00:00:00.000No pretense anymore, no veil that needs lifting. The attorney general is being clear.
00:00:06.760The DOJ is not an independent agency, and the president is ultimately the one in charge.
00:00:16.720Can you pledge that the Justice Department will always act independently of the White House?
00:00:22.460Well, there's a big difference between saying we will always do our job and
00:00:27.100and investigate any case and act independently of the White House, no, I'm not going to pledge
00:00:32.300that. And no attorney general should ever pledge that. The president, I mean, if I were to pledge,
00:00:36.600I will be independent of the White House. What that means is that if President Trump says,
00:00:41.420I want the Department of Justice to go after every violent criminal in this country,
00:00:45.660which is what he has said, what you're saying to me is I just say, no, sir, not going to do it.
00:00:50.460So I will act with integrity. Our prosecutors will act with integrity. We will prosecute
00:00:56.580without fear or any sort of favor. And that's exactly what we've been doing. And that's what
00:01:01.340every Department of Justice should do. Well, I guess big picture of the president asks you to
00:01:05.680do something that you feel crosses an ethical or legal line. Would you do it?
00:01:10.160The president will never ask me to do something unethical or legal or illegal. He never has. He
00:01:15.240never will. And I have I swore to the Constitution of the United States like every cabinet secretary
00:01:21.160has done and like every attorney general before me has done. And so this this narrative that's
00:01:26.280mostly pushed by the left and pushed by the media, that the president's going to pull me aside and
00:01:31.240ask me to do something illegal is completely a false narrative, not true, will not happen.
00:01:38.300Todd Blanche appears to have learned at least two of the most basic lessons to rise and then stay
00:01:44.260in Donald Trump's orbit. One, never to break with him, at least publicly, and two, confidently and
00:01:49.420aggressively deny the truth with disdain when needed for whoever dares to press you with that
00:01:55.820truth. The Department of Justice is going to operate really the way it's been operating since
00:01:59.820Donald Trump took office, which is that the White House is playing a substantial role in not only
00:02:06.300policy direction at the Justice Department, Katie, but in individual prosecutorial decisions,
00:02:12.560in decisions about which cases to investigate and which cases not to investigate and which cases to
00:02:18.140close. There are conference calls between Justice Department and White House officials during which
00:02:23.940these matters are discussed and that is not how the justice department has run since watergate
00:02:28.800and even before watergate we've never seen really this level of coordination on individual cases
00:02:34.540and you know todd blanch was right when he answered uh both uh to christen welker and on fox and
00:02:40.620elsewhere that it's crazy to think that if the president tells the justice department go
00:02:45.060investigate this kind of crime that he would say you know no mr president i'm not going to
00:02:49.880obey your order. That's not what we're talking about here. We're not talking about general
00:02:53.960policy direction. Yes, the president is the authority and can order the Justice Department
00:02:58.840to go in certain directions. What's never happened before is a president or his aides
00:03:03.640telling the Justice Department who to investigate, which cases to investigate.
00:03:07.780And most legal experts and constitutional experts believe that fundamentally undermines the premise
00:03:13.420of the rule of law in this country, the idea that justice is operating without fear or favor,
00:03:18.180which are words Todd Blanche used in the speech he gave to Justice Department employees without seeming to reflect on the irony of him uttering those words.
00:03:28.480It's Monday, 17 August in the year of October 2026.
00:03:31.320We have a very, very, very special show tonight, this afternoon tonight, that we've been working on for a while with Garland Favarito and the great team in Georgia,
00:03:40.340voter GA and others are going to give us a presentation on what exactly went wrong with
00:03:47.160the 2020 election. We're going to get to that in a moment. Two pieces of business I have to get to
00:03:51.940is one is the Viceroy, Mike Davis. The other is Peter Navarro. Big article up about SISA
00:03:56.540in the Washington Times today. And also he has some thoughts on Georgia before Garland starts.
00:04:02.020I'll start with the Viceroy. Hammered, hammered, hammered all weekend, all day long. The Article
00:04:09.180two powers of the office of the president. He's chief executive officer of the government. He's
00:04:14.100commander in chief of the military, and he's chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer
00:04:18.420of the government. What doesn't the left get about this, Mike Davis? We've put to bed
00:04:26.840the deep state's takedown of Richard Nixon for Watergate, and there's a new day that's
00:04:32.280dawned over the Justice Department. Is that not correct, sir? Every federal prosecutor
00:04:37.900and every federal agent reports to the deputy attorney general, who reports to the attorney
00:04:45.860general, who reports to the president of the United States, who was elected by all Americans.
00:04:53.580That is Article 2 of the Constitution. And we have safeguards. We have federal judges,
00:05:01.680U.S. District Court judges, magistrate judges. We have grand juries. We have pedigrees.
00:05:07.200We have safeguards in place, but the president of the United States has the executive power, all executive power under Article two of the Constitution.
00:05:18.160And the president not only can, but he must direct his Justice Department.
00:05:24.640That's part of his constitutional duties as the president of the United States to exercise that discretion, that prosecutorial discretion through his attorney general, through his deputy attorney general, through his assistant attorneys general, through his U.S. attorneys and assistant U.S. attorneys all over the country.
00:05:46.100And so it's amazing to me that Democrats say that the Justice Department is independent.
00:05:52.660It seems like they only claim the Justice Department is independent when we have Republican presidents.
00:05:59.780I don't remember Ken Delaney saying much about the facts that Joe Biden put tremendous pressure on Attorney General Merrick Garland to bring unprecedented Republican charges against President Trump through Jack Smith.
00:06:16.280It was Jonathan Suh, Biden's deputy White House counsel, who waived Trump's claim of constitutional executive privilege going back 250 years to George Washington, which led to the Mar-a-Lago raid and the indictments against President Trump.
00:06:35.220We saw Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis' dumb, unqualified boyfriend, billing 16 hours of his time for two meetings with the Biden White House, including the White House Council, $250 an hour, $4,000 to Fulton County taxpayers.
00:06:51.060I don't want to hear it from the left when they pretend that the attorney general does not report to the president after Biden and Obama weaponized their Justice Department to go after Trump, his aides, his allies, parents, Christians.
00:07:06.680They're just upset that Todd Blanche is going to bring accountability.
00:07:12.820Mike, you've been the first to say you and Mike Lee, Senator Lee, say, hey, look, they're going to try to pack the court.
00:07:18.020That's coming out of the last few days.
00:07:19.360I'll have you back tomorrow or the next day to talk about that.
00:07:22.820But there's a storm brewing about the Justice Department.
00:07:26.460They're clearly targeting Todd Blanche as the attorney general, the deputies, the U.S.
00:07:40.960It's the A block of every show, MSME season, full meltdown.
00:07:45.540How do we head off what they're going to try to do with the Justice Department?
00:07:49.360sir? The left knows that Todd is a very competent, capable attorney general. He has
00:07:56.840been a federal prosecutor. He's been a criminal defense attorney to President Trump. He's been
00:08:01.840the deputy attorney general for 16 months. He's been the acting attorney general for the last
00:08:06.280many months. He's the attorney general of the United States. Now, they have been preparing
00:08:10.640for months in the Southern District of Florida on this grand conspiracy investigation, if you
00:08:17.260believe the news reports with Jason Redding, Kenyones, Joe DiGenova down in the Southern
00:08:22.760District of Florida. They've been staffing up. Subpoenas are going out according to these
00:08:27.600news reports. I think the left is terrified because they know that Todd Blanche is going to
00:08:34.060bring much needed accountability. Todd Blanche is going to deliver justice. And there are many
00:08:40.800people on the left who had their hands in this illegal conspiracy against Trump.
00:08:47.260mike article three where do people go right now in your social media because uh they're sounding
00:08:53.840the war toxins over on the left and they're targeting the department of justice and the
00:08:58.380new attorney general todd blanche where do people go at article three for more information about
00:09:03.540this sir yeah attorney general todd blanche is a great american and he did not cow to the left
00:09:09.160when he defended trump against three years of lawfare he's not going to cow to the left now
00:09:13.180It's article3project.org, article3project.org. Follow us on social, donate. The War Room Posse superpower is action, action, action. And thank you, Steve.
00:09:27.380Thank you. Mike, we'll have you back on for more of this. They're revving up the attack machine over there.
00:09:34.120Someone that was at the receiving end of lawfare is Dr. Peter Navarro, one of the president's closest advisors for, I don't know, the last decade now at the White House as the manufacturing and trade czar to bring jobs back, high-value-added jobs to the United States.
00:09:48.780Dr. Navarro, you've got a different type of article in The Washington Times today.
00:09:52.960I want to read the headline, CISA warning exposes America's election security gaps.
00:10:03.260This is quite extraordinary. It's another part of the treasure trove from the John Solomon files
00:10:09.560where we're prying information out. Imagine this. There's an agency called CISA, Cybersecurity and
00:10:17.120Infrastructure Security Agency, inside DHS. From 2019 through 2024, Steve, the cybersecurity teams
00:10:28.820were invited by state and local election officials to hack them to see how vulnerable
00:10:36.700they were. And you know what, Steve? The agency of the US government had their way with just about
00:10:45.460any state or local government election ballot box agency that it had. They hacked right in.
00:10:53.000it was like a piece of cake. Now think about that. Think about how easy that was. And then
00:11:00.540realize that on November 12th, 2020, a few days after the stolen election, people from SISA
00:11:12.040said that the 2020 election was the most secure election ever. Okay? Okay? This is the kind of
00:11:21.400crap and bullshit that you get when the government's controlled by the deep state.
00:11:30.060Now, you're doing something really important today, Georgia. So let me transition to show you
00:11:35.780what this means within the context of Georgia. The Navarro Report at PeterNavarro.com,
00:11:44.180way back when looked at the six battleground states and concluded that georgia of all the
00:11:51.560states was probably the most likely to have been stolen because the numbers are really simple
00:11:58.080the navarro report said there was a grand stuffed ballot box strategy which did do things it took
00:12:06.240away the ability to check absentee ballots for validity by taking away things like signature
00:12:13.080match. And then it had all sorts of relaxations and rules to stuff the ballot box. So she had
00:12:20.520more than twice as many absentee ballots in the Georgia race at the same time that she totally
00:12:26.220eliminated signature match. It was a 12,000 vote margin, Stephen K. Bannon, that Biden allegedly
00:12:35.100won from. If you just do the numbers and you say that instead of having a 5% signature match,
00:12:43.080match failure. In other words, before 2020, they were thrown at about 5% of the absentees
00:12:49.460because their signature didn't match, okay? You went from 5% to zero, and the number of ballots
00:12:56.260more than doubled absentee, and the absentees went more than two to one for Biden.
00:13:04.380You put all that math together, it's a very simple calculation, and you more than blow
00:13:08.940passed 12,000 votes in terms of swinging for Trump. Just on that alone, he won the election.
00:13:16.260And then you throw the SISA stuff in that I just told you about, right? And SISA talks about,
00:13:23.600for example, the voting machines, which you and I never got into, but the whole third-party
00:13:31.520vendor verification, stuff like that. It's like our election system is so compromised, Steve.
00:13:40.180And yet, you know, of course, the other thing we're learning from the solemn report is,
00:13:44.660for example, communist China had millions and millions of our voters in files and set up
00:13:52.700capabilities, all documented now. It's not a fact in dispute to do things. So bottom line is, Steve,
00:14:01.520What you're going to do today going through Georgia, how they did it, is reflected in this broader SISA report that came out that tells us all this stuff.
00:25:09.840Immigration policies, inciting the migrant community, dissatisfaction with the government,
00:25:14.940instigating demonstrations against the U.S. government, alleged human rights violations against immigrants,
00:25:22.580inflaming resentment between anti-immigrant and pro-immigrant communities, instigating anti-immigrant organizations.
00:25:31.980And then it goes on to talk about the cyber influence.
00:25:35.700And it says, Chinese cyber actors, these are known as APT31, targeted the personal email accounts of senior U.S. leadership, including officials in the executive office of the president and high-ranking officials in multiple executive branch organizations, the Congress, and the federal judiciary.
00:25:58.640They were essentially targeting the entire federal government.
00:26:01.600so i'm going to move into some dhs uh threat findings we're going to move now into the actual
00:26:09.800uh interference that was how they were trying to influence the election but what did they do to try
00:26:16.100to influence the election more directly so um a couple of things we want to get in before the
00:26:23.480break chinese state sponsored cyber actors aggressively target u.s critical infrastructure
00:26:29.380to steal sensitive data and personally identifiable information.
00:30:43.860And now I want to move on into the actual interference that China has been involved in
00:30:53.840and how our own U.S. intelligence agencies covered it up.
00:30:56.960In August of 2020, the FBI Albany Field Office put out an intelligence information report.
00:31:08.960And it said, in late August 2020, the Chinese government had produced a large amount of fraudulent U.S. driver's license that were secretly exported to the U.S.
00:31:19.960The fraudulent driver's license would allow tens of thousands of Chinese students and immigrants sympathetic to the CCP to vote for U.S. presidential candidate Joe Biden, despite not in the U.S.
00:31:35.780Many of you have seen this story reported in the news, I think in quite several places.
00:46:13.300These are two of the top intelligence guys talking to one another.
00:46:19.340And they have this communication, and I just think it's fascinating to see
00:46:22.860how they're appalled as equally as we are, and we should be too.
00:46:27.380And one of them says to the other, he said,
00:46:29.980I think I mentioned to you before there is some pending blank
00:46:33.560that makes it clear China has been caught conducting election influence.
00:46:38.720But as you scroll up, note that the NSA, quote, deliberately massaged our one pending PDB to avoid any direct links to the election.
00:46:50.820He goes on to say this is a really good example, but far from the only one, of what I've been raising since the summer,
00:46:58.800that the IC is deliberately avoiding mentioning a connection for non-substantive reasons.
00:47:07.140This is not me talking, this is our intelligence people.
00:47:10.560But this is a highly irregular way to do things,
00:47:14.060especially as someone trying to raise tradecraft
00:47:16.900and substantive objections to the mainline analysis
00:47:21.460and isn't getting any of our work incorporated or even mentioned.
00:47:28.000So they are appalled at this whole thing.
00:47:31.900and it goes on to say another one says and i would be concerned as to why they are deliberately
00:47:41.220massaging analysis excuse me messaging analysis away from elections i would be concerned as to
00:47:49.880why they are deliberately messaging analysis away from elections why would the nsa be doing that
00:47:56.520Well, but here is their own admission. This is the NSA's Strategic Intelligence Analyst back at this time, November 2020. And he acknowledges, or she, we have deliberately massaged our one pending PDB to avoid any direct links to the election.
00:48:17.380So the intelligence community is intentionally withholding the evidence of Chinese, not only election influence, but actual election interference from the president and, as you saw earlier, from the rest of the government bills through their National Intelligence Council assessments.
00:48:42.600Now, I thought I want to show you this one just for the irony of the whole thing.
00:48:47.380Fast forward a year later, this is December 23rd, 2021, and these two intelligence officers are talking once again.
00:48:57.720And he says, take a minute and look through this report.
00:49:01.880It cites some of the same intel and logic used in 2020 to say that these same units were not engaged in election influence,
00:49:11.080but were instead only issue-focused to now argue that China is influencing the election.
00:49:18.620They literally cite as support for their argument some of the same reporting used in the mainline assessment in our minority report.
00:49:29.180So they basically covered it up until Trump is gone, and now they are braining it out.
00:52:15.660and our issue and what appears to be our biggest threat in in america maybe not even china or
00:52:24.460iran or anyone else it might be our own u.s intelligence who are running our country without
00:52:31.500our permission this is the most offensive thing i've seen it's something that we've known all
00:52:37.260along we've felt that deep state that shadow government we know it's been running uh but that
00:52:43.580that was absolutely appalling as well as the news outlets and journalists that have been
00:52:49.260participating in this and giving us such a hard time we should now feel vindicated for telling
00:52:54.940the truth all these years so the bottom line is that we need a national emergency declaration
00:53:02.140from the president to fix this so we hope that president trump can do that because congress
00:53:07.100isn't going to do it and the states aren't going to do so stay tuned we'll be moving over to war
00:53:12.460War Room, we'll be back in just a couple of minutes for you there.
00:53:20.780If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up, folks, and grab a pen, maybe even a number two pencil.
00:53:31.560Call 845-WAR-ROOM. That's 845-WAR-ROOM. Call it right now. I'm serious. Call it.
00:53:37.620Now, here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off.
00:53:48.660Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print, nobody but a lobbyist understands.
00:53:54.120Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little.
00:53:57.620And worst of all, most don't even know it.
