00:00:10.080 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:00:16.740 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do
00:00:20.920 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and
00:00:24.260 Where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:27.540 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.880 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.280 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.080 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.260 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:54.260 It's Friday, 28 August, Year of Our Lord, 2026.
00:00:57.360 It's already been an action-packed day.
00:00:58.700 I want to thank everybody.
00:01:00.380 The show this morning was a whirlwind, and I want to thank Natasha Owens.
00:01:04.420 We're going to play the short clip from her new song in memory of Charlie Kirk later in the show.
00:01:11.080 Natalie G. Winters joins us.
00:01:12.420 Natalie, your investigative reporting, your substack is blowing up.
00:01:17.060 You know, you were linked to the top link yesterday over at Citizens Repress.
00:01:21.180 It's just blowing up everywhere.
00:01:22.640 So I want to set aside an hour that you and I can go through this, because whether it's about the Islamic invasion of our country or the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration of our country, your material is cutting edge.
00:01:35.200 So I'm going to turn over to you. Where are we going to start?
00:01:38.220 Well, there are so many stories to choose from, but I think we should start at what I was talking to you last night about.
00:01:44.160 It's going to blow the audience's heads up, but just to sort of contextualize this, obviously, we're still in the midst of the uproar and outrage over the whole Girl Scouts Islamization scandal.
00:01:56.820 They, of course, put out the statement accusing me of misinformation, and I actually got to give a hat tip to CARE, if you can believe it, the terrorist organization, because in their statements accusing me of being an Islamophobic bigot,
00:02:09.020 they said that both the Girl Scouts and the Boy Scouts have done a lot to incorporate Islam. So
00:02:14.860 I was like, you know what? Thank you, Kara. I'm going to look into the Boy Scouts. And what I
00:02:18.740 found, I mean, truly blows the mind. Like you can't fathom it. To be specific, there's sort of
00:02:26.280 two angles of attack here, but they do certainly converge. The Boy Scouts, which of course went
00:02:31.960 woke, renamed into Scouting America or Scouting Worldwide, has taken $87 million from the
00:02:40.980 kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
00:02:43.260 Not a non-profit, not a cutout, Saudi Arabia itself.
00:02:48.860 Now, the most recent came in 2025.
00:02:51.880 It was a sum of $50 million.
00:02:54.600 And before, back when it was Boy Scouts, it was $37 million rolled out over a period
00:03:00.140 of time.
00:03:00.780 Now, what exactly have they gotten in return for this? Well, if you can actually believe it, Steve, they have co-branded uniforms where they have the Boy Scout patch with the Saudi Arabian flag underneath to create what they call these, you know, peace cadets, peace czars that they have going throughout the world.
00:03:22.800 ironically, to help implement the UN Sustainable Development Goals, combating climate change,
00:03:28.480 doing community service, which, of course, we support community service, just dropped the
00:03:32.960 Saudi propaganda angle. But the broader question, that's, of course, the sort of front, the cover
00:03:37.980 as to why they've poured, again, nearly $90 million from Saudi Arabia into the new Scouting
00:03:45.880 America, which is the old Boy Scouts. But when you look at the way that Islam has sort of taken over,
00:03:51.480 And they've even been explicit, Scouting America, for example, and how as a result of these Saudi
00:03:57.120 funds have incorporated Islam more at the forefront of their events. I'm going to flash some pictures
00:04:02.820 on the screen. I think we've got to put a trigger warning on these. But the Scout Jamboree, it's
00:04:07.940 like the four-year event that they have in West Virginia. It's the huge thing where all the troops
00:04:12.180 come together. So the most recent one, and they mentioned that this was because of the Saudi
00:04:17.920 partnership. They launched Allahu Akbar medals. They had an inflatable mosque and minaret.
00:04:26.280 They've launched an Islamophobia awareness badge. And you can see pictures of all these,
00:04:32.300 you know, hijabis, because remember, girls can now become Boy Scouts,
00:04:36.380 giving henna tattoos and teaching about how great Islam is to Boy Scouts. The pictures speak for
00:04:43.840 themselves. I'm not making this up. And this wasn't even a one-off event as egregious as that
00:04:49.260 would be. We've seen, you know, troops, even for example, a troop in North Carolina, a scout council,
00:04:55.360 they invited not just Muslim families, but all of their scouting families to a Ramadan iftar at an
00:05:01.560 Islamic center with a halal food presentation and tried to get non-Muslims to come. And the American
00:05:08.700 kind of brand of the Boy Scouts pales in comparison when it comes to the UK, of course,
00:05:16.180 no surprise there, but what they have done when it comes to the rebrand in the name of Islam,
00:05:23.700 essentially. Now, they reformulated their program. They were advised by these external
00:05:30.420 Muslim organizations that they could make the Boy Scouts more amenable and welcoming to have
00:05:36.700 Muslim members if they offered altering handshakes, music and schedules and their uniforms and
00:05:44.020 stopping opposite sex interaction around Islam. So I guess it's really kind of a horseshoe theory,
00:05:49.980 you know, take on getting the girls out of Boy Scouts. But as a result, you saw Muslim membership
00:05:56.060 rise from about 800 people to 6,000. 67 Muslim troops have been created. But you've seen this
00:06:03.580 now kind of leach into the mainstream muslim programming which is they offer if you can
00:06:09.660 believe it official voodoo lessons that's of course the foot washing ritual stuff that they do
00:06:15.580 um that's one of only 15 plus islamic activities that are offerable you can see right there the
00:06:21.180 scouting logo on the voodoo practice there's literally a troop activity that they have where
00:06:28.060 they talk about how learning voodoo can help non-muslims learn about prophet muhammad um which
00:06:35.360 they add peace be upon him um and the conservation of water if you can believe it um but they also
00:06:41.720 teach these people uh the five pillars of islam iftar the black stone the call to prayer these
00:06:47.960 voodoo lessons they're teaching to to kids as young as four if you can believe it they're citing
00:06:53.280 the Quran in these lessons and I think to me the most kind of offensive part of all this so
00:07:00.720 Gilwell Park is like the the founding the origin of British scouting it's a huge campus you know
00:07:09.140 kids go there and a few years ago they actually in 2015 they erected a mosque on Gilwell Park if
00:07:18.980 you can believe it and the muslims who were behind it put out this long press release saying how this
00:07:24.820 was going to give them a chance to spread islam to non-believers they could quote share the message
00:07:29.820 of islam they've had uh thousands of people come through the mosque go to mosque like watch islamic
00:07:37.140 prayer learn the voodoo stuff learn everything going on and of course incorporating like pro
00:07:42.620 palestinian activism throughout everything that they're doing they hold a palestine awareness day
00:07:48.940 where they're using, quote, art as activism.
00:07:52.340 So like I said, the headline here is obviously,
00:07:54.860 I mean, how the Saudis are pouring $90 million,
00:07:57.620 especially to an organization
00:07:58.920 that was on the financial downfall,
00:08:01.400 dealing with all the payouts that they had
00:08:03.520 from the lawsuits for child sex abuse scandals.
00:08:06.020 Taking money from the Saudis is probably not the PR route.
00:08:08.560 I would go to rectify that.
00:08:10.420 But all jokes aside, this is how it happens, Steve, right?
00:08:13.800 You don't get Dearborn overnight.
00:08:15.140 It's the piecemeal takeover
00:08:16.660 and bending the knee at institutions like this.
00:08:18.940 They do it in good faith.
00:08:20.700 The Islamic faith is not capable of good faith.
00:08:22.720 They're capable of spreading by the sword.
00:08:24.600 And you see this continued bending of the knee in America and the UK, and you got to
00:08:28.800 call it out.
00:08:29.340 Obviously, CARE, these woke institutions are going to come back fighting, attack me, attack
00:08:34.200 the show, attack us for being Islamophobic.
00:08:37.320 But no one's calling this out, so someone has to.
00:08:41.380 Let me, I just want to make sure I understand this.
00:08:44.400 Is this a takeover of the Boy Scouts?
00:08:48.240 is this a separate thing that's just got the scout patina on it is this something they're
00:08:54.340 doing to infuse this into the boy scouts so eventually this gets promulgated to every
00:08:59.600 troop in the country is it this sounds to me very insidious am i overthinking this or it sounds like
00:09:10.440 if you wanted to get into a major american institution that focused on the formation of
00:09:16.580 young men right the the scouts is one of the ones that you would think of and given how kind of woke
00:09:23.940 they've gotten over the last couple years i know they've had fundraising issues are the saudis
00:09:28.020 putting in money specifically you think to not just encroach but eventually either take over
00:09:33.760 or drive in a certain direction the formation of the young men that parents kind of turn over to
00:09:39.900 the Scouts to, you know, to learn the traditions of self-reliance and being prepared, ma'am?
00:09:49.460 I mean, it's an influence op that I think the CCP would be envious of, right? You see it happening
00:09:54.780 with both the Girl Scouts and the Boy Scouts. So the Boy Scouts are now defunct in a, you know,
00:09:59.300 casualty of woke one, as AOC would call it. They became Scouting America and their global broader
00:10:05.100 umbrella organization is scouting worldwide. The Saudis didn't create a spinoff or anything.
00:10:10.660 They gave the original 37 million went to the Boy Scouts back when it was the Boy Scouts. But then
00:10:16.240 once they rebranded, they gave it to the parent organization, which did then impact American
00:10:21.200 programming to that annual jamboree event that I was talking about, sort of the hallmark of Boy
00:10:26.420 Scout events. They directly said that the Saudi program, the Saudi funding was influencing that.
00:10:31.940 That was why they had the mosque, you know, blow up in bouncy castles, the hijabis running around, giving henna tattoos, teaching people why Islam is so great, launching the Allahu Akbar medals, that kind of stuff.
00:10:43.460 The UK was a partnership in part funded by that, but also just a broader outreach to the Muslim community through these sort of Islamic advocacy NGOs.
00:10:52.420 um but this is very very very targeted right this is going after i'm in some pieces kids as young
00:11:01.360 as four the voodoo lesson that i was talking about where they're not like teaching voodoo
00:11:06.140 as a tertiary quaternary thing it is the main lesson and they're teaching them about allah and
00:11:10.400 islam and the quran and all this that is messaging that is going out to kids who are again are not
00:11:14.780 muslim but are as young as four years old if you can believe it and it's it's quite interesting
00:11:20.980 Steve, the number one pushback that I've gotten, even I was going back with some legacy media
00:11:25.980 reporters just yesterday, they were, you know, wanting some quotes for me on the story.
00:11:31.360 And the number one pushback I get is, well, so do you oppose, you know, Christian badges? Do you
00:11:37.180 oppose Jewish badges from these troops? Like, first of all, worms, not the badge police for
00:11:42.500 these institutions. But this lazy whataboutism, right? That's so indicative of the cultural rot
00:11:48.960 in the cultural problem that we have right now, where we literally have to pretend that this is
00:11:54.380 normal. And I'm sure I probably have caused a ruckus in these newsrooms, but I told them,
00:12:00.060 I said, you're whataboutism is extremely lazy and Christianity formed America. Islam did not.
00:12:07.900 There's nothing wrong with using these institutions to advance American culture,
00:12:12.020 which is inextricably linked to Judeo-Christian values, which by the way, if they were doing at
00:12:16.820 this level, I'm sure the New York Times will be doing a full page display. And might I also add
00:12:21.980 that something tells me, Steve, I don't think they'll be printing this quote. I said, if the
00:12:26.220 Girl Scouts really wants to have an open discussion about religious convictions, we can add the Boy
00:12:30.200 Scouts to it too. Then maybe we can talk about how most of the members in these organizations
00:12:34.440 are probably older than Mohammed's, well, I guess one of his wives. So I'm so tired of this cultural
00:12:40.080 relativist BS that we have to pretend like this is normal. Obviously it's not. These stories are
00:12:45.080 getting millions of views. People are outraged. And again, you can't bend the knee. These people
00:12:49.920 don't understand. They want to take over everything that they can. It's not altruistic.
00:12:54.080 It's not cultural programming. They get in while they can. And overnight, sure, maybe you don't
00:12:59.840 get a Dearborn, but give it a year and you don't recognize your country anymore.
00:13:04.460 Oh, no. This is more insidious than Dearborn. This is about the formation of young men.
00:13:08.880 We get about 90 seconds. I just want to hit something again and go over it one more time.
00:13:12.960 You're the expert of how the Chinese Communist Party has infiltrated this country in cultural institutions.
00:13:19.580 You said something as kind of a throwaway line, but I think it's real.
00:13:24.040 The CCP would actually take this as a learning, as a teaching moment for them, would they not?
00:13:31.060 Oh, totally.
00:13:32.080 I'm actually working on a story right now talking about how these PRC influence groups are embedding specifically in the Chicago public school system, but pushing pro-China propaganda.
00:13:41.840 And that same organization, QCEF, that I've obviously talked about extensively, they were
00:13:46.160 the ones paying the journalists, but they had textbook review commissions trying to
00:13:50.460 alter American high school textbooks, framing how they talked about Tibet, Taiwan, countries
00:13:56.260 like that.
00:13:57.580 Even I just found there was a group of 50 or so American high schoolers who were sent,
00:14:02.540 if you can believe it, to Xinjiang on a propaganda tour led by the Xinjiang Production and
00:14:08.000 Construction Corps, which is the sanctioned entity that oversees the persecution of Uyghurs
00:14:12.740 in Xinjiang. So going after the kids is very targeted. And these idiot journalists and, you
00:14:17.640 know, woke people who want to buy this as altruism, well, have fun laughing when you're getting pushed
00:14:22.380 off the building because you're a closeted homosexual, right? So it's just, you got to
00:14:26.680 call this stuff out while you still can. I know I'm probably an apostle or whatever, you know,
00:14:30.660 I'm committing many sins in their faith, but you can't bend the knee. It's disgusting. And it's
00:14:36.280 not what these organizations were built for and stop appropriating the culture that these people
00:14:40.080 claim to hate so much. Hang on one second. Short commercial breaks. Natalie G. Winters on the other
00:14:46.360 side. You don't wait until your house is on fire to install a smoke detector and you don't wait
00:15:04.400 into the wind and rain, hammer your windows, and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane.
00:15:11.200 And you don't reach for your seatbelt after the impact because after the crash, the hurricane,
00:15:16.980 or the house fire, it's too late. Similarly, you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before
00:15:23.020 you buy gold. It's too late then. Diversify with precious metals and diversify now because you
00:15:29.740 never know what will threaten your savings next. Persistent inflation, a weakening dollar,
00:15:35.600 unexpected financial disruptions. You don't know what's coming, but you can take preventative
00:15:40.700 steps and you can take them today. Do that right now by requesting a free information kit on gold
00:15:46.660 from my friends at Birch Gold Group. Just text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number
00:15:52.660 989898. There is no cost and no obligation, just straightforward information on how you can
00:15:58.960 diversify your savings, even an IRA or 401k with gold. I trust Birchgold. You should trust them
00:16:07.120 too. Text Bannon at 989898. Take action and do it today.
00:16:12.920 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:19.320 Natalie, I just want to go back over the money for a second. The $87 million, this has to be
00:16:25.400 the largest, particularly since they went woke, they've had a tougher time of raising money from
00:16:31.100 the traditional sources they used to get. This is a major undertaking by the Saudis, right, which,
00:16:39.860 as you know, coming up on the 25th anniversary of 9-11, you know, the Saudi dominance in that
00:16:49.120 in that bombing, right, that terrorist raid, and particularly the Wahhabism, the radical nature
00:16:56.180 of their version of Islam, is pretty shocking. I mean, $87 million is a jaw-dropping number, ma'am.
00:17:06.120 I was just looking to get into the kind of highest level to be a donor to Scouting America.
00:17:12.700 you got to donate a minimum of 25K. So that kind of tells you about what their financial
00:17:18.640 situation is like. So I can't do that much mental math, but that is a order of magnitude
00:17:24.140 exponentially larger than what they are counting as individual donors, obviously corporations pour
00:17:30.520 in. But also, Steve, it's so interesting. This stuff just seems to sort of be swept under the
00:17:36.840 rug, right? You know, it's not something that is proudly championed in Western media. Of course,
00:17:43.500 the Saudis brag about it in their, you know, own language press and stuff like that. But it's not
00:17:49.740 something that the Boy Scouts or you see all these, you know, whatever cultural institutions
00:17:54.220 celebrating, because at the end of the day, they know it's wrong. And also, I'm sorry, but it's
00:17:59.940 such an easy dunk here. But for an organization that went so woke, they tried to rebrand and not
00:18:04.740 become exclusive to women you're taking money from the you know checks notes the saudis uh
00:18:10.400 that doesn't really make a lot of sense but steve i think that's like the perfect encapsulation
00:18:14.980 right of this marxist jihadist alliance of this wokeness how it creates this permission structure
00:18:21.440 where the takeover of islam is okay because you know they're non-whites they're not oppressed
00:18:27.840 they're oppressed by the west so they can like just run roughshod over these cultural institutions
00:18:32.800 because of these perceived grievances and the way that that gets you know spit out of this weird
00:18:38.980 woke matrix is that you have four-year-old british kids learning freaking voodoo while they're wearing
00:18:45.660 their scouting uniform and at the american boy scout jubilee event in west virginia you have
00:18:51.420 hijabis and a minaret mosque inflatable and kids getting you know allahu akbar medals like that's
00:18:59.020 not normal that's not american culture and to pretend otherwise is what about us at easiest
00:19:06.280 i want to talk about this i want to talk about the permission structure and why
00:19:10.460 you're so courageous to do this they look at people not saying anything or being too nervous
00:19:16.540 or because they're third world or because they're you know uh another color that they see that as
00:19:22.940 weakness that's when they press their bet and continue to drive it this is why we say london
00:19:27.820 has fallen. They don't respect that at all. If you don't stand up and fight for your civilization,
00:19:34.180 your culture, your religion, your traditions, they may have a veneer on that, but deep down
00:19:41.120 inside, they detest that. That's why I think the West is decadent and weak, ma'am.
00:19:47.480 I mean, I think you see that played out through this wide-scale, large-scale
00:19:52.080 immigration stuff. I mean, why the conclusion after 9-11 and the wars that followed was that
00:19:58.640 let's open our doors to millions of these people from the most backwards of countries when they
00:20:04.620 have no allegiance to America. It's like, those are not just immigrants, refugees, whatever coming
00:20:11.140 here. Those are like forward deployed assets. Yes. Sometimes they turn kinetic, just look at
00:20:17.460 terrorist attacks, but if people who do not subscribe to American values, American culture
00:20:23.160 are making up these Muslim troops. And it's just, it's so frustrating having to pretend
00:20:28.640 like this is normal. And you see it. I mean, I'm sorry, Steve, from the crowd that loves to lecture
00:20:33.840 us on how much we're destroying democracy, yet in the same breath, be rushing to import,
00:20:40.420 if it were up to them, probably hundreds of millions of people from the most backwards of
00:20:46.140 countries that have never had experience in self-government, let alone representative
00:20:51.300 democracy. You can't just import someone from the Congo to the United States. And because they are
00:20:57.400 inside the borders of this country, all of a sudden they understand the wisdom of the founding
00:21:02.980 fathers. I know the phrase, the neocons love is natural born conservatives. These are not natural
00:21:08.580 born conservatives. They don't even know what it means to be conservative outside the lens of
00:21:12.960 conservative islam they are muslims first and anybody who thinks i'm radical i would encourage
00:21:18.520 you to just pick up frankly the quran but look at the history of civilization look at why the
00:21:24.240 crusades were launched and it's just this muslim takeover that we are seeing now the mainstreaming
00:21:29.460 of it if it seems like you're looking around and you're seeing all this from the political
00:21:33.560 candidates to care being everywhere to these voodos popping up they thrive in darkness right
00:21:39.920 sunlight is the best disinfectant yes is a voodoo in dallas airport you know that we exposed and we
00:21:45.440 got canceled and now you know the governor is referring it to the doj why it even was allowed
00:21:50.420 to get to that stage and had i not literally reported that probably would be being constructed
00:21:54.860 right now sure it's a one-off thing but it's like how does this stuff even happen because it festers
00:22:01.020 in darkness they're you know protected by the media and by the way steve the number one response
00:22:05.960 from both the Girl Scouts care and, you know, collectively with the legacy media is that I'm
00:22:11.340 wrong in my reporting, yet they can't produce one example of what I'm wrong on. But instead,
00:22:18.480 it's the ad hominem attack of I'm an Islamophobe. Like, that's a very 2016 way to try to shut up
00:22:25.140 discourse. It doesn't work anymore. And there's too much at stake. Like, sure.
00:22:31.220 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. It doesn't work. It doesn't work on Natalie G. Winters, but it works on a lot of people. Talk to me about talk to me about the intimidation tactics when they come, what they try to do, what they say reporting, because most people fold.
00:22:46.240 This is one of the reasons we've got the problem, is people won't step up.
00:22:49.540 You know, people are, well, Natalie's courageous, but she's going to get a fatwa on her, right?
00:22:55.000 This is why the concept courage is courageous.
00:22:57.620 But talk about the pressure.
00:22:58.900 They come back.
00:22:59.800 They expect you to fold right away.
00:23:02.660 But they haven't finished with Natalie G. Winters yet.
00:23:05.080 They're going to keep coming, ma'am.
00:23:07.180 Well, I would welcome a fatwa.
00:23:08.900 I was, frankly, very excited when I saw CARE attack me for the first time.
00:23:12.200 It has to be a record, having been reporting on Muslims for like a week, doing true in-depth
00:23:17.460 research.
00:23:18.560 But I think, Steve, there's sort of two-fold multifactorial attacks here, which I think
00:23:23.960 if you reverse engineer, are really the perfect example and demonstration of this Marxist
00:23:29.340 shihadist alliance, right?
00:23:31.160 Obviously, the Muslims are outraged because we're calling out what are supposed to be
00:23:34.840 strategies that work best when they're quiet.
00:23:37.340 But their attacks are unconvincing.
00:23:39.420 It's always you're Islamophobic, you're fostering hate, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, because you're right, that works on most people, right? And frankly, the Republicans in Congress that want to say, oh, we hate Sharia law, oh, we hate this, it's like, well, that's a given.
00:23:54.380 but there are a lot of steps before we get to sharia law right and they're pretty quiet on
00:23:59.240 those and by the way they like to talk about it in rhetoric but like i don't actually see them
00:24:04.240 doing much and those types frankly are weak and can be shut up by being told they're islamophobic
00:24:09.800 but then the other side which i almost think is more just psychologically truly truly fascinating
00:24:16.440 and perplexing all the adjectives is the you know like the white women not even the you know ginger
00:24:22.800 women joining ISIS and becoming ISIS brides. But these reporters at these legacy media outlets,
00:24:27.660 the board at Girl Scouts that decided that that was the statement to put out, they are ideologically
00:24:32.920 captured, not necessarily by Islam, though they are buying up these universities, these academic
00:24:38.300 institutions, these think tanks, the Qataris, the Saudis. They're deploying, I mean, literally
00:24:43.140 ridiculous amounts of money to make people at least soften their approach to Islam. But these
00:24:49.620 people turn it on you and say that I'm actually the one that is disrupting American culture by
00:24:55.520 calling out teaching, you know, four year olds voodoo. It's, it's truly insane. And I think when
00:25:02.940 you kind of turn this on its head, when you see it for what it is, which they're not used to being
00:25:08.340 called out, the arguments are actually just extremely shoddy. But I also think too, Steve,
00:25:14.640 there's a very interesting parallel here to bring it back to what is most of, you know,
00:25:18.760 most of my reporting, and that's on the PRC infiltration. And that is the early days of
00:25:24.020 these Chinese influence campaigns, like the 2000s through the 2010s, especially like post-WTO
00:25:30.120 ascension. It was very much messaging that China's our friend, they're not a competitor. It was very
00:25:36.840 China-centric, right? It was very much like we should change the view, the perception that
00:25:42.960 Americans have about China, right? A JV factory in some Midwest state is not a threat.
00:25:48.760 don't tell them about Article 7 of China's national intelligence law, how they all could be,
00:25:53.140 you know, secret Chinese spies. But then you saw once they set up these information ecosystems,
00:25:59.540 these assets, suddenly the messaging changed, and it became more influencing American politics.
00:26:07.020 And obviously I have a story, we'll get into it, but how they're now running these advanced AI
00:26:10.620 models to literally target swing state voters, to change voters' perception of China, to change
00:26:15.500 their votes obviously everything president trump spoke about with the voting files but you can see
00:26:20.800 the evolution of this right what starts is like oh let's just change this perception of one thing
00:26:26.940 just about islam that's how you're laying the ground it doesn't stop there it's a means to an
00:26:32.800 end that's not the end the end is the mass normalization of it and that dearborn is not
00:26:39.580 necessarily an anomaly in the United States. And you make people too scared to speak out and you
00:26:46.860 financially incentivize a lot of people at the highest levels of government to not speak out
00:26:52.060 against it because it's very lucrative not to, to the tune of, I don't know, $87 million to the
00:26:56.540 Boy Scouts. Real quickly, where do people go to go to your sub stack? You're going to stick with
00:27:02.780 me for the whole hour, but I want people to know that this is up there, this major investigation.

00:33:11.600 and you just put your email in okay ma'am let's go we're going to pivot now to the chinese
00:33:18.620 Communist Party, your favorite topic, your wheelhouse? Oh, yeah. So, Steve, these stories
00:33:26.400 are quite mind-blowing. We're going to start, I mean, they're all equally ridiculous, but
00:33:31.720 this one in particular, I think, speaks to both the inadequacy and weakness and just, frankly,
00:33:39.240 idiocy of the Senate, Republicans in particular, but also how the PRC is playing the long game
00:33:46.720 when it comes to infiltrating our science institutions, right?
00:33:49.760 When you're sitting here and I'm rattling off all these stories and these grants
00:33:53.200 about how we're funding PRC researchers, we're funding the Chinese military,
00:33:57.000 people that we're funding are going back to China
00:33:59.340 and we can't kick out the Chinese students here, you know, use that term euphemistically.
00:34:05.420 This is how it happened, right?
00:34:06.900 And that's what I'm kind of trying to do with a lot of these stories.
00:34:10.060 So, and this also I think dovetails quite nicely with, you know,
00:34:13.100 the idea that climate change and a lot of these environmental restrictions
00:34:15.980 that we're placing on us are essentially tools on behalf of the CCP to tank our economy.
00:34:22.160 So this really is quite shocking.
00:34:25.220 An Obama energy secretary, as in a cabinet official, Stephen Chu, he was the secretary
00:34:32.680 of energy in 2009, held the position for a while and spearheaded a lot of pro-China
00:34:40.760 initiatives, whether it was doing joint deals with them, setting up U.S.-China research
00:34:45.940 centers. He actually signed an agreement to build a nuclear security center in China on behalf of
00:34:52.000 the Department of Energy. You know, a guy that believed in climate change, pushed all those
00:34:56.580 kind of regulations. So he used to be on the board. He was the overseas honorary president
00:35:05.500 from 1999 to 2003 of the Western Returned Scholars Association. Now, anybody who is
00:35:13.520 marginally familiar with PRC, you know, talent kind of attraction or this foreign research
00:35:20.880 thousand talents program type stuff, we'll know that that is an organization that carries a lot
00:35:26.560 of weight. So this is a group that is directly part of the Chinese Communist Party. You know,
00:35:31.500 it's Beijing based. It's not an American thing. It's part of the United Front, which is the
00:35:36.660 foreign political warfare group, the apparatus that recruits Americans to basically do China's
00:35:42.280 bidding here in the United States. They report directly to the CCP central secretariat, and their
00:35:48.460 mandate was to, quote, serve the country, not America, but China, through overseas research,
00:35:55.820 technology transfers, recruiting foreign experts, and building ties to foreign science groups. So
00:36:01.820 in other words, pave the ground, make it easy for Americans or Chinese-born Americans, whatever,
00:36:07.620 to really do research with China, but also laying the groundwork for espionage.
00:36:13.140 Now, this energy secretary, again, cabinet-level official, was the overseas honorary president
00:36:20.800 for four years of the Western Returned Scholars Association. This is something, Steve, the media
00:36:27.580 has never reported on. He never disclosed it in his Senate confirmation process. He was never
00:36:34.500 asked about it this is a connection that has never been made publicly because it's only in
00:36:41.680 this buried chinese language file on this website that he doesn't even mention in any of his stuff
00:36:47.140 and it's quite interesting because just to get the arc of the career and then i'll explain the
00:36:51.400 significance after leaving energy he ends up on the board of this company that's basically a ccp
00:37:01.880 it's a Chinese company, but it's subsidized by Chinese state capital. So he's basically being
00:37:07.460 paid off by the Chinese, right? If you look at it from like the money laundering perspective,
00:37:12.160 he's being placed on the Chinese payroll through some, you know, weird shady energy company.
00:37:19.700 But to just help you understand, right, this is someone who literally was leading the kind of
00:37:26.200 entity, a PRC, CCP-controlled entity, that should be sanctioned by the United States for trying to
00:37:32.780 steal American science secrets. He never disclosed this, despite the organization having an active
00:37:38.800 mandate to turn Americans into spies on behalf of China and steal our research, managed to skate
00:37:45.120 through an entire Senate confirmation process, an entire media blitz on him, serve as a cabinet
00:37:52.680 official running the Department of Energy, spearhead, like I said, in 2009, a $150 million
00:37:58.060 U.S.-China research center. He's defended China in the news, pushed for more collaboration in 2011,
00:38:03.560 signed another agreement to build a nuclear security center in China. Nobody ever knew that
00:38:08.040 this guy literally was working more or less as a Chinese spy. The guy can sue me for defamation.
00:38:14.160 I'd love to see how that discovery would go down. Something tells me he won't.
00:38:17.840 but to understand how this stuff happens you got to get granular and this is a perfect example of
00:38:24.080 the type of people that we are putting in charge of our scientific establishment they themselves
00:38:29.960 are compromised by the chinese communist party to round this point off another individual another
00:38:35.780 cabinet member but this time for joe biden he was the director of the office of science and
00:38:40.900 technology policy but joe biden also did some weird thing where he became a cabinet level science
00:38:46.040 advisor to Biden himself. This is a guy named Eric Lander. Now, when he was going through his
00:38:52.340 entire Senate confirmation process, the entire media blitz that should have taken place on him,
00:38:57.520 he said he ran this, you know, MIT center, whatever, oh, I'm happy-go-lucky scientist.
00:39:03.100 Well, what he didn't tell you has never been disclosed, never been reported, and again,
00:39:07.160 only ascertainable through Chinese language statements, most of them are deleted,
00:39:11.500 is that he was the honorary dean of a joint venture between the Chinese Academy of Sciences,
00:39:18.880 as in the CCP foremost science organization, and Zhejiang University, a partnership which,
00:39:26.660 get this, ultimately became BGI Genomics, as in the sanctioned for many reasons, including
00:39:32.840 stealing Americans' biological data, being part of the military, you name it, from commerce to
00:39:37.640 basically every department. That was the seed kind of university and program that created that.
00:39:44.260 Conveniently, he never mentioned that, never came up during a Senate confirmation hearing.
00:39:49.400 And this was the guy who under Biden was tasked with literally creating the policy about tech
00:39:55.820 transfer to China. This is the same guy who his wheelhouse was advising Joe Biden on science,
00:40:03.920 And he's not even fully disclosing that he literally used to work with for, frankly, the Chinese Communist Party. And on one hand, it's like, of course, the PRC is going to be doing this. But our institutional backstops, these idiotic people that work for the Senate who can't find this stuff that I can find rather easily.
00:40:23.340 it's like no wonder why they're taking over our science department to to round this off
00:40:28.940 um another perfect example i'm watching the clock closely but is you have this group now again see
00:40:36.760 this is going on right now this is an influence organization that you probably never heard of
00:40:42.060 it's called the u.s china green institute and it was founded by um terry brandstad a former
00:40:49.280 ambassador to china david edelman we can put their board pictures up there and jonathan crane these
00:40:54.940 are all people especially brandstad he's like an old friend of xi jinping that's what she calls him
00:41:00.480 he is knee deep in prc influence stuff both him and his son are on the board of some like shady
00:41:05.460 hong kong chinese company where they're getting paid through uh jonathan crane the guy on the
00:41:10.400 board his investment fund literally is funded by china's sovereign wealth fund the uh china
00:41:16.680 International Capital Corporation, they secretly, they didn't mention it, despite signing MOUs with
00:41:26.540 the political warfare branch of the CCP, the CPA FFC, that's the Chinese People's Association for
00:41:31.820 Friendship and Foreign Contact. Again, that's literally like part of the military, but only
00:41:36.260 through the Chinese language website. They never made this public. Just this May, did they host a
00:41:41.980 delegation of CCP researchers. They came to Iowa, New York, and New Mexico. It was organized by
00:41:48.320 these people who are basically on the Chinese payroll, running the shady influence group,
00:41:53.360 the prime example of what it means to be a trader nowadays. And they were giving these researchers
00:41:58.320 access to USDA facilities and USDA laboratories to study certain seeds, study germoplasms,
00:42:07.860 you know, whatever, read the story, you can get the actual studies of which they were taking the
00:42:11.840 information from. But this is how the compromise happens, right? It's not just that, oh, the PRC
00:42:17.560 runs Washington. Oops, how did that happen? This is tactical. This is calculated. And there are
00:42:24.500 hundreds of examples that I could sit here giving you about people who are in positions of power,
00:42:31.720 former people, making it so the CCP has direct access to these institutions.
00:42:35.600 Hang on one second. We're going to go with Dolly Parton. We're going to come back. I want to stick with this. I'm going to go back to the cabinet members. The question I think the audience has is we're supposed to have safeguards about this. We're supposed to have full vetting for these cabinet positions. Anyway, Natalie G. Winters is going to stick around with this. We're going to go out with Dolly Parton. Short commercial break. Back in a moment.
00:43:05.600 And you are a leader, won't you show me the way?
00:43:13.540 I am a vessel that's empty and useless
00:43:18.760 And I am a bad seed that fell by the way
00:43:24.900 I am a loser that wants to be a winner
00:43:31.900 You are my last hope, don't turn me away
00:43:38.100 I am a seeker, a poor, sinful creature
00:43:45.160 There is none weaker than I am

00:47:50.960 Natalie G. Winters, I'm going to actually hold you over and get you to come back tomorrow because we've got too much to get to.
00:47:59.220 We haven't even gotten to the AI manipulation by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:48:03.240 Just real quickly because I've only got a couple minutes.
00:48:05.840 Just the names of the cabinet officials in both Obama and Biden's administration.
00:48:13.500 Just for the people, who were they again?
00:48:16.260 You have Stephen Chu under Obama.
00:48:19.440 I would try to pronounce his Chinese name, but I can't.
00:48:22.920 And then you have Eric Lander under Biden.
00:48:26.820 Quickest recap, the one guy, the energy cabinet official, probably a Chinese asset.
00:48:33.020 I'd be really shocked if not, if you look at his trajectory, track record, the deals he pursued.
00:48:39.620 The other guy, he never, again, both of these never disclosed, never publicly before release.
00:48:44.740 The Senate missed all of this, never anything.
00:48:47.200 He was Biden's science advisor and director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy,
00:48:51.720 never disclosed that he was the honorary dean of a PRC research institution with ties to the military
00:48:57.500 that ultimately became China's National Gene Bank Project,
00:49:00.880 which has now been sanctioned for stealing American genetic information
00:49:03.940 and being part of their military.
00:49:07.040 I mean, real quickly, this is what the Senate vetting process is supposed to be.
00:49:11.680 True was controversial at the time.
00:49:13.780 Lander, by the way, Office of Science, Technology, Policy,
00:49:16.780 this is how David Sachs ran the AI.
00:49:19.000 Otherwise, this is a massive job, and Biden put it up to cabinet level.
00:49:23.300 Don't we have a vetting process supposed to take care?
00:49:25.500 Why is it Natalie G. Winner has got to find this out, ma'am?
00:49:29.260 Well, primarily because most congressional staffers want to just end up as lobbyists for the Chinese Communist Party.
00:49:35.460 That's their goal or they're being compromised.
00:49:37.440 A lot of these pay-for-play influence operations are targeting the staffers, too.
00:49:41.360 But these people just fundamentally don't understand how Chinese influence operations work.
00:49:45.820 They think stealing my investigations or other reporters who cover a similar beat and then having the China committee that's basically done nothing ever put it in a strongly worded letter.
00:49:55.500 is like how you're going to defeat the Chinese Communist Party.
00:49:59.160 I would encourage them to maybe read The Art of War
00:50:02.040 and Article 7 of China's National Intelligence Law
00:50:05.400 and maybe like the most recent five-year plan.
00:50:08.180 And you can see that a strongly worded letter doesn't really cut it.
00:50:14.560 No. Okay.
00:50:15.880 You're going to come back and join us tomorrow.
00:50:17.380 We've got a lot more to go through from your sub-stack.
00:50:19.720 Natalie G. Wunners, thank you.
00:50:21.320 Have a good Friday evening.
00:50:22.360 ben harnwell is going to be next of course we're going to uh we're going to be back at 10 a.m for
00:50:29.300 my favorite show of the week it's going to be huge tomorrow we're going to talk about a novel
00:50:33.080 that lays out uh a coming american civil war trevor comstock's also going to join us trevor
00:50:38.800 what do you got for us today sir yeah always great to see you steve um i wanted to highlight
00:50:44.080 our sacred healing salve uh specifically just because we've had a ton of folks reaching out
00:50:48.920 letting us know how much it's helped ease a lot of pain and soreness that they've been struggling
00:50:53.840 with for a while in their elbows and knees, as well as helping to heal a lot of cuts and bruises
00:51:00.260 pretty fast. And for anyone that doesn't know, what makes the remedy so effective is due to the
00:51:05.400 organic comfrey, which is the main ingredient. And comfrey is pretty remarkable, but it's just
00:51:10.360 been used for centuries to support things like pain relief, inflammation, bruising, and even
00:51:15.140 tissue repair so a lot of people just love to use it for things like if you have sore muscles if you
00:51:20.160 have joint pain swelling or even arthritis support helps calm that down a lot and again you just take
00:51:26.780 a little bit you rub it onto any area of your body that needs relief and then we also paired
00:51:31.280 the comfrey with other organic and nourishing herbs to help suit things like the cuts scrapes
00:51:36.340 burns insect bites and things of that nature so overall it's just an incredibly powerful and
00:51:41.180 versatile product. And like I mentioned, if you do have things like the joint pain or any like
00:51:46.260 tension or soreness that you want to help calm down, it is an organic and handmade product that
00:51:52.100 provides like lasting relief, not just like a temporary fix. So it's definitely a very unique
00:51:57.640 and different product, but it works extremely well. And I know the feedback that we get between
00:52:02.060 our emails and reviews, people just absolutely love it. So I always like touching on that product.
00:52:06.480 I encourage people to check it out.
00:52:10.580 One more time, I want people to read the review.
00:52:13.140 I want to get all the product information.
00:52:15.320 I want them to read the reviews because you don't need to take the word of Trevor or Steve.
00:52:20.240 You can read it right there from your own compadres here in the war room.
00:52:26.000 Where do people go?
00:52:27.840 Yeah, definitely.
00:52:28.620 So you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.
00:52:31.520 And for the war room specifically, you can always use code war room for 10% off any order.
