00:04:48.340 um the polls i think it's a a form of voter suppression that they they do with these

00:04:53.500 pollsters and they always dramatically underestimate republican support and then they get

00:04:58.800 you know tighter a week before the election so that they can all say oh our final show

00:05:03.680 They uncover us, they uncover themselves after voters suppressing and depressing people for a month beforehand.

00:05:09.060 Correct. And I really think that's what you're seeing in places like North Carolina and Georgia is they are really just trying to suppress that because the Democrats cannot afford to compete.

00:05:16.520 As this map expands, they can't afford to compete. Republicans have a massive spending advantage, and you're seeing that, for example, come to fruition in Texas.

00:06:05.200 And so I'm glad it seems like this version of SLF is at least, you know, not holding grudges and spending like you need to just focus on winning the majority.

00:06:12.960 That is your only focus at SLF. So I am glad to actually see some spending happening there.

00:06:17.180 But, you know, they're having to spend a tremendous amount now in places that they weren't expecting, like Alaska, Iowa, and potentially Nebraska and Kansas are now on the board.

00:09:47.340 suppression polls. I don't really buy it. But the mainstream media is starting to claim that

00:09:51.940 that Darlene Graham could lose the race. And based on there's some polling showing her losing. But I

00:09:55.800 just keep thinking about like they said this last time. And what about what about Mississippi?

00:10:00.440 Mississippi is is kind of a strange state, and it has to do with, you know, if you have a collapse among white working class and if the African-American vote does, you know, turn out in a midterm, then you could have a perfect storm there where you have a problem.

00:30:26.520 fact in 16 campaign Ohio and Florida were battleground states and we had if we didn't win

00:30:32.180 then you couldn't win the presidency that's changed let's start in Florida your your home

00:30:36.500 state you're a Texan but your home state now Byron Donald's let's talk about the governor's race and

00:30:41.140 how that's going to inform the House races and the Senate race.

00:30:46.020 Well, in Florida, you know, they're they're saying that these polls for Byron are getting

00:30:49.420 tight.

00:30:49.800 And even let's say the polls are getting tight.

00:30:51.780 You have to factor in, though, the registration advantage that we have.

00:30:54.480 And we have a two million voter registration advantage with Republicans in Florida.

00:30:58.980 So I really I don't buy that there's a chance that Byron could lose.

00:31:02.920 Now, you know, Byron, I think, should win by like 14 to 16 points, and it could end

00:31:08.340 up being a six to seven point race.

00:31:10.240 And what that means, though, is with redistricting, some of these races got tighter in these house races.

00:31:15.780 And so then we could end up losing some of those that we needed to pick up if Byron's margin does go down to that level.

00:31:21.760 And so, again, but it is it is hard in this environment with diesel prices where they are.

00:31:26.060 You think about people who are voters like that really affects them when you're going out and stuff.

00:31:30.860 So that that is. But Byron, to his credit, I'm I you know, I live in Florida.

00:31:35.200 I'm very involved with the grassroots in Florida. Byron has done the work.

00:32:21.860 Now, I think she is wrong, and I'll debate that with her, but it's not like people who are shocked that she did this ad.

00:32:26.660 I'm like, if anyone has talked to Brea Salazar any time in the last year, this is all she talks about.

00:32:30.680 When she was a TV host, she came up and saw me before she even ran, and she was talking about DACA.

00:32:34.920 And I said, hey, I don't know. That's not going to sell nationwide, but maybe in your district.

00:32:39.300 Yeah. Texas. We have Abbott. And this really a lot.

00:32:43.920 And some of Byron's also the data center thing. Texas is a nation.

00:32:48.580 And Abbott's opponent has virtually no name recognition. Right.

00:32:53.040 Right. This thing is polling now. Even the Texas Southern poll, which is the best poll I think we've had in Tarrant County and others, show Abbott at best up a couple of points.

00:33:04.020 There's others showing me the dead heat. I mean, what's your assessment of that?

00:33:07.540 I think the polling to me seems very off in Texas.

00:33:10.920 For example, the Marist poll that just came out, it had both Paxton and Abbott losing.

00:33:15.600 But then I kind of was pouring the numbers and it had Paxton getting 53 percent of the white vote and Abbott getting 55 percent, which is not compute.

00:33:22.440 Just by comparison, Trump got 66 percent of the white vote in 2024.

00:33:28.100 Abbott got 66 percent and 69 percent in 2018.

00:33:31.380 So I just I don't think the drop. It could be a drop off. It's not going to be that dramatic.

00:33:35.680 No, I don't think it's going to be that dramatic. It doesn't make any sense to me.

00:33:38.240 And, you know, they they always try to claim, oh, Texas is close.

00:33:41.420 And, oh, well, he only won by two points. Well, in Texas, that's several million votes.

00:33:45.060 Like these are huge. So I feel very good about both Paxton and and and the fact that the Senate leadership fund.

00:33:52.280 In fact, you gave me a heads up. It's not 100 million. It's 115 million.

00:33:55.960 Yeah, they've just crossed. And then also Paxton has his own super PAC that is spending as well.

00:34:00.500 So, I mean, they are just absolutely swamping the television in Texas.

00:34:05.240 And Tallarico had a big fundraising advantage in the beginning, but he used that money early on to to try to frame this, did the best job that you could do at the time.

00:34:13.260 But he doesn't have the resources he had at the beginning.

00:34:16.600 Yeah. And I actually wish there were spending that should have come in earlier for Paxton because it was, in my point, important to define Tallarico early.

00:34:24.360 Nobody in Texas knows who Tallarico is. He has absolutely insane views and you can just run ads literally of his own words.

00:34:31.160 And so, you know, they wait until after Labor Day. I think they had to kind of raise that money and get Thune and others bought in.

00:34:37.420 But they've since been bought in. And so that is a I mean, the spending advantage is 10 to 1 on TV buys from now until the election day.

00:34:45.300 So I think that'll really move numbers. OK, Ohio, you got a governance race.

00:34:48.640 You also have Huston. Huston's another guy like Watley in that there's no name recognition, right?

00:35:28.440 But when you don't have a primary, you really don't get to know the base and they don't get bought in for you.

00:35:33.000 And so all of a sudden there's a lot of people I talked to in North Carolina that they just they don't really know Watley and they're not bought in to go.

00:35:42.940 And so it's harder to have people excited about you when they haven't been, you know, working to like try to get you through a primary battle.

00:37:40.620 some 40 seat swing or collapse there. There's just not even that many competitive seats.

00:37:45.420 So I think you're really looking at what, what was about 15, I think now has expanded to around 20,

00:37:52.340 potentially 25 seats are going to be competitive now we have a spending advantage on those but

00:37:56.640 you have different challenges based on the region the challenge in the midwest really is

00:38:00.780 it is it's gas and diesel prices there and but also you know they're very frustrated about the

00:38:06.700 um the beef announcement which i think they have been like maybe rolling back but those

00:38:10.440 it's just they they've been hit by several different things they are not obviously happy

00:38:14.280 with the war but that is that's why i think these guys are these are hardcore these are hardcore

00:38:19.220 Trump you know the ranchers the farmers they don't understand the war uh they don't understand

00:38:25.060 they're now very upset not just about gasoline but diesels killing them yeah fertilizers killing

00:38:30.060 them and and and on top of it you add this kind of out of nowhere the Argentine Argentine beef

00:38:36.420 right or the access to that so do you think that rolls through are there because I understand

00:38:41.720 they're doing like as we've advocated there's an emergency order coming out on diesel that

00:38:46.960 president supports or maybe a new updated announcement on the beef. Do you think those

00:38:52.160 things can help with five weeks to go? No. And there's a lot of arguments to be made that it'll

00:38:57.340 raise prices. I think that candidates in those states need to just focus on their own messaging.

00:39:02.460 And I think it's important to remind people the Democrats are not giving you any alternative or

00:39:06.740 any solution to this. Gas prices were extraordinarily high under Biden. More importantly,

00:39:10.820 the Democratic Party despises the oil and gas industry. And if it was up to them,

00:39:16.240 they'd want everyone going everywhere in horse and buggy or in a Tesla. And so this is where,

00:39:20.640 you know, right now you just are saying we're asking for patience. We think the prices are

00:39:23.900 going to come down. But, you know, localize your race. Be real with the voters. But remind them 1.00

00:39:28.500 that the Democratic Party has no solutions for this. The Democratic Party has always been a

00:39:32.980 disaster on these type of issues. And so the idea that them now winning the House would actually

00:39:38.060 change anything if you're a farmer and say Iowa or, you know, Kansas or others is laughable. And

00:39:43.720 And so these folks that have voted, you know, Trump won both all these states by between 10 and 15 points twice.

00:39:50.260 And so you'd have to really have a lot of white working class voters say, I'm going to take a chance with the Democrat Party instead of the Republicans.

00:39:58.540 And I think I think that's a hard. I'm not. I just that's why I don't see some massive collapse.

00:55:30.460 the home by the police officers, even though it was her father's home, um, was supposed to be her

00:55:36.000 home. Her father's now passed away. And they said she had no legal right to be there because on

00:55:40.540 record on paper, this woman had purchased this house for $5 and a quick claim deed was signed.

00:55:52.500 was obviously incapacitated and unable to know what's going on.

00:56:47.820 show that it's fraud in the first place right fathers passed away they have no clue whether

00:56:52.440 or not this is legitimate these this paperwork is extremely easy to forge the daughter is alleging

00:56:57.720 that the father would never have done this it's not even his signature etc but they're they're

00:57:02.040 trying to get through this process right now this woman has no legal right to her father's home

00:57:07.100 the the nurse and caregiver is illegally living in this home because one piece of paperwork that 1.00

00:57:12.560 cost maybe 20 bucks to file at the county recorder's office was filed showing that the

00:57:17.400 home had been transferred and and sold for five dollars so a home title lock how is that going to
