00:00:00.000 major news in the social media world and it's the kind of changes that could be made if all
00:00:06.940 companies get on board that could be life-changing for young people even life-saving yeah this is the
00:00:13.280 hope that this is the start of something as you know as i know as john knows this is the issue
00:00:17.520 of the time for parents and it is the front page story in papers across the country mika that meta
00:00:23.900 is backing down now in a multi-state lawsuit claiming it built addictive platforms that are
00:00:30.660 dangerous for children. The company has agreed to pay billions in penalties, a fraction, yes,
00:00:36.100 of the company's total valuation. It does not have to admit wrongdoing. Meta did make some
00:00:40.900 important concessions to its products. MS Now's Nick McCool has details. I'm pleased to announce
00:00:48.180 that Meta has reached an agreement. This morning, a landmark settlement. Meta agreeing to pay up to
00:00:53.280 17 billion dollars to settle their case against dozens of states over claims it built products
00:00:59.240 that are addictive and harmful to kids then misled the public about them the framework we've
00:01:04.160 negotiated will empower parents to easily manage their children's access to our platforms the
00:01:08.620 parent company of facebook and instagram also agreeing to a series of protections for users
00:01:13.460 under 18 including daily time and nighttime limits muted notifications during school hours
00:01:19.000 and hiding like counts on posts in one sense those are really impressive stipulations but
00:01:24.220 in another sense if you look under the hood a lot of them i'm a little bit worried are going
00:01:28.300 to be pretty easy to work around medicine nearly a third of the settlement roughly five billion
00:01:33.260 dollars will be withheld unless other social media companies also pay penalties and change
00:01:38.340 their apps this framework will only work if all our peers join us because teens move fluidly
00:01:44.420 across dozens of apps, we need an industry-wide solution.
00:01:48.240 Is this social media's big tobacco moment?
00:01:51.240 For sure. 0.72
00:01:51.920 New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport was one of the lead AGs on the case.
00:01:56.420 She says the fight for accountability will not stop with Meta.
00:01:59.460 Anytime profits are put over the safety of our kids, we're going to act.
00:02:03.320 Critics of the deal say Meta settled for far less than the hundreds of billions the states were seeking.
00:02:08.100 But Davenport says the agreement secures vital protections much sooner than a verdict would.
00:02:13.300 Meta, meanwhile, gets to end a proceeding that featured potentially damaging testimony before CEO Mark Zuckerberg was expected to take the stand.
00:02:21.700 They got a pretty reasonable settlement here, but they really got dragged through the dirt in the court of public opinion.
00:02:29.060 I think a lot of people have pretty negative views of Meta right now.
00:02:33.880 While this deal ends the attorney's general case against Meta, thousands of others press on against the company and its industry peers.
00:02:40.900 despite the massive settlement for parents like Victoria Hinks,
00:02:44.580 who blamed social media for her daughter's suicide.
00:02:47.940 No amount of money is ever going to bring my beautiful daughter back.
00:02:52.280 I miss her every day.
00:02:54.560 Both sides say Metta will be independently audited for compliance under the terms of the agreement.
00:02:59.400 Metta's stock was up about 1% yesterday following news of the deal
00:03:02.860 after taking a major hit around the start of the trial.
00:03:05.700 Was it money? Was it terms? Something else? All the above?
00:03:10.900 yeah all of the above look this was not a good deal for the states and that's why florida wasn't
00:03:17.020 a part of it we are not going to sell out when it comes to child safety we're not going to
00:03:21.440 capitulate it might look like a big number but this is a trillion and a half dollar company
00:03:26.940 this is a rounding error that should not get them off scot-free for over a decade of harms to our
00:03:32.940 kids and look new mexico a jury handed out a billion dollar verdict florida's more than 10
00:03:39.380 times the size of New Mexico. So we're not going to settle for pennies on the dollar
00:03:43.220 and the programmatic changes. They're good. They're stepping in the right direction.
00:03:47.480 But a lot of them are temporary, only good for five years. We do not believe they go far enough.
00:03:52.640 I want to and I want to get outside the money in a second. But this is CNBC. So kind of we'll start
00:03:57.380 there up to 17 billion payable over 10 years. So one point seven billion a year is a 200 billion
00:04:04.840 dollar revenue per year company. Met it as $200 billion a year in revenue. Have you done the math,
00:04:12.880 because I guess this show is all about math, Mr. Attorney General,
00:04:15.960 on how much Florida would receive if you did agree to this current settlement?
00:04:22.600 Well, looking at the amounts received by other states, it looks like we would get less than
00:04:27.620 that verdict that New Mexico received. That's just not acceptable. We've got a great case,
00:04:32.440 A lot of evidence showing the harms to kids, suicides, self-harm, mental injuries, many, many injuries.
00:04:40.620 States around the country are seeing juries that seem favorable here.
00:04:45.320 They were looking at trillions in liability.
00:04:48.000 So we're not going to settle. We'll go to court.
00:04:50.120 We like to fight for our kids in Florida.
00:04:52.160 We're not going to we're not going to bend over and capitulate.
00:04:57.100 Thank God for the attorney general in the free state of Florida.
00:04:59.880 This settlement's a joke.
00:05:02.440 mark zuckerberg's a criminal and facebook meta is a criminal apparatus the testimony here would
00:05:10.800 have been brutal and criminal charges ought to be brought this settlement is a joke sean davis
00:05:17.720 joins me a sean all the testimony that was going to come they knew what they were they knew what
00:05:22.980 they were doing for years and years and years and they won't stop until you break them and bring
00:05:29.760 criminal charges. In addition, this settlement is kind of like some sort of like, kind of like
00:05:35.840 curfew. All the stuff's on the parents and the kids. It's not back to the algorithm. It's not
00:05:41.580 back to the core issues of how we got here and the destruction of families and children, suicides,
00:05:48.480 depression, antisocial behavior, all of it. This is an outrage. And I'm so glad that the attorney
00:05:54.420 general of the state of florida they were up for trillions of dollars of potential liability you
00:06:00.200 put them in front of a jury the juries are always going to come when the evidence is presented
00:06:04.920 juries are going to come on the side of people that have to hold these monsters accountable
00:06:10.000 your thoughts sean davis uh founder and publisher of the federalist sir yeah when i saw the details
00:06:18.060 yesterday about it i had the same reaction i thought this is a joke the company just last
00:06:23.260 year had $200 billion in revenue. So you're looking at a $17 billion settlement over 10 years. You're
00:06:30.040 looking at maybe one and a half billion a year spread across 47 different states, plus DC and
00:06:36.460 Puerto Rico, I think. It's a total joke. And it's not just that Facebook preys on children and tries
00:06:43.100 to get them addicted and gets them to do awful things on their platform. Look at what Facebook
00:06:49.020 has done in the past, not just kids, but to the nation. They were a part of the global censorship
00:06:56.280 industrial complex pushed by Biden. They went after my company. They tried to destroy us with
00:07:00.960 ridiculous censorship. They were pushing nonsensical COVID junk science. And then there 0.98
00:07:07.980 was Mark Zuckerberg in Facebook giving who knows how much to BLM. But then you had Mark Zuckerberg
00:07:15.080 getting personally involved in helping to rig the 2020 election. Who knows how much money he spent
00:07:19.720 on that? And we're going to look at this and see a company that has objectively made the country
00:07:24.900 worse and say, we're going to let you off by giving less than 1% of your revenue a year to
00:07:30.600 a handful of states. It makes me think the soup from the beginning was a joke that they never had
00:07:35.700 any intention of doing anything. They saw an opportunity to do what happened with the tobacco
00:07:40.500 companies, which was, oh, let's just get a little extra money for ourselves. We actually don't care
00:07:44.900 about the problem we'll give uh some class action lawyers six billion dollars to put in their
00:07:48.880 pockets and then we'll give pennies in our state and call it a day it's a total joke we actually
00:07:53.180 had the opportunity to make facebook do something real they didn't even have to admit that they did
00:07:59.220 anything wrong here so the thing's a joke and and thank goodness for florida being i guess one of
00:08:04.360 50 states that's uh uh actually knows what time it is we have to use florida but also folks out
00:08:12.500 there. You should be blowing up your AGs right now. It's also a continuation of YouTube and TikTok
00:08:18.500 agreeing, but you should be calling your state AGs right now and saying, absolutely no way do you
00:08:23.960 want to support this. First off, in a courtroom, we should go through and present all of their
00:08:31.100 criminal activities. Don't you agree, Sean? Let's just get the facts out in a court of law and see
00:08:36.160 what monsters they are and how they've known about this for years and went out of their way
00:08:40.900 to kind of hide it as they preyed upon uh kids sir well yeah and just last week i read an article i
00:08:48.220 don't remember if it was in cnbc or not that wall street would was estimating something like one to
00:08:53.400 two trillion uh losses for facebook potentially in litigation risk so you have you can you might
00:09:01.460 have been able to take one to two trillion off of facebook um it's it's key executives hadn't even
00:09:06.680 been deposed yet. Why on earth are you settling this early? You hadn't even done the early type
00:09:13.160 of pain to the company that you can do that they were desperate to avoid. It's clear that Mark
00:09:17.880 Zuckerberg did not want to be deposed on this, certainly not by 47 different AGs. So why on earth
00:09:23.340 do you go and do your settlement before you've done the first couple stages of pain? It makes
00:09:28.540 no sense to me. I just do not understand the strategy here unless the whole thing was fake
00:09:35.180 from the beginning and they just wanted to get a quick quick payout for their states pretend like 0.96
00:09:39.040 they did something good and then move on to doing nothing on something else we had these rats
00:09:44.560 cornered we could have broken them up you know with instagram all that back last spring uh somehow 0.62
00:09:50.460 they slipped out of that here they had them again these people are these people are criminals it's
00:09:55.380 a criminal apparatus a criminal organization pure evil uh we make sure go to bill blaster right now
00:10:01.520 it's got the number for the florida ag give him a call send him a text an email say attaboy we got
00:10:07.520 your back continue to press on this thing is far from over and we got to rip this that we got to
00:10:11.960 rip this settlement up and get back in there and morning mika in the crowd uh you know with the 0.92
00:10:16.980 knitted brows oh yeah this is the start of something big big that's all crap okay i don't know if meta 0.99
00:10:22.140 has come to you uh and said hey we're going to sponsor the show but it's all crap everything you 0.97
00:10:26.560 said today was total bs sean where do people go the federalist and the great fight that you guys
00:10:32.980 are putting up on all these topics every day you guys have another slew of just great very uh very
00:10:39.580 well thought through pieces that people ought to make as part of their morning media diet sir
00:10:44.140 well i agree with you thank you for that they can find us at the federalist.com they can find me
00:10:50.560 on x at sean m d a v and the more they read the better it is for us
00:10:55.540 thank you brother great job great work we're gonna try to get mike davis tomorrow hopefully
00:11:03.560 maybe rachel bovard everybody all the people have been fighting this thing for years um
00:11:08.080 i got peter navarro do i have time to play his camp no i don't have peter navarro no time let's
00:11:14.600 just go to peter navarro peter we're gonna have after the break we're gonna play a clip on uh
00:11:20.000 canada what do you got for us tell us about this the canadians are are calling us everything the
00:11:25.280 book they say you're going to back down i say that canada is run by a bunch of thugs people
00:11:31.060 don't know that about uh about how uh how outside the the the norms of uh actual economic uh you
00:11:40.140 know operations these guys perform what are we gonna we're not gonna back down on this right
00:11:44.580 We're going to take this to the bitter end and bring Canada to heel, sir?
00:11:50.600 Canada's been cheating us since 1987.
00:11:54.080 And aside from the time that the Trump administration was the negotiators, they out-negotiated every team going back to 87, going through when NAFTA was signed.
00:12:09.780 And it's something people need to understand.
00:12:13.300 It's like, we love Canada. We love the Canadian people. There's a charm about the whole country
00:12:19.600 and them. But their government and their trade negotiators are, you can use the word gangsters,
00:12:28.180 I'll just say that they're just one big mound of steaming hot bad faith, right? I actually have
00:12:37.440 more experience negotiating with the Canadians than anybody in the administration, because
00:12:44.220 back in 2016, when Steve Bannon helped President Trump win that election, the very next day,
00:12:52.420 Wilbur Ross and I were tasked with negotiating the NAFTA reboot, which would become USMCA. 0.53
00:13:02.020 Christopher and Ollie, they were just like the most dishonest, backstabbing people I have ever 0.94
00:13:11.180 seen. The first thing Wilbur and I did was we went to a secret meeting with the ambassador to start 0.84
00:13:19.380 talking about this. And literally on the way home, the Canadians had broke the news in a way which
00:13:27.140 was favorable to them. So here's the thing, America. They cheat us. They cheat us on lumber.
00:13:34.440 They cheat us on dairy. They cheat us on autos. They cheat us on aluminum. They cheat us on steel.
00:13:41.300 They cheat us any which way they can. And they not only cheat us, Steve, but they give better
00:13:46.580 treatment to the Japanese, the Koreans, and the Germans, and wait for it, Stephen K. Bannon, 0.89
00:13:52.980 the Chinese. They are effectively a Chinese colony right now used as a launch pad to transship and
00:14:02.940 come in. So we'll be right back with the Admiral. Be sure and go to why Fauci must rot in prison 0.98
00:14:11.460 over the break. Buy that book, baby. We'll talk about it. There's a QR code. You're co-hosting
00:14:18.520 muscles a full flex right there okay we're going to come back and ask what the objectives are they
00:14:24.300 we know we're cheating them they we know they're cheating us what we've seen what president trump's
00:14:29.620 put up as a uh as as a as a punching back what are we looking to because the mainstream media
00:14:35.280 the business media is melting down about tariffs and t-band president trump the tariff ban okay uh
00:14:42.880 Dolly Parton's going to take us out all the segments today on the morning in commemoration 0.98
00:14:50.300 of her passing. Short commercial break. Poso's going to be with us. Measles in the Commonwealth
00:14:55.680 of Pennsylvania. My Cal on mass deportations. Peter Navarro. You don't wait until your house
00:15:01.120 is on fire to install a smoke detector. And you don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your
00:15:06.640 windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane and you don't reach for your seat belt
00:15:13.520 after the impact because after the crash the hurricane or the house fire it's too late similarly
00:15:20.200 you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold it's too late then diversify
00:15:26.220 with precious metals and diversify now because you never know what will threaten your savings next
00:15:32.740 persistent inflation a weakening dollar unexpected financial disruptions you don't know what's coming
00:15:38.780 but you can take preventative steps and you can take them today do that right now by requesting
00:15:44.280 a free information kit on gold from my friends at birch gold group just text my name bannon b-a-n-n-o-n

00:16:13.380 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:15.580 Bannon.
00:16:19.740 Folks, we're going to get back to tech.
00:16:21.820 We're going to get back to flock and data centers and Meta.
00:16:26.160 uh, we have to have a throw down with big tech. You can't trust them.
00:16:30.720 Most of them are criminal organizations.
00:16:32.760 This is why they don't want to go into court and turn on any of this over.
00:16:35.440 Anyway, make sure you go to get bill blaster right now. Grace,
00:16:38.740 if you can start pushing that out again, download it,
00:16:42.340 contact the attorney general of the free state of Florida and say, brother,
00:16:46.020 we got your back on this. Take it to the bitter end.
00:16:48.520 Cause he's standing up. And like I said, morning, Joe, I can't wait to, uh,
00:16:53.400 a week from now brought to you by sponsored by meta so obvious uh peter navarro i'm gonna play
00:17:02.280 a clip from c-span the other day but i want to stick to canada uh correct me if i'm wrong let's
00:17:07.220 be blunt canada has turned into a almost a wholly owned subsidiary of the chinese congress party
00:17:13.340 vancouver the beautiful city great people i took my destroyer in there decades and decades ago to
00:17:22.060 support they had a naval they had a fleet week just an amazing sea detail great people one of
00:17:26.980 the most beautiful parts of the world it is big hong kong now hong kong itself is little hong kong 0.93
00:17:32.640 the ccp has totally infiltrated the canadian business canadian government can get canadian 0.84
00:17:37.880 culture uh and correct me if i'm wrong the show that they're a subsidiary i believe i'm correct
00:17:44.280 on this that only the ccp and the canadians are pushing back when president trump puts these 0.53
00:17:48.900 tariffs, how everybody else works with us, because they understand they've been ripping 0.91
00:17:52.780 us off for decade after decade after decade.
00:17:55.740 Peter Navarro, your thoughts and observations, sir.
00:17:59.600 That is exactly right.
00:18:01.700 The only two countries on God's good earth that are retaliating against the United States
00:18:10.140 when we try to get simply fair trade are communist China and the CCP and Canada.
00:18:20.720 I mean, parse that. You're absolutely right. Vancouver is now big Hong Kong to the little
00:18:27.240 Hong Kong over there. And a couple of weeks ago, when I introduced my great transshipment scam
00:18:35.420 report, and we were talking a lot about that. One of the problems we got right now is that
00:18:40.340 China is using both Mexico and Canada as launch pads for its transship goods, basically bringing
00:18:51.320 stuff over and sneaking it in on the near zero USMCA tariffs. But this dispute, so people
00:18:59.480 understand. This started with 338, Section 338 of the Trade Code, which basically says if one
00:19:10.100 country discriminates against us, then we are allowed to retaliate, reciprocate with tariffs.
00:19:18.260 That's how this whole thing started. And we've got a situation now where alcoholic beverages,
00:19:25.520 if you go into a provincial store around the whole of Canada, you can't buy American liquor
00:19:31.500 full stop, right? You can buy anything else, French wine, German, whatever. You can't buy
00:19:39.700 American Kentucky, good Kentucky whiskey in there. They've given preferential deals on autos
00:19:48.900 to Germany, Japan, Korea, and China. So that's coming in. And of course, you got the dairy
00:20:00.860 issue. I mean, triple digit tariffs forever. So President Trump and Jamison Greer put in
00:20:08.720 these tariffs, gave them plenty of time, gave them more than a month to come back with a deal.
00:20:14.760 And Steve, we had a deal with Canada. And frankly, it was so good, it made me nervous, okay? It's
00:20:22.020 like, ooh, okay, we're right up to the end. We gave them a good deal, okay? Best deal they're
00:20:27.180 going to get. And then politics took over, Steve. The politics of this are Mark Carney,
00:20:33.220 the prime minister, come from behind victory, picked up more than 20 points in the last week
00:20:40.340 or so, when he started bashing Trump.
00:20:44.120 OK, so that's his playbook. 1.00
00:20:46.180 And the Canadian people are kind of the useful idiots of that process because they reward 1.00
00:20:53.300 that rhetoric. 1.00
00:20:54.240 The rhetoric is, oh, poor Canada. 1.00
00:20:56.580 The US is a bully. 0.95
00:20:58.020 They're attacking our sovereignty. 0.99
00:20:59.640 Are we going to back down?
00:21:02.460 OK, I got it.
00:21:03.280 But you've got this tough tariff regime right now.
00:21:06.560 Are we going to see this?
00:21:07.380 There's no back down.
00:21:09.080 Yeah, we were very disappointed, okay?
00:21:14.740 You know that word, Steve?
00:21:16.180 That's the worst word in the president's handbook.
00:21:18.940 It's like they retraded the deal at the end.
00:21:22.860 We gave them a great deal.
00:21:24.160 They retraded it, and they're dumping all over us.
00:21:27.780 You know, Laurel and Hardy.
00:21:30.020 You got Mark Carney and Doug Ford, the guy who took too many hits playing hockey.
00:21:36.380 when the president says i'm very disappointed stand by for heavy rolls that means we're going
00:21:42.560 to general hang on for a second you're going to be a headline
00:21:46.220 hang on hang on i want to play i want to play some clips you had a magnificent turn on c-span
00:21:54.400 the other day let me play this clip about president trump and the selling of the economic
00:21:58.540 program it has been announced as we have advocated for a long time the left has made this all about
00:22:03.860 president trump president trump's got to put himself on the ballot he's announced now it's
00:22:07.460 been leaked out of the white house that he's going to do that for the for the midterm elections to
00:22:11.560 get these to make sure we get the lower propensity voters of the trump coalition uh to the polls let's
00:22:17.720 go and play navarro and c-span steve in republican tampa florida steve go ahead
00:22:23.040 yes mr navarro i'm a republican and i'm dismayed that the republicans haven't done a good enough
00:22:31.320 job in explaining to the Democrats and the independents some of the positive things that
00:22:36.960 the Trump administration has accomplished. They are not aware of $6,000 credit against your net
00:22:44.740 income if you're on Social Security to replace the 6.2 tax that was there. They're not aware of
00:22:50.880 the $1,000 that's given to children to help them grow their future. They're not aware of the
00:22:57.960 change in the most favored nation, pharmaceutical rates, where we're now paying the lowest rates
00:23:03.800 on pharmaceuticals, where we were paying the highest rates. And they're not aware of the
00:23:08.380 tax savings that was done by the big, beautiful bill. I hope that you can share that with the
00:23:12.860 president and have him get more Republican strategists out there, especially the young
00:23:18.700 women out there, to explain this to the people that are not aware of it. My family are all
00:23:23.740 Democrats. They were not aware of it. Let me jump in here. Peter, that is a cry for help
00:23:30.800 for a Trump supporter. Your response, sir? Well, my response to him was to promise to
00:23:39.860 take that clip in my answer to the boss, and that's going to be done today. My team's packaging
00:23:46.400 that up. I talk about the daily messaging of the White House in terms of a song. Every song has
00:23:59.160 like a melody and a bass line. And you know how the news cycle works. It's like something breaks,
00:24:05.020 whether it's Iran or we have Dolly Parton deceased, God love her. These things take over
00:24:13.240 the news cycle but that's all but the baseline i know that's all news you're okay but the baseline
00:24:19.000 is is wash is what it's the economic messaging that we gotta do hang on and and that's kind of
00:24:27.700 what i do go ahead if if if parker and the team down at west palm beach can write this down a
00:24:33.680 number two pencil and slip this to dr norah the hit wash rinse repeat we have a tremendous economic
00:24:41.440 message when you get in back of it, particularly for younger generation, because everything
00:24:45.720 President Trump is doing is converging to force massive capital investment in manufacturing,
00:24:52.860 to return us to be a manufacturing hegemon to make sure they're high value added jobs for this
00:24:57.980 younger generation. We ought to be banged. That ought to be the mantra and we ought to be hitting
00:25:02.220 it every day. Besides you, I don't see it being hit. So when are we going to have a whole of
00:25:09.040 government approach to this, to make sure people, I mean, the guy was sitting there,
00:25:13.200 he was just talking about a few of the things. There's so much even deeper than that. He was
00:25:16.540 talking about the goodies that you've given. It was a beautiful question. And I wish you
00:25:20.660 would let me answer that on the C-SPAN clip. Maybe before this is over, you'll let me do it.
00:25:26.020 But look, here's the thing. What I tried to explain to this guy is that we have a situation
00:25:33.920 where with the big, beautiful bill and the tariffs, we're drawing in a tremendous amount
00:25:38.620 of investment, which is sparking a construction boom, which is now sparking a manufacturing
00:25:43.460 factory and jobs boom, which is now sparking real wages going up. We have all of that going. It's
00:25:51.760 beautiful Trumpnomics. We have an inflation system where the core rate is trending nicely down,
00:26:01.400 and as yet the supply shocks are not bleeding into the core. Looking good, we attack each of
00:26:12.960 the components of inflation one by one. It's macro, but we attack it on a micro level. For example,
00:26:21.200 the border policy of the President of the United States by just cutting everything off and deporting
00:26:27.060 people out, what does that do? That lessens pressure on the housing price and rental market.
00:26:35.460 And so we're seeing significant, significant drops in both housing prices and rents because
00:26:42.540 of that. So that's helping there. If you look across a lot of the food products, like one by
00:26:49.840 one, things like eggs and things like that, we've attacked those individuals. We've got stubborn
00:26:56.020 problems with meat, for example. 1.00
00:26:58.480 But I'm personally leading a charge to attack that four-firm cartel, half of which is Brazilian 0.98
00:27:04.840 in bed with the Chinese driving up our beef prices. 1.00
00:27:09.780 And the drug, I mean, the most favored nation on the drugs, I mean, that's a beautiful thing. 1.00
00:27:16.520 So yes, Steve, we have to talk about it every day, and that means trying to punch through
00:27:21.780 the news cycle, which is the legacy media
00:27:24.700 does not want us to do.
00:27:28.180 Well, you're a great puncher.
00:27:29.180 Hang on for a second, I'm jammed.
00:27:32.020 Postos here about the measles situation,
00:27:34.480 Shapiro maybe misrepresenting what's going on
00:27:37.440 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
00:27:38.700 Make America Healthy again.
00:27:39.880 Mike Howes here on Mass Deportations, we're jammed.

00:28:03.160 Fauci must rot in prison next in the war room.
00:28:11.020 As President Trump continues to fight for this great country,
00:28:14.260 one of his most important actions could soon impact the wealth of millions of hardworking Americans like you.
00:28:20.920 Of course, you won't hear about this in the mainstream media or on the nightly news.
00:28:26.540 They'll never admit Trump was right about anything.
00:28:30.020 But according to my dear friend and frequent war room guest, Jim Rickards, President Trump has a plan that could unlock an estimated $2.7 trillion in American resources, creating opportunities that many investors may not even realize exist.
00:28:45.740 Jim recently put together a new presentation explaining what he believes is happening,
00:28:50.440 why it matters, and what Americans should be watching right now.
00:28:54.080 To get the full story, go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:29:36.180 on you being the czar of manufacturing, all that.
00:29:38.380 Where do people go for that?
00:29:39.500 Because I think we need to become force multipliers,
00:29:41.620 And we need to see you out there more.
00:29:44.640 So where do they go for that?

00:30:14.640 that and and look we we have to get this message out it's kitchen table bread and butter issues
00:30:20.820 steve that drive if elections okay and okay that's what everybody needs to be talking about

00:31:03.220 Buy this now. Get a bunch for your friends. This is new news, OK, because we got his 1100 page
00:31:12.700 diary. This book is my prosecution of Fauci. I show the way to put that guy behind bars
00:31:21.360 for all manner of crimes that he commits.
00:31:25.060 And it's a tale of two dueling diaries
00:31:27.980 because I had my own diary of the pandemic.
00:31:30.500 People, please understand,
00:31:31.860 there was one guy in the West Wing
00:31:33.520 fighting Fauci the whole time besides the president.
00:31:36.680 I fought him on the China travel ban.
00:31:38.640 I fought him on the lockdowns,
00:31:39.980 the masks, the vaccines, the boosters, everything.
00:31:43.220 And that SOB, I was honored.
00:31:46.100 I'm 60 times I'm in his private diary.
00:31:49.100 And a punchline here is that what he said in his diary was not what he was telling us about all sorts of things, whether it was not warning women about possible miscarriage from the vaccine or young men about myocarditis.
00:32:04.180 We need to put him in prison, Steve.
00:32:06.640 This book does it.
00:32:08.020 Sell it, brother.
00:32:08.500 No, we're going to put him in prison.
00:32:10.800 We're going to put him in prison.
00:32:11.860 You go through the diary, you make the case, you lay it out there for state AGs or maybe even main justice.
00:32:19.100 I got to bounce, Peter.
00:32:20.340 One more time.
00:32:21.020 Where do people go to get all your content?
00:32:22.780 Where do they go to get the books, sir?

00:32:32.980 Get it to your friends.
00:32:33.840 If this thing becomes a bestseller, it increases the probability that we're going to put this guy behind bars because the case is going to get out.
00:32:41.880 All these people who love this guy and put him on a pedestal, Steve, man, we're smashing that pedestal right beneath him.
00:32:48.400 and he's going down yeah they're hiding they're hiding praise the lord and pass the ammunition
00:32:54.100 give us the content your videos we'll push it out there thank you dr peter navarro for coming
00:32:58.500 to the palm beach studios of of real america's voice we're gonna get met up we're gonna get
00:33:05.460 suckerberg he's on the list um thank god for the free state of florida i got a clip speaking to
00:33:11.600 make america healthy again folks time to get up on your horses today let's go ahead and hear we're
00:33:17.980 We're going to hear Shapiro and Poso's got an observation or two.
00:33:21.740 Let's go and play it.
00:33:24.080 I want to be clear.
00:33:25.840 This illness and death from measles is completely preventable.
00:33:30.960 We already have the tools to protect ourselves and our families from this disease, which is one of the most contagious diseases on the face of the earth.
00:33:40.340 And let's speak truth for a moment.
00:33:41.920 folks are spreading skepticism about things like the MMR vaccine without any evidence to back up
00:33:49.680 their claims. Part of the reason why I was late is I've been sitting out in the parking lot talking
00:33:54.480 to Secretary Kennedy, who reached out to me this morning. And while I appreciate his willingness
00:34:02.360 to offer staff to assist us, we think we're able to manage this through the Department of Health.
00:34:07.900 I was very, very blunt with him, and I made very clear that his actions and the rhetoric that's coming from this administration are having a negative impact on communities across America, particularly right here in Pennsylvania, that there's real life consequences to spreading misinformation.
00:34:32.440 nation. Okay, Jack Posobiec, Shapiro was the leader in, we're going to make the beautiful
00:34:40.060 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the center of data centers in the country. He flipped on that and
00:34:45.600 you flipped hard when he put his finger to the wind and realized that people are not going to
00:34:50.080 tolerate this from the tech oligarchs. What is going on with this measles situation in the
00:34:55.400 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, sir. Well, Steve, of course, this this is blown up and you can see
00:35:02.580 Josh Shapiro there on his tippy toes at the press conference, you know, struggling to hold on to
00:35:08.740 that that podium. He's he's he's up there. They should get him a box or some platform shoes like
00:35:14.040 Ron DeSantis or something. I'm not really sure if he can physically maintain his ability to stand
00:35:19.040 straight there so cruel but steve hold it let's hang on hang on let's take let's take to the facts
00:35:23.460 when you have a man who's only five foot three
00:35:27.520 okay let's the ad hominem attacks that's my role you you give me just facts i mean i'm just
00:35:36.300 make america healthy again is outrage i see no but but here's what's going on because what is
00:35:42.020 shapiro yep shapiro does not want anyone calling attention to his massive flip-flop on data centers
00:35:47.620 so what the good governor has done now as after last week when when he saw spotted me at ufc
00:35:55.500 philadelphia and then ran away and didn't watch any of the fights i sat and had a great time with
00:36:00.940 my father ringside watching all the fights at ufc philly i don't know where josh was he ran in
00:36:05.000 took one selfie and ran away interesting i wanted to say hi i want to give him a pat on the head
00:36:10.040 and he he said that and you you heard him in that press conference there deaths from measles
00:36:17.460 and this is what got that this is what has the maha contingent absolutely up in arms because he's
00:36:24.300 saying hold it hold it jack hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on slow down there's two deaths
00:36:29.840 he stated haven't they the pennsylvania department of health the guys were such a disaster during
00:36:34.600 i thought they came out and definitively said there've been two deaths of young of children
00:36:39.400 from measles is that not a hard fact sir one fact steve it's not a hard fact and the county
00:36:46.820 commissioners down there in Lancaster, which is, that's the way it's pronounced, by the way,
00:36:50.260 Lancaster. And I hear all these people saying it wrong, because you're not from Pennsylvania.
00:36:53.840 And they said that, no, we have no reported deaths from measles. And even the county medical
00:37:01.140 examiners coming out and said, we have no reported deaths from measles. And when they dug in and
00:37:05.040 found was that, yes, there has been an outbreak and certainly something that everyone's looking
00:37:10.320 at. That's why Secretary Kennedy called to Pennsylvania to offer whatever resources they
00:37:14.260 possibly could. But also that these were deaths, while regrettable and horrific, that they were
00:37:21.140 not deaths from measles. They were deaths that were attributed to other things. And yes, they
00:37:28.100 were deaths with measles in the sense that the same way we saw during COVID, people will remember
00:37:33.820 this circuitous language play that the communists always use, where they will say that the measles
00:37:38.740 caused it even though there were other issues one for example it's now come out was and again it's
00:37:44.680 it's it's very sad and it's very um it's very regrettable but it was a rupture an infant with
00:37:50.100 a ruptured spleen so an infant with a ruptured spleen which was not caused by measles now josh
00:37:56.040 shapiro is trying to use this death of an infant in lancaster county to try to blame the trump
00:38:01.960 administration to try to blame bobby kennedy to try to blame the entire maha movement to say you
00:38:07.240 should have got the vaccines when by the way the amish vaccination rates have always traditionally
00:38:11.200 been low because of amish culture because of their beliefs that's always been something that 1.00
00:38:17.060 the amish have done that's that's how they have lived for hundreds of years so the idea that 0.94
00:38:21.720 uh this is a bobby kennedy thing is no the bobby kennedy did not invent the amish yeah mr governor
00:38:26.900 look and and so what he's done is he's lying about the deaths of children he's lied about
00:38:33.740 this you're calling shapiro a lot hang on hang on i wanted to make sure we got on the right you're
00:38:39.800 saying that josh shapiro the governor of the commonwealth is lying about these deaths to
00:38:45.520 stir up all the uh all the hate and discontent bobby kennedy the maha this isn't even me saying
00:38:51.180 it because even even even the far left philadelphia inquirer no fans of mine certainly no fans of
00:38:58.980 Stephen K. Bannon, has come out and said that the local health examiners in Lancaster County
00:39:06.000 informed the governor's office that these were not deaths from measles before the press conference
00:39:13.220 that you just played. So before the press conference, where he's standing up on his
00:39:17.820 tippy toes, his office had already been informed. He said, Mr. Governor, these are not deaths from
00:39:22.480 measles. And yet he's up there telling the entire world that's what it is, blaming Bobby Kennedy,
00:39:27.100 blaming maha because he wants to are you the appearance there's this massive measles uh 0.66
00:39:33.920 killer measles outbreak and it's all the fault of maha are you saying that you your belief is
00:39:41.840 jack basso's belief is he's taking this hard stand and kind of making this up to try to divert
00:39:47.380 attention for his cratering on his position on data center sir well i i would say yes with the
00:39:54.600 exception of the word stand it was it was more of more of a perch more of a grip he's he's trying
00:39:59.560 to stand up tall but it's he's falling short every at every at every instance but yeah steve
00:40:04.380 he's trying to not only is he trying to take the the pressure off of his initial stance on data
00:40:09.560 centers which are probably the most unpopular thing in america it's like uh cancer then illegal
00:40:14.380 aliens then data centers are down at the bottom in in terms of popularity right now it's certainly
00:40:18.660 in politics and josh shapiro had been wanted to make pennsylvania uh my home state the keystone
00:40:25.380 state the center of data centers in america now that blew up in his face so he's trying to hard
00:40:30.820 pivot and he's trying to punch in the opposite direction and you and it's it's very disgusting
00:40:35.340 what he's doing because he's taking the death of a very very sad and devastating incident where
00:40:41.000 this this child we know one of the deaths was a child we don't actually have information on the
00:40:44.740 other one from a ruptured spleen and claim that it's rfk's fault and claim that it's maha's fault
00:40:51.100 and say that oh you didn't get the measles vaccination because bobby kennedy said so and
00:40:55.680 and he's he's up on twitter now and they're battling it out and bobby kennedy is of course
00:40:59.680 holding his ground as he always does and you got josh shapiro blaming everything on maha and this
00:41:06.260 is what they do steve this is what these far left apparatchiks do when they claim and he's doing the
00:41:11.960 exact same thing that Fauci did in throughout the entire tenure of his his covid dictatorship,
00:41:18.000 where he's saying, I am the science. You have to trust me because I know what the science says
00:41:25.380 when he's not even being truthful about the facts of the case.
00:41:31.080 I know you're going to be leading the effort here. Where do people go on your social media?
00:41:35.440 I take it the two o'clock Real America Voice Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec is going
00:41:40.420 to cover this where do people go to get all this today and follow this because this is breaking
00:41:44.360 news it's they're in a firefight right now between uh bobby kennedy the great bobby kennedy the maha
00:41:49.900 movement and josh shapiro uh the governor of the commonwealth where do people go for all your
00:41:56.100 coverage of this jack well absolutely steven and you can go to human events daily at 2 p.m i will
00:42:02.060 tell you that we are in communication already we've got a line in to the county commissioners
00:42:06.860 in lancaster to see if we could get any information or perhaps someone from the county office
00:42:10.940 to appear on human events daily so we're going to be working with them we're looking at working
00:42:15.500 with local sources on the ground to try to find out exactly what the truth of what's going on

00:44:37.700 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:43.260 Liz Churchill, we're going to put up some of her Twitter feed. She's calling it the
00:44:46.880 measles scam in pence the great measles scam at pennsylvania and bobby kennedy is pushing back on
00:44:53.220 that hard jack but so two o'clock after charlotte kirk show jack's gonna the human events daily is
00:44:57.940 gonna cover this in depth make sure you got it at two o'clock to watch jack my cow um the firestorm
00:45:05.740 of this raging now as we're getting the 20 at the midterms in focus people realize a great
00:45:11.340 motivational factor here would be, hey, if we've got mass deportations done, there's so much going
00:45:16.940 on. They're kind of like, are they really reporting correctly? We're getting some wins
00:45:20.520 in the Supreme Court. You're our field commander here on all things mass deportations. Take your
00:45:26.140 time and walk us through what is actually really going on and what do we need to even nudge the
00:45:33.320 administration for more effort, sir? Well, unfortunately, mass deportations just aren't
00:45:39.300 happening. We're kind of lower than Obama era, if you take into account the proportional rate
00:45:43.940 of deportation against the total illegal population, because obviously there are a lot
00:45:48.340 more illegals here now than there were under Obama, thanks to our friend Joe Biden. Data
00:45:54.080 is not being reported at all. It's been shut off. Instead, you have kind of these curated leaks
00:45:59.360 to media, and it's unfortunate. That's why we're suing DHS for the accurate data, because I know
00:46:04.220 what it is, and it's not the numbers that are out there, because the term deportation is being
00:46:09.040 redefined in real time. And there's an influencer op right now of a lot of accounts pushing the
00:46:15.040 fake numbers and doing streams and posts about it, all of the sort. And I mean, just, you know,
00:46:20.820 I say this with no joy, but the White House put out an infographic, you know, a couple of days
00:46:25.540 ago and they have the deportation numbers, right? But they cite to ABC News and you're like, why
00:46:30.940 are they citing to ABC News? They know the numbers. And that's because, you know, the media
00:46:35.540 narratives being shaped indirectly by kind of misleading reports and so forth and so we hope
00:46:41.040 they release the numbers uh because the numbers need to go up and i'll tell you why it's so
00:46:44.920 critically important because the amnesty lobby is gearing up right now in congress the amnesty
00:46:50.260 lobby is threatening a discharge petition on a dreamer bill republicans and when they do that
00:46:56.380 and when democrats you know shut down dhs they win the midterms they're going to want amnesty
00:47:00.080 to to reopen it and they're going to say the same thing that obama did is where he was the
00:47:05.260 deporter in chief. He's going to say, you know, the president deported so many illegals. Now is
00:47:10.540 the time to make a deal. And we can't let that happen. We just need to do the simplest thing
00:47:14.760 in politics. That is to do what was promised. I want to go back. DHS is kind of cut off
00:47:22.360 actually putting out formal numbers. And that's why you're actually suing. What are you suing
00:47:27.400 them for specifically? Yeah, they're they're eight discrete targeted requests for the data,
00:47:33.620 the data, not the press release braggadocious claims, the data that ICE keeps and decided at
00:47:39.600 the beginning of this administration for the first time in, I think, decades not to release
00:47:43.440 with regularity. And so DHS could produce that data in a second. Instead, they're choosing to
00:47:50.680 kind of shape media narratives that confuse reporters about what is a deportation or not
00:47:54.880 to get kind of these, you know, jazzy puff pieces out there that then influencers pick up and spread
00:48:00.440 like it's, you know, accurate information. And so it's misleading the base, but the base isn't
00:48:05.400 being misled, actually, because they know the numbers are actually low. And so I think it serves
00:48:09.160 no functional purpose whatsoever. It's just destroying trust kind of in the commitment
00:48:13.820 to the agenda. And I'm suing to get those numbers out so we can get ahead of the amnesty lobby
00:48:18.640 and actually start pushing for the deportation agenda to begin. And that means worksite enforcement.
00:48:24.200 This isn't rocket science, Steve. They're at the sanctuary farms, factories, hospitality zones,
00:48:29.660 things like that that the donors do not want uh ice to go to and so it's about money uh getting
00:48:35.880 into the republican party for cheap slop ads for people like darlene graham uh that's the name of
00:48:40.740 the game in politics and the voters are on to it i think and uh it's going to be a problem for
00:48:45.080 midterms unless we ride this ship pretty quickly what about talk about this amnesty lobby explain
00:48:51.700 the audience once again what's a discharge petition why is this so dangerous and this
00:48:56.080 always lurks right beneath the surface in the Republican Party, in the Chamber of Commerce,
00:49:01.340 your money is green, Republican Party, sir. Right. So people should know the Republican
00:49:06.640 Party is worse than it was during Biden. And here's why. During Biden, the Republican Congress
00:49:12.080 passed H.R. 2, secured the border bill that would close the loopholes that Biden was taking
00:49:16.200 advantage of. They're trying to pass a watered down version of that right now, but there are
00:49:20.940 enough Republicans that want amnesty instead. And so they're telling leadership that if you move
00:49:26.080 this border bill so President AOC can do what Biden did, then these amnesty Republicans will
00:49:33.100 use a procedural tactic which guarantees a bill being considered for amnesty. So they'll bypass
00:49:38.620 the Speaker, join with the Democrats, and put amnesty on the floor, and they'll probably pass
00:49:44.060 the House that way. And so the amnesty lobby has held Speaker Johnson and conservatives in the
00:49:49.700 house hostage by this. And then also, you know, the administration is dealing with this pressure
00:49:54.480 too, because they are not focusing on worksite enforcement, which is necessary for mass deportation,
00:50:00.460 because the people who pay for the slop ads on televisions and all the text messages you get,
00:50:05.840 they're the ones who employ those illegals and they don't want their workforce deported. And so
00:50:09.900 we're stuck in this space where deportations are low and there's a paid information campaign with
00:50:14.860 influencers and such that isn't convincing anyone to say the numbers are high and i it's my contention
00:50:20.160 that the base voter knows this and uh we need to activate that base voter else we're gonna get
00:50:24.480 blown out in midterms uh because that's what midterms come down to base excitement
00:50:27.980 no but and this is what the lower propensity voters what they respond to is hey mass deportations
00:50:34.560 this is what they were promised this is what they've got to get mike i want to make sure people
00:50:39.340 immerse themselves over the next couple days and all the information you guys are putting out
00:50:43.220 where do they go and then what is your twitter feed what's the coordinates on your twitter feed
00:50:46.980 yeah go to mass deportation.com we made it easy for y'all there's a playbook there that lays it
00:50:52.440 all out and then the x feed for the mass deportation coalition is at phase two deport number
00:50:58.940 two and i'm at mhal tweets and my group the oversight project is that it's your gov and we
00:51:04.380 are suing to get you the numbers you deserve they're your numbers it's your government and
00:51:08.680 I don't care who's in charge.
00:51:09.920 You should be told the truth.
00:51:13.460 Mike Howe, fight on.
00:51:15.440 Great.

00:51:33.240 This is the type of thing that draws low propensity voters out.
