00:00:00.000What do we understand this indictment to be about?
00:00:04.020We are told by a very good source that this indictment relates to an investigation into the allegations that former FBI director James Comey had made threats against the president's life when he posted something on Instagram, which was a picture of some shells arranged in a certain way, which he took to be a political message.
00:00:25.980he captioned it. Oh, interesting message here. It said 8647. He was interviewed about this by
00:00:34.340FBI agents as he drove back from a beach trip. And this investigation went on. And now we
00:00:41.500understand a grand jury has returned an indictment for him making this threat against the life of
00:00:48.020the president. Legally sound footing, Lisa. It's hard to say because the Supreme Court has upheld
00:00:54.360a statute that penalizes making threats against a president. People said, for example, in the 1960s
00:01:00.800that this was an infringement on First Amendment rights. The Supreme Court said, no, the statute
00:01:04.020is constitutional, but it has to be a true threat. And by that, what some people have interpreted
00:01:09.180that to mean is that a reasonable person looking at all of the evidence would themselves understand
00:01:15.200it as a threat. Political hyperbole, said the Supreme Court, is not a threat. Something made
00:01:20.460in jest is not a threat. So I think there is somewhat of an uphill climb here for the Department
00:01:25.480of Justice in establishing that Jim Comey actually meant this as a threat against the life of the
00:01:30.840president, as opposed to a statement about getting rid of him from office or having the country be
00:01:37.860rid of him as a political scourge, not as a threat against his life. The District of North Carolina
00:01:43.180returned an indictment against James Comey on two counts. The first count is that on or about
00:01:49.880May 15th of last year, he knowingly and willfully making a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States.
00:02:00.160Count two, same day, May 15th, 2025, that the defendant, James Comey, knowingly and willfully transmitting in interstate commerce a communication that contained a threat to kill the president of the United States.
00:02:14.420Both of these counts carry a maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years.
00:02:19.48086-47, arranged with shells on a beach and posted to Instagram.
00:02:25.260Do you see that, Eugene, as a threat against the president's life?
00:02:29.640Well, you know, Katie, I think I'm a reasonable person, according to the Supreme Court standard.
00:02:36.020And no, my understanding of what 86 means is to kick someone out.
00:02:43.900And in the context of talking about a president in this political context, it means you kick him out of office.
00:02:52.100And that's a perfectly normal thing to say if you were a political opponent of President Trump.
00:02:59.940It certainly would be protected speech.
00:03:02.140So, again, Lisa is the expert on how the Supreme Court might slice this very thin slice of potato.
00:04:44.080They are career agents, career prosecutors who work these matters.
00:04:47.300They call the balls and strikes in the field as they see fit pursuant to the facts of the case in the law.
00:04:52.980They took that information and made a presentment to a grand jury, a jury of appears in the district in which the alleged crime took place.
00:05:00.420And that grand jury spoke and that grand jury returned a two count indictment against James Comey.
00:05:06.480James Comey allegedly threatened the life of the president of the United States.
00:05:10.840And as you all now know, shortly after posting that threat, he deleted that threat.
00:05:29.000Justice Department in this filing today
00:05:31.520also issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Comey.
00:05:34.860Is it your belief that he is a continued public threat
00:05:38.980and is there a request also for detention
00:05:42.940that you anticipate will be made in this case?
00:05:45.720So the Department of Justice does not issue arrest warrants. Grand juries do.
00:05:50.000And so the grand jury returned and died in an arrest warrant.
00:05:52.420I expect that there will be communication with with Mr. Comey's counsel and we'll go from there.
00:05:59.880This case will proceed like hundreds of others do every year.
00:06:04.460There will be some sort of arraignment set by the judge or assigned to the magistrate judge.
00:06:10.060And when that happens, you'll you'll know about it.
00:06:12.880This is a Department of Justice that has made it clear through the actions and the indictments and the investigations that anybody who the president has gone up against politically or doesn't like or feels if he feels they've been unfair to him, that they're in in the line of sights.
00:06:33.360And I don't mean that violently. I mean, just they're going to be investigated.
00:06:37.540And that goes for people at DOJ who worked on investigations, were assigned to them being fired from DOJ or the FBI.
00:06:44.700It goes to political opponents. It goes to the former FBI director.
00:06:51.900What is the priority from your from your position, as you see it, of this Justice Department?
00:06:58.060I am your retribution. I mean, this is retribution is something that apparently President Trump was absolutely serious about when he said during the campaign, I am your retribution.
00:07:12.440I guess he meant I am my retribution because he is determined, obviously now, to get back at anybody who he thinks wronged him.
00:07:25.400And this is like a constant undercurrent now.
00:07:31.680And this is an engine that churns along regardless of whatever else is happening in the world or in the nation.0.88
00:07:41.440So, yes, we're at war with Iran. Yes, King Charles is here. Yes, this, yes, that economy.0.81
00:07:50.220But retribution just kind of keeps keeps moving ahead.
00:07:58.300This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:08:03.460Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:08:07.340I got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have had a belly full of it
00:08:14.480I know you don't like hearing that I know you try to do everything the world to stop that but you're
00:08:18.260not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people like that go to share the big
00:08:22.640line mega media I wish in my soul I wish that any of these people had a conscience ask yourself
00:08:31.220what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:08:37.400this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.0.62
00:08:48.980Tuesday, 28 April, Year of Our Lord, 2026. If you had told me at the beginning of the day
00:08:53.980that we would be starting the afternoon War Room and it would not be in some sort of breakdown
00:09:00.580analysis of the King's speech and President Trump's remarks on the law of the White House.
00:09:07.680But it would be about an indictment of James Comey on trying to bring harm to the president
00:09:13.260and trying to kill the president, threatening to kill the president. I would say, whoa,0.90
00:09:18.600what's the over on that? Mike Davis. And the reason, Mike, thank you so much for changing
00:09:22.700your schedule to be on here. I know you want to share this with Posse. This is about two things.
00:09:27.120Number one, there's a different I'd like, as you know, and and and I know that you're a big fan of his to the cut of Todd Blanche's jib.
00:09:38.360We like the cut of his jib. He is he is totally turned this department around and look, not a hit on Pam.
00:09:45.200He's just a former prosecutor from SDNY and he's on top of things.
00:09:49.560But this just has a whole different feel of it, particularly what is happening down in South Florida to what's happened the last couple of days.
00:09:58.040But this is a blockbuster, is it not, sir?
00:10:01.460Yeah, and I want to say cheers to both Pam Bondi, who started these investigations, and Todd Blanche, who is pulling the trigger and bringing these indictments.
00:10:12.080There's no one who deserves to be held accountable more than former FBI Director James Comey.
00:10:18.940He's smug. He politicized and weaponized our FBI, our intel agencies, our law enforcement to go after President Trump.
00:10:27.740He helped make up the Russian collusion hoax. He lied about it.
00:10:32.200He was responsible for taking out General Michael Flynn with a bogus investigation and indictment.1.00
00:10:41.740And in the meantime, he can go through this criminal prosecution in the Eastern District of North Carolina.0.91
00:10:50.400You're going to have a different jury and judge pool in the Eastern District of North Carolina than he did in the Eastern District of Virginia, the suburbs of D.C.0.50
00:11:01.660where all the Democrat judges and Uniparty Republican judges protect their own.
00:11:07.500And he's not going to have that same treatment in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
00:11:12.500So I'm very pleased with Todd Blanche, the acting attorney general, with FBI Director Cash Patel, the U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
00:11:23.940President Trump has an all-star team at the Justice Department.
00:11:27.780They've been working on these cases for a long time, and they're really firing on all cylinders right now.
00:11:33.580James Comey thinks it's acceptable for the former FBI director to make threats against the president of the United States, and that's exactly what James Comey was doing.
00:11:46.900This is after President Trump was reelected.
00:11:51.240He's in the White House and it's 86-47.
00:11:55.560There's no question that was a threat, an encouragement of deranged people to take matters into their own hands because they disagreed with the election and to assassinate the president of the United States.
00:12:12.260James Comey can pretend like he didn't know what that meant.
00:12:16.900he's the former FBI director. And so he can say that his speech was not intended to be threatening
00:12:25.260or it was political speech or it wasn't a true threat. Those are good arguments that he can make
00:12:30.960to an Eastern District of North Carolina jury. I mean, Mike, it is stunning that an FBI director,
00:12:40.500there was obviously a lot of tension during the Watergate years, but this is a totally different
00:12:46.540level, particularly coming off of the assassination attempt on Saturday night and how the left has
00:12:53.000revved up the hate speech and the speech of violence against the president of the United
00:12:58.720States. I mean, I'm stunned on this. What are your thoughts? Did you see this coming?
00:13:05.220I'm very glad it came. I have to be careful what I say, but I would say this about
00:13:10.780James Comey, remember this 86-47 seashell thing that James Comey did was after two
00:13:18.580assassination attempts against President Trump during the campaign. They almost took off
00:13:23.760President Trump's head during the campaign twice, including President Trump almost getting his head
00:13:31.220blown off in Butler, only being spared by a millimeter in a millisecond by the hand of God.
00:13:38.920And then James Comey thinks it's funny. The Democrats are the party of violence and they have created an assassination culture.
00:13:46.920We saw this again on Saturday where a deranged, actually, I wouldn't even say the guy's deranged. He was just an everyday Democrat, an everyday Democrat school teacher from California traveled across the country inspired by BS rhetoric of the Democrat Party and went after President Trump because of this BS rhetoric that this guy actually believed by the Democrat Party.
00:14:16.920Democrat Party leaders are creating, festering, encouraging this assassination culture and putting James Comey in handcuffs today is an important deterrent.
00:14:29.700Mike, hang on for one second. We're going to drill down on this more.
00:14:32.940Other things, Fauci's deputy indicted the Justice Department, FBI working as a team and rolling in a hat tip to Pam Bondi.
00:14:43.120A lot of this was started on her watch. Todd Blanche pulling the trigger, metaphorically, over the Justice Department. Mike Davis on the other side.
00:15:00.080Everyone's focused on how the conflict in the Middle East is raising oil prices, but there's another grim reality to this contention.
00:15:07.240Oil isn't the only resource being constrained
00:15:10.560About one-third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region
00:15:15.020And with spring planting season on top of us, American farmers are sounding the alarm
00:15:20.100With some saying they can't afford to plant their fields
00:15:22.900When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next
00:15:27.840Higher food prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying
00:15:32.820That's why having an emergency food supply at home makes so much sense.
00:15:38.100And that's where our friends at MyPatriotSupply come in right now at preparewithbannon.com.
00:17:12.540But it's just very different in the Eastern District.0.50
00:17:15.760I mean, you're basically in D.C., which is totally corrupt, right, because it's all government workers, it's all globalists, most of them foreign-born.
00:17:22.400What is the process from here that Comey faces in the Eastern District of North Carolina, sir?
00:17:30.740Well, they say that he's being treated like a regular citizen.
00:18:22.300So what he faces is he had a grand jury of citizens in the Eastern District of Virginia return true bills on the indictments.
00:18:32.700And so he faces federal criminal charges for making a threat against the president of the United States and transmitting that threat online.
00:18:42.180So he he's going to he's going to be arraigned.
00:18:46.900The judge is going to decide whether there's an arrest warrants for James Comey.
00:18:51.180I presume there is. And then when James Comey comes in and handcuffs the judge and the Eastern District of North Carolina is going to decide whether he can get let out on on bonds, pre-trial bonds before his trial and what the terms are of that bond.
00:19:11.380I anticipate that the judge is going to let him out on bonds, and then he's going to have to check in with pretrial services, just like any other criminal defendant.
00:19:20.920Maybe he has to go in and do urine testing to see if he's on drugs.0.78
00:19:28.660And then he's going to go through a trial, right?
00:19:31.420And if he could plea out to the charges, like other criminal defendants, 95 percent of criminal charges in the federal system are pled out.
00:19:41.380or maybe he takes this thing to trial. Maybe he can get this judge to drop the charges in saying
00:19:46.440that these are not true threats under a recent Supreme Court decision in 2023. They seem like
00:19:54.960true threats to me. They certainly seem like they were true threats to the grand jury, the citizens
00:20:02.080of the Eastern District of Virginia who indicted him. Those are arguments that he can make to the
00:20:06.500court, to the judge, to the jury. And if he's found guilty of any of these federal felony charges,
00:20:14.240we have the federal sentencing guidelines. And, you know, they're advisory. So the judge is not
00:20:23.080required to fall. But these, Mike, these are very serious charges, correct? Yeah. You're making
00:20:30.460threats against the president of the United States and you're transmitting these threats.
00:20:36.040And we just saw on Saturday night that when you use dangerous threats like this, you inspire people to act on them.
00:20:46.980That's exactly what we saw in that manifesto from the would-be assassin on Saturday night.
00:20:53.660This is what we've seen in prior assassination attempts against President Trump, the two prior assassination attempts against President Trump.
00:21:02.940This is what we saw in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the attempted assassination of Steve Scalise, the House Majority Leader.
00:21:12.400We have a Democrat party that has an assassination problem, right?
00:21:17.520And unless you very publicly hold those responsible for that assassination problem very publicly accountable, you're not going to deter this.
00:21:30.060They're going to be emboldened if they can get away with this.
00:21:32.640And so I think Saturday night really brought to the—
00:21:38.080I want to replay something, though, you said earlier, because I said it this morning.
00:21:43.320This young guy is a graduate of Caltech, right?
00:21:47.300Now, maybe he hasn't had the best career path of a guy that graduated from Caltech as an undergraduate.
00:21:52.860To get into Caltech as an undergraduate out there with the Jet Propulsion Lab,
00:21:57.440I'm not saying it's MIT, but it's almost—it's MIT adjacent.
00:22:02.640And he got a mechanical engineering degree there.
00:22:05.620This guy, this kid, although he hasn't had the best career path, nothing I've seen says
00:22:11.800He's been kind of his formation has been because he goes online and sees exactly things like0.81
00:22:17.160this from people in positions or former positions of tremendous authority in this country,
00:22:23.080like James Comey, the former FBI director, Mike Davis.
00:22:26.720Yeah, when you have the Democrat political leadership, including James Comey, smearing President Trump for nine years, saying the worst things about him, including that he is a fascist and he's murdering people and he has Gestapo ICE agents murdering people, that has an effect.
00:22:49.100Right. And we've seen that in this guy's manifesto. We saw he laid out in his manifesto exactly why he was traveling in a train across the country to Chicago and then from Chicago to Washington, D.C.
00:23:03.520and then lied in wait in the Washington Hilton Hotel for several days before trying to burst
00:23:10.740through a Secret Service checkpoint, guns a-blazin' to take out the President of the United States
00:23:18.220and other very specific individuals. This is what happens when you have a Democrat party
00:23:25.360that has an assassination culture. It's led by people like James Comey, who are calling for the
00:23:32.700assassination of the president of the United States with 8647 seashells and posting it
00:23:40.760on social media. This guy can play, James Comey can play dumb all he wants. He was the FBI0.99
00:23:46.480director. He knew exactly what he was doing. And I'm very pleased that Todd Blanche, the acting
00:23:53.840attorney general, and Cash Patel, the FBI director, along with the U.S. attorney in the Eastern
00:23:58.460District of North Carolina brought these charges today. Enough is enough with the Democrat
00:24:04.640assassination culture. Mike, the U.S. attorney for Eastern District looked like a very serious guy,
00:24:14.800and it was a grand jury. They also, Cash let us know, it's been one year in investigation.
00:24:20.720I mean, this is a very serious endeavor, is it not? It is, and I think this U.S. attorney there
00:24:27.820is a career federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
00:24:33.760This is a serious investigation, as you said, going on for over a year,
00:24:37.860started after Pam Bondi with Todd Blanche moving forward boldly, fearlessly,
00:24:44.100after the Saturday assassination, third assassination attempt against President Trump.
00:24:49.500The message is crystal clear that the Democrat Party, including its leaders and its foot soldiers, need to stop their assassination culture.
00:25:02.580They need to win debates. They need to win elections. They need to change hearts and minds.
00:25:08.760They need to stop trying to kill our side.
00:25:12.320Mike, explain to the audience what a superseding indictment is.
00:25:15.660And you may see a superseding indictment in this situation, sir.
00:25:20.900Yeah, superseding indictment is essentially an updated or amended indictment where they can add factual allegations.
00:25:28.880They can add criminal charges later on down the road.
00:25:36.820Oftentimes these indictments are superseded.
00:25:39.360And you could bring in new defendants, co-defendants, new factual allegations, new charges.
00:25:44.300James Comey may have dodged a legal bullet in the Eastern District of Virginia because he has Democrat and uniparty judges protecting him.
00:25:57.280I don't think that's going to happen here in North Carolina.
00:26:00.540And I'm very excited that Joe DiGenova has joined Jason Redding-Quinones, two of my good friends who are in Fort Pierce, Florida today, working on other matters that could involve the grand conspiracy against President Trump that we've been discussing on your show for many years, Steve.
00:26:22.380If you don't mind, I do want to hold you for a moment after the break, because I want to play a clip that just happened when you came on on MSNBC regarding John Brennan.
00:26:35.660But I've got to ask you today, we started the day with FBI, I think, 22 warrants going into various Somalian daycare centers in Minneapolis.
00:26:46.480It seems like the Justice Department, FBI, totally new day.
00:26:50.660they're hitting on all cylinders, sir? Yeah, they've been investigating Somali fraud for
00:26:57.140many months. And when bold and fearless journalists have gone into Minneapolis
00:27:03.160and exposed the leering centers, the learning centers, the Somali fraudulent fronts that0.97
00:27:10.480they're using to bilk hundreds of millions of dollars by these Somali pirates who should not0.98
00:27:17.120be in our country. These people have IQs of inbred, middle-time people, and they should1.00
00:27:29.320not be in our country. And I'm very pleased that Todd Blanche, Cash Patel, the U.S. Attorney's
00:27:35.540Office in Minnesota is starting to hold these Somali pirates and warlords and other fraudsters0.95
00:27:42.380accountable. These people should not be in our country. They do not share our values.1.00
00:27:47.660They are here to police us. We need to throw their asses in prison and then figure out a way to send1.00
00:27:53.960them home. Mike Davis, hang on for one second. We're going to bring you back. We've got a clip1.00
00:28:01.220from Nicole Wallace with John Brennan that I would like to have Mike Davis respond to. Also,
00:28:07.920Joe Hoft is going to join us, Neil McCabe from the White House, all next in the War Room.
00:28:22.960The dollar's convertibility into gold ended in 1971.
00:29:32.240Text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898 to join Birch Gold's Learn and Earn Precious Metals event by April 30th.
00:29:42.400Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and do it today.
00:29:48.620It is a hubris, John Brennan, in thinking that anyone will be different.
00:29:54.080Donald Trump's chief of staff, John Kelly, described Donald Trump this way as, quote,
00:29:59.540the most damaged human being he'd ever known.
00:30:02.560Jim Mattis, Donald Trump's former secretary of defense, described him as a, quote, dictator.
00:30:10.100Senator Mitch McConnell, former Senator Mitch McConnell,0.89
00:30:12.860Senator Mitch McConnell described him as a, quote, despicable person.
00:30:16.280J.D. Vance described him as, quote, America's Hitler and, quote, cultural heroine.0.59
00:30:22.280heroin. Tucker Carlson, less than a week ago, apologized for his role in getting people to
00:30:28.420vote for him. But today, Todd Blanche doubled down on him. What does that portend for the
00:30:39.080department and for you? Well, I think it's been alluded to. Todd Blanche clearly was continuing
00:30:46.300to audition for the nomination to be attorney general. And he was signaling his determination
00:30:55.400to follow through on Donald Trump's every wish. And he was signaling it to Donald Trump himself
00:31:02.040and, you know, performing in front of this group. And it's clear that, as Michael said,
00:31:09.380There's not one shred of decency left in Todd Blanche.
00:31:14.020Again, doing it and hurting people in the process is what I find just so, so reprehensible.
00:31:23.200But it shows the depth of the corruption that has taken root in the executive branch and in the Department of Justice.
00:31:30.740And if the American people cannot count on a Department of Justice to fairly implement our system of justice, the rule of law, everybody should be so, so concerned about it.
00:31:43.900I've never seen any type of departmental actions like this.
00:31:48.880And, you know, bringing these charges against Jim Comey and the other initiatives that have underway, Pam Bondi couldn't or wouldn't deliver on those wishes of Donald Trump.
00:31:59.460But it's clear that Todd Blanche is willing to. And I do think it portends more likely initiatives to try to get these indictments and to move forward with prosecutions.
00:32:11.920Because, again, I think the intent of Donald Trump is to hurt and harm and try to destroy as much as possible any individual that he wants to seek retribution against.
00:32:24.040mike davis uh first off uh give me your assessment of nicole wallace
00:32:32.300and uh in her media response and i'd like you have um your observations about john brennan
00:32:39.480sir i worked with nicole wallace uh in the george w bush white house i think that she
00:32:48.020has the same level of intelligence as your average Somalian fraudster in Minneapolis.
00:32:55.140It's amazing to me that she was the White House communications director, I guess, President0.98
00:33:00.180Trump, or excuse me, President George W. Bush was very, very loyal to his bottom-feeding
00:33:07.800loyal aides from Texas and brought her from Texas.1.00
00:33:11.260She's probably the dumbest person on television, as we just saw with that clip.0.99
00:33:17.300With John Brennan, I'm particularly pleased to see John Brennan there.0.99
00:33:22.160I think his days as a free man could be numbered.
00:33:25.200Remember, it was John Brennan, Obama's CIA director, who was up to his eyeballs in the Russian collusion hoax against then-presidential candidate Donald Trump,
00:33:36.940where they politicized and weaponized our intel agencies and law enforcement to help Hillary Clinton's campaign and hurt Donald Trump's campaign.
00:33:47.300This is an ongoing criminal conspiracy.
00:33:50.120There's evidence that John Brennan lied about this grand conspiracy before Congress in 2023.
00:33:59.260There's not a statute of limitations problem.
00:34:02.100I know that my good friend Joe DiGenova has teamed up with my other good friend, Jason Redding-Quinones, down in the Southern District of Florida.
00:34:10.340You can look at their social media today.
00:34:11.980They're in front of the Fort Pierce, Florida, courthouse, the same courthouse where Jack Smith tried to throw President Trump in prison for having presidential records where he declassified crossfire hurricane.
00:34:27.040We've been on your show talking about this for almost four years, Steve.
00:34:30.920I know that justice is slower than we'd like, but I promise your war room posse justice is coming because I'm not going to rest until it happens.
00:34:41.980I'm going to make damn sure that justice is delivered for the for the crossfire hurricane hoax.
00:34:50.460And then I will gladly go retire after that.
00:34:53.860So I would say buckle up for the next two years.
00:35:47.540Culmination of a lot of people working on this. A lot of people working on this.
00:35:51.640And hat tip to Maine Justice, hat tip to the Eastern District of North Carolina, hat tip to the FBI, who also got Fauci's, what Fauci's deputy will get more into that.
00:40:18.120Andrew and Jim really started with nothing when they started,
00:40:21.420And when they started, they didn't really they didn't step into a family media company that in stock, the media companies they had, everything you see at Breitbart and at Gateway Pundit was really created by just these individuals really from scratch.
00:40:37.700And it's it just blows me away of how important these are and how important it is to our country, particularly now when we're at an inflection point of which way this republic goes.
00:40:48.520So if you keep us up to speed, Joe, Joe, where can people get you on social media?
00:41:23.280Jim Hoff, make sure Jim Hoff, if not already in your prayers, goes into for a surgery tomorrow related to his heart.
00:41:31.860And, you know, you can't take chances on this thing.
00:41:35.760That's why Jim and, you know, Joe and Jim have said he's a little bit slowed down the last couple of months, but he's going to get taken care of.
00:41:42.860I'm going to go to the White House in a moment.
00:41:45.320Neil McCabe, who was at the Justice Department for much of 2025, now over here at Rav, he's at the White House today.
00:41:54.680I thought we'd be leading all day with the king and the president's speech.
00:41:58.920What I'm going to do in the 6 o'clock hour, I'm going to break down the king's speech and President Trump.
00:42:06.800President Trump gave pretty damn impressive remarks on the White House lawn.
00:42:10.740The Democrats were sitting there constantly.0.58
00:42:13.280And remember, they got no kings rallies.
00:42:15.080They got no kings, you know, all over the country.
00:42:19.940They're putting this hate on Trump every second of the day.
00:45:27.480uh neil i i want to ask you about the king about president trump president trump kind of gave a
00:45:33.940blood and soil i thought speech remarks the white house earlier than than the king
00:45:39.580gave his uh his remarks i think almost 30 minutes long speech um and of course the democrats have
00:45:47.140been going around the country doing no kings you know we're slobbering all over it but i got to
00:45:53.620start with the Todd Blanche. Now, my question, I think Mike said, is the, to your knowledge,
00:45:58.900is the prosecutor we just saw in the Eastern District, is that a career or is that an
00:46:04.060appointment? Because the North Carolina Tillis has not exactly been trying to assist the
00:46:09.540president and staff out the Justice Department, is he? No, he's been, he's been putting holds
00:46:17.180on things. And obviously, he famously blocked Ed Martin's confirmation in committee. Ted Budd,
00:46:24.680the other Republican senator in North Carolina, strongly endorsed his appointment. But Ellis
00:46:31.340Boyle has not yet been confirmed by the Senate. So he's just on, you know, his interim appointment
00:46:38.740expired in December. And so the only explanation is that he's been appointed by the judges and
00:46:45.680the judges can do that when there's a vacancy. Todd, I want to go back to Tillis because this
00:46:53.040is one of the problems we have. We're understaffed, as you know, at the U.S. attorney level. We're
00:46:57.720also understaffed in Maine Justice. Tillis is not an ally of correcting those staffing issues,
00:47:03.800right? He was the guy that really put up the big stink about Eagle Ed Martin, the great warrior
00:47:09.540we had as the U.S. attorney in D.C., correct?
00:47:16.600Yeah, he told Ed Martin that he wasn't going to block him in committee,
00:47:21.200but he wasn't going to vote for him on the floor.
00:47:23.020But then with like 30 minutes before the Judiciary Committee published the agenda for two days hence,
00:47:31.880when they would vote for Ed Martin to recommend it to the Senate floor,
00:47:35.740He dropped the penny, surprised everyone, Grassley's staff, everyone was surprised.
00:47:41.720And he really had a very sort of volatile meeting with Ed Martin, where he basically blamed Ed, who represented some J6 defenders, for being part of this revolt.
00:47:53.220And he also said that Ashley Babbitt deserved what she had coming to her.
00:47:57.900And, you know, it was it was a very sort of off center meeting where Tillis really got red faced and was really kind of upset and angry.
00:48:07.200And he's been in he's been trouble ever since, Steve.
00:48:10.680Very bad guy. Neil, can you hang on? I got more questions about the Comey indictment.
00:48:16.380I also want to get your take on both the president and also the king today.
00:48:23.260Mike, didn't you find it odd that people that have gone around the country in these protests and talking violence against the president of the United States for no kings, that we don't have any kings, were slobbering all over Charles III today as he gave his remarks in the joint session before the joint session of Congress, sir?
00:48:45.120And you talk about with these no kings protests, people don't even realize what a king is and what that is.
00:48:55.940And I'll tell you, Minneapolis has the strictest protest laws in the nation, but yet we're the most abused.
00:49:01.600But I do have some good news for everybody.
00:49:03.220Today, according to ABC News, they served 22 search warrants in Minneapolis today for the fraud investigation.
00:49:15.720So they can protest all they want, and we're getting through that.
00:49:21.500We're going to get to the bottom of all the fraud here in Minnesota.
00:49:24.740I'm on my way to another governor event tonight.
00:49:27.060We had a huge one last night in Two Harbors, Minnesota, and wait for it, Steve, Fox News, it was local Fox, they actually reported, and it was a great report about me running for governor.
00:49:41.440So they're actually coming around maybe in Minnesota and our local media here.
00:49:46.540And so if you go to MikeLindellGov.com, it would really help us.
00:50:15.660Not just to clean up the fraud and start holding people accountable.
00:50:19.000But but these programs in general in Minnesota, the program, the welfare programs and the programs we have, so many of them are just worthless.
00:50:29.260They're just frivolous. You don't need them. And they don't there's no return on your investment, even if there wasn't fraud.
00:50:34.940It's not a lot of them aren't helping people. It's disgusting. And there's many of them.0.86
00:50:39.320And we have we have at least at least, I'd say, 20 different programs that all need to go or be looked at and redone and redone to the form of, you know, is there limits on them?0.98
00:50:52.580Remember, we have 80 percent of the Somalians that are here that are still that are on these one or another of these programs since they've been here.0.99
00:51:01.560Some have been here 20 some years.1.00
00:51:03.200So we're just supporting a population that doesn't want to assimilate with us.0.96
00:51:08.620And that's where coming, banning Sharia law comes in.0.99
00:51:12.140All they want to do is clash with us on that.
00:51:15.120And it's, but I will get, I'm going to get all new commissioners on the first day as governor
