00:00:00.000I mean, just today, another just totally jaw-dropping, gobsmacking, leave you speechless kind of news alert
00:00:06.720when it was announced that Donald Trump was announcing a flagrantly, almost impossibly unqualified candidate
00:00:16.560to replace Tulsi Gabbard as the director of national intelligence.
00:00:20.280It's the man you see there, this guy named Bill Pulte, who's spent the last year digging into the mortgage records
00:00:26.040of the president's critics to hound them with malicious prosecutions.
00:00:29.180That guy, Trump's attack dog, that guy, who, by the way, has zero intelligence or national security experience whatsoever.
00:00:39.440Trump wants to put him in charge of the entirety of the American intelligence apparatus, all 11 agencies, all the spies, all the wiretaps, all the satellites, all the humans into that guy.
00:00:55.300So, Willie, when I first heard this, I think I first read it on X, I thought it was a joke.
00:01:00.040I mean, the housing guy, you know, this is a preposterous appointment.
00:01:04.240And, you know, the kind of what went through the ranks of the former officials like myself and even current ones as well, as this is something that really should be looked at with some alarm.
00:01:15.080I mean, a weaponized DNI, by the way, not my comment right there.
00:01:17.780That's from Senate Majority Leader Thune is something that should scare a lot of Americans.
00:01:22.700This would be Tulsi Gabbard on steroids and then some, you know, obviously this is a political hack.
00:01:28.500He's made his name for himself and going after Trump's political enemies and the intelligence community and the intelligence chief.
00:01:35.180The DNI has a lot of power, could do a lot of harm. I know that it's about 210 days where he can stay in this position.
00:01:41.260He does not need Senate confirmation, as we know. And so, you know, there is significant concern right here.
00:01:47.060And I do think of old colleagues in the intelligence community who are looking at this and shaking their heads.
00:01:51.120And, of course, what about our allies overseas who also have great concern over this?
00:02:48.940He's a Trump donor with zero experience, zero experience in intelligence or natural security.
00:02:54.220And last year, Trump made this guy the head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
00:02:58.780That's a pretty important body that oversees the mortgage markets, improves housing affordability.
00:03:03.120It's another job that Pulte was totally unqualified to do.
00:03:06.100But, of course, that job also gives him access to mortgage documents for millions of American homeowners.
00:03:11.600And as far as we can tell, what it looks like from the outside is that he's used that perch with access to those records to search through them and gin up absurd accusations of mortgage fraud against a who's who's list of Trump's perceived enemies and referred some of them from prosecution, including California Congressman Adam Schiff, New York Attorney General Letitia James and sort of most significantly Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook.
00:03:38.740the Trump administration is trying to fire and whose case in trying to fire him is currently
00:03:43.340before the Supreme Court. Now, of those three, the DOGA has only charged James and a judge later
00:03:49.200dismissed those very same charges. Even Republicans have criticized Pulte and these like preposterous
00:03:55.660witch hunts. One House member called him a nut. He's reportedly gotten into a yelling match with0.62
00:03:59.920Treasury Secretary Scott Besant. So what might this hatchet man for Trump do as the guy overseeing
00:04:05.540all 18 intelligence agencies. Trump's far-right allies, including Steve Bannon, seem to hope
00:04:11.060Pulte can use that sensitive intel basically to go after the left domestically.
00:04:17.260I certainly hope that the appointment of Bill Pulte over there, while Bill,
00:04:22.260is a time where the DNI can actually start digging in on the domestic side of terrorism,
00:04:31.560Oh, it has to. I think that's one of the reasons Pulte's selected.
00:04:35.540because Pulte will go there. Bill Pulte takes the helm as the nation's spy chief.
00:04:41.560He'll be thrust into an ongoing feud between the CIA and the office of the director of national
00:04:47.480intelligence. Reuters is reporting the infighting has been going on for more than a year over turf,
00:04:53.940intelligence sharing and who's responsible for what has been very clear about the kind of people
00:04:58.840he wants to put up to Claire's point. And I think not only is this a signal that he's not going to
00:05:03.640have any more acting. I think that the president is being very, as he usually is, he is, he's
00:05:08.920rapidly vocal about what it is he wants to do. And Bill Pulte is not only someone that trumped
00:05:14.640up charges on social media about Tish James, but also about Lisa Cook, also about Adam Schiff.
00:05:21.960Also, this is now the person that he wants to put at the top of the apparatus that is our nation's
00:05:29.700secrets in advance of a very consequential election where I believe the president is
00:05:35.560going to claim that there has been election interference by a foreign government. You
00:05:38.500know why? Because he's done it in every single other election he's been a part of. And so
00:05:41.980pay attention to Bill Pulte, for sure.
00:05:44.460I was asked by a reporter and literally didn't believe them. I told him, this can't be true.
00:05:50.220I'm going to check your facts. And I'm stunned. Literally, the statute says this was formed.
00:05:56.180That position was formed because of the lack of coordination that led to that allowed attacks of 9-11 to happen.
00:06:03.240And and it says the statute explicitly they shall have extensive.
00:06:08.400That's the word. National security experience. This person has none of that.
00:06:12.320It is a joke from an administration that is not serious and their lack of seriousness and desire not for expertise, but for loyalty to Trump and willingness to break the law.
00:06:24.140That that's going to endanger our country. This is a president that looks not for experience, but for people that will extend his corruption, his chaos and his cruelty.
00:06:32.800You should know by law, by law, the person who is DNI must have, quote, extensive national security experience.
00:06:42.120Bill Pulte, of course, has zero national security experience. And, Claire, I mean, that's because that's not what Trump wants.
00:06:48.500Pulte is, frankly, per people I spoke, not very well liked in the administration.
00:06:52.760He and Scott Besson nearly got into a fight at a dinner last year.
00:06:57.720He was blamed for causing a lot of chaos with some of the prosecutions, whether it's Tish James or Adam Schiff.
00:07:03.800He's the one who reportedly provided the Trump as Jesus mean to Trump when he got in trouble with that a few weeks back.
00:07:10.780But Trump doesn't care about any of that.
00:07:12.380He cares about Pulte out there fighting, going after his enemies and perhaps continue what Tulsi Gabbard had started, relitigating 2020 and perhaps, you know, creating a new path to meddle with 26 and 28.
00:07:24.840This guy has shown that his sole purpose is to try to go after Trump's enemies.
00:07:28.920Well, imagine giving them the apparatus of our national intelligence agencies.
00:07:34.760This is scary and terrifying, but it's also showing that you don't take the threats to our country seriously and you're willing to sacrifice our security in order to have a loyalist who's going to go after your perceived enemies.0.66
00:07:48.680This is crazy and corrupt and very dangerous.
00:07:52.360This guy can't be confirmed, will never be confirmed.0.90
00:07:55.980And so are we now entering the era where Trump and by the way, Todd Blanche, I don't think he could be confirmed either.
00:08:01.820And he's getting near the end of his acting time.
00:08:04.220Are we entering the era where our government is run by Donald Trump and everybody around him is acting?
00:08:13.760Nobody has been confirmed by the United States Senate.
00:08:17.600That would not surprise me and how dangerous that is for our country, because that means he can put any unqualified person in any position he wants.
00:08:27.160Some would argue he's already done that.
00:08:28.900I think they're right about some of these cabinet positions, but I don't think Donald
00:08:34.040Trump has any intention of putting Bill Pulte in front of the United States Senate or Todd
00:12:26.560Just bottom line, all you guys in the Senate, you like sharing your committees, you're going to lose.
00:12:31.560no one has any enthusiasm at all at all and going and doing door to door or to engage uh to have
00:12:41.020voter engagement and hopefully california showed you last night that once again our theory of the
00:12:47.480case is right it's about voter engagement not about uh raising tons of monies from the donors
00:12:53.460who own you lock stock and barrel and doing these ridiculous 30 second ads on cable tv
00:12:59.480that that day is over you're going to lose the senate and right now it looks like you want to
00:13:06.040lose the senate you don't care if the mark warners of the world control these committees jack
00:13:10.660posobik msnbc and cnn i think no msnbc throughout the day were particularly upset about some of your
00:13:19.820comments yesterday and highlighted you uh throughout the late afternoon and early evening
00:13:25.060Your thoughts so far as we've gone into another 24 cycle, my bottom line is look at who's opposed to this.
00:13:33.360And I mean, they're losing it. I haven't seen him lose it on this, not even back in the first series of confirmations against Gates and Pete Hegseth and Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard.
00:13:43.940And they lost it. And this audience went fixed bayonets and got them all approved.
00:13:48.060And we would have gotten Gates approved and not had to go through the Pam Bondi yips for six months or nine months until we got Todd in there.
00:13:58.520This is all of that to the 10th power.
00:14:04.000Well, Steve, it's very, very interesting that we called exactly what the response would be to the Pulte nomination and to this appointment as acting.
00:14:15.980And what I also find very interesting is that if anybody wants to see the voice of the deep state, if anyone wants to hear the Greek chorus of the cabal of Washington, D.C. and the D.C. elite, there you go.
00:14:31.240Just look at the response to the Pulte appointment.
00:14:35.520Just look at the list of people that's coming out.
00:16:12.600He already sorted out. I think that the housing agency that he runs is now they were thinking about taking it public at like a trillion dollar value.
00:16:20.200He's already sorted that out. And he was bringing to account the Latisha James, these other scumbags of the world that say one thing and do another.1.00
00:16:29.700Go back. Hit rewind. Just just on Russiagate and what the deep state has done is the deep state runs the deal.1.00
00:16:35.920Go ahead. I'll give you a perfect example. I'm talking about David Ignatius at The Washington Post.
00:16:41.080go all the way back to the start, day one, day two of the Trump administration. Who was it that
00:16:47.800leaked the highly classified phone call between General Flynn and Sergei Kislyak, the Russian
00:16:56.540ambassador that has never been revealed. This was one of the most damaging leaks in our entire
00:17:04.320government. Going back to that time that set us on a collision course that set us on a collision
00:17:10.100course that led to the Ukraine war. All right. That set across the hostilities all the way back
00:17:15.280from them. Every single person, what's it, four and a half years of the Ukraine war could have
00:17:20.080been prevented if you didn't have all these hostile acts against this state when President
00:17:25.760Trump was had directed General Flynn to work on what? Diplomacy, to work on trying the attack of
00:17:33.360peace, trying to have this track. They blew it up and they did so using illegal methods to nullify
00:17:39.960the 2016 election maybe talk in 2020 2024 we haven't even touched you know we don't even need0.98
00:17:45.340to touch all the chicanery that went on from the intelligence agencies then just go back to that
00:17:49.520one single example and they want to talk about holding up the fisa process let's know and they0.87
00:17:54.400want to talk about all their glory david ignatius is another david ignatius is the comms is the comms
00:18:00.640director for the langley bugle this is what we call the washington post and for the cia
00:18:05.680they are so frank sure okay hang on hang on the water boy Flynn's thing was bad Flynn's thing was
00:18:13.080bad bad enough right because led the charges eventually against general and it was Steve that
00:18:16.780was a FISA leak that's what people have to understand that was collected using a FISA
00:18:21.580warrant that was done up on the Russian ambassador but because they heard an American speaking to the
00:18:28.860Russian ambassador they went in then they unmasked the voice they find out that's general Flynn
00:18:34.920because NSA up there in the Puzzle Palace, you know, they've got, well, the Puzzle Palace of
00:18:39.400Fort Meade, I should say, they've got all of the communications. They unmask it. They find out that
00:18:45.440it's Flynn. They leaked the entire thing to the Washington Post. That is one of the most highly
00:18:50.600classified intercepts or collections that we've seen leaked to the Washington Post. It detonated
00:18:58.200and led to a cascading detonation of the first Trump administration, set us on a collision course
00:19:04.520with russia and it's never ever been adjudicated hang on how about the the first weekend of uh in
00:19:12.4802017 the first weekend he was inaugurated on a friday he goes over to the cia on on uh on saturday
00:19:19.240trying to offer an olive branch here's what they do on sunday remember sunday this is even before
00:19:25.960even before flynn on sunday the president is rolling calls to chief heads of state that have
00:19:32.620you know communicate with him he's trying to you know go in order to to um you know for deference
00:19:37.840and you know to they're trying to congratulate him they leaked those the first time that they
00:19:43.020had leaked telephone conversations that was all the deep state and what they were trying to do
00:19:48.220is push that towards a possible impeachment or to make sure that oh you mean like his call with
00:19:53.540in 2019 exactly this is so that is the crowd what they're petrified about they've seen what bill
00:20:01.380Pulte can do in this current position. And they fully understand that Bill Pulte, number one,
00:20:07.540here's his qualification. He's a patriot. Qualification number two, President Trump,
00:20:13.120the commander in chief, trusts his judgment. And he doesn't trust the judgment of the guys
00:20:18.580who are coming to the microphone. I tell you, I don't think he trusts Thune's judgment. Thune is
00:20:22.960a clown. And he got Cotton there. And what is Cotton doing? He wants to take all the power away1.00
00:20:28.240from the Tulsi Gabbards of the world and DNI,0.98
00:20:56.600They don't want all these documents. You know where they don't want them released? Brennan and all these guys deserve to be in prison, deserve to be in prison for decades. They are absolutely petrified, and they're trying to stand President Trump down. This is a fight that we must win, Jack Posovic.
00:21:13.460Steve, 100%. And not only that, but he'll have broad declassification authority to be able to
00:21:21.180see exactly what was done. And boy, would I love to hear, boy, would I love to hear if there were
00:21:27.580any times where they had been tracking and knowing of Antifa attacks or Antifa activity,
00:21:34.920and they decided to look the other way. Or just saying, what if they find evidence of the
00:21:42.700infiltration operations like the SPLC and others that we already know about because Todd Blanche
00:21:47.720brought it out in the SPLC indictment, if they knew about those and had signed off on them or
00:21:53.720had fully authorized the SPLC to put these guys into Charlottesville and potentially J6 and other
00:21:59.740things. There is a entire hornet's nest over there. And Steve, the hornets are buzzing.
00:22:05.120They're buzzing because Bill Pulte is President Trump's fly swatter. And he's taken that might
00:22:11.200even be a high pressure hose that he's going to take to that hornet's nest and actually start to
00:22:16.240clean it out so they could get back to doing the work of the American people, not botching the
00:22:20.760intelligence on Ukraine and Russia, not botching the intelligence on Iran or the Chinese Communist
00:22:25.660Party or, dare I say, the Mexican cartels, which I hardly hear anybody talking about.
00:22:31.420Hegseth is up there at least shwacking them once in a while.
00:22:33.800But we never actually get back to doing the business of the American people.
00:22:39.400OK, Tom, I jumped in on your second point about Mark Warner, Tom Cotton, John Thune.
00:39:34.660And if you believe that, you're a sop and you're a sucker because they are up there talking about this as if it's, you know, as if it's something that matters.0.97
00:39:43.360When really the only question is, and President Trump understands this, the only question is loyalty.0.98
00:39:49.000Are you loyal to the president or are you loyal to them?
00:55:00.380Ninety nine point nine percent of the time.
00:55:03.200And as soon as he's turfed out by the grassroots after spending one hundred fifty million dollars to destroy the grassroots and to destroy PACs and continue that on into the runoff.
00:55:14.600didn't stop continued on with another 25 million now he's got to peace out oh no this is how you
00:55:20.860want to stop president trump and his anti-weaponization fund here's how you do it0.99
00:55:26.180they're not loyal they're political scumbags the american house of lords needs to be taken down0.96
00:55:35.560i will tell you there ain't a grassroots person in this country is going to knock on one door for0.98
00:55:40.420you you need you want to hold the senate all the money stephen law's raising donors paid in means
00:55:46.240zero ask cornyn how that 150 million dollars worked out for him put your pencils down it's
00:55:51.920time to tell the american house of lords you're fired short break
00:55:56.880do you owe back taxes or you haven't filed your taxes in years now is the time to resolve
00:56:07.840your tax matters. With the national conversation around abolishing the income tax, the IRS is
00:56:14.920fighting back and proving it's here to stay by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:56:20.620They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens, and collecting billions
00:56:26.040more in recent years. If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts,
00:56:33.460seize your retirement and even your home if you owe or haven't filed it's not a question of if
00:56:40.500the irs will act it's a question of when it will act right now tax network usa is offering a
00:56:47.660completely free irs research and discovery call to show you exactly where you stand and what they
00:56:54.480can stop before it's too late their powerful programs and strategies can save you thousands
00:57:00.540or even eliminate your debt entirely if you qualify.
