00:01:55.320But on to the more serious stuff, which will dovetail with everything we are getting into, a hot new breaking story from my substack about how George Soros and all of these left-wing nonprofits are actively, as we speak, calculating which towns should receive more refugees.
00:02:16.360And if you read the story, it's on my sub stack, it's on my X, you can see I've listed
00:02:20.700the 400 or so counties that they are actively targeting.
00:02:25.380And like all of these new visas and these new blueprints for how they're going to take
00:02:29.520over the United States using, you know, your taxpayer dollars, it's interesting how, what0.97
00:02:35.000is it, 96.5% of the counties that are going to be targeted with more refugees are majority
00:02:43.680Interesting how that always happens. But what is so nefarious about this is they're actually0.99
00:02:49.280floating a new proposal whereby local governments, state governments, and even corporations
00:02:54.940themselves will be able to circumvent the federal refugee process and bring in people from any
00:03:00.720country for any reason and just totally destroy primarily rural America. The project is called0.99
00:03:07.900a Migration Map Index. And the most concerning part about this is that it actually is part of
00:03:14.440a newly federally funded grant actually coming from the Trump administration. This project was
00:03:22.160done by the Niskanen Center. It's a Soros-funded, you know, the whole group that funds this group,
00:03:27.940open borders, big business, that kind of entity. But the Trump administration has actually funded
00:03:34.460a project called the Welcoming Initiative for Newcomers. Why we're funding any welcoming
00:03:40.440initiative for anyone who's not an American blows my mind. But this year, they are actively
00:03:47.240working. The deadline is November 2nd. But to understand where the best places to send refugees
00:03:53.860would be, and they're trying to understand if upping federal benefits, if upping free housing,
00:04:00.640free gift cards, take your pick, all the panoply of goodies that these people who hate this country
00:04:06.120seem to get for free, how they can sort of lure more refugees to rural America. I think the Trump
00:04:13.760administration needs to cut that funding instantly. Our money should not be going to that. And my final
00:04:19.260piece on this, don't worry, there's a lot more where this came from and we'll have time to get
00:04:23.000into it. But one of the kind of partners to this entity, which is the Welcoming America Initiative,
00:04:30.060which sits Americans and rural communities down in these town hall style meetings and basically
00:04:36.480berates them, telling them that they are unwelcoming to refugees. Of course, it's funded0.92
00:04:41.140by your taxpayer dollars. But they have been working around the clock, particularly in states
00:04:47.220like Texas. And there's just one quote that I want to leave you with on this story. This is what
00:04:52.560they are trying to brainwash local residents, in this case of Cactus, Texas, with to, quote,
00:04:57.700celebrate the demographic change of the community that's their approach to jamming and ramming these0.51
00:05:05.560countries full of people from countries that for all these people who claim to love democracy so0.91
00:05:10.720much have never had experience in self-government let alone representative democracy um but i
00:05:16.560digress mike davis i know i sometimes come in hot and say uh spicy things i think more in the tish
00:05:22.480James era you gave us some good quotes but I think she's uh she's kind of relevant again um
00:05:28.340but you have a great new ad the red green alliance I want you to explain it to the
00:05:35.300posse and more importantly what you're galvanizing them to do
00:05:38.500putting out a series of ads for the midterm elections the first one is a 50 second ad and
00:05:49.080And then we're going to have a daily 15 second ad between now and the midterm elections.0.80
00:05:54.940And it is to educate American voters about the red green alliance, the communists teaming up with the Islamists to destroy America.0.88
00:06:07.020And we're seeing this with candidates like U.S. Senate candidate in Michigan, Abdul Mohammed al-Sayed, who is a Muslim Brotherhood Trojan horse Islamist who is on a mission to come and destroy America.0.91
00:06:25.320His family is in the Muslim Brotherhood.0.92
00:06:28.160His sister, his mom, he's lied about it.0.95
00:06:32.740He said he was a dual citizen of Egypt.
00:06:35.660He's lied about that. We also have other candidates around the country like Ilhan Omar, a U.S. House representative in Minnesota who is under federal criminal investigation, was just the subject of a home raid ordered by a judge in D.C. appointed, a magistrate judge, a Democrat who donated to Hillary Clinton and clerked for two, an Obama judge twice, certainly not colluding with the Trump administration.
00:07:05.120So, you know, the evidence there is overwhelming.
00:07:14.380You're also seeing New York City Mayor Zoran Mandami, another Islamist with a big smile on his face, tricking voters.0.96
00:07:22.520We see the dangers of the Red-Green Alliance in France, in the United Kingdom, in Spain, all over Western Europe.0.91
00:07:30.960Everywhere these Islamists go for the last, what, seven centuries, they go to these non-Muslim places, they come in through immigration, through invasion, they take over offices, and then they conquer, and then they subjugate, and then they impose their Islamic radicalism on the population, and they can't leave.0.96
00:07:53.660The Middle East used to be Christian not too long ago, right?
00:07:56.640So I am trying to warn American voters that we need to wake up, we need to vote, and the
00:09:19.600I think the audience probably agrees with your theory of the case and the existential threat that this poses.
00:09:24.380But do you think our establishment Republican pals and a lot of the people that we're going to be voting for, do you think they're up to the task?
00:09:32.620Do you think that they understand the threat?
00:09:36.020You know, Speaker Newt Gingers used to talk about this.
00:09:38.500If you build the parade, then the politicians will want to get out in front and lead the parade.
00:09:44.680I think the War Room Posse teaming up with the Article III project is really good at building those parades, and we need to get people out and vote.
00:09:55.580This November, I think people need to vote, vote Republican, and vote as early as possible.
00:10:11.720And it's going to be a good year for Democrats just because it's the midterm year of the president who's in office.
00:10:18.960But we can help stem those losses and help President Trump try to keep the House and certainly keep the Senate.
00:10:28.980We have big races out there, like in Texas, like in Michigan, like in Iowa.
00:10:36.280Many of these states we can win if the Trump base gets out and vote.0.75
00:10:42.360And remember this, do we want people like Abdul Mohammed al-Sayed pushing his Islamist agenda, blocking President Trump's judicial nominees?0.76
00:10:54.680We have four Supreme Court justices in their 70s.0.88
00:10:58.420We could see vacancies over the next two years. Do you want a Republican Senate confirming judicial nominees or do you want a Democrat Senate blocking judicial nominees and taking back our court?
00:11:11.880Our court is the last line of defense. They may disappoint us from time to time, but overall, we have a constitutionalist Supreme Court and lower federal courts that is protecting us from government overreach, government tyranny.
00:11:26.460If this red-green alliance gets into office, as we see in France and Spain and the United0.84
00:11:33.900Kingdom and Germany and other places in Western Europe, if that comes to America, we are in0.82
00:11:39.980for a dark winter in the United States.
00:11:56.460The ad, how people can do everything you just outlined, key for a midterm victory, stay up to date with you, everything they need to know one more time.0.64
00:12:05.840Yeah, Abdul Mohammed Al-Sayed's tweak to the Constitution is taking away our God-given right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment.0.98
00:12:16.040And when they disarm us, that's when the Red-Green Alliance destroys us, right?0.96
00:12:20.440We need to make sure that we get out and vote.0.99
00:12:23.020We have this 50-second ad today that's going to be all over digital.
00:12:27.760We have daily ads between now and the election.
00:12:30.940We need to get our friends, our allies, our supporters to vote and to vote as early as
00:16:35.560This thing was in the height of the H-1B debate that we were having before President Trump was sworn in.
00:16:40.900it is such an informative and illustrative book. I cannot recommend sold out enough. Truly,
00:16:47.080it is a wonderful book. You co-authored it with Michelle Malkin, but you've testified in front
00:16:52.340of Congress multiple times. I'm sure big business and all our tech overlords hate you because you
00:16:58.140expose all their lies about H-1B fraud. I wanted to sort of give you the floor. We've been hearing
00:17:05.460a lot about how, you know, America will cease to be America if we don't import a bunch of1.00
00:17:09.720foreigners that have fake diplomas and horrible accents. I don't think that's true. If it were1.00
00:17:15.800up to them, they probably would have replaced the founding fathers with, you know, H-1B visa0.99
00:17:19.460holders, but you probably wouldn't have had this wonderful country that we have.0.68
00:17:23.240Can you just lay out some of the biggest lies that we're told, the scope, the scale that these
00:17:28.940are, you know, they're sending their best and just the new available evidence that you've seen,
00:17:34.320you know from in your career that just debunks literally all of it case closed okay well let's0.95
00:17:41.760start the h-1b program is designed to replace americans with cheap foreign workers if you0.72
00:17:46.480read the law that's what it is every everything in the law is designed for that one per one
00:17:51.640purpose it's explicitly legal to replace americans with foreign workers under this program so in
00:17:58.240order to justify such a program you have to lie about it and you'll they'll typically they'll
00:18:03.520say it's for highly skilled workers filling shortages, which there's nothing about that
00:18:11.540in the law. Congress got rid of the shortage requirement when it created H-1B. Making it
00:18:20.880legal to replace Americans is completely incompatible with trying to fill shortages.
00:18:27.000So there's been this giant gaslighting of the public, and the mainstream media does not cover
00:18:32.060I mean, you will not find a mainstream media article from the past two years that even
00:18:37.740mentions that it's explicitly legal to replace Americans with foreign workers.0.71
00:18:43.040And what we found, and which we always expected, is it's a program for importing cheap labor,
00:18:48.660almost exclusively from India and, to a lesser extent, China.
00:18:53.300And what has happened recently is we finally have gotten access to actual H-1B wage data.
00:19:01.740The government has kept this confidential under wraps for 30 years, had been dodging.
00:19:08.520And finally, Bloomberg was able to pry it out and made it available.
00:19:13.400And so what we find from that is that H-1B workers, the median wage is $22,000 less than that of Americans.
00:19:23.160And for Indians, it's $25,000 less.0.97
00:19:28.180So it's basically a cheap labor program.0.74
00:19:32.000The next – the other interesting thing to find is that nationality is very important in that if you look at Western European countries, their workers actually earn more, but there are very few of them, earn more than Americans, while Indians and Chinese earn much less than Americans.
00:19:53.540So if you exclude India and China from the actual equation, H-1B workers earn more than Americans, but there are just so few of them in there.
00:20:04.920The other myth about them being highly skilled, the Department of Labor has a four-tier skill-prevailing wage system that they put in place.
00:20:14.940And almost all H-1B workers are in low-skilled jobs, the one or two level.
00:20:21.380There are virtually none at the two highest levels.
00:20:26.640And it's interesting that we find that H-1B wages actually decline with age.
00:20:32.480In the U.S., wages tend to increase as you get older.
00:20:38.060For the H-1B workers, they're actually declining as they get older.
00:20:42.660And even at age 45, 13% of H-1B workers are filling entry-level jobs.
00:20:49.620and only 10% are filling jobs that are at the highest skill level.
00:20:55.600So we can't tell from the data that there are three possibilities.
00:21:01.020One, that H-1B workers are, in fact, low-skilled.
00:21:04.800It's possible that they're high-skilled or normal-skilled
00:21:07.840and they're filling almost exclusively low-skilled jobs,
00:21:13.700And the other major finding we've had in the data that had always been hidden at what we've seen is the massive fraud that's taking place in this program, that you go through it, that there's a huge number of H-1B workers where the work site is totally bogus.
00:21:36.600For example, in Salina, Texas, every H-1B worker in 2024 is working in a single-family residence.
00:21:48.580In Aldi, Virginia, there is one house that's the worksite for 134 H-1B workers.
00:21:56.900There is a post office box in Mountain View, California, that's the worksite for two H-1B workers.
00:22:06.560And even in the large scale, there's a 24,000 square foot office in New Jersey where they have 850 H-1B workers crammed in there so that they basically are elbow to elbow if it's actually true.
00:22:24.360So those are the three major things we found.
00:22:27.140And do you have any, can answer any questions you might have about this data?
00:22:31.920Yeah, I mean, I think they're sort of twofold.
00:22:34.180One is, right, the big lie that this is a program that is great for America, but it's kind of two-pronged to the point that they've hidden the data.
00:22:43.020It reminds me of, you know, COVID origins.0.76
00:22:45.320The people who have pushed for this are so in your face about how great, how, you know, existential to the future of America these visa programs are.
00:22:56.320Yet, I think like this audience has known for a while, they are so secretive about the data.
00:23:02.320Can you just walk us through kind of how monumental being able to receive such basic data is and how much cover up there has been to make it so the American people have not had this information?
00:23:18.320Okay. What has happened for the – the H-1B has been going out now for 35 years, and Congress – the first step in getting the H-1B visa is something called a labor condition application, and that is where the employer fills out the – identifies what the prevailing wage is.
00:23:40.660And in H-1B, the employer determines the prevailing wage, not the government.
00:23:47.080It's a big lie that the government does this.
00:23:49.740And the Department of Labor is required to approve whatever the employer says within seven days.
00:23:56.080And so Congress has required this information to be put public, but never the H-1B data itself.
00:24:06.320So, for example, 20 years ago, I went through this labor-conditioned application data and found that the wages for H-1B workers were much less than for Americans and found that the prevailing wages were even worse.
00:24:23.740But the response from big business and the immigration lawyer lobby was, oh, well, this is the labor-conditioned application data.
00:24:30.660You have to get the visa data to show what's actually going on.
00:24:34.320going on oh and but they don't disclose that well now they've just now it's been disclosed and it's
00:24:40.300totally uh totally horrible another thing we find find is that they i mean people are just
00:24:45.780actually lying on these um visa petition visa uh labor condition applications that are claiming
00:24:52.880values are what the department of labor is saying is the prevailing wage and we're lying by by a
00:24:59.400When they do lie, it's a median of about $20,000, what they call a failing wage.
00:25:05.960And then there's no checking whatsoever when they actually do the visa petition.
00:25:10.800I keep on hearing complaints about visa being rejected, but I can't see why it's happening
00:25:16.380because you can see that USES is not checking that the actual work location even exists.
00:25:23.300They're not checking if it's a mailbox.
00:25:24.820They're not checking if it's a virtual office.
00:25:29.460One of the things that employers are doing is they are getting rebelling wage based upon a low-wage location like Jacksonville, Florida, and then having the worker in California, in Silicon Valley.
00:25:44.300And there's one employer that's got $100,000 per worker wage savings by using that method.
00:25:51.960But USCIS is clearly not checking even the most basic information that's being supplied on these visa petitions.
00:26:02.820And John, I'm just curious, the Trump administration, we've heard a lot about how they're sort of trying to reform the program, but also kind of speaking out of both sides of the mouth.
00:26:11.880Also, we've seen, I think, an increase in some of the admissions or entry allowance.
00:26:17.960But what are they actually doing to curtail this?
00:26:23.000What are your thoughts on the fee that they've imposed?
00:26:27.120I mean, I'd be skeptical, but it looks like they're just – they're doing things – trying to make it look like they're acknowledging the problem, but they're doing their best to avoid actually solving the problem.
00:26:41.160So, for example, Trump put out a statement last year talking about all the problems in H-1B, and then in response added a $100,000 fee, but then had the fee applied to virtually no one.
00:26:55.580So it had no effect, and right now it's been suspended by the courts, although that might be fixed.
00:27:04.360But a fee that doesn't apply to anyone doesn't make any sense.
00:27:09.180they've they did a new regulation I want to stop you there because we're coming up against a break
00:27:18.120but I want to give you ample time to explain and what the administration could do like I said you
00:27:24.000probably back when I was in middle school even before then you've been testifying and really
00:27:29.040I mean leading the crusade with actual data though they've made it the most difficult operation to
00:27:35.020just understand the most basic facts about a program that we're told is, you know, so imperative
00:27:41.500and integral to the future of this country. It's quite an interesting psyop. But luckily with people
00:27:46.680like you, you know, you're making a little bit more difficult for them. You can end with us
00:27:50.480through the break. I want to drill down on the fees and what the admin can do. I think we're
00:27:55.340going to have John Solomon too soon. He's probably busy at the White House. New story related to
00:28:01.080impeachment, new declassified documents. We will be right back after this short break.
00:28:10.200If you're serious about preparedness, like the War Room is, and I am specifically,

00:29:54.080So, other John, the H-1B crusader, John Miano, I'm going to have to let you go in just a few minutes, but just to wrap up what you were saying before the break, what would your top advice be to the Trump administration if they seriously wanted to take on the H-1B issue?
00:30:12.400I know that's a multifaceted question and answer, but what is something that they could actually do?
00:30:17.640They need to get people advising Trump who know what's actually going on this. Trump is obviously getting some very, very, very bad advice.
00:30:31.980No one has told Trump that when he goes out and says he supports HLB, that he's telling the world that he supports replacing Americans with foreign workers.
00:30:38.980No one has told Trump that when he says that we need Americans to make chips because no one knows how to make chips when America is the fourth largest producer of chips.
00:30:49.940So Trump needs to get people on his team who can tell him the reality rather than the billionaire club that he seems to surround himself with.
00:31:00.140John, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything you're working on, get the wonderful books, all that stuff, where can they go to do that?
00:31:07.480Oh, the two places are fairus.org, work as attorney, cis.org does publications. And I also have a new book on the Battleship New Jersey coming up, completely unrelated, that's just been released.
00:31:45.080John Solomon, you've got some breaking news for us related to impeachment, Ukraine, the deep states, one of their favorite ops to go after President Trump.
00:31:55.420You're fresh from the White House working on all this.
00:31:58.760Denver, if you want to put the story up on screen while Mr. Solomon talks about it, the audience can take it all on.
00:32:04.440John, if you can walk us through what your new bombshell is today.
00:32:43.680So we had Russia-Russia collusion and that fell apart.
00:32:48.520And then the Democrats immediately pivoted to the Ukraine-Ukraine-Ukraine impeachment.
00:32:53.160And let's remind everybody, because it's seven years ago now, what the storyline was.
00:32:57.400Donald Trump had no reason to ask for Hunter Biden to be investigated by Ukraine authorities.
00:33:02.340Therefore, he abused his power and he should be impeached.
00:33:05.280That's the argument that the Democrats and their favored witnesses in the impeachment of 2019 made.
00:33:12.720Seven years later, fortunately, the task force has been able to get the actual documents that were never given to President Trump's lawyers,
00:33:19.760never given to the impeachment managers, never given to the Senate jurors who did acquit President
00:33:25.220Trump anyways, and they show something very different. There was a very good reason,
00:33:31.140very strong reason for President Trump to ask Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden,
00:33:37.400Burisma, and his corrupt relations with that energy company. The reason is, and these documents
00:33:42.820were kept from the impeachment trial, is that our own top diplomats, the guy with the bow tie that
00:33:47.740showed up in impeachment named George Kent and Marie Ivanovich, sometimes called the crying
00:33:52.380ambassador, that the two of them had privately discussed this extraordinary topic. Not once,
00:33:59.760not twice, but dozens of times. And why is that important? Because when they were testifying,
00:34:05.340they told Congress that this was never on their radar. They barely ever talked about it.
00:34:10.040Hunter Biden was no big deal. That's actually a quote from Marie Ivanovich,
00:34:14.240the ambassador. That testimony was false. There was regular and routine conversation about Burisma,
00:34:21.920its corruption, the impact of Hunter Biden on U.S. policy, and more importantly, Burisma's efforts to
00:34:28.800influence the government of the United States to get rid of its corruption label, to deliver for
00:34:34.700Hunter Biden, and even more amazingly, its corrupt owner, a guy named Nikola Zilchevsky.
00:34:41.380The new documents show that the ambassador in George Kent, her top deputy and ambassador
00:34:46.820Yovanovitch, they were working on something to get Nikola Zolchevsky into the United States,
00:35:02.980They knew that they were repeatedly warned that Burisma was still engaged in corruption
00:35:07.320after Hunter Biden had joined the board.
00:35:10.240They had dozens of conversations with their lobbyists, their lawyers, their public relations experts.
00:35:17.020And by the way, those conversations carried deeply into 2017 and 2018 while she was working for President Trump.
00:35:24.240They were still catering to Burisma Hunter Biden, the Blue Star Strategies crowd, and the whole crowd that we now know were part of the Burisma scandal.
00:35:32.520But the single most important document that I believe we made available today, most of the documents just impeached the testimony of the key impeachment witnesses.
00:35:41.320It shows that they didn't tell the truth.
00:35:43.220But the most important one is an email that had been classified.
00:35:47.180It was sent at the end of the Obama presidency as Joe Biden was leading the vice president's mansion.
00:35:51.660And in it, George Kent, the guy that wore the bow tie, tells Maria Vanovich, the crying ambassador, somebody should tell Vice President Joe Biden that his son undercut our anti-corruption efforts, our anti-corruption policy in Ukraine.
00:36:08.120And by the way, it contradicts the testimony and the narrative that was put forth by the impeachment team.
00:36:13.640But imagine if President Trump's lawyers had access to that in the fall of 2019.
00:36:18.460that, in fact, Hunter Biden had harmed U.S. policy by undercutting the anti-corruption
00:36:25.200efforts. It was the opposite of what was testified to. But the truth now is written
00:36:29.920in these documents. And for the first time, the American public gets to see it.
00:36:34.920Absolutely. I mean, stellar reporting, declassification, all of it. I know you've
00:36:39.000been over this story for a long time, but I think the question that I know the Warren Posse is
00:36:43.440asking, probably asking the TV screen. So what happens now? Are there investigations or criminal
00:36:50.560actions that we can see happen here for people who withheld information? These people perjured
00:36:55.680themselves. What are the next steps? There are lots of things that could happen, and there are
00:37:00.760a lot of things that are happening. So they're behind the scenes. Grand juries are hard to cover,
00:37:05.520but if you're staking out the courthouse, there has been some significant activity in Washington,
00:37:09.960D.C. recently, some significant activity in Fort Pierce, Florida. We know that John Brennan has
00:37:16.540acknowledged publicly in a court filing that he's been told he's a target, meaning someone likely to
00:37:21.020be indicted. I see significant activity around James Comey right now, unrelated to the Seychelles
00:37:26.260case, but related to his tenure as an FBI director and some people around him, Richmond and other
00:37:32.320people who were his advisors. Some very significant and robust activity in the last few weeks.
00:37:37.660And I also think there are some ongoing investigations relating to Ukraine and Democrats that are likely to give birth to some new information and maybe some new accountability.
00:37:48.700I'm more bullish now, based on everything I'm seeing, that there'll be some accountability, some handcuffs, some indictments than I was maybe six, seven months ago.
00:37:56.900I think the change in attorney generals and Todd Blanch now getting the flight stick, you're beginning to see an operation moving towards accountability actions.
00:38:06.140And I do think between now and the end of the year, I wouldn't be surprised to see an
00:38:12.020indictment or two unsealed, an arrest or two made.
00:38:14.940And as you saw, something that I've been pressing for at the task force, I've been fighting
00:38:18.720to get the Ilhan Omar documents out for the first time in two years, even though this
00:38:23.080evidence has been around a long time, they raided Ilhan Omar's home.
00:38:27.040I think they got some important evidence and there's an opportunity now for people to
00:38:31.000understand how she got into the country, what she did after she got into the country and
00:38:34.940whether any of that is illegal or should negate her naturalization or her election to Congress.
00:38:40.720So those are things that weren't on the radar three, four months ago. So I'm a little more
00:38:44.400bullish thinking we're seeing things that look like the steps you take to get to real
00:38:49.400accountability, not a lot of the lip service we got in much of the last two years.
00:38:54.660John, we've got a few minutes left and definitely where you're going. Directionally,
00:38:59.120if there's any other updates you want to give to the audience, please, please weave those in.
00:39:02.540But I'm just curious, is this timeline, I think the audience would say it's probably a little slower than they had hoped for when they were voting, when they were wanting retribution, justice, as we call it in the war room.
00:39:14.800Is this a timeline that it's just how the legal process goes and things, good things take time?
00:39:20.780Or have you seen either firsthand, do you feel like there's elements of, you know, the same people that are lying to impeachment witnesses and you're seeing that level of obstruction?
00:39:30.260Do you think that there is internal sabotage or people who do not want to see, you know, these people actually be punished like the criminals they allegedly are?
00:39:42.460I think there are four dynamics that have affected this.
00:39:45.080The first is, like Ronald Reagan used to say, people are policy.
00:39:48.000And I think at the beginning, there was people in positions to exact accountability that were afraid to do so or worried about their law licenses being attacked or having their social circles encumbered.
00:40:00.520And I think the changes that the president has made in recent months at Homeland Security, where now Ilhan Omar's stuff is on the fast track, and at the Justice Department, where I really, truly believe that Todd Blanche has brought an accountability mindset.
00:40:14.500Now, he and Joe DeGeneva had different ideas, but they agreed on what the evidence was.
00:40:18.500One wanted to do one big case that would take months and months more time.
00:40:22.460The other wants to do it incrementally and build to the big case.
00:40:24.980But the good news is what Joe DeGeneva started, it looks like Todd Blanche is finishing.
00:40:30.720And they're in agreement on what was wrong, just how to do it.
00:40:35.240I think the change in personnel has been the number one thing that's driven us to a faster accountability.
00:40:43.080I do think the fear that many people who are lawyers in the Trump administration have that they'll lose their livelihood even if they do the right thing, that lawfare fear is real.
00:40:51.620If you're one of those people and you're worried about it, get out of a job and let someone who isn't fearful about it get into it because you should follow the law and the facts, not your personal fears.
00:41:00.180I think the third piece of it is there is still a deep state.
00:41:03.460We showed that when we released the China election documents.
00:41:05.980There was that woman at the FBI bragging, I have a shadow government keeping this from the president.
00:41:10.720There's still members of that deep state there.
00:41:12.660There are fewer, but they're still quite capable.
00:41:15.280And then I think fourth is there are complex legal issues.
00:41:17.780Some of the statutes of limitations expired long ago.
00:41:20.820Some expired while Pam Bondi was attorney general.
00:41:23.340You missed some windows, particularly on election stuff, to bring prosecutions.
00:41:27.420But there are ways to bring conspiracy cases and reboot these.
00:41:30.560And I think the Todd Blanch Justice Department married to the Kash Patel FBI and now a very active HSI component.
00:41:40.180in Homeland Security. I think they're hitting on all cylinders and, you know, we'll never be
00:41:45.220satisfied because there are too many people that deserve accountability, but I think we'll be
00:41:48.980satisfied that some accountability is coming. That's what I see as a reporter, and I've seen
00:41:53.480it really accelerate since Labor Day. John, one more time, if people want to read this story,
00:41:59.640stay up to date with everything you're working on, the new dumps, everything you got, where can
00:42:05.100they go to do all that. You bet. Yeah, we've done about three dozen dumps in the first two to three
00:42:11.140months of the task force. Whitehouse.gov, you go to the election integrity tab, all of our documents
00:42:17.020so you can download them, including the most recent one on impeachment. Justthenews.com is

00:43:39.960be right back after this short break. Who you trust with your health care matters. Too many
00:43:46.940companies have forgotten what customer service is supposed to look like. That's why I appreciate

00:44:57.680absolutely terrific. Take advantage of this today. Just because it doesn't look like war
00:45:04.880doesn't mean we're not in one. China's growing military power, the infiltration of our0.91
00:45:10.280institutions, massive immigration, Islamic incursion, threats to our national security,0.99
00:45:16.140our sovereignty, and our way of life. The battlefields of World War III may look very0.98
00:45:21.580different from those of the past, but these fronts are real, and the threats must be addressed.
00:45:27.520This Sunday, October 18th, the American Freedom Alliance brings together leading experts,

00:46:19.680by Karen Siegman. You've got to go if you're in the area. She puts on wonderful things. They get
00:46:27.380it. The link's there. The links can be on screen, but I hope the War Room Posse shows up. We've got
00:46:34.200a few minutes. Steve, like I said, is back for the 11 o'clock hour, so don't go anywhere. You've got
00:46:38.720just a few minutes before we are reunited with our great and fearless leader here in the war room.
00:46:44.920But I have a few more stories that Steve wanted me to go through with you. We're always so pressed
00:46:48.860for time. But I had wanted to lead into the discussion with John Miano about the H-1Bs1.00
00:46:55.580stuff with a shocking story, which is that a Chinese Communist Party-run university is
00:47:03.080literally advertising J-1 visas to their students so they can come have summer jobs in the United
00:47:10.960States, but a qualifier for them to be able to get these visas so they can work as kitchen
00:47:17.480assistants, hotel staff, or amusement park workers at places like McDonald's, Hilton,
00:47:22.320and Universal Studios. Hardly a shortage of people qualified to work there. Why we need a bunch of
00:47:27.400Chinese nationals is beyond me, but they have to be willing to promote pro-China propaganda
00:47:33.760in line with Xi Jinping thought. Why these people are eligible for visas is beyond me,
00:47:41.080let alone to work a roller coaster at Universal Studios. That's the infiltration if I've ever
00:47:48.240seen it. Some other truly ridiculous stories. In Columbus, Ohio, the mayor has been secretly0.97
00:47:56.200back-channeling and setting up a very weird like non-profit entity. I'm sure there's something
00:48:00.780illegal there and someone is being enriched using your taxpayer dollars to fund a new pipeline to0.93
00:48:07.840import Ghanaians, that is people from Ghana, to become your new nurse in Columbus, Ohio. Specifically
00:48:18.000people from Ghana, they are using your tax dollars to court them to come to Ohio and become healthcare0.94
00:48:25.380workers. And we've actually seen a lot of statewide proposals be rolled out to try to
00:48:31.920cover the costs, whether it's English languages, housing, tax incentives to immigrants, like
00:48:38.660non-Americans, to become healthcare workers. I'm sure American citizens would probably love for0.96
00:48:44.040their medical school tuition to be subsidized. But no, we're going to give a bunch of money to
00:48:48.640Ghanaians. I think that's how you say it. I'm probably not going to learn that one.0.99
00:48:52.600But to come be your new nurse in Columbus, Ohio, because I'm sure there's a natural affinity between Ghana and Columbus.
00:49:01.300And to that point, another community in Ohio, again, subsidized by your tax dollars, but one of their community business development plans actually lists as a threat to their county's economic future.1.00
00:49:16.520I believe it's Eastgate, because, of course, their saving grace is going to be immigrants.0.97
00:49:21.820That's what they posit. But they actually list, it's not just enough that you're going to be
00:49:27.320replaced by people from God knows where, but you are actually being labeled a, quote, threat
00:49:33.840for your, quote, lack of knowledge and understanding of the value of immigrants
00:49:39.820and newcomers to the region. So it's not enough to, you know, protest your replacement. You are
00:49:47.640going to be labeled using your taxpayer dollars as part of your community's new business development
00:49:52.440plan, that you're a threat. Denver, if we can, I just want to come back to the story we started
00:49:58.040with. If you have the picture of that map that we can put up on screen so people can kind of broadly
00:50:03.600see what communities are being targeted with more refugees. It's the blueprint certainly for the
00:50:09.960next Biden regime, the next Democratic presidential administration. But like I said, HHS under the
00:50:15.360Trump administration is already sort of funding the rollout and governors and state officials
00:50:20.580can kind of liaise and back channels with the federal government to decide beyond reproach,
00:50:26.480beyond your say, where refugees are coming. These counties are not supposed to be out there.0.99
00:50:32.240I dug very deep to find them. So if your county is on the list, I would suggest you get a head
00:50:37.660start on organizing and pushing back from what is going to be a new Soros-fueled wave of people
00:50:44.540from countries that you probably have never even heard of, and they're going to be, you know,
00:50:50.040your children's future classmates and your tax dollars are going to be subsidizing their
00:50:54.240lifestyles. To that point, please check out the Substack. The full list of counties is there.
00:51:00.980It's nataliegwinters.substack.com. We've got new reporting. A lot of these anti-ICE protesters
00:51:08.160are, of course, paid. I found the website where they're paying these people, in some cases,
00:51:12.280is $36 an hour to protest against ICE. But also these left-wing foundations are now working and
00:51:19.540conspiring to get examples of harm and crime committed by ICE agents. So in a next Democratic
00:51:28.400presidential administration, they can actually get reparations. I kid you not, that is a direct
00:51:34.620quote for, quote, future litigation policy change and reparations with regard to ICE and deportations
00:51:42.000So these people are already preparing for the next Democratic presidential administration.
00:51:46.120And it looks like a very demographically bleak future for people who think to be American means a little more than just, I don't know, you just say you're American and all of a sudden you get free benefits from the federal government.
00:51:59.460And for those of you who are also still interested in the ongoing censorship battle, the Global Disinformation Index, everything that we've talked about on here for a long time with Mike Benz,
00:52:09.740The Trump administration has launched a monumentous crusade to try to defang and defund them.
00:52:16.540But they are now coming back with a new $1 billion funding proposal to make sure that their efforts will be able to persist post-Trump.
00:52:27.100I'm not saying this in a cocky way, but I think I'm the only person breaking this stuff.
00:52:31.100And this is the stuff that truly matters.0.93
00:52:33.040You're going to be censored and you're not even going to be able to speak out against the Soros-fueled refugee wave that's coming to your town.0.89
00:52:38.740Please take the towns that I've listed as the ability to get a little bit ahead of these people who are organizing and working overtime using your tax dollars and foreign money to destroy your towns.0.91
