in America knows now that there was mercury in the flu vaccine.
00:25:02.000 Everybody knows, you know, that, that seed oils are, are, are bad for you, that beef tallow is better than cooking with, with other oils.
00:25:12.000 You know, there's been just incredible progress and it's been cultural progress, but, but we need all this disagreement.
00:25:18.000 We need a vibrant argument to be made every day on social media between everybody.
00:25:24.000 So there's no problem there.
00:25:25.000 That's, that's success.
00:25:26.000 That's not failure.
00:25:27.000 By the way, you, you don't come.
00:25:30.000 I mean, politically, you weren't one of us or close to being one of us.
00:25:33.000 When president Trump came, you were somebody always believed in free speech in the first amendment.
00:25:37.000 And you saw the left was conforming to the system.
00:25:40.000 And on the right, you saw Trump as a disruptor and like war room.
00:25:44.000 And these other people, the, the, the, the, the beginning of the mom, the dissident moms were part of that, who many of those people were either moderates or some of them were Democrats when this started.
00:25:55.000 And they said, no, these guys are taking on the system.
00:25:58.000 They're trying to disrupt the system.
00:25:59.000 I want to be part of that.
00:26:00.000 And that's where you, and that's where we see it today.
00:26:03.000 Is it not Tony?
00:26:04.000 Well, you know, president Trump is more of an old time Democrat than any Democrat.
00:26:10.000 Now, you know, he's, he's pro free speech.
00:26:13.000 He's anti censorship.
00:26:15.000 You know, he's anti war.
00:26:17.000 I mean, he is out there doing all the things that Democrats would have been for in the past.
00:26:24.000 You know, he's an outsider challenging the status quo, challenging all of these big companies, but not doing it in some obvious way that he knows that he has to have practical common sense ways to solve problems.
00:26:36.000 And if you can't do that, then you're just yelling and screaming.
00:26:39.000 You have to be able to solve problems.
00:26:41.000 You have to realize this is politics.
00:26:43.000 It's complicated.
00:26:44.000 We're heading in the right direction.
00:26:46.000 There's an, you know, incredible progress being made.
00:26:49.000 There's a lot that's, that's going to be made.
00:26:51.000 We're just getting started.
00:26:52.000 It's only one year.
00:26:54.000 So, you know, these are, these are wins.
00:26:57.000 All of these are wins.
00:26:58.000 Even the disagreements, even the people yelling and screaming at each other.
00:27:01.000 That's democracy in action.
00:27:03.000 That's freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of ideas.
00:27:07.000 That's what we've all wanted.
00:27:08.000 And that's what we're getting now.
00:27:10.000 Okay.
00:27:11.000 I want to hold you through the break.
00:27:12.000 We've got about a minute.
00:27:13.000 I just want to tee up round up because I think this caught people by surprise.
00:27:16.000 One of the big efforts was about, you know, agriculture is the most important thing when we talk about health.
00:27:22.000 Uh, a lot of the maha moms are the anti food processing, all of it. 1.00
00:27:26.000 And then you had this executive order on, on roundup.
00:27:29.000 Can you put, give me a minute, put it in perspective.
00:27:31.000 I'm going to hold you through the break and we'll continue the conversation.
00:27:34.000 Sure.
00:27:35.000 So no question.
00:27:36.000 Glyphosate is bad.
00:27:37.000 We all know that every side, Democrats, Republicans, farmers, politicians, President Trump, Secretary Kennedy.
00:27:45.000 I mean, Secretary Kennedy sued Monsanto, won one of the biggest judgments in history for that.
00:27:52.000 So, you know, but despite all these lawsuits and despite the widespread recognition that glyphosate is bad, we have a problem, which is that we need to solve this, this practical situation where 80% of farmers rely on glyphosate now.
00:28:10.000 So banning it outright doesn't work.
00:28:13.000 So we need to look at new technologies.
00:28:15.000 We need to fast track regulatory pathways.
00:28:18.000 Look at, you know, next generation biopesticides at, you know, Bobby Kennedy talks all about lasers.
00:28:24.000 Maybe that's an answer.
00:28:25.000 We need to have tax incentive. 0.98
00:28:27.000 We need to innovate.
00:28:29.000 Yeah.
00:28:30.000 That's how we're going to have progress.
00:28:31.000 Okay.
00:28:32.000 I want to hold you and just drill down on this a little bit more because some people are shocked about it given the original stance of make America healthy again.
00:28:39.000 Tony Lyons is with us.
00:28:42.000 We're going to get back to tariffs here in a moment.

00:30:35.000 Make sure it doesn't turn into a nightmare.

00:30:53.000 with rogue lawyers, rogue accountants.
00:30:55.000 There's so many stories popping up every day of how people are trying to get their hands on your title.
00:31:00.000 Why? Because it's a fairly rudimentary system here in the United States broken down by district,
00:31:05.000 you know, even smaller than congressional districts or county districts.
00:31:09.000 It's just everywhere.
00:31:10.000 I think it's, what, 3,000 counties in the country and there's even more overseeing this.
00:31:14.000 So people know they can get access to it.
00:31:16.000 You've got to stop that.
00:31:17.000 HomeTitleLock.com, pennies a day.
00:31:19.000 Take away the anxiety and angst.

00:31:39.000 Most importantly, you get a relationship with Natalie Dominguez and the team over there working through everything.
00:31:44.000 I don't think John Gardner is going to join us.
00:31:48.000 He was there last night as we analyzed the Georgia speech.
00:31:51.000 And this was clearly Roberts.
00:31:54.000 Tony Lyons is with us.
00:31:56.000 I think sometimes with President Trump, we forget the monumental institutions that he's trying to change, like on tariffs.
00:32:04.000 And this tariff thing is going to be horrific, but it goes back to the beginning of the Republic of what we bet the American system.
00:32:10.000 President Trump built his entire economic program around this.
00:32:13.000 We're going to break it down all for you.
00:32:15.000 But at the same time, he's trying to reform, like make America healthy again.
00:32:20.000 You know, it's big pharma.
00:32:22.000 It's big agriculture.
00:32:23.000 It's the big food process.
00:32:24.000 These are 20, 30, 50, $40 billion companies, $100 billion companies with every lawyer, every crisis communications person dug in, spreading money in every congressional district, every Senate race, every party, all these dark money funds.
00:32:39.000 That's what that's why Bobby Kennedy is kind of like, you know, he's slaying dragons and President Trump's got his back in this situation.
00:32:46.000 Just explain it to me one more time.
00:32:48.000 You've got the Maha moms. 1.00
00:32:49.000 They ain't happy.
00:32:50.000 Right.
00:32:51.000 And President Trump saying, hey, I think we've got a national security problem because 80%, like it or not, 80% of our farmers are kind of hooked to this thing.
00:32:59.000 And we've got to figure it out.
00:33:01.000 I don't like it.
00:33:02.000 I back Bobby's initial executive order.
00:33:04.000 But we are where we are.
00:33:06.000 Are all the parties doing what they are supposed to do, Tony Lyons?
00:33:09.000 I think they are.
00:33:11.000 I mean, we all know that we have to get rid of glyphosate.
00:33:14.000 The question is how to get there.
00:33:16.000 We all know we have to get rid of all kinds of dangerous chemicals.
00:33:19.000 And the question is, what's the best way to get there?
00:33:21.000 What are practical, common sense ways to get there?
00:33:24.000 And President Trump knows that.
00:33:26.000 He's thinking all of this kind of thing through.
00:33:29.000 And you see that.
00:33:30.000 And he wants to partner, collaborate, talk to people on all sides.
00:33:34.000 Secretary Kennedy wants to do that.
00:33:36.000 We all recognize that it's not feasible to ban things, that we have to set up a system that leads towards better, healthier products across the board with incentives, with subsidies, with tax credits, with faster approvals, procurement preferences.
00:33:54.000 This has got to be something that makes sense, that protects farmers, that protects the public, and that leads towards the end of the chronic disease epidemic.
00:34:03.000 That's what winning looks like.
00:34:06.000 Tony, where do people go to track you down?
00:34:08.000 You're a very liberal or First Amendment book publisher that now has become one of the fire breathers of MAGA, and definitely Bobby's partner over there, Make America Healthy Again.
00:34:21.000 Where do they get the Sky Horse, War Room Publishing, all of it, and everything you've got up on Make America Healthy Again?
00:34:28.000 Yeah, they should go to mahaaction.com.
00:34:32.000 They can follow me on Instagram at Tony Lyons is uncertain.
00:34:37.000 They can find all of the War Room books at skyhorsepublishing.com.
00:34:43.000 Thank you, brother.
00:34:44.000 Appreciate you.
00:34:45.000 All the work you've been doing.
00:34:46.000 A huge part of his life now is dedicated to this.
00:34:49.000 Thank you, sir.
00:34:51.000 Cameron Kinsey.
00:34:52.000 If President Trump said, hey, look, I want to do away with personal income tax.
00:34:56.000 It was an objective.
00:34:57.000 And the reason I'm going to do it, I'm going to get up to a trillion dollars of tariffs coming here.
00:35:02.000 We're going to get back to the system before the income tax.
00:35:05.000 Well, folks, that was a dream of President Trump and an objective of President Trump.
00:35:10.000 Okay, that ain't happening.
00:35:11.000 We've all the other issues we've got to deal with.
00:35:14.000 And here's the reason.
00:35:15.000 The Supreme Court just struck down his emergency use of tariffs, and now we're back to it.
00:35:20.000 And we were going to do $900 billion this year.
00:35:23.000 So the deficit, and that was going to help close the deficit, that's not going to happen.
00:35:26.000 And the lower federal courts are going to unwind this. 0.88
00:35:28.000 What does that mean?
00:35:29.000 The IRS under Scott Besson got a bigger problem they ever got, right?
00:35:33.000 And they're going to have to, if they, what they think you owe is what they're going to drive.
00:35:38.000 And what you think you owe or an independent body like Tax Network USA.
00:35:43.000 And Cameron, this is why I'm so honored to be working with you guys.
00:35:48.000 And in fact, you came up with this idea of, hey, let's give people, let's take the anxiety away.
00:35:53.000 Let's take the angst away.
00:35:54.000 Let's give them a free discovery call so they understand what the bid and the ask is, what the IRS thinks, and where you really stand.
00:36:01.000 I have gotten so many phone calls because there's nothing more personal that people feel uncomfortable about than their taxes.
00:36:08.000 And they get a letter from the IRS if they're behind or if they're going to have a lien.
00:36:12.000 The concept you guys came up with is, hey, it costs a couple hundred bucks, a couple thousand bucks, but we'll do it to help these people out because we're looking for clients.
00:36:21.000 And this is a great way to get them. This has been a game changer on people's lives.
00:36:24.000 So many people come to me and said, hey, I've gone over there and I've actually now have a real feel for what I owe so I can address it like an adult.
00:36:32.000 I don't have to hide from it. Your thoughts, ma'am?
00:36:35.000 Yes. Well, Steve, thank you so much for having me back on.
00:36:38.000 It's always an honor to speak directly to the War Room Posse.
00:36:41.000 I'm so grateful. And right now we're in the heart of tax season.
00:36:44.000 I mean, the enforcement is ramping up.
00:36:46.000 Everyday Americans are feeling squeezed from every single direction.
00:36:50.000 I mean, families are still recovering from inflation, rising costs that we saw under the previous term.
00:36:56.000 And now the last thing that they want is the federal government coming after them with aggressive tax clussions.
00:37:02.000 But a little bit about us, Tax Network USA. We're one of the nation's leading tax firms.
00:37:07.000 We help everyday Americans and business owners fight back against aggressive IRS enforcement and just navigate a system that can feel overwhelming or just stacked against them.
00:37:17.000 And so our team includes licensed CPAs. We have enrolled agents, tax attorneys, even former IRS agents who understand exactly how this agency operates.
00:37:28.000 We know their procedures, their pressure points, the tax code inside and out.
00:37:32.000 And they know the system that we are up against and they use that knowledge to protect our clients.
00:37:37.000 And before I even go further, Steve, I want to share something personal with you in the audience about why I became the spokesperson for Tax Network USA,
00:37:45.000 because I will tell you right now I am not a tax expert.
00:37:48.000 But during the Biden administration, we watched the weaponization of federal agencies across the board.
00:37:55.000 But what stood out to me was how the IRS enforcement disproportionately impacted low income families and small business owners like my dad,
00:38:03.000 who just simply did not have the resources to fight back.
00:38:06.000 These were not billionaires with a team of lawyers.
00:38:08.000 The clients that Tax Network USA saw at the time were working parents, retirees, entrepreneurs,
00:38:14.000 trying to survive in that difficult economy.
00:38:17.000 And so I just saw people being buried with penalties, interest from honest mistakes or hardship status.
00:38:23.000 And so that's really why I wanted to join Tax Network USA as their spokesman,
00:38:28.000 just to bring more awareness that there are professionals out there who will be in your corner through all of this.
00:38:33.000 Now, switching gears here for a moment, Steve, because this is important, I wanted to bring this up with you today.
00:38:39.000 With that being said, some people believe because President Trump is back in office,
00:38:44.000 they somehow get a free pass when it comes to taxes or filing requirements.
00:38:49.000 Some people just assume because there's different policy priorities.
00:38:53.000 That means that the IRS is going to ease up or that enforcement will slow down.
00:38:58.000 And those people could not be more wrong.
00:39:00.000 Unfortunately, the IRS still has a mandate to collect revenue, regardless of who is president.
00:39:07.000 So that idea that you can ignore the violence.
00:39:10.000 This is so important.
00:39:11.000 This is so important.
00:39:13.000 This is what I want you on today.
00:39:15.000 A couple of things.
00:39:16.000 Scott Bessent was a contributor here.
00:39:18.000 You know, we fought very hard to make sure Scott was secretary of treasury.
00:39:20.000 I think that worked out.
00:39:21.000 We've known Scott a long time.
00:39:22.000 Scott is basically overseeing the IRS.
00:39:25.000 Scott's mandate from the president is that, hey, you got to get all the cash that the IRS thinks they're going to get.
00:39:30.000 And Scott's going to get it.
00:39:32.000 I mean, Scott said he loves the Warren Posse.
00:39:34.000 He comes from the working class down at Myrtle Beach.
00:39:37.000 But his mandate is he's got to get what they what they think you owe.
00:39:41.000 The other thing is President Trump did have an overarching concept to return to the 19th century as far as how you finance the country, saying, I don't really agree with the personal income tax.
00:39:52.000 I think terrorists will pay for it.
00:39:54.000 That was a long term view that might take in 20 or 30 years to begin with.
00:39:58.000 Folks, that is done as of today.
00:40:01.000 The Supreme Court of the United States is basically taking this tariff situation out of the president's hand.
00:40:05.000 And that's going to be a massive fight.
00:40:07.000 But anybody's sitting there and think it's some fantasy that I don't have to pay my taxes because President Trump is president and I'm MAGA.
00:40:13.000 The world doesn't work like that.
00:40:16.000 And that's why if you owe money, if you got a letter, that letter, they're still going to accumulate fees, interest, all of it.
00:40:23.000 Address it.
00:40:24.000 This is what's so powerful about what Tax Network USA has done.
00:40:27.000 They said, OK, hang on.
00:40:28.000 Come to us.
00:40:29.000 We've got the experts.
00:40:31.000 We have the expertise and we know who to talk to.
00:40:33.000 Come to us and we'll actually give you a free discovery call.
00:40:36.000 We're not going to charge you the couple of hundred bucks or the thousand bucks or whatever to basically see what your position is.
00:40:42.000 That's what's been such a game changer.
00:40:44.000 And take the angst and anxiety away.
00:40:46.000 Talk to me about that, Cameron, because this thing about you don't have to file, you need to drop that immediately.
00:40:51.000 President Trump is not stopping the filing of your income taxes and the collection of the money the IRS thinks you owe.
00:40:58.000 And this is what the free assessment and discovery is to actually see what's the difference between the bid and the ask.
00:41:04.000 What the IRS says versus what Tax Network USA says and maybe where a negotiation can take place, Cameron.
00:41:12.000 Well, exactly.
00:41:13.000 I mean, historically, the IRS has focused most of its aggressive collection efforts on taxpayers who owed maybe $50,000 or more.
00:41:22.000 That was often the threshold where you saw liens, levies, enforcement actions escalate.
00:41:27.000 And what we're seeing now as of recent years has been a shift.
00:41:30.000 The IRS has been becoming more aggressive with people who owe far less.
00:41:35.000 We're seeing enforcement actions for smaller balances, increased pressure over unfiled tax returns, faster escalation timelines.
00:41:43.000 I mean, it's truly BS, Steve.
00:41:45.000 So if you haven't filed in years, that alone can trigger enforcement.
00:41:49.000 And that's not the IRS slowing down.
00:41:51.000 And when agencies face workforce reduction or restructuring like they have under Trump's administration during the transition, the remaining employees often become more efficiency driven because, well, they don't want to get fired.
00:42:04.000 So that can mean faster processing for them, more targeted enforcement, greater focus on collections.
00:42:10.000 So the idea of fewer agents means less enforcement is just simply not the reality.
00:42:15.000 Like you said, Steve, and it often just means the opposite.
00:42:18.000 But the clients that we help will always remain steady.
00:42:22.000 We work with people from all different walks of life, salaried employees, retirees on fixed incomes, independent contractors, gig workers, veterans, small business owners, you name it.
00:42:33.000 They're trying to keep their doors open and they're trying to keep their employees paid.
00:42:36.000 So whether it's somebody dealing with unfiled tax returns, mounting penalties and interest, IRS audits, wage garnishments, bank levies, payroll tax issues, liens on their home or businesses, we have seen it before.
00:42:51.000 We know how to handle it.
00:42:53.000 And I want to tell the audience today, we have way too many people coming from the war room posse who may be too afraid to act or they don't tell the whole story because they're too embarrassed.
00:43:04.000 You should not be embarrassed.
00:43:06.000 We have seen every single case in the book and we know exactly how to help you.
00:43:11.000 We treat every single case with care.
00:43:13.000 We are in your corner.
00:43:14.000 We know the tax code inside and out.
00:43:16.000 You just have to take that step and come to us, bring the necessary documents.
00:43:21.000 We will walk you through everything.
00:43:23.000 When you initially get on the phone with one of our teammates, they will give you all the necessary proper care that you need.
00:43:31.000 They will go over it step by step.
00:43:33.000 It's a free consultation.
00:43:35.000 You may decide I don't want to work with us anymore.
00:43:37.000 That's completely fine.
00:43:38.000 We want to talk to you.
00:43:39.000 We just want to be a resource.
00:43:41.000 We expect nothing.
00:43:42.000 And like you said, Steve, just to go over briefly of the Black Friday deal that we did, like you said, it's such a success.
00:43:50.000 I mean, we had that free discovery call normally that costs hundreds of dollars, if not thousands.
00:43:55.000 And we only do that for clients once we take on.
00:43:58.000 Yeah.
00:43:59.000 Hang on.
00:44:00.000 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:44:02.000 The volume of calls have been so enormous.

00:47:13.000 Cameron, thank you so much, and thank the senior management over there for thinking of this.
00:47:15.000 It's changed people's lives.
00:47:16.000 I know people are very intimidated.
00:47:18.000 I've talked to a lot of people who have gone through it.
00:47:20.000 They feel so much better, and they're taking action on taking care of this problem.
00:47:24.000 Thank you, ma'am.
00:47:25.000 Thank you so much, Steve.
00:47:26.000 Action, action, action.
00:47:28.000 John Gardner, you were with us last night.
00:47:30.000 In fact, President Trump went so long on the speech yesterday.
00:47:33.000 We actually rolled you over to Texas because Texas has got the same issue.
00:47:37.000 You've got so many small manufacturing companies, as you said.
00:47:41.000 Of the 12.8 million manufacturing jobs in this country, I think it's 80% or 90% are from companies that have 50 employees or less.
00:47:54.000 You walked through the American system.
00:47:56.000 You walked through why President Trump's tariff plan was brilliant.
00:47:59.000 It's bringing jobs back.
00:48:00.000 It's bringing particularly small manufacturing back to make us a manufacturing superpower once again.
00:48:07.000 The Supreme Court struck it down.
00:48:09.000 John Gardner, why are you, Alexander Hamilton, and President Donald Trump correct in Chief Justice Roberts?
00:48:18.000 Why is he wrong?
00:48:20.000 They're wrong.
00:48:21.000 And President Trump is right.
00:48:22.000 Adam Smith said of the four exceptions he made for tariffs, one was national security.
00:48:28.000 Even Milton Friedman, the unilateral free trader himself, said national security comes first.
00:48:33.000 And in 2013, General John Adams said America's vulnerability today is frightening.
00:48:40.000 Excessive and unwise outsourcing of American manufacturing to other nations weakens American military capabilities.
00:48:47.000 And that was in 2013 when we probably had about 14 to 15 million people employed in the manufacturing industry.
00:48:54.000 We have been gutted.
00:48:56.000 This is highly personal for me because I've worked in the manufacturing industry for 21 years, owned my own business.
00:49:02.000 And, you know, during the Great Recession in 2008, 2009, I had to wait tables at night to make sure my manufacturing business survived while I saw big banks being bailed out.
00:49:14.000 And I think what you said earlier today, Steve, about President Trump taking on massive things that we don't we can't even comprehend the power behind 55 years of deindustrialization, cheering on the deconstruction of the manufacturing might that our founding fathers built.
00:49:32.000 You know, manufacturing might help the north beat the agricultural powered south during the Civil War.
00:49:39.000 Manufacturing might is what won America World War Two.
00:49:44.000 And then it created the greatest middle class in the history of the world from 1945 to 70.
00:49:48.000 And then and then we decided to deconstruct that.
00:49:51.000 And so I know tariffs work.
00:49:53.000 I live this.
00:49:54.000 I want the audience to understand I am not an academic.
00:49:57.000 I don't you know, I run a manufacturing business all day long and I have done so for 21 years.
00:50:03.000 And I have seen the tariffs work.
00:50:05.000 A really good example is Dr. Navarro just talked about how we open up a new aluminum smelter refinery.
00:50:12.000 The first guess what?
00:50:14.000 Four aluminum refineries closed between 2020, 2024, during the Biden administration, cutting off 30 to 40 percent of America's refining capacity in four years.
00:50:25.000 We lost 40 percent of aluminum refining capacity.
00:50:28.000 President Trump said that manufacturing place yesterday and they all every guy came up and said one for your tariffs.
00:50:33.000 We wouldn't be at full capacity and making more capital expenditures.
00:50:36.000 We got to get John.
00:50:37.000 Where do people go to your site?
00:50:38.000 Obviously, starting this afternoon, we're going to be wall to wall on this.
00:50:42.000 A a a a a terrible, terrible, terrible decision by the Supreme Court.
00:50:48.000 President Trump's got to think it through.
00:50:50.000 It's wrong.
00:50:51.000 It's wrong decision.
00:50:52.000 The president should have emergency powers for national security and manufacturing and trade deficit are national security.
00:50:58.000 John Gardner author dot com and John Gardner VOH on X getter and Instagram.
00:51:04.000 Gardner, you're a good man.
00:51:05.000 We got a big fight here now.
00:51:07.000 Got to regroup.
00:51:08.000 Got a big fight.
00:51:09.000 Mike Lindell.
00:51:10.000 We started in Georgia.
00:51:12.000 We actually started with John Solomon breaking story on Brennan and these crooks, all the deep state that try to put us all in prison.
00:51:18.000 Election integrity in Georgia.
00:51:20.000 We had the mainstream, a complete meltdown about what Sally Grubbs and all this team down in Georgia are doing.
00:51:26.000 Your thoughts.
00:51:27.000 You've been at the forefront of this.
00:51:28.000 One of the reasons they try to bankrupt you, sir.
00:51:30.000 Absolutely.
00:51:31.000 It all goes back to that, Steve.
