00:00:00.000 has already begun laying the groundwork to challenge the results of certain midterm
00:00:06.400 elections. The nonprofit legal advocacy group Demand Justice is out with a new report this
00:00:12.320 morning, revealing a key finding. 53 of the 60 battleground House and Senate races this year
00:00:20.160 are in districts or states presided over by at least one Trump appointed federal judge who
00:00:27.520 who, under oath, refused to admit that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election.
00:00:33.980 Joining us now, the president of Demand Justice, Josh Orton.
00:00:37.780 Josh, thanks for coming on.
00:00:39.540 What does this tell us?
00:00:41.180 Well, look, we know that in Trump's second term,
00:00:44.200 he requires a political litmus test of his judicial nominees.
00:00:47.260 They cannot say that he lost the 2020 election under oath,
00:00:49.880 and they cannot say that January 6th was an attack on the Capitol.
00:00:52.740 There's now 56 of them appointed across the country.
00:00:54.940 We ran an analysis, and in 53 of the 60 races that Cook reached this battleground, there's at least one of these judges presiding, either a district judge or a circuit judge.
00:01:04.900 Now, what is the danger?
00:01:06.160 Well, look at what happened in Alaska, right?
00:01:08.200 The Trump administration filed a nonsense lawsuit trying to prevent the certification of that election.
00:01:14.100 There was a 50-50 chance it was going to go to one of these judges.
00:01:17.080 It went to an Obama nominee.
00:01:18.720 But in places like Montana, in the Montana First Congressional District, in Kansas, in North Carolina, if there's lawsuits there on about any of those races, there's a 50 percent chance, two thirds chance, 40 percent chance at the district level without any appeal that that case would go before a judge who refused to say that Trump lost the 2020 election.
00:01:42.760 So in some cases, yeah, these lawsuits are going to be ridiculous.
00:01:46.240 They're going to be frivolous. They're going to be attempted to distract.
00:01:48.600 What happens when one of those lawsuits lands in front of a judge who threw away all their credibility, all of their career in order to get appointed by Donald Trump?
00:01:58.620 At some point in time, Donald Trump is not going to be president of the United States.
00:02:02.740 In theory.
00:02:03.520 When that when that time comes, how long will it take to rebuild the Department of Justice?
00:02:09.720 It's going to take it's going to take years, right, because you have norms of separation and independence and the White House not directing the DOJ.
00:02:19.640 I can't I can't take any more morning, Joe. Tuesday, 27 October, year of war, 2026.
00:02:24.540 The viceroy is going to be here to address that, but also his beloved state of Iowa momentarily.
00:02:30.260 But I want to go to another state he loves, back to Colorado.
00:02:34.640 Laurie, your assessment of where you are, it's actually mind-boggling that you folks have been able to fight this thing through and are competitive given your outspent 20 to 1 and the dark money, you know, the worst people.
00:02:48.460 The estate, I guess the son of the Oracle of Omaha is pounding money in here.
00:02:55.060 other dark money groups and obviously soros because they want to destroy the nuclear family
00:03:01.700 and they particularly want to get their hands on the kids and destroy the kids so laurie how are
00:03:05.600 you guys doing it in what was traditionally red colorado but was the target of that group decades
00:03:13.300 ago to flip it blue exactly what they're trying to do in texas and iowa right now ma'am yeah
00:03:20.540 absolutely. It's so encouraging here on the ground in Colorado. I'm just really encouraged
00:03:25.840 and very hopeful for the election next week. The people in Colorado are really stepping up
00:03:30.700 and we're seeing people come together to stand up for what's right and what's true
00:03:34.660 and really to take back our Colorado. This truly is a We the People movement, exactly what our
00:03:41.480 founding fathers envisioned with an actively engaged citizenry. And I believe very strongly
00:03:47.000 that we have the momentum here in Colorado to win Propositions 133, 134, and 135 to protect
00:03:53.940 children here in Colorado.
00:03:56.740 How, what should people, what should people do right now?
00:04:01.620 This is an uprising because you guys have virtually no money.
00:04:05.520 What should people do right now?
00:04:07.000 And even people throughout the country assisting with phone banking or whatever, people want
00:04:10.800 to get engaged in this, right?
00:04:13.080 We've selected this race because the issues are so important. 0.98
00:04:17.000 And Colorado was really the test bed for how they intended to take over the country by starting and taking over red states. 0.93
00:04:26.820 That's why we've got to reverse it in Colorado. 0.68
00:04:29.380 And the way we're going to do it is do your work on these propositions.
00:04:31.900 Where do people go right now, Lori, to assist you guys?
00:04:36.840 I encourage everybody to go to our website at protectkidscolorado.org.
00:04:42.280 We have incredible resources on our resource page that you can share.
00:04:46.540 with your friends, with your neighbors, really, truly, this is, you know, a walking billboard
00:04:52.300 campaign where we, the people are growing relationships with people here in the state
00:04:57.600 and across the nation and spreading this message that it's going to take us, we, the people
00:05:02.560 to get these across the finish line on November 3rd. And so we encourage people to download the
00:05:08.620 resource card, share it with your friends. We could always use donations. Our donation page
00:05:13.720 again, is also at protectkidscolorado.org. And we encourage everybody to keep following us
00:05:17.720 on social media and amplifying the work that we're doing because real people are being impacted here
00:05:23.340 in Colorado and every state should be watching what's happening here. Aaron, what's most amazing
00:05:30.960 is that you're actually, I think, in this process, rediscovering that Colorado's not simply red,
00:05:38.800 But it's got a lot of decent common sense folks that don't like what's happening in this, you know, the university town, university professor taking over this Marxist, jihadist madness.
00:05:52.740 I think you're seeing that.
00:05:53.760 Tell us how, once again, people can help because you've galvanized the country in making sure that we can reverse what's happened in Colorado, hold the line in Texas, Iowa and other places and then begin to reverse it there, ma'am.
00:06:08.800 Yeah, what we've proven is that our legislature, which is one seat away from a supermajority
00:06:13.360 in the House and Senate, and our executive offices are not representing the people of
00:06:17.760 Colorado.
00:06:18.980 We, the people, have proven by banding together behind these issues that we're not satisfied
00:06:23.840 with how we're being represented.
00:06:25.560 And I think people are going to vote differently.
00:06:28.000 I think when these issues come across the finish line and are successful, we're going
00:06:31.820 to see dominoes fall in the other 23 blue states.
00:06:35.120 As you said, we were the litmus test for flipping a red state blue.
00:06:38.520 I think we are now the litmus test.
00:06:41.140 We, in this process of Protect Kids Colorado, are proving that we can actually take our
00:06:46.100 state back, and the other blue states should be paying attention, as well as the red states
00:06:50.500 like Texas, who are being targeted with these schemes like the blueprint to flip them like
00:06:55.580 they did Colorado.
00:06:56.860 What happens here matters to the rest of the country, and people should be paying attention.
00:07:01.920 So I echo what Lori said, encourage people to go to protectkidscolorado.org, to follow
00:07:06.700 us on social media because we don't have the funding to do ads and streaming and flyers.
00:07:12.360 We really are relying on people to spread the word. And in doing that, we're shifting culture.
00:07:17.660 We're not just passing these groundbreaking policies in a blue state. We're also influencing
00:07:22.780 our neighbors. We're influencing the churches. There are now close to a thousand churches who
00:07:27.680 are pushing the message on these three issues because they're biblical, they're moral. We're
00:07:32.300 encouraging people to stand up in a way that they haven't before in a blue state and so people should
00:07:37.400 watch what we're doing support and share our messaging at protect kids colorado ma'am you
00:07:43.320 people are heroes both you uh and and laurie and others that are working with you because you guys
00:07:48.780 are being targeted it's really a profile and courage and we're honored to have you on here
00:07:52.340 and to make sure the war and posse our apparatus has got your guys back so thank you very much
00:07:57.320 just absolutely tremendous and a great show of courage
00:08:00.400 thanks for supporting us steve yeah thanks colorado mike davis the viceroy so viceroy i'm
00:08:08.440 gonna do the courts and that stuff last after break but i want to take this time first off
00:08:12.640 you know colorado as well as anybody and your native son of iowa let's start in colorado
00:08:18.360 tell me about it's a red state that got taken over by the implementation of the blueprint and
00:08:23.540 you see what they're doing in texas and iowa and kansas they think they're going to run the tables
00:08:28.880 on these red states mike davis i'm sitting in colorado now i will be
00:08:34.680 sitting in iowa for thanksgiving so i i know very well colorado uh when jared polis came in
00:08:43.920 they came in with the blue plan they went to all mail ballots
00:08:47.100 spell ballots out to everyone and then they
00:08:50.640 and then it seems like every dirt ball from california and new york and other places moved
00:08:58.820 to colorado and uh destroyed it uh covet was particularly bad the people who were escaping
00:09:05.700 covet lockdowns in democrat states and high taxes they brought their left-wing values to colorado
00:09:12.100 so uh it's it's becoming a deep blue state it wasn't tier to colorado in 2006 i followed
00:09:19.840 judge then judge neil gorsuch out here to clerk uh it so that one of the there are several ballot
00:09:27.200 measures on the Colorado ballots that are going to be huge. One of them is the Democrats want to
00:09:35.460 substantially tax a progressive income tax in Colorado's capped, I think it's at 4.4%.
00:09:46.620 It's a flat tax, and the Democrats want to blow that open, and they want to raise
00:09:52.900 the highest rates to almost nine percent almost double the income tax for the high earners all
00:09:58.240 that's going to chase out the people who have money and chase out the people who have businesses
00:10:04.000 that chase out the people who create jobs you know rich people aren't stupid they're not going to stay 0.50
00:10:09.660 in colorado if they're getting uh taxed at 8.8 percent they're going to go somewhere else and
00:10:14.240 take their money and their job so that's a big one there's there are measures that deal with uh
00:10:19.460 And so I think actually conservatives are going to have big policy wins in Colorado through these ballot measures.
00:10:32.420 It's going to be rough. It's a blue state now. I don't expect that Republicans are going to win.
00:10:39.280 And although Jenna Griswold is running for a Colorado attorney general, now she's probably the most loathed politician in Colorado on both sides of the aisle. 0.99
00:10:52.920 Even the Denver Post endorsed her challenger for attorney general. 0.99
00:11:00.540 So you could see Republicans maybe pull off an upset win for Colorado attorney general.
00:11:09.280 Should we try? Hey, Mike, why don't we let's reboot Mike or have him call in by phone. Mike, we got a really bad signal. You're cutting in and out. I want to make sure we get all this, particularly your assessment of Iowa and your assessment of what they're now blaming.
00:11:22.220 Remember, what they're trying to do is, what Natalie pointed out, they're trying to pre-but.
00:11:28.400 They're coming out now every day, absolutely every day, and saying, hey, look at what Trump's doing.
00:11:34.120 Look, he's got 1,000 deployed U.S. attorneys that are going to look at voter integrity. 0.58
00:11:40.580 You're damn right.
00:11:41.200 We ought to have 5,000 attorneys.
00:11:43.720 We ought to have ICE agents, up-armored ICE agents at every polling district in the country,
00:11:50.000 particularly sanctuary cities and sanctuary states, you're not intimidating anybody.
00:11:56.100 The only person would be absolutely would be concerned of an ICE agent would be an illegal alien or a foreign national who's not registered to vote show up to vote.
00:12:06.800 Of course, you want to intimidate those people. Illegal aliens are not supposed to vote.
00:12:12.060 We understand this is the democratic business model. Foreign nationals that are here are not supposed to vote. 1.00
00:12:17.160 They're not eligible to vote. They're not certified to vote. 1.00
00:12:20.000 We understand it's your business model and this is how you win elections, but hell yes, we should fight back and we should be very aggressive in that fight back.
00:12:28.700 You either fight it now beforehand and on game day or you're going to be in the same situation in Brazil.
00:12:34.820 I remember in Brazil, they essentially took Flavio's passport within 24 hours of their stealing the election.
00:12:44.420 they took the passport and uh and said oh we're not yet going to charge you with uh insurrection
00:12:51.460 or a coup remember his father's in prison they say it's for a coup not for contesting a stolen
00:12:57.460 election it's for a coup they've done to the bolsonaros because edwardo's indicted now and
00:13:03.480 he lives here in the estates what they're going to do to trump it's coming it's absolutely coming
00:13:11.080 in colorado tina peters a gold star mother how long did she spend in prison
00:13:16.580 it's totally outrageous anyway i'm gonna get to mike right after the break uh birch gold they've

00:16:11.700 We're commemorating Veterans Day in a big way at Birch Gold.
00:16:18.200 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:20.800 Okay, we've got the Viceroy by phone because I had a, from Colorado, we had a bad signal.
00:16:27.840 First off, Viceroy, just give me a minute summary on Colorado.
00:16:31.560 Colorado is one of the great states in the union, was a red state forever since it came into the union.
00:16:37.760 And then because of the implementation of the blueprint, and they were very sophisticated.
00:16:43.020 And they picked Colorado because of kind of the business community, the skiing community, the universities.
00:16:50.460 They were very smart in selecting Colorado.
00:16:52.400 We're in the process of reversing that, and we're trying to hold the line in Texas, Kansas, and Iowa, and others.
00:16:59.020 God, the great state of Georgia.
00:17:00.400 Mike Davis, the vice or thoughts?
00:17:03.240 Yeah, there could be some interesting races in Colorado.
00:17:06.920 It's a deep blue state, like you said.
00:17:08.600 It became deep blue after the Democrats went to all-mail ballots and legalized weed, 0.70
00:17:14.140 and all the dirt balls from California and New York and other blue hellholes came here 0.74
00:17:19.140 and brought their left-wing values that they were trying to escape. They forgot to leave their 1.00
00:17:25.280 values back home. So it's a deep blue state, but there are some races that could be very
00:17:32.180 interesting. For example, for Attorney General, Jenna Griswold is running for Attorney General.
00:17:36.840 She's the current Democrat Secretary of State. She is one of the most loathed politicians in 1.00
00:17:42.380 Colorado. Democrats don't like her. Republicans don't like her. So watch the California, the 1.00
00:17:50.140 Colorado attorney general. Hold it. You said something in the last segment. I'm not so sure
00:17:53.960 because it was one of the glitches. That's why I want to get you on the phone. Did the Denver Post
00:17:58.260 actually come out and endorse her opponent? Yes. The Denver Post endorsed Michael Allen,
00:18:05.660 who is the Republican challenger to Democrat Jenna Griswold.
00:18:11.440 So watch that race.
00:18:13.340 Look, it's still a Democrat race to lose, but watch that race.
00:18:18.380 Remember in Colorado, it is all blue now.
00:18:20.480 Every statewide race, every statewide elected office is Democrat.
00:18:24.960 The state Supreme Court is dominated by Democrats.
00:18:27.920 The State Court of Appeals is dominated by Democrats.
00:18:31.540 The state legislature is dominated by Democrats.
00:18:33.780 They have destroyed the state.
00:18:35.860 But there are some races that are going to be interesting to watch, like this AG race.
00:18:40.940 We also have eight House seats in Colorado.
00:18:44.100 Four of them are controlled by Democrats.
00:18:47.240 Four of them are controlled by Republicans.
00:18:49.000 There are going to be some tight races there, but we can hold those seats if we turn out and vote.
00:18:56.480 Where we're going to turn out voters in Colorado for Republicans, for conservatives, is with these state ballot measures.
00:19:02.820 We have state ballot measures where Democrats want to raise the income tax from 4.4% to the top rate of 8.8%.
00:19:13.280 I believe it's doubling the tax rate for high earners.
00:19:16.480 The problem is that high earners are the ones who create businesses and jobs. 0.92
00:19:20.360 All the dirtbags that came in from New York and California want to smoke weed?
00:19:24.460 Because people tell me you can't walk down a street.
00:19:27.180 It's worse than New York City.
00:19:28.240 And everybody knows if you walk in New York City, all you smell is weed.
00:19:31.380 a lot of that in D.C. also. But I heard Denver is actually worse. So all the university students,
00:19:37.800 all the deadbeats, all the dirtbags that came out, they love the fact. The problem is, 0.93
00:19:42.860 like in California, you start driving out wagering. I mean, the big fight down here in
00:19:47.580 Texas is to make sure there's no income tax so they can attract entrepreneurs, etc. And I'm all
00:19:52.660 for rethinking how, you know, the wealthy pay and what do you have to do. But you put these ballot
00:19:57.760 measures up, these propositions statewide and say, hey, it's got to be this. You're going to affect,
00:20:01.960 you're going to have all the dirtbags pile into that. And you're going to have a lot of people
00:20:05.260 thinking about leaving. So, and we've got 133, 134 and 135, which is common sense about predators
00:20:11.720 and boys and girls sports or men and girls sports. Real quickly, your beloved Iowa. A lot of people
00:20:20.120 are concerned with Iowa, the governor's race, the Senate race. I mean, Mike, we could lose the
00:20:25.700 Senate in Iowa, if we lose that seat in a couple of these House seats, Iowa could be the key to
00:20:31.980 not holding the House or holding the Senate, sir. Yeah, I was born and raised in Iowa. I went to
00:20:37.960 the University of Iowa for undergrad. I went in law school. My whole family's back there. My
00:20:42.220 friends, I have a house back there. I'm very much an Iowa native. Look, when I was growing up,
00:20:48.060 it was very much a swing state. And then Trump transformed Iowa and made it a red state. And he
00:20:53.480 won, I think, his last election in 2024 by like 13 points in Iowa. Republicans dominate every
00:21:00.520 statewide elected office except for Rob Sands, who is the statewide treasurer who's running for
00:21:07.880 governor. He's a really strong candidate for Democrats. And so he's running against Zach
00:21:13.220 Land. That's going to be a dogfight all the way to the end. Brenna Byrd, who's the state attorney
00:21:19.060 General. My friend, a fellow warrior, is fighting a tough reelection there. Ashley Henson is running
00:21:28.420 to replace Joni Ernst in the U.S. Senate. That's going to be a tight race. Look, I get why Iowans 0.83
00:21:37.340 are upset. They're upset with the Iran war. They're upset with high diesel prices. I would
00:21:44.540 just remember just to remind islands there's a choice here right that i i diesel prices are high
00:21:50.000 it's it's it's hurting american farmers it's it's hurting uh american families and so i i get that
00:21:56.520 that's a problem diesel prices will come down uh but here's the choice this november you want
00:22:02.880 democrats who want to mass import third worlders including islamists who do not share our values
00:22:10.320 who despise America and want to destroy our country. Today's Democrats are communists. 0.61
00:22:17.020 They're not liberals who love America. They're communists, and they're teaming up with the
00:22:21.120 Islamists, the red-green alliance to destroy America. So as you think, Democrats who have 0.98
00:22:26.740 made it their pledge to destroy American fossil fuels are going to bring down the price of diesel
00:22:33.440 and other fuels. They're just not going to happen. You're going to, with Democrats taking over
00:22:38.900 the house and the senate you're going to make it where they are defunding ice they are uh trying to 1.00
00:22:46.240 cripple trump and his presidency when he's trying to save america and expel these third worlders 0.96
00:22:52.000 these islamists but but this is so self-evident hang up but so self-evident to people in iowa 0.98
00:22:57.060 like you said in 16 one and then come back in in 20 and 24 and this big victory in 24 i mean this
00:23:04.300 is trump country how is that how are we in a situation that we're in a dogfight we're behind
00:23:09.800 in the governor's race uh and he's a maha guy we're behind the governor's race i think we're
00:23:14.660 behind you can say safely uh in the senate race we're behind in these districts although my
00:23:19.960 understanding is things are getting better as people are now kind of waking up and listening
00:23:24.520 to you know things like you're saying that are being promulgated but how do we get in a situation
00:23:29.940 understanding the people are very upset about the war the voting in israel is going on right now
00:23:35.220 back at five and six tonight we'll cover a lot of that jerusalem post and the times of israel
00:23:41.600 post reporting that the head of the idf told bb two days ago hey look bb wanted to do another attack
00:23:47.880 on iran right before the voting he goes oh we're not going to do that so now that's contested bb
00:23:53.740 saying it didn't happen but the situation there is a mess i understand there's been a lot that you
00:23:58.620 know some of them are not crazy about tariffs they're definitely the the fertilizer price the
00:24:03.620 diesel price is killing the farmers uh the uh they hate the war because iowa more than any state
00:24:09.500 is a kind of an america first state that being said why are particularly maga and the republicans
00:24:16.920 not turning out and what has to be done to make sure that that that we stop that and reverse it
00:24:22.280 with one week to go, sir? Well, I think that you're seeing the choice. Again, you're seeing
00:24:28.840 the choice between Team America and Republicans and Team Mohammed with Democrats. Democrats want
00:24:35.460 to break open our border again and actually fly back people who Trump has expelled. They want to
00:24:41.860 defund ICE. They want to give citizenship to all these illegals, including these Islamists who want 1.00
00:24:48.300 to destroy America in the West. Look what's happening in France. Diesel prices will come 0.98
00:24:53.260 down when the hostilities in the Middle East get resolved. And I would say this, remember this,
00:24:59.540 there are four Supreme Court justices in their 70s. And so do you want a Republican Senate
00:25:06.920 working with President Trump and confirming judges who will follow the Constitution? Or do you want
00:25:13.300 Democrats blocking Trump's judicial nominees, and then in 2028, packing the Supreme Court
00:25:21.460 with radical left-wing activists and destroying our country. There goes our God-given right
00:25:27.400 to speak, to worship, to associate, to protect ourselves. We are two elections away
00:25:34.320 from the destruction of America, right? So people need to understand that, yeah,
00:25:39.400 Trump's done a lot of great things, and they're happy about a lot of great things. Maybe they're
00:25:44.260 disappointed in things. Maybe there's the accountability at the Justice Department
00:25:47.940 is not coming quickly enough, although you're seeing that really picking up over the last
00:25:52.340 several weeks, including the home raid today by the FBI on Eric Swalwell's billionaire buddy in
00:25:59.700 Beverly Hills. I mean, it's just, and, you know, Ilhan Omar, the arrest being made of the FBI,
00:26:06.740 They are definitely moving on the lawfare fronts, the accountability fronts, and so it's a choice, and I know that justice is slow, it's bumpy, it's frustrating.
00:26:17.160 I know that diesel prices, fuel prices are high, it's frustrating, but it's a choice.
00:26:22.240 We've got to bounce. I want people to go to Article 3, and I want to go to your Twitter feed because you're putting things up about your beloved Iowa, and I'm going to have you back on to talk about they're trying to pre-butt already the Justice Department's involvement, as it should be in this election,
00:26:36.200 to make sure we don't have a situation like Brazil, the left is going nuts. Article 3 and
00:26:41.180 your social media, where do they go, Mike? Yeah, Trump Justice Department is not going to let this
00:26:46.740 election get stolen. It's article3project.org, article3project.org. Donate, follow us on social
00:26:53.340 media. Action, action, action. And thank you, Steve. Mike, the billionaire buddy that underwrote
00:26:58.940 Swalwell for all those years, he thought he got off the hook by standing outside when Swalwell was
00:27:02.720 caught in saying it's all as a dirt bag he's the worst guy i don't even know his name i guess it
00:27:08.180 didn't work like that right the home raid this morning shows that they may have some other
00:27:12.240 questions for this brother yeah i don't know why they're doing a home raid unless they know that
00:27:18.440 they're unless a judge a california judge i presume not exactly mega country uh found probable cause
00:27:25.640 that there's evidence of a federal crime inside that home not looking good for mr swalwell not
00:27:31.160 looking good the viceroy mike davis colorado iowa of course the justice department making sure this

00:31:17.200 Check it out today.
00:31:19.020 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:31:22.400 Okay, can we get the motorcade?
00:31:24.900 The motorcade's arriving.
00:31:26.940 The president took a motorcade this morning.
00:31:28.400 i think they're preparing for the great halloween which is going to be saturday for the kids so i
00:31:34.220 think there were some uh issues around the helipad they took the motorcade out if we can get that
00:31:39.880 shot beautiful shot up there um the president is going to there's the motorcade coming in you see
00:31:50.660 in the background the uh president is going to corpus christi and to lubbock i think we're going
00:31:57.960 to have David Zier and Corpus Christi, and Tara Dahl is back with us. Tara had a, I think,
00:32:05.040 stint at the State Department and maybe the National Security Council. Tara's been part
00:32:10.840 of things I've worked on since the Breitbart days. She's absolutely one of the bravest women
00:32:14.240 I know, just incredible. She's going to be at one of the rallies, and the great David Zier is going
00:32:18.920 to be at the other. Ben, Burquam is heading to Colorado around much more about this Colorado
00:32:24.380 situation because i think they got some some really positive things happening out there as
00:32:29.080 as many positive things don't take the black pill there's many positive things happen around the
00:32:34.320 country as as the president does more rallies and this starts to shift you can feel it shifting
00:32:39.780 right now uh you can feel it shifting the momentum now that being said the democrats are
00:32:45.220 funded by these dark money groups and they're motivated they're absolutely motivated so right
00:32:51.480 there. Tell you what, we're going to bring in one of my favorite people, Jim Caviezel. Oh,
00:32:57.600 McCabe. Oh, you see, I gave it up. I gave up the scoop. There's Neil McCabe. Let's share the
00:33:03.800 screen. So Neil, why did the president take, why did he take the, why did he take the motorcade
00:33:10.220 today? I'm sorry. Today? Yeah. Why did he take the motorcade?
00:33:21.480 OK, we've got to reboot. Let's reboot McCabe. He's not hearing me.
00:33:27.060 We're going to get Neil from the White House. The president today is leaving. He spent the entire day in Texas.
00:33:34.480 Corpus Christi and Lubbock. Of course, Lubbock out there in the West Texas, Corpus Christi down in South Texas.
00:33:40.760 These are two areas we absolutely need. We absolutely need to perform.
00:33:45.380 uh the biggest strength of the republicans has traditionally been in the last three days
00:33:52.720 of early voting that could all be thrown out because what's happening in texas has never
00:33:58.240 happened in texas before and i tell folks it feels like when they made a move when the liberals made
00:34:04.320 a move on uh let me know if we get mccabe back up and he can hear me let me know mccabe's at
00:34:08.760 the White House. They're going all in on Texas. And right now, as you've heard, although we had
00:34:16.740 a really good day yesterday, but we need more good days like that, it looks like they did
00:34:22.200 underperform on souls to the polls. I think yesterday was because the Christian pastors 1.00
00:34:28.860 are very engaged. I think we've had eight of them on here. We're going to have more.
00:34:33.160 But the situation in Texas right now is you have to stop this tide that looks like it's rising
00:34:38.500 as, you know, they barely lost Beto.
00:34:41.140 I think it was by two, two and a half points back in 18.
00:34:44.140 Of course, President Trump blew everybody out
00:34:45.660 with a 14-point win in November.
00:34:49.000 And look, the Working Family Party in DSA,
00:34:52.300 there's the president with the staff, the media.
00:34:59.220 Let's see if he's going to do a gaggle,
00:35:01.840 do they have a boom out there?
00:35:03.680 Can we cut to that?
00:35:06.960 Okay.
00:35:08.500 Real America's Voice not doing the pool today, or we would have a feed out there. 1.00
00:35:13.180 Whoever's doing the pool ought to get yanked.
00:35:16.540 We got to talk to Stephen Chung.
00:35:18.720 No boom.
00:35:19.280 He's doing a gaggle with no audio.
00:35:24.400 This is what's so great about the president.
00:35:26.420 Right now, you talk about, oh, who's going to be the press secretary, who's not going to be the press secretary.
00:35:29.840 You don't really need a press secretary.
00:35:31.540 Here's why.
00:35:33.060 With Bush and Obama and Biden, they had to be prepped so much for even letting the media come near him.
00:35:38.500 Trump is right there. He's selling his own program. In Denver, as soon as we get a feed from whoever
00:35:44.540 the pool is, let's cut right to it. But he just takes all questions. He takes questions on capital
00:35:52.140 markets, on the economy, on geopolitics, on the military, on social. Of course, they all react
00:35:58.120 to what he puts up every day, whether he invites Bill Maher to dinner. And Bill Maher then comes
00:36:05.720 on the Friday show and said he had a great dinner and is actually defending President Trump.
00:36:10.060 Then President Trump just goes on a, just rips him on true social. There we are right there. Great
00:36:15.520 shot. I love the no tie look. Very entrepreneurial. Do we have a, do we have a, we don't have sound
00:36:21.540 yet? This is why the White House needs Real America's Voice to do the pool every day.
00:36:27.600 Okay, here we go. Mr. President, if you do not prevail in this election, despite having worked
00:36:33.460 as hard as you have how do you intend to work with democrats if they have control of the house
00:36:38.100 we'll figure a way look i have strong veto i hope that that won't be the case but if it is
00:36:43.620 that's happened before with many presidents and uh you have strong veto and you end up working
00:36:48.580 out deals and you'll respect the results whatever happens i will if they're honest
00:36:52.100 elections earlier this month you said you were worried about texas are you still worried about
00:36:57.220 the senate race i think he's going to do very well you never know it's policy but you never know but
00:37:01.780 but I think he's going to do very well.
00:37:03.480 James Calarico is moving an event tonight in Lubbock.
00:37:06.660 He's kind of, you're going to be there tonight.
00:37:08.180 Well, he's going to get swamped because we have thousands and thousands of people.
00:37:13.020 You know, they've been lined up for three days, you can see.
00:37:15.560 The crowds, nobody's ever seen it.
00:37:17.120 So this is like it was for the regular election.
00:37:21.560 You know, a midterm is usually not that exciting.
00:37:24.940 This has become very exciting, and the crowds are incredible.
00:37:28.400 Last night in Mississippi, we had 20,000 people waiting outside.
00:37:32.540 They couldn't get in.
00:37:33.940 The place was incredible.
00:37:35.340 Thank you very much, everybody.
00:37:36.780 Thank you.
00:37:41.200 Okay, President of the United States is going to board,
00:37:44.820 spending the day in Texas, Corpus Christi and Lubbock.
00:37:48.700 We've got David Zier is going to be there.
00:37:50.720 Tara Dahl is back with us now at Real America's Voice.
00:37:53.660 She's going to be out there live.
00:37:55.380 We're going to be covering it live in the run-up to the, I think, the Lubbock in the afternoon.
00:37:59.720 I think Corpus Christi is first.
00:38:02.260 And Real America's Voice will do it all the way through.
00:38:05.300 There's the president.
00:38:07.180 In great spirits, I love the no-tie look.
00:38:10.420 That's the entrepreneurial President Trump looking like the Silicon Valley entrepreneur.
00:38:14.500 It's just fantastic.
00:38:17.420 As soon as, it'll probably be for the Charlie Kirk Show, but as soon as we get the first part of that gaggle, I want to make sure that we can play it.
00:38:23.860 Just let me know because I'm sure he's got to ask some questions about Israel and the election, all that.
00:38:29.080 OK, I want to bring in now a very special guest.
00:38:33.040 Jim Caviezel joins us, one of my favorite people.
00:38:36.800 Jim, you're doing something very special on this on this Veterans Day, November 11th.
00:38:44.900 You're releasing a new film that people are going to love.
00:38:48.160 For anybody that loves Sound of Freedom, this is another Jim Caviezel action film that also has kind of deep messaging underneath it.
00:38:58.020 Go Soldier.
00:38:58.540 I'm going to play the clip in a moment, but just tee it up because this film talks about some of the biggest issues we've got, particularly if you live in the western United States.
00:39:08.920 People are very focused on this.
00:39:10.120 Tell me a little bit about the movie.
00:39:11.220 Why did you decide to do it before we play the clip?
00:39:15.900 well steve you know finding good scripts very hard to do uh i compare this to finding the
00:39:24.500 count of monte cristo you know i i got that film because um there was a well-known actor he turned
00:39:32.520 it down because it was the 17th version of the the count of monte cristo but there was a man's
00:39:39.920 for meaning in that story and it was also in this one he's an advanced
00:39:45.460 he uh he former special forces veteran um he builds advanced technologies gadgets and whatnot
00:39:57.200 the really tools to to help us fight better and um these corporations come in and um are trying
00:40:04.620 to take down this town because they want their water, which is Americans right now all over
00:40:11.920 America, they're trying, you know, people that want to buy land can't put a well in
00:40:15.840 their backyard.
00:40:17.360 And obviously water is a necessary, something is extremely necessary for life and is turned
00:40:25.640 into a commodity and they are taking it from us.
00:40:28.480 And so this guy decides he's an anonymous felon and comes out of hiding to protect this township from these corporations.
00:40:40.140 He's a former Green Beret living, I think, in Wyoming, working on basic warfighting tools.
00:40:47.600 And all of a sudden you've got corporations about land.
00:40:49.580 It's about water.
00:40:50.240 Some of the biggest issues I know out west for people.
00:40:53.280 Let's go ahead and play.
00:40:53.980 We've got a trailer for Ghost Soldiers.
00:40:56.060 This opens on November 11th, folks, opens on Veterans Day.
00:41:01.480 I think we're going to want to make this as big as Sound of Freedom.
00:41:05.520 And Sound of Freedom, I think, was the biggest independent film that's come out maybe since Passion of the Christ, because Jim Caviezel can carry a movie.
00:41:13.840 I want everybody to turn out for this.
00:41:15.200 Let's go ahead and play the trailer, and I'll come back to Jim.
00:41:20.280 What's that?
00:41:21.460 This?
00:41:22.160 St. Michael.
00:41:22.920 It's a patron saint of soldiers.
00:41:24.840 Soldiers like me believe he'll protect us in battle.
00:41:27.780 I wish my dad was around.
00:41:30.860 There's two systems of law now in this country.
00:41:33.440 One for the wealthy who can't afford to break it.
00:41:35.380 This is our final offer.
00:41:36.740 This land goes to my grandson. 0.90
00:41:38.520 And one for the poor who can't afford to. 1.00
00:41:40.500 We're done messing around.
00:41:41.540 Hit the Hernandez farm hard. 1.00
00:41:43.420 Burn the place down. 1.00
00:41:45.600 Dad! 1.00
00:41:52.540 Whoa!
00:41:53.720 Get behind me, kid.
00:41:55.320 He's an old school Green Beret with advanced military training.
00:42:00.540 It won't be a fight.
00:42:02.340 It'll be a massacre.
00:42:05.840 What?
00:42:09.120 Say, Michael, the archangel.
00:42:12.760 Defend us in battle.
00:42:15.000 Be our protection against the wickedness.
00:42:19.040 And snares of the devil.
00:42:20.140 by the power of the almighty God
00:42:23.960 cast into hell
00:42:25.960 Satan 0.99
00:42:27.720 and all the evil spirits
00:42:31.820 who peril about the world
00:42:34.380 seeking the destruction
00:42:36.680 of souls
00:42:37.600 he's gonna keep you safe
00:42:40.040 God will judge our enemies
00:42:48.540 I'll just arrange a meeting
00:42:56.500 Caviezel you're obviously a great action hero what was it about the script because I know you
00:43:09.420 and you turn down so much you only do things that have a deep purpose to it this script
00:43:14.240 the purpose of the story that has all this great action
00:43:18.820 is kind of keep you on the edge of your seats.
00:43:21.200 What is in the script or what is in this story
00:43:24.540 that you felt having turned down so many other things
00:43:27.800 and only take roles like Sound of Freedom
00:43:29.740 or only take roles like Count of Monte Cristo or The Passion?
00:43:33.060 What was it in this story that made it imperative
00:43:35.660 for you to make this film now?
00:43:39.240 Well, so it's kind of like...
00:43:44.240 At first, you're looking at what I think that people would love as far as the weapon systems, gadget systems, and things like that.
00:43:56.980 The predator element with the helmet that I use, the technology, that's cool.
00:44:02.440 But the cool factor is only there.
00:44:05.600 The cool factor only works if what's underneath it, what's inside the engine is there.
00:44:12.040 And that is the love that we care for each other.
00:44:15.740 There's a deeper man's search for meaning that I mentioned earlier with the Count of Monte Cristo.
00:44:23.120 There have been 17 versions of it, but nobody really had gone into that element,
00:44:27.640 which is what is the one thing that really drives you?
00:44:31.860 And there is a God factor in this, and that we have that innate thing inside us.
00:44:40.580 Would you get involved if it would cost you your life?
00:44:44.100 And I think that is what this guy was chosen, kind of like David.
00:44:50.740 And I think that still exists today, like Trump was chosen.
00:44:55.660 I love that man.
00:44:57.260 I mean, he's like, I just love him.
00:45:00.540 And I love you too, Steve.
00:45:04.900 Many people don't realize how long I've known you.
00:45:07.380 And what a great, great patriot you are.
00:45:10.580 and a guy that would give up his life for his country and go to prison.
00:45:17.100 And I believe this character is that guy.
00:45:19.860 And a lot of us that loved, you know, former actors like Jimmy Stewart,
00:45:24.720 who I spent time with, who did 26 missions over Nazi Germany,
00:45:30.000 loved his country.
00:45:31.900 And we have to get the narrative back.
00:45:34.420 We've got to get the wall up.
00:45:36.060 We've got to have it.
00:45:36.900 We were a sovereign nation.
00:45:38.260 and um and this character is all of that um and for a long time our industry my industry has gone
00:45:47.900 in the way of the woke and americans have said no uh you can go broke and uh and finally there's a
00:45:55.800 guy that comes out there and takes every arrow but we all now have to stand up and fight back
00:46:01.400 and say that's it you're not taking my kids i when i was younger i had no children
00:46:06.660 and once you start to realize what we're going to leave them i don't really care much about
00:46:13.580 my career my career was a weapon given to me from god and i was to serve a purpose and just to bring
00:46:21.420 as many people back to our lord and savior that i can and i don't i'll say it until i'm dead it
00:46:26.480 doesn't matter but as far as making faith-based films i think most of those are crappy films
00:46:32.360 i wanted to go out there and and when we did the passion with mel i felt we were better than
00:46:38.480 everyone else and the truth is controversial is very controversial in this film it will be
00:46:44.720 controversial but you're going to love this guy let me ask you you know jimmy stewart came out of
00:46:50.520 the studio system you're right was it 50 or 26 bombing missions i mean the guy was a hero he
00:46:56.120 came out of the studio system at a time when the studio system were making pictures that middle
00:47:01.640 america loved and you go back and this is why tcm and all these people that curate these these films
00:47:07.220 from hollywood's golden age uh you know they're so beloved and they're classics you've traditionally
00:47:12.960 made at least over the current part of your career independent films sound of freedom a massive hit
00:47:18.580 by an independent film an independent film obviously you and mel together on passion of
00:47:23.720 Christ. This is a studio film, and it's got a crispness of production that you expect out of
00:47:30.640 a studio film and a marketing campaign. Are the studios starting to open up? And you're saying
00:47:36.360 the story here has a very powerful underlying element to it about man's search for purpose and
00:47:43.160 the love of God. Are we seeing the studios actually awaken to the fact that at least 50%
00:47:48.980 of the nation and people love Jim Caviezel and make his films have hundreds of millions of dollars
00:47:55.020 at the box office and huge video and TV sales. Are they awakening to the fact there's a massive
00:47:59.980 market out there for this, sir? Yes, they are. They acquiesced. They're giving this movie a shot.
00:48:07.120 They, uh, we, we, I brought, uh, to the studios, uh, uh, melded with the passion of the Christ and
00:48:14.960 they said no to it um and they said no to over a billion billion dollars that that movie did
00:48:22.400 probably way more than that now um then they also said no to sound of freedom and people were saying
00:48:30.860 no to their films they said no we reject them we're not going to your woke movies and so they're
00:48:37.540 giving this film sony is giving it a shot and saying okay is there a market out there for for
00:48:44.680 you and they're going to give it a shot on this if not i'll retire and find something else to do
00:48:51.060 but you know this is go um we're going the full distance here there's a strong purpose in this
00:48:58.720 film i hate to say faith-based because again um i believe if i put my best up against your best we 0.69
00:49:06.240 win and um if you don't like what we put out there is crap then don't go see it and i know this is
00:49:13.400 not i know that it's great great great filmmaking um will eubank uh chris papacitaro can't say 0.70
00:49:21.180 enough about him he's a a green beret warrior served our country right after 9-11 i read this
00:49:28.680 script and i said oh whoever wrote this is an actual warrior because i spent enormous amount
00:49:34.160 of time with these guys all the way back when i was working with ridley scott and the u.s navy
00:49:39.220 Seals. And these guys left a big imprint on this film and just the way I hold my weapon and
00:49:46.920 how I handle myself. A lot of those guys are in this, including St. Michael the Archangel.
00:49:55.740 People should know that, Jim, you turn down, you know, 20, 30 projects for everyone you take on
00:50:01.160 and everyone you take on has something. I think in Sound of Freedom, people were blown away
00:50:04.760 about the power of the filmmaking and the message of the story here. Also, I want to make sure people
00:50:10.760 know like the marketing campaign for this. You're kicking off today. I think you talked to the
00:50:15.500 Daily Wire and to War Room. You're kicking off a marketing campaign built around you as the star
00:50:21.060 of the movie. The film releases on and it couldn't be more appropriate. I think it's just great and
00:50:27.600 a great pick for Sony to release this film on on Veterans Day. And we'll make sure that there's a
00:50:33.440 huge turnout first off you have a massive fan base but also the fact that as you know being a
00:50:38.700 friend of yours I've talked about it you're a great action hero right and the more action movies
00:50:43.260 you get in that have a deeper purpose are going to bring in a younger audience to say hey this
00:50:48.740 guy Caviezel I'd love these films right so talk to me about the marketing how do people where do
00:50:53.960 they find out where this film is going to play it's going to be November you've got a real studio
00:50:58.660 Sony putting a big marketing effort in back of it.
00:51:01.780 Where do people go to get the information they need, the site?
00:51:04.660 I know you're putting stuff up on your social media clips,
00:51:06.960 although they've been very hesitant to put a lot out of the film except for the trailer.
00:51:11.840 I want to make sure people get every access to this before it opens
00:51:15.220 so we can push it on social media.
00:51:16.820 Where do folks go?
00:51:18.960 Nico, Nico, do you have information on that?
00:51:22.100 Go Soldier.
00:51:22.780 Go Soldier.movie.
00:51:24.600 Thank you.
00:51:25.460 You're the first one that asked me.
00:51:27.260 Go Soldier.movie.
00:51:28.660 But, you know, what's going to really help is that, look, I'm telling you this, I hate soliciting people to go watch my films.
00:51:37.960 I make, when we go out and make films, I'm not just an actor, I'm a filmmaker actor.
00:51:45.640 I go out and I, you know, study shots and study the character to get it to such a level that, you know, it's believable, it's seamless.
00:51:56.560 and uh you know what you can do to to uh so we are i already know i'm putting my money down i
00:52:05.620 know the film is fantastic if you love monte cristo you'll love this um if you love the
00:52:11.800 passion of christ you'll love this if you love sound of freedom you'll love this if you love
00:52:15.440 person of interest you'll love this it it's just common sense um the controversial part of this
00:52:21.660 film is the stuff that you and I grew up with in the red states which is faith that there's an
00:52:28.120 element in there that says you know I could walk away from this guy is has to make a choice whether
00:52:34.500 to get involved help this little boy out help their families because they're stealing their
00:52:38.600 water you got foreign corporations you've got guys that were probably guys that he served with
00:52:45.480 that were brothers that were top tier one operators that essentially got bought out and
00:52:51.160 were making money. And this comes down to the biblical story, which is like, do you want to
00:52:58.320 be a Judas? And some of us, like me, will never do that. And I believe that with Jimmy Stewart.
00:53:05.480 That's why he was my favorite actor. And what he did during the high point of his life, of his
00:53:11.320 career after winning an Academy Award, what does he do? He goes to the war and he becomes a 0.68
00:53:17.760 Brigadier General. He does 26 missions over Nazi Germany into hell territory. And he believed 0.58
00:53:26.460 in the American way, which is a republic which was given to us by God. And we have that moment
00:53:34.160 right now, whether or not we're going to stand up and fight back and say, no, you're not going
00:53:38.860 to take this from us we have a chance right now to take control back the narrative that used to
00:53:44.260 be ours in the hollywood community it's gone but right now it starts here it starts with me right
00:53:49.740 now that's what i've been given and and uh the opportunity i have done it since the passion of
00:53:54.840 the christ and so we put out a great film and what you can do is you can go and call your theater and
00:54:00.640 say are you getting a ghost soldier they say no we're not getting it you know we're putting out
00:54:05.860 these woke movies. Well, we're not going to go to your studios anymore. We're not going to go to
00:54:10.020 your target places and places that are counter to our American way. And I'll tell you, they'll get
00:54:17.880 the message and they have been getting the message because a lot of Americans have turned their back
00:54:22.600 on this woke agenda. And so, but I'm in the war zone. I'm in the area where I'm very unpopular
00:54:30.440 with these people. I wish I wasn't unpopular, but I guess we got to make a choice. Do we want to be
00:54:35.420 liked by many or loved by one and that is uh that's where my heart is and so is jimmy stewart
00:54:42.720 okay we gotta bounce but i want to everybody listen uh the conservatives always said hey
00:54:47.620 the studios hollywood doesn't support us this is where they made a film that a person of quality
00:54:53.620 like jim cavizo said i want to do this film we need to make this film sony's in back of it and
00:54:58.560 we're going to make sure that uh everybody gets out to see it uh go to ghost soldier.com you can
00:55:04.140 Check it all out, all the clips, all of it.
00:55:06.740 Jim, we leave now with May God Bless America,
00:55:10.280 a song that's all over.
00:55:12.540 It's a faith-based song.
00:55:14.700 That's the number two song, I think, in country.
00:55:16.740 Number seven on Billboard, or six on Billboard,
00:55:20.020 right before Ella Langley.
00:55:21.960 Kaviso, you're one of our heroes, the entire War Room posse,
00:55:25.040 and we're going to turn out big on Veterans Day.
00:55:28.840 In fact, I think we may have some special screenings of this
00:55:31.080 and make sure everybody gets out.
00:55:33.480 The entire crew loves you, sir.
00:55:34.840 You keep fighting and just keep making great films like you've been making.
00:55:39.360 Really appreciate you, Jim.
00:55:46.880 Jim Caviezel, one of the best men out there.
00:55:50.380 And I got to tell you, this is a very big deal.
00:55:52.460 For so many pictures to be in back of a picture like this, an action film with a deep meaning about foreign corporations, big corporations, set in Wyoming.
00:56:02.920 with a former Green Beret played by Jim Caviezel.
00:56:06.680 See, the clips are going to push it all over.
00:56:08.540 Veterans Day, November 11th.
00:56:11.080 Can't be a better way to celebrate, commemorate our veterans
00:56:15.240 in a film about a veteran.
00:56:17.660 Okay, I'm going to leave you now with God Bless America.
00:56:21.340 Just go to, what was it, iTunes?
00:56:24.780 I think it's a QR code up there.
00:56:26.540 Just hit it.
00:56:27.680 Download this song.
00:56:30.360 Made this song one of the top songs in the country.
00:56:32.560 We're going to make Ghost Soldiers one of the top films in America.
00:56:37.180 We're going to toss it over to Colvett and those guys.
00:56:39.380 They got good news on Arizona.
00:56:40.760 We're going to be back five to six.
00:56:42.760 We're going to be covering Trump's day in Texas.
00:56:46.120 Until then, may God bless America.
00:56:48.180 The song.
00:56:48.540 And we'll do this in the name of the one true God.
00:56:54.640 We will stand for the motto of the red, white, and blue.
00:56:58.420 In God we trust, he will cut through all the darkness.
00:57:02.320 all the lies all the good things in disguise we speak up and humbly ask may god bless america
00:57:12.000 bring us forward to the day when every tear is wiped away but until this perfect day
00:57:21.520 we should weep for our country seek god on its behalf
00:57:26.480 We may not have made a golden calf
00:57:30.600 But our idols have been cleared
00:57:33.020 And it ends here
00:57:35.480 May God bless America
00:57:49.460 And bring us forward to the day
00:57:52.680 When every tear is wiped away
00:57:55.960 But until this perfect day, we should weep for our country, seek God on its behalf.
00:58:06.140 We may not have made a golden calf, but our idols have been cleared.
