00:00:00.000 Israel has confirmed that the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has been killed
00:00:05.600 as a result of those Israeli strikes that took place earlier today.
00:00:09.900 One of these sources saying that Israel actually has photographic evidence of Khamenei showing his dead body.
00:00:19.540 The second source told me that an official announcement is in the works,
00:00:24.460 although it is possible that the Israelis will allow President Trump and the United States
00:00:29.260 to make this announcement officially.
00:00:31.700 But this is enormous breaking news here, that the Israeli government is confirming
00:00:38.820 that the Supreme Leader of Iran was killed in Israeli strikes earlier today.
00:00:44.500 This is a day that many Israeli government officials have hoped would come eventually.
00:00:50.280 It is also, we should note, a day that many Iranian dissidents, Iranian protesters had hoped would eventually come.
00:00:57.660 And indeed, it has come now.
00:00:59.920 And it is an earth-shattering moment for the Middle East and for the future of Iran.
00:01:06.220 The most evil man on the friggin' planet is dead, stone-cold dead, because of President Trump's resolve.
00:01:15.980 And if we lose anybody in this operation, they will have died a noble death,
00:01:20.060 because they will have risked their lives and sacrificed their lives to make us safer here at home.
00:01:25.260 People have died, and over two dozen others injured after protests erupted at the U.S. consulate in Karachi.
00:01:31.700 Hundreds of protesters stormed the Pakistani port city's compound.
00:01:36.100 The violent clashes are following the killing of Iran's supreme leader.
00:01:40.200 Donald Trump did what nobody else could do for half a century.
00:01:44.920 How do you like that?
00:01:46.300 And you know why he did it?
00:01:47.320 Because he loves his country.
00:01:49.120 You know why he did it?
00:01:50.080 Because he's humane.
00:01:51.060 He saw people slaughtered, and he wanted to put an end to it.
00:01:54.140 That's why he did it.
00:01:55.760 Now, it's time that we Americans have to come to grips with something.
00:01:58.560 We have a party in this country, the Democrat Party, that hates the country.
00:02:01.660 Here we are in the middle of a spectacular, spectacular, humane peace mission where people were being slaughtered.
00:02:09.520 They were being slaughtered right up to the minute.
00:02:11.600 We attacked them.
00:02:13.080 We've been talking about it.
00:02:14.840 They've slaughtered our soldiers.
00:02:16.480 They've slaughtered our citizens, our embassy personnel.
00:02:19.920 They come into our country and try and assassinate people.
00:02:23.300 They're the biggest promoters of terrorism.
00:02:25.120 And the Democrats immediately, knee-jerk, they defend the terrorists, like to defend the illegal aliens and the criminals.
00:02:32.460 There's something wrong with that party.
00:02:35.260 That at a time we should be celebrating the most spectacular military act I've ever seen.
00:02:41.640 Khomeini's gone in 20 hours?
00:02:44.160 While their president, Biden, was funding the Iranians billions of dollars,
00:02:50.200 while Obama was paving the way for them to have nuclear weapons,
00:02:54.080 Donald Trump loves this country, he knows right from wrong.
00:02:59.000 And we've had a real psyop going on in this country for 10 years against this man
00:03:03.780 where they try and pretend he's the authoritarian, he's the dictator.
00:03:08.360 No, they are.
00:03:10.280 They talk about the War Powers Act of 1973.
00:03:14.040 Anybody who is a serious constitutional lawyer knows that act is unconstitutional.
00:03:20.380 I see all these lawyers writing these pieces like they're smart, they're dumb.
00:03:25.840 And every administration, Republican and Democrat, has questioned it, questioned it.
00:03:32.120 But they haven't brought it to the Supreme Court
00:03:33.880 because neither the Congress or the president wants a resolution.
00:03:37.800 of the Constitution.
00:03:55.960 Thank you.
00:04:25.960 If President Trump didn't want to see Iran hitting back and pushing back, President Trump should have not started this war from the beginning. It was a war of choice. There was no necessity to start this aggression. That was act of aggression.
00:04:44.960 Chuck Schumer is elected from New York. Bernie Sanders is elected from Vermont. They wanted the commander in chief to be elected by the entirety of the nation.
00:04:54.500 And they're even talking about impeaching him if they take the House of Representatives. Ladies and gentlemen, we have an enemy within. And it is the Democrat Party. Every reprobate, miscreant and malcontent is in that party.
00:05:09.860 The Marxists and the Islamists are in that party. Do they act like they love the nation? Do they? When we have men and women in uniform, Democrats and Republicans and independents fighting an enemy, fighting terrorists, the greatest terror regime in America in the world history.
00:05:27.360 And we're winning. And that's why they're going nuts. We're winning. This is so spectacular what's taking place. And I want our troops to know something.
00:05:37.940 These people who are trying to undermine you, they are a small percentage of the population. We red-blooded Americans, we love victory. And we love you. You are of us. And most of us have had relatives, if not ourselves, in the military. Chuck Schumer means nothing to us.
00:05:57.660 Hakeem Jeffries means nothing to us. You, Mr. And Mrs. America, we support our military. We support our commander-in-chief. We support victory. This is a spectacular, spectacular military operation with our spectacular ally, the Israelis, with their spectacular prime minister. It's working. It's effective. It's spectacular.
00:06:22.620 It's spectacular. And these guys. We have to hurry back to Congress. We need to have a vote on the War Powers Act of 1973. This would be the same party that dragged us into Vietnam. Right? Was that a declared war? No, it wasn't a declared war. And I could go on and on and on about the hypocrites in that party. It's their president that was about to hand nuclear weapons to this enemy. It's their president who handed them billions of dollars in cash and so forth.
00:06:51.860 But this president isn't going to put up with it. And he hasn't. God bless our president. God bless the prime minister of Israel.
00:07:00.160 The Israelis are striking targets in Iran's capital this morning. The U.S. operation is also expected to continue. Do you think these two forces will be able to decimate all of the hardliners in the Iranian regime?
00:07:13.960 Good morning, Pamela. That's a great question. But the short answer is no. You have to remember, this is an ideology that permeates the entire society.
00:07:24.840 Now, that doesn't mean that that ideology and the people that represent it aren't weakened. They certainly have been weakened. There's no question about it.
00:07:32.780 But what we're talking about is really what is in people's hearts and minds. And that is really hard to change, especially if they have the belief system that they've had for, what, 47 years now.
00:07:44.940 That's a really difficult thing to change. And the strikes that Israel and the United States have launched against Iran have been very directed at leadership targets,
00:07:55.140 taking out the head of the armed forces of Iran, taking out just a few minutes ago, the IDF reported they were taking out two fighter jets, old fighter jets, F-4s and an F-4 and an F-5 that was about to take off from Tabriz airport in Iran.
00:08:14.100 And that really shows that this is a multiple targeting effort. In other words, what we're doing is we're taking out the leadership, but we're also taking out some of their instruments of power.
00:08:25.140 And that's going to go a long way to neutralizing Iran. But it is not going to completely eliminate the ideology behind this regime.
00:08:55.140 But what we are seeing is a very divided picture, of course. I want to take the city of Isfahan, the second largest city in Iran, as an example.
00:09:03.060 We saw these massive pro-government rallies in the streets, people mourning, crying for the supreme leader's death.
00:09:09.640 You have to remember, of course, though, that Iran is trying to orchestrate an image of strength because just hours earlier, social media video shows people honking their cars in the streets, celebrating women, waving their hijabs in celebration again.
00:09:23.640 And that divided picture that we're seeing on the ground in Iran is, of course, reflected across the region.
00:09:29.920 You mentioned the attacks on the U.S. consulate in Karachi, where you see those protesters breach the initial security barrier and then bang on the consulates with sticks.
00:09:40.180 Very dramatic images, very similar to what we saw in the green zone in Baghdad, which is where the U.S. embassy is located.
00:09:45.960 There as well, flashbangs being used, security forces cracking down on protesters, angry about the death of the supreme leader.
00:09:54.420 But you're also seeing celebrations abroad as well, particularly among Iran's expat community.
00:10:00.560 There's a strong expat community here in London.
00:10:02.840 Some of them were out celebrating this weekend after the announcement of the death, as well as in Los Angeles, of course, in the United States.
00:10:10.200 But then there's also some anger and some resentment in the U.S. as well.
00:10:13.340 There was a demonstration in New York saying, hands off Iran.
00:10:17.060 So as the memory of the Ayatollah is being debated and played out across the region and globally, you're seeing this very divided reaction.
00:10:26.360 But very importantly, this is a man who's going to be remembered in his final months for a brutal crackdown that killed thousands of Iranians.
00:10:43.340 But very importantly, this is a man who's going to be remembered in his final months for a brutal crackdown that killed thousands of Iranians.
00:10:44.340 But very importantly, this is a man who's going to be remembered in his final months for a brutal crackdown that killed thousands of Iranians.
00:10:48.340 But very importantly, this is a man who's going to be remembered in his final months for a brutal crackdown that killed thousands of Iranians.
00:10:49.340 But very importantly, this is a man who's going to be remembered in his final months for a brutal crackdown that killed thousands of Iranians.
00:10:53.340 This has been served in his final months for a brutalered ty Monsieur on Iran.
00:11:01.340 We Americans like retribution.
00:11:31.340 We Americans like that, especially when it comes to dealing with terrorists, Khomeini is dead, he's not six feet under, he's in hell. He's got a river of blood on his hands. The Iranian people are going to be free. They're going to be free. America's going to be safe. The Israelis are going to be safe. The world's going to be safe. No thanks to the U.N., no thanks to the U.N., and most of all, no thanks to the Democrats.
00:11:54.860 And if we lose anybody in this operation, they will have died a noble death because they will have risked their lives and sacrificed their lives to make us safer here at home.
00:12:04.280 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:12:11.600 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:12:16.800 You're just not going to free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.
00:12:22.980 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:12:28.140 And where do people like that go to share the big lie? Mega Media.
00:12:33.100 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:12:38.540 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:12:42.300 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:12:48.640 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:12:51.920 It's Sunday, 1 March, in the year of the Lord, 2026.
00:13:00.600 The noble and honored dead of America.
00:13:03.640 We're going to get to that in just a minute.
00:13:05.280 Send come as put an announcement.
00:13:06.900 I want to thank Real America's Voice, Parker and Rob Sieg, our entire team in Denver.
00:13:12.160 Also, our fantastic team here at the War Room.
00:13:14.560 We're going to go seven days a week because of like events that have just happened here in covering this major military operation, as the president defines it, or war.
00:13:25.380 Until that time, it's deemed unnecessary to cover it seven days a week.
00:13:31.040 So it will be seven days a week.
00:13:32.060 This is our first.
00:13:33.460 And I want to thank, we've got, we're packed with some of the smartest minds about the region, the nation, geopolitics, military operations.
00:13:41.960 And I really want to thank them for changing their Sundays up to be with us.
00:13:46.780 Jack Bosobik, CENTCOM's just put out.
00:13:50.300 Lindsey Graham, Mark Levin, I mean, I think to torture the War Room Posse, we'd play an hour of Mark Levin, just the over-the-top revolting comments of Levin.
00:14:03.980 And, but we'll spare you one in the cold open just to see what's playing on Fox 24-7.
00:14:10.040 But we're trying to give you a, quite frankly, a more detailed and sophisticated look at what is actually happening.
00:14:17.160 Jack Bosobik, CENTCOM has just announced, I think, three Americans killed in action, many others wounded, sir?
00:14:25.380 Steve, that's right.
00:14:26.340 And I'm working right now with my sources at the Department of War within the Pentagon and other areas of the intelligence community and the military to be able to try to figure out exactly who that was.
00:14:39.900 CENTCOM's saying that they're going to be holding back the information for 24 hours while family members are contacted.
00:14:47.680 We don't know exactly which it was.
00:14:50.540 I'm trying to see if we can figure out if they'll release at least which branch it was.
00:14:55.000 Early indications seem to be, just based on what I've seen, that this may be related to some of those on-base attacks, those strikes that we've seen, Bahrain, Qatar, some of the other ports all along the Middle East.
00:15:08.140 But, of course, we've also seen attacks on U.S. bases otherwise.
00:15:12.980 One of the interesting pieces that we've seen is that there was a Sikorsky helicopter that was flown from Bahrain.
00:15:22.120 It's known for medical combat rescue.
00:15:23.940 It was flown from Bahrain to Doha International.
00:15:26.080 That's something that we're tracking to see if that was related to this attack.
00:15:29.680 But as we can see right now, this is not bloodless for the United States.
00:15:33.820 It's we've lost three American service members and we're told four or five in critical condition.
00:15:42.360 CENTCOM, by the way, confirming that the IRGC had claimed at one point that they had targeted the Lincoln with four ballistic missiles.
00:15:49.420 This is just about an hour ago.
00:15:50.820 CENTCOM now confirming that the Lincoln was not struck by those ballistic missiles.
00:15:55.440 So this does not appear to be related to any attack on the Lincoln.
00:15:58.720 That's what I was asking.
00:15:59.260 And to be sure, if the Lincoln was hit by a ballistic missile, there would certainly be more than four.
00:16:04.340 Well, let me ask you, the Iranians claimed earlier they had targeted the Lincoln with four ballistic missiles.
00:16:10.520 So CENTCOM's – because a lot of times the Iranians are, you know, obviously in the fog of war, the first casualty is truth.
00:16:18.460 They're always putting out – obviously the first hit yesterday they said was a girl's school that's still being – you know, that's still being worked through whether it happened or not.
00:16:25.600 But did CENTCOM actually concur that four ballistic missiles had targeted the Lincoln?
00:16:33.500 Well, they said that the missiles did not come even close.
00:16:37.080 So I take that to mean that the missiles did target the Lincoln.
00:16:40.660 We know that Iran had supplied those anti-ship cruise missiles to the Houthis across the Arabian Peninsula there in the Red Sea area with anti-ship ballistic missile – or anti-ship cruise missiles in the past.
00:16:53.140 So certainly this is within their capabilities to target the carrier.
00:16:57.620 Of course, the carrier would be the ultimate target for any of their strike forces, strike packages.
00:17:02.980 And that's why the carrier has that defensive screen with the standard missile three interceptors fired from the Arleigh Burke destroyers with their Aegis air defense systems.
00:17:13.820 They're fully capable.
00:17:15.020 Again, we don't know exactly what the status was, how it was that those missiles did not strike.
00:17:19.520 Now, they're saying ballistic missiles, not cruise missiles, that could be something that's lost in the wash.
00:17:23.780 But of course, it remains to be seen exactly what capabilities they're bringing to bear.
00:17:28.520 But yes, it does appear that it was targeted by missiles and the missiles, at least as of now, as we know, they have not been struck.
00:17:35.580 And of course, if the carrier had been struck, we'd be seeing images and videos and Iran would be showing it everywhere.
00:17:41.220 I mean, this would be a high-value target in terms of propaganda for them.
00:17:45.400 So we would know immediately if that were struck.
00:17:47.320 There was a carrier that Iran seems to have struck, or excuse me, a tanker that Iran seems to have struck in the Gulf of Oman, the port of Oman, a Palau-flagged oil tanker that is currently sinking right now, as well as, by the way, CENTCOM striking an Iranian naval Corvette that is currently on its way to Davy Jones' locker.
00:18:06.840 Yeah, Captain Fennell is going to be on about this, the Straits of Hormuz, because that will have a definite impact on oil markets tomorrow.
00:18:15.860 Jack, it's interesting, I'm going to bring you Eric Princeton now.
00:18:17.700 Jack, you know, one of the justifications, rationale for why it had to go now, as the White House said yesterday, is that they had intelligence that the Revolutionary Guard was going to target American,
00:18:30.320 they were going to strike first and target American, particularly American vessels and bases, but that's where they went.
00:18:37.280 Eric, a real, the, it seems like it's not as intense as the strike that ended the 12-day war, but spectacular results, correct?
00:18:48.360 I mean, they took out the Ayatollah and its top 40 guys, what, having a picnic lunch in the afternoon or gathering.
00:18:56.820 The intelligence was pretty, pretty, pretty special in the fact they took the Ayatollah and 40 of its top guys out, sir?
00:19:06.000 Look, Steve, it's, I'm not happy about the whole thing.
00:19:11.640 I don't think this was in America's interest.
00:19:13.660 It's going to uncork a significant can of worms and chaos and destruction in Iran now.
00:19:22.700 Who takes over?
00:19:23.920 You still have tens, hundreds of thousands of IRGC people that will be positioning for, to be number two, to be the next rulers of that country.
00:19:34.780 I don't see how this is in keeping with the president's MAGA commitment.
00:19:38.900 I'm disappointed.
00:19:39.500 Well, talk to us about that, about it, because I've been putting up on social media.
00:19:44.740 He wanted, he said regime change.
00:19:46.660 He made this comment the other night.
00:19:48.920 The Ayatollah's gone.
00:19:50.020 His 40 top guys are gone.
00:19:51.580 Don't you just toss it to the Persians and say, because he keeps saying, rise up from the streets.
00:19:55.900 I haven't seen massive demonstrations or massive people coming out in Tehran.
00:20:00.560 There have been some running around shouting they're supporting it.
00:20:03.280 But is the plan to decapitate, do you think the president's accomplished that and now can just move on?
00:20:10.140 I think, and again, who comes after that?
00:20:16.820 I don't know that there's a plan.
00:20:18.840 These are ultimately solved by ground combat.
00:20:21.980 I don't think a regime has ever been changed by air power alone.
00:20:26.320 It's wishful thinking.
00:20:28.080 And now it is indeed cost American lives.
00:20:30.600 I don't buy the argument that it was only because they were doing it to preempt.
00:20:37.640 When you load that many troops and that many aircraft in an immediate area, you could almost guarantee a response.
00:20:44.960 But again, how does the regime get changed?
00:20:47.060 I don't think that Reza Pahlavi is a strong enough leader to, even though there may be some protest in Iran asking for him to come back,
00:20:56.680 there's an absence of security apparatus to get him done, to get him actually in Pahlavi.
00:21:01.660 Tell the audience about Chalabi.
00:21:03.740 He's Pahlavi bringing the Shaws, the monarchists.
00:21:08.380 Remember, everybody in L.A., when he sees people in L.A., everybody in London, their parents all left with the Shah.
00:21:15.880 So they're monarchists.
00:21:17.320 The monarchy solution here is as close to ridiculous as you can get.
00:21:23.220 But he's like Chalabi, which, as you know, was on Fox News in the run-up to Iraq war.
00:21:27.880 This guy was going to be the Iraq Congress, National Congress.
00:21:31.780 So he got over there.
00:21:32.360 Nobody ever heard of the guy.
00:21:34.300 And he just got swept up in the annals of history, dustbin of history, never be heard from again.
00:21:40.560 The monarchists, a reasonable alternative.
00:21:43.660 And tell people how deep the IRGC goes and how deep the security apparatus with the mullahs goes in Iran.
00:21:53.620 The IRGC is the most powerful force in the country.
00:21:57.420 They're the ones that made money from all the sanctions.
00:22:00.320 They control the guns and the muscle, not even the Iranian army.
00:22:04.980 So I don't know what the plan is to name some interim leader.
00:22:13.120 I am discouraged.
00:22:16.500 And it will uncork a lot of chaos in the area.
00:22:22.200 And I really wonder, what is the plan if there is not a clear successor person that actually takes power to try to keep some kind of interim government together?
00:22:33.220 It's – and subjecting our foreign policy to Israeli foreign policy, I have real issue with that.
00:22:42.600 I said it before.
00:22:43.440 I said it weeks ago in your show, not that this should not be the path forward.
00:22:48.960 And the president has chosen to do it.
00:22:51.620 I just wonder who pressured him that much to do it this way.
00:22:55.220 You're one of the president's biggest supporters.
00:22:59.500 You've worked around and with the administration the first time you've been a – I've known you now for, what, 15, almost 20 years.
00:23:08.620 You are certainly America first, but you've seen all the conflict all over the world.
00:23:13.760 You've been supportive of what the president's done to date, particularly in things like Venezuela, although for hemispheric defense, a lot of people are not even happy with that.
00:23:21.340 But just – let's walk through this because you're an important voice here.
00:23:25.800 Why are you disappointed with what the president's actions have been?
00:23:31.540 If there is a viable ground force that can seize and hold terrain and control terrain, then I guess air power and a decapitation strike makes more sense to me.
00:23:44.660 But clacking off against the leadership and leaving a real void right now, I'm concerned that it's going to ensue with a lot of chaos because who knows what other weapons the Iranians have stocked away and they're going to unleash on the region or what they would do inside the United States now.
00:24:08.540 So it is undoubtedly a bold move.
00:24:14.160 I hope it was the president's decision alone to do this and that he wasn't arm twisted by supporters or billionaire donors around him to do this.
00:24:22.640 They're saying now, Axios reports, that if there had been a viable diplomatic solution – and the reporting is pretty deep on this – that Kushner and Witkoff did think they were getting tapped along at the end, that the Persians really weren't addressing the issues the Americans needed to address, particularly ballistic missiles and other things about the nuclear program.
00:24:46.520 Do you believe it's a correct response that the president's put down, they can't have a nuclear weapon, and I'm not really getting anywhere in negotiations to go in and take out the leadership?
00:24:58.920 Or do you think there's so many – it's so deep in the Mula bench, in the IRGC bench, that you're just going to get even worse bad hombres up there?
00:25:07.260 Why are we so worried about nuclear weapons now if we had all these strikes a few months ago that supposedly eliminated their nuclear program?
00:25:18.640 Again, if regimes get changed by, yes, removing the top management, taking away the inevitability, but then having a viable replacement, I have yet to see any evidence that there's a viable replacement anywhere that can actually seize control of what was a significant empire.
00:25:38.340 90 million people, intelligent, hardworking, with a lot of tech and a lot of capability, is not an easy endeavor to accomplish.
00:25:50.880 And so the air power alone, I'm concerned, and I'm concerned that this is not our fight, that this is Israel's fight that we got dragged into.
00:26:02.260 And already, three Americans dead, five seriously wounded, that's troubling to me.
00:26:09.940 You said you had to have a substantial ground force to really do regime change here.
00:26:14.900 You're not implying that that would have to be an American.
00:26:17.200 You're saying Israel or some combination of UAE?
00:26:21.420 No, not Israel.
00:26:22.640 We're not UAE.
00:26:23.500 Iranians, Iranians from across the ethnic spectrum there that are willing to take up arms and go against the IRGC and free themselves.
00:26:33.600 So they have a huge army that's not IRGC.
00:26:37.140 Now, it may be equivalent to a militia.
00:26:39.980 But you're arguing that to see regime change here, that that army or some part of that organized that's not IGRC or maybe some rebel units from that are going to have to lead the Persian people against the apparatus?
00:26:53.500 Yeah, I mean, the natural option here would be the Kurds, the Kurdish, the Iraqi Kurds, supporting the Iranian Kurds to do it.
00:27:03.540 But this is an extremely bold move.
00:27:08.140 I don't know why it was decided that I had to do it now.
00:27:12.040 I'm shocked, and I'm just wondering what political pressure was brought to bear for the president to make this, because this is certainly not what he campaigned on.
00:27:20.720 Real quickly, we've got two minutes.
00:27:22.100 I know you've got to bounce.
00:27:24.000 Because I know the president respects your opinion.
00:27:26.160 If you had a chance to talk to the president today, what would be Eric Prince's recommendations to the commander-in-chief?
00:27:34.320 Don't ever contemplate ground troops in Iran.
00:27:39.500 You think that's even a possibility?
00:27:42.900 I didn't think this was a possibility today.
00:27:45.340 Over the last couple of days, Steve, I didn't really think that he was going to do it.
00:27:49.500 Eric Prince, where can people track you?
00:27:53.740 I know you've got a podcast.
00:27:54.660 You've been busy all over the world, particularly in places like Haiti, chasing down bad guys, bad hombres.
00:28:01.000 Where can people follow you, sir?
00:28:02.860 I'm on Twitter at realericdprince.
00:28:08.300 Thank you, sir.
00:28:08.980 I appreciate you taking time away on Sunday to join us, Eric.
00:28:11.740 Jack Posobiec, we've got about a minute to break.
00:28:14.020 Your observations on Eric Prince, who's been one of the president's biggest supporters, sir.
00:28:20.020 Well, Steve, nobody knows this territory better than Eric himself.
00:28:25.340 And, you know, it reminds me, in a sense, what he's talking about.
00:28:31.340 I wonder if he's drawing back from the lessons of Libya, where the United States came in, United States Navy predominantly, with airstrikes on the infrastructure, airstrikes on missile defense, the leader being taken out.
00:28:44.400 People in that case rose up, but those people ended up being rebels.
00:28:47.900 They joined in with al-Qaeda.
00:28:49.320 They joined in with ISIS.
00:28:50.800 And it led to a massive war.
00:28:52.440 Yes, I think some very tough days ahead of us, although the top of the regime, Ayatollah, Graveyard Dead, 40 of his top associates, Graveyard Dead.
00:29:07.320 They've already announced a new council.
00:29:09.020 They've got Ahmadinejad.
00:29:10.920 People forget.
00:29:12.420 Remember, he made the tour of the United States back at Columbia University years ago.
00:29:16.100 He was a quote-unquote rock star.
00:29:19.540 He's Graveyard Dead.
00:29:21.220 People loved him.
00:29:21.920 Jack, hang on.
00:29:23.540 Jack Pasova's going to be with us.
00:29:24.900 We've got Brandard Weicker, Captain Fennell.
00:29:27.480 I think they've taken out a tanker, and the Straits are her moves.
00:29:32.120 The war starts to expand.
00:29:34.620 Three Americans killed in action today, as reported by CENTCOM.
00:29:37.840 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:29:40.100 We're going to turn to the war room.

00:31:06.020 If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be free from your credit card and other debt?
00:31:12.120 Let's see if we can help you with that.
00:31:14.660 If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season, would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt?
00:31:21.720 I might have a solution.
00:31:24.020 Here's why now is the time to make a move.
00:31:26.840 This time of year, credit card and loan companies close out their books.
00:31:30.600 They clean up past due accounts.
00:31:32.900 They sell a write-off to debt to clear their books.
00:31:37.080 That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills, lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account before you're in.
00:31:45.420 That means right now, and I mean right now, you may actually have leverage.
00:31:50.500 And Done With Debt knows how to use this to your advantage.
00:31:54.960 They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.
00:31:58.960 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf.
00:32:03.980 Now's the time to get out from under crushing debt and interest payments without bankruptcy or taking on new loans.
00:32:11.480 Done With Debt goes to work for you month one with one clear goal, to reduce your total debt and leave you with more money every month.
00:32:20.800 Get started now, because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year.

00:32:36.940 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:32:40.460 Babb.
00:32:43.080 Jack Posobiec, by the way, once again, I want to thank Real America's Voice.
00:32:45.920 You're watching special Sunday coverage, and we're going to continue with this seven days a week until that time when it's not necessary to have seven-day-a-week coverage.
00:32:56.720 Because you see, so much has happened overnight and this morning.
00:33:00.280 Jack Posobiec, do you think we're going to come to a point, particularly got three casualties.
00:33:04.160 I think CENTCOM has also just reported that the missiles fired at the Lincoln did not come close, according to CENTCOM.
00:33:12.860 Do you think the president, you know, Eric Prince, a big supporter of the president, clearly in the mumble tank about this.
00:33:20.520 And Captain Fennell, I think, is going to give us a very different perspective.
00:33:24.320 Do you think the president, at some point in time, tonight, tomorrow, next couple of days, has more than the 2 o'clock in the morning video, which was very straightforward?
00:33:32.160 I mean, he laid out regime change, we're going to go to war, all of it.
00:33:36.220 Now it's a little bit of a firestorm on Capitol Hill about what exactly is the authorization.
00:33:40.600 Do you think it behooves the commander-in-chief to come forward either tonight or over the next day or two and actually lay out what the plan is and what we're prepared to sacrifice to execute this?
00:33:52.160 Well, Steve, unquestionably, the American people want to know what the plan is.
00:33:58.500 The American people want to hear from their president, the president that they chose, winning the popular vote, winning seven out of seven of the swing states.
00:34:05.940 The American people want to hear directly, especially as we've now seen these stunning operations across the Middle East, also hearing that four B-2 bombers flew an overnight run, pounding some of the underground ballistic missile sites there in Iran and then returning to base within the United States, similar to Operation Midnight Hammer.
00:34:25.580 So the American people want to hear, and of course, now that we have confirmed three American KIA, four to five in critical condition, the people of the United States, of course, want to hear from their president, what is the plan, what is the strategy going forward, what is the commander's desire to end state, and how long should we expect this operation to continue?
00:34:47.920 Steve, over at Human Events, we're reporting a four-week campaign is what the administration is expected to conduct, so a four-week campaign where we're going to see, just kind of like we reported yesterday, that you'll see strikes, then pause, strikes, then pause to be able to assess the battle damage.
00:35:10.400 And we told you that bigger strikes – yesterday, we told you that bigger strikes were going to be coming, and indeed, they came last night when those B-2 bombers flew in after the initial strikes took out the air defense, the early warning radars.
00:35:22.960 I do want to report – and Walicki and Kurt Mills are going to be in the second hour, and if I can get treated, we'll do that too.
00:35:30.820 There is a – and Kurt Mills tells me this is a pretty legitimate news site in Israel.
00:35:35.980 They're reporting it may be four-day.
00:35:37.600 There's another alternative for an off-rant.
00:35:39.380 The president feels that – I think they feel they've got coercive diplomacy.
00:35:44.080 If they've taken out enough of the leadership, have new leadership, they realize he's serious about a path to peace, that if they agree, there may be four days.
00:35:51.680 We'll get into that in the second hour.
00:35:53.480 Brandon Weikert, you're totally dialed in everywhere in the region.
00:35:57.020 Give us your update from – yesterday, you were great.
00:36:00.360 What's happened in the last 24 hours, sir?
00:36:02.840 Well, in the last 24 hours, Iran has managed to survive.
00:36:07.280 They have avoided having a kill shot.
00:36:10.040 Obviously, we got the Ayatollah.
00:36:12.120 But as I reported when I was writing at the National Interest a year ago, the Ayatollah was not an operational control guy.
00:36:18.920 After the 12-day war, the control of the regime shifted directly to the IRGC and military leadership.
00:36:25.920 The Ayatollah was essentially a figurehead.
00:36:28.840 So the United States and Israel has not yet gotten a kill shot in on the regime yet.
00:36:35.360 The Iranians have also failed to get –
00:36:38.760 Hang on one second.
00:36:40.140 There is reporting, though, from Israel that they have taken out a number of senior military commanders.
00:36:45.920 They have.
00:36:46.240 Talk to me about that for a second.
00:36:49.240 Who are we actually hitting the operational side?
00:36:50.880 So basically, we've gotten some top IRGC leaders.
00:36:54.500 And by we, I should say specifically the Israelis.
00:36:56.900 And this is another interesting story is that the Israelis really took the point yesterday with Phase 1 strikes.
00:37:03.880 We provided a lot of the suppression of enemy air defenses and a lot of sort of supporting role.
00:37:08.700 But it was really the Israelis who did a lot of standoff weapons, a lot of standoff attacks, BVR attacks.
00:37:14.320 And they clipped a lot of IRGC commanders.
00:37:16.980 So there's no doubt that the U.S. and Israelis have destroyed a lot of the regime's leadership.
00:37:22.400 But we've not gotten the kill shot in yet.
00:37:24.940 And I think that we're still going for that.
00:37:26.860 But we haven't gotten it yet.
00:37:28.000 The Iranians, meanwhile, are also trying to get in significant kill shots.
00:37:32.760 They've gotten some hits, but we've been able to sustain them so far.
00:37:38.560 I want to make it also very clear.
00:37:40.480 The majority of these strikes have been done, as far as I can tell, from beyond visual range,
00:37:45.720 which is very interesting because it indicates that we are still concerned about the Iranian overall air defense systems.
00:37:52.560 We've certainly degraded it, but we haven't finished it off yet.
00:37:57.000 Another issue is related to those ballistic missile strikes or attempted ballistic missile strikes on the carrier.
00:38:03.660 I was told yesterday, and I'm still trying to confirm this, but if it's true, and I think it might be,
00:38:10.480 if Cameron wants to pull up that satellite photo I sent him before we got going,
00:38:16.040 basically there's an open source intelligence group.
00:38:19.980 They took satellite photos of, there it is, of Bandar Abbas,
00:38:23.760 and they identified many of Iran's diesel electric submarines.
00:38:28.820 There's one missing, which is a FATA-class air-independent propulsion diesel electric submarine.
00:38:35.820 And I was reporting at 1945.com last week that that single submarine is a very significant threat to the carrier group
00:38:43.980 because in 25 years of war games, the U.S. Navy has shown that it cannot always detect diesel electric submarines
00:38:51.080 within torpedo range of the carrier.
00:38:53.980 And I was told that last night, or in the last 24 hours, and it's related to those ballistic missiles, Steve,
00:39:00.940 that the Iranians attempted to, with that submarine, get torpedo hits into the carrier USS Abraham Lincoln,
00:39:10.300 and our carrier group managed to sink the submarine.
00:39:13.220 Now, that is not confirmed, but as I wrote at 1945.com last week,
00:39:18.560 if the Iranians really wanted to try to hit the carrier,
00:39:21.820 they're going to need to do both ballistic missile swarms plus the diesel electric attempted attack.
00:39:28.200 So it looks like this might be connected to that.
00:39:31.060 Thus far, the Iranians have not gotten in that kill shot, thank God.
00:39:36.100 Hang over one second.
00:39:38.040 We're referring to Captain Fennell and Jack, two naval intelligence officers.
00:39:41.500 As people know, they were in 79 and 80.
00:39:43.760 I was there on a destroyer, a combatant.
00:39:45.860 My brother later, a Navy helicopter pilot, a LAMPS pilot, was on the Reasoner, a frigate.
00:39:52.960 Our focus and job, Captain Fennell, as you know, was not just plane guard,
00:39:57.380 but was ASW for any back then potential Soviets if there was the fast attack of the Soviets were to get involved.
00:40:03.840 And how much does that concern you, Captain Fennell, to know that they may have a diesel boat,
00:40:08.780 they actually slip out of Straits of Hormuz, and even potentially threaten the strike group, sir?
00:40:17.240 Well, we know that the Iranian naval order battle had somewhere from 28 to 30 submarines.
00:40:23.060 So this is not a surprise.
00:40:25.420 It's not some kind of a secret that they would try to use their naval forces to try to go after us.
00:40:31.180 But I think the reality is, is that we have been there for—Lincoln's been there for at least two weeks
00:40:36.200 with her support ships and her submarines that are in escort of the strike group,
00:40:41.860 and they have had what we call air supremacy and sea supremacy.
00:40:47.500 And so they are watching the undersea domain.
00:40:50.100 There are assets there that can provide information on where this is.
00:40:54.180 And so the Iranians can try it.
00:40:55.760 They may get lucky.
00:40:57.500 That's the risk of war.
00:40:59.200 But I think at this point, we haven't seen anything even close to getting near our carriers.
00:41:05.140 The fact of the matter is, we have knowledge of where they are.
00:41:08.680 And so even before that slipped out, we knew if it was leaving.
00:41:12.100 So I think it probably slipped out before combat operations started,
00:41:16.520 since we've already seen them attack and sink a Jamar class—
00:41:20.420 this Jamar class—not class, but this Jamar frigate that was in a base in Shabahar,
00:41:27.720 which people are talking about now.
00:41:29.720 Let me go back.
00:41:31.140 You said air superiority, air supremacy, air dominance.
00:41:36.720 To Brandon's thing, that we're still doing standoff.
00:41:39.060 Do you think that we've taken out—I mean, is there any knowledge you have that we have taken out
00:41:43.680 the Iranians' air defense and that we can have at them at will?
00:41:49.860 I think the Iranian air defense was already severely degraded in the strikes in June.
00:41:56.080 And then since then, and with all due respect to Brandon,
00:41:59.060 he just told us that we had B-2s that flew from continental United States
00:42:03.140 and flew over Iran and delivered ordnance.
00:42:05.100 We have Iranian or Israeli Air Force taking out two or three Iranian fighters,
00:42:13.520 two F-5s and one F-4, that we're trying to take off at Tabriz.
00:42:17.040 So we're operating over the country.
00:42:19.420 We have—and doctrinally, the Air Force calls it air superiority,
00:42:23.280 where you have control for a time,
00:42:25.140 and air supremacy when you have more time, long duration, and greater geographic areas.
00:42:30.960 So I believe that we're in the air supremacy phase.
00:42:34.020 You can call it air dominance, but doctrinally, it's called air supremacy.
00:42:37.120 And I think we're operating at will over Iran, with due regard,
00:42:40.960 because there are man-pads, man-portable air defense systems, handheld things that can still be a threat.
00:42:47.580 But for the most part, there are no strategic SAMs left in Iran that I am aware of
00:42:53.020 that are being effectively employed.
00:42:54.780 So we are, what I said yesterday, we're in the process of defanging the Iranian military regime.
00:43:02.960 We have to take out their missiles, as the president said, the missiles, missile production industry.
00:43:08.180 We have to take out their Navy and all these coastal defense, cruise missile sites, and artillery sites.
00:43:13.720 They have to be taken out.
00:43:15.360 And we're doing that in a systematic way.
00:43:18.020 There was over 900 sorties from the U.S. side, attacks, probably with TLAM and aircraft.
00:43:25.620 If you have two carriers, 200 sorties a day, that's at least 400 sorties flying off of the Ford and the Lincoln.
00:43:32.780 And then the rest are from our ground-based air assets and TLAM.
00:43:36.300 So we're going through the target list, and then we'll be going back systematically down that list,
00:43:43.360 going for things that we may have missed, and then being on call for what we call time-sensitive targets.
00:43:49.940 So there's no reason to celebrate.
00:43:51.800 There's no reason to be negative either.
00:43:54.460 We're in the war right now, and we're going forward.
00:43:58.900 And I think what's really interesting is we haven't seen a lot from CENTCOM.
00:44:03.340 We haven't seen a lot from the Pentagon with the president either, because this is deadly serious.
00:44:08.540 And so for the past 35 years with CNN, when we did Desert Storm and we watched Baghdad, Bob tell us there was no problems,
00:44:17.000 we have been in this age of information where we expect to be hand-fed all this information.
00:44:23.040 And I think President Trump and his team recognize we're at war.
00:44:27.080 People's lives, Americans' lives are at risk, and our allies' friends are at risk.
00:44:31.360 And we're not going to be involved with being so concerned about running a public affairs campaign as we are more focused on taking out and defanging the Iranians
00:44:40.900 and taking out their senior leadership, which is what the president said they're about to do and are doing.
00:44:47.160 Captain, hang on. Jack, hang on.
00:44:48.840 Brandon, to what Cam Fornell is saying, it does look like there's a very systematic approach to just let's go through step by step.
00:44:57.320 So what's surprising is that the IGRC and all the legendary strength of the Iranian military, it doesn't seem to be particularly systematic.
00:45:09.540 It seems to be kind of a pop gun, you know, a hit here, a hit there.
00:45:13.360 I think they've hit Jerusalem. I think they've hit Tel Aviv.
00:45:16.140 They've hit some of the Gulf states.
00:45:18.220 Nothing seems particularly organized or systematic.
00:45:21.220 Your thoughts on that?
00:45:22.280 Yeah. No, that's very key.
00:45:23.820 But before, I wasn't commenting on the B-2 strikes.
00:45:26.280 I was speaking about the general sort of situation.
00:45:28.860 But yes, there's no doubt that there are pockets of air supremacy that we are clearly exerting.
00:45:33.920 But my point was that we have not yet gotten the regime collapse that I think we were hoping for.
00:45:40.560 Obviously, this is a longer planned war.
00:45:44.740 But I do believe that the Trump administration was hoping the sooner the better.
00:45:48.640 So right now, the Iranians are clinging on.
00:45:50.500 You're right, though. The systematic nature in which we are dismantling a lot of those AD systems and we're degrading them is very helpful.
00:45:58.660 This is why the Iranians haven't gotten a kill shot on us.
00:46:02.600 But I do think it's imperative that we point out that the Iranians are still popping off missiles.
00:46:07.760 It may not be as coordinated as I thought they were going to be, which is good for us.
00:46:11.940 But they are still popping them off and they are getting some good shots on us.
00:46:16.800 Remember, the radar that was destroyed yesterday.
00:46:20.080 I believe there's other damage to key AD systems of ours and the Arabs.
00:46:25.220 So I would be very cognizant of that.
00:46:27.640 And I think those men that were killed were probably involved at that Bahrain base.
00:46:31.200 Brandon, hang on for one second.
00:46:33.680 Take a short commercial break.
00:46:34.760 Back for our special Sunday coverage.

00:48:01.940 Brandon, you've got to slip out.
00:48:09.780 You're going to go have a debate this morning and then come back and join us.
00:48:12.700 Any closing thoughts for this hour, sir?
00:48:14.340 I think that we are still in the thick of this thing.
00:48:18.060 I would be very, very cautious about spiking the football right now.
00:48:22.440 The Iranians, I think, still have many capabilities they've not brought to bear.
00:48:26.920 Hopefully they won't.
00:48:27.900 But I would definitely not think this thing is over by a long shot.
00:48:32.060 The president needs to address the nation.
00:48:34.360 As you know, I used to work on the Hill and a former friend of mine who's a Democrat texted me something this morning.
00:48:41.320 I don't know if it's true or not, but the Democrats are apparently claiming that the Rubio did not share all intelligence with the Gang of Eight before this began.
00:48:50.740 So there could be real political complications going forward if we don't wrap this thing up quickly and successfully.
00:48:56.880 That is a big controversy.
00:48:58.700 We'll get into that in the second hour.
00:49:00.040 Also, Brandon, I know you're working on another huge book on hemispheric defense, but can we put up – if everybody wants a quick primer on this situation, on the long war against the Persians, the Iranians, your book, Shadow War, is a great way to start.
00:49:15.860 If people want to catch up, can we get the cover there?
00:49:18.000 Where do they get that, Brandon, in your writings?
00:49:20.300 Anywhere books are sold.
00:49:22.100 You can get them on Amazon.
00:49:23.320 It's usually the easiest.
00:49:24.220 They haven't censored me yet.
00:49:26.040 Also, I write under the pseudonym nowadays on a NatSec guy on Emerald.TV, and I am the Wednesday night host of the National Security Hour on AmericaOutloud.news.
00:49:38.880 You can find that on iHeart every Wednesday at 8 p.m. Eastern.
00:49:42.560 Thank you, sir.
00:49:43.100 Look forward to seeing you back in the second hour.
00:49:44.520 All right, man.
00:49:45.140 Thank you.
00:49:45.700 See you next time.
00:49:46.260 Jack Posobiec, updates, observations for our first hour.
00:49:51.580 Well, Steve, of course, we're starting to now see elements of the Iranian response to this while U.S. and Israeli strikes continue.
00:50:00.860 Israel also conducting a bombing campaign of Tehran, as we speak, a very powerful bombing campaign.
00:50:06.920 We're also, and again, we saw those American B-2 bombers.
00:50:09.600 We're reporting that.
00:50:10.620 Yesterday, I came on here and briefed that we're likely seeing these shaping operations, suppression of enemy air defense to pave the way for those B-2 bombers, the larger strikes.
00:50:21.320 That's exactly what happened.
00:50:22.560 And we're seeing Iran conduct asymmetric warfare.
00:50:26.800 Iran is not just attacking U.S. military and coalition military.
00:50:31.920 Iran is attacking economic implements, economic infrastructure, tankers, oil platforms off the Emirates.
00:50:38.720 They're attacking Dubai, the port of Jebel Ali.
00:50:41.700 They're attacking the U.S. partners all across the Gulf.
00:50:45.140 And it appears that Iran's strategy is to be able to attack U.S. U.S. naval assets, U.S. military assets when possible, but also employing asymmetric warfare.
00:50:56.940 This is what the IRGC does.
00:50:59.020 This is their top TTP because they think that those countries can put pressure on the United States to sue for peace.
00:51:08.040 So they think they're going to continue these economic attacks, whether it be these business regions, financial regions like Dubai, these ports, or being able to go in and then, of course, attack the oil platforms as well all across the Gulf.
00:51:22.820 Captain Fennell, let's talk about the Straits of Hormuz and tankers and oil.
00:51:27.200 And also, I'm not sure I totally understand the Iranians' logic for trying to go after the Gulf Emirates at least in the first couple of days.
00:51:35.920 I mean, they're hitting, I think, Dubai.
00:51:38.420 They hit Doha.
00:51:39.800 I think they hit, obviously, Bahrain, but even Saudi Arabia.
00:51:43.280 What's their strategy?
00:51:44.520 And are they going to have an impact on oil and the ability to get oil out of the Straits of Hormuz?
00:51:51.620 Well, Steve, by just declaring that they were closing the strait, that pretty much started the decline.
00:51:57.060 If you look at AIS, Automatic Identification System, tracking through the strait, it was starting to go down when they made the announcement.
00:52:04.100 Then there's this attack that was in the port in Oman, right there, south of Kesham Island, Bandar Abbas.
00:52:12.820 So virtually now there's no traffic going through.
00:52:16.160 There's reports of 150, 200 tankers sitting well outside, south of the strait, waiting.
00:52:21.540 So that will spike the oil price, no question.
00:52:23.720 But the larger issue is, and my assessment is, is that, and we talk about this when we talk about China, about this impact of Xi and the purging of his generals and admirals, and we talk about the impact on the PLA.
00:52:37.520 But what we're seeing here in Iran is this decapitation of these 40 leaders plus others.
00:52:43.720 There's reports now today of riot police are being targeted also by our strikes, Operation Epic Fury.
00:52:51.800 And so we're going after the people that are terrorizing the people of Iran.
00:52:55.960 But it's like if you're a patient and you've been in a car wreck and you're in shock, and what they need to do is get you to the hospital immediately, and then they need to get you on medicine.
00:53:07.140 They need to get an IV hooked up, and you need to be stabilized, and you should take no more shock.
00:53:12.180 But what we're finding out is that the Iranians are continuing to be attacked.
00:53:16.700 We had the B-2 strikes that we talked about, even in this press release from CENTCOM that just said that the alleged ballistic missile strikes or attack against the USS Abraham Lincoln didn't even come close.
00:53:28.760 And more importantly, it said in the second part of that announcement, that press release, flight operations continue.
00:53:35.660 So we're continuing to pound Tehran.
00:53:38.540 And so what we're seeing is a reaction, it could have been the last best orders that those on-scene missile brigade commanders received from their leadership a week ago, two weeks ago, who knows.
00:53:50.940 But we're not seeing anything that's coordinated.
00:53:53.460 It seems sporadic.
00:53:54.720 It seems obviously to attack their Gulf neighbors.
00:53:57.340 Does that surprise you, given their order of battle in naval forces, given their order of battle in air defense and air forces,
00:54:05.640 given the supposedly strict discipline they had, we only got about a minute,
00:54:09.740 does that surprise you that even with the American-Israeli hits and on their common air,
00:54:15.500 that it doesn't seem to be a more organized strike back?
00:54:20.780 I think they're in shock, and their command and control has been destroyed or severely degraded.
00:54:25.820 And that's why we're not seeing anti-ship cruise missile attacks or anything at all against our fleet, which is good.
00:54:31.200 But we can't take that for granted.
00:54:32.860 We have to worry about mines as well, and these submarines.
00:54:36.340 No question about that.
00:54:37.800 But we are in the advantage, and we need to keep pressing until we defang them and destroy the military capability.
00:54:44.220 The political stuff we can talk about later.
00:54:46.980 We're going to talk about it.
00:54:47.940 Real quickly, you had said you were always concerned Venezuela and the first strike were not,
00:54:52.240 like the Chinese Communist Party will counter in, you'll have to do these in a situation where you're getting counter.
00:54:58.060 Are you, are you, are you, do you put this at that level of counter that you were concerned about, hitting American forces?
00:55:07.340 It still could happen.
00:55:08.580 We have to be on our guard.
00:55:10.040 We have to be on our guard.
00:55:11.500 This is not over.
00:55:12.540 It's weeks away.
00:55:14.740 Captain Fennell, hang on.
00:55:16.060 You can stick around for a while.
00:55:17.740 Thank you for doing this today.
00:55:19.060 Jack Posobiec, hang on.
00:55:20.860 We're going to have a powerful second hour.
00:55:23.740 Rabbi Walicki is going to join us from Jerusalem.
00:55:25.800 D. Kurt Mills is going to join us.
00:55:28.180 Brian Kennedy, Frank Gaffney, Posobiec, everybody.
00:55:31.620 I think maybe now's the time to understand what we talk about, a hedge against geopolitical risk.
00:55:37.660 Take your number two pencil and write that down.
00:55:40.280 Birch Gold, take your phone out.
