00:00:00.000 Against voter intimidation continues in the courts. Democrats in Congress are already preparing for
00:00:05.520 Donald Trump to look for ways to interfere in the midterms. NPR reports this, quote,
00:00:10.640 the top Democrats on the House and Senate Intelligence Committees say they are operating
00:00:15.000 under the presumption that President Trump and his allies will allege voter fraud
00:00:19.560 related to this year's midterms in order to justify election interference by claiming
00:00:25.360 foreign interference in the voting process. And if any of these warnings sound hysterical or
00:00:32.600 overblown to you, here's Donald Trump's attorney, General Todd Blanche, earlier today.
00:00:40.180 It's not DOJ's intention to, and it's never our intention, to improperly interfere with elections
00:00:45.660 or the state confirmation process or certification process. But, you know, to say that there's no
00:00:51.100 circumstances that we would ever do that, of course, I'm not going to say that.
00:00:53.640 Of course I won't say that. I know what Donald Trump wants me to do, so of course I'm not going
00:01:00.900 to rule it out. This existential question and threat coming from the White House
00:01:07.300 about free and fair elections and whether or not they will survive Donald Trump's full-on assault.
00:01:14.360 The Donald Trump administration is arguably the most influential this century and probably as
00:01:20.000 well, dating back a good portion of the last century as well. Love it, like it, lump it.
00:01:24.620 Trump is remaking in the United States of America. Let's talk about tariffs first, right? There's all
00:01:28.880 this talk that Donald Trump always chickens out when it comes to tariffs. Uh-uh. No tacos for
00:01:34.360 Trump. The effective tariff rate. Get this. It's 18 percent, the highest, the highest since the FDR
00:01:39.900 administration in the 1930s, up from, get this, just 2 percent last year. From just 2 percent last
00:01:45.900 year. We're talking about a level, an effective tariff rate level. Get this nine times as high
00:01:51.760 this year than last year. But it's not just on tariffs, which, of course, Donald Trump ran on
00:01:56.480 in which you're seeing a tremendously influential presidency. What about immigration? Of course,
00:02:01.320 Trump ran and has always run on a very hawkish immigration platform. Get this 2025 net migration 0.97
00:02:07.940 in the United States down at least 60 percent from last year. In fact, we may be heading for
00:02:12.980 the first time in at least 50 years in which we have net negative, net negative migration into
00:02:19.620 the United States. And last year, of course, in 2024, the net migration in the U.S. was 2.8
00:02:25.180 million. This year, we might be talking about negative net migration. My goodness gracious.
00:02:30.140 Now, of course, this is part of the larger story, as I was mentioning. We're talking about
00:02:35.120 immigration, net migration. We're talking about the effective tariff rate. But get this. How is
00:02:40.060 Donald Trump doing it? Well, he is signing a ton of executive orders. Get this 180, the most in a
00:02:46.840 year since Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Oh, my goodness. You have to go back to the first half
00:02:52.760 of the 20th century, the last century. And to make a comparison, Joe Biden signed, get this,
00:02:57.660 just 77 during his entire first year. And we're only a little bit in August so far. And Donald
00:03:03.740 Trump making history with 180, 180 executive orders signed so far this year. So that's why
00:03:10.420 I said that in my mind, Donald Trump is the most influential president of this century and probably
00:03:15.620 dating back a good portion of the last century. That is because he is remaking the country in
00:03:20.580 terms of tariffs. He is remaking the country in terms of net migration. And he is remaking the
00:03:25.920 country in terms of how much policy changes he's putting through in executive orders. As I said,
00:03:30.760 It truly is history-making. Love it, like it, or lump it.
00:03:35.060 Yeah, yeah. I mean, a couple of very simple facts up front.
00:03:37.700 Number one, our elections are secure, safe, and fair, and always have been.
00:03:41.520 And of course, you know, Donald Trump, since he emerged into the public imagination,
00:03:44.380 has denied that over and over and over again.
00:03:46.840 And every time an election doesn't go his way, and actually even when elections do go his way,
00:03:51.620 he claims that they are corrupt.
00:03:53.040 He claims that there are illegal aliens voting in those elections.
00:03:56.060 He's claiming, as he did in July in a speech to the nation,
00:03:58.780 that foreign powers are interfering in our election. None of that is true.
00:04:02.780 Fact one. Fact number two is that the federal government, Todd Blanche, and the president have
00:04:07.520 absolutely no jurisdiction over our elections. And you don't have to be a lawyer to know that.
00:04:13.200 You can just go read the Constitution, which gives authority over our elections to the states
00:04:17.540 overseen by Congress. And fact number three is he is going to claim that the election
00:04:22.700 that is coming up in 12 days is corrupt in some way or another. One of the ways in which
00:04:28.620 I and Mark Warner, my counterpart on the Senate side, are very attuned. There's all kinds of
00:04:33.400 things he may try. You know, again, he loves that trope of, you know, millions or thousands or
00:04:38.600 whatever it is of illegal aliens voting in our elections, which has never happened.
00:04:42.940 But one of the things he might try is to say, well, I've just received information that the
00:04:46.520 Iranians or the Russians or the Chinese or the Venezuelans have taken control of the voting
00:04:51.080 machines in Michigan, which, again, is not a thing, but it's one of the one of the eventualities
00:04:55.620 that we're preparing for. What does history say about the accuracy of polling, particularly when
00:05:00.240 it comes to how Republicans vote in Senate races? Yeah, sometimes it feels like deja vu all over
00:05:05.560 again, Anderson, right? It feels like I'm Yogi Berra, and we've seen this story before. And
00:05:10.320 indeed, we have seen this story before, because take a look at this. Okay, how about the GOP in
00:05:16.740 the Trump era? GOP outperformed their final Senate poll averages. In the states that Trump has won,
00:05:22.280 look at this. They've outperformed on average by 4.1 points. And of course, Democrats need to win
00:05:28.600 a slew of states that Donald Trump not just won in 2024, but won by double digits. Of course,
00:05:35.040 we're talking about states like Texas, states like Alaska, states like Iowa, states like Ohio.
00:05:41.380 So what happens if we get the exact same polling error this time around? Well, what happens? Hello,
00:05:48.000 this is what happens we get republicans actually holding on so the question ultimately is is the
00:05:53.540 polling going to be right this time around or republicans going to outperform like they have
00:05:56.920 in the past if they have republicans hold on if the polling is right on the democrats head to a
00:06:01.300 majority anderson i don't know what's going to happen hold the press into the oval office and
00:06:05.740 we thought okay good we're going to get a chance to like talk about cyber security and some real
00:06:08.980 things and instead the president started talking about the russia hoax the muller investigation
00:06:13.540 And if you go back and look at the footage, Chris Grebs and I are like, oh, how do we slowly slide out of the frame here?
00:06:19.580 That's not why we're here at the White House.
00:06:21.880 And so the president's still thinking about that from his first term.
00:06:25.040 He doesn't want to be investigated again.
00:06:28.060 It's going to happen.
00:06:29.040 The train is coming.
00:06:30.340 The accountability is coming.
00:06:32.080 Even if he offers up these pardons, been having a lot of conversations with congressional Democrats.
00:06:37.660 There are a lot of things that they can still do.
00:06:41.140 People are not going to get out of this administration scot-free, and I'd also issue a warning to my fellow conservatives out there.
00:06:47.900 If you really want a presidential administration to be able to use a tiny office inside of DHS of a couple of contractors to be able to review the voter rolls in every state and then go decide whether people get to exercise their democratic rights, you ain't going to like that when a Democrat's president.
00:07:04.760 You ain't going to want to imbue that kind of power in some little tiny black box office that I used to oversee at DHS and allow them to determine and influence Americans' rights to vote.
00:07:17.100 So I think there is, on the back end of this, going to be much, much bigger reforms than we saw in the wake of the Watergate era. 0.85
00:07:23.740 All right, Peter's back with us. Let's talk about polling.
00:07:25.780 Is this just a product of pollsters just really not wanting to be wrong and are trying to invent ways to say we could be wrong?
00:07:34.300 Maybe it's this because the polling does look so outrageously bad for Republicans right now.
00:07:40.400 Yeah, I mean, that would be what what pollsters and data folks call herding, that that pollsters, not great ones, probably are, you know, directing their polls to align with the news cycle and sentiment.
00:07:52.380 Good pollsters will model, they'll correct for non-response bias or the inability to reach voters via landline cell phone with their models.
00:08:03.240 I did find this echelon poll interesting because, look, the generic ballot lead for Democrats nationally, according to Nate Silver, on the average is about nine points right now.
00:08:12.400 State Navigate in Virginia, a Virginia-based data firm, has the generic ballot lead for Democrats at 20 points.
00:08:18.640 Virginia is obviously more blue-purple leading than some of these other states
00:08:22.460 The echelon numbers that I wrote about that you cited
00:08:26.020 Had a three-point lead for Republicans
00:08:29.740 When factored in the neighbor question
00:08:33.420 And look, I mean, this is not bulletproof
00:08:36.520 But the USC Dornsife Center out here in Los Angeles
00:08:40.240 They did a study after 2020
00:08:41.880 Where pollsters were coming back to the polls in the Biden-Trump race
00:08:46.180 showing Biden with a seven or eight point lead.
00:08:48.960 But when you ask the question,
00:08:50.560 who do you think your neighbor
00:08:51.340 or your social circle is going to vote for?
00:08:53.560 The results are actually closer
00:08:54.760 to the final outcome of the election,
00:08:56.420 which was Biden winning by around four points.
00:08:59.440 Now, this doesn't necessarily mean shy Trump voter.
00:09:02.500 It could be people responding to polls
00:09:04.860 saying what they think they should say.
00:09:07.660 They're talking to a media organization.
00:09:09.540 They're reading the headlines.
00:09:11.120 They think Democrats are going to win.
00:09:13.060 But this gives them a little air cover,
00:09:14.940 this question to maybe say what they really think. The other thing, too, is like this could just be
00:09:20.180 an outlier, Katie. I mean, I don't think anyone really thinks that Republicans have a three point
00:09:24.320 lead on the generic ballot, but it does suggest that these races could be closer than some of
00:09:30.720 the polls are showing. And look, this happened in 2020. There were plenty of races. And that
00:09:34.860 was a presidential year. Different, different scenario. But a lot of the states on the ballot
00:09:38.700 this year, South Carolina, Iowa, you know, some of those races have Democrats winning in polls,
00:09:43.600 Good polls. New York Times-Siena poll had Democrats winning in some of those races, and Republicans ended up outperforming the polls.
00:09:50.220 One more thing that's very interesting, Katie. Fox did polls yesterday where they asked Texas, for example, do you want James Tallarica or Ken Paxton to win?
00:09:58.120 Tallarica was up by two in that poll. The same poll asked, who do you want to control the Senate?
00:10:04.060 And Texas voters said Republicans by one. So that's a sort of another wrinkle here, which is, you know, some voters in these states say they want a divided Senate.
00:10:12.640 Yeah. And there's also just a feeling this is what I was getting when I was in Texas. And this I'm a little less I'm a little more skeptical of the polling in Texas having been there because I did just get a lot of I'm going to vote for the team, which was the message from Angie Nixon, which it means you have a terrible candidate.
00:10:31.380 But the polling or the Republican impulse, it's just so deeply ingrained in Texas.
00:10:39.120 And it feels like it's hard to break, which makes me wonder about what you found or what you're reporting about, which is, are pollsters getting honest answers or are they just getting the answers that people think they want to hear?
00:10:52.480 Yeah. And there's also the question, this is a midterm year.
00:10:54.660 It's about base turnout and enthusiasm.
00:10:57.200 There could be, you know, some of those voters you talked to in Texas, Katie, you know, maybe they didn't want to tell you who they were voting for.
00:11:04.380 Maybe, as John DelVolpe said in that previous segment, they're going to vote for Democrats.
00:11:08.740 They also might just stay home.
00:11:10.780 Like, that might be the thing.
00:11:11.960 They can't bring themselves to vote for a Democrat.
00:11:14.440 But, again, Iowa, Texas, these are jump ball races.
00:11:19.800 Don't trust the polls if you're a Democrat in that sense.
00:11:22.100 You just have to run through the tape.
00:11:24.160 Everyone's going to go out and vote.
00:11:25.380 Peter Hamby.
00:11:26.500 Oh, it's good to have you. It's all going to come down to turnout.
00:11:30.280 Oh, yeah. It's my favorite. All right, Peter, thanks so much.
00:11:38.020 Katie Turk gets it. It's Friday, 23 October, year of alert, 2026. It will come down to turnout.
00:11:43.500 She spent time here in Texas and she ain't believing the polls. I'm sure the Democrats
00:11:48.340 will. We actually have real numbers. Luke Macias joins us. Luke, we've got a couple of minutes on
00:11:52.560 this side. We're going to hold you through that to the other. The president's also coming out to
00:11:57.060 leave for Florida for a rally at Fort Myers. He may have a gaggle. Luke Macias, the Texas math
00:12:04.320 as you see it right now, sir. Look, we haven't gotten the full reports from yesterday, and I do
00:12:11.780 think that yesterday, Thursday, will be the first day that Republicans outvoted Democrats statewide
00:12:17.760 in Texas. So I think that will be good news. I'm going to give you one county that we do have all 0.97
00:12:22.700 four days as an example. Tarrant County, the largest red county in Texas, the largest red
00:12:27.140 county in America. Really? Democrats outvoted Republicans by 6,000 votes on day one of early
00:12:34.160 voting. They outvoted Republicans by 3,000 votes on day two, and they outvoted Republicans by 1,000
00:12:40.220 votes on day three, giving them a 10,000 vote lead in Tarrant County right now when it comes to
00:12:45.280 Democrats versus Republicans who have cast ballots. That's not even counting the independents.
00:12:50.260 Yesterday, by our numbers, we got it late last night, a thousand more Republicans cast ballots
00:12:55.940 in Tarrant County than Democrats. So finally on day four, we at least offset the previous day's
00:13:01.840 lead that Democrats have. Now, what we need to see on Friday and Saturday are so many Republicans
00:13:07.100 that go to the polls that we offset the last two days. We are going to lose Sunday. Remember,
00:13:12.280 every Democrat pastor in Texas is going to tell their congregants, go vote today and vote for
00:13:17.400 James Tallarico. They don't care. They're very outspoken. Republican pastors don't like talking
00:13:22.940 about this stuff. Democrat pastors do. They'll do their souls to the polls program. Democrats will
00:13:27.780 net more votes than Republicans on Sunday. And then it's up to us to claw back Monday, Tuesday,
00:13:32.340 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. But right now, you're just seeing a massive surge of Democrats.
00:13:37.100 I will tell you, Republicans are turning out at an even slightly higher clip than they normally
00:13:42.240 do in a midterm, but it's not enough. And so what we need to see is we need to see that energy for
00:13:47.380 Republicans that's clearly on the uptick, just continue to notch up. We have to wake up more
00:13:53.080 patriots if we're going to give ourselves a statewide advantage big enough for Ken Paxton
00:13:57.180 to hold. This actually is quickly becoming not about the entire state. Now, by the way, if we
00:14:03.040 don't correct the numbers, we would lose the entire state. I think we will correct the numbers enough
00:14:06.720 to save most of everything,
00:14:08.580 but we've got to juice it for Ken.
00:14:11.900 Luke Macias, hang on for one second.
00:14:14.020 The question I've got when we get back
00:14:15.580 is about lower propensity voters.
00:14:17.980 Are the Democrats with this huge turnout,
00:14:20.360 presidential cycle turnout,
00:14:22.000 are they cannibalizing their game day vote?
00:14:26.500 We've got Luke Macias with him.
00:14:27.720 We're absolutely packed.
00:14:29.040 Waldo, Waldo's going all over the country.
00:14:33.200 The president's about to leave for Fort Myers.
00:14:35.240 He's going to do a gaggle, of course.
00:14:36.720 We're going to pick that up live.
00:14:39.600 Get thee behind me, Satan, Billy Joe Shaver, and also John Anderson, who just passed away this week.
00:14:47.340 We're going to honor John Anderson all morning this morning with this great song.
00:14:51.560 Short commercial break.
00:14:52.460 Luke Macias, DeGrasse on the other side.
00:14:59.120 One of my favorite days of the year, Veterans Day, is coming up,
00:15:02.260 and Birch Gold Group is commemorating it with something I think you'll really appreciate.
00:15:07.720 From now until 30 October, for every $10,000 you purchase from Birch Gold,
00:15:13.860 you get a free patriotic silver round, and there's no limit on how many you can earn.
00:15:20.700 What's more, Birch Gold can help you convert your existing retirement savings
00:15:24.700 into a gold IRA without spending a dime in taxes or penalties.

00:15:37.880 Birch Gold has earned an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and served tens of thousands of customers, a lot of them viewers and members of the War Room posse.

00:16:25.540 pencil call 845 war room that's 845 war room call it right now i'm serious call it now here's why
00:16:34.440 the insurance companies and their lackeys in the washington swamp have built a medicare system
00:16:40.060 design to confuse you and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print nobody but
00:16:47.680 a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too
00:16:52.760 little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you. That's why if you're
00:16:59.220 already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter. They have a team
00:17:05.700 of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes,
00:17:11.060 they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost. Why? They're a data company.
00:17:17.460 They have all the data on every plan. It's totally free. There's no pressure, no BS,
00:17:24.260 just straightforward, honest help from fellow patriots. So don't wait. Call 845-WAR-ROOM right
00:17:29.740 now that's 845 war room tell them bannon sent you now listen in the first couple of days of the
00:17:36.120 launch of this company with the war and posse posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of
00:17:42.060 thousands collectively of dollars in these fees go check it out today that's chapter
00:17:46.940 call 845 war room do it today war room here's your host stephen k ban
00:17:54.280 okay the media is in place the pool's in place and uh i think the president's gonna be coming
00:18:00.360 out we're gonna cut we got uh mccabe's out there today with a whole gag i believe the president's
00:18:05.840 gonna talk take questions from the media as he is want to do we're gonna cover that uh luke
00:18:11.100 messiah so luke reality check this is all and we're gonna have a couple of the pastors on today
00:18:16.560 one has gone around nationwide uh the other from texas talking about you talked about souls to the
00:18:22.760 polls that the Democrats have. I mean, these churches back the church buses up, the school
00:18:27.240 buses up, and man, they're rolling on Sunday. We don't really have anything that organized. However,
00:18:33.460 I believe this is going to come down to a big participation of the Christian vote,
00:18:38.000 not simply in Texas, but Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, where the
00:18:44.060 presidents come today. I think the secret weapon we have here is the Christians that we just have
00:18:50.580 to have turnout. What's your sense right now of like Harris County, others? Because you talked 0.82
00:18:54.980 about Tarrant County, which is one of the most red counties in the country. And I think of size,
00:19:02.260 of scale in the state of Texas, where they're turning out now, are they just turning out their
00:19:07.940 higher propensity for voters to kind of use it as a psyop and a shock treatment to people? So the
00:19:16.120 Media Every Day, Rachel Maddow and MSNBC, are laughing at us as they laughed at us in 24,
00:19:22.320 as they laughed at us in 22, as they laughed at 20 and 16, these races we won? Or is this real
00:19:28.780 and meaningful, sir? 4D voters, meaning people who voted in four of the last four Democrat primaries,
00:19:37.160 historically, about 39% of them would vote in the first three days, and 47% of them voted in the
00:19:43.960 first three days. Now, historically for Republicans, 37% of our four R voters would
00:19:50.040 have voted. And guess what? 37% voted. 28% of our three R's should have voted. 29% had voted.
00:19:58.960 We are basically either at or just above what our typical midterm turnout is, where Democrats in
00:20:05.500 every one of those buckets have an anywhere from 10 to two or three point advantage of what's gone
00:20:09.840 up. Now, the silver lining to that is they're cannibalizing people that should participate.
00:20:15.540 At the end of the day, most of those people should participate. But let's say they just
00:20:19.400 keep a one or two or three point advantage in some of those buckets over what we have.
00:20:24.460 Steve, the problem is we lose counties like Williamson County and Tarrant County to the
00:20:29.100 Democrats if that happens. So one of it is turning out our base quicker. Democrats also now have
00:20:34.380 afforded themselves more energy to go after a low propensity. Now, thank God they haven't found a
00:20:38.780 lot of low propensity in texas to turn out but that's what we have to do we have to not only
00:20:43.100 turn our base out we have to go find the rest of our friends and i spent yesterday reaching out to
00:20:47.960 a bunch of people who are less engaged in the political process to make sure that they not
00:20:51.700 only vote but vote this week i told them i need to know if you get hit by a bus on sunday that
00:20:56.680 you already cast your ballot before that happens so you have friday and saturday to bank that vote
00:21:03.060 And that's really what we're fighting against right now.
00:21:06.240 I think the message, and correct me if I'm wrong, but this thing, it's totally in play.
00:21:12.280 Don't believe the PSYOP, but it's going to be a struggle, and you're going to have to turn out.
00:21:18.760 We're going to have to turn out not simply yourself.
00:21:21.540 We're going to have to turn out your list of 10 to make sure that we don't have a blue wave.
00:21:27.060 I don't think you say a blue wave, but to have these opportunistic pickups in places like Texas, in places like Georgia, in places like Kansas, is that a good way to assess it?
00:21:37.820 I think if Republicans, yes, I think if Republicans keep showing up at the current rate, Texas will stay red, but Ken Paxton could lose.
00:21:45.020 If we want Ken Paxton to not only win, but actually have a one or two or three point margin, it is going to take Republicans turning out now, get your vote banked, and then reaching out and telling your friends who haven't voted to get out and vote.
00:21:59.580 And I've pushed this several times on several programs, Steve, and I'll just say it here.
00:22:04.160 Abbott Impact, you can literally go to your app store, Abbott Impact, download it, okay?
00:22:09.900 I know some people here aren't the biggest fans of Governor Abbott.
00:22:12.880 That's okay.
00:22:13.520 You don't need to ask specifically for him.
00:22:16.420 But that app, if you sync it, will tell you who of your patriots in Texas have not voted.
00:22:22.620 You can literally see everybody who's voted early and everybody who hasn't voted and specifically
00:22:27.080 reach out to them.
00:22:27.900 And I'm telling you, not only did I get a dozen or so friends to vote this week that weren't going to vote, they've downloaded the app and are reaching out to their friends.
00:22:36.680 And their friend circles are a lot less political than my friend circle, and half of my friends have not voted.
00:22:41.260 OK, that's what we're up against.
00:22:43.160 A majority of Republican base has not voted, let alone 80 percent of Republicans who are checked out.
00:22:49.200 So we have to turn them on to just how competitive it is and get them to vote this week.
00:22:55.800 Macias, one more time, give the Abbott Impact.
00:23:00.220 Where do people go to download that in the state of Texas?
00:23:03.060 You go to your app store, Abbott Impact, it's right here,
00:23:06.660 and literally you can sync your contacts,
00:23:09.060 and it will tell you who of your friends that are Republicans haven't voted.
00:23:13.180 And by the way, it even tells you who in your contacts are Democrats,
00:23:16.160 and it pegged mine 100%.
00:23:18.140 I could have told you all the people in my contacts that were Democrats,
00:23:21.060 they were in the app.
00:23:21.680 So then you can look at your friends who haven't voted and message them, text them, call them, and say, why haven't you voted?
00:23:27.920 Some of them told me, well, I just don't know.
00:23:30.100 Okay, can you please go vote?
00:23:31.780 And then you can complain to me next week.
00:23:33.440 And you know what?
00:23:34.260 They went, and these are people that are not motivated to go.
00:23:37.280 So I really do appreciate the Abbott Impact app and how it's empowered a lot of us to go to our friends.
00:23:43.140 You know this, but asking someone to vote doesn't really get them to the polls.
00:23:46.260 telling them, you know, they haven't voted that kind of shame and guilt will get people off their 0.97
00:23:51.600 butts. And so it's time to turn that against our friends and get, get their bus to the polls.
00:23:57.600 Shame and guilt works. Luke Macias, where do we go to get your content? You're putting up great
00:24:01.720 stuff all the time. Where do folks go? Luke Macias TX on, uh, on X I'm updating, trying to tell
00:24:07.660 people the low turnout counties that are Republican that they need to turn out West Texas and East
00:24:11.900 texas by the way have really still not turned out so any of your patriot listeners and viewers from
00:24:16.880 west texas or east texas got to go vote today or saturday and then tell their friends east texas
00:24:21.980 is not showing up at a high enough clip for ken paxton west texas is not showing up at a high
00:24:26.880 enough clip for ken paxton luke macia show on youtube and any of the podcast platforms you
00:24:30.820 listen to thank you brother appreciate you thank you steve god bless you thank you sir
00:24:36.480 um degrasse is on a conference call i've told him to stay in this conference call he's gonna
00:24:41.100 have real updates for us. But I'm going to push that probably to the 11 o'clock hour because it's
00:24:45.840 I think he's heading to the to the rally today in Fort Myer. I've told him to stay on the call.
00:24:50.820 We'll get a real update. Let's go to Todd Binsman. Todd, you're a Texan. Give me your sense of and
00:24:57.420 you're not a political guy. We're going to talk here about Omar and also about the focus on
00:25:03.280 illegal aliens voting. But just your sense as as a Texan. Where do you think we are in this?
00:25:11.100 Well, I live in Austin, so this is Blue Town. There does seem to be a lot of energy here
00:25:19.020 for Tallarico. So, I mean, really, I think this is sort of maybe a laboratory for
00:25:29.020 the whole election because Paxton basically lived and operated here. He's got his enemies here in
00:25:37.560 Austin at the state capitol, plenty of them over there. So I think it's, I mean, I'm watching the
00:25:44.440 polls. They look neck and neck. And I think it's also going to be a question of turnout. If they
00:25:52.560 can get the Reds to turn out, I think Paxson's got a good shot. Ultimately, this is about,
00:25:59.560 I think the ranchers and the cattlemen and the big ag out there in the rural Texas, the hinterlands, they got to turn out.
00:26:09.620 And I think it would be fine for Paxton.
00:26:13.080 And they've got some, look, there's no doubt people have issues all over.
00:26:16.580 I mean, people, some of the ranchers that would get big issues.
00:26:19.160 So we're going to have to work through that.
00:26:21.280 But that's going to be a big deal, particularly in the run up to the end of early voting, which is going to be next Friday here in Texas.
00:26:29.560 And I want to talk to you two things.
00:26:31.300 Number one, you had Harry Enten, you had people at the big top of the show talking about the plunge and even legal migration and how that's going to affect the vote.
00:26:40.660 I know we're going to talk about Omar and all that situation, but just give me the situation.
00:26:44.920 There has been a plunge in kind of legal immigration under President Trump.
00:26:50.340 Obviously, the MAGA base wants it to go to zero.
00:26:53.360 We want to stop all of these.
00:26:54.460 We'd love to have a 10-year more term in this.
00:26:56.180 But what is your sense of how that's going to affect this impact this election?
00:27:00.880 I mean, the media is making this thing out like the drop in citizenship swearing ins for new citizens is plunged, that they've sort of orchestrated this so that there'll be fewer left wingers to vote for to vote blue.
00:27:16.620 But actually, this has been going on from the very beginning of the Trump administration to revet and re-interview all of those who have come in through the system of LPR, refugee, asylum, all of these different kinds of family reunification, immigrant visas and that sort of thing to ultimately become citizens.
00:27:45.800 But the problem is that it's riven with fraud, Steve.
00:27:50.120 We know that if you lied about your refugee claim or your asylum claim and nobody, they just stamped you through under Biden five years down the line, you're going to go for your citizenship.
00:28:06.440 But they're putting a full stop to that.
00:28:08.880 Trump is putting a full stop to that and saying, wait, slow down.
00:28:11.680 we're going to make sure that we don't emboss this thing in brass or cement, some kind of a
00:28:18.660 fraud. And they're doing the right thing by just slowing the roll on citizenship. I don't think
00:28:25.940 that this has anything to do with trying to, you know, swing the election or something all of a
00:28:31.000 sudden now, like what they're saying, it's about doing the right thing. I don't think that the
00:28:36.140 numbers are really big enough anyway to swing the election. The decline in citizenship approvals
00:28:43.900 and that sort of thing, or denaturalizations is an even tinier number. So that's my take on it,
00:28:52.380 Steve. Okay, hang on. We're going to take a short break. We're going to come back. We're
00:28:55.960 going to talk about the national security issue around the Omar situation. It's not simply about
00:29:01.240 omar marrying her brother oh that's a direct question not to my knowledge right great answer
00:29:09.880 also carlos from the uh from the uh dallas express this great news source has got about care
00:29:16.840 talk about national security you have a terrorist organization that it's endorsing candidates
00:29:21.900 all over but particularly in the great state of texas we're going to cover all of that
00:29:26.200 billy joe shaver i don't think we get in this cut i don't think we get to the john anderson
00:29:31.020 part. Anyway, we're going to play the entire song
00:29:32.940 as soon as we have time. President of the United States
00:29:34.860 getting ready for a potential
00:29:37.060 gaggle at the White House.

00:34:10.540 Todd Bensman, this situation with Omar, I love her answer.
00:34:15.080 Hey, Chris Hayes is going out of his way.
00:34:19.880 This is a softball.
00:34:20.880 This is this. He goes from coach pitch to T-ball because she's so pathetic. 1.00
00:34:26.560 And he sits there and goes, is there these right wing shows? 0.93
00:34:30.020 Everything is there any way possible, any way possible that you could be in any chance related to this guy?
00:34:37.000 And she goes, not to my knowledge.
00:34:40.120 Chris Hayes was looking for a no.
00:34:42.180 OK, not a not to my knowledge. 0.74
00:34:44.340 But as ridiculous as she is and finally getting being brought to justice, it's actually speaks to a much deeper national security problem.
00:34:54.100 Todd Bensman, your thoughts. 0.71
00:34:57.280 Yeah, I have a piece out in The Daily Signal today about the broader implications of her investigation, the investigation of her, which, by the way, I just want to point out.
00:35:09.500 I was reading the Washington Post yesterday or the day before.
00:35:14.340 Yes, I do read it.
00:35:15.300 You got to read the opposition.
00:35:17.460 And they're making a big thing out of, well, this has already been investigated and they
00:35:21.120 didn't find anything.
00:35:22.620 Well, maybe one of the reasons they didn't find anything is because in 1991, there was
00:35:28.340 a civil war there and they overthrew Mohamed Siad Bar, the dictator, and Somalia went into
00:35:35.040 a state of anarchy for 22 years at least.
00:35:38.160 nobody got a birth certificate or a driver's license there was there were no records uniform
00:35:45.300 records of any sort given to anybody born there including omar and her and her whole family
00:35:52.200 military records the whole thing gone plus the civil war afterwards destroyed generations of
00:35:59.780 pre-1991 records so of course it's going to be uphill for investigators to find the records that
00:36:07.780 they need there. They're going to have to get very determined and they're going to have to get very
00:36:13.580 imaginative and resourceful to find workarounds. But hang on, but hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:36:19.060 This is the problem. Why do we have to get resourceful? If you can't get these directions
00:36:22.820 out there, hey, Ty goes to the runner, which is the United States and the United States. Just
00:36:26.420 bounce around the country. Don't fall into the trap. We got to play their game. We're going to
00:36:30.780 see in a moment their arrogance. We're going to have Carlos on here from the Dallas Express.
00:36:35.780 the arrogance of care right now in texas they're a terror they've been designated a terrorist
00:36:41.340 organization now they go into hearings all the time and and and giving you a bunch of lip what
00:36:45.960 they think ought to be done in the state of texas they're endorsing candidates and getting in back
00:36:50.560 at candidates as a terrorist organization these people are arrogant and if they smell fear or 0.99
00:36:57.040 they smell confusion they smell that you're gonna well you know maybe i gotta go back hell with the 0.98
00:37:01.760 records from if it's records then just talk hey say look we couldn't find any records any checks 0.87
00:37:07.440 you're gone you're out of here todd bensman am i too harsh am i being mean this morning well
00:37:13.120 investigators are dumpster diving for her dna and her trash that's what they have to resort to to
00:37:19.120 find out whether that was her brother or not they're not coming forward and offering their dna
00:37:24.540 okay so uh that's the problem and you're not going to find family records anywhere
00:37:29.920 where maybe the UN's got them from the refugee camps or something, but they're not exactly a
00:37:36.040 cooperative. I wouldn't spend a lot of time. I wouldn't spend a lot of time on it. I say,
00:37:39.000 hey, sorry, lady, you're gone. But what's your you make this argument in the Daily Signal piece
00:37:43.480 that is just not her. I mean, she draws a lot of fire because of her arrogance. Right. And her 1.00
00:37:49.280 obviously anti-Americanism. But it's a deeper issue. It's a national security issue. My question
00:37:54.460 is why we have any of them here. They all ought to be shipped back like starting this afternoon,
00:37:58.620 sir. Right. And that's my point. The lack of records, the lack of any possible way for this
00:38:05.880 one nationality, probably more than any other nationality in the world, you can't 1.00
00:38:12.960 back check anything. Whatever they claim on their refugee applications, there's 150,000
00:38:19.060 Somalis that have been resettled here in the last decade or two that just came in and said, 0.52
00:38:25.940 my name's Mickey Mouse, and here's my story, and we just stamped him in. And so the point that I'm 0.94
00:38:32.620 making there is that that opens the gateway to lots of fraud, immigration fraud, citizenship
00:38:40.040 application fraud, terrorism, hiding your terrorism connections, your brothers, your sisters, your
00:38:47.680 cousins, your uncles back with al-Shabaab. And we have lots of evidence that they have been,
00:38:54.100 And the Somalis have been committing that kind of fraud here for a very long time. 1.00
00:38:59.180 Okay, hang on. 0.97
00:38:59.900 Trump has shut that down.
00:39:01.380 Hang on.
00:39:02.700 I'm not—okay, shutting it down, yes.
00:39:05.080 In Minnesota, I want to shut down.
00:39:06.800 In Lewiston, Maine, I want to shut down.
00:39:09.400 But it's not about shutting it down.
00:39:10.760 I want to get the hell out of here.
00:39:12.480 What do we have to do to say, look, you guys have overstayed your welcome.
00:39:17.080 We don't even know who you are or what you are or where you're from.
00:39:20.440 We can't connect any of the dots.
00:39:21.740 and we're not going to spend billions of dollars and take a ton of time and do a bunch of hand
00:39:26.280 wringing. Those days got to be over. We're going to say, hey, look, this is the United States of
00:39:29.980 America. You've ripped off Minnesota. You've ripped off Maine, ripped off the federal government.
00:39:34.220 These people are very smart, very crafty, very cunning. Look at Omar. She's always got an answer
00:39:38.860 for everything except if he has, hey, is there any possibility, Chris, is there any possibility
00:39:43.080 related in any way to anybody? Not to my knowledge. He's looking for a no. Okay. He's looking for a
00:39:49.700 No. Why are we playing games? Let's just get them the hell out of here, Todd Benzman.
00:39:55.620 Right. Well, I think they have to be revetted. They have to be re-screened. And if there's any
00:40:01.180 question, definitely block from sitting. We were talking about earlier, you know, citizenship. 0.77
00:40:07.820 Okay, hold on. I'm off. Okay. I got a plan. I got a plan. I like your plan. You call him on
00:40:13.340 in for an interview and he asked a question. They need to stamp it. Exit visa. You're gone.
00:40:20.000 Thanks for the interview. Exit. I like your plan. Let's call them all in for an exit interview
00:40:24.700 and ship them out of here. On a serious note, this is a massive national security problem.
00:40:30.380 It's not simply they're stealing tens of billions of dollars and destroying these systems for the
00:40:36.600 poor that actually need it, Todd. And they're making fortunes in doing that. The reason people
00:40:42.020 got to read your article, is that, you know, the Horn of Africa, Somalia, Ethiopia, all those places
00:40:47.700 have just been a battleground for so long, right? It's, and look, it's obviously a tragedy, but it's
00:40:53.240 one of those things that's not in the control of the United States. We can't be everywhere and we
00:40:57.660 can't fix every problem. And this is a problem that we imported here to this country, and it's
00:41:03.340 getting worse than metastasizing every day. And somebody's going to have to make the tough call
00:41:06.980 here. All you have to do is watch the arrogance of Omar as she goes through this. Now she's out,
00:41:13.860 you know, she's got $20 million in assets, I think, on her financial statement, or $30 million, 0.95
00:41:18.140 and she's begging her followers to hit her with a 20 because she can't make payroll, 0.95
00:41:24.160 I guess, in one of her entities. Benzman, how big a national security issue is it?
00:41:30.620 It's a big one because these communities, it's not even the new ones that came in. It's the
00:41:36.040 first generation, the U.S. born ones, they're not assimilating into U.S. society. And we know this 1.00
00:41:44.760 because at least 50 of them went overseas to join al-Shabaab or ISIS over in the last few years.
00:41:52.280 They're still trying to go over there. And these are U.S. born ones, like the children of the
00:41:58.320 the original refugees that came over are still sort of in these enclaves. And that's a real 0.95
00:42:05.660 problem. And many of them are actually committing terrorist acts. I mean, one of them just a few
00:42:11.500 years ago drove his car onto Ohio State campus, rammed a bunch of kids, and then he got out with
00:42:20.480 a butcher knife and started slashing everybody. He wounded 11 people. This was a refugee who came
00:42:26.420 over here when he was a toddler. That's an assimilation issue with that that's unique to 1.00
00:42:33.700 that. They're not going to assimilate. One more thing is that there are thousands and thousands 0.98
00:42:42.800 of Somalis that are in queue outside the country waiting for a Democrat to get into the White House 0.98
00:42:49.660 so that they can open the spigots back up. Trump's got it all shut down. There are no Somalis being
00:42:55.920 resettled here right now. There's about another 24 months of that, unless another Republican gets
00:43:02.060 into the White House. And that's something to keep an eye on as well. That's where I think
00:43:06.540 we're going to end and reverse this thing now. Todd Bensman, where they get the article on the
00:43:09.980 Daily Signal, sir, where they get the rest of your writings? Yep, Daily Signal. You can go to
00:43:15.980 toddbensman.com. All of my work is there in one place. You can find me on X, Bensman Todd.
00:43:23.420 I'm also on Getter and True Social.
00:43:26.020 I've got a sub stack you can find, too.
00:43:27.820 It's free.
00:43:28.960 It's amazing.
00:43:29.840 Thank you, sir.
00:43:30.780 You lay out the stakes of what this election's actually about.
00:43:34.540 Thank you, sir.
00:43:35.500 Appreciate you.
00:43:36.340 Thank you.
00:43:38.000 Benzman, he used to be part of the intelligence operation of the Department of Public Safety
00:43:43.580 down in Texas.
00:43:44.300 He knows this better than anybody.
00:43:45.920 Carlos joins us from the Dallas Express.
00:43:50.900 So, Carlos, here's what I don't understand.
00:43:52.860 How is a organization that's been designated a terrorist organization in the state of Texas?
00:43:58.660 How is it giving endorsements to candidates and working for candidates in the state of Texas to go into the House everywhere?
00:44:06.220 How does that work?
00:44:07.120 I thought they were either a terrorist organization or you're not.
00:44:10.200 What's the issue here, sir?
00:44:12.460 Well, I would say that it's a culture of emboldening care and emboldening some of these radical elements within the state.
00:44:19.320 So I will say that, you know, they recommended 369 Texas candidates, and 18 of those are here in the DFW Metroplex, Tarrant County, Dallas County.
00:44:30.060 They recommended people such as Ysak Warku, who was running against State Representative David Lewis, an Army combat veteran.
00:44:40.020 Ysak's actually from Ethiopia, and he's actually a DSA member.
00:44:43.440 I think that's one example of the Red-Green Alliance right there with this candidate.
00:44:50.180 They've endorsed people such as Elizabeth Simmons that's running against Turner County Judge Tim O'Hare.
00:45:00.000 They've endorsed James Tallarico.
00:45:02.180 They've endorsed Gina Hinojosa.
00:45:03.900 They've endorsed many people.
00:45:05.060 So the reason why this is happening right now is because they have been emboldened for several years.
00:45:11.680 I mean, you have people such as John Corrin having meetings with, you know, Pakistani leaders.
00:45:18.380 You have people in the State House of Representatives, you know, less than two years ago, back in the 2025 session, you had them honoring Pakistan Day.
00:45:29.740 And you had them, of course, honoring, you know, Islamic holidays as well.
00:45:33.820 But at the local level, I will also give you some examples of what's happening.
00:45:38.420 So, for example, the Mansfield mayor here in the state of Texas, he has, you know, campaigned with Muslims and gone to Islamic centers to get their votes.
00:45:50.720 You know, that's happening in Mansfield, Texas, a tiny town here in Turing County.
00:45:55.240 Not only that, but I think one example that people need to be aware of is the McKinney City Council vote that took place in August.
00:46:01.780 It was the unanimous vote to approve an Islamic center, even though the overwhelming majority of residents that show them for that city council meeting, they were very much opposed to that zoning provisions.
00:46:17.600 Of course, citizens are taking it in their hand to try to recall that.
00:46:20.740 Anyway, Carlos, hang on for a second.
00:46:22.500 It's outrageous.
00:46:23.800 It's because this radical community has been embraced, particularly by the business community.
00:46:28.780 community. Okay, Billy Joe Shaver is going to take us out. We're going to be back in a moment.
00:46:36.060 A pastor that's been around the country talking about Christians getting out to vote is going to
00:46:41.080 join us next. We're still waiting for the White House. Right there, you got a shot, or I got it
00:46:46.920 in preview. There we are right there. President of these United States is going to come out,
00:46:51.260 and I think he may take a couple of three questions from the gathered media. Short
00:46:57.320 commercial break. Back in the room in a moment.
