00:01:52.780And if I can just say two more things,
00:01:54.320number one, South Texas is going to be critical. South Texas is something I think a lot of folks
00:01:59.620haven't thought about. Those are Texas 28 and 34 are Trump-won districts that we have really
00:02:04.960solid candidates. And if we can increase the turnout in those very Hispanic-heavy districts,
00:02:11.060that's going to help the Senate race as well with Tallarico. And then in North Carolina,
00:02:15.220the state Supreme Court, those seats were in the audit, I'm sorry, the appeals court in North
00:02:22.380Carolina, those were only won by 500, 700 votes respectively out of 5 million votes down to
00:02:28.500literally just a couple hundred votes for judicial seats. That's critical in North Carolina. So
00:02:34.260these will be, this is a game of inches in the long run. A game of inches. You're absolutely
00:02:39.400correct on South Texas, the Rio Grande Valley, all that, those redistricting fights. First off,
00:02:44.020to win them on 24 and then have the redistricting fights, we can't give them up. One more time,
00:02:49.080Ashley, where do people go to get your information? I think you're going to be a
00:02:51.800critical player in the next three weeks, ma'am. Thank you. At America First Works and
00:02:57.480AmericaFirstWorks.com. Thank you, ma'am. Appreciate it. Thank you so much.
00:03:03.120Okay. Seth's going to, Captain Kessel is going to join Scott Pressler. We are jammed up. We've
00:03:07.600got some heavy hitters coming to talk about this. I want to go to Kobe. Kobe, today's the 15th.
00:03:12.480Why is this day important, sir? Thanks for having me, Steve. Today is the first day of the Medicare
00:03:18.040open enrollment period. So it is when most Americans who are on Medicare have an opportunity
00:03:22.700to optimize their coverage or enroll for the first time. This year in particular, there are over 4
00:03:28.940million people, 4 million Americans who are being kicked off of their Medicare plans. So it's vital
00:03:34.460that people make sure that they're on a plan that meets their needs, which is part of-
00:03:40.240Hang on. Let's not bury the lead. 4 million are kicked off your Medicare plans. What percentage
00:03:47.460of that 4 million are aware, as we're speaking on the 15th of October in the year of our Lord,
00:03:52.0002026, how many of the 4 million actually understand that? I would guess about 10%
00:03:57.500understand that. This is amazing. So right now, 4 million because of changes to the program and
00:04:04.740companies are saying, hey, look, I've looked at the math here. It doesn't work for me. We're out.
00:04:08.180If you combine changes to some of the companies saying we're just out, do not find out that you're
00:04:15.200one of those 4 million or one of the 90% that doesn't know, when you go to your doctor and say,
00:04:19.840hey, look, I need this to check up, and they go, well, look, that's great. We've had a great
00:04:23.040relationship, but we're no longer part of your plan. That's what we need to avoid, correct, sir?
00:04:28.560That's right. It's important that people make sure their doctors are covered, their prescriptions
00:04:33.040are covered at the lowest cost, and that they can get the health care they need. And oftentimes,
00:04:37.380people are transferred off of their plans without them realizing if their plan is canceled.
00:04:41.520So it's really important that people check to make sure they're on the right plan.
00:04:45.700Now, they've got planning time. This is 15 October, I think, to 7 December. Am I correct on that? That's the enrollment or re-enrollment time gap?
00:04:55.340That's right. People have until December 7th to make sure that their plan switch is optimized. You can give us a call at 845-WAR-ROOM. That's the special number for the Bannon Posse, the War Room Posse.
00:05:05.960and one pro tip is that because it is such a high enrollment period there can be high call volume
00:05:12.740especially during the middle of the day so early bird gets the worm calling earlier in the day or
00:05:17.060on the weekends there's a much shorter time regardless we'll get back to you we'll give you
00:05:21.360a call back even if even if we don't get you on the first one so we really encourage people to
00:05:25.540give us a call earlier in the day and if not we'll get back to you pretty shortly after that
00:05:30.760Okay. They set up a hotline just for us because the volume was overwhelming. 845 War Room. Remember, you don't have to make the change today. What you need, and Kobe and the team were great on the first day that the information was available.
00:05:45.700we understand this is complex we do medicare without tears at uh at chapter what uh i strongly
00:05:54.140recommend is you call today the the what kobe talked about optimization is key not just saving
00:06:01.460you cash money right but making sure the plan works for you and so you need time to do that
00:06:06.920i take it the calls right now if you do it is a 20 or 30 minute call is that roughly is for the
00:06:12.760first introductory so you can kind of walk through your alternatives? That's right. We'll spend as
00:06:17.040much time with you as you want or need. But most calls tend to be about 20 to 30 minutes to answer
00:06:21.280all the questions. And then if you are ready to sign up for a plan or switch a plan, we automate
00:06:25.700that. So it's very simple. It's free and no obligation. So let's have Medicare without tears.
00:06:31.680Let's do it today. 845-WORM is the direct number of people are standing by. If you can't get to
00:06:36.740somebody right away, they'll get to you. Kobe, thank you. I appreciate you. And we're going to
00:06:40.640to do something actually more in depth probably next week i understand the middle of these
00:06:45.520midterms and these guys are have got all this going on but i think a more expanded way to walk
00:06:50.660people through is important because the feedback we've gotten is tremendous kobe thank you very
00:06:54.260much 845 war room make that call right now thank you sir the kickoff day so get to december 7th
00:07:03.020so don't waste time don't burn daylight is uh scott up if scott let's go to scott presler and
00:07:11.840Scott, I want to talk about Pennsylvania.
00:07:14.420You've been spending a tremendous amount of time there.
00:07:16.100First off, I think for everybody, the Warren Posse and all MAGA and everybody, we would not even be as competitive as we are today.
00:07:24.280And in some places, we're not particularly competitive.
00:07:26.160But overall, to have a shot to hold the House and the Senate, if it had not been for years in the vineyard of these voter registrations, I think people realize now,
00:07:36.720Hey, that really made a big difference, right? And so thank you so much for that. And then talk
00:07:41.980to me about Pennsylvania. I know you've been grinding up there, sir. Thank you. Well, 2022
00:07:48.400is not 2026. As you just mentioned, we're more favorable in voter registration in Arizona,
00:07:54.780in North Carolina, in Florida, in Pennsylvania, but it's a math game. It's all about turnout.
00:08:00.620So here is the state of Pennsylvania politics right now.
00:08:04.760Our new data tells us that the mail-in ballots that have been returned in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are 272,000 Democrat to 85,000 Republican.
00:08:20.320On its face, people should say, well, the Democrats have nearly 200,000 more Democrat ballots already locked in.
00:08:28.880Already, we're going into November in a deficit that we have to overcome on Election Day.
00:08:36.020However, the bright spot is Republicans are nearly matching Democrat returns of our mail-in ballots.
00:08:46.420And we are on track to hitting our 2022, if not better, numbers.
00:12:50.600If you lock in your vote early, I and the media will have to report that Republicans are actually returning their mail-in ballots in high percentages at the all-important Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
00:13:04.880Last thing, Brian Fitzpatrick, Scott Perry, Rob Bresnahan, and Ryan McKenzie.
00:13:11.240Steve, the pathway to holding the House lies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and those four respective members of Congress.
00:13:19.120We are fighting for all of those members, and thank you very much for having me on your program.
00:13:31.040Ryan Fitzpatrick, Bucks County, Montgomery County, Scott Perry, House Freedom Caucus member, York County, Dauphin County, Cumberland County.
00:13:40.940By the way, Cumberland will be in your county tomorrow.
00:13:43.640Ryan McKenzie, Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Parts of Monroe.
00:13:49.260Then you have Rob Bresnahan, very important to defeat liberal leftist Paige Cognetti, the mayor of Scranton.
00:13:56.780Rob Bresnahan is Wayne, Pike, Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Parts of Monroe.
00:16:23.020I'm going to get to Ron Armstrong about Michigan.
00:16:25.720Mike Rogers is going to join us because there's a big shift in that Senate race.
00:16:29.480Captain Keschel, your assessment of where we are in Texas right now, sir?
00:16:34.460Well, the pollsters appear to be doing what we call herding.
00:16:37.360Everybody's moving in a certain direction, and that is all towards the Republican direction.
00:16:41.760Somehow, the New York Times Sienna poll expects us to believe that magically 700,000 votes of margin shifted away from Gina Hinojosa toward Greg Abbott, who was always leading this race and who will wind up winning this race probably handily.
00:16:57.740Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, because I want to make sure people understand, because we talked about that earlier.
00:17:02.980You're saying, hey, to cover their tracks, they've been running a PSYOP the whole time.
00:17:08.500But to cover their tracks, as the reality, as you see it, starts to manifest, you're going to start seeing more of these Siena polls that are saying,
00:17:15.620hey, look, Abbott, people are coming home, Abbott's up.
00:17:18.560But you're saying that they're covering their tracks on the PSYOP they've been running up to date?
00:17:24.840Right. And Pressler just touched on it.
00:17:26.640I was listening in on his talk with you.
00:17:28.880And he mentioned how the media will have to report on turnout numbers because those are hard and fast, and we have them by party in 30 states, especially impactful in states that have a lot of mail-in or absentee voting.
00:17:40.780In 2024, President Trump called on everyone to vote early and vote by mail.
00:17:45.340Now, you know good and well I've been knee-deep in election integrity for five years now, six years.
00:17:51.840And the election integrity fundamentalists envision a world in which we have one-day voting.
00:17:56.920We've got limited windows of early voting available. We have mail-in available for
00:18:00.740deployed military or legitimately disabled. But in terms of combating the narrative that
00:18:05.620there's a blue wave going on, the returns in mail-in voting and the turnout in early voting
00:18:10.420really helps. So what we see so far around the country is Florida is already to the right with
00:18:16.340mail returns from where it finished in 2024, which is actually in keeping with the gains in
00:18:21.260voter registration. So it could be very close to even just in mail returns when that's said and
00:18:26.260done. And then, of course, in in-person early voting and Election Day voting, Republicans will
00:18:30.460crush the Democrats. I have a hard time seeing strong Republican turnout in Florida and the
00:18:35.100strong Republican turnout relative to Democrats that we have in Georgia, and then imagining a
00:18:39.780world in which white Republicans in Texas in the rural parts of the state don't vote.
00:18:46.780So you're making the case right now that you can see what you can discern from the data,
00:18:52.040particularly this big shift of Abbott in the race, that your belief right now as you see it,
00:18:59.120and we've been talking about the northern frontier, the northern front on this war,
00:19:03.300we're going to go to Armstrong in a minute about Michigan, but that you don't see a blue tsunami
00:19:09.100and you don't see a blue wave when you look at Florida, Texas as of right now, and even some
00:19:14.260aspects of Georgia, although I understand in Atlanta there's been big African-American
00:19:18.180participation. Your theory of the case right now is that whole thing about, and the Siena poll
00:19:23.980shows you, that everything that we were talking about, blue tsunami, blue wave, was all a psyop
00:19:29.240by left-wing media and the Democratic Party? Yeah, I mean, I think that that's part of it.
00:19:35.000The voter suppression tactics are very important for them, and that's really important in Texas,
00:19:40.140because the only pathway Tallarico has to a tilt margin would be for the rural conservative
00:19:46.280counties to stay home, to have Beto O'Rourke level enthusiasm in about four or five counties,
00:19:51.560and then to have a complete reversion of the Hispanic vote. There's a lot of data that I'm
00:19:56.640tracking right now that suggests that most of the Hispanic gains earned over the past five years are
00:20:01.120going to stick around. I can see that with the first ballot drop in Yuma County, Arizona yesterday,
00:20:06.280which came out almost dead even. It's only an R plus six county. Most of the Republican strongholds
00:20:11.520are just now taking Republican leads in early mail splits.
00:20:14.800You can look at also in Miami-Dade County and Broward County.
00:20:17.940Those are, as far as a shift from 2022 and 2024 go,
00:20:21.820more favorable to Republicans than any other county in Florida.
00:24:10.020It happens in the rural counties of Michigan, where they typically are voting 60% to 70%
00:24:15.700Republican, if indeed we can get them to vote.
00:24:18.060The bottom line is, Steve, is if the people request their ballot, which they can do today, if they fill it out and they return it and they talk to their family, their friends, their coworkers, the people in their church and whatever, and get them to understand what's at stake.
00:24:31.720We can not only deliver a senator from Michigan for the first time in three decades that will be a Republican, but we can preserve the Senate, period.
00:24:42.520If we win in Michigan, the Senate will be saved.
00:24:44.920It will guarantee it will be Republican, and that is so important, especially with what we're facing in the House, which I think is at best a 50-50 proposition.
