00:03:02.540 First off, how does a guy with a Wall Street tool set, how are you actually going to be a guy that can step in to the role and actually be governor?
00:03:11.500 Given how brutal Tallahassee is as a place to kind of manage, how are you going to do that?

00:03:19.580 So I was actually the anti-Wall Street investor.
00:03:22.600 My investment firm, Azoria, which launched at Mar-a-Lago in 2024, we had an expressed

00:07:25.200 about, hey, I'm going to make sure you get a home, make sure you can have a family,

00:07:34.060 First, quite literally, everything is unaffordable if you don't have a job.
00:07:37.580 And so I met a student from Florida State University in Tallahassee a couple months ago,

00:07:47.700 to apply for a hundred different positions at a company and out of respect Steve I won't name the
00:07:51.700 company but it was Amazon and Amazon came back to him and said we are not hiring right now we're
00:07:57.100 only hiring H1Bs instead I would apply a dynamic fine on any of the 1900 companies in Florida 0.63

00:08:42.420 you protect Florida workers. That's the first thing we're going to do. Number two,
00:08:45.780 how do we make it easier to buy a home? Now, here's the difference between me and my opponents.
00:08:49.560 My opponents want to do affordable housing. The year is 2030. BlackRock owns everything. You own
00:08:55.740 nothing and you live in a section eight shed. That's what affordable housing is. I don't want
00:09:00.020 you living in a 500 square foot shed with 30 people in your immediate vicinity. I want you
00:09:05.440 to own a single family home, three bed, two bath, like my sister and I grew up in with our great
00:09:09.960 parents down in South Florida. To do that, you have to make housing affordable. To do that,
00:09:15.880 you have to stop Airbnb from buying up all these homes through their speculators. You have to stop
00:09:20.660 Blackstone and BlackRock and Wall Street. And yes, you have to stop foreign nationals. If you got a 1.00
00:09:26.340 guy from Brazil or Russia or Ukraine coming to Florida, as they often do, to buy up our homes 0.98
00:09:32.300 for a vacation property or a tax haven or an investment that takes the home off the market,
00:09:37.820 contributes to a shortage, which is hurting teachers and cops and firefighters and young
00:09:42.820 couples and everyone. There's two ways to address a shortage, Steve. One way is to build a bunch
00:09:49.160 more supply, Section 8-style housing. That's what my opponents want to do. The other way to address
00:09:54.160 the shortage is to prevent the greed and the excess of foreign investors, BlackRock and Blackstone,
00:10:00.700 coming into our communities and buying up every last home. Wall Street now owns 117,000 homes in
00:10:06.720 my state. That's 117,000 homes that Floridians can't buy, can't own, and can't start a family

00:10:19.060 fine on these companies that abuse the H-1B program, or it is levying a dynamic fine on
00:10:25.240 companies that are buying up all of our housing. You create a disincentive, you create a deterrent,
00:10:30.700 And you will be able to deter the behavior that we want nothing to do with.

00:10:51.820 Understanding it's a lot of federal law, but what would you do as governor on illegal immigration, these asylum programs, all of it in the free state of Florida?
00:11:00.700 It's a great question, Steve. And I want to break a little bit of news here, if I will, because I'm such a big fan of what you do and such a big fan of War Room. The federal government does not issue birth certificates. The states do. And as governor, I will direct the Department of Vital Statistics when I am governor to never certify a birth certificate of anyone born to illegal aliens in my state.
00:11:23.580 The Supreme Court can keep playing its games and refusing to actually study the Fourth Amendment, but it's very clear what the 14th Amendment rather represents.

00:12:01.640 big lofty idea. 14th amendment. The Supreme court says we're not going to do anything about it.
00:12:07.880 The people who are born here illegally are actually citizens. Well, actually the Supreme 1.00
00:12:11.520 court and Amy Commie Barrett, she's not the one certifying the birth certificates. I'm the one
00:12:16.820 certifying the birth certificates. It would be my department of vital health statistics
00:12:21.180 that certifies and stamps birth certificates. And what I will direct that department to do
00:12:26.160 when I am governor is I will direct them to never issue stamp or certify a birth certificate
00:12:31.840 for the children of illegal aliens in my state. Then, then we take real control back. And that's 0.66

00:19:36.320 12 different events all around the clock. And so one, you got to hear them. Two, you got to have
00:19:42.440 a plan for them. And three, you have to actually show up, not the Lincoln day dinners, not the
00:19:48.360 Madison day dinners, but show up and meet them where they are. And that's what our campaign has

00:26:16.980 over to China to participate in these dialogues where they make them feel super special.
00:26:23.520 And what they are hoping for is to basically curate and cultivate these people on their dime,
00:26:28.840 I'll be blunt, to give them access to information that they want so they can better understand
00:26:33.280 United States military plans.

00:32:00.100 and that's why they hate it they hate being exposed but still the question gets to be
00:32:04.980 why have they done it man well remember these are the same people who like wouldn't even sit
00:32:12.860 at a table with president trump a lot of these types you know resigned in protest won't even
00:32:17.220 give maga a seat at the table but they'll meet with the chinese communist party for some euphemistic
00:32:22.440 reason that I still don't I still don't even know what the spin would be Steve and I think too
00:32:26.620 political warfare is sure maybe materially distinct from kinetic warfare but it's kind of
00:32:32.360 the prerequisite right they just would prefer to not go kinetic but the point is that you can still
00:32:37.980 going not going kinetic as a means to an end you can still achieve that same end if you literally
00:32:42.880 are able to compromise the former chairman of the joint chiefs of staff and this is something that
00:32:48.280 goes past President Trump, right? This started way before, and there's been a lot of interesting
00:32:53.840 rebrands of this particular program. It started out as the SONIA initiative, but it really is
00:32:59.520 a systemic calculus that these various united front groups follow here in the United States.
00:33:04.800 And I would caveat all this, Steve, with, yes, none of these names that I'm rattling off for
00:33:09.220 you or this institution or this program, or take the journalists, for example, they were never
00:33:14.140 public by design, right? I like sleuthed these names out, you know, deep in the documents,
00:33:19.900 translating stuff. But this is still quasi registered under FERA, right? Like some of
00:33:26.520 these lobbying groups, the formula there being that various Chinese United Front group that's
00:33:32.620 maybe like three shell iterations away from the Ministry of State Security, probably slap a Hong
00:33:37.880 Kong label on it. So it's a little more palatable. We'll retain some form of DC-based lobbyist,
00:33:44.400 BLJ Worldwide, Wilson Global. Those are some of the top ones, at least for QSEF.
00:33:49.480 And they'll pay them tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. One of the top
00:33:53.780 lobbyists, you want to go full conspiracy here, for QSEF was actually the Podesta Group. They
00:33:58.960 were paying them nearly a million dollars a year. The buried lead there, obviously getting
00:34:04.600 influence over the Center for American Progress, which was the think tank that is basically the
00:34:08.520 ideological underpinning of both the Biden and Obama administrations. But once they get these
00:34:13.900 lobbying firms on the payroll, they kind of short circuit and fast track access into the Washington
00:34:19.180 insider class. And in this case, this one started back, I think the lobbying contract started around
00:34:23.920 2007. The first dialogue was in 2008. And it's really interesting because you can see this
00:34:30.740 dialogue evolve and morph into not just the generals, but sort of this vertical and horizontal
00:34:37.020 integration where you see them then bringing in active generals. At that point, they had the
00:34:43.920 current chairman of the Joint Chiefs meeting with, I believe, the CMC commission leader. They also
00:34:50.300 were meeting with Hillary Clinton, bringing them into the State Department in 2009. But to answer
00:34:55.720 your question about the motivations, which I would say I've heard deafening silence from these people
00:35:01.580 on this story. And it's not like, I don't know, no one other than the literal Secretary of War,
00:35:06.280 Pete Hegseth, literally quote tweeted my story and shared it. So I know all these people have
00:35:10.060 seen it. I'm sure they're getting hounded in the comments. But I think the best example of why
00:35:15.040 these people do these things is none other than someone who I hope when this audience thinks of
00:35:20.100 what a trader is, you think of Admiral William Bill Owens, someone who basically was the U.S.
00:35:26.800 originator of this dialogue since, like I said, 2008. And after helping to set this up, really
00:35:32.860 spearhead that vertical and horizontal integration of this whole program, became a consultant and
00:35:39.620 advisor for Huawei. Talk about infiltrating this country in a non-kinetic way. Okay, I guess it's
00:35:46.600 technical infiltration that of course is the ccp telecom company that is both a spy front also a
00:35:51.960 national security threat that was of course later blacklisted by the trump administration but he was
00:35:56.700 actively lobbying for them trying to get sprint to use their products and embed them in the united
00:36:03.200 states then went on to literally complain in like congressional testimony writing op-eds saying and i
00:36:09.500 quote i object to the way huawei was treated in the united states because it's unfair but later he
00:36:15.400 went on to write an op-ed titled, quote, America must start treating China as a friend. And now he
00:36:21.040 and one other participant in this dialogue, a woman who was just sort of a supporting role,
00:36:26.560 they have an advisory group called Red Bison Advisory, where they help Chinese companies get
00:36:31.800 a foothold in the United States. So when you really start pulling the threads to this, and by
00:36:36.940 the way, that's only public because he had to register with Bera for that. And he literally
00:36:41.340 is dumb enough to write op-eds that are so glaringly, I mean, basically coming from the 0.99
00:36:46.300 PRC internal or international department. But all of these other people, I think, warrant 0.99
00:36:51.420 investigation into. This is why I've been beating the drum for the DOJ, not just to go after these
00:36:57.020 individuals, but to investigate all of the journalists, particularly the lobbyists who
00:37:01.480 worked with QSEF. But Steve, this goes so much deeper too. Concurrently, you have the same groups
00:37:07.380 that make up the backbone. So here you have QCEF working in conjunction with the actual political
00:37:12.400 worker department of the PLA, but you also have QCEF working with a similar organization, which
00:37:17.740 is CPA, FFC, and Bill Gates, because of course, but they have the farmland spinoff of this. So
00:37:25.700 they're going after the mayors, the local agriculture officials, getting them to write
00:37:29.480 the op-eds, push the papers, and push the collaboration, saying that China should own
00:37:33.500 farmland in the United States. And Steve, I would also add one other layer to this. I'm aware this
00:37:38.440 is all over the place, but there's so much to distill here. Part of it is the actual like boots
00:37:43.040 on the ground compromise. I mean, as someone who follows PRC infiltration, it is very often that
00:37:48.460 you see a new DOJ indictment about someone who used to have some position at some government
00:37:53.160 agency. Sometimes it's literally just because they were DMed on LinkedIn, giving over classified
00:37:57.860 documents to the Chinese. In some cases, it's for like $10,000. There's like a ton of active cases 0.74
00:38:04.020 ongoing right now. There was one just a few months ago at the highest levels of the Pentagon,
00:38:08.520 selling and turning over documents. But it's also symbolic for the Chinese, right? Even President 0.59
00:38:14.580 Trump going over to China, that is such a symbolic win for them. I forget the exact year because it
00:38:19.360 was slightly distinct from this program, but Tung Chi Hua, who is the chairman of QCEF, the group
00:38:25.160 that is responsible for all of this pay for play stuff. And it's just a front for the Chinese 0.98
00:38:29.300 communist party. Like there's no way around it. I'm not being anything other than truthful here. 0.96
00:38:33.540 This guy, it's basically like inviting Xi Jinping's, you know, global international propaganda
00:38:37.660 spokesperson. They actually invited him, believe it or not, to West Point. And he gave a speech
00:38:43.060 there. And you can see pictures of him talking there. A lot of professors at the NDU and even
00:38:50.940 some at West Point have co-sponsored and co-authored papers with QSEF. And part of it is a symbolic
00:38:58.360 victory for the Chinese. But I think you also have to understand, and frankly, Steve, I think it's
00:39:02.640 why we get so maligned as crazy China hawks here on this program. Yeah, if you drink the Kool-Aid
00:39:08.520 that the PRC, International Propaganda Department, is giving you that collaboration with China is
00:39:13.700 great, then yeah, you're probably going to think I'm crazy. But if you actually see China for what
00:39:18.140 it is, which you gave me that worldview, it's true, read the Chinese Communist Party's own
00:39:22.640 writings, you understand that collaboration is not mutually beneficial. And by the way,
00:39:27.200 collaboration is a pipe dream. You can't collaborate with your existential threat.
00:39:31.340 And case in point, Steve, here's the other thing too. If you want to make the argument that
00:39:37.240 dialogues like these are essential for preserving peace between the United States and China,
00:39:43.280 um look at the footing of the chinese communist party right now what was it just about a month
00:39:48.840 ago they're publishing their first white paper ever where they're literally declaring that they 0.76
00:39:53.080 are in charge of the new world order look at how aggressive they've become in taiwan have you seen
00:39:58.500 any of these generals any of these people go on mainstream television sign some letter saying hey
00:40:03.900 maybe what the chinese communist party's doing here because of this inside information that i
00:40:07.520 have because i'm so close with them maybe let's use that for good for the national security of
00:40:12.120 the United States of America. No, they're buying their silence. That's the point. So there's so
00:40:18.440 many layers to all of this. I would encourage the Pentagon to investigate these people. I'd
00:40:23.300 encourage DOJ to look at what materials were handed over. I would truly bet my journalistic
00:40:28.060 career that if you really go after these people, you will get a lot of indictments. Same with the
00:40:33.520 journalists, though I don't know exactly what that charge would be. This is probably more clear

00:48:56.760 when I said I want to write a book on the American Revolution, I wasn't setting out to write a book
00:49:01.820 about God and the founding. I wanted to just, as you know, because you read the book, just tell
00:49:06.780 the story, the beautiful stories of the larger epic story of the birth of America. And in the
00:49:14.440 course of doing my research, I was over and over and over astonished at the centrality not just of
00:49:21.880 God, but of people consciously, explicitly trying to do the will of God, trying to create a government
00:49:27.860 that really is a biblical form of government. How does that work? Well, it's like going back
00:49:34.660 to the Sinai Covenant. We come out from under Pharaoh and out of Egypt, and we look directly
00:49:39.760 to God as our king. All of that stuff amazed me. And so my book, as you know, is not about that,
00:49:46.640 but it's all through the stories. If you read the stories accurately and you don't hide this
00:49:52.480 kind of stuff, like PBS and Ken Burns hides it, and like a lot of these academics hide it,
00:49:57.620 it's everywhere. And I think for about 200 years, most Americans knew this. They knew that the
00:50:02.900 Great Awakening led to, you know, preparing the ground for people to govern themselves,
00:50:09.120 prepared the ground for the Declaration of Independence. People knew this for about 200
00:50:12.640 years, but in our lifetime, people have been secularizing everything, have been just trying
00:50:17.540 to shove it away. And I kind of stumbled into that. And so I think there's a lot of anger on
00:50:24.720 the left. I'm guessing this is why Barnes & Noble will not put these books in the front of the
00:50:29.740 stores or hiding them in the religion section or something like that. This is not a religion book.
00:50:34.160 It's an American history book, but I really think that part of the larger story is that we're at a moment in our history where we have to rediscover these truths, that most Americans have to learn or have to be reminded, listen, you do not get liberty and equality and flourishing without God.
00:50:53.500 The idea of the free market, all of this stuff, the idea of respecting people with whom you disagree, all of this stuff comes out of the Bible.
