00:00:00.000 within days, may have even done it last summer, maybe have done it within days of this conflict,
00:00:05.360 then it became regime change, and now it becomes open the Strait of Hormuz. How is it our problem,
00:00:09.980 the Strait of Hormuz? I mean, we don't even get much oil through the Strait of Hormuz to these
00:00:14.320 shores. It's a Europe problem. It's an Asia problem. It's not our problem. It's an India
00:00:19.240 problem. I think he was so smart to say, it's your ball, NATO, China, your ball, you open the
00:00:26.660 straight we've done our job but then he just went back to let's bomb them into into submission into
00:00:31.660 the stone age which the oil traders said that is not good because these people won't relent even
00:00:37.800 if they're in the stone age they'll still use whatever capacity they have to kill americans
00:00:41.260 and to blow up infrastructure make oil prices go higher because it hurts trump and hurts americans
00:00:46.600 do you think they're also saying do you think they're also saying we've looked at the royal
00:00:52.180 navy we look at what france has as naval assets we've looked at the italians we saw the the as i
00:00:58.000 was hammering every day last summer what a poor job they did in assisting the american uh strike
00:01:05.220 forces carrier strike groups down the red sea against the houthis or really the americans took
00:01:09.160 it all on i think the france sent a corvette the british sent a destroyer france sent a frigate
00:01:14.080 but no real support do you think the world's oil markets are sitting there going president trump
00:01:18.200 says that, they're going, we're not buying that. You're the United States Navy. You're the heir
00:01:23.740 to the Royal Navy. You're the most powerful naval force. You keep free navigation. Was it Straits
00:01:29.580 of Malacca, the South China Sea, Hormuz, the Red Sea, the Suez Canal? It's the United States Navy
00:01:36.540 that keeps it open. And if you're telling me you're pulling out, then I don't think this thing's
00:01:40.120 getting resolved. I don't care how badly you bomb the Iranians. They still got enough of these kind
00:01:45.980 of huti type guys on the on the coast down there and most of those are not persian i think a lot
00:01:50.500 of them are just kind of these bedouins that are down there these berbers i think they're bedouins
00:01:55.700 down there with these rockets that can try to they're essentially pirates that are doing the
00:02:00.920 pirate craft right now do you think that you think the world's oil market doesn't when president
00:02:06.420 trump says it's your problem they get nervous they don't want to see they get they get keir
00:02:10.640 starmer hosting a 40 nation you know today everybody talking but they'll say hey i have
00:02:16.820 trump in the united states navy or i've got keir starmer in 40 you know uh you know a balkan company
00:02:24.360 country sir because i think steve i i think yes i think the oil market is waiting to see actually
00:02:30.140 what happens boots in the sand or not us here's what i believe i from the bottom of my heart i
00:02:35.940 I believe if we said our job is done here, we obliterate their nuclear capacity, we're packing up, we're going home.
00:02:42.460 Again, we don't get a lot of oil through that strait to the U.S. shores.
00:02:46.500 It's your job.
00:02:47.660 You know who has risk?
00:02:49.200 Europe has risk.
00:02:50.880 China has risk.
00:02:52.160 They'll get it open because you know who the Iranian customers are and the Saudi customers are, both sides of the strait?
00:02:59.500 The Chinese and Europe.
00:03:01.240 They'll get the thing open.
00:03:03.260 Right now, this thing's staying closed to give the middle finger to Donald Trump and the American people.
00:03:08.420 If we walk away, they will absolutely get that thing done either militarily or through negotiation.
00:03:14.100 I believe that from the bottom of my heart.
00:03:16.080 And until you hear that, until we get out, the oil market's not going to relent.
00:03:21.840 When Bowling says negotiations, he means they'll pay the pirates to $2 million per ship or whatever the pirates, whatever those pirates charge.
00:03:30.120 Eric, social media, we're going to bounce down to our show.
00:03:32.900 great great report hopefully we'll see you tomorrow where do people go yeah at eric bowling
00:03:36.920 all the time steve but you know what these these discussions we're having are crucial we have
00:03:40.880 people in the chat saying like it or not we've been we've been right on a lot of stuff right here
00:03:45.180 right here real america's voice four to five also on in mornings and in the worm occasionally steve
00:03:51.500 good having you on brother have a great show thank you thank you for doing the transition
00:03:57.320 here. Appreciate it. Okay. We're going to get back into the war and geopolitics in the second hour,
00:04:03.000 but there's a lot we got to talk about in this first hour. And I've got Mike Davis, also Tina
00:04:07.420 Peters team. We've got a brief cold open for the Viceroy. Let's do that. And the Viceroy will join
00:04:12.640 us momentarily. His attorney general, Pam Bondi, after growing increasingly disappointed with her
00:04:18.780 job performance. Trump says Bondi will move into a job in the private sector and that deputy AG
00:04:24.380 Todd Blanche will now serve as the acting AG. Well, I mean, let's not forget Blanche the other
00:04:29.820 day at CPAC said, why wouldn't you want ICE at polling locations? So that is something that
00:04:35.260 Donald Trump wants. So if you pay attention to the way that he's talking, it feels a little
00:04:38.960 different than it has in the past and much more than I with Donald Trump. I mean, this whole list
00:04:43.320 of people, these are lawyers, these are legal folks. These are some of them with differing
00:04:48.220 levels of perspective from the legal community. So at least it knows that better than I. But at
00:04:53.040 the end of the day, it almost doesn't matter. And this goes across the cabinet. At the end of the
00:04:57.700 day, Donald Trump, and maybe depending on what the issue is, someone like the deputy White House
00:05:02.860 chief of staff, Stephen Miller, they are calling the shots, right? Same thing with DHS. When he
00:05:09.500 got rid of Kristi Noem out of that job, it was because she wasn't doing what he wanted to. But
00:05:14.900 the kinds of things that he is asking these folks to do are sometimes, according to judges, not me,
00:05:20.220 illegal. And more importantly, are operating in a world, a political world that just doesn't
00:05:26.520 actually exist in the one that we live in. And he doesn't believe the separation of power. So
00:05:31.240 you can be the figurehead of these organizations. But at the end of the day, Donald Trump and some
00:05:36.040 folks at the White House are going to be the ones that are going to be running those organizations
00:05:39.500 across the administration. And frankly, if Donald Trump had his way across the government.
00:05:43.760 Well, Bondi did everything she could during her time as the nation's top law enforcement officer
00:05:48.860 to do Donald Trump's bidding, what tipped the scale, according to MS Now's reporting,
00:05:54.200 is that Trump grew, quote, frustrated with Bondi's inability to successfully prosecute
00:05:58.860 several individuals whom he considers political enemies and has argued should face criminal
00:06:04.540 charges. It is not that Bondi did not try to deliver Trump's revenge. When Trump directed
00:06:10.280 her to prosecute his perceived enemies in a public truth social post back in September,
00:06:15.220 she took her marching orders. But here's what happened to the most high-profile cases.
00:06:21.180 There was the failed attempt to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey when the case was thrown
00:06:26.240 out by a judge. There were three failed attempts to indict or prosecute New York Attorney General
00:06:32.000 Letitia James. And a grand jury rejected an attempt to charge six sitting Democratic lawmakers.
00:06:38.860 Three sources familiar with the matter tell MSNL that EPA Administrator, former Republican
00:06:43.720 Congressman Lee Zeldin is on a short list, but it's not clear that any other person in that post
00:06:49.320 can and will have more success with Bondi's failures. The second high-profile firing of
00:06:55.900 a Trump cabinet official in less than a month. This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:07:06.040 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:07:09.980 you're just not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people
00:07:16.000 have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:07:19.900 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do
00:07:23.280 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these
00:07:31.000 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer
00:07:37.960 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k ban
00:07:46.360 it is holy thursday to april in the year of our lord 2026 uh in this hour we're gonna have john
00:07:55.520 easman's gonna join us a little later about yesterday and many other things on the legal
00:07:59.400 side of tina peter's team including apollo pappas will join us about the tina peter situation
00:08:05.080 I want to start with the viceroy. Mike, you have been at the forefront of what I would call talking about and assisting on this, the greatest crime of the century, the stealing of the 2020 election, everything the deep state did.
00:08:21.020 there is movement we know we have a top flight u.s attorney down in south south florida that's
00:08:27.520 working on this there have been other efforts as you've chronicled here in the war room with tish
00:08:32.560 james with uh with uh comey there has been um a a huge lack of just resources and and horsepower
00:08:40.820 at both main justice and uh with the u.s attorneys and the u.s attorneys are kind of your you know
00:08:47.140 your light infantry or light cavalry compared to main justice to bring in the
00:08:51.880 heavy guns. Uh, you've only got, I still think 14 U S attorneys,
00:08:55.580 you still got the blue slip situation. What, what, why do you think it was
00:09:01.000 because Pam Bondi,
00:09:02.220 the system's just moving too slow or the system's moving as the system moves.
00:09:06.420 I mean, why change out? Uh, and given Pam Bondi's,
00:09:10.460 obviously Pam's got some shortcomings,
00:09:12.040 but you're in the middle of it right now and to change, uh, to change, uh,
00:09:16.320 folks with confirmation hearings, et cetera, do you think it slows it down or you think this is
00:09:23.220 actually a pretty good move by the president? I want to say this. First of all, I am one of
00:09:29.380 Pam Bondi's biggest fans. I always have been and I always will be. Pam Bondi is bold. She's
00:09:36.900 fearless. And just over a year as the attorney general of the United States, she brought
00:09:43.360 monumental reforms to the Justice Department. She hired people, she closed down politicized
00:09:56.100 investigations, and she opened investigations to hold people accountable. And there are a lot
00:10:02.900 of things the public does not know right now about what Pam Bondi has done. And we're going to see
00:10:09.400 the fruits of that bear out over the next several years. And so I think when people look back
00:10:17.160 at Pam Bondi's tenure, they're going to see that she got a lot done, a lot more than all
00:10:25.020 the Republican AG predecessors of her combined. She had bigger balls than all of them combined.
00:10:32.940 And so I say hats off to Pam for doing a phenomenal job.
00:10:37.980 She had an impossible job and she got a lot done.
00:10:41.900 Now we have acting attorney general Todd Blanche, who was Pam's deputy.
00:10:47.700 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on a second.
00:10:52.720 Before we talk about Todd fleeting up and other possibilities, because I think there's a pretty deep bench out there.
00:10:59.460 You said impossible job. I just want to make sure the audience understands this.
00:11:02.680 because obviously pan's got some shortcomings but she's got a heart of a lion and she went in there
00:11:08.460 part of the shortcomings i just want people understand this she was in court or she had
00:11:14.680 main justice in court every day we've had what 35 or 40 times they've had to go into court with
00:11:20.700 these federal judges to to go talk about president trump's main policies and fight a third of these
00:11:27.380 up to the Supreme Court, the man hours involved in that, particularly when you're understaffed.
00:11:33.840 And I don't think I think we've done, particularly the war, I'm not a good enough job of telling
00:11:38.460 people that the if you think the Republicans hate MAGA because of mass deportations and
00:11:45.900 they and they and they hate MAGA because of America first foreign policy and they hate
00:11:50.920 MAGA because MAGA wants, you know, President Trump's populist nationalist economic policies
00:11:57.120 of tariffs to bring jobs back one of the things they really hate is that there is a uh an actual
00:12:04.020 effort to make sure that the best talent in on the on the right and in the republican party
00:12:09.560 does not go as most people do to take a tour at justice to get that resume box checked off
00:12:16.300 and then to go on to greater things at a law firm at a prestigious law firm where you're on the fast
00:12:21.280 track to make partner. I mean, Pam Bondi, for all her shortcomings, that there was an open
00:12:27.880 conspiracy against President Trump and the Trump administration to make sure she didn't have
00:12:33.220 access and present. Therefore, President Trump doesn't have access to the top flight legal
00:12:38.280 talent that happens to be out there on the right. And that when you have to then go and defend
00:12:43.560 because, you know, Mark Elias, he just saw it last Friday in Georgia. You had to have people
00:12:49.820 from Maine just to take their time and go down, argue the evidentiary hearing for five hours,
00:12:53.860 but they had to prepare for that. That's happening every day. And that just, and when you don't have
00:12:58.420 that many resources, when you're that understaffed, when they've blue slipped these U.S.
00:13:03.320 attorneys, you only got, I think, 13 or 14 of them, right? Or the ones you get through, you know,
00:13:07.860 have been approved by left-wing Democrats. You're going to have, and I'm not trying to make excuses,
00:13:13.020 I'm just saying the reality, and I don't think we've done a good enough job of telling people
00:13:16.620 what the reality is on the siege against President Trump and his administration, Mike Davis.
00:13:23.500 Yeah, and let me just remind people, President Trump had to go through all of the lawfare before
00:13:29.600 the election, three years of trying to throw him in prison for life four times, bankrupt him for
00:13:36.460 knob fraud, that Gene Carroll nut job trying to take all of his money. I mean, it's just throwing
00:13:43.160 him off the ballot, taking office head. That was just the beginning. Remember when President Trump
00:13:48.180 got back into office, we saw the unrelenting judicial sabotage by these Democrat attorneys,
00:13:54.960 these Democrat plaintiffs, and these Democrat judges around the country trying to sabotage
00:14:00.220 the will of the American people. And it was Attorney General Pam Bonte who broke through
00:14:07.100 that sabotage and actually beat it. She went to the Supreme Court like 30 times and she won like
00:14:12.740 95% of the time. No attorney general has done more for Article II, the presidency, and the
00:14:18.860 Constitution than what Pam Blondie did in one year as the attorney general. And that's not hyperbole.
00:14:26.140 Mike, hang on for a second. We're going to drill down on this more because there's a continuity
00:14:29.780 here of using lawfare, which they use the most, and they've perfected it. Now, let's be blunt.
00:14:34.760 Number one, we have not perfected it. We don't do it. And our defenses against it are pretty
00:14:39.600 rudimentary. They've done this the entire time Trump came on the scene. And hey, folks, take
00:14:44.480 your number two pencil out and write this down. You think you wait till they take the House of
00:14:50.180 Representatives. They take the House. They're already planning and plotting what they're
00:14:53.900 going to do. They're already got these law firms like Covington and Burley and others plotting
00:14:58.520 short break. The dollar's convertibility into gold ended in 1971. Gold was fixed at $35 an ounce.
00:15:07.740 Well, fast forward to today, and the U.S. dollar has lost over 85% of its purchasing power.
00:15:14.640 Gold, on the other hand, is increased in value by over 12,000%.
00:15:19.280 That's why central banks are buying gold at record levels.
00:15:23.180 That's why major firms like Vanguard and BlackRock hold significant positions in gold.
00:15:28.840 And that's why I encourage you to consider diversifying your savings with physical gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:36.060 But it starts with education. Birch Gold just announced their Learn and Earn Precious Metals event.
00:15:43.220 This free online event rewards you for learning the basics of investing in precious metals.

00:15:51.640 Get even larger incentives as you go.
00:15:54.300 The more you learn, the more you can earn.
00:15:56.960 But you must act now, as this special event only runs through April 30th.
00:16:01.700 The dollar lost its anchor in 1971.
00:16:06.060 You don't have to lose yours.
00:16:08.700 Text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898 to join Birch Gold's Learn and Earn Precious Metals event by April 30th.
00:16:18.800 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and do it today.
00:16:25.600 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:16:28.160 in the 30 front war in the 30 front war where the radical left and the marxist left
00:16:39.660 uh and even the jihadists have a striking advantage is in the the the weaponization
00:16:46.680 of the law full stop and you can see it at every level we talked about jury nullifications and
00:16:52.760 they're teaching jury nullification to basically folks on the street to get into these juries
00:16:58.100 It has anything to do with ICE or anything to do with the Trump administration justice to void it, regardless of what the facts are.
00:17:05.580 We saw this in Dallas in the murder case of the gang member.
00:17:11.060 I think you just saw it partially in New York City with the police officer that was gunned down, and they took away the capital murder charge.
00:17:19.580 You see this jury nullification.
00:17:22.660 That's just one aspect.
00:17:23.660 Look, we're going to have Apollo Pappas on here in a second.
00:17:25.680 mike's gonna jump in but talking about tina peters that's just at the state level but they had norm
00:17:33.080 eisen and abby law abby law is one of the most expensive lawyers in this country folks he's the
00:17:38.720 big ticket guy he's down arguing georgia for five hours in a courtroom and guess what as as well as
00:17:46.880 our justice department did which had to take the time to go down and argue that they landed some
00:17:51.400 blows last week on the evidentiary hearing to get the balance back radical law schools radical law
00:17:57.680 professors the ivy league schools at the feeding system for the first place these law firms why
00:18:03.840 do you think boris had the strategy go after the big law firms initially and try to break them
00:18:09.480 because these law firms covington burling is a perfect example right you had these law firms
00:18:15.420 that had to be broken because they were doing pro bono work and basically putting their best
00:18:20.040 partners on it to do various things on immigration and other things to break our system. This is
00:18:26.880 where I am not making excuses for Pam Bondi and her performance. You have to judge that. But you
00:18:33.480 have to contextualize what Pam Bondi was up against. And if there's any area, any area where
00:18:40.480 they have a distinct advantage and a huge advantage is this whole lawfare legal. And here's
00:18:45.720 why because the republicans and the traditional republicans understand corporate america is woke
00:18:51.900 and progressive and just because we've taken some training programs that means we don't don't mean
00:18:56.160 we haven't changed it we haven't changed it at all or barely changed it it's their mentality
00:19:00.020 they won't get hired by these big corporations for the big ticket legal work and so therefore
00:19:06.020 they say no you can't go work for pam bondi you can't go work for todd blanch you can't go to
00:19:11.400 worked for the justice department you can't be a u.s attorney at that level it's all about talent
00:19:16.460 and then it's about critical mass of talent and look what pam's had to put up with of all these
00:19:22.540 cases every day remember the first and when we were flooding the zone every day we have we'd have
00:19:27.660 mike davis and others on here to talk about hey they're going to court today they're going to
00:19:31.940 court here they're doing this they're doing that that all takes resources eventually at fort apache
00:19:37.780 you just run out of horsepower Mike Davis and I think that's the reality and people should
00:19:42.460 as a continuum this is a continuum it's a process they started with Trump and the MAGA movement
00:19:47.520 because they understood this was a disruptive populist nationalist movement that would break
00:19:52.360 what the system is in the globalist system and they came after Trump to eliminate him
00:19:57.460 and to do everything illegal in the first term when that didn't work that's when they stole the
00:20:01.780 election they stole the election to send him away when he came back which they were never expecting
00:20:06.080 now you have a whole nother set of fights and jamie rask and these people are plotting today
00:20:11.820 with these big law firms for when they take the house and if somehow they take the senate and
00:20:16.900 somehow they take the white house in 2028 and i gave a speech six months ago and for i think it
00:20:21.980 was mark meadows group and i said folks unless you hunker down unless you hunker down and start
00:20:28.140 win and keep winning elections that we haven't shown that we can win yet without president trump
00:20:32.740 on the ballot that everybody in this room that is dedicated to this cause irrespective of what
00:20:39.560 you've done you're going to go to prison because this is how they play smash mouth and i don't i
00:20:44.780 think people they look well pan bonnie's thing let's just put another person in we have a systemic
00:20:49.540 problem now thank god mike as you know we have a pretty good bench i think of people who step in
00:20:54.860 here but that's just at the top level we need grundoons we need the hoplites we need the fire
00:21:00.620 power of a mass of a mass insertion of talent into both Maine justice and then at the U.S.
00:21:08.340 attorney offices. Mike Davis, your thoughts. Yeah, I mean, I look as we talked about, I think Pam
00:21:14.860 did a phenomenal job. She did a thankless job. She was able to plow through a lot of the judicial
00:21:22.600 sabotage, including monumental wins at the Supreme Court of the United States for the presidency,
00:21:28.500 for Article II, for the Constitution, for President Trump.
00:21:32.440 She won more times at the Supreme Court on the biggest cases than any attorney general
00:21:38.280 before her.
00:21:39.740 And that's going to be her legacy.
00:21:42.600 She also fired a lot of bad people within the Justice Department.
00:21:47.180 She hired good people.
00:21:48.380 She closed politicized investigations.
00:21:51.300 She opened good ones.
00:21:52.700 Remember, it took two years for Jack Smith to indict.
00:21:55.380 I think people forget that.
00:21:56.560 And that was with all the resources that Jack Smith had, where every good lawyer and every good law firm and every good AUSA around the country was beating down Jack Smith's door to go prosecute President Trump and his allies.
00:22:10.940 We have a different dynamic, as we've talked about, where we do not have the bench that the left does.
00:22:16.640 Even the Republican attorneys, who you would think would want to help, don't want to do this because they don't want their careers destroyed by the left.
00:22:25.460 But regardless, we're charging ahead. And Acting Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche is taking the baton from Pam Bondi. He is going to charge forward. We have good U.S. attorneys like my friend Jason Redding Quinones down in the Southern District of Florida.
00:22:45.520 you saw the special grand jury opened up in Fort Pierce in January. I think you're going to see
00:22:51.520 some movements down there. You're seeing news reports about subpoenas going out, hundreds of
00:22:56.740 them. You hear news reports about how Brennan could be a target of this investigation. So I would
00:23:05.040 tune in down there. We are going to carry forward with accountability. And we have no shortage.
00:23:13.820 I said this to you before, Steve, there's no shortage of good people who could step up
00:23:18.560 right now as Attorney General.
00:23:20.120 I have a list of 10.
00:23:21.460 I mean, we have Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, who's at the top of the list.
00:23:28.140 Other Justice Department officials are people like Harmeet Dillon, the Assistant Attorney
00:23:32.640 General for Civil Rights, Judge Jeanine Pirro, the D.C. U.S. Attorney.
00:23:38.460 I don't think John Sauer wants the job, the Solicitor General.
00:23:41.540 He's doing a phenomenal job as the Solicitor General, but then there are people throughout
00:23:46.480 the administration.
00:23:47.460 You're hearing about EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, FTC Chairman Andrew Ferguson would
00:23:54.280 be phenomenal, my friend.
00:23:56.560 OMB, General Counsel Mark Paoletta, he's a warrior, a friend of mine.
00:24:02.080 Deputy Secretary of State Chris Landau was one of the few attorneys out there with me
00:24:07.720 when it was pretty lonely defending President Trump
00:24:10.480 after the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:24:11.760 It was people like Chris Landau and me
00:24:14.260 defending President Trump every day on your show,
00:24:17.000 on Fox News.
00:24:17.960 You have great senators like Eric Schmidt, like Mike Lee.
00:24:23.080 A dark horse who I think would be great
00:24:24.980 as the attorney general
00:24:25.960 is someone like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
00:24:28.200 That guy has proven for many, many years
00:24:30.560 that he's bold and fearless.
00:24:32.500 So there's 10 names right there
00:24:34.580 who could be the attorney general,
00:24:36.880 the next attorney general of the united states and so we have a deep batch and we're gonna
00:24:42.180 we're gonna charge forward you've got you've got some great names and people know i had a big
00:24:47.960 problem with death santos running against the president but i think he's done a good job as
00:24:51.520 governor he's a he's a bulldog on ai i think he'd be a very interesting name to put it i think lee
00:24:57.120 zeldin uh todd blanchard i think's doing a terrific job just fleet him up if you have to
00:25:01.080 whatever you can get confirmed but you got some great names on there uh pay a letter i mean uh
00:25:05.880 this judge janine and if you couldn't get judge janine in as as uh as attorney general bring her
00:25:12.060 in as something else you got harmeet you've got uh many people i love the dag i love the i'd love
00:25:18.700 the i love the eric schmidt i think he's a bulldog i think you need some bull i think you need people
00:25:23.580 that got thick armor and can take some incoming because if you're going to crash down i also want
00:25:28.460 thought another name the guy i never thought they should back off in the first place matt gates we
00:25:33.720 would have gotten matt gates confirmed there's no doubt that matt gates would be confirmed i think
00:25:37.840 matt's making so much money in san diego there's no chance in hell you're gonna get him to go back
00:25:46.220 to dc and that's the reason that's the reason that that's the reason the hang on that's the
00:25:51.680 reason the vice story is not top of my list you and gates have gone on to private practice though
00:25:57.240 i want to no but i gates would be perfect i think you'd be great here's my point
00:26:01.520 that's 10 or 11 we put together right before the show we've got some firepower i think that the
00:26:08.120 judiciary committee uh in the senate i don't know this is your special you're the confirmation guy
00:26:13.780 i think they ought to huddle over with the president and president ought to walk through
00:26:17.700 a battle plan saying hey look here's what we need to see uh because we're dealing with the
00:26:23.040 deepest scandal in american history the stealing of the 2020 election they don't have abby lowell
00:26:28.580 and norm ice and paying those kind of tickets those guys those bills they're sending them
00:26:32.680 if they're not scared to death about the ballot situation in georgia you know this mike we've got
00:26:37.860 the greatest scandal in american history dealing with president trump we've got to get to the
00:26:42.660 bottom of this and we got to get to the bottom of it now and i think it needs to be more of a team
00:26:46.400 effort i think judicia senate judiciary has got to be brought in we got to figure out if it's going
00:26:50.760 to be somebody outside the system how we get confirmation done quickly uh your thoughts about
00:26:55.520 that. Yeah, we have a deep bench and we need to move forward to get it. So Jack Smith, two years
00:27:03.380 to bring his indictments. I have a strong feeling we're going to start seeing indictments and
00:27:09.900 indictments in the next several weeks. We could see indictments by June is what I suspect. And
00:27:21.660 And I would say to the lawfare Democrats, buckle up.
00:27:27.300 The fact that there is a shakeup in the Justice Department does not take you off the radar.
00:27:35.560 You're certainly on the radar and probably more so now than ever because people are very focused on this.
00:27:42.420 So John Brennan's days as a free man could be numbered.
00:27:47.880 Yeah.
00:27:49.940 Mike, just hang on one second.
00:27:51.660 I know you've got to bounce, but I just need some thoughts
00:27:54.120 that you laid out this morning that kind of went viral
00:27:57.620 about Tina Peters.
00:27:58.660 I'm going to have Tina Peters' team join us.

00:30:09.760 um you've got matt gates potentially mike davis a very deep bench and many others
00:30:15.900 andrew ferguson it just got some incredible names here uh mike lee um tina peters walk
00:30:25.080 you've been very involved this year in colorado you're part of the colorado bar or they may be
00:30:29.920 coming after you given some of your comments just walk us through this is not purely legal it also
00:30:35.700 is political, where the political world meets the legal. Tell us what happened today
00:30:40.440 and your interpretation of what's going on here, Mike Davis.
00:30:44.380 What these Democrat politicians did and are continuing to do to Tina Peters is 1,000%
00:30:53.220 political persecution. And the Colorado Court of Appeals, all Democrat appointees,
00:30:59.300 made that clear today in one of their rulings.
00:31:03.000 Tina Peters was sentenced to prison.
00:31:06.720 A 69-year-old woman, a former Mesa County,
00:31:09.680 Colorado election official,
00:31:12.620 was sentenced to nine years in prison.
00:31:15.820 And this Mesa County District Judge, Matthew Barrett,
00:31:20.360 who is, like I said, a garbage human being,
00:31:23.100 and let me repeat that for the Colorado Bar,
00:31:25.100 a garbage human being, Judge Matthew Barrett,
00:31:28.420 put her in prison for nine years, and he stated at the sentencing hearing when he sentenced her,
00:31:35.660 the reason he was doing it is because he didn't like her views on the election. He didn't like
00:31:43.440 the fact that she thought the election was stolen. Guess what? That violates the First
00:31:48.840 Amendment as the Democrat-appointed Colorado Court of Appeals just ruled today when they reversed
00:31:55.140 this judge, Matthew Barrett, this garbage human being, this Republican and name-only
00:32:01.420 garbage judge who should resign, and Harmeet Delinch, the head of the Civil Rights Division,
00:32:06.900 should open a criminal investigation and put his ass in prison because he punished Tina Peters
00:32:13.680 and put her in prison for nine years, a 69-year-old woman, because he didn't like her First
00:32:18.480 amendments, protected views. That is absolute political persecution by this judge.
00:32:27.680 He's a complete garbage human being, and he must be held accountable.
00:32:33.860 Okay, hang on. For us and that lawyers, the appellate court didn't do anything about,
00:32:40.800 I believe there are seven felonies, right, or aspects of seven felonies. They didn't reverse
00:32:45.140 that. They sent it back to the state district judge, this guy, back in Mesa County. They
00:32:52.860 remanded it to him to resentence her. What does that mean? Because for non-lawyers, it sounds
00:33:00.940 very confusing. Yeah, it means they affirmed the conviction, which they should not have done,
00:33:07.580 but I didn't expect them to reverse the conviction because these are still partisan Democrat judges
00:33:12.660 on the Colorado Board of Appeals,
00:33:14.940 but this is such an egregious constitutional violation
00:33:17.920 of Tina Peters' constitutional rights
00:33:21.740 or First and 14th Amendment rights
00:33:23.400 because this Mesa County judge said, again,
00:33:27.760 that he's punishing her because of her viewpoints
00:33:30.720 because Tina Peters thinks that the election was stolen
00:33:34.660 because it was stolen.
00:33:36.220 Everyone knows it was stolen.
00:33:38.100 And the fact that she said that,
00:33:39.680 this judge put her in prison for nine years. He made it very clear at sentencing he was going to
00:33:45.100 punish her more severely because of her viewpoint, because of her First Amendment's protected
00:33:51.700 viewpoints. I mean, it is outrageous that he did this. This is why at the Article 3 project,
00:33:58.920 we've been calling on Governor Jared Paulus to commute her sentence. As we talked about this
00:34:04.500 morning, Steve, I think Governor Paulus was very close to commuting Tina Peters' sentence.
00:34:11.800 And then these left-wing whack job Democrats in Colorado, like the fat pig Jenna Griswold,
00:34:19.160 the Colorado Secretary of State, raised hell, along with Phil Weiser, the pussy attorney general
00:34:26.440 in Colorado, another Democrat hack. And so the Governor Paulus couldn't commute the sentence
00:34:32.740 on his own. So I think these judges, these Democrat-appointed judges, are helping bring
00:34:39.760 much-needed justice to Tina Peters' case by reversing this Judge Matthew Barrett and giving
00:34:49.380 him a chance to fix this. I doubt he will because he's such an idiot. He's one of the dumbest judges
00:34:54.980 in Colorado. And so he'll probably screw this up again. And that's when I think the governor
00:35:00.520 will have to step in and commute Tina Peters' sentence.
00:35:04.140 You're gonna put someone in,
00:35:05.280 first of all, she didn't commit any crime,
00:35:08.360 but even if you think that she committed a crime,
00:35:10.680 she's being sentenced to prison longer
00:35:13.340 than many very serious, violent felons in Colorado.
00:35:18.340 And this dumbass judge, the dumbest judge in Colorado,
00:35:21.720 was dumb enough to say he did it
00:35:24.040 because he didn't like her abuse on the election.
00:35:26.140 I mean, again, I'm calling on Harmeet Dillon
00:35:29.100 to open up a federal civil rights probe, a criminal probe on Mesa County, Colorado District Judge
00:35:37.120 Matthew Barrett for political persecution of Tina Peters. He needs to go to prison.
00:35:44.900 The appellate court is clearly, because when we first talked about this on the show,
00:35:50.120 the thing was right after Christmas, right around Christmas when it was leaked, that Polis was
00:35:53.460 thinking of either clemency or something with it, because he's thinking of running for president,
00:35:57.140 but he also sees they got other comparisons i think he put one out of some woman that got like
00:36:01.800 probation he got lit up and remember he's in the firmament of their stars right he's a guy that's
00:36:08.340 was very instrumental in turning colorado from a red state to a purple state now to a blue let's
00:36:14.260 face it a blue state he um deep blue they lit him up like nobody's business they lit him up and so
00:36:20.760 he's kind of hanging back obviously he knows that this is wrong he's kind of admitted that
00:36:26.760 uh but what what confidence we have this guy is demented this judge what he said in the courtroom
00:36:34.240 about tina how he had her dragged away not even let some time go to get her affairs in order which
00:36:40.440 they dragged her away like she was a murderer in this sentence and they put her in this this
00:36:45.840 horrible maximum security prison if he let's assume that he's not smart enough to listen to
00:36:52.320 the appellate court kind of reading the riot act let's assume he doesn't do anything what are
00:36:57.240 other options is it back to polis and now polis is jammed up because he wants to run for president
00:37:02.280 he realizes he's got a problem here with the rest of the nation sitting there going how'd you put a
00:37:06.360 gold star mother how'd you let this judge put her in prison at 70 years old for nine years sir
00:37:12.080 Yeah, I would say this to Governor Paulus. This is a test for you to see if you're a statesman, to see if you're willing to correct a grave injustice in your state or if you're going to be Jenna Griswold's bitch. I mean, that's what it comes down to. Are you going to let Jenna Griswold drag you around with a dog collar? Are you going to be the governor and stand up and do the right thing here?
00:37:37.340 And what does Matthew – again, I'm very serious about this.
00:37:42.140 I think Harmeet Dillon should open up a criminal probe and send in the FBI and arrest this Mesa County District Court judge, Matthew Barrett.
00:37:51.500 He clearly persecuted.
00:37:53.720 He clearly violated Tina Peters' constitutional rights, and he did it blatantly.
00:37:59.840 He did it openly.
00:38:00.620 And it's complete – these Democrats like Jenna Griswold and Phil White.
00:38:07.340 and this Republican and name-only judge, Matthew Barrett,
00:38:11.700 they are trying to kill Tina Peters.
00:38:13.740 It's very clear.
00:38:14.500 They want her to suffer and die in prison
00:38:18.240 because she had the courage to speak out
00:38:21.340 about a stolen election.
00:38:23.260 And so they made up crimes
00:38:25.140 and they punished her as harshly as they possibly could.
00:38:30.580 They can go to hell, all of that.
00:38:32.700 But in the meantime, I want Harmeet Dillon
00:38:34.380 to put this Matthew Barrett in prison.
00:38:39.840 Mike Davis, where do people go for Article 3
00:38:42.780 and where they go for your social media,
00:38:44.700 which comes in hot every now and again?
00:38:48.000 Yeah, article3project.org,
00:38:51.080 article3project.org, donate, follow us on social media.
00:38:54.300 The action item, again, for Take Action
00:38:56.660 is for Colorado residents to contact Governor Jared Paulus,
00:39:01.700 tell him to take off Jenna Griswold's ball gag
00:39:06.320 and commute the sentence of Tina Peters.
00:39:10.120 She has suffered enough.
00:39:12.160 Get her out of prison and get her out of prison now.
00:39:17.020 Mike, if we don't have you back on
00:39:18.600 over the next couple of days, have a great Easter.
00:39:21.020 Thank you so much for spending so much time with you.
00:39:22.220 Happy Easter to you and to the world.
00:39:23.900 Thank you, Steve.
00:39:26.840 Thank you, sir.
00:39:28.240 Let's play, I want to play the clip
00:39:29.480 before I bring in Apollo.
00:39:30.420 Do I, can I play the,
00:39:31.200 Let's play the Tina Peters clip and I'll bring up Apollo Pappas.
00:39:35.300 Well, tomorrow we should know the outcome on the recent hearing about clemency
00:39:38.820 for former Mesa County clerk and recorder Tina Peters.
00:39:42.420 The announcement was made today in an email sent out by the Colorado Court of Appeals.
00:39:46.900 Questions on clemency for Peters was suggested by Governor Polis in a social media post back on March 3rd
00:39:53.160 and calls for her release by President Trump.
00:39:56.500 Peters is currently serving a nine-year sentence at a detention facility in Pueblo.
00:40:01.680 The announcement is supposed to happen tomorrow morning at nine.
00:40:07.880 Apollo, well, we had that.
00:40:09.340 They remanded it back to the district court.
00:40:11.260 You've heard Mike.
00:40:11.900 Mike Hannon announces this morning and this afternoon about this.
00:40:16.220 He's very focused on this and quite angry with this judge.
00:40:19.620 But we are where we are.
00:40:21.260 Your assessment, you host her show.
00:40:23.900 You're one of her closest advisors.
00:40:26.020 Tell us what you guys are thinking right now.
00:40:27.900 well honestly i agree with a lot of what mike said this is still a grave injustice
00:40:35.360 the remanding back to the trial court is at once a great victory for tina in the sense that it
00:40:44.220 recognized how grave an issue her sentencing was by judge barrett uh specifically stating that he
00:40:52.020 was sentencing her because of her speech and because she would continue to speak and that
00:40:56.180 is a greater danger to the public than violent offenders. Those are his actual words. Now, the
00:41:02.220 court did point that out and was very specific. They had no choice but to remand it back and
00:41:08.020 overturn the sentencing. So on the free speech issue, this is, it's very good for Tina. It's a
00:41:13.500 good precedent for all Coloradans. It's an issue because they essentially affirmed the prosecution
00:41:22.480 itself. And that's where the biggest gap is right now. So we're hoping that she can be released
00:41:27.740 quickly. But the prosecution itself is using this right now. Jenna Griswold, D.A. Dan Rubenstein,
00:41:35.580 and, you know, these other Democrat ridiculous demons. And they're saying basically that it's a
00:41:42.600 victory for the prosecution. And they're using it to say everything was handled right. And it
00:41:47.840 was a minor issue. It was not a minor issue. It was foundational, fundamental First Amendment
00:41:52.560 violations that never should happen. And it's a terrible look for the state of Colorado.
00:41:58.520 And I think Jared Polis needs to take this opportunity, since he already himself made
00:42:02.900 the comparison to the probationary sentence from his friend, Sonia. He should take this
00:42:09.620 opportunity right now, let Tina Peters out, commit her sentence, so she doesn't have to go back to
00:42:15.220 that demon's courtroom and her attorneys have to go through another circus just to get her to be
00:42:21.500 heard fairly on what should be a minor issue for a first time nonviolent offender like tina
00:42:28.540 in a trial that was at best a show trial and malicious prosecution and i do mean at best steve
00:42:36.040 um hold you're going to stick with me because i want to get when you come back i want to talk
00:42:43.600 about what they did affirm why that's egregious and why jenna griswold and remember jenna griswold
00:42:49.760 wiser they're all trying to get higher office so they're using tina peters with the rabbit left in
00:42:56.200 colorado in nationwide because they raise money off her name all the time why is that because
00:43:01.600 tina peters like mike lindell and so many people the people in georgia so many people in maricopa
00:43:06.000 county these great warriors that fought to show that the 2020 election was stolen they have to be
00:43:12.120 they have to be jailed they have to be bankrupted they have to be othered this is the entire this
00:43:17.740 is this entire thing because they understand that when we prove and we have the evidence there once
00:43:24.720 you get the evidence you prove that the 2020 election was stolen the whole thing falls apart
00:43:28.760 their entire apparatus falls apart and they will do anything including putting a gold star mother
00:43:34.340 into prison. Birch Gold, the

00:45:49.940 This is very specifically about the dollar
00:45:51.920 and all the pressure
00:45:52.900 on the united states dollar uh and um i didn't do it today because there's so much breaking news
00:45:59.800 with pam bondi and tina peters and of course the next hour we get some focus on texas and on uh
00:46:06.160 and on the war uh i am going to go through this bloomberg piece on the 2027 budget and the
00:46:11.260 massive deficits that look like are projected into the future it's just the simple math on
00:46:16.020 what we got to go through but that's why now more than ever to think about your financial stability
00:46:21.360 you have to broaden your horizons and include precious metals remember it's not the price
00:46:25.840 it's the process of what drives the value for gold and silver and uh birch gold and i are

00:47:00.300 philip patrick will be with us on saturday john eastman is on deck uh apollo i just want to make
00:47:05.520 sure they reaffirmed the seven convictions on the felonies and that's what jenna griswell and those
00:47:10.380 guys are out there they're raising money on this right now oh they're they're they're they're
00:47:14.520 dancing on the grave of tina peters because they hate her because they understand she's one of the
00:47:18.900 keys that picks the lock here what apollo uh i take it you guys haven't had a chance to talk to
00:47:24.400 tina yet we'd love to get some feedback on that and her great legal team is doing an amazing job
00:47:29.300 but where do we go from here do we have any timing of when this judge has to rule because
00:47:35.220 the appellate court a little bit read him the right act on why he took her political views
00:47:40.480 and her First Amendment, her freedoms on the First Amendment, and included that specifically
00:47:44.820 in his sentence. So they remanded to him. He's got to re-sentence her.
00:47:50.560 But what's your thoughts about the process, and how can the war room posse assist you guys?
00:47:56.300 Well, let me speak about that. First of all, the court said that his rule, his sentencing was based
00:48:02.700 on improper consideration of her right to free speech. It punished her based on that speech,
00:48:07.720 went beyond relevant considerations for the charges, and they were very scathing about that
00:48:15.180 part. There's a big miss here, though. In addition to the fact that he did so, clearly violated her
00:48:20.480 constitutional rights, there was the sentencing of consecutive sentences, an additional six month,
00:48:27.600 and the probation afterwards, or the parole. All of these things are completely egregious,
00:48:33.740 But the thing that is missed in here, most importantly, with regards to what they affirmed being the convictions in the trial court, is they said Judge Barrett violated her free speech, but that didn't include during her trial.
00:48:46.600 Tina Peters was never allowed to mount a defense.
00:48:49.440 She was barred during the trial, and the jury was prevented from hearing any testimony regarding the Supremacy Clause, her ability to do her duty and back up records.
00:48:59.940 So many things that were critical to her being able to speak to her defense in the first place were never allowed into the trial, and Tina was not allowed to speak about them.
00:49:09.500 So there's a huge disconnect when they say that Judge Barrett violated her free speech.
00:49:14.560 That is a victory, and the fact that they'll set it back to that man is egregious in and of itself, but it doesn't fix the problem.
00:49:21.060 The real issue is that Jenna Griswold, who is running for AG, of course wants to look tough.
00:49:27.180 Jared Polis doesn't want to get chewed apart because he wants to be president.
00:49:31.220 As you said, they're all using this to dance on her name because they want to look like serious candidates.
00:49:36.360 And they were all part of Griswold, the prosecutor Shapiro, DA Dan Rubenstein, the officials in Mesa County and Judge Barrett.
00:49:44.540 They should be investigated because it was a malicious prosecution and they were essentially part of a RICO operation running election fraud and running off with the money.
00:49:54.020 And they needed to take down Tina Peters. And that's exactly what her prosecution was. It was a show trial meant to cover their asses and make her a martyr, make her a symbol, because she had the goods showing what they were doing to rip off the American people.
00:50:10.280 So her free speech has been vindicated on one hand, but it's far from enough. She has a very long fight ahead of her even now with several of those issues, which look like they're going to go to SCOTUS.
00:50:22.920 And the Democrats here certainly don't want to let it go because they know that their house of cards falls as soon as Tina comes out on top.
00:50:32.060 Hang on. I'm going to hold you over to the 6 o'clock because I want to make sure we make a proper presentation so people can come over and support you and get more information.
00:50:39.840 So, Paolo, hang on. Mike Lindell, before we punch out of the five o'clock, I want to get you on.
00:50:46.200 You've been very close to the Tina Peters situation. They've come after you.
00:50:49.100 Thoughts on that. And then on this Holy Thursday, before we go into the weekend, talk to me about a deal.
00:50:55.440 Yeah, everybody. And let's pray for Tina.
00:50:57.900 I mean, this goes back to my attack on my pill and myself, Arctic Frost.
00:51:01.960 And everyone Apollo just mentioned there, everybody, you talk about corruption.
00:51:07.100 And Jenna Griswold is one of the most corrupt politicians this country's ever seen.
00:51:12.000 I'd put it right there next to Brad Rassenberger.
00:51:14.580 So anyway, let's get your specials because we have 24 hours left of this.
