Bannon's War Room - Episode 5304： TDS Is On The Ballot In November; Deep State Controlled Justice Systems Across The Nation

00:00:00.160 On Monday, 13 April, at 10 a.m.

00:00:03.040 Eastern Standard Time, at the direction of the President,

00:00:06.880 America's Joint Force began implementing a blockade

00:00:10.560 against Iran under the leadership of Admiral Cooper

00:00:13.840 and the team at CENTCOM.

00:00:16.600 Let me be clear.

00:00:18.040 This blockade applies to all ships,

00:00:21.920 regardless of nationality, heading into or from Iranian ports.

00:00:29.040 The U.S. action is a blockade of Iran's ports

00:00:32.280 and coastline, not a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.

00:00:37.120 Enforcement will occur inside Iran's territorial seas

00:00:42.620 and in international waters.

00:00:45.420 In addition to this blockade, the joint force,

00:00:49.420 through operations and activities

00:00:51.620 in other areas of responsibility,

00:00:54.400 like the Pacific area of responsibility,

00:00:57.260 under the command of Admiral Paparo,

00:00:59.820 will actively pursue any Iranian-flagged vessel

00:01:04.700 or any vessel attempting to provide material support to Iran.

00:01:10.780 This includes dark fleet vessels carrying Iranian oil.

00:01:14.740 As most of you know, dark fleet vessels

00:01:17.020 are those illicit or illegal ships

00:01:19.380 evading international regulations, sanctions,

00:01:23.360 or insurance requirements.

00:01:25.680 More than 10,000 sailors, marines, and airmen,

00:01:29.640 over a dozen ships and dozens of aircraft

00:01:33.020 are executing this mission.

00:01:37.220 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:01:42.120 Pray for our enemies,

00:01:44.200 because we're going medieval on these people.

00:01:47.260 Here's one time I got a free shot

00:01:48.480 on all these networks lying about the people.

00:01:51.480 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:01:53.480 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:01:54.900 I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:01:57.520 It's going to happen.

00:01:58.780 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:02:02.180 MAGA media.

00:02:03.540 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:02:08.900 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:02:12.080 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:02:19.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:02:24.900 It's Thursday, 16 April, in the year of Laura, 2026.

00:02:30.780 We've got an absolute jam show today.

00:02:33.080 Senator Smith's going to join us here in the next block.

00:02:36.520 I've got Jim Rickards up now.

00:02:38.140 Solomon's here.

00:02:39.380 Joe Allen's going to be back in studio on AI.

00:02:41.700 A lot going on in Florida.

00:02:42.900 Amy Kramer, Ron DeSantis is calling a special session on AI.

00:02:47.400 We've got the situation with Live Nation.

00:02:50.520 Bobby Kennedy's testifying live.

00:02:52.600 He's going to get chopped up today.

00:02:53.880 He's testifying live on Capitol Hill.

00:02:56.600 I think he's in front of Ways and Means about the budget.

00:02:58.540 Anyway, we'll get to all that. 0.94

00:03:00.980 Trying to get Mary Holland on here also.

00:03:03.440 And John Eastman was disbarred yesterday in California.

00:03:07.580 John's on the road speaking, but we're going to get John Eastman up.

00:03:10.120 So we are absolutely jammed.

00:03:12.420 I've got records to start off with.

00:03:13.960 I have a larger package.

00:03:15.040 If we can get to it, I'm going to get to it.

00:03:16.640 Let me say this.

00:03:17.920 First of all, I think the blockade is one of the smartest things,

00:03:21.960 is not the smartest thing they've done in this war.

00:03:23.820 It's actually working incredibly well.

00:03:27.200 General Cain gave a,

00:03:29.640 and I don't think people got a lot of heads up on that.

00:03:31.360 We had David Zier there,

00:03:33.500 and David did a fantastic job

00:03:35.440 and asked a great question about the Allied navies.

00:03:37.780 We're going to get to all that somehow.

00:03:42.180 An observation to Pete.

00:03:43.840 As you know, we think the world of Pete Hexeth

00:03:45.780 is doing a great job,

00:03:46.840 and this audience was absolutely central

00:03:50.940 to his confirmation because they, you know, they got wobbly there for a moment.

00:03:55.940 I will make an observation.

00:03:58.420 If your issue, and of course the mainstream media is never going to cut you a break,

00:04:03.420 that's just, you know, there's no whining in the war room,

00:04:06.140 but they're never going to cut you a break.

00:04:07.740 And they are looking at their own lens and own slant.

00:04:10.340 But on a day like today, when I think this has been kind of what we've been waiting for,

00:04:15.240 details, operational

00:04:17.320 details, unlike some of the

00:04:19.300 bombing runs and bombing campaign, which

00:04:21.240 I realize were fairly classified.

00:04:24.740 Today,

00:04:26.200 General Cain and

00:04:27.320 Admiral Cooper was there also alive, did a

00:04:29.340 magnificent job of going

00:04:31.260 through exactly what a blockade is, what

00:04:33.260 it's supposed to accomplish, and then actually gave

00:04:35.340 you the mechanics and showed

00:04:36.820 how bad 1.00

00:04:39.420 guys, particularly the Iranians, these dark 0.99

00:04:41.380 fleets are trying to avoid it. But no, we have 1.00

00:04:43.280 a systematic, no hair on fire way to turn the vessels around and send them back into the Persian

00:04:48.980 Gulf. It was a briefing of precision. My observation or recommendation, I don't think

00:04:56.080 I would start that with some reference to the New Testament, as much as we love the gospel

00:05:03.100 according to Mark, as we tell people that's the one to read. I think you just, because that's all

00:05:08.300 the mainstream media is covering right now, is Pete's opening remark about the gospel according

00:05:13.000 to Mark in the reference to the Pharisees, which is, I think, great. It's just, when are you going

00:05:19.200 to do it? I would not do it because it steps on what's important. The signal is what General

00:05:28.300 Cain did in Admiral Cooper, which is magnificent. Anyway, my two cents, we ought to tone that down

00:05:34.260 and focus. When we got the Pentagon, let's have a military briefing, and we had it today,

00:05:38.220 And it was magnificent. And I think it shows you not just how great armed forces we have and able to do things, accomplish things, but also that this is very well thought through in the president's strategy as a forcing functions, forcing people.

00:05:52.260 The Chinese Communist Party to flip their cards over. The Pakistan's now back in Iran. 0.94

00:05:58.180 Field Marshal Munry is over there having diplomacy to get him back to the table. 0.98

00:06:02.440 And it looks like everything's coming together. Jim Rickards, your thoughts, you're a geopolitician.

00:06:08.220 your thoughts about the blockade and where it fits in in the strategic plan and what do you

00:06:14.020 think it's accomplishing, sir? Well, you know, Steve, last time I was on, I said, why don't we

00:06:18.860 stop? We can win this, but why don't we stop just blowing things up and do something that's a lot

00:06:22.960 smarter in the asymmetric financial warfare, et cetera. And that's what we're doing. I think

00:06:28.540 take General Kane's briefing at total face value. The blockade is effective. It is turning the

00:06:34.000 vessels around. We're not sinking in. You don't want to do that. But then I was very impressed

00:06:38.500 with the way he described the depth of this. Even if you pass one ship, there are other ships

00:06:43.740 waiting out there all the way to the Pacific Ocean. So it's going to work and it's going to

00:06:47.140 be effective. But that's not the end of the story. You have to say to yourself, OK, what is Iran

00:06:52.360 thinking? And where's the US going with this? The way to think about this, Steve, I think the best 0.67

00:06:57.920 today. This is a gigantic global game of chicken between Iran and the United States. So they 0.99

00:07:04.320 choked the Straits of Hormuz. They had led some vessels through, but not very many. We put a

00:07:09.520 blockade around the blockade. Okay, very little doubt that that will work effectively. So who

00:07:14.440 loses in this? And there's a war between the two parties. The world loses. You're talking about

00:07:18.980 potentially, sooner than later, shutting down South Korea, Japan, China will be badly affected,

00:07:25.480 India, you can go down the list, but around the world, and by the way, not the United States.

00:07:29.380 We've got plenty of oil and natural gas.

00:07:30.700 The price will go up, but we're not going to have a supply problem.

00:07:34.780 We'll have a price problem.

00:07:35.900 But having said that, you're talking about shutting down big chunks of the world economy. 0.90

00:07:39.460 Now, Iran is betting that even though they're suffering financially, which they are, that 0.86

00:07:45.320 the world will suffer to a much greater extent, and that will cause the United States to call

00:07:49.760 it off.

00:07:50.880 The United States is betting that Iran is going to get choked off.

00:07:54.400 they're going to economically collapse before, let's say, the world does. And that will help us 1.00

00:07:59.820 win the war. But my point is, it's hard. You don't really know who's right, but it is a game of

00:08:05.180 chicken with the global economy held hostage. Now, just to add to that, Iran has a secret weapon, 0.99

00:08:11.420 thanks to Obama and other sources, which no one's talking about, which is gold. Okay, 0.66

00:08:17.320 you're going to run out of dollars. They can't really use their dollars very easily anyway,

00:08:21.800 But they've got an enormous amount of gold, which is money good.

00:08:25.960 And that can keep them going.

00:08:27.940 By the way, the gold is what got Russia through the early stage of the sanctions, their sanctions in 2022.

00:08:33.980 They had 25% of their reserves in gold bullion, which is actually going up more than what the West has frozen in their assets.

00:08:40.560 So the blockade would be effective.

00:08:44.220 I think General Cain had it right. 0.76

00:08:45.960 But I wouldn't sell Iran short.

00:08:48.140 They do have some resources.

00:08:49.680 And meanwhile, what the world needs to know is the global economy is being held hostage.

00:08:55.700 Talk to me about the Chinese Communist Party.

00:08:58.100 This is because Bloomberg's got a, which will get you back at another time, got a fascinating article today that basically is our thesis.

00:09:05.180 They said, hey, if you think Red Sea and Strait of Hormuz and the blockade in the Gulf of Oman is a big deal, that's nothing compared if something happens, if the United States Navy blocks the Strait of Taiwan.

00:09:19.080 China, the CCP, how do they play?

00:09:22.320 President Trump kind of had, you know, President Trump,

00:09:24.360 he's never going to allow any enemy to get too stable.

00:09:29.040 He said yesterday, hey, he's going to open it up for everybody,

00:09:31.640 and Xi's going to give him a big hug when he gets to Beijing in mid-May.

00:09:37.240 Your thoughts, sir?

00:09:39.200 Well, there's another strait before you get to the Strait of Taiwan.

00:09:42.020 I'll talk about that.

00:09:42.880 It's called the Strait of Malacca.

00:09:44.160 And the United States just struck a very high level joint security deal with Indonesia, which controls the Strait of Malacca.

00:09:52.660 I know Singapore's on the other side, but basically Indonesia can shut that.

00:09:56.260 So we've basically got all of the choke points that China utterly relies on, beginning with the Strait of Hormuz, but Strait of Malacca, and then ultimately the Taiwan Strait. 0.71

00:10:07.180 So China knows it.

00:10:08.680 China is, they've got a lot of coal.

00:10:12.300 they're keeping their economy going. They do depend on imported oil. Xi Jinping has serious

00:10:18.340 problems independent of everything we're talking about. The Chinese Communist Party is very

00:10:23.360 brittle at this stage. Now, they're ruthless. They're still in charge. I'm not suggesting

00:10:28.000 it's going to collapse. But Xi has sidelined, arrested, and killed so many of his enemies

00:10:33.340 and rivals. Is he the top guy? Yeah, he is. But he's pretty isolated. The problem with being in

00:10:38.480 a bubble is you don't know you're in the bubble. You're in it, but you don't know it. That's what

00:10:43.060 a bubble is. And Xi Jinping has created a bubble. So I don't think the Chinese Communist Party,

00:10:49.900 well, put it differently, they're a little brittle at the moment, and they're going to be

00:10:53.680 very vulnerable to this. But I think the Strait of Malacca is even a tighter choke point. We can

00:11:00.480 basically cut off energy to China. We've always been able to do that. Now, Steve, you touched on 1.00

00:11:05.080 something that's a lot bigger than everything we've been discussing. And this is a thesis.

00:11:10.880 It's out there. It's not the kind of thing you can easily prove or disprove, but it's at least

00:11:16.040 possible that what Trump is doing, you know, the rap is, you know, he's crazy, unpredictable, 0.96

00:11:21.080 irrational, et cetera, et cetera. There's another view, which is that he's trying to do something 0.86

00:11:26.060 that has only hasn't been done probably since Genghis Khan, which is create a global condominium

00:11:31.340 with Russia. The United States and Russia could control the global economy and by extension the 0.75

00:11:38.680 global politics. And if you say, okay, I want to take over the world, how would I do that? 0.65

00:11:42.900 Two words, money and oil. And the U.S. has the money. Russia and the U.S. combined have the oil

00:11:49.860 and have an enormous amount of gold between them. That could be something that would explain

00:11:54.260 everything. Why we're looking at Malacca, why we're looking at why we closed the Strait of

00:11:58.780 Hormuz with the blockade, etc. And Europe are in complete vassalage. They're shocked. They don't

00:12:04.780 even know what to do. And of course, we took over the Venezuelan oil. By extension, we got Guyana.

00:12:10.160 We took over the Panama Canal. Now we've closed the Strait of Hormuz, which means we basically

00:12:15.860 cut off the competition. Who's the competition for US-Russian oil? Well, Persian Gulf oil. Well,

00:12:20.360 just cut it off. So this is, and I'm not saying, you know, Putin and Trump are huddling and

00:12:27.200 discussing this in conspiratorial terms.

00:12:29.260 I'm not saying that.

00:12:30.020 I'm just saying that it explains the facts.

00:12:33.120 This is the reverse Nixon pivot. 0.61

00:12:36.280 This is what the first term we wanted to rapprochement with Russia and the deep state. 0.56

00:12:40.700 This is why you've got the Russia hoax.

00:12:42.960 You've got Crossfire Hurricane, the Russia hoax, all of what Comey and company did to impeach President Trump.

00:12:51.740 All of it, Solomon's going to be on here to stop the rapprochement between Russia and the United States.

00:12:56.800 It's evident on the face of you, 100 percent correct.

00:12:59.600 Jim, you're in studio.

00:13:00.680 I know you've got to bounce.

00:15:14.340 Gold, on the other hand, is increased in value by over 12,000%.

00:15:19.400 That's why central banks are buying gold at record levels.

00:16:38.760 Here's the catcher. 1.00

00:16:40.520 How much does it cost to deport an illegal alien?

00:16:42.320 $18,225 on average to go through the prosecution to deport individuals.

00:16:48.620 Now, if you think about it, underneath the Biden administration, 20 million individuals came here illegally.

00:16:53.140 If we go through the process on every single one of those, do the math on that at $18,225 per person.

00:17:00.860 Why does it cost that much?

00:17:02.320 Well, because of the way the laws are written and the way that they can claim asylum, the way that we have to.

00:17:10.000 Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen, if you had to send your confirmation that you've got to get a judicial warrant for everyone you're going to send home,

00:17:17.880 Maybe it wouldn't cost so much. Anyway, that's the secretary of DHS. And I hate that phrase.

00:17:24.000 We're a nation of immigrants. We're a nation of American citizens. We're honored to have on this morning.

00:17:28.740 Senator Eric Schmidt of the great state of Missouri. But also, I think it's pretty self-evident, one of the leaders in the MAGA and America First movement and one of the leaders in the Senate, one of the few voices of reason there.

00:17:41.120 Senator Schmidt, I want to talk to you while we got you in a minute about the briefing this morning.

00:17:45.900 But I know you're all over this immigration situation.

00:17:51.560 In fact, can we put up – last night they put up the first quarter raise for the Democrats in the Senate.

00:17:58.440 And I think people were shocked of the money they raised.

00:18:01.500 And it's basically $100 million, including like $9 million in Alaska.

00:18:06.120 Certain states people didn't think would be in play that the Democrats are focused on now.

00:18:10.380 This is just a proxy for their intensity. But but your response, I mean, because right now you're struggling in the Senate, you personally trying to be a leader and trying to get this thing focused.

00:18:21.120 But the Senate, the United States Senate run by the Republicans, controlled by the Republicans, I believe are treating President Trump right now as a lame duck president.

00:18:30.040 Your thoughts, sir? Well, I mean, I know I'm not. He's listen, as you know, you were there at the very beginning.

00:18:38.300 I think that what President Trump has given us is an opportunity to have a majority for a long time if we actually show action and we play offense.

00:18:46.420 I do think that some people are comfortable not being as active as we should be, and I don't agree with that.

00:18:52.700 I think we should be constantly playing offense. 0.99

00:18:54.320 Immigration is one of those things. 1.00

00:18:55.560 I think this is a winning issue for us, Steve.

00:18:57.860 And you look at it.

00:18:59.280 It's not just an illegal immigration problem.

00:19:01.440 We have a legal immigration problem in this country.

00:19:03.840 You look at the H-1B visa program. 0.98

00:19:05.900 It's been a scam for a long time.

00:19:07.580 Those numbers are way down. I think that's a success. There's 90% fewer of those. But really, I think that the coalition that we have now, which is this working class coalition, it is the ascending viewpoint. It is our future.

00:19:21.100 And those people, the people that I grew up around in my family, those jobs, the blue-collar jobs were shipped overseas. 0.98

00:19:28.040 And then the great betrayal was when they were looking for new jobs, we flooded this country with people who were here illegally. 0.81

00:19:32.880 But the other thing that's happening to white-collar workers now is we're displacing white-collar workers with cheaper foreign labor through the H-1B program. 0.99

00:19:40.260 They're more loyal.

00:19:41.300 They're more compliant because they're sponsored by those companies.

00:19:43.920 It's not because we don't have the people to do those jobs.

00:19:46.560 They're just cheaper and more compliant from another place. 0.97

00:19:49.140 And then you also have the OPT program, which is this foreign visa program.

00:19:53.480 The universities like it, Steve, because they get full freight on tuition.

00:19:57.000 But they also employers get a tax break to hire them as opposed to American workers.

00:20:01.700 So I think we've got to get serious about it.

00:20:03.540 We should be on offense about this is a winning issue for us as a country.

00:20:06.800 Strong borders are. 0.98

00:20:08.000 And also, I think meeting mass migration with mass deportations is a winner.

00:20:12.460 if you go back to that chart on the small dollar side the democrats have got their

00:20:18.920 folks fired up because this can't this election for them trump's on the ballot is trump derangement

00:20:23.940 syndrome and they think if they can feed trump now in the house and the senate senate's now in

00:20:28.300 play that they can destroy the last two years of president trump's this term and eventually

00:20:34.440 sending back sending to prison you say going on offense the the gap that will be made up will be

00:20:41.500 big donors and corporations and and they stand 100 percent everything you stand for i stand for

00:20:48.940 and the president stands for maga and america first they're the ones that are driving you just

00:20:54.260 had this dignity act if you look at this phony group they put up americans you know american

00:20:59.200 business for you know better wages or something it's all the same guys are in the chamber of

00:21:03.780 commerce they're sitting there now on the other side my cow has got and others have started this

00:21:08.520 Coalition for Mass Deportations, you say going on offense.

00:21:12.580 We know that you're on offense, but it seems like your colleagues, many of your colleagues,

00:21:16.680 not all of them, you've got the Mike Lees and some other guys that are there to fight.

00:21:21.980 Senator Scott down in Florida, he's talking about OPT.

00:21:24.560 But it seems like not enough of your colleagues in that caucus when you guys had that, was

00:21:30.580 it a Wednesday or Thursday lunch, are on board with you going on offense, sir.

00:21:35.240 well i you know uh you know it's a challenge and i and all i can do i guess steve is just try to

00:21:42.260 lead you know what i mean like to try to make the arguments and try to make the case and show that

00:21:46.280 you can go out there you can articulate a case the american people are with us i will say that

00:21:49.980 even some people who are like skeptical of president trump i mean i've always i've always

00:21:55.960 been there but when he came back in this historic comeback something no one alive has ever seen

00:22:02.100 where a president who was in office came back in non-consecutive terms, I think people were

00:22:07.160 convinced, even if they weren't on board with the ideology, that the people understood how

00:22:13.600 important it was, the agenda. And it was, immigration was front and center. I mean,

00:22:17.740 President Trump didn't run from it. It was center stage in his campaign in 2024. And so I think that

00:22:22.460 we just continue to have to lead. I think we're making the right arguments. You know, obviously

00:22:27.060 Save America Act and making sure only Americans can vote in American elections. I mean, these are

00:22:31.120 all things that I think we need to continue to push. And, you know, it may not be. And by the

00:22:36.820 way, like, you know, it was a small group of us when we opposed, you know, continuing to send

00:22:41.160 billions and billions to Ukraine. Right. That was a smaller group that got bigger. The Senate turns

00:22:46.420 over just the way by design. It sort of turns over slower because of six year terms. So I do think

00:22:51.760 I think we're making progress. I think we have more believers, but we certainly have more work

00:22:55.220 to do. You know, Missouri, if you look throughout American history, Missouri has been a bellwether.

00:23:00.580 it's the central part of the country. It's, it's very, you know,

00:23:03.720 based on patriots and working class people, uh, entrepreneurs, right.

00:23:08.380 There's some tremendous companies built by entrepreneurs. 0.95

00:23:10.980 What are the folks, cause I tell people that this all panicking and people run

00:23:14.340 right now,

00:23:15.100 what are people in Missouri telling you that is are the things they want us to

00:23:20.840 focus on? They want the president to focus on that can lead us to victory in

00:23:25.700 November. And I mean,

00:23:26.600 hold the house to maybe pick up a seat or two and hold the Senate, sir.

00:23:31.400 Look, what President Trump, I think the greatest gift he has is authenticity.

00:23:38.280 And he speaks to the concerns of just regular, normal people.

00:23:42.540 And we can't lose sight of that.

00:23:44.360 And I think what happens sometimes, Steve, in Washington, the conversations here are so different than they are back home.

00:23:51.800 And, you know, I go back and forth every week and stay connected.

00:23:54.420 That's my, I'm a sixth generation Missourian.

00:23:56.360 So I feel like if you look at Missouri, look, it wasn't that long ago, Claire McCaskill was representing the state of Missouri.

00:24:03.940 Missouri understood the challenges.

00:24:05.580 They understood the betrayal of the elites a long time ago and have different senators now in office to articulate that vision and be leaders on these points.

00:24:14.900 And so I think we have to stay focused on the needs and the concerns of working families.

00:24:19.520 So, you know, making things more affordable.

00:24:21.480 I think, by the way, finally having a president, Steve, we've been ripped off for far too long.

00:24:27.260 The whole premise of NATO at the end of World War II was for these European countries to rebuild, get back on their feet.

00:24:33.820 So they got these sweetheart trade deals and they had this defense umbrella they never really paid for and they subsidized their social welfare programs.

00:24:40.240 What President Trump is saying, you know what, the rest of the world, we're tired of getting ripped off.

00:24:44.020 We're going to renegotiate these trade deals.

00:24:45.660 And these NATO countries need to pay for their own defense and be engaged more in their defense of their own continent.

00:24:51.480 These are the kind of things they want somebody to stick up for the American worker and bring those jobs back home.

00:24:57.160 And I think if we stay focused on that, and by the way, immigration touches this, too.

00:25:00.980 They are tired of other people from other places taking their jobs and getting, you know, companies getting tax breaks to do it.

00:25:07.300 So I think if we stay on point and we stay aggressive, we can win.

00:25:10.720 Now, I will say this.

00:25:12.240 The blessing of all of it is we have a broader base now.

00:25:15.720 We have a broad sort of working class party that's a broader base.

00:25:21.700 The Democrats have a shrinking base.

00:25:24.180 So I'd rather have our problem than their problem, but we have more lower propensity voters.

00:25:28.500 So in a midterm, like we have right now where President Trump isn't on the ballot, we've got to make sure people are energized.

00:25:34.980 And I think that's where we come in.

00:25:36.020 We have to show real leadership.

00:25:37.160 They have to know there are people fighting for them here in Washington to go out.

00:25:40.540 But you're right.

00:25:40.980 Missourians have always been skeptical of a federal government a thousand miles away telling them how to live their lives.

00:25:45.760 I think if we keep that in mind, we'll keep winning.

00:25:48.560 By the way, Zero's going to be up next.

00:25:50.140 He asked that very question about NATO and about the NATO Navy's not being there in the blockade.

00:25:54.540 We'll get to that in a moment.

00:25:55.760 Very perceptive, Senator Schmidt.

00:25:58.380 Last question.

00:25:59.100 By the way, the reason they're raising so much money, the Democrats have put Trump on the ballot in the midterm.

00:26:03.580 It's all Trump derangement syndrome.

00:26:05.260 He's got to go.

00:26:05.720 We've got to put Trump and his policies on the ballot, on that policy before you go.

00:26:10.720 We've got about 90 seconds.

00:26:13.120 When you talk to the president about the war, what is your advice, overall advice, Senator?

00:26:19.020 I think that the objectives have been clearly articulated. 0.92

00:26:23.480 We're ahead of schedule.

00:26:24.600 And then when it happens, I think there does need to be a pivot to what it looks like after the fact.

00:26:29.960 And, you know, the president's been very clear about what he wants to see.

00:26:35.160 They cannot have a nuclear weapon.

00:26:37.660 And I think their missile defense that protected those ambitions has been severely degraded.

00:26:42.160 And I know the president's very serious about this.

00:26:44.700 He is not interested in a forever war in the Middle East, and I'm not.

00:26:49.020 I think we've learned those lessons. 0.96

00:26:50.620 But I think what he's trying to carry out here is to take out their capabilities, their nuclear capabilities.

00:26:55.440 And when that is accomplished, I think there'll be a pivot.

00:26:59.760 As Missouri goes, so goes the nation.

00:27:01.740 Senator Schmidt, people want to follow you on social media and your website.

00:27:06.020 They want to know more about you and how you're leading in the Senate.

00:27:08.760 Where do they go?

00:27:10.240 Yeah, on X, Eric underscore Schmidt with two T's on Facebook, on Instagram.

00:27:15.040 We're pretty active and we try to try to have a little fun with it, too, Steve.

00:27:19.900 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you coming on today.

00:27:22.540 All right, partner. Take care.

00:27:26.060 This fight, we're down for a dogfight on this midterm.

00:27:29.400 There's no doubt about it. And they put Trump on the ballot in the Trump derangement syndrome.

00:27:33.920 and they're coming at it from every different way.

00:27:37.680 Now, we can focus on the signal

00:27:39.960 and what we need to do to hold this situation.

00:27:42.540 And actually, I understand there may be a couple,

00:27:45.920 three policies that need to be refined.

00:27:48.860 Is that what we've got to say?

00:27:49.960 It needs to be refined.

00:27:52.420 And we're going to be in the refinement business

00:27:54.160 of making sure these policies are the ones

00:27:56.460 that can draw the MAGA voter out.

00:27:59.560 Senator Schmidt's absolutely correct.

00:28:01.060 And I think there was some. How do I say this? Misunderstanding by certain the political types and the consultants, all this thing about drug prices and transparency of drug prices.

00:28:12.900 No, this is a base selection to get the base out. You need to go back to the policies that the base will come out for short break.

00:28:21.880 Back in a moment. This year marks a critical moment for our country as the opposition grows more aggressive and more unapologetic.

00:28:30.220 The fight now reaches into the everyday decisions we make.

00:28:34.760 Patriot Mobile has been standing on the front lines fighting for freedom for more than 12 years.

00:28:40.760 They just don't deliver top-tier wireless service.

00:28:44.100 They are activists like me and like you in the Wolverine Posse who truly care about this republic and saving our country.

00:28:53.060 Patriot Mobile offers prioritized premium access on all three major U.S. networks,

00:28:59.260 giving you the same or better coverage than the main carriers themselves.

00:29:03.580 That means fast speeds and dependable nationwide coverage

00:29:07.240 backed by 100% U.S.-based customer service.

00:29:12.340 They also offer unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots,

00:29:57.080 today thank you good morning mr secretary gentlemen um david zia real america's voice

00:30:03.500 as commercial shipping ramps up you know there was 130 ships a day going through that as that

00:30:09.100 happens ships have to anchor up right and wait to pass through the narrow straight um what uh is

00:30:16.060 Is there any progress with an international force to phase out U.S. military-led escorts or other?

00:30:25.340 Is anyone stepping up to do that?

00:30:28.480 It's a great question.

00:30:29.940 Long term.

00:30:30.660 They should be.

00:30:31.900 There's a lot of talk, and what we've seen in this conflict from allies, and those is a lot of talk,

00:30:38.460 except for the ones that were mentioned by Admiral Cooper in the region who have been phenomenal.

00:30:42.280 Other allies have talked a lot and haven't done anything.

00:30:45.100 And as the president has pointed out, this is a waterway that the American commerce doesn't use all that much.

00:30:51.620 We don't rely on the energy coming out of the Strait of Hormuz.

00:30:54.460 But Asia does, and Europe does, and large parts of the rest of the world do.

00:30:59.840 And so their ability to muster a collective defense or a clearing of the straits would be a wonderful thing.

00:31:06.060 And we hear and see the talk about it.

00:31:08.780 But when shots were fired and those countries were needed the most, they weren't there.

00:31:12.580 They weren't in the strait.

00:31:13.580 They weren't alongside us. Their leaders weren't rallying what what what they have of their navies.

00:31:19.380 If they decide after CENTCOM does the heavy lifting, which, again, they should be able to do.

00:31:24.760 We should live in a world where other countries can defend waterways, not just the United States Navy.

00:31:29.180 Should should that conclude, which we believe it will, then we would welcome other countries coming in after the fact.

00:31:35.360 But you can't live in a world in perpetuity.

00:31:38.060 and this is a message to the rest of the world and our allies where you just rely on america to

00:31:42.540 continually do the heavy lifting oh iran might get a nuclear bomb who's going to do something

00:31:45.640 about it america and america only other allies need to invest in their capabilities so they can

00:31:51.040 project power and do basic tasks like clearing a strait so we're not counting on it but it would

00:31:56.180 be wonderful uh to see it if it ever materialized yes okay i want to go to david zier david uh

00:32:04.440 magnificent question dead spot on i also want to just go back the um the general kane's briefing

00:32:11.740 emerald cooper's briefing was great pete right there fantastic showing you that nobody's picking

00:32:15.880 up the the slack um what inspired you to do that zero because i think that cut to the chain given

00:32:21.520 the operational briefing they gave us on the blockade you basically cut to the heart of it

00:32:26.420 once again it's all the united states and like pete said it's nothing but talk coming out from uh

00:32:32.120 There's nothing but talk coming out from the other side.

00:32:36.760 Yes. Good morning, Steve.

00:32:38.360 And thank God we control, you know, not only the Strait of Hormuz, the Strait of Malacca and others.

00:32:43.840 So we can go to these theaters, minesweepers passing through Indonesia the other day, you know, I think on the way over there.

00:32:49.960 But supposedly 22 countries signed on to help efforts to ensure safe passage through the strait.

00:32:57.020 And what happened to this combined maritime forces?

00:32:59.980 I think there's 47 nations that are part of this out of Bahrain.

00:33:03.940 I think it's run by the U.S. military.

00:33:06.240 But where are all these nations?

00:33:09.020 And what are we going to do?

00:33:10.500 Are we going to be there in perpetuity?

00:33:12.060 Are we going to be there for three years?

00:33:14.980 And it's very crowded over there, right?

00:33:17.940 And General Cain was really brilliant in laying out, like, all our young guys on these DDGs, right,

00:33:24.200 on these guided missile destroyers with the AGS class and all that,

00:33:27.140 these young guys making these decisions. And you compared it to like racing a sports car through a

00:33:31.900 supermarket parking lot, the traffic going on there. And I don't think any other country is

00:33:37.080 capable of doing that. And that's probably part of the problem here. But, you know, where is the

00:33:42.280 support? Where are these other countries outside of some of the Gulf states? Because, you know,

00:33:47.500 it's going to get to the point where I think 20 ships or so passed yesterday or the day before.

00:33:51.740 but if you have 129 a day they all anchor up waiting to pass through the straits it's narrow

00:33:57.780 from what i understand and are they sitting ducks you know someone pops out of a cave or on a cliff

00:34:02.940 and shoots an anti-ship missile you know who's going to be there yeah but the point you made is

00:34:08.240 that hey on an average day a normal day 134 ships coming in and out that's it's down to a handful a

00:34:14.900 dozen now but he also i thought in the briefing we've got the clip i'm kind of jammed for time

00:34:20.320 because we're going to get Solomon up here.

00:34:21.760 Is Solomon, we got Solomon yet?

00:34:23.880 As soon as we get Solomon.

00:34:26.800 He talked about how they're actually turning them back around

00:34:30.760 and telling them, you know, particularly these gray,

00:34:34.000 this gray shadow fleet, this ghost fleet,

00:34:36.700 which has been breaking the sanctions and selling oil,

00:34:40.200 taking oil, selling it to the Chinese Communist Party

00:34:42.620 and the Mullahs get the money. 0.60

00:34:44.360 I just thought the operational side shows that we've locked it down.

00:34:48.860 Only people that come in and out of there are what the United States Navy allows.

00:34:52.580 Now, David, obviously no other nation on Earth can do that.

00:34:56.700 But you've got the Royal Navy, you have the French Navy, you've got the Italian Navy and others in NATO.

00:35:03.540 But those three alone are supposed to they are also theoretically naval powers.

00:35:08.700 It just shows you what President Trump's continued to hammer that NATO is never there.

00:35:14.800 You know, when when you need them, they want us to underwrite.

00:35:18.060 you know a war against Russia in both Ukraine and anything happen in Europe but when we're down on

00:35:26.300 on a on an area where her moves it's all either going to Asia or Europe the Red Sea that leads

00:35:32.760 into the to the Suez Canal is a hundred percent weren't you kind of shocked even when Pete said

00:35:38.060 I think they've had discussions but nobody you know as he he says they have conferences they

00:35:43.100 keep talking about it. But so far, no commitments to assist the Americans here.

00:35:49.620 Didn't sound like great news all around. And I know Hegseth is committed. And I think these guys

00:35:56.160 are, you know, doing a really good job. I really believe that. But, you know, policy wise, you know,

00:36:02.080 I think they will come around these other countries at some point. But the question is when

00:36:06.560 and will these ships be exposed? You know, going forward, it's really a concern.

00:36:10.680 David Zier, great job over the Pentagon.

00:36:13.940 There's going to be a lot more presidents.

00:36:15.480 The president is going to Vegas this afternoon and then to Arizona tomorrow.

00:36:20.580 He's going to do a Turning Point event tomorrow.

00:36:22.120 He's out there today with the no tax on tips.

00:36:25.340 Secretary Besson is with him.

00:36:27.140 Our own Brian Glenn is out there, so we're going to go get a snapshot from Brian Glenn.

00:36:31.160 David Zier, where do people keep up with you?

00:36:33.840 I notice you're getting called on virtually every press conference.

00:36:38.320 The reason is you've got great questions that are fair questions.

00:36:41.100 They're tough, but fair.

00:36:42.620 And today I thought was a great one.

00:36:44.320 And we appreciate you sticking around to come on.

00:36:46.360 Where do people go, David, to get to follow you on social media?

00:36:51.040 Yeah, and I think people are fed up with the garbage that they're trying to bring down headset on every little thing here.

00:36:56.760 But they can follow me at Dave Zier on X and David Zier on all the other platforms.

00:37:02.340 By the way, we're at the State Department.

00:37:04.040 We're here for a signing with Finland and the Philippines.

00:37:06.400 We're going to go inside to secure silicon supply chains.

00:37:12.420 David Zier is on it.

00:37:13.580 David gave me a heads up the other day.

00:37:14.940 He said, hey, Indonesia is here, and it's not just for a photo op.

00:37:17.680 We're actually going to sign something that's going to give us tantamount to control the Straits of Malacca,

00:37:22.540 which is strategically, as you heard Jim Rickards in the first block, tell you it's a major strategic thing.

00:37:29.800 So, Zier, you're always your nose for news.

00:37:32.860 And I agree.

00:37:33.600 I understand the frustration.

00:37:35.000 What I was saying about Pete is given the fact that this is going to be the most detailed briefing, I think, of any of our military operations so far, and particularly how effective this blockade has been, you might not want to stop.

00:37:47.140 Because as you can imagine, David, the media is running with the Pharisee quote because it was so electric, right?

00:37:56.240 But and it's pretty obvious. But no, Pete is Pete is is well within his bounds because of the unfairness that they come after him.

00:38:05.400 It's just ridiculous. Anyway, David's here. Thank you, sir. See you. Good. Good job of the State Department.

00:38:09.820 Yes, sir. Real America's voice all over this morning. We're going to get to Brian Glenn here in a moment.

00:38:15.520 John Eastman, you're one of the heroes. You know, Solomon's going to come up and we're going to talk about everything's breaking now.

00:38:21.080 You know, Todd Blanche and this crew over at Maine Justice now has a program that's pretty organized about getting to the bottom of the Russia collusion hoax, the stealing of the 2020 election, the impeachment, the phone impeachment, 2020 election, all of it.

00:38:36.940 And we get news in the middle of this that one of our heroes, and I think we can say the greatest constitutional lawyer we have on the right, just you just argued, you just had your case argued at the Supreme Court on birthright citizenship, which you've been working on for 25 years.

00:38:52.220 You're disbarred. How does that work, sir?

00:39:01.320 Is John is John on mute?

00:39:02.860 hey uh do we have uh do we have john we don't okay okay fine we're gonna get john eastman

00:39:12.880 big news coming out of california john eastman was uh disbarred uh last night in um was disbarred

00:39:20.040 uh in california and it just shows you the degree and i keep saying this that that's why we have to

00:39:26.200 be fully, fully aggressive on every point. John Solomon's going to have breaking news on this,

00:39:33.780 on the plot against the president. This plot, it's one continuous conspiracy. Don't look at

00:39:41.700 it as pieces. Remember, we started the show during impeachment. In fact, the very beginning,

00:39:46.820 I got the idea. I was in New York City. We were having meetings up there. Nancy Pelosi was there

00:39:52.500 for the United Nations in September of 2019.

00:39:57.180 And she stepped up.

00:39:58.500 This is about this phony call about Ukraine.

00:40:02.040 And she said, this requires immediately,

00:40:04.960 you know, a preliminary investigation.

00:40:07.760 We're going to see about what went on in this call

00:40:10.100 and whether it leads to impeachment.

00:40:11.680 I told people right then, I said, you see their strategy.

00:40:14.880 The economy is now hitting on all cylinders.

00:40:16.940 President Trump is really rocking and rolling

00:40:20.600 when it comes to the economy.

00:40:22.780 Things are on fire.

00:40:23.680 The fourth quarter is going to be amazing.

00:40:25.620 And they're going to try to chop black in with an impeachment.

00:40:29.200 And that's what happened.

00:40:29.920 We started the show, I think, around the 1st of October

00:40:31.980 to get on top of that.

00:40:33.660 That's the first show to focus just on the impeachment.

00:40:36.100 So I've got John Eastman now.

00:40:38.620 John Eastman.

00:40:40.000 John, and all the good news we've got coming out

00:40:42.500 on breaking down the conspiracy

00:40:44.400 to have a coup against President Trump,

00:40:47.800 including as part of the continuum,

00:40:49.320 the stealing of the 2020 election. In the middle of this, now that we're on offense,

00:40:54.340 we get word that you've been disbarred. How does that work?

00:40:58.920 Well, California has a unique system. It's got a separate bar court. All of the judges have been 0.91

00:41:06.240 appointed by Democrats. We had a pretty vigorous Democrat activist as our trial judge. She continues

00:41:13.600 to make donations to Democrat candidates even while she was hearing my case, and they recommended

00:41:20.420 disbarment, both the trial court and the review department. That went up to the California Supreme

00:41:25.260 Court, which is the only body that can impose such a sanction. But if they deny my petition,

00:41:31.620 then they've adopted the lower court decision as their own. And that's what they did yesterday in

00:41:38.380 short two-word order, denied, colon, disbarred. We now take it to the US Supreme Court. There

00:41:46.700 are egregious violations of my First Amendment rights to speech and the right to petition the

00:41:51.260 government for redress of grievances, but also due process concerns. One of the cornerstones

00:41:56.780 of the requirement of due process is a fair and neutral adjudicator, and we clearly did not have

00:42:01.500 that. So we'll be taking this to the US Supreme Court. But look, this is about much more than my

00:42:08.700 particular bar license. I mean, I'm close to retirement age. That doesn't matter so much to

00:42:12.920 me. What matters is the weaponization of our bar disciplinary proceedings, and it is metastasizing.

00:42:21.740 You now get these groups, Hamilton Fox and the DC bar is kind of leading the charge there,

00:42:27.000 going after current lawyers at the Department of Justice who are doing their jobs defending the

00:42:33.360 executive branch and President Trump's executive orders and executive actions. And they're being

00:42:39.780 threatened with disbarment. And I've had several people tell me that Department of Justice lawyers

00:42:44.520 are afraid of taking on these cases for fear that if they do, their bar licenses will be challenged

00:42:50.120 and maybe even subject to criminal prosecution if a more radical, you know, it's hard to imagine

00:42:56.660 more radical than Joe Biden, but a more radical president comes in in 2029.

00:43:01.460 In other words, they are already accomplishing a good part of their mission, which is to

00:43:05.720 silent opposition by threatening them with future bar disciplinary proceedings or criminal

00:43:11.820 prosecutions.

00:43:13.500 And they've not hidden that this is their goal.

00:43:17.080 David Brock, the head of one of the founders of the 65 Project, said as much.

00:43:22.320 She said, our goal is not just to get these lawyers disbarred, but to make them so toxic in their firms and their communities that lawyers won't take on these kind of cases ever again.

00:43:31.060 That's going to destroy our adversarial system of justice.

00:43:34.280 And those are the stakes that are involved here, obviously much, much bigger than my own bar license, although that's fairly significant.

00:43:43.380 John, hang on for one second.

00:43:44.680 I'm just holding you to the break.

00:43:45.580 This is one of the central – in the 30-front war, this may be one of our most important.

00:43:50.360 And this is where they have controlled the commanding heights.

00:43:53.620 Short break.

00:43:54.200 Eastman on the other side.

00:43:57.460 Do you owe back taxes or you haven't filed your taxes in years?

00:44:02.420 Now is the time to resolve your tax matters.

00:44:05.700 With the national conversation around abolishing the income tax,

00:44:10.420 the IRS is fighting back and proving it's here to stay

00:44:13.520 by becoming more aggressive than ever before.

00:44:16.520 They're sending out more collection notices,

00:44:19.460 filing more tax liens, and collecting billions more in recent years.

00:44:24.420 If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts,

00:44:30.160 seize your retirement, and even your home.

00:44:33.160 If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question of if the IRS will act.

00:44:38.600 It's a question of when it will act.

00:44:41.280 Right now, Tax Network USA is offering a completely free IRS research and discovery call

00:44:47.280 to show you exactly where you stand and what they can stop before it's too late.

00:45:41.980 Don't let the IRS be the first to act.

00:45:45.640 take advantage of first mover advantage, you move.

00:45:51.480 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:45:55.780 Okay, I've got John Solomon for a few minutes.

00:45:57.960 Let's take John, and Eastman's going to join me.

00:46:00.100 Stick around and join me on the other side.

00:46:02.000 So, John, we've got Eastman up because they disbarred him last night in California,

00:46:05.840 but it's part of this process.

00:46:08.040 We have a 30-front war where one of the biggest,

00:46:12.120 and this is what Todd Blanchett and these guys,

00:46:13.780 The struggle they've got at Maine Justice is to take on this conspiracy all the way from crossfire hurricane through what they try to do to stop Trump from winning to then what they tried, the coup they tried to have against President Trump, which led to the to the commission to try to, you know, to try to throw him out.

00:46:33.480 Then you've got the impeachment. Then you've got stealing 2020. It's all continue. And then you've got what Biden did in the Biden years. It's all one continuous piece for like nine or 10 years.

00:46:43.780 And Eastman's right. They're going after the Jeff Clarks, the Rudys, the Eastman, anybody involved and threatening now people at justice.

00:46:50.780 This is what Todd and these guys are are struggling with. They're coming after the law firms. They're coming after the lawyers.

00:46:56.960 Where do we stand? And because now the revelations are coming hot and heavy every day through Tulsi Gabbard and others, much of it coming through your reporting.

00:47:04.440 Where do we stand? Well, first, I think the president will be taking some action in the next couple of weeks to create.

00:47:11.160 I think we could give it a code name. The FBI liked code names when they went after the president.

00:47:15.260 I'd like a code name. I think I would call this Operation Hypersonic Clarity. I think

00:47:19.520 what will happen is, you know, these documents, it took me eight months to get these documents

00:47:23.520 out of ODNI. I want to thank Director Gabbard for having the courage to fight with the deep

00:47:28.600 state to get them out. But it shouldn't take eight months in an administration that's committed to

00:47:33.500 getting this information out to do. I think the president's going to create a process to get a

00:47:38.040 mass avalanche of what we need to know, what truths we were denied the last 10 years, out.

00:47:43.600 It also will benefit the prosecutors in Florida who can get tied up with the deep state or

00:47:48.240 procedures like SEPA, State Secrets Act hearings, which can tie you down for months. Get everything

00:47:54.780 declassified quickly. Transparency is the first shot of the cannon. Then I think you'll see the

00:48:00.480 decisions made by the end of this month on Brennan, it sounds like that's where they're headed

00:48:04.500 towards there and then comey maybe in may and then some others after that if you're going to

00:48:09.580 get a grand conspiracy case you got to start we all need to think about what we learned when we

00:48:13.900 watched the mob movies right the godfather or uh other great mob movies the fbi and the irs they

00:48:19.320 never get the mobster unless they flip someone high up in the family right the uh the capo the

00:48:24.700 the turncoat when when they got um and i think you have to look at this democrat slash intelligence

00:48:31.500 cabal as a organized crime organization. That's what a conspiracy case usually is. You're going

00:48:37.080 to have to flip someone big, someone that knows what went up above them and down them, or hurt,

00:48:41.120 maybe for that matter. So somewhere they'll have to be a major person that flips, the Sammy the

00:48:45.880 Bull. When Sammy the Bull turned down Gambino family, the Gambino family went down. They're

00:48:50.960 going to have to do that. So these things are happening. What you're seeing is the deep state

00:48:55.060 and the Democrats know that they are impotent in Washington right now.

00:49:02.020 They can't get anything done, so they're using the state systems to continue that lawfare.

00:49:06.360 That's what John Eastman's getting punished for.

00:49:08.560 There's going to be a trial in Wisconsin soon of a very respected judge, Judge Jim Troopas,

00:49:13.820 for something that probably is not even a state matter.

00:49:16.860 I think the Justice Department has a really significant opportunity.

00:49:20.480 It is clear that a matter of certifying the election is not a state matter.

00:49:26.660 It is a federal matter.

00:49:28.000 It has confused me that during the Pam Bondi years that the Justice Department didn't go

00:49:33.040 into that Wisconsin case or the Georgia case or other ones and say, hey, we're invoking

00:49:37.720 the Supremacy Clause.

00:49:39.200 This is a federal matter.

00:49:40.440 The state has nothing to do with this.

00:49:42.540 Get the hell out.

00:49:43.620 I wonder if Todd Blanche takes that strike in the next few weeks and saves a Jim Drupas,

00:49:47.760 maybe goes to the bar and says, this wasn't a matter of adjudication for the California bar

00:49:52.460 and takes the supremacy clause for the tool that the founding fathers intended it to be,

00:49:58.060 which is for states not to meddle in federal central government business. I think that's

00:50:02.240 something to watch for. The other thing to watch for is I do think that Alan Dershowitz's idea on

00:50:07.360 our show on Tuesday night has caught fire. I think in Congress and maybe in a court filing,

00:50:14.100 you'll soon see a request to expunge President Trump's impeachment from the congressional

00:50:18.140 record never happened in our history it'd be a big deal I don't know how it'll end up

00:50:22.500 but that'll be a big deal and then of course what happened last night Tulsi Gabbard not only made

00:50:27.180 something public she put in process a motion to create accountability the inspector general 0.99

00:50:31.820 former inspector general of the United States and that whistleblower now been referred for

00:50:36.400 criminal investigation at the Justice Department that is a big deal and you know normally this

00:50:40.540 would be outside the statute of limitations, but the statute reboots if something was hidden. And

00:50:45.680 in this case, the bias, the falsehoods, and the hearsay nature of this complaint was hidden from

00:50:53.220 prosecutors, the American public, the impeachment proceedings. The clock restarts on that, which

00:50:58.200 means it's in statute. So Tulsi Gabbard just put something in motion that could also create

00:51:02.560 some accountability. You said, just for clarity, you said there's going to be some sort of

00:51:09.380 operation? Are they going to try to combine this all under one process? And that's what's going to

00:51:13.920 be some centralized thing, like a task force assigned to it, some operation? Let's see what

00:51:18.120 the president does. I mean, I think the president understands how hard it is to get truth out,

00:51:22.100 even when you're in charge. I mean, think about the things that his own administration,

00:51:25.860 the first administration didn't get out. And by the way, we're still, we don't know half of

00:51:29.760 Arctic Cross yet. We don't know anything about Round River. And we just learned something about

00:51:34.480 impeachment that occurred seven years ago. I think the president understands that the system

00:51:39.240 is broken, that the deep state can clog up the pipelines. And I think he's going to do a one-time

00:51:44.640 unclogging of the arteries, maybe a little open heart surgery on the transparency system and do

00:51:50.500 it. Let's see what he comes up with. But I think that's the key point. If we can accelerate

00:51:54.300 transparency, the prosecutors can accelerate accountability decisions. And I think that's

00:52:00.540 the next big move here. And by the way, bravo, Tulsi Gabbard, thank you for fighting for the

00:52:04.560 truth. Thank you for taking our request. CIA Director John Ratcliffe is doing some amazing

00:52:09.980 work right now to help get us answers about China meddling in the 2020 election. I think that's

00:52:14.480 going to be a bombshell. I'm going to have some new documents on Monday you're going to definitely

00:52:18.420 all want to read. The people around the president are working really hard. I think if the highway

00:52:25.580 system gets rerouted so that the deep state can't stick its hand out and pull it into a closet and

00:52:29.760 I did for six months, we're all going to be better served.

00:52:33.540 Wow.

00:52:34.020 John Solomon, where do people go for all this content?

00:52:36.300 The show, the news site, all of it, social media?

00:52:39.940 Now, the easiest one is I get to follow you every day on this great network.

00:52:42.720 I'm really proud of that.

00:52:43.600 Just the News, no noise at 6 o'clock.

00:52:45.940 John, Jay Solomon reports on all social media platforms and just the news.com.

00:52:50.440 That's our website where we put all our news.

00:52:52.820 And by the way, when we put our news up, we put all our documents up because we trust you to make up your own money.

00:52:57.000 You don't have to take our word for it.

00:52:58.280 We're really proud of that as well.

00:53:00.640 John Solomon, thank you so much.

00:53:02.940 Thank you, brother.

00:53:03.380 Many years in the making, this whole process, many years in the making.

00:53:07.960 Eastman's going to join us, Joe Allen.

00:53:10.280 Eastman is absolutely correct.

00:53:11.960 The biggest hurdle we've got is a justice system that is totally, absolutely corrupt,

00:53:18.000 and they control from the top to the bottom, from the law schools to the professors in the law schools,

00:53:24.920 to the law firms, the young lawyers, the federal judges, state judges, California Supreme Court.
