00:00:24.780 that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people had a
00:00:33.040 conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my country
00:00:40.820 this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann
00:00:47.580 monday 30 march year of our lord 2026 uh first hour giving an update where there's going to be
00:00:56.560 a press um caroline's going to take the podium at 1 p.m eastern daylight time of course real
00:01:02.000 america's voice will be covering that wall the wall the president said that shortly his quote
00:01:07.420 uh he will the world will see his response to this uh broadening out of the attacks by the
00:01:14.220 iranians both in kuwait and in israel uh and we're standing by for that also we're trying to track
00:01:21.460 down and i think it looks like they may have iranians may have hit the pipeline or attempted
00:01:25.400 to hit the pipeline from abu dhabi there are two pipelines saudis have one in the um uae has one
00:01:31.480 that gets uh oil to the uh to the red sea uh doesn't have to go out the straight we'll get
00:01:37.740 to all that uh chip roy's going to join us a moment first off michael kunzler from um sir
00:01:44.280 i want to make sure that all family pharmacy people know that uh you are not the war room
00:01:49.800 binky i just put you i don't put you on here after we have the war news all the time but
00:01:54.560 the reviews we have from the war and posse getting back to us has just been outstanding
00:01:59.280 on the service you're providing can you walk us through it one more time i want to make sure
00:02:02.820 everybody takes advantage not just of the sales but actually understand what you guys are trying
00:02:08.500 to accomplish because i think we saw from bobby kennedy taking the stage at cpac on saturday
00:02:12.700 afternoon and just what a magnificent job he did that the fight for medical freedom goes far beyond
00:02:18.180 just fighting big pharma with bobby kennedy it also you can't have medical freedom till you have
00:02:23.720 the freedom to actually talk to a physician a pharmacist and get the drugs that you need
00:02:28.900 at the cost and the timing of when you need them, sir?
00:02:34.740 Yeah, so we've been fighting medical freedom now for over six years.
00:02:39.040 To us, it stands as the individual's ability to order prescriptions,
00:02:44.200 medications that may fit their lifestyle need,
00:02:47.500 requesting them to a physician,
00:02:49.780 not having a physician prescribe them
00:02:52.980 only when it's appropriate in the eyes of the physician, right?
00:02:56.520 So we still go through our similar processes.
00:02:58.900 of a doctor reviewing the profile, speaking with a patient and making sure it's safe and effective.
00:03:04.320 But if it's the patient approaching the doctor saying, hey, I believe this medication will help
00:03:08.640 me. I believe this is something I should be stocked up on for allergy season, for flu season,
00:03:13.920 for summer travels, whatever the case may be, that's medical freedom. Having year-round access
00:03:19.560 to medications that fit your needs, that fit your lifestyle, and that are only safe and effective.
00:03:25.380 And so we've been battling this for six years. You can go directly on our website, place your orders. We can get it to you as soon as, you know, one to four business days. Our number one goal is convenience. We're trying to make life easier because the health care system is broken and it makes every individual who tries to use it miserable.
00:03:46.980 It is such a frustrating thing to deal with the American health system nowadays, waiting on a doctor, waiting on a pharmacy, waiting on somebody else other than yourself.
00:03:56.840 Now you can put the power in your own hands, place your own orders, request these prescriptions from a physician.
00:04:02.840 You can have an open conversation with a doctor.
00:04:05.340 You can have an open conversation with a pharmacist where they're actually going to speak with you.
00:04:09.700 They're going to listen and they're going to give you their medical expertise rather than them at a corporate pharmacy telling you go to aisle three or the bottom left corner.
00:04:19.120 You can find an NSAID that might fit your need.
00:04:21.740 We're going to we have pharmacists that will have an in-depth conversation.
00:04:24.540 We have doctors that will have an in-depth conversation with individual Americans.
00:04:30.900 Take advantage of this.
00:04:32.680 They built this company around this.
00:04:34.400 The feedback for people have done it.
00:04:36.020 The feedback is amazing.
00:04:37.600 One more time, both website and phone number, Michael, where do people go today to start
00:04:43.820 to engage with your team?
00:04:45.520 Because that's the beginning of the process.
00:04:47.620 Engage with the team, go to the website, get the information, but then actually talk to
00:04:51.460 somebody.
00:04:51.860 Where do people go today?
00:04:53.840 So you can go to allfamilypharmacy.com backslash Bannon.
00:04:57.620 We still have the Bannon 25 coupon.
00:05:00.180 Obviously, you know, things are still going on in Iran.

00:06:01.520 chip roy i want to i want you to because you're kind of going full spectrum dominance on so many
00:06:10.900 topics and issues related to the sovereignty of this nation the hill newspaper one of their
00:06:16.040 stories this morning is chip roy taking the lead on this situation with the illegal alien children
00:06:22.000 in schools which i guess you're going to take up to the supreme court also you're running for
00:06:27.460 attorney general as attorney general you've come out on full spectrum dominance on this issue
00:06:32.780 of sharia law first of all talk to me about the illegal what is this a supreme court ruling you
00:06:38.320 think it could be overturned what is going on here with uh with uh because i know it's a massive
00:06:44.100 burden for the taxpayers uh in uh in texas and the families that the the schools are overwhelmed now
00:06:51.240 so what is this whole issue this story that's in the hill newspaper this morning
00:06:55.160 yeah steve thanks for having me on and first of all thanks for presenting this as it is which is
00:07:00.300 the full spectrum uh approach and the reality of what we're dealing with as a nation in terms of
00:07:04.680 our sovereignty the wide open borders which are tied to the issue of the march of islam
00:07:08.820 all of which is tied to this issue of pleyler v do medical benefits health care benefits but also
00:07:14.240 what we're dealing with uh on birthright citizenship which is before the court on wednesday
00:07:18.320 so let's kind of take them all in chunks but starting with pleyler v do this issue of uh how
00:07:23.860 you deal with educating illegal alien children. In a Supreme Court opinion in the early 1980s,
00:07:29.520 1982, the court ruled, held erroneously, wrongly, like Roe was wrongly decided, it held that Texas
00:07:37.640 must fund the education of illegal alien children. I think that was a terrible ruling.
00:07:46.620 And now we are, what, 40 years later, and Texas has borne the brunt of this issue, and it is one of the primary magnets for the flood of people coming here illegally.
00:07:59.860 If you take that issue, you look at it and you recognize that there is no provision in the United States Constitution that says that the taxpayers of Texas or any other state in the union must fund the education of children who are illegally present.
00:08:14.140 We held a hearing on it as chairman of the subcommittee on the Constitution.
00:08:18.360 I prioritized this issue.
00:08:20.200 We had witnesses in front of us.
00:08:21.980 My friend Mandy Drogan, who works for the Texas Public Policy Foundation, she testified
00:08:26.000 at the extraordinary expenses that then flow to the American people, the extent to which
00:08:31.200 English as a second language adds burdens and then makes the schools less effective
00:08:35.040 for the citizen children, and the extent to which the federal government limits our ability
00:08:39.380 even to collect the data.
00:08:41.060 So we're pushing on collecting the data.
00:08:42.840 We're pushing on the unconstitutionality of where I should say the wrongfulness of the
00:08:47.760 opinion, saying that it would be unconstitutional for Texas to say, wait a minute, we don't
00:08:51.840 have a burden or a requirement to educate illegal alien children.
00:08:56.640 So that's a really important issue.
00:08:58.440 I'll be fighting it as attorney general.
00:09:00.800 We should have fought this a long time ago, set up the case.
00:09:04.480 I do believe some school districts are starting to push in Texas.
00:09:08.240 Mississippi's got one they've set up, some others.
00:09:10.100 This is going to be an issue in the next year or two.
00:09:12.840 As Attorney General, I'll lead that fight.
00:09:14.740 Birthright citizenship is the same thing.
00:09:17.020 President Trump and his administration on day one rightly issued an executive order.
00:09:22.060 I held a hearing on this as the chairman of the subcommittee on the Constitution.
00:09:25.660 I led a brief that I wrote along with my friend Chuck Cooper that we filed on this issue of birthright citizenship that is before the court right now.
00:09:34.840 The court, I believe, got it.
00:09:37.500 The law, I think, has misinterpreted the court's ruling from back in the late 1800s.
00:09:42.900 And now the Trump administration is rightly saying, wait a minute, these are not folks
00:09:47.500 that are subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
00:09:49.500 These are people who are legally present.
00:09:51.460 China and other countries are running profit centers to basically make Chi-Com citizens
00:09:56.160 who are now over in China because they came over, had a baby and went back.
00:09:59.560 Now you've got people coming here and illegal aliens who get citizenship simply because
00:10:03.880 they were birthed on American soil, which is not at all what the 14th Amendment says.
00:10:07.560 We make that clear in our rulings.
00:10:08.880 I hope the Supreme Court will do that this week.
00:10:11.100 That would be a really important ruling to defend the president of the United States.
00:10:14.420 As attorney general, I'll be fighting that issue no matter what happens in the court
00:10:17.820 this week.
00:10:18.500 We've got to continue to fight it.
00:10:20.220 Texans can no longer allow that to continue.
00:10:22.560 And Sharia, I mean, look, what more can we say than the extent to which Islam is on the
00:10:26.980 march?
00:10:28.080 330 mosques in the state of Texas.
00:10:30.200 Keith Self and I co-founded the Sharia Free America Caucus to highlight this issue.
00:10:34.460 We've been working with Amy Meck, the great people at Rare.
00:10:37.380 Tommy Robinson came up to the Hill.
00:10:38.960 We focused, and look, I explained, stop blaming this on radical Islam or some subset of folks.
00:10:46.340 This is an overarching theme for the Muslims come to the United States to wage jihad against
00:10:51.120 the West, take over the West, undermine our Christian heritage, our Judeo-Christian founding
00:10:56.500 principles. All of those things are under assault. They want to destroy the West. They're called to
00:11:02.420 destroy the West. If you don't admit that, you can't win a war you don't acknowledge exists.
00:11:06.440 So you've got to secure the border. You've got to stop the flood of Islam. As Attorney General, I'll do what we haven't done enough of with all due respect. Open up the books of every nonprofit, every NGO, look at their books, and shut them down. Pull their charters. You've got to go to war with these folks, Steve.
00:11:22.680 let me as attorney general also because we've had the texas education board up here
00:11:29.500 they're trying to change the history books in texas the alamos uh islamic design it's insane
00:11:35.400 what they're asking for because they are insane but the people saying care is actively bringing
00:11:40.940 there's going to be another one i think april 7th make sure people under know what day because
00:11:45.280 they can go testify but care is is organizing people come i thought care was a terrorist
00:11:50.880 organization is designated by the governor of the state what is you as attorney general are we
00:11:56.860 finally going to get the muslim brotherhood and care shut down in the state of texas because i
00:12:00.780 think people as they we push now to get more meat on the bone on this sharia law proposition people
00:12:06.840 are very frustrated that cares like in austin every day uh talking smack to the citizens of texas sir
00:12:12.780 no that's exactly right and the governor was correct to make that declaration uh i support
00:12:19.120 that declaration, and he did it for CARE and the Muslim Brotherhood. And people don't understand
00:12:24.460 what I just pointed out, which is there are some, according to Amy Mack and our friends at Rare,
00:12:29.200 there are 600 organizations across the country and operating in Texas heavily that are funded by,
00:12:36.680 you know, foreign nationals, funded by Middle Eastern countries, funded through channels
00:12:41.720 involving and surrounding the Muslim Brotherhood and CARE, all of whom are operating to advance
00:12:47.420 the march of islam through texas and through america on purpose what we're seeing in dearborn
00:12:52.760 new york minneapolis that's alive and well in plano texas houston uh throughout the state of
00:12:58.440 texas and that truth what you're seeing people are just you know sick to their stomach of watching
00:13:03.360 these you know people down on prayer rugs right off you know right next to the uh 9-11 memorial
00:13:08.880 over the last 25 years i'm going to answer your question over the last 25 years we've allowed in
00:13:14.180 almost 5 million people from majority Muslim countries over the 25 years since 9-11. That is
00:13:20.940 not what a nation does that wants to protect itself. We've done the opposite of what we should
00:13:25.700 have done after 9-11. Care is emblematic of that. The governor is right. The attorney general, I'm
00:13:30.820 telling you, we've got to look at the books. We've got to pull the charters, yank them, shut them
00:13:36.940 down, and go after all of these entities using the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, going after them
00:13:41.700 for their violations of other state statutes.
00:13:44.700 The state passed more statutes last year
00:13:46.780 to be able to go after this epic city.
00:13:49.100 Use every single one of them.
00:13:50.500 Go on full offense.
00:13:52.040 We have got to be aggressive in shutting them down
00:13:54.240 or we will lose not just the state, but the country.
00:13:57.560 It's a central pillar of our security and safety.
00:14:00.760 You can't stay safe with open borders.
00:14:03.140 You can't stay safe with Islam on the march.
00:14:05.320 You can't stay safe if you've got cartels
00:14:08.320 and other entities operating here
00:14:09.800 and criminals on our streets
00:14:10.760 because judges put them on the streets.
00:14:12.500 You've got to have an attorney general who's done it,
00:14:14.360 who's doing it, working in real time to do it in Congress,
00:14:17.560 and who's actually prosecuted cases in court,
00:14:20.160 who's gone to court.
00:14:21.400 My opponent has never been in a courtroom.
00:14:23.440 My opponent has never actually worked in law.
00:14:25.780 My opponent has never been in a law firm.
00:14:27.620 My opponent has never had to do briefs.
00:14:29.440 He's never had to do anything legal at all
00:14:31.140 because he's a trust fund kid
00:14:32.360 who's trying to buy the election.
00:14:34.220 Texas is not for sale.
00:14:38.260 Chip, we've got about 20 seconds.
00:14:39.820 Where do people go for your campaign and social media?
00:14:43.180 ChipRoy.com, ChipRoyTX on x slash Twitter.
00:14:46.760 Look, we've got a country and a nation to save.
00:14:48.900 We do not have time for on-the-job training.
00:14:51.280 You've got to have somebody in there who can do the job.
00:14:53.260 Thanks, Steve.
00:14:55.720 Chip, thank you.
00:14:56.840 Quite powerful.
00:14:57.740 Thank you, brother.
00:14:58.600 Short break.
00:14:59.860 Think about this.
00:15:00.920 In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices.
00:15:10.860 At today's prices, those 33 ounces of gold will be worth $165,000.
00:15:20.420 Smart Americans diversify a portion of their savings into precious metals.
00:15:25.520 And that's why you need to consider buying gold from my friends at Birch Gold Group.
00:15:30.920 For thousands of years, gold has been a store of wealth.
00:15:34.940 And today, it is a crucial part of any balance strategy.
00:15:38.860 Even better, Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered retirement account in gold.

00:16:09.980 Now that's peace of mind.
00:16:12.240 Text Bannon to 989898.
00:16:14.760 Again, my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:16:21.400 Do it today.
00:16:22.700 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:25.060 hometitlelock.com 90 percent 80 or 90 percent of your net worth is tied up in your home

00:16:38.520 even to log it let's say not even to protect it it's not there to protect it's just to log it
00:16:42.260 uh there are many different ways to get to your title artificial intelligence cyber rogue lawyer
00:16:49.280 rogue accountant rogue financial advisor rogue significant other rogue i don't know
00:16:54.360 maybe even children you know it's open field running on this thing that's why you have to
00:16:59.780 protect it the opportunity cost if somebody gets in there and it takes out a hard money loan or
00:17:04.660 tries to sell it just the legal time and the the angst anxiety and the opportunity cost you ain't
00:17:10.560 going to be listening to the war room and you're not going to be man in the ramparts because you're
00:17:14.680 going to be every second of the day you're going to be worried like how did this happen
00:17:17.940 home title lock.com home title lock.com promo code steve we keep it simple you get a 14 day
00:17:24.660 free trial on the one million dollar triple lock protection and you get to talk to natalie
00:17:28.440 dominguez and the team that's what you need to do today home title lock.com promo code steve
00:17:33.140 take away the angst take away the anxiety do it and do it today rosemary jinx uh we've got this
00:17:40.020 huge battle coming up on at the spring court on wednesday however punch bowl who's always ahead
00:17:45.680 in super inside baseball tells us the rosemary jenks and the war room and the war and posse
00:17:50.820 you're fighting an impossible battle because the k street guys the lobbyists in the republican
00:17:56.420 party that feed the republican politicians their money they don't like what we have to say in fact
00:18:02.760 they think president trump's policies of uh of sealing the border and mass deportations they
00:18:09.460 think they're awful and they don't show well and oh we just got to get past the midterms and more
00:18:13.780 of this crap it's in punch bowl today your thoughts first of all man the donor class
00:18:18.320 don't like what you stand for man what do you got to say about that well that's nothing new
00:18:24.040 this has been we've talked about this multiple times steve the donor class is literally the
00:18:30.220 opposite of the american voters and you know this this poll just proves that that that is true i
00:18:38.880 I mean, it is literally the inverse of the polling that we did three and a half weeks ago that showed that 87 percent of Trump voters want Trump to exceed the Eisenhower level deportations.
00:18:53.480 We know the American people support deportations of illegal aliens, all of them, not just criminals.
00:18:59.820 And yet here's K Street with 88% of them saying, oh, no, no, the administration has to stop the deportations because we don't agree with it.
00:19:10.860 Well, 88% of the donors and the lobbyists, we don't care what you think because you are literally on the opposite side of the voters who put President Trump in office on this issue.
00:19:26.120 So, I mean, this is why the immigration issue, we have such a hard time getting our way because the money is on the other side. And God bless the War Room Posse for helping us at IA Project and, you know, trying to somewhat even out that balance because we've got the people on our side. They have the donors.
00:19:46.800 uh real quickly uh wednesday why is that such a big day ma'am and so much of your work is focused
00:19:55.740 on on on helping us get over this this thing why is wednesday such a big day wednesday is when the
00:20:01.920 supreme court holds its arguments on the birthright citizenship case trump's executive order to end
00:20:07.680 automatic birthright citizenship this is a crucial case we need to have the supreme court do the right
00:20:16.140 thing on this. It is very clear that subject to the jurisdiction thereof, as Chip Roy said,
00:20:23.540 does not mean that anyone born in the United States gets to be a citizen. That is ludicrous.
00:20:30.220 Except for Canada, we're the last developed country to do this, to change its laws to stop
00:20:37.440 birthright citizenship. So Wednesday is a critical day for the Supreme Court,
00:20:42.120 and that will be a critical decision for the future of our nation.
00:20:46.140 by the way and peter schweitz is one of the reasons the book was new york times bestseller
00:20:51.100 for five or six weeks because he lays it out here how the chinese communist party has weaponized it
00:20:55.680 uh real quickly the hill newspaper and and the story about chip roy also going to go back on
00:21:01.940 this issue that's really destroyed helped us try to destroy the education system in texas and many
00:21:07.160 other school systems in the country your thoughts about that man yeah this case has been a long time
00:21:12.860 coming. The Pleyler v. Doe decision needs to be challenged. Essentially, what the court said is
00:21:18.000 that at that time in 1982, the state of Texas couldn't show that the harm to Texas outweighed
00:21:27.220 the harm that would come if we didn't educate the children of illegal aliens. That situation has
00:21:33.480 changed dramatically. There is no question that the burden borne by states like Texas to educate
00:21:40.500 children of illegal aliens far exceeds the cost of not educating them and in fact sending them
00:21:49.920 home so that their home country can educate them. It's not like they're being denied an education.
00:21:56.520 They're being denied an education here in the United States where they and their families do
00:22:02.140 not belong. Rosemary, where do people go to find out about your new organization and how they can
00:22:10.100 support you, ma'am. IAProject.org is our website, IAProject.org. We're on X at IAProject. We need
00:22:19.920 all the help we can get from your audience. You guys are great. And you're going to be in,
00:22:28.240 you're going to be at the Supreme Court on Wednesday, correct? Yes, indeed. We will be
00:22:32.600 there live for the arguments. And we will be there live also. We'll get hopefully Rosemary
00:22:39.100 and the way in and the way out. Thank you, man. Appreciate you. A true warrior. Thank you.
00:22:44.940 Go to her site right now. Dave Bratz, the chairman, and they just do extraordinary,
00:22:49.940 extraordinary work. Garland Favrita joins me. I gave you a name checked you guys and gave you a
00:22:54.980 shout out from the main stage at CPAC on Friday because you warriors down in Georgia inspire
00:22:59.380 everybody. I got to tell you, brother, I'm totally corn fused of what happened on Friday. So make it
00:23:05.420 makes sense. You got Abby Lowell, you got Norm Eisen, you got the biggest guns in the progressive
00:23:10.560 left down there trying to get their hands on that evidence and get it out of there.
00:23:14.440 What happened in the court, Garland? Yeah, so Abby Lowell was the key
00:23:20.660 attorney for Fulton County. This case, as you know, started with Fulton County claiming that
00:23:28.140 the FBI violated their constitutional rights in seizing the ballots. On March 20th, the DOJ
00:23:35.400 submitted a devastating brief that just destroyed all of the arguments. You don't even have to be
00:23:42.620 an attorney to understand it. But the court, within two hours, issued this evidentiary hearing
00:23:49.480 for Friday, in spite of the fact that the plaintiffs don't have standing and cannot meet
00:23:55.120 what we call the substantive criteria. So let me just start with the most fundamental thing that's
00:24:02.560 most sensitive to me is the standing issue. There are three government agencies and two officials
00:24:09.400 who are operating in their official capacity. And they are claiming constitutional rights
00:24:16.420 violations, but none of these plaintiffs have constitutional rights. Government agencies,
00:24:21.220 as you know, don't have constitutional rights, nor do people who are operating in their official
00:24:27.800 capacities. So there really should not have been an evidentiary hearing to begin with. Then you
00:24:34.880 top that off with the fact that even if they had standing, they cannot meet the four-part
00:24:42.040 substantive test for this criminal procedure claim that they're making. And that has things
00:24:49.520 like callous disregard and that type of thing. So they really were not really even qualified to have
00:24:56.740 the hearing to begin with. But the judge, I don't know if he didn't read all the DOJ stuff,
00:25:02.000 but he ordered this hearing two hours after getting the brief. And the hearing, basically,
00:25:11.760 for the eight hours, we talked about whether or not the FBI had a callous disregard for the rights
00:25:19.260 of the plaintiffs, even though they had no constitutional rights. So in order to meet that
00:25:25.940 standard. Just to give you an idea of what the FBI did, Steve, the FBI cited five areas of probable
00:25:32.260 cause in their search warrant affidavit. They got a magistrate judge court to issue the search
00:25:38.460 warrant. Then they refined it more and down to just the clerk's area of the warehouse that they
00:25:44.460 wanted to search. They didn't break into the warehouse. They didn't harm anyone. There could
00:25:50.280 be no possible callous disregard of constitutional rights, even if the Fulton County had constitutional
00:25:58.480 rights, which they don't have.
00:26:00.060 So for all those reasons, this was a circus in some way, shape, or form.
00:26:06.060 But I think that the court is going to rule in favor of the DOJ.
00:26:10.240 The DOJ, one of the highlights of this was when they played two videos, and when we have
00:26:17.160 a longer segment, I'll get you these videos.
00:26:19.120 but uh they fulton has to show an injury and a need as well so fulton fulton county the
00:26:25.220 they showed the video in our case where the uh back in 24 when the clerk wanted the ballots to
00:26:32.220 be destroyed and the judge said we just want to which is powerful move them over or we we we got
00:26:39.940 about six got about 60 seconds eight hour hearing where do you think the judge where you think the
00:26:45.220 judge is going to come down on this? Are they going to back up? Because if we let them get the
00:26:49.400 evidence, they're going to destroy it. Everybody knows that. Where do you think the judge is going
00:26:53.940 to come out on this, Garland? Well, so the good news is that FBI has already made digital copies
00:26:59.920 of this, and they have returned the digital copies to Fulton County. So Fulton County has
00:27:07.020 no injury. The elections director says that they will just make paper airplanes out of them. They
00:27:12.540 don't care if FBI makes paper airplanes out of them. So they don't have an injury. So the judge
00:27:19.700 is going to have to come down on the side of the DOJ to maintain any credibility at all. And so I
00:27:27.220 think it's going to turn out all right. But it's just a fascinating hearing that occurred Friday,
00:27:34.400 and we were there for the entire thing. Garland, where do people go to keep up with this, man?
00:27:41.740 It's intense.
00:27:42.620 Where do they go?
00:27:44.060 VoterGA.org.
00:27:45.220 We try to keep this up to date, but things are happening down here so fast, it's hard
00:27:49.920 for us to keep up.
00:27:52.940 By the way, I wouldn't give them anything, but the digital, as long as you keep the hard
00:27:57.120 copy, Garland Faberito, great fight down there in Georgia.

00:32:10.660 Jack Basobian, I want to say thank you for changing.
00:32:15.080 This was such a huge issue and such a huge issue.
00:32:17.900 You actually changed around your Palm Sunday with the family to join us yesterday.
00:32:23.180 And I can tell you, we set off sparks because my phone blew up the entire rest of the day.
00:32:29.260 Talk to us where we are yesterday.
00:32:31.440 You know, we still haven't gotten a straight answer how it happened.
00:32:34.580 Palm Sunday services at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher were canceled
00:32:38.620 because the Israeli government officials stepped in
00:32:43.100 and wouldn't let the cardinal in charge of things see it.
00:32:46.880 And correct me if I'm wrong, Poso, this is the church.
00:32:50.540 Isn't this the church really about the sanctity of this church
00:32:55.380 and the control of this church
00:32:56.680 and to make sure this church was not being desecrated?
00:33:00.680 Wasn't this essentially why there was a call for the first crusade?
00:33:06.340 This is really the crusaders.
00:33:07.520 This is the reason for the First Crusade at the heart of it, was it not, sir?
00:33:15.160 Yes, Steve, thanks for having me on, and that's exactly right.
00:33:17.300 And, of course, the Posse members know their history about the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
00:33:21.960 Of course, we've reported on it.
00:33:23.520 We've done specials there, my brother and I, going back to 2022.
00:33:28.140 And Pope Urban, when he issued his papal call for the First Crusade,
00:33:32.240 It specifically referenced the destruction of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre by, at the time, the Caliphate, of course, as a call to arms to all Christians across Christendom to come and defend this church.
00:33:46.620 So it's a key church in Christian history.
00:33:50.600 It is referred to as the Mother Church of Christianity.
00:33:53.440 It is, of course, the site, and it was originally built by Constantine and above an even earlier site, but Emperor Constantine submitted it there, and his mother, of course, St. Helena, found the original tomb of Christ that pilgrims had already been traveling to at this time.
00:34:11.540 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. I mean, Helena, Helena, Helena was so involved in this that she actually moved to Jerusalem and spent a couple of decades there at the end of her life.
00:34:25.420 She became the top archaeologist to find actually their tomb.
00:34:29.380 I mean, she was as serious as you could get.
00:34:31.860 And she made sure that these, I mean, she took active control to make sure that this was going to, you know, the church all built to make sure that everything was taken care of and done at the highest quality.
00:34:45.340 She dedicated her life to this.
00:34:47.680 Did she not, sir?
00:34:49.720 Well, absolutely.
00:34:50.780 And, of course, when your son is the emperor, what can they say?
00:34:54.740 It's good to be the king. It's good to be the mother of the king. And so this church was set
00:35:00.720 up, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. And during the Crusades, when the Crusaders would arrive,
00:35:05.600 the Church of the Holy Sepulchre took, once again, new prominence in the church and within the
00:35:10.800 history. There's even a column that you can even see today where the Crusaders would arrive and
00:35:16.260 they would carve crosses into the stone. And this goes back almost a thousand years now. So, you
00:35:22.700 know, we're talking about something that's incredibly central to Christianity. It is the
00:35:27.680 holiest site in Christianity. It is the site of the crucifixion. It is the site of the burial. It
00:35:33.860 is the site of the resurrection. All of Easter takes place at this site, and you have the Roman
00:35:37.960 Orthodox, or excuse me, the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church both agree. It's
00:35:42.480 like the one thing, you know, that the West and the East agree on, and that's the Church Holy
00:35:48.540 sepulcher and so that's why even in times of war but but hang on i'm also totally confused
00:35:56.560 this just happened when the american government helped get it set up after i'm i'm totally
00:36:01.640 confused it's the holy land for a reason it's where christ was born it's where he taught
00:36:08.540 it's where our entire religion came from uh it's where he suffered and died this is why it's the
00:36:16.100 Holy Land. I don't understand why we are supplicants about these sites. This just has to
00:36:20.960 change, and it's going to change. It's no longer can we be a supplicant to the Muslims or a
00:36:26.600 supplicant to the Jews in this. These are Christian sites. These are Christian sites that are central
00:36:32.740 to our religion, absolutely central to our religion. Ben Harmon was on it yesterday and said,
00:36:38.020 hey, we're all temples of the Holy Spirit. You shouldn't let this... I got that. We are temples
00:36:41.660 of the holy spirit but christ manifested himself in a point in time in fact at that point in time
00:36:50.060 the entire uh humanity right everything changed and that's why these are so sacred jack uh and
00:36:57.780 and the outpouring i've gotten from people and i know you have too are people saying exactly what
00:37:01.860 are we doing here and the fecklessness of guys like huckabee and these people coming out is just
00:37:06.880 it's not acceptable and it's and we can't put ourselves in this position we must not be in
00:37:12.960 this position would christ want us in this position would the apostles want us in this
00:37:18.380 position would saint paul and all the martyrs saint stephen and saint peter and saint paul who
00:37:23.440 are all uh killed and by the way either killed by jewish authority or killed by roman authority
00:37:29.080 would they say it's acceptable for us to essentially turn over the the beating heart
00:37:34.520 of our faith to people who are not members of our faith and quite frankly not supporters of our faith
00:37:41.720 they're not supporters of our faith we have to take these back it is incumbent upon every christian
00:37:48.040 to get involved here that this is not acceptable that palm sunday we could be in a position that
00:37:54.380 that some bureaucrat or authority in the israeli government can say you're going to that the the
00:38:00.380 representative of the Holy See that is there in charge of these sites and has responsibility and
00:38:06.940 accountability of these sites is not allowed to say Palm Sunday Mass? How would the disciples
00:38:13.540 deal with that? How would the apostles deal with that? How would Christ himself deal with that?
00:38:18.940 What would they say? I think they say you got to get your act together and you got to take charge
00:38:24.100 here jack i i think i think this whole thing about we got to stop being supplicants people
00:38:30.200 running around and young men especially hey i want to be i want to be a crusader knights
00:38:34.320 templar all of that okay i got all that but we got to start with the basics those sites in the
00:38:41.160 holy land and particularly the most sacred with the church of the holy sepulcher and others have
00:38:46.680 to be in the control of not supplicants we're not asking anybody can we go say mass there it's not
00:38:53.760 acceptable. We have to be in control. And particularly if we're doing all this fighting
00:38:59.560 over there, if we're putting young men and women, the vast majority of whom are Christians in harm's
00:39:07.520 way. I mean, what are we doing here? And then we're going to let other people control our holy
00:39:11.680 sites. Your thoughts, Jack Posobiec. Steve, you're exactly right. And Church Holy Sepulcher, as I was
00:39:18.940 just saying, it's a shared ownership between the East and the West. You've also got the Coptic
00:39:25.360 churches there, the Armenians. This is the one spot where everyone agrees this is the holiest
00:39:31.920 site. And control of that and access to that goes far beyond 1948. It goes all the way back
00:39:40.120 to the beginning. It goes back to the time of the Roman Empire itself. It goes back to Byzantium.
00:39:45.020 even the Ottomans allowed access to these sites. And of course, the knowing the history of the
00:39:52.100 Crusades. And so when you look at this, what was the Cardinal trying to do? He was trying to go
00:39:56.980 there in a time of war to be a beacon on Palm Sunday, the beginning of the holiest week in
00:40:03.240 Christianity. And he had already agreed no public procession of palms, no public mass. It was going
00:40:09.320 to be a private live stream that he was going to hold and that the Patriarchate had already worked
00:40:14.660 with the authorities to get permission. He was going there, a couple of guys to run the live
00:40:18.640 stream. He was going to hold mass for the people in the Holy Land. And Steve, why? Because during
00:40:23.380 times of war, religion becomes even more important than in times of war. It's always important,
00:40:29.380 but you know what I mean. When the people are under fire, whether in Jerusalem, whether you're
00:40:34.000 in Israel or any part of the Middle East, this, and even here back home, where we are already
00:40:39.100 facing blowback, terrorist strikes, and others. This is why we need these symbols of our faith,
00:40:45.720 and we need to have access to them. And I appreciate the swift response, the swift
00:40:52.620 correction of this. But Steve, missing Mass on Palm Sunday is not something that can be made up.
00:40:58.440 This is something else that people, I think, need to understand, that you can't just go in on Monday
00:41:02.540 and say, oh, that counts for Sunday. It doesn't work that way. It doesn't work. It is daily Mass.
00:41:06.520 but hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on but that but my point is that i don't agree with that
00:41:15.060 you got to live stream it it should be the cardinals and the church's decision whether
00:41:21.300 there's going to be palm sunday mass or not not not the israeli authorities and not the muslim
00:41:26.280 authorities the christian authorities should make that decision should make that and if there's if
00:41:31.000 it's going to be because of national security you're going to keep it less than 50 it's not
00:41:34.420 about accessibility arguing about accessibility is buying the premise that they're in charge
00:41:39.280 they're not in charge this is whatever happened 1948 we're going to go back 2 000 years are you
00:41:44.440 kidding me the blood the christian blood that has been shed by the best of the best and remember
00:41:51.240 the the entire thing in the crusade is all a bunch of propaganda from the muslims and others
00:41:56.480 these were the these were the best that we had the volunteers that came from normandy
00:42:00.880 and the trek they made and what they did to make sure that you they could take back and seize the
00:42:07.440 holy land and make it safe and then the templars the knights hospitalers and others that made it
00:42:11.840 safe for pilgrims because at that time and they wanted a real pilgrimage well you did it on foot
00:42:16.760 you didn't fly in any airport and and grab a uber and truck over you did it on foot so so this whole
00:42:23.120 thing about accessibility i'm not talking about accessibility i'm talking about control but
00:42:27.000 actually we need to control the same thing because go ahead because it was always about accessibility
00:42:31.940 it was always about danger it was about the danger to the pilgrims it was about the danger to those in
00:42:35.860 the processions the dangers inherent in the middle east were guess what just as dangerous back then
00:42:40.100 that's why the knights templar were founded in the first place we're we're going back in a way to to
00:42:46.100 first principles here because it's like we're relearning the history of our own faith yeah
00:42:51.720 Because the same issues, whether it's the Persians, whether it's the whatever it is, right, whatever the Bedouins, whatever it is, this is the reason that the faith and, of course, our faith leaders needed protection.
00:43:04.140 And that protection in the past was not handed off to another authority.
00:43:08.320 It was controlled by the faithful.
00:43:10.960 and you're right there is a coming together of of the divisions or branches within christianity
00:43:20.220 about the running of the entire thing that's where you see east and west and it's it's great
00:43:25.060 to see although they don't agree on everything this has to be sorted this is a first principle
00:43:31.540 this is a absolute first principle short break poso hang out with me for a second i'm hang out

00:46:33.800 all of them that stood in the breach from the charles mortel to the great poles of vienna the

00:46:51.180 we're talking today poso closing observations on this and folks we're just getting revved up on this
00:46:56.620 thing the holy land has the holy land sites have to be under the direct control of christians
00:47:05.440 sorry but that's got to happen and it's going to happen jack vasovic your thoughts
00:47:10.800 steve what we're talking about here goes beyond modern affairs it people have been trying to put
00:47:20.500 this into contemporary politics, contemporary issues, the war with Iran, there's dangers,
00:47:27.140 there's risk. We get that. We all get that. We talk about it every day. What people need
00:47:31.760 to understand is this goes beyond that, and it goes deeper than that, because this is
00:47:34.720 civilizational. Are we a Christian civilization? Does Christendom exist? And if Christendom
00:47:42.000 exists, then it has to exist along the lines that it existed in the past. And that included
00:47:47.840 the protection and access to our holy sites through. And by the way, Cardinal Pizzaballa
00:47:54.460 does not need to ask for permission to go to his own church. That's his church. And guess what?
00:48:01.040 The Orthodox are going to be there next week for their Palm Sunday, the Holy Fire. They need access
00:48:06.580 to that as well. There's no question. And they shouldn't have to ask anyone about that, but God.
00:48:11.600 yeah you're we we are not supplicants we go back in an unbroken chain an unbroken chain of this
00:48:18.580 faith in this religion all the way back to the founding of our lord and savior jesus christ
00:48:24.300 who was manifested in uh judea uh in uh in uh 2 000 years ago over 2 000 years ago unbroken chain
00:48:35.180 and you look at the saints and you look at the great heroes have stood up to defend that
00:48:39.780 what do we owe them this has got to stop and it's going to stop this is outrageous and it's going
00:48:46.700 to stop and we that includes you are going to make it stop posa where do you go we got a bolt
00:48:52.180 fantastic work yes we won jack great i'll just add by the way you know as as
00:48:58.760 as god the father told moses on the burning bush remove your sandals for you stand upon
