00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to
00:00:10.440 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:00:17.040 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you've tried
00:00:21.040 to do everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen
00:00:24.220 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:27.840 MAGA Media.
00:00:29.180 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.600 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.360 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.580 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:48.000 thursday 6 august year of our lord 2026
00:00:56.340 if we have time for we'll get to our traditional cold open a little later in the show we've got
00:01:02.580 a couple of candidates this morning for the governorship of uh the republican nomination
00:01:08.120 florida we're gonna get to uh we've got john solomon blockbuster news about maricopa county
00:01:12.720 axios the buried lead over axios the number six story is the leaders of the frontier labs are
00:01:21.120 saying hey i actually think we're in a i think we've reached the singularity so we're gonna break
00:01:27.000 all this down but i gotta start in texas brian harrison because brian look brother this is
00:01:33.360 the war on posse will will put their shoulders to the wheel and this is true of not just the
00:01:40.620 posse but the great grassroots effort in texas which is the strongest in the nation uh and
00:01:46.940 leaders will take time and they'll take their free time and they'll do whatever needs to be done
00:01:50.860 to save their republic and to bequeath this constitutional republic uh down you know down
00:01:57.160 range but what they demand is accountability can you walk us through what you put up on twitter
00:02:02.640 last night had my head blown up so can you please update the story update the story and tell us
00:02:09.720 where we stand certain the great state of texas with the political the political class down there
00:02:14.680 no the the grassroots the people of the great state of texas they're patriots they love their
00:02:20.520 country they love freedom and they've done their job at the ballot box they've elected republicans
00:02:24.680 and given us massive majorities from the governor's mansion lieutenant governor's office huge
00:02:28.400 majorities of the texas senate and the texas house but unfortunately the corrupt establishment
00:02:32.320 uniparty keeps putting the democrats in charge and that is on on display every day in the corrupt
00:02:38.760 texas house where our fake republican leadership we are we're two days past even two days ago was
00:02:45.720 the one-year anniversary of the democrat quorum break when the democrats fled the state and hid
00:02:50.100 behind you know governor pritzker to try and stop us from adding five new uh congressional seats to
00:02:55.200 our map and i was warning everybody guys this is just just gonna see hand-waving a kabuki theater
00:02:59.640 from the fake republican leadership because what people don't understand is democrats control the
00:03:03.300 texas house and you know how is that possible radicals like james tallarico okay the marx
00:03:08.720 progressive running for the U.S. Senate down here. He was literally part of the coalition that
00:03:12.780 elected our fake Republican speaker. I'm going to say that again. The current Republican speaker
00:03:17.360 of the Texas House was elected, installed by James Tallarico and the Democrat caucus. Okay,
00:03:24.280 so it was our Republican speaker that let the Democrats leave. They broke quorum. And then for
00:03:29.060 the past year, we have had, you know, paid hacks, establishment mouthpieces, gaslighting the people
00:03:35.100 of Texas saying, our Republican speaker, he's going to hold those Democrats accountable.
00:03:38.720 Here we are one year later. Let's see. The governor said their seats were going to be vacated.
00:03:42.720 Zero seats vacated. Our speaker, fake Republican, signed arrest warrants a year ago.
00:03:48.240 Yeah, zero arrests. But here was the last thing they did.
00:03:51.180 They're like, we're going to find those Democrats and we're going to make them pay.
00:03:54.120 We're going to find them and they're going to have to pay for it with personal money, not campaign funds.
00:03:58.160 No, no, no. They know that wouldn't hurt them. Not official expenses, personal funds.
00:04:01.800 Well, as of yesterday, I've got the receipts. I said they were lying a year ago and now I can prove it.
00:04:06.220 These Democrats who paid their fines were reimbursing themselves out of their campaign accounts.
00:04:13.440 It's another betrayal from the establishment unit party that runs the Texas House.
00:04:18.500 Democrats have never wielded, despite gaslighting, Democrats have never wielded more power under a Republican speaker than they do right now under our fake Republican who was put in charge by Tallarico and who get this.
00:04:28.900 one of the biggest nationally people need to understand this. James Tallarico rose to national
00:04:33.820 prominence under the fake Republican leadership in the Texas House. After Tallarico elected our
00:04:39.620 speaker, our speaker rewarded him. He put him on powerful committees. He made him co-chair
00:04:43.720 of two committees and he prioritized his bills over Republicans. So when you see James Tallarico
00:04:48.780 campaigning on a legislative track record, the sad reality is he has one because of the fake
00:04:54.620 Republican leadership in the Texas House who prioritized James Tallarico legislation over
00:05:00.060 Republican bills. And I've been calling for months for Tallarico to be stripped
00:05:03.500 of his leadership position because that's what the patriots who call the great state of Texas home
00:05:07.960 demand and they deserve. They voted for Republican leadership. They deserve Republican
00:05:12.600 leadership. And I'm sick and tired of Democrats in Texas fighting harder for the future
00:05:15.760 than elected Republicans. Have they taken away a parking spot? Have they moved an office? I mean,
00:05:21.720 You have tremendous power, patronage, office space, staff, perks like parking spaces, security.
00:05:30.460 Has anything, anything been done to hold these people accountable, sir?
00:05:37.320 And I can tell you firsthand, the parking spots remain untouched.
00:05:41.200 And I can tell you that because I literally share a parking spot with none other than James Tallarico.
00:05:46.080 There's nothing more than a line of paint that separates my truck from James Tallarico's parking spot.
00:05:50.600 And every time I'm there, there's James Tallarico's car right next to my truck.
00:05:54.680 So let me tell you something.
00:05:55.720 They haven't touched the parking spots.
00:05:56.860 But on a serious note, if we wanted to be serious, I mean, I proposed a year ago,
00:06:00.100 and you know this, we talked about it a lot, the Harrison plan, right?
00:06:02.740 For every week the Democrats broke quorum,
00:06:05.360 we should have added one more Republican seat to the mat, to the congressional mat.
00:06:08.660 We should have done that.
00:06:09.200 But no, we have so many tools we could do if we were serious.
00:06:11.780 I mean, the governor said he could vacate their seats.
00:06:13.860 Where's that?
00:06:14.560 The speaker said he could arrest them.
00:06:16.060 There were no arrests.
00:06:16.840 get this, Democrats are still chairing committees. Forget removing them from committee assignments.
00:06:22.760 They're the chairman of multiple committees, including multiple subcommittees that literally
00:06:27.300 write the budget in the state of Texas. I mean, you heard that right. The budget in Texas
00:06:31.840 is written by radical Democrats and supported by radical Democrats like James Tallarico.
00:06:38.600 So not only have Democrats not been punished, they've actually been rewarded. And when they
00:06:43.420 got back, their legislation continued to be prioritized. And Stephen, as you and I sit here
00:06:47.060 today, three months out from maybe, maybe the pivotal Senate race in the country, Paxton versus
00:06:52.520 Tallarico, James Tallarico still holds multiple leadership positions in the Republican controlled
00:06:59.700 Texas House of Representatives. There's no reason for that. And if our speaker was a real Republican,
00:07:03.820 he would strip James Tallarico of his committee assignments, his leadership positions, and he
00:07:07.980 would have done it a year ago, but he could still do it today. And I renew my call for Democrats to
00:07:12.060 be stripped of their leadership positions we're going to get to the action plan in a minute and
00:07:15.980 we're tight yes the block because we got to get all done this block a quick question it's not just
00:07:21.120 as i look at the battlefield it's literally holding some of these texas particularly the
00:07:27.280 redistricting that the texas house seats and getting paxton over the top is central to the
00:07:33.720 victory if we're to hold serve and that's what we need to do is hold serve in november texas is the
00:07:40.560 actual beating heart of this both in the house and obviously in the senate um where the grassroots
00:07:47.900 fire i mean we're spending a lot of time behind the scenes talking to grassroots groups but this
00:07:52.200 is what dampens their enthusiasm what would you tell the grassroots we need to do because
00:07:56.060 they're ready to go to the ramparts like they did on prop 10 uh you know prohibiting sharia law like
00:08:01.340 they did in the paxton primary like they did in the runoff the the grassroots are there ready to
00:08:05.840 fight, but they see this and they go, what are we doing? Particularly when we all need to be focused
00:08:10.800 on massive canvassing, door knocking, get out the vote, personal contact, sir.
00:08:16.900 No, absolutely. Look, Republicans, voters need to be energized, not just to go to the polls,
00:08:22.100 not just because the Democrats are socialists and the Democrats are Marxists. Everybody knows that
00:08:25.900 voters, we as Republicans, elected leaders in Texas, we need to get voters excited to get out
00:08:31.840 and vote for Republicans. Ken Paxton must be elected. He must defeat radical liberal extremist
00:08:38.900 James Tallarico, but it's counterproductive to the purpose when you have a supposedly Republican
00:08:43.920 speaker currently leading the Texas House who voted to impeach Ken Paxton. The current Republican
00:08:50.660 speaker of the Texas House voted to impeach Ken Paxton. That demoralizes voters in the state of
00:08:56.720 Texas, I'm telling you, there would be nothing that would energize voters to go to the polls
00:09:01.700 and cast their ballots for Republicans more than if Republicans would start acting like
00:09:07.460 Republicans. Govern boldly. Govern without fear. We should be, as much as I love talking to you
00:09:12.720 back in my district here in Ellis County, Stephen, let's motivate voters by calling a special session
00:09:18.260 right now today to start doing things that they want, like eliminating property taxes, 0.51
00:09:22.820 combating the threat from Sharia law, punishing the Democrats who went rogue,
00:09:28.500 you know, stripping them of their committee. 0.65
00:09:29.780 How about this one? 1.00
00:09:30.600 Stop giving birth certificates to illegal aliens. 1.00
00:09:33.800 Let's have a special session and make birth tourism a felony. 0.69
00:09:38.260 Let's govern like the bold, fearless, pro-liberty, conservative Republicans
00:09:43.520 that the patriotic, hardworking, overtaxed men and women of the state of Texas demand
00:09:49.740 and that they deserve.
00:09:51.040 And if we governed boldly like that, Steve, I think we wouldn't just win top to bottom in Texas.
00:09:56.120 I think it would be a landslide.
00:09:57.920 So I think the conventional wisdom is all wrong.
00:10:00.620 Don't go all soft in the general election.
00:10:03.140 Go bold.
00:10:04.340 Fight for the future.
00:10:05.520 Give people a reason to know that if they go and cast their ballot for a Republican,
00:10:09.580 they're doing their part to preserve the blessings of freedom and liberty for their children and for their grandchildren.
00:10:14.880 And Texas is on the front line, as you know, Stephen, for the future, not just of Texas, but of the United States and of the world.
00:10:20.480 this has been our message this has been our message we don't need to to we should uh welcome
00:10:25.440 this midterm election and if we get our act together and get back to the policies we've
00:10:30.180 been talking about people will turn out and drove just like it did in 24 but you got to say hey look
00:10:35.800 here's what we're going to do and particularly in in texas with sharia law and the birth tourism 0.79
00:10:40.100 real quickly because i don't want to lose you you're you are next to talarico just for the rest
00:10:45.620 the audience is not in texas just give us a minute yeah on on talarico as a as a as a unit
00:10:52.140 because the more i want the more i drill down this guy the more i am stunned that he is actually the
00:10:58.520 democratic nominee in the great state of texas sir i've been warning people about this guy for
00:11:04.080 years like he is very articulate and he is going to fool a lot of people i'm just warning folks
00:11:08.080 do not let his like you know choir boy persona fool you or his like seminary student you know
00:11:13.740 facade. This guy, let me be really clear about James Tallarico, he is more liberal than Bernie
00:11:20.600 Sanders. Okay, I know him. He's weirder than Tim Walz, and I actually think he's more extreme
00:11:24.920 than the woman he beat, Jasmine Crockett. I mean, Jasmine Crockett never went on TV and said,
00:11:29.120 God is non-binary. Okay, there is not a leftist, socialist, Marxist position that James Tallarico
00:11:36.000 doesn't hold. He's the most radical liberal extremist to ever run for any statewide office
00:11:41.100 in the state of Texas, okay, he literally said during the Biden border invasion, his border
00:11:44.580 plan was to roll out the red carpet for the invading illegal aliens, okay, James Tallarico,
00:11:51.480 the seminarian, after 2,000 years of Christendom, he has claimed he has discovered the true meaning
00:11:57.140 of the biblical narrative of Joseph and Mary, and that's to justify elective abortion, okay,
00:12:03.160 he refuses to call women women, he calls them, quote, neighbors with uteruses, this is a guy who
00:12:09.320 one of his top policy priorities is, I'm not making this up, transgender abortion care. And
00:12:16.120 this is the guy who filed bill after bill to force unconstitutionally discriminatory DEI
00:12:21.800 down the throats of young school children in K-12 public schools in the state of Texas.
00:12:28.300 This guy is as radical as they come. And I know the Kim Paxson team's working on this,
00:12:34.880 but they've got to get the word out because let me tell you, when Texans learn that this guy's
00:12:38.840 radical view it's not like he's just a little bit outside of the mainstream here in the state of
00:12:43.140 texas he is the furthest left candidate we've ever seen on a ballot anywhere in the state of texas
00:12:47.760 and he must be defeated and he still holds positions propped up by republican senior
00:12:52.700 leadership in the texas house is that correct he's he's still he's he is our speaker after
00:12:58.740 james tallarico helped elect our republican speaker our republican speaker rewarded him
00:13:03.280 Most conservative Republicans, maybe you're on two committees in Texas.
00:13:07.240 James Tallarico, four committees.
00:13:09.500 And by the way, after he pushed legislation for DEI on K-12 kids,
00:13:14.660 he put him on the committee to oversee education policy.
00:13:18.240 And worse, he's in House leadership.
00:13:20.640 He is the co-chairman of two of the most powerful committees in the Texas House.
00:13:26.520 And James Tallarico's legislation was prioritized.
00:13:29.660 James Tallarico went on CBS News.
00:13:31.120 And unfortunately, he didn't have to lie.
00:13:32.700 He bragged that he has passed. James Tallarico, radical Marxist, leftist, socialist, progressive.
00:13:37.880 He has passed over 60 bills off the floor in the Texas House of Representatives.
00:13:44.500 Meanwhile, conservative Republicans in the Texas House haven't passed 60 combined under the purview, the leadership of our fake Republican leadership in the Texas House.
00:13:54.820 That is corruption. I would actually argue it's the worst form of voter fraud because voters gave Republican a 26 seat majority in the Texas House.
00:14:02.700 But Democrats were actually put in charge instead of conservative Republicans.
00:14:06.020 And James Tallarico, right now, as we speak, still holds multiple leadership positions in the Texas House.
00:14:11.760 And as we speak, by the way, Stephen, the most powerful person in the chamber, our parliamentarian, yeah, 0.51
00:14:16.420 a Barack Obama White House lawyer is the most powerful person in the Texas House right now, thanks to our fake Republicans.
00:14:22.660 What is your social media?
00:14:23.700 What is your social media?

00:16:08.480 at 989898. Take action and do it today. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:17.820 Welcome back.
00:16:18.600 I want to bring on a guy I've known for a long time and a really good man, Congressman Byron Donalds.
00:16:26.740 Congressman, in the House, there was a moment there I thought that we, in the chaos, I think of early 22, that you might have a shot to be Speaker.
00:16:36.720 And there's a lot of people that backed you during the tumultuous time.
00:16:39.840 And why I understand you love Florida, but tell us why you would leave the House where you've got a shot to be in leadership to take on to actually go from the federal level and then follow, I think.
00:16:52.180 And look, I was Ron DeSantis's biggest critic when he ran against President Trump.
00:16:56.220 I think he's a very good governor to take on a very tough act to follow, sir.
00:17:02.460 Very simple, Steve. Florida needs to make sure that we continue to be the number one state in all of America.
00:17:07.480 And if you look at my background, obviously, the last six years on Capitol Hill battling the left, whether it was even dealing with House leadership, working with House leadership to put together the best packages that could actually get across the floor in the House of Representatives.
00:17:21.980 But even my time in the state legislature, I spent four years in the state legislature in Tallahassee.
00:17:27.400 I crafted the first bill of its kind that allowed community members to find out about the woke indoctrination that was in front of our kids.
00:17:34.500 That was back in 2017 when I was in the state house where Scott signed that into law.
00:17:39.100 And plus my background, I spent 17 years in the financial industry.
00:17:42.740 And Florida's next governor is going to have to be a true conservative, someone committed to the principles of liberty,
00:17:48.420 but also be business minded in order to guide Florida into the future where we expand our economy and continue to be the number one state in America.
00:17:56.340 So that's why looking at the race and looking at the job, I decided to throw my hat in the ring and it's gone very well.
00:18:02.380 And in, you know, the 12 days, the voters of Florida are going to decide the Republican nominee for governor.
00:18:10.580 Talk to us about that for a second. You see the Texas and Florida have as growth states have different challenges than other people.
00:18:19.180 Part of that is that so many people in industries want to move to Florida, particularly the finance industry.
00:18:24.040 You know, you see in Texas are going to start the Texas Stock Exchange in Dallas.
00:18:27.240 And you got Ken Griffin and tons of hedge fund guys moving to and institutions moving down to South Florida, Miami, kind of driven out of there, out of New York.
00:18:37.200 How do you balance it? I mean, Florida's got such a great culture, a great history.
00:18:41.680 It's such a unique place that so many Floridians have lived in.
00:18:45.760 You know, Florida is a blue collar and a middle class state.
00:18:49.060 How do you balance this new demand where kind of not just the world's wealthy, but the nation's wealthy want to move down?
00:18:56.540 Now, is that in your administration, how are you going to handle to make sure that doesn't change all of those great attributes that make Florida, Florida?
00:19:05.080 We remind people who choose Florida that you've come for a reason, and that's because you want to be in a common sense state with a low regulatory environment that just follows the law.
00:19:15.100 We are going to uphold the law. Law and order is going to be the standard in our state.
00:19:18.280 And those are the bedrock principles, Steve, that has really made Florida so attractive to so many who've decided to move their businesses.
00:19:25.460 They are fleeing from the Democrat socialists in New York, in Chicago, in California.
00:19:31.420 They're saying enough is enough.
00:19:32.980 And what we found is that when they come to Florida, they are understanding the fact that they had to leave crazy Democrat blue jurisdictions.
00:19:41.580 And they want to embrace the free market conservatism and, quite frankly, the quality of life that has come to be known here in Florida.
00:19:50.800 I think in terms of balance, we still need to protect our agriculture lands.
00:19:54.720 They're critical to Florida's future because we feed half the country, especially when it gets cold up north.
00:20:02.260 It's our environment and our waterways.
00:20:04.700 They need to continue to be beautiful and vibrant for the future, not just of Florida's economy, but for the future of Florida overall.
00:20:12.540 So we are going to strike that balance while having to figure out the road infrastructure and some of the housing issues that we do have
00:20:19.300 so that young people in particular can get a shot at really building that Florida dream.
00:20:24.720 buying a home and starting a family for themselves.
00:20:29.360 You know, as you remember, we were one of the biggest critics of Governor DeSantis when he
00:20:34.000 decided to run against President Trump. And we just thought, hey, it's essential that President
00:20:38.200 Trump have a shot to come back here. But I do think Governor DeSantis has been an extraordinary
00:20:42.420 governor. What lessons do you take from Ron DeSantis to say, hey, look, these are the types
00:20:47.920 of things, not simply policies, but the way he handles his job. I want to continue. And what
00:20:53.200 are the differences that Byron Doddles is going to make when you look at it and say, hey, look,
00:20:57.520 I got other skills. What is compare and contrast? What are you going to take? And then what are you
00:21:02.520 going to jettison? Well, first is how Governor DeSantis was no nonsense when it came to doing
00:21:08.140 what was right on behalf of the people of Florida. Take COVID-19. Steve, you remember how crazy it
00:21:14.300 was. Every public health establishment figure wanted to shut down all 50 states. Governor DeSantis
00:21:20.260 DeSantis looked at the data. And at that time, it was not popular. Even in some parts of Florida
00:21:24.720 at that time, it was not popular to issue the orders to be open. But he looked at the data,
00:21:29.620 he made a decision, and he wasn't concerned about what the press and the polling were saying.
00:21:34.260 He did what was right. And if you're going to lead our state into the future, that's the lesson you
00:21:38.360 learn from Ron DeSantis. And by the way, contrast that with the Democrat in the race, David Jolly.
00:21:43.800 This is a guy who fled Florida. When Ron DeSantis opened our state and kept our state open,
00:21:48.460 he left. He took his family. He went to Pennsylvania and he criticized Ron DeSantis
00:21:52.840 over Zoom when he was doing TV hits for MSNBC and CNN. That's not the type of leadership our
00:21:59.560 state needs going into the future, Steve. It's just not. I think in terms of what I bring,
00:22:03.980 like I said, Governor DeSantis, tremendous career, tremendous service to our country.
00:22:09.060 He was a JAG officer. And so he served our nation. My career was in finance and in business. And so
00:22:15.240 So I think for a lot of Floridians who are concerned about how are we going to balance and manage the growth that's coming to our state, you do need a governor who understands economic systems, understands capital flow and business formation so we can bring that balance to maintain the Florida dream that so many of us in our state love.
00:22:35.300 One of the things we're most impressed with Governor DeSantis, you know, as you said, during COVID, it really became the free state of Florida under his guidance and really stood up in tough times.
00:22:45.240 He's taken a very strong stand against AI.
00:22:47.560 I mean, he's really the leader of stopping of what this preemption issue is with the tech broligarchs wanting to have no guardrails, total free reign as accelerationists.
00:22:58.060 He's taken, I think, a very reasoned approach and really, quite frankly, if it wasn't for DeSantis and the power that Florida brings, I think we'd be in a very tough place with AI.
00:23:06.100 Talk to us about the benefits and your concerns about artificial intelligence, what the governor has done really to stop kind of this national accelerationist move.
00:23:16.360 And how does that play back to this issue with data centers, which, you know, from Mike Rogers in Michigan, Governor Abbott today just put a moratorium on data centers until they're more reviewed about the grid down there.
00:23:27.900 Talk to us about Governor DeSantis' AI data centers and what can we expect out of Governor Byron Donalds?
00:23:34.060 Well, look, I'm glad you asked because, you know, a lot of people say a lot of things. Let me tell you exactly my position. Number one, we want to create a regulatory framework in Florida. The governor tried to move an AI Bill of Rights during the last legislative session. It wasn't able to get through.
00:23:50.220 But there are about nine of nine of those pillars that he had in that legislation.
00:23:54.180 I agree with the biggest ones among them. We got to protect kids.
00:23:58.140 We can't have kids just essentially be exposed to these chatbots with no filters, no controls.
00:24:05.660 Number two, you got to put parents in charge of this stuff.
00:24:08.700 You need parents need to be able to see what's going on with their children in these chatbots.
00:24:13.500 A big one for a lot of us in Florida, regardless of your political party, name, image and likeness protections.
00:24:19.720 We've all seen the videos.
00:24:20.980 I mean, there's videos about me that are made by, you know, with AI, people who oppose me make AI videos.
00:24:26.320 And that's all well and good.
00:24:27.240 You're running for governor.
00:24:28.280 But we want to make sure that people's name, image, and likeness are being protected.
00:24:31.940 I think when it comes to data centers, Governor DeSantis already signed into law Senate Bill 44.
00:24:38.020 What it requires is that the electricity bills for the people of Florida will not go up if a hyperscale data center is constructed in our state.
00:24:45.180 The other thing that piece of legislation did, it required a consumptive use permit from the water management districts, limiting the ability to just take our water with no repercussions whatsoever.
00:24:56.400 So it contains the water issues in our state.
00:25:00.600 What I would want to see, those systems, those data centers would need a closed loop filtration system or they would have to be air cooled.
00:25:08.080 That way they're not just continuing to take some of Florida's precious water resources from the people of Florida.
00:25:13.740 last piece is proximity. You can't have them next to residential neighborhoods. We're not going to
00:25:18.580 let that happen in Florida. And I think if you go back to the regulatory environment, people have
00:25:23.180 always asked me, you're endorsed by President Trump. Where do you guys disagree? Are you going
00:25:28.100 to represent Florida? And actually, one of the disagreements was with this national move for a
00:25:33.000 regulatory framework in D.C. I mean, first, Steve, you know, how are you going to get that through
00:25:37.420 the Senate? We're already having issues getting common sense things like the Save America Act
00:25:41.320 through the Senate. So if you're going to do a federal AI policy, a federal AI regulation,
00:25:47.820 you're not negotiating with Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders to get that done. And with all
00:25:52.620 due respect, I don't trust them in those negotiations. So I think this is where Florida
00:25:56.840 is going to lead. We're going to create a regulatory framework. And you're going to create
00:26:00.520 a regulatory, you're going to create a regulatory, you're going to create a regulatory system and
00:26:05.020 you're going to be at the lead of pushing this through town because Tallahassee is just one
00:26:09.820 scale down, one level down from tough to get stuff done, correct? It's tough, but there's ways to get
00:26:16.980 that done. And so I've already started talking with legislative leadership in the House and in
00:26:21.200 the Senate on this issue. We're going to get an AI Bill of Rights, an AI regulatory framework done
00:26:26.700 in Tallahassee for the state of Florida. And Steve, to be honest, I think once you have that
00:26:31.000 in place, other states are going to look at that and say, well, Florida did it. We need to do it
00:26:35.120 too. And so when it comes to AI, I think that Florida needs to be the leader, because we've
00:26:40.420 seen what's happened in too many of our industries. California has led, New York has led, and it's
00:26:45.400 been terrible policy that has moved through states across the country. Congressman, we've got about
00:26:51.140 a minute left. Where do people go to find out more about you, more about your campaign, more about
00:26:55.280 how you see, what's your vision for the future of Florida, particularly when it deals with
00:26:59.700 high finance and high tech, sir? Go to ByronDonalds.com. Follow me on all the

00:27:11.720 to be the best state in America. We're going to continue to be the free state of Florida.
00:27:15.700 And Steve, when I'm long gone from politics, I want people to still marvel that Florida is
00:27:20.700 number one. I want to still marvel that Florida is number one. We want it to continue to be the
00:27:25.940 best state in the entire United States. And we want young people to be able to build their Florida
00:27:31.500 dream in our state. The free state of Florida. Congressman Byron Donalds. Thank you, sir. Thank
00:27:37.640 you for dropping him out of the war room. Thank you, Steve. I've known Byron a long time. Good man.

00:29:33.440 today war room here's your host stephen k man okay welcome back i asked kobe to change around
00:29:42.860 his work day and join us hey kobe this announcement people are very confused about this is kind of
00:29:47.640 medicare announcement of of of what's going to be covered what's not going to be covered what's
00:29:51.620 going to be paid for what's not going to be paid for because as you know medicare is so
00:29:55.760 mind-numbingly complicated explain what's been announced by the trump administration what's
00:30:01.700 happening, and then how people can calm down, take a deep breath, call 845-CHAPTER and talk
00:30:09.440 to you guys.
00:30:09.920 What's going on?
00:30:10.520 Because my phone's been blown up by people.
00:30:13.260 Yeah, thanks for having me, Steve.
00:30:14.720 There's a lot of confusion, understandably.
00:30:17.260 So it's important that people, as you said, just call 845-WAR-ROOM and we can walk them
00:30:21.800 through all the changes.
00:30:22.680 But in summary, what's happening is the Trump administration has pulled back some Biden-era
00:30:28.840 subsidies on Part D prescription plans.
00:30:31.700 which means that it is likely that premiums and co-pays on just Part D prescription plans might
00:30:37.700 increase going into 2027, so this fall, when people make new plan selections. So the best
00:30:44.660 way to mitigate that and to make sure that you're getting the best plan for your needs and saving as
00:30:49.240 much money as possible is to give us a call at 845-WAR-ROOM, and we can walk you through your
00:30:54.160 options, make sure that you're on the right plan, have the health coverage you need, and save as
00:30:58.740 much money as possible. So I just want to make sure people should just take a deep breath.
00:31:03.780 This kind of came out of, it did kind of come out of nowhere, right? But take a deep breath.
00:31:08.200 There's time, but you should act today. And I just want to make sure because this is the great
00:31:12.360 feedback we got. There's no charge and no obligation. You guys will walk you through
00:31:17.220 that and then people can make up their own mind, sir. That's right. We never charge for our
00:31:21.440 services. All of our team are highly trained and licensed Medicare advisors who are just here to
00:31:27.340 make sure you have the right Medicare plan for your needs. And so with these changes from the
00:31:32.200 administration, and there are a lot of other changes going on in the Medicare ecosystem as well
00:31:35.620 that I won't bore you all with, but a lot of these changes present opportunities for people
00:31:41.400 to optimize their Medicare plan and save money. No, see, that's the key is that there's changes
00:31:46.840 all the time. And that's why you got to go, just go to 845-WORM. This is a hotline set up for the
00:31:51.220 Warren Posse. Save folks over a million dollars a day, but it's not just the savings. It's you
00:31:56.140 get into the optimum plan that's what i think most people are worried about do i have the plan
00:32:00.620 that really in my right network right doctors right costs right you know everything that i need
00:32:05.420 is and this is why i think chapter's been such a huge hit with the war room posse 845 war room
00:32:11.100 and you will walk every there's plenty of time everybody should take a deep breath but if they
00:32:14.960 act today we're good kobe that's right plenty of time give us a call you'll get connected to one
00:32:19.800 of our teammates they'll answer all your questions spend as much time as you need um on the phone uh
00:32:25.300 and make sure you're on the right plan.
00:32:27.580 There's no obligation.
00:32:28.640 We never charge.
00:32:29.660 And we have a line dedicated to the posse
00:32:31.580 and the feedback has been amazing.
00:32:32.800 And we're very fortunate to support this audience.
00:32:36.240 Okay.
00:32:36.820 And once again, it's 845 War Room.
00:32:40.060 That's your hotline.
00:32:41.720 Somehow I've done this twice now.
00:32:43.020 It's a chapter, 845 War Room.
00:32:44.720 Call today.
00:32:45.220 It's a hotline.
00:32:45.800 Talk to Kobe and the team.
00:32:47.100 Kobe, thanks.
00:32:47.680 And thanks for changing up the day.
00:32:48.920 I wanted to get you on here this afternoon.
00:32:50.820 So many people have been asking me about this.
00:32:52.640 And you're our expert.
00:32:54.260 I never answered the questions that hang on, let me get Kobe and the team on and your team's been fantastic.
00:32:59.120 We love working with us. So thank you so much, sir. 845 war room. That's your hotline.
00:33:04.080 No obligation. Totally free. Talk to Kobe and the team. They'll set it all right. They'll give you options.
00:33:11.360 Okay. I want to thank Kobe and the team over there.
00:33:13.940 Nothing could be more important than unwinding maybe a bad situation getting a Medicare.
00:33:19.000 I started the show today. We went to Texas and Florida.
00:33:22.540 We're going to end the show today in Arizona, Maricopa County.
00:33:25.900 I've exposed a report coming from John Solomon.
00:33:30.700 Of course, there's a lot more.
00:33:31.980 Solomon's dropping bombs every day.
00:33:33.520 Yesterday, he dropped a bomb.
00:33:35.320 I just don't know, are we going to wait for Todd to get confirmed
00:33:38.820 and then we're going to start rolling these people up, perp-walking?
00:33:43.620 Think about what the deep state went after President Trump as a Russian asset.
00:33:50.800 a russian asset when he was commander-in-chief not not in the not in the the
00:33:55.720 the election and actually as a russian asset during his administration his first administration
00:34:02.360 this has to be answered this is like the stealing of the 2020 it's like the pandemic these are
00:34:06.460 massive issues the senate just held fauci in contempt um of course we'll see if fauci is
00:34:17.060 treated like peter navarra myself i don't really jump on that topic very much but we'll see if it's
00:34:21.860 if he's handled like peter navarra myself i'm actually a belief that fauci should go
00:34:25.900 to prison for the rest of his life and should die in prison for what he did in the uh during the
00:34:31.860 pandemic right and i haven't really walked you through the story of how he switched 0.72
00:34:39.300 illegitimately switched the whole gain of function how he went behind the scenes
00:34:43.920 during the from trump's first term one thing i want everybody to focus on why he's starting
00:34:49.280 in texas why he's starting in florida and by the way we're going to have paul renner
00:34:52.620 a former naval officer in fact a former surface warfare officer so you know that's close to my
00:34:57.320 heart paul's going to be the speaker former speaker of the house will be at the top of the
00:35:01.680 hour tomorrow we're going to have fishback and fishback has been generating a lot of heat
00:35:07.300 in florida particularly among disaffected young people and disaffected young people
00:35:14.240 may be central to this upcoming campaign
00:35:18.580 folks we've got to look at the what the reality could be here trump won in a sweeping landslide
00:35:26.360 in november 24 because of you not tech bros not elon's money which helped enormously you
00:35:34.700 a massive grassroots insurgency that really brought someone back from the political dead
00:35:42.840 of having been impeached twice and you know run out of the capital and the election stolen and
00:35:47.740 all the forces of the world against him on your shoulders you drove this victory i think today
00:35:55.760 the november 3rd in um was it 89 in a wake-up that evening you could have three at least three
00:36:04.920 things that would be evident could be mandami a marxist ugandan marxist jihadist that should
00:36:13.940 be denaturalized is running new york city and is the rising political power with this marxist
00:36:21.720 jihadism abdul is the senator in michigan the great industrial powerhouse of detroit and henry
00:36:31.480 ford and mass production and what that meant the victory in world war ii as arthur herman tells us
00:36:40.360 besides or on top of the valor and courage of our troops the country came together and made us the
00:36:47.000 the arsenal for democracy from where where is the railhead of that wait for it detroit so abdul
00:36:55.660 coming out of radical dearborn which is a city you know like mecca medina right now
00:37:04.960 so you have islamic city with a radical islam marxist no ice no borders he's senator from
00:37:12.680 Michigan, the centerpiece of the industrial Midwest. And Tallarico, who is a freak, 0.86
00:37:22.620 is the senator from Texas. So how did we get here and how to reverse this?
00:37:29.980 How we got here is quite simple. We took our eye off the ball of what got us the sweeping victory.
00:37:38.820 Let's just keep it simple.
00:37:40.380 The American people support those policies,
00:37:42.760 and they support President Trump as the one they want to execute those policies.
00:37:48.660 What have we done?
00:37:49.700 Look at the Senate.
00:37:50.740 Came and passed the Save America Act.
00:37:52.760 We've had all these massive revelations now about what the deep state has done.
00:37:56.600 You've had these revelations about Fauci.
00:37:58.980 People want action.
00:37:59.940 They want accountability.
00:38:00.940 They want perp walks.
00:38:02.100 Where is it?
00:38:04.060 They voted for mass deportations, not just the bad hombres.
00:38:08.020 not just the bad hombres and yes the president miraculously shut down the border in 30 days it
00:38:14.000 showed what a lie it was on this invasion a total bald-faced lie you saw that president trump but
00:38:20.380 that's very tenuous we know that as soon as the democrats would take over they could strip it all
00:38:24.440 out and we're back to where we started and ben burquham and others are telling you and todd
00:38:30.300 bensman who spent a year in the administration is now back out he says hey there's a whole
00:38:34.200 army ready to come across the border we're not out of these asylum situations we're not out of
00:38:40.100 this these migration packs the new york post about mullins oh steve bannon what they're gonna
00:38:49.680 you know these little people nibbling at the heels the new york post let me be blunt about
00:38:56.420 the new york post you're owned by someone that we should denaturalize immediately they got a bunch
00:39:03.960 of australians a bunch of progressive australians and now english and said oh no they're american
00:39:10.340 says no turn please stop in the middle of the night so that he could buy the fox network now
00:39:18.040 fox news was over a decade away from even being launched more than a decade i think
00:39:22.740 back in the 80s murdoch and his power move was to buy the fox network well to own a broadcast
00:39:30.600 network you have to be a citizen of the united states of america and guess what he was not a
00:39:35.540 citizen of the united states of america so how did it do in the middle of the night and this is just
00:39:39.960 the way power works baby he became a citizen of the united states this kind of got it done
00:39:47.500 he needs to be denaturalized immediately i even say if he died you go dig him up and denaturalize 0.99
00:39:54.480 him he's nothing but scum and one of the reasons that we could have abdul in the senate from 0.99
00:40:01.420 michigan and talarico in the senate from texas and you got mandami already running the deal in 0.99
00:40:08.860 the greatest city in the world the financial capital world is because the controlled opposition
00:40:13.280 of fox news and the whole crowd over there you got one or two have been okay but by and large
00:40:19.680 You go look at the policies that they have backed for decade after decade after decade.
00:40:25.480 It's the same neoliberal neocon policies that got us in this.
00:40:29.120 It is not America first.
00:40:30.500 They're not nationalists.
00:40:31.480 They hate populism. 1.00
00:40:33.140 So New York Post, shove that up your ass, okay? 1.00
00:40:38.040 You're owned by a bunch of progressive Australians that we're going to denaturalize. 1.00
00:40:42.380 And we've got to dig him up after he's dead. 0.99
00:40:44.000 We'll dig him up after he's dead like they dug up Cromwell, and we'll denaturalize him.
00:40:47.960 How about that? 1.00
00:40:48.680 Suck on that. 0.99
00:40:49.680 what the new what the fox news has done has been completely and totally destructive they supported 0.99
00:40:56.600 every war including the jammer in now in the middle east who are the biggest cheerleaders
00:41:01.960 remember let's go back in time just go back the first day of the 12-day war oh my lord 0.75
00:41:07.920 you would have thought it was the evening of the normandy invasion oh it's so great to get all
00:41:14.360 their people out there it's so amazing this is so incredible it's so great it's so terrific and 1.00
00:41:18.480 guess what we had to do we had to pull the israelis out of the fire why as we said on the
00:41:24.840 show they sent uh destroyers and cruisers to the eastern mediterranean that had missile defenses 0.63
00:41:31.920 that now the commander the cheat the uh the combatant commander in that sector says we can't
00:41:37.760 do it anymore because there's not enough missiles we unloaded to save the israelis because they bit 0.52
00:41:44.160 off more than they could chew they tried to do a decapitation strike and thank god president 0.55
00:41:48.540 trump came in said no i'm of a total obliteration of the nuclear plan 12 day war fox was the 0.56
00:41:56.060 cheerleader of that like they were cheerleader in iraq and cheerleader in afghanistan and here's
00:42:01.240 why i detest him so much because as soon as it becomes uncomfortable as soon as the ratings dip
00:42:06.180 a little bit they run away from these foreign wars and who they let solve it the working men
00:42:11.740 and women in this country their children were the fox news all over the wars for 20 years no they
00:42:18.240 were not they bailed out as soon as they didn't rate because with ales and murdoch at the end of
00:42:23.300 the day it's all about ratings so yes you've backed off and around president trump and around
00:42:30.380 the advisors that got oh you can't say mass deportations you can't say that you must not
00:42:35.960 say that word that was the term that got us the sweeping victory if you stick to the policies
00:42:44.200 and execute on the policies that he run in 24 we would have another sweeping landslide and we will
00:42:49.920 pick up house seats and we pick up senate seats and we have more power going to 28 that we're
00:42:55.200 going to extend the administration after that this is not quantum mechanics but when you bait
00:43:03.860 and switch and don't do it you've got grassroots walking just ask the audience how many people
00:43:08.800 come up to you say i can't do it anymore i can't do it anymore
00:43:12.120 trump's policies are right and he's the right man in this moment in time to execute it
00:43:19.880 but you got all the forces of the republican party in their donor class
00:43:28.340 the forever wars and the forever spending next in the war room most americans are forced to spend

00:45:21.440 I'm about to get a small nudist item.
00:45:25.440 Bigger than Fauci getting held in contempt.
00:45:30.100 I'm serious about this denaturalization.
00:45:32.000 I got three right out of the box. 0.99
00:45:34.120 Mandami, denaturalizing. 0.97
00:45:35.520 Lied, got his papers.
00:45:37.000 Elmo, Elon Musk, denaturalizing.
00:45:39.280 Oh, how can you do as the greatest engineer?
00:45:40.840 Let me go be an engineer someplace else.
00:45:43.260 You're going to get all you Elon fanboys.
00:45:44.960 you're going to get all the elon you want they're going to drop a billion shares excuse me 991
00:45:50.480 million shares i think next week on a complete stock scam and i have not shorted the stock
00:45:58.400 i actually was thinking of shorting the stock because people are going to make a fortune in that
00:46:02.800 already have but i have not i stay out of that but it's a complete it's a complete scam if i
00:46:09.200 when i was at goldman sachs back in the 80s you had been fired for working drafting that ipo of
00:46:15.220 course elon said yesterday in this total debacle oh well you know we're going to get to a trillion
00:46:20.700 dollars in revenue there's seven billion dollars now with the whole thing they're gonna we're going
00:46:24.760 to get to a trillion dollars in revenue and it's going to come a year early it's going to be 2030
00:46:27.780 instead of 2031 that's not going to stop people heading for the exits and now you got the lockups
00:46:32.800 coming out and they've got a couple of celebrities think sports stars or whatever that own you know
00:46:37.440 150 000 to a thousand they go yeah when it when my lockup leaves boom i'm i'm throwing i'm selling
00:46:44.180 it all so we'll see what happens next week so denaturalize him because everybody knows he lied
00:46:49.600 about his citizenship and then and then murdoch hey if you're gonna i'm all for deporting all of
00:46:58.100 them and having a 10-year moratorium on a legal quote-unquote the scams of legal immigration 0.79
00:47:03.000 why because we put american citizens first and the country first if you want to put american 0.78
00:47:09.660 citizens first you want to put this generation under 40 that has no family formation can't buy
00:47:14.740 a home nothing better than a russian surf and that's what we allowed this country to become
00:47:19.740 well no i want american citizens doing that not guys not progressives from australia like the
00:47:25.360 murdoch family and the kids are 10 times worse right they're all english not uh not some guy
00:47:32.360 from south africa that's pushing the h1b program non-stop and wants nothing but government contracts 0.93
00:47:39.100 no big government contracts and a ugandan marxist jihadist that's what we got you like that 0.83
00:47:45.360 on november 3rd on the evening of the election folks brace for this unless the grassroots gets 0.88
00:47:53.720 motivated and starts going door to door exactly how we won 24 huge victory could be before us
00:48:00.520 we got the horses we have great grassroots leaders you got MAGA MAGA's not deterred and
00:48:08.340 you know there's manifestos here there's all kind of stuff going no no no no no just
00:48:12.000 with ultimate clarity focus on the target you're like Jimmy Doolittle going over for 30 seconds
00:48:18.940 over Tokyo right there's all kind of flack going all kind of no no no that's all diversion just
00:48:24.020 focus on the freaking target and what has MAGA shown since 2015 since the 15 to 16 primary
00:48:31.080 and every election since then except for 2018 0.88
00:48:34.140 that there been victory because they put their shoulder to the wheel and delivered because they
00:48:42.100 believe in Trump and they believe in Trumpism and they believe in populist nationalism full stop
00:48:46.460 not neoliberal neocon and not we got sucked into this war it's a disgrace but hey we are where we
00:48:53.240 are today we're going to see on her moves hey i don't know what i'm reading what i'm hearing i
00:48:58.340 think the oman and uh and and and the persians have cut their own deal on her moves and a
00:49:04.980 condition precedent for that deal is we got to remove the fleet uh hang on for a second i'm not
00:49:10.600 so sure that works and i don't you know i don't know how we had a a paragraph in the mou that
00:49:19.340 gave Oman a seat at the table what are we doing what are we doing the threat to this country ain't
00:49:29.340 in downtown Tehran it's in the mayor's office in it's in the mayor's office in um it's in the
00:49:36.720 mayor's office in um in New York City it's running for the Senate in Michigan it's Tallarico all of
00:49:46.560 and they could all be in charge on the evening you give me who do i got oh good we're just we're
00:49:55.800 just rolling right now by the way i am a cromwell guy i don't mind chopping a few heads off kings
00:50:02.100 monarchs hey just my reading of history okay just my reading of history and i realized cromwell's
00:50:09.060 anti-catholic and all the anti-catholic i got it i got it but they wanted to kill what he stood for
00:50:16.140 you know what they did they dug him up i think they poisoned him first but they dug him up and
00:50:20.760 put him on trial i'm not saying we have to do that but we're going to denaturalize him and we
00:50:26.720 got to dig him up oh he's an old man he's 94 years old no he's satanic demonic what they've done to
00:50:33.820 this country dig him up and denaturalize him trevor comstock let's end on a positive note
00:50:41.580 although i think that's kind of positive talk to me about sacred human health sir
00:50:45.360 yeah great to see you steve um so today i just wanted to touch on one of our more popular
00:50:51.520 products i haven't talked about in a while uh but our multi-collagen supplement uh just because
00:50:56.040 we've been having amazing reviews on it uh from people that have had a lot of success with it
00:51:00.360 for a while so again i just want to touch on the benefits of it but most people don't realize this
00:51:05.600 but after uh the age of 25 natural collagen production starts to slow down quite a bit
00:51:10.780 so over time this can just lead to common signs of aging like wrinkles weaker joints as well as
00:51:16.560 digestive issues but collagen does play a huge role in maintaining overall health so
00:51:21.980 you know if you are looking to support the healthy aging improve skin hydration or maintain stronger
00:51:28.160 joints collagen is a pretty simple yet effective way you can do that and what's great about our
00:51:32.780 collagen is that it is formulated with three different sources of collagen so you do get
00:51:36.720 types one through five collagen, which is the full spectrum. So with that, as I mentioned,
00:51:41.880 our unique blend helps support everything from the healthy skin, hair, nails, all the way to
00:51:47.040 joint health and gut function. So I rarely talk about this product, but it's probably our third
00:51:52.640 most popular product. And I just wanted to touch on it because the reviews I was sifting through
00:51:56.880 have been awesome. So I encourage people to check that one out. The reviews are awesome for all the
00:52:02.380 products. Where do people go? I want them to read the reviews, immerse themselves in the information
00:52:06.520 They make the decision, but they'll become lifetime customers as a review.
00:52:10.380 So where do they go real quickly?
00:52:11.500 Where do they go to read these reviews of the products?
00:52:14.500 Yeah, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com, and then you can always use code WARROOM for 10% off any one-time order.
