00:00:00.120Borrowed from those late winter months, when in a desperate attempt to shed the grim and frigid winter, we grasp at any and all signs of spring, blooms, blue skies, signs of life, independent of one another, you can write those things off.
00:00:15.540But when they come together, it's magic. It's enough to make you hope for something warmer, something brighter, something better.
00:00:22.020There are a couple such signs of a possible global turning of the tide this afternoon that could usher in what we'll call for today's purposes an American spring, including but not limited to a stunning upset in Brazil's presidential election.
00:00:37.060Over the last 18 months, right-wing candidates have won seven straight presidential elections across Latin America.
00:00:43.400But today, it appears that streak is over.
00:00:46.500If everything holds, President Lula da Silva, a leftist, will retain power in a remarkable victory over Flavio Bolsonaro.
00:00:54.740He's the eldest son of a man who was recently sentenced to 27 years in prison.
00:01:00.400That is his sentence for trying to overturn the results of Brazil's last election.
00:01:04.380On that, the Wall Street Journal reports this, quote,
00:01:07.060The election was more than about keeping Da Silva in power.
00:01:10.940Brazilians saw a vote for him as a vote to keep the Bolsonaros out
00:01:14.580and to preserve the country's hard-won democracy.
00:01:18.220If that sounds familiar, this might too.
00:01:20.760Bolsonaro is so far refusing to recognize the results of the election.
00:01:26.640And remember, 6,000 miles away back in April,
00:01:30.240the people of Hungary similarly rejected their autocratic leader.
00:01:34.220And now its southern neighbor is making the same decision, because as we speak, the celebrations are ongoing in Serbia after people there voted out that country's longtime nationalist strongman leader, Alexander Vucic.
00:01:48.680He conceded defeat in that country's general election following a period of intense protests, student led street protests all across the country.
00:01:57.220Donald Trump's Department of Justice is continuing in its retribution campaign,
00:02:02.440has again criminally charged former director of the FBI, Jim Comey.
00:02:06.320We're in the process of digesting exactly what these new charges are.
00:02:11.380To do that, I want to bring in senior legal reporter Lisa Rubin.
00:02:14.840Hi, Nicole. Today, Jim Comey has been indicted.
00:02:18.060And by my count, this is now the third time we have seen an indictment by this Department of Justice.
00:02:22.360And this is the third district we've seen them bring it in.
00:02:24.480The charges against Mr. Comey today are two counts of the same statute that Donald Trump himself was accused of violating in the Mar-a-Lago case.
00:02:32.760They say that while he lawfully had access to national defense or classified information,
00:02:38.720that he knowingly and willfully communicated them to a person not entitled to receive them in violation of that particular statute.
00:02:45.940They say it happened once on or about October 5th, 2016, and once on a date unknown, but not later than October 4th, 2016.
00:02:54.760And the reason this matters is because that statute carries a statute of limitations of 10 years.
00:02:59.700This is a criminal charging document that was filed on October 5th of this year and not unsealed until today on Jim Comey's own motion.
00:03:08.520The other thing that our colleague Fallon Gallagher observed very shrewdly is that in the ongoing Seashells case, where Jim Comey has multiple motions to dismiss several weeks ago, there was a sealed filing in that case on October 9th, making reference to sealed matters discussed in other hearings.
00:03:26.320And at the time, Fallon and I and others here scratched our heads wondering, what was that referring to?
00:03:31.400Well, it seems like we now have our answer that Jim Comey had told the judge in that district, in the Eastern District of North Carolina, that there was something else going on because this is what's called an information.
00:03:42.960And as opposed to an indictment, the filing of an information, as I understand it, typically requires the consent of somebody's counsel, meaning it doesn't catch you by surprise.
00:03:53.000This is something that Jim Comey and his lawyers, who include the noted former prosecutor Pat Fitzgerald, would have known about.
00:04:00.200We don't know who they are alleging he shared this information with.
00:04:04.260We don't know how they are alleging he shared this information.
00:04:07.500But this marks the third in the campaign against Jim Comey to get him on some form of criminal charge.
00:05:37.000They cannot say that he lost the 2020 election under oath, and they cannot say that January 6th was an attack on the Capitol.
00:05:42.460There's now 56 of them appointed across the country.
00:05:44.720We ran an analysis, and in 53 of the 60 races that Cook reached this battleground, there's at least one of these judges presiding, either a district judge or a circuit judge.
00:09:17.580this is not our father's Democrat party. This group is taking a far turn to the left. You see
00:09:22.860it by their all-star candidates they're promoting around the country. And they published their
00:09:26.700platform, of course, the DSA, which you've covered exhaustively, and I'm grateful for that. They want
00:09:31.540to abolish the border, abolish prisons, defund the police, defund the Department of War. They want
00:09:36.040men back in women's sports. They want to pack the Supreme Court. I mean, it just goes on and on and1.00
00:09:40.820on. If the American people signed up for big government socialism, their prices and their
00:09:45.940taxes would go up dramatically. You have to keep common sense in charge. And that's what we're
00:09:50.220presenting. It's Tuesday, 27th, October, year of earlier, 2026. The president's in Texas today.
00:09:57.240We're going to start in Texas. We're going to Brazil, Colorado, Iowa, hopefully Michigan,
00:10:01.840other places, back to the White House. We're packed in the morning show. Let's start with
00:10:05.760Brian Harrison. Brian, additional data is coming in from the early voting. I guess the Republicans
00:10:13.320look like they're having better days than when we started traditionally the last couple of days
00:10:17.300of early voting is is strong rural texas east texas and west texas but where do you see it as
00:10:23.100right now a lot of analysts are pointing out that ken paxton is probably trailing the pack of abbott
00:10:28.620and others statewide what's your assessment yeah a lot to unpack here in the state of texas i will
00:10:33.860tell you i have spent every day the last week out at the polls here in ellis county texas and look
00:10:38.920there are some trends that are concerning and i'm not going to sugarcoat this for you steve i never
00:10:43.120do and texans and americans deserve the truth one thing i'm going to caution at the beginning here
00:10:47.680there are a lot of analysts proclaiming things with all kinds of great certainty um let me tell
00:10:52.740we got there's some problems with that in texas okay for lots of reasons i want to clarify a
00:10:57.640couple things nobody knows for sure when people say that x number of republicans have voted or
00:11:02.240x number of democrats have voted in texas there's just no way to know that with any certainty all
00:11:07.140we can do is model and sort of like you know estimate based on prior voting history because
00:11:13.600a lot of people don't realize this that not only are our primaries not closed in texas democrats
00:11:17.860can vote in republican primaries and they do but also we don't have primary registration in texas
00:11:23.160so when you say when you see these analysts say x number of republicans have voted there's no
00:11:27.640possible way to know that and even if they were republican you don't know how they voted okay so
00:11:31.840that's number one anyone telling you for sure that they know who's winning this thing is probably
00:11:35.800just not somebody you should trust on a whole lot of things. But here's what we do know, and some of
00:11:39.640this is not great. The people who have voted in Texas, who have only voted in Democrat primaries
00:11:46.180in the past, they are outvoting people in Texas, voters in Texas, who have only ever voted in
00:11:52.420Republican primaries in the past. So that's kind of what they mean when they say more Democrats
00:11:56.420are voting. And unfortunately, that is true. It's tightening. I think we're now within about two
00:12:01.840points statewide, but I'll tell you, even right here in Ellis County, in a very conservative
00:12:05.900Republican county, just from two years ago, the percentage of voters who have only ever voted in
00:12:12.060Democrat primaries has doubled just in the last two years. So there are trends that are absolutely
00:12:18.180concerning, okay? And let me tell you this too, it's close, okay? And so what do you do with that?
00:12:24.280Well, I think actually that's probably the biggest story, is the fact that we are Texas. We are the
00:12:27.620great state of texas the lone star state the bastion of liberty for the country a state that
00:12:32.560re-elected president trump in a 14 point landslide less than two years ago and here's the truth
00:12:37.880nobody knows who's going to win this race nobody knows and and and that's that's actually a massive
00:12:42.720problem okay so what's the implication or the application of this if you're watching this and
00:12:47.160getting frustrated take that frustration and turn it into productivity call your family call your
00:12:53.400aunt call your next door neighbor that you haven't talked to since you had a dispute over
00:12:57.080who's tree limb went over the fence okay make up for that dispute offer to take them buy them a
00:13:01.620cup of coffee and then drive them to the polls because if there was ever a time if you live in
00:13:06.160the state of texas you've ever wondered could your vote matter 2026 is the year where a tiny number
00:13:13.960of voters could well determine all kinds of statewide elections all kinds of local elections
00:13:20.200But then get this, possibly a tiny, tiny, tiny number of votes could determine who controls the United States Senate.
00:13:29.900Use the frustration. Use the fact that you understand that the future of liberty and freedom in America is on the line to motivate you more aggressively than ever.
00:13:38.300Get some excitement to get not just yourself, but every conservative, every God-fearing patriot who loves America and who loves Texas to make sure that they vote over the next week.
00:13:48.040Brian, I'm going to just hold you through the – I know you've got to get, but I'm going to hold you through the break just for a moment to talk about high propensity voters.
00:13:55.900As you warned this audience last week, it's the first time in the history of Texas I think Democrats have – actually have a candidate for every statewide office, every local office.
00:16:52.660Also, the fact that we've had a couple of better days.
00:16:55.760Right. And traditionally in Texas, particularly as rural Texas kicks in, the last two or three days of early voting is normally better.
00:17:02.340We'll have to see. And then it's all going to come in a game day.
00:17:05.460Where the biggest problem is, I believe, is their efforts, they've done such a good job and they're so motivated to try out high propensity.
00:17:15.880Brian Harrison, where are they actually when we look at the math in their lower propensity voters?
00:17:21.940Where do we stand right now with this kind of ground game with the Working Family Party and the DSA?
00:17:26.220Because it's not the Democratic Party.
00:17:27.580This is all DSA, Working Family Party, that same apparatus that's been so effective throughout the rest of the country, sir.
00:21:40.420We've got until Friday for early in-person voting, then a couple of days off, and then Election Day, of which they're saying there could be up to 70 percent of the vote already cast by the end of early voting on Friday.
00:26:10.660That's why they can arrest people, because once the Supreme Court decided to give a order against you, order for arrest, who else you can apply for?
00:26:21.640You know, like who's going to cry for?
00:26:24.260How can you appeal against the Supreme Court?
00:26:27.660That's the last basin of the judicial barrier.
00:26:33.120So we cannot trust when the leftist wants to pack the Supreme Court.
00:29:45.600Any comment on that? Do you think the election was fair?
00:29:48.120Well, it looked terrible to me. I thought it was a terrible look. I didn't take sides, but it looked like another rigged election, frankly. I didn't take sides, but it was a terrible look for the world. It's another election. You know, elections have to be indisputable, and it looked very bad to me. I didn't take sides. I didn't endorse anybody or anything, but I watched the election. It looked so corrupt and so terrible.
00:30:16.500Okay, right there, rigged election, the president on the tarmac yesterday.
00:30:22.500Alan, first off, this collapse of the bond market, the collapse of the capital markets in Brazil.
00:30:28.540Brazil is a major economy, and the global capital markets thought rationality was going to come back in
00:30:35.140because the Bolsonaro's ran it very high and tight when you were there, and that's what you need.
00:30:40.940You just can't keep – this is what the DSA wants to do.
00:30:44.700This is what they're going to do in Serbia.0.97
00:30:47.180Everywhere these people go, they just go to the public treasury and just cut the spigots on.0.73
00:30:51.800Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that anymore, particularly when you can't print money like the United States.
00:30:56.300Only the United States of America can do that.
00:30:59.760So the capital markets are going to have a say-so.
00:31:02.900Like I said, the bond markets turfed out more governments than howitzers.
00:32:49.780So they're going to go after every single candidate that was elected or reelected, Senate or congressman.0.74
00:32:59.200If they contest the results, Moraes and Lula will go after them and put them in prison to threaten the people and make people afraid to say what they think happened.
00:33:14.280So, in my perspective, it's quite clear.
00:33:19.160Moraes and Lula will push forward to threaten and put in prison every single politician and regular people and journalists like me.
00:33:30.780We need to remember, Moraes, he has an order of arrest, me, since 2021.
00:33:42.440it's just an inquiry it's just an investigation that started in 2020
00:33:48.440so this is this is the situation if in the united states you do not pay attention what's happening
00:33:57.000in brazil sooner or later the democrats is going to do the same with you all i remember steve when
00:34:05.880i said be careful when they started to de-platform profiles and on internet in brazil and i told to
00:34:13.940a lot of conservative people here in america be careful that's gonna happen with you too and i
00:34:19.680remember people saying oh that's sad that it's happening in the third world country guess what
00:34:24.640next year after i said that trump was de-platformed on twitter they want to use brazilian other
00:34:32.920country as a lab and they want to apply the censorship here in the united states the last
00:34:40.160beacon of freedom so we need to pay attention to what's going on they're gonna arrest and threaten
00:34:45.760a lot of politicians in brazil that's what they're gonna do in america if we do not stop them right
00:34:52.640now in the midterm alan where do people go i know you got your show coming up i'll let you go and
00:34:58.480get ready for that uh where do people go to get the show we're going to put it up again
00:35:02.200And we're going to have translation up on it.
00:35:06.060And we would love to – I'll talk to you after the show for updates with Flavio.
00:35:10.500But right now, as we know it, his passport was taken.
00:35:14.180He was told that he was going to be – they're going to start this investigation again, the one that failed before the first round on this bizarre and bogus money laundering charge.
00:35:25.500They hadn't even talked about the election, but that's what it's about.
00:35:27.640They want to shut him up so he can't drill down and show the world what President Trump said, that election was rigged.
00:35:34.740That's what they want to do, using the courts and the lawfare, and the prisons, and the police, and the prosecutors.
00:35:41.320Understand that's coming here to the United States.
00:37:19.480one week from game day yeah so first just a little update from the weekend and uh and you're very
00:37:26.560kind to do this while i'm driving by the way steve so i hope this works out pretty well
00:37:29.980but um over the weekend so we went into the weekend republicans went into the weekend with
00:37:34.200like a 50,000 vote deficit over democrats um is what we saw and democrats notched about another
00:37:41.96060,000 votes on us over the weekend so we ended up going into monday morning with about 115,000
00:37:48.200vote deficit is what we were looking at. 115,000 vote deficit because of the Wednesday notch.
00:37:54.220Barely on Saturday, they beat us. And then they beat us on Sunday, soles to the polls.
00:37:59.280Now, they had less people vote than normal. So that was a blessing about how low the vote was
00:38:05.820on Sunday. And then yesterday, Republicans, honestly, based on the numbers we've seen,
00:38:10.880so we've seen a lot of the big counties, some of them have not reported, and almost all the
00:38:14.720rural counties have not reported what happened yesterday. But if the trend of what has come in
00:38:20.200so far continues, we wiped out all the gains that they had Sunday, Saturday, and maybe even Friday
00:38:27.720just with Republican turnout on Monday. So that was really good news. It was honestly probably
00:38:34.960the first really good day for Republicans, we can say. Tarrant County, Bayer County, which are some
00:38:41.820really important races. Brandon Herrera is running for Congress down there, defeated
00:38:45.760Tony Gonzalez, that rhino that used to be there. We can only keep that seat1.00
00:38:50.000if Republicans turn out in Bexar County. Tarrant County, the largest red county
00:38:53.460in Texas and honestly in America, has had really low
00:38:57.760Republican turnout. Yesterday, Republicans turned out in force. If we
00:39:01.660keep that up, if we can keep that pace up, we
00:39:05.700can keep Tarrant red. But we can't slow down at all. That's where Republicans
00:39:09.880to put themselves in a position of because we took so long to start showing up to the polls
00:39:13.740and because Democrats have been front-loading so many votes we not only have to have one good day
00:39:18.300we need to have a another good day today another good day tomorrow continue it through Friday and
00:39:23.760we can go into election day uh actually with a slight lead in Tarrant County so that's just
00:39:27.900one example that's also I'm gonna I'm gonna be honest on the statewide my personal prediction
00:39:32.800yesterday was that unless things really started ticking up then Ken Paxton does not have the
00:39:38.760vote seems to win. We have the votes we need to keep the other statewides, but not for Ken Paxton.
00:39:44.540He's going to underperform the statewide ticket by anywhere from four to six points. And truthfully,
00:39:50.840the rest of the statewide ticket was probably looking like it was going to land closer to two
00:39:54.780and a half to three percent, maybe four, which is right on the cusp of what Ken needs. So
00:39:59.260more Republicans need to vote in order to actually make sure that Ken Paxton can defeat James
00:40:04.320Tallarico. Let's go back because the president of these United States is coming to Texas today.
00:40:09.300The entire day, the president's turned over to Texas, Corpus Christi and Lubbock. Okay. So he's
00:40:14.860going to great locations. They know exactly where he's got to go to get people focused. Let's go
00:40:20.280back to Paxson on a statewide basis. Let's look at Abbott first. Because Abbott traditionally wins
00:40:28.020by 10 points, 10 points plus right now, as you see it, as you model this thing out, Abbott's,
00:40:35.840it looks like Abbott may have a victory, but it'll squeak it out. Yeah. Right now I would say Abbott's
00:40:41.420coming closer to a three to four point victory statewide. Every day, if we can improve our
00:40:46.880turnout, that could get better. You need Abbott to be at least over five. And honestly, you'd
00:40:53.200rather him be over six before before you're comfortable saying Ken can pull this thing off
00:40:58.120um based on just not only the polls but even the either so many people that are either you know
00:41:06.780undervoting the U.S. Senate race when I say so many it's it's a four to five point um advantage
00:41:11.780that Tallarico has um there so so that's what we've got to make sure that Abbott can at least
00:41:17.780get to that five or six percent level that's that um the president is coming to west texas to corpus
00:41:24.360i'm going to be honest west texas is the lowest turnout region in the state by far um it is the
00:41:30.600so anybody anyone knows in west texas midland is the only place that's really shown up to be honest
00:41:35.800amarillo a little bit but a lot of republicans in amarillo in lubbock everywhere in between odessa
00:41:42.420is abysmal right now really low turnout one of the lowest counties in the state is ector county
00:41:48.120So we need to see West Texas show up in a big way, and they just haven't.
00:41:52.280In some places, they're even under what they would normally vote in a midterm.
00:41:57.040There are some other counties that are red, really red counties, that are showing up in a really big way, but most of them are in East Texas, not West.
00:42:02.920I think that's why they picked Lubbock, and hopefully we see over the next couple days his presence there really drag more people to the polls.
00:42:12.060Well, and also Corpus Christi for South Texas.
00:42:16.240And I'm not saying – I think if it jams into the schedule, the president may – I think it's packed every day but may even think about coming back.
00:42:23.160But these are two strategic, very strategic – Luke, can you hang on for one second?
00:42:27.940I just want to take a commercial break.
00:42:29.260I want to keep you – I've got a couple of questions on the other side.
00:42:32.440Luke Macias, one of the smartest minds down in Texas.
00:42:35.760Traditionally, and this is what I'll ask Luke to talk to, traditionally, the last two or three days of early in-person voting traditionally favors the Republicans now with the Democrats being so motivated, maybe all bets are off at the sea.
00:42:52.600And I think a high proportion of people have already voted before game day, much more than traditionally happens.
00:43:11.340You're going to talk to someone with the East Texas accent.
00:43:13.640That's where the call center is, with the East Texas accent.
00:43:18.360And they're going, by the way, if you want to have a prayer session, have a prayer session.
00:43:21.280They support so many conservative and Christian causes in their political and their activist NGO not-for-profit arm.
00:43:28.780But right now you get a free 5G smartphone plus two months off every line that you've got with Patriot Mobile.
00:43:38.040972 Patriot Bannon Friday is the offer.
00:43:45.160If you're serious about preparedness, like the War Room is, and I am specifically,
00:43:53.860you're going to want to head over to preparewithbannon.com right now.

00:46:17.720I want to thank Birch Gold for doing that in commemoration of Veterans Day.
00:46:22.860Also, the abandoned Fridays, they're taking the – what Patriot Mobile is doing is taking the Black Friday sale and pulling it back to October.
00:49:05.180Yes, traditionally, the last couple of days of early voting are good for Republicans.
00:49:09.060The problem is so many Democrats showed up so early that if they start to get low propensity people to show up this week, then we're going to need all of our banked votes and more.
00:49:19.600And then we need to find some more people.
00:49:20.900So in order to keep Texas fully read, we've got to take this thing really seriously for another solid seven days.
00:50:24.780Yeah, Prop 133, 134 and 135. You know, early voting results even from Democrats are looking good. So we're confident. But to the point of the grassroots, we need people to go out and talk about this, contact their neighbors, to door knock, to decorate their cars, to make calls and texts.
00:50:45.260We've been utilizing Truth and Liberty in the TP Action Act to be notifying our neighbors that we have this opportunity to vote.
00:50:52.080So it has been an activated citizenry effort up until now.
00:50:56.100And we really are going to have to push for this last week, the people of Colorado, to get the word out.
00:51:01.260But all signs point to a big win here, which would topple the dominoes in all the blue states that are pushing back.
00:51:07.960how are a minute before we go to break, how are you guys beating a well-financed opposition that's
00:51:16.400using terrorism and spray painting Nazis? How are you guys doing it? Because you have no money or
00:51:21.520almost no money. How are you doing it? Yeah, we're being outspent 20 to one. And we've now figured
00:51:27.820out that 83% of the opposition's funding is Soros, Buffett and the Democracy Alliance. So it truly is
00:51:34.460we the people versus the billionaires and globalists. But Steve, what we're proving
00:51:38.240is that we the people, when we band together and do our part in the thousands, we're actually
00:51:43.760stronger than the machine. We're about to break the machine and break the mold and prove that we
00:51:48.560the people can actually do things in a blue state like Colorado that has this stranglehold. And let
00:51:54.280me just tell you, the opposition is nervous. They are scared. You can tell by the way they're
00:51:58.740communicating that they know we're going to win. And no matter how much money they've thrown at
00:52:03.660this, it's not making a difference because these are such common sense issues that everyone agrees
00:52:09.220with protecting kids. Men can't be women lock up child sex traffickers. These are very common
00:52:14.920sense issues. And I'm so encouraged that despite the overwhelming difference in their funding
00:52:20.300versus ours, we're going to win this. Magnificent. Hang on for a second. We're going to get your
00:52:25.920wingman. We're going to stay in Colorado. We're going to Iowa. We may dip into Arizona. You never
00:52:30.940know one week from game day we're gonna leave you with one of the top songs i think billboard
00:52:36.120came out on its digital loads i think we were right and for the song was right in front of
00:52:40.180ella langley that amazing may god bless america from real america's music we'll take us out we're
00:52:47.820back in a moment bring us forward to the day when every tear is wiped away but until this perfect
00:52:57.180day. We should weep for our country. Seek God on his behalf. We may not have made a golden calf,
00:53:07.700but our idols have been cleared and it ends here.
