00:00:00.000 I have another scandal to add to your list. In the Wall Street Journal today, apparently Donald
00:00:05.640 Trump made another phone call. You know, one of those infamous phone calls. I'm just going to read
00:00:08.740 it for you, Norm. Trump called Dunleavy, who is the Alaska governor. Early Thursday morning,
00:00:14.680 the governor said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal to inquire about the status of
00:00:18.640 the state investigation. He's just wondering what we're doing up here. And I said, we're
00:00:23.040 investigating at the state level. Dunleavy recalled, adding that the president said the federal
00:00:27.980 government was also investigating the matter now i i wasn't born yesterday and i was i wasn't born
00:00:34.560 at night i was actually born at 8 23 a.m in the morning um however norm if you know it passes
00:00:42.060 prologue here usually when donald trump is calling up these governors it is not a benign
00:00:46.580 conversation he wants them to do something let's start with alaska the alaska supreme court
00:00:54.100 the top legal authority in the state has said that the two Dan Sullivans can cohabit on this
00:01:04.420 ballot. So the notion that there's any basis for Donald Trump to file a lawsuit in all the terrible
00:01:11.840 civil lawsuits that I've seen from this administration, we've had hundreds of legal
00:01:16.680 matters that democracy defenders fund in action. That Alaska one is the worst. There's no cause of
00:01:23.140 action. There's no law that's being broken. Number two, the Constitution. The Constitution
00:01:29.800 gives these issues to the states. Congress has some role to set the law. The president is not
00:01:36.980 mentioned in Article One, Section 4, where this is set forth. He has no business calling. Number
00:01:43.160 three, we have seen there's the two worst things this administration has done. It's killed innocent
00:01:50.580 people with ice uh lorenzo salgado alex pretty um renee good and it has prosecuted innocent
00:02:01.420 people that it does not like over and over again every time jim comey's daughter maureen wins
00:02:08.220 in her case they release another criminal prosecution against him and the same thing
00:02:13.880 with tish james my client davy hearn the reflecting pool gentleman falsely blamed
00:02:19.660 criminally prosecuted why so donald trump could hide his botch rush installation that is what
00:02:25.800 they are doing in alaska simone they're stirring up this fuss over something that the alaska supreme
00:02:33.100 court has said is legal and then let's travel down the coast shall we washington where they've sent
00:02:40.260 these letters threatening election administrators state of washington california where i was in
00:02:45.900 court. Our team helped win the case with these 20,000 voters. The judge in that case, they tried
00:02:53.300 for a TRO. He threw them right out of court because their list that they have in California,
00:03:00.260 they claim, oh, over 20,000 unauthorized voters is a junk list. It's unreliable. It's unproven.
00:03:09.340 It's there to intimidate voters. They're losing in court. And that's the last thing I want to say.
00:03:14.980 why are they doing this? They're losing in the court of law and they're losing in the court of
00:03:20.380 public opinion. They are facing a wipeout. And just like I sat at this desk for the past 21
00:03:26.480 months, and I told you all, we're going to go to the Supreme Court. We're going to win that.
00:03:30.080 These cases are going no place. Voters should not be distracted. Vote, vote early,
00:03:35.720 vote with confidence. We have your best. This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:44.980 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:49.980 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:54.980 The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:57.980 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:04:00.980 It's going to happen.
00:04:01.980 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:04:04.980 MAGA Media.
00:04:06.980 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:11.980 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:15.940 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:22.300 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:04:31.580 You are in the War Room. It's Friday, October 30th in the year of our Lord, 2026.
00:04:37.240 We always have a packed show for you, but definitely as we approach midterms, we have an extra packed show for you.
00:04:44.240 We have some calls to action for all of our patriots, especially those of y'all in Arizona.
00:04:49.640 We're going to get the latest on polling.
00:04:51.420 And, you know, I got to give Norm Eisen just a bit of a shout out there.
00:04:56.220 Obviously, I think we helped to make him famous, although maybe we're indirectly responsible for all the millions of dollars he's able to fundraise, even though they don't disclose where it's coming from.
00:05:04.640 But I've actually obtained some internal documents related to their strategy as to how they are preparing mass mobilization efforts, economic non-cooperation, basically forcing, blackmailing election officials, President Trump supporters into thinking that even challenging or questioning the validity of elections is somehow a crime.
00:05:26.560 We're going to get into all of that. And actually, if you can believe it, another document that was marked confidential coming from some of the Obama lawyers who are now trying to do some crazy stuff with state legislators when it comes to election censorship.
00:05:40.580 So we've got all that much more crazy left wing groups that are telling their supporters to stockpile food and medicine, at least for a few days as the midterm shakeout. So don't go anywhere. But we have a quick update from a patriot out in Arizona.
00:05:55.540 there might be some, I won't use the term misinformation because we don't like that,
00:05:59.060 but some confusion about voting early, tracking your ballot, chasing your ballot.
00:06:04.740 So Marissa Caldwell, you join us.
00:06:06.640 Can you give us, you've got a meme you want to share with the audience, 0.93
00:06:09.680 but just what the posse in Arizona needs to do to make sure their vote is counted.
00:06:13.840 Yeah, absolutely.
00:06:15.100 So we have been texting here at easyaz.org hundreds of thousands of voters every single day,
00:06:19.760 especially those that care about election integrity.
00:06:22.280 We're starting to see a trend that people did not get their early ballot.
00:06:26.120 Thousands and thousands of voters.
00:06:27.580 We saw this happen in the primary also.
00:06:29.560 So we wanted to make sure that you knew that if you didn't get your ballot, you need to go vote in person right away.
00:06:36.580 There are voting locations in every county open today, tomorrow, and then also on Monday and Tuesday.
00:06:42.920 If you did get your ballot and you mailed that ballot in, we need you to track it.
00:06:48.020 You can go to my.arizona.vote to track your ballot and make sure it arrived.
00:06:54.200 The reason why this is so important is that USPS said in the primary that 50,000 ballots in Arizona didn't make it to the voters, and we're hearing that now in the general.
00:07:04.320 So don't let yourself get glitched out.
00:07:06.180 We have great tools to track your ballot.
00:07:07.840 Go to my.arizona.vote and make sure your ballot got in there.
00:07:11.560 If you need to find a voting location, you can go to azvote.org.
00:07:15.580 This is a website that we set up that tells you how to make a plan to vote.
00:07:19.620 You can send it to your calendar.
00:07:21.580 And then you can also go and see if there's any problems you're facing on there.
00:07:25.700 And my cell phone number is right there on the website if you need any help.
00:07:28.860 It's 480-374-0102.
00:07:32.420 But this election is so critical.
00:07:34.620 If you know about the SAVE Act, which you probably do if you're watching this show,
00:07:38.280 we have that on the ballot in Arizona.
00:07:40.480 It's Prop 144.
00:07:41.380 for. We have one of the greatest slates that I've ever seen in my lifetime running for office to
00:07:47.440 secure our elections. And when we go back and we look at 2022, besides the glitches, one of the
00:07:53.240 biggest things was 500,000 voters who care about election integrity stayed home and didn't vote.
00:07:59.200 We're seeing that trend happen again. And so we got to get, we got to get up. We got to get off
00:08:04.020 our couches. We got to get our ballots in there. If we do, we can save our state. Right now, these
00:08:08.700 races are neck and neck and they will be determined by single digit votes in some cases. So get out
00:08:14.080 there and vote. Vote today, vote tomorrow, Monday, or Tuesday, and then track your ballot at my.arizona.vote.
00:08:21.540 And if you have any questions or need anything, go to our website, azvote.org. Don't be glitched
00:08:27.080 out of your vote. Go do it. One more time, where can people go? And just for those of us who don't
00:08:31.980 live in Arizona, are there any other, you know, broader resources that you would recommend to do
00:08:36.300 the same state by state? Yeah. So in every single state, there's probably a way that you can track
00:08:42.540 your ballot. I would just Google track my ballot. You want to make sure no matter where you are,
00:08:47.460 that if you mailed your ballot, it's not getting glitched out by not arriving where it needs to be.
00:08:52.040 So track your ballot, make sure that your ballot arrived at the voting facility for your state.
00:08:59.260 Sometimes it's a recorder, sometimes it's a clerk, and make sure that it gets counted. It's so
00:09:04.280 important. And so it's super easy for us to do. In Arizona, you can go to azvote.org, make a plan
00:09:10.700 to vote, add it to your phone, find a location, troubleshoot any issues you're having, and my
00:09:15.880 cell phone number's on there if you need any help. But track your ballot, vote in person. It's too
00:09:20.860 late to mail your vote. And if you already voted, make sure that it got there. Marissa, thank you
00:09:26.800 so much for joining us and for keeping up the fight. We will definitely have you back on as
00:09:30.660 necessary to give the posse all the updates they need. Absolutely. Happy to tell you about the
00:09:35.600 shenanigans happening here, but patriots are rising and we're going to fight it and we're
00:09:39.080 going to save our state. We love it. Thank you, ma'am. We'll have you back soon.
00:09:44.760 She says glitched out. I think maybe a little euphemistic. I'm sure there's some interesting
00:09:49.680 things going on. I'm curious where those 50,000 primary ballots didn't end up. They never seem
00:09:55.540 to have issues with a certain side of the aisle on their mail-in ballots. They always seem to cut
00:09:59.820 one way um mark mitchell maybe you could do some some polling on that now mark full disclosure i
00:10:05.740 didn't even know you were going to be on the show i just saw you pop up in the in this in the green
00:10:10.480 room and i was like this is amazing we're gonna get the latest on on all things polls you do such
00:10:15.440 good honest work to use a word you know the honest polling company but um i know steve wanted to have
00:10:20.500 you on to discuss um some of your new polls so just lay it out for the audience where we stand
00:10:25.260 um yeah it's honest polls a little on the nose but i represent the american people and not
00:10:31.780 necessarily one specific party i will say people who are heavily invested in this election i don't
00:10:37.840 think it's enough so far need to find people who are disillusioned from the 2024 election
00:10:42.540 maybe one-time trump voters or people you know who are independent or younger and drag them to
00:10:47.260 the polls because we're looking at a lot of races like in arizona for instance where the republicans
00:10:53.180 are kind of tracking closely with the 2022 race. And yet at the same time, nationwide independents
00:10:59.480 are leaning more Democrat than they will be have been in past elections. And a lot of that is some
00:11:05.260 disillusionment with the Trump administration over not necessarily war with Iran. And this is why I
00:11:11.080 think Steve wanted to talk this larger need to address economic populism and the current like
00:11:17.600 real state of the American economy. So now I have my view of what is going on with the race.
00:11:23.880 I don't know if I want to necessarily demoralize people, but it's going to be relatively bad for
00:11:28.280 Republicans in a way we haven't seen in a long time. Again, go vote, because all of these
00:11:33.660 individual races really do matter, right? It's just a question of which ones are still in play.
00:11:39.400 And yet, when you look at what's going to happen necessarily in the next week, we're going to be
00:11:45.040 talking a lot more about what the right looks like in the future, what it can do to improve,
00:11:50.720 and who is going to be controlling the policy platform within the Republican Party. That's
00:11:56.140 been the body of my work. And what we're seeing out of the Republican Party and their messaging
00:12:00.000 right now is not going to work. We're at a point where economic populism is an absolute imperative.
00:12:06.980 And the Republican Party needs to change now, even the stuff we've seen this week with Hassett
00:12:11.840 coming out and saying this is the best economy we've ever had. I can tell you the economic
00:12:16.420 polling shows that people do not believe that. We are, according to, is the economy getting
00:12:21.160 better or worse, for instance, in an economic crisis that has been going on since the beginning
00:12:26.700 of COVID in a way that's a completely different paradigm than the first Trump administration.
00:12:31.640 And so if there's a Republicans need to catch their hair on fire thing, it's that their messaging
00:12:36.820 about the economy needs to improve drastically. And that is really, I'll tell you, number one
00:12:42.500 reason that they're having problems this election compared to previous elections. 2024, it was a
00:12:48.640 platform of economic populism, systematic reform and accountability. And now we're saying like,
00:12:54.300 hey, we are at the golden age. And so I can't emphasize this enough. When you have like Peggy
00:13:00.220 Noonan and Nick Fuentes agreeing that the Republican Party needs to be burned down and
00:13:05.320 moved in a new direction like things are afoot and there are conversations to be had so like
00:13:10.480 that's the core i would love to go into more of it and if you want to my prediction of the races
00:13:14.120 like i don't know how valuable that will be for people like i just had a generic ballot of democrat
00:13:19.240 plus 13 and unfortunately it sounds like that sort of matches like what's going on with the
00:13:23.680 internal republican uh polling that fabrizio is doing and matches basically time sienna emerson
00:13:30.560 and big data poll but again go vote like it really needs to happen mark i definitely want to hold you
00:13:38.580 through the break and let's get into all that we've got about a minute before we got to jump
00:13:41.940 just when you say economy i'm curious is that something that you think voters are viewing
00:13:46.100 inextricably linked primarily to the iran war or are they counting in the tariffs and how that
00:13:52.240 factors into it too or is it primarily the economy through the through the lens of gas prices as a
00:13:57.160 result of what happened in Iran? No, I think all of these things are symbolic, but ultimately what
00:14:02.200 we're talking about here is lived experience. And I wish I could put the YouGov chart on, but we went
00:14:07.040 from about 30% of people saying the economy was getting worse in 2020 to a massive post-COVID
00:14:12.860 paradigm where the number is in the 60s and it has stayed there the entire time, except for the
00:14:18.160 Biden inauguration and the Trump inauguration where people had hope. And if you want to see the first
00:14:22.980 number, preceding Trump approvals drop, preceding the generic ballot flipping towards Democrats,
00:14:28.080 the first number that really broke with the positivity that happened in the Trump second
00:14:32.360 administration, it was the economy is getting worse. And so the problem is, is that people
00:14:36.900 are focused on GDP and not like wages and the share of wealth and this K-shaped economy that
00:14:42.800 we've had. So that's really what I'm talking about. Mark, if you can hang with us through 0.91
00:14:47.120 the break, I'm sure the audience wants all the numbers. Warren Posse will be right back.
00:14:52.980 If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up, folks, and grab a pen, maybe even a number two
00:15:08.400 pencil. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. That's 845-WAR-ROOM. Call it right now. I'm serious. Call it.
00:15:16.620 Now, here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a
00:15:22.100 Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print
00:15:29.900 nobody but a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting
00:15:35.380 too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you. That's why if you're
00:15:42.080 already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter. They have a team
00:15:48.560 of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes,
00:15:53.920 they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost. Why? They're a data company.
00:16:00.320 They have all the data on every plan. It's totally free. There's no pressure, no BS,
00:16:07.100 just straightforward, honest help from fellow patriots. So don't wait. Call 845-WAR-ROOM right
00:16:12.600 now. That's 845 War Room. Tell them Bannon sent you. Now listen, in the first couple of days of
00:16:18.860 the launch of this company with the Warren Posse, Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of
00:16:24.920 thousands collectively of dollars in these fees. Go check it out today. That's chapter. Call 845
00:16:31.100 War Room. Do it today. We talk about accountability. We're talking about multi-front accountability,
00:16:37.780 and we need to see it via every available vehicle.
00:16:41.880 I think you're completely right
00:16:43.060 that we should also be looking at
00:16:44.380 what are the state tools that are available, right?
00:16:46.900 Like what are the ways in which you press on other actors?
00:16:50.180 We need accountability for Donald Trump.
00:16:52.320 We need accountability for his cabinet.
00:16:54.560 We need accountability for the mid-level staffers
00:16:56.920 who are executing all kinds of crazy illegal.
00:16:59.460 We need accountability for corporations
00:17:01.620 that have been throwing in with his agenda
00:17:03.340 and backing his ballroom scams
00:17:05.200 and sending him gigantic amounts of money
00:17:07.300 via his crypto wallet. We need accountability for the tech barons who have thrown in with his agenda
00:17:13.220 in order to advance their own interests. We need to look into the Supreme Court and the rampant
00:17:19.000 corruption of Justice Thomas and Alito. There's going to have to be a massive focus on what has
00:17:27.060 been done. It also has to be, as you are talking about this, it has to be linked to an agenda
00:17:32.740 that's actually about people's regular lives right because fundamentally this can't be just oh one
00:17:37.700 party got in and went after the other it has to be one party is actually incredibly focused on
00:17:43.540 your life your experience your pocketbook your conditions of a dignified life in america and
00:17:49.780 part of the reason why you don't have that is the rampant corruption and law breaking of the other
00:17:54.260 side well i probably should have put a trigger warning give you guys a bit of a show map but for
00:18:00.660 all the future blocks of this show. I'll be playing some snippets from some of the
00:18:04.960 kind of grassroots training webinars and calls, all the rallying, the shock troops
00:18:10.720 of the left for the midterms. That is, of course, the leaders of Indivisible, the kind of
00:18:17.220 formers of the resistance movement dating back to 2016. But I play that. Obviously,
00:18:24.100 Steve and I have been focusing on how they are not just looking at impeachment as one and done.
00:18:28.560 And that is the opening bid, the opening salvo when it comes to the complete destruction of the Republican Party, particularly the MAGA elements.
00:18:37.180 But I would also add just some very interesting internal stuff related to Indivisible.
00:18:41.960 They recently announced that they would actually be winding down, if you can believe it, some of their more resistance focused groups.
00:18:49.580 So those are the like explicitly anti-Trump, the crazy protesters, the violent, the radical, that kind of stuff,
00:18:55.640 specifically with the purpose of re-purposing those people, those activists, into election
00:19:04.220 protection and mass mobilizations related to the midterms.
00:19:08.840 And that right there is signal, not noise, when these left-wing groups are telling you
00:19:13.140 what they are focusing on, what they really care about.
00:19:15.940 But more to the point, all of this dark left money, it's not even going to get out the
00:19:20.520 vote, right?
00:19:21.060 It's not going to helping Democrat candidates cut ads or anything.
00:19:25.640 It is going to basically artificially manipulating the contours, the sort of edge cases that then influence the elections.
00:19:32.060 That's why all of these programs are extending, even in some cases, past, well past Election Day and starting way before.
00:19:38.800 The censorship, the mobilizations, the protests, economic non-cooperation.
00:19:43.920 Take your pick of any of these radical tactics.
00:19:46.780 Mark Mitchell, maybe you're the other side of the coin when it comes to our friends over at Indivisible,
00:19:52.760 But they're obviously talking about how they're trying to message that, you know, might I just add, the Democrats, when they were in control of the government, didn't do too well on the economy either.
00:20:01.480 At least they probably don't even want you being able to buy gas.
00:20:05.000 But I'm curious how you think, regardless of what the results are, how this will sort of influence the future trajectory of the Republican Party.
00:20:14.660 Do you think if we win, if we lose, that that will allow MAGA to prevail?
00:20:18.360 Do you think you're going to see the kind of older establishment elements use that as vindication that we should go back to, you know, the Bush days?
00:20:25.440 What are your thoughts on how these midterms shape specifically MAGA?
00:20:30.020 Again, I don't want to demoralize anybody.
00:20:32.720 Go out and vote.
00:20:33.760 A lot of tight Senate races.
00:20:35.760 Senate control is still up in the air.
00:20:37.860 Republicans have, I think, roughly about a one in three chance of still maintaining control of the Senate.
00:20:42.180 However, what we're looking at is an almost mathematical certainty that the Democrats pick up the House.
00:20:46.880 And what does that mean?
00:20:47.860 it means that Trump's legislative agenda is over. Democrats are going to have control of all these
00:20:52.780 committees. There's going to be a lot of investigations that will probably drive a lot
00:20:57.220 of the news narrative. And what we won't have is people focused on any kind of agenda. And so that
00:21:02.580 gives us a little bit of a respite. I hate to say it, but a respite until 2028, when there is going
00:21:08.240 to be a very stark difference between the right's agenda and the left's agenda. And unfortunately,
00:21:13.640 what I see is a lot of people fighting over this Iran situation. Again, I think Iran based on the
00:21:19.260 polling was just kind of the straw that broke the camel's back. A lot of people are going to focus
00:21:24.000 on bringing us back to traditional republicanism, getting us past MAGA, getting us to a place where
00:21:29.640 people are more okay with foreign interventionalism. And there is a group of Republicans
00:21:34.060 that will be okay with that. But the latest group, this low propensity 2024 coalition,
00:21:39.900 they're gone and what that means is that if the republican party digs in on those things
00:21:44.760 it's going to lose for a long time and i'm not sure how you overcome that but what i can tell
00:21:49.040 you is that economic populism is not a slogan it's an absolute imperative and what pissed me
00:21:56.060 off today is going to real clear politics and seeing larry kudlow come out and he had an op-ed
00:22:01.880 that said look we got 3.5 gdp republicans need to be pushing this out there everywhere the election 0.96
00:22:07.920 save this is the best thing ever and it's like this shit like i likened it on my twitter page 0.99
00:22:14.760 to the lone dinosaur out there in a lake eating you know uh like roughage as the comet streaked 0.98
00:22:22.460 across the sky to come in and wipe out the dinosaurs like this is so totally against what
00:22:28.180 where the american people are they are in economic crisis and i just you know if you were interested
00:22:34.320 in being a populist, if you are interested in actually fixing the economy, rebuilding
00:22:38.820 the American middle class, you would be focused on things like, and let's acknowledge, we
00:22:43.640 have record corporate interests as a share of national income.
00:22:48.260 Workers' share of national income is the lowest ever recorded at 53%.
00:22:52.040 The current savings rate is only 4%.
00:22:54.600 It's less than half of what it was before COVID.
00:22:57.560 Only 2.3% of all wealth is owned by the bottom half of Americans.
00:23:01.520 The middle class owns a record low of only 29% of all wealth.
00:23:06.240 We have massive delinquency problems.
00:23:08.700 Credit cards are up to 13% in 90-plus days.
00:23:11.940 29% of Americans say they've used buy now, pay now, later in the last 12 months for groceries.
00:23:18.340 Median age of first-time homebuyers is 40 years old, and half of all under 30 Americans now live with their parents, right?
00:23:25.960 So when you come out there and you say Dow's $50,000 or this is the best economy that we've ever had, this is like Biden-level gaslighting is nails on a chalkboard to people that are unable to live in this environment.
00:23:38.680 I haven't even gotten into the fact that these people can't find marriageable mates.
00:23:43.440 They can't find jobs. 0.94
00:23:44.800 Most of them are unemployed.
00:23:46.320 Health insurance is like $20,000, $30,000 now.
00:23:49.180 It's literally unaffordable, right?
00:23:50.600 And so, unfortunately, Republicans, as the party of, you know, moral authority and maturity, have to offer pragmatic solutions to these things that is something different than Washington's status quo.
00:24:04.480 And so this is, like, really where the fight is going to be.
00:24:07.500 I think, personally, I look at what happened under the second Trump administration, and I have a lot of questions about donor capture.
00:24:14.520 Why do we talk about the economy the way we do?
00:24:17.720 Why do we do foreign policy the way we did?
00:24:20.600 And I think there's some sort of uncomfortable realities that have to be like raised there.
00:24:26.120 How do we prevent that from happening again?
00:24:28.860 How do we prevent the Republicans for being the face of the oligarchy?
00:24:33.400 So Gallup asked in 2023, which party do you trust more for the prosperity of America in the future?
00:24:40.900 And Republicans had a 14 point lead now.
00:24:43.200 Now they're underwater 14 points with Democrats.
00:24:45.600 That's one of the biggest swings on a huge question like that that I've really seen in polling ever.
00:24:50.600 And so there was this like wave of 2024 golden age, rebuild the middle class that is literally
00:24:55.600 gone and needs to be recaptured somehow.
00:24:57.880 Otherwise, the Democrats are going to become the party of economic populism.
00:25:02.220 If they jettison some of the more crazy parts of their platform, somebody like John Ossoff
00:25:06.880 could come out there and literally run on Trump 2024 ism and do a really good job.
00:25:12.500 Now, will they actually deliver that?
00:25:14.040 I don't know.
00:25:14.480 I doubt it.
00:25:15.160 I think they're also captured by corporate interests, but we're trying to fix America
00:25:18.940 here.
00:25:19.220 We're trying to break out of this like sort of uniparty kleptocracy kabuki theater that we have.
00:25:24.960 And unfortunately, it looks to me like there's a lot of Republicans in Washington, D.C. that are salivating for a lame duck Trump presidency where they can start to push what I think everybody in Washington, D.C., for instance, really likes the idea of Rubio as opposed to J.D. Vance.
00:25:43.200 J.D. Vance is polling better than Rubio, and it's because he is an economic populist.
00:25:48.040 But we're in a tough situation where J.D. Vance isn't going to necessarily have the coattails to pull this off.
00:25:52.960 So my question is, Republicans, are you going to continue to stand for this sort of corporate tax cuts, trickle-down economies, open borders, globalism, where everything is offshored and we bring in all of the H-1Bs?
00:26:05.960 Or are you going to stand for something that's pro-worker, something that rebalances economic freedom and gets us out of this scarcity of the middle class that's been oppressive for these people? 0.83
00:26:17.940 I mean, people are basically economically triggered, and our turnout rate in elections continues to go up.
00:26:25.040 Like, that's the wrong direction.
00:26:26.100 Everybody should be happy and comfortable in our economy.
00:26:29.960 We should see low turnout rates in our midterms especially, right?
00:26:32.940 Like the fact that everybody needs to be involved in politics, in my opinion now, means that it's failing the American people.
00:26:39.620 And so who's going to be the party, the movement that actually breaks free of the corporate interests?
00:26:47.700 Because I think we thought a lot of this stuff was going to get fixed in the 2024 mandate and come out and say, you know what?
00:26:54.040 Like we're going to put the American people first. This is what matters.
00:26:57.520 These are the things we have to focus on, kind of like Teddy Roosevelt, and come out there and say Americans need a square deal.
00:27:03.460 We might have to get a little bit hostile with some of these oligarchs, some of these plutocrats, fight the oligarchy.
00:27:10.540 And again, as an economic populist, I think a lot of people thought that Trump would come out strong against the oligarchy.
00:27:19.020 And yet now what you have is almost entirely on the left, people using that language.
00:27:23.580 And we've gotten to a point where voters on the right are now actually heavily supportive of socialistic policies because not necessarily that they don't believe in free market capitalism, but because the level of desperation has gotten so high.
00:27:38.800 We have taxing billionaires now, like a three-to-one favorite among all voters and almost three-to-one among Trump voters and Republicans.
00:27:47.780 So this is kind of where we're at, and a lot of people in Washington, D.C. don't want to acknowledge that.
00:27:53.700 They still want to go back to this paradigm that we've had.
00:27:56.940 Mark, we're coming up against the end of the break, so I've got to let you bounce.
00:28:01.160 If people want to get all your polls, stay up to date with everything you're working on, more of your very inside analysis, where can they go to do that?

00:30:07.720 Trump has committed God knows how many crimes that are impeachable
00:30:10.880 He should be impeached. He should be convicted. He should be removed. He should probably be in
00:30:14.200 prison. And he should absolutely be in prison. What are we talking about? Well, I think that
00:30:18.720 you need to make the legal process run its course. I'm not a lawyer. He should have at the very least
00:30:23.100 we should we should look at the crimes. That said, I think we we don't know what's going to happen
00:30:28.400 over the next two months as Trump loses power. How is he going to lash out? And I think we should
00:30:34.080 be very open to the idea that our specific moves when it comes to accountability should should
00:30:39.820 change based on what happens, what exactly does. And if there is a bigger opportunity to pull more
00:30:46.000 people over to our side, we absolutely should be moving forward. But Leah, a thousand percent agree
00:30:50.420 with your basic argument that like impeachment alone, nobody should be thinking of that as
00:30:54.860 enough. If you just remove Trump, even if you were successful in doing so, there are so many people
00:31:00.260 who broke the law, so many people who undermine the Constitution, so many people who supported
00:31:04.340 this regime in doing the damage it has done. Just removing Trump is not enough. It needs to be much
00:31:09.720 bigger even if we uh agree on that one question beyond you are back in the war room i apologize
00:31:17.220 for continuing to play those i was trying to come up with a way to uh nicely insult them and i think
00:31:24.040 i settled on the puppet-faced freaks i think they look like they're ventriloquist dolls frankly
00:31:29.780 though norm eisen is even more bizarre looking and i think he's had plastic surgery including
00:31:35.020 but not limited to veneers, plugs, and Botox. But I digress. That's a conspiracy for me to
00:31:42.000 chase down on my own time. But I want to get into the very granular documents that are going to
00:31:48.860 outline what you will see on election night, before, after, coming, not just from Democrats,
00:31:56.300 but specifically the kind of lawfare left. You know, everybody's really up in arms right now
00:32:01.920 about what's been going on in Alaska, which might I just quickly add that Norm Eisen,
00:32:07.460 you know, Mr. Democracy, literally tweeted out, quote, a second Dan Sullivan on Alaska's ballot
00:32:13.780 is politics, not criminality. So I love it. When their side does it, it's just politics. It's not
00:32:20.580 criminal. But when our side does something that's completely legal, it's suddenly criminal. I'm not
00:32:25.320 kidding. He actually tweeted that. But these documents really show how the Normizers of the
00:32:32.820 world, the Mark Elias's of the world are really, really, really coming in hot for these midterm
00:32:39.280 elections. Might I just add that everything that you're seeing go down in Alaska, all the, you
00:32:45.500 know, discourse surrounding that. Yes, it's horrible. It's a bad thing. But that pales in
00:32:51.420 comparison that is above board right not legally but that is something that came to the surface
00:32:55.880 the tip of the iceberg all of this stuff they would rather have you focusing on what's going
00:32:59.600 on there than what they have prepped for the streets for your job for your workplace for
00:33:04.460 your kids schools when it comes to potentially shutting these institutions down so they can
00:33:10.040 force democrat victories through so let's start with the first story um this one i broke a few
00:33:16.460 days ago and this has to do with a document coming from a group called protect democracy
00:33:21.860 which was founded by various associate councils in the obama white house um the most notable one
00:33:28.860 is an individual by the name of ian bassin um you guys may recall this group they've sued president
00:33:34.520 trump a ton whether it was related to doge stuff to illegal alien stuff to non-profit defunding
00:33:41.500 take your pick um i do think it's quite interesting that these allegedly you know
00:33:45.500 nonpartisan actors who are weighing in on electioneering are also the same people who
00:33:50.360 are literally bankrolling and working for the Democratic candidates that they are supposedly,
00:33:54.820 you know, independently arbitrating and adjudicating elections over.
00:33:58.900 But this is a 14-page guide.
00:34:00.840 It's marked confidential.
00:34:02.300 You can see in the upper left-hand corner of the document, I was able to pull it using
00:34:06.860 my magical investigative reporter resources.
00:34:09.520 And you can see that they're specifically targeting state legislators and trying to coach them on messaging, censorship, and mass mobilization of the Democrat left, the censorship, of course, of the right, but to basically enforce election results that are, to be blunt, a Democrat victory.
00:34:31.980 Some of the quotes here of what they are kind of war planning and war gaming rather out, they think President Trump will engage in voter intimidation, federal takeover attempts, ballot sheet seizures, criminal investigations, countering interference, mass ballot challenges and certification disputes.
00:34:51.300 Now, some of the advice that they are giving to sort of respond, they have seven doomsday scenarios that this document is really pertaining to, include training people how to serve on grand juries.
00:35:07.520 I'm not kidding. It's in the document.
00:35:10.180 The actual quote is to, quote, reject improper prosecutions while serving on grand juries.
00:35:17.080 I think we should really put a footnote on that one for the future court cases, because I'm pretty sure that's something called witness tampering. But I digress. There are about a dozen more radical examples than just that.
00:35:29.640 they are analyzing and assessing that they believe misinformation pertaining to election
00:35:36.120 spikes starts the spike starts about 10 days before the actual election so what they're
00:35:42.620 floating as a counter to that is this concept it's written there for all the world to see
00:35:47.120 of pre-bunking now pre-bunking is another kind of you know i was going to say bumper sticker on a
00:35:53.240 bentley although i'm not sure if it's the inverse of that maybe we'll just call it a euphemism for
00:35:58.080 what is the complete and utter censorship of the American people through a much more
00:36:03.020 academic and pseudo-sophisticated lens, it's the idea that they don't even want you to
00:36:10.500 be able to have the thoughts that will lead to you being censored.
00:36:14.960 I'm not kidding.
00:36:16.220 And actually, if you can believe it, a few years ago, Steve and I were actually the first
00:36:19.360 to expose this concept, specifically in the context of the Biden regime granting hundreds
00:36:26.060 of thousands of dollars to fund research when it came to pre-bunking populist messaging in brazil
00:36:32.660 which is quite wild given how that country in that situation has played out um but in this case the
00:36:39.620 pre-bunking narratives that they're pushing are really about normalizing delays and election
00:36:45.600 results and this concept of the blue shift the red mirage it looks like republicans are going
00:36:51.360 to win on election night and then all of a sudden you see a shift and then suddenly Democrats win
00:36:56.840 and I think perhaps my favorite quote throughout this entire document like I said it's 14 pages
00:37:03.500 because I don't necessarily interpret it how I think they are intending their readers to take
00:37:09.740 it which is quote when we fight feelings with facts we lose I would interpret that as they
00:37:16.480 don't have the facts so they would rather keep things in the realm of feelings we obviously know
00:37:21.060 what they're saying we're saying we're crazy conspiracy theorists so you know facts won't
00:37:24.680 reach us i would actually posit that we're the ones that sue in court day after day to try to
00:37:29.500 get these elections figured out and they don't grant a standing um but i think another very
00:37:35.220 significant buried lead in here that i know this audience is definitely on watch for is that another
00:37:40.760 approach to pre-bunking and the censorship is that they're really leaning into what they call
00:37:45.580 you know, trusted messengers. And I'm sure that we all remember that very loaded term
00:37:50.680 from the days of COVID. But specifically, who they are targeting and working with
00:37:56.580 is former and current Republicans. So let that sink in. The Obama radical lawfare left,
00:38:06.940 who has an established back channel, the mere fact that this document even exists,
00:38:11.940 proves that there is coordination between elected officials and left-wing, you know, nonpartisan
00:38:17.340 NGOs, and they are actively recruiting Republicans to help them advance their messaging.
00:38:25.760 Their messaging, which includes laying the groundwork for mass mobilization, censorship,
00:38:31.440 protest, and the key point here is that they want to, quote, make the escalation politically
00:38:36.780 costly, which is the point that you won't even be able to challenge election results
00:38:42.140 because there are already so many negative incentive structures, whether it's the already
00:38:47.160 written legal drafts, as we know Norm Eisen was telling the Financial Times for one of
00:38:51.700 his many profile pieces that he's getting, but they want to basically make sure that
00:38:56.240 what happened in 2020 can never happen again.
00:38:59.860 Now, I think it's quite interesting, too.
00:39:02.680 We're going to pivot to the internal documents that I got from Norm Eisen's group.
00:39:06.780 But you have to remember the left wing media, and I know because I have been on the receiving end of this, they love to cover every latest conspiracy that the right has. Right. I mean, everything, everything blew me. They're struggling for stories to cover at the moment.
00:39:20.140 but there's like complete silence and it is literally zero when it comes to left-wing
00:39:27.520 interest again not from a positive lens but from a negative or a mocking lens of reporting on what
00:39:33.340 the right is doing when it comes to exposing the left's color revolution and I would just really
00:39:38.320 mentally flag that for everyone for a left-wing media who is so eager and so willing to report
00:39:44.740 on any little thing that they think makes the right crazy especially when it comes to you know
00:39:50.560 election denialism and all of that just look on all of the mainstream outlets and I'm not saying
00:39:55.960 that they would be covering this charitably but it's very curious to me that they don't even want
00:40:01.540 to give any airtime to some of these supposedly crazy things that we're saying because the point
00:40:07.920 is and these documents prove it it's not crazy this back channel exists you're seeing a merger
00:40:13.940 of state power with these left-wing NGOs. The clearest example of that is how you've seen
00:40:19.400 the Zuckerberg's organization, the Center for Tech and Civic Life, be apparently turned off,
00:40:24.700 but then become basically reinvented, the Alliance for Election Excellence, which is now actively
00:40:30.100 working, much like this document, with election officials and state legislators, in some cases,
00:40:35.780 funding these election offices. So it's become much more nefarious and direct. And I think it's
00:40:40.920 quite interesting that the left-wing media is not knocking on all of our doors eager and just
00:40:46.800 you know busting bursting at the seams to basically call us crazy for talking about this. They treat
00:40:51.980 it like it's a non-issue. On that point I will make it an issue. I don't think Norm Eisen likes
00:40:57.360 me very much and I like that very much but one of his groups the Election Safeguards Response Network
00:41:05.180 these names are almost harder to remember than the Chinese ones that I know but this is a group
00:41:10.780 um who again back channels with election officials democrats to you know protect elections
00:41:17.780 but interestingly one of this uh one of these documents that i obtained caveated on every
00:41:23.520 single page is quote it may not be shared outside of the esrn and is not intended to be shared
00:41:29.520 publicly or with the press well take that normizen i know you guys have millions of dollars in
00:41:35.920 cybersecurity and legal experts, but hey, you're no match for the war room. But Norm Eisen is the
00:41:41.980 executive director of this coalition. And they talk about how in response to some of President
00:41:47.780 Trump's fear mongering about unsafe or insecure election results, that they are actively
00:41:54.880 maintaining, quote, open lines of communication with election officials. That right there is
00:42:00.980 conspiracy. Just imagine if the tables were turned and even President Trump or CISA or DHS or
00:42:07.940 any of these government agencies were having these back channel off the record conversations with
00:42:12.940 people who are running the elections. You would literally hear about it all the time. They would
00:42:18.380 have an apoplectic nature in response to it. But Norm Eisen does it because they do it secretly
00:42:24.460 and they get away with it. And some of these documents, what you'll see, they are literally
00:42:29.160 giving election officials talking points one of the sections quote what you can say and I encourage
00:42:35.680 people to go to my sub stack I won't waste all this airtime because we have so many stories to
00:42:39.640 get through listing what they're going to say but let me just tell you it's exactly what you've
00:42:44.200 heard it's exactly what they're going to say going into the midterms and if we know these talking
00:42:48.680 points now we can not only prep but we can also diffuse and mock these people frankly they should
00:42:54.360 be charged criminally for conspiring with these tax-exempt nonprofits who literally are existing
00:43:00.520 and engaging in back channels with election officials who are supposed to be impartially
00:43:05.440 administrating elections. Some of the other sections include talking points where they tell
00:43:11.260 people, do not repeat claims about non-citizen voting, even to dispute them. Do not repeat the
00:43:16.900 lies. Use simple and accessible language. In regards to Trump, emphasized that the speech
00:43:22.540 was desperate and ridiculous and they go on to give a bunch of chat gpt generated weird platitudes
00:43:28.380 that they can say to their voters about how elections are so secure meanwhile it's quite 0.83
00:43:34.420 clear that the left is busy spending all of their time messaging away the problems with our election
00:43:40.340 systems and basically making you feel like you're the crazy bad conspiratorial guy for even having
00:43:47.040 questions trying to make it basically impossible for you to even hold those viewpoints by pre-bunking
00:43:52.180 and censoring you and they are literally doing what they accuse us of again these are documents
00:43:57.680 completely classified internal documents are not supposed to be shared with the public my
00:44:01.740 substack nataliegwinters.substack.com we got more stories after the break

00:45:38.860 Just naming that there's, you know, there's a lot of discourse around is impeachment the goal.
00:45:42.540 And our take on this is that impeachment is a tactic within a strategy to get to a broader goal.
00:45:48.600 Like our goal is bigger than Donald Trump or this current administration.
00:45:52.980 Our goal is the transformation of American democracy so that it is inclusive and representative and resilient to future authoritarians and authoritarian attacks.
00:46:01.640 That sounds like a good goal.
00:46:02.660 It's like a really good goal, right?
00:46:04.380 And how do you get there?
00:46:06.200 you build a mass political coalition that is capable of making inroads that we have not made
00:46:11.520 up until now that is so powerful that you actually fracture Republicans and MAGA and you pull some of
00:46:17.720 those folks into our side we build our coalition we collectively are impeachment is a tactic let
00:46:25.080 let that sink in and I won't tell you I told you so when that's just the opening bid I had to cut
00:46:30.580 in I don't want to traumatize you guys anymore but we're going to blitz through some of these
00:46:35.520 stories like i said they're all in my sub stack their acts get familiar get up close and personal
00:46:40.040 and understand how they're going to try to deprive us even of our rightful election victories um in 0.65
00:46:47.680 one case one of the stories this one was pretty wild even for me but one of these left-wing ngos
00:46:53.640 called seed the vote um is actually advocating and like quasi carrying out it's a little unclear
00:47:02.080 these people are kind of shady and what I'm reporting on is not necessarily out for public
00:47:06.280 consumption. I have my methods, but they are pursuing a, quote, parallel vote counting
00:47:13.440 infrastructure separate from the government where they point to Venezuela, Hungary, and Serbia
00:47:19.820 as successful examples. So they basically want to have in their back pocket a separate vote count
00:47:28.600 that is distinct from the government one so they can use it if there are election disputes
00:47:33.820 to encourage their supporters and feral activists to rush onto the streets and say the election was
00:47:42.000 stolen. Interestingly enough, they're partnered with this group called Freedom Trainers behind
00:47:47.200 some of the USAID more explicitly color revolution type stuff. And they say that if there are
00:47:53.040 contested elections their compounded tactic is that they want to get international recognition
00:48:00.060 they want to use foreign countries embracing certain candidates as the victors as pressure
00:48:07.380 points to get elections certified and I know the hypocrisy is not lost on anyone in this audience
00:48:14.140 inviting literal foreign election interference to certify elections and interestingly enough
00:48:20.060 that people behind this work literally credit an individual named Hardy Merryman, which sounds like
00:48:26.620 a fake cover name, but who is apparently a technical advisor to USAID under Sam Power
00:48:33.440 from 2023 to 2025 and co-authored the 2007 civil resistance curriculum that powered a bunch of
00:48:40.560 these color revolution type Serbian protests. Quite interesting. Speaking of foreign collusion,
00:48:47.920 I would encourage the Trump administration to look into this individual because I believe he's foreign-born.
00:48:53.680 But the European Parliament recently, just a few weeks ago, a few months ago, held a closed-door roundtable on resistance to Trump and MAGA ahead of America's midterms,
00:49:06.160 focusing basically on how they could better collaborate with our kind of pro-democracy, whatever that may be, infrastructure, the Indivisibles of the world, the Normizans.
00:49:16.160 it's unclear they're sort of vague but to basically help secure democratic victories but also help
00:49:21.920 secure far left victories in europe it was actually funded by the european parliament
00:49:27.480 if you can believe that and their keynote speaker was a professor from the university of georgia
00:49:34.480 not the country the state here um cas mud i think is his name i these names seem really fake
00:49:42.160 but I believe he's foreign born but somehow an expert in right-wing populism in America
00:49:48.140 so he's probably watching this show so hello to Cass I think you should be investigated and
00:49:52.640 probably charged for foreign conspiracy and have your visa revoked since I don't believe 0.52
00:49:56.160 you're an American citizen I'm not 100% sure but that is the latest example of foreign collusion
00:50:02.360 and I'm going to blitz these two stories very quickly they are forthcoming on my sub stack so
00:50:07.300 make sure you subscribe it's nataliegwinters.substack.com sunrise movement which is one of
00:50:14.100 these left-wing climate change focus groups is actually offering to pay protesters to go to
00:50:20.800 battleground states michigan arizona georgia and texas to engage in what they call stop a coup
00:50:28.600 that's their election organizing using tactics including uh pressuring local officials and quote
00:50:36.720 using protests to control the narrative and observing polling places. This group, like I said,
00:50:43.340 is paying to send people to those states. Interestingly enough, despite receiving millions
00:50:47.640 of dollars from George Soros, El-Sayed actually used to be on the board of this organization.
00:50:53.560 And one of the races that they're specifically targeting and sending people to go do all this
00:50:58.240 crazy stuff for literally is his race. I think that's collusion if I've ever heard it.
00:51:03.140 And last one I will leave you with. We can put up the list of stockpiling on screen. But Pace Ibene, which is this left wing group, and this is probably the most signal not noise point of this whole show, put out a whole white paper explaining how the No Kings movement really was actually just a quote trial run for midterm election day and post election mobilization.
00:51:30.140 in other words it was a test to see how they could get the American left to turn out and show up in
00:51:36.400 the streets and I think if you internalize that you can see the stakes you can see what we are
00:51:41.560 up against you can see how well coordinated and financed all of this is but more to the point
00:51:47.160 the learned lessons from their trial run of no kings which apparently was not tame enough for
00:51:52.460 them or not radical enough rather put the list up on screen they're telling their supporters in
00:51:58.660 preparation for the midterms to stockpile five to 10 days of food, medicine and prescriptions
00:52:04.720 picked up from the pharmacy, first aid supplies, full tank of gas, diapers, toilet paper, utility
00:52:10.060 bills paid, streaming services to cancel for the month. And they're encouraging people to not go to
00:52:17.240 work, to call in sick, depending if their boss is Republican or Democrat, either just don't show up
00:52:21.980 or say you're sick, not send their kids to school, have mass strikes, a mass shutdown of the economy
00:52:28.940 for at least over a week to force what they would say and claim are Democrat victories
00:52:36.600 over the hand, force the hand of the Republicans. Let the food stockpiling point sit in there.
00:52:44.320 This is not an ad read for the food company, but that's what they're telling their supporters to do.
00:52:53.260 The asymmetry between that and what Republicans are getting when it comes to our lawfare equivalent, it leaves a little to be wanting.
00:53:03.260 I'll leave it at that.
00:53:04.240 but I thank you guys for listening to my uh my warning signs my red flag alert when it comes to
00:53:10.240 left-wing lawfare and protests and economic non-cooperation I encourage you to read these
00:53:15.120 stories like I said two of these are coming out tomorrow and the next most of these are published
00:53:19.300 so either sign up for the notifications it's free if you want you can chip in and support it helps
