00:06:49.800 State boards of elections qualify every voter according to law? And this is where we discovered

00:06:58.040 not even close, right? Not even close. No one should be surprised, right? Because they're

00:07:04.940 using the so-called honor system to qualify voters. But 7% of the voters cannot be found.

00:07:13.580 They don't exist. They're synthetic identities. 6% of the voters have fake social security numbers.

00:13:12.900 registration application is coming in through the DMV, consider it verified. The DMV has become a

00:13:19.540 voter registration agency. They check for citizenship, as we don't know. I mean, they don't.

00:29:42.760 Ambassador Morris Tan joins us. Ambassador, I just want to hit rewind and make sure people understand the involvement that you had in the war room had a couple of years ago about this election in South Korea.

00:29:54.560 First off, walk our audience through, how did you get the title ambassador? What has been your previous, what's your curriculum vita? And tell us about what happened in this election with this new Korean government. Let's just get a level reset for everybody and then we'll talk about your current situation.

00:30:12.760 I served in the first Trump administration as the U.S. ambassador at large for global criminal justice, which actually is a unique position in world history, has only existed in the United States of America.

00:30:26.460 And as I said in my Senate confirmation hearing, this is a testament to the goodness and greatness of this country that our country cares enough about the worst mass atrocity crimes going on all around the world, genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and created this top policy position to address those crimes and the horrific injustices worldwide.

00:30:53.680 And so it was my great honor and privilege to serve in the first Trump administration in that capacity.

00:31:00.000 I have also served as a law school dean and the senior director of a center for law and government.

00:31:08.980 I have been a longtime legal academic, and I found that it was such a privilege,

00:31:17.120 while I was in the Trump administration to serve really, in my view,

00:31:21.980 in the government of the greatest country in world history

00:31:29.420 it was a tremendous honor and privilege.

00:31:35.700 South Korea, yeah.

00:31:37.400 I want to go to the election because we're very engaged.

00:31:41.560 We had Mina Kim, Grace Chung.

00:31:43.920 In fact, Grace and Mo afterwards went over with Charlie Kirk

00:31:46.260 right before the weekend. This is how much Charlie Kirk thought about South Korean and

00:31:50.820 young South Korean people. On the weekend before he died, he flew over, I think, for 48 hours,

00:31:56.260 and Grace and Mo went with him to basically have some turning point rallies, but also to do some

00:32:01.480 ministry there. So South Korea has always been, I think, if not our greatest ally, or one of our

00:32:08.560 greatest allies, and absolutely central to peace in East Asia and the Pacific. Talk to us about

00:32:13.900 the previous election. We used to have you on a lot. That election, we keep saying CCP-inspired,

00:32:20.000 CCP-adjacent folks took over the government. Walk us through that, and then talk to us about your

00:32:25.920 current situation. You're exactly right, Steve. And when I was investigating the election last

00:32:38.640 year, the 2025 election, and had a team of Americans investigating it, we saw all sorts

00:32:45.840 of indications of election fraud.

00:32:47.580 We put it in a public report that's available in election-fraud.com, sent that report over

00:32:54.320 to our Director of National Intelligence as well as to our Department of Justice, and

00:33:01.780 And we saw similar things happen in the June 3rd, 2026 election.

00:33:07.580 But this has been something that has reportedly been going on for the last 24 years in South

00:33:14.440 Korea, believe it or not.

00:33:16.080 And as my colleague, Dr. Douglas Frank, who was part of the Korean American election investigation

00:33:23.220 team for this most recent election, said very frequently during that time, he traced the

00:33:30.820 similarities between what has happened in terms of election fraud in the United States

00:33:36.520 with what is going on in South Korea.

00:33:39.360 So he likened it to what has happened in America, in states like Colorado, for example.

00:33:45.780 And I just heard your conversation with your previous guest in terms of what has happened

00:33:50.220 in New York City.

00:33:51.020 And you have something like that that has happened in South Korea, where the vote of

00:33:58.680 the people, their elections have been stolen from them, and it has been stolen in a host of

00:34:05.040 different ways, so that you now have in power a rising dictatorship who is communizing this country

00:34:15.560 with, if this most recent election is allowed to stand, with a supermajority in the National

00:34:22.180 Assembly that can pass constitutional amendments at will. And this is tilting our great blood ally

00:34:31.620 of South Korea into the orbit of the Chinese Communist Party and North Korea, exactly the

00:34:39.760 places that we don't want South Korea to fall under. But this is what is happening at a rapid

00:34:45.040 clip. You have the long march through the institution over the decades in Korea, and now

00:34:50.260 the sprint, the finish line that is going on as we speak. And you have about 95% of the rule of law

00:34:59.280 destroyed in this country. And so this is the nature of what is happening. And there is, I know

00:35:07.100 it's shocking to a lot of Americans because they can't imagine that could be happening in South

00:35:11.660 Korea. But the truth of the matter is that while the South Korean people love America and love

00:35:17.920 Americans, this extreme radical regime in South Korea is destroying the country and is wrecking

00:35:27.260 the Korean-American alliance. And we don't want to wake up and say someday, who lost South Korea?

00:35:36.620 Why was South Korea lost? Why are they not coming to the rescue of Taiwan when we ask them to

00:35:42.420 after the CCP chooses to invade, as they've been wanting to do for quite a while?

00:35:47.920 Why is it that now South Korea looks like North Korea and you have a reunification of the peninsula going the wrong direction?

00:35:56.220 These are not the questions we want to do a dissection and a post-mortem of after the fact.

00:36:01.840 This is something that we need to step in and fight against before it happens.

00:36:06.660 now if we don't if we don't reverse this what you've just laid out having spent a lot of time

00:36:13.900 both in the navy and then later as a businessman in asia and particularly in korea a lot of time

00:36:18.660 i'd live there for for a while love south korea love the koreans it's one of the greatest nations

00:36:23.100 on earth with some of the greatest people and so the christians there are some of the most devout

00:36:28.440 people i've ever met this is why charlie on the last weekend of his life which took time away from

00:36:33.400 And the family says, I got to go do this.

00:36:34.840 Because I said, hey, it's 48 hours you're going to be there.

00:36:37.660 He says, I have to do it.

00:36:38.560 I've got to do it.

00:36:39.760 Tell me, what is your current situation?

00:36:42.180 Why is your voice, why are you not over here back in the United States rallying the troops?

00:36:45.420 Are you there?

00:36:46.340 Do you have the freedom to kind of come and go?

00:36:48.240 It's very confusing about your current situation.

00:36:51.840 Yeah, I'm here in South Korea because there has been a travel ban, actually three successive travel bans that have been imposed upon me

00:37:02.640 because I have been leading the counter-revolutionary movement against the communizing coup d'etat and subsequent purge that is happening in South Korea.

00:37:15.760 And so because I have become such a threat to this regime, that the illegitimate fake president has basically overtaken the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary,

00:37:32.640 And is having me travel banned not only for the month of June, not only for the month of July, but in an interlocking third travel ban from mid-July to mid-August.

00:37:44.900 And so that is why I haven't been able to leave after I was going to stay here for just one week.

00:37:52.240 I was supposed to leave on June 4th.

00:37:54.240 I came in late May.

00:37:55.740 And that was the plan.

00:38:09.420 They're holding you essentially hostage in South Korea because you're bringing up all these issues around the stolen election.

00:38:23.720 And worse yet, they are engaging in criminal prosecution of me, or might I say lawfare

00:38:30.000 persecution of me.

00:38:35.580 I was sincerely praying for you while you were in prison and was so happy when you emerged

00:38:40.840 out of it and said that they tried to break me, but they didn't.

00:38:46.720 We saw the lawfare against our great president, Donald Trump, you know, in the four intervening

00:38:53.060 years after the 2020 election was stolen. And we saw the lawfare against him as well.

00:39:00.280 And so this is what is happening. I am being criminally prosecuted for statements that I made

00:39:07.780 in the United States of America as a U.S. citizen under the protection of the United States

00:39:14.060 Constitution's First Amendment, free speech. And at the very core of that protection is political

00:39:20.860 speech, and especially when it's political speech about a public political figure, that is at the

00:39:26.880 very bullseye of freedom of speech. And yet for comments I made at the National Press Club

00:39:33.200 in Washington, D.C., I am being prosecuted in a South Korean court and being travel banned and

00:39:40.340 being prevented from leaving the country and being threatened with a lawsuit that could potentially

00:39:46.760 throw me in jail. That could potentially result in massive fines. That could result in stripping

00:39:53.220 of various privileges. And this is what is happening. And it is a real, this is a canary

00:40:01.500 in the coal mine sort of thing. What has happened to me is symptomatic of the larger situation.

00:40:07.360 That when the canary is sent down and the canary dies due to a lack of oxygen,

00:40:11.580 you know, that is not safe for the miners to go down to mine. Well, my situation is like that

00:40:18.240 because the oxygen is being taken out from the Korean people, where their basic rights and 1.00

00:40:24.520 freedoms are being stripped from them. And they're being crushed in unprecedented ways in the entire

00:40:30.500 history of the Republic of Korea, freedom of speech, free exercise of religion. These sorts

00:40:36.420 of basic rights and freedoms are being destroyed in South Korea. You've had unprecedented raids on

00:40:42.700 churches. You've had pastors thrown in jail. You have Christian schools being shut down. You have

00:40:49.340 all sorts of people who are being prosecuted through lawfare, being thrown in prison for

00:40:55.860 exercising what are their basic God-given rights, which for now are still in the Korean constitution.

00:41:04.040 But if this full takeover happens, then you will have those rights and freedoms gone and potentially for good unless the situation is addressed head on.
