00:00:00.000 What do we understand this indictment to be about?
00:00:04.020 We are told by a very good source that this indictment relates to an investigation into the allegations that former FBI director James Comey had made threats against the president's life when he posted something on Instagram, which was a picture of some shells arranged in a certain way, which he took to be a political message.
00:00:25.980 he captioned it. Oh, interesting message here. It said 8647. He was interviewed about this by
00:00:34.340 FBI agents as he drove back from a beach trip. And this investigation went on. And now we
00:00:41.500 understand a grand jury has returned an indictment for him making this threat against the life of
00:00:48.020 the president. Legally sound footing, Lisa. It's hard to say because the Supreme Court has upheld
00:00:54.360 a statute that penalizes making threats against a president. People said, for example, in the 1960s
00:01:00.800 that this was an infringement on First Amendment rights. The Supreme Court said, no, the statute
00:01:04.020 is constitutional, but it has to be a true threat. And by that, what some people have interpreted
00:01:09.180 that to mean is that a reasonable person looking at all of the evidence would themselves understand
00:01:15.200 it as a threat. Political hyperbole, said the Supreme Court, is not a threat. Something made
00:01:20.460 in jest is not a threat. So I think there is somewhat of an uphill climb here for the Department
00:01:25.480 of Justice in establishing that Jim Comey actually meant this as a threat against the life of the
00:01:30.840 president, as opposed to a statement about getting rid of him from office or having the country be
00:01:37.860 rid of him as a political scourge, not as a threat against his life. The District of North Carolina
00:01:43.180 returned an indictment against James Comey on two counts. The first count is that on or about
00:01:49.880 May 15th of last year, he knowingly and willfully making a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States.
00:02:00.160 Count two, same day, May 15th, 2025, that the defendant, James Comey, knowingly and willfully transmitting in interstate commerce a communication that contained a threat to kill the president of the United States.
00:02:14.420 Both of these counts carry a maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years.
00:02:19.480 86-47, arranged with shells on a beach and posted to Instagram.
00:02:25.260 Do you see that, Eugene, as a threat against the president's life?
00:02:29.640 Well, you know, Katie, I think I'm a reasonable person, according to the Supreme Court standard.
00:02:36.020 And no, my understanding of what 86 means is to kick someone out.
00:02:43.900 And in the context of talking about a president in this political context, it means you kick him out of office.
00:02:52.100 And that's a perfectly normal thing to say if you were a political opponent of President Trump.
00:02:59.940 It certainly would be protected speech.
00:03:02.140 So, again, Lisa is the expert on how the Supreme Court might slice this very thin slice of potato.
00:03:14.240 But I just, I think it's a stretch.
00:03:17.500 I mean, it seems obvious to me that they were looking for something to charge Comey with
00:03:22.680 or something else to charge Comey with, having failed the first time around.
00:03:26.860 And they think this is it.
00:03:28.500 Earlier today, a grand jury in the Eastern District of North Carolina returned a true bill
00:03:35.040 indicting Mr. James Comey with committing two felonies.
00:03:40.220 Count one, he knowingly and willfully made a threat to kill and to inflict bodily harm
00:03:46.620 upon the President of the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. 871A.
00:03:55.400 Count two, he knowingly and willfully transmitted an interstate and foreign commerce,
00:04:01.880 a communication that contained a threat to kill President Trump in violation of 18 U.S.C. 875C.
00:04:14.340 Mr. Comey will be given every form of due process all citizens are entitled to receive
00:04:21.480 to include a trial by a jury of his peers.
00:04:26.540 In the Eastern District of North Carolina, it doesn't matter who you are.
00:04:31.520 We take all threat cases seriously and prosecute anyone who violates federal law,
00:04:39.560 regardless of title or status.
00:04:42.140 Investigators work methodically.
00:04:44.080 They are career agents, career prosecutors who work these matters.
00:04:47.300 They call the balls and strikes in the field as they see fit pursuant to the facts of the case in the law.
00:04:52.980 They took that information and made a presentment to a grand jury, a jury of appears in the district in which the alleged crime took place.
00:05:00.420 And that grand jury spoke and that grand jury returned a two count indictment against James Comey.
00:05:06.480 James Comey allegedly threatened the life of the president of the United States.
00:05:10.840 And as you all now know, shortly after posting that threat, he deleted that threat.
00:05:17.300 and then issued an apology.
00:05:18.980 All of that information was presented to the grand jury
00:05:21.920 and Mr. Comey will have his day in court
00:05:24.240 and his ability to speak to a jury of his peers.
00:05:27.860 Thank you.
00:05:29.000 Justice Department in this filing today
00:05:31.520 also issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Comey.
00:05:34.860 Is it your belief that he is a continued public threat
00:05:38.980 and is there a request also for detention
00:05:42.940 that you anticipate will be made in this case?
00:05:45.720 So the Department of Justice does not issue arrest warrants. Grand juries do.
00:05:50.000 And so the grand jury returned and died in an arrest warrant.
00:05:52.420 I expect that there will be communication with with Mr. Comey's counsel and we'll go from there.
00:05:59.880 This case will proceed like hundreds of others do every year.
00:06:04.460 There will be some sort of arraignment set by the judge or assigned to the magistrate judge.
00:06:10.060 And when that happens, you'll you'll know about it.
00:06:12.880 This is a Department of Justice that has made it clear through the actions and the indictments and the investigations that anybody who the president has gone up against politically or doesn't like or feels if he feels they've been unfair to him, that they're in in the line of sights.
00:06:33.360 And I don't mean that violently. I mean, just they're going to be investigated.
00:06:37.540 And that goes for people at DOJ who worked on investigations, were assigned to them being fired from DOJ or the FBI.
00:06:44.700 It goes to political opponents. It goes to the former FBI director.
00:06:51.900 What is the priority from your from your position, as you see it, of this Justice Department?
00:06:58.060 I am your retribution. I mean, this is retribution is something that apparently President Trump was absolutely serious about when he said during the campaign, I am your retribution.
00:07:12.440 I guess he meant I am my retribution because he is determined, obviously now, to get back at anybody who he thinks wronged him.
00:07:25.400 And this is like a constant undercurrent now.
00:07:31.680 And this is an engine that churns along regardless of whatever else is happening in the world or in the nation. 0.88
00:07:41.440 So, yes, we're at war with Iran. Yes, King Charles is here. Yes, this, yes, that economy. 0.81
00:07:50.220 But retribution just kind of keeps keeps moving ahead.
00:07:58.300 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:08:03.460 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:08:07.340 I got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have had a belly full of it
00:08:14.480 I know you don't like hearing that I know you try to do everything the world to stop that but you're
00:08:18.260 not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people like that go to share the big
00:08:22.640 line mega media I wish in my soul I wish that any of these people had a conscience ask yourself
00:08:31.220 what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:08:37.400 this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. 0.62
00:08:48.980 Tuesday, 28 April, Year of Our Lord, 2026. If you had told me at the beginning of the day
00:08:53.980 that we would be starting the afternoon War Room and it would not be in some sort of breakdown
00:09:00.580 analysis of the King's speech and President Trump's remarks on the law of the White House.
00:09:07.680 But it would be about an indictment of James Comey on trying to bring harm to the president
00:09:13.260 and trying to kill the president, threatening to kill the president. I would say, whoa, 0.90
00:09:18.600 what's the over on that? Mike Davis. And the reason, Mike, thank you so much for changing
00:09:22.700 your schedule to be on here. I know you want to share this with Posse. This is about two things.
00:09:27.120 Number one, there's a different I'd like, as you know, and and and I know that you're a big fan of his to the cut of Todd Blanche's jib.
00:09:38.360 We like the cut of his jib. He is he is totally turned this department around and look, not a hit on Pam.
00:09:45.200 He's just a former prosecutor from SDNY and he's on top of things.
00:09:49.560 But this just has a whole different feel of it, particularly what is happening down in South Florida to what's happened the last couple of days.
00:09:58.040 But this is a blockbuster, is it not, sir?
00:10:01.460 Yeah, and I want to say cheers to both Pam Bondi, who started these investigations, and Todd Blanche, who is pulling the trigger and bringing these indictments.
00:10:12.080 There's no one who deserves to be held accountable more than former FBI Director James Comey.
00:10:18.940 He's smug. He politicized and weaponized our FBI, our intel agencies, our law enforcement to go after President Trump.
00:10:27.740 He helped make up the Russian collusion hoax. He lied about it.
00:10:32.200 He was responsible for taking out General Michael Flynn with a bogus investigation and indictment. 1.00
00:10:40.200 James Comey can go to hell.
00:10:41.740 And in the meantime, he can go through this criminal prosecution in the Eastern District of North Carolina. 0.91
00:10:50.400 You're going to have a different jury and judge pool in the Eastern District of North Carolina than he did in the Eastern District of Virginia, the suburbs of D.C. 0.50
00:11:01.660 where all the Democrat judges and Uniparty Republican judges protect their own.
00:11:07.500 And he's not going to have that same treatment in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
00:11:12.500 So I'm very pleased with Todd Blanche, the acting attorney general, with FBI Director Cash Patel, the U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
00:11:22.200 These are all-stars.
00:11:23.940 President Trump has an all-star team at the Justice Department.
00:11:27.780 They've been working on these cases for a long time, and they're really firing on all cylinders right now.
00:11:33.580 James Comey thinks it's acceptable for the former FBI director to make threats against the president of the United States, and that's exactly what James Comey was doing.
00:11:46.900 This is after President Trump was reelected.
00:11:51.240 He's in the White House and it's 86-47.
00:11:55.560 There's no question that was a threat, an encouragement of deranged people to take matters into their own hands because they disagreed with the election and to assassinate the president of the United States.
00:12:12.260 James Comey can pretend like he didn't know what that meant.
00:12:14.640 He knew exactly what that meant.
00:12:16.900 he's the former FBI director. And so he can say that his speech was not intended to be threatening
00:12:25.260 or it was political speech or it wasn't a true threat. Those are good arguments that he can make
00:12:30.960 to an Eastern District of North Carolina jury. I mean, Mike, it is stunning that an FBI director,
00:12:40.500 there was obviously a lot of tension during the Watergate years, but this is a totally different
00:12:46.540 level, particularly coming off of the assassination attempt on Saturday night and how the left has
00:12:53.000 revved up the hate speech and the speech of violence against the president of the United
00:12:58.720 States. I mean, I'm stunned on this. What are your thoughts? Did you see this coming?
00:13:05.220 I'm very glad it came. I have to be careful what I say, but I would say this about
00:13:10.780 James Comey, remember this 86-47 seashell thing that James Comey did was after two
00:13:18.580 assassination attempts against President Trump during the campaign. They almost took off
00:13:23.760 President Trump's head during the campaign twice, including President Trump almost getting his head
00:13:31.220 blown off in Butler, only being spared by a millimeter in a millisecond by the hand of God.
00:13:38.920 And then James Comey thinks it's funny. The Democrats are the party of violence and they have created an assassination culture.
00:13:46.920 We saw this again on Saturday where a deranged, actually, I wouldn't even say the guy's deranged. He was just an everyday Democrat, an everyday Democrat school teacher from California traveled across the country inspired by BS rhetoric of the Democrat Party and went after President Trump because of this BS rhetoric that this guy actually believed by the Democrat Party.
00:14:16.920 Democrat Party leaders are creating, festering, encouraging this assassination culture and putting James Comey in handcuffs today is an important deterrent.
00:14:29.700 Mike, hang on for one second. We're going to drill down on this more.
00:14:32.940 Other things, Fauci's deputy indicted the Justice Department, FBI working as a team and rolling in a hat tip to Pam Bondi.
00:14:43.120 A lot of this was started on her watch. Todd Blanche pulling the trigger, metaphorically, over the Justice Department. Mike Davis on the other side.
00:15:00.080 Everyone's focused on how the conflict in the Middle East is raising oil prices, but there's another grim reality to this contention.
00:15:07.240 Oil isn't the only resource being constrained
00:15:10.560 About one-third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region
00:15:15.020 And with spring planting season on top of us, American farmers are sounding the alarm
00:15:20.100 With some saying they can't afford to plant their fields
00:15:22.900 When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next
00:15:27.840 Higher food prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying
00:15:32.820 That's why having an emergency food supply at home makes so much sense.
00:15:38.100 And that's where our friends at MyPatriotSupply come in right now at preparewithbannon.com.
00:15:44.760 That is preparewithbannon.com.
00:15:46.980 We've set up an entire just site for the war room posse.

00:16:13.020 Go to preparewithbannon.com.
00:16:14.940 That is preparewithbannon.com to get your emergency food supply today.

00:16:22.560 Do it today.
00:16:23.800 Go check it out.
00:16:25.560 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:16:29.920 Mike Davis, the viceroy, joins us.
00:16:32.260 We've been waiting for this day or really for the last couple of days.
00:16:35.320 Mike, the media was not wildly enthusiastic about this.
00:16:41.120 The people in the room that cover main justice, there are a bunch of questions.
00:16:46.220 One is that, well, you're treating him like a common criminal.
00:16:50.680 You've issued an arrest warrant.
00:16:52.340 And, of course, Todd Blanche, the acting attorney general of the United States, said, hey, I don't issue anything.
00:16:57.580 That was issued by a grand jury.
00:16:59.080 Can you walk us through what you anticipate the process?
00:17:02.260 Because this feels very different than what happened in Virginia.
00:17:06.300 And what happened in Virginia was not because of the talent we had working on.
00:17:10.400 Those people moved mountains.
00:17:12.540 But it's just very different in the Eastern District. 0.50
00:17:15.760 I mean, you're basically in D.C., which is totally corrupt, right, because it's all government workers, it's all globalists, most of them foreign-born.
00:17:22.400 What is the process from here that Comey faces in the Eastern District of North Carolina, sir?
00:17:30.740 Well, they say that he's being treated like a regular citizen.
00:17:36.640 Well, he should be, right?
00:17:38.080 And actually, he should live to a higher standard.
00:17:40.440 He's the former FBI director.
00:17:42.840 James Comey knew exactly what he was doing when he had those seashells,
00:17:48.500 and he posted them on social media saying 8647.
00:17:52.880 That is a clear call to assassinate the president of the United States.
00:17:58.920 James Comey knows this.
00:17:59.900 This is the James Comey who sicked the FBI after President Obama's political opponents politicized
00:18:08.980 and weaponized the FBI to go after Trump, his top aides, his allies, and then lied about it.
00:18:14.900 So James Comey deserves zero sympathy.
00:18:19.460 This is sanctimonious James Comey.
00:18:22.300 So what he faces is he had a grand jury of citizens in the Eastern District of Virginia return true bills on the indictments.
00:18:32.700 And so he faces federal criminal charges for making a threat against the president of the United States and transmitting that threat online.
00:18:42.180 So he he's going to he's going to be arraigned.
00:18:46.900 The judge is going to decide whether there's an arrest warrants for James Comey.
00:18:51.180 I presume there is. And then when James Comey comes in and handcuffs the judge and the Eastern District of North Carolina is going to decide whether he can get let out on on bonds, pre-trial bonds before his trial and what the terms are of that bond.
00:19:11.380 I anticipate that the judge is going to let him out on bonds, and then he's going to have to check in with pretrial services, just like any other criminal defendant.
00:19:20.920 Maybe he has to go in and do urine testing to see if he's on drugs. 0.78
00:19:25.780 The guy's so crazy that who knows?
00:19:28.660 And then he's going to go through a trial, right?
00:19:31.420 And if he could plea out to the charges, like other criminal defendants, 95 percent of criminal charges in the federal system are pled out.
00:19:41.380 or maybe he takes this thing to trial. Maybe he can get this judge to drop the charges in saying
00:19:46.440 that these are not true threats under a recent Supreme Court decision in 2023. They seem like
00:19:54.960 true threats to me. They certainly seem like they were true threats to the grand jury, the citizens
00:20:02.080 of the Eastern District of Virginia who indicted him. Those are arguments that he can make to the
00:20:06.500 court, to the judge, to the jury. And if he's found guilty of any of these federal felony charges,
00:20:14.240 we have the federal sentencing guidelines. And, you know, they're advisory. So the judge is not
00:20:23.080 required to fall. But these, Mike, these are very serious charges, correct? Yeah. You're making
00:20:30.460 threats against the president of the United States and you're transmitting these threats.
00:20:36.040 And we just saw on Saturday night that when you use dangerous threats like this, you inspire people to act on them.
00:20:46.980 That's exactly what we saw in that manifesto from the would-be assassin on Saturday night.
00:20:53.660 This is what we've seen in prior assassination attempts against President Trump, the two prior assassination attempts against President Trump.
00:21:02.940 This is what we saw in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the attempted assassination of Steve Scalise, the House Majority Leader.
00:21:12.400 We have a Democrat party that has an assassination problem, right?
00:21:17.520 And unless you very publicly hold those responsible for that assassination problem very publicly accountable, you're not going to deter this.
00:21:30.060 They're going to be emboldened if they can get away with this.
00:21:32.640 And so I think Saturday night really brought to the—
00:21:38.080 I want to replay something, though, you said earlier, because I said it this morning.
00:21:43.320 This young guy is a graduate of Caltech, right?
00:21:47.300 Now, maybe he hasn't had the best career path of a guy that graduated from Caltech as an undergraduate.
00:21:52.860 To get into Caltech as an undergraduate out there with the Jet Propulsion Lab,
00:21:57.440 I'm not saying it's MIT, but it's almost—it's MIT adjacent.
00:22:02.640 And he got a mechanical engineering degree there.
00:22:05.620 This guy, this kid, although he hasn't had the best career path, nothing I've seen says
00:22:10.520 he's crazy.
00:22:11.800 He's been kind of his formation has been because he goes online and sees exactly things like 0.81
00:22:17.160 this from people in positions or former positions of tremendous authority in this country,
00:22:23.080 like James Comey, the former FBI director, Mike Davis.
00:22:26.720 Yeah, when you have the Democrat political leadership, including James Comey, smearing President Trump for nine years, saying the worst things about him, including that he is a fascist and he's murdering people and he has Gestapo ICE agents murdering people, that has an effect.
00:22:49.100 Right. And we've seen that in this guy's manifesto. We saw he laid out in his manifesto exactly why he was traveling in a train across the country to Chicago and then from Chicago to Washington, D.C.
00:23:03.520 and then lied in wait in the Washington Hilton Hotel for several days before trying to burst
00:23:10.740 through a Secret Service checkpoint, guns a-blazin' to take out the President of the United States
00:23:18.220 and other very specific individuals. This is what happens when you have a Democrat party
00:23:25.360 that has an assassination culture. It's led by people like James Comey, who are calling for the
00:23:32.700 assassination of the president of the United States with 8647 seashells and posting it
00:23:40.760 on social media. This guy can play, James Comey can play dumb all he wants. He was the FBI 0.99
00:23:46.480 director. He knew exactly what he was doing. And I'm very pleased that Todd Blanche, the acting
00:23:53.840 attorney general, and Cash Patel, the FBI director, along with the U.S. attorney in the Eastern
00:23:58.460 District of North Carolina brought these charges today. Enough is enough with the Democrat
00:24:04.640 assassination culture. Mike, the U.S. attorney for Eastern District looked like a very serious guy,
00:24:14.800 and it was a grand jury. They also, Cash let us know, it's been one year in investigation.
00:24:20.720 I mean, this is a very serious endeavor, is it not? It is, and I think this U.S. attorney there
00:24:27.820 is a career federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
00:24:33.760 This is a serious investigation, as you said, going on for over a year,
00:24:37.860 started after Pam Bondi with Todd Blanche moving forward boldly, fearlessly,
00:24:44.100 after the Saturday assassination, third assassination attempt against President Trump.
00:24:49.500 The message is crystal clear that the Democrat Party, including its leaders and its foot soldiers, need to stop their assassination culture.
00:25:02.580 They need to win debates. They need to win elections. They need to change hearts and minds.
00:25:08.760 They need to stop trying to kill our side.
00:25:12.320 Mike, explain to the audience what a superseding indictment is.
00:25:15.660 And you may see a superseding indictment in this situation, sir.
00:25:20.900 Yeah, superseding indictment is essentially an updated or amended indictment where they can add factual allegations.
00:25:28.880 They can add criminal charges later on down the road.
00:25:33.420 This the first indictment is brought.
00:25:36.820 Oftentimes these indictments are superseded.
00:25:39.360 And you could bring in new defendants, co-defendants, new factual allegations, new charges.
00:25:44.300 James Comey may have dodged a legal bullet in the Eastern District of Virginia because he has Democrat and uniparty judges protecting him.
00:25:57.280 I don't think that's going to happen here in North Carolina.
00:26:00.540 And I'm very excited that Joe DiGenova has joined Jason Redding-Quinones, two of my good friends who are in Fort Pierce, Florida today, working on other matters that could involve the grand conspiracy against President Trump that we've been discussing on your show for many years, Steve.
00:26:22.380 If you don't mind, I do want to hold you for a moment after the break, because I want to play a clip that just happened when you came on on MSNBC regarding John Brennan.
00:26:35.660 But I've got to ask you today, we started the day with FBI, I think, 22 warrants going into various Somalian daycare centers in Minneapolis.
00:26:46.480 It seems like the Justice Department, FBI, totally new day.
00:26:50.660 they're hitting on all cylinders, sir? Yeah, they've been investigating Somali fraud for
00:26:57.140 many months. And when bold and fearless journalists have gone into Minneapolis
00:27:03.160 and exposed the leering centers, the learning centers, the Somali fraudulent fronts that 0.97
00:27:10.480 they're using to bilk hundreds of millions of dollars by these Somali pirates who should not 0.98
00:27:17.120 be in our country. These people have IQs of inbred, middle-time people, and they should 1.00
00:27:29.320 not be in our country. And I'm very pleased that Todd Blanche, Cash Patel, the U.S. Attorney's
00:27:35.540 Office in Minnesota is starting to hold these Somali pirates and warlords and other fraudsters 0.95
00:27:42.380 accountable. These people should not be in our country. They do not share our values. 1.00
00:27:47.660 They are here to police us. We need to throw their asses in prison and then figure out a way to send 1.00
00:27:53.960 them home. Mike Davis, hang on for one second. We're going to bring you back. We've got a clip 1.00
00:28:01.220 from Nicole Wallace with John Brennan that I would like to have Mike Davis respond to. Also,
00:28:07.920 Joe Hoft is going to join us, Neil McCabe from the White House, all next in the War Room.
00:28:22.960 The dollar's convertibility into gold ended in 1971.
00:28:27.920 Gold was fixed at $35 an ounce.
00:28:31.340 Well, fast forward to today, and the U.S. dollar has lost over 85% of its purchasing power.
00:28:38.240 Gold, on the other hand, is increased in value by over 12,000%.
00:28:42.860 That's why central banks are buying gold at record levels.
00:28:46.780 That's why major firms like Vanguard and BlackRide hold significant positions in gold.
00:28:52.440 And that's why I encourage you to consider diversifying your savings with physical gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:29:00.480 But it starts with education.
00:29:02.240 Birch Gold just announced their Learn and Earn Precious Metals event.
00:29:06.120 This free online event rewards you for learning the basics of investing in precious metals.
00:29:11.660 Sign up to get a free silver on your next purchase.
00:29:15.240 Get even larger incentives as you go.
00:29:17.900 The more you learn, the more you can earn.
00:29:20.560 But you must act now, as this special event only runs through April 30th.
00:29:25.900 The dollar lost its anchor in 1971.
00:29:29.760 You don't have to lose yours.
00:29:32.240 Text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898 to join Birch Gold's Learn and Earn Precious Metals event by April 30th.
00:29:42.400 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and do it today.
00:29:48.620 It is a hubris, John Brennan, in thinking that anyone will be different.
00:29:54.080 Donald Trump's chief of staff, John Kelly, described Donald Trump this way as, quote,
00:29:59.540 the most damaged human being he'd ever known.
00:30:02.560 Jim Mattis, Donald Trump's former secretary of defense, described him as a, quote, dictator.
00:30:10.100 Senator Mitch McConnell, former Senator Mitch McConnell, 0.89
00:30:12.860 Senator Mitch McConnell described him as a, quote, despicable person.
00:30:16.280 J.D. Vance described him as, quote, America's Hitler and, quote, cultural heroine. 0.59
00:30:22.280 heroin. Tucker Carlson, less than a week ago, apologized for his role in getting people to
00:30:28.420 vote for him. But today, Todd Blanche doubled down on him. What does that portend for the
00:30:39.080 department and for you? Well, I think it's been alluded to. Todd Blanche clearly was continuing
00:30:46.300 to audition for the nomination to be attorney general. And he was signaling his determination
00:30:55.400 to follow through on Donald Trump's every wish. And he was signaling it to Donald Trump himself
00:31:02.040 and, you know, performing in front of this group. And it's clear that, as Michael said,
00:31:09.380 There's not one shred of decency left in Todd Blanche.
00:31:14.020 Again, doing it and hurting people in the process is what I find just so, so reprehensible.
00:31:23.200 But it shows the depth of the corruption that has taken root in the executive branch and in the Department of Justice.
00:31:30.740 And if the American people cannot count on a Department of Justice to fairly implement our system of justice, the rule of law, everybody should be so, so concerned about it.
00:31:43.900 I've never seen any type of departmental actions like this.
00:31:48.880 And, you know, bringing these charges against Jim Comey and the other initiatives that have underway, Pam Bondi couldn't or wouldn't deliver on those wishes of Donald Trump.
00:31:59.460 But it's clear that Todd Blanche is willing to. And I do think it portends more likely initiatives to try to get these indictments and to move forward with prosecutions.
00:32:11.920 Because, again, I think the intent of Donald Trump is to hurt and harm and try to destroy as much as possible any individual that he wants to seek retribution against.
00:32:24.040 mike davis uh first off uh give me your assessment of nicole wallace
00:32:32.300 and uh in her media response and i'd like you have um your observations about john brennan
00:32:39.480 sir i worked with nicole wallace uh in the george w bush white house i think that she
00:32:48.020 has the same level of intelligence as your average Somalian fraudster in Minneapolis.
00:32:55.140 It's amazing to me that she was the White House communications director, I guess, President 0.98
00:33:00.180 Trump, or excuse me, President George W. Bush was very, very loyal to his bottom-feeding
00:33:07.800 loyal aides from Texas and brought her from Texas. 1.00
00:33:11.260 She's probably the dumbest person on television, as we just saw with that clip. 0.99
00:33:17.300 With John Brennan, I'm particularly pleased to see John Brennan there. 0.99
00:33:22.160 I think his days as a free man could be numbered.
00:33:25.200 Remember, it was John Brennan, Obama's CIA director, who was up to his eyeballs in the Russian collusion hoax against then-presidential candidate Donald Trump,
00:33:36.940 where they politicized and weaponized our intel agencies and law enforcement to help Hillary Clinton's campaign and hurt Donald Trump's campaign.
00:33:47.300 This is an ongoing criminal conspiracy.
00:33:50.120 There's evidence that John Brennan lied about this grand conspiracy before Congress in 2023.
00:33:59.260 There's not a statute of limitations problem.
00:34:02.100 I know that my good friend Joe DiGenova has teamed up with my other good friend, Jason Redding-Quinones, down in the Southern District of Florida.
00:34:10.340 You can look at their social media today.
00:34:11.980 They're in front of the Fort Pierce, Florida, courthouse, the same courthouse where Jack Smith tried to throw President Trump in prison for having presidential records where he declassified crossfire hurricane.
00:34:27.040 We've been on your show talking about this for almost four years, Steve.
00:34:30.920 I know that justice is slower than we'd like, but I promise your war room posse justice is coming because I'm not going to rest until it happens.
00:34:41.980 I'm going to make damn sure that justice is delivered for the for the crossfire hurricane hoax.
00:34:50.460 And then I will gladly go retire after that.
00:34:53.860 So I would say buckle up for the next two years.
00:34:58.540 What does Shakespeare tell us?
00:35:02.060 Vengeance is a dish best served cold.
00:35:06.300 Mike Davis, the Viceroy, where do people get you
00:35:09.200 and how do they go to Article 3 to put their shoulder to the wheel? 1.00
00:35:13.700 And this revenge is going to be some rancid Irish stew. 0.91
00:35:17.200 So anyway, it's article3project.org, article3project.org. 0.99
00:35:23.340 You can follow us on social media, donates.
00:35:28.060 But the War Room Posse superpower, as always, is action, action, action.
00:35:33.580 And buckle up, War Room Posse. It's going to be a wild ride for the next two years.
00:35:39.880 Mike Davis, thank you so much, and thank you for all behind-the-scenes efforts. Really appreciate you, sir.
00:35:45.040 Thank you.
00:35:47.540 Culmination of a lot of people working on this. A lot of people working on this.
00:35:51.640 And hat tip to Maine Justice, hat tip to the Eastern District of North Carolina, hat tip to the FBI, who also got Fauci's, what Fauci's deputy will get more into that.
00:36:06.260 So much going on.
00:36:07.240 Neal McCabe's at the White House.
00:36:09.140 I want to go to Joe Hoft for a moment.
00:36:11.360 Joe, thank you for joining us.
00:36:12.620 your brother Jim
00:36:14.520 your twin brother Jim is
00:36:16.280 like yourself one of the founders of our movement
00:36:18.760 one of the giants
00:36:20.760 in the category of Andrew Breitbart
00:36:22.440 Jim has
00:36:24.820 been ill for a while I guess
00:36:26.580 can you walk through we're going to have
00:36:28.740 some surgery and I want to make sure everybody knows
00:36:30.840 about it and can make sure
00:36:32.800 that Jim Hoft is kept in our prayers
00:36:34.580 over the next couple of days Joe Hoft
00:36:36.700 what do you got
00:36:37.480 Steve thanks so much for having
00:36:40.900 me and for you know your concern
00:36:42.580 for Jim, my twin brother. Great guy, nice guy, really one of the most compassionate individuals
00:36:48.580 you ever know and absolutely fearless in his reporting as he's been doing now for a few
00:36:53.220 decades. Like you said, Breitbart and Jim Hoft and a few others were some of these pioneers in the
00:37:01.420 new media years ago, decades ago, really. And Jim's been battling some heart issues really for
00:37:08.860 about 20 uh not quite 20 years but about 15 years he had some major surgery 15 years ago
00:37:15.820 and that um it was a result of uh basically he had a knee replacement that ended up
00:37:22.860 getting infected and went to his heart and targeted his heart and he had some really severe
00:37:29.020 surgery at that point in time i flew back from hong kong then and was talking to jim every day
00:37:34.460 and he just all of a sudden just dropped off.
00:37:36.440 He just got so sick.
00:37:37.320 He was at an event at Ronald Reagan Ranch and just got sick.
00:37:41.700 Came home and had this major surgery.
00:37:44.440 He has, you know, he's been pretty good over the last 10 or so years now.
00:37:49.280 But just recently, the last year, he's really slowed down.
00:37:54.280 Again, it's his heart.
00:37:55.620 He's having some issues.
00:37:57.700 And so there was supposed to be a surgery today,
00:38:00.120 and that ended up getting postponed until tomorrow.
00:38:03.300 So there's going to be surgery tomorrow.
00:38:05.040 And I want to give you a hat tip, Steve, because I mentioned that to you earlier.
00:38:09.480 You called me, said, hey, let's talk about Jim tonight.
00:38:12.700 And I said, well, they've moved the surgery until tomorrow.
00:38:15.560 And you said, no, that's okay.
00:38:16.680 Let's talk about it tonight so we can get people praying for Jim.
00:38:20.020 And I got to tell you, Steve, that really meant a lot to me, and I'm sure Jim as well.
00:38:24.240 The prayers are greatly appreciated.
00:38:26.100 A lot of people know Jim and are grateful for the Gateway Pundit and his reporting.
00:38:30.100 and so we're all praying for him and hopefully tomorrow will go smooth and uh we'll get jim
00:38:35.140 back in action quickly he's he's really been behind the scenes it's really been slowed down
00:38:40.900 this last year no i gotta tell you this is uh so important jim has turned the gateway pundit into
00:38:48.660 not just one of the mush reads every day but tremendous power to drive the grassroots movement
00:38:54.980 to drive MAGA and is so essential going forward.
00:38:59.600 You realize you have these people like Charlie Kirk,
00:39:02.720 like Andrew Breitbart, like Jim Hoff.
00:39:05.060 They're really not, although, you know,
00:39:07.260 they say graveyards are full of indispensable men.
00:39:10.000 There are people that come along in our movement
00:39:12.040 and are really indispensable.
00:39:16.140 Jim Hoff's one of them,
00:39:17.180 given what you guys have accomplished over at Gateway Pundit.
00:39:21.360 So surgery was delayed today.
00:39:23.840 was that because of any complication or just a timing thing not that i'm aware of i think there
00:39:29.920 are some complications actually with the uh with the medical facility as far as that getting uh
00:39:35.680 the right people in place for the surgery so that i believe has been taken care of now the last i
00:39:42.000 heard and we've been talking to jim quite frequently throughout the day and it looks like tomorrow
00:39:47.200 uh things will move forward so yeah i could use the prayers appreciate uh your you know appreciate
00:39:53.120 You're really bringing this up, Steve.
00:39:54.600 It means a lot.
00:39:56.340 No, we want to get everybody in the,
00:39:58.000 we're on posse to pray for Jim Hoff in surgery tomorrow.
00:40:01.200 And Joe, you'll keep us up to date.
00:40:03.080 We want to get you back up with any, any updates.
00:40:06.320 Cause this guy is not just a absolutely great guy.
00:40:09.480 He's such a important individual in our movement in American politics right
00:40:15.680 now. It's just amazes me.
00:40:18.120 Andrew and Jim really started with nothing when they started,
00:40:21.420 And when they started, they didn't really they didn't step into a family media company that in stock, the media companies they had, everything you see at Breitbart and at Gateway Pundit was really created by just these individuals really from scratch.
00:40:37.700 And it's it just blows me away of how important these are and how important it is to our country, particularly now when we're at an inflection point of which way this republic goes.
00:40:48.520 So if you keep us up to speed, Joe, Joe, where can people get you on social media?
00:40:53.600 Where do they go for Gateway Pundit?
00:40:55.800 Yeah, Gateway Pundit is thegatewaypundit.com, and you'll find that site across social media.
00:41:02.520 For myself, joehoff.com, where I'll write original pieces there and share them with the Gateway Pundit now as well.
00:41:08.860 So, yeah, thanks again for all your support, Steve.
00:41:11.920 We'll keep you posted.
00:41:13.640 He's got a lot of people praying for him, so we're really hopeful everything's going to go well.
00:41:18.520 Fantastic. Thank you, Joe. Appreciate you.
00:41:20.920 Thanks. Thank you.
00:41:23.280 Jim Hoff, make sure Jim Hoff, if not already in your prayers, goes into for a surgery tomorrow related to his heart.
00:41:31.860 And, you know, you can't take chances on this thing.
00:41:35.760 That's why Jim and, you know, Joe and Jim have said he's a little bit slowed down the last couple of months, but he's going to get taken care of.
00:41:42.860 I'm going to go to the White House in a moment.
00:41:45.320 Neil McCabe, who was at the Justice Department for much of 2025, now over here at Rav, he's at the White House today.
00:41:54.680 I thought we'd be leading all day with the king and the president's speech.
00:41:58.920 What I'm going to do in the 6 o'clock hour, I'm going to break down the king's speech and President Trump.
00:42:06.800 President Trump gave pretty damn impressive remarks on the White House lawn.
00:42:10.740 The Democrats were sitting there constantly. 0.58
00:42:13.280 And remember, they got no kings rallies.
00:42:15.080 They got no kings, you know, all over the country.
00:42:19.940 They're putting this hate on Trump every second of the day.
00:42:22.700 No kings.
00:42:23.440 America has no kings.
00:42:24.880 Man, oh, man, were those Democrats lapping it up today.
00:42:28.560 They couldn't get enough of a king. 0.99
00:42:31.420 It shows you what a clown show they are. 0.99
00:42:36.340 They had just a total embarrassing clown show. 0.98
00:42:39.400 You've actually been telling us no kings. 0.95
00:42:41.300 America's got no kings.
00:42:43.660 A king comes and you're slobbering all over it.
00:42:47.400 And the king, I thought some of the remarks were just absolutely incredible.
00:42:55.600 Took a couple of shots.
00:42:56.900 We'll break it all down for you.
00:42:58.420 Short commercial break.
00:43:01.720 UAE, man, I'm pretty glad we called this shot, pulling out of OPEC.
00:43:06.960 A lot of people came to me after the show this morning and didn't know what OPEC stood for.
00:43:11.700 The OPEC is the cartel started by the Arabs back in 1973, the first Arab oil shock,
00:43:21.700 when the Arabs realized they had some, how do I say this, leverage against the West.
00:43:28.520 UAE pulled out of that. 0.64

00:45:22.620 That's pretty cold.
00:45:25.320 Engine room getting pretty cold.
00:45:27.480 uh neil i i want to ask you about the king about president trump president trump kind of gave a
00:45:33.940 blood and soil i thought speech remarks the white house earlier than than the king
00:45:39.580 gave his uh his remarks i think almost 30 minutes long speech um and of course the democrats have
00:45:47.140 been going around the country doing no kings you know we're slobbering all over it but i got to
00:45:53.620 start with the Todd Blanche. Now, my question, I think Mike said, is the, to your knowledge,
00:45:58.900 is the prosecutor we just saw in the Eastern District, is that a career or is that an
00:46:04.060 appointment? Because the North Carolina Tillis has not exactly been trying to assist the
00:46:09.540 president and staff out the Justice Department, is he? No, he's been, he's been putting holds
00:46:17.180 on things. And obviously, he famously blocked Ed Martin's confirmation in committee. Ted Budd,
00:46:24.680 the other Republican senator in North Carolina, strongly endorsed his appointment. But Ellis
00:46:31.340 Boyle has not yet been confirmed by the Senate. So he's just on, you know, his interim appointment
00:46:38.740 expired in December. And so the only explanation is that he's been appointed by the judges and
00:46:45.680 the judges can do that when there's a vacancy. Todd, I want to go back to Tillis because this
00:46:53.040 is one of the problems we have. We're understaffed, as you know, at the U.S. attorney level. We're
00:46:57.720 also understaffed in Maine Justice. Tillis is not an ally of correcting those staffing issues,
00:47:03.800 right? He was the guy that really put up the big stink about Eagle Ed Martin, the great warrior
00:47:09.540 we had as the U.S. attorney in D.C., correct?
00:47:16.600 Yeah, he told Ed Martin that he wasn't going to block him in committee,
00:47:21.200 but he wasn't going to vote for him on the floor.
00:47:23.020 But then with like 30 minutes before the Judiciary Committee published the agenda for two days hence,
00:47:31.880 when they would vote for Ed Martin to recommend it to the Senate floor,
00:47:35.740 He dropped the penny, surprised everyone, Grassley's staff, everyone was surprised.
00:47:41.720 And he really had a very sort of volatile meeting with Ed Martin, where he basically blamed Ed, who represented some J6 defenders, for being part of this revolt.
00:47:53.220 And he also said that Ashley Babbitt deserved what she had coming to her.
00:47:57.900 And, you know, it was it was a very sort of off center meeting where Tillis really got red faced and was really kind of upset and angry.
00:48:07.200 And he's been in he's been trouble ever since, Steve.
00:48:10.680 Very bad guy. Neil, can you hang on? I got more questions about the Comey indictment.
00:48:16.380 I also want to get your take on both the president and also the king today.
00:48:21.580 Mike Lindell, you join us.
00:48:23.260 Mike, didn't you find it odd that people that have gone around the country in these protests and talking violence against the president of the United States for no kings, that we don't have any kings, were slobbering all over Charles III today as he gave his remarks in the joint session before the joint session of Congress, sir?
00:48:42.340 Yeah, and yeah, it is something else.
00:48:45.120 And you talk about with these no kings protests, people don't even realize what a king is and what that is.
00:48:55.940 And I'll tell you, Minneapolis has the strictest protest laws in the nation, but yet we're the most abused.
00:49:01.600 But I do have some good news for everybody.
00:49:03.220 Today, according to ABC News, they served 22 search warrants in Minneapolis today for the fraud investigation.
00:49:15.720 So they can protest all they want, and we're getting through that.
00:49:21.500 We're going to get to the bottom of all the fraud here in Minnesota.
00:49:24.740 I'm on my way to another governor event tonight.
00:49:27.060 We had a huge one last night in Two Harbors, Minnesota, and wait for it, Steve, Fox News, it was local Fox, they actually reported, and it was a great report about me running for governor.
00:49:41.440 So they're actually coming around maybe in Minnesota and our local media here.
00:49:46.540 And so if you go to MikeLindellGov.com, it would really help us.
00:49:52.000 They're looking for you to advertise.
00:49:53.400 One thing before we get to talking about what the audience is interested in the deal about you running for governor.
00:49:58.880 It's great that the feds went in today.
00:50:00.780 The FBI went in today.
00:50:02.060 Todd Blanchard Justice went in today.
00:50:04.120 But as governor, you're not waiting for that.
00:50:06.080 You think that's a state.
00:50:07.000 You think, hey, I'm going to be governor.
00:50:08.840 I'm going to go in and waltz, let them run wild.
00:50:11.720 I'm going to go in and clean this mess up.
00:50:13.400 Is that correct?
00:50:15.000 Absolutely.
00:50:15.660 Not just to clean up the fraud and start holding people accountable.
00:50:19.000 But but these programs in general in Minnesota, the program, the welfare programs and the programs we have, so many of them are just worthless.
00:50:29.260 They're just frivolous. You don't need them. And they don't there's no return on your investment, even if there wasn't fraud.
00:50:34.940 It's not a lot of them aren't helping people. It's disgusting. And there's many of them. 0.86
00:50:39.320 And we have we have at least at least, I'd say, 20 different programs that all need to go or be looked at and redone and redone to the form of, you know, is there limits on them? 0.98
00:50:52.580 Remember, we have 80 percent of the Somalians that are here that are still that are on these one or another of these programs since they've been here. 0.99
00:51:01.560 Some have been here 20 some years. 1.00
00:51:03.200 So we're just supporting a population that doesn't want to assimilate with us. 0.96
00:51:08.620 And that's where coming, banning Sharia law comes in. 0.99
00:51:12.140 All they want to do is clash with us on that.
00:51:15.120 And it's, but I will get, I'm going to get all new commissioners on the first day as governor
00:51:19.520 and start fresh.
00:51:20.980 Here's your foundation.
00:51:22.400 Here's your foundation and hold these people accountable.
00:51:25.280 We'll get rid of our politicians, crooked Keith Ellison, Tim Walls, Fry of Minneapolis, Amy Klobuchar.
00:51:33.420 It was under her watch, Steve.
00:51:34.760 That's who I'm running against.
00:51:36.220 This was under her watch, too. 1.00
00:51:37.740 All Amy did, she ignored the election fraud and just brought in billions of dollars from the feds only to be stalled here in Minnesota.
00:51:45.780 So it's very disgusting, but I'm looking forward to cleaning it all up and winning this.
