00:00:00.000We'll address the nation tonight at nine o'clock Eastern time, not about the war with Iran or the cost of living, but the president has said he will discuss, quote, free and fair elections as he continues to push those unsubstantiated and disproven claims that the 2020 election he lost to Joe Biden was stolen.
00:00:18.280Two senior administration officials tell NMS Now the speech has not been finalized,
00:00:23.500but will focus on voting machine security and alleged efforts by foreign nations to influence U.S. elections.
00:00:30.700Talk about the danger that the office of the DNI could pose to American elections, Norm.
00:00:36.880Well, at Democracy Defenders Fund and Action, Jacob,
00:00:44.520Our team includes those who helped litigate most of those 63 cases.
00:00:58.520He tried and failed to overturn the election.
00:01:01.600And the people in his own administration at the time stood up to him.
00:01:07.620If you have somebody in the position of the director of national intelligence, the DNI, who is going to go along with these bizarre fantasies and conspiracy theories, that is a threat to our elections.
00:01:25.780But here is the good news, Jacob. We alone have over 300 cases in matters, including many election cases, and we're winning. Donald Trump is failing in the courts. We'll take him on if we have to.
00:01:39.620That includes he just tried to subpoena election materials in Georgia, in Fulton County.
00:01:46.000The judge, a Trump-appointed judge, quashed the subpoena.
00:01:49.500So voters should be confident that despite this nonsense, it'll be work, but we will make sure that all votes are counted and that we have free and fair elections in our country and not this propaganda.
00:02:05.240Well, in terms of the speech, we should all be extremely concerned about the process that is leading to the speech,
00:02:12.620because what's going on here is they are combing through the holdings of the intelligence community
00:02:17.680and pushing some factions are to declassify previously classified intelligence.
00:02:22.940And there's a debate going on. And apparently John Radcliffe is actually trying to stop some of this, according to our reporting.
00:02:30.440And look, the U.S. intelligence community collects vast amount of information around the world.
00:02:35.520They are intercepting phone calls, hacking into computers, talking to sources.
00:02:39.440And there's a lot of information that they collect that isn't actually true.
00:02:43.540That's why they pay thousands of analysts to sift through this stuff and to create what's called finished intelligence that gets up to the policymakers.
00:02:51.440And so if you just start trolling around in the U.S. intelligence holdings, you can find something that says almost anything.
00:02:57.300Remember, there was a bogus report that the FBI put out and then withdrew that China was circulating a fake license,
00:03:05.360was importing fake IDs into the United States to flood America with IDs so that people could vote falsely.
00:03:11.920It turns out that those were just fake IDs that teenagers wanted to buy to get into bars, and the FBI withdrew that report.
00:03:18.240But the people behind withdrawing that report were later fired in this administration.
00:03:22.200So we should all be very concerned that someone is feeding Donald Trump raw intelligence that he may just willy nilly make public.
00:03:29.860And he has the legal right to do that at the cost, potentially, of sources and methods where that intelligence came from and at the cost of misleading the American public and suggesting that things happen that didn't.
00:03:41.800As David pointed out earlier, there is no evidence that any foreign hand or anyone else was able to hack into voting machines to change votes.
00:03:50.240There have long been foreign influence operations. The U.S. intelligence community reported on those back in 2020, and they weren't meaningfully they didn't they didn't change anything in terms of how that election ended up going.
00:04:05.160guys. To entertain the president's delusions, I mean, over an issue, Willie, that if you
00:04:12.260wanted to take judicial notice of who won that election, you could take judicial notice in
00:04:20.460any courtroom across America. There's 63 federal judges who said that Biden won it. You had the
00:04:29.100Supreme Court of the United States rejecting one Trump appeal after another. And even in one
00:04:34.100Pennsylvania case, uh, saying that there were not enough votes to even swing Pennsylvania.
00:04:40.940Um, you could just go on and on. But again, you have this man, this learned man who, again,
00:04:49.720more interested in the president's delusions about 2020 than telling the truth. And how can
00:04:56.680it not remind you? How can that sequence not remind people of George Orwell who said the
00:05:03.100A party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and your ears.
00:05:09.740And when I saw it, not to be melodramatic, but I thought of Hannah Arendt's The Origins of Totalitarianism,
00:05:17.700where she said the first goal of tyrants is to tear down the institutions that protect the society.
00:05:26.040And the way they do that, authoritarians, they do that by replacing competence with blind loyalty.
00:05:36.780And, of course, she was talking about Hitler.
00:06:15.440We have a record to go through. And he seemed to defend himself in every particular down to that colloquy with Senator Schiff where he said, oh, I haven't changed at all. I'm the same good old Todd Blanche.
00:06:30.060And that's a point that nobody of any party who knows what the department was before and what it is now would say is accurate.
00:06:39.980He's changed it violently and for the worse, but he just blandly said, oh, it's me, good old Todd.
00:06:46.980But they now have a record to go after.
00:06:49.880It's not just a matter of hoping for the best.
00:06:53.260This is from a current administration official, current administration official.
00:06:56.700I've never seen any intelligence that an adversary hacked or changed or flipped votes ever.
00:07:04.240And then you have one from the first term who says all these claims are, quote, complete and utter BS, although that person used the full word.
00:07:12.460Yes. Six years later in the president's inability to admit that he lost the 2020 election.
00:07:17.260So this speech isn't final. The president himself decides on what words he says.
00:07:22.560But I am expecting no bombshells here. And if there are bombshells, it shows that there are two factions in the White House now about this.
00:07:31.320There's a faction that says there isn't evidence that votes were changed by any foreign power.
00:07:36.840There is no evidence of that whatsoever. That's what everyone agrees. That's been agreed on for years.
00:07:41.480And there's another faction led by Bill Pulte, the acting director of national intelligence, and John Solomon, a longtime Fox News pundit who sort of pushes all these conspiracy theories that there were votes changed.
00:07:52.560And I just want to say I'm very proud. It's it's worked by me and Vaughn Hilliard and Laura Barone Lopez and Jake Traylor.
00:07:59.900Our coverage of this over the last two days has angered Steve Bannon.
00:08:04.080He's sort of like, how, why is MS now getting all this?
00:08:06.920I'll do the enemy yesterday. He called me a media assassin.
00:08:10.580And I want to say that's I'm doing my job.
00:08:13.740But so that we are defining the narrative and the narrative here is that this is going to be warmed over conspiracy theories.
00:08:20.240It's about China. And the key thing here is that China, like many foreign countries, tried to influence the 2020 election.
00:08:28.280Russia tried to influence the 2020 election against Joe Biden. China tried to influence the election.
00:08:33.860These are just public tweets, information, this kind of stuff. And China was against Trump.
00:08:40.540There's no evidence that China successfully changed any votes hacked into any machines.
00:08:45.720And what you might have is John Ratcliffe made a public, this is a public old complaint, where he said in 2021, as then he was the director of national intelligence, again, Trump controlled the government in 2020, he said that he felt the CIA's assessment of the size of China's effort, their effort to influence public opinion, was larger than what the CIA concluded in its assessment.
00:09:10.540That is what John Ratcliffe said. Tonight, you'll hear that presented as this terrible effort by the CIA.
00:09:16.260This would be Gina Haspel, also Donald Trump's appointee to run the CIA, somehow suppressing this news.
00:09:23.400The point is, great. China put out a lot of propaganda online. They did not change votes.
00:09:29.140There's nothing new here. I expect this speech. And if he goes farther, there's one chance the president will say we shouldn't use X type of voting machine.
00:09:38.080know, I don't want to name a type because this isn't fair to these companies. A, that's false.
00:09:43.100All the voting machines are safe. B, the president, since he came back to office, has gutted
00:09:48.680funding and gutted CISA programs that secure our voting machines. And C, most importantly,
00:09:54.980the president does not have the power to say to states, don't use these election machines.
00:10:01.780Again, in the Constitution, he does not control how these elections are administered. So if he
00:10:07.060make some sweeping declaration about, I decertify this type of voting machines, it's false, and he
00:10:13.480has no power, and he'll lose in court. Thursday, 16 July, Year of Our Lord, 2026. Our coverage
00:10:20.400will begin at 5 o'clock this afternoon with the War Room, and of course, John Solomon and Justin
00:10:26.980News. John will probably not be able to take his journey, but Amanda Head, then Stinch, and then
00:10:33.380And we're going to take up coverage again at eight o'clock for an hour pregame.
00:10:37.940Do the actually hear the speech from the East Room, the the remarks of the president.
00:10:43.720And then we'll have, you know, all the analysts and observers and hosts of and reporters at Real America's Voice in the War Room.
00:18:13.700And just remember, this is just the first, this declassification program has gone, I don't know, four, four and a half weeks.
00:18:20.420They've gone through millions of pages.
00:18:21.820I think they have, I don't know, thousands to put forward, although they could put out more, I think, all the stuff at the CIA that should go out.
00:18:31.320You know, I used to upset, you get a personal briefer, then you sit in the president's daily brief.
00:18:37.780The question Navarro and I would always ask him to upset him, why is this classified?
00:18:41.260why is this classified 95 of the stuff they put up which is all second rate it's very second rate
00:18:50.180for what we pay for it's very second rate i mean you get some photos that are pretty amazing
00:18:55.540and you get some inside gossipy stuff that's okay but by and large it's it's fleet average
00:19:05.700and um and their track record shows that i just want to go back and make sure when i say part of
00:19:11.800a process this is going to be part of a process to essentially see who runs this country
00:19:17.120is it the intelligence apparatus with the national security apparatus and parts of the legal
00:19:23.760law enforcement establishment and this corrupt judiciary is that who runs this country
00:19:28.360or to people who are elected by the people united states and fair free and fair elections
00:19:33.680who actually governs that should just be just right take your number two personal write that
00:19:40.280on your top of your paper tonight so maybe you're taking notes or thinking about it who governs who
00:19:45.520governs us there's a couple of things that you talk about the track record of these people
00:19:51.080and and this is why this is not just about 2020 and what happened then it's about absolutely today
00:19:57.500we're the two biggest issues when the economy, right? The economy, affordability economies,
00:20:04.620let's write that down, economy, affordability. The economy we know is impacted because Scott
00:20:11.060Besson and President Trump had a plan. The pivot and the turnaround was coming in the first quarter
00:20:15.900of this year, as projected by Scott Besson, our former contributor here. And then we got into
00:20:21.180this thing called the Iran war. The second phase of the 12-day war already went beforehand.
00:20:26.240That war coupled with the mass invasion of our country, still the destruction of wages of the 20 million illegal aliens are here, the taking of jobs, and the graft and corruption.
00:20:42.460Every day you see Somalians this, Haitians this, you know, these phony fraud, you know, all the fraud they're doing, these massive deficits.
00:20:51.160It's all initially linked to both intel and to the illegitimate Biden regime.
00:20:56.240And Tulsi did a drop, a huge drop before she left, about Fauci.
00:23:21.180and that's a non-classified version just from his interviews and it's pretty damning
00:23:27.220but where's the great CIA and their partners the Mossad on that well how come we don't know
00:23:32.900we don't know any of the facts about don't really understand how that happened
00:23:36.540how they were caught totally by surprise how did they have their Pearl Harbor
00:23:41.000they say well they're fighting the war you can't do that well in the equivalent time of World War
00:23:47.340I think there had been six inquiries into Pearl Harbor, official inquiries into Pearl Harbor.
00:23:53.240During the war, people wanted to know how in the hell this happened, just like they want to know October 7th, because October 7th is like a domino.
00:40:40.480we answer only to god we have to get back to that folks if you've drifted a lot of people we drifted
00:40:46.880we got to get back that we got to give massive pushback not just in the voting booth of course
00:40:52.540in the voting booth but everywhere in life in your in your lived experience every uh it's number two
00:40:57.140this is amazing this book is on fire and one of the reasons it reads like a novel you will sit
00:41:02.560there and go wow on every page where do people go to get the book today where do they go to see you
00:41:08.580Eric Metaxas. Yeah. Well, you can get the book immediately at Amazon. If you order it, I think
00:41:14.080they're shipping it the next day. It's like, so they've got a zillion copies of it. So that'll
00:41:17.900be the first place to go. I'm sure some bookstores have it, but most don't. If you want to get a
00:41:23.040signed copy, you want to meet me, I am traveling like a lunatic. I will be in Maine, in Bangor,
00:41:28.300Maine. Go to my website, ericmetaxas.com. I'm going to be in Bangor, Maine. I'm doing a book
00:41:32.600signing in Nashville next week. I'm going to be preaching in Murfreesboro. After that, I go to
00:41:37.780England for a week for my Socrates in the city stuff. But then I come back, I'm speaking in
00:41:42.180Dallas and on and on. I'm traveling constantly. And I love, love meeting folks, signing books,
00:41:49.480doing pictures. Like it's a great, great joy. And a lot of people say, I saw you on War Room.
00:41:54.560And I said, you go to this church? No. So it's like the word is getting out. It makes me very
00:42:00.360happy. There's no greater joy for me than to meet patriots all over this country. And I know I'll
00:42:07.780uh eric thank you so much congratulations we got a lot of work to do keep this book
00:42:12.920number two and hopefully uh make it past uh maggie heberman's yeah that would be a nice thing
00:42:19.200i'm gonna keep trying okay god bless you steve thank you so much you're doing it great uh folks
00:42:26.120um from every patriot's grave back to the beginning of this down to the current time
00:42:35.400And that would be you. How this turns out is dependent upon you. You are exactly like the committees on correspondence. You are exactly like the vanguard and the cadres that had the back of the Adams and the Washingtons and the Hamiltons and the Jeffersons, everybody in between, as now we're going to go into the fighting part of the War of Independence.
00:43:00.340We kind of finished the revolutionary part that they're actually going to break.
00:43:04.100Now we're going to go to a war that's going to take many, many, many years.
00:43:08.680And trust me, it was very tough to see the sunlit uplands.
00:43:12.300Just like sometimes I understand it's very tough to see the sunlit uplands in our current situation.
00:44:13.060President Trump is dropping a $100 trillion bomb on the globalist.
00:44:18.240Jerome Powell's term has come to a close.
00:44:21.200And he's installing a real America first Fed chair who will, according to Jim Rickards, slash rates and supercharge our reindustrialization.
00:44:32.140This is what one man is calling Trump's gift on America's 250th anniversary, unleashing a historic super cycle in American mining, rare earths, uranium and gold.
00:44:43.340The same forces that turned $5,000 into over a million in less than five years during China's booms are hitting here now.
00:44:51.800Jim Rickards, the former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor, has the battle plan.
00:44:57.660The gold royalty stock that could skyrocket in the next few years and the uranium power for AI.
00:47:03.000The great heroes of your book about the Marblehead men.
00:47:09.000Why are you going to Marblehead tomorrow?
00:47:12.040I'm going to Marblehead tomorrow for a big talk on Sunday.
00:47:16.160There's also an encampment where the regiment, which is the Marblehead regiment,
00:47:21.520as they sort of reenact what their duties were during the American Revolution.
00:47:26.300But on Sunday at Abbott Hall, which is a giant building in Marblehead, which is one of the most picturesque towns in the East Coast, it's an incredible port town, they are remembering the 250th, and I'm there to remember it with them.
00:47:44.880I've been invited back by the town, and it's a special place for me.
00:50:04.440Explain to the audience. You'll do more. We're going to try to get you live over the next couple of days, although it's going to be crazy with the president's speech.
00:50:10.640But we're trying to get you live. What's the situation with Glover's house?
00:50:15.120There's there's his first original house, which is in Glover Square in the town of Marblehead itself, which is preserved and saved.
00:50:22.500It's something that's actually living there. And there's a second house that he purchased in 1782 during the American Revolution.
00:50:30.580and that home is is potentially scheduled for demolition uh there's um there's a number of
00:50:39.760stakeholders involved um i'm not an expert on demo whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa demolition
00:50:45.520demolition you're gonna demolish gluffer's home it's one of the greatest years this country's
00:50:50.900ever had what are we talking about that it doesn't it doesn't happen it doesn't come to that i think
00:50:55.620that there's a very good strong possibility that there will be um an understanding uh where
00:51:03.060they're able to preserve it in some manner um i'm not that's not i'm not an expert on any of that
00:51:08.980if you go to um save the glover.org there's more information on the website and you can donate to
00:51:19.080it and it's a 501c and it's a legitimate it's a very important and it's a good cause that
