00:00:00.000 No pretense anymore, no veil that needs lifting. The attorney general is being clear.
00:00:06.760 The DOJ is not an independent agency, and the president is ultimately the one in charge.
00:00:16.720 Can you pledge that the Justice Department will always act independently of the White House?
00:00:22.460 Well, there's a big difference between saying we will always do our job and
00:00:27.100 and investigate any case and act independently of the White House, no, I'm not going to pledge
00:00:32.300 that. And no attorney general should ever pledge that. The president, I mean, if I were to pledge,
00:00:36.600 I will be independent of the White House. What that means is that if President Trump says,
00:00:41.420 I want the Department of Justice to go after every violent criminal in this country,
00:00:45.660 which is what he has said, what you're saying to me is I just say, no, sir, not going to do it.
00:00:50.460 So I will act with integrity. Our prosecutors will act with integrity. We will prosecute
00:00:56.580 without fear or any sort of favor. And that's exactly what we've been doing. And that's what
00:01:01.340 every Department of Justice should do. Well, I guess big picture of the president asks you to
00:01:05.680 do something that you feel crosses an ethical or legal line. Would you do it?
00:01:10.160 The president will never ask me to do something unethical or legal or illegal. He never has. He
00:01:15.240 never will. And I have I swore to the Constitution of the United States like every cabinet secretary
00:01:21.160 has done and like every attorney general before me has done. And so this this narrative that's
00:01:26.280 mostly pushed by the left and pushed by the media, that the president's going to pull me aside and
00:01:31.240 ask me to do something illegal is completely a false narrative, not true, will not happen.
00:01:38.300 Todd Blanche appears to have learned at least two of the most basic lessons to rise and then stay
00:01:44.260 in Donald Trump's orbit. One, never to break with him, at least publicly, and two, confidently and
00:01:49.420 aggressively deny the truth with disdain when needed for whoever dares to press you with that
00:01:55.820 truth. The Department of Justice is going to operate really the way it's been operating since
00:01:59.820 Donald Trump took office, which is that the White House is playing a substantial role in not only
00:02:06.300 policy direction at the Justice Department, Katie, but in individual prosecutorial decisions,
00:02:12.560 in decisions about which cases to investigate and which cases not to investigate and which cases to
00:02:18.140 close. There are conference calls between Justice Department and White House officials during which
00:02:23.940 these matters are discussed and that is not how the justice department has run since watergate
00:02:28.800 and even before watergate we've never seen really this level of coordination on individual cases
00:02:34.540 and you know todd blanch was right when he answered uh both uh to christen welker and on fox and
00:02:40.620 elsewhere that it's crazy to think that if the president tells the justice department go
00:02:45.060 investigate this kind of crime that he would say you know no mr president i'm not going to
00:02:49.880 obey your order. That's not what we're talking about here. We're not talking about general
00:02:53.960 policy direction. Yes, the president is the authority and can order the Justice Department
00:02:58.840 to go in certain directions. What's never happened before is a president or his aides
00:03:03.640 telling the Justice Department who to investigate, which cases to investigate.
00:03:07.780 And most legal experts and constitutional experts believe that fundamentally undermines the premise
00:03:13.420 of the rule of law in this country, the idea that justice is operating without fear or favor,
00:03:18.180 which are words Todd Blanche used in the speech he gave to Justice Department employees without seeming to reflect on the irony of him uttering those words.
00:03:28.480 It's Monday, 17 August in the year of October 2026.
00:03:31.320 We have a very, very, very special show tonight, this afternoon tonight, that we've been working on for a while with Garland Favarito and the great team in Georgia,
00:03:40.340 voter GA and others are going to give us a presentation on what exactly went wrong with
00:03:47.160 the 2020 election. We're going to get to that in a moment. Two pieces of business I have to get to
00:03:51.940 is one is the Viceroy, Mike Davis. The other is Peter Navarro. Big article up about SISA
00:03:56.540 in the Washington Times today. And also he has some thoughts on Georgia before Garland starts.
00:04:02.020 I'll start with the Viceroy. Hammered, hammered, hammered all weekend, all day long. The Article
00:04:09.180 two powers of the office of the president. He's chief executive officer of the government. He's
00:04:14.100 commander in chief of the military, and he's chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer
00:04:18.420 of the government. What doesn't the left get about this, Mike Davis? We've put to bed
00:04:26.840 the deep state's takedown of Richard Nixon for Watergate, and there's a new day that's
00:04:32.280 dawned over the Justice Department. Is that not correct, sir? Every federal prosecutor
00:04:37.900 and every federal agent reports to the deputy attorney general, who reports to the attorney
00:04:45.860 general, who reports to the president of the United States, who was elected by all Americans.
00:04:53.580 That is Article 2 of the Constitution. And we have safeguards. We have federal judges,
00:05:01.680 U.S. District Court judges, magistrate judges. We have grand juries. We have pedigrees.
00:05:07.200 We have safeguards in place, but the president of the United States has the executive power, all executive power under Article two of the Constitution.
00:05:18.160 And the president not only can, but he must direct his Justice Department.
00:05:24.640 That's part of his constitutional duties as the president of the United States to exercise that discretion, that prosecutorial discretion through his attorney general, through his deputy attorney general, through his assistant attorneys general, through his U.S. attorneys and assistant U.S. attorneys all over the country.
00:05:46.100 And so it's amazing to me that Democrats say that the Justice Department is independent.
00:05:52.660 It seems like they only claim the Justice Department is independent when we have Republican presidents.
00:05:59.780 I don't remember Ken Delaney saying much about the facts that Joe Biden put tremendous pressure on Attorney General Merrick Garland to bring unprecedented Republican charges against President Trump through Jack Smith.
00:06:16.280 It was Jonathan Suh, Biden's deputy White House counsel, who waived Trump's claim of constitutional executive privilege going back 250 years to George Washington, which led to the Mar-a-Lago raid and the indictments against President Trump.
00:06:35.220 We saw Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis' dumb, unqualified boyfriend, billing 16 hours of his time for two meetings with the Biden White House, including the White House Council, $250 an hour, $4,000 to Fulton County taxpayers.
00:06:51.060 I don't want to hear it from the left when they pretend that the attorney general does not report to the president after Biden and Obama weaponized their Justice Department to go after Trump, his aides, his allies, parents, Christians.
00:07:06.680 They're just upset that Todd Blanche is going to bring accountability.
00:07:12.820 Mike, you've been the first to say you and Mike Lee, Senator Lee, say, hey, look, they're going to try to pack the court.
00:07:18.020 That's coming out of the last few days.
00:07:19.360 I'll have you back tomorrow or the next day to talk about that.
00:07:22.820 But there's a storm brewing about the Justice Department.
00:07:26.460 They're clearly targeting Todd Blanche as the attorney general, the deputies, the U.S.
00:07:31.640 attorneys over there.
00:07:32.820 What do you anticipate?
00:07:34.180 Because we've got to get ahead of this because I've never seen them so worked up on a topic
00:07:38.120 as this weekend.
00:07:39.900 All the shows had it.
00:07:40.960 It's the A block of every show, MSME season, full meltdown.
00:07:45.540 How do we head off what they're going to try to do with the Justice Department?
00:07:49.360 sir? The left knows that Todd is a very competent, capable attorney general. He has
00:07:56.840 been a federal prosecutor. He's been a criminal defense attorney to President Trump. He's been
00:08:01.840 the deputy attorney general for 16 months. He's been the acting attorney general for the last
00:08:06.280 many months. He's the attorney general of the United States. Now, they have been preparing
00:08:10.640 for months in the Southern District of Florida on this grand conspiracy investigation, if you
00:08:17.260 believe the news reports with Jason Redding, Kenyones, Joe DiGenova down in the Southern
00:08:22.760 District of Florida. They've been staffing up. Subpoenas are going out according to these
00:08:27.600 news reports. I think the left is terrified because they know that Todd Blanche is going to
00:08:34.060 bring much needed accountability. Todd Blanche is going to deliver justice. And there are many
00:08:40.800 people on the left who had their hands in this illegal conspiracy against Trump.
00:08:47.260 mike article three where do people go right now in your social media because uh they're sounding
00:08:53.840 the war toxins over on the left and they're targeting the department of justice and the
00:08:58.380 new attorney general todd blanche where do people go at article three for more information about
00:09:03.540 this sir yeah attorney general todd blanche is a great american and he did not cow to the left
00:09:09.160 when he defended trump against three years of lawfare he's not going to cow to the left now
00:09:13.180 It's article3project.org, article3project.org. Follow us on social, donate. The War Room Posse superpower is action, action, action. And thank you, Steve.
00:09:27.380 Thank you. Mike, we'll have you back on for more of this. They're revving up the attack machine over there.
00:09:34.120 Someone that was at the receiving end of lawfare is Dr. Peter Navarro, one of the president's closest advisors for, I don't know, the last decade now at the White House as the manufacturing and trade czar to bring jobs back, high-value-added jobs to the United States.
00:09:48.780 Dr. Navarro, you've got a different type of article in The Washington Times today.
00:09:52.960 I want to read the headline, CISA warning exposes America's election security gaps.
00:09:59.140 You're an expert in this.
00:10:01.020 Walk us through this piece, sir.
00:10:03.260 This is quite extraordinary. It's another part of the treasure trove from the John Solomon files
00:10:09.560 where we're prying information out. Imagine this. There's an agency called CISA, Cybersecurity and
00:10:17.120 Infrastructure Security Agency, inside DHS. From 2019 through 2024, Steve, the cybersecurity teams
00:10:28.820 were invited by state and local election officials to hack them to see how vulnerable
00:10:36.700 they were. And you know what, Steve? The agency of the US government had their way with just about
00:10:45.460 any state or local government election ballot box agency that it had. They hacked right in.
00:10:53.000 it was like a piece of cake. Now think about that. Think about how easy that was. And then
00:11:00.540 realize that on November 12th, 2020, a few days after the stolen election, people from SISA
00:11:12.040 said that the 2020 election was the most secure election ever. Okay? Okay? This is the kind of
00:11:21.400 crap and bullshit that you get when the government's controlled by the deep state.
00:11:30.060 Now, you're doing something really important today, Georgia. So let me transition to show you
00:11:35.780 what this means within the context of Georgia. The Navarro Report at PeterNavarro.com,
00:11:44.180 way back when looked at the six battleground states and concluded that georgia of all the
00:11:51.560 states was probably the most likely to have been stolen because the numbers are really simple
00:11:58.080 the navarro report said there was a grand stuffed ballot box strategy which did do things it took
00:12:06.240 away the ability to check absentee ballots for validity by taking away things like signature
00:12:13.080 match. And then it had all sorts of relaxations and rules to stuff the ballot box. So she had
00:12:20.520 more than twice as many absentee ballots in the Georgia race at the same time that she totally
00:12:26.220 eliminated signature match. It was a 12,000 vote margin, Stephen K. Bannon, that Biden allegedly
00:12:35.100 won from. If you just do the numbers and you say that instead of having a 5% signature match,
00:12:43.080 match failure. In other words, before 2020, they were thrown at about 5% of the absentees
00:12:49.460 because their signature didn't match, okay? You went from 5% to zero, and the number of ballots
00:12:56.260 more than doubled absentee, and the absentees went more than two to one for Biden.
00:13:04.380 You put all that math together, it's a very simple calculation, and you more than blow
00:13:08.940 passed 12,000 votes in terms of swinging for Trump. Just on that alone, he won the election.
00:13:16.260 And then you throw the SISA stuff in that I just told you about, right? And SISA talks about,
00:13:23.600 for example, the voting machines, which you and I never got into, but the whole third-party
00:13:31.520 vendor verification, stuff like that. It's like our election system is so compromised, Steve.
00:13:40.180 And yet, you know, of course, the other thing we're learning from the solemn report is,
00:13:44.660 for example, communist China had millions and millions of our voters in files and set up
00:13:52.700 capabilities, all documented now. It's not a fact in dispute to do things. So bottom line is, Steve,
00:14:01.520 What you're going to do today going through Georgia, how they did it, is reflected in this broader SISA report that came out that tells us all this stuff.
00:14:12.440 It's unbelievable, Steve.
00:14:13.840 It's like when Kennedy got in after campaigning against Nixon, he said, it's even worse than I said it was on a campaign trail.
00:14:22.680 And this is even worse than you and I have talked about, imagined, or wrote about.
00:14:32.160 Yes.
00:14:33.720 We got 30 seconds, Peter.
00:14:35.580 How do people go to get all your articles?
00:14:37.900 Where do they go?
00:14:38.420 What's the one-stop shop?
00:14:40.400 PeterNavarro.com.
00:14:41.960 PeterNavarro.com.
00:14:43.060 It's got Substack.
00:14:44.380 It's got X, Getter, Truth.
00:14:47.040 The boss just put out a really good truth on some of the selection stuff, on some of my stuff.
00:14:54.180 But just stay on it.
00:14:56.560 Thank you, sir.
00:14:59.320 You don't wait until your house is on fire to install a smoke detector.
00:15:03.460 And you don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane.
00:15:10.620 And you don't reach for your seatbelt after the impact, because after the crash, the hurricane, or the house fire, it's too late.
00:15:19.640 Similarly, you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold.
00:15:24.200 It's too late then.
00:15:25.620 Diversify with precious metals and diversify now, because you never know what will threaten your savings next.
00:15:33.140 Persistent inflation, a weakening dollar, unexpected financial disruptions.
00:15:37.320 You don't know what's coming, but you can take preventative steps and you can take them today.
00:15:42.780 Do that right now by requesting a free information kit on gold from my friends at Birch Gold Group.
00:15:49.180 Just text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:54.860 There is no cost and no obligation, just straightforward information on how you can diversify your savings, even an IRA or 401k with gold.
00:16:04.500 I trust Birch Gold.
00:16:05.700 You should trust them, too. Text Bannon at 989898. Take action and do it today.
00:16:12.720 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:21.480 Great to be live with you on Real America's Voice for the first hour.
00:16:26.920 Thanks again, Steve.
00:16:27.840 we are going to talk about the declassified election intelligence that president trump
00:16:33.200 released on july 16 2026 just last one month ago today uh it's up on the whitehouse.gov
00:16:42.880 website you click on election integrity you can find that all up there what we're going to be
00:16:48.480 talking about it's some amazing information you do not want to miss even a minute of this so let
00:16:56.160 me just tell you in summary here's what we know president trump was right the declassified documents
00:17:02.000 prove it he's been right about election security all along but what's chilling about this is our
00:17:09.520 u.s intelligence officials and even justice department officials withheld evidence refused
00:17:14.960 to prosecute foreign interference into our elections and other domestic subversions of u.s
00:17:20.480 elections in addition several news outlets and journalists are co-conspirators in this
00:17:27.440 according to the documents you're going to see that a little bit later in the show and it all
00:17:34.880 represents a chilling chilling disturbing situation that we're going to have to correct
00:17:41.440 we're going to take you inside these u.s intelligence agency communications all the
00:17:46.880 text that you see in white is directly quoted from declassified documents tell you what they say
00:17:54.000 you're going to get to determine it for your own uh self and you'll be able to make your own
00:18:00.000 conclusions about what they said so we're going to focus on china and the massive election uh
00:18:07.760 influence and interference scheme that they had dating back to 2008. uh i thought i knew a lot
00:18:13.440 about elections this this blew me away the declassified intelligence just absolutely
00:18:19.840 stunned me and then equally stunning we're going to show you that there is in fact evidence and
00:18:26.240 even elections intelligence officials admitted they're running a shadow government to keep this
00:18:31.840 stuff secret that is going to be absolutely chilling let's get right into it because we have
00:18:36.640 got a lot of ground to cover um and i'm going to just read to you right out of the documents i'm
00:18:44.400 not going to editorialize this the documents tell the story we'll start off with this cia note it
00:18:50.720 says in mid 2018 the chinese communist party policy was to leverage all domestic and foreign elements
00:18:58.720 that were opposed to the u.s president in an effort to reduce the president's votes and make him
00:19:05.200 resign or prevent his reelection also in mid 2018 china was working to influence the results of the
00:19:14.080 u.s midterm elections and later results of the 2020 u.s presidential elections as part of the
00:19:21.440 campaign china was analyzing u.s presidential elections and identifying u.s states who voted
00:19:29.200 for the president. The Chinese would then identify sectors within these states that voted to support
00:19:36.100 the president's political party and would attempt to make these sectors experience negative
00:19:41.940 consequences by levering tariffs on exports to China from those sectors. The Chinese hoped that
00:19:52.500 these measures would induce representatives from the sectors supporting the president to lobby
00:19:57.420 the U.S. president. But we're just getting warmed up. Properly, the Chinese government used a number
00:20:04.560 of means to exert influence over individuals it believed would speak on behalf of Chinese interests
00:20:11.080 with senior U.S. officials. China regularly extended invitations to influential individuals
00:20:18.040 to travel to China for speaking engagements for which they were paid significant speaking fees
00:20:24.460 along with first-class travel and accommodations.
00:20:27.620 This was effective particularly with think tank officials,
00:20:31.740 academics, and former U.S. government employees.
00:20:34.880 The goal of these activities was to get either U.S. corporations
00:20:39.000 or U.S. individuals hooked on China.
00:20:42.180 By doing so, the Chinese relied on hitting these entities in the wallet
00:20:46.600 to force them to talk with U.S. presidents about tariffs.
00:20:53.320 So think about this.
00:20:54.340 this, that they have paid off or trying to get their tariffs reduced so that we can pay more
00:21:04.480 income tax. I found that pretty preposterous. But let's go on. In mid-2019, China assessed that a
00:21:12.180 means to gain advantage over U.S. policy was to direct additional unspecified resources toward
00:21:18.980 political swing states, as China assessed these states would play a crucial role for the 2020
00:21:25.540 presidential election. Along with this, it was also recommended that China apply pressure to
00:21:30.740 financial supporters of the U.S. President's re-election campaign. Separately, in mid-2019,
00:21:38.100 the Chinese government's strategy against the United States was focused on undermining domestic
00:21:43.540 confidence in the u.s president the strategy included efforts to use chinese contacts
00:21:50.660 with big u.s companies to influence u.s business leaders to turn against the u.s president
00:21:57.780 the chinese government thought to identify u.s journalists who had reported negatively on the
00:22:03.460 u.s president and paid them to write more negative articles about him the chinese government wanted
00:22:12.340 the u.s president to lose the next election did y'all catch that the chinese government
00:22:17.380 is paying our journalists to write negative articles about the u.s president apparently
00:22:23.220 because they didn't like the tarot 2020 presidential election china had extensive
00:22:30.260 plans to utilize potential and cyber operations to sway public opinion against the trump
00:22:36.740 of administration and international opinion
00:22:40.200 against the US government.
00:22:42.500 The China plans were designed to exploit US societal
00:22:47.800 fissures and vulnerabilities to influence US and other audiences
00:22:52.860 by extension of US government decision making.
00:22:59.600 So look at these operations.
00:23:01.280 These operations covered a broad range of topics.
00:23:04.860 They were using social media and journalists
00:23:07.740 in regards to economic recession,
00:23:10.660 encouraging violent demonstrations and looting
00:23:15.260 to increase the appearance of social unrest,
00:23:17.980 intensify American's disapproval of the president,
00:23:21.620 calling it to question his ability to govern,
00:23:24.640 overall undermining the legitimacy
00:23:27.180 and public support of the president,
00:23:30.140 claiming that he has an ineffective COVID-19 response,
00:23:34.000 increasing public dissatisfaction with the President of the United States by questioning
00:23:39.280 his fitness to govern and undermining public support for his actions. They also hopped on
00:23:46.320 racial tensions, alleging that white people hate black people, inciting demonstrations and marches
00:23:52.560 as evidence of racial divides, increasing the level of conflict between
00:23:56.960 racism uh activists and feeding any sense of u.s law enforcement uh resents the u.s government
00:24:05.600 people of color they went through and they they took all these other uh topics as well u.s
00:24:13.120 government tensions with the u.s military they're trying to exploit all these things political party
00:24:18.320 disagreements congress trump administration conflicts women's rights u.s south china sea
00:24:24.160 policies, alleged U.S. war aspirations, and international propaganda. This is not me talking.
00:24:30.760 This is our documents are saying these things. China had developed capabilities to project
00:24:37.840 themes on these topics into social media, and they named the social media platforms.
00:24:43.940 Ironically, a lot of those were the ones that banned us back in that time.
00:24:47.120 as well as mainstream media through a variety of overt and hidden influencers and media contributors.
00:24:56.580 Again, this is corroboration that they're using our media against our country.
00:25:04.700 Gun proliferation.
00:25:07.480 They harped on that.
00:25:09.840 Immigration policies, inciting the migrant community, dissatisfaction with the government,
00:25:14.940 instigating demonstrations against the U.S. government, alleged human rights violations against immigrants,
00:25:22.580 inflaming resentment between anti-immigrant and pro-immigrant communities, instigating anti-immigrant organizations.
00:25:31.980 And then it goes on to talk about the cyber influence.
00:25:35.700 And it says, Chinese cyber actors, these are known as APT31, targeted the personal email accounts of senior U.S. leadership, including officials in the executive office of the president and high-ranking officials in multiple executive branch organizations, the Congress, and the federal judiciary.
00:25:58.640 They were essentially targeting the entire federal government.
00:26:01.600 so i'm going to move into some dhs uh threat findings we're going to move now into the actual
00:26:09.800 uh interference that was how they were trying to influence the election but what did they do to try
00:26:16.100 to influence the election more directly so um a couple of things we want to get in before the
00:26:23.480 break chinese state sponsored cyber actors aggressively target u.s critical infrastructure
00:26:29.380 to steal sensitive data and personally identifiable information.
00:26:34.520 We're going to see more about that.
00:26:36.040 That's known as PII.
00:26:38.440 Suspected Chinese cyber actors
00:26:40.820 stand both election-related and non-election state government websites.
00:26:46.600 Also collected publicly available U.S. voter information.
00:26:50.420 You see the years there.
00:26:51.540 And the DOJ actually indicted four members of the Chinese People's Liberation Army
00:26:57.620 on counts of economic espionage, wire fraud, computer fraud.
00:27:04.400 The DHS went on to, and DHS is the Department of Homeland Security.
00:27:08.900 They went on to say, what could China do after breaching a voter registration database
00:27:14.560 or obtaining PII?
00:27:17.400 Well, they can successfully obtain absentee ballots.
00:27:20.220 They can alter voter registration information or add and delete registrants.
00:27:27.620 here's the voter roll mining as we just get in the last few seconds before the breath
00:27:32.420 they d the declassified intelligence it reveals that voter registration rolls from at least 18
00:27:37.220 states have been compromised by the people's republic of china additional intelligence
00:27:42.180 records reveal more than 200 million voter records were also compromised by the prc without
00:27:50.420 state specific affiliations we are going to see a little bit more about that when we come back
00:27:56.420 from the break. Stay with us. We are just scraping the top of the surface. Thank you. We'll be right
00:28:03.400 back. You know, just a few years ago, if you told someone you were stocking up on emergency food,
00:28:14.960 they would have called you a tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist. Not anymore. We've all
00:28:21.640 seen supply chain chaos devastating natural disasters inflation war civil unrest and
00:28:27.240 preparedness has gone mainstream that's why we're so excited to partner with my patriot supply

00:29:37.980 As we left at the break, I told you that over 200 million voter roll records for PII by the communist Chinese government.
00:30:05.760 There is the table in our own intelligence documents that lays some of that out.
00:30:11.720 But that's not all.
00:30:13.320 This one will probably stun you, if it certainly stunned me.
00:30:17.540 The CCP had compromised all of these types of American businesses.
00:30:23.900 And I won't take the time to read you the list, but look at it.
00:30:28.120 On here, there's five web services companies, six social networking companies,
00:30:32.520 And even a U.S. cybersecurity company was compromised by the Chinese.
00:30:40.060 Stunning, stunning information there.
00:30:43.860 And now I want to move on into the actual interference that China has been involved in
00:30:53.840 and how our own U.S. intelligence agencies covered it up.
00:30:56.960 In August of 2020, the FBI Albany Field Office put out an intelligence information report.
00:31:08.960 And it said, in late August 2020, the Chinese government had produced a large amount of fraudulent U.S. driver's license that were secretly exported to the U.S.
00:31:19.960 The fraudulent driver's license would allow tens of thousands of Chinese students and immigrants sympathetic to the CCP to vote for U.S. presidential candidate Joe Biden, despite not in the U.S.
00:31:35.780 Many of you have seen this story reported in the news, I think in quite several places.
00:31:42.020 Gateway Pundit had a story on this.
00:31:44.240 And U.S. Customs eventually intercepted 20,000 fake driver's licenses, in fact, from China, by June of 2020.
00:31:54.100 Yet when the FBI office put this report out from Albany, it was recalled.
00:32:01.780 The report was recalled by the FBI in order to re-interview the source.
00:32:08.280 And this is at the time the information had already been corroborated.
00:32:15.120 so who we call this well i'm going to uh get you into a couple players here counterintelligence
00:32:20.880 uh director alan kohler deputy nikki flores and a special agent bradley benavides
00:32:27.360 work in the counterintelligence section there's albany field office and of course criminal
00:32:32.960 division is in headquarters up in headquarters so how was this ir created well there's a process
00:32:41.040 the um the the handling agent of the fbi meets the source they draft what we call an fd-1023
00:32:48.800 the supervisory special agent approves that fd-1023 then it goes to an analyst who analyzes
00:32:56.080 for what they call drain criteria the drain criteria simply says is it detailed does it
00:33:01.360 respect source rights is it authoritative is it new and if it meets that criteria then
00:33:09.760 the criminal officer disseminates that iir that's the normal process and the albany field office
00:33:16.080 felt that they had met that process so when it was recalled they objected and here's some of
00:33:22.560 the actual communications uh internally from the fbi albany field office oh one of the agents says
00:33:29.120 most concerning to me is stating the reporting would contradict directors ray director ray's
00:33:33.680 testimony i found this troubling because it implied to me that one of the reasons we aren't putting
00:33:39.520 this out is for a political reason which goes directly against our organization's
00:33:47.200 mission to remain apolitical and simply state what we know that's the purpose of intelligence
00:33:52.960 likewise at the field operational level i do not feel it's our job to assess whether or not
00:33:58.320 our intelligence uh aligns with the director rather we provide intelligence for people
00:34:04.960 way above our pay grade like the director to make the call on what the fbi is seeing
00:34:11.600 as a whole you remember the director was saying there was nothing to see here
00:34:18.160 so what did the deputy director of counter uh counterintelligence say when she gets this she
00:34:23.840 should have been thrilled that they got a report but she says oh no another effing irr went out
00:34:30.640 re election security this is in uh i think a text exchange oh
00:34:37.200 so she goes on she says they she wanted to them to push out a revision to it and she's
00:34:44.080 communicating again with the and says yeah it doesn't look like they have pushed out a revision
00:34:49.200 yet for f's sake we're pushing out a note today to all field offices that all election related iirs
00:34:57.600 must come through headquarters which is the foreign influence task force that's what that means
00:35:04.560 and then she says what we've all known for years she says i'm basically running a shadow government
00:35:12.800 across the fbi at this point this is the fbi deputy director of counterintelligence admitting
00:35:20.960 the fact that she is running a shadow government and that's exactly what she did you can say by
00:35:26.640 suppressing that iir at least that's what it looks to me well what would you expect
00:35:35.120 her response to be because she's talking to the director of intelligence of office of global
00:35:39.840 affairs of the fbi he should be shocked shouldn't he that she's saying she's running a shadow
00:35:44.880 government out of the fbi box no he says you do what you have to do mile hang in there you just
00:35:55.040 need to get through december so not only do you this is not just one bad apple this is collusion
00:36:04.240 at the top level of fbi counterintention
00:36:10.800 but it was not just the fbi let's move on to what we call the national
00:36:15.440 intelligence council nick memos and the this is the intelligence community in general
00:36:22.400 and in spite of everything I just told you,
00:36:25.920 they put out a memo in 2020 that says
00:36:29.780 Beijing did not intend to affect the election.
00:36:34.120 We assessed they calculated that a concerted effort
00:36:37.300 to influence the presidential election
00:36:38.860 would result in backfiring and offer uncertain benefit.
00:36:43.420 at the fbi got concurrence with cia and inr on editing uh these communications and these uh the
00:36:57.980 assessments to keep that all toned down and uh away from not only the president but other
00:37:05.580 administrative officials they said that activities are focused on policy preferences and that
00:37:12.060 election-related activity is not worth the risk.
00:37:15.400 In other words, they're saying that China believes that, quote,
00:37:18.520 election-related activity is not worth the risk.
00:37:21.040 This is coming from the Foreign Influence Task Force.
00:37:26.580 INR is the State Department's Intelligence Bureau.
00:37:33.580 So it goes on.
00:37:35.760 Now, there were two brave individuals,
00:37:38.320 of the National Intelligence Council,
00:37:41.740 the NIA officer of cyber,
00:37:43.540 and the director of election threat assessments.
00:37:47.360 And they're going back and forth with one another about this.
00:37:50.100 One of them says,
00:37:50.740 I'm concerned about politics seeping into this.
00:37:54.060 I strongly disagree that we can be so confident about it,
00:37:57.340 given something and all that has happened since then.
00:38:00.760 We don't know what that something is.
00:38:02.280 That was redacted.
00:38:04.440 And he says,
00:38:05.240 Is it just me?
00:38:06.140 are they basically saying we should self-censor our assessment which is different than theirs
00:38:15.740 so they continue to have this dialogue i wanted you to see this because
00:38:19.820 it can put you inside the u.s intelligence community so the director of eta uh and these
00:38:26.620 both of these individuals are in the odni office of director of national intelligence that was
00:38:30.780 where telsey gabbert was until recently and this was of course a long time ago in 2020. he says
00:38:36.780 i'm not sure why so many in the community want to close down the possibility that china might
00:38:41.420 have done or be doing something these are our own intelligence people saying this everyone
00:38:46.620 and then they had this discussion with the nsa the nsa is trying to suppress it but the lower
00:38:51.500 underlings they are all believe that it needs to come out so he says everyone around the table at
00:38:57.340 at the NSA had thoughts similar to what I
00:38:59.400 had shared at the meeting, I think
00:39:01.240 many were reticent to express them
00:39:03.320 to the group because FBI
00:39:05.200 and CIA seemed so adamant
00:39:07.540 about their stances,
00:39:09.320 which is to
00:39:09.720 and he gets a response that says, hey, that's
00:39:13.320 great news. Blank is an
00:39:15.300 NSA senior, one of the
00:39:17.280 few seniors that remain analytically
00:39:19.740 focused. The rest of them
00:39:21.400 are political hacks. So
00:39:23.220 having him on board is a big deal.
00:39:27.340 So they go on.
00:39:29.640 So they conclude that they're going to have to do something different.
00:39:32.360 So the NIA, and he writes back to the other intelligence community members.
00:39:37.900 He says, NIO, Cyber, and I have a somewhat different take on the China election story
00:39:42.200 than what has appeared in production so far.
00:39:45.740 Rather than continue to argue about this and drive you all nuts,
00:39:49.620 we are opting to publish an alternative analysis, Nick Memo.
00:39:55.040 the ic assesses beijing has not deployed influence so this is the nick the nick memo
00:40:04.000 by the way let me back up this is the first nick memo of the intelligence community they say that
00:40:09.840 the ic assesses beijing has not deployed influence efforts intended to change the outcome of the u.s
00:40:17.680 presidential and this is in october of 16th after we have just seen the massive influence campaign
00:40:24.160 this is what our intelligence community decides to come out with the ic has seen no indication
00:40:31.520 that beijing is engaged in an effort to influence the outcome of the presidential election
00:40:36.240 nor has it observed activity that it assesses is likely result effort by beijing so you just saw
00:40:43.920 everything that had transpired and now you see the intelligence community lying to the rest of the
00:40:49.920 the government about this and they did this twice and there was another memo was in august
00:40:54.800 this was in october so these uh patriots from odni come up with their own uh minority assessment
00:41:04.240 and it says specifically the difference is that um china does in fact intend public and diplomatic
00:41:10.480 actions to undercut trump in the election and undertaken a few they have undertaken a few
00:41:15.680 covert influence efforts to undermine trump's election i mean that's almost an understatement
00:41:21.120 but at least they got the opposing view on record um so uh hats off to them and they ended up with
00:41:30.160 some alternate language that says unidentified pro-china influence actors have been spreading
00:41:36.160 english language videos on u.s social media platforms that criticize the president's policies
00:41:41.600 promote socially divisive themes and denigrate him and that's verbatim from their their study
00:41:49.680 the last point seems important to me the director of election threat analysis says for odni these
00:41:56.080 are some these are the actual email exchanges that are going back and forth i did not editorialize
00:42:00.880 this at all these are word for word communications and here you see we talked about the fbi running
00:42:06.960 shadow government. Now here we see that the NSA is admitting that they withheld in the PDB any
00:42:20.360 mention of elections. And the PDB is the presidential daily brief that goes to the
00:42:26.540 president. This is in November of 2020. They basically said, well, actually, excuse me.
00:42:34.920 I skipped a gun.
00:42:36.100 This is the mind boggles.
00:42:37.980 They found out about this before it happened.
00:42:40.760 And one writes to the other, and Odi and I, they said,
00:42:44.340 the NSA isn't going to talk about the election.
00:42:48.780 The mind boggles.
00:42:52.120 These are the intelligence guys talking.
00:42:55.380 And that's, in fact, what they did.
00:42:57.800 they actually withheld that from the president of the United States.
00:43:04.380 And we actually have an email that admits that.
00:43:06.040 We'll try to show you that after the break.
00:43:07.980 But we're coming up on the break.
00:43:09.620 Stay with us.
00:43:10.880 In the next segment, if we have time,
00:43:12.880 we're going to talk about how the Russian hoax was created.
00:43:16.420 That's going to chill you to your core.
00:43:19.680 So, again, stay with us.
00:43:21.920 We will be back in just a few minutes.
00:43:27.800 We will fight till they're all gone
00:43:30.280 We rejoice when there's no more
00:43:32.600 Let's take down the CCP
00:43:34.560 October 15th, or as we say in the war room, 15 October.
00:43:42.680 As we head towards that date, that's the extension deadline for the IRS.

00:45:23.580 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:45:31.040 All right.
00:45:32.700 Back for our final segment.
00:45:35.420 It's a short segment, so I want to just conclude that,
00:45:38.720 and I'll give you a little teaser of what's coming up.
00:45:42.360 So let's, I wanted to go back,
00:45:44.520 and I mentioned that these two guys in ODNI,
00:45:50.720 the Director of Election Threat Analysis
00:45:52.220 and the CIO of Cyber, are having this conversation.
00:45:57.020 It says, small update from NSA below,
00:46:00.400 their PDB, which is the Presidential Daily Brief,
00:46:05.180 is not going to tie to the election.
00:46:08.720 Huh? The mind boggles.
00:46:11.780 These are two intelligence guys.
00:46:13.300 These are two of the top intelligence guys talking to one another.
00:46:19.340 And they have this communication, and I just think it's fascinating to see
00:46:22.860 how they're appalled as equally as we are, and we should be too.
00:46:27.380 And one of them says to the other, he said,
00:46:29.980 I think I mentioned to you before there is some pending blank
00:46:33.560 that makes it clear China has been caught conducting election influence.
00:46:38.720 But as you scroll up, note that the NSA, quote, deliberately massaged our one pending PDB to avoid any direct links to the election.
00:46:50.820 He goes on to say this is a really good example, but far from the only one, of what I've been raising since the summer,
00:46:58.800 that the IC is deliberately avoiding mentioning a connection for non-substantive reasons.
00:47:07.140 This is not me talking, this is our intelligence people.
00:47:10.560 But this is a highly irregular way to do things,
00:47:14.060 especially as someone trying to raise tradecraft
00:47:16.900 and substantive objections to the mainline analysis
00:47:21.460 and isn't getting any of our work incorporated or even mentioned.
00:47:28.000 So they are appalled at this whole thing.
00:47:31.900 and it goes on to say another one says and i would be concerned as to why they are deliberately
00:47:41.220 massaging analysis excuse me messaging analysis away from elections i would be concerned as to
00:47:49.880 why they are deliberately messaging analysis away from elections why would the nsa be doing that
00:47:56.520 Well, but here is their own admission. This is the NSA's Strategic Intelligence Analyst back at this time, November 2020. And he acknowledges, or she, we have deliberately massaged our one pending PDB to avoid any direct links to the election.
00:48:17.380 So the intelligence community is intentionally withholding the evidence of Chinese, not only election influence, but actual election interference from the president and, as you saw earlier, from the rest of the government bills through their National Intelligence Council assessments.
00:48:42.600 Now, I thought I want to show you this one just for the irony of the whole thing.
00:48:47.380 Fast forward a year later, this is December 23rd, 2021, and these two intelligence officers are talking once again.
00:48:57.720 And he says, take a minute and look through this report.
00:49:01.880 It cites some of the same intel and logic used in 2020 to say that these same units were not engaged in election influence,
00:49:11.080 but were instead only issue-focused to now argue that China is influencing the election.
00:49:18.620 They literally cite as support for their argument some of the same reporting used in the mainline assessment in our minority report.
00:49:29.180 So they basically covered it up until Trump is gone, and now they are braining it out.
00:49:36.380 And he goes on.
00:49:37.680 He says, for example, they cite activity
00:49:40.220 as being the Chinese military, even though in 2020,
00:49:44.220 the IC said, we didn't know who it was.
00:49:47.880 This report describes the same unit
00:49:50.100 that ICED were influencing the US 23 election,
00:49:55.360 and now characterize it as an election influence unit,
00:49:59.280 and attributes it to the Chinese Communist government
00:50:03.100 a year later in December 23, 2021, when
00:50:06.380 well that that was the case in 2020 as the elections uh the intelligence officers have
00:50:14.340 explained so that is a little bit uh of what we uh have covered in terms of the massive
00:50:23.640 china influence and interference campaign that we were running and the chilling aspect that it was
00:50:31.840 covered up by the our own u.s intelligence and the journalists most of the things that we talked
00:50:37.920 about there you saw in the news well were they coming from news sources or were they really
00:50:43.360 coming from uh puppets from the chinese communist government that is some things that we uh need to
00:50:51.200 really discuss later so i'm going to just uh tease you for the next segment uh and to hopefully
00:50:57.760 you'll stay with us on on war room and we're going to talk about how this whole u.s uh intelligence
00:51:05.840 russia hoax was created by the fbi with a little help from the cia you might remember when tulsi
00:51:13.840 gabbard released these first reports in july of 25 and uh that was a year ago we're going to show
00:51:21.920 you that and now the new intelligence ties together and we're going to show you how they
00:51:28.640 perpetrated this whole russian hoax on the american people and it's right out of their own
00:51:36.080 intelligence files it's that i'm saying it's about the uh intelligence that's actually there
00:51:44.080 and quotes in direct quotes so i i guess we're going to just go ahead and wrap up this segment
00:51:51.920 And I want to just mention a couple of things to reiterate what we said at the beginning.
00:51:58.340 President Trump was right.
00:52:00.860 We have a major election security problem in America.
00:52:05.640 He may not have been right on every little detail, but he was, as you can see,
00:52:10.940 daggone right on the most important stuff.
00:52:13.680 We've got a major issue.
00:52:15.660 and our issue and what appears to be our biggest threat in in america maybe not even china or
00:52:24.460 iran or anyone else it might be our own u.s intelligence who are running our country without
00:52:31.500 our permission this is the most offensive thing i've seen it's something that we've known all
00:52:37.260 along we've felt that deep state that shadow government we know it's been running uh but that
00:52:43.580 that was absolutely appalling as well as the news outlets and journalists that have been
00:52:49.260 participating in this and giving us such a hard time we should now feel vindicated for telling
00:52:54.940 the truth all these years so the bottom line is that we need a national emergency declaration
00:53:02.140 from the president to fix this so we hope that president trump can do that because congress
00:53:07.100 isn't going to do it and the states aren't going to do so stay tuned we'll be moving over to war
