00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:25.220 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:30.000 I got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people had a
00:00:35.600 belly full of it I know you don't like hearing that I know you try to do
00:00:38.980 everything the world to stop that but you're not gonna stop it it's going to
00:00:41.600 happen and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media I wish
00:00:47.440 in my soul I wish that any of these people had a conscience ask yourself
00:00:53.140 what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my country
00:00:59.040 This country will be saved.
00:01:02.540 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:01:09.600 Okay, it is Monday, 5 October, Year of the Lord, 2026.
00:01:12.860 We actually are going to go back to Nebraska shortly,
00:01:15.820 but we're going to start this hour in Staten Island
00:01:19.700 with our favorite author, Eric Metaxas.
00:01:22.720 The book is Revolution.
00:01:24.360 In all this turmoil, everything going on,
00:01:26.960 why is staten island important for us today eric metaxas funny to put it that way steve but it's
00:01:35.840 actually it's very important uh as i'm listening to your guests look we're in a war we need to
00:01:41.780 remind ourselves we're in a war we need to remind ourselves that it's god's will that america be
00:01:47.680 saved and we all have work to do and we need to get excited uh and inspired uh and the other day
00:01:54.780 I do a thing called Socrates in the City.
00:01:57.140 I interview people.
00:01:58.080 We've done a series on the American Revolution.
00:02:00.720 And one of the last interviews I did was in Staten Island.
00:02:04.120 Why Staten Island?
00:02:05.140 If you've read my book, and by the way, folks, I recommend it because you're going to get inspired.
00:02:10.860 One of my favorite scenes in the book, it's almost like I made it up.
00:02:14.620 Ben Franklin and John Adams go on a trip together from Congress in Philadelphia.
00:02:22.120 This is right after the Battle of Brooklyn.
00:02:25.120 It's been devastating, negative, whatever. 0.52
00:02:28.640 And basically, the Howe brothers, the British, they kind of reach out like, hey, maybe we can make a deal.
00:02:34.740 So they reach out to Congress.
00:02:36.600 So Ben Franklin and John Adams go together.
00:02:39.920 They spend a night in an inn together in the same bed.
00:02:44.920 I'm not making it up.
00:02:45.900 If you read the book, you know I'm not making this up.
00:02:47.820 They argue.
00:02:48.820 They're in the same bed.
00:02:49.640 they argue about whether they should open the window or close the window. It's one of my
00:02:53.020 favorite crazy stories in the book. But why are they there? They're there because the next day
00:02:57.900 they take a boat from New Jersey to the southernmost tip of Staten Island. I was there the
00:03:03.860 other day in the very room where they met with Admiral Howe. Admiral Howe and his brother,
00:03:11.420 General Howe, they were the leaders of the British. And they thought, you know, maybe we've
00:03:16.720 punish the Americans enough at the Battle of Brooklyn. Maybe they'll see the light. Maybe we 0.89
00:03:21.700 can make a deal. So Ben Franklin and John Adams go to the Billup House. It was built in 1680.
00:03:28.540 It stands there today. I was just there. As I said, I put it on Instagram. You almost can't
00:03:33.080 believe the history. It is overwhelming, the history, because it's unchanged. By the grace
00:03:38.000 of God, it was not torn down. It's an amazing thing. But in that room, Ben Franklin and John
00:03:45.900 Adams meeting with Admiral Howe in a nutshell, politely told him to go to hell. They were there
00:03:56.880 just out of, you know, they thought, well, we'll go, but we're not representing Congress because
00:04:02.540 the British will not even recognize the Continental Congress. They don't recognize
00:04:06.860 General Washington as being the general of an army. They're treating us like dogs, like rebels,
00:04:12.200 like deplorables and so benjamin franklin had had enough it's interesting because again if you know
00:04:19.860 the book he was the man who wanted to bring reconciliation between great britain and america
00:04:26.940 he was more on that than anybody he lived in london for 18 years but basically they humiliated
00:04:34.780 him the way the british treated him and so he just goes dark he's like that's it if you want
00:04:39.500 me to be an enemy i'm going to be your enemy so he goes with john adams to this house and it it's
00:04:46.180 just an amazing scene i still can't believe i was in the room but in that room they basically told
00:04:52.620 general admiral how now they didn't use the words that i just did but they just said no we're not
00:04:58.740 interested in in unity we're not interested hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on i don't yes
00:05:06.120 They did humiliate Franklin in a session, I think, of the House of Lords, the House of Commons.
00:05:11.920 It was quite brutal.
00:05:13.420 But he was always a very practical guy.
00:05:16.040 This meeting took place on September 11th of 1776.
00:05:20.720 We'd only signed the declaration nine days before.
00:05:23.180 But the army, we'd already had the American Thermopylae.
00:05:27.520 I think we'd already had the American Dunkirk.
00:05:30.020 The Battle of Brooklyn, the army was shattered.
00:05:32.580 We're back into Manhattan, and we don't have another victory until Christmas night.
00:05:36.120 Right. Admiral Howell and his brother also later were cashiered because they felt they were too easy on the Americans.
00:05:42.760 These guys saw the colonies as something very special as as Englishmen, and they didn't want to fight Englishmen.
00:05:50.820 They really reached their hand out. How come how could a deal not be put together when you've already shattered the Continental Army?
00:05:57.700 There's a lot of questions about is is a George Washington even a field commander?
00:06:01.740 right he's a very brave guy and very important guy but the the battle of the long island and
00:06:06.940 brooklyn were not exactly you know we didn't the bravery and courage was amazing the fact the army
00:06:13.580 didn't crater it was amazing but we got a pretty bad track record right then and these are the two
00:06:18.780 guys particularly admiral howe trying to reach his hand out and say we don't because he understood
00:06:24.720 This war could take years, if not decades.
00:06:27.860 Why did Adams, very practical, and Franklin turn him down?
00:06:33.680 Well, I mean, this is what's so interesting to me.
00:06:35.900 The fire that is in these men.
00:06:38.740 They're thinking about what is right and what is wrong.
00:06:41.680 They're not thinking about, hey, what do we do that's practical?
00:06:44.840 They're thinking, first of all, I mean, both of them were really angry because the British had behaved already despicably. 0.70
00:06:52.680 We have to understand, if you've read my book, you understand the British were sadistic, barbaric. 0.99
00:06:58.480 They had raped our women. 1.00
00:07:00.100 I write about that in the book already in Staten Island. 0.98
00:07:02.660 They were raping the American women, doing all kinds of stuff.
00:07:06.780 So by the time John Adams and Ben Franklin get there, they're thinking, it's too late. 0.83
00:07:12.500 You have done too much.
00:07:14.980 We have seen too much.
00:07:16.600 There is no going back.
00:07:18.780 And I have to underscore, they believed God was with them.
00:07:23.300 They believed this was a sacred cause.
00:07:25.720 This was not some political thing.
00:07:27.100 This was not about we don't want to pay taxes.
00:07:28.920 This was a sacred cause for liberty.
00:07:31.560 And every day that passed, the barbarity of the British underscored the evil of the British
00:07:36.500 and the fact that they didn't care about what the Americans cared about. 0.91
00:07:40.680 And the Americans were in it for the principle of it.
00:07:43.840 And so Benjamin Franklin and John Adams, both of them were lit up angry. A few months earlier, Ben Franklin had written a letter. I quote the letter in my book. Basically, I mean, writing to Admiral Howe in a way that I think shocked Admiral Howe because Admiral Howe had had Ben Franklin to his home to play chess with Admiral Howe's sister.
00:08:06.840 They were still talking when he was in London about making a deal.
00:08:11.340 Now, it's a little bit over a year later, and it's a different Ben Franklin.
00:08:14.980 He has seen what he needs to see.
00:08:17.960 John Adams has seen what he needs to see.
00:08:19.580 And there will, in fact, I'll tell you, after the Battle of Brooklyn, during the Battle
00:08:23.440 of Brooklyn, General Sullivan is captured.
00:08:25.780 And the British persuade General Sullivan, this is the American General Sullivan, to
00:08:30.360 go to Congress to try to get them to make a deal.
00:08:33.780 When John Adams sees General Sullivan appear in Congress, he's so disgusted that General Sullivan, this American general, would stoop to be a tool of the British that John Adams says it would be better if a bullet had gone through his head at the Battle of Brooklyn than that he should stand here and try to use us, to sucker us into making a deal.
00:08:58.400 There is no deal.
00:08:59.660 We are at war.
00:09:00.980 God is with us.
00:09:01.920 I mean, it's an amazing, amazing moment, sacred cause where two things, where did they get the
00:09:07.500 book? You got to read it. You understand they believed in the heart of hearts, which is true.
00:09:12.120 It's a sacred cause. That's why they wouldn't cut a deal when they probably could have gotten a
00:09:16.440 pretty good deal. They wouldn't do it. It's all or nothing. And where do people find out where
00:09:20.400 you're going to either talk next, preach next and or talk about the book next, sir?
00:09:26.520 Well, first I want to say, as you know, it is a sacred cause today. It's the same cause,
00:09:30.660 which is why my book is relevant. It is the same cause. It's the same war. It's just the third
00:09:35.960 battle of the same war. Um, uh, you can, you can get my book. Actually, I recommend amazon.com
00:09:42.140 because their price is fantastic, but they've got an amazing deal. They've got 87% off the
00:09:48.640 Kindle version. I don't know how long this is going to last, but for 399, you can get the Kindle
00:09:54.380 version. Uh, so you can read it on your phone or whatever, but, uh, Amazon is definitely the best
00:09:58.840 place uh to get it i will be flying tomorrow i'm speaking at liberty university um and uh i'm all
00:10:06.460 i'm all over the place if you go to eric metaxas.com you can find me but i'm just traveling
00:10:11.380 the country between now and uh next year is it open is it just for liberty students or are you
00:10:17.220 going to have an event that people can actually come to well the actually that i that i don't
00:10:21.840 know i i think uh it may i think if people want to come to it it's the convocation so i hope that
00:10:27.860 people can come i did that i don't know forgive me for not knowing that but i'm uh that's okay
00:10:31.960 i'll be there i i will check with you tonight and we'll get it out to the war and posse in the
00:10:36.420 morning eric metaxas the book is revolution it's amazing the sacred cause of uh of our liberty and
00:10:43.560 freedom thank you sir appreciate you always 12 weeks on the new york times bestseller list and
00:10:50.500 not one copy or very few copies sold in barnes and noble because they wouldn't put it up amazing
00:10:55.340 Talk about a sacred cause, one of the reasons we're in Nebraska today.
00:10:59.060 Let's go back to Nebraska with David Zier,
00:11:01.720 and then we're going to bring in Eric Underwood from the Nebraska Assembly.
00:11:06.180 Let's go ahead and play it.
00:11:07.860 Hey, what's your name, sir?
00:11:08.820 My name is Roger Wiese from O'Neill, Nebraska.
00:11:11.440 O'Neill, Nebraska.
00:11:12.220 Okay, big crowd already for Trump.
00:11:13.740 He's coming on probably in six or seven hours.
00:11:17.300 Why are you here today?
00:11:19.380 I'm here to support the greatest nation in the world
00:11:21.780 and the greatest agenda under the Trump administration
00:11:24.520 and all those that are working with him.
00:11:26.440 You sound really confident about that.
00:11:28.360 Well, of course I do.
00:11:29.180 Okay.
00:11:29.700 All right, good.
00:11:30.700 I wanted to ask you, Ricketts, is he going to stay in office?
00:11:35.460 I hope he does, yes.
00:11:37.060 I think he has a good agenda.
00:11:39.580 I think he does a lot of really good things.
00:11:41.400 I believe he does a lot of good things.
00:11:42.780 He stands up for Right for Life, which is former governor, top choice.
00:11:47.920 I worked with him when he was governor with the state of Nebraska, worked in conjunction with him, and he was a very good leader, and he's a very good leader at the Senate.
00:11:58.540 So Dan Osmond is an independent.
00:12:00.220 About 22% of the voters in Nebraska are independent, I believe.
00:12:04.360 And the Democrats are backing him for office.
00:12:07.200 Is he going to draw away some of that independent vote to run against Ricketts?
00:12:12.300 I would assume there's going to be some, but I just believe there's a lot of common sense in Nebraska.
00:12:18.960 So the agenda that Senator Ricketts currently has and the people that he has working with him,
00:12:25.260 I just think he has a lot of strong views and a lot of strong thoughts.
00:12:30.980 And, yeah, I think he's doing a good job.
00:12:32.700 And I really don't know how many Dan will pull away,
00:12:36.160 But I'm not concerned about that as much as I just focus on the strength of the Ricketts campaign and the Ricketts team.
00:12:44.340 OK, so Governor Pillen, Jim, incumbent running against Lynn Waltz.
00:12:51.380 She's related to Tim Waltz. Is she a cousin?
00:12:54.560 I can't validate that, but I believe there is a familial relation.
00:12:58.120 She's for transgender surgeries, right, for adolescents, according to the governor, Jim Pillen, right now.
00:13:05.680 in his ads um do you support that uh no absolutely not absolutely not no uh you know the good lord
00:13:14.140 made us male and female and i uh i'm i'm not in favor of the agenda that she has no so you got
00:13:20.760 the proposition on the ballot to ban uh men and women's sports right this year correct yes all
00:13:25.600 right and then what about the one about online sports betting uh in the state do you support
00:13:29.540 that keep money in the state uh i i don't necessarily support that um i know there's
00:13:36.580 views on both ends of that uh i'm not a gambler to begin with and so just from my personal
00:13:43.140 standpoint uh no i don't necessarily support uh gambling in the state okay what about term
00:13:49.220 limits for state senators they want to go from two terms to three terms a total of 12 years
00:13:53.780 David Zier, what a love about Zier. He's like a dog with a bone. He's on that Waltz thing. Stop. Eric Underwood. The common sense in Nebraska, and you heard Metaxas talk about a revolution and the revolutionary generation and the founders of this country believed that this was a providential country and that their cause was a sacred cause.
00:14:17.940 That's where they dug in and went through, what, six and a half, seven years of a brutal, brutal war, of which we were losing, I don't know, 90 percent of the time.
00:14:28.160 Are the folks in Nebraska, are they with their common sense?
00:14:34.040 Do you think we're going to turn this thing around because we've gone through some choppy water here politically in the last couple of months?
00:14:40.280 Is Nebraska going to step up, sir?
00:14:43.460 I absolutely think they will.
00:14:45.700 I'm not at the rally today because I'm doing my life, my liberty, and my pursuit of happiness.
00:14:50.920 My nine-year-old's at a flag football game that I'm going to go enjoy.
00:14:54.420 But, you know, that's the part of what Nebraska really defines itself as on its principles.
00:14:59.260 We have to defend what the Founding Fathers have created in this nation.
00:15:03.420 And we have one of the greatest presidents that have ever existed for this nation to implement what the Founding Fathers have wanted.
00:15:11.060 We have a president that has said what he was going to do, and then he's gone out and done it.
00:15:16.340 And I think that's where really Republicans have to get past these midterm elections and facilitate that when we are in power, especially the trifecta that we have now, we have to do what we say we're going to do.
00:15:28.980 Whether it's property taxes or protecting our elections, we have to get strong leaders.
00:15:33.400 So in Nebraska, we have the top 57 seats.
00:15:37.080 So we have all the Constitution officers, governor, lieutenant governor, all the five federal offices, and it's time for us to continue to do what we're going to do and put the Republican values, the principles of the party, we're going to put those forth and actually keep Nebraska red this year.
00:15:51.460 what um given that you're part of the breadbasket of the country these issues about the war the
00:16:01.860 issues about the fertilizer the diesel um the prices the farmers the ranchers the beef all of
00:16:08.380 it it centers around so much of this centers around the great state of nebraska it's one of
00:16:12.660 the reasons president is out there cnn and msnbc are sitting there just banging all day long
00:16:19.200 Trump's base, this rural base of ranchers and farmers, this rural base of these kind of very practical, common sense Americans, are either have turned on the president or are just going to say, I'm going to stay home.
00:16:33.820 Your thoughts, sir?
00:16:36.280 Well, we absolutely have to turn out.
00:16:38.660 Governor election years are sometimes down by 10 percent for for turning out the vote.
00:16:43.920 that makes absolute no sense if you want to continue to support the president's agenda that
00:16:48.560 you elected him for two years ago. If we get frustrated at the senators not doing their job
00:16:53.820 at the Senate and going on vacation and not voting for the SAVE Act, then how can we as
00:16:58.640 voters not show up to vote when it's time to continue moving the agenda forward? So, you know,
00:17:04.440 as Nebraskans, yes, we're very modest. We're not this moderate version of republicanism.
00:17:10.060 We're traditional. We're conservative, but we're modest people. We're just trying to live our lives.
00:17:14.800 But we are very strong in our principles. And when it comes to elections, this is something that stands out.
00:17:20.280 This is why I'm very proud to support Secretary of State candidate Scott Peterson, because he's come forth and said, here's what we're going to do.
00:17:28.080 We're going to secure our elections. We're going to bring transparency and accountability to our elections.
00:17:32.040 We have a state auditor, Mike Foley, that has been auditing all the taxpayers' dollars that are being spent, and some of them in the billions of being misspent.
00:17:41.360 You have now strong leaders coming forth saying, we're going to do this job, and this is the time that Republicans have to get voters, have to come forth and say, all right, let's do this.
00:17:51.260 We'll have our unicameral, we'll continue to have our supermajority there, we'll continue to have our constitutional officers.
00:17:56.720 at a 10,000 mile view. Yes, there's a lot going on, whether it's the cost of oil, the cost of
00:18:02.520 eggs, the cost of beef, we get it. But also Nebraskans aren't stupid. Nebraskans are 0.99
00:18:08.380 by and large intuitive enough to go that not everything is impacted at the national level.
00:18:13.300 We have just as much scenarios at the local level that we can make an impact on, like who we elect
00:18:17.580 for our school boards and who we elect for our county commissioners or the election commissioners,
00:18:23.160 our county clerks who run our elections. That's what you're going to see in Nebraska this year.
00:18:27.940 We have amazing candidates at the local level, and you're going to see Republicans turn out to
00:18:31.940 vote for them just as much as they are for Senator Ricketts, for our congressional delegation,
00:18:37.260 and for our Republicans that are going to be our executive team.
00:18:41.740 One of the reasons you couldn't make it to the rally, working on a big legislative package,
00:18:45.660 I don't want to, I know you don't want to talk or release it too much, but just give us a general
00:18:49.800 idea of the types of things you're working on? Well, this is the idea. And this is something
00:18:56.200 that came from Charlie. When Charlie was here and we were working on winner take all, he kind of
00:19:00.560 gave me this insight on what has to happen if you really want movement. And you know, he's always
00:19:04.600 spoken about we as Republicans are too passive. We have to go on the offensive. So he said to me
00:19:10.140 that, Eric, political influence comes from your political leverage. So I've understood that
00:19:15.720 petitions make a difference. Because once you put policy on paper in the form of a petition,
00:19:20.740 a statewide petition, or even local ones that you can use in cities to change elections,
00:19:25.620 you can actually put on paper the policy that needs to be discussed. So I've created a legislative
00:19:31.480 plan that has the entirety of what would be the impactful legislation from property taxes
00:19:37.400 to a no tax on gas holiday between Labor Day and Halloween. That would help our farmers as well as
00:19:44.660 the regular gasoline users. We have our elections that need to be secure. We need to reduce down
00:19:50.920 the mail-in ballots to reasonable reasons to have a mail-in ballot. And the window of voting for 35
00:19:56.880 days is ridiculous. And here's the key. It's not like this is just one person's idea. This is what
00:20:03.400 the people want. I think this is where our leaders need to really focus in. And that's why having
00:20:08.240 policy on the paper helps with this. If the people have given you a mandate, who are we as leaders
00:20:14.100 to not fulfill that will.
00:20:16.080 We should be doing every effort possible
00:20:18.100 to make these happen.
00:20:19.680 The people want secure elections.
00:20:21.500 They want to be able to trust their elections.
00:20:23.700 And Scott Peterson, on the back of this shirt,
00:20:25.480 it says, you deserve a Secretary of State
00:20:28.540 who will listen and fight for all Nebraskans.
00:20:32.840 What a great statement.
00:20:34.200 You deserve.
00:20:35.180 And that's what Scott Peterson's going to do
00:20:36.720 from the Secretary of State's office.
00:20:38.100 And I'm very blessed to be on his team.
00:20:41.100 Amazing.
00:20:41.680 What you guys have done out there is incredible.
00:20:43.140 You're right. Charlie Kirk was obsessed with Nebraska, particularly winner take all. Eric, social media website. Where do people go to find out more about what you guys are fighting on? And particularly the Magowin, the precinct strategy wing of the Republican Party out there is ascendant. Where do folks go?
00:21:01.420 Well, and that's how we did this. That was using the precinct strategy, but also at the state level, the county strategy made just as much sense. We have such strong county parties. You can find me on my Facebook page is Underwood for Nebraska, Underwood for Nebraska. You can go to my X account, which is at 2022 Neb Maverick.
00:21:24.420 Maverick. And I also have a sub stack where I list and I outline everything that's being worked
00:21:29.220 on. I've created the entire strategy and put it all on paper. And that's at eric.underwood2.
00:21:36.240 Read my sub stack and people across the country can understand that if you put the effort in,
00:21:42.160 you can take back your local scenario just as much as we have to do for the country.
00:21:49.880 Eric, thank you so much. Honored to have you on here and what a great and powerful message.
00:21:54.420 you know you think we'd call central casting and ask to get these we just don't
00:22:01.320 we just go back to the grassroots leaders have been hammering and uh you just see the the unity
00:22:06.160 and the message and the positive results when you um when you put your shoulder to the wheel
00:22:11.840 in nebraska they've done a tremendous job of course it struggles everybody's got struggles
00:22:15.980 and hey everybody happy about anything everything uh frank gaffney the sprint
00:22:21.280 Tell me what the sprint is. Why are you on here today to kick this off and how this is tying into our favorite topic, which is banning and prohibiting Sharia law throughout the nation, particularly, I don't know, random states like Texas and Michigan, sir.
00:22:39.400 Steve, this is an historic moment. You tell the workroom posse all the time that nothing is 0.89
00:22:47.980 written, but let me just cast this in what I think are the terms that we ought to be thinking about
00:22:55.240 where we find ourselves. We just had Eric Metaxas talking about the revolutionary period and what
00:23:03.880 we went through then. You know, as it happens, I was at Mount Vernon yesterday, and I had an
00:23:11.320 opportunity to come across a quote from George Washington that's very apt to what we're talking
00:23:18.300 about here. It said, quote, this is 1783, two years after the war ended. It is yet to be decided
00:23:25.660 whether the revolution must ultimately be considered as a blessing or a curse.
00:23:32.980 A blessing or a curse, not to the present age alone, for with our fate will the destiny of
00:23:42.440 unborn millions be decided. That's where we are, Steve. And the trouble with turbulent times is
00:23:51.900 you're in the middle of history being made and you may not discern it. You may not understand it.
00:23:57.880 You may not realize the implications of what you do and just as importantly, what you don't do.
00:24:03.040 And so the sprint is a description of what I think of as the end of the, well, nine months or so that 0.95
00:24:13.180 we have been working with your leadership on banning Sharia, on trying to help first off 0.96
00:24:21.240 the people of Texas, 1.9 million of whom voted for this five-word proposition. Texas should
00:24:29.920 prohibit Sharia law. And make that actually a mandate for action, specifically during this 0.99
00:24:40.660 election period. We don't do politics, but we do recognize that we're in a month, the final month
00:24:46.980 of the run-up to this election in which the American people are at long last going to be
00:24:52.120 focused on the future of our country and the trajectory that we're currently on, and what
00:24:57.140 they don't understand nearly as much as they should. Those 1.9 million Texans did for sure.
00:25:04.740 But for example, Scott Rasmussen, great pollster, just did a survey the other day. And he said that
00:25:11.620 in the age group between 18 and 24, fully 43% of those polled had no problem with Sharia.
00:25:25.000 39% of those between, I think, 24 and 29 had no problem with Sharia. Well, clearly this is because 0.98
00:25:32.020 they don't know what the hell Sharia is. If you do, if you are an American and you do,
00:25:38.700 You want no part of this. And the reasons are clear, Steve. What we've been witnessing, and again, why this sprint is so necessary, is we have to make a redoubled effort right now to build on what we call our Save Texas, Save America campaign, brought to you by the Bansharia.com coalition. 0.93
00:25:58.700 coalition, roughly 50 or so groups of prominent individuals who've come together to try to help 0.99
00:26:05.220 make sure that we educate the American people about the threat we're facing from Sharia,
00:26:12.440 which is, let's be clear, not a religion. It's central to Islam, but it has got a patina of 0.96
00:26:21.940 religiosity, a veneer, if you will, but it is about power. It is a political, military, legal
00:26:28.900 strategy for conquest, full stop. And the American people need to be educated about that and equipped
00:26:36.760 to resist it, which is what we're trying to do in this election cycle. Hang on, we're going to get
00:26:41.480 into all that. We're going to take a short commercial break. Take your phone out, text

00:28:56.120 We're a couple of months out, but the midterms are fast approaching. And make no mistake,
00:29:02.000 if the House flips to the Democrats, it's a big deal for our economy. That uncertainty
00:29:08.260 is one of the reasons to diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:29:13.360 In the three months leading up to the 2024 presidential election,
00:29:17.480 the spot price of gold jumped over 12%.
00:29:20.040 Now, why was that?
00:29:21.860 Because we've taught you here on the show,
00:29:24.080 it's a hedge against times of uncertainty.

00:31:48.120 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:31:53.440 We're talking elections. Sophia Carson's going to join us in a moment about the CIA, Venezuela, voting machines.
00:32:02.120 And it ain't USAID being shut down. It's not fully shut down.
00:32:09.200 There'll be more information coming on this out later. The great Mike Benz and other people working on that.
00:32:14.520 But just it's crippling. You can see we're we're running the tables in South America, in Central America.
00:32:23.440 Alternative for Deutschland, if the election was held today, they would be the federal government of Germany to replace that mess they've got over there. 0.80
00:32:32.960 The same with, you see, everything's happening in the streets of France.
00:32:36.280 Le Pen is leading in that.
00:32:38.700 Macron's got the lowest ratings he's ever had.
00:32:41.260 Nigel Farage on fire.
00:32:42.620 You add Nigel Farage and Tommy Robinson.
00:32:45.660 Overwhelming support.
00:32:47.840 Sanchez just announced in Spain, called for snap elections in November.
00:32:52.980 They're about to get turfed out because of the situation in North Africa.
00:32:57.320 Around the world, even in the United States of America, you can see if they ain't got the money.
00:33:02.500 Right. And the money's your money. Think about it. It was taxpayer money.
00:33:07.100 We'll get to all that in a second, because it's all about elections right now.
00:33:09.840 Frank, 43 percent. How could Scott Rasmussen just throw at the term Syria?
00:33:15.200 Or did he explain it at all to young people that 43 percent said, I don't have a problem with it, sir.
00:33:22.700 I don't think that he did go into depth on it, Steve. The assumption is that a lot of us have
00:33:30.300 been talking about this. Surely people know what we're talking about. The truth of the matter is
00:33:34.860 altogether too many don't. That's where this campaign that we've mounted comes in. We urgently
00:33:41.920 need the help of the posse, both to participate in that campaign in various ways. I'll go through
00:33:47.540 a couple of the key points of it, but also to help underwrite it. Look, not all of us can
00:33:52.520 drop everything and throw themselves into these efforts. As Tiffany was talking about earlier in
00:33:58.400 the program, you need to pull in in other ways, if you can financially, bansharia.com. We've got a
00:34:04.860 Save America Now button. That's the donate page. Please consider going to it. But here's what we're
00:34:10.060 going to try to do on this sprint, is redouble the effort to equip the American people,
00:34:18.520 young people especially, with the basic information about what we're up against. 0.95
00:34:24.640 And by the way, we're up against it from the jihadis, the Sharia supremacists, if you will, 0.86
00:34:30.720 but they're being greatly empowered and enabled by the communists. They got their differences. In 0.92
00:34:36.980 In fact, we've got a brand new micro-documentary out on our page, bansharia.com, micro-documentaries, about this red-green axis.
00:34:45.660 People need to study up on that because it's insidious, it's perilous. 0.98
00:34:50.120 But the bigger point is they need to understand what this Sharia program is about. 0.98
00:34:55.360 I've given Cameron a link to one-stop shopping on what the Muslim Brotherhood has in mind and explain it to our manner, Brandon, to study that. 0.96
00:35:04.940 But here's the specific tasks. We want the leaders in our country to have a mandate to ban Sharia. 0.99
00:35:15.560 That's a shorthand way of describing multifaceted process, but we need to put it, and the people who 1.00
00:35:21.000 are trying to impose it upon us, stealthily at first, but ultimately forcefully, maybe even
00:35:26.700 violently, we need to stop them from being able to do that. This comes down to walking the walk.
00:35:32.360 There are some, like Governor Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, both of Texas, Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida, who have actually taken some steps towards designating the Muslim Brotherhood and CARE, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, as terrorist organizations.
00:35:49.000 We need that enforced. And Governor DeSantis, by the way, has helped get enacted some model
00:35:54.340 legislation that will equip him and his successors in Florida and others who will emulate them across
00:36:01.080 the country to take the steps that are needed now. We need, I believe, for example, a moratorium
00:36:07.160 on the construction of any more mosques in this country. One of our little videos is about mosques. 0.99
00:36:12.720 They're really not houses of worship the way we think of churches, synagogues. They are
00:36:18.300 forward operating basis. From Muhammad's time to the present, they've been about mounting jihad. 0.99
00:36:25.920 And that's what these present and growing number of them in our country are about as well. You can 1.00
00:36:31.480 bet on it. We need to equip people to take something I've got in front of Cameron, I think,
00:36:38.700 this Sharia-free pledge. We need to know where candidates stand on Sharia. Will they faithfully 0.96
00:36:45.900 take the oath of office to support and defend the Constitution? Or will they subvert it and let this
00:36:50.540 Sharia program insinuate itself instead? We need to understand, in short, that this is history in 1.00
00:36:58.820 the making. And if we fail to do what our predecessors did 250 years ago to protect our
00:37:06.760 country in our time, we will lose it. We mustn't let that happen. Thank you for devoting the
00:37:11.540 attention of the world we're going to be every day every day yeah every day we're going to be
00:37:16.480 hitting it we got different members of the alliance are going to come on want to make sure
00:37:21.000 just act as a force multiplier just push this information out where they go one more time frank
00:37:26.680 to get the information today on the start of the sprint ban sharia.com is one-stop shopping lots
00:37:35.140 of people are pulling in behind it we need the posse to do it and we need their financial support
00:37:40.020 among other things, urgently. Please consider making an accidental donation at Bancharia.com.
00:37:46.700 Thank you, Frank. Appreciate you, sir, and everybody on the team. Bancharia. Sprint.
00:37:53.240 We started the day in Brazil. We're going to end the day in Venezuela. Sophia Carstens joins us.
00:38:01.520 Your sub-stack is amazing, and this gets my blood boiling about our deep state in the Central
00:38:08.420 Intelligence Agency. I believe that the CIA is in back of the reason we have not shut down
00:38:16.780 USAID completely and taken it out root and branch of our government, including all funding.
00:38:22.980 You see what happens when we choke it down on James O'Keefe's great investigation on Act Blue
00:38:28.220 or Arabella, all of it, when they get choked down from taxpayer money and from dark money,
00:38:34.440 they can't win we're on a roll right now we got to continue to be on a roll sofia
00:38:39.420 walk me through your piece the headline is the cia's own document contradicts
00:38:44.940 the central intelligence agency walk us through it ma'am well first i'd actually like to jump on
00:38:51.700 really quickly something that your previous guest just said which uh about a rasmussen poll there's
00:38:57.240 another rasmussen poll and i'm saying this at the beginning for a reason a new poll suggests that
00:39:03.040 72% of Republicans and over 50% of Democrats now believe that our elections are being interfered
00:39:08.980 with. So everybody watching, take a deep breath and a sigh of relief. We are now the majority.
00:39:15.520 And something else you just said about the CIA being behind everything. We know we have a deep
00:39:22.100 state. I don't think that's always identified correctly. But if you want to look at it in
00:39:27.840 the context of Venezuela, the hand up the puppet that was Maduro and his wife was the cartel. 0.52
00:39:36.840 The hand up the puppet that is Delcy and her brother is the cartel. The hand up the puppet 0.57
00:39:45.820 that is the cartel is the CIA. And that's why it is so hard to identify, you know, the multi layers
00:39:54.140 of this operation. And that is true more than maybe anywhere else in this election interference
00:40:04.100 realm, which the CIA itself investigated itself and found that there was nothing wrong.
00:40:12.200 So in June, the CIA declassified a summary of intelligence on Venezuela's electronic voting
00:40:18.920 manipulation capabilities and it spanned 2004 to 2020 and that document is basically arguing with
00:40:25.400 itself um so first uh the 2006 hang on hang on hang on slow down slow down for a second just
00:40:32.280 so the audience in june 2026 right in june 2026 the cia finally and not willingly but finally with
00:40:42.140 a lot of pressure president trump and others declassified this walk me through that document
00:40:46.240 Why did they why did they declassify something they have fought for years to keep hidden, ma'am?
00:40:52.640 I make it a habit to not climb inside the mind of psychopaths, but it could be that it's a limited hangout, could be any number of of reasons.
00:41:00.720 But I will tell you that it is still remaining heavily redacted.
00:41:04.140 So the question isn't what it what do the unredacted portions mean?
00:41:09.240 What the questions need to be is what else do they know that they're not telling the American people?
00:41:14.480 because in 2006, the National Security Council threat assessed Smartmatic's acquisition of the
00:41:22.380 U.S. voting company, systems company Sequoia, as a moderate overall threat to national security
00:41:28.480 interests. So that assessment rested on two pillars. One, intelligence indicating Venezuelan
00:41:35.580 government intent to influence U.S. politics. And two, documented evidence that Venezuela
00:41:41.020 had manipulated its own electoral systems. And that finding led directly to pressure from the
00:41:47.040 Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to force Smartmatic to divest from Sequoia
00:41:51.700 by 2007. So then additional intelligence reporting says that, and this was from even back as far as
00:42:02.020 2004, indicated that Hugo Chavez stated that his objective was to prevent the re-election of a
00:42:08.800 sitting U.S. president, which is language that the document says the IC itself treated as evidence
00:42:14.420 of intent to influence U.S. domestic politics, not merely Venezuelan politics. Then separately,
00:42:22.260 in September of 2020, reporting on Venezuela's National Assembly election described a technical
00:42:28.060 method, which was creating a second parallel set of virtual machines that would replicate
00:42:34.340 legitimate vote data while substituting manipulated results engineered specifically
00:42:41.280 to survive standard audit procedures. And one of the ways that they did that specifically,
00:42:47.660 they altered machines to roughly 300 voting centers in pro Chavez strongholds to secure
00:42:53.460 a margin of about 1.5 million votes. And sources reported that Chavez actually congratulated his
00:42:59.280 team afterwards for successfully implementing it. So what we have here is a documented election
00:43:06.540 manipulation plan and a documented manipulation method from the same company whose voting systems
00:43:13.260 now run some of the largest election jurisdictions in the United States. And different backdoor
00:43:20.720 elements can be deployed strategically. So for example, elements, let's say 12, 9, and 4 in one
00:43:27.940 district, 14, 6, and 2 in another, depending on how many votes need flipping and which districts
00:43:33.600 are targeted, the manipulation doesn't require tampering with entire counties. Instead,
00:43:40.080 pre-selected neighborhoods have votes switched to achieve majorities, typically affecting only
00:43:46.420 about 10% of the machines in the targeted area. So it's very hard to identify when people say,
00:43:53.600 where's the evidence? Because it's in the districts and the counties. The most sophisticated method
00:44:01.540 involves something called hash signature manipulation. When they prepare everything
00:44:06.380 and it gets certified, the resulting confirmation is called a hash signature. Those little flash
00:44:11.700 cards are signed and approved, indicating to election officials that every piece of software
00:44:16.580 that is supposed to be there is there. The manipulation works through deliberate mistakes,
00:44:21.700 such as an incorrect date. So using 2024 as an example, if 20 percent of the votes in a county
00:44:29.240 need flipping, engineers record the date as November 5th, 2025 instead of 2024 on 20 percent
00:44:36.420 of the flashcards. On election day, machines reflect those flashcards as incorrect for the year.
00:44:42.320 The panicked county officials then call Dominion or the other vendors who explain that it was an
00:44:47.220 operator error with the date that's been fixed and replacement flashcards are delivered, but these
00:44:52.740 have not been audited. So this is where the vote flipping scripts are inserted. By law, flashcards
00:44:58.700 are destroyed at the end of the process. So even the CISA audits or recounts cannot detect the
00:45:06.220 manipulations because recounts audit tabulation, not the destroyed flashcards that were never part
00:45:11.280 of the original count. So the CIA assessment was large-scale fraud did not occur, but that
00:45:19.820 conclusion sits four paragraphs away from the agency's own account of a detailed source
00:45:24.500 manipulation plan, which centers were targeted, how many machines, what margin it was built to
00:45:29.920 produce, and reporting that Chavez congratulated his team for executing it. And it sits on the same
00:45:35.940 page as the CIA's own 2013 analysis, which concluded that if the plan had worked, other
00:45:41.740 countries that are clients of the technology provider could be in doubt, referring specifically
00:45:46.380 to Smartmatic's other actual clients in an actual internal analysis, but then is filed
00:45:52.620 four pages behind a no-fraud-occurred conclusion.
00:45:57.080 What are you, we're going to have Cleta on tomorrow because I've been spending time,
00:46:00.760 The coalition has had these meetings and talking about national security memorandums or a national emergency or a national election emergency because of issues that have not been dealt with.
00:46:13.400 Given your report here on the CIA, and by the way, you've got to read it because it's all in their words.
00:46:20.040 Sophia is not like inserting her own thoughts or beliefs here.
00:46:23.780 This is literally taken from the document, which I think is one of the most powerful parts of your of your analysis.
00:46:31.780 What are you calling for? We're 29 days away and there's been, you know, efforts to do this, but have been thwarted by some people around the president.
00:46:40.760 Some people in the White House. Of course, you got Peter Tickton and others.
00:46:43.920 Wayne Allen Root are pushing this that we need to.
00:46:46.900 And they're coming after. They're coming after everybody.
00:46:49.780 Yeah, hang on. Kurt Olson just, you know, just got off the case in Florida.
00:46:55.900 Clean is going to come on tomorrow about the inherent powers of commerce and other organizations that an alternative may not you may not need a memorandum that they've got the powers, but they got to act.
00:47:07.440 So what do you understand? They're coming for everybody that has been trying to get to the bottom of this.
00:47:12.620 What are you recommending? What if you were in the Oval Office right now or if you're an Air Force One flying in Nebraska with the president up in that Ford cabinet and you had a couple of minutes with him, what would you recommend?
00:47:23.100 I would recommend two things. I would recommend calling for a an emergency session to vote on the certification of these companies that has to be ruled on and then voted on.
00:47:39.680 and it doesn't really matter whether these machines can't be i think it's pretty hang on
00:47:44.840 i think it's pretty evident they can't be certified it's very tough we have all kind of
00:47:48.800 issues around the uh we have all kind of issues around the country what that does is it forces
00:47:54.580 everyone in there to take a position so that because the alternative is basically what they're
00:47:59.780 saying is we there's nothing we can do we can't do it in time anyway so vote blind and then someday
00:48:05.200 we might tell you the truth like no actually let's talk about an emergency session to vote
00:48:10.720 on whatever it is that we do or don't have time for that forces everyone to take a position on
00:48:16.440 this issue so at least people know who they're voting for in november are you are you um accusing
00:48:24.720 right now the central intelligence agency of still knowingly with these machines and the fact
00:48:31.880 these machines are still in many of the biggest districts of the country of their involvement
00:48:37.240 and manipulation of votes? Yes or no? I think that it is highly unlikely that the CIA does
00:48:45.820 not have knowledge of the entire framework of this vast majority of fraud that is affecting
00:48:54.740 not just our country, but 72 other countries. And give me that stat at the beginning about
00:49:00.900 the american people where do they stand right now overall and even the democrats on polling that
00:49:05.540 shows about what they think about elections 72 percent of republicans and over 50 percent of
00:49:12.640 democrats now believe that our elections are interfered with um i can certainly talk more
00:49:18.720 about the ways in which that is occurring but i think that is the most important thing more
00:49:23.760 important than anybody calling for a special session that's not really going to fix anything
00:49:29.020 anyway, even though they can't say that. The most important thing that everybody can do is get out
00:49:34.960 and vote in November and make your vote count. Because right now the apathy, which is our vote
00:49:39.680 doesn't matter. It's not, it's all rigged. It's all fake. We're going to lose anyway. Actually,
00:49:45.500 we have an opportunity right now with the lights that are being shown on this issue. Arguably,
00:49:50.840 this midterm matters more than any election in our recent history. And if everybody shows up to
00:49:59.180 vote, we actually, the American people can actually, and like you started this podcast out
00:50:05.580 with saying it's working in other countries. We need to activate our people in this country and
00:50:12.160 we need people to show up and actually vote and and require accountability because it does rest
00:50:21.180 with the people we need accountability immediately with the deep state and the cia we got the
00:50:26.020 opportunity to do it we got to do it now sophia where do people go to your sub stack and social

00:52:47.780 as President Trump
00:53:00.920 continues to fight
00:53:01.860 for this great country
00:53:02.900 one of his most important actions could soon impact the wealth of millions of hardworking
00:53:08.600 Americans like you. Of course, you won't hear about this in the mainstream media or on the
00:53:13.980 nightly news. They'll never admit Trump was right about anything. But according to my dear friend
00:53:20.260 and frequent war room guest, Jim Rickards, President Trump has a plan that could unlock
00:53:25.080 an estimated $2.7 trillion in American resources, creating opportunities that many investors may not
00:53:32.160 even realize exist. Jim recently put together a new presentation explaining what he believes
