00:07:10.680 cheerleading. They were participating in the attack. They have been referred to the State
00:07:14.960 Department. Several things will happen. They'll never, ever get an American dime again as a result
00:07:19.380 of being debarred from receiving American money. And then the State Department has the ability to
00:07:23.880 refer them to the Justice Department for potential crimes against humanity in that attack. This is a
00:07:30.160 major piece of investigation. It took this agency months to take photos and go around and get the
00:07:35.100 video footage and pin these people down. But we give money to the UN. The UN hires people in Gaza

00:09:29.940 We're in Gowanus section of Brooklyn, not far from the Stonehouse, where the Maryland
00:09:34.240 400 defended the American troops against 32,000 plus British troops here who descended on
00:09:41.940 New York Harbor about a month after the Declaration of Independence.
00:09:46.680 And this place tonight is going to be commemorating the Maryland 400 here.
00:09:51.960 This American Legion post was named after Michael Raleigh Jr.
00:09:56.360 He was KIA in World War II, I think in 1941, 1945 in Europe.
00:10:03.180 And I have with us the base commander here, the Legion commander, Christopher Hardy, a lieutenant colonel, retired Air Force.
00:10:11.680 And I also have Patrick O'Donnell with us who will be making a speech tonight.
00:10:15.700 So a very exciting night here, and this place should be crowded in honor of this incredible battle, the first and largest battle of the American Revolutionary War.

00:10:39.180 Okay, what this means in terms of the American Legion is the American Legion honors our veterans.

00:10:47.920 Of course, the country was born with the sign of the decoration down in Philadelphia.

00:10:55.700 This is the first major battle.
00:10:57.840 And it turns out that we want to recognize that every year.
00:11:01.320 Actually, 80 years ago, the American Legion, the county, put a plaque around the corner on one of the buildings.
00:11:08.440 As we believe that the Maryland 400 are buried here, sacred grounds.
00:11:14.220 And that was the ones who died in combat in defense of the Cotoglio House.
00:11:20.480 And it turns out that since then, we used to read the names by the flagpals.
00:11:27.780 But then about 30 years ago, they started doing it at the Stone House.
00:11:31.880 And we participate with them every anniversary.

00:11:38.500 And then we retreat here to do a commemoration outside, as we believe in these sacred grounds.

00:12:00.900 Colonel, let me ask you, you know, everybody knows about the signing of the Declaration and we celebrate the 4th of July.
00:12:06.940 This is really as important because the Revolutionary War essentially started today with the Maryland 400 and everybody else in the Battle of Long Island.

00:12:18.960 If it had not been for these heroes slowing down the British invasion, they may have driven General Washington's Continental Army into the East River.
00:12:27.280 What are your thoughts about telling America about the importance of this battle, which has got to be in the top 10 most important battles in the history of the country?
00:12:36.940 If not in the top five, I mean, I always said that if the Maryland 400 didn't do what they did, we would be speaking the king's English.

00:12:52.140 So that's the uttermost importance in terms of the importance of this particular event and group, the Maryland 400.

00:13:05.540 Can you tell us your history, how it was named, the hero it's named after from World War II?
00:13:11.300 What's the history of the post there in Brooklyn?
00:13:15.860 It turns out that we got put in for the charter in 1947.
00:13:22.140 And then we ended up getting out of the charter like in about 1953.
00:13:25.780 And this building itself in the mid-50s.
00:13:28.960 This was an old church.
00:13:30.760 I always joke that, you know, it's full of spirits.
00:13:33.680 And, of course, we do have a bar, but it is important that we, this particular room, we do conduct our meetings.
00:13:41.260 American Legion has four pillars, like I said, veterans, and then we have Americanism, national security, children and youth.
00:13:47.480 And a lot of my decisions, if not all my decisions, are based on those pillars.
00:13:52.760 And, again, talking about the Mellon 400, that's what we do.

00:14:45.720 And when we used to have a parade, we used to go past his house.

00:19:04.100 in the first hours of this battle. And if they had not done it, I agree with the colonel,
00:19:10.020 we might very well be speaking the king's English, sir.

00:19:15.120 What happens, what we see in history is things turn on small actions.

00:19:26.940 And that was certainly the case here where these men, 400 Marylanders, who were some

00:19:41.740 together on a wintry day in 1774 to create the Baltimore Independent Cadets, which becomes
00:19:49.560 the 1st Maryland Regiment that is here in Brooklyn 250 years ago. They make these charges
00:19:58.100 that will change history. As one contemporary historian would say at the time,
00:20:03.860 it was an hour more precious to our liberty than any other.
00:20:07.200 uh patrick you're going to give remarks in a few minutes we're going to pick it up pick up the

00:22:17.620 So this is really significant, especially in anticipation of, it's a confluence of events, the 25th anniversary where I lost my very good friend in Rescue 4, Peter Brennan, you know, and so many New Yorkers, especially here in Brooklyn, lost their loved ones.

00:22:36.080 And it's really important because when they're driving down the street here in Brooklyn, I took Eastern Parkway and the Jackie Robinson Parkway.

00:24:16.760 insidious. Secretary of Health and Human Services, Bobby Kennedy, is calling out Josh Shapiro,
00:24:23.080 the governor on this. What in the hell is going on in the Commonwealth about this
00:24:26.520 quote-unquote, measles epidemic and two dead already, sir?
00:24:31.940 Shapiro is running for president, you know, so this is the launch of his campaign. This is about
00:24:37.900 the midterms. You know, they say there are two measles-associated deaths. And what do they mean
00:24:42.820 by that? They won't release any information, any proof, any details. They won't tell you who these
00:24:48.300 people are. This is the Fauci method. And, you know, this is the Fauci playbook, concealment,
00:24:54.660 censorship, propaganda, you know, what could there possibly be to hide? If they have the
00:25:00.400 information, they should give it to us. You know, this is 100% about the midterms. We need real
00:25:06.800 information, not fear tactics, not propaganda, not coercion, not lies. Those things died with

00:25:40.820 in their own state says it's not real. So, you know, Kennedy's trying to figure out who these
00:25:46.500 deaths were, whether they were even deaths, and if there were deaths, whether they were measles
00:25:51.040 deaths. So this is all about midterms. It's about blaming Kennedy. Every newspaper in the country,
00:25:57.760 every mainstream left-wing TV show blamed Kennedy, said people are dying. This is a crisis.

00:26:43.640 since, you know, 1910, when thousands of people died of it, without any vaccine, by 1962, we were
00:26:50.280 down to 408 deaths, 384 children. So, you know, what was going to happen is that this virus and
00:26:58.480 those deaths were going to disappear without any vaccine. And that's the true story. And these 5,000
00:27:05.220 to 8,000 deaths each year from chronic disease. That's what we should talk about. And we should
00:27:10.260 talk about the fact that we have Bobby Kennedy in a position of power. And they've been trying
00:27:15.340 for 19 years to shut him up, to shut him down, to destroy his reputation. And this is about
00:27:21.860 big pharmaceutical companies. So Shapiro came out yesterday and he said, everybody should get
00:27:28.640 the measles vaccine. And that's made by Merck. And guess what Merck does? Merck is a major donor
00:27:34.700 to Shapiro. So think about all of this. This is about the midterms and the fact that Maha is a
00:27:40.820 threat. Maha is reshaping the electorate, and it's going to change the outcome, and they have
00:27:46.280 to knock it down. Hang on one second. I'm going to hold you through the break, and we are going
00:27:51.600 to toss as soon as we go live to the American Legion about the 250th anniversary of the American
00:27:58.320 Thermopylae. Tony, I just want to go back a little bit of time. When Bobby came in, they did some
00:28:02.400 assessment. This was about the measles vaccine and Bobby and HHS saying it doesn't need to be

00:28:12.920 any instance. Remember, there's supposed to be a big breakout outbreak in Texas, which was all
00:28:17.460 fantasy. Now they're trying to do it. It looks like they're gun decking these reported deaths.

00:34:42.480 there. Up to $17 billion, payable over 10 years, so $1.7 billion a year. It's a $200 billion revenue
00:34:50.720 per year company. Met it as $200 billion a year in revenue. Have you done the math, because I guess
00:34:58.460 this show is all about math, Mr. Attorney General, on how much Florida would receive if you did agree
00:35:04.720 to this current settlement? Well, looking at the amounts received by other states, it looks like
00:35:11.660 we would get less than that verdict that New Mexico received. That's just not acceptable.
00:35:16.340 We've got a great case, a lot of evidence showing the harms to kids, suicides, self-harm,
00:35:22.400 mental injuries, many, many injuries. States around the country are seeing juries that seem
00:35:29.340 favorable here. They were looking at trillions in liability. So we're not going to settle.
00:35:34.180 We'll go to court. We like to fight for our kids in Florida. We're not going to
00:35:38.260 We're not going to bend over and capitulate.

00:37:16.800 it put the onus on parents and really the kids are you also going to look for deeper changes here

00:37:51.960 you know, addictive features. Here in Florida, we've passed legislation to limit access by
00:37:57.200 younger kids. We're still monitoring and might possibly bring additional claims based on that
00:38:02.520 law. But this was temporary. A lot of these conditions were for just five years, unless
00:38:08.280 all of their competitors come around and do the same thing. And I don't even believe by law I can
00:38:13.520 agree to something that's temporary. If they're breaking our law, which we know they are and we've
00:38:18.040 alleged they are, they need to make these changes permanent. We also don't think they should be able
00:38:23.740 to have access during school hours. Here in Florida, we don't allow kids to have phones
00:38:28.620 in the classroom when they're supposed to be focused on their teachers and instruction. We
00:38:33.020 take our education very seriously. So we need more. We're going to demand more. And I think
00:38:38.680 if META doesn't come around to do it the easy way, they're going to pay for it the hard way.

00:38:49.760 if what youtube and uh and others come along they'll go you know they'll settle what is your

00:43:47.100 but just on the measles what did he actually put out that cannot be verified
