00:00:00.000 Number one on Sharia law, I would absolutely say that's not this country.
00:00:04.520 There's no Sharia law. 1.00
00:00:06.280 And you do have pockets of it, as you know.
00:00:09.140 I would say no.
00:00:10.180 And you go to London, you go to Paris.
00:00:12.760 It's almost like a second way of life. 0.98
00:00:15.040 It's ridiculous. 0.85
00:00:16.260 And I would absolutely be on your side on that, on a lot of other people's side, too. 0.84
00:00:21.300 Because, you know, you are you and I have people that I think we're we're more based on common sense than we are in ideology.
00:00:30.340 It's all about good politics is all about common sense anyway. 1.00
00:00:34.580 But I would absolutely prohibit the Sharia law thing. 1.00
00:00:39.260 And it is happening in this country a little bit. 1.00
00:00:42.340 And when we see it, we take it out and you have to take it out.
00:00:45.820 You have one system. We have a great system.
00:00:47.720 sometimes it's very frustrating but it's uh the best there is that i can see
00:00:53.860 it's thursday 27 august year of our lord 2026 uh 250 years ago we were engaged in the battle
00:01:03.800 of long island and then brooklyn uh eric mitaxa is going to join us for this tonight we're going
00:01:08.160 to be live uh david zier is going to be covering for us the great patrick k o'donnell uh speaking
00:01:14.000 i think of the brooklyn uh veterans uh the veterans of foreign wars when we get to all
00:01:18.340 that david zeer is going to be there also john solomon is going to join me tons of breaking news
00:01:23.280 from what john solomon's working on right there was a great glenn back glenn was one of the kickoff
00:01:28.380 speakers when we started i think january 9th the prohibit sharia law movement in texas they got
00:01:34.160 almost 2 million votes versus 50 000 again that really kind of drove so many of the elections
00:01:39.720 there and rejuvenate the paxton campaign mccabe's going to be with us in a moment from the white
00:01:43.960 house president's leaving to go to the jewel of the crown texas tonight for a fundraiser for wait
00:01:49.520 for it paxton we're gonna get to all that i want to play this again this is so powerful the commander
00:01:55.840 in chief of the united states armed forces the president of these united states saying he
00:02:00.620 absolutely agrees with the prohibiting sharia law in this country glenn beck did a great job in this
00:02:06.860 interview uh let's go and play it again number one on sharia law i would absolutely say that's
00:02:12.240 not this country there was no sharia law and you do have pockets of it as you know i would say no
00:02:19.200 and you go to london you go to paris it's almost like a second way of life it's ridiculous and i 0.78
00:02:25.960 would absolutely be on your side on that on a lot of other people's side too because you know you
00:02:32.200 You and I have people that I think we're more based on common sense than we are on ideology.
00:02:39.800 It's all about good politics.
00:02:41.440 It's all about common sense anyway. 1.00
00:02:43.880 But I would absolutely prohibit the Sharia law thing. 1.00
00:02:48.500 And it is happening in this country a little bit. 1.00
00:02:51.720 And when we see it, we take it out.
00:02:53.600 And you have to take it out.
00:02:54.940 You have one system.
00:02:55.860 We have a great system.
00:02:57.340 Sometimes it's very frustrating.
00:02:58.840 but it's uh the best there is that i can say
00:03:02.980 frank gaffney the ban sharia coalition ban sharia uh dot com i guess says uh all your
00:03:12.400 work and efforts in the great state of texas glenn beck uh really delivered yesterday the
00:03:18.200 president said absolutely we need to ban sharia law your thoughts and observations sir
00:03:23.080 Well, it was an absolutely extraordinary statement, Steve. And thank you for playing it twice, because it's important to pick up on several aspects of this. The money quote, of course, was, I absolutely would prohibit Sharia and the Sharia thing, as he calls it. 0.64
00:03:42.200 But, you know, comparing what's happening in Europe is something that's been a leitmotif of our Bantria.com campaign, because you don't have to wonder where this leads. 0.84
00:03:54.360 Just look at the takedown of Western democracies in Europe through this civilization jihad process, as the Muslim Brotherhood calls it, pre-kinetic, but absolutely insidious and ultimately seditious. 0.83
00:04:09.200 And the one system, our Constitution, is exactly what's on the line. They are determined to take it down. And by the way, all of those candidates that the Democrats are running, whether they're Sharia supremacists or they're communists or they're both, are professing that they will take an oath of office to, in words to this effect, support and defend the Constitution of the United States. 0.97
00:04:39.200 States. And as we've been showing in one of our little videos at bansharia.com, they're lying.
00:04:47.660 They're engaged in takia when they falsely take that oath. And that's disqualifying. They should 0.90
00:04:53.760 not be candidates, and they certainly, if actually in office, should be thrown out because they've
00:04:59.400 engaged in perjury. So the president's hitting all of these key points. And what I really mostly
00:05:04.740 wanted to just say, Steve, is praise God and let's build on it by really offering the American people
00:05:13.180 this fall. In these midterm elections, they're otherwise not national in character, but this
00:05:19.060 is a unifying theme that I think will get Americans to turn out. I think it will get them to vote
00:05:25.500 for people who are promising, instead of all of that, the enslavement that it entails, 0.97
00:05:33.340 whether it's under the marxist brand or it's under the sharia brand to offer what we stand for
00:05:40.260 what that constitution is all about what that historic revolution that uh you've been properly
00:05:46.060 calling so much attention to with eric is all about and that is freedom the pre the president's
00:05:53.920 supporting this fully i want people now to go exactly what we're talking about so where do
00:05:59.220 they go to get all the information, see all the videos, get all the information about this,
00:06:04.300 about the banning of Sharia law, the prohibiting of Sharia law slash banning of Sharia law
00:06:09.360 in the United States of America, where they go, Frank?
00:06:12.840 Well, bansharia.com is one-stop shopping on all of it. And one of the things I hope
00:06:17.380 particularly they'll take to heart is this idea that in this midterm convention coming up in
00:06:22.700 Texas, I think you're going to be there, I'm going to be there, a lot of us are going to be there.
00:06:25.860 It's open now to the public, so you can get tickets for free to participate in.
00:06:31.520 And if this is an issue that matters to you, please come and encourage the Republican Party to run on the brand of its historic roots of freedom.
00:06:42.240 That's where this came from.
00:06:43.660 It was an abolished slavery enterprise in the first instance. 0.50
00:06:47.960 And the Democrats have been a pro-slavery operation from their inception. 0.98
00:06:52.220 and they're still at it and they're now doing it with these marxists and the jihadists as well 0.68
00:06:57.960 so go to bansharia.com check out those videos volunteer contribute become part of what i think
00:07:06.300 is the critical defense of freedom in our time and we so appreciate your leadership in all of this
00:07:13.200 steve yeah really need it yes thank you frank great site let's see everybody over there president
00:07:17.900 United States, having your back. We'll do more about that tomorrow. Thank you, Frank Gaffney,
00:07:23.700 bansharia.com. Go there, sign up, become part of the movement. Fantastic. Glenn Beck, good on you.
00:07:30.620 Great way to position it. I want to go to Eric Metaxas. So 250 years ago, we had multiple days
00:07:38.200 of celebration leading up to the signing of Declaration of Independence, talked about this.
00:07:41.680 i believe sir that today 250 years ago is every bit as important maybe more important
00:07:48.940 than the fourth of july of 1776 because now you're down to it the british are going to take
00:07:55.940 everything else is conversation right now you're going to get down to what the british empire is
00:08:00.820 going to enforce that the fact that these colonies these folks are subject of a king
00:08:07.840 and they're about to get the blunt end of a military instrument 250 years ago today
00:08:13.000 eric metaxas in the book revolution where are we today is the day it's hard to believe it is
00:08:20.820 sometimes hard to believe that it's exactly 250 years ago today i am in new york city this is
00:08:30.620 where it went down 250 years ago today what are we talking about we are talking about the
00:08:37.740 Battle of Brooklyn, also called the Battle of Long Island, in case anybody doesn't know,
00:08:43.300 Brooklyn and Queens are, you know, part of Long Island, this island. And the British plan
00:08:50.480 was pretty simple. We're going to crush you. We're going to smash you. We have 32,000 troops. 1.00
00:08:59.020 Let's think about this for a second. You have George Washington, I think his headquarters was
00:09:03.920 number one Broadway, you know, there's some kind of a mansion on the water down by, you know,
00:09:09.360 below Wall Street, looking out at the harbor and they see, Steve, it's tough for us to imagine
00:09:16.240 what a British warship, how big it was. These were monstrous ships carrying hundreds of people,
00:09:24.100 hundreds of cannon. And you look at that and I mean, shock and awe, that's, there's no other
00:09:31.260 way to put it. It would just chill you to think that they could have 32,000 troops. Washington had
00:09:39.340 what, 9,000 or something like that? I mean, they were split between Washington, they split between
00:09:44.000 Brooklyn on that side and across the East River in Manhattan. They didn't know where the British
00:09:47.520 are going to come. Well, the British figured it out and they make their move. It would have been
00:09:52.040 last night and they start marching and they're brilliant. And we got to be clear, General Howe
00:09:59.480 was not stupid. George Washington was not the greatest military tactician. That's not why God 0.93
00:10:05.740 chose him. So Washington splits his forces. Some are in Manhattan, some with him on the Brooklyn
00:10:14.780 side. The British land on Brooklyn, Long Island, whatever, and they have this plan. They're going 0.65
00:10:21.560 to, you know, they're not stupid. They say, here's what we're going to do. We're going to hit them 0.99
00:10:25.340 head on. There are two passes on the Gowanus Heights. That's where they're expecting us. 0.99
00:10:31.220 We're going to send some divisions there, but we're going to take 9,000 troops and march them
00:10:39.540 through the night, all night, nine miles down to the Jamaica Pass, which is lightly guarded,
00:10:46.420 basically not guarded. And we're going to come all the way back. We're going to outflank them.
00:10:50.280 So on the morning of the 27th of August, Washington's troops are fighting.
00:10:57.460 They're looking straight ahead and they're thinking, you know what?
00:10:59.280 We're doing pretty well.
00:11:00.420 We're doing pretty well.
00:11:01.420 Washington sees them through a spyglass.
00:11:03.800 They're doing pretty well.
00:11:04.980 Yes, they would be doing pretty well if not for the 9,000 troops that snuck around and
00:11:10.980 have now outflanked them.
00:11:12.360 And boom, as dawn, you know, it actually was like eight or nine in the morning.
00:11:17.160 A cannon goes off.
00:11:18.180 It's the signal.
00:11:18.920 the 9,000 British troops outflank the Americans. They're dead. It's over. This is a rout. It is
00:11:26.460 an absolute rout, a humiliating rout. After a few hours, many have been killed. Many have been
00:11:34.700 captured. Many of them have been bayoneted to death after they surrendered because the British
00:11:39.600 were sadistic and cruel and did not believe in fighting the way God calls us to fight,
00:11:44.900 but fighting the way the devil calls them to fight and it was it was horrifying and so this
00:11:50.440 was the day that it all went down what what this this is this is the kick i tell you they've been
00:11:55.540 planning this they've been there for over a month they were in route even before the declaration
00:11:59.520 was signed what they thought in the early afternoon after they hit him from the flank is that
00:12:05.820 hey if we keep driving we can push the whole continental army against the east river and we
00:12:12.320 can end this thing in a day we can end it in a day or two we've got to drive them to the water
00:12:17.540 and then we're going to crush them the revolution hung in the balance hung in the balance in the
00:12:23.580 well i mean i would say honestly steve it was basically over this is what i find amazing this
00:12:28.520 is like saying hey how are the israelites doing with pharaoh's army coming at you and you're up
00:12:33.620 against the red sea it's over everybody knows it's over what is the red sea gonna part i don't think
00:12:39.560 so. How are you going to get out of this? You're not going to get out of it. In other words, in
00:12:43.900 the natural, there's no way out. And so what historians have never been able to figure out
00:12:50.100 and never will be able to figure out, why did General Howe not go all the way and crush them?
00:12:57.280 Now, we have some reasons, right? We say, well, he was thinking about the Battle of Bunker Hill,
00:13:02.180 which was just a bloodbath. He didn't want this again. And what's the point of expending more
00:13:07.880 lives. We've got them trapped. They're not going anyplace. But he also doesn't send frigates up
00:13:12.100 the East River to block their passage across the East River. So he leaves the possibility slim
00:13:17.480 that maybe some of them could retreat across. Nobody knows why he did this. But on this day,
00:13:24.420 August 27th, 250 years ago today, it was over. The revolution was over. This is desperation.
00:13:31.800 what's what is going to happen and we know what happens two days later uh it's i mean you you can
00:13:40.800 never explain these things and if you don't believe in god you go hey they got a break well
00:13:44.940 the break was general howe inexplicably does not finish the job that's number one number two even
00:13:51.300 less explicably he does not send the four frigates up the east river to block the path across the
00:13:56.640 East River. He doesn't do that. The weather changes dramatically. Now the frigates cannot
00:14:02.720 sail against the wind. These are sailing boats. So they're stuck. So it rains, it pours. The
00:14:10.600 British, they're just hanging out thinking, there's no need for us to rush. They start a 1.00
00:14:15.600 siege works. So they're digging their way toward the American lines. They're taking their time.
00:14:20.180 There's no rush. Washington in the middle of the night, he has one of his men says to him,
00:14:26.520 or one of his officers says,
00:14:29.080 you know, sir, the British are,
00:14:32.020 they're digging their way toward us 1.00
00:14:33.960 more and more and more.
00:14:36.380 And the men are demoralized.
00:14:38.640 What happened on August 27th, nightmare.
00:14:41.520 They're demoralized.
00:14:42.460 There's no food.
00:14:43.540 There's no...
00:14:45.060 Hang on one second.
00:14:46.900 I'm holding you to the break.
00:14:48.400 We're gonna get to the punchline. 0.99
00:14:49.860 Tina Peters is gonna join us.
00:14:51.560 Cleta Mitchell, McCabe from the White House.
00:14:53.740 All of it next in the War Room.
00:14:56.520 you don't wait until your house is on fire to install a smoke detector and you don't wait until
00:15:04.660 the wind and rain hammer your windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane and
00:15:11.480 you don't reach for your seat belt after the impact because after the crash the hurricane or
00:15:17.100 the house fire it's too late similarly you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy
00:15:23.480 gold it's too late then diversify with precious metals and diversify now because you never know
00:15:30.460 what will threaten your savings next persistent inflation a weakening dollar unexpected financial

00:16:24.720 more about your your speaking engagements, where they go for book signing? It's number 11 in the
00:16:30.680 New York Times bestseller list. And this is the 11th week it's been on the New York Times bestseller
00:16:35.700 list. This is a monster, monster hit, not carried in Barnes and Noble, not carrying local bookstores.
00:16:41.900 Get it on Amazon. Where they go, folks? Where they go, Eric? Amazon, I would say, please,
00:16:46.680 please go to Amazon. And, you know, a lot of this is largely due to the audience of this
00:16:52.220 wonderful program. And you know what? The reason you have such a great audience is other than me,
00:16:58.200 you have the greatest guests. The fact that you have the heroic, beautiful Tina Peters on here,
00:17:03.620 you have Frank Gaffney, you have people that love this country. And listen, that's the story of the
00:17:08.660 American Revolution. These were people willing to risk everything to go to jail like you did,
00:17:15.160 and Tina did, and to risk everything. And I got to tell you, the good guys win. They put their
00:17:21.860 faith in God. They fight with everything they have. It's an amazing story. What happened 250
00:17:26.880 years ago today, Steve, I still can't believe that it's exactly 250 years ago today. It happened
00:17:31.300 right here. It's amazing. Absolute defeat, crushing defeat. And then basically a miracle happens.
00:17:38.560 Everybody at the time said it's a miracle enabling Washington to escape. It just completely
00:17:44.520 baffled the British. They were absolutely stunned. How did we let them escape? And that's the story
00:17:51.240 of America, the birth of America. It's a great story. Every American should know it. There are
00:17:57.500 few people watching. Maybe they still haven't bought a book. Please go to amazon.com, get a
00:18:02.260 book. Let's keep it on the New York Times list so we can, you know, shove it down the throat of the
00:18:06.720 New York Times and the mainstream establishment that hates the idea of this America that we're
00:18:11.920 fighting for eric thank you so much look forward to having you back in the next couple of days

00:20:22.220 It's now been broken, but you've got a buried lead nobody's talking about.
00:20:26.020 Neil McCabe, your observations on the Chinese hackers.
00:20:31.060 So this hacker group is called QTFY, and it started in Nanjing in 2018, and it basically
00:20:41.520 was doing these hunting and pecking operations, so say its first five or six years, where
00:20:48.660 it would have scanners go through and look for vulnerabilities in computer systems, but
00:20:54.540 really in this uh what's called the internet of things and that's your wi-fi router that's your
00:20:59.820 security camera at your home or your office and frankly it could be your voting machine if it's
00:21:06.000 tied up to the web and what they would do is they would they would find a vulnerability they would 0.92
00:21:11.660 exploit it and then they would link it to the their own chinese uh infrastructure where they
00:21:18.140 would literally sometimes they would take information sometimes they would take remote
00:21:22.340 control and then they would spoof it so that if someone noticed that, hey, somebody's in
00:21:29.700 our system, well, who is it?
00:21:31.640 And they'd say, oh, it's some small insurance office in Kansas.
00:21:34.900 And so if they went through the security camera of that insurance office in Kansas, the FBI
00:21:40.680 and everybody else would think that's who was doing it.
00:21:43.920 And so it was just an accident or a happenstance.
00:21:46.700 What happened is there's a group called, there's a company called Black Lotus Labs, which is owned by Lumen, which is the former CenturyLink.
00:21:56.340 They have this massive fiber optic cable network across the country.
00:22:01.520 A year and a half ago, they started tracking these infiltrations, and they went to the FBI and basically forced the FBI to do something about it.
00:22:11.720 I just want to give you quick dates here.
00:22:13.360 February of 20, this is in 2026. They infiltrated a state government and a water company. In March
00:22:22.020 of 26, they tried to infiltrate a hospital in the U.S. Senate. In June, they scanned our election
00:22:29.660 system. Now they had tried, the same group tried to scan our election system in 2019. We're told
00:22:36.700 that was unsuccessful and then in 20 and so in august the justice department went to a judge
00:22:43.420 they seized these domain names one of these domain names was paid for by paypal for 43
00:22:48.800 dollars and like 80 cents but because it these domain names were hardwired into the code by
00:22:55.460 taking the domain names away they were able to block it but of course the guys who built this
00:23:01.200 You know, they can build the same thing tomorrow. But the FBI and the DOJ said it's shut down now.
00:23:09.280 Neil, what's your social media so people can follow this reporting?
00:23:12.680 If you're around, we'll try to get you back up at five to get some additional questions.
00:23:17.440 I've got on this, but I'm jammed for time now. Where do people go?
00:23:22.000 You can find me on all the socials at Reporter McCabe.
00:23:26.820 See you tonight. Neil McCabe.
00:23:28.460 uh off of mccabe's reporting uh clita mitchell and the just the news reporting homeland security
00:23:34.960 warns chinese parts and election machines will require paper ballot audits do we not need a
00:23:40.240 national security emergency memorandum about these elections uh right now because the vote
00:23:45.180 the save america act's not going to get passed i mean don't we need to do it and don't we need
00:23:50.080 to do it asap since we've got all kind of chinese infiltration chinese parts in the machines i mean 0.98
00:23:54.200 This thing is so out of control, Cleta. 0.91
00:23:56.560 The only way we're going to get sorted is get a national security emergency memorandum out, ma'am.
00:24:04.000 Well, thank you, Steve, for having me on to talk about this because it's really important.
00:24:09.740 And I did watch Wayne Allen Root.
00:24:11.520 I've watched him several times in your discussions with him.
00:24:15.460 He's right about the dangers and the vulnerabilities and the threats.
00:24:18.980 The thing that is frustrating to me is that the Department of Commerce already has all the authority it needs today to be able to oversee and regulate the use of these voting machines.
00:24:35.140 They already have that authority.
00:24:36.720 It's in regulations that were finalized.
00:24:38.940 They were started under President Trump in 2019 and early 2020 and finalized under the Biden administration in February of 2024.
00:24:46.460 Any technology that is acquired from a foreign adversary, and that includes parts, component parts, it includes software, any of that, the Commerce Department has the authority under the law, under these regulations, to regulate and oversee the use of that technology.
00:25:07.320 And because elections are critical infrastructure, they have all the authority and the power
00:25:13.080 that is needed.
00:25:14.680 All that is needed today is to exercise it.
00:25:17.960 Now, I'm very gratified and glad that the Department of Homeland Security has taken
00:25:23.600 steps, even though commerce is sitting on its hands.
00:25:26.380 I'm very glad that the Department of Homeland Security has woven into the FEMA grants.
00:25:32.460 These are the Homeland Security grants that every state receives.
00:25:37.600 And in June, the Department of Homeland Security notified the states that they have to allocate at least 5% of the grant.
00:25:50.200 They're going to be held back until that 5% is going to be held back by DHS until every state, and this includes California, includes all the blue states.
00:25:59.360 And they rely on these Homeland Security grants. And they are not going to get those grants unless they come back with a plan on how they are going to comply with the requirement to have manual, random confirmation, not a risk-limiting audit, but a manual confirmation that the machine count is accurate.
00:26:22.440 And no one will know prior to the election which races and which precincts are going to be counted.
00:26:31.740 So that's at least Homeland Security is exercising its authority.
00:26:36.700 I just wish Commerce would do the same thing.
00:26:39.980 Just real quickly, I'm going to hold you through if you can hold through.
00:26:44.120 I want to play the Tina clip, too, on the other side and get your observation on this.
00:26:47.660 But this is a little bit reactive.
00:26:50.260 Do I read this story correctly, that Secretary Mullins and Homeland Security are going to do this after the voting and after the machines are used in November?
00:26:59.520 Are these going to be tests that are done now and have some sort of test before they're used?
00:27:05.440 I'm confused about this.
00:27:06.680 Before or after?
00:27:08.620 They have to have a plan for the manual confirmation of the machine results.
00:27:13.440 So it is after, it is before any election can be certified that these machines, their action, their function has to be manually confirmed.
00:27:23.420 And if the machine, if the manual confirmation doesn't match the machine count.
00:27:29.620 I know, but we know what happens on this whole certification process.
00:27:33.180 I mean, you're going to get, anyway, stick around.
00:27:34.980 I want to get to, I want to get to all of this.
00:27:37.500 I want to get to all of this.

00:29:54.460 Mr. President, it is time to treat America's elections like the critical infrastructure that they are.
00:30:02.720 We do not have months.
00:30:04.340 We have days.
00:30:05.740 Mr. President, our own government and your administration has documented vulnerabilities in election systems and identified foreign adversary threats.
00:30:18.140 Voter databases, poll books, election networks, and voting technology are all at risk.
00:30:26.760 The authority already exists.
00:30:29.500 The National Emergency Under Executive Order 13873 is already in place.
00:30:38.240 What is needed now is cabinet-level direction.
00:30:42.700 Direction of DHS, CISA, the EAC, FEMA, the Intelligence Community, and Commerce
00:30:51.440 to immediately execute the 2026 mitigation plan found at tinapeters.us.
00:30:59.500 The goal is simple and absolutely achievable, Mr. President.
00:31:05.300 Secure and reduce electronic dependence wherever possible.
00:31:10.220 Preserve physical paper evidence and independently verify electronic results before certification.
00:31:19.360 CISA should issue immediate cybersecurity guidance and assistance to transition all counties to hand-mark paper ballots.
00:31:29.500 and make sure every electronic tabulation is human-verified.
00:31:37.160 FEMA should identify available funding for securing the elections.
00:31:43.400 High-risk jurisdictions should receive rapid technical assistance
00:31:48.020 and commerce should begin a foreign adversary election technology review.
00:31:55.700 Please, Mr. President, set September 8th as the first deadline
00:31:59.880 and make every electronic result independently checkable.
00:32:04.500 This is a known national security issue.
00:32:08.580 The complete risk mitigation plan is available at tinapeters.us.
00:32:14.500 We still have time to act, but the clock is running.
00:32:19.440 Please direct your cabinet to move now.
00:32:22.240 Our team stands ready to help.
00:32:24.120 God bless you, Mr. President
00:32:26.400 This plan, I'm confident
00:32:28.620 Will save our country 1.00
00:32:30.540 So Tina Peters joins us
00:32:34.760 Cletus, stick around
00:32:35.960 So Tina, what are you calling for?
00:32:39.600 What needs to be done today
00:32:41.720 On the 27th of August
00:32:44.080 In the year of our Lord, 2026
00:32:46.300 Today, what needs to happen
00:32:48.080 To make sure all those good things you laid out there
00:32:50.720 Actually get accomplished, ma'am
00:32:54.120 Well, Cleta is right. Secretary Lutnick can do something. This is critical infrastructure. These 0.57
00:33:02.040 are these machines. They've shown to be a threat. They have Chinese parts. This was proven six
00:33:10.760 years ago in the Mesa County reports. This is not something new. We know that this is critical
00:33:18.080 infrastructure. Right now, we know that even with the Fulton County Speckin Report that's on my
00:33:24.720 website, that in Fulton County, Pennsylvania, where foreign, we see the IP addresses in the
00:33:34.120 machines from outside the U.S. So it's not a question of if, it's a question, it's not even
00:33:42.300 a question anymore, that the foreign adversaries have been inside of our election systems.
00:33:48.620 So right now, the president needs to follow the election plan. It's on my website. It's very clear.
00:34:00.080 There needs to be mitigation now. We just have days left before the election. And what they're
00:34:08.380 talking about with this new rollout with a 5% audit is not enough. I mean, we have a letter
00:34:15.060 from, uh, it's not enough with, uh, um, PhD, uh, Philip Stark. And he talks about why, uh,
00:34:24.980 the concerns about an audit like this are not even viable with, with everything you listed.
00:34:31.860 That's already, does he need a overall memorandum? Does he need something? Does he
00:34:37.880 need a declaration or something to go to the cabinet heads besides verbally say, Hey guys,
00:34:43.180 let's get on it. Is there something he must sign to promulgate all the things you talked about and
00:34:49.600 all the powers that Cletus saying, Hey, commerce has already got the powers. Does he need to sign
00:34:55.160 something and send it out to his cabinet and then send it out to the, to the, to the overall
00:35:00.240 population that it basically triggers a bunch of actions that you're just laid out that need to
00:35:05.420 take place ma'am it's in the it's all in the mitigation plan he needs to direct and if people
00:35:12.280 will go to the website they can see exactly the steps it starts right now step one step two you
00:35:19.220 know having the commerce secretary and if if you can pull up i don't know if you can pull up
00:35:23.600 um on my website the election security plan let's see if i can pull it up for you um no no well our
00:35:31.920 Our team will get it.
00:35:33.060 You keep talking.
00:35:34.440 We'll get it up on the screen, and we'll promulgate it.
00:35:36.580 We'll send it out to all the war and policy.
00:35:37.980 There it is right there.
00:35:39.400 Okay.
00:35:40.180 So within 48 hours, DHS and CISA should publicly state that documented vulnerabilities and foreign adversary capabilities create material election infrastructure risk, requiring immediate compensating controls before November.
00:35:55.180 And the public should get a short, unclassified advisory and clear national security baseline.
00:36:01.440 Within 48 hours, DHS to commerce referral should transmit relevant, classified, and unclassified information.
00:36:11.100 So this should be a referral.
00:36:12.740 It should include election system, supply chain, firmware, software, remote access, privileged access, intelligence.
00:36:19.920 Within 72 hours, national triage.
00:36:22.820 I mean, it's listed all there.
00:36:25.880 CISAs should classify jurisdictions.
00:36:27.600 Hang on.
00:36:29.900 It's August 27th.
00:36:31.440 i'm 69 i'm 69 and i wake up does it that's right does this have to be signed tomorrow today what's
00:36:38.620 the latest what is tina peters drop dead date that to get all this done and to make sure everybody's
00:36:45.000 happy with it's all above board what is the last date that tina peters is telling us that this can
00:36:50.580 be signed and promulgated ma'am i'm asking for it to start now i'm asking within the next 48 hours
00:36:57.560 within the next 72 hours. I mean, there's a timeline right now with reporting back by September
00:37:04.700 8th. I'm asking all of these deadlines within 72 hours, a national triage. And so it's all
00:37:16.400 outlined there. Day seven, fund and operate. FEMA and DHS should issue a clear funding and
00:37:22.760 eligibility bulletin um a a lockdown checklist day 14 test and publish readiness representative
00:37:30.760 jurisdictions i mean this is you you hang on we're we're gonna push it all out but here's my
00:37:36.660 question i know you want it today or tomorrow in your mind what is the last day it can be actually
00:37:42.960 be promulgated before it's like like those save america that's history right it's great they're
00:37:47.880 gonna do some messaging votes on it but that's not relevant right now parts of it are that we
00:37:52.200 got to get out there. But what is your drop dead date that after that date, you think it's going
00:37:56.660 to be very hard to secure the midterm elections, ma'am? This is not hard. We already have the
00:38:03.300 authority. Commerce Secretary Lutnick already has the authority. The president already has the
00:38:08.500 authority. This doesn't have to go through Congress. They already have the authority to do
00:38:14.240 this. It's already been established. This is critical infrastructure. Now it just needs to
00:38:21.660 be implemented so this is already all it has to be done or the steps taken to put this in place
00:38:29.200 and all and the whole plan is right there on my website um you know these are things that i want
00:38:34.660 everybody yeah jojo mo elizabeth grace let's push it out i want everybody to be a force multiplier
00:38:42.620 i want everybody to go to tina's site or let's push it out so they read the mitigation plan uh
00:38:48.240 this election and the national security of it, the security of it for the country hangs in the
00:38:52.720 balance. Hang on, Tina, one second. Cleta Mitchell, your thoughts on this, ma'am?
00:39:00.720 Tina is 100% right. All the authority exists. The only thing that is required now is the will
00:39:09.800 and the backbone and the deliberate intention to do what needs to be done. That's all that's
00:39:16.860 missing the president has the authority secretary lutnik has the authority secretary mullen has the
00:39:22.800 authority cissa has the authority it's all there in black and white in the law this is not even 0.98
00:39:27.880 something that i think i think we would even win at these stupid trial court left-wing judges who 0.99
00:39:34.820 are the little tyrants in black robes because the law is very clear i just i wonder steve if we 0.98
00:39:41.400 For what Tina's laid out, is Mark Elias on the promulgation of this and going forward, is Mark Elias going to take us to court and stop this or is it not stoppable?
00:39:55.400 Well, of course, they're going to try everything to do to stop anything that these are pro-corrupt elections people.
00:40:01.740 They're going to do everything they can to avoid having any integrity in our elections.
00:40:06.400 But that doesn't mean that they're going to win.
00:40:08.640 The Justice Department has to be willing and ready to pull the trigger and go immediately for emergency relief from the Supreme Court like they have with the executive order on mail-in voting.
00:40:18.500 I mean, but the president, he has it in his power to do this, and he needs to direct Lutnick, Secretary Mullen, A.G. Blanche, and say, guys, get together today.
00:40:30.980 Let's get this done.
00:40:31.920 Here's the plan.
00:40:32.800 Everything in it is what needs to be done.
00:40:34.440 i think early voting starts in your beloved north carolina on 4th september is it or five
00:40:41.400 when is early voting start they start it doesn't actually they start they start mailing the
00:40:47.120 ballots virginia is you know this starts mid-september the actual voting starts in i want
00:40:52.560 to say the 18th or 19th of september so what's that two weeks i mean but the fact is there's
00:40:57.720 still time there is still time and they need to take the action today what where do people go for
00:41:04.280 all your content on this topic cleta mitchell at ei watchdogs at ei watchdogs on twitter x
00:41:13.280 and go to our website uh election integrity network.org and then you can follow me on
00:41:20.540 at cleta mitchell on x um but we have also on instagram and facebook at ei watchdogs and
00:41:27.380 election integrity network but there's so much that we need to do but the president and the
00:41:31.880 White House and his cabinet need to swing into action yesterday. Thank you. Thank you, ma'am.
00:41:38.080 Appreciate you. Tina Peters, one more time. I got about 90 seconds. What are you calling on the
00:41:43.640 president? You've got a great relationship with the president. What are you calling the president
00:41:46.820 to direct his cabinet to do, ma'am? Follow the plan. Just follow the plan. He has the authority.
00:41:53.580 they have the authority, and just follow the plan. The 2026 plan is the solution. A 5% audit
00:42:04.080 after the fact is not enough. We need handmarked paper ballots, paper poll books, public precinct
00:42:11.560 hand counts, chain of custody, full reconciliation, before certification, before the midterms,
00:42:19.080 not after. All of that is doable, but it all is in the plan. If we do it afterwards,
00:42:25.660 if we do it afterwards, we're just going to get rolled. Where do people go? What is the site?
00:42:30.160 What's your social media, social media, and where do people go to read this and read it now? Tina
00:42:35.560 Peters. TinaPeters.us. It's all on there. My social media is at RealTinaPeters. And listen,
00:42:44.020 And we're going to be at thestormsummit.us.
00:42:47.300 Go there.
00:42:48.340 If people have questions, please, but contact the White House.
00:42:52.620 Let them know that this is the way.
00:42:55.780 And they have the authority to do this right now.
00:42:59.480 Right now, they can do it.
00:43:01.060 And, you know, I stay up nights.
00:43:03.520 I've been to D.C. six times.
00:43:06.280 I've been to D.C., spent more time there than I've spent at home.

00:46:00.120 The theory of the case, whether it's the big, beautiful bill, supply-side tax cut, the tariffs, the forcing functions to drive manufacturing back to the United States is working.
00:46:12.700 It's actually working at a huge level to return America to be a manufacturing hegemon.
00:46:19.220 That being said, that's a process that's started.
00:46:22.960 Construction's out there.
00:46:24.060 Jobs are coming.
00:46:25.520 It's going to be quite powerful.
00:46:27.000 However, we haven't cut federal spending on social programs, on defense, on all of it.
00:46:34.180 We still have $2 trillion deficits.
00:46:36.400 And now the financing and refinancing of those deficits and the total debt, given the scale of it, has got us, as the Financial Times says, at the beginning of a debt crisis.
00:46:49.260 The United States has never had a debt crisis.
00:46:51.640 Number one, we've got a business model as a country, which is a highly leveraged bet at $40 trillion and $2 trillion deficits a year, with on top of another highly leveraged bet of the AI companies and the data centers and all of it, to have massive productivity increases without the layoffs.
00:47:12.980 And Bill Gates told you yesterday that that ain't going to happen, that you're not going to have, you're going to have with this leveraged bet, if it works, you're going to have massive layoffs.
00:47:25.400 If it doesn't work, you're going to have a financial calamity.
00:47:28.940 The Financial Times of London does not have its hair on fire like we do here in the war room on occasions.
00:47:35.400 But they're saying we're at the beginning of a debt crisis.
00:47:37.880 When you say debt crisis, you mean U.S. government securities. The U.S. government security market is $30 trillion a year. It dwarfs the stock market. It is the backbone of the world's financial and economic system.
00:47:53.740 If we're having a crisis here, Philip Patrick, the forces that converge on that, and particularly the lack of political will to even address the spending.
00:48:05.940 In fact, the alternative in this November's election, when you look at their economic model, it's $3 trillion of deficits, $4 trillion.
00:48:13.640 They got this theory, modern monetary theory, where deficits don't matter.
00:48:17.080 If they get too big, you just raise taxes, right?
00:48:20.220 That's how flippantly they respond to it.
00:48:22.660 Brother, we're in it now, and I want to make sure that everybody's got full access to information to understand the basic building blocks so that the audience can get their own mental map.
00:48:35.540 Philip Patrick and Steve Bannon haven't, okay, for scars of years in capital markets and training at business schools and working at financial institutions.
00:48:44.780 But this audience has to get it.
00:48:46.780 How do they do it, sir?
00:48:49.340 It's very simple.
00:48:50.500 listen it's just about immersing yourself in in information i speak to viewers of the war room
00:48:55.540 all the time and they are a much more educated group of people than i would say most of america
00:49:01.920 and it's because of the topics that we cover here this is not simple stuff this is very complicated
00:49:07.800 stuff but i think you know first of all we called it years ago and i think people have been tracking
00:49:13.720 it and understanding but now as you mentioned this has become mainstream news and what we have
00:49:19.520 certainly is a debt crisis in front of us, right?
00:49:23.180 We've mentioned these numbers before.
00:49:25.300 Debt has now breached $40 trillion.
00:49:27.680 There's no political will in Washington to curb spending.
00:49:30.860 We've seen deficits expand.
00:49:32.820 As you mentioned, we've made very good strides,
00:49:35.140 manufacturing's improving, but that takes time, right?
00:49:38.000 We've got to build factories.
00:49:39.620 We've got to bring manufacturing back.
00:49:42.320 That takes as long as a decade.
00:49:44.500 President Trump put the seeds in place.
00:49:46.660 We're starting to see the green sprouts,
00:49:48.660 but we're not there yet. Meanwhile, tariff revenue is getting hacked up. We've lost some tax revenue
00:49:54.840 and defense spending has skyrocketed, which has led to an increased deficit. The problem is,
00:50:00.780 it's getting way too expensive. And actually what we're seeing short term is it's not really a debt
00:50:06.180 problem anymore. It's an interest rate problem. And we've talked about Scott Besson doing everything
00:50:11.740 he possibly can, using every trick in the book to try and buy the administration time for that
00:50:18.300 growth to appear. But it is all about timing, right? Debt service payments are now the second
00:50:24.300 biggest expense for the federal government, taking up almost 25% of our revenue. But if we carry on
00:50:30.500 at this trajectory with anemic growth, within eight years, it's going to be 50% of our revenue,
00:50:36.340 a government cannot function at that level. So like I said, the way things are looking at the
00:50:41.920 moment, there is a realization around the globe that we are trapped. And trapped means not default,
00:50:48.300 not going the route of argentina as you mentioned but continually printing money to meet deficits
00:50:54.440 devalue currency and devalue debt and who hurts in that climate who bears the brunt of it it's us
00:51:00.840 it's the american populace it's savers it's retirees we're the ones that that uh that pay
00:51:08.000 the price so you know the problem with politics is oftentimes you know neither party is going to
00:51:15.480 run on entitlement reforms today. We've spent decades expanding spending and just ignoring the
00:51:21.800 maths. And unfortunately, you know, democracies don't tend to repair their finances because a
00:51:28.800 budget office says so. It's typically when it's forced, right, when mortgage rates bite, when
00:51:34.020 debt auctions struggle, and when the political price of rising debt costs finally starts to
00:51:40.360 exceed the political price of cutting spending and my concern is we're starting to head into
00:51:46.080 that climate but being forced to respond it shouldn't be how this thing is done we should
00:51:51.880 preempt problems and nip them in the bud before they become insurmountable and my concern is
00:51:57.200 we're ready at that point the easy solutions are behind us the hard solutions are in front of us
00:52:04.300 but people don't even want to focus on that they want to wait till you there are no solutions where
00:52:08.700 do people go to get to you today sir very simple birchgold.com forward slash bannon or they can
