00:03:32.820 But it hasn't stopped Trump or his administration or the Justice Department from using those false claims as part of a national effort to obtain private voter data and undermine states constitutionally mandated rights to run their own elections.

00:03:46.420 As Reuters reports, quote, the department's civil rights division has demanded non-public voter data, including voters, social security numbers or dates of birth from nearly all states as part of its hunt for non-citizens on state rolls.

00:05:05.520 respect for the public's constitutional rights. You can see them right in front of an official

00:05:10.860 drop box for the Board of Elections in the District of Columbia. Michael, could this just

00:05:17.080 be an instance of they were standing around, they just happened to be standing around this box?

Anything is possible, and I don't want to disparage the individual characters of National Guardsmen and women who are forced to come out here for a mission that is not really defined and with goals that are not really set and with patrols that, quite frankly, aren't needed.

00:05:42.660 It is difficult to explain to people who do not live here in D.C. just how much of an occupied city this has felt like for the entirety of this administration for this very reason.

00:31:04.880 almost as bad would say fulton county's maybe a worse cesspool but maricopa and this thing in

00:31:12.100 arizona is is very close and of course that was actually a bigger deal on election night because

00:31:17.300 that's where Fox called it. All the dominoes fell from that. Then we found it later, stolen.

00:31:22.740 Carrie Lake in 22, stolen right out there, just outraged. She's still furious about that. 1.00

00:31:30.360 So talk to me about this tweet. What should we be looking at here?

00:31:34.760 Sure. So on October 5th, Maricopa County did their logic and accuracy testing.

00:31:39.780 All of the equipment was supposed to be set up. And then we were provided video from a source

00:31:46.320 on October 7th of two individuals and a toddler entering into the BTC room, which is the Ballot

00:31:54.860 Tabulation Center. This is the secure room where the server is housed, the adjudication and

00:32:01.420 duplication software is housed, and the tabulators. And so this is a highly secure area. These two

00:32:08.140 individuals entered at 9.08 p.m., and they opened up the port blockers. And for people that don't

00:32:15.760 understand what a port blocker is. It's the reason why they tell us not to get heartburn,

00:32:20.440 that all of this equipment that's supposedly secure has USB ports or an ability to connect

00:32:27.120 to them, right? So they put the secure port blockers on there so that a random Joe can't

00:32:33.840 plug in a USB port, a USB card, and alter the software. Well, the port blockers were unlocked

00:32:41.900 and USB drives were inserted into the computer.

00:32:46.060 So there were some changes and modifications being done in the BTC room.

00:32:51.180 The county came out and said that it was two employees.

00:32:56.140 What we do believe is that those two employees are intimately involved with one another.

00:33:02.140 And if you watch the video, you will see that the secondary employee

00:33:06.180 that's supposed to be there observing was actually tending to a child instead of observing.

00:33:11.900 And this continued for about three hours on the night of October 7th, two days post-LNA.

00:33:19.720 Now, since then, the county has issued a statement.

00:33:22.580 Their first statement was, somebody was doing something with something.

00:33:26.940 It was authorized, just trust us.

00:33:30.240 And, you know, obviously that didn't go over real well with the American public and the citizens of Maricopa County.

00:33:37.420 So another statement was issued that they were updating software in the tabulators.

00:33:45.960 So that we knew wasn't true, because if you look at our tweet, we reference the adjudication area.

00:33:53.420 And then they came back and said, no, they were just uploading files for duplication.

00:34:00.460 And then we had another board of supervisors do a tour yesterday who did a demonstration and said, no, what they were doing is they were fixing a bug.

00:34:09.700 The bottom line is what we have determined is the system they were accessing is a system called Novus, and it's a run-back system.

00:34:19.200 RunVec owns the patent to the NOVA system, and it allows damaged ballots, UACAVA ballots, and ballots that can't be read by the tabulator to be scanned.

00:34:33.120 And then this NOVA system digitally recreates the ballots so that the tabulator can read them.

00:34:41.060 This is the system they were updating.

00:34:42.940 They are claiming that there was a hash mark or a backslash in the program.

00:34:49.920 And Runbeck admitted that they hadn't tested any of this system.

00:34:54.220 So there's a lot to be concerned about here.

00:34:57.340 Number one, the claim is that it is its own secure network and it's not connected to the tabulators or the EMS.

00:35:06.480 I think there are still big questions about that.

00:35:12.020 who was aware of the order and why was this being done on computers that were not under public view

00:35:32.380 changing their story 15 times and gaslighting the citizens so whether what was done was nefarious

00:35:38.880 or non-nefarious, the way that the county is handling it is with a complete disregard

00:35:44.880 for the public and the public trust, and a disregard for transparency and accountability.

00:35:56.880 Okay. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think DHS, you know, I think Pletus got up there. They got a

00:36:04.320 billion to fix things. Commerce is supposed to be kind of in charge of this. So Lutnick's got 0.98

00:36:09.940 authorization. You've got the secretary. I think the Department's now said it's a national security

00:36:14.880 issue. We're involved. You've got Harmy Dillon, a random name, right, that knows something about

00:36:20.640 Arizona. And you've got Attorney General Todd Blanche. And you have a U.S. attorney that's,

00:36:27.780 you know, sent this second warning letter. It's a warning letter, but they're prepared to go in

00:36:31.580 ensue why there's tons of federal i just named five people six people can somebody get involved

00:36:39.200 here we're 19 days away from this uh obviously very important midterm of which wait for it

00:36:45.880 arizona is in the middle of this fight for the statewide races the governor's races and a couple

00:36:50.160 of house seats where you could flip the entire house of representatives uh to the democrats

00:36:56.020 favor unless we get outcomes that uh where the republicans win so is there other actions that

00:37:02.940 are going to be taken because you just mentioned you know what run run back and i'm already having

00:37:07.820 ptsd i'm breaking out in a cold sweat here because you know once again and i don't know how they

00:37:12.600 still have contracts but you're you're naming you know maricopa runs back it's like it's like

00:37:18.520 we're in groundhog day again we're just running on the treadmill ma'am absolutely we are it's uh

00:37:27.020 And again, Steve, it goes back to dealing with these third-party corporations that are handling outsourced work for the county where there is no accountability.

00:37:41.500 Runbeck has already created three or four errors this year, mailing ballots early.

00:38:01.980 ballot, our damage ballots, our overseas ballot. And it's also ran by runback and they didn't

00:38:09.840 bother to test the system prior to LNA. It's a huge problem. Who's getting involved? We have

00:38:16.420 sent requests for DHS and DOJ intervention. So we are standing by for that. My understanding is

00:38:26.640 our county recorder, Justin Heath, who has, by the way, zero to do with this component of our

00:38:33.220 election. This is under the purview of our board of supervisors, also reported this to the FBI.

00:38:39.260 That came out on the news this morning.

00:38:42.680 Channel 10 and Channel 12 has reported it.

00:38:46.100 And the response was they spoke to Chris Mays and the county and closed the case.

00:38:51.740 That's what the media is reporting.
