00:06:44.200 that these intelligence agencies are focused on putting America first, on safeguarding America,

00:06:49.840 and not demonizing traditional American values, I mean, this is what happened under Biden. So this

00:06:57.020 is all happening in the fall of 2021. And that's when the CIA releases this document. And it is

00:07:04.720 as though the CIA was living on an entirely different planet. They thought traditional

00:07:10.160 motherhood and homemaking were essentially code words for white supremacy, white nationalist

00:07:18.200 movements here. And they're going after it. So they're acting as though the world and America

00:07:25.100 is so far feminist that even the idea of traditional homemaking, traditional motherhood,

00:07:32.700 that these things are essentially suspect. And that's what we saw. And this document is very

00:07:38.500 revealing because it goes through and they're looking at this supposed threat from white

00:07:44.720 extremists. And of course, there are some very unsavory figures that advocate for a white

00:07:55.260 ethnostate and for various other things. But I mean, they're irrelevant. They're off the side

00:08:00.900 of the track. Like we're talking here, in the last few weeks, we've seen multiple radical Islamist

00:08:07.280 attacks in the United States. And yet they're focused, you know, in 2021, this was the time

00:08:14.500 when the Biden administration was looking at concerned parents and comparing them to domestic

00:08:19.680 terrorists. They were working with the National School Boards Association to put out a document

00:08:24.760 comparing moms and dads who are sick and tired of schools being closed in COVID, of teachers

00:08:31.220 pushing gender ideology and critical race theory on their kids. And these parents were willing to

00:08:38.100 speak up at school board meetings, and the Biden White House essentially said they're domestic

00:08:42.720 terrorists. It's in that context, and this is the same context, by the way, that the Southern

00:08:48.940 Poverty Law Center's then president, Margaret Wong, was bragging to her donors about the Biden

00:08:56.420 administration bringing her in to advise them on the domestic terror threat. And this is a group,

00:09:02.820 the Southern Poverty Law Center, as I wrote in my first book, Making Hate Pay, they raised their

00:09:08.780 money by comparing mainstream conservative and Christian organizations to chapters of the Ku Klux

00:09:14.680 Klan. They put them on the same map. They decided to put Moms for Liberty on that map, and they put

00:09:21.100 Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA on that map last year, right before the Charlie Kirk assassination.

00:09:28.360 And this same map has been used to target conservatives here in D.C. The Family Research

00:09:34.740 Council nearly suffered a terrorist attack, and the guy who committed it actually pleaded guilty

00:09:41.060 to domestic terrorism charges. But he came to the Family Research Council with a bag of Chick-fil-A

00:09:48.260 sandwiches and a semi-automatic handgun and planned to shoot everyone in the building and

00:09:54.100 smear a Chick-fil-A sandwich in their faces. And thank God he was prevented from doing this by a

00:10:01.360 brave building manager, a man named Leo Johnson, a true hero who took a shot in the arm protecting

00:10:07.920 the lives of all these people. But this terrorist said he used the Southern Poverty Law Center's

00:10:13.740 hate map to target the Family Research Council. And so this is, you know, the Southern Poverty

00:10:19.360 Law Center, I consider them the worst of the worst. They consistently smear mainstream conservatives

00:10:26.240 and Christians, comparing them to terrorists, comparing them to the Klan, by putting them on

00:10:31.200 this map. Your book, and I want everybody to go get the book, and they're terrible. And they've

00:10:38.600 done this forever because they fear they can choke down donors if they put Moms for Liberty or

00:10:43.080 Charlie Kirk and the Turning Point team. And they're awful. And we've got to deconstruct it.

00:13:47.920 are going to be in 10, 20, 30 years, sometimes even less than that. And you're looking at fiscal

00:13:54.160 insolvency, where you have all these elderly people who are retiring, not being replaced by

00:14:00.920 a new generation to work and to take care of them in many cases. And so we're looking at economic

00:14:14.560 midst of this crisis, it's a real demographic crisis, we have the CIA going after traditional

00:22:49.740 one, that the systems as they exist today, the advanced AI systems, large language models such

00:22:56.640 as Claude from Anthropic, that they are inherently unpredictable and uncontrollable. They have all

00:23:05.260 these tendencies towards self-preservation and a kind of self-will. Now, Russell goes on to suggest

00:23:12.080 that we could create AI systems that would serve humanity. I would perhaps disagree with him on

00:23:19.180 that as well as his political opinions, but he knows these systems up and down. And it was with

00:23:27.840 great interest that I saw some of the excerpts from the court filings put in by Anthropic. If

00:23:34.660 Denver will throw up just the screenshot of a recent Wired article just came out highlighting

00:23:41.040 some of Anthropic's counter arguments to the Department of War. A lot of people think that

00:23:47.920 the issue is that Anthropic would be able to directly control Claude. So just for the War Room

00:23:57.060 audience's understanding, the way it works is you have Maven Smart Systems, Palantir. This system

00:24:05.340 is now being integrated across the entire military. Maven Smart Systems includes access to

00:24:13.540 large language models, such as Claude or ChatGPT, or if they ever get good enough, XAI's Grok.

00:24:22.320 And what they will do is ask, for instance, Claude, what is a valid target? What are the

00:24:30.740 ways in which we can get to that target? Once the target is hit, ask for an analysis of the

00:24:38.100 success of that target. Now, the Department of War's complaint is that Claude would refuse

00:24:46.720 certain directives, and they are blaming Anthropic for it. Now, it's true, Anthropic did train the

00:24:55.180 model. Anthropic trained their AI in a specific fashion. But what is not true is the idea that

00:25:04.220 they somehow have programmed it directly to do this thing or that thing, or that they would have

00:25:10.460 direct access through Palantir's API or Amazon Web Services is simply not how it works. The way

00:25:18.320 the models work is they are trained, not programmed, or they are grown, not crafted.

00:25:26.620 And once the model, this virtual brain has been created, it has a kind of will of its own.

00:25:32.920 And one of the most unfortunate or dangerous parts of having a model that has a sort of will

00:25:40.980 of its own is it can and will lie. If Denver will just throw up the graphic for the omniscience

00:25:48.140 index, this is a really important test, a benchmark for AIs. And the way it works is they run the

00:25:57.020 model through a series of tests on business, on science and law, whatever. And you can see that

00:26:02.700 the top performing models here, such as Google's Gemini or GPT from OpenAI or Claude from Grok,

00:26:11.920 that those that are most accurate on this test are also the most likely to hallucinate. They're

00:26:18.500 the most likely when they don't know the answer to the question. We're talking about AIs. When

00:26:23.320 they don't know the answer to the question, they simply make it up and they can't stop these models

00:26:30.020 from doing it. Again, it just gets worse the more advanced the model. It seems that the more

00:26:36.080 advanced a model gets, the less able they are to control it, and the less certain they are

00:26:43.520 that the answers they're getting are truthful answers, that they're not just simply making it

00:26:48.820 up. I'm highlighting this because we're told again and again that if you don't adopt it,

00:26:53.260 you're getting left behind. But if you adopt something you cannot trust, just like you bring

00:26:58.700 in a human you cannot trust you have to ask who really is going to get left behind in this equation

00:27:04.640 um this is why two things we got to fully stop any supplying of the chinese communist party of

00:27:13.440 anything regarding this chips the ecosystem of training education our best engineering schools
