00:00:00.000 of Congress's emails or text messages.
00:00:06.460 We sought toll record subpoenas that did not contain the content of calls.
00:00:14.260 I am also aware that we sought White House phones for individuals who are relevant to
00:00:21.360 our investigation, government phones in which they had no expectation of privacy.
00:00:25.800 Let me ask you this way. Did you sink the content of messages from members of Congress by other means, meaning the subpoenas you sent to the other 197 organizations asking for communications from members of Congress?
00:00:40.200 Because you've said you didn't as it relates to members of Congress, but did you do it through another means, the other 197 subpoenas?
00:00:47.200 I can't address every subpoena we issued.
00:00:51.600 What I can say is that I am aware that in the example of Congressman Perry, prosecutors, this is before I was special counsel, did in fact seek a search warrant and receive judicial authority for a search warrant of his telephone.
00:01:07.380 So that definitely happened.
00:01:08.700 Thank you, Mr. Smith. In closing, I just want to say, in the famous words of the chief of the secret police under Stalin of show me the man, I'll show you the crime. You may think you're a hero in this story, but let me tell you something. You're the villain. You've done so much damage. As a former prosecutor, I can say there's so much damage the trust and faith people have in our system. 0.75
00:01:31.100 You have weaponized the Department of Justice against political enemies to an extent that has never happened in the history of this country.
00:01:37.660 You will go down as a total dirtbag.
00:01:42.320 Mr. Smith, I'm sorry. I want to be clear about this. 0.97
00:01:46.420 What you are investigating is not something trivial.
00:01:50.120 It's not a smash and grab crime.
00:01:52.340 It is the biggest assault on our democratic traditions in over a century.
00:02:01.100 and the danger that it unleashed.
00:02:08.400 People call it election interference or obstruction.
00:02:12.060 They use legal terminology.
00:02:14.560 But people were in danger.
00:02:15.940 Lives were lost.
00:02:17.800 The vice president barely escaped for his life.
00:02:20.220 Members of Congress almost were physically assaulted.
00:02:22.880 And your report concluded that the violence was foreseeable
00:02:26.420 because of Donald Trump and what he was doing,
00:02:29.240 that it benefited from his interference with the certification.
00:02:33.280 He incited the violence.
00:02:34.520 He made a conscious decision not to stop
00:02:36.740 and instead sought to leverage it for further delay.
00:02:40.260 That's an accurate description
00:02:41.360 of what your investigation found, correct?
00:02:44.480 We found that he caused that violence,
00:02:47.560 that it was foreseeable to him,
00:02:49.200 and that he sought to exploit it.
00:02:51.260 Oh, my gosh.
00:02:53.840 An investigator who relied principally on Republicans
00:02:58.240 in his investigation, he's testified before this committee,
00:03:01.040 it was Republicans, oh my gosh,
00:03:03.020 that statement should be chilling to every American
00:03:05.740 that the commander in chief currently
00:03:08.740 did everything he could to undermine
00:03:11.440 the legal transfer of power, incited a riot,
00:03:15.380 which seven Republicans said he did,
00:03:18.900 and we're now persecuting the prosecutors
00:03:22.840 who follow the evidence.
00:03:26.160 And they're trying to say this is partisanship.
00:03:28.020 my records were swept up, my text messages were part of it, Karen Bass's text messages were a part
00:03:34.660 of it, and dear God, one of the greatest attempts to undermine our democracy since the Confederates
00:03:41.220 betrayed this nation and started the Civil War, that's what this was. When you went to Judge
00:03:47.300 Boesburg, you didn't even tell him you were seeking the phone records of members of Congress,
00:03:54.340 did you because you knew he wouldn't agree he he would he would say hey counselor anybody who knows
00:04:01.460 a law book from a j crew catalog knows that this violates the constitution but you didn't tell him
00:04:07.380 did you uh we sought non-disclosure orders from you didn't tell him did you in seeking
00:04:15.860 non-disclosure orders we did not didn't tell him but you're unbiased you you you have no personal
00:04:23.300 feelings you make me want to throw up in my mouth mr. chairman mr. chairman his
00:04:34.680 times up I'd like to say a word this hearing is of constitutional and
00:04:40.220 historic importance this witness should be allowed to answer the questions
00:04:45.420 complete a sentence we have given that courtesy to witnesses from both political
00:04:50.720 parties and it should be extended to Mr. Smith. Your time's up Senator Kennedy. I'd also like
00:04:56.620 with respect Dick for the for the chairman to instruct the witness he's not Bambi's baby
00:05:04.080 brother okay he's been around everybody knows him and he was famous or infamous even before
00:05:10.760 he was hired to prosecute President Trump and I'd like you to instruct him not to not not to
00:05:16.360 federal busters. Do you have any evidence whatsoever to believe that I and 20 percent of
00:05:22.900 the members of the Republicans in the Senate will engage in destruction or tampering of evidence
00:05:30.280 and intimidation of potential witnesses? No, we had powerful evidence that Donald Trump and his
00:05:36.360 associates. Am I Donald Trump? You are not, sir. Are the members of the Senate Donald Trump?
00:05:41.100 no was this order directed at donald trump
00:05:45.520 no i believe that your office draft this order that judge bozberg signed and he signed them like
00:05:52.320 he was signing denny's menus one at a time over and over and over again facts be damned did your
00:05:57.420 office draft this uh i'd have to look but i'm assuming that's the correct order and if so we
00:06:04.400 did and i'm happy to explain why we did if you'd good i want you to tell us right now are you an
00:06:09.500 officer of the court? Yes. I want to tell us, did you have a shred of evidence
00:06:14.400 that 20% of the Republicans in the Senate will destroy evidence and intimidate witnesses?
00:06:24.380 We had a strong reason to believe that Donald Trump would destroy evidence. That was not
00:06:30.220 directed at Donald Trump. It was stated disclosing it to members of the Senate.
00:06:34.680 No, it was stated it disclosing it to anyone. And we do not have to wait for someone to be injured, for an investigation to be obstructed. We had strong reason to believe that Donald Trump would obstruct our investigation, given the obstruction alleged in the Florida indictment, given the attempts to intimidate witnesses in the election case, given the threats that were later made to witnesses in the election case.
00:07:02.320 I'd write about what the current state of affairs is, but it seems to me it'll be really hard for anybody to take action against Eileen Cannon except the 11th Circuit.
00:07:13.600 So it almost doesn't matter whether or not it's the time of the midterms and do the Republicans keep hold of the House, do the Democrats take it back?
00:07:24.540 It's really about that judicial decision.
00:07:26.960 Jake, how long are we going to be continuing to talk about 2020, continuing to entertain this idea that Donald Trump lost an election or won an election that he lost?
00:07:38.460 I don't know. I've stopped talking about it. We don't we don't really pay much attention to this stuff, to be honest with you.
00:07:44.580 I don't know why I just there's a million things that are happening up here and I can't be bothered by this nonsense, to be to be frank with you.
00:07:51.820 But let's just say one thing. If if Republicans lose the majority in a couple of weeks, as as people expect, there's going to be a wave of people who don't want to put up with this Trump stuff anymore.
00:08:03.220 There's just going to be a wave of people, of Republicans who are not interested and who have now.
00:08:09.040 You know, Trump will be the only president to lose the House twice, Katie, 2018, if they lose in 2026, the only president to lose the House twice.
00:08:17.320 um it's not a recipe for success clearly if he loses the majority what he has done has not been
00:08:23.720 a recipe for success there are going to be people who want to move on remember when biden took office
00:08:28.280 in 2021 there was a rash of bipartisan legislating people the the people who are the loudest are
00:08:35.800 still talking about this katie but there's a big majority of people who just want to do normal
00:08:40.340 legislative things and not be involved in this kind of stuff well that's going to be my other
00:08:45.440 question is, how do they work? I mean, just watching that hearing today, it seems like
00:08:49.080 there's such animosity. How do they work together? You're saying that this is a minority of even the
00:08:53.820 Senate? I mean, this is a hearing, right? So like this, they are incentivized to perform.
00:08:58.880 But it's, but the sad thing is with a lot of people, it's not only hearings. There's a lot,
00:09:02.540 some people are still talking about, you know, 2020, a half a dozen years ago on a regular basis.
00:09:08.100 But there are people who like, there's a massive permitting reform bill that's coming through.
00:09:12.560 there's efforts or not efforts on AI. I mean, we're at like this massive inflection point
00:09:18.060 and it's the goofiest thing on earth to be talking about an election that was six years ago. The
00:09:23.120 dude's back in the White House. Like they got to move. Everyone has to move on from this.
00:09:27.000 Is it that they feel like they have to, they just have to do the bidding of the president
00:09:30.640 or is it that they genuinely believe that they were wronged and they're owed money by the
00:09:37.540 government? Isn't it two things? They want to please the current president. It's what he wants
00:09:41.980 nonstop on television all day long is that the Democrats targeted him and that he rightfully won
00:09:49.140 all these elections, even the ones that he didn't. And isn't the other part of it that
00:09:54.360 Republicans don't mind trying to say Democrats are bad, evil, politically motivated people
00:10:00.180 right before midterm. But is it also that they want money from the government for having their
00:10:05.420 toll records subpoenaed? I mean, there was that push for a while. There was. And I noticed Lindsey
00:10:10.920 Graham, may he rest in peace, kind of gave up on that ghost, on the idea that he knew that legally
00:10:17.040 that was super dubious. Tuesday, 29th September, Year of Our Lord, 2026. So much went on today.
00:10:25.800 We're going to get it all for you in the next two hours right here in the war room. Let's start with
00:10:30.020 Jack Smith, Mike Davis, the vice-rory, is on the phone. We got Jeff Clark, the Jeff Clark by Zoom.
00:10:37.400 Let's go to Mike Davis first. Mike, what did this accomplish today, sir, in your mind, sir?
00:10:45.300 Well, Chairman Chuck Grassley on the Senate Judiciary Committee had a very good hearing to lay out the facts that Jack Smith unquestionably politicized and weaponized the Justice Department to go after hundreds of his political enemies, Biden's political enemies.
00:11:05.460 And it wasn't just members of Congress. It was hundreds of Republicans. They were subpoenaing their donation records, their phone records. They were illegally spying on members of Congress.
00:11:18.240 It helps prove what we've discussed on your show since the Mar-a-Lago raid over four years ago, that this was a partisan hit on President Trump, his top aides, his allies, and many, many others, hundreds of others.
00:11:35.460 so is this part of because this thing got very very very heated is this part of a process i mean
00:11:44.880 is there a next step because in the motivation of the mega base a lot of people are saying hey
00:11:50.720 i thought jack smith would be one of the first guys that we rounded up here for prosecutorial
00:11:56.480 abuse do you see this as part of a process or is this just a cya exercise for the senate or was it
00:12:04.040 just those guys going off on him because he took he took their toll records sir this is a methodical
00:12:12.480 plan by senate judiciary chairman chuck grassley the best oversight member of congress ever this
00:12:20.780 is part of a series of hearings hearings that have already happened hearings that are ongoing and i
00:12:28.340 would just say to the war room posse you're probably not going to see indictments before
00:12:32.580 the midterm election but you will certainly see accountability after the midterm election
00:12:37.900 we had um we had uh it was kurt olson i think was announced that he stepped down from the case
00:12:48.600 in in florida joe de genova uh the deputy uh fbi director uh andrew bailey announced i think on
00:12:56.840 October 2nd, he's going to head back to Missouri. Do you get a sense, Viceroy, that we still have
00:13:02.760 the urgency and the agency in pushing these things forward? Because some of the bigger names, you
00:13:08.460 know, DeGeneva, Olson, I heard there's five other people that are peeling off of the Florida case,
00:13:15.140 and maybe it's a change in strategic direction. But also, you know, also Andrew Bailey, deputy
00:13:20.860 head of the FBI. I tell you what, Mike, if you could hold that just through the commercial
00:13:24.480 break or give you plenty of runway because obviously the MAGA base and the MAGA movement
00:13:31.640 and the war room audience just wants to make sure that accountability, they're held responsible,
00:13:37.540 they're held accountable so this can never happen again.
00:13:40.900 And it seemed like today this thing turned into a fracas for a while.
00:13:46.140 And Jack Smith was as arrogant as he could possibly be. 0.78
00:13:48.780 I mean, Jack Smith was sitting there calling President Trump a criminal, criminal conspiracy, 0.97
00:13:53.100 all of it.
00:13:53.500 So anyway, Mike Davis of Viceroy is with us.
00:13:56.360 Jeff Clark, we got Posos coming back from the Make America Healthy again.
00:14:00.500 He's going to drop in.
00:14:01.400 He's been all over.
00:14:04.200 Was it Sarah Huckabee on this ad she put out?
00:14:07.100 We're going to get into all of that.
00:14:08.620 Eric Metaxas later.
00:14:10.960 Hopefully, hopefully Beatrix von Stork from Alternative for Deutschland.
00:14:15.540 Plus, we're going to talk about artificial intelligence and the financing of it, the liabilities of it.
00:14:22.520 Obviously, it's got enormous upside.
00:14:24.660 A lot of the Maha conference say it was about that.
00:14:26.920 Birchgold.com.
00:14:29.580 With the bond market is kind of still in quasi-meltdown.
00:14:35.120 Now more than ever, you need to find out about gold as a hedge.
00:14:39.080 Take your phone and text Bannon.
00:14:41.260 That would be me.
00:14:41.960 B-A-N-N-O-N-9-8-9-8-9-8.
00:14:45.080 The ultimate guide.
00:14:46.300 Totally free.
00:14:47.600 No obligation for Birch Gold.
00:14:49.080 and investing in gold and precious metals in the age, not the era, the age of Trump.
00:15:01.200 We're a couple of months out, but the midterms are fast approaching.
00:15:05.240 And make no mistake, if the House flips to the Democrats, it's a big deal for our economy.
00:15:12.420 That uncertainty is one of the reasons to diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:17.740 In the three months leading up to the 2024 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12 percent.
00:15:25.340 Now, why was that? Because we've taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of uncertainty.
00:15:33.000 If you don't own gold, I would suggest talking to Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick and the team.
00:15:39.040 They'll discuss your goals, explain how precious metals can fit into your savings.
00:15:43.140 They can even help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold with no additional money out of your pocket.
00:15:53.940 Easiest way to do this is text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:59.800 Get a free information kit and get some solid information on gold.
00:16:05.860 The midterms will be here before you know it.
00:16:08.740 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:13.140 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:16:16.480 Okay, Jeff Clark is with us, the Vice-Royal Mike Davis.
00:16:19.220 So, Mike, before you answer the question about South Florida, this is all about the deep state.
00:16:25.280 And this is what Jack Smith was weaponized to protect and take down Donald Trump.
00:16:30.320 So, just because the audience wants accountability.
00:16:33.800 That's not vengeance, not revenge, just accountability.
00:16:37.900 And they're concerned that the Senate's about to get out of town.
00:16:41.500 It looks like this might have been checked the box for the theater of it.
00:16:45.360 And it was very dramatic.
00:16:46.660 I mean, we could have played a 45 minute, you know, cold open with just a highlight reel.
00:16:52.340 But was it just theatrics or is there a methodical process here behind this that in somehow also linked to what's happening in South Florida that's going to hold these deep state people that tried to destroy the country accountable?
00:17:05.280 sir senate judiciary chairman chuck grassley my former boss is a workhorse he's not a show horse
00:17:14.020 he he doesn't do theater right he does real oversight he's been doing real oversight for
00:17:21.380 five decades in the house and then in the senate and he is the most effective at oversight uh you're
00:17:27.960 seeing the fruits of his oversight, labor. Now, this is part of a plan to expose what Biden and
00:17:36.200 Obama did to politicize and weaponize our intel agencies and law enforcement to go after Trump,
00:17:42.520 his top aides like you, Bannon, Navarro, Jeff Clark, who's coming on, his allies.
00:17:49.220 Many people were wrapped up into this, whether it was crossfire hurricane,
00:17:53.500 whether it was Arctic frost. And the Judiciary Committee is exposing this evidence
00:17:57.600 They're working hand in glove with the Justice Department, including Todd Blanche, the attorney general, Cash Patel, the FBI director, Jason Redding-Quinones, my friend, who's the U.S. attorney in Florida.
00:18:10.480 I get that justice is slow. Justice is bumpy. And this is not going as fast as we'd like. But justice is definitely coming.
00:18:23.700 Remember, it took many, many, many months for Biden to bring indictments against President Trump for bogus charges.
00:18:32.300 Jason Redding-Quinones got confirmed by the Senate just over a year ago.
00:18:37.880 He immediately moved to open the special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida.
00:18:44.500 That takes many months to set up.
00:18:46.700 You have to impanel the grand jury, and that got impaneled in January, and they have been off to the races since January.
00:18:55.340 We are eight months in.
00:18:58.020 If you believe the news reporting, there have been many subpoenas that have gone out.
00:19:04.080 They have gone after many witnesses.
00:19:06.860 They're calling in people to testify before the grand jury.
00:19:11.000 Here's the difference between a Republican investigation and a Democrat investigation.
00:19:15.800 with jack smith and democrat investigations you have lawyers lined up to go work for these
00:19:22.660 investigations you have the best lawyers at the best law firms uh going to jack smith's
00:19:28.140 investigation going to the doj to help out because these democrats know they're going to
00:19:33.920 get rewarded these democrat attorneys know they're going to get rewarded after they do this
00:19:39.180 lawfare. When Republicans go do accountability for this, they get punished. As you hear from
00:19:47.540 Jeff Clark, who's coming on, who's facing disbarment by the D.C. Bar. So it's just
00:19:53.780 harder to recruit attorneys on the Republican side. But make no mistake about this. They are
00:20:01.340 working very hard in southern Florida. They are building a very strong case. Joe DiGenova built a
00:20:08.520 very strong foundation, and the prosecutors are taking the baton from Joe and Kurt Olson and
00:20:14.940 others, and they're moving forward with this. And I promise you, as I've been saying on this show
00:20:20.640 for years, that justice is definitely coming because I want to make damn sure of it. Like I
00:20:25.220 said, you're probably not going to see indictments before the midterm elections because there are
00:20:30.920 rules in the Justice Department about that, but there will certainly be accountability after the
00:20:35.740 midterm elections. Mike Davis, where do people go for Article 3, and where do they go for your
00:20:42.040 social media, sir? Article3project.org, article3project.org, and thank you, Bannon.
00:20:50.660 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
00:20:54.440 We've got a very special announcement with Jeff Clark momentarily, but Jeff, I've got to get your,
00:20:59.900 since you're also a participant in all this, your thoughts. First off, let's just focus on
00:21:05.940 the hearing itself. What do you believe was the purpose of it? Why did it happen? Why did it
00:21:12.720 have to happen now? Well, I think the House had their big shot at Jack Smith, so the Senate wanted
00:21:21.400 their big shot at Jack Smith. I do think that Senator Grassley is particularly effective at
00:21:27.220 oversight, right? You know, he's exposed the terrible documents about all these operations
00:21:32.660 they were running from Arctic Frost to Rampart 12 to Operation Round River, you know, which was
00:21:41.560 basically like a cover operation to keep the Biden family safe and to throw everything off
00:21:46.380 onto Trump, whether offensively or defensively. So I think that, you know, part of it was to
00:21:54.100 highlight his latest revelations today, Chuck Grassley's, which included the idea that Republican
00:21:59.580 donors were being tracked. There were 4,782 checks, including from, you know, grandmas and
00:22:07.360 $10 checks for Republicans. So, you know, as one of the senators put it, I think it was
00:22:13.720 Senator Cruz, you know, is it a crime to be a Republican? Like, what is it you're investigating
00:22:18.660 when you're looking at checks from donors in connection with what, you know, your remit is
00:22:24.120 as the special counsel. And, you know, it shows that it was a giant operation to try to destroy
00:22:29.440 the Republican Party generally, or, you know, if that was overly ambitious, at the very least,
00:22:35.620 it was an attempt to destroy MAGA. It was an attempt to destroy populist conservatism at the
00:22:41.280 very least. And so I think that's what Grassley had as the purpose of the hearing, was to reveal
00:22:45.620 that forced jack smith to answer questions so but how do you say how do you say it's how do you say
00:22:50.720 it's an operation to uh destroy the republican party because it was only republicans who were
00:22:58.460 targeted it was only republicans really of particular stripes who were targeted people
00:23:03.980 who uh you know president trump obviously was the main target and then jack smith referred many times
00:23:09.460 to the co-conspirators the co-conspirators the co-conspirators he was pressed at one point and
00:23:14.500 he sort of admitted he was talking just about Rudy Giuliani. So, you know, I felt sorry for
00:23:19.820 the mayor at that point. But there were a whole host of so-called co-conspirators that were
00:23:24.880 referenced in his indictments. I was happy that in the fall of 2024, so about two years ago,
00:23:31.660 I was dropped out as co-conspirator number four because Jack Smith realized he couldn't
00:23:36.560 sustain anything against me after the Supreme Court immunity decision came down in July 1st
00:23:42.180 2024. But all the other people remain besmirched by Jack Smith as co-conspirators. He besmirched
00:23:48.800 them again today. And so, you know, it was an effort to, if you're looking at a lot of the
00:23:53.480 people who are in there, you know, Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, you know, these are some of the
00:23:58.180 leading lights and some of the leading lawyer lights, you know, John Eastman, et cetera,
00:24:03.920 of the populist conservative movement. And so, you know, it looks like, and it is, and it was,
00:24:10.160 a weaponized attempt to destroy all those people and bring them down around trump was today anything
00:24:16.920 more than uh theatrics i mean do you believe by mike davis's theory that this is part of a process
00:24:23.820 although it's coming very late in the first half of the second term that this is all part of
00:24:29.720 grassley's process and that we're eventually going to get accountability for jack smith because jack
00:24:34.220 smith could not have been more arrogant today i basically continued to call president trump a
00:24:39.520 criminal and the head of a criminal conspiracy, right? He didn't back down an inch. In fact, 0.62
00:24:44.660 he gave as good as he got. And I think that's what kind of shocked people. Do you see this
00:24:49.580 more than anything but theatrics? Well, I'd like to see things have to have moved faster.
00:24:57.120 And, you know, I can't avoid expressing my frustration, but to express my frustration
00:25:03.460 there. But I do agree that there are DOJ rules about bringing indictments within a certain period
00:25:10.560 of time before an election. And indeed, Jack Smith got another indictment, superseding indictment
00:25:17.160 out in violation of those rules in connection with the 2024 election. So I think it's wise for
00:25:22.840 this Justice Department to follow that. I think, Mike, being personal friends with the U.S. attorney
00:25:28.100 in the Southern District of Florida, you know, has more information about exactly, you know,
00:25:34.600 what might be going on down there.
00:25:36.000 When you start seeing the deputy FBI director, people like Kurt Olson, Joe DiGenova, and
00:25:44.580 we're five or six, although Joe was a couple of weeks ago, before a midterm election, a
00:25:48.800 couple of weeks before, does that make you feel better or like start to question like
00:25:54.380 what's happening here?
00:25:55.160 Why are guys peeling out at all?
00:25:56.940 if they're peeling out, why are they peeling out right before the midterms? Yeah, I don't have the
00:26:03.300 inside scoop on that, Steve. So I'm just going to, you know, say, yeah, I understand why people are
00:26:08.380 asking the question, but I can't answer it. I want to refocus you on this, which is, I think one of
00:26:13.040 the biggest things that came out of today was continued focus on how Jack Smith completely
00:26:19.440 violated the speech or debate clause in Article I of the Constitution. So our legislators have
00:26:26.780 to be able to debate amongst themselves, debate on the floor, consult with people, consult with
00:26:32.500 the executive branch. And that should be something that's protected. And Jack Smith instead went out,
00:26:39.200 you know, he tried to hide behind the idea. Do you think that do you think they consistently
00:26:43.740 made the case that he violated that? I do. And I think they forced him, you know, so this had
00:26:50.960 come out earlier, but they refocused on the fact that all of the telecom companies just like rolled
00:26:55.760 over like little dogs, like, you know, scratch my stomach, except for AT&T. AT&T refused to give
00:27:03.080 the information that Jack Smith and his other thugs sought. And they said, it looks to us like
00:27:12.000 this would be covered by the speech or debate clause. And there's the key really telling point,
00:27:15.760 which they did try to hammer home, Steve, that if Jack Smith disagreed with that, if he thought
00:27:20.120 that that was not protected by the speech or debate clause, he could have gone to court and
00:27:23.960 And he had very favorable forums in, you know, in D.C., right?
00:27:27.980 Absolutely.
00:27:29.340 Judge Beryl had to bring up her and say, hey, give me that stuff.
00:27:32.440 Like, this isn't protected.
00:27:33.680 And he did it.
00:27:35.520 Hang on for one second, Jeff.
00:27:37.100 We've got more, and then you're going to make an announcement.

00:28:16.980 but most of the time it's all talk and no action.
00:28:20.500 That's what makes Patriot Mobile different. For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has been living their values and standing in the gap for every American who believes freedom is worth fighting for.
00:28:31.780 Their business was founded on a simple conviction. If culture is being shaped through commerce, Americans deserve a real conservative alternative.

00:29:47.380 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:29:50.640 The Postos are in the house.
00:29:55.060 They're fresh from the Make America Healthy Again conference.
00:29:59.180 We're going to get to that in a second.
00:30:00.900 But thank you guys for dropping by while you're in the neighborhood.
00:30:04.760 I want to go back to Jeff Clark.
00:30:06.400 So, Jeff, you think this moved the ball forward, particularly on speech and debate?
00:30:11.900 Do you believe it moves the ball forward on ultimately holding Jack Smith and his cohorts accountable for their crimes?
00:30:20.640 well steve i'll give the uh the war of posse a teaser then i think he committed uh perjury
00:30:27.680 today in several respects and since he has a a week to uh correct his remarks uh for the record
00:30:36.120 i don't want to give him hints of what he should do the fix-up job on but stay tuned you believe
00:30:41.120 you believe he perjured himself today multiple times in front of the senate judiciary committee
00:30:46.820 Is that what I'm hearing? I do. Okay, Clark, you stuck the landing for the hit. Let's talk about
00:30:55.500 you've got big news and people are very excited about this. Talk to us about it. Sure. So we are
00:31:02.860 launching at the Oversight Project, a new law firm. I had just put out a feeler, Steve, about
00:31:09.700 that last week, a little bit before that, maybe to try to get resumes to come in so that when we
00:31:15.480 open the doors, which is occurring tomorrow after our big kickoff event, that we would have resumes
00:31:22.480 in the pipeline. And instead, I got an overwhelming response, which I did not fully anticipate. That
00:31:28.780 tweet got 1.3 million views, 16,000 likes. We've been flooded with resumes and potential requests
00:31:35.740 for help. What are we doing? Our project is to run a law firm that's going to run on the public
00:31:42.880 interest model, like a lot of the less, you know, efforts do on NGOs. We think that, you know, when
00:31:51.120 Republicans are targeted and they're come after, whether they're in an administration or whether
00:31:55.780 they're congressional staffers, that a lot of them wind up like, you know, they just don't have the
00:32:00.920 money to pay fancy law firms, and they would have to pay higher rates, believe me, than Democrats,
00:32:05.720 because, you know, as Mike Davis was explaining, they really rally around their own. So our idea
00:32:11.580 is we want to provide either pro bono or low-cost representation to people to help them so that
00:32:21.060 when they're targeted again, and I don't pray for this result, God forbid, but if the Republicans
00:32:27.320 lose the House or lose the Senate or lose both, if we lose the presidency starting in January 20th,
00:32:34.600 2029, they're going to try all the same Jack Smith stuff again, and they're going to have
00:32:39.440 learned lessons. They're going to go hammer and tongs after anyone who's associated with President
00:32:44.160 Trump to try to make them pay and to try to make sure that no MAGA movement ever gets off the
00:32:49.840 ground again. And our idea is that we want to be the law firm to help people resist all of that,
00:32:56.920 to be there for them so that we can fight back. And we want to not just do defensive efforts,
00:33:03.320 Steve. We also want to undertake significant offensive actions. All of this barfare, right,
00:33:08.740 What is barfare? It's the form of lawfare where they try to strip people of their bar licenses.
00:33:14.280 And believe me, you know, I know about that. John Eastman knows about that. Rudy Giuliani knows about that.
00:33:19.380 I feel like I've almost invented a different playbook about that.
00:33:23.100 So the idea is to bring that to help administration lawyers or lawyers, you know, for Republicans on the on the Hill to help them defend against the onslaught that we see coming.
00:33:34.160 So tomorrow we're having a big kickoff event.
00:33:36.160 And, you know, Tom Klingenstein, who is one of the major supporters of the Claremont folks
00:33:43.340 who do excellent, you know, intellectual work, who employ John Eastman as their constitutional
00:33:48.980 scholar, he has decided to be the donor to really help kick that off.
00:33:54.300 But, you know, as he has put out on his website today, he wants to see other donors come forward.
00:34:00.300 You know, like he's like, look, I can't do this alone.
00:34:02.960 This is a big effort.
00:34:04.000 Other, you know, well-heeled donors who are conservatives, MAGA conservatives, Republicans should come forward and help support our efforts, Steve.
00:34:12.780 And so we're super excited.
00:34:14.680 Tomorrow is like an all-day conference where we're kicking it off.
00:34:17.600 And then I'm going to be doing interviews of the new young lawyers who we want to have not just go into private practice to make coin, but who want to serve the public in an NGO on our side of the football for once.
00:34:30.620 Hang on.
00:34:31.260 I just want to make sure I understand this because this is pretty groundbreaking.
00:34:34.480 It would have helped during the first Trump administration.
00:34:37.840 This is a law firm.
00:34:38.720 You're saying up, you're going to get these resumes, all these lawyers, getting great 1.00
00:34:41.640 young lawyers, some old dogs like you, and it's going to offer up pro bono legal defense 1.00
00:34:49.280 for all these people that are going to get subpoenaed and criminal charges filed against 0.73
00:34:53.980 them and everybody that's there that's tried to destroy them like the millions of dollars
00:34:57.220 in fees people ran up last time and went bankrupt.
00:35:00.180 Yes. So, you know, however many people we can represent, Steve, within our budget constraint, right? And that's why I'm calling for more donations. We need to get bigger. You know, Tom Klingenstein's seed money is going to help us get significantly bigger, but we need to probably get even bigger than that. Because I think, you know, if Jack Smith's operation was huge, if the January 6th operation was huge and went after hundreds of people, this time it's going to be even bigger.
00:35:26.860 no this is what i talked about on the morning show uh pasovic do you have a question
00:35:31.880 observation well yeah no my question is jeff like just just sign me up now i want to make
00:35:37.000 sure i'm on the list already i want the early uh you know i want the early bird special there on
00:35:41.620 that i don't know about that you make it too much money you make it too much money as a matinee idol 0.82
00:35:46.660 over here no no no put it in she told him to do that she says getting no no wives can't testify
00:35:54.120 guys can't testify against husbands jack where that's old that's british law british common law
00:35:59.660 jeff here's another with that point steve here's another news breaking thing here's one of the
00:36:05.420 things that jack smith did he violated my marital privilege we told him my emails with my wife were
00:36:12.120 privileged he refused to respect that so jack don't count on that marital privilege if you're
00:36:17.080 talking about another maniac partisan like jack smith believe me that's okay she doesn't her
00:36:21.880 English isn't that good. She doesn't write email.
00:36:24.720 Nothing could be quoted
00:36:26.240 later. Jeff Clark, where do we go
00:36:28.240 to find out more about the law firm
00:36:29.940 and your social media, more about
00:36:31.900 everything you're putting up?
00:36:34.020 Tomorrow, we'll reach out to Tom.
00:36:36.340 I'd love to get Tom on here,
00:36:38.080 the donor. He's such a great guy.
00:36:40.860 And people think so highly
00:36:42.220 of McLaremont and other places. We'd love to get him
00:36:44.160 on to talk about why he's putting the
00:36:46.080 seed capital. This will be,
00:36:48.580 I've got to tell you, throughout the MAGA movement
00:36:50.320 in the trump administration this is really going to be welcomed because the left does it but we
00:36:54.560 don't do it and now you guys are finally stepping up where do people go to find out more about it
00:36:59.520 sure well thanks steve uh i am jeff clark us on x and getter and at real jeff clark on
00:37:06.640 true social and the oversight project is uh it's your gov.org
00:37:12.720 i-t-s-y-o-u-r-g-o-v dot o-r-g and we are at it's your gov on x
00:37:19.380 my calendar team over at oversight just incredible i want to thank you
00:37:24.360 jeff for announcing this here today really excited and look forward to getting more of
00:37:29.180 you guys on to talk about it appreciate you excellent
00:37:32.240 i was going to do i was going to do make america healthy again first but i think i'll get let's
00:37:39.960 to your cold open we got we got i mean this is we've got this is so much fun we've got a clip
00:37:44.760 we've got a clip we've got a clip from jack posobic and cnn let's go and play it we know
00:37:50.920 that we've seen the gen z numbers with the gop we know the numbers are down all the gop had to do
00:37:55.000 was not attack young white men between now and election day the only group in america that
00:38:01.720 there's no taboo to attack whatsoever is white men and look that's what the gop is now doing it
00:38:07.640 It is tone-deaf, it is disgraceful, and honestly, it should be apologized for.
00:38:13.580 This should be taken down, and there should be an apology to the young white men in this country.
00:38:20.280 I think I have a pretty good grasp of where the Republican base is since I spend my entire living trying to help Republicans unite to win elections.
00:38:27.460 And I have seen no one legitimate who is upset by this.
00:38:31.260 These are only clickbait profiteers online.
00:38:34.000 Let me raise my hand. I'm upset.
00:38:35.420 You're sitting across the aisle.
00:38:36.640 I'm offended on behalf of Jacksonville.
00:38:37.880 There are 10 million people who've seen that ad online who agree with me, Brad.
00:38:42.440 So I know you think you know the GOP base, but you might want to check yourself.
00:38:45.460 Let me ask you this.
00:38:46.140 Being a self-styled MAGA influencer who sells clickbait does not make you representative
00:38:51.020 of the base.
00:38:51.600 Do you know what percentage of welfare recipients in the United States are white men under the
00:38:54.700 age of 25?
00:38:55.800 I know that I don't look at people's race when I decide what the policy is.
00:39:00.400 What percentage of welfare recipients are white men under the age of 25?
00:39:04.840 Can you answer that for me? 0.99
00:39:05.320 Again, I told you, I don't look at people.
00:39:07.760 It's 1%.
00:39:08.720 It's less than 1%.
00:39:09.980 Can we, by the way, I want to pull the Huckabee.
00:39:14.160 I want to pull the Huckabee ads.
00:39:15.760 So talk to me about this.
00:39:17.540 Hey, I said what I said.
00:39:18.880 No, the ads should be pulled.
00:39:20.620 It's political malpractice to be at 35 days out from an election, as we are, to be releasing
00:39:26.300 it at any political forum whatsoever as Republican attacking young white men when we know that
00:39:33.080 This is the group that propelled President Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, Bobby Kennedy, all the rest to victory in the 2024 historic coalition.
00:39:40.680 The same group, by the way, that Charlie Kirk put his sweat and tears into dragging them across the finish line.
00:39:48.280 He gave his life for him.
00:39:50.100 He gave his life for him.
00:39:51.100 Gave his life for him.
00:39:52.080 And to now come out and start demonizing them and then say demanding your vote.
00:39:57.460 And then you get this guy says, well, that's an illegitimate concern.
00:40:00.960 He says those are illegitimate.
00:40:02.660 Those people are illegitimate.
00:40:03.680 And Caroline, the great Caroline Sunshine, responds.
00:40:06.880 She said, there's 10 million people that are upset about this.
00:40:08.800 He says, that's illegitimate.
00:40:10.040 They're illegitimate.
00:40:11.300 That's what the GOP thinks of you.
00:40:13.880 And we wonder why these young white men are so angry.
00:40:17.560 We wonder why they're turning to the Mandamis, the Saeeds, all the rest.
00:40:21.120 It's not because they embrace socialism.
00:40:22.640 It's because they hate you.
00:40:24.960 Why was, why were, and we'll play the ad right after the break when we pull it up.
00:40:30.780 why did they select a uh why did they select a young white man sitting there playing video games
00:40:37.340 or whatever because steve this is the trope this is the same trope you see in every commercial 0.99
00:40:41.500 and every hollywood movie it's that the young white man is always the dunce it's only allowed 0.96
00:40:46.780 to be portrayed in the negative so a young white man is only allowed to be portrayed in the negative 0.99
00:40:52.460 sense you're the butt of the joke or you're the villain or you're you're this guy in obsession
00:40:56.700 this big movie it was huge with gen z but you're the one who's like breaking the law and
00:41:00.620 bewitching your girlfriend and all this you're only ever allowed to be shown as doing something
00:41:06.220 wrong and whenever it's positive then it can't be a white man what um what do you think possessed
00:41:12.540 them to do this was it virtue signaling i mean with 30 days out the number one i would say
00:41:19.340 demographic group we have a problem motivating and having such an urgency is the young white males
00:41:25.420 that were so important in 2024 why would anybody do this well i i just i think they're tone deaf
00:41:31.380 and tanya tay was even saying earlier that as a mother of two young white men i have two little
00:41:36.720 boys and it feels like white boys white men are constantly being attacked constantly being put
00:41:45.500 down constantly being portrayed in a negative light they no surprise they're so demotivated
00:41:54.040 anymore i'm not surprised and by the way after treatment like this not only that but let's talk
00:41:59.000 about arkansas let's talk about the h1bs that walmart is getting in arkansas the six-figure
00:42:05.800 salaries that they're receiving so and that's directly competing with the young white men in
00:42:11.480 gen z i'm just telling you folks you see this in north texas and you can see it in our all 0.94
00:42:16.840 over the country we're going to do away with the h1b program we have to it's destroying this nation 0.98
00:42:22.760 it is unacceptable they can't show us one billet that has a foreigner that takes the billet that 1.00
00:42:30.120 has a better it has educational uh advantage or job experience this is done for one reason it is
00:42:37.960 to lower cost particularly for the tech oligarchs but now everybody's in the game walmart all of them
00:42:43.880 and this is what happens when you have an immigration policy that works against the
00:42:49.480 backbone of the country and that is the young men in this country so it is uh you're right the timing
00:42:55.280 of this cannot be worse no and i think it re i think it reemphasizes to them that hey we were
00:43:00.280 one of the key groups that drove trump to victory not just that we took the house we had the house
00:43:04.680 senate the executive branch the supreme court but also president trump was cool and relevant in a
00:43:10.600 way he's never been before podcast election because of guys like this yes incredible okay
00:43:15.440 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:43:17.260 Birch Gold ended the dollar empire.
00:43:19.140 Make sure you understand why the dollar is the central beating heart of the world's financial system
00:43:24.580 and what it means to you, particularly as the bond market quasi-melts down 10-year treasury over 5-2 today, I think.
00:43:32.800 30-year going to a high since 2004.
00:43:36.060 That means you want to get a mortgage.
00:43:38.120 It's going to cost you a little more.
00:43:39.100 Understand about the dollar.
00:43:40.060 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:44:42.600 Ivermectin is already one of their most popular medications.
00:44:45.840 It's best known as an antiparasitic,
00:44:48.580 but researchers and physicians have also explored it for other off-label uses.
00:44:55.420 Remember, this is a full-service pharmacy.
00:44:58.660 You make your request online.

00:45:44.800 empire. Merchers out. It's totally free, no obligation. 0.97
00:45:47.540 And you get to Philip Patrick.
00:45:49.220 Okay, let's go play. This is an ad from
00:45:50.960 Sarah Huckabee.
00:45:52.800 Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Let's go ahead and play 0.94
00:45:55.020 it so you can
00:45:55.760 embrace it and understand what we're
00:45:58.820 talking about. Let's go ahead and play it.
00:46:00.660 Yeah. You want some of this?
00:46:02.520 Come on. Me and Brad. Brad has
00:46:04.860 turned relaxing into a full-time
00:46:06.960 profession.
00:46:08.900 but you you actually work hard you pay taxes to cover welfare for guys like brad who just choose
00:46:15.700 not to work that's why i launched a welfare to work requirement almost there now more arkansans
00:46:24.180 are working than ever before even brad we know that we've seen the gen z numbers with the gop
00:46:32.820 We know the numbers are down. All the GOP had to do was not attack young white men between now
00:46:39.360 and election day. The only group in America that there's no taboo to attack whatsoever is white 0.71
00:46:44.540 men. And look, that's what the GOP is now doing. It is tone deaf. It is disgraceful. And honestly,
00:46:51.260 it should be apologized for. This should be taken down and there should be an apology
00:46:56.920 to the young white men in this country. I think I have a pretty good grasp of where 0.88
00:47:02.200 the Republican base is since I spend my entire living trying to help Republicans unite to win
00:47:06.700 elections, and I have seen no one legitimate who is upset by this. These are only clickbait
00:47:13.000 profiteers online. Let me raise my hand. I'm upset. I'm upset. I'm upset. I'm offended. There are 10 million people who have seen that ad online who agree with me, Brad, so I know you think you know the GOP base, but you might want to check yourself. Let me ask you this. Being a self-styled MAGA influencer who sells clickbait
00:47:29.900 Do you know what percentage of welfare recipients in the United States are white men under the age of 25?
00:47:35.940 I don't know that I don't look at people's race when I decide what the policy is.
00:47:40.700 What percentage of welfare recipients are white men under the age of 25? 0.91
00:47:45.120 Again, I told you, I don't look at people.
00:47:47.780 It's 1%. It's less than 1%.
00:47:50.120 She blows him up. Who is this clown? 0.99
00:47:54.620 I think I had Brad Tye. 0.98
00:47:56.560 A panelist on CNN.
00:47:57.460 He's like one of these Jonah Goldberg clones, but like something came out wrong in the laboratory.
00:48:01.840 I don't know.
00:48:02.880 He was saying it's illegitimate.
00:48:04.220 He says that all the people who watch this and are upset are illegitimate.
00:48:07.760 That's what he says, number one.
00:48:08.740 He says, I think I know what the base stands for.
00:48:11.420 And the base doesn't stand for that.
00:48:13.020 Ten million viewers, and he doesn't understand what the base stands for.
00:48:15.040 By the way, Steve, we've been at this for ten years now.
00:48:18.020 Talking about the white working class, talking about the working class, the backbone of this country,
00:48:21.380 the MAGA of this country, the Rust Belt in this country, middle America that's been overlooked.
00:48:25.440 And for 10 years of beating the pants off of guys like this, they still haven't gotten it yet.
00:48:31.260 No, because they hate the fact that the working class in this country finally has a voice.
00:48:36.420 This guy is the exact, the Karl Rove, and by the way, we're going to have a huge fight about this.
00:48:42.860 I talked about it today.
00:48:43.720 I think the Karl Rove aspect, the Fox Brain aspect, the, what is it, Brad Todd aspect,
00:48:49.280 is going to be, they're going to blame MAGA for everything.
00:48:51.480 They're going to come by, they're going to try to shut down President Trump and Trumpism.
00:48:55.440 But this thing right here is so tone deaf.
00:48:58.280 Why would she make this, particularly in a race that we know we've got to be reaching out to people?
00:49:02.820 And a lot of people are upset about the war.
00:49:04.820 They're upset about affordability.
00:49:06.520 But you can make an argument to them.
00:49:08.640 You can get some of these folks back.
00:49:09.920 And you're going to need every possible vote to basically stop what's coming.
00:49:15.340 We're in turnout election, right?
00:49:17.060 Yes.
00:49:17.340 And Alex DeGrasse, whoever you have here, they'll say the barracks.
00:49:19.540 They'll say the same thing.
00:49:20.240 We're in turnout election.
00:49:21.280 So at this point, the persuasion game is over.
00:49:23.220 It's all about turning out your base and getting the numbers out there.
00:49:27.580 By the way, Steve, I've said this to every candidate I've ever talked to in my entire life.
00:49:30.760 In the system of the United States of America's elections, we do not have a qualitative system.
00:49:35.920 The quality of your votes does not matter.
00:49:38.000 It is the quantity of your votes.
00:49:41.040 Because as Stalin told us, the quantity has a quality all its own.
00:49:45.460 Indeed. It's not about who votes. It's about who counts the votes.
00:49:48.220 No, and we're now...
00:49:49.340 As the KGB agent would know over here.
00:49:52.260 No, because we're now in a place where you can't make any mistakes.
00:49:56.540 What are you doing?
00:49:57.080 We understand that the previous, what they wanted to do before a persuasion election,
00:50:01.240 it wasn't about persuasion.
00:50:02.640 This is literally base turnout.
00:50:04.000 You call this, this is anti-persuasion.
00:50:05.940 This is anti-persuasion.
00:50:07.560 This is almost, I almost want to.
00:50:09.920 You would almost think this is a Democrat.
00:50:12.000 This is a side-off.
00:50:13.300 Yes.
00:50:14.240 Scott Adams, the great Scott Adams was around.
00:50:16.260 He used to say that Hillary Clinton used to have like a,
00:50:18.740 sometimes her ads would come out that would be so bad.
00:50:21.220 You would think that there's like a Trump supporter working for her as a mole.
00:50:24.180 This is the opposite.
00:50:25.060 I think the mole switched sides, and now the mole is working for the Democrats against the Republicans.
00:50:32.140 But see, what I do have to do, though, is I have to say a huge thank you to CNN and Abby Phillip
00:50:38.080 for promoting Unhumans, Socialist Revolution, and all the free advertising she just gave me.
00:50:45.120 Just always give, Jack, because they pulled you from your monologue with your background.
00:50:50.340 with the backdrop with the backdrop so we got there Steve by the way I gotta
00:50:53.520 show you something real quick while I'm here in the war room on with you well
00:50:55.800 I'm gonna hold you to six for a few minutes yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I got
00:51:00.240 I got a hold you because I need to I need we need to talk about make America
00:51:05.940 healthy yet another major coalition partner you guys went down spent the
00:51:09.420 entire day and I dragged me down there Tanya Tay well because she's you know
00:51:14.880 this is the classic this is the people that brought the coalition together and
00:51:18.900 gave President Trump the overwhelming victory,
00:51:20.760 plus winning the popular vote,
00:51:22.720 not just the Electoral College.
00:51:23.940 It's, again, addition, not subtraction.
00:51:26.720 It's all there for.
00:51:27.560 It's all about additions. 1.00
00:51:28.400 You need the ma-ha, you need the ma-ha moms. 1.00
00:51:30.180 That's what Tiny Tay's doing here. 1.00
00:51:31.840 You need the Gen Z, you need the podcast bros.
00:51:34.060 You need the gamers, yes.
00:51:36.380 You need all these people intrinsically put together,
00:51:39.740 every single person.
00:51:41.740 By the way, this whole thing started
00:51:43.520 because they came after the gamers.
00:51:45.560 Back in the bright part of years.
00:51:47.280 Gamergate.
