00:00:00.240So we have new CNN polling out just this morning and showing that Democrats are leading Republicans by 10 points now in the race for control of Congress among registered voters.
00:00:10.080Much of that fueled by concerns of, yes, about the economy, the desire for change, and people just simply not happy with the president.
00:00:17.560CNN's Harry Anton running the numbers and running into frame yet again.
00:00:22.340You're also finding that Democrats are competitive in some unusual places.
00:00:26.340Some unusual places, right? Kate was talking about that national generic congressional ballot.
00:00:30.960But of course, at this point, I think most of our eyes are focused in on the United States Senate,
00:00:35.720right? That's really what I think the question sort of is at this point. And I want you to take
00:00:39.440a look at some key Senate race, Dem poll margins. Look at this. These are all states that Donald
00:00:44.160Trump won by 10 points just two years ago. And look at this. They're competitive in Kansas,
00:00:49.300which of course hasn't had a Democratic senator since 1932 or winning one. Iowa up by a point,
00:00:54.620though well within the margin of error. Texas, James Tallarico, three-point advantage in Texas,
00:00:59.120but again, very, very close. Alaska, Mary Patola, we're talking about three-point lead there. And
00:01:03.320then Ohio, Sherrod Brown up by four. And these are all in states that Donald Trump won by at least
00:01:09.26010 points back in 2024. So what we're seeing is those national leads that Democrats are having,
00:01:15.420including in our own CNN poll, seem to be funneling down to the state level in these key
00:01:20.380Senate races. I need the history here. So how have polls with Democrats leading Trump won in Trump
00:01:27.820one states? How have they performed normally? Okay. So I know a lot of our viewers. I get this
00:01:33.920question perhaps more than any other question, which is, can we trust the polls? We feel like
00:01:39.300we've seen this song or we've seen this dance before. We've heard this song before. And you
00:01:44.180know what? There is reason to be cautious. There is reason to be cautious. Trust no one. Trust no
00:01:48.780one. Trust no one. Trust me and trust my mother. She was a great doctor. That's what I'm talking
00:01:52.480about here. There is a reason why you should, in fact, be nervous if you're a Democrat and perhaps
00:01:57.100be, you know, there's some reason for a little excitement if you're a Republican. GOP outperformed
00:02:01.900the final Senate poll averages. And I want you to look by the state's prior presidential result,
00:02:06.340ergo blue states, the states that Trump lost, and then the red states that Trump won. Look at this.
00:02:11.460The GOP is far more likely to outperform their final Senate poll averages by 4.1 points in the
00:02:18.660states that Trump won. And we know in this election cycle, Kate, that the Democrats need to win in a
00:02:25.220lot of Trump states in order to win control of the Senate. And not just Trump states, but states
00:02:30.300that Trump won by double digits back in 2024. So you see this 4.1. If this was fought in blue
00:02:35.980states, we really have not seen that Republicans outperform their polls in the blue states. It's
00:02:41.080really concentrated in the red states. We saw it in 2018. We saw it in 2020. We saw it in 2022.
00:02:46.020to. We saw it in 2024 as well. What's the term for this? Democratic overestimation or Republican
00:02:52.800underestimation? That is the great question. I mean, what do you think? I tend to think that
00:02:57.940what's probably going on is there are some Republican voters who are simply put not getting
00:03:02.540picked up by the polls. So then what does it mean for the Senate? And what does it mean for the
00:03:06.360Senate? That is, I think, the key question. If, in fact, if we have the 2026 Senate map, but you
00:03:12.460take the polling averages and then you say that, hey, the Republicans will outrun the polling
00:03:17.880averages by 4.1 points in the states that Trump won. Look at this. This is, I think, the key nugget.
00:03:22.620Republicans would maintain control of the Senate with some room to spare, 52 to 48, because they
00:03:27.720would win in Michigan, right? They'd hold on to Ohio. They would hold on to Texas. They would
00:03:32.660hold on coming to Kate's side of the board. They'd hold on to Alaska. Yeah. Yeah, I'd come back to my
00:03:36.900side of the board. So the bottom line is this. Yes, Democrats are ahead right now. If the polling
00:03:41.540averages end up being the result. Democrats can control the Senate. If we have the same average
00:03:45.760bias we've had in the past, well, I don't know. I don't know, says Harry Anton. So you just got
00:03:53.360to wait till the end. I think you're going to have to wait till the end to see if the past biases of
00:03:57.140the polling averages in the red states hold. If they do, it's going to be a good night for Republicans.
00:04:01.320But hey, history is made to be broken. But let's talk about Minnesota. Yeah, that's the other one.
00:04:06.080And on the other side, Republicans think they can flip a Democratic state here again.
00:04:10.220In 2024, Trump carried the state, show you what it looked like.
00:04:13.600Relatively close here for Republicans.
00:04:15.280They've been trying for decades to flip Minnesota.
00:04:17.780What they think is working in their favor here is there's a state scandal there about Medicaid fraud.
00:04:23.120The governor, Tim Walz, didn't run for reelection, I think, because of it.
00:08:59.460I mean, people, you're a veteran of this, people would normally that you would not see
00:09:03.520coming up to vote are coming up to vote.
00:09:05.600Yes. So I just got a call from a precinct chair that was at a location out in, I believe it was Carrollton.
00:09:14.700And he called me an hour ago. He said, you won't believe, but I just seen a school bus pull up, kids getting out, probably, you know, 18 high schoolers.
00:09:25.920And they are coming in and they're voting. And he says, I can tell you they're they're voting Democrat.
00:09:30.220And I'm like, we've got to compete. We've got to do the same thing. We've got to get our our conservatives from colleges.
00:09:41.760SMU is a big, you know, it's a conservative college. We've got to get we've got to do the same thing.
00:09:48.280You know, we've got to compete. We've got to do things a little bit out of the box.
00:09:51.840I don't care if you've got to go pick up your grandmother, grandkids, take them to the polls,
00:09:57.240because the future of Texas is really is going to be decided in the next two weeks.
00:10:03.240And I don't want to live in a communist socialist Texas.
00:12:03.000But I didn't see any respect to the African-American community from Tallarico.
00:12:08.220This situation, I just don't see, given the warrior culture of Texas with Texas high school football.
00:12:14.180And I just don't see black men down in Houston and other places sitting there going to vote for somebody that wants to put their son in a dress.
00:12:22.340Given the culture of Texas high school football and they go to college, they get a great education, their ticket out.
00:12:28.600Is that and nobody's talking about it.
00:13:09.760And that is what we. What do you mean, skin idolatry? Well, they put their race over everything.0.88
00:13:16.380And that is what and that's what they are voting with. They're voting with the promises of, oh, this politician is going to come in and he is going to, you know, do awesome things for the black community when it is the American community.
00:13:29.800We are all suffering under these Democrats.
00:13:33.140And I just really want the black Americans that vote traditionally Democrat, you know,
00:13:40.420in your heart that you are conservative, that God is God is number one.
00:13:46.480God in faith and family and country is the source of who we are.
00:13:51.360And you know that you were brought up that way.
00:13:53.440But, you know, but listening to this whole idea of, oh, black issues, black issues.0.58
00:14:01.000And that is what's drawing them and keeping them away from not voting Republican.0.98
00:14:06.700I'm going to ask you to stick for at least the game in the next segment.
00:14:10.340Neil Bush came out today with a brutal letter about Ken Paxton, your candidate.
00:14:16.000But it wasn't just a beatdown on Paxton.
00:14:18.040It then flipped and made the positive case for Tallarico.
00:14:21.660right? Particularly Tallarico as a Christian. So we're going to take a shortcut.0.51
00:14:26.480Isaiah Mason joins us from Dallas County, Texas. Back in a moment.
00:14:51.660One of my favorite days of the year, Veterans Day, is coming up,
00:15:02.720and Birch Gold Group is commemorating it with something I think you'll really appreciate.
00:15:08.440From now until 30 October, for every $10,000 you purchase from Birch Gold,
00:15:14.560you get a free patriotic silver round, and there's no limit on how many you can earn.
00:15:21.160What's more, Birch Gold can help you convert your existing retirement savings into a gold IRA without spending a dime in taxes or penalties.
00:15:29.940For current and former military, they will waive fees for the entire first year on purchases of any amount.
00:15:38.360Birch Gold has earned an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and served tens of thousands of customers, a lot of them viewers and members of the War Room posse.
00:15:49.840I trust them, and I think you'll see why.
00:15:53.880Text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 for a free information kit
00:15:58.820and to claim eligibility for your free silver on a qualifying purchase before 30 October.
00:16:06.520That's Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:17:35.880They they want they want to seize back the Republican power of Texas.
00:17:40.880That's what this is all boils down to.
00:17:43.300There there are a bunch of bitter Bettys, you know, that they lost to the to the MAGA, the MAGA extremists, you know.
00:17:52.560And honestly, it's disgusting that they would basically almost commit treason by going over to the to the enemy's camp, all because of their obsession and their ego of not having what they consider dominance over Texas.
00:18:41.280If you are outside of Texas and you have Republican relatives that live in Texas, call them, urge them to get to the polls now through the 30th and November 3rd.
00:18:58.620You we're counting on this is going to be it's all going to come down to turnout.
00:19:03.680That's it. That's it. That's all we that's all we have at this point.
00:19:07.740It's going to come down to who turns out at the polls.
00:19:11.280So, I say, on any day, especially in 2026, okay, if you're having doubts about who to
00:19:21.220vote for, especially if you consider yourself to be a Republican or at least somebody that's
00:19:26.440just common sense, even a common sense Democrat, okay, just common sense, I'm going to tell
00:19:32.040you this, that a bad Republican is worse than any good Republican.
00:19:38.540I mean, a bad Republican is worse than a good Democrat on any day.
00:19:45.440A bad Republican is better than a good Democrat.
00:20:03.700And when you vote, vote for Ken Paxton, vote for Abbott, vote up and down the ballot for every single Republican on the ballot, whether you know them or whether you don't vote for every single Republican up and down the ballot.
00:20:23.400And if you're in Dallas County, vote no on the bonds.
00:21:10.000I believe they're headed to Louisiana right now.
00:21:12.440And it is so important to engage them.
00:21:14.460That's why Patriot Mobile is sponsoring the Concerned Women for America bus, the NRA bus.
00:21:18.560We are trying to do everything we can to put our money behind.
00:21:21.520Are these buses going statewide or is it mainly the fight, the center of gravity of this fight in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and north?
00:21:28.520so the texas bus for from cwa came through dallas mid-cities and fort worth and then they headed to
00:21:37.680louisiana and then they're going to birmingham alabama yes and i was actually live streaming
00:21:43.180the live the louisiana spot just just a few minutes ago and it was amazing and such a firehouse
00:21:48.380of women who care about our country who care about their children i think about this flyer
00:21:53.400And this is, I got this yesterday in the mail.
00:21:56.840I have a six-year-old son and I, my husband and I looked at each other and we said, oh
00:22:02.920my gosh, if our son, I mean, obviously he didn't read the mail in this situation, but
00:22:07.080if he would have read that, how crazy.
00:22:22.540Well, I don't know how it works, but I know that Tala Frico is behind this message and he has done everything in his power when he was in the Texas House to vote for things like this, transgendering our children.0.88
00:22:33.560And as a mom, not on my watch and not in my Texas.
00:22:37.500Regardless of who sent this, because it's a big controversy about who this came from.
00:22:41.220This is Tala Rico's, Tala Frico's policies.
00:22:45.880The most powerful spot in this cycle that I've seen, we've been in Texas for, I think, six months since January, is the one with the mom, Hispanic mom sitting there looking right into the camera saying, hey, in this state with what James Tallarico tried to do in his time in the House and what he's going to do in the U.S. Senate, he's trying to criminalize against parents.
00:23:07.000If parents don't agree that their children are going to be one of, what does Taller here say, 15 genders, they actually, the law can get involved and intrude into the family structure in Texas.
00:23:19.480That's a nonstarter for people, right?
00:23:23.520And as a mom of two young children, I think every mom in America, I mean, not just Texas moms, every mom in America would be appalled if their child was being taken away by the state because they are maybe confused or going through some stuff.
00:23:37.680And maybe there are school counselors that are convincing them of something or their peer group.
00:23:41.560I'm not saying that there are not children that maybe need help.
00:23:43.980And maybe there are situations where we need to give them the help that they need, but they should never be removed from their parents who are under their care and over them until they're at least 18 years old to make a decision that would be life altering for the rest of their life.
00:23:57.460So as a mom, as a Christian, as a conservative, I would urge everyone at home to engage because this is affecting our children and our grandchildren today.
00:24:07.980And the people that we put in office right here in the next 20 days is going to affect our children immediately.
00:24:15.860The reason we've had Osaya here from who's at the tip of the spear down in Dallas County.
00:24:20.800The first two days have been historic turn.
00:24:24.060I mean, they've been historic turnouts and they're at presidential levels.
00:24:27.460That's right. The question is, and we have people going through the analysis. We'll have them on tomorrow morning show. The are they cannibalizing their four or four voters? Or is this as Josiah's friend calls and said, hey, a school bus just rolled up with a bunch of 18 year olds and they ain't voting for Ken Paxton. Right.
00:25:06.900It was a low turnout, but lost by 14 points.
00:25:10.040These people are highly motivated, and they're working nonstop.
00:25:13.660What is your message as the head of strategic alliance? And you're in touch with all the faith groups, the women's concern groups and grassroots leaders as we're now within two weeks.
00:25:25.020It's obvious they not. We've talked about them targeting Texas, but they are here and they're determined to win.
00:25:31.500They've been here and it should scare everyone at home how much the Democrats are all working together.
00:25:38.720The extremists on, quite frankly, so many sides.0.60
00:25:40.880You see the Islamists working with the LGBTQ, working with the socialists.
00:25:45.300I mean, this is terrifying what's happening on the other side.0.88
00:25:47.800So for us, I talk to people who, for example, go to my son's school, and maybe they're a
00:25:52.700little bit more conservative, but they're not engaged in politics.
00:25:55.640And I've actually challenged a few of them about their vote mattering, because I think
00:26:00.000that some people believe that, oh, they're never going to actually win Texas.
00:26:03.520And they're obviously not watching your show and really not seeing the numbers that we're
00:28:02.800stick around. So many brands today claim to stand for American values, but most of the time
00:28:22.920it's all talk and no action. That's what makes Patriot Mobile different. For more than 12 years,
00:28:29.260Patriot Mobile has been living their values and standing in the gap for every American who believes freedom is worth fighting for.
00:28:36.660Their business was founded on a simple conviction.
00:28:40.000If culture is being shaped through commerce, Americans deserve a real conservative alternative.
00:28:46.280Today, Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider,
00:28:52.420offering higher priority nationwide service on any of the three major U.S. networks with unlimited data plans.
00:28:59.260Free international calling to over 200 countries and 100 percent U.S.-based customer service.
00:29:07.500Besides the great tech, what truly sets Patriot Mobile apart is their mission.
00:29:12.980Every year, Patriot Mobile contributes millions to organizations defending free speech, religious liberty, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment and America's future.
00:29:22.840Patriot Mobile is not sitting on the sidelines.
00:29:26.040they're on the front lines fighting for our freedoms for a limited time they're offering
00:29:31.920back to school special of 50 off all wireless plans for three months go to patriot mobile.com
00:29:38.460slash bannon or call 972 patriot use promo code bannon 50 for 50 off all wireless plans for three
00:29:45.920months that's 972 patriot to make the switch and to make it today red the color of communism green
00:29:55.100the color of the Islamists. Together, the red-green alliance. In Germany, they marched
00:30:00.540for a caliphate. In France, the hard left marched with the mob. Now it's here. It's
00:30:05.540infiltrated Colombia, Harvard, UCLA. In Michigan, they chant death to America. And their candidates?
00:30:12.080Ilhan Omar on 9-11. Some people did something. Abdul El-Sayed after Iran's Ayatollah was killed.
00:30:19.500Friday in Dearborn. There are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad today.
00:33:39.460He pretends like he's like he's an American citizen.
00:33:44.320He's got caught on tape saying that he's a dual citizen of Egypt.0.73
00:33:49.560He pretends like he's not Muslim Brotherhood.
00:33:53.080When we know he we have a video out now from like 2009 where he's preaching and running the Muslim Brotherhood Student Association.
00:34:03.920His sister bragged about how his family's in the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:34:08.120His mother was in the Muslim Brotherhood. This guy is a Trojan horse candidate. Here's the0.98
00:34:15.180problem. These Democrats, today's Democrats, today's communists are teaming up with these
00:34:21.640Islamists, the Red Green Alliance, to deliver electoral power. And their goal is the destruction0.99
00:34:28.740of the West, the destruction of Europe. And they're going to bring that destruction to America.0.97
00:34:34.480That's why it's so critical that the war room posse gets out and votes and votes Republican for this November.0.54
00:34:43.620And, Mike, if let's just say that we can't get a red wave, what exactly?
00:34:52.580You know, we see what's happening in Europe. What exactly is going to happen here?
00:34:57.120Do you believe we're going to have more candidates that are part of that red-green alliance that are infiltrating our country and running for office if we don't vote red this November?0.87
00:35:10.960We're not going to have a red wave this November, but what we need to do is stop the blue wave.
00:35:16.780And that blue wave is not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party.
00:35:20.820These are not FDR or JFK Democrats who love America and just disagree with Republicans on the best way to get there.0.74
00:35:43.560Look, any president during a midterm election going back decades with very few exceptions suffers losses during midterm elections.
00:35:55.100What we need to do is stem those losses.
00:35:58.860We need to make sure that there is not a red-green alliance tsunami.
00:36:05.240We cannot allow people like Abdul Bahamut al-Sayed to win in Michigan.
00:36:12.520We need to make sure that other communists around the country, in these Senate races in particular, like Texas, we need to make sure that Paxton wins in Texas instead of Tallarico, who's a communist.0.73
00:36:29.140We need to make sure that Ashley Henson wins in Iowa instead of her communist challenger.0.75
00:36:35.940We have these key races, particularly Senate races around the country.
00:36:41.060And this is what we're going to decide in this next election.
00:36:45.000Even if Democrats win the House of Representatives, let's keep that win to a minimum.
00:36:51.300And we need to make sure that the Democrats do not win the House and the Senate because we need President Trump over the next year, two years finishing the job.
00:37:02.460We have four Supreme Court justices who are in their 70s.
00:37:08.140Do we want a Republican Senate confirming President Trump's judges for the next two years, or do we want a Democrat Senate blocking President Trump's judicial nominees over the next two years and then filling those Supreme Court vacancies in two years with a Democrat president, Democrat House, Democrat Senate?
00:37:35.600We need to make sure that we get out and vote.
00:39:43.800Again, the Justice Department got a Hillary Clinton donating judge, a D.C. magistrate judge, to order a home raid on Ilhan Omar.
00:39:54.420And I guarantee you that home raid is not because she wrote down that she was 17 instead of 18 to get her derivative citizenship as a minor.
00:40:05.620I bet you anything there is a there is a RICO investigation against Ilhan Omar and many, many, many others.
00:40:14.080President Trump gave up a lot to go serve this country.
00:40:19.040They almost killed him. They almost imprisoned him several times.
00:40:22.920They almost bankrupted him and he needs to be able to finish the job.
00:40:27.700That requires that his supporters from 2016, his supporters from 2020, his supporters from
00:40:36.8602024 get out and vote and bank your vote.
00:46:08.520The entire purpose of the war room is to use your agency to make sure that you are living
00:46:15.460your best life with as much information as you possibly need.
00:46:20.060And that's why we started with birch gold years ago, started doing this, I think, five or six years ago on the end of the end of the dollar empire when gold was around eleven hundred bucks an ounce, I think.
00:46:30.480Now over four thousand get the pattern recognition.
00:46:33.200Also, we understand costs are up, particularly in health care and health insurance.
