00:23:44.260So I asked you to come in today to kind of give us an overview of kind of where we sit with that in the efforts of the Trump administration to reverse 20 years of 25 years of surrender to the Chinese Communist Party economically.
00:23:58.900Thoughtful question, Steve. Let's start with the good news. The good news is that the Chinese Communist Party, in weaponizing both the rare earth magnet supply chain, as well as now threatening quietly the pharmaceutical supply chain, is all I need to do my job effectively.

00:24:48.940Now, with respect to the rare earth issue, the popular media likes to write that we're working from weakness on that issue.
00:25:01.740But China understands that we have just as many equivalents of rare earths that we can use with respect to their economy.
00:25:46.020So that's why stability is more the hallmark of this. But but stay with this idea, Steve, that when when they weaponize rare earths, that was a wake up call, not just us, but to the world.
00:25:56.240So what we're doing is pursuing a strategy in which we are using technological innovation to basically undercut the predatory pricing model of China.
00:26:10.040The way China works with rare earths is kind of the brute force usual.
00:26:15.940They have no environmental regulations.
00:26:19.200They have people that they will sacrifice in the production process to produce the oxides, which are the centerpiece of rare earths, at the lowest cost now.
00:26:31.860OK, but what we're able to do and I've been working very closely with several companies on this is to use technology, Steve, to actually produce the oxides which lead to the to the magnets down the line in a way which actually is cheaper than the subsidized Chinese model.
00:26:56.460I mean, think about the disruptive nature of that. In other words, they attack us with communist, authoritarian, predatory, mercantilist model. We fight back with innovation.
00:27:12.260But the innovation doesn't work, Steve, unless the government is involved.
00:27:17.340And what the government is doing with respect to this is at warp speed, providing a lot of the capital to get a lot of the startups going.
00:27:29.320And I'm partnering a lot of the startups with established companies.
00:27:35.140The analogy here is the same one I used when I was doing getting ventilators to the people on behalf of President Trump in 14 days.
00:27:43.440We got ventilators in 14 days to hospitals.
