00:00:00.000 racism is completely absurd but it's also completely trumpian like mike lindell he
00:00:06.880 believes any vote against him is a rigged one but trump is the president of the united states and he
00:00:12.240 is already pushing the envelope during tuesday's balloting in minneapolis a city that is still
00:00:18.000 reeling from trump's ice raids federal election observers tried to talk their way into at least
00:00:23.680 at least one polling place.
00:00:27.340 Jacob Mollis voted inside Powderhorn Recreation Center
00:00:30.660 minutes before federal observers arrived.
00:00:33.900 Perfect, perfect.
00:00:35.260 An election judge came out to confirm who they were
00:00:37.940 and make sure they stayed 100 feet from the building.
00:00:40.940 Hennepin and Ramsey counties denied federal observers
00:00:43.360 inside polling places, which is within the county's rights,
00:00:46.780 so they had to be 100 feet outside.
00:00:49.420 Do you have signage for where 100 feet is?
00:00:52.100 I have it. Do you want me to go?
00:00:53.520 Good on her. And that could be just the beginning.
00:01:00.720 This week, newly confirmed attorney general and former Trump criminal defense lawyer Todd Blanche said the next federal election observers could be armed ICE agents.
00:01:10.940 Now, when it comes to ICE officers, you recently expressed some support to deploy them to polling locations, armed federal officers.
00:01:18.660 Now, how do you reconcile that with, obviously, the federal law that prohibits federal law enforcement to be armed at these locations?
00:01:24.960 If you're here illegally, you are not allowed to vote.
00:01:27.760 So I also am not sure of the uproar of the risk of having a Border Patrol or an ICE agent at a polling location or looking into whether somebody is voting that shouldn't be.
00:01:37.900 If you are here illegally, you cannot vote.
00:01:40.460 And so what's the risk?
00:01:43.440 The risk is voter intimidation, Tom Blanche.
00:01:46.660 and it is all happening because Donald Trump wants it to happen.
00:01:51.160 How prepared, when we talk about the federal overreach of them just showing up at places like this,
00:01:56.060 are other states for this?
00:01:57.420 Because Mr. Baxter knew what to do.
00:01:58.760 That polling place worker knew what to do.
00:02:00.740 Are you confident that election workers, administrators throughout the country understand
00:02:04.580 that they don't have to participate in this?
00:02:07.560 So, look, this is where, you know, I depart from some of the happy talk that you sometimes get.
00:02:12.880 You know, there there is a tendency for everyone to want to say, well, don't worry, the poll workers will take care of it.
00:02:18.040 Well, here's two problems for you. The first is that it's a lot to ask poll workers to stand up to the federal government.
00:02:23.960 It's one thing if it's a bunch of guys in polo shirts like that, you know, who are jokers looking to, you know, maybe cause a little bit of a disruption, but but otherwise fine.
00:02:31.760 But let's imagine it's not that let's imagine it's ICE agents with guns. Right.
00:02:35.720 Let's imagine it is it is people with much more aggressive tactics. Right. It's a lot to put on the poll workers.
00:02:41.020 But here's the second problem, and I need everyone to pay attention to this.
00:02:45.800 There are a lot of really good election officials, but Tina Peters was an election official.
00:02:51.340 Republicans have been putting in key positions in key states and counties around this country election deniers.
00:02:59.160 The election deniers are not just running for statewide offices.
00:03:01.860 They're not just running for secretary of state.
00:03:03.380 They're running or being placed in these local election officials as well.
00:03:07.140 So do I think that in Minneapolis we are in good shape?
00:03:10.560 Yes. But what happens when you are in a state like Texas or in a state like Florida, where, you know, the Republican Party sort of runs the state government, but also has infiltrated at a MAGA level into a lot of these local county positions?
00:03:25.860 And that is where I worry that it isn't going to just be election officials standing up to the federal government. Remember, I mentioned we have won 21 cases. Department of Justice sued 30 states.
00:03:37.120 There were 20 states that turned it over voluntarily. And those are the places I am in some ways more worried.
00:03:42.940 Yeah, that is terrifying. And then you have candidates like Mike Lindell, who, you know, it is it is bonkers.
00:03:48.800 They're coming at this, Mark, from all all directions.
00:03:51.400 And today, the Trump administration lawyers, they filed this request asking the Supreme Court to lift a second injunction against this executive order that was targeting vote by mail.
00:04:00.420 What can you explain to us what the outlook is there? What are the stakes for voters in this case?
00:04:03.700 Yeah. So Donald Trump put in place an executive order, tried to put in place an executive order last year to take over voting.
00:04:12.160 We sued. Others sued. We won. And that was blocked.
00:04:14.940 Then this year he put it forward in other executive order.
00:04:18.540 And in some ways it's much more audacious because what it seeks to do is to commandeer the U.S. Postal Service to require states to provide that voter data that we're beating them in court on when they're trying to go to the states.
00:04:29.740 try to get the state staff to turn it over to the Postal Service, or else the Postal Service,
00:04:34.120 wait for it, won't deliver you a mail-in ballot. So that has now been challenged in court.
00:04:39.680 And the first of those cases to get to the Supreme Court was a case brought by Democratic
00:04:44.320 attorneys general. And they wanted the trial court. They wanted the Court of Appeals. And
00:04:48.560 the administration is asking the Supreme Court to set that aside. We are all waiting now to hear
00:04:53.820 what the Supreme Court says. But here is my message. If you look at what the Trump administration is
00:04:58.380 saying they are not saying that the Supreme Court should rule their way because Donald Trump was
00:05:02.980 right. They are not saying that the Supreme Court should rule their way because this was
00:05:05.900 constitutional. Oh, no, no. They're arguing it's not right. That, you know, like maybe the Postal
00:05:11.880 Service will just tell to Donald Trump, no, we're not going to do what you want. Maybe Todd Blanche
00:05:16.120 will say, oh, you know what, Mr. President, on this voting thing, we're not going along with you.
00:05:20.740 Maybe Mark Wayne Mullins at DHS will say, ah, I don't care what the executive order is. I'm going
00:05:25.860 to do the right thing by the American people. And so because of that possibility, the Department
00:05:30.640 of Justice is telling the Supreme Court, you know what, Your Honor, there's nothing to rule on yet.
00:05:34.060 Are no heroes. There's proud MAGA and scared MAGA. And they all are MAGA in the end. And so
00:05:39.360 they will all try to subvert the outcome of free and fair elections. They are all on board with
00:05:44.280 what Donald Trump is saying and lying about every single day. And we cannot give any of them the
00:05:50.160 benefit of the doubt. New Fox News poll shows the U.S. Senate race in Maine is competitive,
00:05:56.900 even after a major change on the Democratic side, right? Democrats are doing five points better
00:06:02.360 this month with Jackson. Troy Jackson. With Graham Platt. Who knew? Troy Jackson, who replaced
00:06:08.540 Graham Plattner in July, leads Republican Senator Susan Collins by two points within the poll's
00:06:14.920 margin of error. Other recent Fox News polling has shown Democrats leading in several key
00:06:20.100 Senate races in Georgia. Senator John Ossoff leads Republican Congressman Mike Collins
00:06:25.540 by 13 points. In North Carolina, former Governor Roy Cooper is ahead of Michael Watley by nine
00:06:32.320 points. In Ohio, former Senator Sherrod Brown leaves Senator John Husted by eight points.
00:06:39.280 In Iowa, State Representative Josh Turek is ahead of Congresswoman Ashley Hinson by four points.
00:06:47.740 And in Texas, State Representative James Tallarico leads Attorney General Ken Paxton by three points.
00:06:56.360 And then Troy Jackson might do, of course.
00:06:58.780 And you never know how things are going to go.
00:07:00.360 There's also another race out there in Alaska where you have a very strong Democratic candidate there
00:07:06.920 that may be far more competitive than Alaska usually is.
00:07:10.160 But again, it's early.
00:07:12.100 I always say it's early until after all the votes have been counted.
00:07:14.940 And then you can actually say, but nobody knows how this is going to break.
00:07:18.940 Republicans have a massive advantage financially going into the fall.
00:07:22.580 We'll see, though, if that makes any difference or not,
00:07:26.700 because right now things certainly look like they're trending democratically.
00:07:29.900 Some of those other races, John, what jumps out to you in that poll?
00:07:32.920 I mean, certainly, again, one poll, polling has been bad.
00:07:35.260 But those are very good numbers for Democrats right now.
00:07:38.480 And I think two states that just jumped out at me were ones that have sort of flown under the radar a little bit.
00:07:43.540 Ohio and Iowa.
00:07:45.540 These are two states that, you know, 12, 16 years ago were the definition of battlegrounds.
00:07:51.540 You know, Joe, but they've really trended red in recent cycles.
00:07:55.680 Trump has won them handily, particularly Ohio.
00:07:58.280 Some Democrats thought like, well, we can't even play there anymore.
00:08:00.760 But there is one Democrat who does win statewide there.
00:08:04.080 That's Senator Sherrod Brown. He, you know, and he's he lost. But now he's back and up eight again, all the caveats.
00:08:12.180 But that's that's very interesting. And in Iowa, too, when Democrats had the shot to win back the Senate and the governor's mansion in that state,
00:08:21.080 another one that really had been going red in recent years. To me, those are huge warning signs for the GOP.
00:08:28.240 Well, you're right. I mean, I don't trust any polls right now.
00:08:31.000 you look at these poll numbers, though, the ones that really jump out at me are the two that you
00:08:36.320 talked about. Ohio seems to be gone. And listen, if anybody can win that race, Democrats have the
00:08:44.020 candidate that can win that race there in 2026. He's a populist. And Brown, again, has built a
00:08:53.900 really good rapport with working class people in Ohio. But plus eight, nah, it's not plus eight.
00:09:02.660 I mean, I think if you look at Ohio and Iowa, if Democrats do happen to win those states because
00:09:11.040 it's a wave, I'd be surprised if it was outside two points. I mean, those are really those two
00:09:17.040 states over the past 10 years have turned really red. Thursday, 13, August in the year of your
00:09:25.480 Lord, 2026. Right there. It is Fox News. Their polling is not the best, but it is Fox News.
00:09:34.960 And it manifests something the war was talked about for months and months and months. If the
00:09:41.680 senate does nothing and they treat president trump as a lame duck this is what you're going to get
00:09:49.440 if they put that uh that graphic up for a moment look at that graphic uh we cut that as we warn
00:09:56.380 ossoff up 13 in georgia how's that working out for you uh how's that working out for you uh
00:10:03.060 kemp and the georgia establishment how's that working out for you cooper how's whatley working
00:10:08.820 out north carolina i think i said a couple of times no name recognition no energy and the
00:10:13.260 grassroots where he does have name recognition the grassroots hating he's down nine sherrod brown
00:10:19.860 what's the word they're populist populist vivek the governor's disastrous governor's candidate
00:10:26.180 um you know vivek uh heritage americans suck uh ramaswamy uh he's pulling the whole thing down
00:10:33.940 Sherrod Brown, a populace up eight. Iowa up four. Tallarico up three. And Texas, Troy Jackson
00:10:42.500 up two. Of course, everything we do in the Senate is protect. You got to protect Collins in Maine.
00:10:49.380 You have to protect Collins. That's why you can't do anything. So how's that working out for you,
00:10:53.600 Thune? Right here's the disaster. This is what I've said. If you want to save completely a
00:10:59.980 absolute debacle focus on these house districts because i don't care how much stephen law and
00:11:05.900 mitch mcconnell and how much the donors have poured money into here if you treat president
00:11:10.500 trump as a lame duck you don't do anything people are not going to show up there's zero enthusiasm
00:11:15.860 for any of these candidates except for paxton we're getting to that in a second i've got uh
00:11:20.740 todd bensman's going to join us also natalie is going to be with us this afternoon the five
00:11:26.080 o'clock hour natalie's got all kind of breaking stories including she's turned her now investigative
00:11:30.560 eyes and apparatus onto this situation with the out of control uh marxist jihadist and we focus
00:11:39.260 on the jihadist in the five o'clock hour to go through all these disastrous uh moves by uh these
00:11:46.260 radical muslims in this country to take political power and of course the radical left goading him
00:11:52.460 on in the republican party being unable to stop them daily mail it's a big story up today natalie
00:11:57.640 kind of broke it yesterday in research she was doing about uh i don't know foot washing in in
00:12:02.640 dallas fort worth airport a uh setting aside a special a little side side off a side uh deal
00:12:10.640 for muslims to make sure i guess their feet are clean some sort of religious ceremony before they
00:12:16.120 get on planes uh we're going to go into that in detail and also the radicalness of the candidate
00:12:22.700 in michigan but you notice michigan ain't up there i mean peter's maybe uh you know the peter's
00:12:29.340 replacement with mike rogers and abdul could be the race that saves it but as of now by fox news
00:12:36.880 by fox news down big in six senate seats and we warned about this and all the money in the world
00:12:43.740 They sit back and say, oh, well, we have a billion dollars.
00:12:46.220 We raised some donors.
00:12:47.360 It's the donors' policies that are turning people off.
00:12:52.000 Let's get back to basics.
00:12:53.740 Let's get back to populist nationalism.
00:12:56.140 Let's get back to populist economic policies, conservative social policies, and nationalistic foreign policy, national security policy, and, wait for it, economic nationalism.
00:13:08.700 If you do this, you're not going to have those poll numbers.
00:13:11.480 and guess what you don't have to spend a billion dollars trying to convince people because you
00:13:14.480 ain't going to convince them people are smart enough to understand this is why the uh lower
00:13:20.800 propensity trump voters that don't normally vote in midterms they're not going to show up
00:13:25.780 they're certainly not going to show up in these senate races and this is a disgrace
00:13:30.920 the top two put that can you put that chart back up there people don't need to see me
00:13:36.700 yelling and screaming can we get my chart that okay i got my chart the first two are from my
00:13:43.520 beloved south 13 points you wonder why they're talking about ossoff as a presidential candidate
00:13:50.300 to replace uh newsom he's up 13 points in a fox poll against kemp's uh this is what the uh this
00:14:00.040 is what the rhinos get you a 13 point ass kicking not going to end up like this but how how obscene
00:14:10.000 is that north carolina good on you we got a rnc chair that nobody knows the people know
00:14:18.020 knowing don't like him down nine to cooper another total phony okay todd bensman's with us uh tyler
00:14:25.900 O'Neill on the arrest yesterday of the Southern Poverty Law Center, I think CFO. We've got Dr.
00:14:31.640 Jeffrey Tucker going to go to the White House. Rickard's going to join us. We're packed wall-to-wall
00:14:36.260 day. Birch Gold, our sponsor, I want to thank particularly Philip Patrick coming on last night.
00:14:43.600 You know, the Lakers sold for $12 billion yesterday. They said today on the morning joke,
00:14:48.220 was it the queens the rock groups uh catalog sold for a billion dollars you know why that's
00:14:57.480 called the devaluation of the u.s dollar you don't wait until your house is on fire to install
00:15:02.220 a smoke detector and you don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your windows and the power goes
00:15:08.380 out to prepare for a hurricane and you don't reach for your seat belt after the impact because after
00:15:15.680 the crash the hurricane or the house fire it's too late similarly you don't wait until the dollar
00:15:21.800 goes to zero before you buy gold it's too late then diversify with precious metals and diversify
00:15:28.380 now because you never know what will threaten your savings next persistent inflation a weakening
00:15:34.940 dollar unexpected financial disruptions you don't know what's coming but you can take preventative
00:15:40.720 steps and you can take them today. Do that right now by requesting a free information kit on gold

00:16:12.780 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen
00:16:15.280 K. Bannon.
00:16:19.740 If you,
00:16:21.180 by the way, what I meant by that, the Lakers are
00:16:22.940 $12 billion. The Queens
00:16:24.340 catalog, I'm not a Queen fan,
00:16:26.960 but a billion dollars.
00:16:29.500 Are these things that much more
00:16:31.020 valuable as the drop in purchasing
00:16:32.880 power of the dollar? I don't know.
00:16:35.040 jeffrey tucker's gonna be on here about covet in a while dr jeffrey tucker i'm gonna ask him
00:16:39.600 because he did the great study but the purchasing powers dropped 50 since biden 50 let me look at
00:16:45.020 the numbers uh people are flocking to hard assets that's what you should look at gold
00:16:50.080 birchgold.com slash bannon end of the dollar empire also take your phone out b-a-n-n-o-n
00:16:57.980 9-8-9-8-9-8 get access to philip patrick and the team and do it today uh i think it's time
00:17:05.600 you had a conversation about gold as they still point in the turning world of finance now that
00:17:11.020 the global bond markets are in turmoil particularly over in asia make sure that that contagion will
00:17:19.200 eventually get here think about it world's largest margin call is coming todd bensman uh brilliant
00:17:26.600 so so if you lose i just go back it's fox news folks fox news polls they're not the best pollsters
00:17:35.080 but these are outside margin if you lose maine north carolina and ohio right as states we have
00:17:42.580 then you're down to the that if you just lose those you hold everything else uh the vice
00:17:47.920 president breaks the tie but that makes iowa kansas alaska nebraska and texas all important
00:17:56.580 uh bensman you've got a great piece up in uh and it people have to connect dots here but this is
00:18:04.260 what we do at the war room and thank god there's the federalists and people like todd bensman and
00:18:08.000 heritage all that todd you spent years you've dedicated your professional life either at texas
00:18:13.620 with law enforcement the federal government or as an independent analyst and uh and and uh
00:18:19.880 expert subject matter expert about the southern border about the invasion about migrants asylum
00:18:27.060 policy uh you wrote you wrote the definitive book on jihadists coming across the border
00:18:32.280 uh you've written uh that amazing book with that awesome cover about biden's policy you really
00:18:38.040 changed the direction of the nation of getting people awakened to this uh and i think this is
00:18:42.860 a brilliant piece and nobody's talking about it and we have to talk about it they talk about
00:18:47.260 Tallarico is kind of a twerp and, you know, he's weird and he's like from another planet and all
00:18:52.740 that. Yes, that's all true. And that's going to play big in Texas. But most importantly,
00:18:58.280 he is an absolute radical. People have to understand what he's going to be pushing and
00:19:03.180 voting for. And your piece in the Sean Davis's Federalist Today lays it out. Talk to me about
00:19:09.280 the invasion of our southern border, the 20 million illegal aliens we have here on Biden's
00:19:15.040 watch and how Tallarico is really an apostle of that, sir. Under the Biden administration,
00:19:22.960 we had 10 plus million people hit that border because they allowed them in. They were just
00:19:32.780 allowing them in to make asylum claims. Trump shut the whole thing down in one day by denying
00:19:39.560 them the opportunity to abuse the asylum system. That's the basic thing. And then expelling
00:19:45.820 everybody. So the border is quieter than it's ever been in recorded history, because no asylum
00:19:54.900 and everybody gets expelled that we can lay hands on. Tallarico comes in with this weird idea. I
00:20:03.600 call it weird because it's so contradictory on its face. He says, we're going to put a welcome mat
00:20:09.040 out, and we're going to lock the door. Welcome, Matt, lock door. So I decided to dig into what
00:20:17.400 does he mean by that, and there's plenty of material out there that he provides the public
00:20:22.960 with what he means. He wants to bring back asylum claims at the border. That is an absolute
00:20:30.920 guaranteed mad rush on the border. The second you start doing that, you invite the entire world
00:20:38.940 over that border. That's what the Biden administration did. So he says the locked
00:20:45.060 door, if you dig down, you drill in, but his locked door, what he means by that is we're going to very
00:20:51.140 quickly do a fast track asylum determination on everybody that we let in. But there's no mention
00:21:01.500 at all glaring gap about deporting them if they're denied. And in fact, his policy calls
00:21:10.260 for pretty much letting everybody in and never deporting anybody, leaving alone anybody who's
00:21:19.280 not a hardened convicted criminal or something, which is like most of the people that are coming
00:21:24.300 across, which is basically an open border. It's Biden's open border. And I found that
00:21:31.440 in his speeches, he's using the same terminology that the Mayorkas, DHS used to use, that Biden
00:21:39.360 used to use, safe, orderly asylum processes, the safe, orderly, and humane. I don't know how many
00:21:46.780 times I brought that up on the war room to the posse during those four years, but it was nonstop.
00:21:54.060 That was their stock and trade. We're going to have safe, orderly processing at the border, which basically means everybody gets in. We're going to have more border patrol to just process everybody in.
00:22:07.100 And so when you really dig down into what he means by locked door, he doesn't provide for any deportation about people who were denied asylum, and that's an open border.
00:22:20.100 And that's my whole point here is that Tallarico and people like him on the far left are using tough sounding terminology in order to lure in maybe Trump defectors, Trump voter defectors and independents that might swing the election here in Texas.
00:22:42.280 I'm in Austin. Just enough. He's looking for independence. Look, it's a midterm election.
00:22:48.960 These are lower propensity voters.
00:22:50.500 They're lower information.
00:22:51.320 Doesn't mean they're dumber.
00:22:52.080 It's just that politics is not a part of their life, right?
00:22:55.460 So this is the type of propaganda he's trying to sound just like Mayorkas, safe or at least humane.
00:23:02.700 It's open borders.
00:23:04.080 He's got to welcome that out.
00:23:05.440 And this is what, you know, Senator, Lieutenant General Paxton, the attorney general, has got to start ripping on this.
00:23:14.740 They got to expose Tallarico for what he really is.
00:23:17.180 he goes back to what's helped destroy texas this open borders policy todd and i think that there's
00:23:22.840 and there's others the situation michigan is the exact same you notice michigan's not on that chart
00:23:27.980 they're just starting to pull it now uh i'm hearing pretty good news out of it not great news but
00:23:32.940 pretty good news but people got to start putting like the jihadist up in michigan on notice they
00:23:38.560 we have to field strip these people in front of of the nation and particularly for other states
00:23:43.260 You've got to start telling exactly how they are because they've got all the happy talk to kind of divert, particularly people that just don't follow politics that closely, Todd Bensman.
00:23:53.860 Right. And, you know, he's running for Senate, U.S. Senate.
00:23:57.200 He's not the president. He won't have charge for two years of that policy.
00:24:03.100 But here's why it matters.
00:24:05.280 If he wins, he's the polls are showing him a little bit ahead of Paxton at the moment.
00:24:10.780 We saw what happened, what polls actually mean in Wisconsin in the governor's race with Han just recently.
00:24:19.620 But he is promising that because he's from Texas, his family's from Laredo.
00:24:27.880 He's saying, I should lead the charge on border policy.
00:24:33.380 I should be the one because I'm from Texas.
00:24:36.700 I should be the guy.
00:24:37.940 And so if that's the case, raising the question about what does he really mean by locked door welcome mat is a completely fair question to deconstruct.
00:24:50.460 It's absurd.
00:24:52.120 Not just a fair question.
00:24:53.640 You've got to go rip this guy's face off.
00:24:55.820 We're not looking for fair questions.
00:24:57.460 Fair questions.
00:24:58.360 This is partisan politics, baby.
00:25:00.100 You've got to get into it because this guy's an open borders guy.
00:25:02.160 we got listen you didn't get 10 to 12 to 13 to 20 million uh asylum seekers migrants illegal aliens
00:25:09.780 in the country that's going to tear the country apart once we start doing what has to be done
00:25:15.020 mass deportations nobody wants to talk about that oh because they're going to say something bad on
00:25:20.240 msmc they're going to put a camera in somebody's face and somebody's going to say wow why are we
00:25:24.500 doing that it's got to be done or you're not having you don't have a nation you do not have
00:25:29.040 a nation if we don't do this and that's why it starts the border what president trump has done
00:25:33.140 i want to go back for allusion this is what todd todd blanche was saying he says i don't understand
00:25:39.180 why people are upset of course we're going to have ice agents because people that are non-citizens
00:25:44.400 can't vote and of course nbc comes back and says well that's intimidation why isn't it it's
00:25:49.260 intimidation it should be intimidating to non-citizens yes we want it to be intimidating
00:25:54.240 to non-citizens you should not go to a polling place the democratic model todd as you know
00:25:59.460 is to flood the zone with people that are not eligible to vote to vote and this is why they
00:26:06.400 can scream all they want and cry they want throw their toys out of the pram but this is going to
00:26:10.460 happen uh todd your thoughts on ice agents at polling places i think ice agents belong at
00:26:18.720 polling places. They can go anywhere they want. That's their job. Their job is to find illegal
00:26:24.800 aliens wherever they are. That's their job. We hired them to do that, and the law says that they
00:26:30.660 have to do that. But you're right. Listen, if 278,000 non-citizens are registered to vote in
00:26:41.320 just four states that we know of, that means, I mean, there's millions probably who are at least
00:26:47.800 registered to vote. That is not just a problem. That is a catastrophe because elections in this
00:26:58.020 country these days are decided by a few thousand votes. I mean, look what happened in Michigan. I
00:27:05.460 mean, the guy won the primary by like 1% or something. Who knows how many non-citizens
00:27:11.940 voted in that thing. It might have been enough. And all of our elections are that close. So
00:27:18.760 there needs to be a big crackdown on people who are registered. First of all, just to register,
00:27:27.900 get rid of the automatic license, driver's license application registration function
00:27:34.280 in all these blue states. All be done. Right. Todd, we got to bounce. Where do people go to
00:27:39.760 get your writings where they go that's right it's uh i'm on x at t bensman and also getter
00:27:46.720 true social todd bensman.com you can find all my material i work for heritage foundation yep
00:27:54.140 thank you you get the guys at heritage you're doing a great job incredible it's up on the
00:28:00.680 federalist today sean davis's federalist fantastic piece todd bensman thanks for kicking us off
00:28:06.040 Tyler O'Neill, Southern Poverty Law Center being arrested next. If you're 65 or already on Medicare,
00:28:14.320 listen up, folks, and grab a pen, maybe even a number two pencil. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. That's
00:28:23.080 845-WAR-ROOM. Call it right now. I'm serious. Call it. Now, here's why. The insurance companies
00:28:29.400 and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you
00:28:35.440 and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print, nobody but a lobbyist understands.
00:28:42.920 Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little. And worst of all,
00:28:47.860 most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you. That's why if you're already on Medicare or will
00:28:54.080 be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter. They have a team of advisors trained
00:29:00.020 to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes, they can find
00:29:05.420 you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost. Why? They're a data company. They have all
00:29:11.660 the data on every plan. It's totally free. There's no pressure, no BS, just straightforward, honest
00:29:18.840 help from fellow patriots. So don't wait. Call 845-WAR-ROOM right now. That's 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:29:24.760 Tell them Bannon sent you.
00:29:27.180 Now, listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the Warren Posse,
00:29:31.520 Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in these fees.
00:29:38.300 Go check it out today.
00:29:39.620 That's chapter.
00:29:40.820 Call 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:29:43.200 Do it today.
00:29:44.420 A case against the former chief financial officer of the Southern Poverty Law Center.
00:29:50.320 Can you please speak a little bit about what you've learned as part of that investigation?
00:29:53.980 and if we should expect more charges?
00:29:57.400 So I'm not, so yes, today, my understanding is today there was an arrest made
00:30:01.960 and there is a new indictment that includes the former CFO of SPLC.
00:30:08.660 I don't have any comments about whether, we said from the beginning,
00:30:11.820 everybody, not just me, but anybody who's talked about this case,
00:30:14.620 like virtually every criminal case, the fact that an indictment is returned doesn't end the investigation.
00:30:21.280 It's just part of the investigation in most cases, which is certainly true in this case.
00:30:25.780 I think as alleged in the indictment, this individual participated in the scheme as alleged.
00:30:32.020 I believe she was part of the effort to open bank accounts and completely fictitious companies' names
00:30:37.880 and make payments to individuals for reasons that were not accurate as described.
00:30:46.060 But I don't have, I think the indictment was unsealed this morning.
00:30:51.000 I don't have, or I believe it was unsealed this morning.
00:30:52.960 I think the arrest was this morning.
00:30:54.520 I don't have anything to say beyond that,
00:30:56.100 except to say that this is exactly what we said would happen in a case like this,
00:30:59.520 which is that our investigators and the U.S. attorneys
00:31:02.660 and the agents working the case can keep on working it
00:31:05.620 even after the initial indictment.
00:31:09.080 Okay, Tyler O'Neill joins us.
00:31:11.040 He wrote the definitive book on Southern Poverty Law Center a couple of years ago.
00:31:14.760 He's in the process of updating it.
00:31:16.400 He's also read The Daily Signal.
00:31:18.420 Rob Blewey's great site.
00:31:19.400 remember we had rob on last week from the uh steelers training camp um tyler the reason i
00:31:25.820 wanted to have you on this morning we'd love you good on you you this was a called shot you said
00:31:30.960 this was going to happen you also said hey look they're probably going to start rolling up initially
00:31:35.600 i guess people at a more at mid-level or junior level looking for big fish later walk us through
00:31:41.240 what exactly happened yesterday your understanding of it sir yes so yesterday federal officials
00:31:48.380 arrested Heidi Bayrick. She is the former CFO of the Southern Poverty Law Center. She is alleged
00:31:57.640 in the indictment to have not only been part of the conspiracy to set up this alleged wire fraud
00:32:04.880 scheme and the bank fraud scheme to lie to banks setting up these shell companies to hide payments
00:32:12.080 to extremists, to members of groups like the Ku Klux Klan. And Barrick herself allegedly was
00:32:20.460 involved in a years-long romantic relationship with a neo-Nazi, a member of a neo-Nazi organization
00:32:27.720 who is clandestinely receiving money from the Southern Poverty Law Center to the tune of $140,000.
00:32:35.260 Now, this money was paid to this informant, and this informant allegedly was in a relationship
00:32:43.260 with Byrick. Byrick then goes on to take the money. She shares bank accounts with this alleged
00:32:51.420 informant and used about, it was about 66% of the couple's finances were received directly from the
00:33:00.260 Southern Poverty Law Center in the way of this clandestine funding. So it was through one of
00:33:08.040 these fictitious accounts that Bayrick herself is accused of taking money and using it for her
00:33:15.320 own purposes in this romantic relationship with a neo-Nazi member. And also the overall scheme
00:33:25.940 was to essentially fund kkk neo-nazi groups like this to act racist when they're kind of
00:33:34.160 withering on the vine but to give them fuel so the southern poverty law center can continue to
00:33:39.740 go out and point to and put it on a danger list charlie kirk and the turning point usa the war
00:33:45.680 room everything everybody associated with charlie kirk or ourselves as these uh demons uh and uh
00:33:52.180 and kind of kick up false or phony racism or hate groups, correct?
00:33:59.480 Yeah, no, that's exactly right.
00:34:00.940 So the main reason why I've been focusing on the SPLC for a long time,
00:34:05.040 long before I knew that they had been clandestinely funding
00:34:08.940 these members of the Klan and such,
00:34:11.120 I had known because they constantly exaggerated hate in America.
00:34:16.160 And it's exactly as you said, what you had with the SPLC,
00:34:20.020 you had this system that was set up where they benefited from any sort of extremism they could
00:34:28.360 point out to that would make them relevant. So when you are establishing yourself as an
00:34:33.300 organization that monitors hate and America slowly becomes less hateful on your watch,
00:34:40.740 that is negative for your fundraising. So what the SPLC had to do, they had to find new hate
00:34:47.900 to go after. And they decided to create a one-two punch. I mean, this was a really brilliant
00:34:53.080 strategy on their part where they put organizations that disagree with them. These are peaceful
00:34:59.260 organizations that advocate for policies in the federal government that highlight problems that
00:35:05.900 they see in the society. Organizations like the Center for Immigration Studies, organizations
00:35:10.580 like Focus on the Family, like Turning Point USA, as you mentioned, like PragerU. And the SPLC
00:35:17.400 decided that they would put these groups on a map with chapters of the Ku Klux Klan.
00:35:23.520 And they say that this map reveals the infrastructure upholding white supremacy
00:35:28.340 in America. What they do by doing this, it's a very brilliant and very nefarious strategy,
00:35:35.200 because what they're doing is they're smearing these conservative organizations,
00:35:39.640 suggesting that they're driven by a hatred that's similar to the Klan, and then by weaponizing
00:35:45.040 their own history of going after the Klan, which of course, for the record, the Klan is one of the
00:35:50.860 worst terrorist organizations in American history. And I'm glad that the SPLC was able to sue many of
00:35:57.340 them into bankruptcy. But now the Klan barely exists. And the main thing here is, and what
00:36:03.200 this indictment is showing, is that the SPLC is alleged to have propped up the Klan by sending
00:36:10.760 money for things like buying clan hoods, buying clan robes, reimbursing someone for cross burning
00:36:19.020 expenses. So this is hate that is allegedly being funded directly by the SPLC in order to keep the
00:36:26.300 SPLC relevant and shoveled through these shell companies in order to hide the purpose of this
00:36:33.980 funding so that it doesn't look like the SPLC is propping up the very hate that it claims it
00:36:40.300 exists to oppose and and to have this list of war room and charlie kirk and turning point all
00:36:47.300 these groups saying these are hate groups you gotta you know you gotta try to tar them real
00:36:51.280 america's voice all of it um your theory of the case also this is the cfo and obviously she looks
00:36:58.100 like she had it's kind of i guess it's bizarre that the informant of i guess one of the hate
00:37:03.220 groups or whatever is living with the cfo of the southern poverty law center that's for another day
00:37:08.700 but uh your theory of the case also is that there's really the the big fish board members
00:37:14.440 others there's a lot of very prominent people in this entire uh far left movement uh do you
00:37:21.960 believe they targeted kind of mid-level below that they're looking to uh tell her hey lady
00:37:27.140 you're looking at 20 years in a federal prison so maybe we should have a chat sir yeah i mean
00:37:33.740 my theory of the case, as you mentioned, they are working on, so this is now the third
00:37:40.740 indictment. We've had two superseding indictments. And I believe this one is the first one to
00:37:47.060 directly name an individual by name. And then, of course, she is now arrested. That means that
00:37:53.240 the fire is on her. If she decides to rat out more people in this alleged scheme, this alleged
00:38:01.440 fraud scheme and conspiracy, then that means we're going to have more charges. I expect
00:38:07.080 more arrests, more charges, more to come, because even in these indictments, you have clear statements
00:38:14.740 from the SPLC CEO at the time, who is later acknowledging to the banks that these accounts
00:38:21.820 were opened under fraudulent purposes. And when you have a statement like that, I expect at some
00:38:29.180 point that Margaret Wong is going to have to answer for this. And so what they're doing,
00:38:35.400 they're starting. And I would say Heidi Bayrick is right in the middle of the organization.
00:38:40.620 She was middle management and she was the one, let's not forget, who managed the whole hate map
00:38:47.480 for years. She's the one who decided to put the radical traditional Catholic groups on the map
00:38:54.360 that were then cited by the FBI.
00:38:58.140 So this person is very central.
00:39:01.280 And she's an interesting choice
00:39:02.960 because now she no longer works at the SPLC.
00:39:06.100 She has her own organization
00:39:07.880 that is pushing things in its own right.
00:39:11.460 So we're going to have to see.
00:39:13.420 I think this is only the beginning.
00:39:16.560 This is the first arrest in this case.
00:39:18.360 We have other employees who are not mentioned by name
00:39:21.900 who are in the indictment
00:39:23.500 who are likely to be indicted directly as the case continues. So more to come. I think we can expect
00:39:31.920 a lot more fireworks in this case. And there's a real question as to whether the trial actually
00:39:38.020 happens when it is currently scheduled for October 5th. Watch, she's going to be cutting a deal.
00:39:46.720 She doesn't want to go to federal prison. Tyler, where did they get the book? I know you're
00:39:50.240 updating it. Tell us about the timing of that is. And Daily Signal, where do we get your pieces,
00:39:57.260 social media coordinates, all of it, sir? Thanks. Yeah, I am glad to announce that I was able to
00:40:03.000 update the book by my May 20th testimony before Congress. So if you buy Making Hate Pay,
00:40:12.300 The Corruption of the Southern Poverty Law Center on Amazon today, you will be getting an updated
00:40:16.960 edition that includes a short recap of everything that happened since I originally published the
00:40:23.160 book in 2020 and that mentions this indictment and how it ties in to the overall story. But the key
00:40:30.740 fact here, and this is the main point of the book, is that the SPLC is a morally bankrupt smear
00:40:37.280 factory that routinely demonizes and defames conservative Christian organizations, putting
00:40:44.020 them on a map with the Klan. They should not be trusted. I think it is very important that
00:40:48.960 corporate America, big tech, government, even Democrats take seriously the fact that this is a
00:40:56.160 really horrible organization that should not be cited as the authority on anything. You can follow
00:41:01.900 my work at dailysignal.com and on Axe at Tyler2O'Neal. And I also have a sub stack called the
00:41:09.900 woke to bus uh tyler thank you so much great reporting look forward to having you back on
00:41:16.700 you've been all over this case and nailing it as it goes or actually before it goes which is even
00:41:21.180 better thank you sir appreciate you thanks again for having me and appreciate rob bluey and the
00:41:27.200 whole team over daily signal great job uh dr jeffrey tucker brownstone so dr tucker i got
00:41:32.760 two things i want to get this covet thing can we get the tweet up and do a split screen with dr
00:41:37.000 tucker walk me through this when this published yesterday and then i i actually last night late
00:41:42.740 last night i watched your your your interview uh walk me through this is this you're telling me
00:41:48.820 that there's evidence now they slowed down everything uh because um this wild conspiracy
00:41:56.220 theory the real reason for all this is to delay the onset of natural immunity during the covet
00:42:01.440 Christ. We've got a minute here. We'll continue on. But is that, should I put my tinfoil hat on?
00:42:07.400 Or brother, you usually come with the facts. Are you just messing with me on a Thursday?
00:42:13.080 Steve, you actually know this. You know this if you think about it. You remember the hysteria
00:42:17.980 that was met with Jay Bhattacharya's study in April and May of 2020 when he showed that
00:42:24.840 sewer prevalence levels were 10 times what they were saying? So why was there such panic?
00:42:30.980 The reason for the panic is that they did not want intimacy to arrive before the shot was here.
00:42:37.840 So the whole purpose was to delay and delay and delay and prolong the pandemic, prolong the suffering, so that the vaccine would get all the credit.
00:42:49.320 I find this to be shocking and scandals.
00:42:52.380 And when I've confronted officials who were there at the time, the FDA and NIH and HHS, they've all confirmed it.
00:42:59.960 They said, yeah, of course, that was the whole point of flattening the curve, was to delay, to keep seroprevalence levels down.
00:43:08.120 And even now, we have lots of evidence that by the end of 2020, the virus was entirely manageable.
00:43:18.580 The pandemic conditions were over already.
00:43:22.120 But they couldn't tell anybody that because they had a product to sell.
00:43:26.980 Hang on one second.
00:43:28.180 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:43:30.160 Your head is about to blow up as Dr. Jeffrey Tucker walks us through it.
00:43:35.660 Wow.
00:43:36.720 In the war room.
00:43:37.440 Next.
00:43:37.680 we rejoice when there's no more let's take down the ccb october 15th or as we say in the war room
00:43:46.940 15 october as we head towards that date that's the extension deadline for the irs here's something

00:45:32.000 dr jeffrey tucker from the brownstone institute joins us i want to put get this tweet back up
00:45:40.920 so dr tucker take a moment because to get resolution for this and make sure it never
00:45:47.140 happens again we have to have either indictments and trials or a commission we have to do an
00:45:55.480 organized effort to put all this out there so people can see exactly what happened and who's
00:46:00.720 accountable because i know people are coming up to you now and saying of course that's of course
00:46:04.960 i would just walk through once again the 12 all the efforts by fauci and collins and the entire
00:46:11.960 deep state apparatus of the health you know the health department of the government all of it
00:46:18.320 which is just as deep state as the cia and the fbi and uh and and all the intelligence apparatus
00:46:25.180 in fact maybe actually worse you could argue they conspired understanding they had the crisis that
00:46:33.120 they wanted uh and they wanted to go back to the to the parlor trick of a vaccine and everything
00:46:40.440 they told us was to prolong the actual event the pandemic stretch as long as possible so that
00:46:48.020 eventually you could get the vaccine out there and disseminate it and not just have a traditional
00:46:53.700 herd immunity is that basically your theory yeah flatten the curve always meant prolong the pain
00:47:00.640 until the until the inoculation could arrive that's why you couldn't stand six feet uh next
00:47:07.760 to any closer than six feet next to anybody that's why you couldn't go to concerts that's
00:47:11.200 why you couldn't go to church that's why they canceled the religious holidays and that's that's
00:47:15.620 why they kept the the kids out of the school it was to it was it was it was to preserve what's
00:47:21.020 called the immunological naivety of the population because if if seroprevalence levels had had risen
00:47:27.300 above 50 or 60 as they probably did by the end of 2020 anyway then there would have been no reason
00:47:34.380 for the shot, there would have been no demand for the shot, and no purpose for it in the first
00:47:39.120 place. Whereas they wanted universal injections of everybody, even though the gradient of risk
00:47:45.260 of this particular virus was overwhelmingly towards the aged and infirm, and everybody else
00:47:50.860 could experience mild levels of exposure and have an immune upgrade from it. That's what they did
00:47:57.240 not want to have happen. They wanted to try out their pharmaceutical product. So when I fully
00:48:04.800 realized this, and also what incredible explanatory power this model has, I mean,
00:48:11.200 it's actually really obvious once you say it. I began to confront administration officials in
00:48:17.220 private over this, practically screaming in anger, steam coming out of my ears,
00:48:23.040 You destroyed the whole of society and economic life and stole half the dollars purchasing power so you could get a product in people's arms?
00:48:32.020 They said, yeah, of course.
00:48:33.800 Yeah, everybody knew that at the time.
00:48:35.240 That was the entire purpose of the pandemic plan was to prevent people from developing protection, natural protection against the virus.
00:48:45.740 so that we could have the experiment of the artificial protection
00:48:49.800 through this tryout, this new gene therapy on the population,
00:48:53.240 which we know now killed probably millions of kids in the womb
00:48:57.440 on a global basis.
00:49:02.560 How do you, what is the action item here?
00:49:06.620 Because we have, as brilliant as this is,
00:49:09.360 this has to somehow get into some apparatus
00:49:13.520 that can help us correct this, hold people accountable, put people in jail if necessary,
00:49:19.500 but make sure it can never happen again.
00:49:21.600 What is your recommendation for how we go forward in a plan of action to now present
00:49:27.860 this and bring people in and have them testify?
00:49:31.900 I don't know if it's Congress, the Senate, if we just go right to the criminal process.
00:49:36.820 I'm looking for your thoughts on this.
00:49:39.560 Steve, there has to be a reckoning and it has to be a sweepinging kind of reckoning.
00:49:43.060 And there has to be absolute transparency and honesty and no more of this weird thing that we have going where everybody is somehow running and hiding or pretending as if they did the best they could with the knowledge they had at the time.
00:49:57.320 This whole thing needs to stop.
00:49:58.780 We need to drop everything, I think, drop everything and focus exclusively on this and get a full reckoning for how it is that we abolished the Bill of Rights for two or three years in this country and destroyed so many lives to protect pharmaceutical industries, its profits, and to try out new tricks at censorship.
00:50:20.300 This is a grotesque period.
00:50:23.520 And hearings, yes, of course, law enforcement needs to be involved.
00:50:28.400 Every last document needs to be distributed.
00:50:31.120 Rand Paul is doing fantastic work.
00:50:33.340 Now Senator Johnson has Fauci's cell phones, but this is just the beginning.
00:50:37.680 There is so much more to be known.
00:50:40.820 We need maximum transparency, and it needs to happen now, and people need to demand it, and the representatives need to get involved.
00:50:49.480 I sense that we're taking steps in this direction, but we're not there yet.
00:50:55.360 Baby steps, baby steps.
00:50:57.760 We've got Dr. Tucker.
00:51:00.240 If we don't do your remedy to the fullest extent that we can possibly do it, and that means all the way in.
00:51:09.500 Well, this will clearly with that same apparatus in place and with big pharma as powerful they are, this will happen again, correct?
00:51:16.600 well steve moderna is already developing a vaccine and testing a vaccine for what's called h5n1 or
00:51:25.880 the avian bird flu which so far as we know doesn't really reliably move from animals to to humans
00:51:33.120 why would they be doing that what is going on this is one of something like 13 products they're in
00:51:39.580 development of why are they developing an avian bird flu vaccine why are they in trials for this
00:51:44.200 thing? And how do you even conduct a trial for this thing? So my thinking is, how do you make
00:51:50.420 avian bird flu more transmissible to humans? Gain a function of research, right? So the scam,
00:51:57.260 we know the way the racket works, and it's still ongoing. Moderna is still getting contracts from
00:52:03.360 the federal government and still engaged in this research. It definitely will happen again with a
00:52:09.120 man-made virus, and more mRNA gene-altering shots pushed on the population by force.
00:52:19.920 It's coming.
00:52:22.540 Dr. Tucker, if I can impose upon you, I want to hold you to the break.
00:52:26.160 We are going to go to the White House, but Dr. Tucker's going to come with us.
00:52:30.460 He had a brilliant analysis off of some research that was done about a month ago
00:52:34.600 about the purchasing power of the dollar.
00:52:36.840 Dr. Tucker is an economist.
00:52:37.980 I want to tie the $12 billion price of the Los Angeles Lakers, the $1 billion price of the Queen Music Catalog, all of it, to your personal life.
00:52:53.320 We're going to take a short commercial break.
