00:03:25.700 Wednesday, 1 July, Year of Our Lord, 2026.
00:03:35.040 I think it's the first time I've said that today.
00:03:37.760 The first time we had Schilling here.
00:03:39.940 Had to talk about the Civil War.
00:03:41.960 Gruber, magnificent song.
00:03:44.660 Here's the thing I say about the separation of this country. 0.80
00:03:46.720 the people that vote uh dsa and working family parties and democratic party 0.72
00:03:53.200 and the progressives that have driven are driving our country to a civil war and folks
00:04:01.400 we are being driven to a civil war remember where you heard it first they would spit on the floor
00:04:09.440 at hearing that song gruber because that song speaks about the sacred the sacred purpose of
00:04:15.640 this nation, sir. Yeah, absolutely true. George Washington was a man of providence, and he was
00:04:23.480 the first before the Continental Army to say prayers and say it was the duty of officers to
00:04:29.500 go to church on Sunday to set the example. That's why he's referenced in the first part of this
00:04:33.960 song, which, by the way, has been the number one Christian song on iTunes for six days running,
00:04:38.580 and it's now number two. We did pass Taylor Swift. I knew you wanted to know that, but she's behind
00:04:44.400 us we want to get all the way to the top we want to beat ella langley to the top and do something
00:04:49.740 real america's music here go ahead hang on so so on on what they call it tay tay i don't even know
00:04:57.480 unlike comey i've never heard a a second of her music but her wedding uh which i guess is taking
00:05:04.720 place at madison square gardener at least they've given a classic head fake um yeah they are um uh 0.58
00:05:11.640 She's number three.
00:05:12.620 This song passed on the charts, on the Apple charts, Taylor Swift.
00:05:19.480 That in and of itself, I mean, Rob Sigg had big vision for this music.
00:05:24.680 You've got to understand the Real America Voice team is all in on the music,
00:05:28.520 which I love.
00:05:31.020 Of course, we're going to reprise some Grateful Dead
00:05:35.920 to get some of the War Room music in here eventually.
00:05:39.820 But you've surpassed Taylor Swift.
00:05:41.480 that is monumental that doesn't happen in the culture now ella langley i i wanted this to be
00:05:47.120 number one she's i think the most uh impressive new country music star that's going to be that's
00:05:53.140 a lift uh gruber but maybe we can do it over the fourth of july you never know right nothing's
00:05:58.440 impossible for the war room posse look that's exactly right and let me tell you something
00:06:03.040 nothing is impossible for god and the providence of this nation there was every roadblock you could
00:06:07.960 imagine that was thrown in front of this project over the last couple of weeks including uh apple
00:06:13.600 music delayed the release for 15 hours i don't believe in conspiracies um but coincidence come
00:06:19.020 on you've got all the big boys going how are they doing this at real american music you got sony and
00:06:23.500 universal and netflix all aligned to put their stuff out there that's what they do yeah but this
00:06:28.580 song is touching people resonates with people because you talk about the divide in the country
00:06:32.420 but honestly i think there's a lot more people in this country that believe in this country i get
00:06:37.280 people call me saying they listened to this song and they they wept they cried yeah because it
00:06:42.640 touches them so deeply i mean laura kokanauer belts it out so well and just resonates with
00:06:49.420 real americans look you can make a difference your voice can be heard whether it's at the ballot box
00:06:54.160 or at the soccer game or downloading this song we can be heard america and we will not be silenced
00:07:00.860 that's part of what this song is about too no they want to intimidate you they want you they
00:07:05.860 want you to live in fear that's the whole point look in the french revolution in the bolshevik
00:07:12.520 revolution in the uh chinese communist revolution they all start with a very they do they have a
00:07:19.220 very small core they never have anywhere near majority so usually 10 to 15 percent but they 0.88
00:07:24.120 automatically go to terror they go to terror and the first thing they want to do is to shut you up
00:07:29.040 and to start to second guess yourself and look over your shoulders this is why when biden first
00:07:34.100 Again, remember the preamble of this was to put the billboards up if you've had anything to do with January 6th or you support Trump.
00:07:40.220 If you're a Trump supporter, that's why we got de-banked, de-platform.
00:07:43.260 And big tech, the big tech oligarchs are in there rubbing up on Trump, President Trump every day for these dinners.
00:07:49.420 Those demons are the worst, and the first guy is going to flip.
00:07:52.580 If we lose the House in November, trust me, quicker than they came to our side on November 3rd, 2024, they're going to flip back.
00:07:59.720 And they're going to be fueling this civil war because culturally they're actually with them.
00:08:04.840 They're not with us at all. These people are some of the worst in the world. 0.91
00:08:07.260 That's why this song and this kind of cultural, whether it's the book revolution or this, this is the way you fight back.
00:08:13.540 Right. You've got to have these small victories that lead to bigger ones.
00:08:16.800 And it's just amazing that you're with all the publicity Taylor Swift's getting for her upcoming, you know, nuptials.
00:08:23.460 and Ella Langley is obviously going to become one of the biggest stars in country music
00:08:30.120 for one nation to be ahead of Taylor Swift.
00:08:34.020 The only artist in the country in all music you're back of is Ella Langley.
00:08:39.920 I mean, that says something, doesn't it?
00:08:41.380 The people are prepared to fight back.
00:08:43.820 It's remarkable.
00:08:44.840 It's humbling, but you strike on something I want to comment on that.
00:08:48.180 It's the number one Christian song on the iTunes chart, number two overall, as you mentioned. 0.58
00:08:52.280 But 40% of Christians, Steve, do not cast ballots. 0.93
00:08:55.600 We can't have that. 0.95
00:08:56.560 40% of gun owners do not cast ballots.
00:08:59.120 We have got to get out there and make ourselves heard.
00:09:03.280 Let this song be your anthem as you go in and pull the lever to save Congress and save this country.
00:09:08.700 Honestly, we've got to get out there in numbers and save this nation.
00:09:13.140 This is going to define this, and this is why I'm so glad that they're up in our face about what they stand for.
00:09:18.180 Now, finally, because the war and posse and war and posse is a cadre, the real American voice audience is an army of the awakened.
00:09:25.700 But we need and my point is we don't need this whole thing of persuasion of going to persuade people.
00:09:32.240 You know, what you have to do is get people that already believe in it, but are just somehow to disengage.
00:09:38.380 You say, look, your country's at stake, your values at stake, your family's at stake, your community's at stake. 0.89
00:09:44.180 That's what's at stake here, because there's nothing that these this red green alliance is nothing but the Bolsheviks and nothing but the French Revolution come to the 21st century. 0.85
00:09:54.500 It shows you it never really goes. That virus and those parasites never go away. 0.96
00:09:59.920 Gruber, where are we? By the way, Gruber, if you top Ella Langley, seriously, you're going to be we're going to lose Gruber at three o'clock. 0.94
00:10:07.440 Gruber is going to go to Sony Music and be like the head of A&R.
00:10:11.380 right he's the new clive davis the new clive davis steve gruber uh just just like just a boy
00:10:17.520 from michigan who would ever thought where they go to get this song let's do it right now
00:10:21.160 the easiest thing itunes if you got an iphone or your laptop go to itunes download it it's a
00:10:27.000 dollar 29 to make your voice heard if you don't if you've got an android that's fine go to amazon
00:10:31.380 watch the video we've got that whole video official youtube video at my youtube page steve
00:10:37.000 We're on, of course, Real America's Voice YouTube page.
00:10:39.240 They're connected.
00:10:40.120 We're collaborating on pushing this out to as many people as possible.
00:10:43.260 And I just got picked up.
00:10:44.360 And they said, how did you do this?
00:10:47.000 Alpha and magic, I guess.
00:10:48.040 But we just picked up 42 radio stations in a group,
00:10:50.460 so they're putting it into their rotation ASAP.
00:10:54.280 So it's going out to the country.
00:10:57.280 Gruber, you are the Clive Davis.
00:10:59.420 That's how you get it.
00:11:00.060 You get it in a radio play.
00:11:01.180 You're a song plugger now.
00:11:03.400 We're losing.
00:11:03.860 Okay.
00:11:04.080 Absolutely.
00:11:04.820 I'm giving news out there to the media.
00:11:06.180 We're losing Steve.
00:11:07.300 There's a slot at 3 o'clock available. 1.00
00:11:10.920 Frickin' Grubers.
00:11:12.020 Clive Davis.
00:11:13.440 Clive Davis.
00:11:14.540 Unbelievable.
00:11:15.400 Love you, brother.
00:11:16.020 Love the song.
00:11:16.660 We're going to keep pounding away.
00:11:18.260 Ella Langley.
00:11:19.080 Thank you.
00:11:19.640 She's an amazing talent.
00:11:20.420 But listen, we've got to do the impossible here in the war room, right? 0.95
00:11:23.440 Let's overtake Ella Langley.
00:11:24.760 We've already overtook. 0.92
00:11:26.540 Comey's depressed that Taylor Swift on her wedding week has been overcome by One Nation.
00:11:33.340 Thank you so much, brother.
00:11:34.220 Appreciate you.
00:11:35.240 Amen.
00:11:36.900 Thank you, sir.
00:11:38.540 Let's go do that.
00:11:39.920 Also, the book Revolution.
00:11:42.320 Incredible.
00:11:42.940 Think about that today.
00:11:43.740 We have all-day coverage on, and I really admire and appreciate President Trump going out there.
00:11:49.860 It's not easy to schlep all the way out to North Dakota.
00:11:53.520 The great Mike Lindell, and there's new polling on Lindell, shows he's even increased his lead,
00:11:58.940 increased his lead on his governor's run in this primary over the establishment candidate.
00:12:05.400 He's driving five hours across North Dakota.
00:12:08.660 Of course, out there in that part of the country, those guys, five hours, nothing, right?
00:12:11.860 But he's driving out there five hours.
00:12:14.320 We've got McCabe out there.
00:12:16.440 Poso's on the plane.
00:12:17.340 Poso asked a great question of the president.
00:12:19.200 Do I have Cortez?
00:12:20.860 Cortez, we'll get to the clip in the film later.
00:12:23.660 But I want to, before I, you've got this amazing new film about Newsom.
00:12:27.640 So everybody out there, if you've been if you've been chomping at the bit to see Gavin Newsom in all his glory, Steve, the one and only Steve Cortez has done it for you.
00:12:37.320 We're going to talk about that at the break. But last night, brother, I think the president said it, is that a counter, a counter by the Republicans is like the Republicans on Fox and saying he's offering free rent.
00:12:51.820 of course people are going to sign over the rent's too damn high of course they're going to sign up
00:12:57.680 for that somehow they're establishing republicans don't quite get populist nationalism as the fight
00:13:03.200 that's going to that's it's going to be the fight between populist nationalists and these marxist
00:13:07.100 globalists who are pretending to be populist but we got a fighter on our hands sir we got a big
00:13:12.580 time fighter on our hands steve cortez no we certainly do and you're exactly correct the
00:13:17.500 answer isn't saying, like, how dare they talk about free rent? No, the answer is, okay, how are we
00:13:22.280 going to address affordability from our side? And to me, the number one issue, the number one avenue
00:13:28.620 and weapon that is effective on so many fronts is immigration control. Because not only do we need 0.53
00:13:34.120 mass deportations, total control of the border, of course, plus mass deportations, plus fewer 0.91
00:13:38.900 legal immigrants to this country, not only do we need that agenda for our national security,
00:13:43.680 for our street safety, for our cohesion culturally as a nation. We also need it economically
00:13:48.620 because it's almost just a fantastic silver bullet economically because it does two things at once. 0.98
00:13:54.420 It removes foreign workers from the labor market who compete unlawfully and unfairly against
00:13:59.660 American workers. So it raises pay for American workers. At the same time, it decreases costs, 0.70
00:14:05.260 particularly for housing, because there's an artificial demand on housing from these tens 1.00
00:14:08.720 and millions of illegals. 1.00
00:14:12.100 Unbelievable. 0.99
00:14:13.040 Cortez, hang around.
00:14:14.480 We're going to play.
00:14:15.120 We're going to talk about
00:14:15.820 one of your favorite topics,
00:14:19.280 Newsom.
00:14:21.000 Man, this film is going to be
00:14:25.120 a wake-up call, I think,
00:14:26.000 for the Newsom campaign.
00:14:27.140 But it ain't going to be easy.
00:14:28.020 If you think you're going to glide in here,
00:14:29.300 you are sadly mistaken, sir.
00:14:32.100 We're going to leave you with One Nation,
00:14:34.480 the number two song in the country.
00:14:37.600 Let's get focused today.
00:14:38.520 Make it number one. 0.98
00:14:39.560 Artie overcame to the demise of Comey, overtook Taylor Swift on her wedding week.
00:14:49.180 Short break.
00:14:49.740 Cortez next.
00:14:59.740 Buy gold and put some silver in your pocket.
00:15:03.000 I know what you're thinking.
00:15:04.980 Everything's expensive right now.
00:15:06.580 How am I going to buy gold?
00:15:08.520 Pull your head out of the sand. One thing you can control right now that doesn't cost you
00:15:13.380 anything out of pocket is diversifying your retirement savings. Birch Gold Group will help
00:15:18.960 you convert an old 401k from a previous employer or an IRA into a physical gold IRA. Let me repeat
00:15:27.940 that. Birch Gold will help you now convert an old 401k from a previous employer or an IRA
00:15:34.560 into a physical IRA in gold.
00:15:38.200 You know, something that's a hedge against inflation.
00:15:41.560 And listen to this right now.
00:15:42.400 Birch Gold is going to give you a special America 250
00:15:45.660 one-ounce silver round for every $10,000
00:15:50.280 you purchase by July 10th.
00:15:53.060 And repeat this.
00:15:54.320 With every $10,000 purchase,
00:15:56.200 you get a free one-ounce silver round
00:15:58.620 America 250 commemoration, a special.
00:16:02.140 Think about this.
00:16:02.900 10 years ago, an ounce of gold was about $1,200.
00:16:06.560 Today, it's around $4,500.
00:16:10.060 Where will it be in 10 years from now?
00:16:12.240 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898,
00:16:15.780 to take advantage of free America 250 silver
00:16:18.780 with qualifying purchase before the 10th of July.
00:16:23.060 Again, text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N,
00:16:25.680 to number 989898 today.
00:16:29.700 Take advantage of this offer.
00:16:31.340 With qualifying purchases, you get a silver round, a one-ounce silver round.
00:16:39.060 Check it out, qualifying purchase.
00:16:41.000 You've got to do it before July 10th.
00:16:42.420 Do it today.
00:16:44.140 Gavin Newsom destroyed paradise.
00:16:48.340 He has brought suffering, failure, and misery to the state of California,
00:16:54.800 A place once so revered and admired that it was compared to the Garden of Eden.
00:17:01.960 It's a great place to live if you're part of the feudal elite.
00:17:05.340 If you're not, it's a nightmare.
00:17:07.280 Our leadership has failed us.
00:17:08.800 It's gotten really dangerous.
00:17:09.940 The crime is out of control, the homelessness.
00:17:11.940 It's scary these days.
00:17:13.120 It's the highest rate of poverty, the American dream in California.
00:17:17.100 It's very, very difficult to achieve.
00:17:18.840 His policies have failed in every possible way regarding the rebuild of Pacific Palisades.
00:17:27.080 As of November of 2025, only one home has been rebuilt.
00:17:31.180 Do not expect any rebuilding.
00:17:32.960 You have no idea how much red tape there is in regulation.
00:17:36.460 It is not going to happen.
00:17:37.720 I haven't seen one construction worker.
00:17:39.860 No, not one.
00:17:40.700 What's going on?
00:17:41.700 Why is this not happening?
00:17:42.920 Why is this not the busiest construction site in America?
00:17:45.360 Gavin Newsom says it's gone because of climate change.
00:17:48.840 We're on the tip of the spear.
00:17:50.700 You saw one of the most devastating wildfires in American history in the middle of winter.
00:17:55.300 There is nothing at all unusual about this fire unleashing in January,
00:18:01.340 because that is right when the Santa Anta winds kick up.
00:18:05.840 California fails to manage its many forests correctly.
00:18:11.040 It does not clear brush an effectively thin forest as it needs to do.
00:18:15.840 The nearby San Yonez Reservoir was empty when the fires began.
00:18:21.120 Actually, Gavin, it was arson and totally negligent initial fire response, not so-called climate change.
00:18:30.760 Meanwhile, Newsom actively runs for president.
00:18:34.200 While the Palisades sits in ruins, it's truly paradise lost.
00:18:40.240 And it's Gavin Newsom's fault.
00:18:45.840 Now, Steve Cortez, people in Palisades don't get a lot of empathy because they're the funders, you know, having been having been involved up there, let's say that's it's all it's all super progressives. 0.56
00:19:00.060 It's the worst element of of white Karens and and white progressives that, you know, live in a little enclave and dictate to the world the way the world should be. 0.86
00:19:11.660 And it is a paradise. 0.79
00:19:12.580 Now, that being said, what happened is a tragedy.
00:19:15.300 And it's almost mind-boggling.
00:19:16.440 If you know what the Palisades, this is where Ronald Reagan, President Reagan, lived back in the day.
00:19:22.060 A lot of conservatives were up there, Hollywood conservatives. 0.93
00:19:24.620 It is absolutely a jewel to know that it was burned to the ground and nobody did anything and it's so screwed up.
00:19:30.800 And to know that, what, two years later, nothing's been done as everybody said was going to happen.
00:19:37.160 But Newsom overall, he's the he's trying to be the macho, charming face of a radical revolution.
00:19:44.020 That's what he what is in back of him is what you're seeing in Colorado last night, et cetera, because there's and that's why he's trying to run away from the power of your film.
00:19:53.000 You tie him back to California. He's trying to run away from California.
00:19:56.420 He's trying to run away from the California alternative.
00:19:59.160 Remember, he and DeSantis debated, you know, Fox, you know, the Murdoch's the Murdoch's loving, by the way.
00:20:04.860 Don't think the Murdochs love Newsom.
00:20:07.020 This is why they had the debate with DeSantis a couple of years ago.
00:20:09.700 They wanted to show those two guys as kind of the alternatives.
00:20:14.280 And but he wants to run away from his record.
00:20:16.580 Why is that Steve Cortez?
00:20:18.760 Well, because it's a record of miserable failure.
00:20:21.420 You know, for starters, as we point out there in the trailer, the great Susan Crabtree, who
00:20:24.700 literally wrote the book on Gavin Newsom, I used a lot of that in my documentary.
00:20:28.940 She pointed out California has the highest poverty rate in America.
00:20:32.400 That shocks most people, right?
00:20:33.800 If you ask most people, they're going to give you answers like Mississippi or West Virginia.
00:20:37.140 No, the highest poverty rate in America, because the costs are so astronomically high, are in California.
00:20:42.640 So if you're not very, very wealthy, California's a tough place to live.
00:20:46.460 Your quality of life stinks.
00:20:47.540 You live in a small home.
00:20:48.880 You've got a long commute.
00:20:50.000 The costs in your life are terrible.
00:20:51.720 The crime is awful. 1.00
00:20:52.800 Illegal aliens everywhere. 1.00
00:20:54.260 The schools are dreadful.
00:20:55.660 That's what Gavin Newsom has created.
00:20:57.320 And we're going to make him own this failure, but specifically to Pacific Palisades.
00:21:00.660 And Steve, you're exactly right about the Palisades.
00:21:02.540 And I understand that some folks on the right don't have a lot of empathy because it is generally a wealthy, ruling class, leftist crowd there.
00:21:09.780 But that's actually the very point I'm trying to make, and I make this in the documentary.
00:21:13.320 It's part of why I went there, because to me, Steve, it's astounding that even those folks, even the friends and supporters and, quote, important people of California, they even can't get their homes rebuilt because of Gavin Newsom.
00:21:26.700 So I think in a way, it's even more revealing and shocking that if even his cronies and allies cannot get things rebuilt, because that's how dysfunctional and in many ways third world Gavin Newsom's California is, that should tell us something.
00:21:41.100 If we can't rebuild the Palisades, which is one of the most beautiful areas on planet Earth, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that, for folks who haven't been there, and I know you used to live right out there, Steve, for folks who haven't been there, it's almost like nature's terraces down to the Pacific Ocean.
00:21:55.320 I mean, it's just stunning. It's absolutely perfect weather. Almost everywhere you are, because of the slope, you have an ocean view between Malibu and Santa Monica. This was a paradise. It really was, as so much of California is. But of course, only leftists could ruin paradise. And they have ruined California. And to me, the most shocking example, there's a lot of examples, and I'm going to do more documentaries on Newsom exposing him, but the most shocking is Pacific Palisades.
00:22:19.420 And he is both responsible for the fire.
00:22:21.760 This was a preventable tragedy, right?
00:22:24.060 With effective fire response, with the reservoir being filled, this never happens.
00:22:28.220 This simply does not happen.
00:22:29.800 This arsonist is not able to cause this mass destruction in the Palisades.
00:22:33.960 But even worse than the failure to rebuild since.
00:22:36.420 And I show the shocking scenes.
00:22:38.720 Steve, the place looks like it got bombed.
00:22:41.040 It looks like a war zone.
00:22:42.180 It looks like it got bombed last week.
00:22:44.340 Forget about now being more than a year and a half since the actual fire took place.
00:22:48.640 I mean, how is this possible in the United States? How is this not the busiest construction site in America?
00:22:53.900 There's plenty of money. There's plenty of know-how in this country to rebuild a place when we want to.
00:22:58.760 You know, you mentioned Florida. Look at what happens in Florida when they get hit by hurricanes, which happens all the time, right?
00:23:04.220 Which they can't control, right? You can't stop a hurricane. You can stop these fires if you want to.
00:23:09.080 But Florida, think of how quickly they rebuild because we are Americans and because Florida is well-run and contrast that with California.
00:23:15.360 When these Marxists run it, that's the deal.
00:23:19.060 They're going to turn this into some sort of global climate change thing.
00:23:22.340 Because first off, it's stolen land, so they don't want anything else built on it.
00:23:25.920 Cortez, where do people get this film and your other films?
00:23:28.820 Yeah, please go to cortesinvestigates.com.
00:23:31.260 It's also pinned to the top of my Twitter, which is at Cortez Steve.
00:23:35.420 Cortez with an S at the end.
00:23:37.140 This is free.
00:23:37.980 We do not monetize it.
00:23:39.200 We want it shared as widely as possible.
00:23:41.040 Please like it and share it.
00:23:42.000 We need to know who Gavin Newsom is because he can never be president of the United States.
00:23:45.940 He is not going to California our nation.
00:23:48.480 He's not going to bring the Palisades agenda to the country.
00:23:51.920 Cortez investigates dot com.
00:23:54.340 Give me one minute on immigration, why that's the great counter to this Marxist jihadist revolution, because I'm bringing Brian Harrison in from Texas to drop some bombs here.
00:24:03.140 What do you got for me, Cortez?
00:24:04.840 Well, and let me connect these two themes without mass migration.
00:24:08.940 Gavin Newsom's impossible. Right.
00:24:10.340 California used to be a right-wing state. It then went to being a swing state. Now it's impossible
00:24:15.220 for Republicans to win statewide. Why? Because of mass migration into California, both legal
00:24:20.600 and illegal. And there's a state, by the way, which gives better benefits to illegal immigrants 0.88
00:24:24.780 than to American citizens. So these two issues are inextricably linked to the economy and 0.66
00:24:30.040 immigration. Americans are upset about the economy right now. I understand why. They blame Republicans.
00:24:35.320 You might say that's illogical, and it could be. The reality is they are blaming Republicans right
00:24:39.860 now as the governing party, the quickest, best way to both win political points and improve the
00:24:46.100 economy is mass deportations, fewer legal citizens, and of course, keep that border hermetically
00:24:51.220 sealed. Cortez, one more time, where do people go? CortezInvestigates.com, Cortez with an S at
00:24:58.000 the end, and my Twitter, which is at CortezSteve. Again, the film is free. It's also up on my
00:25:03.500 YouTube. No paywall, no gating of it. We want this shared far and wide. And Steve, I have already
00:25:09.120 gotten indications that the uh it's not surprising that newsom camp is not at all happy about this
00:25:13.980 they're not happy that we have delivered a solar a shot to the solar plexus of their presidential
00:25:19.000 hopes because we're exposing them newsom newsom campaigns suck on this a lot more to follow
00:25:24.680 thank you sir appreciate you we're not talking about they don't like it we want them not to like
00:25:29.560 it harrison uh the ruling yesterday by the supreme court is going to turn the great state of texas
00:25:36.160 into california is it not sir well that's that's exactly what they want i mean texas has long been
00:25:40.880 the crown jewels and the left's plan to destroy america but here's the thing as constitutional
00:25:45.340 officers of the state of texas okay we deserve our citizenry the people we serve the people we
00:25:50.860 work for more than just rhetoric and there was a lot of rhetoric you know denouncing this abhorrent
00:25:55.600 decision out of the supreme court yesterday from elected leaders in texas but for crying out loud
00:25:59.500 texas is a sovereign state under our constitution hell we used to be our own republic and i believe
00:26:05.720 It's about time that Texas starts standing up, not just speaking, saying the right things, but delivering bold actions to protect, you know, the blessings of liberty and the value of citizenship that our forefathers fought and many paid the ultimate price for.
00:26:20.860 So I don't want Texas. I'm sick of Texas just taking it on the chin when republic, you know, destroying decrees come out of Washington, D.C.
00:26:29.460 So, yeah, I have announced this morning I am officially demanding an immediate special session of the Texas legislature to solve this problem.
00:26:36.260 Let's tackle birth tourism head on.
00:26:38.640 I want it to be a state felony to engage in or participate in birth tourism here in the state of Texas. 0.88
00:26:45.940 We need to expand our illegal entry laws in the state.
00:26:48.560 It's illegal to come to the state of Texas to create to engage in criminal enterprise.
00:26:52.980 Let's make birth tourism a crime in the state of Texas.
00:26:56.400 And then, you know what, birth certificates, last I checked, those are state documents.
00:27:00.540 Why in the world is the state of Texas going to, especially after yesterday, going to continue printing birth certificates from the state of Texas with the state of Texas seal on it and hand them to the children of non-citizens, illegal aliens, possibly foreign intelligence, national security threats?
00:27:17.760 The state of Texas prints those things.
00:27:19.400 They authorize them. 1.00
00:27:20.400 We need to pass a law right now and stop issuing birth certificates to illegal aliens. 0.99
00:27:24.660 We need to empower the attorney general to investigate, give him explicit authority and a mandate to investigate and prosecute birth tourism in the state of Texas.
00:27:34.760 And then let's speak with one united voice.
00:27:36.540 I want us to pass a joint resolution here in the Texas legislature officially condemning what Roberts and Barrett did yesterday at the Supreme Court.
00:27:44.720 Let's let our voice be heard.
00:27:46.100 But more importantly, let's stop taking it on the chin when terrible things coming out of Washington, D.C.
00:27:52.040 Let's stop acting like innocent bystanders.
00:27:54.880 We were elected to be the leaders of the eighth largest economy on earth.
00:27:58.480 It's about time the Texas government starts acting like the sovereign state that the founders of our country intended for states like Texas to be.
00:28:07.100 Harrison, hang on for one second.
00:28:08.560 I just want to hold you through the break.
00:28:09.640 We've got Michael Kunstler.
00:28:10.700 We've got Wayne Allen Roof.
00:28:12.020 We are packed for the next 30 minutes, but we're going to get it all done.
00:28:16.820 You know what we're going to get it done?
00:28:17.800 We've got to get it done.
00:28:18.620 And the president is hurtling out to the Badlands in North Dakota.
00:28:23.620 Horses on the plane with him.
00:28:25.280 I think that Jason, I'm going to check Jason Miller, Jack Posobiec.
00:28:28.260 Got quite a crew today.
00:28:30.360 Neil McCabe's out there right now.
00:28:32.240 Short commercial break.
00:28:33.220 Brian Harrison throwing down hard, fighting back in the jewel of the crown.
00:28:38.500 The great state of Texas.
00:28:41.780 Listen up, patriots.
00:28:42.960 President Trump is dropping a $100 trillion bomb on the globalist.
00:28:47.700 Jerome Powell's term has come to a close, and he's installing a real America first Fed chair who will, according to Jim Rickards, slash rates and supercharge our reindustrialization.
00:29:01.900 This is what one man is calling Trump's gift on America's 250th anniversary, unleashing a historic super cycle in American mining, rare earths, uranium and gold.
00:29:13.380 The same forces that turned $5,000 into over a million in less than five years during China's booms are hitting here now.
00:29:21.840 Jim Rickards, the former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor, has the battle plan.
00:29:27.700 The gold royalty stock that could skyrocket in the next few years and the uranium power for AI.

00:30:02.900 Do it and do it today.
00:30:04.740 War Room.
00:30:05.540 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:30:07.880 okay um matt bull's got a story up about this justice alito a situation i have to get more
00:30:18.680 on that in a moment uh harrison i said yesterday that this birthright hardwired this birthright
00:30:25.060 citizenship hardwired into the constitution at federal level you're absolutely correct there
00:30:29.900 ain't no federal birth certificates um it's the culmination of the bush era roberts is a bush guy
00:30:37.440 thoroughly a bush guy the whole mentality the car roof mentality uh this so people understand what
00:30:45.160 you're fighting against in texas when you go full on in this how tough is this fight going to be
00:30:50.560 for what you just outlined it all should be done why isn't it done tomorrow they're not even going
00:30:55.160 to want to call special session because they don't want to address it sir no i've got a mountain of
00:30:59.660 requests for special sessions piling up in our governor's office right now and literally my
00:31:03.560 official communication this morning to the governor's office was add this to the growing
00:31:07.160 pile of demands for special sessions like we got to deal with property tax all kinds of other things 0.52
00:31:10.960 down here but if the state of texas okay forget all the reds all every red state should be doing
00:31:14.540 this but we're not i'm sorry i'm a proud native texan we're not just any red state we're the
00:31:18.400 state of texas a former country unto ourselves the world's largest eighth economy if liberty
00:31:23.900 falls here in texas in the great state of texas we may never have a conservative in the white
00:31:29.720 House again, and the left knows this. And so that's why it's so imperative that Texas and
00:31:34.320 the elected leadership in the state of Texas do more than what they typically do for the liberal
00:31:38.000 special interests that have controlled Austin for so long. You mentioned many of the players
00:31:42.060 that still wield enormous power in the Austin Uniparty down here, where we're controlled by
00:31:47.280 Democrat, this coalition of Democrats and RINOs. Texas must act. If a state of Texas cannot stand
00:31:54.540 up and protect the value of citizenship. And let me make no bones about this, okay? To Judge
00:32:00.220 Roberts, by the way, if everybody is a citizen of the United States, then there's no value to
00:32:05.200 American citizenship. Then effectively, nobody's a citizen of the United States, okay? Citizenship
00:32:09.040 has to mean something. And the state of Texas, of all the states, we have got to be leading the
00:32:14.560 charge, charging that hill and say, we are not going to sit by, take it on the chin while decisions
00:32:20.400 that have the literal potential to tear apart the very fabric of our republic
00:32:25.360 are forced upon us by our overlords in black robes in Washington, D.C.
00:32:30.920 The state of Texas needs to take this head on.
00:32:34.060 Don't run around, hide behind the bushes on this issue.
00:32:36.740 Just tweets and press releases.
00:32:38.740 Convene this Texas legislature. 0.88
00:32:41.100 Make it a felony to engage in birth tourism. 0.97
00:32:44.020 Deny birth certificates to children of illegal aliens.
00:32:47.280 empower our attorney general to investigate and prosecute these businesses that are happening in
00:32:52.180 here. Florida has already taken some leads like banning, you know, surrogacy contracts and
00:32:56.440 adoption arrangements with people from hostile countries. Why hasn't Texas done things like
00:33:01.200 that? We need to officially condemn these actions. The state of Texas, we are the line in the sand
00:33:06.960 to preserve the blessings of liberty that 250 years ago, our forefathers, many paid the ultimate
00:33:12.760 price to protect. And if we lose liberty here in Texas, if America, if Texans and America can't
00:33:17.640 look to Texas to be able to take the field in the defense of freedom, liberty, and in the very value
00:33:23.700 of our citizenship, that bodes very poorly for the next 150 years of America. And I love this
00:33:30.540 country and I love the great state of Texas and the 30 million Texans that I'm proud to serve
00:33:35.800 deserve much more than simply rhetoric out of their elected officials. One of the future for
00:33:40.520 their kids and their grandkids are on the line. Texas needs to act. We need to call a special
00:33:44.320 session and we need to do it right now. Brian, where do people go for your content? You're the
00:33:50.520 Associated Press of the right-wing movement in Texas, your Twitter feed. And when you go up,
00:33:55.480 where do people go? The most hated Twitter feed under the Capitol in Austin. Brian E. Harrison
00:34:00.280 on X, please go there. I put my whole plan on how the state of Texas needs to fight back
00:34:04.660 on this birthright citizenship issue there posted this morning. At Brian E. Harrison on X,
00:34:09.000 at brian e harrison on x i'm bypassing the mainstream media i'm bypassing the uniparty
00:34:14.320 establishment that wants to make people think they're fighting when they're not doing anything
00:34:18.240 more than talking at brian e harrison on x i'm very grateful to the posse the posse you guys
00:34:22.640 have been with us locking arms forcing many conservative victories through here in the state
00:34:26.240 of texas so light up the establishment in the texas government let them know you're sick and
00:34:30.120 tired of just words and press releases you want action you want results let's protect the value
00:34:35.760 of American citizenship.
00:34:37.040 Let's protect what it means to be a Texan
00:34:38.940 because the Supreme Court decision 0.80
00:34:40.320 means that third world countries,
00:34:42.000 countries that hate our guts, 0.80
00:34:43.280 get to dictate who are Texans, 0.55
00:34:45.060 who are Americans.
00:34:46.060 We cannot sit there and take this on the chin.
00:34:47.860 We've got to act.
00:34:49.440 You're a patriot and a hero.
00:34:50.780 Thank you, sir.
00:34:51.300 Appreciate you.
00:34:52.680 Always great to be with you.
00:34:53.800 Would Teddy Roosevelt love that?
00:34:55.880 By the way, I left out Alaska
00:34:58.480 because I was talking about the lower 48.
00:35:00.420 Alaska's one, Texas two, California three,
00:35:02.980 Montana four when you add them all up.
00:35:04.780 and why not atalaska i was thinking lower 48 but when you get up to the higher plains the high
00:35:11.300 plains man it is big up there the dakotas and montana all of it um michael kunstler
00:35:20.560 in the week of our revolution you we you don't have freedom you don't have freedom as a citizen
00:35:26.060 unless you have your medical freedom and that means your consent of the governed you've set
00:35:30.760 up a company that give people a chance to fight back a big pharma, but most importantly, the
00:35:36.180 distribution system. Tell me about All Family Pharmacy, and particularly, you've got a great
00:35:41.440 offer this week to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the revolution that birthed this nation, sir.
00:35:50.140 All Family Pharmacy is an independently owned pharmacy. We're not a corporate chain. We're
00:35:54.480 actually family owned. We believe in medical freedom, and we've been working with thousands
00:36:00.220 of Americans across the United States since 2020, since the pandemic started. And they started
00:36:05.340 taking away our rights, our rights to prescribe, our rights to dispense medications to those who

00:39:39.620 Plenty of time for those who are traveling.

00:39:54.720 No, you're giving people medical freedom, man.
00:39:56.780 That's what this is about.

00:39:58.420 The blessings of liberty brought to you by All Family Pharmacy.
00:40:02.340 That's what Jefferson and Adams were talking about.
00:40:04.240 That's where the guys that fought that war.
00:40:06.380 Thank you, sir.
00:40:07.940 The blessings of liberty.
00:40:09.360 let's embrace it because we've got a long tough fight ahead way now en route is way with us way
00:40:15.500 now en route okay brother so uh president talked today answered posobics question they got pulte
00:40:21.920 and solomon the huge story in the nbc news about solomon's task force what they're finding what
00:40:28.160 they're coming out with in the next week or so right i'm just reporting what what you see at that
00:40:33.680 But you say on top of that, when evidence comes out that you've had Chinese Communist Party interference in the 2020 election, you say that immediately the president can go to a national security emergency and write an executive order that is literally Save America Plus.
00:40:52.400 OK, now let's let's take those two as will happen.
00:40:56.720 There'll be some stuff that comes out.
00:40:58.100 I'm just saying for purpose of discussion.
00:40:59.900 And you guys are drafting this right now.
00:41:02.100 Now, what is the confusing part here is what is to stop that from judicial review for having, you know, Mark Elias run into a federal court and say Donald Trump wants to be a dictator.
00:41:14.400 This is what fascists do and have some liberal judge slow this thing down, sir.
00:41:20.140 Well, I have no doubt that he'll try, but I don't think he'll succeed because the Supreme Court ruled on it.
00:41:25.840 Yesterday you asked me the name of the Supreme Court ruling, so I made sure I did the research today.
00:41:30.940 It's INS v. Chadha in 1983.
00:41:34.660 As a matter of fact, the Supreme Court number is 462-US-919.
00:41:39.300 And it says the only way to overcome a presidential national security emergency
00:41:43.440 is not through the courts, but rather through the legislature.
00:41:47.200 And it has to be a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress.
00:41:51.040 So in other words, in 1976, Congress passed a National Security Act law
00:41:56.800 that said you could overcome a presidential national security emergency with a simple
00:42:02.040 majority. And the Trump White House pushed back, took it to court, took it to the Supreme Court
00:42:08.220 in 1983. And the Supreme Court ruled in this INS versus Chadha that you cannot overcome
00:42:15.320 a national security emergency without a two thirds majority in both houses of Congress. So
00:42:21.160 it's not my opinion. It's a Supreme Court ruling that is law for 43 years, Steve. So are they going
00:42:28.640 to try and take it to court? I guess they will. I doubt Democrats ever stand by and don't fight
00:42:33.900 like crazy men. We stand by and are cowards. The Republican Party, I would say one side is evil, 1.00
00:42:40.380 one side is communist, one side likes to destroy America, and the other side is cowards who stand 1.00
00:42:46.480 by, complain about it, but do nothing about it. So I'm trying to come up with a way to combat it 0.95
00:42:51.980 so that President Trump can institute all the Act America things that we believe in,
00:42:58.020 but even more so, adding in, as an example, no machines, paper ballots. He can do that in this
00:43:04.760 national security emergency, and the Democrats are not going to be able to stop it. And I mentioned
00:43:09.660 on your show yesterday that I came up with this idea in 2019 based on this law, that President
00:43:15.420 Trump could declare a national security emergency on the border, and therefore take the money for
00:43:20.680 the Pentagon budget, bypass Congress, who would not give him the money for the wall, and build the
00:43:25.420 wall with the money for the Pentagon budget, the defense budget. And that's exactly what Trump did.
00:43:29.740 I wrote the column. I sent it to Trump. My friend handed it to Trump. Trump said he read it. The
00:43:34.760 next day he announced it, and he built the wall with the funds from the defense budget. Never did
00:43:40.120 Democrats try and fight it in court, because they knew they couldn't do it. They needed two-thirds
00:43:44.620 in Congress to do it.
00:43:46.400 Hang on.
00:43:47.280 Hang on.
00:43:47.900 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:43:50.160 The Wayne Allen Root,
00:43:52.600 one of the best fighters we've got
00:43:54.160 from the streets of New York,
00:43:57.340 next in the war room.
00:43:59.520 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:44:01.500 Let's take down the CCP.
00:44:04.900 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:44:08.600 Okay, Wayne Allen Root.
00:44:09.900 Here's what we're going to do.
00:44:11.020 Because I think we declared
00:44:11.800 some other national security emergencies.
00:44:13.460 We're pulling all that documentation together.
00:44:15.360 I'm going to talk to you after the show.
00:44:16.860 We're going to have you back up.
00:44:18.420 I will tell you this is getting traction.
00:44:20.100 Now, we've got to make sure it's legit because I think people realize that the House and the Senate are gone.
00:44:27.840 They went home.
00:44:29.320 They have no sense of urgency.
00:44:30.600 We're facing a civil war.
00:44:31.760 They have no sense of urgency.
00:44:34.380 However, I've got to finish with a different topic because I finally got you on the show.
00:44:39.560 Obama just created – I don't even know what that thing is.
00:44:42.560 I can't even describe in a flight company came to describe it.
00:44:45.640 I don't know what that thing, the monolith, right?
00:44:47.680 I think I'm watching 2001, right?
00:44:50.280 A Space Odyssey, the opening scene.
00:44:53.700 What do we have?
00:44:55.520 You folks, if you don't know Wayne or known as long as I have, you were a college classmate of Barack Hussein Obama when you graduated from Columbia.
00:45:06.740 He is in, he's listed in his thing as he was in your graduating class, correct?
00:45:10.740 Undergraduate.
00:45:11.140 Correct.
00:45:12.300 Supposedly he was in my class, yeah.
00:45:13.980 Well, hang on.
00:45:14.580 I'm going to get to that.
00:45:15.800 And Columbia has three or four, it's a very elite, it's like hard, it's three or 4,000 undergraduates, right?
00:45:20.580 They're relatively tiny.
00:45:22.420 Yes.
00:45:22.840 And people back in those days.
00:45:23.460 Our class was, I think, 750.
00:45:25.400 We had like 750 students in our class of 83.
00:45:28.740 750.
00:45:29.780 And then the political government thing is another, you know, 100 or 50, right?
00:45:34.320 These are small groups that over four years you know everybody, correct?
00:45:39.580 Right.
00:45:39.960 I knew everyone.
00:45:40.640 And they all knew me as the only Reagan Republican at Columbia.
00:45:44.360 Now, you have told me back in the old days,
00:45:46.100 how do you break everything like that?
00:45:47.180 You wrote it up in four years.
00:45:49.780 You never saw Obama at Columbia, correct?
00:45:53.780 Well, he was only there two years.
00:45:55.000 He was Occidental, too, then transferred into Columbia.
00:45:57.920 So in the last two years before I graduated, no, there was no sight of Obama.
00:46:02.460 No student I've ever known at Columbia ever met a Barack Hussein Obama or a Barry Sotero,
00:46:08.620 another name he went by.
00:46:09.640 no professor i know has ever seen him heard of him or or ever seen his name at columbia
00:46:15.460 and finally i decided to call up uh henry graff the number one presidential historian and record
00:46:23.040 keeper in the history of columbia my history professor who i hadn't spoken to in 30 years
00:46:28.680 this is like 15 years ago now it's been 45 years and i called him and he knew me right away he said
00:46:33.480 wayne root i know you you ran for vice president as a libertarian which is true i was on bob
00:46:39.360 bar's ticket in 2008 for vice president of the united states he knew me right away as a libertarian
00:46:45.200 third-party vp said i remember you from my class and i remember you went to columbia i said well
00:46:50.240 did obama go to columbia and he said i've done the research and i have my doubts he was ever here
00:46:56.080 because you could not graduate without being in my class and he was never ever in any of my classes
00:47:01.760 and i asked all the other professors and no one knew him i just i'm rest of my case hey one last
00:47:07.060 thing all right have you contacted that he's got a presidential library brother are you going out
00:47:12.420 there and see if he can those records should be there for people to see occidental and columbia
00:47:17.280 correct his grades all of it i'm about to challenge him i'm about to announce to the world 0.82
00:47:22.040 you've got your presidential library forget about the fact it's the ugliest library it's as ugly as 0.59
00:47:26.740 the obama economy and so i'm about to announce you got your library it's got your records it's
00:47:32.040 got millions of pages of records i challenge you to release your columbia college records there's
00:47:37.520 two scams number one was he there why was he never seen why did he never take that class with the
00:47:42.840 professor and number two how did you get in when your grades at occidental were not great you were
00:47:48.100 known as a slacker you were known as a pot smoker how'd you get into one of the best three colleges
00:47:52.240 in america which never took transfer students mid mid four years never my friends tell me never
00:47:59.900 unless you were number one at Harvard, never.
00:48:02.580 How'd you get in? 1.00
00:48:03.380 Did you jump the line as an Indonesian?
00:48:05.600 Did he jump the line as an Indonesian citizen? 1.00
00:48:08.460 Yeah, the Ivies don't do it. 1.00
