00:00:00.000 Georgia State Election Board to request the Department of Justice's review and, where appropriate, investigation and intervention concerning Georgia's voting system.
00:00:12.640 We want federal intervention in Georgia's voting?
00:00:18.240 Georgia appears to be slipping out of Republicans' grasp in some important political ways.
00:00:23.980 In Georgia's U.S. Senate race, Democratic Senator John Ossoff is running for re-election.
00:00:28.780 Republicans used to think this seat was theirs for the taking.
00:00:31.840 This was their big chance to peel a Senate seat away from the Democrats.
00:00:36.480 That is not happening.
00:00:38.320 John Ossoff, it turns out, is a great candidate.
00:00:41.000 And Republican candidate Mike Collins is turning out to be a real disaster.
00:00:45.860 Politically, it is not going their way.
00:00:47.700 That apparently means they are activating Plan B.
00:00:51.440 MAGA Republicans have gotten a toehold at the Georgia State Election Board.
00:00:55.440 The executive director of the board is a dyed in the wool election denier, and he has now taken action writing to the Trump administration saying Georgia's official state election board explicitly requests that Trump's attorney general and the feds must come into Georgia and take over the elections, intervene there as soon as possible.
00:01:16.900 Like I said, voting starts next week.
00:01:20.020 Well, here's a twist.
00:01:22.340 Two members of the Georgia State Election Board, two Republican members of the election
00:01:27.560 board, now tell the news outlet VoteBeat that they don't agree with this and that although
00:01:33.520 this was done in their name as the Georgia State Election Board, they never authorized
00:01:38.380 this letter to the Trump administration.
00:01:40.900 The board's Republican chairman saying, quote, we have no control over our executive director
00:01:46.320 and he does whatever the hell he wants to.
00:01:49.240 Asked whether that was an ongoing problem, the chair replied, quote, you have no idea.
00:01:56.240 But authorized or not, this letter could, of course, achieve its goal just by existing, right?
00:02:01.160 If Trump wants to try to seize control of an election, of voting in a state Republicans are likely to lose,
00:02:09.020 well, now this letter provides a convenient pretext for them to do it.
00:02:13.180 This letter inviting them in.
00:02:15.440 In Fulton County, Georgia, County Commissioner Dana Barrett says this is, quote, about undermining confidence in the elections process so that they can claim any results they don't like on November 3rd are fraudulent.
00:02:27.600 She says, quote, this is not about issues with 2020 or with the machines or with whatever nonsense they come up with next.
00:02:34.020 It's about controlling the outcome of the 2026 and 2028 elections.
00:02:41.100 We are saying that the right of the people to have a voice in determining their own future is sacred.
00:02:49.760 Voting is not the whole of democracy, but democracy cannot be whole without the vote.
00:02:59.260 My goal is justice. My goal is freedom. My goal is inclusion.
00:03:05.400 And I ain't gonna let nobody or nothing turn me around.
00:03:11.100 That was from a gathering of faith leaders in Kansas City, Missouri earlier today at the start of a 15 state bus tour that kicks off tomorrow under the banner.
00:03:24.680 The vote is sacred. They're going to start in Omaha, Nebraska tomorrow and then travel to 15 different states to spread the word and to get out the vote.
00:03:33.620 But also, crucially, to train local faith communities about how to defend the vote, how to defend the election and the integrity of election results from threats coming from Donald Trump and the Trump administration.
00:03:49.140 I mean, if you're the federal government, it's one thing to plan to mess with local officials in order to mess with the elections, right?
00:03:54.680 It's another thing entirely to gird up to fight with local churches and synagogues and clergy.
00:04:00.760 The tour, again, is called The Vote is Sacred.
00:04:03.920 Just one more sort of excuse they have to take unprecedented action that is unconstitutional.
00:04:10.440 And we know that they don't care about what's in the Constitution and will do whatever they want and wait to be taken to court to try to stop them.
00:04:18.740 And that's exactly what this is.
00:04:20.100 And and even if they don't directly intervene, as I said in my in my comment, you know, they will use this as as more evidence that something is wrong in Georgia if they don't like the results, which we know, as you said, that they won't.
00:04:35.940 And Republicans, though, are not united on this.
00:04:39.000 I was very interested to see not just your characterization of what kind of a risk this is, but to see other Republicans on the state election board, including the chair, say we want nothing to do with this.
00:04:49.280 this had nothing this had nothing to do with us. This is not something that we support and not
00:04:53.760 something that we want. To what extent is there sort of a war going on among Republicans here
00:04:59.320 about whether or not to let the elections properly go ahead? Well, I think this has kind of been
00:05:05.640 quietly going on for some time. But the reality is that, as we saw with James Mills in this letter,
00:05:12.360 the MAGA folks are running the show and the few Republicans that are not in agreement with them
00:05:18.740 have kind of allowed it to happen and allowed it to get to this point. That's, you know,
00:05:23.100 they kicked Raffensperger off of this commission a long time ago because they didn't like that he
00:05:27.980 did the right thing. You know, they've been taking over and they've been getting away with it. And so
00:05:33.540 it's kind of a breath of fresh air that finally two of them have spoken out and said, this is
00:05:38.720 not what we asked for, not acceptable. Preparing faith-based communities to defend against potential 0.98
00:05:46.500 election interference. Tell me what that looks like and how faith communities can help do that
00:05:51.300 work. Listen, we're kind of believing them when they say they might send people to the polls.
00:05:57.400 It is unfortunately, this administration has threatened to disrupt and there are threats to
00:06:04.960 disrupt. But actually, people are getting trained up to say we are going to be present. We are going
00:06:11.040 to be watching. And we are going to bring the nonviolent spiritual mobilization that has been
00:06:16.680 with us. And we're going to be trained up all across the country in every location that we're
00:06:21.540 stopping. We're doing a training. We're doing a celebration of that faith community. And we're
00:06:26.340 making sure they are ready and encouraging people to vote early. And that's really important. We
00:06:32.780 don't need to wait until the day. Vote early as soon as you're able. So we're in a moment where
00:06:39.460 unfortunately, there is an adversity towards voting. Faith communities are saying, well,
00:06:45.540 we're going to address that head on. And so we are doing trainings across the country.
00:06:49.640 But there's a great tradition of this, Rachel, that, you know, in history of America, where
00:06:55.240 faith communities have shown up and help people get the right to vote and protect the right to
00:07:00.980 vote. And we are going to do that again in 2026 for these midterms. In Fulton County,
00:07:08.100 And to the extent that, you know, at the state level, has there been sort of wargaming going on in terms of what practical steps people can take in Georgia to defend the election?
00:07:18.980 If, in fact, Trump and or the Justice Department, some element of the federal government comes in and tries to either stop the vote, to stop the count or to seize the results.
00:07:30.540 Oh, absolutely.
00:07:31.500 All across the state, we've been coordinating with groups on the ground, with our congresspeople, with officials at all levels, county elections officials, county commissioners across multiple counties, in particular in Fulton, looking at coordinated response, both with our law enforcement being prepared for anything that might happen in terms of federal law enforcement showing up or trying to intervene with our lawyers,
00:07:59.040 making sure that we have legal defenses ready to go the minute something goes awry,
00:08:04.480 to make sure everybody is trained, our poll workers and our election workers know what to do
00:08:09.100 if something does seem to be, you know, being interfered with in any way that's inappropriate
00:08:15.020 by anyone. And this is a level of effort and tabletop exercises and coordination that we
00:08:22.860 have never had to do before and that we have never seen before. We are doing the best we can to be
00:08:27.700 prepared for every eventuality. It is Tuesday, 6th, October, year of alert, 2026. President
00:08:36.000 finished speaking up outside of Baltimore at a defense contractor. He is now back at the White
00:08:42.680 House. There's a gaggle, a press gaggle going on. The president's taking all questions. We're going
00:08:48.500 to go to that momentarily. Neil McCabe is with us. I just want to make sure you understand
00:08:53.760 And on the Rachel Maddow show with the, quote, unquote, progressive Christians, they're talking about wargaming. 0.73
00:09:01.000 They're talking about wargaming. 0.64
00:09:02.400 Oh, do we have the president?
00:09:03.280 Can we go right to him?
00:09:05.220 Don't have.
00:09:06.560 Okay, let's go ahead and go to the president right now.
00:09:08.460 We're going to blow the break.
00:09:09.180 Let's go to it.
00:09:10.700 We've collected a lot of money.
00:09:12.560 We're using it for other candidates.
00:09:14.480 Yeah.
00:09:14.600 Have you seen a bit of comments from Tim Haskins about not having control of the message from Washington?
00:09:21.920 No, I haven't, but Ken's doing much better now that I've, everybody is, since starting three, four days ago, since starting the rallies, it's brought a whole new awareness to how great the Republicans are doing, how great the economy is doing in terms of $21 trillion being invested, factories being built all over the country, ships being built, everything is being built.
00:09:46.120 There's never been anything like it, not only for us, for any country in the world.
00:09:50.180 We are, we have more investment in the United States than any country in the world has,
00:09:55.800 and it's not even close.
00:09:58.620 How could you ensure that all that money would be spent domestically?
00:10:03.100 How would you...
00:10:03.680 Well, we're going to be able...
00:10:04.920 It's not going to be a big problem, but the dividends are happening, and if we win,
00:10:09.600 if we...
00:10:10.600 Republicans win that dividend, and the Democrats can't do it because they don't do tariffs,
00:10:16.120 And therefore, the country is going to go bankrupt.
00:10:17.980 Can you basically have banned in your endorsement?
00:10:20.760 I'm going to type one, Mr. President.
00:10:23.960 Mr. President, can I just ask you, in relation to the mid-sir,
00:10:29.100 you talk a lot about the economy.
00:10:30.520 What do you see as the number one issue for American voters in the mid-sir?
00:10:34.880 Well, I don't know exactly.
00:10:36.160 When you look at the American voters, we're doing better.
00:10:38.540 We're taking in trillions of dollars of investment.
00:10:41.500 We have more jobs.
00:10:42.580 You know, more people are working in America today than at any time in history.
00:10:46.920 The poverty rate is the best it's ever been in terms of individual.
00:10:51.640 That includes African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic-American.
00:10:55.580 Poverty rate is the single best poverty rate, meaning lowest poverty rate we've ever had.
00:11:02.120 The individual rate on individual people are making more money than they've ever made.
00:11:07.500 And if you take a look around, we have more jobs right now in the United States of America
00:11:12.220 than at any time in the history of our country.
00:11:17.460 Neil McCabe, very active.
00:11:19.840 Tell us where the president went.
00:11:21.620 What were his comments over the defense contractor?
00:11:25.760 Right.
00:11:26.380 So the president returned, as you saw just minutes ago.
00:11:29.940 He was at Sparrow Point, Maryland, which is really,
00:11:33.720 people would know it as the site of the legendary Bethlehem Steel Shipyard,
00:11:39.080 which for decades was one of the great shipyards not only in this country but in the world during
00:11:44.660 world war ii it built more than a hundred ships had thousands and thousands of ship workers and
00:11:50.540 that of course is when baltimore had almost a million people baltimore for years for decades
00:11:56.920 was our number two city in the country and so this is not only the rebuilding and re-industrialization
00:12:03.340 of our industry and our military,
00:12:06.080 but also kick-starting Baltimore a little bit
00:12:09.800 because when Baltimore is strong,
00:12:11.420 the rest of the country is strong.
00:12:12.520 And the president talked about
00:12:14.140 how he is rebuilding the military.
00:12:16.180 They're gonna be building the Virginia-class submarines
00:12:18.660 at this facility.
00:12:20.640 And it's a $3 billion contract
00:12:23.800 and the federal government is also kicking in.
00:12:27.400 And so this is expected to come into operation in 2030, Steve.
00:12:31.680 now uh by the way my mother was from baltimore and i was a huge colts fan as a kid uh she always
00:12:39.700 thought that the norfolk branch of our family uh where she had moved down to with kind of the
00:12:44.420 virginia rubes baltimore was the number two city in the country and man they loved it too and and
00:12:51.780 obviously that shipyard very important shipyard i tell you what neil you stick around we're going
00:12:57.080 go to break we're going to come back we also go tony lyons make america healthy again uh politico
00:13:03.680 had kind of a nasty story the other day after the conference tony's here to answer that uh
00:13:10.180 captain keshul is going to join us he's going to lay out his senate and his house
00:13:16.040 status of where this all hangs the senate hangs in the balance the house hangs in the balance he's
00:13:22.960 going to walk through some specifics uh house district by house district also the senate and
00:13:29.480 then in the second hour uh we're going to talk we're going to talk somewhat about what's going
00:13:34.000 on in france it's a combination the france is a particularly interesting combination
00:13:38.200 they're having a massive financial crisis in fact macron tonight's kind of thrown out their
00:13:42.840 constitution is going to negotiate directly with their uh legislative bodies not the
00:13:48.920 constitutional word they've got because they've got a crisis of how they cut spending. Of course, 0.62
00:13:55.160 in the streets are various, let's say, migrant populations, immigrant populations,
00:14:02.240 left populations that don't, doesn't want the, the, the free stuff taken away. Let's say that
00:14:11.420 it's at the DB's budget cuts. Birchgold.com. Take your phone out. Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N
00:14:16.820 989 898 maybe now is the time with the bond market and turbulence geopolitically we're in
00:14:24.320 turbulence europe is in turbulence we're in a fourth turning maybe now it's time to understand
00:14:30.860 why gold has been a hedge for 3 000 years of mankind's history philip patrick and the team
00:14:46.820 We're a couple of months out, but the midterms are fast approaching.
00:15:04.000 And make no mistake, if the House flips to the Democrats, it's a big deal for our economy.
00:15:11.200 That uncertainty is one of the reasons to diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:16.820 In the three months leading up to the 2024 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12 percent.
00:15:24.100 Now, why was that? Because we've taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of uncertainty.
00:15:31.760 If you don't own gold, I would suggest talking to Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick and the team.
00:15:37.800 They'll discuss your goals, explain how precious metals can fit into your savings.
00:15:41.920 They can even help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold with no additional money out of your pocket.
00:15:52.780 Easiest way to do this is text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:58.560 Get a free information kit and get some solid information on gold.
00:16:04.580 The midterms will be here before you know it.
00:16:07.520 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:12.480 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:16:16.420 Okay, the Great Tony Lines is going to join us in a second.
00:16:18.580 We'll talk Amaha, Seth Keschel.
00:16:20.260 Captain Keschel is with us.
00:16:21.500 We're going to go through some math.
00:16:23.980 So that in tonight's show, we're going to lay it a big picture.
00:16:28.360 Tomorrow, we're going to have DeGrasse do it again,
00:16:31.600 maybe with a slightly different take on it.
00:16:33.260 So you're going to come away from that war room posse.
00:16:36.220 With all this noise and everything going around,
00:16:38.060 you're going to kind of have an idea.
00:16:39.260 Okay, I understand what we've got to hold in the Senate.
00:16:41.920 and what's in play, and I understand what's possibly a taking in the Senate.
00:16:46.760 So you'll know that, and particularly in the House.
00:16:49.820 I think there's a very difficult road ahead in the House,
00:16:54.180 but like I say, very tough, but potentially doable.
00:16:57.020 We're going to make sure that you feel comfortable
00:16:58.880 as we then drill down with grassroots, flood the zone with grassroots,
00:17:02.920 and everybody powering into this.
00:17:06.460 Neil McKay, Palmer Luckey, is one of the great young geniuses
00:17:10.440 in this country as an inventor he's invented a ton of stuff he's he's really focused on the
00:17:15.480 on the um defense side one of the reasons i want to go back to that shipyard the historic nature
00:17:21.400 of the shipyard and what they're going to build i mean the virginia class submarine
00:17:25.160 is you know arguably one of the most important weapon systems for our freedom that will be and
00:17:32.120 it costs a ton of dough they're going to be putting out there in the next couple of years
00:17:36.820 Talk to me about, once again, the president went out there to talk about the historic nature and the jobs are going to be created there, all of that.
00:17:44.320 And this is what I love.
00:17:45.800 This is a – it's a blue state.
00:17:48.020 It's actually a deeply blue city, Baltimore, with a relatively conservative western Maryland, the rest of the state, particularly down south in Maryland, very conservative, western Maryland, very conservative.
00:18:00.260 but the suburbs of D.C., Prince George County, and Baltimore about as blue as you could possibly get, yet massive defense spending out there, sir.
00:18:10.780 Yeah, absolutely. And one of the problems that the Trump administration is facing is that the Biden administration had this policy under Ray Mabus, who was probably the worst Navy secretary on record.
00:18:23.960 And it was called DeVest to Invest.
00:18:27.940 And the idea is we're going to cancel all these programs.
00:18:31.660 We're going to decommission all of these submarines, cruisers, and other ships.
00:18:37.140 And then that will free up the money so we can build the new Navy.
00:18:40.640 And the problem is the Biden administration never got around to really building that new Navy.
00:18:46.440 And so now the Trump administration is playing catch up.
00:18:49.320 and you have aging submarines
00:18:51.380 and you have threats all over the world
00:18:54.400 that need to be addressed.
00:18:55.900 And so this is a very important part
00:18:57.700 of expanding that military industrial complex
00:19:01.280 that we're all concerned about, right?
00:19:03.540 But this is very important.
00:19:05.920 We have to start building these submarines
00:19:08.560 and these cruisers and these destroyers.
00:19:11.000 And this is an important first step.
00:19:12.740 And I think, you know, when you think about
00:19:14.320 not what is said, but why it is said,
00:19:16.880 I think the messaging today was that the United States military and the United States Navy is back in the game.
00:19:25.180 And so it seems like a long way off to be in operation in 2030, but it's really not that long.
00:19:31.200 And so once it's up and running, that's only going to build and expand.
00:19:35.400 And I just want to make that point again, that this Bethlehem shipyard was once one of the greatest shipyards in the world.
00:19:43.240 in the 50s it literally was leading the world and the tonnage of ships that it was producing
00:19:49.440 it was incredible and even into the 70s it was expanding new dry docks new facilities 1.00
00:19:55.820 and everything was cruising along until the asians started taking our ship building and our steel 1.00
00:20:02.740 from us well because this is another thing that the elites in the country had bath ironworks you 0.74
00:20:07.620 had the philadelphia shipyard you had bethlehem we were great we're maritime power the only issue
00:20:12.580 with the Navy today, you're building a deep water Navy, which I love. You got carrier battle groups
00:20:16.900 all strung out in the North Arabian Sea and now going to the Red Sea. And it shouldn't be lost
00:20:23.060 on people. A lot of the conflicts that were called for are not specifically hospitable to a blue
00:20:31.680 water Navy. Think Persian Gulf Straits or Hormuz, Red Sea, Suez Canal, all of that. It's in close
00:20:38.480 quarter. So some of it's got to be, we've got to rethink also down in the Caribbean, not quite the
00:20:44.120 blue waters of the Pacific and the Atlantic. You have to have a blue water, but you also have to
00:20:48.880 have a Navy who can fight in close quarters. Neil, inquiring minds want to know, because I think
00:20:55.840 MSNBC is in the early stages of a full and complete meltdown, and that is Governor Westmore,
00:21:01.820 who they're touting, you know, some people say he's the most incompetent governor Maryland's ever
00:21:07.520 head. Others were saying, oh, he's a new Obama. He's clearly got his toe in the water for
00:21:12.240 2028. Correct me if I'm wrong. At least I think their side's putting out he was supposed to speak
00:21:18.620 since he is the governor of Maryland. This is a massive project for Maryland. Not only was he not
00:21:24.200 allowed to speak, is it true that the White House disinvited him or he just got his nose out of
00:21:30.460 joint because he didn't have a speaking role and didn't show up, sir? No, the media reports and
00:21:35.580 And the governor's office said specifically
00:21:38.380 that he was told, do not come, you are not invited.
00:21:43.620 And this is some hardball from the Trump White House
00:21:47.980 that was, say, missing in the past.
00:21:51.280 And it's refreshing, frankly,
00:21:53.800 because this is the kind of thing they would do to us.
00:21:56.720 And so, you know, and then Moore,
00:21:58.460 as you talk about him as a presidential candidate,
00:22:00.920 he leans into his military service
00:22:03.320 and his association with the military.
00:22:06.220 And that was part of his run for governor.
00:22:09.080 And if he runs for president,
00:22:10.300 obviously that's gonna be front and center, Steve.
00:22:12.540 And let me just make the point.
00:22:14.120 And I know it's just what you were saying before
00:22:15.980 is that the Navy attempted to address
00:22:20.400 that sort of short draft
00:22:23.000 or the sort of the littoral threat
00:22:26.180 or the littoral operations.
00:22:28.140 Combat ships.
00:22:28.740 And those ships were literally
00:22:31.520 the worst ships ever built.
00:22:33.000 they were like the f-35 of ships and some of them were decommissioned after eight years
00:22:38.920 it's incredible what an what a waste of money and engineering and manpower that was and when
00:22:45.580 you're talking about building the navy now think about all everything that was lost investing in
00:22:50.860 that project yep the little tall combat ship it kind of looked like the monitor of the merrimack
00:22:56.460 but it never really performed didn't have uh equipment uh everything was kind of screwed up
00:23:01.700 on it uh neil thank you so much appreciate you at the white house this afternoon we're going to try
00:23:07.200 to get any of that audio of the president answered answered a bunch of questions there so neil mccabe
00:23:12.180 uh social media where do people go and get you you can find me on all the socials at reporter
00:23:17.540 mccabe you can find my columns on the south shore press sir thank you brother okay we started the
00:23:25.700 show with a cold open rachel maddow we completed that cold open from this morning to talk about
00:23:30.420 Georgia. They're monotically focused on Georgia. And what's got them freaked out right now
00:23:34.340 is this letter that the Georgia election board, which we've covered, you know, Sally Grubb and
00:23:40.360 the team all down there, we've covered that extensively of the problems of Fulton County
00:23:44.160 in the 2020 election. They sent a letter to DOJ, Rachel Maldon, and then earned Vaporlock about
00:23:49.600 that. But also she rolled out the progressive preachers about what they're doing and they're
00:23:54.400 doing this and they're training this and they're going to stop MAGA from stealing the election.
00:23:57.920 They even got to the point that they're tabletop exercising in wargaming, doing wargaming analysis.
00:24:05.380 The great Tony Lyons is going to join us.
00:24:07.660 Maha is our coalition partner in all this.
00:24:10.380 But by popular demand, I've got to replay the Robert De Niro and other celebrity, 0.73
00:24:16.360 their celebrity tards, I guess, meltdown about President Trump in the midterm elections. 0.77
00:24:21.520 Let's play that as an open to Tony Lyons. 0.89
00:24:25.400 They're increasingly unpopular.
00:24:27.280 They can see it. They're not stupid. Well, okay. They are very stupid. I mean, really stupid. They're stupider than I ever thought. But they recognize what they're doing is turning away people. They can't get support from the voters. So what do they do? They try to take our votes away. 1.00
00:24:51.400 Are you kidding me? Hands off our votes.
00:25:00.680 Let me put it. Let me put it another way. Keep your hands off our votes.
00:25:10.720 When the weak and spineless Republicans in the House and Senate won't protect our rights, what do we say to them? 0.99
00:25:16.260 Keep your f***ing hands off our votes 0.97
00:25:21.460 When the Supreme Court rubber stamps voter suppression 0.98
00:25:25.620 What do we say to them? 0.99
00:25:27.280 Keep your f***ing hands off our vote 0.97
00:25:30.120 When Trump's Department of Justice threatens election officials 0.97
00:25:33.700 Demands voter rolls and sees its ballots
00:25:36.160 What do we say to them? 0.99
00:25:38.100 Keep your f***ing hands off our vote 1.00
00:25:41.660 When masked and armed ice thugs stalk our polling places 1.00
00:25:46.140 what do we say to them? Keep your hands off our vote. And when that coward, that piece of 1.00
00:25:54.340 Donald Trump tries to take our voice and power away, what do we tell him? Your hands off our vote. 1.00
00:26:05.440 I think they got the message.
00:26:17.080 Now with your commitment and support, we won't just send them a message, we're going to send
00:26:21.620 them away.
00:26:27.620 Take back the House. 0.97
00:26:29.620 Yes. 1.00
00:26:31.620 Take back the Senate.
00:26:32.620 Yes.
00:26:33.620 take back the power yes take back our country yes thank you 1.00
00:26:40.680 now we need to be on guard for what we may not see coming elon
00:26:48.100 that's the cyber security of these elections and while i'm not an expert i've been talking to
00:26:57.180 experts and the one thing i've heard repeatedly is that there is a vulnerability of the votes
00:27:03.420 when they're transferred from the polling places to the county headquarters and then to the states.
00:27:12.800 Now, that's three times those tallies are being transferred over the Internet, over the wire, over our phones.
00:27:24.540 We know that these systems are vulnerable.
00:27:27.680 Oh, my God. Is that the actor Mark Ruffalo?
00:27:33.420 from Zodiac. He's a war room posse member. He is now officially an election conspiracy theory.
00:27:45.100 Matt Meck, I have a new member of the coalition. We're going to hunt down his agent.
00:27:51.620 That brother was lit. That brother's on it. Yes, Mark, you're absolutely correct.
00:27:56.060 he's channeling mike lindell short break tony lyons make america healthy again next in the world

00:31:01.500 Tony Lyons. First of all, Tony, you're New York City. You're, you know, darling of the First
00:31:07.160 Amendment, guys, you've always been for freedom of speech and publishing books on the left and
00:31:11.440 the right. I think you're now the biggest publisher of books on the right. Of course,
00:31:15.960 you're the publisher. You're a partner for our imprint at War Room Books, and we love having
00:31:20.480 you. You've published The Revolution, books this audience just loves. De Niro and that whole set
00:31:26.800 of celebrities. Why? And particularly, it's worse. The L.A. crowd is bad, but the New York crowd
00:31:32.920 is demented. What is it about Trump that has triggered these guys with Trump derangement?
00:31:39.080 Cindy, you heard De Niro right now. He's literally having a breakdown on the stage, sir.
00:31:46.440 He is. He's kind of a crazy guy when you think about it. But De Niro, let me just say this 0.97
00:31:51.520 clearly. He's a fraud. He's a fake. He's been co-opted. He's been captured. Go back to the 0.99
00:31:58.120 videotape. Look him up and look at a speech that he gave in March and April, a couple of speeches
00:32:04.780 in 2016. He was on Bobby Kennedy's side. He believed that vaccines had caused autism in a
00:32:12.100 relative of his. He was right on board. And then he got bought off. I don't know what happened to 0.95
00:32:17.820 him. But, you know, big pharma, big food, big ag, they are using every trick in the book to take
00:32:26.120 over the argument. And when Democrats say, trust the experts, what they mean, trust the experts,
00:32:34.500 trust the pundits, they mean protect the interests of big food, big pharma, big ag.
00:32:41.260 That's what they represent. They represent a system that gave us 60% of the American public
00:32:47.260 having a chronic disease. And we trusted that. And we watched our children suffer
00:32:52.200 over a generation. And now we see some progress there. And it doesn't matter what they say.
00:32:58.900 It doesn't matter if Politico, that's a mouthpiece for big food, big pharma, the Democratic Party.
00:33:05.600 It doesn't matter if they accuse us of things, if they say we're not doing anything,
00:33:10.060 because people have seen things now that they can't unsee. People have seen their children
00:33:15.380 suffer. And they've seen that we have the sickest children in the industrialized world,
00:33:20.460 while we spend two to three times the amount of money and they paid the corruption tax and they're
00:33:26.420 not going to keep on paying it and they've had enough and they know this is all about the midterms
00:33:31.620 now, that all of this is about the midterms and it's about trying to take back their country for
00:33:37.120 what? For big food, for big pharma, for lies, for mandates, for vaccine injuries, for all of these
00:33:44.680 things, all of these ways that we've suffered. So they're not trying to take it back for us.
00:33:49.480 They're trying to give it back because we took it and we are already seeing progress.
00:33:55.500 And the sweeping reforms that we've seen in the last two years, these are unprecedented.
00:34:02.380 We have never seen them before, not in the last two generations, to have the kind of bold action, the kind of decisive actions that are turning things around.
00:34:12.360 What we see for the first time, obesity rates going down by 3%.
00:34:17.080 We see a level of cultural change that we haven't seen where people are questioning authority. People are like Bobby Kennedy says they're becoming CEOs of their own body because they can't trust anybody because they've been failed because these people who had power, they failed their way to the top.
00:34:35.860 They failed the American public and they don't deserve to get any power back because we know what that means.
00:34:42.320 Giving them power back, meaning taking our power and our health from us. 0.82
00:34:47.460 And Maha won't stand for that. The American people won't stand for that.
00:34:51.900 And, you know, big pharmaceutical companies, they're sitting in the boardrooms thinking about ways to break up the Maha movement, things to ways to get us to go against each other.
00:35:02.020 You know, in the past, you know, we could write books. We could go on podcasts. We could protest. We could try to expose corruption. But what we've seen now is that we have a seat at the table. Finally, we have Bobby Kennedy in a position of power to fight chronic disease, to fight toxic food ingredients, to fight pesticides, pharmaceutical advertising, conflicts of interest, vaccine safety problems, vaccine injuries, regulatory capture.
00:35:29.340 I mean, all of this, our country was taken over. We have it back and we're going to keep it.
00:35:35.620 How did this flip? Because the progressive left always has a target. When De Niro was part of
00:35:41.160 Biden, always had a target of big pharma and big medicine. And quite frankly, the Republicans just
00:35:46.260 always voted as the controlled opposition just to kind of keep the system going. It wasn't until
00:35:53.320 Trump and really the pandemic that the MAGA right, you know, all of a sudden we started a war room
00:35:58.140 pandemic. Other people did. We had all these tremendous guests on and Naomi Wolf came from
00:36:02.520 the left, but we had tons of people on the right going, hey, this is not correct. This is not
00:36:06.500 right. This vaccines. And then Maha was created. How did the left, because if you cut on MSNBC,
00:36:13.460 brother, if you took off the big pharma ads, it would be a test pattern. Okay. They couldn't put
00:36:18.840 up any programming. How did the left get co-opted? This was their number one thing was big pharma.
00:36:24.320 It wasn't a side deal. It was their number one enemy. And now they're the ones that are trying
00:36:29.400 to put us all in prison for even mentioning about vaccines or about trying to get kids healthy.
00:36:36.420 Sir. If you got rid of pharmaceutical advertising, you might get back something that we've lost in
00:36:42.840 this country, and that's investigative journalism. So, you know, these companies took over our media.
00:36:49.080 they brainwashed the left, and they made it so that the left gave up every principle that it had.
00:36:55.240 And you saw that when Bobby Kennedy was running for president.
00:36:58.920 The primaries, they rigged the debates, they didn't allow any debate, they orchestrated hit
00:37:04.760 pieces, they wouldn't give Bobby Secret Service protection, they sued him in every state first to
00:37:10.160 keep him off the ballot, and then in the states that he got on, they sued him to try to keep him
00:37:14.460 on the ballot. These are people who are totally captured, brainwashed. In some sense, it's not
00:37:20.340 even their fault. This makes me think of the FBI's COINTELPRO program, where they just have turned
00:37:29.700 everybody inside out and upside down. But when you look at Bobby Kennedy, you see somebody who
00:37:35.840 has just unprecedented honesty and integrity and a kind of sincerity and moral courage that you
00:37:43.620 just don't see in politics anymore. So you see this period where he came to power, where he
00:37:51.000 fought for 19 years. He prayed to God to have the opportunity to help the American public,
00:37:58.060 to rescue children, to rescue the health of this entire country. And we're not going anywhere now.
00:38:04.320 We're not stopping. You know, Bobby Kennedy brought 500 lawsuits over all of those years,
00:38:09.600 And Donald Trump gave him the opportunity to really have a mouthpiece, have a voice, have an opportunity to fix the problems that these people caused over this generation.
00:38:24.600 And, you know, we're not ever going to allow those voices, our voices, you know, to be shut up, to be put down, to be subjected to hit pieces day after day that people actually believe.
00:38:38.220 So we're not going anywhere. We're here to stay. And these ideas are out in the world and people have seen them. They've heard them. And there's this cultural transformation that is just so important.
00:38:49.860 OK, we got a couple of minutes. I want to address Politico directly, because I would tell you in the impeachment category, as much as their Trump derangement syndrome, he's probably number three on the list.
00:39:01.960 Numero uno is Bobby Kennedy.
00:39:04.520 That's who they're coming for.
00:39:05.840 Pete's next.
00:39:07.060 Trump's after that.
00:39:08.640 They're going to get to the president.
00:39:09.960 Don't worry.
00:39:10.500 But Jamie Raskin and this crowd, their masters in big pharma says you're taking out Bobby
00:39:15.880 Kennedy.
00:39:16.320 You're going to you're in a crippling day one with an impeachment.
00:39:20.100 What is Make America Healthy Again?
00:39:21.620 Regardless of what Politico says, right?
00:39:23.280 You guys are bought off.
00:39:24.360 The big the big tech companies have come in.
00:39:26.160 what is the focus of Make America Healthy Again for the next 28 days to make sure that we don't
00:39:32.380 lose the House and Bobby Kennedy is not impeached, sir? Yeah, we are going to have big events in
00:39:38.720 state after state. We've raised something like $30 million over five different organizations.
00:39:44.840 We've helped multiple candidates. We've got $2 or $3 million going out to a couple of candidates
00:39:50.420 Now, we are we have raised six million dollars in the last three days in response to some of these hit pieces, because there are powerful, excited people who will not allow these kinds of lies, this kind of advertising for big food, big pharma and the Democratic Party to actually get traction.
00:40:11.820 Because, you know, this is a period where we have to fight back and where we have to keep the gains that we have and make sure that the job can be completed and that Bobby Kennedy and that the whole Trump team and that the health team that's in place now has the opportunity to complete the incredible progress that they've made.
00:40:32.120 And the American public wants to heal. They know that they've been sickened by this system, by these companies, by these bad policies, and they are not going to allow it to go back. They're not going to allow it to be rolled back.
00:40:46.520 um where do they uh tony i want to make sure everybody get your activities where these rallies
00:40:53.740 are going to be how uh the grassroots organizations can reach out if they need assistance how you can
00:40:59.300 come up volunteers because make america healthy is at the heart a grassroots organization that
00:41:05.620 was a major coalition partner to lead us to victory in 2024 and clearly we need them riding
00:41:12.120 shotgun here in the final 28 days so that we can bring this home and make sure that the Trump
00:41:18.300 administration continues to power forward in all the good stuff they're doing. So where do people
00:41:23.560 go to get more information about this and to understand that the Politico hit piece from the
00:41:29.180 German-owned Politico is nothing more than a hit piece? Where do they go, sir? Yeah, they can go to
00:41:35.360 mahaaction.org, and that's going to have all of the locations for the big events that we're going
00:41:41.380 place that we're going to throw. And we want everybody to get involved. Come and join us,
00:41:46.800 come to our website, volunteer, donate money, do everything, because we're going to fight
00:41:52.200 like hell for the next 28 days, because this is an existential battle. And we know that we have
00:41:59.060 to win and that one way or another, we have to allow this battle, this fight to continue
00:42:06.040 and to get completed in the next two years.
00:42:10.940 Tony, thank you.
00:42:12.160 So gloves off.
00:42:13.200 Let's throw it down and let's punch our way through here
00:42:16.140 and we'll see who's standing on the 4th of November.
00:42:19.880 Thank you, sir.
00:42:20.380 Appreciate you.
00:42:21.780 Thank you.
00:42:23.180 Of course, we'll be covering all those and push them out. 1.00
00:42:25.900 Love the Maha movement. 1.00
00:42:27.040 These people are absolutely fantastic.
00:42:29.760 October 15th is upon us.
00:42:31.980 make sure you go to taxnetworkusa.com slash Bannon or easier call 866-513-5516. Let me give
00:42:43.600 you that number again, 866-513-5516. Cameron Kinsey, who worked for Johnny McEntee in the

00:45:26.500 Now we need to be on guard for what we may not see coming.
00:45:30.940 Elon.
00:45:34.520 That's the cybersecurity of these elections.
00:45:37.900 And while I'm not an expert, I've been talking to experts.
00:45:42.220 And the one thing I've heard repeatedly is that there is a vulnerability of the votes
00:45:47.100 when they're transferred from the polling places to the county headquarters and then to the states.
00:45:56.040 Now that's three times those tallies are being transferred over the internet, over the wire, over our phones.
00:46:07.280 We know that these systems are vulnerable.
00:46:13.480 Mark Ruffalo. Ruffalo?
00:46:17.580 A complete war room conspiracy theorist, Captain Seth Keschel, you're here to walk us through.
00:46:24.940 First of all, your response to Mark talking about the breakdown in the electronic voting systems, sir.
00:46:37.280 Well, he's not exactly somebody I would call well-learned in the annals of what it takes to be a top-flight election denier.
00:46:47.580 I've been called one of those for more than five years.
00:46:49.960 I doubt that he's familiar with the national pandemic of electile dysfunction, which I have absolutely put it into the textbook.
00:47:00.120 It's when you have difficulty maintaining an election, an election that lasts for longer than four days, sudden severe noticeable loss of interest in voting, and like we have here in Arizona, premature inauguration.
00:47:12.960 Amazing.
00:47:14.660 Robert De Niro, you heard his meltdown with keep your effing hands off our votes.
00:47:20.240 Any observations on Trump derangement syndrome from Brother De Niro?
00:47:24.720 He's definitely got the Trump derangement syndrome.
00:47:27.180 But I think it is interesting.
00:47:28.920 There's been a lot of hedging going on in the media with the pollsters, and of course now they've got the celebrities out doing their rounds, and they're starting to sow doubt into the quality or the integrity of this upcoming midterm election, even before we know a lot of what's going on.
00:47:46.000 Now, if you read the tea leaves like I do, every day seems to be less and less promising for Democrats in everything except for polling.
00:47:54.040 Turnout today in Ohio in-person early voting, especially in urban areas, was downright tragic for Democrats.
00:47:59.820 And it looks like in Republican counties from the data I've seen, they've got good turnout.
00:48:03.740 So that doesn't bode well for them at the contested House races or in the Senate race between Husted and Brown.
00:48:10.480 OK, this is why we're going to have DeGrasse on tomorrow.
00:48:12.880 I want to start with you tonight.
00:48:14.000 What we're trying to do here with about four weeks to go is to give people kind of a map so they can get a mental map, because all these numbers flying around and all these, you know, really, we want to take both the House and we want to take the Senate.
00:48:29.400 Those that we have to hold that are in jeopardy and those that we could potentially take there in jeopardy for the Democrats.
00:48:35.940 First off, I want to go because we're going to probably start this in the six o'clock hour, given where we are on the clock.
00:48:42.440 But just walk through your methodology. I mean, you were a baseball player, I think, and a baseball stats junkie.
00:48:49.780 You were like the the guys that did money ball. You came out of this understanding baseball statistics when you got involved.
00:48:57.880 I remember years ago in the 2020 election election statistic. What is your methodology?
00:49:02.940 What we're about to see on where you say we stand right now in House and Senate races, what is your methodology to go through?
00:49:11.920 How do you wean these out to, hey, these are toss-ups, these are safe, these are relatively safe, these are neutral, and these are maybe ones if we catch a break, we could actually take, sir?
00:49:24.040 My methodology is very granular.
00:49:26.060 I go county by county, just like last week when we talked about Ken Paxton versus James Tallarico, over 254 counties in Texas.
00:49:33.680 The math doesn't shake out so well for Democrats.
00:49:36.700 So, you know, we have polling, and there are known issues with polling these days.
00:49:40.040 Even honest pollsters will tell you that.
00:49:42.300 So I prefer to use trend and history.
00:49:44.800 If you want to know what's going to happen in the future, then you should consult history because it's always or almost always very accurate.
00:49:51.500 That's why when we look at presidential elections these days, the national popular vote doesn't matter so much.
00:49:56.660 Democrats could lose the Electoral College while winning the popular vote by four or five points.
00:50:01.720 And we saw that even in the 2020 election, the difference between Trump and Biden in the popular vote was over four points.
00:50:07.920 But only 43,000 ballots in three states separated them in the Electoral College.
00:50:13.240 So likewise, in midterm elections, the first thing we consider in history is the headwinds against the president's party.
00:50:19.880 They are severe.
00:50:21.500 20 out of 23 midterms since 1934, the beginning of the New Deal, the president's party has lost
00:50:27.000 seats in the House, and the average loss is 27 seats. So if you took away 27 Republican seats
00:50:32.900 from the majority as elected, 220 in 2024, then you'd have 193 Republican seats. But the reason
00:50:40.300 the GOP has a puncher's chance to win the House—I wouldn't call them the favorite—is because of the
00:50:45.560 They did win the redistricting war, but you have, by my estimate, only about 28 seats that appear to be even potentially in play in the House this year.
00:50:57.660 And I've sent Cameron, your producer, the graphic I made for the House, and we could go over that.
00:51:03.700 Yeah, we're going to go over it.
00:51:04.860 By the way, I love the way you call it a puncher's chance.
00:51:09.160 Why do you call it a puncher's chance?
00:51:10.280 We're going to get into the details of that, but why do you say, given the historic headwinds and, quite frankly, the unpopularity of the war and some of the other issues that the MAGA base, and this is why we had Tony Lyons on before you, what Make America Healthy Again is doing, give me a minute before we go to break.
00:51:26.920 Why do you think they have a puncher's chance, sir?
00:51:31.420 Well, we have three seats that are held by Republicans in districts that Trump lost in 2024.
00:51:36.600 for. We have purged away most of those suburban districts that were all over the place in 2016 and
00:51:42.360 2018. So Colorado Six, that's now a Democrat defense up in Colorado. We don't need to worry
00:51:47.100 about it. So the seats that we have to defend, we have a lot of incumbents that are in office still,
00:51:52.000 and some of them have nice margins that they can defend. So the puncher's chance comes in if we
00:51:56.400 wind up keeping more of the Latino vote than we thought, or if we wind up, because of the rise of
00:52:01.260 the DSA, keeping more of the suburban moderates. So there's definitely a shot. It's narrow in the
00:52:06.360 pathway has to be followed deliberately but it's a there's a chance that the GOP can hold the house
00:52:12.780 and I would still consider them more likely to hold the Senate than not. Okay hang on Captain
00:52:17.900 Seth Keschel is going to walk us through both the house and the Senate to give you a roadmap
00:52:23.320 so then we have grassroots people on from these specific districts you can see if you can pitch
00:52:29.660 and help or just get a feel for what's happening.
00:52:34.780 I agree with Captain Keschel.
00:52:38.100 We have a puncher's chance.
00:52:39.880 It's a narrow gate in a long uphill rocky road,
00:52:44.480 but it is far from impossible.
00:52:47.940 The grass-led redistrictings of 22
00:52:51.320 and this year in 25, 26, 0.99
00:52:56.360 are going to pay big dividends.
00:52:58.360 we've got a chance on this it's all about rolling up the sleeves the elbow grease the grit the
00:53:04.620 determination i realize we have headwinds and we have uh some people are disappointed
00:53:10.120 so this is going to have to rally the troops to um how about this finish what we started
00:53:18.900 next in the War Room.
00:53:25.260 If you're 65 or already on Medicare,
00:53:30.720 listen up, folks, and grab a pen,
00:53:33.460 maybe even a number two pencil.
